00:01:36.000 What is a country?
00:01:38.000 Well, a country is defined by borders.
00:01:40.000 It is necessary for a country to have sovereignty.
00:01:46.000 If a country does not, then it's just kind of a loose collection of territories or colonies that could be traded in, and your citizenship doesn't really mean anything.
00:01:56.000 Now, this is not controversial.
00:01:57.000 It shouldn't be controversial in any way, shape, or form.
00:02:00.000 A country needs borders.
00:02:04.000 A border is a defining line where your Constitution begins and where the Constitution ends.
00:02:09.000 It is the limitation on one's power.
00:02:13.000 When a country does not have borders, it is very easy then to deteriorate and disintegrate the ethos or the spirit of that very nation.
00:02:24.000 A nation without borders is not a nation at all.
00:02:27.000 It's not a controversial statement.
00:02:29.000 In fact, 90% of Americans agree with that.
00:02:33.000 Borders are nothing new, by the way.
00:02:35.000 Borders have been around for thousands of years.
00:02:38.000 Borders are also a sign of humility.
00:02:42.000 Borders are a statement that we don't run the world.
00:02:46.000 We're going to govern ourselves.
00:02:49.000 That we're not in charge of Central and South America, that we're not in charge of Canada.
00:02:53.000 There are partners, there are allies, but they can have a right to their own self-determination.
00:02:58.000 A border is a limitation, a self-imposed limitation.
00:03:02.000 One of the reasons why people like Gates and Soros don't like borders is they actually don't want to admit that there might be limitations on their own power, their own wealth, and their own sovereignty.
00:03:14.000 They want unlimited power, wealth, and sovereignty.
00:03:18.000 Where a border is saying, you know, we're going to stop here.
00:03:21.000 This is us.
00:03:22.000 We're going to manage what we have.
00:03:25.000 Well, we're currently living under the stated policy portfolio of open borders.
00:03:31.000 I saw it for myself in Yuma in late February.
00:03:35.000 We did an entire program kind of summarizing that.
00:03:38.000 But some border patrol agents have now sent us numbers as to how's it going right now on the southern border.
00:03:45.000 These numbers are not yet public.
00:03:48.000 So you could divide the southern border into different sectors.
00:03:50.000 Now, mind you, we could secure the southern border overnight.
00:03:54.000 We just do not have the will.
00:03:55.000 We could have drone reconnaissance.
00:03:57.000 We could send Marines, National Guards.
00:03:59.000 We could build a wall.
00:04:00.000 We could have technology.
00:04:02.000 We could do it if we wanted to do it.
00:04:05.000 If we treated the southern border like a bank, we could secure the 2,000-mile bank of the southern border by a bank.
00:04:15.000 I mean, the literal bank where you deposit money, where there's, you check in, you check out, there's cameras.
00:04:20.000 We're wealthy enough.
00:04:20.000 We're sophisticated enough.
00:04:21.000 We could figure it out.
00:04:22.000 We could have drones every 10 miles.
00:04:25.000 We could have Border Patrol be able to use technology to deploy.
00:04:29.000 So you could divide it by sector.
00:04:30.000 The only reason the southern border remains open is because your politicians want it to remain open.
00:04:35.000 Republicans want it for cheap labor, and Democrats want it for cheap votes.
00:04:40.000 Democrats want it to be a continual issue.
00:04:42.000 Democrats generally don't believe in borders.
00:04:44.000 And if they believe it, they'll believe in like super weak borders, if at all.
00:04:47.000 Like, oh, yeah, kind of sort of a suggestion line.
00:04:50.000 But it is a gateway drug to deteriorate the American republic.
00:04:57.000 Big Ben sector just this month, the smallest of all the numbers outside of El Centro, 2,132 gotaways, 3,458 apprehensions.
00:05:08.000 Del Rio sector, 36,600 apprehensions this month, and 2,000, 20,454 people that got away that went to the interior.
00:05:18.000 We do not know who those people are.
00:05:20.000 I want to say that again.
00:05:20.000 That's 20,454 people just in the Del Rio sector that came into America and will never know who they are.
00:05:27.000 We might hear about them when they murder an American or drive drunk and run into a school bus.
00:05:33.000 We might hear about them when they steal Social Security numbers, but now they're in the country.
00:05:38.000 El Centro sector, 6,834 apprehensions.
00:05:42.000 Now, apprehensions does not mean we send them back to Mexico.
00:05:44.000 It doesn't.
00:05:45.000 The apprehensions mean they're also released into the United States.
00:05:48.000 They just get paperwork.
00:05:48.000 So you might say, well, Charlie, why do some people want to get away and some people want to be apprehended?
00:05:53.000 Really good question.
00:05:54.000 I asked that question at Border Patrol.
00:05:55.000 The people that want to get away, they're the criminals, like the legit criminals.
00:06:00.000 They're the drug traffickers.
00:06:02.000 They're the gun traffickers, the gun smugglers.
00:06:04.000 They're the ones that are coming into the United States to help the proliferation of crime.
00:06:09.000 6,085 getaways just this month in El Paso sector.
00:06:15.000 Laredo, 12,134 apprehensions and 1,686 gotaways.
00:06:23.000 RGV sector, the Rio Grande Valley sector, 38,115 apprehensions and 3,270 gotaways.
00:06:31.000 San Diego sector, 14,914 apprehensions and 4,761 gotaways.
00:06:38.000 Isn't it funny how we know they get away?
00:06:40.000 How do we know they get away, you might ask?
00:06:41.000 Well, we have cameras that just watch them.
00:06:43.000 We just don't do anything about it.
00:06:45.000 We know they're crossing.
00:06:47.000 We see them.
00:06:48.000 We just don't do anything about it.
00:06:50.000 No, we're too busy.
00:06:51.000 Republicans are too busy approving more funding to give the IRS more money to go audit you and your family and your business.
00:06:58.000 We're too busy sending military equipment to Ukraine while we know people are just waltzing into the country on a daily basis.
00:07:05.000 Tucson sector, 24,532 apprehensions and 16,429 gotaways.
00:07:13.000 The Yuma sector, 29,686 apprehensions just this month.
00:07:20.000 That's 1,000 a day in Yuma.
00:07:24.000 Gotaways, 2,953 gotaways.
00:07:29.000 In total, just here, this month, 186,000 people were apprehended and 57,604 people got away.
00:07:43.000 Just walked into the country.
00:07:44.000 We do not know who they are.
00:07:47.000 And because 186,000 people were apprehended, the people that get apprehended want to be apprehended, by the way.
00:07:53.000 They come in, they raise their hands.
00:07:54.000 Please apprehend me.
00:07:55.000 Give me a court date.
00:07:56.000 I'm in the United States.
00:07:56.000 Give me the papers.
00:07:57.000 We'll never hear from them again.
00:07:58.000 The papers allow them to vote in certain states.
00:08:01.000 The papers allow them to get on airplanes.
00:08:03.000 The papers allow them to do all these sorts of different things.
00:08:06.000 Even get social security benefits, not social security, but like welfare benefits in New York, whatever.
00:08:10.000 So they take those papers and they're able to do whatever they want.
00:08:12.000 They never show up for the court date.
00:08:14.000 But the getaways are so bad.
00:08:16.000 These people are such hardened criminals, the getaways, that if their name was ever typed into a database, it would come up like flashing red, like, oh, rapist from Panama.
00:08:28.000 57,604 of them this month.
00:08:33.000 This month.
00:08:35.000 15,080 people with no arrest.
00:08:39.000 186,453 apprehensions.
00:08:43.000 That's just the month of March.
00:08:45.000 To give you an idea, there were 156,000 Allied soldiers involved on D-Day, 156,000 Allied soldiers on D-Day.
00:08:53.000 If you combine the apprehensions and the gotaways, that's 230,000 people that have crossed the southern border, more than the amount of people that we used to invade on D-Day on Normandy Beach to reclaim Europe from the Nazis.
00:09:07.000 But don't worry, let's just keep talking about Ukraine non-stop, everybody.
00:09:11.000 Now, some people say those are disconnected.
00:09:12.000 They're two separate things.
00:09:13.000 Are they separate things?
00:09:14.000 Why is it that the political leaders rush to go send $14 billion to Ukraine, but they can't even have $500 million to go to the southern border?
00:09:22.000 Because they don't want the southern border to be secure.
00:09:25.000 Our border has merely become a suggestion.
00:09:28.000 And they want the southern border to be deteriorated because they, of course, want the cheap labor to be able to continue to depress American wages and maximize their profits.
00:09:36.000 And additionally, and most importantly, which I think we need to kind of hammer home, the people in charge, they think that America having a border is colonialistic, racist, backdated, outdated.
00:09:53.000 Well, your entire country is being overrun on a daily basis.
00:09:57.000 It is being overrun.

00:11:05.000 What is Title 42?
00:11:07.000 Well, Title 42 expulsion is a loophole.
00:11:09.000 I fully admit it.
00:11:10.000 Everyone should admit it, but it's a great loophole.
00:11:12.000 It's a constitutional loophole.
00:11:13.000 It is an effective and creative way to secure our country.
00:11:17.000 Title 42 is a provision of the immigration code that allows removal by the United States government of people who have recently been in a country where communicable disease was present.
00:11:28.000 So President Trump said, wait a second, so we have COVID.
00:11:30.000 Why can't I use that to have stronger border policies?
00:11:33.000 Bingo, great idea.
00:11:35.000 And it was used for that.
00:11:36.000 But Title 42 is set to expire coming in May.
00:11:43.000 And when it expires, we will be on the verge of a mass migration event, the likes of which we have never seen in our country's history.
00:11:52.000 Those numbers that I exclusively just told you what's happening on the southern border, it's going to explode beyond it.
00:11:59.000 It is going to make it seem as if we have had no immigration previous to it.
00:12:06.000 Now, of course, while the country, the regime media wants us to be focused on what's happening in Ukraine, let's talk about some of the specifics and the sound of what's happening on the southern border.
00:12:17.000 Senator Ted Cruz comments on this: play cut 73.
00:12:21.000 Over 2 million people crossed illegally last year, the highest rate of illegal immigration in 62 years.
00:12:29.000 We just passed the threshold of a million people crossing this fiscal year.
00:12:36.000 And it's only March.
00:12:38.000 These are not just numbers on a piece of paper.
00:12:41.000 These are human beings.
00:12:44.000 We are looking at what will be one of the largest mass-scale invasions in our country's history.
00:12:51.000 And most of your leaders aren't even talking about it.
00:12:54.000 So the Biden regime knows about this, actually.
00:12:56.000 And there is a question asked: Is the Biden administration prepared to deal with the aftermath of ending Title 42?
00:13:02.000 Actually, a really good question.
00:13:03.000 The White House Communications Director says, quote, when the CDC decides, there'll be an influx of people to the border.
00:13:08.000 They know there'll be an influx of people to the border.
00:13:11.000 They know the cartel is just licking their chops.
00:13:14.000 So just so you understand, it's not like people just kind of pick up their belongings in Honduras, like, I want to go to America.
00:13:20.000 That's not the way this works.
00:13:21.000 This is why I call it an invasion.
00:13:23.000 You have to understand this.
00:13:24.000 You've got to go down to the border and study it yourself if you don't believe me.
00:13:29.000 They go down to Honduras, the cartel does, because this is money making.
00:13:31.000 It's $6,000 to $7,000 a head per person.
00:13:34.000 They go down to Honduras.
00:13:35.000 They're going down to Guatemala.
00:13:36.000 They're going down to Nicaragua.
00:13:37.000 They go down to Costa Rica.
00:13:39.000 To a lesser extent, they'll go down to Panama.
00:13:40.000 They'll go down all the way to South America.
00:13:42.000 They'll go into the poorest villages imaginable.
00:13:47.000 And they'll basically say, for $7,000 each and a portion of your earnings in America, repatriation, you give us the money, we'll smuggle you into America.
00:14:00.000 And because Biden is now president, we will train you that when you cross the border, you're not going to have to remain in Mexico policy and you will not be expelled.
00:14:09.000 We'll train you how to do that.
00:14:12.000 Now, the peasant or the poor person, I don't say peasant pejoratively, but it's what it is, what these people are.
00:14:19.000 God bless them.
00:14:19.000 They have no money.
00:14:20.000 $6,000 is like everything they have that they've accumulated over the last multiple generations.
00:14:27.000 They'll ask the cartel person who's literally recruiting them, by the way, the cartel person who's like prying them out of these villages, what happens if we get caught?
00:14:37.000 I don't want to have to lose this money.
00:14:39.000 And the cartel person is able to improve their sales pitch when they are preying on the peasants in Honduras and Guatemala.
00:14:45.000 What they say is, no, no, no, no, don't worry.
00:14:47.000 We're going to give you a piece of paper.
00:14:50.000 And on that piece of paper will be exactly what to say to the border patrol person.
00:14:54.000 We're going to tell you where to enter and how to enter.
00:14:56.000 So then you go to Yuma, and it's not people that are just kind of like meandering across the border.
00:15:01.000 No, this is organized.
00:15:03.000 There are vans of people that there are cartels with binoculars looking at the sectors, looking at where to bring them through.
00:15:13.000 And they say, okay, go now and say this.
00:15:17.000 An American border patrol is not allowed to cross the Mexican border.
00:15:19.000 Of course not.
00:15:20.000 Mexican border patrol is non-existent.
00:15:22.000 Mexico could solve this in a second.
00:15:25.000 Donald Trump showed that when he threatened a 5% tariff on Mexican goods coming into the United States overnight, the southern border crisis went down like 90%.
00:15:34.000 If we do not solve Title 42, which is a constitutional loophole to protect and safeguard the well-being of the United States, estimates show that 3 to 4 million people are going to come this summer.
00:15:46.000 3 to 4 million people is bigger than the population of 23 states.
00:15:49.000 The cartels are already working on this, by the way.
00:15:52.000 The cartels are working neighborhood by neighborhood in Nicaragua and Guatemala and southern Mexico.
00:15:58.000 They are going door to door.
00:16:00.000 They're collecting people and they're saying, here's our infrastructure.
00:16:04.000 Just so you understand, the cartels are a legitimate corporation.
00:16:08.000 Not legitimate in the way that they're doing anything good, but they're sophisticated.
00:16:11.000 They have hierarchy.
00:16:12.000 They move products.
00:16:13.000 They move goods.
00:16:14.000 They move services.
00:16:15.000 American politicians are quiet.
00:16:20.000 For a couple of years now, people have been setting up a contest between crypto and gold, but that's like comparing a truck with an SUV.
00:16:26.000 Both carry stuff and travel from A to B, but they do different jobs.
00:16:29.000 Gold's job is to keep the value of your money safe and preserve its value.
00:16:32.000 And since Ukraine, the oil and the inflation crisis, it's done a brilliant job compared to stocks and other investments.
00:16:38.000 So if you're worried about what's going on right now, who isn't?

00:17:07.000 Some of you are saying, well, Charlie, if it's so easy, why doesn't Biden do it?
00:17:10.000 He doesn't want to do it.
00:17:11.000 The Democrat Party's stated public policy position is open borders.
00:17:16.000 We're bringing in the great reset.
00:17:17.000 It's all tied together.
00:17:19.000 Remember, part of the great reset is to try to destroy American sovereignty.
00:17:25.000 Okay, Cut 75.
00:17:27.000 Congressman Chip Roy is trying to give us a warning.
00:17:30.000 Play Cut 75.
00:17:32.000 As we sit here in the chamber of the United States House of Representatives today, the Secretary of Homeland Security has announced that he is ready to end the use of Title 42 on our southern border.
00:17:44.000 This as we speak, while in March, we've had 100,000 apprehensions in the first half of the month, barreling towards 200,000, of which half have been able to be turned away under Title 42.
00:17:55.000 When the Secretary ends Title 42, there will be a deluge at our southern border.
00:18:03.000 So it is a crisis right now, an unprecedented crisis.
00:18:08.000 But if we repeal Title 42, it'll make whatever crisis we're living through right now look like nothing.
00:18:16.000 Title 42 is the only thing that is holding back some of these apprehensions that allow us to deport some of these people based on what country of origin they came from.
00:18:25.000 And the White House knows this.
00:18:26.000 They admit it.
00:18:27.000 They're like, yeah, we're trying to see what we're going to have to do to plan for that contingency.
00:18:30.000 The same people that gave $85 billion to the Taliban, the same people that completely messed up every major situation that they have seen in front of them, inflation, gas prices, the invasion of Ukraine.
00:18:44.000 They're like, oh, yeah, we're planning for the contingency.
00:18:46.000 Oh, really?
00:18:46.000 Play Cut 74.
00:18:48.000 Is the Biden administration prepared to deal with the aftermath of ending Title 42 and the expected influx of migrants?
00:18:56.000 So first, what I would say is that this is a decision that we have long deferred to CDC.
00:19:02.000 Title 42 is a public health directive.
00:19:04.000 It is not an immigration or migration enforcement measure.
00:19:07.000 So the decision on when to lift Title 42, we defer to the CDC.
00:19:13.000 That being said, of course, we are planning for multiple contingencies.
00:19:17.000 And we have every expectation that when the CDC ultimately decides it's appropriate to lift Title 42, there will be an influx of people to the border.
00:19:26.000 And so we are doing a lot of work to plan for that contingency.
00:19:30.000 What work are you doing exactly?
00:19:31.000 They want them in the country, obviously.
00:19:34.000 They are stuck between their ideology and actually having to explain to the American people that they want complete and total, wide open borders.
00:19:41.000 Mitch McConnell is speaking out against this, thankfully.
00:19:46.000 But I would just ask Mitch McConnell respectfully: why are you approving all this money to go to Ukraine?
00:19:51.000 Why don't you use that as a bargaining chip?
00:19:54.000 Why are you passing these multi-trillion dollar bills and not leading to get us what we need to secure our country?
00:20:01.000 Play cut 70.
00:20:03.000 So now, according to public reports, the Biden administration is preparing to cave to the radicals and Title 42 and effectively throw our borders completely wide open.
00:20:16.000 Ending Title 42 without any real border security plan in place would spark a humanitarian and security crisis like we've never seen before.
00:20:26.000 And it's beginning.
00:20:27.000 A caravan of hundreds of migrants is leaving Tapachula, Mexico today.
00:20:31.000 The first step will be Mexico, first stop will be Mexico City, with the final destination being at the U.S.-Mexico border.
00:20:38.000 This is a direct result of the Biden administration's decision to end Title 42.
00:20:42.000 The date of the policy termination is set, May 23rd.
00:20:45.000 I see the picture right here of the caravan.
00:20:47.000 Let's put it up on the live stream.
00:20:48.000 They're starting.
00:20:50.000 They're moving.
00:20:51.000 So who's actually trying to set the Title 42 policy and rescind it?
00:20:55.000 Well, big business would love it.
00:20:57.000 They're going to get cheaper labor.
00:20:59.000 And the Biden administration sees this as a way to fight inflation.
00:21:03.000 Precisely what we predicted last year, by the way, in an article that was widely ridiculed by the regime media, but it's true, where they need more people to trade with dollar bills, therefore spreading the value of the dollar bill over more people.
00:21:19.000 500,000 illegals per month expected at border, 500,000, with new caravans being formed all across Nicaragua, Guatemala.
00:21:31.000 Now, the people that actually are running these caravans are cartel leaders.
00:21:36.000 The caravans just don't organize themselves, and they're assisted by NGOs, non-governmental organizations, to bring these people all up across the interior of Mexico.
00:21:44.000 Now, if we had a president, which we don't, that actually loved America, which he doesn't, we could fix this immediately.
00:21:52.000 Joe Biden or a president of the United States right now should fly down to Mexico City and convene every Central and South American country worth their salt, except maybe Venezuelans.
00:22:01.000 Say, listen, 50% tariffs happen next week if you don't employ your military to stop this.
00:22:07.000 We'll do our part on our border, but if you do not intervene, there's tariffs happening immediately via condios and leave the building.
00:22:16.000 They wouldn't even know what hit them.
00:22:18.000 They'd say, they'd go to the media.
00:22:19.000 That's racist.
00:22:20.000 No, it's not.
00:22:20.000 They would quiver and they would surrender everything.
00:22:23.000 Okay.
00:22:24.000 Next thing you know, the Mexican military would be in the streets.
00:22:26.000 This caravan would be taken care of.
00:22:28.000 That would be leadership.
00:22:30.000 Instead, we're, oh, well, we're going to see what kind of contingency we have while we are being overrun.
00:22:36.000 Our infrastructure is being overrun.
00:22:39.000 And there's a deeper point here that I think animates a lot of you that are emailing us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:22:44.000 You do your job every day.
00:22:46.000 You wake up early, you go to work, you pay your taxes, and yet you go see these criminal vigilantes just be able to waltz into the country.
00:22:53.000 How about those of you that came here legally?
00:22:55.000 We have a lot of legal immigrants that listen to our program.
00:22:58.000 A lot of you, first or second generation immigrants, think about why didn't my family come here the right way when I just could have waltzed across the border in Honduras?
00:23:07.000 And let me add, I saw for myself IDs from the Republic of Georgia, from Kazakhstan, from Azerbaijan, from Iran, and from Cuba of people that are crossing the southern border.
00:23:22.000 You might say, how's that possible?
00:23:23.000 And there's a lot of Russians coming in as well, a lot.
00:23:27.000 How is this possible?
00:23:28.000 Well, they fly into Mexico City, they take a connecting flight to Mexicali, and then they cross the border.
00:23:36.000 We played that tape not too long ago on this program exclusively Of the people that this one guy that we got on video that came from Georgia and said, Yeah, I just want to come to America.
00:23:51.000 We just let him in.
00:23:53.000 No problem.
00:23:54.000 What's so frustrating about this and what's so why it's just so infuriating, this entire topic, is it's so easy to fix.
00:24:03.000 It's not like this is complicated.
00:24:05.000 We need to have all this research.
00:24:08.000 This could be solved in an afternoon.
00:24:09.000 One leader with the will to do this could solve this whole thing.
00:24:12.000 You convene the Central and South American countries, you threaten them with tariffs, we mobilize the National Guard, the Marines, you get it done immediately on the southern border.
00:24:20.000 You extend Title 42, you reinstitute Remain in Mexico policy, you get the governor of Arizona, the governor of Texas to mobilize their own National Guard and create a citizen force to do the same.
00:24:30.000 We've been calling that for that for a while.
00:24:32.000 You put all these partners together.
00:24:34.000 You would get border crossings to go from half a million a month down to $5,000 a month if that.
00:24:38.000 It could go from half a million to 5,000 and nothing if we had the will to do it.
00:24:42.000 We used to be a country that would go to the moon, invade Normandy Beach, and do incredibly impossible things.
00:24:50.000 Now we can't even do the easy and the simple things.
00:24:53.000 The number of migrants from Central America has increased significantly over the past 30 years by 137% between 1990 and 2020 from 6.82 million to almost 16.2 million.
00:25:03.000 Why?
00:25:04.000 Well, this is the story that no one wants to tell.
00:25:06.000 And we are going to tell it with Border Battle at a Turning Point USA upcoming documentary.
00:25:11.000 We actually focus on why this is happening.
00:25:13.000 The cartel.
00:25:14.000 We focus on how the cartel is the driving force.
00:25:17.000 The cartel is the subsidy mechanism.
00:25:19.000 The cartel is the business model of what you are seeing on the southern border.
00:25:23.000 This does not happen organically.
00:25:25.000 Okay, left to its own devices, we'd have a couple thousand people a month that just went across into the border, but very few people would make that journey themselves.
00:25:34.000 Very few people would just kind of pick up their own stuff and come to, that's a tough journey.
00:25:38.000 In fact, that's the country, that's the border situation we had back in 2003, 2004, 2005.
00:25:43.000 But then the cartels got smart.
00:25:45.000 You see, the cartels have shifted gears.
00:25:48.000 Yes, they still bring opioids.
00:25:50.000 Yes, they still bring fentanyl.
00:25:52.000 Yes, they still bring, they don't bring marijuana across very much anymore.
00:25:55.000 They still bring cocaine.
00:25:56.000 They still bring guns.
00:25:57.000 But do you know what they realized is the most profitable venture to bring across the southern border?
00:26:02.000 People.
00:26:03.000 People.
00:26:04.000 Slavery, by the way.
00:26:07.000 I'm going to be very blunt.
00:26:08.000 That is slavery.
00:26:09.000 It's pure and simple slavery.
00:26:12.000 Buying a person and bringing them from one place to another and requiring that person to pay part of what they need to pay, part of like their remittances back to the country, back to the cartel.
00:26:25.000 It's happening right now.
00:26:27.000 The ownership of human beings happens every single day.
00:26:29.000 In fact, it's happening at 500,000 people a clip.
00:26:32.000 So how do you stop the cartel business model?
00:26:34.000 Well, if you can't bring people across the southern border, you can't do it illegally.
00:26:38.000 You can't do it in vast numbers.
00:26:40.000 Well, then all of a sudden the business model of the cartel drives up, dries up.
00:26:44.000 And the thing about the cartel, what they love about this, is that if they get caught smuggling human beings, the penalty is far less.
00:26:52.000 Bringing drugs across or bringing guns across, that's a separate issue.
00:26:56.000 When you go meet with the locals in Yuma or in Tucson or Nahalis or in the Rio Grande Valley, the local border patrol, their morale is at record low.
00:27:06.000 They're so overwhelmed.
00:27:08.000 They are, they're drowning.
00:27:10.000 They're drowning in the overwhelming amount of people that are coming into the country.
00:27:14.000 They're drowning with the massive influx of illegals that are just pouring in relentlessly.
00:27:21.000 And they feel as if the regime wants it.
00:27:23.000 They feel as if the presidency of the United States doesn't care.
00:27:28.000 Clip 72, Border Patrol is begging for a wall, and our leaders won't give them one.
00:27:33.000 Play Cut 72.
00:27:34.000 Border barrier is a needed tool for Border Patrol agents.
00:27:37.000 As I mentioned in my remarks, especially as an officer safety tool, they work 24-7.
00:27:44.000 That night, the evening hours is one that becomes very busy for them because the adversary takes advantage of that.
00:27:50.000 And when I say adversary, yes, I'm talking about cartels.
00:27:54.000 And I'm talking about transnational criminal organizations and human smuggling organizations, who at the end of the day, it's a commodity that they're trying to push between the ports of entry.
00:28:04.000 So without barrier, we become more vulnerable.
00:28:07.000 We, the men and women of the Border Patrol.
00:28:09.000 So barrier is very critical.
00:28:11.000 Is it needed?
00:28:12.000 Absolutely.
00:28:14.000 Is it needed?
00:28:14.000 Absolutely.
00:28:15.000 That's a Border Patrol El Paso sector chief, Gloria Chavez.
00:28:20.000 Can't call her racist.
00:28:22.000 She's the Border Patrol El Paso sector chief that says, is a wall necessary?
00:28:27.000 Absolutely, a wall is necessary.
00:28:32.000 Spring and summer are the seasons for finally getting outside for entertaining pool parties and barbecues.

00:29:35.000 This story is so hard to believe.
00:29:37.000 This is exactly why they want open borders.
00:29:39.000 Okay, so Governor Ducey signed in a piece of legislation authored by Representative Jake Hoffman, who we had on this program before.
00:29:46.000 Very vanilla piece of legislation.
00:29:50.000 Not controversial.
00:29:52.000 Down the middle, basically it says illegals can't vote and you have to show that you're a U.S. citizen to vote in Arizona.
00:29:58.000 Not controversial, not even voter ID.
00:30:00.000 Just you got to prove you're a citizen.
00:30:02.000 Almost instantaneously, within hours, Mark Elias and the Elias Law Group, remember that Mark Elias, the very same one that was the architect of the 2020 election of the ballot schemes,
00:30:20.000 comes in and represented Stacey Abrams, all of that, that Mark Elias came in and sues the state of Arizona and said, quote, the proof of citizenship restriction continues a baseless assault on Arizona's election system based on a conspiracy theory that non-citizens are voting, despite a persistent lack of credible evidence to support such claims.
00:30:46.000 The restriction is the newest in a series of cynical and bad faith attempts to use these politically motivated and false allegations to limit access to voting by eligible, lawful citizens.
00:30:56.000 What?
00:30:58.000 If you want eligible and lawful citizens to vote, then you should have no concern making sure that citizens can only vote.
00:31:05.000 So basically they're saying, okay, this law needs to be repealed because it's unconstitutional because we want to make sure that people that are citizens that could vote.
00:31:15.000 But that's exactly what the law does.
00:31:16.000 Continues, quote, with so many pernicious voting restrictions, proponents of the proof of citizenship restriction.
00:31:23.000 Can I just pause here?
00:31:24.000 You have a major Democrat lawyer that is suing, saying that the fact that you have to prove you're a citizen is wrong.
00:31:31.000 Proponents of the proof of citizenship restriction justify it by invoking the boogeyman of voter fraud without any proof to support their claims.
00:31:39.000 Well, Mark Elias, I'm like to have an open invite to Mark Elias.
00:31:43.000 You can come with me anytime and watch 2,000 Mules by Dinesh D'Souza.
00:31:47.000 Come with me.
00:31:49.000 Love to have you watch 2,000 Mules.
00:31:51.000 Hey, Mark Elias, were you involved in the ballot harvesting track-ficking scheme in Yuma, Arizona?
00:31:56.000 Because there's actually a mule on camera in the 2000 Mule video, a movie, saying that she was paid to go drop off ballots at locations in Yuma where there were no cameras present in the middle of the night.
00:32:11.000 Were you involved in that, Mark Elias?
00:32:14.000 Just asking.
00:32:16.000 During the legislature's consideration of the bill, no legislature identified a single incident of voter fraud or impropriety in Arizona related to mail and early ballots.
00:32:24.000 This is not true.
00:32:26.000 We have, through cell phone geolocation technology, hundreds of people that were paid to go to ballot drop box after ballot drop box after ballot drop box after ballot drop box.
00:32:36.000 And this is the most obvious point.
00:32:37.000 Mark Elias, if this is no big deal and there was no fraud, then why on earth would this proving you're a U.S. citizen be such a problem?
00:32:43.000 Why would you dedicate your resources, your time, and your treasure to try to fight something that is not a big issue?
00:32:53.000 We have the tape here of Border Battle.
00:32:55.000 I'm going to play a short tape of this.
00:32:56.000 Just a short clip of our upcoming six-part documentary series brought to you by Turning Point USA.
00:33:01.000 It's called Border Battle, Frontlines.
00:33:03.000 We expose the cartel for what they're doing.
00:33:05.000 I've been very underwhelmed, quite honestly, on how most organizations have been remained quiet on the border.
00:33:11.000 At Turning Point USA, we're going right into the issue.
00:33:13.000 Play Cut 78.
00:33:17.000 The border has been a sensitive topic for years.
00:33:21.000 Hundreds showing up to the graveside service for the victims of the cartel attack.
00:33:26.000 But what is actually going on?
00:33:28.000 The reality is, we are at war.
00:33:31.000 Tortured, shot, dismembered, and left in those trash bags on the side of a paradigm.
00:33:37.000 This isn't a war that's covered.
00:33:39.000 Drug trafficking has gone up over 450-something percent.
00:33:43.000 This isn't a war that anybody wants to talk about.
00:33:47.000 But we are at war.
00:33:51.000 That's just a small taste of what you're going to see from Border Battle.
00:33:55.000 And if you have not visited the southern border to see it for yourself, I encourage you to do.
00:34:01.000 And many of you don't have the resources or the time or the ability to live so far away to do that.
00:34:06.000 So we're going to summarize that for you.
00:34:07.000 Every state is a border state, by the way.
00:34:10.000 Maine is a border state.
00:34:11.000 Michigan's a border state.
00:34:12.000 Minnesota is a border state.
00:34:13.000 What's happening on the southern border is impacting every citizen across America.
00:34:19.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
00:34:20.000 Email us your thoughts.
00:34:21.000 As always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
