00:00:42.000 Here we go.
00:00:42.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:44.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:45.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:47.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:51.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:54.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:55.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:56.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:03.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:05.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:13.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:16.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:25.000 Tyler Boyer is here.
00:01:27.000 Many of you know him from the last feels like a long month this last week.
00:01:31.000 Oh my, it's been like a long year this last week.
00:01:33.000 It's we've been everywhere, and I'm telling you what, like, again, I just want to reiterate for the entire audience, Charlie.
00:01:41.000 There are only a few states that matter for 2024.
00:01:44.000 We happen to be sitting in what I think is number one or number two.
00:01:47.000 I think it's a really hard call to say that you've got Arizona, you've got Georgia, you've got Wisconsin.
00:01:54.000 Those three states are going to really determine what the future of the fate of the country is going to be in 2024.
00:02:00.000 And I'm, you know, we've been working hard.
00:02:04.000 We've been busting our tail, but I'm infuriated because the national apparatus, the national Republican apparatus, has not taken that seriously here in Arizona.
00:02:15.000 They just haven't.
00:02:16.000 And so we are now staring down, you know, doing everything we can, claw, tooth, nail, everything to make sure Abraham Hamidai gets across the finish line.
00:02:27.000 And I know that people are following that very closely.
00:02:29.000 I've been following it.
00:02:30.000 It's 304 votes right now.
00:02:32.000 Yeah.
00:02:32.000 And subject to change, obviously.
00:02:34.000 Yep.
00:02:35.000 Yep.
00:02:35.000 And it's, he's got to win in order to give us any kind of fighting chance for the future of Arizona.
00:02:41.000 He's got to win.
00:02:42.000 And so God bless those.
00:02:44.000 Like, we've seen a lot of haters come out, a lot of moderates who did nothing.
00:02:49.000 In fact, they were like working against us, working against conservatives in Arizona throughout this.
00:02:53.000 And now it's very clear that they were doing that.
00:02:55.000 And now they have the gall after we are about to win or barely, barely lose, like a hair lose for Carrie or a hair lose for Abe or a hair lose for these other guys.
00:03:05.000 I mean, even Blake was like 2%.
00:03:08.000 Our issue here is that now those people are coming out saying, oh, the Republican Party needs to refine itself.
00:03:15.000 Like this is Liz Cheney stuff, guys.
00:03:16.000 Liz Cheney just got body slammed.
00:03:18.000 If we want to get body slammed like Liz Cheney across the ballot, listen to these people.
00:03:22.000 The heroes of Arizona this week were the ones that were chasing ballots and curing ballots because Abe Hamaday, when he wins, it will be because of the cured ballots.
00:03:31.000 So I want to make sure people understand this: that there was a sign, and it's kind of revealing itself because people are actually now bragging about it in establishment circles because they were super quiet, at least quiet in my observation.
00:03:46.000 I mean, I'm sure you were aware of a lot of it.
00:03:48.000 But a lot of kind of the traditional Republican Arizona infrastructure is now kind of clamoring like, oh, we did this type thing.
00:03:59.000 Meaning like we, we, you should have listened to us type thing.
00:04:03.000 Like, this is what happens when you don't work with.
00:04:05.000 Yeah, guys, I'm going to make something very clear.
00:04:07.000 You can have that argument either side.
00:04:09.000 Like conservatives have been in that position too.
00:04:11.000 Like, look, we like nominated Martha McSally here twice, right?
00:04:15.000 Twice in Arizona.
00:04:16.000 She got obliterated twice.
00:04:17.000 She got obliterated twice.
00:04:18.000 She really did.
00:04:19.000 She got obliterated.
00:04:20.000 She got obliterated.
00:04:22.000 And, you know, the reason why we say she got obliterated last election cycle is she lost worse than Trump by a lot.
00:04:29.000 Right.
00:04:29.000 And so Trump lost Arizona, you know, including all the hanky-banking.
00:04:34.000 10,000 votes.
00:04:35.000 All the issues, the cheating and everything else that was going on, the 2,000 mule stuff that we know now and the vote harvesting and all of that.
00:04:42.000 He lost by 10,000 votes on paper.
00:04:45.000 She lost by way more than that.
00:04:46.000 Right.
00:04:47.000 So she lost, I think, by like 70 or 80,000 votes.
00:04:50.000 So she was like eight times worse than Trump in Arizona.
00:04:53.000 This is that you can make the argument that I think if you're the other side of the party, that you should have listened to us if that person gets blown out of the water.
00:05:02.000 The reality is this, is that when you could be the difference maker, right, on the election, like your support, your effort, you can't, that argument's null and void.
00:05:14.000 It's just, it's a, it's a dumb argument to make.
00:05:17.000 And so many people are referencing Karen Taylor Robeson came out and was like, ha, see, that was like this like vengeance post.
00:05:25.000 Like she, it was like clearly she had prepared for like the next day after the election to go after Carrie Lake.
00:05:30.000 And it's like, guys, you know, we've had Karen in here.
00:05:33.000 We've been friendly with a lot of people that are friendly with her.
00:05:36.000 She's been to turning point events, but it's like, that's not, that's not true.
00:05:39.000 Like if you would have just helped Carrie that she would have won.
00:05:42.000 Like if you, if you would have, if like the Chamber of Commerce would have endorsed Carrie, that's probably worth $10, $20,000.
00:05:48.000 So the Chamber endorsed Katie Hobbs?
00:05:49.000 No, the Chamber didn't endorse anybody.
00:05:51.000 The Chamber just sat on the sidelines.
00:05:52.000 And the Chamber and the business community now is going to figure out in Arizona real quick what happens when you elect a socialist as a as a as a governor, right?
00:06:00.000 Because that's potentially what Katie Hobbs could be is like this like really rabid, nasty, super radical governor.
00:06:07.000 And it's like, Carrie was going to like just like, okay, maybe you weren't like number one on your list building a wall like the rest of us were like 95% of the party.
00:06:15.000 But like, you know, now the business economy like crazy.
00:06:18.000 Yeah.
00:06:18.000 Now the business community is going to really suffer from it.
00:06:20.000 And it's like, this is called self-defeating politics.
00:06:23.000 And so, look, if Carrie would have lost by five, 10 points, you know, I would say, okay, you know what?
00:06:30.000 Okay.
00:06:30.000 You guys, everyone should walk away.
00:06:33.000 But that's not what happened.
00:06:34.000 We were in this tooth and nail battle.
00:06:36.000 Conservatives led for the first time in a state like Arizona.
00:06:42.000 And we gave it to the Democrats.
00:06:44.000 And all we needed was that other three, like it was actually a half percent of these moderates, but we really needed like three, 5% that we think that kind of chilled at home.
00:06:54.000 And we win everything.
00:06:56.000 And this is the story that this is the learning experience that the party has to learn is we have to learn how to get along.
00:07:02.000 You have to learn when you lose a primary, you have to suck it up and you have to support your team.
00:07:07.000 Otherwise, you know, now, you know, I can tell you after Karen's post, no one's going to listen to Karen ever again.
00:07:12.000 She's not going to be a leader in the party.
00:07:14.000 Like what she did was like the worst self-defeating post that would ever happen.
00:07:18.000 And that's just my opinion.
00:07:19.000 Yeah.
00:07:20.000 So, and then there wasn't a lot of national money that came in either.
00:07:23.000 Is that right?
00:07:23.000 Yeah.
00:07:24.000 I mean, look, Mitch McConnell completely blanked Arizona.
00:07:28.000 You know, we knew the issues that were happening at the at the national level.
00:07:33.000 I mean, I, I, I tweeted this morning and you saw it and you and I had been had been saying this.
00:07:38.000 You've been saying this on your show and thank you for saying it for weeks and weeks leading up to the election that we're going to have long lines.
00:07:45.000 We are going to have equipment malfunction.
00:07:47.000 We're going to run out of ink.
00:07:48.000 We were going to have chain of custody issues.
00:07:51.000 Luckily, we've had very few chain of custody issues because we've had all of our observers on the mark.
00:07:57.000 But there's a reason why we were saying all these things.
00:07:59.000 And people are looking at that tweet now, going, How did you know?
00:08:02.000 Are you from the future?
00:08:03.000 Are you, you know, are you part of, are you a psyop?
00:08:06.000 Are you like all that stuff?
00:08:08.000 It's like, no, guys, we just have been involved and I've been watching these elections.
00:08:12.000 I was a county chairman in Maricopa County and I could predict this.
00:08:15.000 I could read exactly what was going to happen.
00:08:17.000 And Maricopa County did nothing but laugh at us.
00:08:20.000 They laughed and mocked the grassroots when we brought these things up.
00:08:24.000 Yep.
00:08:25.000 And we brought it up repeatedly.
00:08:25.000 Yeah.
00:08:27.000 And we told, I mean, I tweeted something of a similar vein right at Stephen Richer.
00:08:32.000 And we said, you guys are going to have lines issues, toner issues, printing issues.
00:08:37.000 And, but it's also, we broadcasted our big play to them, though, too.
00:08:40.000 We told them what we were going to do, and they ambushed us.
00:08:44.000 Yeah, I mean, they said, we don't care.
00:08:45.000 We're just going to screw with the public, anyways.
00:08:47.000 And look, I mean, that's why we got to get Abe Hamaday in because Abe can investigate this and find out whether or not this was intentional, right?
00:08:56.000 A lot of people online.
00:08:57.000 304 votes right now.
00:08:59.000 A lot of people online are saying this was intentional.
00:09:01.000 This was intentional.
00:09:02.000 We don't know if this was just pure incompetency or it was intentional.
00:09:05.000 It doesn't matter.
00:09:06.000 What matters is that it's the system that everybody's been screaming about, which was put together by this domino organization, right?
00:09:14.000 And like that's, you know, they brought this in.
00:09:17.000 Everyone said, hey, getting rid of precinct base polling is a bad idea.
00:09:21.000 Cutting our number of polling places in half is a bad idea.
00:09:24.000 Getting rid of pre-printed ballots that are markable and traceable, that are totally traceable is a bad idea.
00:09:30.000 Just being able to print them on site on demand, terrible idea.
00:09:33.000 Why would you want to do that?
00:09:35.000 And those are the two things that ultimately suppressed voters.
00:09:39.000 And so now Maricopa County has not only embarrassed us, not only have they not apologized, but now we have this circumstance where we have literal voter suppression.
00:09:49.000 And Republicans aren't used to fighting these battles, but we have to.
00:09:52.000 You have to speak up.
00:09:53.000 If you didn't get a chance to vote, if you know someone that didn't get a chance to vote, they need to speak up now because this is your most fundamental American right.
00:10:02.000 Yep.
00:10:03.000 It really is.
00:10:04.000 And what could be a potential remedy for that?
00:10:06.000 I mean, look, right now, the lawyers are on it.
00:10:09.000 Just so that everybody knows, and I put everybody a little bit of ease, there's going to be a recount for Abe's race.
00:10:15.000 He's within just a couple hundred votes.
00:10:17.000 What does the process of that look like?
00:10:18.000 They got to go back and redo this whole thing.
00:10:20.000 But now there's more lawyers watching every single element of this because they have to in every county?
00:10:25.000 Yes.
00:10:25.000 They have to go through every single ballot and rescan every ballot.
00:10:29.000 And so, if there's discrepancies that exist now between the first count and the second count.
00:10:35.000 What does history show what a discrepancy could be in a recount?
00:10:38.000 I mean, you could have a couple percentage points, which in Maricopa County is, yeah, a couple percentage points is that thousand total votes.
00:10:44.000 Yeah, and so this is where it implicates Carrie's race then, too.
00:10:47.000 If Carrie's within the margin of error on are they are they recounting every race or just the attorney general?
00:10:51.000 Just the attorney generals, but if the attorney general has a ton of issues, right?
00:10:55.000 That race, like you have to with like adjudicated ballots, you have to verify Charlie Kirk here.
00:11:03.000 Look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
00:11:09.000 Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
00:11:12.000 She says this: Both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
00:11:17.000 We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
00:11:23.000 I hear Yvonne, Relief Factor works for me too.
00:11:25.000 Relief Factor is a 100% drug-free solution developed by doctors based on scientific research to help your body attack the underlying inflammation causing you pain.
00:11:35.000 Three weeks from now, you could be doing the things you enjoy doing.
00:11:38.000 Your first step to becoming pain-free could be just to order the three-week quick start for only $19.95.
00:11:44.000 After trying Relief Factor, over half a million people have gone on to order more.
00:11:49.000 Go to relieffactor.com or call 8004 Relief to find out more about this offer.
00:11:54.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 8004 Relief.
00:11:57.000 Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor.
00:12:02.000 The Biden regime has now announced a special counsel to determine whether or not Donald Trump should be charged.
00:12:11.000 This is all planned.
00:12:12.000 And by the way, this means that Hunter Biden will probably be indicted soon.
00:12:15.000 That has been our prediction for quite some time to make it seem like they're playing both sides.
00:12:20.000 This thing's going to get pretty messy.
00:12:23.000 It's going to get very ugly.
00:12:25.000 And this is the reason why, Charlie, like the grassroots has to rise up more than it ever has before.
00:12:31.000 And this cannot be personality driven alone, right?
00:12:34.000 Like we're not going to convert more people over to our side by just, you know, waving flags and honking and lying.
00:12:44.000 So let's talk about that.
00:12:45.000 So we've been, you know, people, how long have you and I been advocating for the Trump world to stop just doing rallies and turn them into action events?
00:12:52.000 Yeah, I mean, we do it for five or six years.
00:12:55.000 So Charlie, it wouldn't be fair to advocate for that.
00:12:58.000 And because there's a lot of people that do that in D.C. who tell you what to do and they don't actually do it themselves.
00:13:04.000 What we do at Turning Point Action is we host an event.
00:13:06.000 We'll do an event basically with anybody.
00:13:09.000 We really will, right?
00:13:10.000 Like, it doesn't matter who it is.
00:13:12.000 Trump, DeSantis, like we'll, we'll host.
00:13:15.000 Well, we do have some standards.
00:13:16.000 We know Liz Cheney.
00:13:17.000 Well, people who we endorse, but like, and we support.
00:13:20.000 But I mean, look, look, I mean, we have, we'll do it with anyone that we support.
00:13:24.000 And we go out and when people show up to those rallies, when we have hundreds, if not thousands of people that show up to our events, we give them a clipboard on the way out.
00:13:32.000 We say, we need you to go knock these 20 doors.
00:13:34.000 And those 20 doors are what's going to make the difference.
00:13:36.000 Think about this for a second, Charlie.
00:13:38.000 Think about every single Trump rally that's ever happened.
00:13:41.000 If on the way out, they said, if Trump from the microphone said, look, I'm glad you're all here.
00:13:47.000 You know, in Arizona, we were just talking about this.
00:13:49.000 It was like so hot, people were passing out.
00:13:51.000 I think 200 people passed out.
00:13:52.000 200 people passed out.
00:13:53.000 By the way, you and I joked.
00:13:54.000 You joked when that happened.
00:13:55.000 That's going to be a defining issue because I think of their family members that are like super angry because they had to stand in the sun for seven hours.
00:14:03.000 Yeah.
00:14:03.000 If people show up, they stand in the sun for seven hours.
00:14:06.000 Maybe it's your first Trump rally.
00:14:07.000 You're passing out.
00:14:08.000 And then like every family member that's going to be a lot of people.
00:14:10.000 There were literally 200 people hospitalized.
00:14:12.000 If I was not political and I saw that happen, I'd be like, I'm not voting for that guy.
00:14:16.000 Yeah.
00:14:16.000 Like all 50 of my family members would be like, that's stupid.
00:14:20.000 Like that person is stupid.
00:14:22.000 So anyways, going back, the point of the Trump rally should be this.
00:14:25.000 Keep it short, keep it sweet, keep it healthy.
00:14:29.000 Do it in places that are a little bit better, a little bit nicer where you're not passing out or it's not turning into a carnival.
00:14:34.000 Literally, there was like 200 people, I think, that passed out.
00:14:37.000 It was like a carney.
00:14:38.000 No, it was like hundreds of people or getting sick or whatever.
00:14:42.000 And hand out clipboards on the way out.
00:14:45.000 And we're being very serious about this, right?
00:14:47.000 Like at least give people a freaking bumper sticker, right?
00:14:49.000 Or a yard sign.
00:14:50.000 But like give people a clipboard and say, I need you to take these door hangers.
00:14:55.000 Or here's an application you can download to like 15 doors.
00:14:59.000 Exactly, which we've developed at Turning Point Action.
00:15:02.000 I want to cut to this press conference.
00:15:03.000 Sorry, Tyler, this Department of Justice announcement.
00:15:06.000 Is that what we have right now?
00:15:07.000 Okay, let's cut to that, please.
00:15:09.000 Main under the authority of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
00:15:14.000 The special counsel will also conduct the investigation involving classified documents and other presidential records, as well as the possible obstruction of that investigation.
00:15:26.000 Today, I signed an order appointing Jack Smith to serve as special counsel.
00:15:32.000 The order authorizes him to continue the ongoing investigation into both of the matters that I have just described and to prosecute any federal crimes that may arise from those investigations.
00:15:44.000 Mr. Smith is a veteran career prosecutor.
00:15:48.000 He began his prosecutorial career in 1994 as an assistant district attorney with the New York County DA's office.
00:15:56.000 In 1999, he became an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, where over the course of nine years, he prosecuted matters ranging from gang murders of police officers to civil rights violations.
00:16:10.000 From 2008 to 2010, he served with the International Criminal Court, where he supervised war crimes investigations.
00:16:18.000 In 2010, Mr. Smith returned to the Justice Department to serve as chief of the Public Integrity Section, where he led a team of more than 30 prosecutors who handled public corruption and election crimes cases across the United States.
00:16:34.000 In 2015, he agreed to serve as the first Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, later becoming the acting United States Attorney.
00:16:43.000 Most recently, Mr. Smith served as a chief prosecutor for the special court in The Hague charged with investigating and adjudicating war crimes in Kosovo.
00:16:53.000 Mr. Smith will begin his work as special counsel immediately and will be returning to the United States from The Hague.
00:17:01.000 Throughout his career, Jack Smith has built a reputation as an impartial and determined prosecutor who leads teams with energy and focus to follow the facts wherever they lead.
00:17:13.000 As special counsel, he will exercise independent prosecutorial judgment to decide whether charges should be brought.
00:17:21.000 Although the special counsel will not be subject to the day-to-day supervision of any official of the department, he must comply with the regulations, procedures, and policies of the department.
00:17:32.000 I will ensure that the special counsel receives the resources to conduct this work quickly and completely.
00:17:39.000 Given the work to date and Mr. Smith's prosecutorial experience, I am confident that this appointment will not slow the completion of these investigations.
00:17:50.000 The men and women who are pursuing these investigations are conducting themselves in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism.
00:17:59.000 I could not be prouder of them.
00:18:02.000 I strongly believe that the normal processes of this department can handle all investigations with integrity.
00:18:09.000 And I also believe that appointing a special counsel at this time is the right thing to do.
00:18:15.000 The extraordinary circumstances presented here demand it.
00:18:19.000 Mr. Smith is the right choice to complete these matters in an even-handed and urgent manner.
00:18:27.000 Thank you all.
00:18:31.000 Look, if you don't want to accidentally take a laxative and have the worst day of your life, listen to this.
00:18:35.000 If you're currently taking a magnesium supplement, chances are you're literally flushing it down the toilet.
00:18:40.000 I experienced that.
00:18:41.000 It's not fun.
00:18:42.000 You see, the most common type of magnesium is actually used as a laxative.
00:18:46.000 So if you're taking it, you're probably, let's just say, depositing it in a place you shouldn't be.
00:18:52.000 With 80% of Americans who are actually magnesium deficient, what if I told you you could be making that deficiency worse by actually taking the wrong kind of magnesium?
00:19:01.000 Sort of paradoxical, isn't it?
00:19:02.000 The worst part about magnesium deficiency is how it affects almost every aspect of your health.
00:19:06.000 Your metabolism suffers, you can't lose weight, your blood pressure goes up, and a whole lot more.
00:19:11.000 And the worst part is your sleep suffers.
00:19:13.000 So what is the solution?
00:19:14.000 It's called Magnesium Breakthrough.
00:19:16.000 It's my favorite magnesium product that I continue to highly recommend.
00:19:19.000 It's the only full-spectrum magnesium supplement with seven unique forms of magnesium that your body can actually absorb.
00:19:25.000 And this month they're including free bottles of their full line of digestive health products on select orders while supplies last.
00:19:31.000 That means you're getting free products to try that will support your digestive system.
00:19:35.000 Having an optimized digestive system means less energy, trying to digest foods and absorbing more nutrients from the foods you eat.

00:19:57.000 There is a season for everything, it says in the Bible in Ecclesiastes.
00:20:01.000 Let me actually try to get that verse.
00:20:03.000 It's a great verse.
00:20:04.000 And it's hard to tell what kind of season we are in.
00:20:08.000 Yeah, it's Ecclesiastes 3, 1 through 8, written by Solomon.
00:20:12.000 For everything, there is a season, a time for activity under heaven, a time to be born, a time to die, time to plant, a time to harvest, a time to kill, and a time to heal.
00:20:21.000 A time to tear down and a time to build up.
00:20:23.000 A time to cry and a time to laugh.
00:20:24.000 Yes, I know you're probably thinking it's the Simon and Garfunkel song.
00:20:26.000 That's where they got it from.
00:20:28.000 A time to grieve and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and time to gather stones.
00:20:31.000 What season are we in right now?
00:20:34.000 There's a few of those in there that might apply.
00:20:39.000 There's a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be quiet, a time to speak, a time to love, a time to hate, a time for war, and a time for peace.
00:20:45.000 I mean, when I think when I, Charlie, when I think about where we're at as a movement, we have to look at all the positive things that have been built.
00:20:56.000 Here's a couple of positives.
00:20:57.000 And we've talked about this at length.
00:20:59.000 Trump shattered what was a trajectory that was going to be, that was going to put us in a bad place for a long time.
00:21:06.000 It's just true.
00:21:07.000 If it wasn't for Trump, the gains that we have in the blue collar and Latino communities and everything else would not be that.
00:21:14.000 He bailed us out, man.
00:21:15.000 He bailed us out.
00:21:16.000 He redirected.
00:21:16.000 He shattered things.
00:21:18.000 It created an alternate timeline that was really positive for conservatives.
00:21:22.000 Now, what our job has to be is how do we take that?
00:21:24.000 And it involves everybody, right?
00:21:26.000 It's not just up to President Trump to decide what he wants to do and everyone just goes along with it.
00:21:31.000 It's not up to Charlie Kirk on what we do.
00:21:33.000 It's not up to every individual member of the grassroots and every grassroots organization or what we do.
00:21:38.000 This is an effort together.
00:21:40.000 And this is what truly America, what makes America wonderful is that that's an ebb and flow emotion that requires all of us to show up.
00:21:48.000 And then we all start herding cats in a direction that has to be positive.
00:21:53.000 What we're missing right now, and this is what concerns me the most, is with Mitch McConnell and others, right?
00:21:59.000 We are lacking a leadership function that says, that gives direction, that's healthy, right?
00:22:08.000 And so I think this is where Donald Trump is sucking all the air out of the room, right?
00:22:12.000 Because there's no one that exists like that.
00:22:14.000 And he gets up on the podium, at the podium and on stage and starts saying the things that we all want to hear and that we need to hear.
00:22:22.000 And he's providing leadership where there is lacking, right?
00:22:26.000 And so how I look at it is like, look, Donald Trump shouldn't be the only guy that's doing that, though.
00:22:31.000 That should be Mitch McConnell.
00:22:33.000 That should be Kevin McCarthy.
00:22:34.000 That should be whoever leads the RNC, if it's Ron or whoever else.
00:22:37.000 That needs to be, you know, the Charlie Kirks of the world.
00:22:40.000 That needs to be the Dan Bonginas of the world.
00:22:42.000 It needs to be all of our friends that are at the Tucker Carlsons of the world.
00:22:45.000 And Tucker does a really good job of this too, right?
00:22:47.000 This is a reason why people respect him.
00:22:49.000 You have to give an outline of what we need to do and where we need to go next.
00:22:53.000 Otherwise, people are just running around like chickens with their heads cut off, attacking each other, not knowing what's going on.
00:22:59.000 A bunch of the grassroots, not really understanding where we're at as a party or as a movement.
00:23:04.000 And that's how we lose people.
00:23:06.000 The breaking news is Jack Smith has been brought in to run this special counsel against Trump.
00:23:16.000 You know who he prosecuted?
00:23:17.000 Rick Renzi.
00:23:18.000 Yes.
00:23:19.000 What did he do wrong?
00:23:21.000 It was a land issue.
00:23:23.000 I couldn't speak to the very specifics, but he was accused of using like a pay-to-play scenario.
00:23:32.000 It was, I think, the late 90s, early 2000s.
00:23:35.000 I think it was early 2000s was when it was.
00:23:36.000 It was like a land swap deal or something.
00:23:38.000 It was a land swap deal that he had some insight on because of his position as a congressman.
00:23:43.000 Was he governor?
00:23:44.000 McCain went after him.
00:23:45.000 Arizona guy.
00:23:46.000 Yeah, he was the congressman.
00:23:47.000 And McCain went after him hard and threw him under the bus.
00:23:51.000 And other people that were here.
00:23:54.000 And they went, I honestly, my take is, is not knowing all the specific details, but what I understand from people I trust is that he was thrown way under the bus, way harder under the bus than he ever should have been.
00:24:07.000 Trump actually, I think, pardoned him.
00:24:10.000 Oh, is that right?
00:24:10.000 Yeah, I think he was on the last day of office by Donald Trump.
00:24:15.000 Yeah, and he, and again, because he was treated the way that he was treated, it was, if you don't think there was a political motive that was there, there was a total political motive.
00:24:24.000 It was part of the McCain machine that was here.
00:24:26.000 Yeah.
00:24:26.000 So Jack Smith, and he also prosecuted Bob McDonnell, and then he started building the case against Bob Menendez.
00:24:32.000 So this guy is a bulldog that they now have going up against Trump.
00:24:34.000 It's one of their top level prosecutors who they've brought in.
00:24:38.000 He looks like Peter Struckstroke Smirk, and he's coming in now to try to take Trump off the chessboard for 2024.
00:24:45.000 Yep.
00:24:46.000 And, you know, quite honestly, this is stuff.
00:24:50.000 Again, you brought it up with everything that's happened with the Hunter Biden front.
00:24:54.000 I mean, this is such a disaster.
00:24:56.000 I mean, America, no one can actually look on the outside of this with everything going on and say, I trust the government.
00:25:03.000 Everything's going the way it's supposed to.
00:25:05.000 We have to defend this country.
00:25:08.000 We have to defend this country.
00:25:10.000 We have to step up, not just for Donald Trump, but for the rule of law in general.
00:25:16.000 This is out of control.
00:25:17.000 The fact that they've literally ignored Hunter Biden for years now, probably.
00:25:23.000 They're going to do some tax thing on him so it doesn't look like it's overly political.
00:25:26.000 But all this is tough.
00:25:27.000 Oh, they're going to do everything they can do to just water the bridge.
00:25:31.000 They announced the special counsel conveniently right after Republicans take the house and they say they're going after the Biden family.
00:25:37.000 Unbelievable.
00:25:38.000 And now they got this bulldog, Jack Smith, who's going to go after him.
00:25:42.000 I mean, we live in a scary time, Charlie.
00:25:44.000 This is the point with that scripture, which is that we're in a very scary time.
00:25:49.000 It's a time for everything.
00:25:50.000 But what I like about that scripture is this, is that we have to be on the Lord's side.
00:25:56.000 We have to be on God's side, right?
00:25:57.000 We can't expect God to come to our side.
00:25:59.000 We can't expect to stand here and say, help, we're in trouble.
00:26:04.000 Like, we need to be paddling, swimming as much as we can to try to get out of this current.
00:26:09.000 And I think the Lord will always meet you halfway.
00:26:12.000 That's just my belief.
00:26:14.000 But right now, what I love about that scripture is this, is this, is that there's a time for everything.
00:26:19.000 And we have to figure out, we have to use our brains.
00:26:22.000 We have to use our minds.
00:26:23.000 We have to humble ourselves to figure out what time it is every single day.
00:26:27.000 We have to wake up every day and be like, is today rock throwing day?
00:26:30.000 Or is it rock scattering day?
00:26:32.000 Is today, you know, that is where we're at.
00:26:36.000 Someone emailed us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:26:39.000 Charlie, I am ready to give up.
00:26:41.000 I want to just stop acting.
00:26:44.000 I just want to stop being an activist.
00:26:45.000 Basically, this whole thing, they've cheated.
00:26:46.000 They've done all these things.
00:26:47.000 You know, what hope can you give me?
00:26:49.000 Tyler, how often do you get messages like this of people that just want to totally give up?
00:26:52.000 Look, there is no giving up.
00:26:54.000 We've said this, right?
00:26:55.000 There is no giving up.
00:26:56.000 The moment you give up, weak men are what enable tyrants.
00:27:03.000 This is what they want.
00:27:05.000 Tyranny wants you to give up.
00:27:07.000 Tyranny wants you to quit.
00:27:09.000 Tyranny wants you to be your little guy that punches your heart.
00:27:12.000 Guys, think about Soviet Russia.
00:27:13.000 That's what I think about.
00:27:14.000 That's why I studied.
00:27:15.000 I lived over in Russia.
00:27:16.000 I speak fluent Russian.
00:27:18.000 You know 17th generation American, so i'm not not a Russian plant or spy, but I studied that because I went on my mission to Russia and i'm telling you what Soviet, the Soviet Era did is.
00:27:29.000 The expectation was is that you show up, you punch your card and you go home.
00:27:33.000 You shut up yep, that's what Marxism wants.
00:27:36.000 That's what Marxism calls for.
00:27:38.000 This is what these people want.
00:27:40.000 They want you to shut up, punch your time card and go home and you'll like whatever is given to you.
00:27:45.000 That's, that's as simple as you can put it for any of your friends and family that aren't studious to Marxism versus Freedom, right?
00:27:53.000 Is that the life you want to live?
00:27:55.000 Or do you like living the life where you get to go freely on vacation wherever you want?
00:27:58.000 And like you can buy whatever you want.
00:27:59.000 You can do whatever you want.
00:28:00.000 You can give the birds to the government and not get thrown in jail for it.
00:28:04.000 Because that's not the trajectory we're on with these people that we're up against.
00:28:08.000 That's right.
00:28:09.000 Okay, got another question here.
00:28:10.000 Charlie, what is the process actually of the recount?
00:28:13.000 Here's one here.
00:28:14.000 Charlie, listen to your show.
00:28:15.000 Is it impossible for Kerry Lake to request a recount?
00:28:17.000 His hobby is going to be governor of Arizona.
00:28:19.000 Sincerely, Anthony.
00:28:21.000 I mean, look, the only outline hope here is this, is that the lawsuits that prevail, there's two different directions that can happen here, Charlie.
00:28:28.000 One is that a recount is going to happen for Abe Hamada.
00:28:32.000 That's for sure.
00:28:33.000 That's for sure going to happen.
00:28:36.000 It's by law, right?
00:28:37.000 By law, it's an automatic recount, which means that if they discover more issues in addition to the ones that we already know exist, that's going to just compound on what we already know.
00:28:48.000 Now, this is a little different than the presidential election in 2020 because you don't have the external electoral college pressures.
00:28:56.000 You have some certification problems, right?
00:28:58.000 But you don't have as because in 2020, everything was so rushed because of the electoral college needing to meet, right?
00:29:05.000 It was so quick.
00:29:06.000 It was so down the thoroughfare.
00:29:08.000 Some of this is the same, which is certifications and statute.
00:29:11.000 It's law that they have to certify by a certain time and date to remain within the law.
00:29:17.000 But, I mean, look, they've taken this so slow.
00:29:20.000 Like, they've gone so slow with this.
00:29:22.000 And now they have to recount everything.
00:29:24.000 You can't imagine it's going to go fast, right?
00:29:27.000 But it won't be interesting if they all of a sudden, like, their recount process goes really quick.
00:29:31.000 Yeah, that will show you everything you need to know that they could have done this election to begin with very quickly.
00:29:36.000 But I mean, look, the second thing is, is this is like, Charlie, we still have all these outstanding issues that happen on election day.
00:29:43.000 Like, there are literally hundreds, if not thousands of people who were suppressed at the polling places.
00:29:49.000 Minimum.
00:29:50.000 Minimum.
00:29:50.000 Thousands of people.
00:29:51.000 And so if you don't think that that has the impact of making a claim that a number of citizens here in the state of Arizona can say, hey, I was suppressed.
00:30:01.000 My voting rights were blocked essentially on 11-8 because of the actions of Maricopa County and the decisions that Bill Gates and Stephen Richer and all those made.
00:30:12.000 That's likely going to happen.
00:30:13.000 That's going to delay things even further, especially if a judge that I think would be a competent judge would hear this thing out.
00:30:22.000 How can you look at this and say, again, if this was downtown Detroit, Charlie, or downtown Philadelphia, what do you think would have happened?
00:30:32.000 I mean, it would already be upheaval by now.
00:30:34.000 They would have extended the election by a week and they would have flown in the DOJ's SWAT team, the IRS's SWAT team.
00:30:42.000 The DOJ's all the Fed SWAT teams that they have.
00:30:45.000 The Civil Rights Division would have accepted it.
00:30:47.000 Yeah, the Civil Rights Division would have totally come in.
00:30:49.000 They would have been manning the polling places like we saw happen over the course of history.
00:30:54.000 They're prepared to do that.
00:30:56.000 They were prepared to do that in Arizona as it was.
00:30:59.000 Isn't it interesting?
00:30:59.000 So the DOJ ahead of the Arizona election said they're going to be there poll watching for civil rights violations.
00:31:05.000 So they were there.
00:31:06.000 They were there.
00:31:07.000 And didn't do anything.
00:31:08.000 Have you heard anything from the DJ?
00:31:10.000 Of course not.
00:31:10.000 Have we heard anything?
00:31:11.000 DOJ rights.
00:31:12.000 By the way, so we were getting emails from people.
00:31:15.000 Charlie, why are there all these drones over the polling places?
00:31:17.000 Those were federal government Department of Justice drones that were looking for voter intimidation.
00:31:23.000 So they were like, oh, yeah, there's going to be right-wing vigilantes, you know, intimidating.
00:31:27.000 None of that happened.
00:31:28.000 It was all a lie.
00:31:29.000 Yeah, it was all made up.
00:31:30.000 What did happen?
00:31:31.000 Guns at the polling places was what they said.
00:31:33.000 What did happen is that, and this is what I want to dive into this in the last segment.
00:31:36.000 Is it true, Tyler, that the machines were working perfectly for in-person early voting?
00:31:40.000 Yeah, we have no reported, no known reported issues, right?
00:31:45.000 And if there were issues, why didn't they explain those and report in this?
00:31:49.000 So, but what changed?
00:31:51.000 That's the question.
00:31:52.000 Either this is intentional, which a lot of people think it was because it's too many machines happening all at once, or this is just pure incompetence and like happenstance.
00:32:02.000 But like, the reality is this, that's why we have to get Abe through so he can investigate this.
00:32:07.000 I'll tell you this right now: the fact that there was 30% or more of the machines breaking up.
00:32:13.000 Until it's 48% of voting centers now.
00:32:16.000 Yeah, almost half the voting centers were infected.
00:32:18.000 I mean, this is massive.
00:32:20.000 And a judge not wanting to keep the polls open an extra hour on election day.
00:32:24.000 No, and Mark Kelly intervenes and says, no.
00:32:28.000 Mark Kelly says, no, please don't.
00:32:29.000 Don't let them vote more.
00:32:33.000 Are you tired of feeling tired?
00:32:35.000 I've never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:32:38.000 I take it right before every single show.
00:32:40.000 It's so easy.
00:32:41.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.
00:32:45.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
00:32:50.000 It's so simple.
00:32:51.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.
00:32:57.000 NAD is something I've been studying for a while.
00:32:59.000 And before I got to know Strong Cell, I said, boy, I really would love to take it every day.
00:33:02.000 It's a crucial coenzyme for creating natural energy and restoration in your bodily cells.
00:33:08.000 It also contains collagen, well documented for its vast health benefits.
00:33:12.000 Your body should experience a big energy boost the first week.
00:33:16.000 Then within 15 days, you'll start noticing even more benefits.
00:33:19.000 30 days, you'll be feeling so much different.
00:33:21.000 So do me a favor and consider giving the supplement the full four weeks versus just one bottle to realize the best results for you.
00:33:28.000 The formula is designed to generate long-term positive change, unlike energy drinks.
00:33:33.000 I take it every single day.
00:33:34.000 It's not an artificial boost of immediate energy like caffeine.
00:33:37.000 I'm talking about cellular level restoration.

00:33:58.000 But I highly encourage you guys to try it for all four weeks.
00:34:01.000 You won't regret it.
00:34:04.000 Now we got to talk about what to do.
00:34:06.000 Look, Tyler, a lot of people are doom and gloom.
00:34:09.000 We have to now recommit ourselves to these efforts.
00:34:12.000 And if we thought they were going to hand the country back, I mean, come on.
00:34:17.000 No, guys, we have to go 10 times harder here.
00:34:19.000 All right.
00:34:20.000 Like anything that you've learned this week and you saw what we don't need is more people out there saying, voting doesn't matter.
00:34:30.000 Like, my impact doesn't matter.
00:34:33.000 That's such a beta energy.
00:34:34.000 It really is.
00:34:35.000 It's nothing but beta energy.
00:34:37.000 And like the, I told you so that they cheat and there's nothing you can do.
00:34:42.000 Like, what kind of message is that?
00:34:44.000 Like, okay, leave the, why didn't you leave the country already then, by the way?
00:34:47.000 Like, what are you doing here still?
00:34:49.000 Yep.
00:34:49.000 Like, the energy is this: that it was, we almost overcame what we believe is a lot of manipulation.
00:34:57.000 And the whole plan here in Arizona was to overcome that with Carrie because they all could actually get fixed with Carrie.
00:35:03.000 And that was the track that we were on.
00:35:05.000 The fact is, is that we came up short.
00:35:07.000 What does that mean?
00:35:08.000 We can't ever come up short again.
00:35:10.000 We have to work harder.
00:35:11.000 We have to reinvent ourselves constantly.
00:35:14.000 And what we're doing, what we're already talking about, how can we create new processes in order to make sure that we are getting the ballots that we need to get?
00:35:23.000 Yes.
00:35:24.000 How do we still change the laws now working around a Katie Hobbes?
00:35:30.000 How does an Abe Hamadai getting elected?
00:35:33.000 How can he impact the legislature and work with the legislature to kind of work around Katie Hobbes?
00:35:40.000 So Thomas Paine famously wrote, everyone knows this line.
00:35:43.000 These are the times that try men's souls, but they forget the next line.
00:35:47.000 The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country.
00:35:53.000 But he that stands by it now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.
00:35:58.000 Tyranny like hell is not easily conquered, yet have this consolation with us.
00:36:03.000 The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.
00:36:06.000 And there was never a more clear depiction of that than this week when we were chasing ballots for curing.
00:36:11.000 Yes, they're sunshine patriots.
00:36:13.000 They don't want to work.
00:36:14.000 There were sunshine patriots who were there that were like at the party going, yeah, Carrie's winning by 10 points.
00:36:20.000 She's going to win.
00:36:21.000 And we were super, we were talking about this.
00:36:23.000 We were super bullish.
00:36:25.000 Carrie lost essentially right now how they've tabulated, how they've tabulated.
00:36:30.000 If you believe, you know, that everything is come in and it's kosher and legit.
00:36:36.000 She lost essentially independence.
00:36:38.000 It's hard to believe, man.
00:36:39.000 On day of drop-offs, not day of election.
00:36:42.000 But that's still a 20-point drop.
00:36:44.000 Like, like she, she, I said this, and we said this.
00:36:47.000 We said she would have to take why we feel so comfortable about Kerry.
00:36:50.000 She would have to underperform Trump significantly and herself, who she was overperforming.
00:36:56.000 With more people dropping off.
00:36:58.000 So, I mean, clear, so what does that mean?
00:37:00.000 Like, let's break that down real simple.
00:37:02.000 What I think it means is that Democrats knew they were underwater significantly heading into election day because they weren't hitting their numbers.
00:37:08.000 They weren't hitting their numbers.
00:37:10.000 And those last final weeks, they made an absolute push to make sure they got drop-offs at the polling place.
00:37:17.000 That last week that you can't mail in your ballot, they spent that whole week just like going and picking up individual ballots and getting driving people to get picking the ballot.
00:37:25.000 And Charlie was like, how do you do that?
00:37:26.000 Well, you know, you could have like 500 people on staff for like $25 million, guys.
00:37:32.000 Like that's not for a whole year.
00:37:34.000 Like that's not that much money compared to what Mark Kelly raised.
00:37:39.000 See, when you look at the whole nut that was raised in Arizona by Democrats, they probably had hundreds and hundreds of under the cover people that were just working to collect ballots.
00:37:52.000 And they said, you know what?
00:37:53.000 I don't want you to post on the internet.
00:37:55.000 I don't want you to talk about things.
00:37:56.000 I don't want you to show up to a rally.
00:37:57.000 Yes.
00:37:58.000 You know, we don't need that.
00:37:59.000 What we need you to do.
00:38:00.000 It's just so crazy.
00:38:01.000 What we need you to do, you have responsibility for 500 ballots.
00:38:04.000 And if you don't get there, we're going to kill you.
00:38:06.000 That's what they do.
00:38:07.000 Yes.
00:38:08.000 And by the way, we're doing rallies and like trying to communicate to voters.
00:38:11.000 They're chasing ballots.
00:38:12.000 Yeah, we're just chasing ballots.
00:38:13.000 We're doing the right thing, which is like try to get the build consensus.
00:38:16.000 Like build, like get people behind people.
00:38:18.000 And that works to an extent, right?
00:38:20.000 But what Democrats matters less and less every cycle.
00:38:23.000 What Democrats have put all their chips into is they said that that doesn't matter.
00:38:27.000 What matters is picking up every individual ballot.
00:38:30.000 And guess what, guys?
00:38:31.000 They're right.
00:38:32.000 You know, this, this election, this, this election, even if we won by 1%, they would have still been right.
00:38:40.000 And the reason is, is this, is that Katie Howes is such a bad candidate.
00:38:43.000 She didn't debate.
00:38:44.000 She wasn't a public.
00:38:44.000 And she's going to be a bad governor.
00:38:46.000 She wasn't an awful governor if she becomes governor.
00:38:48.000 She wasn't holding rallies.
00:38:49.000 She wasn't holding, you know, come talk to me and ask me questions and find out what I think.
00:38:54.000 This is why she's going to be a bad governor.
00:38:56.000 But what they have proven is that that is all they have to do.
00:38:59.000 So guess what we have to do?
00:39:01.000 We have to put all of our time, effort, and resources into that same thing.
00:39:05.000 I agree.
00:39:06.000 Everybody, email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:39:08.000 It is not the sunshine patriot that matters.
00:39:11.000 It is the warrior in the winter that's going to win it all.
00:39:16.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:39:18.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
