00:00:56.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:58.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:01:00.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:01:04.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:01:26.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:29.000 Brought to you by Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage.

00:01:32.000 For personalized loan services, you can count on.

00:01:34.000 Go to andrewandtodd.com, the wonderfulandrewandtodd.com.

00:01:41.000 I'm joined with the great Drew Hernandez.

00:01:43.000 Drew, welcome back, man.

00:01:44.000 I want to brag on Drew here.

00:01:46.000 Drew flew out to Washington, D.C., in anticipation of the Roe v. Wade ruling.

00:01:51.000 Drew, you kind of camped out there waiting for it, and Drew got some of the most compelling footage right as the Roe versus Wade ruling was announced, both positive and negative footage.

00:02:04.000 And you also got into that kind of altercation with one of the guys there in D.C. doing some great frontlines reporting.

00:02:11.000 Yeah, Charlie, I mean, it's, I mean, it's a team effort.

00:02:14.000 I know you and I were coordinating on when we should go, and I think the best decision was to just kind of like stake it out and wait because it's a monumental.

00:02:21.000 This is American history.

00:02:22.000 Yes.

00:02:23.000 It's huge.

00:02:24.000 This is something that we didn't want to miss.

00:02:26.000 If we did, I think we would have really regretted it.

00:02:28.000 But I was kind of like running some of the numbers.

00:02:30.000 And this is grassroots type of stuff right here.

00:02:34.000 This is definitely God's work moving through us and what we're doing being in the right place at the right time.

00:02:39.000 That's always been my experience.

00:02:40.000 God directs our steps.

00:02:42.000 You always end up in the right place at the right time because God is real and He's leading you.

00:02:45.000 And I think in totality, our entire front lines on the ground, just my Twitter account alone, the viewership was 7.5 million views.

00:02:55.000 That's just Twitter.

00:02:56.000 Just Twitter.

00:02:57.000 And if we add the Tucker hit that I did, which is obviously our row coverage, that's over 10 million views.

00:03:05.000 And we don't even know the repostings on Instagram and other places.

00:03:08.000 And it really is a lost art here.

00:03:10.000 And this is why we're so excited to have you and partner with you and do things, which is this kind of grassrootsy frontlines journalism.

00:03:16.000 Because it's hard, right?

00:03:17.000 I mean, you get sweaty.

00:03:19.000 You don't get to sit in an air-conditioned office, right?

00:03:21.000 And so just talk a little bit about that because you're kind of becoming known as kind of one of the, if not the best, frontlines journalists where, you know, when the sparks are flying and Antifa comes out, Drew Hernandez is there.

00:03:32.000 But talk about the hours.

00:03:33.000 Talk about the grittiness side of it, right?

00:03:35.000 Yeah, I mean, it's, you know, shout out to the team, though.

00:03:38.000 They really, the frontlines team, they really helped me like with booking the flights and getting me where I need to go.

00:03:43.000 The logistics, right?

00:03:43.000 The logistics.

00:03:44.000 But like the actual on the ground when you're on the ground, it's a lot of instincts.

00:03:49.000 You have to know like what's coming.

00:03:50.000 You have to know what you need to film at the right time.

00:03:54.000 You kind of have to kind of have a feel of the crowd.

00:03:56.000 I mean, it's a different environment.

00:03:57.000 I mean, they're kind of like, I view it kind of like, I don't want it to put it this way, but every kind of arena is like a different level, like a video game.

00:04:05.000 Like, that's how I view it.

00:04:07.000 I don't treat it that way because you could get really different challenges.

00:04:09.000 Different challenges.

00:04:10.000 There's different levels.

00:04:10.000 You know what I mean?

00:04:11.000 There's like expert, hard, medium, easy.

00:04:13.000 It really is.

00:04:14.000 I mean, for instance, if you go to Portland, you go undercover with Antifa, that is probably the hardest thing to do right now is go undercover and get that kind of footage with them.

00:04:22.000 But you go to like a protest somewhere in Arizona where it's not that hard.

00:04:27.000 It's moderate, maybe.

00:04:28.000 It's moderate.

00:04:28.000 You kind of have to, what I always, you know, encourage people is not everyone can do what I do.

00:04:34.000 I think a lot of people try to.

00:04:36.000 I mean, you can.

00:04:37.000 You can just run out there with a camera and like film something.

00:04:40.000 But to consistently keep doing this on a monthly, weekly basis, it does take an amount of skill.

00:04:47.000 Obviously, a lot is involved, precision, because you have to be able to see things.

00:04:50.000 Like when you see people like Savannah Hernandez or Julio Rojas with Town Call, Julio's great.

00:04:57.000 Julio with Town Hall Media or Jorge Venturo with Daily Call.

00:05:01.000 A lot of these people are extremely talented.

00:05:04.000 They're very talented.

00:05:05.000 They know what they're looking at.

00:05:07.000 And they also know how to hide in plain sight.

00:05:09.000 They know how to get close, but not too close.

00:05:11.000 Yes.

00:05:12.000 Because if you get revealed too much as a journalist, they'll try to kick you out.

00:05:16.000 At the same time, you want to be close enough to be able to capture the story.

00:05:20.000 And so that takes skill and also takes awareness.

00:05:22.000 And also, you want to make sure you're not the center of attention.

00:05:26.000 They are, but you don't want to be a thousand feet away.

00:05:28.000 You also went to the border, which is part of the frontlines deal.

00:05:30.000 We had you on the show for that.

00:05:32.000 So I want to play some tape here.

00:05:33.000 This is all your footage.

00:05:35.000 And again, millions and millions of views, over 10 million views.

00:05:38.000 I think it's more over 20 if you count the reposting, probably the sharing, because it's almost that which is seen and unseen.

00:05:45.000 So actually, this is one of them that you got.

00:05:47.000 You got AOC's first reaction.

00:05:49.000 She, okay.

00:05:50.000 So, yeah, when I was in front of the Supreme Court, I was just like, you could feel the energy out there, Charlie.

00:05:55.000 Like we did the hit right after, right?

00:05:57.000 You could feel the energy out there.

00:05:59.000 It just, you could really feel like something was about to happen.

00:06:02.000 Like, it was like, this is it.

00:06:03.000 This is the day.

00:06:04.000 The pro-life side, the energy was amazing.

00:06:06.000 It was hype.

00:06:07.000 It was just like top level.

00:06:08.000 And the pro-choice, the pro-abortion, the death cult.

00:06:11.000 It was right there.

00:06:12.000 They were all out there.

00:06:13.000 And right when that decision came out, that was American world history.

00:06:17.000 We caught it on tape.

00:06:18.000 So it was huge.

00:06:19.000 And then AOC spawned out of nowhere.

00:06:22.000 Yeah, let's watch this.

00:06:23.000 Cut 91.

00:06:24.000 AOC has arrived in front of the Supreme Court and is chanting the Supreme Court decision is illegitimate.

00:06:29.000 This is Drew's footage 91.

00:06:31.000 Illegitimate! 0.83

00:06:33.000 This decision!

00:06:34.000 Illegitimate! 0.83

00:06:35.000 This decision!

00:06:36.000 Illegitimate! 0.83

00:06:38.000 Over those fights!

00:06:40.000 And so, part of the reason why I believe we won the narrative war that we were supposed to lose on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday is because of your footage.

00:06:48.000 And by the way, this is not just speculation, Drew.

00:06:50.000 So we were told by everybody the following: Rovis versus Wade comes down, and it's going to hurt our midterm chances.

00:06:57.000 You heard something similar to that, right?

00:06:59.000 Well, a generic congressional ballot before versus after Roe versus Wade, where on June 21st, Republicans were leading four on the generic ballot, and now we're leading by five on the generic ballot.

00:07:12.000 Wow.

00:07:12.000 You know, I think part of that could be the response as well, the violent response to this.

00:07:17.000 I mean, you see this kind of footage, you see the way that these people respond to this type of thing.

00:07:22.000 And I think a lot of pro-life organizations that have been putting out a lot of education and media and social media, informing the public just exactly what this is and what it looks like.

00:07:32.000 And then you see people get into it violently.

00:07:35.000 Yes, but then the other part is posing.

00:07:37.000 The other part is when you see a picture with a woman who's fully pregnant and she writes on there not yet.

00:07:41.000 It all comes together.

00:07:41.000 Exactly.

00:07:42.000 I don't think that's persuasive.

00:07:44.000 I mean, a person says, come on.

00:07:46.000 I mean, it's not science.

00:07:47.000 No, it's not science.

00:07:48.000 It's not facts.

00:07:49.000 It's evil.

00:07:50.000 Listen, Charlie, when a regular person is like sitting on social media, to go to your point, and that pops up on their feed, they immediately say to themselves, that's not the side I want to be on.

00:08:03.000 That's right.

00:08:03.000 At all.

00:08:04.000 So you got this cut here, too, in Tucson, Arizona, where it says a baby is not alive until it takes its first breath.

00:08:12.000 What an extraordinary statement.

00:08:13.000 Play cut 93.

00:08:24.000 And they all science.

00:08:25.000 And they all cheer.

00:08:27.000 And so, but it went from the party of safe, legal, and rare to just this incredibly visceral.

00:08:33.000 I mean, why are you screaming about babies?

00:08:35.000 I thought they were fetuses.

00:08:36.000 I mean, I thought that if I were to kind of workshop the messaging for the pro-abortion group, which of course I never would, I would just stay focused on my body, my choice, that poor 14-year-old that, you know, gets pregnant accidentally, but now they've broadened it to actually, you know what?

00:08:51.000 It's never a life and it's not.

00:08:54.000 It seems as if even moderate and people that don't like talking about abortion that much, they want to disassociate from this.

00:09:02.000 I mean, that's the reality of it.

00:09:03.000 These people end up telling the truth because that's exactly what they're advocating for.

00:09:07.000 I mean, less than 1% of abortions are because of rape cases and those freak cases and medical cases.

00:09:13.000 And the rest are just literally because people want to be irresponsible and open their legs and get pregnant and don't want to have a baby.

00:09:19.000 And I think the majority of the American people are starting to see just that.

00:09:22.000 And they're realizing that.

00:09:23.000 That's why I said on Tucker, this is a death cult.

00:09:25.000 It is a death cult. 0.93

00:09:26.000 They are calling for the murder of babies and they know it. 0.95

00:09:30.000 They're fully aware of it.

00:09:31.000 I mean, if you take a look at this from a biblical perspective, when we talk about the doctrines of total depravity, where you lose all sense of morality from right and wrong, Romans 1, this is what it looks like.

00:09:42.000 These people have no idea, some of them, but some of them do, but they don't care.

00:09:46.000 Yeah, so I want to play this.

00:09:48.000 So you also, and we'll keep you for one more segment, Drew, you also went to the Pride Parade in Los Angeles.

00:09:55.000 That was probably out of everything you've covered in the last couple weeks, correct me if I'm wrong, that's where you received the most threats.

00:10:02.000 Is that right?

00:10:03.000 Recently.

00:10:04.000 I'm saying the last couple weeks.

00:10:05.000 Yeah, last couple weeks, like you say.

00:10:07.000 I mean, but it seems that the trans people were more angry at you at doxing you than the pro-abortion people.

00:10:18.000 Is that fair to say?

00:10:19.000 Which ones?

00:10:20.000 The trans people in LA.

00:10:21.000 Yes, I mean, it was LA and Tifa.

00:10:23.000 They all mobilize and they, like, it was crazy because they were coming after me just because I was filming what they advocate to do, which is involve children in their events.

00:10:35.000 And then they turned it around on me like I'm the crazy pedophile when it's them.

00:10:39.000 So, Drew, you were on the front lines of the Pride deal.

00:10:43.000 That's not the right way to put it.

00:10:45.000 You were on the front lines covering the Pride deal.

00:10:48.000 Is that fair to say?

00:10:48.000 Yes, yes.

00:10:49.000 And some of your clips went totally viral of young children that were in front of fully naked gay men. 0.76

00:10:58.000 Well, not in Pride LA.

00:11:00.000 That was happening in Seattle recently.

00:11:02.000 But Pride LA is still pretty bad. 0.95

00:11:06.000 There were like males with fake breasts out riding bicycles.

00:11:12.000 So that was happening at Pride LA to that extent.

00:11:15.000 And so how young were these children?

00:11:17.000 Little kids.

00:11:18.000 Some of them looked as young as maybe four years old, five years old.

00:11:22.000 One of the worst things that I saw in Pride LA was there was this trans freak on top of an eggplant emoji float that was literally talking down to children in the crowd saying that we have lube, literally telling children we have lube. 1.00

00:11:37.000 And then like you could see the clip and I pan over and it's a mother with her two children that look between maybe four and five years old.

00:11:45.000 And you got to ask yourself, like, this is not tolerance.

00:11:48.000 This is not liberal.

00:11:50.000 This is not inclusive.

00:11:52.000 This is exposing children to just disgusting things.

00:11:56.000 And that is the line.

00:11:58.000 That should be the line for everybody.

00:11:59.000 And so now it's somewhat unrelated, but related piece of tape on a play here.

00:12:04.000 So I've Baymax, never heard of that before.

00:12:07.000 I think it's a child.

00:12:09.000 So it's a leaked Baymax video from Disney, the Disney Corporation, that shows a man recommending the type of feminine pads that he uses.

00:12:18.000 This is Disney, PlayCut 69.

00:12:24.000 Excuse me, which of these products would you recommend?

00:12:30.000 Oh, um, well, these are the tampons I usually use.

00:12:35.000 I prefer pads.

00:12:35.000 Thank you.

00:12:37.000 They're more comfortable for me.

00:12:38.000 I always get this.

00:12:38.000 Thank you.

00:12:39.000 Look at the t-shirt.

00:12:40.000 Get him scented and daughter loves these.

00:12:44.000 These might be easier if it's her first period.

00:12:47.000 These are really environmentally friendly.

00:12:51.000 And so they have to add the climate change thing at the end.

00:12:54.000 Yeah.

00:12:55.000 So can you walk me through what exactly I just watched there?

00:12:57.000 You just watched total confusion and propaganda to a child to warp their minds.

00:13:02.000 That's exactly what we just watched.

00:13:04.000 I mean, but they're, Charlie, here's the thing: they're open about it.

00:13:06.000 They've already come out and said on their little private phone calls or private Skype calls, conference calls that they have a not-so-secret gay agenda.

00:13:14.000 So this is what they're going to continue to push on kids where it goes against biology, science, and facts, and it's to warp the mind of a child even further.

00:13:22.000 You can clearly see it.

00:13:23.000 The individual that's like lecturing Baymax is wearing a trans shirt.

00:13:28.000 So it goes from that you must tolerate it, then accept it, then you must celebrate it, then you must participate in it.

00:13:35.000 And then it goes towards your children, where you have these children that are being targeted with that content.

00:13:42.000 So where was that?

00:13:43.000 Is that a one-off thing or is that in the show or what was that?

00:13:46.000 I think that might be on Disney Plus, the Baymax show.

00:13:49.000 Okay.

00:13:49.000 I could be wrong about that.

00:13:52.000 Just as an addition to that, I want to play a piece of tape here. 0.98

00:13:55.000 I believe it's cut 94, which is the guy that came up to you and he said, quote, I love killing babies. 0.58

00:14:03.000 Is that an exaggeration of what he said?

00:14:04.000 Nope, that is 100% true in its context.

00:14:07.000 That's what he said.

00:14:07.000 Play cut 94.

00:14:09.000 I guess the pandemic's over.

00:14:14.000 What's wrong, sir? 1.00

00:14:15.000 You like killing babies? 1.00

00:14:16.000 You love killing babies? 1.00

00:14:17.000 I love killing babies. 1.00

00:14:18.000 You love killing babies, huh? 1.00

00:14:20.000 You love that, don't you? 1.00

00:14:21.000 You love that.

00:14:22.000 Then assault Savannah Hernandez.

00:14:23.000 Charlie, pull that from Alex Jones because we were just out there.

00:14:27.000 I mean, everyone was filming.

00:14:27.000 No, it's fine.

00:14:29.000 Everyone was filming out there.

00:14:30.000 I was helping Savannah film live TV interviews.

00:14:33.000 Everybody's out there.

00:14:34.000 But the context to that was I was talking to somebody in front of the Supreme Court about how abortion is clearly murdering babies.

00:14:43.000 This guy came out of nowhere.

00:14:45.000 Like he came from all the way from the other side.

00:14:49.000 It's like demonic, Charlie.

00:14:50.000 These people just come out of nowhere.

00:14:51.000 He came from all the way from the other side from behind me and then gets in my ear in my face and said, Did you say that abortion is murdering babies?

00:15:01.000 Like in a very sinister, calm tone.

00:15:04.000 And then I'm like, Yes, sir, that's exactly.

00:15:06.000 And then he just lost his mind.

00:15:07.000 He just completely lost it.

00:15:08.000 Almost assaulted you.

00:15:09.000 Almost.

00:15:09.000 I mean, it was right there.

00:15:10.000 He did.

00:15:10.000 He did swipe at Savannah Hernandez.

00:15:13.000 Yeah, almost got me too.

00:15:14.000 But that, these people are deep.

00:15:15.000 And by the way, I didn't mean that derogatorily towards Alex Jones.

00:15:18.000 I think he gets a bad rap, honestly.

00:15:20.000 I really do.

00:15:20.000 Me too.

00:15:22.000 He's obviously a mixed bag on a lot of different things, but I think a lot of the censorship towards him has just been ridiculous and awful.

00:15:28.000 And a lot of his predictions have come true.

00:15:30.000 Drew, thank you for the great work that you have done and that you do.

00:15:33.000 It's terrific.

00:15:34.000 We deeply appreciate it.

00:15:36.000 And you just have to keep on going to the front lines and covering things.

00:15:39.000 And this is not for everybody.

00:15:40.000 This is kind of like, do not try this at home.

00:15:43.000 But, but, but, but I say this all the time.

00:15:46.000 If you see a powerful person, take out your smartphone, ask them a question, and record yourself asking that question.

00:15:52.000 Absolutely.

00:15:53.000 Anybody can do it.

00:15:54.000 Absolutely.

00:15:54.000 So if you see a powerful woman politician on the left, go up to her and say, What is a woman?

00:15:59.000 And then you could email us the clip of their response, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:16:03.000 You have the power to challenge tyranny, and Drew's an inspiration for that.

00:16:06.000 Drew, thanks so much.

00:16:10.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:16:11.000 Right now, court packing is the real danger to our country.

00:16:14.000 Make no mistake, court packing is a coup.

00:16:17.000 The radical left is working overtime on new plans to pack the Supreme Court.

00:16:21.000 Look, if we do not stop them from installing four more justices so they can rig the system in their favor, it'll be catastrophic for our court, our country, and the American way of life.

00:16:31.000 We cannot let this happen.

00:16:32.000 I will not let it happen on our watch.

00:16:34.000 That's why I need you to join us.

00:16:35.000 We're gathering a coalition of 1 million patriots to say no to court packing, no to the left-wing agenda, and no to the Supreme Court coup.

00:16:43.000 Franklin Graham, former U.S. Attorney General Ed Meese, Dr. James Dobson, the Family Policy Alliance, and more, and over 400,000 people like you are all on board.

00:16:53.000 Please sign your name now.

00:16:54.000 Go to SupremeCoup, that's C-O-U-P.com to sign First Liberty's Letter.

00:16:59.000 First Liberty is a great organization run by a dear friend, Kelly Shackelford.

00:17:03.000 Go to supremecoup.com and God bless America.

00:17:09.000 There are a few people that are in hero status and legend status in the conservative movement, and one of them is James O'Keefe.

00:17:18.000 James O'Keefe, I have known for nearly a decade.

00:17:21.000 I have seen him get attacked by every major institutional imaginable, and yet he is stronger than ever.

00:17:28.000 Project Veritas is one of the most important charities in America.

00:17:33.000 Project Veritas is a 501c3 nonprofit, just like Turning Point USA.

00:17:37.000 I don't talk openly or positively about a lot of nonprofits.

00:17:42.000 I think a lot of them are a waste of time.

00:17:44.000 But Project Veritas is one of the good ones, and it's worthy of your support.

00:17:48.000 James O'Keefe hits home run after home run, and he recently has an amazing one from his Project Veritas action as well.

00:17:55.000 And yesterday, I think was his birthday.

00:17:58.000 James, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:18:01.000 Great to be with you, Charlie.

00:18:03.000 What a big story this is in South Carolina.

00:18:05.000 Tell us all about it.

00:18:07.000 Well, this is a Democratic candidate for the United States Senate running in the primary.

00:18:12.000 The primary was last night, June 28th, which is also my 38th birthday.

00:18:16.000 So quite a, it's also Elon Musk's birthday, by the way.

00:18:19.000 June 28th is quite a day.

00:18:21.000 And this is the Crystal Matthews using racially charged language while encouraging illicit campaign tactics.

00:18:29.000 She was caught on a in a jail.

00:18:32.000 She was talking to someone inside of a jail, and it was a recorded line.

00:18:37.000 And a whistleblower provided this to us.

00:18:39.000 Some of these quotes are pretty incendiary.

00:18:42.000 This is the candidate.

00:18:43.000 And by the way, she won last night.

00:18:44.000 So now she's going to face Tim Scott, the South Carolina U.S. Senator in the general election.

00:18:51.000 She said, quote, where's my dope money, my duffel bag boys? 0.90

00:18:54.000 Give me that dope money. 1.00

00:18:56.000 Honestly, I'm an N-word at heart.

00:18:59.000 I love black people. 0.95

00:19:00.000 We need folks that can wear black at night and take down their effing yard signs. 1.00

00:19:04.000 I mean, just this is just some of the most shocking things you'll ever hear.

00:19:08.000 Now, just this week, yesterday, the House legislator in South Carolina has put together an ethics committee to investigate this woman who has just won last night, the primary in South Carolina, and a lot more to say, but that's the gist.

00:19:24.000 And so, how did you obtain that tape of her saying that?

00:19:29.000 Well, we don't.

00:19:31.000 We have a source that provided it to us.

00:19:34.000 That's the most James O'Keeffe answer I've ever heard.

00:19:37.000 That's fine.

00:19:37.000 I mean, we have people everywhere.

00:19:40.000 I know.

00:19:40.000 I'm not accused.

00:19:41.000 I'm just saying it's typical James O'Keefe.

00:19:43.000 We have a source.

00:19:44.000 Done.

00:19:44.000 I believe it.

00:19:45.000 Okay.

00:19:46.000 Yes.

00:19:46.000 And sometimes, and you know, as you know, and historically, we've gone undercover to infiltrate, but a lot of these things we don't go undercover at all.

00:19:55.000 Someone who has access to the individual comes to us.

00:19:59.000 So we didn't seek out Matthews.

00:20:01.000 I didn't say, I'm going to go target Matthews.

00:20:03.000 It was actually someone had this and provided it to us from a jail.

00:20:08.000 And the Associated Press is covering it, Charlie.

00:20:11.000 We have all the local TV stations.

00:20:13.000 This is really extraordinary.

00:20:14.000 Matthews goes on local five television yesterday and is interviewed for 30 minutes.

00:20:21.000 And she doubles down on the dope money and the illicit campaign contribution. 1.00

00:20:27.000 She doesn't deny it.

00:20:28.000 Usually people say that's not me.

00:20:30.000 I was taken out of context.

00:20:31.000 No, she says I was caught in a private conversation.

00:20:35.000 Of course, that's the whole point.

00:20:36.000 People are more honest and private when they're speaking one-on-one.

00:20:40.000 So, James, I want to ask you: what is the latest from the FBI raiding your apartment?

00:20:46.000 This is something that really didn't get the coverage I think it deserved at the time or since.

00:20:51.000 And so, the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided your apartment and also your colleagues' apartment because of some connection to Joe Biden's daughter's diary.

00:21:02.000 Walk us through this.

00:21:05.000 Well, the latest developments there is that we had a whistleblower inside the FBI come to us two months ago and gave us a document, a restricted document, classified document inside the FBI, where the FBI considered Project Eritas news media.

00:21:21.000 That's very significant because the prosecutors in New York, which got the warrant to raid my house, which is unconstitutional and illegal, said that I was not news media.

00:21:31.000 The judge rejected the FBI's U.S. attorney's claim that we're not news media and said that we're protected by the First Amendment.

00:21:39.000 Appointed a special master.

00:21:41.000 This is regarding the Ashley Biden diary that was provided to us.

00:21:46.000 The FBI tried to claim that it was stolen.

00:21:48.000 We didn't steal it.

00:21:50.000 Even if it was stolen, it's not illegal for us to publish stolen material.

00:21:54.000 So the latest development is that we filed a motion before this judge to get our stuff back.

00:21:59.000 They have our phones and laptops.

00:22:01.000 They need to give it back.

00:22:02.000 This is an unconstitutional raid.

00:22:04.000 It's so unconstitutional.

00:22:05.000 The American Civil Liberties Union is defending Project Beritas, as is the Reporters Committee.

00:22:12.000 Charlie, you can't probably name one other conservative or perceived to be conservative organization defended by the ACLU.

00:22:19.000 And the issue here, the constitutional violation, is that they got a warrant and they're sealing the probable cause against a journalist.

00:22:28.000 So it's sort of like them saying, let me go with you all your anonymous sources and reporters' notebooks to make sure you're not breaking any laws.

00:22:35.000 That's illegal in the United States.

00:22:37.000 You can't do that.

00:22:38.000 And their argument is premised upon the fact that we're not journalists.

00:22:42.000 And the FBI whistleblower released a document saying that we are journalists.

00:22:46.000 So this is a pretty amazing case.

00:22:48.000 And the judge will have to rule on this.

00:22:49.000 And we should get that ruling here shortly.

00:22:52.000 So, James, what's in the diary that we're not supposed to talk about?

00:22:58.000 Well, Tucker did a 20-minute long segment on that very issue some 10 days ago.

00:23:05.000 My regret was that it was on a Friday.

00:23:06.000 I'm afraid it didn't get the distribution it deserved.

00:23:09.000 Well, a Daily Mail reporter about 10 days ago came out and reported that now the authorities, the Department of Justice, is investigating the source for selling it.

00:23:23.000 Project Veritas bought the rights to it.

00:23:25.000 We never published it, Charlie, because I couldn't verify that what Ashley wrote in the diary actually happened.

00:23:33.000 And I have an ethical responsibility to corroborate allegations.

00:23:40.000 That's a bar higher than many other reporters who just report accusations.

00:23:45.000 I choose not to do that.

00:23:47.000 But the Daily Mail, it's to me, the story here is not what Ashley Biden wrote, perhaps in a drug rehab clinic in a diary.

00:23:56.000 The story is the unbelievably historic constitutional violations of the FBI raiding journalists' homes and pointing guns at my head and taking my anonymous source notebooks.

00:24:06.000 That's the real story.

00:24:08.000 Well, and also, James, they ask, so you call your attorney.

00:24:11.000 Correct me if I'm not mistaken.

00:24:13.000 You say, hey, can I call my attorney?

00:24:15.000 You unlock the phone, call your attorney.

00:24:17.000 And as soon as you're done with the call, they take the phone out of your hand so that you don't have to unlock the phone.

00:24:21.000 Is that correct?

00:24:22.000 Yes.

00:24:23.000 They came in my apartment with guns and bulletproof vests and battering rams.

00:24:28.000 And then, of course, I asked to speak to my lawyer.

00:24:31.000 Of course, I don't have my lawyer's phone number memorized.

00:24:34.000 Think of it.

00:24:35.000 Whose phone numbers do you have memorized?

00:24:37.000 Probably just your mom and dad.

00:24:39.000 So then I say, May I use my phone?

00:24:41.000 They say, Would you like to use the phone on the nightstand?

00:24:43.000 I said yes.

00:24:45.000 I proceed to unlock my iPhone.

00:24:47.000 And as soon as the phone goes to voicemail, they snatch the phone out of my hand and put it in an evidence bag, which they leave open.

00:24:54.000 So the point, and I testified before Congress, before members of Congress two months ago, Charlie.

00:25:01.000 And this is a very nuanced point, but it's an important one.

00:25:04.000 The moment that they cross into your apartment and take your journalistic notes and anonymous sources, the constitutional violations are infinite.

00:25:16.000 There's no way that they can make me whole after violating my rights like that.

00:25:22.000 That's the gravest violation of constitutional rights imaginable.

00:25:26.000 And the reporters committee and left-leaning organizations are angry about it.

00:25:31.000 Can you think of any other case?

00:25:33.000 No, because this is about journalism and the First Amendment.

00:25:36.000 And that's the real story here.

00:25:37.000 Not what, I mean, some people are making it about what Ashley Biden alleged.

00:25:41.000 I'm not going to go there because I have not been able to verify whether that is true.

00:25:46.000 But what is true is that Joe Biden's Department of Justice is targeting people who are investigating him.

00:25:54.000 And Ashley Biden's lawyer, a woman named Roberta Kaplan, is the same lawyer for the daughter-in-law of the prosecutor who got the warrants against me.

00:26:02.000 This is like Banana Republic Russian North Korea stuff that we're living through.

00:26:09.000 And this judge in New York is it's on her desk to unseal the affidavit. 0.99

00:26:14.000 She has a constitutional obligation to unseal the affidavits, and I think that she will.

00:26:19.000 I mean, it's so extraordinary, so many levels.

00:26:21.000 I just want everyone listening to understand that you have a journalist who is exposing the Democrat Party and the left vaccine companies.

00:26:32.000 They go bring in their secret police.

00:26:32.000 And what do they do?

00:26:34.000 Just so everyone's clear, the Daily Mail reported that in the diary, Ashley Biden wrote extensively about Joe Biden showering with her and acting inappropriate to her, possibly sexually.

00:26:48.000 That's the Daily Mail that reported that.

00:26:50.000 You guys could check that out.

00:26:51.000 I understand you have to be careful with that.

00:26:53.000 In closing here, James, I want to just go through some of your greatest hits the last couple of days.

00:26:56.000 Can you talk about the Elon Musk's meeting with Twitter that you guys publicized?

00:27:01.000 We haven't really talked about Elon.

00:27:02.000 Well, you just mentioned his birthday.

00:27:04.000 Despite that, we haven't really focused a lot on it.

00:27:06.000 What did we learn in that call?

00:27:09.000 Well, Elon Musk and I share a birthday, just funny, funny irony, coincidence there.

00:27:15.000 Yeah, we've been reporting some raw phone calls that Elon Musk has had with Twitter.

00:27:22.000 There was that one that he dialed into the call and expressed his commitment to freedom of speech.

00:27:27.000 We also reported recently that Twitter's own all-hands call, right, when the deal was announced with Elon Musk buying it.

00:27:35.000 People were up in arms and upset about it.

00:27:38.000 And then, Charlie, that comes on the heels of our two Twitter executives caught on hidden camera, one of them mocking Elon Musk's Asperger's condition, saying he's, quote, special needs.

00:27:48.000 And then that guy, Alex Martinez, sprinting away from me in New York City, running away from me as I confronted him with his own words.

00:27:56.000 And then the other Twitter engineer calling themselves communist as F-U-C-K and saying that they don't really show up to work there at Twitter.

00:28:05.000 So a lot going on.

00:28:07.000 And by the way, we have sources inside Twitter that keep feeding us these phone calls.

00:28:12.000 You have to remember, all these people, including this South Carolina Senate race, again, to remind you, Crystal Matthews, state rep, has just won the primary in South Carolina, running against U.S. Senator Tim Scott.

00:28:25.000 Tim Scott will likely win.

00:28:27.000 But this is probably the most damning thing you will ever hear in the history of Project Veritas released two days ago, talking about dope money, campaign violations, using the N-word.

00:28:39.000 This is crazy.

00:28:40.000 And she won despite us releasing this.

00:28:43.000 So this is a new Rubicon that we're crossing here in American society when people can win after saying things like that.

00:28:50.000 James, keep up the great work.

00:28:51.000 They're trying to take you out and they fail every single time.

00:28:54.000 We have your back, projectveritas.com slash brave.

00:28:57.000 Make a financial support of James O'Keefe's organization.

00:29:00.000 It's worth it.

00:29:01.000 I don't say that about a lot of groups.

00:29:02.000 Project Veritas is great.

00:29:03.000 Hope to see you in Tampa, James.

00:29:04.000 Keep up the great work.

00:29:05.000 See you soon, buddy.

00:29:06.000 Thank you.

00:29:11.000 So Madrid is kind of the center of the world right now.

00:29:14.000 I've been to Madrid.

00:29:16.000 It's a nice city, nice place.

00:29:17.000 Spain is fine.

00:29:18.000 I have some good friends in Spain.

00:29:20.000 But Madrid is kind of the meeting point for a lot of global leaders right now.

00:29:26.000 And there's a CODEL happening, a congressional delegation in Spain.

00:29:33.000 So while you are not able to afford to go on vacation, don't worry, your Republican officials are touring Spanish wine country, but not just touring it with anybody.

00:29:44.000 Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin said that the time he's spending traveling throughout Europe with Tom Tillis is giving him confidence that they can restart immigration talk reforms again.

00:30:01.000 So while you are barely able to fly across America, where a flight from Phoenix to New York is $1,200 round trip, your leaders are enjoying the beautiful rolling hills of Spain in the summer as part of a bipartisan delegation to the NATO summit.

00:30:24.000 Here's what Dick Durbin says, quote, a deal on comprehensive immigration reform has been elusive for several years on Capitol Hill, as lawmakers have squabbled over everything from a border wall to a legal status for dreamers.

00:30:39.000 Durbin's comment about a Uvalde moment is a reference to the massacre in an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, which sparked Senate action on gun reforms and produced the first successful piece of legislation on the issue in decades.

00:30:51.000 Quote, we've been talking the last couple of days about reviving the effort, Dick Durbin said.

00:30:56.000 And I think what happened at the border with finding 51 dead migrants in a tractor trail is what I call a Uvalde moment. 0.88

00:31:02.000 I hope it sparks an interest in finding a bipartisan approach to deal with immigration.

00:31:06.000 Now, Dick Durbin has been chief amnesty sponsor for years.

00:31:11.000 Dick Durbin would love nothing more than to offer mass amnesty.

00:31:15.000 Never build a wall, never have any sort of southern border restrictions or security.

00:31:19.000 You cannot trust a thing this guy says.

00:31:22.000 So why is Tom Tillis negotiating with him?

00:31:25.000 By the way, we have 3 million people crossing into our country annually.

00:31:29.000 3 million people.

00:31:30.000 The state of Nevada illegally enters into America.

00:31:33.000 Dick Durbin doesn't care.

00:31:34.000 You know what Dick Durbin wants to do?

00:31:35.000 Dick Durbin wants to give all of them legal status.

00:31:38.000 We have a state of Arkansas coming into America.

00:31:40.000 We have a territory of Puerto Rico coming in every single year.

00:31:45.000 And Dick Durbin doesn't care.

00:31:47.000 Do you think North Carolina wants this?

00:31:49.000 For all of you listening on radio right now or podcasting or The Real America's Voice or on Rumble or on Getter, how many of you in North Carolina out of Tom Tillis want your elected officials to go tour Spanish wine country right now and negotiate immigration reform?

00:32:05.000 Is that what the people of North Carolina want?

00:32:07.000 While the people of North Carolina can barely afford to fill up a tank of gas to go take their kids to the beach, while they could barely afford basic necessities, your leaders are whining and dining and trying to see, how can I have mass amnesty while we have 3 million people coming into our country every single year?

00:32:30.000 Certainly couldn't afford a European vacation, but that's okay.

00:32:34.000 Your leaders don't care.

00:32:36.000 Your leaders do what they want.

00:32:38.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.

00:32:40.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:32:42.000 Thanks so much for listening.

00:32:43.000 God bless.
