00:02:47.000 Well, the latest polling out of 538, which skews to be liberal Democratic, says that 53% of voters disapprove of Joe Biden and 41% approve.

00:03:02.000 53% of Biden people approved of Joe Biden, and it went down, as to say, only 35% disproved.

00:03:18.000 So you're starting to see the people flee from Joe Biden, but that's not it.
00:03:23.000 Breaking today, Jen Psaki, the liar, deceitful, good-for-nothing press secretary of the United States, is retiring.

00:04:35.000 They're bringing people into the grand jury.
00:04:37.000 They're issuing subpoenas.
00:04:38.000 And I would expect, as Evan reported, they're now gaining steam and they need to make a decision, I think, in the at least intermediate future.
00:04:45.000 This case has been going on for four years, and there is a realistic chance this could result in federal charges.
00:04:51.000 Of course, then we'd be in unprecedented political territory, not legal territory, but a situation of having potentially the Justice Department prosecuting and trying to imprison the son of the president.
00:05:03.000 So I'm far too cynical to believe that all of a sudden they found all this evidence and now they're going after Hunter Biden.

00:05:57.000 Hunter Biden just happens to be the son of a president who's no longer popular and really is showing no signs of being able to bring this presidency back to life.
00:06:09.000 And so, for example, the regime, the legal machine that runs our country, the DOJ, they never seriously investigated Hillary Clinton or Bill Clinton.
00:06:20.000 They threatened doing that with the Clinton Foundation in Arkansas, but you didn't really hear much about that, did you?

00:06:55.000 In fact, I would love to see the 72 Hours in South Carolina documentary, the great press story no one ever talks about, where the entire presidential race and the presidency as we know it changed in 72 hours, where Joe Biden went from fifth in the race to the frontrunner overnight, where the entire race reset, where Iowa didn't matter where Joe Biden finished like fifth or sixth, New Hampshire didn't matter where he finished fifth.

00:15:04.000 You're trying to tell me where in April right now we have a president with a 40% approval rating.

00:15:11.000 They're fielding great candidates.
00:15:13.000 They're on message, and 70% of voters blame Biden for high gas prices.

00:15:20.000 They're starting to be kind of a collective freak out.

00:15:27.000 Yeah, every Democrat is breaking glass right now.

00:15:32.000 So now the cooler heads need to prevail, and the smooth-talking political operative, the community organizing, the former head of the Tomb Gang, Barry Sotero, comes in front and center.

00:19:47.000 All right, so Jennifer, tell us about this project and how our listeners can support.
00:19:52.000 So the Women's Bill of Rights is a very simple document that, if passed into law, would codify our common sense understanding of terms like woman and female and male and mother, father, things of that nature.
00:20:08.000 And it would basically also codify current Supreme Court jurisprudence on sex discrimination.
00:20:18.000 And so it wouldn't change anything.
00:20:21.000 It's not a big revolutionary document.
00:20:23.000 It's a common sense document that, frankly, five years ago, I didn't think we needed.
00:20:29.000 But apparently, there's some confusion today about what some of these basic terms mean.
00:20:35.000 And if we don't codify these terms, people are going to manipulate them and use them in unintended ways.
00:20:44.000 So can you just talk more about the model legislation?
00:20:47.000 This doesn't seem very controversial, but of course, people are going to push back against this.
00:20:51.000 I wouldn't be surprised.
00:20:52.000 So walk us through what this would look like.
00:20:56.000 And would the feminists potentially be like the NARAL and all these other organizations? 0.99

00:21:04.000 Or is this something that unfortunately will become unnecessarily politicized?
00:21:08.000 Well, they should be because there's nothing political about it.
00:21:12.000 It is a document that we actually worked together with a radical feminist group called Wolf, the Women's Liberation Front.
00:21:20.000 We worked with them.
00:21:21.000 We worked with Concerned Women for America.
00:21:23.000 We worked with women's groups from all over the political spectrum to come together and put forward this very basic declaration of what it means to be a woman, what the term sex means, means either male or female, one of two biological sexes, not gender, not gender identity.
00:21:46.000 And, you know, it's not, it shouldn't be controversial.
00:21:51.000 Anybody should be able to support this because, frankly, it doesn't mean that you support any particular policy.
00:21:59.000 It just means that we are speaking the same language.
00:22:03.000 So we can't talk about sex.
00:22:05.000 We can't talk about gender.
00:22:07.000 We can't talk about sex discrimination if we're not on the same page and we're speaking a different language.
00:22:13.000 So anybody should be able to support this.
00:22:15.000 If you don't support, that tells us, well, that tells us something pretty significant, doesn't it?
00:22:21.000 Well, yeah, I mean, that's kind of where we're at.
00:22:23.000 So how would you respond to, because there's this looming movement, I was just at University of Arkansas of all places where a feminist came up and the feminists said, listen, a woman is anyone who wants to be a woman. 0.99

00:24:50.000 But our anti-discrimination laws are set up to prohibit unfair discrimination on the basis of sex.

00:25:01.000 The words and laws mean something.
00:25:03.000 And when Congress passed that statute, those, well, many statutes, right?
00:25:08.000 The employment, education, whatever.
00:25:10.000 But when those statutes were passed, the word sex did and still does mean something very specific.

00:25:19.000 It refers to one of two biological sexes.
00:25:23.000 And you can't just change that by waving a magic wand.
00:25:28.000 If you want Congress to pass a statute that protects other categories, then you can ask your congressman or senator to introduce such a law.

00:25:39.000 It's called the Equality Act.
00:25:41.000 And we can have a debate about whether anti-discrimination laws should protect those categories.
00:25:47.000 But we have to be transparent about it.
00:25:50.000 And we have to at least acknowledge that those other categories, gender and gender identity, sometimes conflict with biological categories.
00:26:01.000 And we have to at least ask our lawmakers to consider whether they want to make those trade-offs, whether they want to protect one group of people at the expense of another, in this case, women. 0.98
