00:00:17.000 The people versus Donald Trump.

00:00:19.000 Is the left going to try to put Donald Trump in prison post-presidency?

00:00:23.000 It's a little bit more scary than you might think.

00:00:25.000 And also, why do Democrats keep on deleting all the evidence that might ever hold them accountable?

00:00:30.000 That and so much more.

00:01:03.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:01:04.000 Here we go.

00:01:06.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:01:07.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.

00:01:10.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:01:13.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:01:16.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:01:17.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:01:18.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:01:25.000 Turning point USA.

00:01:27.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:35.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:38.000 So who actually watched football this last weekend?

00:01:41.000 Full disclosure, I love football.

00:01:43.000 I am saddened, frustrated, and upset beyond words that half of college football is playing and the other half is not playing.

00:01:53.000 So I decided to say, I'm going to watch a little bit of football, just a little bit, see if they're going to be overly political.

00:02:00.000 I'm going to give them 10 or 15 minutes and we'll see what happens.

00:02:04.000 I turned on the Cincinnati Bengals LA Chargers game.

00:02:07.000 I am a big Joe Burrow fan.

00:02:08.000 I think he's probably going to be one of the best quarterbacks in NFL history.

00:02:12.000 And within a couple of minutes, I had to hear the commentator talk about how the NFL is taking a stand for social justice and racial justice.

00:02:20.000 And I said, that's it.

00:02:22.000 I'm done.

00:02:23.000 The ratings reflect my exact reaction.

00:02:26.000 NFL ratings have collapsed on opening week.

00:02:29.000 This is from The Independent.

00:02:30.000 Quote, the first weekend of the NFL was marked by widespread social justice activism as a lack of fan interest led to a near ratings collapse.

00:02:39.000 More than four years after Colin Kaepernick became better known for bending his knee than his elbow, players across the league knelt, linked arms, or remained in their locker rooms during the national anthem.

00:02:50.000 Several players from the Carolina Panthers, Baltimore Ravens, Seattle Seahawks, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, and Minnesota Vikings kneeled during the national anthem.

00:02:57.000 So I received a text from a friend of mine from the Midwest, a huge Bears fan.

00:03:01.000 And if you guys are from Chicago or you know anything about Chicago, there's nothing quite like Bears football.

00:03:06.000 It shuts down the entire town.

00:03:08.000 Everyone is listening to Jeff Joniak on radio.

00:03:12.000 Everyone is watching the Bears.

00:03:14.000 It is the day the earth stood still in Chicago.

00:03:16.000 It is the most important thing, more important than the Cubs, more important than the Blackhawks, Bears football.

00:03:21.000 Everything stands still.

00:03:23.000 So I got this text from a friend of mine in Chicago who is center right, but I wouldn't consider to be overly political.

00:03:30.000 Quote, so I was skeptical about watching the Bears game, but my research confirmed that there would not be any political statements written on the field, no BLM Inc logos.

00:03:39.000 You must listen to this podcast, et cetera.

00:03:41.000 I was aware pregame players would exercise their free speech or lock arms.

00:03:45.000 I told myself I can try and live with that once there was an opening kickoff.

00:03:48.000 I would be open-minded and root for my Bears as long as there was no politics on my screen.

00:03:52.000 Shortly before halftime, a message appeared in the end zone.

00:03:55.000 It wasn't there before, so it was a computer overlaying it onto the screen.

00:03:59.000 Just two words, end racism.

00:04:02.000 I'm sure most people didn't give it a second thought. 0.91

00:04:04.000 But high information, conservative voters, understand that a subtle or not so subtle message that we must live in a systemically racist country, which is not true, so support BLM and vote for Biden because Trump is racist. 0.94

00:04:16.000 And I'm sure there was plenty of BLM incorporated leftist pressure put on the NFL so the league was forced to appease these mafia political thugs. 0.82

00:04:24.000 Fighting words.

00:04:26.000 If the purpose was to proclaim causes that the NFL thought they have an obligation to shed on, such as end anti-Semitism or end child abuse or end starvation, then I would not be upset.

00:04:36.000 If these biased political messages don't bother others, then that's fine.

00:04:40.000 I respect other people's First Amendment opinions, so go knock yourself out.

00:04:43.000 But for now, I'm knocking myself out of the den, taking my bears sweatjacket off and turning the game off.

00:04:50.000 I got two words for the NFL.

00:04:52.000 I'm out.

00:04:53.000 I still love the Bears and hope to put my sweatjacket back on one day, but I love my country more.

00:04:59.000 I've been getting messages like this from all across the country.

00:05:02.000 And this one friend of mine in the suburbs of Chicago is an obsessed Bears fan.

00:05:06.000 He watches every single play.

00:05:08.000 He watches every single movement.

00:05:10.000 He monitors the message boards for the latest trades and who's the starting quarterback is going to be.

00:05:14.000 And guess what?

00:05:15.000 The Bears actually won in a surprise fashion.

00:05:17.000 As I was told, I didn't watch the game.

00:05:19.000 There's millions of people that are so upset with the over-politicized nature of sports, where actually a lot of people watch sports as a way to escape politics.

00:05:30.000 Like myself, I used to watch football as a way to say, okay, I do politics six days a week.

00:05:34.000 I can sit down, watch football, look at the plays, try to predict what's happening next, see athletes in their highest possible performance capacity.

00:05:43.000 Now I have to watch politics while I watch football.

00:05:47.000 It just makes me more upset, more angry, and I'm done.

00:05:47.000 I don't want that.

00:05:51.000 NFL, no more.

00:05:53.000 The Jaguars said in a statement that they would stay in the locker room to raise awareness of racial injustice.

00:05:58.000 Now, let's just do a quick reminder here.

00:06:00.000 Every single one of these black athletes that are playing for the NFL, they're all millionaires. 0.52

00:06:05.000 So how oppressive of a country are we if every single one of you are earning more money than the people that are watching you? 0.67

00:06:12.000 It would be one thing if you weren't being paid anything, if you guys were doing this in a volunteer capacity or you lived in a Marxist totalitarian country.

00:06:19.000 No, every single one of you are saying, we're really oppressed.

00:06:22.000 While after they protest, take a knee, say how awful of a country we live in, go into their Maseratis, their Rolls-Royce's, and their Bentleys to their $10 million homes and then tweet out solidarity for BLM Inc. saying that don't you understand how awful of a country we live in?

00:06:41.000 You are the ruling class.

00:06:43.000 It's actually possible for someone that has athletic predisposition to make millions of dollars.

00:06:48.000 Congratulations.

00:06:49.000 The Miami Dolphins, the Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns, Philadelphia Eagles, and New York Jets also stayed in their locker rooms.

00:06:56.000 Specifically, the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns game on Sunday, all but two players stood for the playing of the Lift Every Voices and Sing, which has been called the black national anthem.

00:07:06.000 Let's just be very clear.

00:07:07.000 There is no such thing as the black national anthem. 0.94

00:07:10.000 This is the left trying to return us back to tribal groups. 0.84

00:07:14.000 And I'm going to be very honest.

00:07:15.000 I am very optimistic and very pessimistic simultaneously.

00:07:19.000 It's almost I have this conflict going on.

00:07:22.000 I'm pessimistic because I don't feel as if this should be tolerated by anyone at all.

00:07:28.000 However, I'm optimistic because there's a ratings collapse. 0.97

00:07:31.000 Now, BLM Incorporated is taking America's race relations back 60 years. 0.73

00:07:36.000 Could you imagine the outrage if we said, you know what, we need a white national anthem.

00:07:40.000 Oh my goodness. 0.78

00:07:42.000 That would be evil.

00:07:43.000 That would be wrong.

00:07:44.000 That would be immoral. 1.00

00:07:45.000 That's how I feel about a black national anthem. 1.00

00:07:48.000 This is exactly how it happens, everybody. 0.99

00:07:50.000 The hyphenating of America.

00:07:52.000 They do not believe in what is on our presidential seal, which is the phrase e pluribus unum.

00:07:59.000 It's a Latin phrase that means out of many, one.

00:08:02.000 They mean in divide and conquer. 0.84

00:08:04.000 They believe in turning people against each other.

00:08:07.000 Now, here's why I'm optimistic.

00:08:08.000 The ratings are down.

00:08:10.000 Viewership was down 12.3% from 2019.

00:08:13.000 It should be down a lot more than that.

00:08:14.000 Down nearly 3 million viewers for the kickoff game and basically tying 2018 for the lowest since 2009.

00:08:21.000 Frankly, the drop should be a lot more, as I've mentioned.

00:08:24.000 More people should boycott the NFL.

00:08:25.000 And Sunday Night Football was hit even harder.

00:08:27.000 Good.

00:08:28.000 Sunday Night Football had only 14.8 million viewers last night compared to last year's opening, which had 22 million viewers.

00:08:37.000 That's a 28% collapse.

00:08:39.000 Now, in its launch announcement, the NFL said its social justice campaign, quote, leverages the scale and power of the league to unite the country during a critical time, end quote, and that they are committed to integrating causes like social justice throughout the season.

00:08:53.000 Roger Goodell, who is the worst commissioner in the history of organized sports and the history of anything that matters, this is Roger Goodell, who is pushing this, who, of course, makes $40 million a year.

00:09:03.000 He signed a five-year extension in 2017 worth $200 million for running one of the most important brands into the ground.

00:09:11.000 I will not be watching, and I encourage you to do the same.

00:09:14.000 And so many of you are sending me emails saying that you are also not watching.

00:09:18.000 College football is a little bit more watchable.

00:09:20.000 And by the way, I actually have a little bit more leniency for college athletes.

00:09:25.000 They are actually in college, so they're still maturing.

00:09:28.000 They're around indoctrination all the time.

00:09:31.000 Yet, for some really bizarre reason, the unpaid college athletes that are around left-wing indoctrination, they're actually less likely to indulge and engage in some of this incredibly racist rhetoric and activism that is being pushed by BLM Incorporated.

00:09:49.000 I watched Clemson absolutely run circles around Wake Forest.

00:09:54.000 They had a couple parts about racial justice and social justice, but I have a little bit, again, I have a little bit more leniency and flexibility for college athletes.

00:10:01.000 They're not driving around in Bentleys and Rolls-Royces and being paid millions of dollars.

00:10:05.000 And if they are, well, they should probably disclose that because they would be breaking the law.

00:10:09.000 However, the NFL, I mean, these people have signed seven-figure contracts.

00:10:13.000 They're living very successful lives.

00:10:15.000 They're living in the 1% of the 1%.

00:10:18.000 And they're trying to communicate to us about how awful our country is. 0.96

00:10:21.000 It's not systemically racist if the NFL is now a majority black athletes that are all millionaires. 0.76

00:10:28.000 And also the NBA is even more political than the NFL. 0.79

00:10:32.000 The NBA is completely and totally unwatchable.

00:10:35.000 On their court, it literally says Black Lives Matter. 0.78

00:10:39.000 And so Ben Shapiro, I think, says it best, where the phrase Black Lives Matter is a semantic overload.

00:10:45.000 It can mean three different things simultaneously. 1.00

00:10:47.000 A phrase that is true.

00:10:49.000 It can be about a rallying cry for a Marxist movement.

00:10:52.000 And it also can be describing an organization.

00:10:55.000 And so while the phrase is, of course, true, the phrase also does not add nuance that all lives matter.

00:11:00.000 And if you dare say that, then all of a sudden you lose your position as a color commentator at the Sacramento Kings or anywhere across the athletic landscape or in the corporate world.

00:11:10.000 And so there are other sports to watch, by the way.

00:11:12.000 NHL, UFC, and yes, SEC football.

00:11:16.000 The SEC, they're all standing.

00:11:18.000 They're honoring the flag.

00:11:19.000 I can tolerate that.

00:11:21.000 And Daniel White deserves our credit.

00:11:23.000 I want to give credit to Tyler Eifert or Effort.

00:11:26.000 I might be mispronouncing his name.

00:11:27.000 Tight end for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

00:11:29.000 He tweeted, great win to start the season.

00:11:31.000 Love being a part of this new team and community.

00:11:33.000 It was an honor wearing David Dorn's name on my helmet today.

00:11:37.000 Just a little prediction here.

00:11:38.000 He's going to probably have to backtrack this. 0.82

00:11:40.000 David Dorn, of course, the black police officer who was murdered by a Black Lives Matter BLM Incorporated thug for defending a convenience store. 0.54

00:11:47.000 David Doern, of course, is an American hero.

00:11:50.000 And by the way, I encourage everyone to go buy Tyler Eiford's jersey today, tight end for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

00:11:56.000 He played for Notre Dame.

00:11:58.000 I actually remember watching him play.

00:11:59.000 He was a great athlete.

00:12:00.000 I encourage you to check it out.

00:12:04.000 There's a big problem out there.

00:12:06.000 Our heroes, first responders, they have a tough job to do.

00:12:10.000 And they also have to pay out of pocket for their own gear that they need to do their job.

00:12:14.000 EMS, police, fire, medical workers on the front lines, and even military units deal with constrained budgets and outdated gear, but there's still a job to do, and you need the gear to do it.

00:12:25.000 Hunting for military and first responder discounts has historically required going from one website to another, creating multiple accounts, logins to make purchases, and jumping through various hoops to verify your source.

00:12:36.000 Don't you wish there was one place you could visit that had a carefully crafted selection of deals for military and first responders in one spot where there is.

00:12:43.000 It's called GovX.

00:12:45.000 GovX works directly with brands to negotiate the best prices possible because you deserve the gear you need at the prices you've earned.

00:12:51.000 Plus, you can trust that the gear you're ordering is 100% authentic, direct from the manufacturer.

00:12:57.000 A huge collection of gear and apparel from popular brands, all in one convenient location.

00:13:02.000 GovX honors your service and gives back to your communities.

00:13:06.000 If you're an American of service, a current or former member of the military, firefighting, frontline medical or law enforcement communities, or the emergency medical, join GovX for free and enjoy a community that honors and gives back to patriots like you.

00:13:38.000 Now, speaking of cops being shot and speaking of what's actually happening in our country, there were two LA County deputies that are in stable condition right now after being shot in Compton.

00:13:49.000 And the search for the gunman continues.

00:13:51.000 This is from the local ABC affiliates in Los Angeles.

00:13:55.000 Quote, two Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputies were shot at a metro station in Compton Saturday evening.

00:14:01.000 One of the deputies, only identified as 31-year-old mother of a six-year-old boy, was shot in the jaw and arms, but is in stable condition.

00:14:09.000 Alex Villanueva, who's a sheriff, said, quote, she helped the other wounded deputy got on the radio, provided medical care, got him to a place of safety because they didn't know if there was another attack coming their way.

00:14:22.000 The other deputy, a 24-year-old man, was struck by gunfire in the forehead, an arm, and a hand.

00:14:27.000 He is described as alert, praise God.

00:14:30.000 The search continues Sunday for the gunman.

00:14:32.000 The footage of the ambush was released, and if you have seen it, it is so incredibly hard to watch.

00:14:38.000 It proves that this attack was unprovoked and that they were targeted.

00:14:43.000 Let's play this tape for those of you that are watching on YouTube.

00:14:46.000 Play tape.

00:14:54.000 Let's also pull up the image of the woman who was bloodied.

00:14:57.000 It's hard to even watch.

00:14:59.000 This 31-year-old officer deserves the Medal of Freedom from the President of the United States.

00:15:05.000 The most despicable thing to come out of this entire tragedy is some of the reaction of BLM Inc. activists and protesters who gathered outside of St. Francis Medical Center in Linwood, where these injured police officers were fighting for their life.

00:15:21.000 A crowd gathered outside while they were fighting for their life.

00:15:25.000 And they started to shout anti-law enforcement slogans and at one point tried to get inside of the hospital. 0.99

00:15:33.000 So BLM, organizing outside of the hospital, started to chant, I hope you effing die, and death to the police. 0.97

00:15:45.000 One Instagram user, Bino underscore the Great, who apparently witnessed the shooting, posted a haunting and really disgusting video. 0.98

00:15:54.000 I'm going to play a clip of it for you here, and I want you to see and hear for yourself what BLM Inc. depravity is really like.

00:16:02.000 Play tape. 0.85

00:16:06.000 Just aired the police out.

00:16:10.000 They just aired the police out.

00:16:19.000 They just bust on them.

00:16:21.000 That's crazy. 1.00

00:16:24.000 Damn. 1.00

00:16:27.000 It goes down in Congress. 1.00

00:16:31.000 Oh, they just got bust off. 1.00

00:16:34.000 That nigga on the knee. 1.00

00:16:39.000 Damn. 1.00

00:16:42.000 Police just got aired out. 1.00

00:16:45.000 They just got busted.

00:16:48.000 They just got aired out.

00:16:51.000 They just got aired out.

00:16:54.000 It's going up. 1.00

00:16:57.000 Somebody bust on their ass. 1.00

00:17:02.000 Somebody bust on the police. 1.00

00:17:06.000 Damn. 1.00

00:17:09.000 Oh. 1.00

00:17:11.000 Oh, two sheriffs shot in the face.

00:17:15.000 Two sheriffs shot in the face. 0.54

00:17:17.000 They tripping.

00:17:20.000 It's going up in Congress.

00:17:22.000 Bust on the police.

00:17:28.000 They just got aired out. 1.00

00:17:30.000 Somebody ran up on the court and bust on their ass right through the window in the face and on. 0.99

00:17:37.000 It's a rap. 1.00

00:17:38.000 Two cops were just shot in cold blood.

00:17:43.000 And that is his reaction.

00:17:46.000 This is the movement that BLM Incorporated is growing.

00:17:50.000 This is the movement that many of your pastors are supporting.

00:17:54.000 This is the movement that your companies are funding.

00:17:57.000 This is the movement that our corporations is pandering to.

00:18:00.000 This is the movement that your children in public schools and most private schools is learning to embrace.

00:18:07.000 This is what the NFL, the NBA, and LeBron James are supporting.

00:18:12.000 LeBron James continues to support BLM Inc., yet mentions nothing when two police officers are targeted for murder in the streets.

00:18:22.000 This is exactly what happens when you support revolutionary Marxists who want to burn down the entire system and start a race war in our country.

00:18:32.000 This is Jussie Smollett's vision happening in real time.

00:18:36.000 Jussie Smollett wanted a race war.

00:18:37.000 That's why he faked a race hate crime in Chicago.

00:18:42.000 Now we are seeing that play out in real time.

00:18:47.000 Now, Eric Garcetti and Joe Biden might come out and condemn the shooting now, but where were they in May when this whole thing started?

00:18:55.000 They were promoting it.

00:18:57.000 It was Joe Biden and his campaign that donated to the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which bailed out terrorists, thugs, and criminals who were burning down the streets of Minnesota. 0.88

00:19:10.000 The only reason why Democrats are now hedging on this issue is because Don Lemon pointed to the polls and said, hey, this race is now within the margin of error because we have been pandering to BLM Inc. 0.53

00:19:23.000 And so LeBron James and the NBA and NFL and all of the corporations that we mentioned in Corporations versus America that we talked about last week are all in lockstep to support BLM Inc.

00:19:39.000 And BLM Inc. Wishes for the death for police officers outside of a hospital where they are fighting for their life.

00:19:45.000 BLM Inc. encourages looting, as we saw with the Chicago leader of BLM Inc., who thinks that looting and rioting is a form of reparations.

00:19:57.000 Let's play tape of that, play tape. 0.99

00:19:59.000 I don't care if somebody decides to loot a Gucci or a Macy's or a Nike because that makes sure that that person eats.

00:20:07.000 That makes sure that that person has clothes.

00:20:09.000 That's reparations.

00:20:11.000 That is reparations.

00:20:13.000 Anything they want to take, take it because these businesses have insurance.

00:20:17.000 They're going to get their money back.

00:20:19.000 My people aren't getting anything.

00:20:21.000 BLM Inc. is getting non-stop corporate funding, hundreds of millions of dollars and billions of dollars from the biggest corporations in our country.

00:20:30.000 And so when it actually materializes in cops getting done down in the street or Trump supporters getting murdered in Portland, Oregon, it shouldn't surprise anybody.

00:20:41.000 This is from Business Insider.

00:20:43.000 Democrats are increasingly worried Trump's law and order message is resonating with swing state voters.

00:20:49.000 This entire thing is nothing more than a political retreat on behalf of Joe Biden and the Democrat Party.

00:20:57.000 The American people in middle America, at least 60% of them, they don't like it when their police officers are being targeted for murder in the streets of our country. 0.92

00:21:12.000 And what's so upsetting about this is that so many of these police forces are minority-majority police forces.

00:21:19.000 They're black and Hispanic leaders that are being targeted for doing their job.

00:21:27.000 So we pray for these two police officers to have a quick recovery, but complete and total silence from LeBron James and the National Basketball Association that continues to put forth the slogan of the organization that wishes death for these police officers, that rallied outside of the hospital as these police officers were fighting for their life.

00:21:50.000 Think about that.

00:21:51.000 These police officers were just shot in the jaw and the forehead, and they have to listen through the window as they're barely able to breathe and barely able to have consciousness. 0.93

00:22:03.000 They have to listen to the yelling and the screaming of activists that say, I hope you die.

00:22:09.000 How is this not the biggest story in our country?

00:22:13.000 And if you haven't heard about this, please reconsider where you get your news from because the activist media has no concern at all whatsoever for the public targeting and attempted assassination of our law enforcement officers.

00:22:30.000 And I will say, because of the work that we are doing on this program, and you make it possible when you support us at charliekirk.com/slash support, charliekirk.com/slash support, BLM Inc. has dropped another nine points in favorability, including a 13-point dip amongst Republicans, according to a new Politico morning consult poll.

00:22:56.000 With the ever-increasing numbers of makes and models of all the different cars, it's so impossible to stock all the parts you ever need.

00:23:03.000 If you guys ever go to try to get the parts you need, you're probably very intimidated talking to the person.

00:23:08.000 You don't know the parts.

00:23:09.000 They sometimes charge too much.

00:23:10.000 You might have a fiat.

00:23:11.000 You might have a Kia, Pacific, or X-T5.

00:23:14.000 Chain stores have different price tiers for professional mechanics and do-it-yourselfers.

00:23:19.000 But guess what?

00:23:19.000 That's why you have Rock Auto.

00:23:21.000 Rockautos.com's prices are the same for everybody and are reliably low.

00:23:25.000 Rockauto.com always offers the lowest prices possible rather than the changing prices based on what the market will bear like airlines do.

00:23:34.000 Rockauto.com is a family business.

00:23:37.000 They serve Auto Parts customers online for 20 years.

00:23:40.000 So go to rockauto.com to shop for auto and body parts from hundreds of manufacturers.

00:23:57.000 Best of all, prices at rockauto.com are always reliably low, and the same for professionals and do-it-yourselfers.

00:24:03.000 Why spend up to twice as much for the same parts?

00:24:05.000 So, right now, go to rockauto.com, use the podcast name Charlie Kirk.

00:24:10.000 They have amazing selections, reliably low prices, and you know it.

00:24:14.000 All the parts you ever need, rockauto.com.

00:24:16.000 That's rockauto.com.

00:24:18.000 All the parts you ever need, rockauto.com.

00:24:23.000 So, what would happen if you deleted evidence that was necessary to do a criminal investigation?

00:24:30.000 Democrats have a deep pattern of deletion.

00:24:32.000 This is one of the most frustrating stories that I have to talk about.

00:24:36.000 It is so outrageous how Democrats believe they are above the law and they just get away with blatant crimes.

00:24:42.000 A Judicial Watch FOIA request uncovered a not very surprising twist in the Mueller-Russian collusion witch hunt.

00:24:49.000 This is from the Judicial Watch press release on Friday: quote: In a table that appears to be a tabulation of the special counsel office review of phones used by Bob Mueller's team for record preservation purposes, 27 phones were reported wiped clean of all data prior to review having taken place.

00:25:07.000 20 phones were reported wiped of data due to an accidental wipe.

00:25:14.000 The excuse that they gave is because someone entered the password incorrectly too many times.

00:25:19.000 Two phones were reported wiped after being placed in airplane mode, from which they could not be unlocked because the password was forgotten, including the phones of Andrew Weissman and two deputies of Mueller, Kyle Freeney and Rush Atkinson.

00:25:33.000 One phone was wiped clean without explanation, and there are no records of Bob Mueller's phone ever being reviewed.

00:25:41.000 And of course, these people can't remember their phone passwords.

00:25:44.000 They're just lying.

00:25:46.000 They lie because they know they have something to hide.

00:25:49.000 Now, if you've followed the left like I have very intimately for the last eight years, last decade, you know that this is a pattern.

00:25:57.000 The Democrats engage in blatant and outright targeting of Americans that they don't agree with, the manipulation of our judicial system, and the deletion of the evidence that can ever show that they were doing this.

00:26:12.000 Here's a little refresher: Hillary Clinton destroyed phones with hammers and wiped her email server, phones that were under criminal subpoena.

00:26:20.000 Do you remember Lois Lerner?

00:26:22.000 Lois Lerner ran the IRS targeting scandal that targeted conservative Christian Tea Party groups under Barack Obama.

00:26:32.000 When House Republicans started to look into it, she lost 24,000 emails.

00:26:37.000 And now Bob Mueller and his team accidentally wiped 31 phones before an investigation.

00:26:43.000 Look, let's just be very clear here.

00:26:46.000 No one accidentally wipes their phones, especially 27 to 31 different phones and cross an entire investigation that was mired in secrecy and partisan rancor from the start.

00:26:58.000 This was no accident.

00:26:59.000 But again, it's not surprising.

00:27:00.000 They wiped 24,000 emails from the IRS.

00:27:03.000 And of course, they also wiped email communications when it came to Benghazi and the entire Obama administration. 0.99

00:27:11.000 And while some think this is kind of funny in the activist media, and honestly, the ruling class, they just think we're just too stupid or too dumb not to care. 0.99

00:27:20.000 The ruling class has such contempt for you. 0.99

00:27:23.000 The ruling class has such contempt for the rule of law that they know they'll get away with it, and they probably will.

00:27:30.000 According to FBI documents, investigators determined a total of 13 devices were associated with Clinton's two top phone numbers and personal email domain, eight of which she used during his tenure as Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013.

00:27:43.000 The FBI requested that all 13 devices be handed over.

00:27:47.000 Clinton's attorneys informed the FBI that they were unable to locate any of these devices, so the Bureau was unable to examine them.

00:27:53.000 Clinton's top aide, Huma Abedin, former wife of Anthony Weiner, told FBI agents that the whereabouts of Clinton's unwanted devices were frequently become unknown.

00:28:04.000 This is a pattern.

00:28:06.000 It's a cover-up.

00:28:07.000 And this is very predictable because as the Democrats continue to engage in our incredibly fragile judicial system, they're going to continually need to cover up their tracks so that we can't hold them accountable for doing that.

00:28:20.000 Another Clinton aide admitted that, quote, there were two instances where he destroyed Clinton's old mobile devices by breaking them in half or hitting them with a hammer.

00:28:28.000 This, of course, is on top of the 33,000 emails that she blatantly deleted, admitted to deleting, by the way, and never apologized for deleting, sticking to the likely lie that they all had to do with yoga classes and her daughter's wedding, play tape.

00:28:43.000 We went through a thorough process to identify all of my work-related emails and deliver them to the State Department.

00:28:52.000 At the end, I chose not to keep my private personal emails.

00:28:57.000 Emails about planning Chelsea's wedding or my mother's funeral arrangements, condolence notes to friends, as well as yoga routines, family vacations, the other things you typically find in inboxes.

00:29:11.000 And when I say she was brazen about what she did, I mean she just doesn't care.

00:29:16.000 And it's just, they get away with it.

00:29:19.000 They will.

00:29:20.000 Hillary's not going to go to jail anytime soon, everybody.

00:29:23.000 It's not happening.

00:29:24.000 I don't want to get your hopes up.

00:29:25.000 The ruling class gets away with what they want because we the people let them.

00:29:32.000 When asked about wiping her email server by the press, she responded with, what?

00:29:37.000 Like with a cloth?

00:29:38.000 Remember this?

00:29:39.000 Play tape.

00:29:40.000 You were the official charge.

00:29:41.000 Did you wipe the server?

00:29:42.000 What, like with a cloth or something?

00:29:44.000 Well, no.

00:29:46.000 I don't know how it works digitally at all.

00:29:48.000 I do not have any.

00:29:51.000 Of course, she didn't wipe her email server with a cloth.

00:29:55.000 Her server was wiped away in a very extensive and expensive fashion.

00:29:59.000 It's called bleach bidding.

00:30:01.000 And the man who did it was granted immunity by the Obama Department of Justice.

00:30:04.000 Now, according to FBI documents, Mr. Combeta, the executive who wiped the server, told the Bureau back in February 2016 that he did not recall deleting the emails.

00:30:14.000 Right.

00:30:15.000 But in May of 2016, he told a completely different story.

00:30:18.000 In the days after Mrs. Clinton staffers called Platte River Networks, in fact, let's pull up a picture.

00:30:23.000 I actually went there with Don Jr.

00:30:24.000 We actually went outside of Platte River Networks and we were driving by.

00:30:27.000 We found the place where the server was.

00:30:28.000 For those of you watching on YouTube, you can see the picture right here.

00:30:32.000 At Platte River Networks in March 2015, Mr. Cambetta said he realized that he had not followed a December 2014 order from Mrs. Clinton's lawyers to have the emails deleted.

00:30:41.000 Mr. Cambetta then used a program called BleachBit to delete the messages, the Bureau said.

00:30:46.000 Now, in Mr. Combetta's first interview with the FBI in February, he said he did not recall seeing the preservation order from the Benghazi committee.

00:30:53.000 Right.

00:30:53.000 Don't recall.

00:30:54.000 I don't know my password.

00:30:55.000 The emails are deleted.

00:30:58.000 But in his May interview, he said that at the time he made the decisions that, quote, he was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he could not disturb Clinton's email data on the Platte River server.

00:31:11.000 But the emails were still gone.

00:31:12.000 They were deleted. 1.00

00:31:13.000 And Hillary Clinton continues to this day to get away with it. 0.98

00:31:16.000 And she will. 0.70

00:31:17.000 She will never go to prison.

00:31:18.000 From Politico, Senator Ron Johnson seeks IG probe of wiped Mueller team phones.

00:31:24.000 Will anything come out of this?

00:31:25.000 Probably not.

00:31:26.000 Of course not.

00:31:27.000 When Republicans investigate things, we do so in agreement with Democrats.

00:31:31.000 We do it very agreeably.

00:31:33.000 We do it very slowly and carefully.

00:31:36.000 We're not going to find anything.

00:31:38.000 The bottom line is this.

00:31:39.000 The left deletes things all the time.

00:31:41.000 They delete evidence.

00:31:42.000 They manipulate evidence.

00:31:44.000 They launched a coup against our president.

00:31:45.000 And now I'm not trying to be pessimistic.

00:31:47.000 I'm not trying to be doom and gloom.

00:31:49.000 I'm just telling you the truth, that there is a group of ruling class people that run our country.

00:31:55.000 That's why they're called the ruling class. 1.00

00:31:56.000 Hillary Clinton is part of it. 1.00

00:31:57.000 Lois Lerner was part of it.

00:31:59.000 Barack Obama, Joe Biden.

00:32:01.000 And we say no one is above the law.

00:32:04.000 That is not true.

00:32:04.000 Now, if you're a Republican, they will come after you and they will lock you up in prison.

00:32:10.000 If you remotely do anything even in the orbit of unseemly, and you've seen this with Dinesh D'Souza, you see this with Steve Bannon.

00:32:19.000 You see this with Roger Stone.

00:32:20.000 You see this with Paul Manafort.

00:32:22.000 Now, my position is not that they did nothing wrong.

00:32:25.000 I've never said that.

00:32:26.000 My position is that if you look hard enough after any human being in our country, you can find a felony.

00:32:33.000 You can.

00:32:34.000 Read the book Three Felonies a Day.

00:32:36.000 Cicero said it best.

00:32:38.000 Cicero, who is a one-year Roman counsel, a best-selling author, really articulated the framework for a lot of Western government.

00:32:47.000 He said it the best.

00:32:48.000 The more laws, the less justice.

00:32:52.000 Perfect.

00:32:53.000 When you have nothing but laws on the books, then the people in charge can find the people that they don't like and find the law and connect the person like Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, who we now have evidence, more than evidence, that he was targeted and it's a sham trial.

00:33:12.000 Good Ranchers is an amazing product, everybody.

00:33:14.000 Do you guys want meat delivered to your door?

00:34:37.000 Use the promo code Charlie.

00:34:38.000 As you can tell, I'm passionate about it.

00:34:40.000 Goodranchers.com.

00:34:44.000 If you are a Democrat and you go on television, you say the right things and you're protected by MSNBC or CNN, you will probably not go to jail. 0.68

00:34:53.000 Just look at Rosie O'Donnell.

00:34:55.000 Rosie O'Donnell did something infinitely worse when it came to campaign finance fraud versus Dinesh D'Souza. 1.00

00:35:01.000 She falsified names and addresses and she used names that were not her own. 0.93

00:35:05.000 It is in absolute violation of federal law. 0.99

00:35:08.000 Rosie O'Donnell, from my understanding, never even investigated, definitely not indicted, gets away with it.

00:35:14.000 Dinesh D'Souza, and he admits to it, wrongly reimbursed somebody for a campaign contribution.

00:35:21.000 Not legal.

00:35:22.000 I don't support it.

00:35:23.000 Happens far too often.

00:35:24.000 Happens on the left, happens on the right.

00:35:27.000 But Dinesh D'Souza made an entire movie about Hillary Clinton's America in 2016, made an entire movie about Barack Obama called Obama's America.

00:35:38.000 Very outspoken, incredibly articulate.

00:35:42.000 Him is what the Justice Department said.

00:35:46.000 This is why critical race theory is so dangerous.

00:35:51.000 Justice is not blind.

00:35:52.000 It's not.

00:35:53.000 They admit it.

00:35:54.000 They want everything to tie back to the narrative, which means if you rob a store, it matters whether you needed the product or not. 1.00

00:36:02.000 So if you're a person of color, we're not going to apply the laws. 1.00

00:36:06.000 This is who's been taking over inner cities and our district attorneys. 1.00

00:36:09.000 The left's application of law will inevitably lead to chaos.

00:36:14.000 They selectively apply the law based on class, color, and political beliefs.

00:36:19.000 It's not my position, because I don't know all the details of the facts, whether Steve Bannon did what he is accused of.

00:36:28.000 But what makes me angry is that Steve Bannon and his allies in the Build the Wall operation were indicted.

00:36:37.000 And BLM Incorporated has billions of dollars, openly supports terrorism, vocally supports looting, encourages the death of police officers with no address, no phone number, no disclosure on their nonprofit 990s, which we at Turning Point USA have to go through every single year.

00:36:59.000 And we have the press pound us for every single comma on our documents.

00:37:04.000 And yet BLM Incorporated, which is 500 times bigger than Turning Point USA was three years ago, when a lot of this criticism just comes out, they get away with it all.

00:37:18.000 Because for the left, they believe everything is not impartial.

00:37:22.000 They believe that it is nothing more than a power struggle.

00:37:24.000 So they look at Charlie Kirk.

00:37:27.000 They look at Sean Hannity.

00:37:29.000 They look at Tucker Carlson as part of the incumbent power class.

00:37:37.000 And we're just doing nothing more than just trying to protect our own incumbent privileges.

00:37:44.000 It's really how they view things.

00:37:46.000 So for them, it's very Machiavellian.

00:37:49.000 Remember, there are three books that I encourage all of you to read.

00:37:52.000 And you guys can go to thinker.org, T-H-I-N-K-R.org, and get summaries of all of them.

00:37:58.000 Just go to thinker.org slash Charlie.

00:37:59.000 Remember, no E, thinker.org slash Charlie.

00:38:02.000 They do a great job.

00:38:03.000 There are three short books that can tell you everything that is going on in America right now, in the country.

00:38:09.000 Number one, Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx.

00:38:11.000 We've been through that.

00:38:12.000 Number two, Common Sense by Thomas Paine.

00:38:15.000 And number three, The Prince by Machiavelli.

00:38:18.000 Nicole Machiavelli.

00:38:21.000 I love his first name.

00:38:22.000 I always love saying his name.

00:38:24.000 Those three books can tell you what the left is trying to achieve.

00:38:30.000 Thomas Paine can tell you how our country was founded and what a revolution actually is and what first principles really mean.

00:38:39.000 That book resonates with me more than the other two, obviously.

00:38:42.000 And The Prince, man, is that an important book?

00:38:45.000 So important.

00:38:47.000 This is where the left gets the ends, justify the means.

00:38:51.000 Of course, we're just going to continue to indict people because the system is so broken.

00:38:57.000 It's so imbalanced.

00:38:59.000 We must blow it up.

00:39:00.000 Now, many of you are listening to this and say, well, they're not going to come after me.

00:39:03.000 You're wrong.

00:39:06.000 You're wrong.

00:39:08.000 The left is driven by revenge.

00:39:13.000 The left is not driven by joy or by gratitude.

00:39:17.000 When you are driven by resentment and your entire political movement is about mobilizing those resentments, there's no telling or stopping where that could lead.

00:39:28.000 I saw a piece that was floating around this morning and I just had to read it.

00:39:36.000 It is very graphic and it is incredibly connected to exactly what I was just talking about.

00:39:45.000 It's from New York Magazine.

00:39:47.000 It is one of the most chilling articles.

00:39:49.000 And I want you to read every single word of this piece.

00:39:51.000 It's one of the most important pieces I have read in months.

00:39:55.000 In fact, it's so important that it should create knots in your stomach.

00:40:01.000 It's so important because it should give you clarity and detail of what the left is trying to achieve.

00:40:09.000 This is from New York Magazine.

00:40:12.000 The people versus Donald Trump.

00:40:14.000 The criminal case against him is already in the works and could go to trial sooner than you think.

00:40:22.000 This is by Jeff Wise, and it is paired up with a photo illustration by Joe Darrow, where they photoshop President Trump's face in an orange jumpsuit that looks awfully, I don't want to say realistic, but it's a very powerful image.

00:40:38.000 I'm going to pull it up here, and it's a disgusting image.

00:40:40.000 I'm not supporting it.

00:40:41.000 I'm just saying it catches your attention.

00:40:45.000 The article goes piece by piece, laying out the criminal case against him that he argues is already in the works.

00:40:51.000 The reporter, it's hard to call him a reporter, it's probably an activist, Jeff Wise writes, quote, to assess the odds that he will end up on trial and how the proceedings would unfold, I spoke with some of the country's top prosecutors, defense attorneys, and legal scholars.

00:41:05.000 Once he leaves office, they agree there's good reason to think Trump will face criminal charges.

00:41:12.000 Quote, it's going to head towards prosecution and the litigation is going to be fierce, says Bennett Gershman, a professor of constitutional law at Pace Law School who served for a decade as a New York state prosecutor.

00:41:25.000 This article predicts that Trump will be the first American president to end up behind bars.

00:41:30.000 That's their goal right now.

00:41:33.000 This entire article in bone-chilling detail is like, and excuse this imagery, it's like revenge porn for a very twisted mind, is what it is.

00:41:46.000 The article outlines the strategies that are most likely to be used and does so piece by piece.

00:41:55.000 Quote, but federal charges aren't the likeliest way that the people versus Donald Trump will play out.

00:42:01.000 State laws aren't subject to presidential pardons, and they cover a whole host of crimes beyond those committed in the White House.

00:42:06.000 When it comes to charging a former president, state attorney generals and county prosecutors can go places a U.S. attorney can't.

00:42:13.000 According to legal experts, the man most likely to drag President Trump into court is District Attorney for Manhattan, Cyrus Vance Jr.

00:42:22.000 By the way, this is the guy who reduced Jeffrey Epstein's status as a sex offender and didn't prosecute Harvey Weinstein for sexual assault and rape, even though there is very much evidence.

00:42:32.000 But President Trump is his target.

00:42:35.000 The article continues by saying, Vance is investigating, according to court filings, there's an evidence of extensive and protracted criminal conduct at the Trump organization, potentially involving bank fraud, tax fraud, and insurance fraud.

00:42:46.000 The New York Times has detailed how Trump and his family have long falsified records to avoid taxes.

00:42:50.000 And during testimony before Congress in 2019, Trump's longtime fixer, Michael Cohn, stated that Trump had inflated the value of his assets to obtain a bank loan.

00:43:02.000 Crucially, all of these alleged crimes occurred before Trump took office.

00:43:07.000 That means no claims of executive privilege would apply to any charges Vance might bring and no presidential pardon can make them go away.

00:43:13.000 I hate to say this, but this is probably a very realistic article.

00:43:16.000 Not because the president actually did anything criminal.

00:43:18.000 That is not my position.

00:43:19.000 I'm going to be very clear.

00:43:23.000 The maniacal, vengeful, and obsessive appetite they have to see President Trump suffer is a very real thing.

00:43:33.000 And it will not stop once he's out of office.

00:43:35.000 If he wins, it eventually could be a death blow.

00:43:40.000 And that could play a very, very big role in actually preventing him from being indicted.

00:43:47.000 But the left has gone to such great lengths to show us that they don't care about the facts of a case to indict somebody.

00:43:53.000 It is actually immaterial to them.

00:43:55.000 They will go to such great lengths, Manafort, Stone, Flynn, Bannon, D'Souza.

00:44:04.000 And you might say, well, Charlie, all those people are bad guys.

00:44:06.000 I'm not getting into that.

00:44:07.000 I'm not making a comment on that.

00:44:08.000 I'm not going to say they're bad people.

00:44:10.000 I'm not.

00:44:11.000 I'm saying that if you weigh up that group of people versus the average Democrat group of people, typically a prosecutor would say, I'm only going to prosecute if the crimes reach a certain threshold because I don't want to over-politicize the DA's office.

00:44:26.000 That's typically how things worked for the last couple of decades.

00:44:30.000 I'm not defending that, by the way.

00:44:32.000 I'm not.

00:44:33.000 I am saying when the mountain of crimes up against people in Trump's orbit is getting up into dozens and dozens of dozens, and not crimes, indictments.

00:44:42.000 And when you look at Hillary Clinton and her band and her cartel of very shady actors where we have evidence that they violated the law and Peter Strzzk and Lisa Page, and we don't know what Durham's going to do, we don't.

00:44:54.000 But this article right here shows exactly what they're going to do.

00:44:57.000 And for those of you that say, well, it really doesn't impact me, I don't care if Trump goes to prison.

00:45:02.000 Well, first of all, you absolutely should care.

00:45:05.000 Because if we lose, they're going to come after the churches.

00:45:08.000 They're going to come after the organizations.

00:45:09.000 They're going to come after the people.

00:45:11.000 They're going to come after the social media accounts.

00:45:12.000 They're going to come after the bank accounts.

00:45:14.000 They're going to come after every single person that played any form and role into trying to defend President Trump.

00:45:21.000 But social media banning, following in the streets, targeting in every form and fashion.

00:45:28.000 If we lose, if the president loses, they will come for us all.

00:45:32.000 They will come for your children.

00:45:33.000 They will come for your schools.

00:45:34.000 They will come in every fashion.

00:45:36.000 And they won't stop.

00:45:38.000 This idea that the left is all of a sudden going to embrace the Christian ethic of forgiveness and moving on is so short-sighted.

00:45:48.000 You read this article.

00:45:49.000 I'll have it on CharlieKirk.com.

00:45:51.000 It shows in such vivid detail that they are going to do whatever it takes to try to personally and intergenerationally destroy Donald Trump.

00:46:02.000 That's how much they hate him.

00:46:03.000 They hate him, not because of his tweets, not because of his style.

00:46:07.000 They hate him because now Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are on the Supreme Court.

00:46:10.000 They hate him because the embassy is now in Jerusalem.

00:46:13.000 They hate him because illegal immigration is going down.

00:46:15.000 They hate him because middle-class wages are going up.

00:46:17.000 They hate him because China is now being held accountable.

00:46:19.000 They hate him because we're out of TPP.

00:46:21.000 NAFTA's been renegotiated.

00:46:23.000 They hate him because all of their schemes have been put in jeopardy.

00:46:28.000 All of the plans of the ruling class were obliterated by a man that they don't think should even be invited to a cocktail party, let alone become president of the United States.

00:46:39.000 They're going to come with bloodthirsty revenge.

00:46:43.000 President Trump always says, quote, we will get re-elected, not me, us.

00:46:49.000 We, the American people, are intrinsically tied to the president.

00:46:53.000 He's with us.

00:46:54.000 He's for us.

00:46:55.000 I've called him the bodyguard of Western civilization.

00:46:58.000 And boy, is he taking the body blows for us right now.

00:47:01.000 But if they come for him, they're coming for us, and they're also coming for me.

00:47:06.000 You remember that meme that Twitter deleted from his account, a picture of him that says the reality is they're not after me.

00:47:11.000 They're after you.

00:47:11.000 I'm just in the way.

00:47:15.000 I wonder why Twitter didn't want people to see that.

00:47:17.000 Because it's true.

00:47:20.000 This article, The People versus Donald Trump, this is where it's headed.

00:47:24.000 If Donald Trump loses, you can expect every level of power on the tech companies, the criminal side, the investigative side, the mass media side to try to obliterate us for good.

00:47:41.000 Read it for yourself.

00:47:41.000 It's in the New York magazine.

00:47:43.000 It shows in great detail that they have the charges waiting, that a trial could start very soon and indictments could happen in 2021.

00:47:52.000 That's a harsh reality that a lot of people are not willing to accept.

00:47:57.000 One of the things that President Trump didn't do, one of the things that Republicans did is we moved on after Hillary Clinton lost.

00:48:05.000 She continually said she was the duly elected president, but as you can see, no charges, no moves to investigate her or to criminalize her actions, even though I believe she should have been because no one is above the law.

00:48:17.000 The left is not like us.

00:48:19.000 Democrats are not decent.

00:48:21.000 They're not reasonable. 0.72

00:48:23.000 They are driven pathologically to obliterate anyone that gets in their way or got in their way.

00:48:28.000 The people versus Donald Trump, the criminal case against him is already in the works and it could go to trial sooner than you think.

00:48:33.000 New York Magazine has it on the front page if that is not a fire alarm and a wake-up call for every person out there.

00:48:40.000 And you might say, ah, whatever.

00:48:42.000 You prepare to get audited for the next decade?

00:48:45.000 You prepare to get kicked off of social media?

00:48:47.000 And even if you don't bear a cost or a price, it should bother you on a personal level if other people are going to bear that price for you and you do nothing about it.

00:48:57.000 This is a very real thing.

00:48:59.000 The only way to defeat these people is in November.

00:49:03.000 We lose in November.

00:49:04.000 It's going to be bedlam.

00:49:06.000 There's a great quote.

00:49:07.000 It's a French expression attributed to Madame des Pompadour, the lover of King Louis XV of France.

00:49:18.000 It's a quote that is misapplied at times.

00:49:20.000 It says, aprenaux les deluge, which means after us, the flood.

00:49:31.000 If Trump loses, it's going to be the flood.

00:49:34.000 And it will not be something that we want to live through.

00:49:36.000 It will be bedlam.

00:49:39.000 The people versus Donald Trump.

00:49:40.000 They're saying it.

00:49:41.000 They're stating it very clearly.

00:49:43.000 That if they get power back, they're going to lock him up and they're going to continue until they have absolute pathological power over our country.
