00:00:35.000That is tpusa.com/slash book to get my latest book for 50% off, The College Scam.
00:00:43.000If you live in Phoenix, Arizona, would like to hear from Steve Bannon, James Lindsay, Michael O'Fallon, and yours truly, go to tpusa.com/slash reset, as well as a very big guest that will be coming.
00:01:34.000He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:40.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:07.000He is leading the charge against the WHO.
00:02:10.000He has some news to share and a call to action for all of you against the Chinese Communist Party purchased asset known as the World Health Organization.
00:02:27.000The WHO is conducting what I think is a charade and an attempt to create propaganda under the guise of a public comment period about their quote-unquote pandemic treaty negotiations.
00:02:45.000Unbeknownst to most people in the world, every nation has delegates to the WHO, and they've been given instructions to submit proposals for this international pandemic treaty by September 15th.
00:03:02.000They've also been instructed to submit proposals for amendments to the international health regulations by September 30th.
00:03:11.000The WHO is going to be having a meeting on the last two days of September 29th and 30th.
00:03:20.000And what they've concocted is starting on this past Friday, Saturday, Sunday, today, ending tomorrow at 8 a.m. Eastern, I'm sorry, 8 a.m. Pacific time.
00:03:32.000So there's only about 21 or 22 hours left.
00:03:36.000They're asking people around the world to submit 90-second videos.
00:03:41.000Your opinion about what the WHO should or should not do.
00:03:52.000For an audience in the United States, that's obviously early morning tomorrow.
00:03:56.000So there's less than a day for people to do this.
00:03:59.000Now, arguably, in my opinion, this is a psychological operation masquerading as a public comment period.
00:04:10.000They're asking everyone for their identification.
00:04:13.000You have to hold it up to the screen and have it be identified.
00:04:17.000And so right off the bat, that turns off a lot of people who don't want to participate in something like that, which filters out opinions that may be different than what the WHO would like to hear.
00:04:31.000And then they've said they're going to curate whatever it is they do receive into essentially a mixtape.
00:04:39.000They're going to make two, three-hour compilation videos, which would ultimately have 240 people from the entire world.
00:04:50.000That's just not how public comment works.
00:04:54.000You don't get to curate public comment.
00:04:56.000So what I've asked everyone to do is go to screwthewho.com, which you just put up on the screen, screwthewho.com, and submit your videos there.
00:05:07.000I'm not going to stop taking videos from people who have something to say.
00:05:12.000Post them up on your favorite video platform and send me the link, and we'll do everything we can to get everybody's voices heard.
00:05:20.000Let's look at an example, the great Steve Kirsch PlayCut 34.
00:05:24.000In my opinion, the biggest mistake that world leaders have made is allowing and in some cases actively encouraging the censorship of qualified scientists who hold opposing views.
00:05:37.000Now, never before in history have we resolved differences by intimidating and censoring those with opposing views.
00:05:45.000Millions of lives could have been saved, and the lockdowns and other mitigation measures would have been completely unnecessary.
00:05:53.000Centralizing control in a single organization would compound these mistakes and should be avoided at all costs.
00:06:02.000So, James, that's all it's going to take, right?
00:06:27.000Charlie, you know, I encourage you, do a show and talk about this and say everything that you want to say because everyone's voices should be heard, not limited to 90 seconds and not limited to a specific topic and not curated and kicked out if it is something that they didn't like to say.
00:06:46.000My personal favorite is one that you can't play on your show from Dr. Ben Marble.
00:06:50.000You know, I encourage everyone to realize that this is a sham of a public comment period.
00:06:58.000Back in April, we, with five days' notice, got 36,000 people.
00:07:05.000They were doing written comments in April as well as live Zoom meeting.
00:07:14.000And the WHO did admit that the majority of those comments said, we don't want the WHO to negotiate any kind of legally binding international agreement.
00:07:28.000Well, they just responded to that by canceling the public comment period that was scheduled in June.
00:07:35.000And so they are just absolutely breaking all of the rules that were put into place in the WHO Constitution when it was founded in 1948.
00:07:47.000They absolutely do not listen to regular old people like you and I.
00:07:52.000They have a list of what they refer to as relevant stakeholders.
00:07:56.000There's nearly 400 organizations that will get a chance to be at the meeting and meet in the committees and speak before the assembly, a group of people.
00:08:07.000They get to input their information via an electronic portal.
00:08:11.000And we're cast off to the side with a couple of days' notice to limit our speech to 90 seconds.
00:08:18.000And only in certain languages, and think about it, half of the world doesn't have internet access.
00:08:25.000So half of the world doesn't have the slightest chance of commenting, let alone why in the world would anybody know?
00:08:32.000Because they just sneak it on their website a couple of days before.
00:09:41.000They went absolutely dark the second two.
00:09:44.000And then at the end of the day on that Thursday in July, they had a half-hour meeting where they proudly proclaimed how transparent they were because they were telling everyone that they had made a decision in secret.
00:09:59.000And they were now going to tell you what decision they had made, which was that, yes, they want this treaty to be a legally binding international instrument.
00:10:08.000Is this all an attempt for global control to basically supersede national sovereignty?
00:10:19.000Currently, the WHO can, under Article 23, make recommendations.
00:10:24.000If they had all of the authority they wanted and needed, why would they be negotiating for global governance in this working draft of their pandemic treaty?
00:10:45.000And by the way, I just want to kind of remind people about how corrupt they are, about how bad they are at their own job, the World Health Organization.
00:10:53.000And again, we have here a copy of COVID-19, The Great Reset, the book that Klaus Schwab wrote.
00:10:59.000It's all laced with that very same sort of themes that the World Economic Forum talks about.
00:11:05.000There is a global game taking place, everybody, a global game.
00:11:12.000Right now, Bank of America has just lowered its 2022 forecast for the SP 500 by a whopping 900 points to 3,600.
00:11:22.000Saying we're headed for a recession this year, it said the new year target is the lowest on the street.
00:11:27.000This is not good news for those of you stuck in equities or anything tied to stock markets.
00:11:31.000I know thousands of people who have put their trust in Noble Gold to prevent losing money and the financial storm that is brewing.
00:11:38.000You can join them by calling their expert team.
00:11:40.000Noble Gold has recently voted the number one gold company in the country by consumer affairs.
00:11:44.000No call centers, no scripted response, no bull, just a straight, honest run through options so you can decide.
00:11:50.000And by the way, they're giving away a beautiful one-tenth of an ounce gold American Eagle coin with every qualifying IRA or 401k rollover this month.
00:12:11.000So, James, explain how this is an agenda to try and erode national sovereignty and the individual directive to be able to choose the type of government you want to live under.
00:12:23.000On page 17 of their working draft of their proposed pandemic treaty, it essentially says that the governance for the treaty would reside in the WHO.
00:12:58.000You're going to be going through the great reset book.
00:13:01.000I'm sure you know that the language that they use sounds so wonderful, but it's designed to hide what it really means.
00:13:08.000One Health is essentially code for control of every aspect of society, not just human health, but animal health, meaning your pets and domestic farm animals and wild animals, which means they control everything to do with land.
00:13:24.000They want to control farming and plant life and the environment.
00:13:30.000It really literally is they want to take control of the world, and they want our delegates to the WHO to voluntarily sign away that sovereignty, that authority, that control.
00:13:43.000And so if you're sleepwalking into this, and our delegates most certainly are, you can go around the world and ask anybody, do you know who your delegation is to the WHO?
00:13:55.000The vast majority of people have no idea because it's very well hidden.
00:14:02.000You don't get to vote for the people who go and represent the United States there.
00:14:05.000And my question is, you know, have they actually been authorized to negotiate giving away our sovereignty?
00:14:12.000There's supposed to be paperwork and documentation from the Secretary of State through a delegation of authority letter to whomever it is that's doing this negotiation saying, oh, yeah, by all means, you know, give away power and control, you know, to Tedros Cabratius, the dictator general of the World Health Organization.
00:14:31.000They clearly do not have the authority they want under Article 23 of the WHO Constitution.
00:14:45.000And with their hypnosis and the media and propaganda, anytime the WHO says something, it somehow gets misinterpreted into people's minds as if it's some kind of obligation.
00:15:12.000If the WHO says something, it's more likely to be implemented as policy.
00:15:18.000And the CDC and the FDA and all of the other ones.
00:15:22.000And so what's going on right now at this moment for the next 20 or so hours is the tail end of their, quite frankly, fake public comment period.
00:15:35.000And so all I try to do, Charlie, and thank you for the opportunity is I go digging into the weeds.
00:15:42.000I see what they're up to, what they're doing.
00:15:44.000I try to make it so that people can get up to speed a little bit.
00:15:47.000There are multiple, multiple samples of videos.
00:15:51.000You played one from Steve Kirsch on screwthewho.com.
00:15:56.000If you just go watch what some other prominent and some regular people have already said about what their opinion of the WHO is, you will learn quite a lot.
00:17:29.000You'll save $250 off a three-month emergency food kit from MyPatriot Supply, the nation's largest preparedness company.
00:17:37.000They want to make it as affordable as possible for Americans to prepare for what's coming.
00:17:41.000So they're knocking $250 off the price of this three-month kit, which provides delicious, easy-to-make meals you'll be glad you'll have when grocery store shelves are suddenly empty, which seems like it's going to happen sometime soon.
00:17:55.000At $250 off, this is the lowest price they've offered since 2019, and it might not be offered again.
00:18:49.000And we're going to talk about that and the significance of it because the media doesn't like talking about how the Trump supporter was the one that was murdered by the police officer on January 6th.
00:19:02.000With us right now is the mother of Ashley Babbitt.
00:19:07.000And the website to help support the effort and also to end political prisoners in America is the number four, Ashley, and Ashley is spelt ASHLI.com.
00:19:20.000Mickey, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:19:24.000So, Mickey, walk us through first and foremost what happened on January 6th.
00:19:29.000I know it could be uncomfortable for you to retell this story, but our audience needs to remember it, and we'll go from there.
00:19:36.000Well, on the 6th of January, Ashley went to Washington, D.C. to stand in solidarity with the other 2 million people that were there to redress her government in the stolen election.
00:19:49.000And whether you believe in those Americans' right to protest or not, you have to believe, or what they were protesting, you have to believe in their right to protest.
00:19:56.000Ashley was outside the speaker's lobby.
00:20:01.000Zach Alam hit the glass until it broke with a Kevlar. helmet.
00:20:06.000Ashley hit Zach Alam and seven seconds later she was dead or shot and then not rendered aid in a timely fashion.
00:20:17.000It's my belief that if they had rendered aid to my daughter, she had a possibly survivable wound.
00:20:21.000And not only would they not render aid to my daughter, they wouldn't let anybody else render aid.
00:20:25.000There was a medic there with a complete, a Trump supporter, a citizen there with a medical kit that would have possibly saved her life, but he was pulled away and not allowed to help her.
00:20:36.000And then they mopped her up like a piece of trash and went on with business.
00:20:41.000And then Michael Byrd was exonerated for his crimes and never even properly interviewed by the police.
00:20:48.000He told them, well, I don't feel so good right now.
00:20:55.000And it's my belief Michael Byrd shouldn't have been there.
00:20:57.000He had prior excessive use of force issues.
00:21:00.000He had left his loaded weapon in a restroom two years before that and found by somebody else.
00:21:05.000So I believe he should have been fired and not been there to shoot my daughter.
00:21:09.000I feel like it was a patriotic day until the Capitol Police turned on the American people.
00:21:15.000I feel like the agitators in the front of the line were FBI operatives and other bad actors that day, possibly Boston and Tifa.
00:21:23.000And the Capitol Police did not deal with the violent frontline people.
00:21:28.000They shot over those agitators into a peaceful crowd of Trump supporters and killed four people that day, unarmed American citizens, Roseanne Boylan, Kevin Grees, and Benjamin Phillips, my daughter Ashley Babbitt.
00:21:39.000And also, I believe Officer Brian Sicknick died at their lack of attention, sticking with the theme of the day.
00:21:46.000They did not render him aid after his stroke.
00:21:48.000They let him go lay down in an office and become irreparable.
00:21:52.000Was your daughter armed or was anybody alongside your daughter armed?
00:21:58.000She just said, her and her husband went to Cabo for Christmas, so they don't have to do the decide which family to go to thing.
00:22:04.000And she had decided down on the beach that she wanted to go see President Trump speak because she knew the election had been stolen from him.
00:22:10.000And she said, maybe it might be my last chance to hear him speak.
00:22:13.000And we didn't realize it was going to be her last chance to hear anybody speak.
00:22:17.000But one nugget of comfort is that I have seen footage of my daughter live streaming on the inaugural path.
00:22:24.000And I can see that that was a happy good day for her until it wasn't.
00:22:27.000So my daughter did not go there with violent intention.
00:22:31.000She didn't harm any police officers and was shot with little regard to her life.
00:22:37.000I mean, Michael Byrd, you know, the standard Twitter reply, oh, she, after round, found out she should have complied.
00:22:43.000There were no verbal commands for her to stand down.
00:22:45.000My daughter was a four-time overseas deployed as an Air Force security forces, and she was well versed in the use of force continuum.
00:22:57.000She was injured on her 21st birthday on her third deployment, nearly bled to death on that day, was airlifted to Germany for life-saving procedures, but was left with a shredded womb and unable to have children.
00:23:08.000So Ashley gave her youth to this country.
00:23:11.000She gave her ability to have family to this country and ultimately her life to this country.
00:23:16.000And then she was denied render simply simply for being at the Capitol that day, because Ashley's not been charged with a crime, but the United States Air Force denied her rendering of honors.
00:23:29.000So there's a lot of different things I want to mention with this.
00:23:34.000What has been your response or lack of response with the Republican Party's handling of this?
00:23:40.000I mean, it seems as if they just have kind of forgotten about Ashley, the one person who was killed on that day.
00:23:48.000And Ashley was letting, you know, like I said, she was not the only American citizen murdered that day.
00:23:53.000She was just the only one that people saw.
00:23:55.000You know, footage has come out, and there is video evidence of Roseanne Boylan being beaten to death by a Metropolitan Police officer, Lila Morris.
00:24:03.000Kevin Greesman and Benjamin Phillips were hit with the munitions that they launched, that they launched over the heads of people and into a peaceful crowd.
00:24:11.000A lot of those Americans did not, their first clue that they were no longer welcome was a rubber bullet to the head or a grenade at their feet.
00:24:18.000And then the Capitol Police just waged war on the American people.
00:24:23.000So, yeah, but have you received response, in your opinion, from anything like that?
00:24:32.000Ashley lived in California, and obviously Nancy Pelosi never responded to me.
00:24:36.000Diane Feinstein's people, her assistant got on the phone and he said, he said, although it's unfortunate, your daughter should not have stormed the Capitol and Dianne Feinstein will never have two minutes for you.
00:24:48.000So that's been my response from my representatives.
00:24:51.000And President Trump called me in July and expressed condolences.
00:24:56.000And he is still disappointed in the way that this has been happened.
00:25:03.000And I believe in his mind, this isn't over yet.
00:25:06.000And right now I'm in Washington, D.C. I've been here since August 1st outside the jail holding vigil.
00:25:11.000We do a candlelight vigil every night and we sing the national anthem with these men who, despite their horrible treatment by this country, have they sing the national anthem together.
00:25:21.000And some of these men, you know, policemen, veterans, and most of them know violent history and really did little more than show up and wave a flag.
00:25:33.000And for that, they've been in solitary, pre-detention, solitary confinement for 613 days now.
00:25:41.000So you detailed that on the website, number fourashley.com.
00:25:47.000I mean, this is, we're letting Gitmo prisoners who planned 9-11 out and send them back to Saudi Arabia.
00:25:54.000In Illinois, there's a new bill called the safety bill, where if you kidnap or have second-degree murder, you can't have pre-trial detention.
00:26:04.000But there are political prisoners for 613 days.
00:26:07.000These people haven't had a trial in 613 days.
00:26:19.000And not only that, but denial of a lot of their constitutional rights and their basic human rights.
00:26:23.000You know, they're being fed slimy gross food.
00:26:25.000We had an incident at the jail on Labor Day where we had one of our men, a former sheriff's office, a former sheriff in jail since, you know, I think he's got like 600 days in jail now.
00:26:37.000And he was actually trying to prevent the murder of Roseanne Boylan.
00:26:41.000He actually saved my housemate, Tommy Tatum, along with, you know, Jake Lang was in on that.
00:26:45.000There are like a dozen men in jail over that pile of people that they were trying to render aid to.
00:26:51.000And on Labor Day, Officer McAbee had his hands zip tied behind his back and OC sprayed right directly an inch from his face.
00:27:00.000And then he was left in a cell and not able to decontaminate for 13 hours.
00:27:07.000I think Bart's in his 70s and he was at Camp Lejeune and has Hodgkin, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
00:27:13.000And he had a bad reaction that night when they were all roughed up and he got sent to a medical unit and was completely ignored for 30 hours.
00:27:21.000Like not just his health concerns, but as a human being, denied complete attention for 30 hours when he was in near-death peril.
00:27:33.000We had our veteran, Jeffrey McKellop, he had an abscess tooth that he ended up having to take care of himself with a staple from his paperwork.
00:27:41.000So this is worse than they're just, they don't even have any human rights, much less constitutional rights.
00:27:47.000And Americans need to know that if constitutional rights are not guaranteed to every single one of us, they're not guaranteed to any of us because it might be you next.
00:27:54.000And I know people hear that, oh, it might be me next, but that's real, that's real stuff.
00:27:58.000It might be you next because, you know, it seems like the Constitution has gone out the window when it comes to J-Sixers.
00:28:03.000When we sit in trials during the day and we hear judges say things like, you know, every single person there that day was the antithesis of a patriot, and the only patriots that day there were the Capitol Police.
00:28:16.000And I believe there's, I've seen video evidence showing the Capitol Police committing arrestable offenses.
00:28:21.000And that's outside of Michael Byrd and Leela Morris.
00:28:24.000And I absolutely think Michael Bird should be sitting in jail for murder.
00:28:27.000And, you know, this sham J6 committee were who we would think we have.
00:28:32.000Kinzinger and Liz Cheney were our representatives in that farce.
00:28:37.000Kinzinger donated to Michael Bird's gifts and go with Prince.
00:28:41.000He brags about that on Facebook that he had donated to Michael Bird's Gifts and Go.
00:28:45.000So I don't really think we've had adequate, we've not had adequate representation anywhere.
00:28:50.000And even when you do have good lawyers representing these people, the judges are just already biased and have their minds made up in such a particular way.
00:28:58.000We went to the Kyle FitzSimons trial where he had a public defender that did an amazing job and in my mind disproved two of his assault charges.
00:29:05.000And so we're waiting on the verdict for that right now, but we hope that's a win.
00:29:10.000We do have live streamers out in front of the jail at our vigil every night.
00:29:14.000And because of them and their viewers, Officer Lancaster is now under investigation for her treatment of these people.
00:29:21.000So, you know, we're having small wins and it's baby steps, but we're hoping for a couple of courtroom wins soon.
00:29:37.000Well, I want to say real quick: we're having a press conference on the 15th of September from 12 to 2 outside of the Capitol at the Triangle, what they call the Triangle.
00:29:47.000So we will be having a press conference.
00:29:49.000We hope members of Congress will attend.
00:29:50.000So far, Congressman Nels and Congressman Gosar will be there as well as members of the media and anybody else that wants to join.
00:29:57.000And anybody that wants to join us outside the jail, 1901 D Street, Southeast every night, 7 to 9:30.
00:30:42.000Political prisoners using the power of the state, using the ability to limit your movement and put you into a cell.
00:30:52.000It's a hallmark characteristic of a Soviet-style regime, especially when there's political things involved.
00:31:00.000But in Chicago, they have the Safety Act, as I said.
00:31:04.000Kidnapping, second-degree murder, drug-induced homicide, threatening a public official, arson, no pretrial detention.
00:31:14.000They don't care about having anarchy in the streets.
00:31:17.000That's actually helpful to them to eventually be able to create a police state, but not a police state against thugs or criminals or gangbangers, a police state against political dissidents.
00:31:27.000Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
