00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:00:01.000 In just a moment, we will have my friend Madison Cawthorne, the youngest man ever elected to Congress.
00:00:07.000 He's terrific and he's a good friend of mine.
00:00:10.000 But I just want to say Madison Cawthorne is a true American.
00:00:12.000 We're going to hear from him in just a second because he is being targeted by major international groups and Democrat groups, I should say, that also have international implications to try to get him not to run based on that story we did a couple weeks ago where a lot of you said, oh, Charlie, come on.
00:00:29.000 It's not like they could disqualify people by just calling you an insurrectionist.
00:00:32.000 That is precisely what is happening to Madison and North Carolina.
00:00:35.000 Madison Cawthorne is here, Congressman from North Carolina.
00:00:38.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:39.000 Here we go.
00:00:40.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:42.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:44.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:47.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:50.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:52.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:52.000 His spirit is love of this country.
00:00:54.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:00.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:01.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:10.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:12.000 Brought to you by my friends, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, 888, 888 1172 or AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:23.000 So what is a Republican?
00:01:26.000 Is a Republican someone that can just give themselves that designation?
00:01:29.000 Can you all of a sudden just become a Republican, just like Michael Scott declaring bankruptcy?
00:01:35.000 Just because you say you are a Republican does not mean you are a Republican.
00:01:39.000 Now, I'm actually a registered independent.
00:01:42.000 I'm a conservative.
00:01:43.000 Do you get that?
00:01:45.000 A Christian first, then an American, then a constitutionalist, then a conservative, and then a Republican.
00:01:49.000 I don't vote for Democrats.
00:01:50.000 That's not the point.
00:01:51.000 I just have lots of problems with the Republican Party.
00:01:53.000 However, I am very pleased with what the Republican Party did in the last 24 hours.
00:02:00.000 Our friend, who runs Turning Point Action and also runs parts of Turning Point USA and does a great job and is the chairman for the Arizona Republican National Committee, Tyler Boyer, was involved in this now national news story.
00:02:16.000 So what is a Republican anyway?
00:02:19.000 Well, a Republican should be someone that doesn't pander to the left, that isn't trying to achieve the aims, ambitions, and goals of Pelosi and Schumer.
00:02:28.000 A Republican is someone who values the United States Constitution, that does not want to use congressional overreach or power to try and destroy people's lives.
00:02:36.000 A Republican believes in separation of powers in an independent judiciary.
00:02:42.000 A Republican believes in checks and balances and consent to the governed.
00:02:49.000 Breaking in the last 24 hours, the Republican National Committee is meeting in Salt Lake City, and they have issued a statement censuring Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney for their involvement in the January 6th committee.
00:03:04.000 The resolution, quote, would immediately cease any and all support for the two conservative Trump critics.
00:03:10.000 It said their behavior has been destructive to House Republicans and the GOP, obviously, House of Representatives and GOP.
00:03:18.000 Now, the significance of this is that Liz Cheney does not automatically get GOP or RNC support then in her primary campaign against Harriet Hageman.
00:03:32.000 Harriet I've known for probably six years, actually.
00:03:34.000 She's a wonderful person from Wyoming.
00:03:36.000 She's terrific.
00:03:38.000 Now, some Republican members slam the move.
00:03:42.000 Bill Cassidy, I've known Bill Cassidy for years, senator from Louisiana.
00:03:46.000 He's such a nice person, but he's just so wrong lately.
00:03:50.000 What else was Bill Cassidy wrong on recently?
00:03:50.000 Not just on this issue.
00:03:53.000 There was something he was just so wrong on.
00:03:55.000 Infrastructure, there was something else that he voted on that was so stunning.
00:03:58.000 So, Bill Cassidy says, quote, the RNC is censoring Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger because they're trying to find out what happened on January 6th.
00:04:06.000 Is that what they're doing?
00:04:07.000 Is that what Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger are doing, just trying to get to the bottom of the, just getting to the bottom of the story?
00:04:12.000 Is that really what they're doing?
00:04:14.000 No, they're using congressional subpoena power to go after people's private phone records, an unprecedented move against American citizens.
00:04:23.000 They are making people spend tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend themselves because they went to a free speech-protected rally and got nowhere near the Capitol.
00:04:34.000 They held Steve Bannon in contempt of Congress because he wanted to exert executive privilege.
00:04:41.000 Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger are not just trying to find out what happened on January 6th.
00:04:46.000 Amazingly, they're the ones that said, oh, no, Ray Epps is not a federal agent, the first man ever to be declared innocent by the federal government, despite Ray Epps himself saying that we need to storm into the Capitol and seemingly almost orchestrating some of the events on January the 6th.
00:05:03.000 Sarah Longwell, a GOP strategist and former chair of the Log Cabin Republicans, said, quote, Orwell said, in a time of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
00:05:12.000 The Republican Party is censoring Cheney and Kinzinger for one reason.
00:05:16.000 They're telling the truth about Donald Trump and his attempt to overturn an American election, and the Republican Party wants to shut them up.
00:05:24.000 Is that what the RNC is doing?
00:05:26.000 No, the RNC is doing the right thing here.
00:05:28.000 And this is why, and this is articles by Newsweek, which I think gives way too much of a platform, my personal opinion, to all the dissenters.
00:05:36.000 What is the RNC thinking here?
00:05:37.000 It's very simple.
00:05:38.000 As the country falls apart and the left does so gleefully and gladly, people who want to contribute to that decline, just to get good headlines in the New York Times, don't call yourself a Republican.
00:05:51.000 You can call yourself something else, but you're not part of the standards that the Republican Party sets forward.
00:05:59.000 You see, a political party is nothing more than a group of people that have values and want to align around those values and implement them into public policy.
00:06:10.000 But Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, for a variety of different reasons, are saying that, well, no, no, we're the true Republicans and the people at the RNC meeting are not.
00:06:22.000 Pro-Trump Republican colleagues have previously dubbed Kinzinger and Cheney as, quote, spies of the Democrats.
00:06:29.000 Kinzinger, an Illinois Republican, has chosen not to seek re-election in the midterms this year.
00:06:35.000 Now, why else would they censure Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney?
00:06:38.000 They voted for impeachment, an unconstitutional, unprecedented impeachment that was basically overnight of a sitting Republican president.
00:06:50.000 Both lawmakers pushed back against the RNC censure effort on Thursday, asserting they do not regret their opposition to Trump and his faction of the GOP.
00:06:59.000 Cheney says, I'm a constitutional conservative, and I do not recognize those in my party who have abandoned the Constitution to embrace Donald Trump.
00:07:07.000 It's the opposite.
00:07:08.000 You've abandoned the Constitution, Liz Cheney, at every single turn.
00:07:13.000 And while we're, I don't need to dwell on this, but the Cheney family, like talking about constitutional rights, that dog doesn't hunt, okay?
00:07:23.000 We can go through gitmo, we can go through domestic surveillance, we can go through the unitary executive theory.
00:07:28.000 Not exactly a family.
00:07:30.000 When I think of Cheney, I don't exactly think of the Constitution.
00:07:34.000 Kinzinger said he has no regrets regarding his, quote, decision to uphold my oath of office and defend the Constitution.
00:07:40.000 Do you notice they're the ones that are trying to be the guardians of this document?
00:07:45.000 Well, here's a question for you guys: Where constitutionally does it say, according to House rules, that you're allowed to have a select committee without representation of the minority party?
00:07:55.000 Where does it say that?
00:07:58.000 Doesn't.
00:07:59.000 The committee very well might be an unconstitutional committee.
00:08:03.000 Kinzinger says, I'll continue to focus my efforts on standing for truth and working to fight in the political matrix that led us to where we find ourselves today.
00:08:12.000 Whatever that means.
00:08:16.000 And then you have Bill Cassidy who comes out and defends them.
00:08:20.000 I'm wondering, are the voters of Louisiana enthusiastic about that?
00:08:25.000 Are the voters of Louisiana enthusiastic about defending Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger?
00:08:32.000 On February 9th, 2021, Bill Cassidy also voted that Trump's impeachment was constitutional, reversing his previous vote on the matter.
00:08:42.000 He was one of seven Republicans to vote to convict Trump of inciting insurrection.
00:08:45.000 You're right, Connor.
00:08:46.000 That's exactly right.
00:08:48.000 The Republican Party is actually going to be stronger than ever because the people are flocking to the Republican Party.
00:08:57.000 But the Republican Party needs to trim some people in our ranks.
00:09:02.000 We need to get rid of some of the dead weight.
00:09:05.000 Getting rid of Kinzinger, Cheney, Cassidy of these people, it'll do nothing but actually strengthen the Republican Party of a working-class, diverse, multi-generational movement that's focused on the constitutional Constitution issues, focused on American exceptionalism.
00:09:24.000 And the question is, who really holds the power in the Republican Party?
00:09:27.000 I'm going to talk about a story that was published in Axios this morning that's super interesting.
00:09:33.000 I happen to be in this story.
00:09:34.000 That's not the reason we're talking about it.
00:09:36.000 But who are the new kingmakers in the Republican Party according to left-leaning Axios?
00:09:43.000 Who has the power?
00:09:46.000 Look, a lot of people are worried right now, and you should be.
00:09:49.000 There's inflation, there's crime everywhere, and people are talking about a major economic collapse.
00:09:54.000 I'm worried about it.
00:09:55.000 I'm not saying it's going to happen for sure, but I'm definitely worried about it.
00:09:58.000 Are you prepared for the worst?
00:10:00.000 What are you going to do if there's an EMP?
00:10:01.000 Do you know what an EMP is?
00:10:02.000 Google it.
00:10:03.000 Electromagnetic pulse.
00:10:05.000 No electricity.
00:10:06.000 Stuck at home.
00:10:07.000 You are nine meals away from anarchy.
00:10:09.000 Nine meals.
00:10:10.000 And guess what?
00:10:11.000 After six meals, people start to get really anxious.
00:10:14.000 They might start coming to your home looking for food.
00:10:17.000 Are you prepared?
00:10:18.000 Do you have the emergency food you can rely on no matter what happens or when?
00:10:21.000 Look, I am an unapologetic prepper.
00:10:25.000 People can make fun of it.
00:10:26.000 They scoff at it.
00:10:27.000 My family will be well-fed when things fall apart.
00:10:31.000 I urge you right now to get the four-week emergency food kit from MyPatriot Supply.

00:10:58.000 The food stays fresh for up to 25 years in proper storage.
00:11:01.000 It'll be there when you need it.
00:11:02.000 You know, people laugh at preppers.
00:11:04.000 Have you read 20th century history?
00:11:05.000 Do you know what happened in Cambodia, the Soviet Union, Italy, Germany, China?
00:11:10.000 Yeah, things fall apart.
00:11:11.000 Yes, that is a book that many seventh graders read, but also things do fall apart.
00:11:16.000 Second law of thermodynamics, the inevitable law of decay.
00:11:18.000 Are you prepared?

00:11:39.000 So there's a fundraiser that Liz Cheney was doing.
00:11:42.000 This stuff just bothers me so much.
00:11:43.000 Just have a little bit of gratitude.
00:11:46.000 Be magnanimous.
00:11:49.000 So they're doing this fundraiser for Liz Cheney in March.
00:11:52.000 Okay, whatever.
00:11:53.000 The regular Cheney people are going to be there.
00:11:55.000 It's fine.
00:11:56.000 But Scooter Libby is going to be there.
00:11:58.000 And Scooter Libby is Cheney's faithful aide.
00:12:02.000 Now, what does Scooter Libby have to connect himself to Trump?
00:12:10.000 Trump pardoned Scooter Libby when he was convicted of leaking a CIA officer's name and lied about it, committed perjury in 2007.
00:12:21.000 Trump pardoned him and cleaned his record completely.
00:12:25.000 And how does Scooter Libby thank him?
00:12:27.000 By getting involved in a primary race against the very man's wishes who pardoned him.
00:12:35.000 At least just stay out of it.
00:12:37.000 At least tell Dick, like, man, I've worked with you for years, but honestly, George Bush didn't pardon me, and he could have.
00:12:45.000 Bush was president till January of 2009, and he didn't parter Scooter Libby.
00:12:50.000 Trump did.
00:12:52.000 Trump was magnanimous enough to pardon him.
00:12:55.000 How does he thank him?
00:12:56.000 I'm going to go get involved in the primary against the guy that pardoned me wishes.
00:12:59.000 It's just, that's so typical DC.
00:13:02.000 And Trump got played there.
00:13:04.000 It just really frustrates me.
00:13:06.000 There's this article, it's called The Making of a Modern Republican.
00:13:10.000 It's by Jonathan Swan and Lachlan Marquet.
00:13:13.000 And they're definitely center-left, Lachlan and Jonathan Swan, but they've always treated me very well.
00:13:19.000 And I think they have a fair amount of integrity.
00:13:22.000 They could be annoying, and I think some headlines could be rewritten and stuff, but they're not, I wouldn't put them in the opposition category by any means whatsoever.
00:13:30.000 This is one of the fairest, most interesting articles I've read in quite some time, where it goes through kind of the change in the Republican Party and the change in the conservative movement.
00:13:39.000 Where it says, look, quote, paths to power and winning elections inside the Republican Party are changing rapidly and radically, spawning a new generation of quote-unquote kingmakers.
00:13:50.000 I don't like that phrase.
00:13:51.000 That's their phrase.
00:13:52.000 While diminishing the clout of many who lorded over the party for years.
00:13:56.000 Why it matters.
00:13:57.000 14 of the Republican Party's top consultants and operatives across the country spoke in detail with Axios about how profoundly primary races have changed since 2014.
00:14:07.000 Here's what Axios found.
00:14:08.000 Those sources, whose clients range from as Trumpy as they come to establishment Republicans, described a clear shift in the party's power brokers.
00:14:17.000 They spoke of changes to the ecosystem across four categories: institutional upheaval, endorsements, conservative, media, and donors.
00:14:24.000 And so they talk about people who used to have the power: U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Drudge Report, National Review, and then they talk about who has the power now.
00:14:32.000 Now, my friend Jesse Waters texted me this literally at like 5 a.m. when I was taking my dog out.
00:14:37.000 I was like, He's like, Congratulations, Kirk, you're a kingmaker.
00:14:40.000 What the heck are you talking about?
00:14:41.000 Is that an Axios link?
00:14:42.000 So, what kind of trouble did I get in?
00:14:44.000 It's actually rather nice.
00:14:46.000 They say, Here, who has the power now in the Republican Party?
00:14:49.000 Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson, family and former aides to Trump, Fox News, Daily Wire, Breitbart News, all good friends of ours, other online influencers, Candace Owens, Ben Shapiro, Dan Bongino, Joe Rogan, Jack Pesobic, Charlie Kirk, and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
00:15:03.000 They had Dave Portnoy in there in the first writing.
00:15:06.000 I think they got rid of it, but sure, why not?
00:15:09.000 And so they did mention us: Steve Bannon and Susan B. Anthony list.
00:15:13.000 And they say most of these changes were not gradual.
00:15:16.000 They were triggered by the shockwave of 2016.
00:15:19.000 And it says this: that several GOP institutional titans from the 2014 cycle have since receded.
00:15:26.000 The Koch Network, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and there's a whole new group of people.
00:15:31.000 And I'll be honest, the fact that Tucker Carlson, Donald Trump, Candace, Bongino, Rogan, Jack Pesobic, Steve Bannon, people in that mold are now calling the shots of the Republican Party.
00:15:44.000 That's a really good thing, everybody.
00:15:47.000 Versus the Chamber of Commerce versus open border lobbies or internationalist type organizations.
00:15:53.000 What does that signal?
00:15:54.000 Shows the Republican Party is becoming a people-centered party.
00:15:59.000 And Axios articulates this in a very fair analysis that says the Republican Party is changing in front of your very eyes.
00:16:07.000 It's a Republican Party that wants to win and truly save the country, not just manage its decline.
00:16:15.000 Look, everybody, I know you love freedom and you want to defend it.
00:16:18.000 And I know you love the Constitution.
00:16:20.000 It's a beautiful document, and so do I.
00:16:22.000 And it's the same with Hillsdale College, the best liberal arts college in America.

00:17:37.000 Madison Cawthorne is here, Congressman from North Carolina.
00:17:40.000 Madison, how you holding up?
00:17:41.000 Charlie, doing good, brother.
00:17:42.000 Good to talk to you.
00:17:43.000 All right, Madison.
00:17:44.000 So I have been following this story.
00:17:46.000 It's a little bit complicated.
00:17:48.000 So I'm going to allow you to explain it to our audience and we'll go from there.
00:17:52.000 Well, there's a plot afoot in America, and we know that the left really tries to take ownership of the English lexicon.
00:17:59.000 They try to use words to their advantage, and they're pretty daggum good at it.
00:18:02.000 I always thought it was strange throughout most of 2021 that they kept using the word insurrection.
00:18:07.000 You know, I figured they might use the word riot or some people were trespassing, but they continue to use this word insurrection.
00:18:15.000 Charlie, you and I had a discussion about, we started seeing people on Twitter start bringing up the 14th Amendment, which says that insurrectionists and enemies of America cannot hold elected office.
00:18:24.000 And this was created after the Civil War to make sure that Confederate troops could not hold office in the United States Congress.
00:18:32.000 But now there's a guy named Mark Elias.
00:18:35.000 Now, Mark Elias is someone who's responsible for a lot of what we here in Washington, D.C. call lawfare.
00:18:42.000 Lawfare is a mixture of the word, you know, being a lawyer and basically a mixture of the word warfare.
00:18:46.000 It's using the judicial system and the laws that are on the books to be able to go out and do battle against your political opponents, which is not what the judicial system was set up to do.
00:18:57.000 So there's a man named Mark Elias who is engaging in lawfare and he funds a lot of the legal challenges to good Republican and conservative legislation that goes on in a lot of states.
00:19:08.000 My state, North Carolina, passed with 68% of all North Carolinians supporting it, voter ID laws.
00:19:15.000 Now, Mark Elias and his little cronies came in and they've held this up in court ever since then for several years.
00:19:21.000 This goes on in almost every single state.
00:19:23.000 Whenever there's a great Republican bill, Mark Elias' team is there to try and stop it.
00:19:28.000 But now Mark Elias has gotten 11 people in my congressional district, which is made up of about 740,000 people, to file a complaint with the North Carolina Board of Elections, alleging that they have a reasonable suspicion that I am an insurrectionist and therefore cannot be placed on the ballot and cannot be elected.
00:19:46.000 Now, obviously, everyone who hears this says, oh, well, that's asinine.
00:19:51.000 You were just exercising your First Amendment rights when you went to speak at the Stop the Steel rally on January 6th.
00:19:56.000 And then you went and you were doing your constitutional duty to either certify or not certify an election and to debate whether we should do that for about two hours.
00:20:06.000 Now they're saying because I was debating on the House floor, because I led the effort to object to the election because it was obviously quite stolen.
00:20:13.000 And now, just to you understand how bad this Mark Elias character is, Mark Elias is really the architect of the steal that happened in 2020 against President Donald Trump.
00:20:24.000 And so since they're saying that I was really leading the charge against trying to stop the election in Congress, they are saying that I led this so-called insurrection.
00:20:32.000 I'm putting my fingers up for air quotes.
00:20:35.000 Now, obviously, this is asinine, but they have a real legal case here because in North Carolina, the bare minimum of what you have to have for a reasonable suspicion is really just that you think the person that's trying to hold office is an insurrectionist.
00:20:50.000 And so basically, that's where we're at.
00:20:52.000 Now, we filed a counterpunch lawsuit in federal court.
00:20:56.000 Thank God that Donald Trump put a lot of good, you know, lower-level judges in office.
00:21:02.000 So we have a good constitutional judge who's on that case.
00:21:04.000 And so we're hoping that we're going to be able to win this and knock Mark Elias in his teeth.
00:21:09.000 But unfortunately, it's going to take a lot of money.
00:21:11.000 It's going to take a lot of time to actually do this because it is going to be a legal battle.
00:21:14.000 I think you're going to win the legal battle, but I just want everyone to understand this.
00:21:17.000 So the Board of Elections, if 11 people complain, they accept it.
00:21:23.000 Is that right?
00:21:24.000 11 people in your congressional district?
00:21:26.000 That's all it takes to disbar you from running?
00:21:29.000 That is correct.
00:21:30.000 That's why it's so unique to North Carolina.
00:21:32.000 There's only a few states where this would actually work, but North Carolina, the requirements of proof is so low, it just has to be reasonable doubt by one of your constituents.
00:21:41.000 Well, I mean, the obvious idea I have, I don't know the North Carolina delegation that well.
00:21:46.000 I'm sure there's some BLM supporter.
00:21:48.000 We should go file 11 of them for the insurrection that happened during Floyd Apalooza.
00:21:52.000 I mean, just fight fire with fire.
00:21:54.000 That's just me thinking out loud.
00:21:54.000 That's not for you.
00:21:56.000 Where's the North Carolina Republican Party doing that?
00:21:58.000 That's an interesting question.
00:21:59.000 So this is so insane, Madison.
00:22:03.000 It's first of all, no one's been charged with insurrection.
00:22:06.000 It's no one.
00:22:07.000 There was no insurrection, okay?
00:22:09.000 And it was a riot.
00:22:11.000 You could call it a protest.
00:22:12.000 I didn't like what happened that day, obviously.
00:22:14.000 I denounced it.
00:22:15.000 You were on air with us, by the way, Madison, denouncing it.
00:22:19.000 And they're saying you were part of it.
00:22:20.000 You were on our show, like basically fearing for your safety in some sense.
00:22:27.000 And to try to loop you in with this is unbelievable.
00:22:30.000 I mean, just declaring anything an insurrection, then nothing is stopping anyone from just destroying your political future.
00:22:41.000 So this, you said, let's just focus on North Carolina.
00:22:44.000 This is just North Carolina.
00:22:45.000 Is that right?
00:22:46.000 This is other states.
00:22:47.000 This wouldn't be as easy to disqualify you.
00:22:51.000 Is that correct?
00:22:52.000 Well, Charlie, I know there's a few other states this would apply where the requirement of proof is so low, but no, North Carolina is the perfect, most fertile soil to be able to bring this up.
00:23:02.000 Okay, so they just to everyone to understand, they accuse you of being an insurrectionist, and then they prevent you from your constitutional right to run for office.
00:23:14.000 I mean, that is absolutely correct.
00:23:16.000 So basically, all they have to have is what they call reasonable doubt in North Carolina to be able to file this charge.
00:23:22.000 And so it's ridiculous.
00:23:24.000 I'll tell you that.
00:23:25.000 I know that we're going to win.
00:23:26.000 I mean, we have the people and God on our side, and we have the law on our side.
00:23:30.000 But this is just one of their tactics.
00:23:32.000 Because now, Charlie, I don't really think they're coming after me.
00:23:35.000 I mean, obviously, they are coming after the American people.
00:23:38.000 I think what's going on with the January 6th prisoners is what they want to have as a template for what they want to do to basically any good-hearted, patriotic American who wants to speak out against the regime.
00:23:49.000 But unfortunately, there are several members in Congress who have the ability to be able to launch investigations and get in their way and expose things that happen.
00:23:57.000 And so therefore, they can't just blatantly go out and attack the American people as much as they want to, even though they are getting very bold.
00:24:04.000 As you'll see, they're labeling school-age moms who are going out and protesting at a school board meeting, domestic terrorists.
00:24:12.000 And they're using the FBI to raid James O'Keefe's apartment.
00:24:16.000 But so they're starting to get bolder and bolder, but there are America first members of Congress who are speaking out against it.
00:24:22.000 And I guess I just must have been the loudest.
00:24:24.000 That's why they came for me first.
00:24:25.000 But unfortunately, if they take me down, if they set this precedent in this case and they will be able to take out dozens of others as members of Congress, then you're just going to be left with kind of the rhino-controlled opposition who just goes up there and likes to be elected.
00:24:39.000 They don't actually like to get anything done.
00:24:41.000 And therefore, we would see the America that we know and love fall very quickly.
00:24:47.000 I mean, I can't imagine a judge allows this to continue, right?
00:24:51.000 I mean, I think a judge looks at this.
00:24:52.000 They say, wait a second, you have not been charged with a crime.
00:24:55.000 You're not being investigated for a crime.
00:24:57.000 No one has been charged with what no one, no person, not the Chewbacca guy or the eye patch man or any of the assortment of characters that were there on January 6th have been charged with insurrection.
00:25:08.000 No one.
00:25:09.000 And so a judge is going to look at this and you say, wait a second.
00:25:11.000 So you have 11 guys that think you're an insurrectionist and you've been charged with nothing and you're already an elected official.
00:25:20.000 Yeah, you can run for office.
00:25:23.000 I can't imagine a judge doesn't side with you on this.
00:25:26.000 Well, unfortunately, we have a very liberal court system in North Carolina that's been known to side with their political allies.
00:25:33.000 They are hyper-political.
00:25:34.000 But unfortunately, we have filed this case in federal court and we have some pretty good constitutional judges.
00:25:40.000 So hopefully we're going to see this defeated very quickly.
00:25:42.000 Hopefully we'll see a precedent set.
00:25:45.000 But unfortunately, if this does have to go to the Supreme Court, you know, I'm not going to hate the fact that I beat the state of North Carolina trying to destroy America at 26 years old in the Supreme Court.
00:25:54.000 That would be a fun thing to have on the resume.
00:25:57.000 And also, I would just love to be able to beat Mark Elias because he really is responsible for Joe Biden being in office.
00:26:02.000 Well, that's exactly right.
00:26:03.000 And in the third hour of this program, we have Dinesh D'Souza coming up.
00:26:06.000 Madison, I don't know how much you've seen of the evidence that has come out with the 2,000 mules.
00:26:10.000 It's unbelievable evidence that shows that there was a coordinated criminal network of ballot harvesting and ballot dropping in the middle of the night, people wearing latex gloves, taking off the gloves after they drop off the ballots, taking pictures of the ballots before they put them in, cell phone technology pinpointing down to three meters of multiple stops.
00:26:28.000 I know it blows people's minds when they hear this.
00:26:31.000 And I spent six hours, Madison, day before yesterday with Dinesh D'Souza, Dennis Prager, Larry Elder, Eric Metaxas, and Sebastian Gorka in a private, like very, very private setting, going through all this evidence piece by piece by piece.
00:26:45.000 And I started as a skeptic because, you know, Madison, we've heard Dominion machines, we're all this crazy stuff.
00:26:50.000 And I saw, I said, oh my goodness, this is the smoking gun.
00:26:54.000 And so, and it's going to validate so many people that like you and me that had instincts that we said, wait, there's something wrong here.
00:27:02.000 And it's against a lot of ballot harvest in Georgia.
00:27:05.000 That alone, we know we have them on.
00:27:07.000 But why is it that the same people that were dropping off the ballots at these ballot boxes were also visiting NGOs, non-government organizations tied to Stacey Abrams?
00:27:15.000 That's proven.
00:27:17.000 And so all of a sudden you're saying, was there some sort of coordinated network here to illegally foster and collect ballots?
00:27:23.000 That would be something that I think is a lot more important of whether or not some vegan guy that dressed up like Chewbacca walks into the Senate.
00:27:31.000 Madison.
00:27:32.000 Exactly.
00:27:33.000 You know, Charlie, I'll tell you, when we get into power in 2022, once we take over the House of Representatives, you know, there's a lot of kind of rhinos who just want to, you know, they want to work on tax policy and make sure that we have good corporations.
00:27:46.000 And obviously, I want to reshore all of our manufacturing, and that's very important to me.
00:27:51.000 But I think the most important thing is that we restore the faith in the American people that the federal government will be held accountable.
00:27:59.000 I mean, we're going to put Anthony Fauci in jail for lying to Congress.
00:28:01.000 Good.
00:28:02.000 We are going to make sure that we have an audit, a forensic audit of all 50 states.
00:28:07.000 And then anyone who attacked and destroyed our elections, they are going to face severe consequences.
00:28:13.000 And I hope they spend their life in prison.
00:28:17.000 By now, you've all heard me talk about MyPillow, and now Mike has done it again with his My Slippers.

00:29:12.000 Madison, the Republican Party RNC voted yesterday to censure Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
00:29:18.000 What are your thoughts?
00:29:19.000 Oh, that's fantastic.
00:29:21.000 After last night, we saw the GOP and the RNC decided to censor them.
00:29:26.000 I put a call out on my social media for all my patriotic friends here in Congress that we need to quickly and rapidly expel them from the Republican Party.
00:29:35.000 This is just basically be a signal to the American people that, yes, we'll even hold people in our own party accountable.
00:29:41.000 And this is what's to come when we take power in the next cycle.
00:29:45.000 Once we take power in the next session of Congress, 118th Congress, you know, actually, Charlie, I've had a lot of people tell me that we just need to instantly abolish the January 6th Committee because it's a terrible committee and it shouldn't exist.
00:29:56.000 Now, I agree with him.
00:29:57.000 It's terrible.
00:29:57.000 They only have nominal opposition on it, and they only have two Republican members of Congress on the whole committee.
00:30:02.000 There's no Republican staff on it.
00:30:04.000 There's no Republican council.
00:30:06.000 So it's not really a constitutional committee.
00:30:08.000 But I have to tell you, Charlie, I kind of want to keep the committee as wild as that sounds.
00:30:13.000 Why do you want to keep the committee?
00:30:16.000 Because I think a lot of people actually do want to have answers to what happened on January 6th.
00:30:21.000 A lot of people actually want to know: was our federal government involved?
00:30:25.000 Was this a false flag operation used by the FBI?
00:30:29.000 Whatever three-letter agency you want to use, how many agents did we have inside infiltrated in this crowd?
00:30:37.000 What did Nancy Pelosi know and when did she know it?
00:30:39.000 What did all of the Capitol police leaders know and when did they know it?
00:30:44.000 Why are we hiding all of these videos?
00:30:46.000 I just want the truth to come out because I believe we have some very high-ranking, very vile and evil and unpatriotic officials in our federal government.
00:30:56.000 And it's part of the deep state.
00:30:57.000 And so I just want to turn the January 6th committee into a committee that will start rooting out the deep state once and for all.
00:31:02.000 Who is Ray Epps?
00:31:03.000 Who planted the pipe bombs?
00:31:04.000 Some pretty basic questions.
00:31:06.000 Why were the pipe bombs both at the RNC and the DNC?
00:31:08.000 And why was there a guy using a cell phone on a park bench?
00:31:11.000 Who was that guy?
00:31:11.000 Why haven't we found him?
00:31:13.000 Who planted the pipe bombs?
00:31:14.000 It's really weird.
00:31:15.000 Hopefully, we'll be able to find out one day.
00:31:17.000 Madison, you have a new district drawn in North Carolina.
00:31:20.000 Tell us about it.
00:31:22.000 I do.
00:31:22.000 So I am now going to be, it's a much more Republican district.
00:31:27.000 And so the future looks even better.
00:31:29.000 We'll be able to have a stronger district.
00:31:31.000 The re-elections will be less difficult, but that's just the way it was drawn.
00:31:35.000 But then the Supreme Court of North Carolina decided to rip away all the lines.
00:31:40.000 They were saying things were gerrymandered.
00:31:42.000 And so it's now going to be redrawn.
00:31:44.000 Who knows what's going to happen?
00:31:45.000 We'll know on February 14th, Valentine's Day.
00:31:48.000 So we'll see what's going on.
00:31:50.000 I'm not yet sure exactly what the future holds for North Carolina politics right now.
00:31:55.000 But we definitely have so many great patriots in North Carolina.
00:31:58.000 But, you know, you really have to keep an eye on it because our state is what they call a purple state.
00:32:03.000 I mean, it goes both ways.
00:32:04.000 We have a blue governor, we have two Republican senators.
00:32:07.000 You know, you never know exactly what you're going to get out of the statewide elections.
00:32:11.000 And I think the reason that is because a lot of people in North Carolina don't go out to vote.
00:32:17.000 You know, actually, the largest registration group, I think it's 34% of all North Carolina of all the North Carolina electorate are actually independent voters.
00:32:28.000 They're not Republican, they're not Democrat, and they can vote in either primary.
00:32:31.000 And I think a lot of them don't actually come out to vote because they think that obviously the radical left has left them.
00:32:37.000 They have gone to a complete wacko side.
00:32:40.000 And then they think that the Republican Party is just focused in incremental GDP increases at the end of the year.
00:32:45.000 But that is not, I believe that the reason I was able to win my district, which was the most difficult district in the entire state to win, we were only supposed to win by 1%, but we ended up winning by 13%, is because we had a lot of people who don't normally come out to vote.
00:32:59.000 You know, the mechanic, the lineman, the people who feel like they've been forgotten by the federal government come out to vote because I wasn't backing down on the things that I said.
00:33:07.000 And I think the American people want to see some leadership right now.
00:33:10.000 They want to see some people who have backbone and who are going to go out and say things that are somewhat controversial.
00:33:16.000 But to have the ability to think, you have to risk being offended.
00:33:20.000 And I think that sometimes we have to be offensive in some situations because, you know, the previous generation, the generation even before that was raised completely on the idea that you don't talk about religion and you don't talk about politics.
00:33:33.000 Well, Charlie, I know you know this, and I know a lot of people are starting to realize this.
00:33:36.000 Those are the two most important things in the world.
00:33:39.000 And since we stopped talking about those, since we stopped learning how to have long-form conversations, I think that's why we've seen the deterioration in our country and the division that we see today.
00:33:48.000 Madison, we have your back.
00:33:49.000 Anytime we can help you, and you are doing a wonderful job.
00:33:49.000 You're welcome.
00:33:53.000 You're going to win that lawsuit.
00:33:54.000 I'm confident of it, even if it means that it goes to the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:33:57.000 Disqualifying somebody, there's literally been convicted felons that have run for office as congresspeople.
00:34:04.000 And they're trying to disqualify you because you've done nothing wrong.
00:34:06.000 Because 11 people say that you've done something wrong because they read the New York Times and they were paid by Mark Elias.
00:34:14.000 Elon Omar allegedly married her brother, and the evidence is overwhelming.
00:34:16.000 Yeah, but okay, she could serve in Congress.
00:34:18.000 Madison, we have your back.
00:34:19.000 You're going to win this thing and you're going to win big in November.
00:34:22.000 God bless you, Madison.
00:34:22.000 Thanks so much.
00:34:23.000 Great, Charlie.
00:34:24.000 See you later, brother.
