00:00:12.000 You're living through a purge.
00:00:13.000 No one listening to this can say they've lived through a purge before in America.

00:01:00.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:01:02.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:05.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:01:19.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:28.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:31.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:40.000 You are living through an attempted political purge.
00:01:43.000 Will we survive?
00:01:44.000 Will conservatives outlast this?
00:01:46.000 It is a uniparty purge.
00:01:48.000 It is not just the American left and Joe Biden.
00:01:50.000 It is done by the Uniparty in Washington, D.C.
00:01:55.000 It is a deliberate, calculated attempt to expunge the entire landscape of political dissidents.
00:02:04.000 Yesterday, we remembered 9-11, it being 9-12.
00:02:08.000 We remembered when the planes hit the two towers.
00:02:12.000 We talked in great detail about how what happened after 9-11 laid the groundwork of the political persecution we are living through right now.
00:02:21.000 The raids, the spying, the infiltration, the intimidation, the hundreds of billions of dollars the federal government has to go after political dissidents.
00:02:31.000 All of that was created because of our inappropriate response to 9-11.
00:02:37.000 We were in a frenzy.
00:02:38.000 We had to have the Patriot Act.
00:02:40.000 We had to invade Iraq.
00:02:41.000 We had to invade Afghanistan.
00:02:42.000 $8 trillion spent, and America is less free, less prosperous, less happy than it was 21 years ago.
00:02:53.000 Despite the sacrifice of so many people that laid their life on the line, it seems as if the bad guys got one on us.
00:03:01.000 And the bad guys in D.C. used the act of evil against America as an excuse to create this machinery.
00:03:10.000 What we didn't talk about yesterday, though, that was just a very obvious thing, is how this connected to some news that broke on our program.
00:03:20.000 Last week, we had Steve Bannon on our program, and Steve made a comment that went completely and totally viral.
00:03:27.000 It went all over the internet.
00:03:29.000 Steve Bannon said on our program, and he was mocked, by the way, by many people for saying this.
00:03:35.000 It went everywhere.
00:03:36.000 Steve Bannon said that 35 Trump officials had their homes raided.
00:03:45.000 Play Cut 58.
00:03:46.000 Steve, can you reiterate that?
00:03:48.000 You said there were 35 FBI raids yesterday.
00:03:50.000 I consider myself well-read.
00:03:51.000 I didn't see that anywhere.
00:03:52.000 Can you elaborate on that?
00:03:54.000 I'm breaking that news right here.
00:03:54.000 I've been reported.
00:03:56.000 If you go to the Washington Post story, I think Josh Dawson's story, if your staff polls a Charlie, they mentioned, I think, five names, Boris Epstein being one of them, but I think there's five people.
00:04:07.000 There were 35.
00:04:09.000 Now, what we have learned is that there were 35 subpoenas administered, not raids.
00:04:14.000 They did come to people's homes.
00:04:16.000 They were armed.
00:04:18.000 In some cases, they did take cell phone devices, but there were, and Steve was right, 35 interactions from the federal government to Trump supporters.
00:04:30.000 35.
00:04:31.000 The goal is very simple.
00:04:33.000 It's to create a one-party state, to create a country where there are no political dissidents or disagreements.
00:04:40.000 They want an entire country like California.
00:04:43.000 Yeah, you have a Republican Party that really doesn't have any chances statewide.
00:04:47.000 They're in control.
00:04:48.000 They can serve their crony donors.
00:04:50.000 They can serve their crony interests.
00:04:53.000 The Justice Department issues 40 subpoenas in a week, expanding its January 6th inquiry.
00:04:59.000 You know, I always laugh where the people say on television, it's an insurrection.
00:05:04.000 It's an insurrection.
00:05:06.000 It's an insurrection.
00:05:08.000 And then Joe Biden comes out and he says, you can't take over the government on an F-15.
00:05:12.000 So which one is it?
00:05:13.000 Was it actually an insurrection?
00:05:16.000 I thought you need an F-15 to take over your government, according to Joe Biden.
00:05:20.000 It wasn't an insurrection.
00:05:21.000 No one's been tried for insurrection.
00:05:25.000 No one has been indicted for insurrection.
00:05:28.000 It's even worse, by the way, than what Steve Bannon said on this program.
00:05:31.000 40 subpoenas in one week.
00:05:34.000 Not to mention, we have political prisoners rotting in jail in Washington, D.C. in pre-trial detention.
00:05:44.000 614 days in pre-trial detention.
00:05:48.000 Some of the people in that prison did things they should have not done at all.
00:05:52.000 Where are the criminal justice advocates on the left that are saying we need rapists and murderers and arsonists, kidnappers to not have any bail?
00:06:00.000 But no, if you're a Trump supporter, if you wear a MAGA hat, you get 614 days before you ever get a trial.
00:06:12.000 Is 40 subpoenas a lot?
00:06:15.000 Cut 56 is Peter Strzokstroke Smirk, who should be in jail, but instead smugly becomes a cable news aficionado.
00:06:24.000 He becomes a communicator, a pundit, former FBI agent who designed the illegal entrapment campaign against Donald Trump, who designed the infiltration campaign of Crossfire Hurricane.
00:06:37.000 Play Cut 56.
00:06:39.000 Make no mistake about it.
00:06:40.000 40 subpoenas is a lot of subpoenas.
00:06:42.000 Multiple search warrants for cell phones is that an even higher standard of evidentiary proof that's required to obtain that warrant?
00:06:50.000 These are significant investigative steps.
00:06:52.000 And the fact that they're people who are in direct contact with a former president really speaks to the gravity and the advanced nature of this investigation.
00:06:59.000 Look how excited it is.
00:07:00.000 He's like a little boy on Christmas because he never got charged for his crimes.
00:07:04.000 And by the way, what Peter Strzzok did is worse than what anyone is being accused of.
00:07:11.000 And the media is going to have a field day with this, but Peter Strzok abused government power.
00:07:17.000 What is Rudy Giuliani being accused of?
00:07:19.000 I don't know.
00:07:22.000 What is Victoria Tensing being accused of?
00:07:25.000 Oh, having differences of opinion.
00:07:28.000 They now have an active federal grand jury using the full power of the federal government to target and intimidate Boris Epstein, Mike Roman, Dan Scavino, Victoria Tonsing, Bernie Carrick, Jenna Ellis, Joe DeGenova.
00:07:48.000 It seems as if they also went after Sidney Powell, Stephen Miller.
00:07:52.000 We know they took John Eastman's cell phone.
00:07:54.000 We know they went after Congressman Perry's cell phone.
00:07:58.000 William Russell, they raided Mar-a-Lago.
00:08:00.000 Dan Scavino, if you are even in the remote orbit of Donald Trump, grand jury investigation, grand jury subpoena.
00:08:08.000 We're going to show up at your home with wide-ranging subpoena power and get your devices, get your emails, get your cell phone logs, get your personal communications.
00:08:19.000 And they're saying it's all around a fake electors plot.
00:08:23.000 Of course, ignoring the fact that in the 1960 election with Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy, there were alternate electors sent.
00:08:34.000 But what about in 2016 when Democrats were trying to use alternate electors to thwart Donald Trump?
00:08:41.000 How about in many years past where there were objectors to the 2000 presidential election, Bush v. Gore, or the 2004 presidential election, Bush v. Kerry?
00:08:54.000 There have been objectors of every major election in the last 20 years.
00:08:59.000 Did they receive subpoenas?
00:09:01.000 Did they get 40 inquiries from the Department of Justice?
00:09:06.000 They want a one-party state.
00:09:09.000 And we have been talking about this for several months, that you are entering the final phase.
00:09:17.000 Many people out there, moderate political types that watch this show casually or watch maybe Fox every once in a while, this topic makes them deeply uncomfortable.
00:09:30.000 Because in order to recognize everything I'm saying right now, you must admit that you are living in a tyrannical nation.
00:09:41.000 Absent due process rights with prosecutorial oversight and abuse.
00:09:49.000 This country was largely founded on complaints of political prisoners, lack of due process.
00:09:58.000 The Constitution stands in the way.
00:10:00.000 It's the only thing we have left.
00:10:02.000 And they're using every piece of power at their disposal to expunge the one political party that still reveres the United States Constitution.
00:10:14.000 I don't know about you, but I spend a lot of time making my house feel like home, indoors and out.

00:11:33.000 There are only two ways to govern people.
00:11:37.000 You can break every type of government into two parts or two different buckets, I could say.
00:11:43.000 You can govern people by using speech.
00:11:46.000 The United States Constitution gives a preference on speech.
00:11:49.000 You got to make arguments.
00:11:50.000 You got to run for office.
00:11:51.000 You had to convince people to give their power to you.
00:11:55.000 You have to dialogue with them.
00:11:58.000 You could debate.
00:11:59.000 You could have differences of opinion.
00:12:01.000 Speech is what makes us human.
00:12:03.000 We are the speaking beings.
00:12:06.000 We are made in the image of God, and God spoke it into existence.
00:12:09.000 In the beginning was the word, and the word was God, and the word was with God.
00:12:13.000 Speech is what makes us different than the creatures and the beasts of the wild.
00:12:19.000 We could do more than just feel pleasure and pain.
00:12:22.000 We could decipher and determine between right and wrong.
00:12:26.000 What we call civil society, what we appreciate as Western civilization, is a preference, is an elevation of the higher way of governance, which is speech.
00:12:39.000 The Founding Fathers knew this.
00:12:41.000 The Founding Fathers lived under a regime of force.
00:12:44.000 They studied every government that came before them.
00:12:47.000 The Chinese Empire, the British Empire, the Indus River Valley Empire, the Egyptians, the Mesopotamians, the Byzantines.
00:12:59.000 And they saw something in common that throughout human history, whether it be the Greeks or whether it be the Dutch or whether it be the Romans, the few have a tendency to rule the many, and the many end up not ruling the few.
00:13:15.000 The Founding Fathers decided to embark on an unprecedented mission, first recognizing that everyone made in the image of God has rights given to them from that creator, not from government, not from a bureaucrat, but instead from a creator, as articulated in the Declaration of Independence, the laws of nature and nature's God.
00:13:40.000 They wanted to embark on an experiment of can people govern themselves not by using bullets, but instead by using ballots.
00:13:51.000 Can we speak through our differences?
00:13:54.000 Are we able to have disagreement and then go to a ballot box and see what the people want?
00:14:01.000 This is the first step in representative government, otherwise known as consent of the governed.
00:14:09.000 Can we separate power in three co-equal branches?
00:14:15.000 As it says in the book of Isaiah, God is the lawgiver.
00:14:18.000 God is the king.
00:14:19.000 God is the judge, executive, legislative, judicial.
00:14:24.000 Founding fathers believed only a creator or God Almighty should have all that power centralized.
00:14:31.000 Have the power separate, have checks and balances, have an independent judiciary, have rights that cannot be taken away, but instead are protected by the government.
00:14:42.000 We have lived through the longest experiment in speech-based government in human history.
00:14:52.000 And I don't mean free speech where you can go into the street and say whatever you want to say.
00:14:56.000 I mean it a little bit differently.
00:14:58.000 I mean how power is allocated.
00:15:01.000 Is it allocated through ideas and persuasion?
00:15:05.000 Or is power allocated through handcuffs and leg irons?
00:15:10.000 So you can govern through speech.
00:15:12.000 The American government is designed around speech.
00:15:17.000 Or you can govern using force.
00:15:21.000 Speech or force.
00:15:24.000 Almost every government that existed before America, with the absence of maybe Athenian democracy and a short-lived experiment in the Roman Republic, force was used.
00:15:38.000 We have the army, you do not.
00:15:41.000 We have the military, you do not.
00:15:44.000 We have the wealth.
00:15:46.000 We have the prestige.
00:15:47.000 Sit down and shut up.
00:15:48.000 You don't have rights.
00:15:49.000 There's no separation of power.
00:15:51.000 We are the power.
00:15:52.000 There's no disagreement.
00:15:54.000 We get to determine the rules of engagement.
00:15:58.000 The Constitution changed all of that.
00:16:02.000 And what we are living through right now with the intentional and the deliberate and the transparent political purge is the attempt to end a government designed on speech, debate,
00:16:17.000 dialogue, disagreement, the sharing of ideas, and instead a government that is based on whoever has control of the police, the Department of Justice, the military, the CIA, social media companies.
00:16:36.000 In order to create a one-party state, they must change the very type of government we have: one where dialogue matters to one where leg irons matter.
00:16:49.000 And they're doing it at this period of time intentionally.
00:16:56.000 If you want to know what the left's real plan is for your kids, just look at how they react to the wonderful company of Patriot Mobile.
00:17:03.000 I use Patriot Mobile and you should too.
00:17:05.000 Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider.
00:17:10.000 This is because they take a portion of your bill and fund conservative causes and candidates who believe in sanctity of life, freedom of speech, the Second Amendment, and they're winning.
00:17:18.000 Patriot Mobile is amazing.
00:17:20.000 They have affordable plans for you, your family, even your business.

00:17:58.000 Alexander Solshenitsyn wrote the Gulag Archipelago, one of the most important books of the 20th century.
00:18:04.000 Arthur Kessler wrote Darkness at Noon.
00:18:07.000 They all kind of danced around this idea of political prisoners and show trials.
00:18:13.000 What is a show trial?
00:18:14.000 A show trial is a fabrication of justice.
00:18:19.000 A show trial is they go through the motions as if they're putting someone on trial for the, they already know the outcome.
00:18:28.000 They never lose a show trial for all to see, to act as if they're going through the motions.
00:18:34.000 But what was the purpose of the show trial?
00:18:36.000 The purpose of the show trial was not to imprison or to be able to administer the death penalty to the subject.
00:18:47.000 The show trial is about you.
00:18:50.000 I want all of you to understand that these 40 subpoenas, the raid on Mar-a-Lago, all of it is about you.
00:19:03.000 Now you might say, oh, Charlie, come on, it's about Trump.
00:19:06.000 No, it's not.
00:19:08.000 If you read the philosophy behind a show trial, if you read the inner Soviet literature, it's about demoralization of the public.
00:19:18.000 It's about making you give up.
00:19:21.000 It's about making you less likely to donate, to knock on doors, to watch programs like this.
00:19:31.000 Why do you think they did all of this as soon as they got the 87,000 IRS agents approved?
00:19:37.000 That is no coincidence.
00:19:38.000 It is coordination.
00:19:41.000 They needed to get the 87,000 IRS agents across the finish line signed into law before they felt confident to continue their legal blitzkrieg against half the country.
00:19:55.000 The 87,000 IRS agents all of a sudden make it personal for you and it should make it personal for you.
00:20:02.000 Every single person watching this, if you're an outspoken conservative, you must admit, in fact, anticipate persecution, audits, your income, your salary, your friendships, all potentially going south.
00:20:16.000 I do not bring news of a message where I'm going to say everything's going to be wonderful and you have to do nothing.
00:20:25.000 That is not true.
00:20:27.000 For the last 10 years, we've had that viewpoint.
00:20:29.000 Oh, I can just allow Trump to go fight for me.
00:20:34.000 It's not about Trump.
00:20:36.000 It's about you.
00:20:37.000 It's about your values.
00:20:39.000 You're the threat to the regime.
00:20:42.000 And so what they simultaneously wanted to do is 87,000 new IRS agents, we raid Mar-a-Lago, 40 subpoenas, shock and awe, stay at home, MAGA.
00:20:53.000 Indict Steve Bannon in New York, raid James O'Keefe's apartment, take Scott Perry's cell phone, take John Eastman's cell phone, full-fledged invasion, non-stop campaign.
00:21:05.000 Is it working?
00:21:07.000 Do you plan to give up?
00:21:09.000 We got one email here from Kathy.
00:21:11.000 Charlie, this terrifies me.
00:21:13.000 I'm going to stop donating to Republican candidates.
00:21:15.000 I'll watch your show, but I'm going to delete the search browser history.
00:21:19.000 I don't want anything to happen to me.
00:21:21.000 That's an email we got freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:21:25.000 This, this, what we're about to engage in is not for the faint of heart.
00:21:29.000 They're intentionally doing this.
00:21:31.000 It's deliberate.
00:21:34.000 And yes, you are living through the final phase.
00:21:36.000 The campaign, the psychological operation they're running is to make you put your hands up and say, I'm done, I'm done, I'm done.
00:21:45.000 I'm curious, is it working for any of you?
00:21:47.000 Or is it having the opposite effect?
00:21:49.000 Because it certainly does for me.
00:21:51.000 But we're wired differently here at Turning Point.
00:21:53.000 We're wired differently here at the Charlie Kirk show.
00:21:56.000 It makes me want to fight harder.
00:21:58.000 I'm pushing our team.
00:22:00.000 More events, more podcasts.
00:22:04.000 Turning point USA on our educational side, more chapters, more high school kids, more college kids.
00:22:10.000 On Turning Point Action, we need to expand more.
00:22:14.000 We need to fight the left on their own terms.
00:22:18.000 So is it working?
00:22:20.000 Because the show trial, what you're seeing is not about Boris Epstein.
00:22:23.000 It's not about Victoria Thonson.
00:22:25.000 It's not even about Trump.
00:22:26.000 It's about the broader movement to have you give up and be demoralized.
00:22:33.000 Cut 57, Wolf Blitzer, a one-minute clip on the 40 subpoenas that were administered, play cut 57.
00:22:42.000 30 people in Trump's orbit have been subpoenaed by the Justice Department in recent days.
00:22:47.000 Just how much of an escalation does this represent in this overall investigation?
00:22:54.000 A big one, Wolf.
00:22:55.000 Well, now we know what Steve Bannon was referring to when he said publicly that there were 35 MAGA leaders who had their home raided.
00:23:02.000 We couldn't figure out what he meant because that would have been out in the public and we didn't see that.
00:23:07.000 Well, what he did was confuse search warrants with subpoenas.
00:23:11.000 But still, subpoenas are a big deal.
00:23:14.000 And the timing is not a coincidence.
00:23:15.000 As Sarah said, this comes right before the 60-day quiet period before the midterm elections when DOJ tries not to influence an election.
00:23:23.000 That's why this all came all at once.
00:23:26.000 But the fact that Bannon and other MAGA leaders seem shocked that this happened shows to me that Merritt Garland has lulled many in Trump world into a false sense of security.
00:23:34.000 This is the kind of slow build that Attorney General Garland has been known for in his prosecutorial career.
00:23:41.000 It's like that boiling frog that doesn't realize the temperature has been turned up until it's too late.
00:23:47.000 Yeah, it actually hasn't been a slow build if you listen to the Charlie Kirk show.
00:23:51.000 We've been warning people that this was going to happen as early as February of last year.
00:23:57.000 It just so happens we were called conspiracy theorists, we were called alarmists, but now there's 40 subpoenas, raids of political dissidents.
00:24:07.000 And people say, wow, where did this come from?
00:24:11.000 You see, I've been fighting the left for a decade, not as long as many of you, but it's been a pretty intense, let's say, deployment against the sinister forces.
00:24:21.000 You learn a lot.
00:24:23.000 You learn a lot also.
00:24:24.000 And I will say this: I talk about this in my book, The College Scam.
00:24:27.000 If you learn how to be able to combat a college leftist, you learn almost everything you need to know about how these people operate.
00:24:35.000 Connor could tell you all about that.
00:24:36.000 He could write a book on that.
00:24:39.000 We are 29 days out from mail-in ballots hitting people's homes.
00:24:44.000 29 days till ballots go out.
00:24:47.000 29 days.
00:24:50.000 This is direct election interference.
00:24:54.000 We are 56 days out from an election.
00:24:56.000 They're intentionally involving themselves into an election for the purpose of trying to complete a Marxist takeover of the country.
00:25:09.000 But again, it's in order for them to be successful.
00:25:12.000 It's not just about the individuals that they're targeting.
00:25:17.000 It's about the comprehensive movement giving up, breaking our resolve.
00:25:24.000 What they are doing right now is metaphorically waterboarding MAGA.
00:25:31.000 They want you to tap out.
00:25:34.000 They want you to give up.
00:25:37.000 Nothing else has worked.
00:25:38.000 COVID, lockdowns, vaccines, monkeypox, Roe v. Wade, Ukraine.
00:25:43.000 They want you to be compliant to the regime.
00:25:46.000 Remember, Machiavelli is their North Star.
00:25:50.000 If you want a great picture of what they want to create you into, turn you into, read nothing more than the last three pages of 1984, just the last three pages.
00:26:01.000 Very powerful.
00:26:03.000 So I'm going to do a little spoiler alert.
00:26:05.000 If you haven't read 1984 at this point, please read 1984.
00:26:09.000 Read 1984, read Brave New World, read Abolition of Man, and Darkness at Noon.
00:26:14.000 Those four books, you'll have a very good idea of what's going on right now.
00:26:19.000 What do they want?
00:26:20.000 The last three pages of 1984, the first time you read it, it sends chills through your body.
00:26:26.000 So beautifully written by Orwell.
00:26:28.000 The protagonist, Winston, goes through an entire process of defecting against the regime, getting into a romantic relationship, then getting arrested and interrogated by O'Brien for quite some time.
00:26:44.000 And the interrogation and the torture, outright torture, is so much that it wasn't enough to get Winston to admit that he did something wrong.
00:26:59.000 It wasn't enough to admit that something that was not true is true.
00:27:03.000 Two plus two equals five.
00:27:04.000 No, no, no, no.
00:27:05.000 They needed to turn Winston and break his will, where the final scene of 1984 is Winston sitting in a bar getting deliriously drunk on some form of a vodka equivalent or spin-off.
00:27:23.000 And the image of Big Brother shines prominently on the wall.
00:27:30.000 Big Brother, of course, being the government, the one that sees all the idea of the Leviathan.
00:27:35.000 You could think of it as Merrick Garland or the CIA or the FBI.
00:27:41.000 And Big Brother, as articulated by Winston, was a villain throughout the entire book.
00:27:47.000 He was running from Big Brother Brother.
00:27:49.000 He's always watching me.
00:27:52.000 But in the final scene, Winston stands up and starts crying in salute and reverence to Big Brother.
00:28:05.000 What Orwell articulated was the goal of the regime.
00:28:11.000 It wasn't enough to get Winston, the protagonist of 1984, not to care.
00:28:17.000 They want you to give in.
00:28:22.000 They want you to salute Big Brother.
00:28:25.000 He gazed up at the enormous face.
00:28:27.000 40 years it had taken him to learn what kind of smile was hidden behind the dark mustache.
00:28:33.000 Oh, cruel, needless misunderstanding, talking about Big Brother.
00:28:38.000 Oh, stubborn, self-wild exile from the loving breast.
00:28:41.000 The two gin-scented tears trickled down the side of his nose.
00:28:46.000 But it was all right.
00:28:47.000 Everything was all right.
00:28:48.000 The struggle was finished.
00:28:50.000 He had won the victory over himself.
00:28:53.000 And then, in one final phrase, Orwell delivers one of the most heartbreaking lines in all of literature.
00:29:02.000 He loved Big Brother.
00:29:05.000 What is their goal?
00:29:06.000 What do they want?
00:29:09.000 They want to break your will, use you like clay, crush you, and have you see on the wall as the gin goes down your face and say, I love Joe Biden.
00:29:26.000 I love Merrick Garland.
00:29:30.000 Orwell was right.
00:29:34.000 Molly emailed us: My husband and I will not back down.
00:29:37.000 We have discussed how it will change our lives.
00:29:39.000 We want to fight harder.
00:29:40.000 We will make a difference.
00:29:40.000 We won't give in.
00:29:41.000 As Churchill once said, we'll never, never, never give up.
00:29:45.000 We'll see you at the Great Reset event this weekend.
00:29:47.000 Awesome, Molly.
00:29:49.000 Together we will prevail.
00:29:51.000 Our country was founded upon divine providence and God's grace.
00:29:53.000 God bless you.
00:29:54.000 That's exactly right.
00:29:56.000 Chris said, We will never quit the fight.
00:29:58.000 Stand as one.
00:29:59.000 America against the communists.
00:30:01.000 Well said.
00:30:02.000 Victoria, never stop.
00:30:04.000 I'm so worried about the children.
00:30:05.000 The parents must teach them the Constitution Bill of Rights and every word that matters.
00:30:08.000 My fear is that they will not have a free future.
00:30:11.000 We must all stop and never give up.
00:30:13.000 If you guys are focused on teaching the next generation about the Constitution, I got to say the work that our team is doing at Turning Point USA is spectacular.
00:30:21.000 It's tpusa.com.
00:30:22.000 Victoria, I share that concern.
00:30:24.000 We're going about fixing it.
00:30:26.000 Will I give up?
00:30:27.000 There's some swear words in this.
00:30:29.000 Let me just say no by this guy, Scott, who emailed us.
00:30:34.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:35.000 One of these here.
00:30:36.000 Charlie, I'm scared.
00:30:38.000 I am no longer going to give any donations, but I support you 100%.
00:30:42.000 I just don't want to get audited.
00:30:44.000 Okay.
00:30:45.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:49.000 Don't stop believing, everybody.
00:30:52.000 The purge is there to break your will.
00:30:56.000 They did it right when they approved the 87,000 IRS agents to evict, to oust, to remove, to expel, to excommunicate people that might stand against the party, the state, the regime, big brother.
00:31:16.000 Now, of course, they're going after Trump supporters for allegedly objecting to electors.
00:31:22.000 In 2005, Nancy Pelosi said, that sort of work is democracy at work.
00:31:29.000 Play Cut 65.
00:31:31.000 Mr. Speaker, today we are witnessing democracy at work.
00:31:37.000 This isn't, as some of our Republican colleagues have referred to it, sadly, as frivolous.
00:31:44.000 This debate is fundamental to our democracy.
00:31:49.000 Fundamental.
00:31:50.000 What is she talking about?
00:31:51.000 Barbara Boxer objecting to the election.
00:31:54.000 Remember, Cut 64?
00:31:56.000 One minute of Democrats objecting to the 2016 election.
00:31:59.000 Did they get subpoenas, raids, their homes looked into?
00:32:03.000 Was there a special committee going after these Democrats?
00:32:07.000 It is the exact same thing.
00:32:08.000 Play Cut 64.
00:32:10.000 Mr. Debate, I wish to ask: is there one United States senator who will join me in this letter?
00:32:16.000 There's no debate.
00:32:18.000 There's no debate.
00:32:20.000 The gentleman will suspend the chair.
00:32:24.000 The chair has previously ruled.
00:32:26.000 A signature from a senator is required.
00:32:28.000 Objection cannot be received.
00:32:30.000 Mr. Clark.
00:32:34.000 I object to the votes from the state of Wisconsin, which should not be legally signed.
00:32:40.000 Mr. President, I object to the certificate from the state of Georgia on the grounds that the electoral vote is.
00:32:44.000 No debate.
00:32:45.000 There's no debate.
00:32:46.000 I object to the certificate from the state of North Carolina.
00:32:50.000 I object to the 15 votes from the state of North Carolina.
00:32:53.000 I object.
00:32:54.000 I object to the certificate from the state of Alabama.
00:32:57.000 The electors were not lawfully certified.
00:32:59.000 Is it signed by a senator?
00:33:00.000 Not as of yes, Mr. President.
00:33:02.000 In that case, the objection cannot be entertained.
00:33:05.000 One after the other after the other.
00:33:08.000 But it's not about that.
00:33:10.000 All these people still hold office.
00:33:11.000 They didn't have their offices raided.
00:33:14.000 Now, I just want to float this out there for our friends that are watching this, whomever it might be, media matters, Democrat operatives, people that have FISA court authority abilities.
00:33:27.000 Remember, Andrew Cuomo?
00:33:29.000 Don't be so confident they're not going to come after you.
00:33:32.000 Oh, yeah, they're going to come after us.
00:33:33.000 We know that.
00:33:33.000 We're ready.
00:33:34.000 Bring it on.
00:33:35.000 All of you are ready.
00:33:36.000 Not all of you.
00:33:37.000 Some of you are saying you're going to give up.
00:33:40.000 But most of you are saying freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:40.000 That's fine.
00:33:43.000 This is the fight for liberty, fight for our kids, fight for our nation.
00:33:46.000 Peaceful, of course, but buckle up.
00:33:50.000 But I want to introduce a little bit of a pathogen of paranoia into the minds of the Democrats, into even the FBI.
00:33:59.000 Who's to say they won't come after you?
00:34:01.000 Is Andrew Cuomo still governor?
00:34:04.000 How about Jesse Jackson Jr.?
00:34:07.000 How's Andrew Gillam doing?
00:34:09.000 If you think you're safe, you're not.
00:34:14.000 They will never stop.
00:34:16.000 They will go after their own.
00:34:18.000 They'll go after you.
00:34:20.000 No, your only hope, the potential whistleblower out there, the potential person that knows that this is wrong, your only hope is help us restore a free society.
00:34:31.000 Or you could participate in this political purge and expunge the landscape, put everyone in prison, handcuffs everywhere, and have a champagne and caviar party.
00:34:40.000 But guess what?
00:34:42.000 Then they'll look at the next non-believer because then jealousy and greed and avarice and gluttony will set in and they might show up at your doorstep.
00:34:52.000 I am imploring for any person out there that has political power, any person in law enforcement, any person out there that knows that this is wrong, do something about it.
00:35:05.000 That's definitely not me.
00:35:06.000 We're on the other side of it.
00:35:08.000 We're talking about it every single day, but it's not too late.
00:35:14.000 And for the rest of you out there, what a beautiful time to be alive.
00:35:19.000 Would you rather be alive in the 80s and 90s where we're talking about tax rates?
00:35:23.000 Come on, we got the regime on the ropes.
00:35:26.000 They're desperate.
00:35:27.000 They're paranoid.
00:35:29.000 They think they can get you to give up because of 40 subpoenas and indicting ban and all that.
00:35:34.000 Our country is much tougher than that.
00:35:37.000 America has withstood a lot more, and many of you were raised by a generation that gave everything.
00:35:43.000 Bring it.
00:35:44.000 The will of the American people will not be broken anytime soon.
00:35:51.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:53.000 Email me your thoughts as always freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:55.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:35:57.000 God bless.
