00:00:59.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:28.000I want to talk about Mr. Weiner's bills that some of which have become law, some of which are becoming law in California, Scott Weiner, that we need to draw attention to.
00:02:42.000No, this is actually a San Francisco law that you have to.
00:02:50.000But when we saw this, I said, this guy really has a healthy sense of self-worth.
00:02:55.000And to your point, we're talking about someone that has is in the lead for authoring probably more bills than any state senator with his tenure and is probably going to be credited with changing the entire landscape of California with the support, of course, of Gavin Gavin Newsom.
00:03:13.000And, you know, he's responsible for offering bills like SB 107, which, as we now know, has changed the state of California, where we are a transgender sanctuary state, to AB 2098, which we have a temporary injunction on, which says basically it erodes the First Amendment and informed consent.
00:03:32.000I mean, I feel like we would have to go on and on and on, but there's about 65 bills that he has either authored or co-authored that are tearing down parental rights, medical freedom, harming children, and everything from starting in 2017, co-authoring a bill that said that knowingly exposing someone to HIV should no longer be a felony.
00:04:01.000I think it's SB 145, which says that judges will have the ability to have flexibility when sentencing gay men for having sex with a minor.
00:04:12.000You know, the reality is that if you look at how he's engaging in authoring these bills, he wants 12-year-olds to consent for their own medical procedures.
00:04:51.000So what that means essentially, and people are horrified.
00:04:54.000This is, first of all, this bill goes against the state of California Constitution and the federal constitution, but it says that any child, any minor that is seeking quote unquote gender affirming care can be taken across state lines by anyone, whether it's a neighbor, a babysitter, a friend, a parent, and brought into the state of California.
00:05:15.000And they can receive gender affirming care without their parents' knowledge or consent.
00:05:21.000And in the process, if the parents start to oppose that, they will actually lose custody.
00:05:28.000And then of course, there's AB 665, which again is a joint bill, which says that children as young as 12 can receive mental health treatment and counseling without their parent knowledge or consent in a school setting.
00:05:42.000So what they're trying to do is make schools healthcare environments so that your child can go to school and they can say, hey, little Johnny, how do you feel about your gender today?
00:05:55.000And if little Johnny says, you know, I don't know, I like playing with Barbies, then next thing you know, you start this process of saying, well, little Johnny is clearly not getting the affirming care from home.
00:06:06.000So under AB 665, we need to remove him from the home environment.
00:06:11.000We need to put him in a group shelter.
00:06:14.000And we're not going to notify the parents and we're not going to obtain their consent.
00:06:19.000This is all under Scott Weiner's guidance.
00:06:22.000So I want to play a piece of tape here.
00:06:24.000I think you're diagnosing this correctly.
00:06:26.000This all moves in a direction that the LGBT mafia, some, not all, but the mafia has been calling for years, which is sex with children, rape.
00:06:34.000Let's stop calling it sex with children, which is rape.
00:06:37.000This guy is a leading gay mafia leader, Peter Tochel, Australian-born British human rights campaigner, human rights campaigner.
00:06:48.000It's a longer clip, and he talks that there's nothing wrong with having sex with a nine-year-old as long as the nine-year-old consents.
00:06:53.000He means this with total seriousness, as if a nine-year-old can consent.
00:06:59.000He says they love giving themselves away.
00:07:02.000In fact, they think it's this beautiful thing.
00:07:04.000This is a leading person in the Rainbow Jihadi community, PlayCut 38.
00:07:12.000He told me when he was about 50 that he had had sex with a young man when he was nine years old.
00:07:23.000He said he wasn't pressured or manipulated.
00:07:25.000He said he had no regrets about that sexual experience.
00:07:29.000So my view is that's what he's saying.
00:07:34.000It's his personal view as an adult, mature man looking back on his childhood.
00:07:40.000If he says that, who am I or you to dispute it?
00:07:44.000If an adult person looks back on an early sexual experience and says they consented to it, they were not pressured, they were not harmed, they have no regrets or complaint, I think we should do the honest thing and accept their viewpoint.
00:08:00.000This is post-modernity at its finest, where he said, oh, yeah, just accept it as if child rape can be consented to.
00:08:08.000Obviously, this nine-year-old was preyed upon.
00:08:25.000I mean, look, we're starting to display porn in schools.
00:08:28.000Now they're talking about the fact that like you and I, based on those standards, are engaging in hate speech right now because we're referring to them as rapists and pedophiles when they want us to have this desensitized.
00:09:37.000He represents a lot of the LGBTQ community.
00:09:43.000What I found to be unbelievable, you know, he's quoted on Twitter as saying, essentially, and I'm paraphrasing, you know, let's not rush to judgment here on how we respond to monkeypox.
00:09:54.000If you guys remember, he was known for being out and engaging in these gay pride parades.
00:10:05.000There was a lot of sexual behavior that these individuals were engaging in.
00:10:11.000At the same time, we're in the middle of COVID.
00:10:13.000And then, of course, they usher in their attempt to further panic us with monkeypox, which we know is an absolute scam.
00:10:20.000But he's quoted as saying closing bathhouses in the 1980s, excuse me, didn't reduce HIV.
00:10:27.000It was an epidemic blunder and pushed people into the shadows.
00:10:31.000Let's not make the same knee-jerk mistake with monkeypox, all while being one of the strongest voices for masking up, vaccinating children, locking businesses down.
00:10:44.000In fact, he's on video in several news interviews saying that children between the ages of 12 and 17 in the state of California, there's over a million of them that are not vaccinated for COVID.
00:10:55.000And as a result, he authored SB 866 as a piece of legislation to circumvent parents to make sure that children were vaccinated without parent knowledge or consent.
00:11:07.000And it's the parental consent that bothers them the most.
00:11:09.000By the way, we call it the trans kidnapping bill for a reason, just so everybody understands.
00:11:13.000It basically orders courts to ignore rulings in other states that are based on laws barring child mutilation.
00:11:20.000We call it kidnapping because a parent could flee those states who loses a custody battle, come to California and say they need transgender care and use that to override custody decisions of other states.
00:11:33.000So right now you cannot take your child under 18 or your child, I should say under 18, cannot go get their ears pierced in the state of California without parent knowledge and consent, without the parent having to show their ID and sign authorization.
00:11:45.000But yet your child, they want your child to be able to go out and engage in sexually promiscuous behavior that they're being groomed to engage in, in addition to that, making potentially life-altering decisions about their medical decision-making.
00:12:03.000Every day, the parallel economy grows bigger and bigger.
00:12:06.000It's powered by everyday Americans who are sick and tired of all the woke nonsense being jammed into every product they consume.
00:12:12.000Big mobile companies are no different.
00:12:14.000For years, they've been dumping millions into left-wing causes, and we had to take it because you need a cell phone and probably thought that there was no alternative, but there is.
00:12:22.000Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.

00:13:22.000Okay, so let's continue on this, though.
00:13:26.000Is there any hope that these bills don't pass through the legislature?
00:13:31.000I think people in California now, parents in particular, are starting to become aware of just how dangerous this is.
00:13:39.000And there's been a lot of people that have been on the sidelines.
00:13:41.000And I think we're starting to see parents getting more and more galvanized.
00:13:45.000You look at communities like Temecula, California, for example.
00:13:48.000I know there's an absolute war between the state of California and that school board because the school board is banning LGBTQ curriculum and other forms of destructive curriculum.
00:14:01.000And as a result, the attorney general for the state of California is going after that school board.
00:14:06.000But what it does is it represents just how galvanized these parents are getting.
00:14:11.000So to answer your question, I think it's a lot of this still goes fairly uncontested in part because I think people are somewhat disconnected to the legislative process.
00:14:22.000Oftentimes we'll talk to people and say, hey, are you aware that there are bills, for example, that want these legislators want 12-year-olds to make their own medical decisions.
00:14:31.000And parents get upset and they say, okay, well, how do I vote on that?
00:14:34.000And we have to explain to them that, look, you already voted.
00:14:37.000You voted in these elected officials and they're making these decisions or they're sitting on the sidelines and not opposing whoever authored these bills.
00:14:47.000So some of it's, I think, still going fairly uncontested.
00:14:51.000Do start, I'm starting to see some of the tide changing where people are waking up and getting more involved.
00:14:59.000But it's really, I think, because of people like Scott Weiner that people are getting woken up and involved.
00:15:05.000You know, he put out on Twitter a statement that said, hey, this guy just gave me a great bill idea offering drag queen 101 as part of the K through 12 curriculum.
00:15:15.000Attending Drag Queen Storytime will satisfy the requirement.
00:15:19.000And that statement, people would go, wow, maybe two years ago was that that's clearly a joke, right?
00:15:26.000But I think we now know that he couldn't be more serious.
00:15:29.000Scott Weiner would absolutely author a bill saying that in order to graduate in K through 12 in California, that you have to attend drag queen shows and drag queen story time.
00:15:40.000And the other thing that's really nefarious that he's doing is he's not only talking about public schools, he's talking about private as well as charter schools.
00:15:49.000Yeah, it's just Republicans refuse to do this in red states.
00:16:28.000I really do think the state is beautiful.
00:16:31.000That being said, it's, I will probably stay in California and stand our ground.
00:16:39.000The reason for that is California, you know, these elected officials, Scott Weiner in particular, has stated that these bills are so successful that he is working with 19 other states to author similar legislation, which means we absolutely have to change what's happening here in California, or you will not have refuge in any other state.
00:17:01.000I mean, we're starting to see legislation, both good and bad.
00:17:05.000You know, you're starting to see some states.
00:17:07.000I know Tennessee just enacted some pretty good legislation.
00:17:10.000States like Indiana, you're starting to see them put bills in place and legislative action in place where they're supporting parents' rights and medical freedom.
00:17:19.000One of our board members, Curtis Hill, is actually running for governor in the state of Indiana, and we're extremely excited about that because we know that he will make sure that parents' rights are protected and medical freedom is protected.
00:17:32.000But to answer your question, I don't think that we can all flee the state of California and expect that the rest of the United States is going to remain untouched.
00:17:42.000There's clearly a trend in this country moving toward taking over parents' rights and medical freedom.
00:17:50.000We're seeing it in the school system everywhere from Des Moines, Iowa to places in Vermont and New Hampshire and places in the South and states that you would traditionally not.
00:18:02.000No, I'm not even saying you should leave.
00:18:04.000I talk about this at Jack Hibbs all the time, who's a hero of mine.
00:20:22.000And again, these other banks that I deal with, it's like, here's 955,000 pages to sign and they don't call you back and they don't work weekends.
00:20:29.000I had a problem with one of the things on the process because it was one thing that wasn't filled out.
00:20:33.000And they respond on a Sunday within minutes.
00:20:35.000You're trying to get a response from a woke bank on a Sunday.
00:21:29.000Joining us now is the great Lauren Boebert from Colorado to discuss Biden corruption and the latest updates, the Biden family cover-up involving this tricky little character, David Weiss.
00:21:42.000Congresswoman, thank you for taking the time.
00:21:54.000No other American would receive a deal like this.
00:21:58.000Weiss and Garland took special actions to protect Hunter from possible charges for money laundering, bribery, human trafficking, and even a firearm offense.
00:22:08.000Hunter Biden has repeatedly committed felony charges, yet thanks to the corruption of the Justice Department, Hunter gets probation and Charlie avoids jail time.
00:22:20.000Now, as a member of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, I will do everything in my power to ensure that Hunter Biden, David Weiss, Merritt Garland, and all parties involved in this cover-up will be held accountable.
00:22:31.000But these three-letter agencies under Joe Biden's leadership are doing everything in their power to suppress the truth and silence any whistleblowers that go against their agenda.
00:22:42.000Biden's bureaucrats have weaponized his agencies against conservatives and the American people.
00:22:48.000And Shapley and now Weiss have confirmed an off-the-record meeting on October 7th.
00:22:55.000In this exact meeting, Weiss claimed he did not have the authority to bring charges against Hunter Biden, which is completely false.
00:23:05.000The evidence now also shows that Weiss had access to the FD 1023s, you know, those unclassified documents that are not released to the American people still to this day.
00:23:16.000And I'm still calling to hold Christopher Wray accountable for that and possibly in contempt if he does not release those FD 1023s.
00:23:26.000But those also showed Biden's $5 million bribe.
00:23:30.000So you can't sell out the country and allow the prosecutor in charge not to investigate and not to present criminal charges.
00:23:37.000And of course, Weiss's story just continues to change to fit Biden's lawyer's false narrative and help with this cover-up.
00:23:45.000And the cover-up seems to be intentional, interagency.
00:23:50.000And the adage in D.C. is typically the cover-up is worse than the crime.
00:23:55.000I don't think that's true in this case.
00:23:56.000I think the crime is worse than the cover-up.
00:23:58.000The cover-up is easier to prove, though, in this sense.
00:24:02.000And so Merrick Garland has put a lot of his career on the line and reputation and risk on the line.
00:24:10.000What is the plan from an oversight perspective to either hold him in contempt, to impeach him?
00:24:17.000What can we expect from the House Republican Conference to start putting points on the board here against this crime syndicate?
00:24:24.000Well, so Chairman Mark Green already has, excuse me, sorry, I was thinking about Mayerkus for just a second.
00:24:33.000There's so many people we want to impeach.
00:24:35.000We know that Merrick Garland needs to be impeached.
00:24:38.000And I want that to start in the oversight committee.
00:24:41.000If we need to give jurisdiction to start actually looking into this, just like I did with the impeachment for Joe Biden, giving the Homeland Security Committee jurisdiction for an impeachment inquiry, or the Judiciary Committee needs to take this up.
00:24:55.000We all know that Merrick Garland and senior corrupt officials within the Biden administration were calling the shots here.
00:25:01.000Weiss and Garland figuratively handcuffed all of the investigators and wouldn't actually let them investigate any of the leads that they were given.
00:25:09.000And Garland was also the one that directed the FBI raid in a President Trump's home.
00:25:15.000So there are many things here that we can look into Merrick Garland and go after him.
00:25:20.000Certainly contempt of Congress if he does not show up and testify before our committees and provide that information as you're seeking oversight.
00:25:33.000But there shouldn't be two different standards of justice in this country.
00:25:38.000The whistleblowers were cross-examined for 14 hours by both Republicans and Democrats in Congress.
00:25:43.000And you know who hasn't been cross-examined?
00:27:19.000Well, with Director Ray, you know, I mean, it's just a sad moment for the country when the FBI has gone from being this respected part of our law enforcement to becoming another tool for the Democrats during politics.
00:27:30.000And the sickening part of this is how proud they be of it.
00:27:35.000Remember when James Comey said that the FBI and the DOJ will do everything to bring down Trump?
00:27:43.000They will bring him down, but they will also do anything they can to cover up the Biden crime family.
00:27:48.000And what the FBI, what have they done to investigate the attacks on so many Americans?
00:27:57.000They are sitting idly on their hands and not doing the work that they're actually supposed to in these positions and to cover up everything that's going on with Biden.
00:28:09.000That's just another reason that we need to bring him before the oversight committee.
00:28:13.000Christopher Wray will be going before the Judiciary Committee this week and will answer to members of Congress there for the weaponization of DOJ.
00:28:24.000And hopefully we can get some accountability out of that.
00:28:28.000But I have a feeling he's going to have a lot of, well, this is under investigation, so I'm not allowed to speak to that.
00:28:35.000So we have got to get aggressive as House members and use every tool available, whether that's the Holman rule and targeting salaries, holding him in contempt, impeachment, whatever the case may be.
00:28:48.000We have to bring justice back to Washington.
00:28:53.000Fencing off the money would be a good start.
00:28:55.000I mean, Christopher Wray, in one of the most defiant acts, brazen acts that we've seen ever last summer ended a Senate hearing early to go board his FBI-funded, taxpayer-funded FBI private jet to go to his vacation in the Adirondacks.
00:29:16.000That was Christopher Wray, taxpayer-funded Gulf Stream to the Adirondacks.
00:29:20.000And he just told the Senate, I'm done asking questions.
00:29:45.000And we have got to start reining that in.
00:29:48.000You know, on Wednesday, when Christopher Wray comes before the Judiciary Committee, I think they need to ask questions like: Are the agents who worked on the Russia investigation still at the FBI?
00:30:04.000Durham found that the FBI officials went against protocol to go after President Trump before the 2016 election.
00:30:11.000And for a party so caught up in equality, the Democrats clearly don't care about equal justice.
00:30:18.000So there are still more questions that need to be asked.
00:30:21.000But also, they're working for a man who has spent 40% of his time in the White House on vacation.
00:30:29.000And when he's actually at the White House, he's just wandering around the basement, wondering what flavor ice cream he's.
00:30:35.000Last question here, Lauren, I know you've been leading on this.
00:30:39.000Likelihood we get impeachment proceedings to the Senate before Christmas.
00:30:44.000To the Senate before Christmas is a tough one.
00:30:47.000I still need everyone to continue to put pressure on their members of Congress to make sure that this inquiry actually comes up in the Homeland Security Committee.
