00:01:03.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:04.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:13.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:16.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:25.000 Joining us now is Clint Lowry, who's a partner at Consumer Tax Advocate, one of our partners here on the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:35.000 And I asked them to join the program to explain an extraordinary measure that is in the COVID relief bill that a lot of people know about.
00:01:47.000 You guys could check it out at covidtaxrelief.org.
00:01:49.000 Clint, welcome to the program.
00:01:52.000 Very good to be with you, Charlie.
00:01:53.000 So, Clint, tell us about kind of who is eligible for this tax relief money.
00:01:59.000 It's an extraordinary thing that most people don't know about.
00:02:03.000 So, the employee retention credit is a partial refund of the wages that were paid to W-2 employees during the six quarters of the pandemic, as defined by, as you mentioned, the 2020 COVID relief bill, or the CARES Act is what it was called.
00:02:21.000 And it was a $2.2 trillion bill put forth by the Trump administration.
00:02:26.000 And the employee retention credit was something that wasn't made very much use of for quite some time, but things have changed dramatically.
00:02:34.000 And we're here to help folks get qualified for this credit that can help them so much.
00:02:40.000 Yeah, so who appropriated this money?
00:02:42.000 And I mean, just kind of talk more about the qualifications.
00:02:45.000 And again, it's covidtaxrelief.org.
00:02:48.000 I'm shocked at how much money actually is out there.
00:02:51.000 And again, at Turning Point USA, we didn't accept any of the PPP money.
00:02:56.000 However, it is out there for a lot of hardworking people that might want it and need it and might as well have good, hardworking patriots and business owners benefit from this.
00:03:05.000 So kind of talk about who appropriated it and talk more about the qualifications around it.
00:03:13.000 So this was, again, part of the CARES Act in 2020.
00:03:17.000 It was the federal government's response to the COVID pandemic.
00:03:22.000 And so the thing that, as you mentioned, the thing that most people are well aware of were the PPP loans.
00:03:27.000 That was the first program.
00:03:29.000 Again, $2.2 trillion was the price tag on the overall bill.
00:03:33.000 About $800 billion was for the PPP program.
00:03:38.000 And it was very widely utilized.
00:03:41.000 16 million businesses qualified and received PPP funds.
00:03:45.000 About 80% of that were loans that were forgiven.
00:03:49.000 And the reason that it was out there and so prevalent was because it was put out through the financial system.
00:03:55.000 And so everybody remembers that their bank and all the financial institutions they were associated with were sending them emails and everything about the PPP loans.
00:04:04.000 Meanwhile, as that was going on, there was another program hidden in plain view, as so many things that you talk about are just like that.
00:04:11.000 Hidden behind the PPP loan program was something called the Employee Retention Credit Program.
00:04:17.000 And the ERC, again, it's a partial refund of wages paid.
00:04:22.000 to those W-2 employees of business owners during the time of the pandemic.
00:04:27.000 It's kind of like a reward for those businesses that stayed open and those businesses that retained their employees during the pandemic, as difficult as it might have been.
00:04:36.000 Many businesses were losing money and still paying those W-2 employees versus laying them off.
00:04:41.000 And so this is a way for them to recover some of the losses that they had during that time.
00:04:47.000 You asked about qualifications.
00:04:49.000 Virtually everybody who was impacted at this point by COVID during those six quarters.
00:04:56.000 And again, the quarters were the second, third, and fourth quarter of 2020 and the first, second, and third quarter of 2021.
00:05:05.000 And so any business that had W-2 employees during that time that was impacted by COVID in one way or another, the rules have expanded so greatly over the last couple of years that virtually 90 plus percent of all businesses can qualify to receive some of this employee retention credit.
00:05:23.000 And our organization is here to help as many companies across the country and organizations, churches, charities.
00:05:31.000 That's another change that was made to qualify for this credit.
00:05:34.000 Yeah.
00:05:34.000 And just to reiterate, you know, I think all this spending from DC is silly and not necessary.
00:05:41.000 But look, you're about to enter a recession.
00:05:43.000 I think we're already in a recession.
00:05:44.000 If you're a business owner and this is available for you and you qualify, then I think you should be made aware of it.
00:05:51.000 And COVIDtaxrelief.org can help you guys along that process, especially if you're an American loving business.
00:05:58.000 It's better than the money being spent, you know, sent to Ukraine.
00:06:01.000 I'd rather have it go to you guys.
00:06:02.000 So is the money taxable?
00:06:05.000 No, it is, again, it's a refund.
00:06:06.000 It's a refund of wages that were paid to those W-2 employees.
00:06:09.000 And I did want to touch on just one point there that you made, Charlie, that you disagree with the spending.
00:06:14.000 I don't know anyone that's more fiscally conservative than I am.
00:06:18.000 And so I agree with you that inflation by creating dollars and putting them into the system is not the way to get out of anything, certainly.
00:06:26.000 And so we're on the same page in regards to that.
00:06:28.000 We don't have any control over what happens in that regard in terms of how many dollars the Federal Reserve pumps into our system.
00:06:35.000 There's a lot of different mechanisms that have happened.
00:06:37.000 And so I'm on the same page with you on that.
00:06:39.000 However, I do realize that this is a program that's out there.
00:06:44.000 It's available.
00:06:45.000 And if we refuse to benefit from the inflation that has already happened, then we will be a victim of that inflation, as all of us have been over the past couple of years.
00:06:56.000 And so I would encourage folks to think about that, understand that, yes, inflation is not great.
00:07:03.000 And again, when I'm talking about inflation, I'm not talking about price inflation.
00:07:06.000 I'm talking about the creation of more money and putting it into the system.
00:07:10.000 That's not great.
00:07:11.000 I agree.
00:07:12.000 However, we have to do whatever we can to get through this very difficult time.
00:07:17.000 And, you know, Charlie, as you know, we could be seeing some even more difficult times economically in the next year or two.
00:07:23.000 Yes, that's right.
00:07:24.000 And additionally, I mean, the big banks get bailouts, the airlines get bailouts.
00:07:30.000 This is built for you, the carpenter, the plumber, the electrician.
00:07:34.000 And so if it's morally consistent for you to do it, then so be it.
00:07:39.000 I mean, you can all make your own decision.
00:07:40.000 But if you're a business owner and you're struggling right now, which heck, with the energy costs, fuel costs, all this nonsense happening right there, it doesn't cost you anything.
00:07:50.000 And that's the other thing, right?
00:07:52.000 Is that you guys take a percentage of the money that you are able to get refunded?
00:07:59.000 Can you walk through that, please?
00:08:01.000 Of course, yeah.
00:08:02.000 There's this is something that a lot of people are going to be hearing a lot about over the next year or two: the employee retention credit.
00:08:10.000 And so there are a wide variety of companies out there and even CPAs.
00:08:14.000 Some CPAs do this as well.
00:08:17.000 A whole lot of CPAs direct their clients to us and then ask the question, Can I send you more of my clients?
00:08:24.000 Because they don't want to be involved in something that they're not experts in.
00:08:27.000 It is something that is fairly technical in terms of helping people to get qualified.
00:08:31.000 So we have a very easy step-by-step process to help people get qualified and understand the rules so that they can feel comfortable that they do in fact qualify.
00:08:40.000 We have a questionnaire that we run three people through and we have people standing by right now.
00:08:47.000 As a matter of fact, if people go to the website there, we do have a phone number.
00:08:51.000 But as you can imagine, thousands and thousands and thousands of businesses and organizations try to contact us when we do a show like this.
00:08:59.000 And so please be patient with us.
00:09:00.000 And the best thing to do is to actually fill in the lead capture page there on the website, and that is covettaxrelief.org.
00:09:09.000 And so we recommend that people go there, get connected.
00:09:12.000 We'll get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
00:09:14.000 We have a team of experts that will talk to you one-on-one about your specific situation and how COVID impacted your business.
00:09:21.000 And then we will give you an estimate within 15 minutes or less.
00:09:26.000 We'll go through the questionnaire.
00:09:27.000 We'll give you an estimate of how much you can qualify for.
00:09:30.000 And then the next step would be is that we would need to get some documents from you to substantiate the credit.
00:09:35.000 And that would be some of your employment information in terms of 941 forms that are part of your tax return, as well as some payroll reports.
00:09:45.000 And so that's very simple.
00:09:46.000 We have a step-by-step process to walk you through how to upload those to our system.
00:09:50.000 And then we have a large, large team of accountants that actually calculate your specific credit.
00:09:56.000 And once that credit is calculated, then you're given the opportunity to engage our services.
00:10:02.000 Please note that I haven't said anything about collecting any money from anyone at this point.
00:10:06.000 We've done a whole lot of work at that point.
00:10:09.000 We've done all the calculations.
00:10:10.000 And at that point, once we get to where we know the exact amount of credit that someone will qualify for, then we will then give them the opportunity to engage our services.
00:10:20.000 And the fee is 15% of the amount that is received in a credit.
00:10:27.000 And that can be paid out of the money that is received, that is received and processed by the IRS.
00:10:31.000 Thank you, Clint.
00:10:32.000 COVIDTaxRelief.org.
00:10:34.000 Check it out.
00:10:37.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:38.000 Look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
00:10:44.000 Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
00:10:47.000 She says this: quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
00:10:52.000 We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
00:10:58.000 I hear Yvonne.
00:10:59.000 Relief Factor works for me too.

00:11:32.000 Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor.
00:11:37.000 I've been talking almost nonstop.
00:11:38.000 Yesterday, I think I talked for like seven hours and there's so many things still to cover.
00:11:42.000 So I asked producer Andrew to co-pilot for the remainder of this hour.
00:11:46.000 Andrew, how are things going?
00:11:48.000 Things are going well.
00:11:49.000 I got the game on right above me here watching it.
00:11:53.000 So far, a little, it's pretty aggressive, aggressive from the U.S. for a soccer game.
00:11:59.000 It's very aggressive.
00:12:00.000 Are you kidding me?
00:12:01.000 And, but, you know, I'm a little disappointed in the ball handling skills of the U.S.
00:12:05.000 A couple of easy giveaways, but listen, it's nil-nil.
00:12:08.000 We're holding strong.
00:12:10.000 We just need to win to advance.
00:12:11.000 Are you a soccer aficionado?
00:12:13.000 Is that you did spend a lot of time in Europe, though, and Seattle?
00:12:17.000 Well, so I...
00:12:18.000 I love World Cup.
00:12:19.000 I don't see how you don't love the World Cup.
00:12:20.000 I'm the same way.
00:12:22.000 I have a soft spot for the World Cup.
00:12:24.000 Yeah, I don't, I don't, I'm not a, I'm not a big soccer fan or follower, but I do love the World Cup.
00:12:30.000 And, you know, I will tell you, I was messaging in the chat when they were doing the national anthem.
00:12:35.000 I mean, it was, they were shouting it.
00:12:39.000 And in such a charged political moment against Iran, you know, I'm, I'm, I was proud to be an American in that moment.
00:12:48.000 I really, really was.
00:12:49.000 And I think that's what these sporting events don't get enough credit for is how they bring people together.
00:12:54.000 And we don't get enough of that.
00:12:55.000 And it's under assault in the United States.
00:12:57.000 And so it's just great that on the national stage, our players are standing.
00:13:04.000 They got their hands over their heart.
00:13:05.000 They're shouting the national anthem.
00:13:07.000 And it felt like a throwback.
00:13:10.000 They're playing like a bat out of health.
00:13:11.000 So in soccer, one of my big complaints about soccer is the tying.
00:13:16.000 I can't.
00:13:16.000 And by the way, ever since the NFL started to institute the tie after the overtime, I thought it was the beginning of the end of national football.
00:13:24.000 I just do as many overtimes as it takes as long as you don't have a tie.
00:13:28.000 But if the United States doesn't win, they're done.
00:13:30.000 So if they tie, they lose.
00:13:31.000 It's over.
00:13:32.000 It's folding.
00:13:32.000 And in fact, if they tie, they will have tied all three of their matches.
00:13:36.000 And then Iran goes on to the next round, which we can't have happen.
00:13:41.000 Here we go.
00:13:41.000 Charging.
00:13:42.000 Okay.
00:13:43.000 Yep.
00:13:44.000 We'll try not to get too distracted right now, but it's a, you know, it's a big, there's a lot of diplomatic, there's a lot of political implications in this.
00:13:51.000 This is not just a bunch of guys running on the field.
00:13:55.000 There's, there's a lot going on here.
00:13:57.000 And so there's a couple of stories I want to cover here.
00:14:00.000 And, you know, Andrew, first, kind of let's, I want to get your thoughts on Arizona.
00:14:05.000 We had Carrie Lake on the program.
00:14:07.000 You know, we talked about how the Washington Post has been covering a lot of our commentary here.
00:14:13.000 Maricopa County Board of Supervisors blames this program for voting delays.
00:14:18.000 Andrew, you've kind of been co-pilot firsthand for this entire drama that we've lived through.
00:14:24.000 And we haven't just been spectators.
00:14:25.000 We're now being accused of being participants.
00:14:29.000 No, I mean, it's in the official documents now.
00:14:33.000 I mean, the Attorney General, you actually broke that on Twitter.
00:14:37.000 You broke that story.
00:14:39.000 The Attorney General's office, the Election Integrity Unit, asked, demanded for a response from Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on what the heck happened on Election Day.
00:14:49.000 And they gave them a short time window.
00:14:52.000 Maricopa complained about the time window that they were given.
00:14:56.000 And then they proceeded to call out Kelly Ward, Tyler Boyer, and Charlie Kirk, saying that it's all their fault for dissuading people from dropping their ballot in door three in box three.
00:15:08.000 Well, if you actually go through the record, Charlie, and I did this as soon as these complaints were levied against you and Tyler and Kelly.
00:15:16.000 On that same day, about an hour apart, you said the first tweet that you sent out was, please don't put it in box three.
00:15:23.000 You will not be tabulated that day.
00:15:24.000 There's chain of custody concerns.
00:15:27.000 Here's the website.
00:15:28.000 Go look at another polling center, a vote center that you can get to nearby that may or may not have working tabulators and printers.
00:15:38.000 Now, remember, timeline's important.
00:15:40.000 You nor anybody else understood the depth and the breadth of the problem that day.
00:15:44.000 We were being told that it was six voting centers.
00:15:47.000 It turned out to be far more than that.
00:15:49.000 Now, the number is getting debated, right?
00:15:52.000 Now, they're officially owning the fact that there was about 30% of the voting centers had issues.
00:15:59.000 In actuality, it might be 50%.
00:16:01.000 And there's one report from 11 independent Republican attorneys that they're part of the RNC, funded by the RNC, that have gone into Maricopa County and done their own poll, basically, where they went to about 100 and I think 11 voting centers, and they found that it was almost 63% of voting centers that were impacted, right?
00:16:23.000 So we can argue all day about how widespread the problem was.
00:16:26.000 It was way too, I mean, even if you go by their number, there was 30% and not 62.6%.
00:16:32.000 It was still far too large of a problem.
00:16:35.000 And they wonder why people are so fired up.
00:16:38.000 People get angry for good reason when the person or the organization or the institution just refuses to take any semblance of responsibility.
00:16:52.000 Right now, Bank of America has just lowered its 2022 forecast for the SP 500 by a whopping 900 points to 3,600.
00:17:02.000 Saying we're headed for a recession this year, it said the new year target is the lowest on the street.
00:17:07.000 This is not good news for those of you stuck in equities or anything tied to stock markets.
00:17:12.000 I know thousands of people who have put their trust in Noble Gold to prevent losing money and the financial storm that is brewing.
00:17:18.000 You can join them by calling their expert team.
00:17:20.000 Noble Gold has recently voted the number one gold company in the country by Consumer Affairs.
00:17:25.000 No call centers, no scripted response, no bull, just a straight, honest run through options so you can decide.
00:17:31.000 And by the way, they're giving away a beautiful one-tenth of an ounce gold American Eagle coin with every qualifying IRA or 401k rollover this month.
00:17:39.000 You can't go wrong with Noble Gold.
00:17:40.000 Call the team now at 877-646-5347 to find out more or visit noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:17:46.000 That is noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:17:51.000 There's a very interesting story around this person, Sam Brinton.
00:17:58.000 Andrew, we've talked about Sam Brinton before.
00:18:01.000 And what is Sam Brinton's role?
00:18:03.000 He's like the assistant secretary of nuclear energy or something.
00:18:06.000 You have like waste management, nuclear waste.
00:18:09.000 Like, let me see here.
00:18:11.000 We have the Department of Energy disposal of dangerous nuclear waste.
00:18:17.000 That's it.
00:18:18.000 Okay.
00:18:18.000 So a pretty important role.
00:18:19.000 I mean, this guy's not, you know, in charge of dog catching in the Georgetown area, right?
00:18:26.000 So this person is a total freak.
00:18:29.000 And I don't use that word lightly.
00:18:30.000 I don't.
00:18:31.000 And so do we have a picture of this man?
00:18:34.000 Now, is this person claims to be transgender?
00:18:39.000 Is that what it is?
00:18:40.000 Non-binary.
00:18:41.000 Non-binary.
00:18:43.000 Whatever, whatever you'll do with that.
00:18:46.000 Yeah.
00:18:46.000 And so this story.
00:18:47.000 Do we have a picture of...
00:18:48.000 Yeah, okay.
00:18:49.000 So there you go.
00:18:49.000 By the way, every bald wears women's clothing.
00:18:54.000 Did he put the nuclear reactor on him like that?
00:18:56.000 Just trivializing the job that they have?
00:18:59.000 It's unbelievable.
00:19:00.000 And so everyone who votes Democrat, I just, I want you to send that to your friends.
00:19:05.000 Like, that's what you voted for.
00:19:06.000 Okay.
00:19:07.000 Can you just put that back up?
00:19:08.000 53.
00:19:09.000 This is the mascot of the Democrat Party.
00:19:11.000 Okay.
00:19:12.000 So we knew this person obviously had deep-seated mental problems, which, by the way, shouldn't make you necessarily sleep well at night.
00:19:19.000 That one of the people that is very close to our nuclear reactors and the, I don't know, the thermonuclear capabilities of the American West is Sam Brinton.
00:19:30.000 So what happened to him recently, Andrew?
00:19:31.000 Or what did he do?
00:19:33.000 Yeah, well, I mean, you're right.
00:19:36.000 I think this guy obviously had some mental issues.
00:19:40.000 And, you know, it all played into this whole season that we were living through under the Biden regime of Admiral Rachel Levine, also known as Richard Levine.
00:19:51.000 You were kindly suspended from Twitter for dead naming Richard Levine.
00:19:56.000 So let's just do it.
00:19:58.000 But to your point, he had a very serious job.
00:20:00.000 It has a very serious job.
00:20:03.000 Disposal of nuclear waste.
00:20:05.000 What people don't know about Sam Britton, which I think is interesting, in his spare time, Britton is a sex fetishist who hosts kink workshops where he encourages men to role play wearing dog masks.
00:20:19.000 That's right, Charlie.
00:20:20.000 Role play with dog masks.
00:20:23.000 This is the Biden regime's idea of a promotable worker.
00:20:29.000 No, and everyone who voted for the Democrat Party, every Christian that voted for the Democrat Party.
00:20:34.000 I hope you understand these are the freaks that you put into power.
00:20:37.000 Keep going.
00:20:38.000 Well, he identifies as non-binary and goes around wearing women's clothing.
00:20:44.000 And this is actually really sick.
00:20:47.000 He's a member of a sacrilegious drag queen society called Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, which literally, Charlie, mocks Catholic nuns with names like Sister Porn again instead of born again, obviously.
00:21:03.000 Sister porn again.
00:21:05.000 This guy's super messed up.
00:21:07.000 It was not a hard call.
00:21:07.000 We all knew it.
00:21:10.000 Yet, if you were on social media criticizing this person, you were said to be engaging in hate speech, right?
00:21:19.000 It's one of these formations that the left constructs around our speech.
00:21:24.000 So now we have this story breaking yesterday from Alpha News.
00:21:28.000 Sam Britton has been charged with felony theft for stealing a woman's luggage at the Minneapolis airport.
00:21:36.000 According to police reports, Britton walked up to the baggage claim and made off with a Vera Bradley roller bag.
00:21:43.000 So this is a very expensive roller bag, designer roller bag.
00:21:47.000 Sam Britton sees it, you know, obviously has a thing for women's clothing, women's fashion, takes it, security camera catches Sam Britton rolling off with it, identified through security footage, and then the police contact Britton.
00:22:05.000 And what does Britton say?
00:22:07.000 That he didn't take anybody's bag.
00:22:09.000 No, it didn't happen.
00:22:10.000 Then only later does he admit that he accidentally, quote unquote, accidentally took the bag, but nobody's clothes were in it.
00:22:19.000 I guess it was empty.
00:22:21.000 Just picks up an empty bag and rolls off with it.
00:22:23.000 Well, then, Charlie gets better.
00:22:26.000 He finally admits that there were clothes in it, but that he left them in the drawers in the hotel that he was staying at.
00:22:34.000 No clothes, however, were recovered.
00:22:36.000 He was a defense attorney.
00:22:38.000 Yeah, but that he kept the bag because it would have been weird to leave that behind.
00:22:42.000 So his whole justification was that, no, he didn't take it.
00:22:47.000 Oh, okay.
00:22:47.000 I did take it, but there were no clothes in it.
00:22:49.000 I just left him in the drawers of the hotel.
00:22:51.000 There's no clothes at the drawer, or there's no clothes in the drawers of the hotel.
00:22:56.000 And then he took the bag because that would have just been weird to leave it behind.
00:23:00.000 And anyway, so we have a public kink fetishist that also apparently has a kink for stealing women's clothes.
00:23:09.000 And this person is in charge of disposing of our nuclear waste.
00:23:12.000 And welcome to America.
00:23:14.000 And has now been charged, right?
00:23:16.000 Yeah, with charged with felony theft.
00:23:19.000 So this is the person that the Biden administration regime, did we get a goal?
00:23:26.000 Unless it's offsides, which very well could be.
00:23:29.000 10.
00:23:30.000 And it looks like one of our strikers is down writhing on the ground.
00:23:34.000 We'll see what happens.
00:23:35.000 Yeah, but it's soccer.
00:23:38.000 Well, they just need to spray the stuff on his leg and he'll hop right back up.
00:23:42.000 I hate to be cruel, but in soccer, if you're on the ground, it could this doesn't look very performative.
00:23:48.000 He looks like he's hurt.
00:23:49.000 Yeah.
00:23:50.000 He's a great player, by the way.
00:23:51.000 He's terrific.
00:23:52.000 He plays for Chelsea, I think.
00:23:54.000 Is that right?
00:23:54.000 Chelsea or Manchester United?
00:23:56.000 One of the Manchester City.
00:23:57.000 Ooh, that could have been offsides.
00:23:59.000 Oh, my gosh.
00:23:59.000 I think that was.
00:24:00.000 No, no, no, no.
00:24:01.000 It just went by the time the balls hit.
00:24:04.000 Really?
00:24:04.000 So when the pass is made, he was behind.
00:24:06.000 So it was a great pass.
00:24:07.000 You did live in Europe for a little bit.
00:24:10.000 Yeah, I mean, I had to have this explained to me quite a bit.
00:24:12.000 Charlie, but I bam, I did a lot of games.
00:24:15.000 I was just getting me right into him.
00:24:16.000 That was actually a very beautiful play, though.
00:24:18.000 Ooh, he's oh, that hurts.
00:24:21.000 Hey, so I do want to address why this is important, however.
00:24:26.000 You mean the soccer match or the kink fetish person?
00:24:29.000 The kink fetish person.
00:24:30.000 Got it.
00:24:31.000 Actually, there's a tie-in here, Charlie.
00:24:33.000 So, you know, we were talking about this yesterday.
00:24:36.000 And I mean, one of the stories that has captured headlines recently is this Balenciaga child exploitation.
00:24:45.000 If you guys haven't heard about this, you know, it's really, it's truly sick and disgusting.
00:24:50.000 You know, Kanye West is one of their people that sort of wears their clothes, Kim Kardashian.
00:24:57.000 I mean, this is a massive, massive brand on the world stage.
00:25:02.000 And we sort of started looking around.
00:25:03.000 We're like, man, this is crazy how many different instances of pedophilia and child abuse and child exploitation are getting mainstreamed.
00:25:14.000 Right.
00:25:14.000 And, you know, I think we were, it was over Thanksgiving break that there was actually an academic out of, you're talking about Europe, it was out of England.
00:25:23.000 I believe it was Oxford or Cambridge that basically wrote an op-ed saying, or some sort of paper saying that, you know, Jesus Christ was probably trans, right?
00:25:33.000 And then you had the Club Q shooting, which we got lectured about this stochastic terrorism, I believe is the expression, meaning that conservatives on social media like yourself were, you know, targeting the trans community that was engaging in a family-friendly drag show for underage kids, obviously, coming to this Club Q, and that somebody targeted him for that because they're getting too much bullying on social media.
00:26:04.000 Well, it turns out it was actually a non-binary shooter, right?
00:26:07.000 And then you haven't heard about Club Q in the news at all recently.
00:26:11.000 So you've got all these things.
00:26:13.000 Balenciaga walks back the ad campaign, but only to find out that the person that was responsible, that their lead designer at Balenciaga is actually somebody that's been photographed holding red babies, like blood red babies in her arm.
00:26:32.000 Really disgusting stuff.
00:26:34.000 And, you know, not only that, listen to this, this list.
00:26:39.000 We call it the pro-pedo lobby.
00:26:41.000 Washington Post and New York Times write rave reviews about a new pedo-sympathizing play called Downstream.
00:26:47.000 This is unbelievable.
00:26:49.000 Yeah.
00:26:51.000 Balencia glorifies the pedophilia in their new ad campaign.
00:26:54.000 And then you have this story out of California with this state senator named Mark or Scott Weiner.
00:27:01.000 So if you don't know this name, his name is Scott Weiner.
00:27:05.000 And he has success.
00:27:07.000 He is the most prolific.
00:27:11.000 He's the most prolific state senator, I think, in the country.
00:27:15.000 The guy has been massively, massively effective at getting basically pro-pedophilia laws passed.
00:27:24.000 So there was a viral story yesterday where thousands of these pedophiles, convicted pedophiles, are getting released onto the streets of California without even serving a year in prison.
00:27:37.000 And it's because he's he successfully passed a law that's that's diminishing the criminal effect of you know getting convicted of sexualizing or abusing young children.
00:27:48.000 And this Scott Weiner has been photographed at these gay pride parades and different things wearing sort of like SM type costumes.
00:27:56.000 And it's very, I mean, we probably could get a picture of it.
00:28:00.000 I know you posted one on your Twitter, but I mean, this guy is also behind laws that allow parents that are disagreeing about the gender fluidity of their child, their child.
00:28:11.000 One of the parents is able to basically kidnap the child, go to California, and get, I forget the expression actually right now, off the top of my hand, but essentially encouraging the trans identity of their child.
00:28:23.000 Now, if one of the other parents disagrees, too bad.
00:28:26.000 In California, there's now protections for that parent that kidnapped the child to go get the surgery or the hormonal treatment.
00:28:33.000 Gender-affirming care.
00:28:36.000 So he's behind that.
00:28:37.000 Go ahead.
00:28:38.000 I mean, it's anything but gen, it's anything but affirming, but go ahead.
00:28:41.000 No, no, absolutely.
00:28:42.000 He's also behind the guy behind the law that made softer penalties if you were convicted of intentionally spreading HIV.
00:28:52.000 So this guy is basically behind any disgusting law that's been passed in California.
00:28:59.000 The guy has got his hands deep into it and he leverages what you call the alphabet mafia, the power of the alphabet mafia to terrorize any sane legislator in the state of California.
00:29:13.000 And he threatens them with that.
00:29:15.000 Remember, also, Scott Weiner was friends with DePape, the hammer-hiding Paul Pelosi accuser.
00:29:24.000 He knew DePape from San Francisco.
00:29:25.000 Did he really?
00:29:26.000 Yes, he did.
00:29:27.000 So this, so I didn't even know Scott.
00:29:31.000 Scott Weiner's got his hands in everything, which is just a, it's another one of those ironic.
00:29:37.000 I think he's got more of his hand than his hands and things.
00:29:39.000 But there's other autonomy that I think has been involved.
00:29:44.000 I would tend to agree with Mr. Weiner.
00:29:46.000 Yeah, Mr. Weener.
00:29:47.000 I'm not sure the audience to speculate.
00:29:50.000 Everybody, email us your thoughts.
00:29:52.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:29:54.000 Estados Unidos.
00:29:56.000 The United States is up one-nothing against Iran.
00:30:00.000 I hope it holds.
00:30:01.000 I'd love to see them get to the round of 16.
00:30:06.000 So, Andrew, let's talk more about the Balenciaga.
00:30:09.000 Did I say that right?
00:30:10.000 Saga?
00:30:11.000 Yeah, you said it right.
00:30:12.000 Yeah, you got it.
00:30:14.000 Balenciaga.
00:30:15.000 I'm really, I mean, like, I try to be very honest with the audience always.
00:30:19.000 Prior to them being exposed as pedophiles, I'd never heard of them before.
00:30:23.000 Evidently, they're a big deal, right?
00:30:25.000 Massive deal.
00:30:26.000 Okay.
00:30:27.000 Massive, massive deal.
00:30:29.000 You can't really overstate it.
00:30:30.000 I mean, they, like I said, Kim Kardashian is about as big of an endorser as you can get in this space.
00:30:36.000 Well, just by sheer, I mean, we might hear the name Kim Kardashian and kind of think what we will.
00:30:43.000 No, I've met her.
00:30:43.000 She's actually a very smart person.
00:30:45.000 No, but her, but her social media footprint is so enormous.
00:30:50.000 Yes.
00:30:51.000 So enormous.
00:30:52.000 And her impact on young women, her impact on just fashion trends around the world is difficult to overstate.
00:31:01.000 And yeah, Balenciaga, you know, they want you to believe that that pedophilic ad campaign was just sort of something they didn't really catch or they didn't realize.
00:31:13.000 You know, going back to it, there was, if you zoomed in on some of the imagery of these children being sexualized, there was a Supreme Court decision that actually was a piece of paper in the background, but you could zoom in on it and actually see it.
00:31:31.000 Which helped decriminalize some sort of child sex abuse.
00:31:34.000 I wish I knew the background there, but these were very direct messages that they were putting in there.
00:31:40.000 And, you know, I mentioned her name's Lota Volkova.
00:31:44.000 She's the chief designer.
00:31:45.000 She's pictured here all in red.
00:31:47.000 I mentioned it briefly.
00:31:48.000 There you can see it with blood red, blood red hair, and two babies in her arms, both blood red.
00:31:56.000 You know, this was not an accident.
00:31:58.000 There's something very, very sick going on at Balenciaga.
00:32:03.000 And there's, you know, who knows what's behind it?
00:32:06.000 You know, they, the, the mainstream media likes to target, likes to target people that call this stuff out.
00:32:13.000 And they, they, you know, they mention like Q or whatever.
00:32:17.000 I mean, you know, we think, we think that stuff's, you know, mostly, mostly crazy, right?
00:32:23.000 But that being said, it's like, you know, and they, and they, they dismiss these challenges to this weird pedophilic culture that just seems to be normalized.
00:32:32.000 And look, I mean, there's if you read the mockeries of what they call the media calls QAnon and all that.
00:32:41.000 They say a lot of people in the Q community, whatever that means, right?
00:32:47.000 Are always so concerned and worried that there's a pedophilic underpinning of our society.
00:32:53.000 How stupid are they?
00:32:55.000 And then you have these advertisements.
00:32:58.000 It's right there.
00:32:59.000 I mean, it's, and you, and then you have Epstein, right?
00:33:02.000 And you have.
00:33:03.000 Go ahead.
00:33:04.000 They're absolutely right.
00:33:05.000 To your point, it's like, look at what, you know, the DOJ is more concerned about Elon Musk liberating Twitter than they are about Jeffrey Edison.
00:33:15.000 Well, I mean, you should tweet that they're more, they're more concerned about what's happening, what's being cleaned up on Twitter than Valenciaga.
00:33:21.000 And by the way, guess what?
00:33:23.000 The one thing that Elon Musk went after on day one was the exploitation of children on Twitter.
00:33:30.000 There was when Twitter, when Elon Musk took over Twitter, there were still hashtags that linked directly to child pedophilic sites on the internet.
00:33:40.000 So the exploitation of young kids was still allowed on Twitter until Elon Musk took over.
00:33:48.000 And now the DOJ is going after him.
00:33:50.000 Think about that.
00:33:50.000 Cuties with Netflix.
00:33:52.000 Absolutely.
00:33:53.000 And I mean, the media they go after and they overgeneralize.
00:33:57.000 Oh, it's this, it's this cult of Q people that I'm like, hold on, wait, hold on a second.
00:34:04.000 All that stuff aside, because I don't even know what that means, because it's an unspecified smear campaign, right?
00:34:09.000 Where they just kind of overly generalize.
00:34:11.000 Are you trying to tell me that there isn't like this strange drumbeat pattern of pedophilia in our culture?
00:34:19.000 There absolutely is.
00:34:19.000 And Charlie, it's coming from, this is how these things get normalized.
00:34:24.000 And this is what's so important about this conversation is it starts with these academic sort of ivory tower conversations where they say, well, it's actually minor attracted persons.
00:34:36.000 And it's a legitimate condition.
00:34:41.000 And we shouldn't stigmatize these people the way that we are.
00:34:45.000 Well, Charlie, that then gets translated into a Broadway play called Downstate, which then gets reviewed with glowing, glowing rave reviews from the New York Times and the Washington Post.
00:34:57.000 It says, how we deal with some of these issues in society needs to be changed.
00:35:02.000 It's gross.
00:35:04.000 Everybody, email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:06.000 The New York Times wants to glorify pedophiles.
00:35:09.000 I think there's something else we should do to them.
00:35:13.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:15.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:18.000 Thank you so much for listening.
00:35:19.000 God bless.
