00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA high school chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am, Lord Musemy.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000 We have a major announcement to make and a special guest as well.
00:01:14.000 And here to help us make that announcement about the All-American Halftime Show is none other than Kid Rock himself.
00:01:21.000 Welcome to the show.
00:01:22.000 Mr. Rock, how are you?
00:01:25.000 Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:27.000 We're so honored to have you.
00:01:28.000 So excited to have you.
00:01:30.000 And this is a major, major announcement.
00:01:32.000 This is the first announcement about the All-American Halftime Show.
00:01:36.000 It's happening right here, right now.
00:01:37.000 So thank you.
00:01:38.000 Thank you.
00:01:38.000 Thanks for having me.
00:01:40.000 I'm excited, man.
00:01:41.000 Well, exactly.
00:01:42.000 You gave, and we just put it all out on social.
00:01:45.000 So this is just happening as we speak.
00:01:48.000 And I read your quote and I told your team I thought this is just absolutely amazing.
00:01:53.000 This just went out on the press release that just hit the wires.
00:01:53.000 So I'm going to read it.
00:01:56.000 It says, we're approaching this show like David and Goliath.
00:02:00.000 Competing with the pro football machine and a global pop superstar is almost impossible.
00:02:05.000 Or is it?
00:02:06.000 He said he's having a dance party, wearing a dress and singing in Spanish.
00:02:10.000 We plan to play great songs for folks who love America.
00:02:10.000 Cool.
00:02:15.000 Tell us what you mean by all that.
00:02:18.000 Man, I spent some time crafting that quote.
00:02:21.000 I'm not sure if I can top it right now.
00:02:22.000 Pretty much.
00:02:23.000 Pretty good, man.
00:02:25.000 You know, it's just like, it's like I said, it's like, you know, you're competing with this, you know, just powerhouse machine called the NFL, you know, in a certain way, you're competing with it.
00:02:34.000 And in a certain way, you're not either.
00:02:36.000 I think it's kind of a, I'm actually drafting an op-ed right now that I think I might release on Wednesday.
00:02:41.000 Kind of how did this come to be?
00:02:44.000 Why did Turning Point have to have an alternative halftime to the NFL?
00:02:48.000 And I think it's, you know, to sum it up quickly, it kind of goes back to what Taylor Sheridan figured out, you know, years back that, you know, half this country is just underserved entertainment-wise and was just really, so many of us got tired of just, you know, having Hollywood tell us how things are going to be and hearing all their political this and that and trying to, you know, shove their agendas and the trans thing and everything down our throats.
00:03:11.000 And it's like, you know, I guess we're just going to have to have our own stuff for right now.
00:03:14.000 Well, that's exactly right.
00:03:16.000 And you're going to be joined by Brantley Gilbert, Lee Bryce, Gabby Barrett, and you are going to be the headline here, Kid Rock performing at the All-American Halftime Show.
00:03:28.000 So for those, you know what was great about this, by the way?
00:03:31.000 So I've been kind of seeing some of the behind the scenes here.
00:03:34.000 And originally we listed all the artists in the press release.
00:03:37.000 And, you know, this, this would be Grammy.
00:03:39.000 We just hit the Grammys in hour one, which is ironic.
00:03:42.000 But the, you know, because they're all anti-ice or whatever.
00:03:44.000 But so we send this over to your team and we get this note back.
00:03:48.000 It's like, you know, Bob does not want to be associated.
00:03:51.000 He, you know, here's what you could say.
00:03:53.000 And it was like, okay, you know, so we said global superstar and Waffle House Legend Award winner.
00:03:59.000 And I was like, that is it.
00:04:02.000 So we stripped any reference of the Grammys and all your awards next to Kid Rock.
00:04:08.000 And we instead we have Waffle House Legend Award winner.
00:04:11.000 And I just thought, that is so perfect.
00:04:14.000 That is like exactly who we need headlining this made for TV concert.
00:04:19.000 And, you know, it's like, this is the thing.
00:04:21.000 I agree with you.
00:04:21.000 It's kind of a David and Goliath thing.
00:04:23.000 I love that framing because like this is a machine we're going up against, right?
00:04:27.000 But really, but really, it's the American people have been underserved.
00:04:30.000 And they've got this big arena.
00:04:32.000 There's a big stadium and it's going to be far away.
00:04:35.000 And it's going to be the cameras are going to be a mile away from the action.
00:04:38.000 This is going to be intimate and exciting, high octane, high energy, and it's going to be made for TV.
00:04:43.000 It's just a totally different experience than what you're going to get from the other guys.
00:04:48.000 And, you know, you can say what you want to say.
00:04:50.000 I have to call up the other guys and, you know, that other guy.
00:04:53.000 But I just think that what we're offering is so unique.
00:04:57.000 And you are the perfect person for this.
00:05:00.000 I couldn't be more excited.
00:05:03.000 You go into these things.
00:05:04.000 I'm very good friends with Lee Bryce, with Brantley Gilbert's a good friend.
00:05:08.000 I do not know Gabby.
00:05:09.000 I love her music.
00:05:11.000 But you kind of wonder, what's everyone else doing?
00:05:13.000 Because I go into these things.
00:05:16.000 I really spend a lot of time and effort putting something together.
00:05:19.000 And it's going to be something very familiar.
00:05:21.000 And then I'm going to do a complete 180 on people.
00:05:23.000 And I'm kind of excited about that.
00:05:24.000 And then Lee Bryce sent me something that he's going to do on there.
00:05:27.000 I was like, wow, that is powerful.
00:05:29.000 And that's good.
00:05:30.000 And it was so happy for me just to hear that.
00:05:33.000 To know that what we're going to do is go out there.
00:05:38.000 What a crazy concept and just try to play some great music for people who love this country.
00:05:42.000 It's that simple.
00:05:43.000 That's the only way we kind of, you know, take care of our audience.
00:05:46.000 I guess you could call it maybe get a win.
00:05:48.000 I'm not sure who our competition is.
00:05:50.000 I mean, I saw some of the Grammys last night, kind of had some people here.
00:05:55.000 So we're talking in between, but it was on in the background.
00:05:57.000 I was like, one point, I just go, wow, this is like literally a gathering for people with the woke mind virus.
00:06:04.000 You just look around the room and you're like, wow, man, this is terrible.
00:06:08.000 Totally.
00:06:09.000 I couldn't, I mean, honestly, it feels like you can't even imagine what media they're consuming, what lies they're listening to.
00:06:17.000 They're anti-ice, they're anti-law enforcement.
00:06:20.000 And you could feel this, like, this virtue signaling just constantly with them.
00:06:25.000 They think that they really are doing something good.
00:06:27.000 And really what they're doing is they're destroying so much of what makes this country safe and good, the institutions that keep us safe.
00:06:34.000 And then meanwhile, it literally feels like, and I read this book and it was this doctor, and she was kind of explaining the generation and like going through mental illness and stuff.
00:06:44.000 It's like, it's literally come to be like if you don't have some sort of a mental illness or claim to have one at some level or something's wrong, woe is me, everything's bad.
00:06:53.000 You kind of feel left out of this elite, you know, Hollywood elite group.
00:06:56.000 It's just, it's just sad to see some of these people.
00:07:00.000 I mean, I look at that poor Billie Eilish girl.
00:07:02.000 I'm like, just look at her.
00:07:03.000 Like, she looks like literally sad, just unhappy with everything in life.
00:07:09.000 I'm like, that's got to be horrible.
00:07:10.000 Like, I know, you might want to look into Jesus, girl.
00:07:14.000 That's exactly right.
00:07:15.000 Well, and speaking of which, I mean, we're going to have, there's elements of faith.
00:07:19.000 There's going to be country music, rock music.
00:07:21.000 There's all of this stuff is going to combine into this one beautiful concert.
00:07:26.000 And I don't want to give too much away, but it's going to be all over Turning Point Social.
00:07:30.000 So our Turning Point YouTube, X, Rumble, of course.
00:07:34.000 We'll probably throw it up on some other social media accounts that we can't, that we control.
00:07:39.000 Daily Wire Plus, TBN right here on Real America's Voice is going to be covering it.
00:07:44.000 We love the guys over at Real America's Voice.
00:07:46.000 So thank you, Parker and Rob, for covering that.
00:07:49.000 OANNTD, and then it's going to be on Sinclair as well.
00:07:52.000 So there are lots of places you can check it out.
00:07:54.000 You can see it on the graphic there.
00:07:56.000 But if you're watching the big game and you don't want to be fed a bunch of woke garbage or worry that the guy's going to come out in a dress or celebrate like the queer agenda, you just want something that the family can enjoy, but it's going to be excellent and like high-octane entertainment.
00:08:11.000 That's what we need to do.
00:08:13.000 This is where you can go.
00:08:14.000 Absolutely, man.
00:08:15.000 God bless you guys for putting this together.
00:08:17.000 When I first heard, you know, you guys just kind of announced it and said, yeah, turning points, you're going to do an alternate halftime.
00:08:23.000 Oh, yeah, right on.
00:08:24.000 Somebody's going to be.
00:08:25.000 I'm excited.
00:08:26.000 I'm excited today, too, because people would always ask me.
00:08:28.000 And I kind of actually didn't know what was going on.
00:08:30.000 They were very tight-lipped about the organization of this, I will say.
00:08:34.000 But we wanted just to get people hyped up.
00:08:36.000 So one of the guests we have performing, Lee Bryce, he did a tribute to Charlie a few months ago.
00:08:41.000 And just kind of give people, if they're not familiar with the artists, an impression of what they're about to hear, let's play 300.
00:08:47.000 And usually we do a couple of other songs, but tonight I would like to play a song.
00:08:59.000 dedicated to charlie kirk and what he uh what he so adamantly stood for you know and i don't want to see a picture of this country without god in it you know and uh and it seems like every day it's trying harder and harder to do that and i But I got faith that ain't going to go that way.
00:09:25.000 And the song you ended up playing was Kingdom Con Kingdom Comes.
00:09:29.000 Yeah.
00:09:29.000 Amen.
00:09:30.000 And could you speak to kind of the faith element of this too?
00:09:34.000 It's not going to be like necessarily a worship set or anything, but I just, I know that's important to you as well.
00:09:40.000 And are you planning on integrating any of that into your set?
00:09:43.000 Man, I would love to tell people what I'm doing, but I think the element of surprise is really what's going to make it special because no one's going to be expecting this 180 that I'm going to do.
00:09:54.000 I'm trying to make it as unselfish as possible, but at the same time, just play something great.
00:10:00.000 I'm like, there's nothing that we can do that I can do.
00:10:03.000 And trust me, I'm going to come out and hit him with the kid rock.
00:10:06.000 Like, boom, bang, the whole, but that's going to stop very quickly.
00:10:09.000 And I'm going to take it back to music.
00:10:11.000 Because one thing I know for sure, no matter what Bad Bunny does, what the NFL is doing, nothing, nothing is more powerful than a good song.
00:10:20.000 Nothing.
00:10:21.000 So if you just stick to playing good songs, that's the win right there.
00:10:25.000 And of course, I mean, there's an aspect of, there's a very aspect of faith in this song that I'm going to do.
00:10:32.000 It's not my song.
00:10:33.000 I'll tell people that.
00:10:34.000 It's not a song I wrote, but I did write a verse for it, which is very, very faith-based.
00:10:40.000 I love it.
00:10:42.000 I don't know what else you can say here, but I know that you've got a lot going on right now.
00:10:47.000 You've got different announcements you can make.
00:10:49.000 Is there anything else you can tell us about your plans for the next couple of weeks, months?
00:10:54.000 Any other releases that you want our audience to know about?
00:10:57.000 Well, you know, funny enough, we're going to release the song that I'm going to perform for the turning point, you know, All-American halftime.
00:11:05.000 So we're going to release it at midnight that night after the Super Bowl.
00:11:08.000 And then we're going to go out and do, I think we're making an announcement this Friday.
00:11:12.000 We're going to do some shows this year.
00:11:14.000 Not a ton.
00:11:14.000 I think it's maybe 10 or so.
00:11:17.000 Awesome.
00:11:18.000 So we're going to, I think it's called the Freedom 250 Tour.
00:11:21.000 And it's kind of, we're going to announce that on Friday.
00:11:24.000 And that's going to kind of lead to this huge thing that we're going to do in July 3rd in a stadium, which is going to be, I'm looking at like, I know everyone's going to celebrate America's 250th birthday, July 4th.
00:11:37.000 I want to put together the biggest party for America on the eve of July 3rd, kind of like New Year's Eve, you know, ring a Liberty bell and shoot cannons and fireworks off and play some music for folks.
00:11:47.000 So Ton of new music on the way with some very, very cool special guests.
00:11:53.000 I think people are going to be widely, wildly happy and surprised at the same time.
00:11:57.000 I love that.
00:11:58.000 So, everybody, you have a mission.
00:11:59.000 You need to tune into the All-American halftime show.
00:12:03.000 You know, when the other guys are doing their sort of queer celebration, whatever, speaking Spanish, whatever you want to do, that's fine.
00:12:11.000 But we're going to be celebrating this country.
00:12:12.000 It's the 250th anniversary of this country.
00:12:14.000 Faith, Family, and Freedom with an absolute packed lineup of Kid Rock, obviously.
00:12:21.000 And we've got Brantley Gilbert, Lee Bryce, and Gabby Barrett.
00:12:25.000 An amazing show.
00:12:26.000 And then your second mission, after you tune in, is to take Kid Rock's new song and make it number one across all the charts at midnight after the Super Bowl.
00:12:37.000 So please do that.
00:12:39.000 I've just, I've heard so many good things about the team working with you on this project.
00:12:44.000 You've been an absolute blast of energy and a breath of fresh air.
00:12:48.000 You get it.
00:12:50.000 And thank you for everything you're doing to help make this a great experience, a great event, and really successful.
00:12:55.000 Thank you, guys.
00:12:56.000 Thank you guys for having the conads to put it on.
00:12:59.000 You know what I mean?
00:13:00.000 I know it scares a lot of people in my business.
00:13:02.000 Let's put it on.
00:13:03.000 Oh, man.
00:13:04.000 That's a whole story for another day.
00:13:06.000 But I mean, when you're going up against the machine, it's a machine.
00:13:10.000 So God bless you, sir.
00:13:12.000 A lot of people in my position, there's a lot of big acts that are very scared of that machine.
00:13:18.000 You already know.
00:13:18.000 I'll tell you that.
00:13:20.000 I do know.
00:13:20.000 And eventually there'll be a time to tell that story.
00:13:23.000 But right now, we're just going to focus on all this good energy.
00:13:26.000 And you're a big part of that.
00:13:27.000 Thank you, Kid Rock.
00:13:28.000 God bless you.
00:13:29.000 Thank you, guys.
00:13:33.000 Every day, Americans make choices that shape our country's future, right down to which cell phone provider we support.
00:13:39.000 Here's what most people don't realize: Patriot Mobile isn't just a wireless provider, they're an activist organization funded by selling top-tier cell phone service.
00:13:48.000 They've been on the front lines defending our freedoms long before it was cool to do so, standing in the gap when others wouldn't.
00:13:54.000 The best part is they deliver prioritized premium service on all three major U.S. networks, giving you the same or even better coverage, backed by 100% U.S.-based customer support.
00:14:06.000 Get unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, and more.
00:14:10.000 And when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you'll help grow a movement that fuels the Christian conservative cause.

00:14:41.000 Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Bryce, Gabby Barrett.
00:14:44.000 I want to tell you again, you know, Kid Rock, he's famous for being a Waffle House legend award winner, and he's known for all summer long, which is a great song.
00:14:53.000 And we've got Academy of Country Music Award winner Brantley Gilbert, known for bottoms up and country must be countrywide.
00:15:00.000 Grammy nominated and country music association award winning Lee Bryce.
00:15:05.000 Excellent.
00:15:06.000 Known for I Drive Your Truck and Rumor.
00:15:08.000 ACM, new female artist of the year winner Gabby Barrett, whose breakout song I Hope, which, by the way, I know the song, but I looked across all of all the platforms and it's just millions and millions and hundreds of millions of views on I Hope.
00:15:22.000 So that's a huge breakout.
00:15:24.000 Anyways, no agenda.
00:15:26.000 We just want you guys to be able to enjoy a great experience, a great act.
00:15:30.000 Do we have Nick?
00:15:31.000 You can send him in.
00:15:33.000 We have more announcements to make here.
00:15:35.000 So it's just one announcement after the next.
00:15:39.000 I feel like the honorary Charlie here, I think I've heard all summer long.
00:15:42.000 And that's about it.
00:15:43.000 I have very, very, maybe Caboose could bring it up.
00:15:46.000 Get, I hope it is a huge hit.
00:15:49.000 Daily Wire Plus, TBN, NTD, OAN, it is going to be syndicated on Sinclair, but right here at Real America's Voice, they're going to be carrying it right here.

00:16:05.000 Are we not bringing in Nick Coca?
00:16:07.000 Can I bring Nick Coca in here?
00:16:11.000 Oh, all right.
00:16:11.000 Never mind.
00:16:12.000 I guess we're rescheduling him.
00:16:14.000 So we have a big announcement to make, but apparently we're not going to do it.
00:16:17.000 I don't know.
00:16:18.000 Oh, I guess he's coming.
00:16:19.000 He's getting hot.
00:16:20.000 It's just constant adventure here.
00:16:20.000 Okay, wow.
00:16:22.000 I did not tell him to reschedule.
00:16:24.000 I told him we had Kid Rock for a segment, and then we were going to bring Nick Coca in.
00:16:27.000 30 seconds are going to have him in.
00:16:29.000 Please send us your emails at freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:16:33.000 Let us know how you plan on watching the All-American Halftime Show.
00:16:36.000 Are you going to be tuning in to YouTube right here at Real America's Voice?
00:16:40.000 Rumble, how you want.
00:16:41.000 Roger, one of our enduring friends of the show, emails us all the time, sent us a blushing smile emoji, prayer emoji, thumbs up emoji, heart emoji.
00:16:50.000 I think that's a good question.
00:16:51.000 I love it.
00:16:51.000 I think that's not beat.
00:16:52.000 I will tell you the number one person that we got emails asking that would be on the show.
00:16:57.000 Come on in, Nick.
00:16:59.000 The number one person we got requested was Kid Rock.
00:17:03.000 So we were like, I mean, we have to go with Kid Rock.
00:17:05.000 We have to.
00:17:07.000 Nick, I'm sorry about the confusion.
00:17:09.000 Oh, it's quite all right.
00:17:10.000 I'm happy to be here.
00:17:10.000 No one jogging.
00:17:12.000 So we just announced the All-American Halftime Show, and we have another major announcement.
00:17:17.000 Nick, you run the high school field program.
00:17:19.000 So all the new Club America chapters that have been launched, like thousands of them, you are playing point.
00:17:25.000 You are probably the busiest man in turning point history at this point.
00:17:29.000 Mine is Charlie, of course.
00:17:30.000 But like, give us the announcement.
00:17:32.000 This is a major new announcement.
00:17:33.000 It's part of a series of major new announcements.
00:17:36.000 That's right, gentlemen.
00:17:37.000 So on Wednesday, we are announcing a partnership with the state of Montana.
00:17:42.000 Governor Gianforte is going to announce an initiative to put a Club America chapter in every high school in the state of Montana.
00:17:50.000 We've seen this in states like Florida and Texas and Tennessee.
00:17:54.000 Montana is joining the movement.
00:17:57.000 I hope to see this kick off a lot more states through 2026.
00:18:00.000 Join with us.
00:18:01.000 This is happening on Wednesday.
00:18:04.000 Wednesday.
00:18:04.000 That's correct.
00:18:05.000 So we're going to do a big kind of event announcing this more formally with the governor in Montana.
00:18:10.000 So you're flying up to Montana.
00:18:11.000 I am.
00:18:12.000 You got a trip to Montana.
00:18:13.000 It's terrible.
00:18:14.000 Well, actually, in the winter, I guess I hope you get a ski trip in or something.
00:18:17.000 But yeah, a little colder than Phoenix.
00:18:19.000 But that's awesome.
00:18:20.000 And didn't Indiana?
00:18:21.000 Do we have Indiana?
00:18:22.000 That's right.
00:18:23.000 Alex Clark made the announcement.
00:18:24.000 We do have an event coming in the state of Indiana.
00:18:27.000 Governor Braun is joining in.
00:18:29.000 Isn't that amazing?
00:18:31.000 And I'm not allowed to disclose yet, but there is another state potentially as well that's joining.
00:18:36.000 You don't have to say.
00:18:37.000 There are many more states that are going to join the Club America cause.
00:18:41.000 So do you hear this?
00:18:44.000 This is major.
00:18:45.000 So on the same day that we cover on this show, anti-ice walkouts in Tucson, in LA, Portland, Chicago, New York City, there is a movement that is happening across the country sparked by Charlie Kirk and helped facilitate by amazing people on the team like Nick, where we are getting whole states to back the Club America movement.
00:19:11.000 It is a movement now, and we're closing on like 4,000 high school chapters.
00:19:17.000 I mean, we're still sorting through this deluge of inquiries that came in after Charlie's assassination.
00:19:24.000 Give us an update on that.
00:19:26.000 Yeah, so we have over 3,200 Club America chapters nationwide.
00:19:31.000 And really, what these states are doing is essentially standing behind our students and their right to assemble, their right to fight to support patriotism and support their country.
00:19:45.000 You have students that are bullied and intimidating for starting Club America chapters, schools that try to deny their chapters, try to delay the approval of their chapters to be able to operate as any other school club, like a chess club or whatever it is.
00:20:03.000 And so these state leaders are saying that's not okay.
00:20:06.000 These students support patriotism, they support the Constitution, and they should have the right to do that just as any other student who wants to start an extracurricular club at their high school.
00:20:16.000 Yeah, well, and we have, we have literally, there's all these clubs get together and they go, let's walk out of school on Friday and protest ICE.
00:20:26.000 This is why it's important to have a Club America chapter on campus that says, no, we're not going to do that, actually.
00:20:32.000 And we love this country.
00:20:33.000 We support law enforcement.
00:20:34.000 And what you need when you're a kid in high school is you need other like-minded kids to have your back.
00:20:40.000 You need a core group of people that will support one another.
00:20:44.000 And that's why it's so important.
00:20:45.000 And maybe just give the audience at home, because we got actually a couple of questions about this in our AMM Friday.
00:20:51.000 Yeah.
00:20:52.000 What does a Club America chapter do?
00:20:54.000 It's the go-to place if you want to be a future patriotic leader.
00:20:58.000 If you love your country, if you believed in what Charlie believed in, if you want to stand out and make a difference, if you want to learn how to have respectful debate and dialogue, if you want to work with community leaders and civic leaders, Club America is the place to be.
00:21:14.000 If you want to be the next Charlie, if you want to be the next president of the United States, and you're a young person in high school wondering, how do I make a difference at this age?
00:21:24.000 join Club America.
00:21:26.000 It's the starting point for your journey to become that active model citizen.
00:21:32.000 I love that.
00:21:33.000 And so you guys do community outreach, you vote a reg, you have host speakers, you do community things.
00:21:39.000 Yes.
00:21:40.000 And so it's just, you're also, by the way, which should not be understated here, you're connected to a larger movement, which is Turning Point USA.
00:21:50.000 So the students get invited to the national events.
00:21:53.000 You get potential grants to host speakers in your local community, maybe on campus or off campus, right?
00:21:59.000 I mean, that's correct.
00:22:00.000 There's all kinds of options that open up before you if you join a Club America chapter.
00:22:05.000 And this is what's so crazy.
00:22:06.000 All these schools have like, you know, LGBTQ and your queer rights stuff.
00:22:11.000 And, you know, but we run into all the problems.
00:22:14.000 It's Club America that is often, you know, gets challenged.
00:22:18.000 That's why these are so important to have states.
00:22:21.000 Governor Gianforte in this whole state of Montana is going to have our back.
00:22:25.000 So if you're a kid that wants to start a club in Montana, you now have the red carpet out in front of you.
00:22:30.000 That's right.
00:22:31.000 No one's going to stop you.
00:22:32.000 That's amazing.
00:22:33.000 More states coming, too.
00:22:34.000 You're doing great work, Nick.
00:22:35.000 Thank you.
00:22:36.000 Thanks for having me.
00:22:36.000 God bless you, man.
00:22:39.000 Lots of big announcements.
00:22:41.000 The All-American Halftime Show is been announced.
00:22:44.000 The details have been announced.
00:22:46.000 We have a massive, massive powerhouse of a lineup.
00:22:50.000 You can check out more at AmericanHalftimeshow.com, AmericanHalftimeshow.com.
00:22:56.000 But of course, the big announcement is that we've got Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Bryce, and Gabby Barrett, all with huge number one songs.
00:23:05.000 You're going to recognize all of them.
00:23:07.000 You sing along.
00:23:07.000 Good for the whole family.
00:23:09.000 Faith, family, freedom.
00:23:10.000 If you love America, you just want to have a good time.
00:23:12.000 Made for TV.
00:23:12.000 It's going to be great.
00:23:13.000 It's going to be intimate.
00:23:14.000 That's the thing.
00:23:16.000 The cameras are like a mile away in those stadiums.
00:23:18.000 This is going to be intimate.
00:23:19.000 And then, of course, Nick Coca with our field team on the Club American side.
00:23:24.000 Another statewide partnership.
00:23:26.000 This one in Montana with Governor Gianforte.
00:23:29.000 Massive, massive.
00:23:30.000 Blake, throwing it to you.
00:23:32.000 Yeah, we've got a friend of mine I used to know way back when I was at the Daily Caller, which was a decade ago at this point, but Luke Roziak, and he's now a reporter, an investigative reporter at the Daily Wire.
00:23:32.000 Alrighty.
00:23:44.000 Are you there, Luke?
00:23:45.000 I'm there, Blake.
00:23:46.000 So great to connect with you again.
00:23:48.000 Awesome.
00:23:48.000 Awesome.
00:23:48.000 Good to see you.
00:23:49.000 This is the legend.
00:23:50.000 He helped blow open the Loudon County story.
00:23:53.000 Yeah, so I know of Luke because the Loudoun County story, which was obviously you, you delivered a governorship with that one, Luke.
00:24:00.000 It was a huge, huge story.
00:24:03.000 I mean, I still use them.
00:24:05.000 A series you did more than a decade ago on the DC subway system is one of my favorites for how DEI blows everything up and how it really works.
00:24:13.000 But we've recently on this show, Luke, we've been talking a lot about the 8A program, a lot of the ways the government does extremely inefficient or wasteful or discriminatory contracting, wastes a ton of your money, gives a ton of your money to scammers.
00:24:28.000 And I saw this story you did at the end of last week, and it made me laugh really hard.
00:24:32.000 And I just thought we should have Luke on to explain this because it's so illustrative of how things really work.
00:24:37.000 The headline for everyone is: How the military gave a homeless lesbians minority contracting firm $19 million.
00:24:46.000 Luke, how about you tell this story for our audience?
00:24:49.000 Sure.
00:24:50.000 So 8A contracting, I'm so glad you guys have been talking about it a lot.
00:24:55.000 It gives no bid contracts if you're a women-owned or minority-owned firm.
00:24:59.000 And the issue is a lot of times they're not even doing the work.
00:25:02.000 They're just passing it through.
00:25:03.000 And so this is a woman who had, she had like a rock band, actually a pretty decent band.
00:25:07.000 And she was just like living in her van going on tour with her bandmate, who was also her, her wife, I guess.
00:25:13.000 And so they decided to incorporate a company and they got that SBA designation to be a minority disadvantaged business.
00:25:21.000 And it's funny, actually, because she's a woman.
00:25:24.000 She's a woman, but she's a double victim because she also had one grandparent from Spain.
00:25:29.000 So that's Hispanic.
00:25:31.000 You know, you could be a descendant of Christopher Columbus and you'd be a Hispanic victim under the ADA program and our government would give you preferences.
00:25:39.000 So she had one grandparent from Spain.
00:25:42.000 And so they said, you are a disadvantaged Hispanic who should get legal preferences from the government.
00:25:48.000 Did her sexuality come into play here as well?
00:25:51.000 I'm just curious.
00:25:52.000 No, just women-owned, but she's super feminist.
00:25:56.000 And so she got this contract to make uniforms for the military, but she didn't own a factory or anything.
00:26:02.000 She had no ability to make all this.
00:26:04.000 So, first of all, the contract was for new balance clothes.
00:26:07.000 So there's really only one place you can buy them is new balance.
00:26:11.000 But because the government wants to get the small business set asides and the minority set asides, they'll oftentimes do these contracts where the government is basically.
00:26:19.000 And this is what I testified to the Senate about A last month.
00:26:22.000 And this is what I tried to say.
00:26:23.000 It's not all about individuals scamming the government.
00:26:26.000 The government kind of knows that some of this stuff is going on.
00:26:29.000 So they knew that somebody was just going to, you know, pass it through to New Balance or pay new balance for a license and then wind up sewing it themselves and creating some weird new balance knockoffs.
00:26:39.000 But anyway, this woman didn't have the ability to stitch anything herself.
00:26:43.000 So I talked to a guy, a white male who actually was in the garment industry.
00:26:49.000 And he said that she, you know, was living in her car and said, look, I got this contract.
00:26:53.000 Could you know like how I could actually do the contract?
00:26:57.000 And he said, well, I, you know, I can do it for you.
00:27:00.000 So he, she, he did all the work.
00:27:02.000 And at one point, he realized that she was kind of lying to the government and pretending it was her factory.
00:27:07.000 And he did a FOIA to get the contract, which said, you know, you're not supposed to be doing this.
00:27:12.000 And so at that point, she started retaliating against him.
00:27:16.000 She cast a curse on him.
00:27:17.000 She's like a witch, I guess.
00:27:20.000 And like all kinds of crazy stuff started going down.
00:27:24.000 And she wound up suing, you know, one of the people doing all the work for her because she felt like they were kind of, she actually had a contract that laid the whole pass-through scheme out in black and white, which usually people are smart enough not to do.
00:27:37.000 And it's like, I am going to broker you this contract.
00:27:40.000 Don't talk to the military.
00:27:41.000 Pretend that I'm doing it for you.
00:27:43.000 And she had them sign it.
00:27:45.000 So, anyway, in the course of the lawsuit, it really backfired and she wound up going out of business because she had to pay the attorney's fees for her pawns, her tokens.
00:27:54.000 Well, that's good news, of course.
00:27:57.000 But at the same time, they never really were, they were never declared like, oh, this is a bad contract.
00:28:02.000 They were never ruled in bad standing.
00:28:04.000 No one ever got prosecuted or sued by the government for this, correct?
00:28:09.000 Right.
00:28:10.000 I mean, it was only her own incompetence that caused it to collapse.
00:28:12.000 The contract actually had a ceiling of $72 million.
00:28:15.000 And so by the time she kind of screwed it up, it was $19 million had been paid out.
00:28:20.000 But yeah, you know, I asked her for comment and she sent me 10 emails calling me an evil Jew and talking about evil war profiteers and saying that I had demonic male energy and that males are too warlike.
00:28:33.000 And it's like, well, lady, you're the one who got $19 million from the Department of War.
00:28:38.000 And I think they kind of want warlike energy there.
00:28:40.000 And certainly she's profited more off the military industrial complex than I have.
00:28:45.000 But it's just a crazy way.
00:28:46.000 I mean, in this case, it was just clothes, like training uniforms that the Marine Corps would use.
00:28:50.000 But we could be talking about weapons here and they're buying things.
00:28:53.000 And there's like, there's no chain of custody for where this stuff is actually coming from.
00:28:57.000 It could just be like crazy people who are totally unqualified making some of this stuff.
00:29:02.000 And that's kind of one of the real perils of 8A.
00:29:05.000 Yeah, it's so ludicrous.
00:29:06.000 I want to get this quote because it's in the article that she told you she is quote, starting a coalition for women to run the planet.
00:29:13.000 Peace and light and love, like the orca whales, raise the frequency of the planet.
00:29:20.000 Male energy is heavy and warlike and long overdue for a reduction.
00:29:25.000 And yeah, it's, we have these programs.
00:29:26.000 It's such, it just is such a, I love this story because it's such a perfect illustration of the travesty that, oh, we want to give a leg up to these minority, these disadvantaged firms.
00:29:37.000 And yet it's the exact, it's really just you're paying this like feudal due to somebody.
00:29:42.000 She's just, there's no real business.
00:29:44.000 There's no real work.
00:29:45.000 It's entirely just this payoff so that other people can do the work, but they get paid less than they would otherwise.
00:29:52.000 And well, and it's, you think about, we, we started translating how much money is getting wasted in terms of how many lifetimes of average Americans taxes, you know, that were being just wasted on complete garbage like this.
00:30:08.000 So it's just, you imagine how many Americans had to pay taxes last year whenever this contract went out that just went to some, you know, washed up, you know, female band member in a van that is blaming the Jews for global slavery slavery or something.
00:30:26.000 Like you think what let's just say that that was that was 100 tax year receipts for Americans.
00:30:33.000 So 100 people paid their taxes last year so that this burnout in a van who used to be in a band could could do a pass-through expense to New Balance.
00:30:41.000 Like it's just absolutely insane when you get to that point and you think about Nick Shirley would do the same things.
00:30:46.000 He would say, I just, you think about all the people that are getting defrauded.
00:30:50.000 It's taxpayers.
00:30:51.000 We're the ones getting defrauded with this.
00:30:53.000 It's infuriating.
00:30:56.000 Hi, folks.
00:30:57.000 Andrew Colvett here.
00:30:58.000 I'd like to tell you about my friends over at YReFi.

00:31:42.000 That's the letter why then refi.com.
00:31:46.000 And remember, whyReFi doesn't care what your credit score is.
00:31:49.000 Just go to yrefi.com and tell them your friend Andrew sent you.
00:31:55.000 Yeah, but so Luke, another story, you get a lot of this.
00:31:58.000 And so I wanted to flag another of your stories that tell the story of the CFO of the African Development Foundation.
00:32:05.000 Sure.
00:32:05.000 So I did a really long series and sort of magazine style story back in May about this agency that's sort of like the little brother of USAID.
00:32:13.000 And it's supposed to give money to Africa, but I proved that they were doing exactly what people kind of speculated that USAID might be doing, which is they were giving grants to Africa, but then they had secret deals with the Africans that the money would come back to America, some of it in straight up bribes, but also just like kind of paying bureaucrats in DC to do their work.
00:32:33.000 So they were essentially hiding it from Congress and making it look like it was actually donations to poor people.
00:32:39.000 So the African Development Foundation, even one of the board members, he was the head of the, you know, Herbal Life that it's like a pyramid scheme that pushes like nutrition supplements.
00:32:50.000 They were, he was the head, he was on the board of this government agency.
00:32:53.000 And so they tried to push this for-profit pyramid scheme on African peasants so that his company could make more money.
00:33:01.000 You know, there were allegations of all kinds of racial stuff where the general counsel that Harris actually, they accidentally hired a white guy to be their top lawyer.
00:33:10.000 And he was like, well, you guys are just violating the law.
00:33:12.000 Like, here's all these laws you're breaking.
00:33:14.000 You're just like hiding all this money.
00:33:16.000 Like the stuff you're doing is insane.
00:33:18.000 And so they wound up pushing him out and like calling the police on him, just really corrupt stuff that gave the sense that like they were all in on hiding some really bad things.
00:33:30.000 And so this week, the CFO actually pleaded guilty to something that I had said in my story, which is he was taking bribes from this particular company, which was in Africa, but it was created by an African-American, I guess you could say.
00:33:44.000 He was a former federal employee who moved over to Africa and he was still friends with the guy at this agency.
00:33:49.000 So he gave him a contract and some of it went back to him.
00:33:52.000 And then the rest was used just kind of to keep to enrich his friend and then also to pay bills, including bureaucrats who were living in DC would get this random like wire of money coming from Africa.
00:34:03.000 So the foreign aid was just sort of this pass-throughs.
00:34:06.000 And so he pleaded guilty.
00:34:08.000 And then the Senate voted, had a vote to abolish it over the weekend.
00:34:13.000 But actually 11 Republicans voted against abolishing this agency.
00:34:17.000 They voted to table the amendment that was brought by Mike Lee.
00:34:20.000 And this is people like Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham and stuff like that.
00:34:24.000 And so USAID is gone.
00:34:26.000 This agency is way more corrupt.
00:34:27.000 Granted, it's a lot smaller, but it's like it's quite a story.
00:34:31.000 I mean, it's just wild, the stuff that they were doing.
00:34:34.000 But we had 11 Republicans, you know, vote against actually abolishing it.
00:34:39.000 Yeah, that's just, yeah, you're correct.
00:34:42.000 It is at least smaller, but yeah, it's, and you're a government efficiency reporter.
00:34:47.000 One minute here.
00:34:48.000 Just can you give a general perspective?
00:34:50.000 How, what's the scale of how this is going on and how should Americans think about this?
00:34:55.000 Just, I know, obviously, we've had this push on government efficiency.
00:35:00.000 We found a little bit of it, but the sense I get is just there's this absolute feeding frenzy.
00:35:05.000 And if you're not in one of these preferred groups, you're just kind of left out and treated as a sucker.
00:35:10.000 Yeah, I mean, certainly we were told when Doge was making inroads that the Doge was pointless because so much of the spending is in mandatory, non-discretionary spending, like Medicaid and defense.
00:35:22.000 But it turns out that Medicaid and defense are super fraud ridden.
00:35:27.000 And I think that a lot of it hides behind privacy.
00:35:30.000 But once you actually see it with your eyes, it's like this is just blatantly scamming.
00:35:35.000 And the government is just paying out in a way that a charity would never do that because it's just clear that it's not even, it's not even helping anybody.
00:35:43.000 But if we can't even get rid of an agency whose CFO admitted that he was corrupt and they blocked Doge from coming in, and it wasn't because they had this moral high ground, it was because they're hiding their crime.
00:35:55.000 If we can't even get rid of 8A, which the Alaskan Republican senators are against that because the Eskimos are in on the grift or the people that pretend to be Eskimos, I don't know what we're doing here.
00:36:06.000 Luke Roziak, thank you very much.
00:36:08.000 Check him out on X at the Daily Wire or check his book, Race to the Bottom online.
00:36:13.000 Thank you for joining us.
00:36:14.000 Thanks, guys.
00:36:15.000 It's been an eventful Monday.
00:36:17.000 I feel like the show has flown by.
00:36:19.000 I've had a great time.
00:36:21.000 And I have to say that having Kid Rock on the show was like checking a box off my, you know, we actually had tried with Charlie a while back and it just didn't work out for whatever reason.
00:36:33.000 He was at our inauguration, you know, inaugural Eve ball or whatever.
00:36:37.000 So I got to got to meet Bob there, Bob Ritchie, Detroit hip-hop scene.
00:36:42.000 Now he's headlining our Super Bowl.
00:36:46.000 I did it.
00:36:47.000 Our all-American halftime, our unrelated vacation.
00:36:50.000 Our just our big sports, yay, sports, halftime, half-time evening.
00:36:56.000 Yeah, for the all-American people.
00:36:58.000 Anyways, we're excited about that.
00:37:00.000 It was a great, great time.
00:37:01.000 And then to see another state step up and support our Club America chapters is huge.
00:37:06.000 Montana, thank you, Governor Gene Forte.
00:37:09.000 Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Tennessee, Indiana, Oklahoma, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, maybe?
00:37:17.000 I think.
00:37:18.000 I think.
00:37:18.000 I don't want to leave anyone out.
00:37:19.000 Anyways, and there's more coming.
00:37:22.000 That's the other piece of this.
00:37:23.000 And so, you know, when you get depressed about all those student walkouts and the brainwashing that's happening, just remember there is a whole counter movement going on, and Turning Point's playing a huge role in that.
00:37:33.000 And so we're just grateful for the partnerships.
00:37:35.000 And we have more news being made that'll happen this afternoon.
00:37:39.000 We've got Dan Patrick in from Texas.
00:37:41.000 Could be great.
00:37:42.000 We'll see him in just a bit.
00:37:43.000 And we're going to have to pre-record because he's here today, but we might show it on the show tomorrow.
00:37:49.000 So some more fun stuff happening there.
00:37:52.000 But today, and this will be a good final segment for the show today.
00:37:57.000 Today marks an important 10-year anniversary.
00:38:01.000 Do we have your anniversary yet, guys?
00:38:02.000 Otherwise, I'll have to hide it.
00:38:03.000 No, no, no, no, wait till they get it.
00:38:06.000 But this is an auspicious anniversary.
00:38:09.000 An auspicious anniversary.
00:38:11.000 It's crazy.
00:38:12.000 I will say, I've got to filibuster a bit while they get it ready.
00:38:15.000 Like we're reaching these 10-year anniversaries for so many Donald Trump-related things.
00:38:21.000 It's a little crazy for me to think that a good third of my conscious life has been with Donald Trump.
00:38:28.000 It's been in the Trump era.
00:38:29.000 The Trump era and how everything has just revolved around him since he came onto the scene.
00:38:35.000 You know, just everything, even when he's not in office, that's what everyone's talking about.
00:38:39.000 That's what the press is most obsessed with.
00:38:41.000 And it's almost easy to forget what it was like when he was still this insurgent candidate that we were going into the 2016 election.
00:38:49.000 And of all things, the big favorite was George W. Bush's brother, Jeb Bush.
00:38:56.000 Good old Jeb.
00:38:56.000 George W. Bush's administration did not end well.
00:38:59.000 He had record low approval ratings by the time he was leaving, other than like Nixon during Watergate.
00:39:04.000 He got us into multiple quagmire wars, and yet they were going to trot out this guy to run.
00:39:11.000 And they'd say, oh, that's going to be our nominee in 2016.
00:39:14.000 And what happened over and over again is he just, he was not adroit enough to handle President Trump.
00:39:23.000 And today, 10 years ago, I think was the day where I and many other people realized like Donald Trump is going to win the nomination and he might win the presidency after that.
00:39:32.000 It is please clap day.
00:39:34.000 This is the please clap day was a turning point in American history.
00:39:40.000 Pun intended, very intentional.
00:39:42.000 And what's interesting about this, it was the death knell, unbeknownst to many, but you said you picked it up.
00:39:51.000 You could feel it in the ether.
00:39:53.000 But it was the death of the neocons.
00:39:55.000 The GOP had been dominated by warmongers, the invade the world, invite the world crowd.
00:40:02.000 And who is more, I guess, symbolically important in that than the Bush dynasty, right?
00:40:09.000 You've got two invasions of Iraq, an invasion of Afghanistan, you know, two wars that lasted on and on and on, cost trillions of dollars, countless American lives, countless Iraqi lives and Afghani lives.
00:40:21.000 I mean, this is a really important moment in history.
00:40:24.000 So please take it away.
00:40:25.000 Show us the clip, Blake.
00:40:27.000 And so we have, this was the week before the New Hampshire primary.
00:40:27.000 All righty.
00:40:33.000 And I believe Donald Trump didn't win the Iowa caucus, correct?
00:40:36.000 He lost it.
00:40:37.000 And so this is New Hampshire primary, a week out.
00:40:39.000 Jeb Bush has a lot of money.
00:40:41.000 He's been doing all this.
00:40:42.000 And then he's speaking to a small crowd in New Hampshire.
00:40:45.000 And this happens.
00:40:46.000 Clip 304.
00:40:48.000 It up is creating a more dangerous world.
00:40:51.000 So here's my pledge to you.
00:40:53.000 I will be a commander in chief that will have the back of the military.
00:40:57.000 I won't trash talk.
00:40:59.000 I won't be a divider in chief or an agitator in chief.
00:41:02.000 I won't be out there blowharden, talking a big, big game without backing it up.
00:41:07.000 I think the next president needs to be a lot quieter, but send a signal that we're prepared to act in the national security interests of this country to get back in the business of creating a more peaceful world.
00:41:18.000 Please clap.
00:41:22.000 Please clap.
00:41:23.000 And with that.
00:41:24.000 That's more painful, actually, than I remember.
00:41:26.000 Please clap.
00:41:27.000 And at that, everyone thought, low energy gem.
00:41:30.000 Oh, low energy gel.
00:41:32.000 Low energy.
00:41:33.000 And you know what's ironic?
00:41:34.000 A week later, just real quick, a week later, on the 9th, Donald Trump, he won 35% of the vote in New Hampshire.
00:41:41.000 He beat John Kasich.
00:41:42.000 Remember that guy?
00:41:43.000 Beat him by 20.
00:41:44.000 That guy got second.
00:41:45.000 John Kasich is basically a Democrat.
00:41:47.000 Basically.
00:41:48.000 And that was the first primary he won.
00:41:50.000 He won a bunch of them after that.
00:41:52.000 The rest is history.
00:41:53.000 The rest is history.
00:41:55.000 What a history.
00:41:55.000 10 years.
00:41:56.000 You know, it's funny.
00:41:57.000 You think about these kids walking out of high school right now.
00:41:59.000 They're 18.
00:42:00.000 They've basically, the majority of their life has been dominated by President Trump.
00:42:04.000 Even when Joe Biden was president, it was still dominated by President Trump.
00:42:07.000 Their whole political conscious lives have been dominated by.
00:42:12.000 We have staffers on this show who are young enough that they only faintly remember Barack Obama getting elected, which is really uncomfortable for me because I voted in that election.
00:42:22.000 Yeah.
00:42:23.000 No, I totally agree.
00:42:24.000 Yeah.
00:42:26.000 That's a wild stat.
00:42:28.000 And actually, I was looking at some of these.
00:42:30.000 There's a basketball player that he was the youngest person to score 49 points.
00:42:35.000 It was an SNL clip.
00:42:36.000 It was going viral because he's a white guy.
00:42:37.000 And it goes, and the SNL guy, who's black, goes, this is a really bad start to Black History Month because you have this like 19-year-old white guy scoring 49 points in the NBA.
00:42:46.000 Anyways, I was looking at his birthday and it was like, yeah, he was like 2006.
00:42:49.000 And that was the first thought I had.
00:42:51.000 I was like, he was not born.
00:42:54.000 He has no memory.
00:42:55.000 He wasn't even alive when 9-11 happened.
00:42:57.000 We're getting far away from that.
00:42:59.000 That's really Gen Z. That's actually the most, the easiest way to remember what Gen Z is is they don't remember 9-11.
00:43:04.000 Because it's like 1998.
00:43:05.000 If you're three, you still don't really remember those things.
00:43:07.000 1,000%.
00:43:08.000 It's just, yeah, it's wild.
00:43:10.000 Anyway, so this is, it's been a big day here.
00:43:14.000 It's been a big 10 years for the country.
00:43:17.000 And there's no doomerism allowed on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:43:20.000 There's no none of that.
00:43:22.000 No black pilling.
00:43:23.000 No black pilling.
00:43:24.000 It's not fairly alliterative with one of the people on the show's names.
00:43:27.000 Even with Black Pill Blake.
00:43:29.000 Black Pale Blake is not even allowed to blackpill.
00:43:31.000 And you do a pretty darn good job most of the time.
00:43:33.000 I do my best.
00:43:34.000 I'm very proud of you.
00:43:34.000 I do my best.
00:43:35.000 You try and be positive.
00:43:36.000 Charlie was also very good at that.
00:43:38.000 Charlie, certainly you and I both know he could feel down a lot of the time.
00:43:42.000 And it was always internal.
00:43:43.000 He said, no black pilling.
00:43:44.000 He would find the upside.
00:43:46.000 He would find the way to learn.
00:43:47.000 He would find the way to move forward.
00:43:49.000 Because that was your duty.
00:43:51.000 Your duty was not to whine.
00:43:52.000 Your duty was not to grouse.
00:43:53.000 Your duty was to learn and to fight and hopefully win.
00:43:57.000 But winning wasn't the point.
00:43:58.000 Doing your duty was the point.
00:44:00.000 You don't fight because you know you're going to win.
00:44:02.000 You fight because it's the right thing to do.
00:44:04.000 That's why we do things like the All-American Halftime Show.
00:44:07.000 That's why Club America is spreading all across the country to get high schoolers and Gen Z who don't even remember 9-11.
00:44:13.000 But now they remember Jeb Bush because we just told them about it.
