00:01:15.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:38.000Well, a country is defined by borders.
00:01:40.000It is necessary for a country to have sovereignty.
00:01:46.000If a country does not, then it's just kind of a loose collection of territories or colonies that could be traded in, and your citizenship doesn't really mean anything.
00:02:49.000That we're not in charge of Central and South America, that we're not in charge of Canada.
00:02:53.000There are partners, there are allies, but they can have a right to their own self-determination.
00:02:58.000A border is a limitation, a self-imposed limitation.
00:03:02.000One of the reasons why people like Gates and Soros don't like borders is they actually don't want to admit that there might be limitations on their own power, their own wealth, and their own sovereignty.
00:03:14.000They want unlimited power, wealth, and sovereignty.
00:03:18.000Where a border is saying, you know, we're going to stop here.
00:08:16.000These people are such hardened criminals, the getaways, that if their name was ever typed into a database, it would come up like flashing red, like, oh, rapist from Panama.
00:08:45.000To give you an idea, there were 156,000 Allied soldiers involved on D-Day, 156,000 Allied soldiers on D-Day.
00:08:53.000If you combine the apprehensions and the gotaways, that's 230,000 people that have crossed the southern border, more than the amount of people that we used to invade on D-Day on Normandy Beach to reclaim Europe from the Nazis.
00:09:07.000But don't worry, let's just keep talking about Ukraine non-stop, everybody.
00:09:11.000Now, some people say those are disconnected.
00:09:14.000Why is it that the political leaders rush to go send $14 billion to Ukraine, but they can't even have $500 million to go to the southern border?
00:09:22.000Because they don't want the southern border to be secure.
00:09:25.000Our border has merely become a suggestion.
00:09:28.000And they want the southern border to be deteriorated because they, of course, want the cheap labor to be able to continue to depress American wages and maximize their profits.
00:09:36.000And additionally, and most importantly, which I think we need to kind of hammer home, the people in charge, they think that America having a border is colonialistic, racist, backdated, outdated.
00:09:53.000Well, your entire country is being overrun on a daily basis.
00:11:13.000It is an effective and creative way to secure our country.
00:11:17.000Title 42 is a provision of the immigration code that allows removal by the United States government of people who have recently been in a country where communicable disease was present.
00:11:28.000So President Trump said, wait a second, so we have COVID.
00:11:30.000Why can't I use that to have stronger border policies?
00:11:36.000But Title 42 is set to expire coming in May.
00:11:43.000And when it expires, we will be on the verge of a mass migration event, the likes of which we have never seen in our country's history.
00:11:52.000Those numbers that I exclusively just told you what's happening on the southern border, it's going to explode beyond it.
00:11:59.000It is going to make it seem as if we have had no immigration previous to it.
00:12:06.000Now, of course, while the country, the regime media wants us to be focused on what's happening in Ukraine, let's talk about some of the specifics and the sound of what's happening on the southern border.
00:12:17.000Senator Ted Cruz comments on this: play cut 73.
00:12:21.000Over 2 million people crossed illegally last year, the highest rate of illegal immigration in 62 years.
00:12:29.000We just passed the threshold of a million people crossing this fiscal year.
00:13:39.000To a lesser extent, they'll go down to Panama.
00:13:40.000They'll go down all the way to South America.
00:13:42.000They'll go into the poorest villages imaginable.
00:13:47.000And they'll basically say, for $7,000 each and a portion of your earnings in America, repatriation, you give us the money, we'll smuggle you into America.
00:14:00.000And because Biden is now president, we will train you that when you cross the border, you're not going to have to remain in Mexico policy and you will not be expelled.
00:14:20.000$6,000 is like everything they have that they've accumulated over the last multiple generations.
00:14:27.000They'll ask the cartel person who's literally recruiting them, by the way, the cartel person who's like prying them out of these villages, what happens if we get caught?
00:14:37.000I don't want to have to lose this money.
00:14:39.000And the cartel person is able to improve their sales pitch when they are preying on the peasants in Honduras and Guatemala.
00:14:45.000What they say is, no, no, no, no, don't worry.
00:14:47.000We're going to give you a piece of paper.
00:14:50.000And on that piece of paper will be exactly what to say to the border patrol person.
00:14:54.000We're going to tell you where to enter and how to enter.
00:14:56.000So then you go to Yuma, and it's not people that are just kind of like meandering across the border.
00:15:25.000Donald Trump showed that when he threatened a 5% tariff on Mexican goods coming into the United States overnight, the southern border crisis went down like 90%.
00:15:34.000If we do not solve Title 42, which is a constitutional loophole to protect and safeguard the well-being of the United States, estimates show that 3 to 4 million people are going to come this summer.
00:15:46.0003 to 4 million people is bigger than the population of 23 states.
00:15:49.000The cartels are already working on this, by the way.
00:15:52.000The cartels are working neighborhood by neighborhood in Nicaragua and Guatemala and southern Mexico.
00:17:32.000As we sit here in the chamber of the United States House of Representatives today, the Secretary of Homeland Security has announced that he is ready to end the use of Title 42 on our southern border.
00:17:44.000This as we speak, while in March, we've had 100,000 apprehensions in the first half of the month, barreling towards 200,000, of which half have been able to be turned away under Title 42.
00:17:55.000When the Secretary ends Title 42, there will be a deluge at our southern border.
00:18:03.000So it is a crisis right now, an unprecedented crisis.
00:18:08.000But if we repeal Title 42, it'll make whatever crisis we're living through right now look like nothing.
00:18:16.000Title 42 is the only thing that is holding back some of these apprehensions that allow us to deport some of these people based on what country of origin they came from.
00:18:27.000They're like, yeah, we're trying to see what we're going to have to do to plan for that contingency.
00:18:30.000The same people that gave $85 billion to the Taliban, the same people that completely messed up every major situation that they have seen in front of them, inflation, gas prices, the invasion of Ukraine.
00:18:44.000They're like, oh, yeah, we're planning for the contingency.
00:18:48.000Is the Biden administration prepared to deal with the aftermath of ending Title 42 and the expected influx of migrants?
00:18:56.000So first, what I would say is that this is a decision that we have long deferred to CDC.
00:19:02.000Title 42 is a public health directive.
00:19:04.000It is not an immigration or migration enforcement measure.
00:19:07.000So the decision on when to lift Title 42, we defer to the CDC.
00:19:13.000That being said, of course, we are planning for multiple contingencies.
00:19:17.000And we have every expectation that when the CDC ultimately decides it's appropriate to lift Title 42, there will be an influx of people to the border.
00:19:26.000And so we are doing a lot of work to plan for that contingency.
00:19:31.000They want them in the country, obviously.
00:19:34.000They are stuck between their ideology and actually having to explain to the American people that they want complete and total, wide open borders.
00:19:41.000Mitch McConnell is speaking out against this, thankfully.
00:19:46.000But I would just ask Mitch McConnell respectfully: why are you approving all this money to go to Ukraine?
00:19:51.000Why don't you use that as a bargaining chip?
00:19:54.000Why are you passing these multi-trillion dollar bills and not leading to get us what we need to secure our country?
00:20:03.000So now, according to public reports, the Biden administration is preparing to cave to the radicals and Title 42 and effectively throw our borders completely wide open.
00:20:16.000Ending Title 42 without any real border security plan in place would spark a humanitarian and security crisis like we've never seen before.
00:20:59.000And the Biden administration sees this as a way to fight inflation.
00:21:03.000Precisely what we predicted last year, by the way, in an article that was widely ridiculed by the regime media, but it's true, where they need more people to trade with dollar bills, therefore spreading the value of the dollar bill over more people.
00:21:19.000500,000 illegals per month expected at border, 500,000, with new caravans being formed all across Nicaragua, Guatemala.
00:21:31.000Now, the people that actually are running these caravans are cartel leaders.
00:21:36.000The caravans just don't organize themselves, and they're assisted by NGOs, non-governmental organizations, to bring these people all up across the interior of Mexico.
00:21:44.000Now, if we had a president, which we don't, that actually loved America, which he doesn't, we could fix this immediately.
00:21:52.000Joe Biden or a president of the United States right now should fly down to Mexico City and convene every Central and South American country worth their salt, except maybe Venezuelans.
00:22:01.000Say, listen, 50% tariffs happen next week if you don't employ your military to stop this.
00:22:07.000We'll do our part on our border, but if you do not intervene, there's tariffs happening immediately via condios and leave the building.
00:22:16.000They wouldn't even know what hit them.
00:22:46.000You wake up early, you go to work, you pay your taxes, and yet you go see these criminal vigilantes just be able to waltz into the country.
00:22:53.000How about those of you that came here legally?
00:22:55.000We have a lot of legal immigrants that listen to our program.
00:22:58.000A lot of you, first or second generation immigrants, think about why didn't my family come here the right way when I just could have waltzed across the border in Honduras?
00:23:07.000And let me add, I saw for myself IDs from the Republic of Georgia, from Kazakhstan, from Azerbaijan, from Iran, and from Cuba of people that are crossing the southern border.
00:23:28.000Well, they fly into Mexico City, they take a connecting flight to Mexicali, and then they cross the border.
00:23:36.000We played that tape not too long ago on this program exclusively Of the people that this one guy that we got on video that came from Georgia and said, Yeah, I just want to come to America.
00:24:09.000One leader with the will to do this could solve this whole thing.
00:24:12.000You convene the Central and South American countries, you threaten them with tariffs, we mobilize the National Guard, the Marines, you get it done immediately on the southern border.
00:24:20.000You extend Title 42, you reinstitute Remain in Mexico policy, you get the governor of Arizona, the governor of Texas to mobilize their own National Guard and create a citizen force to do the same.
00:24:30.000We've been calling that for that for a while.
00:24:34.000You would get border crossings to go from half a million a month down to $5,000 a month if that.
00:24:38.000It could go from half a million to 5,000 and nothing if we had the will to do it.
00:24:42.000We used to be a country that would go to the moon, invade Normandy Beach, and do incredibly impossible things.
00:24:50.000Now we can't even do the easy and the simple things.
00:24:53.000The number of migrants from Central America has increased significantly over the past 30 years by 137% between 1990 and 2020 from 6.82 million to almost 16.2 million.
00:25:25.000Okay, left to its own devices, we'd have a couple thousand people a month that just went across into the border, but very few people would make that journey themselves.
00:25:34.000Very few people would just kind of pick up their own stuff and come to, that's a tough journey.
00:25:38.000In fact, that's the country, that's the border situation we had back in 2003, 2004, 2005.
00:26:12.000Buying a person and bringing them from one place to another and requiring that person to pay part of what they need to pay, part of like their remittances back to the country, back to the cartel.
00:26:40.000Well, then all of a sudden the business model of the cartel drives up, dries up.
00:26:44.000And the thing about the cartel, what they love about this, is that if they get caught smuggling human beings, the penalty is far less.
00:26:52.000Bringing drugs across or bringing guns across, that's a separate issue.
00:26:56.000When you go meet with the locals in Yuma or in Tucson or Nahalis or in the Rio Grande Valley, the local border patrol, their morale is at record low.
00:27:34.000Border barrier is a needed tool for Border Patrol agents.
00:27:37.000As I mentioned in my remarks, especially as an officer safety tool, they work 24-7.
00:27:44.000That night, the evening hours is one that becomes very busy for them because the adversary takes advantage of that.
00:27:50.000And when I say adversary, yes, I'm talking about cartels.
00:27:54.000And I'm talking about transnational criminal organizations and human smuggling organizations, who at the end of the day, it's a commodity that they're trying to push between the ports of entry.
00:28:04.000So without barrier, we become more vulnerable.
00:28:07.000We, the men and women of the Border Patrol.
00:28:32.000Spring and summer are the seasons for finally getting outside for entertaining pool parties and barbecues.
00:28:37.000But if your yard looks like a plant cemetery, you're not going to enjoy it as much.
00:28:41.000Get your place looking like a resort easy with fast-growing trees.

00:30:00.000Just you got to prove you're a citizen.
00:30:02.000Almost instantaneously, within hours, Mark Elias and the Elias Law Group, remember that Mark Elias, the very same one that was the architect of the 2020 election of the ballot schemes,
00:30:20.000comes in and represented Stacey Abrams, all of that, that Mark Elias came in and sues the state of Arizona and said, quote, the proof of citizenship restriction continues a baseless assault on Arizona's election system based on a conspiracy theory that non-citizens are voting, despite a persistent lack of credible evidence to support such claims.
00:30:46.000The restriction is the newest in a series of cynical and bad faith attempts to use these politically motivated and false allegations to limit access to voting by eligible, lawful citizens.
00:30:58.000If you want eligible and lawful citizens to vote, then you should have no concern making sure that citizens can only vote.
00:31:05.000So basically they're saying, okay, this law needs to be repealed because it's unconstitutional because we want to make sure that people that are citizens that could vote.
00:31:24.000You have a major Democrat lawyer that is suing, saying that the fact that you have to prove you're a citizen is wrong.
00:31:31.000Proponents of the proof of citizenship restriction justify it by invoking the boogeyman of voter fraud without any proof to support their claims.
00:31:39.000Well, Mark Elias, I'm like to have an open invite to Mark Elias.
00:31:43.000You can come with me anytime and watch 2,000 Mules by Dinesh D'Souza.
00:31:51.000Hey, Mark Elias, were you involved in the ballot harvesting track-ficking scheme in Yuma, Arizona?
00:31:56.000Because there's actually a mule on camera in the 2000 Mule video, a movie, saying that she was paid to go drop off ballots at locations in Yuma where there were no cameras present in the middle of the night.
00:32:11.000Were you involved in that, Mark Elias?
00:32:16.000During the legislature's consideration of the bill, no legislature identified a single incident of voter fraud or impropriety in Arizona related to mail and early ballots.
00:32:26.000We have, through cell phone geolocation technology, hundreds of people that were paid to go to ballot drop box after ballot drop box after ballot drop box after ballot drop box.
