00:01:45.000 Joining us now for the full hour to go through all things RNC is a member of the RNC, Tyler Boyer.
00:01:51.000 Tyler, welcome back.
00:01:52.000 Hey, Charlie, how are we doing?
00:01:53.000 So it is official this morning.
00:01:55.000 Well, not yet official.
00:01:57.000 What is this?
00:01:58.000 Why is she taking until March 8th?
00:01:59.000 This is like John McCain funeral length.
00:02:02.000 So this is all just more of like how the function is, right?
00:02:07.000 Which is that the RNC has a training meeting, which is like a meeting where all the members have to get together to vote.
00:02:14.000 Is it actually a training?
00:02:15.000 I mean, we don't have to get to, we're not going to have a ton of training this time around.
00:02:19.000 Let's put it that way.
00:02:21.000 This entire meeting is going to be in Houston, which is where they already have set up the next convention in 2028.
00:02:27.000 You got to explain that one to me.
00:02:29.000 What is going on with all that?
00:02:30.000 It's the weirdest thing.
00:02:31.000 So normally they don't plan conventions out this early, but because, I mean, it takes a long time to get cities to bid, and a lot of cities are run by Democrats.
00:02:40.000 They don't like Republicans.
00:02:41.000 You know, they made the argument that they wanted to pick a city.
00:02:44.000 I think Houston is probably a good place for 2028 because Texas is going to be under fire.
00:02:51.000 I hope not.
00:02:51.000 Let's not speak that into existence.
00:02:52.000 Well, I'm not.
00:02:53.000 I'm just saying, just like the, we know Houston is like the, it's like the Detroit, it's like the Philadelphia of Texas.
00:03:00.000 I actually like Houston.
00:03:01.000 It's a mess.
00:03:02.000 No, but Democrats want to take advantage of it.
00:03:04.000 That's where you're going to lose the state.
00:03:05.000 That's where we're going to lose the state.
00:03:06.000 So you guys are going to Houston in a couple weeks.
00:03:08.000 So they're wanting to lock up a lot of different things, but this is the most important thing, which is now because Rana said she said she was officially going to step down after the Carolina primary.
00:03:19.000 And she did.
00:03:20.000 She did that this morning.
00:03:22.000 And so now March, that first week of March, is when we're going to be in Houston for this training meeting, but now a vote for a new chair and a co-chair will happen.
00:03:30.000 And so Trump has signaled who he supports.
00:03:33.000 I think that that's going to move.
00:03:35.000 I mean, we're moving the ball down the field here.
00:03:37.000 We love Laura.
00:03:38.000 Laura, we've been big supporters.
00:03:40.000 You've been a huge support in suggesting that Laura would be a great leader within the RNC.
00:03:45.000 She can raise money.
00:03:46.000 She's great in comms.
00:03:48.000 She listens.
00:03:49.000 She came on this show and said all the good things.
00:03:51.000 Laura's 10 out of 10.
00:03:53.000 I think I'm talking to a reporter about her today, just singing her praises.
00:03:56.000 She's great.
00:03:57.000 She's going to be great.
00:03:57.000 But this, so this meeting now is basically the, you know, the official perfunctory way to, you know, replace Rana.
00:04:08.000 And so I'm sure it'll be this whole thing of like, well, we love Rana and she did such a good job.
00:04:12.000 Because remember, these are all Rana's voters.
00:04:14.000 They're still in the RNC.
00:04:16.000 And this is the most critical part.
00:04:18.000 Over the next three months, and part of the reason why I believe that they're doing this now, the next three months, elections are going to happen in all the states for new members for the RNC.
00:04:29.000 This only happens once every four years.
00:04:31.000 So the vast majority of the votes that are on the RNC, the people who elected Rana to begin with, that didn't listen last and Dana Point.
00:04:41.000 Yeah, these are when we elect all these people.
00:04:44.000 And so if you're in your state and you're like, I don't know what's going on.
00:04:48.000 I don't know who is running.
00:04:50.000 We can help with that.
00:04:51.000 Turning point's team has been, I mean, I think we're the only group in America that's ever focused on.
00:04:56.000 And that's tpaction.com.
00:04:57.000 Is that the launching off point?
00:04:58.000 tpaction.com slash endorsements.
00:05:00.000 You can see the people we vetted and endorsed for the RNC races.
00:05:05.000 There's some really great people.
00:05:06.000 Matt Brown in Washington, wonderful guy, Regina, that's in Oregon.
00:05:13.000 We have some wonderful Debbie that's in Texas.
00:05:17.000 There are some really good upgrades that we can make.
00:05:20.000 But you have to remember this is just the beginning of the battle because next January is when the elections will happen again for RNC leadership.
00:05:29.000 Yeah, and who knows what that's going to be like?
00:05:31.000 Well, and the historical precedence has been that if we have the presidency, the president kind of picks.
00:05:36.000 But again, the president can only pick from the pool that he has to work with, right?
00:05:41.000 In the 168, essentially.
00:05:43.000 Basically, I mean, the history of this has been the 168 is who tees up the president.
00:05:48.000 So if the 168 is really, really bad, he has fewer options to pick from.
00:05:53.000 If the 168 is really, really good, then the president's going to have like an ultra MAGA person that he can pick from that is like right in his camp.
00:06:02.000 Part of how we got here with Rana, because everybody asks, well, he had very few people to work with in 2016.
00:06:08.000 That's right.
00:06:09.000 We have a video.
00:06:10.000 This is Rana's entrance to the RNC meeting in Houston.
00:06:13.000 Play cut 14.
00:06:43.000 I don't think when they filmed Aladdin, they spent as much on flowers as the RNC has.
00:06:50.000 So I failed to mention to you Bob McEwen, Ohio.
00:06:54.000 He's amazing.
00:06:54.000 Wonderful.
00:06:55.000 But yeah, I mean, we have, that's what it's going to be like probably in Houston.
00:07:00.000 That's what I'm saying though.
00:07:01.000 It's going to be like.
00:07:02.000 Make way, Rana is here.
00:07:04.000 You know, they're going to get standing ovation.
00:07:06.000 It's going to be this whole thing like clapping, applauding, I'm sure videos.
00:07:10.000 Oh, no, they're going to bring up the ostracis, you know, ostracis, you know, they're going to do the whole thing.
00:07:13.000 They're going to do this is the tough part, too, which is that the new leadership has to pay new vision for what's going to happen next.
00:07:25.000 You know, Michael Watley did the right thing.
00:07:27.000 He came down here.
00:07:28.000 We sat down and had a good meeting.
00:07:29.000 He came here.
00:07:30.000 He flew all the way here, spent his time here the majority of a full day down at Turning Point headquarters.
00:07:36.000 We walked through all the things, the data that's necessary in order to win Arizona.
00:07:41.000 We focused on election integrity that has to happen in Georgia.
00:07:45.000 And here's the part of the problem.
00:07:47.000 The pre-existing leadership within the RNC wants to spend about one-fifth or one-tenth, maybe one-twentieth of what's needed to win these election integrity battles.
00:07:58.000 And we sat across from Michael Watley.
00:08:02.000 We've talked to Laura and had these conversations.
00:08:05.000 It was just like, you need $15 to $20 million to fight these election integrity battles in each of these states because you're talking about 20, 30 lawsuits to fight Mark Elias and co, not two or three, right?
00:08:20.000 Like you're talking 20 or 30.
00:08:22.000 And each of these lawsuits has the functional cost of $150,000 to $300,000.
00:08:28.000 So most people, again, if you're listening to this, you just don't realize the ultimate cost.
00:08:33.000 And this is, we have a lot of conservative activists here in Arizona that functionally don't understand this cost.
00:08:38.000 And it's like Arizona has never seen that kind of money invested into it on any level, on any level, right?
00:08:45.000 Like at all.
00:08:46.000 And so there's been no race that's been that expensive.
00:08:49.000 This will be the most money ever spent in Arizona and Georgia ever.
00:08:53.000 And we're probably going to have World War III in Wisconsin as we've been talking about.
00:08:55.000 Yeah, I mean, it's all, and we're going to talk about Wisconsin as we go.
00:08:58.000 So is there any, I mean, is there any chance that Trump's slate doesn't win?
00:09:02.000 It seems it's almost, it's inevitable at this point.
00:09:05.000 I hope actually at this point, everybody can come together and make it, you know, and support, you know, this new leadership change with Laura.
00:09:15.000 I think Laura's going to be fantastic.
00:09:17.000 I just want to give a lot of credit to Drew McKissick, who's been extraordinarily graceful in this entire thing because this wasn't his fault.
00:09:25.000 Who is Drew again?
00:09:26.000 Drew is the current co-chair.
00:09:27.000 He's the chairman of South Carolina.
00:09:29.000 He's actually been.
00:09:30.000 He got caught in this whole thing.
00:09:31.000 Yeah, I mean, because he ran as co-chair, one, actually beat Michael Watley a year ago.
00:09:38.000 And he, you know, he's not, yeah, he's been talking to and listening to conservatives on the RNC more than anybody.
00:09:46.000 And so he just deserves a ton of credit because he's just gracefully just going, you know, this is, you know, what the boss wants, you know, that's probably going to be the best.
00:09:54.000 But, you know, I hope they find a good place for him and he can continue to work with and listen to conservatives because he's, that's been a good development along this way.
00:10:02.000 A couple of other things have popped up on the RNC's radar, which are some kind of just really nasty anti-Trump potential resolutions that are popping up.
00:10:12.000 Really?
00:10:13.000 Yeah, just some really nasty stuff about, you know, waiting to name Trump the nominee until he gets enough of the delegates.
00:10:23.000 And guys, I don't know if you just saw South Carolina.
00:10:26.000 He won every delegate.
00:10:27.000 Nikki Haley's hometown didn't like her.
00:10:29.000 Like they rejected her.
00:10:30.000 So he is the nominee, right?
00:10:33.000 He is the nominee.
00:10:34.000 The sooner we can merge the RNC with the campaign, the better.
00:10:38.000 Well, and that's why a lot of these people, there's a faction of people, a pretty large faction, to be honest with you, on the RNC that I believe are really nasty now because they didn't like Trump to begin with.
00:10:49.000 They were defensive of Rana.
00:10:51.000 That was the, you know, and this is where people don't understand.
00:10:55.000 The RNC when Trump came in in 2016 did not like him at all.
00:11:00.000 There was like very, very few people that were on the RNC that liked him at all.
00:11:05.000 And so Rana, for the last number of years, has been this like bargaining chip where it's like, well, you know, we like Rana, so we're just going to be able to work through her.
00:11:16.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:12:17.000 So let's say the RNC makes Watley Willara Trump the one-two combo.
00:12:22.000 Looks like that's going to happen.
00:12:24.000 There's a long list of things the RNC needs to do immediately.
00:12:27.000 Running out of time.
00:12:28.000 Tyler.
00:12:29.000 Yeah, I mean, this is so the RNC has to play catch up now for about a year's worth of work, in my opinion.
00:12:35.000 So we're behind on fundraising, so that's a must.
00:12:38.000 Laura's going to help out a lot with that.
00:12:40.000 You know, the combination with the campaign is going to help out a lot with that.
00:12:43.000 So we can't let the RNC get in its own way.
00:12:46.000 So that's where this resolution idea of like saying like, well, Trump's not involved with the RNC.
00:12:51.000 Like, that's so stupid.
00:12:51.000 Like, that's not helpful.
00:12:52.000 We need to raise money.
00:12:53.000 We need to raise money now.
00:12:55.000 We need to make up for a year's worth of messing around.
00:12:57.000 And that's got to happen, number one.
00:12:59.000 Number two, we have to start working with outsiders.
00:13:02.000 We need everybody, everybody at home that's listening to this.
00:13:06.000 You don't have to work with the Republican Party directly in order to make an impact on this election.
00:13:12.000 There are tons of outside groups, whether it's Turning Point Action, what we're doing with our Chase the Vote operation, tpaction.com/slash chase.
00:13:19.000 You can get involved now.
00:13:20.000 You can apply for jobs.
00:13:22.000 You can do all that.
00:13:22.000 You have Tea Party Patriots Action, our wonderful group, Ginny Beth Martin.
00:13:27.000 They are placing people in the polling places ahead of these elections.
00:13:30.000 This is one of the most important groups in America that's doing this in Georgia and Arizona and Wisconsin.
00:13:35.000 You have Scott Presser's group, which is registering voters.
00:13:38.000 Scott coming on next.
00:13:39.000 Scott's coming on next.
00:13:40.000 They're registering voters.
00:13:41.000 They're preparing people, helping low-preparedness votes get turned out early.
00:13:45.000 That's where we're focusing our efforts.
00:13:47.000 There's so many, you have America First Works, who's ID, independents, and groups that are not typical so we can help go chase those people.
00:13:59.000 So everybody's working together on the outside.
00:14:01.000 And so if you're like, you know, the party kind of sucks sometimes and I don't trust everybody, come work with us on these things because we're helping navigate this all outside the party, which is just as important.
00:14:14.000 Do you have any confidence that the actual bureaucracy of the RNC is going to get reformed?
00:14:19.000 The people that are the deep state of the RNC?
00:14:22.000 So we're going to, I think that the most important thing, and I was messaging with a couple of other RNC members, is the most important thing is that the focus remains squarely on that.
00:14:34.000 You know, you cannot applaud too much, you know, the removal of this or that chair, you know, without no other functional changes happening.
00:14:43.000 So what's one of the other things that's really important?
00:14:47.000 The fundraising is important because the litigation that has to happen in these states is important.
00:14:51.000 So it's not enough for the RNC just to sit back and join in on other people's lawsuits and not proactively start suing.
00:14:57.000 One of the things I told, we told Wally, you just got to start suing so you have a claim to go raise money.
00:15:04.000 You need to start suing the left, stopping the left, finding there's 10 different things.
00:15:10.000 I mean, Gene Swobota will tell you this, who is wonderful, will tell you there's 10 different things that need to be litigated now.
00:15:16.000 Like immediately.
00:15:17.000 Immediately.
00:15:18.000 And so the RNC.
00:15:19.000 It's currently not happening.
00:15:20.000 And the RNC has been MIA on those battles already, right?
00:15:24.000 So there's work to be done.
00:15:25.000 There's not a lack of work.
00:15:26.000 There's not a lack of effort to be done.
00:15:29.000 You know, in addition to this, refocus.
00:15:31.000 I mean, look, Wisconsin, they're trying to redo all the maps, right?
00:15:34.000 They just got the House and the state Senate ones.
00:15:37.000 This is inevitably going to put more money for the Democrats in the state of Wisconsin.
00:15:41.000 You know, they're trying to mess with things in Georgia.
00:15:43.000 Obviously, we've seen the Fannie Willis stuff.
00:15:45.000 This isn't going to be the end of that rodeo.
00:15:46.000 I really want to dive into Wisconsin.
00:15:48.000 Wisconsin's a problem.
00:15:49.000 Wisconsin is going to be World War III.
00:15:51.000 I'm telling everyone right now.
00:15:52.000 It's the whole country.
00:15:54.000 I mean, if the election were held today, we'd probably fall 10,000 votes short.
00:15:57.000 Wisconsin's a crazy place.
00:15:58.000 It's like it's a completely different place.
00:16:00.000 It's basically like rural Chicago.
00:16:03.000 And so it's rural Chicago, tons of farmland, tons of farmers, tons of smaller communities.
00:16:10.000 They let 12-year-olds drink there.
00:16:12.000 I mean, it's a lot of micro-communities.
00:16:14.000 It's like a state, it's like state law.
00:16:16.000 You can drink at the pub with your entire family.
00:16:18.000 Yeah, it's like it's a wild place.
00:16:21.000 Very European in that way.
00:16:23.000 And it's all pocket, but it's because it's pocketed.
00:16:25.000 And it's impossible to poll.
00:16:27.000 Very difficult.
00:16:28.000 Impossible.
00:16:29.000 Yes.
00:16:29.000 The polls are notoriously the most inaccurate of any state in the country.
00:16:33.000 It has been under siege for years.
00:16:37.000 And remember, don't forget the unions have a massive stronghold on the state.
00:16:41.000 So, what ultimately was Scott Walker's undoing was the teachers' union, right?
00:16:41.000 Big time.
00:16:47.000 So you had all these different unions finally joining forces, and they get all their free labor from that.
00:16:53.000 Our side has basically no free labor.
00:16:55.000 We were texting about it.
00:16:56.000 One of our colleagues here in Arizona, unions were knocking on their door on Friday just like, hey, what issues do you care about?
00:17:02.000 Like, they're sending out full-time union operatives to like already soft ID independent voters right now and do just issue-specific.
00:17:08.000 What's your number one issue?
00:17:10.000 So they have a free multi-thousand person army.
00:17:12.000 Yeah, it's free for them.
00:17:14.000 It's free.
00:17:14.000 And the person that messaged us also pointed out these people weren't wearing union shirts.
00:17:20.000 But when they're asked, you know, they self-identify.
00:17:22.000 But yeah.
00:17:22.000 Yeah, but I mean, you have a circumstance now where it's like the Democrats are going to, I believe, start realizing with Kennedy on the ballot, with Jill Stein on the ballot, you have the only one pathway here, and it's Wisconsin.
00:17:38.000 I totally agree.
00:17:40.000 So what are we doing about it?
00:17:41.000 Currently, not enough.
00:17:45.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:46.000 There's nothing worse than hearing about people living in pain.
00:17:49.000 That's why I want to tell you about Keith from Washington and his Relief Factor story.
00:17:53.000 After years of activity from college football to running a martial arts studio at age 51, Keith's body felt like it was wearing out.
00:18:00.000 So he gave Relief Factor a try.
00:18:01.000 Keith says he now has, quote, little to no pain in my knees and highly reduced neck pain.
00:18:06.000 Feeling so much better, he pursued a second-degree black belt.
00:18:09.000 If you're living with aches and pains, see how Relief Factor, a daily drug-free supplement, could help you feel better and live better every day.
00:18:16.000 I know so many people that have taken Relief Factor and they speak highly of it.
00:18:20.000 Developed by doctors, Relief Factor truly has helped so many people take back their lives.
00:18:24.000 So get started.
00:18:25.000 Try the Relief Factor three-week quick start.
00:18:28.000 It's only $19.95, and it comes with a feel better or your money-back guarantee.
00:18:35.000 So visit relieffactor.com or call 1-800 for relief.
00:18:39.000 That is the number 1-800 for relief.
00:18:41.000 Relief Factor, get out of pain today, relieffactor.com.
00:18:47.000 I cut you off, Tyler, before we bring in Scott Presser.
00:18:49.000 Finish that thought on Wisconsin.
00:18:50.000 Yeah, I mean, Wisconsin is turning out to be, I think, where World War III is going to happen.
00:18:55.000 And here's the reason why.
00:18:57.000 And if I was going to break down what I would predict is going to happen, is what they're seeing in Georgia is the numbers are really, really bad.
00:19:03.000 This Fannie Willis thing is really impacting Democrats.
00:19:05.000 And voter registration is out of whack for them.
00:19:07.000 Yeah, voter registration is out of whack.
00:19:10.000 Republicans can win first ballot very easily with a third-party monstrosity that they have in Georgia.
00:19:17.000 Yep.
00:19:18.000 Here in Arizona, you have a situation where Kirsten Sinema, if she's on the ballot, might actually make things a little bit messier.
00:19:27.000 But you have a circumstance here, too, where it's like the numbers look like they're out of control for Democrats.
00:19:33.000 And for us, this is the first time that we'll ever be putting bodies on the ground.
00:19:36.000 We're going to have thousands of people out chasing ballots for real.
00:19:40.000 Yeah, this is not going to be not just hocus-pocus type stuff.
00:19:42.000 Yeah.
00:19:43.000 And again, I want to make something super clear.
00:19:44.000 We've never done this before in Arizona.
00:19:47.000 This has never been done.
00:19:48.000 The establishment has pretty much always controlled the get-out-the-vote operation in all these states.
00:19:54.000 In 2020, we did not have any boots on the ground at Turning Point Action.
00:19:58.000 We were basically not.
00:19:59.000 We all did was students for Trump at the time, which was a national thing at all the different college campuses.
00:20:05.000 We saw how that turned out.
00:20:06.000 The polling for Trump is through the roof with young people now.
00:20:09.000 But here in Arizona, the establishment's always controlled the get-out-the-vote operation.
00:20:14.000 And this time around, we're like, we're not going to just rely on that.
00:20:17.000 So we're going to bring in significantly more thousands of bodies.
00:20:21.000 And the left is seeing this.
00:20:22.000 And they're like, they're going, oh my gosh, this is the first time the right actually may do this.
00:20:27.000 Do we want to mess around or do we want to retreat back to where we're going to try to rebuild the blue wall, which is Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, where Trump crushed the blue wall in 2016?
00:20:37.000 Joining us now is Scott Pressler.
00:20:38.000 Tyler Stay here as we talk to Scott.
00:20:40.000 Scott is early vote action.
00:20:42.000 Scott, we're honored to be working alongside of you and supporting you and helping you.
00:20:47.000 I'm going to keep my hypothesis here will be proven right.
00:20:51.000 It all comes down to Wisconsin.
00:20:53.000 Scott, Rana never called you, right?
00:20:56.000 But I don't know if Laura has called you, but she's been mentioning you on almost every interview.
00:21:01.000 So I think this new regime is going to be much more favorable to Scott Pressler.
00:21:05.000 Well, my phone has been ringing off the hook, and thank you, Charlie and Tyler, for having me.
00:21:09.000 I think people are hopeful more than ever because they understand that the grassroots are going to be in power.
00:21:15.000 We're finally going to have a seat at the table.
00:21:18.000 We're going to have youth involved.
00:21:19.000 We're going to be reaching out to the black community.
00:21:22.000 And you guys, the work that you're doing at Turning Point Action and with my organization, Early Vote Action, I do believe that we have the power to win the presidency this November.
00:21:32.000 Yeah, so let's walk through.
00:21:33.000 I mean, you are relentless, Scott.
00:21:35.000 You have grit and you have tenacity and you have fortitude.
00:21:40.000 I mean, I just every time people are sending me these tweets and you know, Scott is in this town of 800 people to go register 50 new voters, and you're it's it's completely out of control.
00:21:49.000 The energy level is second to none.
00:21:51.000 Talk through some of the specifics of what you're doing and how the RNC can best support Scott Pressler.
00:21:58.000 Thank you.
00:21:59.000 Well, right now, I'm actually in Fairmont, West Virginia.
00:22:02.000 This weekend, we had a gun show, and I do want to give a shout out to Annette with the Showmasters Gun Show.
00:22:09.000 She has gun shows in West Virginia and Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and she is giving us access to do voter registration at every single one of her shows.
00:22:19.000 So, shout out to you, Annette.
00:22:20.000 And that's something that people really need to be responsive to: Tyler was just talking about Wisconsin.
00:22:27.000 40%, 4-0, 40% of Wisconsin hunters are not registered to vote.
00:22:32.000 And I would think there's a similar percentage for every other Midwestern area: Ohio, and Iowa, and Michigan, Pennsylvania.
00:22:40.000 And so, therefore, people can go to gunshotrader.com.
00:22:44.000 And we are working on having a presence at every gun show in the United States.
00:22:48.000 There's also a website called rodeousa.com.
00:22:51.000 We need to have a presence at every rodeo, and there are even some in California, Texas, et cetera.
00:22:57.000 It's all across the country, and having a presence at farmers markets and 30% of evangelicals.
00:23:03.000 I know that you're doing your big pastor summit at the Dream City Church.
00:23:07.000 30% of evangelicals are not registered to vote.
00:23:10.000 So, we have to be prepared.
00:23:12.000 We must have the materials.
00:23:13.000 We must show up at these locations.
00:23:15.000 And that's some of the work that we're doing.
00:23:17.000 So, Scott, I want you to walk through this tweet that you sent up.
00:23:22.000 You have, we're making huge progress in voter registration in Arizona, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.
00:23:27.000 Can you riff through some of this?
00:23:29.000 I mean, you're talking, you've mentioned some of this farmers markets, all this, but can you go through some of the numbers?
00:23:33.000 I find it to be fascinating.
00:23:34.000 Yes, so Joe Biden, and I use this word loosely, won the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2020 by 80,000 votes.
00:23:41.000 80,000 is nothing.
00:23:43.000 And to anybody that's saying, oh, Scott, you know, the battle is lost.
00:23:46.000 2020, the fact of the matter is, look, Wisconsin, 20,000 votes, Georgia, 10,000 votes, Arizona, 20,000 votes.
00:23:53.000 Pennsylvania, 80,000 votes.
00:23:55.000 Let's break it down.
00:23:56.000 And Pennsylvania alone, there are 80,000 Amish.
00:24:00.000 And that's why this upcoming Thursday, did you know that the Department of Agriculture in the seat of Pennsylvania, they are coming after the Amish community because they're selling raw milk and they're, you know, not providing milk with hormones and GMO and every other thing that is inflated into that product.
00:24:18.000 They're coming after the Amish because they believe that the Amish are pacifists and that they are not going to fight back.
00:24:23.000 So we are supporting the Amish, going to be supporting a rally outside of the Lancaster County Courthouse at 1130 a.m. on Thursday, the 29th.
00:24:32.000 And in addition to the Amish, which are 80,000 in Pennsylvania, you have 80,000 truckers.
00:24:38.000 How many of those people are hauling rigs on election day?
00:24:41.000 We need to get a mail-in ballot.
00:24:42.000 We need to get the truckers to vote early if they're going to be on the road for 30 days at a time to lock in those votes because they are conservative.
00:24:50.000 In addition, did you know that Pennsylvania is the fourth largest home to veterans in the country?
00:24:56.000 There are nearly 800,000 veterans in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
00:25:01.000 And furthermore, as I mentioned with that statistic about hunters earlier, 40% of Wisconsin hunters not registered to vote.
00:25:07.000 There are 930,000 hunters in Pennsylvania.
00:25:12.000 So my message to everybody listening to the Charlie Kirk show right now is I want you to understand, guys, we have the votes.
00:25:20.000 We have the voters out there.
00:25:22.000 We just have to do a better job of registering them to vote, mobilizing them, and making sure that every single one of our people are activated going into November 2024.
00:25:31.000 Tyler, do you have a thought for Scott?
00:25:33.000 Yeah, and this is what's most important with the work that Scott's doing is that every 50 to 100 votes matters because there's a multiplier effect that happens.
00:25:43.000 So the work that Scott's doing, the reason why Scott is so important to, and why I think people are freaking out, like, why is it the RNC?
00:25:51.000 Why is it, why aren't outside groups doing more voter registration?
00:25:54.000 It's because the more voters that register closer to the election, the more likely they are to actually vote.
00:25:59.000 And so when you have, when you fund millions of dollars worth of ballot chasers in Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, we have great friends, Cliff Maloney, the PHAC, PHAC.com.
00:26:11.000 They're doing Pennsylvania chasing there too.
00:26:13.000 That's aiding our, you know, the Scott Pressler work, right?
00:26:17.000 Which is now we have bodies on the ground to chase.
00:26:20.000 Scott, as you're out talking to people, and again, we can't thank you enough for the work that you're doing on registering voters and getting more people added to this.
00:26:27.000 But as you're talking with people, what's the sentiment level with voting?
00:26:32.000 Are you talking to a lot of people who are first-time voters?
00:26:35.000 What is the discussion level?
00:26:37.000 And then what are you saying to people as they're registering maybe again for the first time or the first time in years?
00:26:42.000 Well, that's been a kind of a wake-up call going to these gun shows.
00:26:47.000 I've been from the Philly Expo Center outside of Philadelphia and Phoenixville to the Harrisburg Great American Outdoor Show.
00:26:54.000 And excuse me, we registered, for example, one woman that was born in 1956.
00:27:00.000 She's never voted in her entire life.
00:27:03.000 And she goes, oh my gosh, everything is so expensive.
00:27:05.000 I can't afford anything.
00:27:06.000 I have to vote this year.
00:27:08.000 And we spoke to a man in Harrisburg that is 70 years old.
00:27:12.000 He has never voted.
00:27:14.000 And he goes, I've always felt guilty about not voting, but we were prepared at the right place at the right time.
00:27:21.000 We registered him to vote and we're going to follow up with these people.
00:27:25.000 That's why the voter registration is so important because there's a data component that we then have the ability to follow up with these people who do they need a ride to the polls?
00:27:35.000 Do they know where their polling location is?
00:27:36.000 When do the polls open?
00:27:37.000 When do the polls close?
00:27:38.000 Do they need an opportunity to vote early or vote by meal?
00:27:42.000 And so the sentiment I'm getting is in this election in November, we are going to see new people coming into the electoral process that have never been involved before.
00:27:52.000 And furthermore, one thing that's very important as well is even the formerly incarcerated people.
00:28:00.000 And I really want Republicans to understand that there are people going to come into this election who, you know, maybe they have a pass, but look at President Trump with the First Step Act.
00:28:10.000 Look at President Trump bringing new people into the fold into our Big Tent party.
00:28:14.000 We have formerly incarcerated people that have been suffered at the hands of our injustice system, very similar to what President Trump is experiencing.
00:28:24.000 And they are coming out and supporting the Republican ticket because they understand that this is about not just Donald Trump, but this is about fighting back against the DOJ that is being weaponized against American citizens.
00:28:36.000 Scott, how can people support you and follow you?
00:28:39.000 And finally, when Michael Watley gives you a call, the new RNC chair, because he will, what's your message to him going to be?
00:28:45.000 Well, people can go to earlyvoteaction.com.
00:28:45.000 Thank you.
00:28:48.000 And also, my interview with Donald Trump Jr. is going to be tonight at 6 p.m. on Rumble talking about the Amish community.
00:28:55.000 So if you're interested, please tune in.
00:28:57.000 And, you know, I had a very lovely conversation with Chairman Watley at your event, Charlie and Tyler, with in Las Vegas.
00:29:05.000 He came straight up to me.
00:29:06.000 We had a lovely conversation.
00:29:08.000 And I welcome any opportunity to work hand in glove with the RNC.
00:29:12.000 I would love the opportunity to lead a voter registration apparatus or even an early voting ballot harvesting apparatus.
00:29:20.000 And so I welcome any opportunity to work with the party.
00:29:23.000 We need less flowers and we need 1,000 Scott Presslers.
00:29:26.000 That's how we're going to win.
00:29:27.000 Scott, great work.
00:29:28.000 Thank you.

00:30:22.000 All right, Brett Galaszewski.
00:30:25.000 Shusky.
00:30:25.000 Galaszewski.
00:30:26.000 I'm sorry.
00:30:27.000 I'm terrible.
00:30:27.000 It's cool.
00:30:28.000 We got up in Green Bay.
00:30:29.000 I call him Galazus.
00:30:30.000 My grandmother's name was Dan Kowski.
00:30:32.000 So he's Polish.
00:30:33.000 Oh, imagine.
00:30:34.000 Chicago-Milwaukee corridor.
00:30:35.000 There's tons of Poles.
00:30:36.000 It's the best.
00:30:36.000 You betcha.
00:30:37.000 It's the best.
00:30:38.000 So, Brett, you're doing a great job in Wisconsin.
00:30:40.000 Thank you.
00:30:41.000 Just how's the vibe?
00:30:42.000 Are people coming to, is there, are we taking Wisconsin seriously on the ground?
00:30:46.000 Yeah, we have a really unique opportunity on our hands here.
00:30:49.000 I know Tyler kind of alluded to this last segment, but Wisconsin's about to become the center of the political universe, World War III.
00:30:56.000 And we're thrilled to be bringing our first grassroots field office to Waukesha, Wisconsin, just off of I-94, in between Milwaukee and Madison.
00:31:03.000 We should do a show live from there when it's open.
00:31:05.000 We did the Swing State Update this week from there.
00:31:07.000 We did?
00:31:08.000 Well, we did.
00:31:09.000 Great location.
00:31:09.000 Less than an hour from Madison, less than 20 minutes from Milwaukee, right in the heart of where our ballot chasing army is going to be this year in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
00:31:18.000 National pundits don't even have Waukesha County on their radar.
00:31:21.000 We've identified it as a top five county to saving our country.
00:31:24.000 That's how serious it is.
00:31:25.000 I want you to tell us why and why the pundits are wrong.
00:31:28.000 And I have a feeling I know how you're going to answer.
00:31:30.000 By the way, unbelievable work happening in Wisconsin and Arizona.
00:31:33.000 This is what the RNC should be doing, and hopefully they will be one day.
00:31:37.000 Our data-driven approach has identified a ton of what we call low-propensity Republican voters in Waukesha County.
00:31:44.000 Actually, enough in one county to tip the election in one way or another.
00:31:48.000 Trump won Wisconsin in 2016 by about 22,000.
00:31:51.000 He lost Wisconsin by about 20,000 in 2020.
00:31:56.000 We no longer view it as a war of persuasion.
00:31:58.000 We view it as a war of getting every single conservative voter and their mother out to vote.
00:32:03.000 And Waukesha County is a county that we've statistically been able to rack the score up in in the past.
00:32:08.000 We have to do better.
00:32:09.000 It's win by more in counties like Waukesha County, Ozaki County, which is a county that statewide candidates used to win by 30 points at one time.
00:32:16.000 Just north of Milwaukee.
00:32:18.000 That's a county that...
00:32:19.000 Polar, Wisconsin.
00:32:20.000 No, a little south of there.
00:32:21.000 That would be Mekwon.
00:32:22.000 That would be like the immediate Milwaukee suburbs when you leave Milwaukee County.
00:32:26.000 And so 2012, circa 2012, you were seeing statewide Republican candidates winning by 30 points.
00:32:31.000 Dan Kelly won it by five points in our Supreme Court.
00:32:34.000 That's the whole ballgame, right?
00:32:35.000 That's the battleground right there.
00:32:35.000 That's the whole ballgame.
00:32:36.000 And then in Milwaukee County, the county that I'm first vice chair in, it's lose by less.
00:32:40.000 And if we can get that number close to 35 to 38%, kind of hitting our ceiling, maximizing our reach in Milwaukee County, Milwaukee County can go from the reason we lose statewide elections, which it is right now, to being the reason we win them going forward.
00:32:53.000 By the way, I speak for the audience.
00:32:56.000 Where's the RNC with these impressive young people?
00:32:58.000 I mean, they got these overweight, D.C., unimpressive people that are just blubbering on TV.
00:33:04.000 And here's Brett.
00:33:05.000 He's knocking off counties and ballot chasing.
00:33:08.000 What's the most frustrating part, Charlie?
00:33:10.000 It's like they don't even pick up the phone to want to talk to any of them.
00:33:13.000 But talk about that, Tyler.
00:33:14.000 I mean, these people, they drive me insane.
00:33:17.000 This is why we did what we did.
00:33:18.000 They're so cocky and they're stupid.
00:33:20.000 Brett is literally the mega mind of Wisconsin politics now.
00:33:24.000 He has put himself through every detail of everything that we need to do to win.
00:33:28.000 And this is what we do, right?
00:33:30.000 We train the grassroots.
00:33:32.000 We look at the grassroots.
00:33:33.000 We find the best up-and-coming talent.
00:33:35.000 And that is Brett, but our entire team, I cannot speak to you.
00:33:39.000 Oh, Austin Smith.
00:33:40.000 No, I'm talking about Wisconsin in particular.
00:33:42.000 Austin's great, whatever.
00:33:43.000 Arizona's fine.
00:33:44.000 Our team in Arizona is incredible.
00:33:47.000 No one's focusing on our Wisconsin element.
00:33:49.000 We have some incredible, incredible people.
00:33:53.000 Breonna, Dixon, Sadie, Brandon Mallee.
00:33:59.000 The Dane County GOP chair.
00:34:00.000 So Dane, I'm going to be visiting Dane because University of Oregon will be playing University of Wisconsin.
00:34:05.000 That's after election day.
00:34:06.000 I am going to go to the Alabama UW-Madison game.
00:34:09.000 And so talk about Dane County is a place we're not going to win Dane County, but we could lose by less.
00:34:14.000 What is in Dane County?
00:34:16.000 So Dane County is where the University of Wisconsin-Madison is.
00:34:19.000 It's the People's Republic of Dane County, as we call it in Wisconsin County.
00:34:22.000 It's more liberal than anybody can understand.
00:34:23.000 Oh, it is.
00:34:24.000 It's a war zone.
00:34:25.000 The capital of the state.
00:34:26.000 The capital of the state.
00:34:27.000 You walk down State Street, which is like the main drag where all the bars and you're kind of the hop in place on campuses.
00:34:27.000 Yep.
00:34:32.000 It's still boarded up from the Summer of Love in 2020.
00:34:35.000 There's still graffiti that says F Trump, you know, this and that.
00:34:38.000 I mean, it's truly a war zone down there.
00:34:42.000 And Brandon Malley, that 23-year-old Dane County GOP chair who's also our Midwest regional manager for Turning Point Action, he has stepped into this role.
00:34:50.000 He's sort of in a baptism by fire role on the one-year anniversary that he was elected as chair in the one-year anniversary that I was elected as first vice chair of the Milwaukee GOP.
00:34:58.000 He's done a phenomenal job.
00:34:59.000 He's taken it step by step on a data-driven approach, and he's reactivated the college Republicans.
00:35:05.000 I mean, it's just been incredible what he's been able to do.
00:35:07.000 And of course, he's getting scrutiny for it, but that's because he's doing something right.
00:35:11.000 And nothing worth doing isn't met with scrutiny.
00:35:12.000 And Dane County, Charlie, is where if you win, this is going to sound crazy.
00:35:17.000 If you go from 23% to 25% of the vote.
00:35:22.000 No, it's not crazy.
00:35:23.000 It significantly changed.
00:35:25.000 By the way, this is what they did to Mecwan, right?
00:35:27.000 Or is that right?
00:35:28.000 We used to win by 30, now we win by 5.
00:35:30.000 So it's the same thing on the opposite side, which is we just have to win 25% of the vote in Dane County, and that's the goal.
00:35:37.000 I would imagine RFK would do well in Madison, Wisconsin.
00:35:41.000 And we're seeing that.
00:35:41.000 He would.
00:35:41.000 He would.
00:35:43.000 We're seeing that he has some kind of interest being generated up at places like UW-Madison, UW-Milwaukee, Marquette University, where I went.
00:35:50.000 And that could have a big effect.
00:35:51.000 That might be why the left is starting to retreat in some of these states.
00:35:55.000 Do you think they're retreating in Wisconsin?
00:35:56.000 Have we seen evidence of that yet?
00:35:58.000 The opposite, actually.
00:35:59.000 They've doubled and tripled down.
00:36:00.000 We don't see them tripling down in Georgia.
00:36:02.000 They're a little shaky in Georgia right now.
00:36:04.000 And they're shaky in Arizona, too.
00:36:06.000 But Wisconsin is World War III.
00:36:09.000 Wisconsin is going to be the best.
00:36:11.000 Battle lines are drawn.
00:36:12.000 But what is the greatest concern you have for the state of Wisconsin now to November?
00:36:16.000 Voter turnout still.
00:36:18.000 I mean, it's still, I mean, it's a numbers game.
00:36:20.000 Turnout, not registration.
00:36:21.000 Wow, okay.
00:36:22.000 Turnout.
00:36:22.000 Yeah, I mean, just by the numbers alone.
00:36:24.000 We've identified here, I'll give you an example, in Milwaukee County.
00:36:26.000 So we've always been told that the southwest corner of the county is the path to victory here in the Valley.
00:36:30.000 We've always been told that the Tomahawk region is the path to victory.
00:36:33.000 Our data is showing the opposite.
00:36:34.000 It's showing that in Milwaukee County, we have to win by more in West Dallas, places like the North Shore, places like the southeast corner of the county where there's a lot of cops and firefighters.
00:36:45.000 What we're seeing in Wisconsin, I think this is kind of went with national trends, is that Wisconsin has a lot of Kennedy-era Democrats, union-branded Democrats, who circa 2015, 2016 had that realization that, oh my gosh, I'm actually conservative.
00:37:00.000 It wasn't until President Trump came around and started speaking their language that they realized that.
00:37:04.000 But we're finding out that those are still disengaged.
00:37:06.000 So paint for me, who the stereotypical disengaged voter in Wisconsin?
00:37:12.000 Are they college educated?
00:37:14.000 Do they work with their hands?
00:37:16.000 What is their age?
00:37:17.000 Build out the profile.
00:37:19.000 Yeah, tradesmen.
00:37:20.000 I'd say someone who works in the trades.
00:37:22.000 I put that person in maybe that more 24 to 45 ballpark range.
00:37:27.000 Someone who has our conservative values.
00:37:30.000 Working class.
00:37:30.000 Working classes has our conservative values and principles, but is very apathetic.
00:37:34.000 Wisconsin has a lot of them, and Wisconsin nice is a very true thing.
00:37:38.000 And I think oftentimes that gets in the way of someone taking a stance on a political candidate.
00:37:42.000 Are you running into some people say the election is rigged while you even vote?
00:37:47.000 Are you seeing that a little bit?
00:37:48.000 We run into that quite a bit in Wisconsin.
00:37:51.000 I mean, obviously, 2000 Mules publicized what happened in Milwaukee.
00:37:55.000 We hosted Dinesh D'Souza for a turning point action event in Milwaukee.
00:37:58.000 So, I mean, you can't really escape that mindset still.
00:38:01.000 And of course, there's those folks in Wisconsin, you know, the machines, and they're letting that mindset make them not want to come out to the polls.
00:38:08.000 We have to break that stigma.
00:38:09.000 How do you effectively break that?
00:38:11.000 Relationally organizing.
00:38:13.000 Relational organizing, I should say.
00:38:15.000 And this is a complete paradigm shift of what we know politics to be right now.
00:38:19.000 The old way of winning is very transactional.
00:38:21.000 They stick a stranger up on your door.
00:38:23.000 It's the political spray and pray method, lit-drop-centric.
00:38:26.000 What issues do you care about the most?
00:38:28.000 We want to relationship build in some of our high-priority precincts going forward.
00:38:32.000 I'll give you an example.
00:38:33.000 I can walk down the street when I get home to Milwaukee this week and knock on the door of the guy down the block and say, hey, I'm Brecht Kalishewski.
00:38:39.000 I'm first vice chair of the Milwaukee GOP.
00:38:41.000 Wanted to give you my contact information, let you know if you ever wanted to get involved or if there's anything I can ever shed light on policy-wise, let me be your point of contact.
00:38:49.000 And then I come back in a couple weeks.
00:38:50.000 Hey, man, good to see you again.
00:38:52.000 My fiancé made some Trump cookies, wanted to share some with you.
00:38:55.000 Hey, by the way, there's a school board meeting going on next week.
00:38:58.000 If you want to come with me, I think it'd be great.
00:38:59.000 I'll pick you up.
00:39:00.000 Boom.
00:39:00.000 Now I have a friend.
00:39:01.000 Now that person is more likely to turn in their absentee ballot to vote because I know that person.
00:39:07.000 I've built a relationship with that person.
00:39:09.000 And we're going to have hundreds of those people in Wisconsin in our high-priority precincts doing just that.
00:39:14.000 Complete paradigm shift.
00:39:15.000 Yeah, so Tyler, you could build out.
00:39:18.000 We are furiously hiring people.
00:39:21.000 Is the RNC furiously hiring full-time people?
00:39:23.000 I don't think they have the resources to look at.
00:39:26.000 I knew the answer for that.
00:39:27.000 We all knew that.
00:39:28.000 But I just wanted to make sure it's clear.
00:39:29.000 But we have worked really hard over time, and you've worked really hard over time, Charlie.
00:39:33.000 Give you a lot of credit.
00:39:35.000 You know, all of us here are one team of literally hundreds of people who are trying to raise enough capital so we can hire.
00:39:42.000 I'm the capital guy.
00:39:43.000 You're the capital guy.
00:39:44.000 You guys do the rest.
00:39:45.000 You've been there for a long time.
00:39:46.000 But we, I mean, Charlie's zipping around the country.
00:39:48.000 I'm zipping around the country.
00:39:49.000 We're trying to convince as many people, fund this now so we can hire people on time.
00:39:55.000 Here's the reason why this all matters: it is not early enough.
00:39:59.000 You're not going to be able to hire, if the left has 1,200 people out in the field, you are not going to be able to hire 1,200 full-time people after July 4th.
00:40:08.000 You just can't find the bodies.
00:40:09.000 It's too late.
00:40:10.000 Everybody's already engaged.
00:40:12.000 They already have their vacation plan.
00:40:14.000 You can't do it.
00:40:15.000 So you have to hire them now or even before now in order to keep up with the left.
00:40:20.000 It is, Brett, just close with this.
00:40:22.000 What is the way that the national apparatus has usually treated Wisconsin?
00:40:25.000 They fly in New Yorkers and they fly in Los Angeles.
00:40:29.000 Nothing wrong with those people to go knock on some door of a Packer fan during a Packer game.
00:40:33.000 It's a good way to get shot.
00:40:35.000 Absolutely.
00:40:35.000 From a voter connectivity standpoint, they're really missing the mark.
00:40:39.000 They'll hire in a bunch of these people from out of state and then they'll spit them all back into the wild when it's done.
00:40:44.000 And the tried and true Wisconsinites who want to help the conservative movement, they're the ones that lose the most.
00:40:50.000 And Wisconsinites aren't overly ideological.
00:40:52.000 No, right?
00:40:53.000 They want a functioning country.
00:40:55.000 They want clean streets.
00:40:56.000 Yeah.
00:40:57.000 Right.
00:40:57.000 They want a stable place for their kids.
00:41:00.000 Don't Chicago, my Wisconsin.
00:41:02.000 I'm sure that's.
00:41:04.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:41:04.000 Yeah, unless it's Madison.
00:41:06.000 Right.
00:41:06.000 TPaction.com.
00:41:07.000 So you guys are having meetings all day, right?
00:41:09.000 I mean, this is Battle Central right now.
00:41:12.000 Right now, Brett is now, he is the newly minted enterprise director for what we call our legacy field operation, which is managing effectively all of our volunteer movement that we have across the country.
00:41:23.000 So we're in 10 states.
00:41:24.000 Brett's the leader over all of those states.
00:41:27.000 But, you know, we have a special focus on Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia, where we have literally dozens of full-time people already on the ground.
00:41:36.000 And now we're moving towards hundreds of full-time people that are going to manage thousands of activists.
00:41:42.000 It's great.
00:41:43.000 So the work that we're doing now is preparing ourselves for that, which there's a lot of work to be done.
00:41:47.000 There's a lot of work to be done.
00:41:48.000 A lot of events.
00:41:49.000 We're going to have, we just met with the state party chair in Wisconsin this week, Brett and I did while I was out in Waukesha.
00:41:55.000 And we let him know.
00:41:57.000 We said, hey, Mr. Chair, we're going to have hundreds of events happening during the month of October.
00:42:02.000 I hope you're ready and that we can turn this thing around and win.
00:42:05.000 All right.
00:42:06.000 You guys are doing great.
00:42:06.000 tpaction.com.
00:42:08.000 That's tpaction.com.
