00:01:07.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:10.000 Hey, everybody.
00:01:11.000 Welcome to this episode of the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:14.000 Super thrilled to be joined with my friend, Rudy Giuliani.
00:01:19.000 Rudy, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:22.000 Oh, it's great to be back, Charlie.
00:01:24.000 Congratulations on all the great work you're doing and your organization.
00:01:27.000 Well, thank you.
00:01:28.000 Couldn't do without you.
00:01:29.000 Well, that's very kind.
00:01:30.000 And I knew that Mayor Giuliani was going to have something up his sleeve coming in October.
00:01:36.000 And so we have the New York Post article that I want to get right into.
00:01:39.000 Biden's secret emails.
00:01:42.000 Can you just tell us a little bit of background on how you were able to obtain these emails and build it out for us?
00:01:50.000 So there is just the repairman.
00:01:54.000 He repairs computers, specializes in Mac, somewhere in the area where the Bidens live.
00:02:01.000 And about a year and a half ago, Hunter Biden, inebriated, he was somewhat drunk, came in with three devices to be repaired.
00:02:12.000 The gentleman recognized him only when he came up very close because he has bad eyesight.
00:02:17.000 And he took the three devices and he said one of them is gone and they deconstructed it and got rid of it.
00:02:25.000 He said one of them just needs a keyboard to be attached to it and we can see if we can run it.
00:02:30.000 He said the third one's in bad shape, but I think I can save it.
00:02:33.000 Hunter Biden, who then identified himself, said, well, that's the important one, meaning the one that has to be repaired.
00:02:40.000 So they signed up a form document, which required payment, but it also had a very interesting clause in it.
00:02:48.000 It said, if you don't reclaim your property within 90 days of the completion of the work, the property is deemed to be abandoned.
00:02:57.000 And under the law, abandoned property becomes the property of the first paid person who takes it.
00:03:03.000 So the merchant would be the person who took it.
00:03:07.000 So for 70, 80, 90 days, he was trying to reach Hunter Biden.
00:03:13.000 Hunter Biden never responded.
00:03:15.000 120 days, 130 days, never responded.
00:03:18.000 Then he started hearing things on television and radio about the crimes allegedly committed by Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, the bribery of the president of Ukraine, the money coming out of China, amounts of money to this man that would be astronomical.
00:03:38.000 So he decided he was going to look to see if he was in any trouble for possessing this thing.
00:03:43.000 And he told my lawyer who interviewed him, he said, I'm not a Republican or a Democrat.
00:03:49.000 I'm just a man who knows right from wrong.
00:03:53.000 And everything on here is wrong.
00:03:56.000 The photos of which there are about a thousand are, I don't know the right way to describe them.
00:04:03.000 I mean, some of them are regular pornography, I guess, but some of them are really, really perverted.
00:04:11.000 And some of them show crimes.
00:04:12.000 I mean, absolute crimes.
00:04:14.000 You've got maybe 10, 12 photographs and videos of him smoking crack while having sex.
00:04:25.000 So that's the photos.
00:04:27.000 The text messages, about 18 to 20,000, and they do a lot of things.
00:04:33.000 Maybe we've only been able to analyze 20% of them.
00:04:36.000 They completely corroborate what happened in Ukraine, which means that Joe Biden was bribed in the Ukraine by Mykola Zloshevsky to fix his case.
00:04:46.000 And he was given, all told, about $14 million to do that.
00:04:52.000 The method of payment was to hire Hunter to do a no-show job.
00:04:58.000 And then Hunter would kick the money back to Joe, which this email that we found completely demonstrates.
00:05:07.000 It says, this is Hunter complaining to his children about how difficult his father was on him.
00:05:14.000 He said, in addition to having to supply all the money to this family for 30 years, Pop always wanted half my salary.
00:05:24.000 What that indicates is a Chinese form of conspiracy outlined in Peter Schweiker's book, Secret Empires, in which when you bribe a public official in China, you normally pay the relatives who the official can trust to take care of their lifestyle.
00:05:45.000 And then you take out over a period of time appropriate amounts of money for you.
00:05:51.000 And there are text messages and there are emails that indicate that's exactly what they did.
00:06:00.000 They took out millions of dollars for their purposes.
00:06:08.000 So that's one of the transactions that's clearly delineated there.
00:06:12.000 There's another one where the Chinese government makes an investment of $1.5 billion.
00:06:18.000 It's not an investment, it's a commitment to a private equity fund, extraordinarily large one to a private equity fund that didn't have much of a history.
00:06:27.000 But the partners in that private equity fund are, and remember, they're partners with the Chinese government.
00:06:35.000 Chinese government enters into a partnership with Hunter Biden, the stepson of the Secretary of State at the time, Terry's stepson, Chris Hines, and also, very strangely, Whitey Bolger's nephew.
00:06:55.000 Now, this is impossible that a government as careful as China about money, as suspicious about the handling of money like China is, it's virtually impossible that they would give or commit $1.5 billion to a private equity fund that doesn't have much of a history and is being run by non-professionals.
00:07:19.000 Whitey Bolger's nephew.
00:07:22.000 And Whitey Bolt.
00:07:23.000 I mean, I've done legal work for hedge funds, and you do an extensive due diligence search.
00:07:30.000 And if Whitey Bolshev's nephew was in the management team, Jesus would recommend against it.
00:07:37.000 Yeah, probably.
00:07:38.000 So, Mr. Mayor, can you help me understand?
00:07:44.000 The FBI got these emails.
00:07:46.000 Is that right?
00:07:47.000 There's a couple gaps in the story that I'm not quite understanding.
00:07:50.000 Sure, sure.
00:07:51.000 So, what happened with the emails is after the man got the emails from Hunter, he actually repaired the hard drive.
00:08:01.000 The hard drive was ready to go.
00:08:03.000 So, he called Biden on a number of occasions, could not reach him, concluded that he had become distracted and that he would come back for it someday, and he put it in his warehouse.
00:08:15.000 And then, as a few months went by and the impeachment proceedings and other things started to dominate the news, he realized from what he had seen that this is probably going to contradict it.
00:08:27.000 So, he opened up the email section and the message section, and he found all of these texts saying what he should testify to, how he can get out of the perjury, who he can deal with.
00:08:42.000 That was written, it looks like contemporaneous with the time that the case was going on.
00:08:49.000 And then he contacted the Bureau and they obtained a subpoena to get all this information.
00:08:55.000 Is that right?
00:08:57.000 Yes, sir.
00:08:58.000 It's exactly right.
00:09:00.000 And so, the Bureau has all this.
00:09:02.000 I mean, I don't know if they're going to act on it.
00:09:06.000 You know, you're looking at somebody that grew up wanting to be a G-Man, right?
00:09:14.000 And three years ago, one of my proudest awards, I was given the G-Man Award by the FBI Association.
00:09:22.000 Most of the cases that made me famous, the Pizza Connection case, the Five Families, the Teamsters case, I did with the FBI and could not have done it without the FBI.
00:09:34.000 Don't know what's happened to the upper echelons of the FBI.
00:09:39.000 They've become a political operation rather than a law enforcement organization.
00:09:44.000 And just exactly what they were doing, I don't know.
00:09:50.000 But the gentleman turned over the hard drive to them within a few days of making that decision.
00:09:57.000 The agent did say something suspicious to him.
00:10:00.000 The agent said, Well, he said, I'm very frightened.
00:10:04.000 They may kill me.
00:10:05.000 I've given two away to friends of mine who know how to dispose of it in case I get killed.
00:10:10.000 And the agent said, You don't have to be that scared.
00:10:14.000 He said, Only people that are in trouble are people who open their mouth.
00:10:19.000 So that kind of really affected him.
00:10:22.000 That could have several meanings, but he took the wrong meal.
00:10:26.000 And that's when he decided he had to reach out for other people to help him in case, God forbid, something happened to him.
00:10:35.000 I want to talk to you guys about Good Ranchers.

00:11:43.000 As we move on, I am going to play devil's advocate on some of the nonsense that I do.
00:11:47.000 That because you know, it's really helpful to answer to be able to answer these questions.
00:11:51.000 No, I think that it actually helps build it out.
00:11:54.000 My first concern, though, Mr. Mayor, is you said something on Martha McCallum's show where you said you've only seen 20% of this hard drive.
00:12:01.000 I mean, is there something we might be missing that could be very important for voters to know before the election?
00:12:07.000 I would suspect that's true, but I mean, we'll get through it, we'll get through it, but um, but we have to get through it before, you know, we're going to spend all weekend and we've gotten a larger group of people now to go through it with us.
00:12:24.000 But one of the problems, Charlie, is you need to know the rest of the case to really see the significance of the hard drive.
00:12:35.000 I'll give you, I'll just give you an example that's a true example, but it probably illustrates to the public how difficult it is.
00:12:41.000 And this is one of the things that verifies the hard drive.
00:12:45.000 For two years, John Solomon and I have had information that Hunter Biden met on a specific date in the State Department with Deputy Secretary of State Tony Newton.
00:13:00.000 Now, it's significant because if he did, it was a violation of the Foreign Agent Registration Act, one that they, in a draconian way, enforced against Paul Manafort to squeeze him to lie about Donald Trump.
00:13:19.000 So we felt if we had a violation like that, then I mean, the same thing should happen here.
00:13:27.000 Shouldn't be a different Republican and a Democrat.
00:13:30.000 So the informant tells us that Hunter Biden went to this secret meeting at the State Department.
00:13:37.000 They took him in the back door.
00:13:38.000 It was all hush-hush.
00:13:40.000 And the guy afterwards went to take a look and he found no filing for it.
00:13:44.000 And then he went to take a look a few months later.
00:13:46.000 He found no filing for it.
00:13:48.000 And at that point, there had been several other meetings that had taken place on behalf of Beresma, arranged by Hunter Biden or one of his friends, but no filing.
00:14:01.000 And we were not able to corroborate that, nor were we sure whether it's on the State Department roster.
00:14:10.000 All we had was the oral testimony.
00:14:12.000 In the hard drive, if you go to those dates, and this is what the hard drive looks like, let me just take a little look at it.
00:14:21.000 This is what the hard drive looks like.
00:14:23.000 It looks a little bit like this right here.
00:14:24.000 So you just go through here and you go to those dates, and lo and behold, there's a whole history of that conference.
00:14:32.000 Setting it up, rescheduling it, the exact amount of time the informant said it was impossible that anyone would have known this other than Hunter Biden.
00:14:45.000 So that's one of the 10 or 12 pieces of evidence by which you can authenticate this document.
00:14:53.000 Well, that's and then also, Rudy, there's all these pictures too that are coming That no one else can find that they're public anywhere.
00:15:02.000 But I do want to ask, Rudy, some people are saying that this is Russian disinformation.
00:15:07.000 I do not hold that view, but their Washington Post is alluding, it's the only thing they got.
00:15:14.000 What do you have to say about that?
00:15:16.000 I have no indication that this comes from the Russians.
00:15:21.000 I've had no dealings with any Russian over this.
00:15:24.000 I told you my dealings over this really go through my defense lawyer in that phony case that they tried to bring against me in the Southern District, which is another thing that I resent very much because they try to prosecute everybody that goes after Biden to protect him instead of defending him, which they do a very poor job of.
00:15:46.000 So the reality is that we've basically checked it all out.
00:15:56.000 It's almost impossible that this could have been produced by Russians.
00:16:01.000 I mean, he's an American.
00:16:04.000 They all seem to square with things that Hunter Biden was actually doing.
00:16:09.000 The pictures are surely of him.
00:16:12.000 I mean, I can't even tell you the way you can identify them, but you can imagine, right?
00:16:18.000 I mean, I'm telling you, these are pornographic pictures, plus we get into the area of weirdness.
00:16:26.000 Then we may even get into the area of criminality.
00:16:30.000 Geez.
00:16:30.000 Well, the stories keep rolling.
00:16:33.000 And I can imagine the more you dive into this hard drive, Rudy, the more you are going to find.
00:16:38.000 And I want to, in this next segment, we have, I want to dive into how the tech companies are silencing this and just how this has really entered a dark period of journalism in our country, because this should be stuff that wins Pulitzer Prizes.
00:16:54.000 I mean, it is a phenomenal story when you look at it, and it's just so disappointing that most of the press is ignoring it.
00:17:03.000 In our fast-paced world, it's tough to make reading a priority.
00:17:06.000 At least it used to be.
00:17:07.000 A new app called Thinker has solved that problem by summarizing the key ideas from new and noteworthy nonfiction, giving you access to an entire library of great books in bite-sized form.
00:17:17.000 Read or listen to hundreds of titles in a matter of minutes, including old classics like Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People to recent bestsellers like Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules for Life.
00:17:28.000 If you want to challenge your preconceptions, expand your horizons, and become a better thinker, go to thinker.org/slash Charlie.
00:17:34.000 That's T-H-I-N-K-R.org/slash Charlie to start an extended free trial and put your mind in motion.
00:17:40.000 Thinker.org/slash Charlie.
00:17:45.000 Mr. Mayor, I want to read a story here by the Krassenstein brothers.
00:17:50.000 I don't know if you saw this or not.
00:17:51.000 These guys got kicked off Twitter.
00:17:52.000 They've been so conspiracy theorist.
00:17:57.000 And just all, you know, all cards on the table, a couple conservatives sent me this story and they said, Charlie, the story's not real because what Mayor Julia, because of this, it said, allege Hunter email, Hunter Biden email from Juliania PiersForge.
00:18:10.000 I don't know if you saw this story on Medium or not, but I think it's a very weak argument.
00:18:19.000 Are you going to let other people, did you give this to the New York Times for the metadata?
00:18:24.000 Help kind of just reinforce the authenticity point of view.
00:18:28.000 I mean, I gave it to the New York Post.
00:18:32.000 They've examined it for four days and come to the conclusion with their expert that it's legitimate.
00:18:38.000 Our own expert has determined it's legitimate.
00:18:41.000 And I invited Martha McCallum's people to come over here and examine it if they want, right in the computer, right in the right spot that it's in.
00:18:50.000 They should be coming over in a short while.
00:18:54.000 It is absolutely, There's no question that it's a legitimate entry, no question that it was a text message between him and his daughter.
00:19:06.000 And I think the problem is that if this is real, I mean, they might as well be heading to the courthouse.
00:19:13.000 I mean, it explains that Hunter for 30 years was what we used to call in the old days when we did these bribery cases, the bagged man.
00:19:26.000 I mean, he collected the money and distributed it.
00:19:29.000 So he really didn't distribute it since he was a son and a dutiful son.
00:19:34.000 He held it and paid for anything the parents wanted paid for.
00:19:39.000 But then just in case, because the parents wanted a little travel and money of their own, they got half share of everything.
00:19:46.000 So it's the reason the Bidens were able to live an extremely high lifestyle when they raised you know, when they made money that would be regarded as middle, you know, middle class, I guess.
00:20:00.000 No, they were in the multi-million dollar category.
00:20:03.000 It's absolutely unbelievable.
00:20:05.000 I mean, and the one that is the most telling is not even the story that came out on the 14th.
00:20:11.000 It's the next day around the Chinese firm that goes to show on May 13th, one email sent to Biden with the subject line, expectations included details of remuneration packages.
00:20:27.000 I mean, Mr. Mayor, it could not be more clear that this is international crime that is selling out our government so the Biden crime, the Biden family can get rich.
00:20:39.000 And it said 10 held by H for the big guy.
00:20:43.000 Before I get into this, Rudy, how did Hunter forget that he had these laptops with a computer repair man?
00:20:50.000 Gosh, Charlie, you know, we asked ourselves that question 100 times and we asked the source that question 100 times.
00:20:57.000 And we really come to only one conclusion.
00:20:59.000 I mean, the effects of the amount of crack that this man was taking and alcohol has to be very significant on the brain.
00:21:10.000 And it looks like his, so we have a tape that spans about 2012, 13 to the end of 2019, the beginning of 2020.
00:21:25.000 You can say by looking at the photographs, it looks like he was on crack almost continuously during that period.
00:21:33.000 That's a long time to be on crack without doing serious damage to your brain.
00:21:38.000 He also was taking crack.
00:21:40.000 There are a couple of pictures where he has pictures of himself at a rehab center, and that night he's in some kind of a strip club doing crack.
00:21:49.000 So he was a pretty habitual user of crack, either in supplementing it or I guess when he couldn't get it, he was drunk.
00:21:58.000 So he spent a great deal of his time doing great damage to his brain.
00:22:04.000 And he could have forgotten.
00:22:06.000 That was the merchant's, that was the merchant's surmise that he seemed really out of it.
00:22:13.000 He seemed very pleased, almost too pleased when he said he could fix it and then forgot about it.
00:22:22.000 It's very, very strange that could happen.
00:22:24.000 So, Rudy, have you been able to find anything about this mysterious $3 million wire?
00:22:29.000 I think it's $3 million from the Moscow mayor of wife mayor from Russia.
00:22:36.000 Remember that came out in the Senate intelligence report.
00:22:39.000 Have you been able to find anything related to that?
00:22:42.000 A little bit, not everything yet, Charlie.
00:22:45.000 That one surprised me.
00:22:46.000 And I've been investigating this case really to protect Donald Trump because, you know, basically this whole case now turns out to be this.
00:22:57.000 Everything they charge Donald Trump with, they did.
00:23:01.000 That's exactly right.
00:23:02.000 It's almost like a case of massive, you know, the psychological process of projection.
00:23:07.000 It's almost a massive case of projection.
00:23:10.000 You know, they said that we colluded with the Russians.
00:23:13.000 No, no.
00:23:14.000 They got 3.5 million from the Russians.
00:23:17.000 We didn't get any money from the Russians.
00:23:18.000 And they got a lot of information from the Russians.
00:23:23.000 So I believe that was part.
00:23:27.000 Now, this is piecing together things from the hard drive and from other evidence, but it's the best theory you could have right now.
00:23:38.000 The money comes from Dr. Rina, who was the wife of the mayor of Moscow, Lushkov.
00:23:46.000 Lushkov had been removed as the mayor of Moscow.
00:23:49.000 He began as one of Putin's closest people.
00:23:52.000 But as far as I understand, he was literally going further than Putin.
00:23:57.000 He was shaking down people a third and fourth time that Putin had already taken, you know, big chunks of their money.
00:24:03.000 So they complained.
00:24:04.000 They said he was getting out of control.
00:24:07.000 And they had to remove him.
00:24:09.000 And as far as I know, she sided with the removal of him, which made her the more important person now with Putin.
00:24:16.000 So when she's doing this transaction, she's one of the closest people to Putin.
00:24:22.000 So it appears as if this was going to be a much larger transaction, a couple hundred million dollars.
00:24:29.000 And just at that time, the sanctions hit because for all the stupidity, I mean, basically, Obama never sanctioned Russia.
00:24:39.000 And Trump, who's supposed to be favorable on Russia, kicked the heck out of them with sanctions.
00:24:45.000 They can't move money.
00:24:47.000 And they hit.
00:24:49.000 And I think this was the amount of money they could get through before that.
00:24:53.000 This was meant to be part of a much bigger real estate and land deal in which he would be partners with a person very, very close to Vladimir Putin.
00:25:05.000 Now, if you're a Republican, I don't care how even-tempered and how calm you are.
00:25:10.000 This has to get you really angry.
00:25:12.000 I mean, geez.
00:25:13.000 I mean, three and a half years of he was with the Russians.
00:25:17.000 He was a Russian agent.
00:25:19.000 He was a Charlie.
00:25:21.000 I knew it wasn't true.
00:25:22.000 I was with him for the last four months of the campaign, virtually day and night.
00:25:28.000 And my job was to cut down on the tweets.
00:25:32.000 Of course, I failed completely at that job.
00:25:35.000 However, I did succeed in my job of knowing what he was doing.
00:25:39.000 He wasn't talking to any Russian.
00:25:42.000 He was as surprised as we are, as we were when the tweets would come out.
00:25:46.000 Of course, we enjoyed them.
00:25:48.000 They were hurting the phony Hillary Clinton, but we had nothing to do with those coming out.
00:25:54.000 So I knew he had no, even if there was a Russian plot, he didn't know about it.
00:25:59.000 And that's why I ran to defend him, because I felt this was a frame-up.
00:26:07.000 And nothing gets an honest prosecutor more angry than a frame-up.
00:26:12.000 It turned out to be a frame-up.
00:26:14.000 When I read this, Rudy, it's actually kind of confusing, even for me.
00:26:18.000 There's so much crime here.
00:26:21.000 There's so many different deals that are happening simultaneously.
00:26:25.000 It's the Russian potential real estate deal.
00:26:27.000 It's the Burisma deal.
00:26:29.000 It's the Chinese firm deal.
00:26:31.000 I mean, this guy was all over the planet.
00:26:34.000 And the only way he could have possibly done this versus the State Department meeting, the meeting with his father, which his father said never happened, where it happened, he wasn't on his schedule, which is one of the weakest excuses.
00:26:47.000 I think Joe Biden was conducting all of this.
00:26:49.000 Hunter Biden is a crackhead.
00:26:51.000 He can't even remember that he has a laptop at a computer repair shop.
00:26:55.000 I think Joe Biden and whoever's in Joe Biden's orbit was calling the shots on this.
00:27:02.000 You know, Chris, when you think about it as a human being, I know Joe Biden since 1970s.
00:27:11.000 I was introduced to him by a colleague of mine in the U.S. Attorney's Office, who eventually became my chief of staff when I was Associate Attorney General.
00:27:20.000 And it was shortly after he was elected to the Senate.
00:27:23.000 My friend said to me jokingly, you should move to Delaware and run for the Senate.
00:27:28.000 And I said, why should I do that, Jeff?
00:27:30.000 He said, because anybody could win.
00:27:32.000 Joe was the dumbest guy in our law school class, and he got through by cheating.
00:27:38.000 He plagiarized and he looked over everybody's paper.
00:27:42.000 But I swear to God, he got through because he charmed the dean not to throw him out.
00:27:47.000 And then all through the years, he was always cheating.
00:27:50.000 And everybody thought he was going to go nowhere.
00:27:54.000 And of course, then he became United States Senator.
00:27:57.000 He said, but I will tell you, he's a nice guy.
00:28:00.000 So I spent a lot of time with him.
00:28:04.000 I was in charge of getting U.S. attorneys and U.S. marshals through the Senate.
00:28:09.000 He was on the Judiciary Committee.
00:28:10.000 I spent time with him on judges, Reagan judges.
00:28:14.000 And I spent time with him on the crime bill of 1994.
00:28:19.000 And he was a reasonable guy to deal with.
00:28:23.000 He was not an ideologue.
00:28:25.000 He is dumb.
00:28:27.000 I mean, really, I don't know any other way to say it.
00:28:29.000 He's dumb.
00:28:30.000 You don't know too many people as dumb as he is.
00:28:34.000 He covers it up by talking a lot.
00:28:38.000 I employed his niece at City Hall.
00:28:40.000 We had a really good relationship.
00:28:42.000 And I feel very bad about this.
00:28:44.000 But you know who I really feel bad for?
00:28:46.000 I feel bad for Hunter.
00:28:48.000 Hunter obviously is troubled.
00:28:50.000 He's got a serious, serious drug problem.
00:28:53.000 And I don't get how your father, when he knows you have that drug problem, puts you in business with three of the most crooked, violent criminals in the world.
00:29:04.000 Sloshevsky is an oligarch, an organized criminal in China.
00:29:11.000 Jin Ming is an organized criminal, an intelligence operative in China, and is now sitting at the bottom of the Yangtze River.
00:29:22.000 Stanley Ho, convicted.
00:29:26.000 In fact, when he was convicted, the first person he asked to call was James Biden.
00:29:31.000 And Devin Archer, their longtime partner, has been convicted.
00:29:35.000 The judge who has political connections reversed his conviction.
00:29:39.000 It was just reinstated by the Second Circuit.
00:29:42.000 That's right.
00:29:43.000 So they are surrounded by criminals.
00:29:46.000 And Whitey Bulger's nephew.
00:29:49.000 They're surrounded by criminals, international and domestic.
00:29:54.000 This is why he would do this to his son, who's having difficulty functioning and not think there are going to be terrible mistakes made.
00:30:04.000 And you're doing great damage to this young man is, at least I don't have that answer for it.
00:30:11.000 I got a lot of questions in anticipation to this interview from people that are so upset because they're losing faith in the justice system in our country, Mr. Mayor, because they see what I can see that, Charlie.
00:30:24.000 I can see that.
00:30:25.000 And I just makes me feel terrible.
00:30:27.000 I hate it because you ran one of the greatest offices where you went after real hard, hardened criminals.
00:30:33.000 And now we have this right in front of us, and it just seems as if no one cares.
00:30:37.000 And well, you do, but hopefully, we can get our justice system back in some ways.
00:30:44.000 With the ever-increasing number of makes and models of cars, it is impossible to stock all the parts you need in a traditional chain storefront.
00:30:52.000 One of the reasons to repair and maintain your car is to save money that you can then use for other important things like the mortgage or food.
00:30:59.000 Chain stores have different price tiers for professional mechanics and do-it-yourselfers.
00:31:03.000 Rockauto.com prices are the same for everybody and are reliably low.
00:31:08.000 Rockauto.com also offers the lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on what the market will bear, like airlines do.
00:31:16.000 Rockauto.com is for everybody and does not require a membership or account login.
00:31:20.000 Rockauto.com is a family business serving auto part customers online for 20 years.
00:31:25.000 They have everything from engine control modules and brake parts and to tail lamps, everything you need.
00:31:30.000 So, right now, you go to rockauto.com, tell them that Charlie Kirk sent you.
00:31:34.000 That's right, rockauto.com.
00:31:36.000 Amazing selection, reliably low prices.
00:31:39.000 All the parts your car will ever need.
00:31:41.000 You guys know it.
00:31:42.000 Rockauto.com.
00:31:44.000 That's rockauto.com.
00:31:48.000 Mr. Mayor, I want to first ask: are there more revelations coming that you can tease us about or kind of give us a little bit of a hint that you have discovered so far on this hard driver computer?
00:32:02.000 Well, it's one hard drive.
00:32:03.000 That's what we have, but it's extensive.
00:32:05.000 It covers 12 to right up to the beginning of 20, which is really the relevant period.
00:32:14.000 The problem is not that there are more hard drives.
00:32:16.000 The problem is the hard drive contains a massive amount of material.
00:32:21.000 And, you know, we're familiar with some of it from the investigations that we did.
00:32:25.000 But it's apparent, Charlie, to me, there are a large number of other crimes there.
00:32:30.000 There are at least five other major Chinese entities controlled by Chinese communists or owned by the Chinese government.
00:32:39.000 So the two transactions that I studied deeply was the one with the Bank of China, in which the Bank of China committed $1.5 billion to the private equity fund and became a partner of Hunter Biden.
00:32:53.000 And to me, this just shocks me because he became a partner of Hunter Biden and also a partner of the stepson of the Secretary of State when we were negotiating extremely important and critical agreements with them.
00:33:11.000 And we lost the negotiations.
00:33:14.000 We were supposed to get them out of the islands.
00:33:16.000 We were supposed to get them to reduce tariffs.
00:33:19.000 They increased their presence in the islands.
00:33:21.000 They raised the tariffs.
00:33:24.000 Joe was criticized for failing in the negotiations.
00:33:27.000 What they didn't know is his family was benefiting to the tune of millions and millions and millions of dollars while he was losing the negotiation.
00:33:37.000 Same thing in Iraq.
00:33:38.000 They sent him to Iraq to negotiate a status of forces agreement, which we've always been able to negotiate before.
00:33:47.000 When Obama did it, I almost thought Obama didn't want it done because he never would have sent Joe Biden.
00:33:52.000 He can't succeed in things like that.
00:33:55.000 Well, he didn't.
00:33:56.000 But his brother got one-third of a $1.5 billion housing contract, and his brother didn't know how to build houses.
00:34:06.000 And the third one is, of course, China, I'm sorry, Ukraine.
00:34:13.000 And in the Ukraine, he was sent there, number one, to fund them because they had gotten down to $800,000, I think, in their treasury.
00:34:21.000 And number two, to fight off the Russians and at least limit their gains and to deal with corruption.
00:34:30.000 Well, he didn't limit their gains because Obama and he refused to give them shooting weapons.
00:34:37.000 I mean, I describe it as they gave him slingshots to fight against the Russians, which only Obama could have thought of that.
00:34:46.000 So he failed in arming them properly.
00:34:49.000 It wasn't until President Trump came in that we actually gave them weapons, and they're doing better now.
00:34:56.000 So he would make these awful decisions.
00:35:00.000 I don't know if it's because he's dumb, stupid, or was he motivated by the huge amounts of money he was making from these governments who wanted him to go easy on them.
00:35:14.000 But I do know that there's nobody else in America where that question would be answered in the hypothetical.
00:35:23.000 You wouldn't look at this and say, oh, all that happened, and he's saying he didn't do it.
00:35:28.000 We're not going to investigate.
00:35:29.000 And if the 50% going to pop is true, then it's a violation of the emoluments clause, the same thing they tried to go after Trump for.
00:35:37.000 Oh!
00:35:38.000 For the hotels, which is ridiculous, of course.
00:35:41.000 But you have exactly what the founding fathers warned us against, which is an elected official in the executive branch getting money from a foreign government or a foreign adversary.
00:35:53.000 And so the last thing, Mr. Mayor, in the couple of seconds we have here, can you talk about how big tech has been trying to suppress this story, how they have been doing everything they possibly can to try to silence all of this discovery?
00:36:07.000 Oh, my God.
00:36:09.000 So I mean, it's the worst day for the First Amendment that I can ever remember.
00:36:14.000 I mean, this is a story of great significance.
00:36:21.000 Either way, if it's true, it demonstrates probably one of the biggest scandals we've ever had at the highest levels of several governments.
00:36:32.000 It indicates a systemic problem within the Obama administration.
00:36:37.000 And if it's not true, it indicates some kind of a malicious, horrible setup by someone.
00:36:46.000 But how you could fail to jump on top of it and investigate it is a complete dereliction of duty or an unwillingness to create problems for your favorite candidate.
00:36:58.000 And if that's the case, you don't belong in law enforcement.
00:37:01.000 You belong probably, you know, running a gin mill or a gambling operation.
00:37:07.000 Probably you shouldn't even be doing that because you do it illegally.
00:37:10.000 You're exactly right.
00:37:12.000 It is really disappointing how big tech has handled all this.
00:37:15.000 Well, Mr. Mayor, thank you for joining us today and thank you for the work you're doing.
00:37:20.000 And we'll keep our eyes peeled with more.
00:37:22.000 Charlie, thank you.
00:37:23.000 You know, I think you're doing God's work in bringing all those young people to our party because they keep thinking young people are all liberal in their role.
00:37:34.000 And I see you, I see you debating with them.
00:37:36.000 And it just really impresses me, Charlie.
00:37:39.000 Thank you.
00:37:40.000 Thank you.
00:37:40.000 Well, thank you, Mr. Mayor.
00:37:42.000 Keep up the great work.
00:37:43.000 We'll speak to you soon.
00:37:43.000 Thanks so much.
00:37:44.000 Thank you.
