00:00:56.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:01:00.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:01:01.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:01:02.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:19.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:47.000 I will say a preemptive Merry Christmas to all of you.

00:01:51.000 It is December the 23rd, 2024. I am here in Palm Beach and soon to be going back to Arizona.

00:01:58.000 Been kind of going back and forth through the coasts.

00:02:00.000 Duty calls.

00:02:01.000 You never know.

00:02:02.000 Things are moving very quickly.

00:02:05.000 I just have to say what a remarkable couple of days.

00:02:10.000 The entire Turning Point team has performed at a level of excellence that is rarely ever reached, let alone reached in politics.

00:02:21.000 We do a lot at Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action.

00:02:25.000 From the high school chapters that we start to our college chapters to Turning Point Academy to Blexit to all of the outreach events that we do on college campuses to our productions team to our social media team The staff at Turning Point and this incredible team of changemakers has been working their tail off all year.

00:02:52.000 Then, of course, on the Turning Point Action side, from ballot chasing to voter registration to the youth outreach events to the bring your own ballot event, it's hard to even grasp the enormity of everything that Turning Point does.

00:03:08.000 But on top of all of that, while most other organizations are resting for Christmas, while most other organizations are taking days off, when most organizations are taking it easy, when most other organizations would never dream of doing something just days when most other organizations would never dream of doing something just days before Christmas, what does Turning

00:03:29.000 Turning Point hosts and hosted the largest multi-day event in the conservative movement's history.

00:03:39.000 Over 23,000 tickets sold.

00:03:43.000 Packed breakout rooms, full media row.

00:03:47.000 An energy level, the likes of which we've never seen before.

00:03:50.000 But I just hope you understand.

00:03:51.000 Can we play some of the B-roll, please, from the event?

00:03:54.000 Just the logistics that go into getting the speakers to confirm, to getting them all in specific timing, to building out the stage, to making the audio-visual correctly, to the graphic design, to managing all the students, to making sure that our donors are well taken care of, to making sure that you then promote it and making sure people are there, then to the security side of it.

00:04:17.000 I mean, you look at the imagery that you've seen from AmericaFest there.

00:04:22.000 That's not your typical conservative event.

00:04:25.000 And as quickly as it started, it ended.

00:04:27.000 It is four quick days of this massive takeover of Phoenix, Arizona.

00:04:36.000 This conservative takeover in Phoenix, Arizona.

00:04:40.000 Not to mention just getting all of these human beings to Phoenix, and this was not a majority Arizona audience.

00:04:46.000 These were people from all across the country.

00:04:49.000 And when I said, who's from Arizona in our members-only lounge, I'd say that maybe 10% of people were from Arizona.

00:04:55.000 They were from Idaho, they were from Kansas, they were from Iowa.

00:04:59.000 Just the logistics of putting on an event like this is difficult, let alone on top of all the other things we did this last year at Turning Point.

00:05:08.000 Yesterday, President Donald Trump gave the keynote at AmericaFest.

00:05:13.000 President Donald Trump traveled across the country in a remarkable sign of affirmation and support, and he's just the greatest.

00:05:22.000 He's the best.

00:05:23.000 Traveling all the way from Palm Beach to Phoenix, back to Palm Beach, to give support, to give encouragement for the ranks at Turning Point Action and the great work that we are doing.

00:05:37.000 This is Cut 30, President Trump, live from AmericaFest.

00:05:42.000 It's been amazing.

00:05:43.000 Turning Point's been amazing.

00:05:45.000 It's really been tremendous numbers of American patriots.

00:05:49.000 It's really been great.

00:05:50.000 And you saw what happened last month.

00:05:53.000 We had Turning Point's grassroots army.

00:05:56.000 It's an army.

00:05:57.000 They turned out to vote.

00:05:58.000 And they voted in record numbers.

00:06:01.000 And everybody else voted in record numbers, too, I have to tell you.

00:06:04.000 We did something that was really epic.

00:06:07.000 We won a battle that a lot of people thought was very hard to win.

00:06:12.000 You know, too big to rig.

00:06:13.000 Remember what I said, too big to rig.

00:06:15.000 We'll make it too big to rig.

00:06:16.000 going to win.

00:06:17.000 President Trump continued his praise of turning point action and what we did this last election cycle.

00:06:26.000 And for those of you that watch the Charlie Kirk show every day, you know, we've been talking about ballot chasing, voter registration every single day.

00:06:33.000 This is a very, very sweet clip.

00:06:35.000 And I think it was ad libbed to we took so much incoming from so many people in In fact, there's a very favorable New York Times article out today that is worth highlighting in a second.

00:06:46.000 I just, I can't say enough good stuff about President Trump.

00:06:48.000 You know how many politicians that you help out and they just forget?

00:06:52.000 A lot of those guys.

00:06:53.000 Oh, you win.

00:06:54.000 Thanks so much.

00:06:55.000 The president flew nearly 10 hours, woke up at 4.30 to go thank the great people of Arizona.

00:07:02.000 To fill them up.

00:07:04.000 He said, Charlie, I'm only going on one condition, that you call it a tribute to Arizona.

00:07:09.000 And I hope you understand this is more than an event.

00:07:11.000 This was a deployment.

00:07:13.000 In fact, let me read this to you from our team.

00:07:16.000 We started well over 100 new Turning Point chapters at this event.

00:07:21.000 100 new Turning Point chapters.

00:07:24.000 It's remarkable.

00:07:25.000 Playcut 31. The Democrats and the media said that Turning Point could never run a ground game.

00:07:31.000 They weren't experienced.

00:07:33.000 They didn't know Charlie, right?

00:07:39.000 But when the ballots came in, the other side really didn't know what the hell hit them.

00:07:44.000 They got hit hard.

00:07:46.000 The victory was such an outstanding one, such a big one.

00:07:50.000 And the other side now, and we don't want this.

00:07:53.000 We want people to be happy and healthy.

00:07:55.000 But they did.

00:07:56.000 They lost their confidence.

00:07:57.000 If you watch television now, they're all befuddled.

00:08:01.000 They don't know what the hell happened.

00:08:04.000 They're befuddled.

00:08:06.000 He is quite a nice word that my mother used to use years ago, talking about somebody that's a mess.

00:08:13.000 But they did.

00:08:14.000 They've lost their confidence, and hopefully they'll lose it for a long time and then come over to our side, because we want to have them.

00:08:23.000 We want to have them.

00:08:25.000 Donald Trump just won his second term.

00:08:27.000 He could just chill, forget about everyone who helped get him there, but he is on a tour to be grateful and ensure his promises will be kept.

00:08:39.000 President Trump coming to Arizona was a tribute to all of you, to the great people of State 48, and a tribute to the whole nation.

00:08:47.000 And I think we did him...

00:08:49.000 I think we gave him the introduction that he deserves.

00:08:52.000 Do we have a video of just kind of him walking out with the 47?

00:08:55.000 I think it was...

00:08:58.000 Rather legendary.

00:09:00.000 President Donald Trump continued his speech yesterday on how he won the youth vote.

00:09:07.000 Actually, I think I played the youth vote one.

00:09:09.000 Let's play cut 32. But something happened also in the election.

00:09:12.000 All 50 states shifted toward the Republican Party, every single one of them.

00:09:18.000 And together we won the largest share of African-American voters of any Republican in modern history.

00:09:26.000 Actually, in history, we won more Hispanic-American votes than any Republican ever, and we won the vote.

00:09:34.000 You guys did it.

00:09:36.000 This was celebrating him, celebrating the movement, the greatest accomplishment and the greatest American comeback in history.

00:09:45.000 Nothing comes even close to it.

00:09:47.000 From what we've been through, the indictments from him being shot, to the lawfare, to the smearing, to the slandering, to the cancellations, to the censorship, and we overcame all of that.

00:09:57.000 And at AmericaFest, for all of you that attended, I hope you guys had a wonderful time.

00:10:00.000 We're getting so many emails.

00:10:02.000 Charlie, thank you.

00:10:03.000 The events just keep getting better and better.

00:10:04.000 Your staff was amazing.

00:10:06.000 Merry Christmas.

00:10:07.000 By the way, those of you watching and you say, I wish I could, you know, chip in.

00:10:12.000 I want to say thank you to the staff.

00:10:13.000 Just go to tpusa.com and chip in $10.

00:10:16.000 Chip in $20.

00:10:20.000 Folks, your halls are decked with holly and the sound of Andy Williams on the radio tells us to be of good cheer.

00:10:26.000 But often the joy of the season is lost in the hustle and bustle.

00:10:31.000 That's why my friends at Hillsdale College produced a free online course on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol.

00:10:36.000 You're likely familiar with the story of old miser Ebenezer Scrooge and his three ghostly visitors.

00:10:43.000 Scrooge famously refuses to be charitable in order to decrease the surplus population.

00:10:47.000 But there's more to Scrooge, which is why we cheer for him year after year.

00:10:51.000 In this free online course, you'll learn how Scrooge's frightening and enlightening encounters reveal the joy of Christmas.

00:10:58.000 You can register today at charlieforhillsdale.com.

00:11:01.000 That is charlieforhillsdale.com.

00:11:04.000 My friends, do treat yourself to Hillsdale's new free online course on A Christmas Carol.

00:11:09.000 Sign up today by visiting charlieforhillsdale.com.

00:11:12.000 That's charlieforhillsdale.com.

00:11:14.000 And on behalf of my friends at Hillsdale College, have a Merry Christmas.

00:11:20.000 I mean, the team that we assembled at AmericaFest was just remarkable.

00:11:27.000 Tom Homan.

00:11:29.000 Michael Knowles, Brett Cooper, Tucker Carlson.

00:11:32.000 Just amazing.

00:11:34.000 Tom Homan yesterday made some news.

00:11:37.000 Donald Trump's border czar.

00:11:39.000 Let's play cut 46. President Trump's gonna hold China accountable for creating the precursors he's selling to the cartels. 0.69

00:11:48.000 President Trump's gonna hold Mexico accountable for not doing anything about these criminal cartels.

00:11:55.000 President Trump's gonna designate them terrorist organizations. 0.97

00:12:01.000 And we're going to wipe them off the face of the earth. 0.96

00:12:04.000 Criminal cartels keep making... 1.00

00:12:07.000 I got numerous death threats.

00:12:09.000 Criminal cartels make death threats against me. 0.98

00:12:12.000 Bring it. 0.56

00:12:13.000 Because the greatest country on the face of this earth is going to put you out of business and put you in prison.

00:12:19.000 If Mexico don't do it, the United States will.

00:12:21.000 President Trump will.

00:12:24.000 We need a beachhead in Aurora, Colorado, New York City, Chicago, Illinois, to rid ourselves of this invasion.

00:12:33.000 I had a great opportunity to spend time with Tom Holman this weekend.

00:12:35.000 He is serious about quelling this invasion, quelling this occupation of our land. 0.97

00:12:44.000 What we saw at AmericaFest was a diverse movement.

00:12:49.000 People with different focuses, different with people, backgrounds.

00:12:53.000 And we saw a Republican Party that is here to win.

00:12:56.000 A Republican Party that is serious about governing.

00:12:59.000 A Republican Party that is not going to go away.

00:13:04.000 Tucker Carlson talked about the need for debate at AmericaFest.

00:13:07.000 Play Cut 16. We'll have political debates going forward.

00:13:12.000 You know, you've got your ideas, I've got my ideas, we can debate them.

00:13:16.000 But I honestly don't think ever again in my lifetime will the richest people in the country be able to point a finger in your face and say, your position is too immoral to discuss, and if you keep talking, we're going to put you in jail.

00:13:31.000 That has been their position.

00:13:33.000 And they will never again get away with that.

00:13:35.000 Ever.

00:13:37.000 They can never again just do exactly what they want by waving away your concerns with an epithet. 1.00

00:13:45.000 Shut up, racist. 1.00

00:13:46.000 Won't work anymore. 1.00

00:13:48.000 Our movement understands the psychological operations that are being conducted by the mainstream media.

00:13:54.000 What we saw, I mean, we had 4,000 just turning point students there.

00:13:59.000 4,000.

00:14:00.000 But it was all ages, all backgrounds.

00:14:03.000 We had a whole faith coalition there, our TPUSA Faith Pastors Coalition.

00:14:06.000 We had our Ballot Chasing Coalition.

00:14:08.000 We had Faith Night, our Turning Point Academy team.

00:14:12.000 What we have built at Turning Point is a comprehensive one-stop shop of a machine, is a movement to be able to hold our leaders accountable, to take more terrain, to take more ground.

00:14:22.000 We saw that all on display at AmericaFest.

00:14:25.000 And I'm just so thankful for what the team has been able to accomplish.

00:14:29.000 Ben Shapiro had some very nice things to say about AmericaFest.

00:14:32.000 Let's play cut four.

00:14:34.000 Thanks to Charlie Kirk and Turning Point, which has done such extraordinary, extraordinary work.

00:14:39.000 I actually met Charlie Kirk when he was 18 years old.

00:14:42.000 He's younger than many of the people who are currently in this room.

00:14:45.000 And Charlie was going around a conference in Florida, in Palm Beach, Florida, looking for donors for Turning Point.

00:14:50.000 I remember turning to my business partner, Jeremy Boring, and saying, that guy is going to be the head of the RNC one day.

00:14:56.000 And instead, Charlie built his own RNC. It's astonishing.

00:15:00.000 It was very kind.

00:15:01.000 And it was good seeing Ben at our event and give a great speech.

00:15:04.000 We also did Ben's podcast while we were there.

00:15:09.000 And the movement is only going to strengthen.

00:15:12.000 2025 is going to be a year where we are able to advance even further.

00:15:16.000 But look, let's just be honest.

00:15:18.000 There may never be a moment like this ever again in our lifetime.

00:15:22.000 We are living through the greatest of all the times.

00:15:25.000 The fact that we were able to win this election with all these odds up against us and to be able to celebrate that was just...

00:15:33.000 I was just looking at the crowd and President Trump was there on stage.

00:15:36.000 It was just glory be to God, truly.

00:15:40.000 And then we got to get back to work.

00:15:42.000 Keep the base engaged.

00:15:44.000 To grow the base.

00:15:44.000 To keep making those arguments.

00:15:46.000 That's why I told the team I'm still going to be doing 17 college campus stops this spring.

00:15:50.000 Foot on the gas.

00:15:51.000 Full speed ahead.

00:15:53.000 Full acceleration.

00:15:54.000 I'm not going to say I'm going to work as hard in 2025 as I did in 2024, but it will be in the same ballpark.

00:15:59.000 I mean, I lost my voice twice.

00:16:01.000 I got sick like every 10 days.

00:16:03.000 That's like hard to repeat.

00:16:05.000 Not impossible.

00:16:06.000 But we know that tyranny never sleeps and neither do we.

00:16:09.000 Are you worried about the future of the U.S. economy?

00:16:14.000 With so much uncertainty in the air, it's natural to fret about the security of your retirement savings.

00:16:19.000 But there's one asset that stands the test of time, and that is gold.

00:16:22.000 For centuries, gold has been a hedge against market volatility and economic instability.

00:16:27.000 With a gold IRA from Noble Gold Investments, you can harness the power of precious metals to help protect your financial finances.

00:16:33.000 For the timeless safety of gold and silver in 2024. Noble Gold Investments will help you with up to 10 1-ounce silver Trump coins or 10

00:17:08.000 That is NobleGoldInvestments.com.

00:17:10.000 NobleGoldInvestments.com.

00:17:13.000 It's kind of funny how things work every so often.

00:17:17.000 For whatever reason, this is the second or third time this has happened where I am traveling and Ken Paxton is in my studio.

00:17:24.000 I don't know how this keeps on happening, but it is.

00:17:28.000 Do we have Ken Paxton in our studio?

00:17:30.000 Is that right?

00:17:32.000 Am I properly informed?

00:17:34.000 There is Ken Paxton in my studio.

00:17:37.000 Attorney General Paxton, how are you doing?

00:17:40.000 I'm just kind of wishing you were here.

00:17:42.000 Every time I show up at your studio, you're somewhere else.

00:17:45.000 I think the last time you were in North Dakota.

00:17:46.000 This is crazy.

00:17:48.000 And I believe you were supposed to be here.

00:17:49.000 Isn't that nuts?

00:17:50.000 I was supposed to be here, but I had to do some things out east very quickly, and someone offered me a ride.

00:17:56.000 I heard.

00:17:58.000 I was there.

00:17:58.000 I was sitting on the front row watching.

00:18:00.000 You saw the whole thing.

00:18:02.000 So, General Paxton, first and foremost, let's talk about your speech at AmericaFest.

00:18:09.000 What was your message to the great Patriots at AmericaFest?

00:18:12.000 I think part of it was just that our work's not done.

00:18:15.000 We have issues that we need to resolve that are significantly important.

00:18:19.000 And some of those issues that I talked about are dealing with the justice system and the injustice that had been done by the FBI and Department of Justice.

00:18:28.000 Those things have to be resolved.

00:18:31.000 And fundamentally, if we don't deal with our election issues, election integrity issues, we might win this election because it was so overwhelmingly won.

00:18:40.000 But there'll be other elections that are close.

00:18:42.000 And if we don't resolve the mail-in ballot issues and some of the other issues we have, which I know we have because I deal with them in Texas.

00:18:48.000 So I know this is not made up.

00:18:49.000 We used to prosecute, you know, we had like a thousand prosecutions going before that power was struck down, which we're going to get back.

00:18:56.000 So I know that these are issues that maybe don't seem important now, but they are going to be important in the future, and the time to get them fixed is now.

00:19:04.000 So the audience loved you, and you were kind of teased in your speech a little bit that you might primary Senator John Cornyn.

00:19:13.000 Tell us about that.

00:19:14.000 So I actually didn't bring that up.

00:19:17.000 I opened it up for questions.

00:19:19.000 I gave a few minutes, and the very first question was about John Cornyn.

00:19:22.000 Look, I've known John Cornyn for a long time.

00:19:25.000 He started out as a Supreme Court Justice, actually a district judge, Supreme Court Justice, AG of Texas, and then a senator.

00:19:32.000 And I just don't think he's accomplished the things we need to accomplish.

00:19:36.000 And I don't think he's actually gone left on some issues that were pretty important.

00:19:41.000 He actually created judicially in our state what's called Robin Hood, which is a wealth redistribution system of school finance that has hurt our schools and made them mediocre, which is why it's so important we have school choice now.

00:19:54.000 But he was a creator of that, and he did it by judicial fiat.

00:19:57.000 It should have been done legislatively if it was ever going to be done at all.

00:20:02.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:20:03.000 So I want to now just shift gears here to President Biden's, let's just say, clemency and the commutations that he is doing.

00:20:11.000 Have you been following this, General Paxton?

00:20:15.000 He is on a commutation spree right now, for example, and Blake is sending him.

00:20:20.000 Blake, all these are the bios you're sending me are the ones he commuted.

00:20:23.000 I'm reading this.

00:20:24.000 I want to make sure I can't believe this.

00:20:25.000 Is that right?

00:20:26.000 Yeah.

00:20:26.000 So seven criminals were among the ones on death row inmates that were just given clemency by Joe Biden.

00:20:33.000 I'm reading some of this right here.

00:20:35.000 I have to double check this.

00:20:37.000 The team says yes.

00:20:38.000 Jorge Avila Torres kidnapped and murdered an eight-year-old, Laura Hobbs, and nine-year-old Crystal Tobias, two girls in his neighborhood who were out riding their bicycles together. 0.66

00:20:49.000 He sexually assaulted both of them before stabbing them to death.

00:20:54.000 Before being caught, Avila Torres joined the Marines and strangled a fellow soldier who was only caught when he tried to murder a fourth woman who miraculously survived and identified him.

00:21:04.000 So today, 37 out of 40 death row inmates in the federal system have been given clemency by Joe Biden.

00:21:10.000 Your reaction, Attorney General Paxton?

00:21:13.000 Look, I think he's given more commutations than anybody ever.

00:21:16.000 I think it's up to 1,500 total, and it's for all kinds of things that you're talking about.

00:21:20.000 None of this is surprising to me, given his record over the last four years on everything, whether it's the economy, whether it's our border, whether it's international relations, it's all been bad decisions.

00:21:30.000 I can't think of one good decision or one good thing he's done for America.

00:21:33.000 So not surprising.

00:21:34.000 This is a constitutional power in Article 2, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution.

00:21:38.000 So he does have the power to pardon for past crimes, federal crimes, not state crimes.

00:21:45.000 And he has the ability to commutate sentences so that they're basically ending their sentences.

00:21:49.000 As bad as this is, that is a constitutional power, and it does not surprise me that Joe Biden is making poor decisions.

00:21:57.000 So let's now speak about Texas and kind of your workload going into the next year.

00:22:02.000 Now that we have a favorable Department of Justice, what cases, specific cases that you've been working on, do you think can finally maybe get the government's help, that you guys can settle?

00:22:13.000 Can you just walk us through?

00:22:15.000 The way that Democrats operate, they have a sue-and-settle strategy.

00:22:19.000 You know this, General Paxton, where they will sue the federal government in a jurisdiction, and then they'll almost force a settlement from a federal government that they also control.

00:22:29.000 Now, we would never do something that outrageous.

00:22:32.000 However, I'm sure there are cases where you were fighting the Biden administration tooth and nail that you then could get, let's say, reasonable settlements.

00:22:41.000 Am I correct in that estimation?

00:22:42.000 And if so, give us some details.

00:22:43.000 That's true.

00:22:44.000 So I'm going to give you an example.

00:22:44.000 We had over 100 lawsuits against the Biden administration in four years on all kinds of different issues.

00:22:50.000 Prior, I was suing Obama before Trump came into office.

00:22:54.000 And I'll give you an example.

00:22:55.000 We had a DACA lawsuit, which related to immigration issues and President Obama allowing people to come into the country that weren't legally allowed to be here and then almost giving them amnesty.

00:23:05.000 And then we also had sued over Obamacare.

00:23:07.000 Well, in those two cases, President Trump switched sides, despite the fact that he had some staff saying don't do it.

00:23:14.000 That's what we're hoping on some of these hundred cases.

00:23:16.000 We've got immigration cases, we have transgender issue cases, men and women's sports.

00:23:21.000 As a matter of fact, we sued the NCAA yesterday for that particular issue.

00:23:25.000 And so I'm very hopeful that we can work with the Trump administration to settle these in a way that we stop these bad policies that were initiated by the Biden administration illegally.

00:23:36.000 What can we expect from a legal standpoint on the border?

00:23:39.000 I know you've just been in the court nonstop on this kind of litigation.

00:23:44.000 Give us some of the ideas of what you expect from this administration.

00:23:47.000 Well, one, you know, catch and release is over.

00:23:51.000 Now Border Patrol, if you'll remember, Joe Biden on day one, it wasn't like a week into it.

00:23:55.000 It was the first day.

00:23:56.000 This was a high priority for them.

00:23:58.000 Said he wasn't going to deport anybody, which was designed to send a message to the cartels that they could start just bringing people to the Border Patrol instead of having to hide.

00:24:07.000 And that's exactly what happened.

00:24:08.000 We sued over that.

00:24:09.000 We got an injunction.

00:24:10.000 But they were doing it anyway.

00:24:12.000 And so you'll see that stop.

00:24:14.000 You'll see the wall being built.

00:24:15.000 There was money appropriated.

00:24:16.000 We had a lawsuit over that.

00:24:17.000 And Joe Biden, we at least stopped him from selling off assets.

00:24:21.000 But he never actually started building the wall.

00:24:23.000 So we were trying to preserve assets for the future.

00:24:25.000 I think you're going to see some of these other illegal immigration laws enforced just like they were four years ago.

00:24:32.000 If you'll remember under Trump, the numbers dropped to the lowest level we'd ever seen.

00:24:36.000 And under Biden, we've got the highest number we've ever seen.

00:24:38.000 So it's going to be a complete reversal, including deporting people that are here illegally, especially the criminals.

00:24:43.000 Can you give me an update on your big tech lawsuits?

00:24:46.000 I haven't asked you about this for a while.

00:24:48.000 And could a favorable federal government coming in with a talented solicitor general help you with some of these cases?

00:24:57.000 Oh, absolutely, because we can cooperate, which I think is, you know, these are issues that affect both the federal government and the state government.

00:25:03.000 We just settled one with Meta Facebook for stealing people's facial identity and their voice.

00:25:10.000 And we settled for $1.4 billion, which was the largest single settlement between a state and a company in history of the country.

00:25:17.000 We have three lawsuits going against Google.

00:25:20.000 We already settled two, but we got three really big ones.

00:25:22.000 One's an antitrust lawsuit based on the fact that they control the ad market on the internet, about 97% of it.

00:25:28.000 And then we have other lawsuits for them illegally tracking and censoring people.

00:25:33.000 And so we have a lot of lawsuits, and I know the federal government actually copied one of our antitrust lawsuits.

00:25:39.000 They've been in litigation over the last month, and so I'm hopeful as they work that out to see how that goes.

00:25:45.000 But I'm very hopeful with the Trump administration that we'll be able to work on these issues together.

00:25:49.000 I love it.

00:25:50.000 Any other cases and things that the audience should be aware of, Attorney General Paxton?

00:25:55.000 Because you guys have been in the trenches, and I think we're going to have some breakthrough coming soon.

00:25:59.000 Yeah, I mean, yesterday, right before the national championship for volleyball, we sued the NCAA over promoting men and women's sports.

00:26:09.000 We argued that under Texas' deceptive trade practice that they don't have the right to offer up to consumers this idea that this is women's sports and yet sneak men into that, not even telling us.

00:26:20.000 And so we have a lawsuit trying to enjoin them from allowing men in women's sports.

00:26:25.000 And also, there's a penalty for it, $10,000 per violation.

00:26:30.000 So we're trying to collect damages and stop the NCAA from lying.

00:26:34.000 If they're going to do this, they have to at least tell the truth, but they're going to at least be accountable for the lies that they've already told.

00:26:41.000 Ken, I wish I was there to say hello, but do another business.

00:26:44.000 You're the best.

00:26:45.000 We're behind you 100%.

00:26:46.000 Thanks so much Attorney General Paxton.

00:26:47.000 By the way, thanks for the great event.
