00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today in the Charlie Kirk show, Mike Benz and Darren Beattie.
00:00:03.000 The Department of Homeland Security is probably engaged in something illegal to shut people up.
00:00:08.000 What's going on with 16 and Ray Epps and why has everyone gone so quiet on that?
00:00:13.000 Email me directly, freedom at charliekirk.com and consider supporting our program at charliekirk.com slash support.
00:00:20.000 That is charliekirk.com slash support.
00:00:24.000 Buckle up everybody here.
00:00:25.000 We go.
00:00:26.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:28.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:30.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:33.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:36.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:38.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:39.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:47.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:56.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:58.000 Brought to you by Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage.

00:01:11.000 Okay, with us on a separate topic right now is Mike Benz.
00:01:14.000 Mike, welcome to the program.
00:01:16.000 Walk us through the latest research that you've done.
00:01:19.000 It also includes me, I believe, on the DHS targeting regular Americans for censorship.
00:01:25.000 Sure.
00:01:26.000 So this is a pretty extraordinary scandal.
00:01:29.000 A lot of people have seen censorship in isolated cases like Hunter Biden laptop story, where a single story was censored or certain accounts were individually censored.
00:01:39.000 What we're talking about in the aggregate here is 22 million tweets censored or throttled by the Department of Homeland Security's outsourced censorship consortium in the five months before the 2020 election.
00:01:54.000 Then the same group went on to censor COVID in tandem with federal government partners.
00:01:58.000 So they essentially used a blackwater model of private military contractors, except DHS started doing that for speech policing at home in 2020 through these sort of private censorship mercenary groups.
00:02:11.000 So the one in question here is a group called EIP, Election Integrity Partnership, and they're made up of four major disinformation labs who are sort of the heavyweight hitters in the censorship industry, particularly staffed by national security, state, intelligence, and foreign policy folks.
00:02:31.000 Now, the total damage that they did to a free and open debate around the 2020 election was 22 million tweets censored, 860 million tweets put in databases, 15 different social media platforms scrubbed in real time, 120 staffers working 16 to 20 hour shifts for five months to censor every emerging narrative that had to do with a pro-populist or pro-Trump sort of beat around election information.
00:03:01.000 And it was all carefully structured months in advance.
00:03:04.000 And my foundation, Foundation Freedom Online, has chronicled this in granular detail with insider confession videos of both the Department of Homeland Security and EIP conspiring to say that they were structuring the censorship to be run through EIP because the federal government could not do it directly.
00:03:22.000 And so they were running an end run on the First Amendment by outsourcing it to this mercenary censorship group.
00:03:28.000 Okay, so that is an extraordinary revelation.
00:03:34.000 My tweets or my Twitter is involved in this.
00:03:36.000 Walk me through it.
00:03:38.000 Sure.
00:03:39.000 So they targeted you because you've got a very large platform and are very influential force, both in the sort of conservative space, but then also particularly in youth movements.
00:03:50.000 Now, In EIP's 292-page after-action report that they submitted essentially for more donor funding.
00:03:59.000 And by the way, the Biden Foundation would go on to give federal government grants with your taxpayer money to all four of these entities in that censorship consortium.
00:04:08.000 But they wrote this 292-page sort of tell-all of what they did about a month before they got that millions of dollars from the Biden administration.
00:04:17.000 And your name comes up seven times in that report.
00:04:22.000 Among other things, they named you as they compiled, they compiled a list of the top 21 repeat misinformation spreaders for the 2020 election.
00:04:30.000 And then they actually ran that list to the Twitter censorship czars.
00:04:35.000 If you saw in the Twitter files, these sort of classifiers attached to accounts of like repeat misinformation spreader.
00:04:41.000 That language comes directly from language that EIP was using to classify, to classify folks that wanted censored in its own internal documents.
00:04:53.000 So you were named one of the top 21 most, you know, biggest threats to democracy by the DHS's censorship Blackwater group.
00:05:03.000 So and then, and just a quick thing, just to kind of round out the context, one of the things they dinged you for was that you were quote asking questions and retweeting posts about the Arizona Sharpiegate debacle.
00:05:20.000 And now I've posted in a thread here on my Twitter at MikeBenCyber the direct communications between EIP, the Department of Homeland Security, and the censorship staffs of Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, as well as the DHS EII SAC, the Cyber Mission Control.
00:05:37.000 All they brag their own screenshots in the report of how they censored the Sharpiegate narrative, even though the government officials they asked said they weren't sure that the Sharpiegate narrative was even false because it may cause problems with the voting machines.
00:05:52.000 Despite that being the feedback from their own government partners in those censorship tickets, they nonetheless censored it at scale.
00:05:58.000 I think it was something like 700,000 tweets that they got throttled about that.
00:06:02.000 And they named you as the chief instigator of it because you were asking questions that amplified the issue.
00:06:09.000 Yeah, and potentially also was the reason I received that tag, do not amplify, which has only been made public thanks to Elon Musk.
00:06:18.000 Now, let me ask you: so, do we know for certain that the Department of Homeland Security was lobbying for the suppression of domestic speech?
00:06:27.000 Can you say that with certainty?
00:06:31.000 100%.
00:06:33.000 So, then, let me just say that.
00:06:35.000 Therefore, that is illegal, right?
00:06:37.000 And so, if that is the case, again, I'm no lawyer, but I should sue, shouldn't I?
00:06:44.000 They think they were being cute, they think they ticked the boxes by using this creative structuring technique of outsourcing.
00:06:51.000 Yeah, but you can't, which I hate to interrupt you.
00:06:53.000 I mean, you can't hire the mob to go kill people if you're the FBI, right?
00:06:59.000 That it doesn't work now.
00:07:00.000 You don't need to convince me.
00:07:01.000 No, I totally sorry to interrupt, but continue.
00:07:03.000 No, go ahead.
00:07:04.000 No, no, keep going.
00:07:05.000 I just find this outrageous, the rationale here.
00:07:08.000 But there are so many, yeah, there are so many more levels to this scandal.
00:07:12.000 It's hard to fit it all into 20 minutes, okay?
00:07:15.000 One of the things that they have in their own censorship advisory documents, the frameworks they concocted at the academic level, which they then put in their 292-page report, was that the express purpose for the censorship was to block three quote IRL outcomes from happening: mainstream media news coverage, protest activity, not violence, First Amendment protected protest activity on the basis of social media narratives, and legal action or lawsuits on the basis of social media narratives.
00:07:45.000 And so, just think about that from a First Amendment perspective.
00:07:48.000 They had this framework, which they called incident narrative virality threshold IRL, which were the four stages of a post going from Twitter to having real life impact on our regulatory, legal, or political sort of ecosystem.
00:08:04.000 So two of those three things.
00:08:06.000 I mean, leave aside them trying to block accounts from getting mainstream media coverage.
00:08:11.000 They explicitly put in their own infographics that their purpose was to stop.
00:08:16.000 posts from spreading when they were at the narrative level before they hit the virality threshold.
00:08:21.000 That way they could never translate into conservative protests or conservative lawsuits or legal action that could get government policies changed.
00:08:32.000 Are you tired of feeling tired?
00:08:34.000 I have never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:08:38.000 I take it right before every single show.
00:08:39.000 It's so easy.
00:08:40.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.
00:08:44.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
00:08:49.000 It's so simple.
00:08:50.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.
00:08:56.000 NAD is something I've been studying for a while.
00:08:58.000 And before I got to know Strong Cell, I said, boy, I really would love to take it every day.
00:09:02.000 It's a crucial coenzyme for creating natural energy and restoration in your bodily cells.
00:09:07.000 It also contains collagen, well documented for its vast health benefits.
00:09:12.000 Your body should experience a big energy boost the first week.
00:09:15.000 Then within 15 days, you'll start noticing even more benefits.
00:09:18.000 30 days, you'll be feeling so much different.
00:09:21.000 So do me a favor and consider giving the supplement the full four weeks versus just one bottle to realize the best results for you.
00:09:27.000 The formula is designed to generate long-term positive change, unlike energy drinks.
00:09:32.000 I take it every single day.
00:09:33.000 It's not an artificial boost of immediate energy like caffeine.
00:09:36.000 I'm talking about cellular level restoration.

00:09:47.000 They have made me a believer.
00:09:48.000 NAD is a real thing.
00:09:49.000 You guys should check it out.
00:09:51.000 My special 20% discount for Kirk Show fans will apply whether you want to test it out for one week or for a month.
00:09:57.000 But I highly encourage you guys to try it for all four weeks.
00:10:00.000 You won't regret it.
00:10:04.000 So Mike, what is the remedy here?
00:10:05.000 I mean, I'm going to explore suing the Department of Homeland Security.
00:10:09.000 It's not legal for the federal government to use, as your appropriate term, and it's rather, you know, it's really insightful, mercenaries to be able to suppress God-given rights and constitutionally protected freedoms.
00:10:23.000 Well, there's a million things that can be done at the policy level to devastate the censorship industry if the political will could be marshaled to actually implement these changes.
00:10:33.000 Actually, one of the things that now candidate Donald Trump put forward about three weeks ago in a video that was the first sort of public articulation of policy for his campaign was a list of about five things that could be done in a day one executive order to take on the censorship industry.
00:10:52.000 And this is very similar to a list of six policy solutions that my foundation, FFO, put out.
00:10:59.000 And that is, number one, defunding the censorship industry at the federal level completely.
00:11:05.000 Most people don't know this, but the federal government is the censorship industry's biggest customer.
00:11:11.000 At FFO, we've documented well over $50 million in government grants just going to this censorship mercenary army in the private sector and civil society.
00:11:22.000 We estimate that figure has ballooned well over a million, well over $100 million just under the Biden administration, going to the salaries and resources of censorship professionals.
00:11:32.000 We're in the middle of a market-sizing exercise, and I can go into that in more detail, as well as a ban on the revolving door between federal officials and domestic censorship equities, a ban on all qualification in the future for any federal government grants or contracts.
00:11:47.000 That's a half a trillion-dollar industry.
00:11:49.000 If you directly or indirectly support or affiliate with the domestic censorship organ, there's so many things that can be done on the carrot and stick side to defund the speech police.
00:12:00.000 And I'm optimistic that now there's finally starting to be the political will to take action.
00:12:04.000 There's much more we can do than just 230.
00:12:06.000 Yeah, I mean, it's also, but it's the federal government that outsources what is so blatantly illegal if they did it themselves.
00:12:16.000 And so there has to be a massive response to this.
00:12:20.000 I mean, the courts are one of the only ways to remedy it.
00:12:23.000 I'm not optimistic that the Republican Congress is going to defund any of this because it's largely under national security, and Republicans don't touch that kind of black box of national security clandestine operations from the agency or from the FBI.
00:12:39.000 And so tell us more about this report.
00:12:41.000 Where can I find this report where I am generously mentioned in their fundraising appeals?
00:12:47.000 Sure.
00:12:47.000 So this is called, it's called a long fuse of misinformation.
00:12:53.000 You're talking about the 292-page election integrity partnership report.
00:12:59.000 If you just run Google search for Stanford EIP long fuse misinformation, it'll pop up immediately.
00:13:06.000 They're now basically selling it and licensing this 292-page report to colleges and universities around the country so that censorship and disinformation labs at 40 plus U.S. colleges and universities can learn at the feet of the Herculean censorship effort that was done for the 2020 election so that it can be simulated and escalated in 2024.
00:13:29.000 I mean, it's just this is not going to stop anytime soon.
00:13:33.000 And so who funds this organization again?
00:13:36.000 Sure.
00:13:36.000 So EIP is comprised of four entities.
00:13:40.000 The fact you are, the taxpayers are.
00:13:42.000 So Stanford.
00:13:44.000 I'm funding my own censorship.
00:13:45.000 Right.
00:13:46.000 Now, these are small university labs who are not doing cold fusion research.
00:13:46.000 Right.
00:13:52.000 This is literally just researching people like Charlie Kirk or Rick Brunnell to find out the best way to censor their entire audiences across 15 different platforms.
00:14:03.000 But so Stanford and UW, Kate Starboard's UW lab.
00:14:07.000 UW is basically a substantially Gates-funded, you know, sort of close to Seattle University, very close to Fort Lewis and the military establishment there.
00:14:18.000 And you've got Stanford, the Stanford lab run by Alex Thamos, which is basically folded under Michael McFaul's, the Russia ambassador under Obama, his Freeman Spigoli Institute at Stanford.
00:14:32.000 It's all these same couple dozen people that just keep circulating.
00:14:35.000 It is.
00:14:36.000 Yeah.
00:14:37.000 So they got $3 million of your taxpayer money a couple months after the 2020 election by the Biden administration.
00:14:43.000 It's a great job, by the way.
00:14:44.000 You censor, you know, you censor for the incoming administration, then they turn around and give you $3 million just to keep up the good work on censorship.
00:14:53.000 Graphica is the third entity there.
00:14:57.000 Graphica got $5 million in Pentagon misinformation grants where they then use that money to censor in their own writings, right-wing and conservative news sites that were critical of electoral integrity or COVID.
00:15:13.000 They literally put right-wing and conservative, and they're getting $5 million of your money from the Pentagon.
00:15:20.000 It's not foreign kinetic work.
00:15:22.000 I can go on, by the way.
00:15:23.000 Mike, thank you so much.
00:15:24.000 Check out Mike Benz on social media.
00:15:29.000 This is a new year, and that means you need a new investing strategy.

00:16:04.000 Text Charlie to 74868.
00:16:06.000 That is Charlie to 74868.
00:16:12.000 Darren Beattie from Revolver.news, one of my favorite websites.
00:16:16.000 Darren, I guess you could say Happy New Year before it.
00:16:19.000 So I'll just say Happy New Year.
00:16:20.000 So I do want to talk about 2022 and get your wise kind of analysis of the year we just lived through.
00:16:28.000 But first, I want to get to the breaking news of Ray Epps.
00:16:31.000 You deserve credit.
00:16:32.000 You, Darren Beattie, deserve credit for the courage and the investigation into Ray Epps these last couple of, let's say, year and a half, especially.
00:16:44.000 Ray Epps, of course, was screaming at the top of his lungs saying that we are going to storm the Capitol.
00:16:49.000 He got very close to the Capitol.
00:16:51.000 In fact, other people that were just as close as Ray Epps who got to the Capitol were arrested for trespassing.
00:16:56.000 But now we have some new evidence, don't we, about Ray Epps?
00:16:59.000 Walk us through it, Darren.
00:17:01.000 Well, it's pretty remarkable.
00:17:03.000 The January 6th committee just released a transcript of its extended interview with Ray Epps.
00:17:11.000 And I'm in the process of putting together sort of a more extended response for Revolver.
00:17:17.000 But just to give your listeners some of the highlights to this, some of the questions that they asked Ray Epps.
00:17:24.000 First of all, they said, you know, Ray Epps is the only person caught on camera as early as January 5th telling people to go into the Capitol repeatedly.
00:17:35.000 So first they ask him, what's the deal?
00:17:38.000 Why are you telling people to go into the Capitol?
00:17:40.000 His response is, I didn't know it was illegal.
00:17:44.000 I thought it would be legal.
00:17:45.000 I thought the doors would just be open, which is a very bizarre answer, especially when if you look at the video of Ray Epps, he says repeatedly in this rehearsed fashion, he says, I'm probably going to go to jail for this.
00:18:00.000 I'm probably going to get arrested for this.
00:18:03.000 And yet, when he's asked by the committee why he said it, he said, well, I thought it was perfectly illegal.
00:18:09.000 This, of course, contradicts his claim that he's probably going to get arrested for this.
00:18:14.000 There's so many bizarre things in there, going all the way back to the reason for him going to DC in the first place.
00:18:22.000 Now, I've reported, Revolver's reported repeatedly that he traveled from Arizona to DC and didn't even attend Trump's speech.
00:18:31.000 And he confirms this in the committee interview.
00:18:34.000 He said, we left when Trump began speaking.
00:18:37.000 He left to go to the Capitol.
00:18:39.000 Why?
00:18:40.000 Well, he claims that he sensed something was going on and he just wanted to be there in order to de-escalate.
00:18:47.000 He just wanted to be there to deal with that.
00:18:50.000 Yeah, the great Ray Epps is the pressure release valve for the everyday plumber and electrician that was soon to be caught in a criminal scene.
00:19:01.000 Some other whoppers here, Charlie.
00:19:03.000 So the thing is, his excuse for going there was his son was going there and he needed his wife told him to go there to look after his son.
00:19:10.000 He spends basically zero time with his son on the sixth.
00:19:14.000 He leaves his son, who's at the, where Trump was giving a speech.
00:19:18.000 He leaves his son and the speech, which sort of contradicts his whole reason.
00:19:23.000 And he goes to the Capitol just because he wanted to de-escalate.
00:19:29.000 The J6 committee members ask him, so what did you think when you said everyone should go into the Capitol?
00:19:35.000 And people started saying Fed, Fed, Fed, now famous tape.
00:19:39.000 Remarkably, Epps said, I don't recall this ever happening, and my son doesn't recall it happening either.
00:19:46.000 Are you sure that that aspect of the video isn't doctored or edited in?
00:19:52.000 That's what he said in his transcript.
00:19:54.000 Now, Darren, to you know, to just speed this along because we're unlimited time, unfortunately, I wish we had more time.
00:20:00.000 But he did say, Now, correct me if I'm wrong, I orchestrated this.
00:20:04.000 I mean, is that something he texted his nephew?
00:20:06.000 I mean, this is just beyond a smoking gun.
00:20:09.000 It would be like having a 360-degree slow-motion angle of the Zapruder film.
00:20:15.000 I mean, I orchestrated it.
00:20:18.000 No, I mean, you are using his words verbatim right after the whole thing.
00:20:24.000 So, he goes on telling them how he said, You know, I wanted it to be peaceful and I was trying to de-escalate.
00:20:29.000 Then I saw everyone going into the Capitol and it broke my heart.
00:20:32.000 I was so sad.
00:20:34.000 I had to, I had to leave heartbroken.
00:20:38.000 And then they said, Well, what about this text that you sent just as you were leaving, basically bragging to your nephew how you orchestrated?
00:20:45.000 He literally said, I was on the front lines with a few people.
00:20:49.000 I orchestrated it, bragging to his nephew.
00:20:52.000 They asked him, What about this?
00:20:53.000 And he's like, You know, I guess I chose my words poorly.
00:20:58.000 I mean, it's so bizarre, and it's funny to see.
00:21:01.000 It's like some of the J6 committee members actually asked him reasonable, common sense questions that we would all think to ask him.
00:21:10.000 Um, but Adam Kinsinger is like, it's almost like Kinsinger is his lawyer.
00:21:15.000 Kinsinger is constantly saying that.
00:21:16.000 Well, because, I mean, come on, let's stop the speculation.
00:21:19.000 Kinzinger got briefed by the Intel people beforehand.
00:21:23.000 I mean, of course, Kinzinger is the kind of what's the word I'm looking for?
00:21:29.000 Spokesperson, conduit, representative, yeah, right, of the uniparty intel agencies.
00:21:37.000 And so, it's he knew who Ray Epps was.
00:21:39.000 This was nothing more than a formality where they're like, oh, no, we interviewed him.
00:21:43.000 And he's obviously not a Fed, despite the fact he says, I orchestrated it.
00:21:49.000 Right.
00:21:50.000 He says, I orchestrated it, but I told everyone to go into the Capitol.
00:21:54.000 And they say, Where did you get this idea to tell people to go into the Capitol and direct people to go to the Capitol?
00:22:00.000 Where did you get this idea?
00:22:02.000 And his answer was, you know, I don't know.
00:22:04.000 I thought it was just common knowledge.
00:22:06.000 Well, if it was common knowledge, why do you have to stand there on January 6th directing everyone to the Capitol as though they didn't know?
00:22:14.000 Which they didn't.
00:22:15.000 The whole thing is incredibly bizarre.
00:22:17.000 He's caught in multiple lies.
00:22:20.000 And at certain points, even how, given how biased the committee is, it's very clear that some of the members, not Kinsinger, but some of the members are absolutely puzzled by this guy and kind of ask him, So, do you have any theory as to why the DOJ hasn't prosecuted you, given like how many egregious things that he did on that day and how he was just mysteriously taken off the FBI most wanted list?
00:22:47.000 It's so bizarre.
00:22:48.000 And I'm glad they released this thing.
00:22:51.000 I mean, they released it in a dead zone, sort of in terms of the news, but I'm glad they released it because it really just underscores how dark and damning this whole thing is.
00:23:00.000 And it's just an insult to all of us.
00:23:02.000 You know who it's an insult to, Darren?
00:23:03.000 It's an insult to the January 6th prisoners right now that are rotting in jail in pre-trial detention, while someone who was the self-admitted orchestrator, the conductor of the orchestra, right?
00:23:18.000 Who is not the one that goes and smashes windows?
00:23:22.000 We don't support any of that crap and we never have.
00:23:24.000 Okay.
00:23:24.000 We also don't support inhumane, Stalinistic pretrial detention where people are rotting and dying for a year and a half before getting a chance to have a trial.
00:23:34.000 I want to play this tape here.
00:23:35.000 Here's 32.
00:23:36.000 And just, Darren, you made such a smart point in your coverage of this.
00:23:39.000 The whole costume, it just looks at a central casting, right?
00:23:44.000 The brand new purchased Trump hat as if he got off the plane at DC Reagan National and went to the gift shop and bought it, to the body armor, to the way he acts.
00:23:56.000 It was with such alpha male command, right?
00:23:59.000 And yet then he does in his testimony, like, I don't know, I was just kind of a bystander.
00:24:03.000 Right.
00:24:04.000 Play cut 32.
00:24:06.000 As soon as President Trump is finished speaking, we are going to the Capitol.
00:24:21.000 I know in my soul that this guy's a fed.
00:24:24.000 It's so clear.
00:24:27.000 Yes.
00:24:28.000 I mean, I think he's the smoking gun.
00:24:30.000 I mean, there's no, he chose the right word.
00:24:33.000 You know, it's so funny.
00:24:34.000 I've tried to be so careful covering apps, and there was a time where he even gestured, like, oh, I'm going to sue Darren Beattie and Revolver because he blames us for all of his troubles because we just report what he did.
00:24:47.000 And even at times, I was reluctant to use the word orchestrate, even though that's clearly what he did.
00:24:52.000 And the irony is he himself texted to his nephew saying I orchestrated it, which perfectly reflects all of the video evidence, which is perfectly consistent with his being on the top 20 most wanted list, but is not consistent with the fact that Adam Kinsinger, the New York Times, Liz Cheney, and now NBC have all basically come to this guy's defense.
00:25:17.000 He's the only January 6th participant that Adam Kinsinger will publicly and vigorously defend.
00:25:27.000 Pre-born, what if I told you that you could save a baby's life for just $28?
00:25:32.000 Well, it's true.
00:25:32.000 Pre-born is a ministry doing just that with the help of people just like you by offering free ultrasound sessions to pregnant women and girls who might otherwise choose to end their pregnancies.
00:25:45.000 We know that pregnant girls and women who can see their babies on ultrasound are far more likely to choose life.
00:25:51.000 Your gift today can save babies' lives.
00:25:54.000 And right now, $28 can give a mother who is abortion-minded the chance to see the truth of the baby that is growing inside her.
00:26:02.000 $140 can do this for five girls and women.
00:26:07.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.
00:26:12.000 Look, if you are pro-life, then I encourage you to go to charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner because it's one thing to support pro-life candidates.
00:26:25.000 I'm very supportive of that.
00:26:27.000 It's one thing to say, I want pro-life people to go into office and to pass pro-life pieces of legislation.
00:26:33.000 I think that's important.
00:26:34.000 But it's another thing to give your money to organizations that are on the front lines of actually saving babies and convincing women to keep their child.
00:26:46.000 Whether you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, that opportunity is just a phone call or click away.
00:26:51.000 There's no better time than right now to save a baby's life.
00:26:53.000 And right now, your gift is matched dollar for dollar, doubling your impact.
00:26:57.000 Call 833-850-2229 or give online at charliekirk.com.

00:27:27.000 You guys get a tax deduction for it.
00:27:29.000 Better to give your money to a pro-life clinic than to the federal government.
00:27:33.000 You have not maxed out your charitable tax deduction, which I guarantee you many of you have not.
00:27:38.000 Go to charliekirk.com and click on that pre-born banner.
00:27:41.000 Let's send a message before the end of the year that we pro-lifers are not just politically pro-life, but we're also pro-life in the personal sense of trying to get people to make the right decision.
00:27:54.000 CharlieKirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:27:59.000 Darren, I ask you this question frequently.
00:28:01.000 Who planted the pipe bombs?
00:28:03.000 Oh, that's now we're talking about the other smoking gun of January 6th.
00:28:08.000 And we have something really big in the making that will probably come out on January 6th itself.
00:28:15.000 But I think the person who planted the pipe bombs is probably not this MAGA terrorist insurrectionist that we hear about.
00:28:26.000 Otherwise, I think the Democrats would be a little bit more interested in finding out the identity of the person who planted explosive devices outside of their national headquarters.
00:28:39.000 Was the pipe bomb question asked or at least mentioned in the very long report?
00:28:47.000 No, no, it was not.
00:28:51.000 Basically, nothing about it.
00:28:53.000 And certainly no questions about why the feds haven't followed up.
00:28:59.000 I mean, it's been a long time with no additional information.
00:29:03.000 And I don't know if I mentioned this before on your show, but the feds have done very extensive geo-fencing research into anyone who had physical proximity to the Capitol on that day and the day before.
00:29:19.000 And the pipe bomber is an absolute no-brainer, easy slam dunk from a geofencing point of view, because we have the time that this pipe bomber was there.
00:29:31.000 There was no one around him or her.
00:29:34.000 So you have a precise time, a precise location.
00:29:38.000 And we know that the pipe bomber, despite the fact that the feds likely tampered with their surveillance footage, reducing the frame rate, so it's harder to tell.
00:29:47.000 You can nonetheless tell that the pipe bomber is actively using a cell phone during the commission of this crime.
00:29:55.000 And there's no reason the feds should not easily be able to identify who this person is in geofencing.
00:30:02.000 And I have some Fed payroll.
00:30:04.000 Sorry, you have some information.
00:30:05.000 What?
00:30:06.000 Exactly.
00:30:06.000 Yeah, I had some information that they actually had a very good lead and had a name and all those sorts of things.
00:30:14.000 And then for whatever reason, they just killed it.
00:30:16.000 But I mean, they have a lot more surveillance footage that they're letting on.
00:30:20.000 They have the footage of this person allegedly going from the metro to the pipe bomb location, a lot of footage that they're not releasing.
00:30:28.000 And so it's just very weird.
00:30:30.000 There's like, there's no indication that they have any serious intention of finding out who this person is.
00:30:37.000 And just for an interesting coincidence, shall we say, the public face of the pipe bomb investigation, who quietly and mysteriously resigned, was Stephen D'Antuono, the guy who previously ran the Detroit FBI field office where he oversaw the Michigan Fed napping case.
00:30:58.000 Yep.
00:30:59.000 And so to add on to that, Bubba Wallace, when he said that there was a noose on his garage, had far more federal investigation and federal scrutiny.
00:31:09.000 We could find out who planted these pipe bombs.
00:31:11.000 We know it's a Fed.
00:31:12.000 But if you're trying to tell me they came from the metro, that is one of the most filmed and the most camera abundant areas in Washington, D.C. You're trying to tell me they couldn't get some sort of wanted picture of him and they just don't want to find it.
00:31:27.000 I mean, the pipe bombs.
00:31:28.000 No, they don't want to.
00:31:31.000 Like I said, I can't give the name just because it hasn't been followed up on, but my understanding is they did actually have a name and address and for whatever reason of the person associated with the metro card that was used, and they simply didn't follow up on it for whatever reason.
00:31:48.000 Well, we know the reason.
00:31:50.000 And my working theory is that January 6th was circled by federal agents on multiple levels.
00:31:58.000 And typical government, there was probably a right-hand and left-hand thing.
00:32:02.000 And so there was probably one clandestine operation that did the pipe bomb thing and another clandestine operation that was doing the day of stuff.
00:32:11.000 And they didn't really communicate because the pipe bomb thing really didn't fit.
00:32:16.000 When you think about it, right?
00:32:17.000 It's so different.
00:32:18.000 It's so outside of their official narrative.
00:32:21.000 And so I think all of a sudden, Christopher Wray and the people, the FBI, were like, whoa, who signed off on that?
00:32:27.000 Like, we like, okay, it's fine to have Ray Epps scream at people and to have infiltrated agents, but why are we doing both pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC?
00:32:36.000 And they have killed the story by just disinterest.
00:32:39.000 30 seconds, Darren.
00:32:41.000 Well, yeah, in 30 seconds, it's hard to say, but there is a connection between the pipe bomb and J6, which is the timing of the pipe bomb's discovery is so impossibly coordinated with that Ray Epps orchestrated breach on the west side of the perimeter that the public theory as to the pipe bombs, which they weren't meant to go off.
00:33:01.000 They were meant to be a diversion.
00:33:03.000 But if that's the case, how did they count on a random pedestrian finding it to the minute when it would have had to have been found to have that diversionary effect?
00:33:11.000 I'll leave that as an exercise for the reader, as they say.
