00:00:26.000 Buckle up, everybody, here.
00:00:27.000 We go.
00:00:28.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:30.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:32.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:36.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:39.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:40.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:41.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:49.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:58.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:01.000 Brought to you by Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage.
00:01:04.000 For personalized loan services you can count on.
00:01:06.000 Go to andrewandtodd.com, the wonderfulandrewandtodd.com.
00:01:13.000 So in just a second, we'll be joined by the great Candace Owens to talk about a separate topic, which is the Project Veritas topic.
00:01:20.000 I've been texting with Candace, and we're both equally fired up about how James has been treated and has now been kicked out of Project Veritas.
00:01:29.000 We had an entire hour conversation with Steve Bannon yesterday about Project Veritas and what is happening with James O'Keefe.
00:01:37.000 James, who founded Project Veritas, has now been kicked out of his own organization on some real ticky-tack stuff, I got to tell you.
00:01:44.000 And I have spent a lot of time on the phone and asking if there's something else that I'm missing.
00:01:49.000 And we had the documents here yesterday, but the long and short of it is like, oh, well, we don't like how many black cars that you took, even though that they were for business.
00:01:55.000 We went to the whole thing yesterday.
00:01:57.000 And they said, well, there's this, you know, charter flight that is in question.
00:02:00.000 Then have him repay it.
00:02:02.000 If it's really that big of a deal, then have him repay it.
00:02:04.000 And if he can't repay it, then just say it's a loan against the organization and set up a payment plan and charge reasonable interest.
00:02:11.000 And there is protocols.
00:02:12.000 This is all not without precedent.
00:02:15.000 There's protocols for all these sorts of things.
00:02:17.000 Yes, even with nonprofits.
00:02:19.000 But the question is, is the country in a better place if James O'Keefe is then and put in exile and has to go start his own organization?
00:02:27.000 No, it is just so wrong on so many levels that a founder of an organization slaves over it for 10 years, posts massive wins.
00:02:41.000 Again, it's not like James O'Keefe was just shuffling papers around and writing stuff in journals that no one actually reads.
00:02:47.000 He was out in the trenches capturing people on video, exposing some of the darkest deeds of deceit and treachery in our entire society and did it time and time and time again.
00:03:01.000 You name a cabal of corruption.
00:03:04.000 James O'Keefe was able to expose them.
00:03:07.000 Pfizer, FDA, CDC.
00:03:12.000 Remember the Hillary Clinton campaign?
00:03:14.000 Remember Project Veritas action back in the 2016 Donald Trump presidential campaign?
00:03:19.000 James O'Keefe was able to get Jan Schakowski's husband, the union organizer, on camera saying that they have paid thugs going to Trump rallies.
00:03:30.000 Yeah, people forget about that one.
00:03:32.000 How about James O'Keefe defunding Acorn?
00:03:35.000 I mean, the wins are so beyond that all of that should be factored in and should be put into context.
00:03:42.000 Okay, the black car thing is ridiculous.
00:03:45.000 Saying that you had some employee force them to clean your boat.
00:03:51.000 Okay, I doubt that's true.
00:03:52.000 If it's true, okay, then have him repay the equivalent labor sum to the organization.
00:03:56.000 All this could be worked through.
00:03:58.000 The black car thing is so unbelievably dumb.
00:04:00.000 I can't even tell you it's you can't do business without transportation.
00:04:05.000 It's part of his job.
00:04:06.000 He travels 300 days a year.
00:04:08.000 We already did the math.
00:04:08.000 It's and if that's their opening salvo of why this entire thing basically got put into the public sphere, it's just laughable.
00:04:22.000 They say $60,000 in losses, $60,000 in losses by putting together dance events for Project Veritas.
00:04:29.000 First of all, I don't think they're losses, but we'll talk about that in a second.
00:04:32.000 We have Candace Owens now, the great Candace Owens.
00:04:33.000 Candace.
00:04:35.000 Hey, Charlie, sorry, I was having some tech issues here.
00:04:37.000 So I'm basically FaceTiming you, but that works.
00:04:40.000 No problem.
00:04:41.000 Candace, how should we think about the Project Veritas tragedy?
00:04:45.000 Slimy.
00:04:46.000 I mean, the backstabbing, it is a tragedy.
00:04:49.000 I mean, for me, it felt strangely personal just because when I was really coming up in this movement, James O'Keefe was one of the first people that I met.
00:04:56.000 I like so vividly remember him speaking down at the Horowitz Freedom Center when I met you that first time.
00:05:03.000 And he was just such an incredible person, so impressive.
00:05:07.000 And one of the things that's really left a mark on me is that he doesn't dabble in the dark side of politics.
00:05:13.000 What I mean by that is that he's not one of these DC people that you see drunk, that you would see drunk every night at the Trump Hotel when Trump was in office.
00:05:21.000 He was so dedicated to his work.
00:05:23.000 He's so professional and he's well liked by everybody for a reason.
00:05:27.000 And so when you watch somebody build something like Project Veritas from the ground up, and then once it's up, you see people that are so conniving and backstabbing and willing to essentially put things in the public that just look petty.
00:05:42.000 I mean, talking about they actually went, I mean, whoever leaked to the Daily Beast, talked about petty and slimy leaking to William Sommer of the Daily Beast, who's one of the most despicable people at the Daily Beast, which is a despicable publication, that he once took a sandwich and ate it from a woman that was eight months pregnant.
00:06:01.000 I mean, how small does this seem?
00:06:03.000 Leaking the financials and I guess hoping that people are so ignorant that they would think that $60,000 spent on a corporate event that's entitled The Project Veritas Experience, an event that I was invited to, you know, so that employees can relax.
00:06:18.000 You want employees to be able to relax and to enjoy the atmosphere, especially given how under pressure employees of Project Veritas are.
00:06:27.000 We watched James O'Keefe be dragged out of his home in the middle of the night wearing boxers.
00:06:32.000 I think I'm okay as somebody who personally donates a lot of money to Project Veritas, as I do.
00:06:38.000 I'm okay with James O'Keefe letting loose at a $60,000 party for him and his employees.
00:06:42.000 They deserve that.
00:06:43.000 They've earned that.
00:06:44.000 Why is it that you see this clearly?
00:06:47.000 The audience does, but all of a sudden they're bored.
00:06:50.000 James's board took the knives out to get rid of him.
00:06:53.000 Does this have something to do with Pfizer, Candace?
00:06:54.000 Am I reaching too far?
00:06:56.000 You know, I think a lot of people are starting to ask questions because it's just, it's such an incredibly stupid move, right?
00:07:03.000 And to think that they were just going to pull one over, take his company, and people were just going to trust the Project Veritas brand that they had made the right decision without some heavy allegation, which is what I think I was waiting for.
00:07:15.000 I thought if they did something this outrageous, they're going to release some information about James O'Keefe that's even going to move me to their side.
00:07:23.000 Instead, they release these petty grievances.
00:07:25.000 I mean, essentially, they employed the tactic of show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
00:07:30.000 They clearly wanted him out.
00:07:32.000 And then we're meeting with employees saying, well, what has he done?
00:07:34.000 What has he done?
00:07:35.000 Well, you know, I was eight months pregnant and I was really hungry and he was under stress and he came by and ate my sandwich.
00:07:42.000 And they're okay, good.
00:07:42.000 No, we're going to include that in our report.
00:07:45.000 And yeah, so it makes you wonder what was really driving this.
00:07:49.000 My personal opinion is it was probably just a personality, a disagreement.
00:07:54.000 People on the board think that they have the right to choose who leads the organization.
00:07:58.000 And they probably didn't, a few of them clearly didn't like James O'Keefe and they sit out to go, well, guess what?
00:08:03.000 We're the board and we're going to show you what it means to have real power.
00:08:07.000 What they forgot is that the power is always with the people at the end of the day.
00:08:11.000 I don't care what he rebrands Project Veritas as.
00:08:13.000 He can call it Project James O'Keefe.
00:08:15.000 I called my husband and I said, make sure we never give a single rent set.
00:08:18.000 They are one of two organizations I actually give a lot of money to.
00:08:22.000 And so I was personally affected by it because I know James personally, financially impacted by it, because now I instantly said, I'm pulling that money and we're going to give it to somebody else.
00:08:32.000 And that money will follow James O'Keefe wherever he goes.
00:08:35.000 So it was a foolish decision made by probably a few board members who didn't like him.
00:08:39.000 One minute remaining, Candace.
00:08:41.000 The board members are saying they're going to be bigger than ever, that they don't need James.
00:08:45.000 This is literally leaked emails say, We're going to show the world this is a great opportunity.
00:08:50.000 I mean, Candace, this is delusional.
00:08:54.000 Right.
00:08:55.000 Yeah, they're going to show the world why they hate people on Wall Street, right?
00:09:00.000 What people think they can do when they feel that they have enough power amassed and they no longer have to listen to people.
00:09:05.000 They don't have to listen to their customers, so to speak.
00:09:08.000 They don't have to listen to their donors because we're so big and we're so bad and we're so recognized that despite the fact that people are genuinely upset by this, we don't have to worry about it because we've amassed a lot of power for ourselves.
00:09:20.000 That's exactly the wrong thing, but the wrong group.
00:09:22.000 People that support Project Veritas are the people who hate these sort of unchecked power structures, right?
00:09:28.000 And so I think what they're going to run up against is a wall.
00:09:31.000 They are about to get checked.
00:09:32.000 They're going to see that because James O'Keefe is so well respected and so liked, as he should be, because he's so hardworking and he built this location from the ground up, at personal risk to himself, by the way, because it's exceptional, right?
00:09:44.000 We, you and I have organizations that we run.
00:09:47.000 They are not at such a tremendous personal risk.
00:09:50.000 James O'Keefe could go to prison, right?
00:09:53.000 Because the FBI and the DOJ have it out for him.
00:09:55.000 And he has done that.
00:09:57.000 And he has remained a person of remarkably high caliber morale.
00:10:02.000 And the fact that they are doing this to him, it's just not going to go well for them.
00:10:05.000 Project Veritas for me, it's over.
00:10:07.000 It's canceled.
00:10:08.000 It's done.
00:10:09.000 James O'Keefe, please reappear and let us know where you want to send the funds to because I'd rather be a small organization that we can actually trust.
00:10:17.000 And we cannot trust one that wheels and deals behind the backs of its own founder and chief executive officer.
00:10:23.000 And we'll support James in whatever he does.
00:10:25.000 Additionally, you make a great point.
00:10:26.000 The very same people that shut down all of our factories the last 30 years, the merger and acquisition, McKinsey types, came and swooped in and they did a hostile takeover where they buy a manufacturing company in Ohio and they say, oh, sorry, we're sending it to Wuhan, China.
00:10:39.000 And they thought that they could do that to Project Veritas.
00:10:41.000 Like, oh, who needs O'Keeffe?
00:10:42.000 Yeah, we're not going to put up with that.
00:10:43.000 Okay.
00:10:43.000 We're not going to put up with this kind of corporate Raider, Wall Street, Harvard-educated, consultant-elite sort of mentality where, like, oh, well, we can really get more business efficiencies.
00:10:54.000 Like, okay, enough of the buzzwords.
00:10:55.000 Okay.
00:10:56.000 James O'Keefe is a hero.
00:10:57.000 He's the life force.
00:10:58.000 There is no Project Veritas about James O'Keefe.
00:11:00.000 It's nothing more than a shell.
00:11:01.000 I don't care how many consultants you staff it with.
00:11:06.000 Look, are you concerned about the American K through 12 education system?
00:11:10.000 Are you worried about what your children and your grandchildren are learning or honestly not learning in school?
00:11:15.000 If you answer yes, my friends at Hillsdale College have a free resource for you.
00:11:18.000 Hillsdale College understands the importance of education to the future of our country.
00:11:22.000 They're now offering 10 free print copies of their recent issue of En Primus.
00:11:28.000 It's titled Education as a Battleground, written by Hillsdale College President Larry P. Arne.
00:11:34.000 The special issue provides a factual account of the issues in the ongoing battle over education, explaining why parents and teachers, not unelected bureaucrats or activists, should guide what our children are learning.
00:11:48.000 With Hillsdale College, you can make a difference in your community by distributing these copies of In Primus at your church, local business, or even in your doctor's office.
00:11:56.000 Do not miss this opportunity to arm yourself with the facts.
00:12:00.000 Claim your 10 free copies of Education is a Battleground by visiting charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:12:06.000 That's charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:12:08.000 I love Hillsdale College.
00:12:10.000 I'm an enthusiastic promoter of them.
00:12:12.000 So check it out right now at charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:12:18.000 James O'Keefe would have an HBO show right now doing the types of things that he does if he was doing the things that he does against right of center entities.
00:12:31.000 The left, who doesn't really believe in rules in the first place, tries to create rules that only people on the right have to live by.
00:12:39.000 They're allowed to selectively edit.
00:12:41.000 They're allowed to have their boar at having his own show on HBO.
00:12:44.000 They're allowed to do all this stuff.
00:12:46.000 They're allowed to embarrass Republicans.
00:12:49.000 The thing about James and me is that we both refuse to allow for the left to define us.
00:12:55.000 Candace, he is the heir apparent to all things Breitbart.
00:12:59.000 He's done such unbelievable work over the last decade, and the board just kind of threw that away for just petty stuff.
00:13:06.000 Yeah, you know, it really makes you.
00:13:08.000 I would love to take a look at exactly who is sitting on his board and how he arrived at those decisions, because it does seem like there seems to be something more nefarious going on.
00:13:18.000 Because I could see one or two people being like, I don't like him as a person.
00:13:23.000 And, you know, we talked about how, you know, he's frustrated, he's angry.
00:13:26.000 How would you feel if you woke up every day and the Department of Justice is trying to put you behind, put you behind bars?
00:13:33.000 I mean, it's so ridiculous to think that he's supposed to be cheery and not paranoid and not concerned about who's working for him, knowing that the Department of Justice is working against him.
00:13:43.000 So there does seem to me to be something more behind this.
00:13:47.000 And I think that with time, we're going to learn more because James is speaking out.
00:13:51.000 I mean, there's nothing more heroic than him refusing to sign a severance, which let me suggest to every single person: if something like this at this capacity goes on, you don't sign that severance.
00:14:01.000 You don't sign your voice away.
00:14:03.000 He needs to do exactly what he did and speak about what happened so people can understand what's going on because a threat to Project Veritas obviously is a threat to all of us, right?
00:14:14.000 They are the troops on the ground when you really think about it.
00:14:18.000 And to, as you mentioned previously, to embed themselves in Pfizer at a time when globally, globally, you weren't even allowed to say anything against Pfizer online without having your entire livelihood threatened, without being threatened to be deplatformed, without having your account suspended.
00:14:36.000 And he was embedding individuals in Pfizer, speaking to employees at Pfizer and getting them to release information about the vaccine in which our government was insisting that every single person get.
00:14:47.000 I mean, James O'Keefe is a hero.
00:14:48.000 There's nothing the board can do about that.
00:14:51.000 And shame on them for being so arrogant to assume that they were going to be able to persuade the public onto their side by releasing what really amounted to just petty group $14,000 in a private jet.
00:15:05.000 I've looked at that and I said, what was it?
00:15:07.000 I mean, I don't even understand $14,000 on a private jet doesn't even make sense to me.
00:15:07.000 A prop plane?
00:15:12.000 And again, he is someone that, as a donor, I am totally fine with James O'Keefe, who is hated by the Department of Justice, to be flying around private.
00:15:21.000 I am happy for him to be taking Black cars.
00:15:23.000 I assumed James O'Keefe would be taking Black cars.
00:15:25.000 One thing that I said when I covered that thing, $150,000 across 18 months on Black cars.
00:15:32.000 Yeah, my advice to him would be to get a full-time driver for the same price.
00:15:35.000 He deserves it.
00:15:36.000 You know, I'm okay with James O'Keefe having somebody open the door for him every single day for what he has sacrificed for this movement.
00:15:43.000 He's earned it.
00:15:44.000 And the FBI raids his apartment.
00:15:46.000 He's currently, you know, the Southern District in New York.
00:15:49.000 He's got everybody coming after him.
00:15:51.000 And the board has to publicize saying, well, you know, we don't like that you travel 300 days a year.
00:15:56.000 Candace, you know what it's like to travel 300 days a year.
00:15:58.000 It's not fun.
00:15:59.000 It's not glamorous.
00:16:00.000 It's not sexy.
00:16:01.000 And the fact that you get a black car, like get over yourself, you could Monday morning quarterback from your armchair because you travel 20 days a year.
00:16:01.000 Okay.
00:16:08.000 You don't understand what it does to you.
00:16:09.000 It destroys you.
00:16:10.000 100%.
00:16:11.000 I mean, it's absolutely exhausting.
00:16:12.000 And people that haven't worked at that pace don't understand it.
00:16:15.000 And this, again, sacrifices that are being made.
00:16:17.000 James O'Keefe has never been married, doesn't have any children.
00:16:20.000 You know, when I got married and I had children, I started saying it's not worth it for me to travel publicly to, I don't give, you know, I barely give any speeches anymore because of this reason, because I don't want to lose a night with my kids, two nights with my kids, you know, traveling all across America.
00:16:35.000 It's just not worth it to me anymore.
00:16:37.000 And at some rare circumstances, someone would say, okay, well, we'll send you a private plane.
00:16:41.000 A friend has a private plane.
00:16:42.000 So can you speak at this event?
00:16:44.000 And you say yes to that.
00:16:45.000 And I say yes to that, not because I'm a brat, but because I have a family now.
00:16:48.000 And so people just need to understand the sacrifices that he is making day in and day out and to appreciate the fact that he deserves honestly much more than a driver and a few occasional private planes.
00:17:00.000 You know, I mean, I don't understand what the problem is here.
00:17:02.000 Again, he built this organization from the ground up.
00:17:04.000 And there were a lot of other things that they had on there that just seemed so petty.
00:17:08.000 And I also want to say, remarkably socialist.
00:17:11.000 It was an appeal to socialism.
00:17:12.000 It was an appeal to saying, and I find that sometimes conservatives don't recognize this.
00:17:17.000 You know, we are free market capitalists.
00:17:19.000 We believe that once you work hard and you become successful, you should be allowed to enjoy more things in life.
00:17:26.000 And you will find within this movement that sometimes people go, oh no, you know, I see a conservative.
00:17:32.000 I was talking about this offline just now with Andrew.
00:17:34.000 I see a conservative wearing it has a designer bag.
00:17:37.000 They sold out.
00:17:38.000 What does that mean?
00:17:39.000 What are you saying?
00:17:40.000 I thought we were free market capitalists.
00:17:42.000 Well, there's a lot of envy and jealousy.
00:17:44.000 We're out of time, Candace.
00:17:45.000 That's such an important point.
00:17:46.000 James O'Keefe has been underpaid for a decade.
00:17:48.000 He's worth billions of dollars to the movement.
00:17:51.000 I don't care if he took a private jet.
00:17:53.000 It's irrelevant.
00:17:54.000 He should still be at Project Veritas.
00:17:55.000 God bless you, Candace.
00:17:56.000 We'll talk soon.
00:17:57.000 Thanks.
00:17:57.000 Thank you.
00:18:01.000 Look, it is time to consider a rollover of that 401k into an IRA.
00:18:07.000 The investment world is completely different in 2023, and you cannot do the same thing as last year.
00:18:12.000 Woke companies are aggressively implementing ESG.
00:18:16.000 Interest rates are going up and inflation is still lingering.
00:18:19.000 If you have over $150,000, now is the time to move your money to a biblical responsible investing strategy with my friends at PAX Financial Group.
00:18:27.000 I put my money with PAX, and guess what?
00:18:29.000 I just got a report.
00:18:30.000 It's up 12% since last year.
00:18:32.000 And that's while everyone else is down.
00:18:33.000 No joke.
00:18:34.000 Here's how you can connect with PAX.
00:18:36.000 Text Charlie to the number 74868.
00:18:39.000 Just take out your phone.
00:18:39.000 That's it.
00:18:40.000 Text Charlie, C-H-A-R-L-I-E, to 74868.
00:18:48.000 So take out your phone, text Charlie to the number 74868 for biblical responsible investing.
00:18:54.000 Text Charlie to 74868.
00:19:00.000 Joining us now is the terrific Andy Biggs.
00:19:03.000 He has some news to share about things happening on the southern border.
00:19:06.000 It is a tragedy.
00:19:09.000 Andy, welcome back to the program.
00:19:10.000 Fill us in.
00:19:11.000 What's going on?
00:19:12.000 You know, I got to tell you, Charlie, it is almost inconceivable to think that it can keep getting worse, but it gets worse by the month.
00:19:21.000 And this administration is doing things to distract.
00:19:23.000 So, for instance, they're going to tell you that, well, the encounters between the ports of entry went down significantly last month.
00:19:30.000 But the reason why is because they're funneling people through a parole program, which is contrary to U.S. law, and getting them into the, they're going through ports of entry, trying to get him there.
00:19:30.000 And they did.
00:19:42.000 And then they're going to release them into the interior immediately with work permits and they're gone.
00:19:51.000 It's a de facto amnesty program that's happening right now, Charlie.
00:19:55.000 And guess what?
00:19:56.000 The cartels aren't going to put up with that.
00:19:58.000 So that's why we fully expected them to drop by about 150,000.
00:20:03.000 They dropped between ports of entry by about 100,000.
00:20:06.000 The cartels are not going to put up with that.
00:20:09.000 So they're going to, because they control the border.
00:20:11.000 I mean, I don't know what else to tell you.
00:20:13.000 We've got testimony in recent weeks.
00:20:16.000 The sector chiefs, these are in the Biden administration sector chiefs.
00:20:20.000 They themselves admit the southwest border, which is from McAllen, Texas to San Diego, is controlled not by U.S., not by our own sovereign forces, but by the cartels.
00:20:33.000 And Charlie, this, you know, we could talk ad nauseum, you know, almost infinitely about how bad this situation is.
00:20:41.000 Terrible.
00:20:42.000 So, Andy, a question I have about the cartels.
00:20:44.000 Let's try to personify it.
00:20:47.000 You're an expert on this.
00:20:49.000 We both live in Arizona.
00:20:50.000 I'm still learning about it because I'm new to Arizona, but who are they exactly?
00:20:53.000 And are they in communication with U.S. officials?
00:20:57.000 Are there cartel members on both sides of the border?
00:21:00.000 Give us kind of a cartel education.
00:21:03.000 First thing you need to know about the cartels, they're crime families, highly organized, more ruthless than the mafia ever thought about being.
00:21:12.000 And there's right now there's a, and they fight for what we call a plaza.
00:21:17.000 They call a plaza.
00:21:18.000 And there are different areas along the border where a different family, different cartels are going to own it.
00:21:23.000 The biggest and strongest is still the Sinaloa cartel because it was founded in the Sinaloa state, the state of Sinaloa.
00:21:31.000 Now, they control that.
00:21:33.000 So last week, I got a friend sent me a picture of a shootout in San Luis, Arizona, which is just across from San Luis, Mexico, which is just across from San Luis, Arizona.
00:21:43.000 Charlie, three police cars shot up.
00:21:45.000 The police officers murdered by cartels in a gunfight.
00:21:48.000 That's what's going on right there at our border.
00:21:52.000 And the question: our cartel members throughout the country are on our side of the border.
00:21:58.000 Absolutely.
00:21:59.000 I got a briefing four years ago that told me there was not a community of any size in this country that did not have a Mexican cartel presence there.
00:22:09.000 That's to facilitate the illegal immigrants, the human trafficking, the sex trafficking, and the drug trafficking.
00:22:15.000 So this might be too deep, but I'm just curious.
00:22:18.000 So every clandestine criminal operation needs some sort of front-facing legal enterprise to launder their money and or have some sort of proxy conduit to legitimate politics and business.
00:22:28.000 What is that for the cartels?
00:22:30.000 I'm just curious.
00:22:32.000 Well, the cartels have, you know, we've actually caught them doing different and various businesses.
00:22:37.000 Like one of them was running a horse racing.
00:22:41.000 He bred horses.
00:22:43.000 And so they found him that way.
00:22:46.000 What you're seeing, though, is since most of the transaction, the money transactions taking place across the border, they're getting the lion's share of it there.
00:22:55.000 But when they come here, they're using employment.
00:22:57.000 So they're placing these people in employment in what may otherwise have been legitimate businesses.
00:23:04.000 They're giving them fraudulent documentation to go in there.
00:23:07.000 Then you also have the illegal actors.
00:23:10.000 So just so you know, just a week ago, some of the meat packers were caught up and they had these children, illegal alien children, unaccompanied minors who had come over.
00:23:23.000 And I think the youngest was age 11, and they were bringing these kids in to do cleanup work after hours.
00:23:32.000 So we have legitimate U.S. businesses that are facilitating this, but then you have a lot of it just taking place across the border, but they indenture these people and that's what goes on.
00:23:44.000 It's effectively modern day slavery.
00:23:46.000 It totally is.
00:23:48.000 And the sophistication of the technology that is used, I think when some people think of cartels, they kind of just think as, you know, pedestrian gangbangers in their mind, right?
00:24:00.000 No, this is highly sophisticated business people that have been obviously corrupted into the darkest shadows of our civilization.
00:24:10.000 But, you know, these are people that are using pinpoint technology.
00:24:14.000 They're using like comprehensive logistics to be able to put this through.
00:24:20.000 There's command and control centers.
00:24:24.000 Charlie, you're absolutely right.
00:24:26.000 So what they'll do is they're going to give a phone.
00:24:29.000 And the U.S. government actually provides phones for some of these people.
00:24:32.000 They're going to give a phone so they can track these people.
00:24:36.000 And then they're going to charge those people for the phone to boot.
00:24:38.000 I mean, but they'll track these people so they know where they're going.
00:24:42.000 And they just have this amazing ability to provide control.
00:24:46.000 In the Phoenix metro area, Charlie, there are hundreds and hundreds of stash houses controlled by cartels.
00:24:54.000 And they'll come in and they'll buy these houses.
00:24:57.000 And we used to know, I mean, you know, 10 years ago, you could go in and we knew where a lot of these were.
00:25:03.000 They were identified.
00:25:04.000 Today, they're much more sophisticated in how they're purchasing these properties.
00:25:09.000 And it's just amazing.
00:25:12.000 They got them in Rio Grande Valley.
00:25:14.000 You've got them any, you know, in Houston where these illegal migrants are going, but they control them with the technology that's available today.
00:25:22.000 You're exactly correct.
00:25:25.000 They're highly, they're highly teched up.
00:25:28.000 You know, even with, even when you go down to Nogales or the Vical Mountains down there by Casa Grande, they have spotters up there that have high-tech gear and equipment.
00:25:41.000 I've seen them.
00:25:42.000 Yeah, they got guys on hills with highly sophisticated binoculars.
00:25:47.000 They have drones in the air that are able to track where is border patrol.
00:25:51.000 Now, Andy, I'm just curious.
00:25:53.000 I mean, the elements of our government, they don't seem empowered to try to go break up these cartel rings to try to go find the flow of money.
00:26:02.000 It seems like they might do some things on the edges or the fringes.
00:26:06.000 I've said for quite some time, and this is just a suspicion, that I think that there are people elected to office in the Democrat Party that are doing a wink and a nod with these cartels via political donations or on-the-ground support.
00:26:21.000 Is that a bridge too far?
00:26:22.000 Is that too much speculation?
00:26:25.000 Well, we haven't seen evidence of it overtly with, you know, like people in Congress.
00:26:30.000 We have not seen anything like that.
00:26:32.000 But there have been cases.
00:26:33.000 I mean, there's constantly internal affairs at CBP are investigating cases of bribery.
00:26:43.000 And there's been local elected officials that have been engaged as well along the southwest border.
00:26:51.000 And so it's happening.
00:26:56.000 But part and parcel to this is just an overall.
00:26:59.000 Some of the Democrats are just indifferent to this.
00:27:02.000 Others, they want an open border.
00:27:03.000 They want to get rid of the sovereign state of the United States of America.
00:27:08.000 They think that we should be going to kind of government.
00:27:12.000 And this all plays into that.
00:27:14.000 And when you talk about drones, the number that was testified to just two weeks ago in Congress in a hearing I was at, I can't even remember.
00:27:24.000 It was unbelievable.
00:27:26.000 Like 30, 40,000 drone incursions in one small sector of the border from the cartels.
00:27:35.000 So, so they've got the technology.
00:27:37.000 They're using the billions of dollars that they make to confront themselves.
00:27:44.000 And this administration is at best indifferent.
00:27:48.000 No, no, no.
00:27:49.000 They're active accomplices of the deterioration of our country and sovereignty.
00:27:53.000 Andy, in closing, you're bringing a whole all-star team, the 18th platoon down to the border.
00:28:00.000 Tell us about it.
00:28:02.000 So the Judiciary Committee is having a board.
00:28:04.000 We're having hearings tomorrow.
00:28:08.000 Everybody starts getting into Yuma today.
00:28:12.000 But tomorrow, we're going to actually have hearings.
00:28:14.000 We're going to see the hospital that's being eroded because of the illegal immigration that's taxing it in Yuma.
00:28:23.000 We're going to see the two places in Yuma that you got to see.
00:28:26.000 You guys see Morelis Dam.
00:28:27.000 You got to see the Kokopa Reservation.
00:28:28.000 Then we're going to go over to San Luis.
00:28:30.000 And so you'll see all of that.
00:28:32.000 They're going to get a feel for it.
00:28:33.000 We're going to have local officials testify.
00:28:36.000 We're going to have farmers, ranchers, business people.
00:28:40.000 You're going to have Border Patrol agents.
00:28:45.000 All of this is going to try to elevate this.
00:28:48.000 It's an official hearing, Charlie.
00:28:50.000 And the Democrats have said they're going to boycott an official field hearing of the House Judiciary Committee.
00:28:58.000 Congratulations for doing that.
00:28:59.000 I'm thrilled.
00:29:00.000 Andy, stay on the case.
00:29:01.000 This is just, it really is a shame.
00:29:04.000 7,000 to 8,000 a day is what I'm told.
00:29:06.000 People that are just walking right into the country.
00:29:09.000 And it's so sad.
00:29:10.000 You know, Andy, I'll just say this in closing how the Democrats lie.
00:29:13.000 I met a swing voter here in Arizona that said, oh, yeah, the reason I voted for Mark Kelly is because he's going to build that wall and secure the border.
00:29:18.000 That is the power of deceptive advertising.
00:29:21.000 And it's so sad.
00:29:23.000 Andy, keep fighting.
00:29:24.000 Thank you.
00:29:26.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:30:27.000 Check it out.
00:30:31.000 We have the great Ed Henry with us live from East Palestine, Ohio, where Trump is right now.
00:30:38.000 Ed, how are you doing?
00:30:39.000 We're doing great, Charlie.
00:30:40.000 I'm here with my co-host, Karen Herk, Karen Turk from American Sunrise.
00:30:44.000 In the distance, out there are some police cars.
00:30:46.000 We believe Donald Trump is behind that area there.
00:30:49.000 His motorcade should come through in a little while.
00:30:51.000 There's a fire department up there, and they're part of an important part of this Ohio disaster story because federal officials in the Biden administration were so late in coming here.
00:31:00.000 We're now hearing Pete Buddha Judge is finally going to come tomorrow after Donald Trump is here on the ground.
00:31:06.000 But the federal officials are now trying to blame fire department officials, volunteer fire people locally for not following protocols somehow because they're trying to cover up their own mistakes.
00:31:16.000 And so you see the police, you might be able to see sirens down there, and there's a long line of people.
00:31:21.000 This is Trump country, eastern Ohio, right near the Pennsylvania border.
00:31:25.000 And in fact, I want to bring in a patriot here.
00:31:27.000 She made a sign, Charlie, that I know you like.
00:31:29.000 So, on one side, ma'am, you're Laura, right?
00:31:31.000 Laura, correct.
00:31:32.000 Come on in.
00:31:32.000 Your husband tells us all about you.
00:31:34.000 I love the Wevil People sweatshirt.
00:31:36.000 Trump 24 or before, but there's a surprise on the other side.
00:31:41.000 No more, Joe.
00:31:42.000 Tell Charlie Kirk what you think about the fact that Joe Biden has, you love Charlie.
00:31:48.000 You love Charlie.
00:31:49.000 We love you guys.
00:31:50.000 Thank you for coming.
00:31:51.000 Joe Biden's been in Ukraine handing out more money.
00:31:54.000 No, that's why.
00:31:56.000 No, no more, Joe.
00:31:57.000 He's not doing what the president of the United States is supposed to be doing.
00:32:01.000 President Trump, which I believe is still our president, you're not going to tell me he didn't win 2020.
00:32:06.000 I'm telling you, he didn't.
00:32:08.000 So here we are now.
00:32:09.000 And Joe's across the other side of the world.
00:32:12.000 We need him here.
00:32:13.000 We need him now.
00:32:14.000 I can tell you're emotional about it.
00:32:16.000 Well, how would you feel if you lived here?
00:32:18.000 These are good, God-fearing people.
00:32:20.000 These are God-fearing people.
00:32:22.000 Most of them, I can't speak for some of those people, but you know, we deserve it.
00:32:27.000 We're Americans.
00:32:27.000 Did he forget that we're Americans?
00:32:29.000 What does America mean to him?
00:32:31.000 Karen, we've talked to people who their children, you know, are getting rashes, Charlie, all over their body.
00:32:37.000 The air, they don't know if the air is safe, the water's safe.
00:32:40.000 And most of them are praising Donald Trump for actually being able to say something.
00:32:44.000 And now federal officials are getting involved, but only because he took action.
00:32:48.000 That's right.
00:32:49.000 If President Trump didn't decide to come here, they would have just forgotten about us.
00:32:53.000 Wrote us off.
00:32:54.000 Charlie, I wonder if you have a question, but we just talked to Senator JD Vance.
00:32:58.000 He came by because he's going to meet with President Trump, but he's here in a few moments.
00:33:02.000 And we're in East Palestine, as you mentioned.
00:33:05.000 And JD Vance was saying that he wants to see hearings.
00:33:08.000 He wants to see action because it's now been 19 days.
00:33:11.000 And finally, we hear Pete Butterjudge, the transportation secretary, is coming tomorrow.
00:33:15.000 They feel like it's too little, too late, Charlie.
00:33:17.000 Well, Ed, this is great.
00:33:18.000 We're about a minute and a half before the end of the segment here.
00:33:20.000 I just want to hear either from the people on the ground in East Palestine or from what you are hearing.
00:33:25.000 Just talk about the hope that Donald Trump gives them and the contrast because Joe Biden, you know, he became president.
00:33:31.000 I put in quotes saying, oh, yeah, I'm middle-class Scranton Joe.
00:33:36.000 He has completely forgotten this part of the country.
00:33:38.000 Also, how do they feel about him going to Ukraine versus visiting their community?
00:33:43.000 Totally.
00:33:45.000 Randy, let's bring you in because what Charlie Kirk is saying is a lot of what your wife was saying: that Joe Biden's over in Ukraine.
00:33:51.000 We only have a minute, but what kind of hope does Donald Trump bring even out of office?
00:33:57.000 Every time the name is mentioned, he brings hope.
00:34:00.000 You know, it's almost like I don't know how to put it exactly, but everybody rises up when Donald Trump comes into the picture.
00:34:09.000 It's been that way ever since he's come on the scene.
00:34:13.000 I want to know something.
00:34:14.000 Just one simple thing: how can you bring 25 million illegals into this country and then leave these people in a benefits?
00:34:23.000 They get hotel rooms.
00:34:24.000 What are we?
00:34:25.000 $80,000 a year is what it costs for.
00:34:28.000 I'm a lot of these guys don't make $80,000 here.
00:34:31.000 You know, this place needs to be evacuated.
00:34:33.000 They need to be put up in them hotels in New York where they're spending five illegal immigrants right now.
00:34:38.000 You hear this message loud and clear, Charlie.
