00:02:07.000 Hey, everybody.
00:02:08.000 Welcome to this very special episode of the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:02:11.000 We are thrilled to be joined today by my friend Rudy Giuliani, former mayor of New York and a great American.
00:02:17.000 Mr. Mayor, how are you doing?
00:02:19.000 I'm doing fine, Charlie.
00:02:21.000 How about you?
00:02:21.000 Oh, I'm doing excellent.
00:02:22.000 I just want to commend you and compliment you on your heroic work the last couple weeks in fighting for voter integrity and election integrity.
00:02:32.000 Just give us an update.
00:02:34.000 How are things going?
00:02:35.000 You've been in Arizona and Michigan, all over the country, really revealing some incredible affidavits and instances of fraud.
00:02:45.000 How are things going from the front lines?
00:02:48.000 I think things are going very well.
00:02:49.000 You wouldn't know it because, of course, it doesn't get covered because it's covered up except by you and OAN and a couple of the honest meteor outlets.
00:02:58.000 But the fact is, we've now presented 50 or 60 witnesses.
00:03:03.000 We've presented them with about a thousand affidavits, all of which constitute evidence.
00:03:09.000 Most of it is firsthand eyewitness testimony of people seeing fraud being perpetrated.
00:03:17.000 Like in Arizona, we have people that saw a ballot for Biden entered eight or ten times and the one for Trump entered only once.
00:03:27.000 In Pennsylvania, over every single one of our observers was excluded sometimes by force, not just sometimes, a lot of times by force.
00:03:40.000 So they couldn't observe around 800,000 ballots, mail-in ballots that were being put in when we know that there's a problem with their mail-in ballots.
00:03:50.000 When you look at the final count in Pennsylvania, there are 700,000 more mail-in ballots than mail-in ballots that were returned.
00:04:00.000 So when you return a mail-in ballot, you match it with the serial number.
00:04:04.000 There are 700,000 mail-in ballots that are not matched with a serial number, which means they came out of the blue.
00:04:13.000 They fell down from heaven.
00:04:15.000 Maybe they were driven there from Beth Page, New York.
00:04:19.000 That is so powerful.
00:04:22.000 Evidence of fraud.
00:04:24.000 The cowardly legislators in Pennsylvania, the Republican leadership, is trying to avoid its constitutional responsibility to take over and to change the result to reflect who really won.
00:04:41.000 They have that obligation under the Constitution.
00:04:44.000 Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2, puts the finger of constitutional responsibility right on the state legislature, nobody else.
00:04:54.000 And some of our Republicans there are more than hiding under their desk.
00:04:58.000 It's pathetic to watch it.
00:05:01.000 And that's in Pennsylvania.
00:05:02.000 And also, we have suspicious activity from Republican Secretary of States, Republican governors across the country as well.
00:05:10.000 And if it wasn't for your, you know, dare I call it, an integrity road show, I think that the media would have completely not just ignored it, but they would have moved on fundamentally and categorically.
00:05:25.000 But what you guys have done a great job of doing is laying out the evidence, doing these extensive and thorough hearings with all the witnesses.
00:05:33.000 And I could tell you, Mr. Mayor, it might not be covered by the networks, but tens of millions of people are watching these hearings.
00:05:39.000 I know that.
00:05:40.000 I know that.
00:05:41.000 And it's a really exciting time to be able to look at how digital communication shows like ours are able to do that.
00:05:48.000 We've been broadcasting all of your hearings.
00:05:50.000 Can you talk about what we saw yesterday in Georgia?
00:05:53.000 A friend of mine was testifying alongside of you, Jackie Pick.
00:05:57.000 She's phenomenal.
00:05:58.000 Of course.
00:05:59.000 And I've known her for years.
00:06:01.000 Can you just reinforce what we saw in that video and the significance of that?
00:06:05.000 Because if that's not glaring evidence, I mean, oh my goodness.
00:06:09.000 I would say I prosecuted, you know, at oversaw 5,000.
00:06:13.000 I probably personally prosecuted close to 100.
00:06:17.000 I don't think I ever had evidence that good.
00:06:19.000 Maybe a bank robbery every once in a while.
00:06:21.000 I mean, it lays out the whole crime.
00:06:26.000 So the security cameras were on in the center all day.
00:06:32.000 I don't think they knew that.
00:06:33.000 That was done by the center.
00:06:35.000 So very quickly, what you see is when they start counting in the morning, before anybody gets there, a woman with blonde braided hair comes in with a group of boxes and puts them under a table that is then covered with a black cloth.
00:06:51.000 Very, very big table.
00:06:53.000 You know, a gigantic dining room size table or conference table.
00:06:59.000 A black blanket is put over it.
00:07:03.000 Behind it is a white blanket over either another table or maybe a bin that has votes in it.
00:07:10.000 It stays there from 8:30 on.
00:07:13.000 All day, people are walking around, walking around.
00:07:16.000 One of the things you can see, first of all, is the observers were a football field away from what they were observing.
00:07:24.000 So every vote observed that day wasn't observed.
00:07:28.000 So every vote counted that day has to be discounted.
00:07:32.000 They violated the law, which said you have to allow the public and the opposition to view the mail-in ballots.
00:07:41.000 If you just look at the video, you will see that the observers were, it looks to me like a football field away.
00:07:48.000 Maybe it's 80 yards, but they all testify one after another.
00:07:52.000 We couldn't see it even with binoculars.
00:07:54.000 Well, that wasn't good enough for them.
00:07:56.000 At about 11 o'clock, they announced that they were finished for the day.
00:08:01.000 And a lot of the Democrats left.
00:08:04.000 All the Republicans left.
00:08:06.000 And eventually all the press left.
00:08:08.000 They waited for that to happen.
00:08:11.000 You can see it on the tape.
00:08:12.000 They check it out to make sure there's nobody around.
00:08:14.000 They lock up the doors.
00:08:16.000 And right out of a Pierce Brosnin movie for a bank heist, I mean, the woman who first brought in the ballots goes under the table and pulls out the first group of ballots.
00:08:30.000 And she rushes over to a counting station and she hands it to another woman at the counting station.
00:08:35.000 She goes back, she gets another group of ballots.
00:08:38.000 She goes to another counting station.
00:08:40.000 She's followed by another woman who takes out another, and finally by a man in a red shirt.
00:08:45.000 And they're there at the counting station, and it's obvious what they're doing.
00:08:50.000 They're telling the people to rush just in case somebody comes in.
00:08:54.000 So we calculate, we tried to do the arithmetic as best we could.
00:08:58.000 We calculate that the minimum number of ballots that were counted that way, it's like 6,000 ballots in two hours, five machines, 30,000 fraudulent votes.
00:09:10.000 Charlie, that's enough to change the election.
00:09:12.000 You don't need any more than that tape to change the election.
00:09:13.000 The whole state.
00:09:14.000 I mean, those ballots are clearly being counted fraudulently by Democratic office holders.
00:09:22.000 That 6,000 under the law of Georgia or anybody else's law should be deducted from the Democratic count.
00:09:29.000 And they lose 30,000 votes.
00:09:34.000 That's not to mention 196,000 votes that they counted of mail ballots that were never returned.
00:09:42.000 So when you return a mail ballot, you check the serial number and you say, oh, mail ballot return.
00:09:48.000 Check, check, check.
00:09:49.000 There are 96,000 mail ballots voted where there is no indication they were ever returned.
00:09:56.000 Those 30,000 are probably part of that, as well as the ones they would slip in, and then the ones they would double and triple count, which was also observed.
00:10:05.000 Now, unlike Pennsylvania, my sense of the legislature in Georgia was real anger, even a little bit on the Democrat side.
00:10:15.000 So I am hopeful that the legislature may take it over.
00:10:20.000 They may take this over and exercise their ultimate responsibility under the Constitution, make findings of fact, and award the state to Donald Trump, who won it.
00:10:31.000 And that doesn't even count the signature verification issues, the voter registration problems, the out-of-state voters.
00:10:38.000 We're just talking about this one thing of discovery.
00:10:41.000 I had a couple questions on that.
00:10:43.000 First of all, how did you guys get this footage?
00:10:46.000 And why is it you and your team that you're doing?
00:10:48.000 It's very lucky.
00:10:49.000 We were.
00:10:50.000 Yeah, go ahead.
00:10:50.000 I can't exactly tell you who the in-between person was, but we were informed that the center keeps its own video cam.
00:10:59.000 You know, they have it there when games are on.
00:11:01.000 They have it.
00:11:02.000 And basically, we asked if it was turned off during the process.
00:11:08.000 And the answer was no, it goes 24 hours a day.
00:11:12.000 So, I mean, it sounds like it was a bit of an oversight by the crooks.
00:11:16.000 I mean, you know, Charlie, I've caught a lot of crooks, and they always make a mistake, no matter how smart they think they are.
00:11:22.000 But this is a smoking gun tape.
00:11:25.000 You see the woman bring the ballots in, you see her hide them, they go through a whole phony day of counting ballots.
00:11:31.000 As soon as they get everybody out, they lock up the doors, they pull out the phony ballots, and then if you look at the vote count, he goes up 176,000 votes.
00:11:43.000 Biden does.
00:11:47.000 Has this election cycle gotten you stressed out, worn down?
00:11:50.000 If so, time to bounce back.
00:11:51.000 What's the number one mineral to fight stress and fatigue?
00:11:54.000 Magnesium.
00:11:55.000 I want you to try a new dietary supplement, a veggie capsules of meat called Magnesium Breakthrough from my friends of the show, Buy Optimizers.
00:12:04.000 This is the magnesium supplement I recommend because it combines all seven essential forms of magnesium into one convenient daily dosage.
00:12:11.000 Most magnesium supplements fail because they are not full spectrum.

00:12:52.000 Here's where I'm confused or frustrated and angry.
00:12:56.000 Your team's able to get this, but where is the Georgia Attorney General, the Secretary of State, or the FBI?
00:13:03.000 I mean, it is the most clear and convincing evidence that I've seen who's being deposed, who is being investigated.
00:13:09.000 I mean, this is our elections.
00:13:11.000 This is worse than a bank robbery.
00:13:13.000 They're not stealing money.
00:13:14.000 They're stealing our election.
00:13:16.000 Gosh, I was there with several former law enforcement people from Georgia, from Florida, and from New York.
00:13:23.000 And all of us left that day completely shocked that the FBI hadn't issued a subpoena already.
00:13:28.000 My goodness, they subpoenaed Roger Stone at 5 o'clock in the morning and raided his house.
00:13:34.000 They subpoenaed Michael Cohen at 4 o'clock in the morning.
00:13:38.000 They subpoenaed Manafort, ripped their houses apart, ripped their law offices apart.
00:13:44.000 They didn't bother to go to the Fulton County Democratic office and rip it all apart.
00:13:49.000 See what, I mean, it's possible the evidence is gone.
00:13:52.000 They sure as hell has given them auto time, but they may have left something behind.
00:13:57.000 I mean, all those machines should be impounded.
00:14:01.000 All those extra machines where they're communicating should be taken.
00:14:05.000 All their cell phones should be taken.
00:14:08.000 Nothing, zero.
00:14:10.000 You look at that tape and you are a professional law enforcement officer.
00:14:14.000 You know a serious crime is being committed.
00:14:16.000 It's like watching a bank.
00:14:18.000 It's like watching five people in a bank.
00:14:21.000 Everybody leaves for the day.
00:14:23.000 They lock the door.
00:14:24.000 They blow open the safe and they take the money.
00:14:28.000 It's not much, it's not much different than that, Charlie.
00:14:33.000 So is Kemp and Raffensperger, are they agreeing with you?
00:14:37.000 Kemp sent out a statement.
00:14:38.000 I have seen a tone shift where all of a sudden previously they thought their elections were perfect and wonderful, but now their fraud is being exposed.
00:14:49.000 His statement was okay, but it was about as tepid and as timid as it could be.
00:14:56.000 I mean, there may be something wrong.
00:14:58.000 Come on, pal.
00:14:59.000 Don't you have eyes?
00:15:02.000 They hid away votes, got rid of the press, got rid of the Republicans and the Democrats, counted the votes, and it amounts to 30,000 illegal votes.
00:15:12.000 Election over.
00:15:13.000 Now you want to do the rest?
00:15:14.000 Do the rest.
00:15:16.000 And we had Professor Eastman testify, who was brilliant.
00:15:20.000 Professor Eastman taught them constitutional law.
00:15:23.000 Professor Eastman said the founding fathers already have thought about this question, as they did almost every question.
00:15:30.000 And he said the finger of responsibility here, sometimes it's in different places.
00:15:35.000 The finger of responsibility here is on the state legislature.
00:15:38.000 Under Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution, it's the legislature who has the sole responsibility for conducting presidential electoral elections.
00:15:48.000 They have what is called in the Supreme Court, most recent Supreme Court case, plenary power.
00:15:55.000 They can take it back anytime they want.
00:15:57.000 They can take it over anytime they want.
00:15:59.000 And what he said in the case of suspected fraud, that's exactly when they're supposed to take it over.
00:16:04.000 So he told them, you don't even need a special session because you're being governed by the U.S. Constitution, not the state constitution.
00:16:13.000 The governor has no right to call you or not call you.
00:16:16.000 The Constitution gave the governor no role in this.
00:16:19.000 They could call their own session.
00:16:21.000 They could hold hearings.
00:16:23.000 And they could decide we found fraud in this election, and we are awarding the delegates to Trump or actually not certify if they feel they can't get there.
00:16:35.000 But I think in this particular case, the evidence is pretty clear.
00:16:38.000 We also, on this very good day, we had a crazy decision in Pennsylvania where the leadership has basically refused to go any further.
00:16:48.000 I know the members of the Pennsylvania legislature, the Republican members, are convinced that that election was stolen in Pennsylvania.
00:16:57.000 We have the most evidence in Pennsylvania and in Michigan.
00:17:03.000 There's something wrong with our leadership in that state.
00:17:06.000 I went to see them.
00:17:07.000 I laid out the evidence for them.
00:17:09.000 I proved to them in five different ways how the case was stolen in Pennsylvania.
00:17:15.000 And then they just put out this terse statement: we're not going to get involved in it.
00:17:20.000 It's like, oh my God, you're asking us to exercise a constitutional responsibility.
00:17:26.000 We may get criticized.
00:17:28.000 I don't know where we find these people, Charlie.
00:17:30.000 Not where we found our patriots in the past.
00:17:32.000 Yeah, no kidding.
00:17:34.000 And you have been on top of the Arizona example as well.
00:17:37.000 And Wisconsin.
00:17:38.000 I'm convinced, Mr. Mayor, that what you caught on tape in Atlanta in Georgia is the missing piece.
00:17:45.000 It's the Zapruder film, if you will, of this entire kind of network, because I think that was duplicated all across the country.
00:17:55.000 The only difference it was is that they didn't have cameras in Wisconsin.
00:18:00.000 Well, we're still looking.
00:18:01.000 Look, also, the interesting thing, Charlie, is it all happens at about the same time.
00:18:06.000 In the middle of the night, about three o'clock, there's 180,000 boosts for Biden.
00:18:11.000 It's something like 180,000 votes for Biden, about 4,000 votes for Trump, 80,000 for Biden, and 4,000 for Trump.
00:18:20.000 Very similar thing at the same time in Michigan when a truck comes in, three trucks come in with ballots and garbage pails, and they get counted, and he takes a bump of 140,000.
00:18:34.000 Very similar in Pennsylvania.
00:18:37.000 So this was coordinated.
00:18:41.000 The mail ballot debacle was their fallback for how to steal this election.
00:18:48.000 Yes.
00:18:49.000 And they got caught because they were surprised at the big margins they had to overcome, particularly in Pennsylvania.
00:18:56.000 They never expected to be behind by 800,000 votes.
00:19:01.000 You've got to steal a lot of votes to make up for 800,000.
00:19:04.000 And just in case you think I'm crazy, let me tell you about Pennsylvania.
00:19:08.000 Pennsylvania has counted 700,000 more mail-in ballots than they sent out.
00:19:16.000 How's that possible?
00:19:17.000 Unless you're making them up.
00:19:18.000 It's unbelievable.
00:19:20.000 And these idiots who run it, these cowardly Republicans, hands are shaking about doing something about it.
00:19:26.000 I mean, how long do you think it would have taken Democrats to act on this?
00:19:30.000 Jeez.
00:19:31.000 And so, Mr. Mayor, we're in touch with hundreds of thousands of grassroots patriots.
00:19:38.000 You know, we're on radio stations across the country.
00:19:40.000 A lot of people are feeling not just outraged, they want to do something.
00:19:46.000 And they're wondering what party is the Republican Party anymore.
00:19:51.000 It seems as if it's you, it's Jenna Ellis, and a couple others here that are keeping this.
00:19:56.000 Oh, my goodness, you know.
00:19:57.000 Please, I would tell you, Charlie, we've got a lot of support, even in the legislature.
00:20:03.000 The members, I think, if these leaders would let them loose, we win.
00:20:10.000 The members are as outraged as Republicans nationwide.
00:20:15.000 And if I were to do something, I would flood their offices like Cutler in Pennsylvania and Bowers, the speaker in Arizona.
00:20:26.000 I would flood them with letters saying, you know, we don't want you to do anything wrong, but we also don't want you to get taken advantage of by crooked Democrats, which is what is happening right now.
00:20:37.000 That's right.
00:20:37.000 Because you're afraid that people are going to be mean to you.
00:20:42.000 I mean, that's so ridiculous.
00:20:45.000 People are mean to me, but if I do the right thing, I can wake up in the morning and feel good about myself.
00:20:51.000 Well, and Mr. Mayor, you brought New York through an unspeakable tragedy heroically.
00:20:58.000 You were involved in locking up the five crime families and their affiliates.
00:21:03.000 You know, crimes when you see it.
00:21:05.000 And what you see here, and just based on my own independent analysis, this looks like an organized criminal network that was in place.
00:21:14.000 And the only reason they got caught is because of the margins, as you mentioned.
00:21:19.000 And they got desperate.
00:21:20.000 100%.
00:21:22.000 Exactly right.
00:21:23.000 This was their backup plan.
00:21:24.000 This is what Hillary meant when she said, don't concede no matter what.
00:21:30.000 I mean, no matter even if you're 13 points behind in Pennsylvania and 800,000 votes behind in Pennsylvania, don't concede Pennsylvania.
00:21:41.000 And the networks are in on it because they wouldn't call states because the networks knew that the phony votes were coming.
00:21:48.000 That's right.
00:21:49.000 And that's why all of a sudden we had this very almost filibustered press coverage on election night.
00:21:55.000 It felt as if no one wanted to call states very early.
00:21:59.000 They were putting on very unusual guests, but the states they were calling early was Arizona almost instantaneously when we've already seen the fraud and we've seen how much nonsense there is around that.
00:22:10.000 So, Mr. Mayor.
00:22:11.000 Arizona was a 10,000-vote state.
00:22:14.000 How could you call it early?
00:22:15.000 No, that's being dishonest.
00:22:18.000 It's ridiculous.
00:22:18.000 Which they are.
00:22:24.000 It's hard to believe, but Christmas is exactly three weeks away from today.
00:22:29.000 Geez, that happened quick.
00:22:31.000 So you'll probably spend much of this weekend putting up all your decorations and shopping for those last-minute gifts so you can ship them in time for Christmas.
00:22:38.000 It's a very big job, but not as big as what's facing Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree team as they put the finishing touches on arrangements to make Christmas very special for For over 300,000 angel tree kids who have a mom or dad in prison.
00:22:55.000 People like this angel tree volunteer in South Carolina are already hard at work because they know every prisoner's child deserves to experience the love of Jesus on December 25th.
00:23:08.000 Well, it will be one to remember.
00:23:10.000 And it's just three weeks away from today.
00:23:13.000 So before the weekend starts, I need you to please go right now to charliekirk.com and click on the Angel Tree banner or call the phone number 888-206-2802.
00:23:25.000 And please make your most generous gift you can so we can get each boy or girl a specially selected present, a personalized letter from their mom or dad in prison, and a beautiful new Bible for $220, which blesses 10 kids with all that joy.
00:23:42.000 For just $22, you can bless one child.
00:23:44.000 Again, go to charliekirk.com and click on that Angel Tree banner or phone in 888-206-2802 to make this Christmas special for a prisoner's child right here in America.
00:23:58.000 And so, Mr. Mayor, I want to be respectful of your time because you're fighting like crazy on this, but we're an action-based program because we have activists that watch this program.
00:24:08.000 What can people do?
00:24:10.000 And can you outline and make the argument that this is not over because there are people that are telling people to stop fighting on this, which we do not endorse?
00:24:18.000 We actually believe the opposite.
00:24:20.000 You are absolutely right.
00:24:21.000 And this has become now a political process in the highest sense of the term, as well as a legal process.
00:24:29.000 The Constitution gives us the answer.
00:24:31.000 The Constitution says in disputes like this, the state legislature is the sole arbiter, has plenary power to take the evidence and make a decision.
00:24:41.000 And we should put these people on the spot.
00:24:43.000 These are mostly Republican legislators.
00:24:46.000 We have overwhelming evidence.
00:24:49.000 They should be written to.
00:24:51.000 They should be told that if they're worried about being treated poorly by Democrats, if they don't make the right decision, we don't want them to make the wrong decision, but if they don't make the right decision, there's going to be a real, real problem within the Republican Party for them.
00:25:08.000 I mean, we don't expect anybody to cheat for us, but we don't expect anybody, any Republican, to turn their back on cheating because they're cowards.
00:25:16.000 They should get the heck out of the party if they're like that.
00:25:18.000 That's right.
00:25:19.000 And we definitely.
00:25:20.000 They should be told that.
00:25:21.000 They should be told we're watching very carefully.
00:25:25.000 You tell me, I'll get you the names of all these people, but you tell me, Bruce Cullard, he's the one in Pennsylvania who wasn't even terribly nice to the president.
00:25:34.000 And he's got 849,770 ballots that were secretly put in the ballot box.
00:25:45.000 Unbelievable.
00:25:47.000 That's a heck of a number.
00:25:49.000 800 and 70.
00:25:51.000 And there are 45 witnesses to that.
00:25:54.000 And there's him, not even a witness here, because he wasn't there.
00:25:58.000 He doesn't know if it happened or not.
00:25:59.000 Why do you not believe that the 40 or 50 witnesses who are not only Republicans, some Democrats, and some even employees of Dominion?
00:26:11.000 What gives him the it's not true?
00:26:15.000 Well, first of all, it smells like it's true.
00:26:18.000 It looks like it's true.
00:26:21.000 And you got witnesses who say it's true.
00:26:23.000 Where do you come off saying it's not true?
00:26:26.000 And you're a Republican.
00:26:28.000 Gosh, I don't know where we found these people, Charlie.
00:26:33.000 If we had them around during the Revolution, it would have been real different, unfortunately.
00:26:37.000 Yeah, they would have been on the other side of the conflict, I'm afraid.
00:26:41.000 They were hiding in their houses.
00:26:42.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:26:44.000 So, Mr. Mayor, there's been some controversy in the last couple days of people that want to fight for voter integrity that you and I believe in, but they're calling for disengagement in the Georgia runoffs.
00:26:55.000 I do not have that opinion that people should boycott the Georgia runoffs.
00:26:59.000 What's your opinion on that?
00:27:00.000 No, no, no, no.
00:27:01.000 These are two different things.
00:27:02.000 And, you know, we have to look at the good of the country.
00:27:05.000 We need a Republican Senate with President Trump, even more, God forbid, without him.
00:27:12.000 So that has to be separated.
00:27:13.000 I know emotions run high here.
00:27:16.000 And I know the Republicans in Georgia, particularly now, having seen this, it looks like a bank heist theft.
00:27:23.000 You know, it looks like something out of a Piers Brosnan movie.
00:27:26.000 It's so clearly, so clearly dishonest and fraudulent.
00:27:30.000 And they were so clearly stealing ballots.
00:27:32.000 And I think people in Georgia are, you know, off the wall, particularly Republicans.
00:27:37.000 But they got to trust in the fact that both are going to work.
00:27:41.000 I believe the Georgia legislature is going to vote this down.
00:27:45.000 I got a very good sense from the Georgia legislators.
00:27:48.000 They're not like Pennsylvania.
00:27:50.000 I mean, Pennsylvania had some really good men who wanted to do this, and they're kind of being punished now by the people at the top.
00:27:57.000 But in Georgia, the leadership seems to have a lot more courage.
00:28:01.000 So I would, first of all, make sure that we get these votes counted properly.
00:28:06.000 And two, let's make sure we have a Republican Senate.
00:28:09.000 We got to save our country.
00:28:11.000 You can do two things at once.
00:28:14.000 So the final question I have, Mr. Mayor, is what is that?
00:28:18.000 What does that process look like?
00:28:20.000 The Georgia legislature meets.
00:28:21.000 How many votes do they need?
00:28:22.000 Who do we need to pressure?
00:28:24.000 Who do we need to?
00:28:25.000 We got to pressure each of the speaker and the majority leader of the lower house and the upper house in each legislature.
00:28:32.000 They're the ones who have the power.
00:28:34.000 You don't even need the governor to call a special session since this is a federal constitutional power given to the legislature by the Constitution.
00:28:42.000 The governor can't interfere with it.
00:28:44.000 They don't need him to call a special session because he has no role in this.
00:28:48.000 They can call their own special session.
00:28:50.000 They can hear witnesses and they can make a vote and decide what's the legitimate count.
00:28:57.000 And then a ward elect is based on that.
00:29:00.000 That's what each one of these six, these six legislatures should do, including Pennsylvania, should go back and reconsider.
00:29:09.000 Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Nevada.
00:29:13.000 Each one of them are in varying stages of it.
00:29:15.000 Each one of them now has more than enough evidence to show way more ballots that were fraudulent than decided the election or then separated the two candidates.
00:29:26.000 And all the fraud is by the Democrats.
00:29:28.000 There hasn't even been a single allegation of fraud by a Republican.
00:29:32.000 That's pretty strange.
00:29:35.000 We wouldn't do that, and we wouldn't tolerate it within our ranks.
00:29:38.000 And so, Mr. Mayor, I want to just say again, thank you for what you're doing for our country.
00:29:43.000 Thank you.
00:29:44.000 And please tell them to get on their legislatures.
00:29:46.000 Pennsylvania, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Nevada, they can save the country.
00:29:52.000 I completely agree.
00:29:53.000 And they would be doing the right thing.
00:29:55.000 That's right.
00:29:56.000 And Mr. Mayor, just know when you're talking, people are listening.
00:30:00.000 Keep these hearings up and just keep the pressure on.
00:30:03.000 And we are behind you.
00:30:05.000 And this is, like you said, it's a bank heist.
00:30:08.000 I feel like we're watching the movie Inside Man.
00:30:10.000 Yeah, doesn't it look like that?
00:30:11.000 Wow.
00:30:14.000 They told us what they were going to do.
00:30:16.000 They pulled it off.
00:30:17.000 And now it's time to really hold these people accountable.
00:30:21.000 And so, Mr. Mayor, God bless you.
00:30:22.000 Thank you for all you're doing for our country.
00:30:24.000 Thank you for all your help, Charlie.
00:30:25.000 Encourage.
