00:01:09.000 Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show, January 29, 2026, here at the Bitcoin.com studios.
00:01:14.000 To our Real America's Voice audience, we are going to cut away just briefly from the president's cabinet meeting, and we will get back to that in just a sec, but we want to talk with FBI Director Kash Patel, who is making time to join us here.
00:01:29.000 Welcome to the show, Mr. Director.
00:01:31.000 It's always great to be with you guys.
00:01:33.000 Thanks for having me on.
00:01:34.000 Well, thank you for making the time for us.
00:01:37.000 We get right into it.
00:01:38.000 Yesterday was a big day.
00:01:40.000 There was an FBI warrant that was executed at the main election warehouse operations center in Fulton County, Georgia, relating to the 2020 election.
00:01:51.000 What can you tell us, sir?
00:01:53.000 Yeah, thanks so much for having me.
00:01:54.000 As you know, I really don't do these types of appearances, but I wanted to address it because it's such of great public importance.
00:02:01.000 And let me just set the backdrop.
00:02:03.000 President Trump, under his leadership and under the Department of Justice and the Attorney General, have made it a priority to reduce crime and safeguard American citizenry.
00:02:12.000 That's why this FBI, along with our partners, were able to produce a reduction in the murder rate by 20 percentage points from coast to coast.
00:02:20.000 That is an all time record for the modern era.
00:02:22.000 This FBI has arrested 67,000 people in the last year.
00:02:25.000 That's a 210% increase from the year before, and we're seizing fentanyl at record levels, enough to kill 150 million Americans, 35% more espionage arrests.
00:02:36.000 The reason I go through these statistics is because within these statistics are lives saved and communities safeguarded by President Trump's brilliant leadership and our great partners at the Department of Justice under Attorney General Pambondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch.
00:02:49.000 And the reason I bring these things out, and we captured six top 10 of the FBI's most wanted in one year, including Ryan Wedding and another individual in Mexico just last week where I was.
00:02:59.000 And the reason I go through this is because we, thanks to President Trump, are a law enforcement police force for the United States government.
00:03:09.000 And we take these cases seriously.
00:03:11.000 And we go into court and we present the facts and we work the legal process.
00:03:15.000 And that's what you saw yesterday.
00:03:17.000 It was a DOJ and FBI effort to present after an extended period of time of investigations, because as you know, any of these cases, the ones I just talked about in general or this one specifically, take time to develop.
00:03:31.000 We have to go out and conduct investigations, interrogations, interviews, collect information, data, and synthesize them with our brilliant partners at DOJ to present.
00:03:39.000 And that's what I want to highlight.
00:03:41.000 The FBI and DOJ presented this information to a judge in Georgia, where they determined the judge that there was a finding for probable cause, following the constitutional precepts that are necessary to safeguard an investigation, just like any other we do.
00:03:56.000 And what we did yesterday was we presented our facts and the findings of the investigation, and the judge determined there was probable cause.
00:04:02.000 And then you saw the results.
00:04:03.000 We went and executed the search warrants and collected the information pursuant to that search warrant to continue our investigation.
00:04:11.000 And that's what I want to harp on to your audience and the American people.
00:04:15.000 These things take time.
00:04:16.000 And it's not one of those matters where I'm saying, trust us.
00:04:19.000 I'm saying, look at the last year under President Trump's leadership, what this DOJ and FBI has done.
00:04:25.000 Record levels of safety across America.
00:04:28.000 And we are going after the worst of the worst, including child predators.
00:04:31.000 And our arrests on child predators and disrupting child predator networks are up anywhere from 50 to 500 percent, depending on the category.
00:04:38.000 So we're taking the same mindset to every kind of investigation.
00:04:42.000 And that's what you saw unfold yesterday the leadership of the DOJ and FBI on the ground going and presenting facts to a neutral and detached arbiter of justice, the judge, who authorized a search warrant, and we collected more information.
00:04:55.000 So, Director Patel, there were multiple truckloads of materials, including boxes of ballots, physical ballots from 2020, ballot images, 2020 voter rolls, tabulators potentially, tapes.
00:05:10.000 What was the predicate for this?
00:05:13.000 What can you tell us?
00:05:15.000 You say it takes a lot of time to build this case.
00:05:17.000 Is there any other granularity or details you can share with the audience?
00:05:21.000 What we do is to safeguard the integrity of this investigation or any investigation.
00:05:26.000 Is apply for the search warrant.
00:05:28.000 And then what we do is we speak through our public papers in court.
00:05:31.000 And what we will do next over the course of time with the Department of Justice is move to have the search warrant unsealed so that the American public can read whatever material that we put in there.
00:05:43.000 Right now, that of course remains under seal, so I can't discuss it.
00:05:47.000 And also, I want to highlight that we don't want to jeopardize any piece of this investigation by releasing information, not just prematurely, but we as officers of the court.
00:05:56.000 Our U.S. attorneys and our FBI agents are responsible and committed under the law to abide by the parameters of the search warrant.
00:06:03.000 And that's the rubric we're operating under right now.
00:06:05.000 So I think you'll see, again, given the last year that we've had under President Trump, that we divulge information.
00:06:12.000 We produce information to Congress and the public at record levels.
00:06:16.000 And we're going to continue to do that, but we're not going to jeopardize the investigation.
00:06:19.000 Yesterday was a big public facing step.
00:06:21.000 And you're right, you saw trucks, you saw material being removed.
00:06:24.000 And what the FBI will do is now analyze that information, and we will take the next investigatory steps with our Department of Justice partners.
00:06:31.000 The FBI and DOJ will run this investigation as we have every other investigation that has resulted in these record achievements for the president and under the president's leadership for America.
00:06:41.000 What can you tell us about the timeline that we obviously understand?
00:06:47.000 I hear you're harping on it.
00:06:48.000 These things take time to develop.
00:06:50.000 Is there any expectations about when we might get the next update on this case?
00:06:55.000 Because this has generated a ton of interest and intrigue, as I'm sure you're aware.
00:07:00.000 What's next?
00:07:01.000 What can we expect next?
00:07:03.000 And that's just it.
00:07:04.000 I can't predict where an investigation is going to go.
00:07:08.000 What we do best with our lawyers and our agents is.
00:07:13.000 Gather the evidence, which we just did, which takes a monumental step to do so.
00:07:17.000 And then we have to look at it and see okay, now what do we got?
00:07:21.000 Do we need more search warrants?
00:07:23.000 Do we need to talk to more witnesses?
00:07:26.000 Do we need to examine any other locations or pieces of evidence?
00:07:29.000 And so that's going to unfold as we go through the evidence.
00:07:32.000 But as you highlighted, it takes a minute to go through truckloads of evidence.
00:07:36.000 And that's the next step.
00:07:38.000 Once we go through that and we discuss the matter with Department of Justice and FBI personnel, then we'll make any next public facing steps for permitted without.
00:07:48.000 Jeopardizing the investigation.
00:07:49.000 So I just wanted to address that to say this has been a well thought out, methodical, predicated investigation.
00:07:58.000 And that's what we do here.
00:07:59.000 And that's what the president wants us to do follow the facts and the law.
00:08:03.000 And that's all we're doing here at DOJ and FBI.
00:08:05.000 And we're just thankful that we have a great attorney general and deputy attorney general and great FBI personnel who dedicated themselves, not just to this mission, but to the entire mission of keeping America safe.
00:08:17.000 And that's what we're going to do.
00:08:18.000 We're not going to change it for any.
00:08:20.000 Any type of investigation.
00:08:21.000 The results speak for themselves, and the results, after one year, will hopefully give the American public confidence that we will handle this investigation no differently than any other.
00:08:31.000 Director Patel, the Fulton County chairman has been complaining that he says the ballots are no longer safe and secure because the FBI has them, that they've lost.
00:08:43.000 What do you have to say to that?
00:08:45.000 The FBI is the world's premier law enforcement agency.
00:08:48.000 We collect evidence from around the country and all over the world.
00:08:50.000 We have facilities that store evidence.
00:08:52.000 We have facilities that maintain the chain of custody.
00:08:55.000 And for anybody to hint that this FBI or this Department of Justice is mishandling evidence is just flat out political buffoonery.
00:09:03.000 We will maintain the chain of custody.
00:09:05.000 We will secure it like we always do.
00:09:08.000 And we will make sure that we can use it to further any investigation.
00:09:11.000 And most importantly, we will make sure that it is maintained under the rigors of the law so that we can use it.
00:09:18.000 In any future court proceedings that may rise out of any investigation.
00:09:23.000 And that's kind of a last point there.
00:09:25.000 Is there any concern?
00:09:27.000 I was checking the statute of limitations on a lot of election fraud claims is five years, which we're basically right up against.
00:09:35.000 Is there any concern about timeline on that, or have they thought of ways they could extend that?
00:09:41.000 Has that entered the calculus at all?
00:09:42.000 You know, the calculus in terms of the statute is always for our brilliant attorneys at DOJ who we work in conjunction with, and we always abide by.
00:09:52.000 The statute of limitations and any constitutional parameters that we have, but we were able to effectuate the search warrant in a timely fashion legally and had a judge make a finding of probable cause.
00:10:06.000 So we did just that.
00:10:08.000 And that's where we are today.
00:10:09.000 And look, especially for you and your audience who have been such great supporters of law enforcement, I wish I could tell you more.
00:10:16.000 And hopefully the audience takes away the fact that after one year under President Trump, it's no longer trust us.
00:10:22.000 It's look at what we've done, and we're going to continue to do the same thing here.
00:10:26.000 Well, Director Patel, I know you got a dash, and we just thank you for your time.
00:10:31.000 But you guys have accomplished a lot with that top 10 most wanted list.
00:10:35.000 You're making massive progress there.
00:10:37.000 Murders are down, crime is down.
00:10:39.000 So we appreciate you making the time.
00:10:42.000 We will wait on bated breath for updates on this case, as I know you know, Director Patel, just how much this means to the base and President Trump supporters.
00:10:51.000 Thank you again for your time.
00:10:52.000 Thank you so much.
00:10:53.000 And thanks to you and Erica and the entire Turning Point community.
00:10:56.000 We really appreciate your support of law enforcement.
00:10:59.000 God bless you.
00:10:59.000 Thank you.
00:11:02.000 Hey, guys, if you've been a faithful Kirk podcast listener for any amount of time, then you've probably already heard about Strong Cell.
00:11:09.000 It was Charlie's favorite supplement.
00:11:11.000 If you want to deal with your brain fog, fatigue, lack of energy, or constant illness, then you have to try Strong Cell.
00:11:17.000 People always asked Charlie how he was able to keep his mind so sharp and his energy up.
00:11:21.000 And Strong Cell was his go to every day.
00:11:24.000 I traveled the country with Charlie, watching people ask him time and again if he really believed in Strong Cell.
00:11:24.000 Day.
00:11:29.000 And I loved watching him tell him, yes, he loved it and he used it.
00:11:33.000 And he made us all believers too here at the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:11:36.000 Strong Cell uses a proprietary delivery of NADH to make sure it goes straight to your cells to help your mitochondria.
00:11:43.000 And since there are cells in every area of your body, then healthier cells equals a healthier you.
00:11:49.000 And now you can try Strong Cell completely risk free with their 90 day money back guarantee.
00:11:54.000 That's right, completely risk free to try.

00:12:08.000 Strongcel.com forward slash Charlie.
00:12:11.000 Check it out right now.
00:12:15.000 We are joined by Senator Mark Wayne Mullen from the great state of Oklahoma.
00:12:19.000 Senator, we have much to get to here.
00:12:23.000 Oh, I like the hat, Senator.
00:12:24.000 There you go.
00:12:25.000 You're repping it.
00:12:26.000 My hair's all messed up.
00:12:27.000 No, I love it.
00:12:30.000 As a guy who comes from rancher stock in Nevada, I can appreciate it.
00:12:34.000 So we've got, I'm looking at ABC right now, one of the monitors here, and it's saying that the Senate funding bill has run into a roadblock here.
00:12:44.000 We've got Schumer making demands about DHS and ICE.
00:12:48.000 What can you tell us?
00:12:48.000 Are we going to have a shutdown on Saturday?
00:12:50.000 No.
00:12:51.000 So we knew this bill was going to fail, which is why you have seven Republicans that voted against it.
00:12:57.000 We had probably had everybody on the bill but Rand Paul if we knew it was going to pass.
00:13:04.000 But since it takes 60 votes, it wasn't going to get there.
00:13:06.000 But we had to take this vote to be able to get on the bill to amend it.
00:13:11.000 So this bill basically has to fail before we can amend it.
00:13:14.000 We're going to amend it to five appropriation bills and then CR.
00:13:20.000 The DHS, which is a dumb move, Andrew, for the Democrats.
00:13:25.000 I can explain that if you want to get into it, what this bill actually does.
00:13:28.000 So, well, I'll finish the process first.
00:13:32.000 We're going to amend it to put five bills or to five appropriation bills.
00:13:36.000 We'll do a CR.
00:13:38.000 We're working on the timeframe on that.
00:13:39.000 Democrats have asked for two weeks.
00:13:41.000 We've asked for a six week CR.
00:13:43.000 We'll probably negotiate, end up somewhere around four weeks.
00:13:45.000 Who knows?
00:13:47.000 And then we're going to CR it.
00:13:48.000 But what does a CR do?
00:13:50.000 Do it's this is what's ridiculous is the CR actually spends more money when DHS we were actually cutting, um, DHS by a pretty significant amount because the one big beautiful bill put so much money in DHS's account that they're able to move stuff around.
00:14:07.000 So, even if this goes into a shutdown, even if they even if they did shut down and we don't get a CR on DHS, it does nothing to keep IH, uh, ICE or DHS funded.
00:14:18.000 It does nothing because they have enough money in their accounts from the one big beautiful bill.
00:14:24.000 To actually still pay the officers for almost four years.
00:14:27.000 But what it does shut down is TSA agents, FEMA, it shuts down the Secret Service, and it shuts down the Coast Guard.
00:14:36.000 So, the thing that they've literally planted their flag on does nothing.
00:14:40.000 And even Patty Murray, who's part of Democrat leadership, came out and said the same thing.
00:14:46.000 So, this is completely performative from the Democrats.
00:14:46.000 Wow.
00:14:51.000 They're making ice their big boogeyman.
00:14:53.000 And so, their line in the sand isn't going to touch ice, it's not going to touch DHS.
00:14:57.000 It's going to harm Coast Guard, FEMA, and TSA.
00:15:01.000 Oh, that's really good.
00:15:02.000 And Secret Service.
00:15:03.000 And by the way, because the air traffic controllers allow.
00:15:09.000 And control international flights, it'll affect them a little bit.
00:15:13.000 Not like it did during the 43 day shutdown, but it will affect air traffic controllers again.
00:15:17.000 It's just so dysfunctional.
00:15:19.000 I mean, you know, this whole ICE DHS fight, by the way, I want to give a shout out to Borders Art Tom Homan.
00:15:25.000 I thought he did a masterful job in his press conference this morning.
00:15:28.000 I thought he set the right tone.
00:15:31.000 He drew a line in the sand.
00:15:32.000 He said, everybody's on the table if you're in this country illegally.
00:15:35.000 So he's not budging on that.
00:15:36.000 But I think from a messaging standpoint, he seems to have succeeded in getting local cooperation from state and local police departments.
00:15:46.000 It's, you know, Jacob Fry, I think, is doing a little bit of cute.
00:15:49.000 Cutesy dance with the language that he's not, they're not enforcing immigration law.
00:15:53.000 Well, nobody's asking you to do that.
00:15:54.000 Well, we would love for you to do that, but that's not what we're talking about.
00:15:58.000 When we have ICE agents and Border Patrol, DHS that are under siege, that are getting attacked, we expect you to protect them because they're American citizens.
00:16:07.000 That's your job.
00:16:08.000 And secondly, we want you to hand over criminals at your jails.
00:16:13.000 So it sounds like.
00:16:15.000 Borders are.
00:16:16.000 Homan has succeeded in getting concessions on those fronts.
00:16:19.000 We'll see how it plays out.
00:16:20.000 He even said, I'm not, I'm no fool.
00:16:22.000 I'm going to stay here.
00:16:23.000 We're not, we're not, yeah, but go ahead.
00:16:25.000 Well, Mayor Fry came out and said that he's not there to enforce immigration laws, federal immigration laws, which is absurd because if you start thinking about that, he doesn't get to pick and choose that.
00:16:25.000 You can react to that.
00:16:36.000 It's a federal law.
00:16:38.000 Now, the city can have their own jurisdiction on what they're going to force on speed limits and what they consider petty crimes.
00:16:47.000 How they want to handle homeless, how they want to handle robberies, how they can handle all that.
00:16:52.000 But a federal law, they don't get the option to pick and choose.
00:16:57.000 And so he actually has come out publicly and said that.
00:17:00.000 Now, Tom did a phenomenal job.
00:17:03.000 I mean, for a guy that I think sometimes he gets underestimated because of the way he comes across, the guy was extremely articulate.
00:17:11.000 He did, as you said, Andrew, set the exact tone that he needed to set.
00:17:15.000 He wasn't bringing up the temperature, but he wasn't backing up a step, but he was.
00:17:20.000 He was laying out the groundwork of what he's going to perceive moving forward, and he's expecting cooperation.
00:17:28.000 You're absolutely correct.
00:17:29.000 I thought he did a really, really good job.
00:17:31.000 Well, and here's the point nobody wants people dying, although we've seen now clips of this Alex Pretty guy who's kicking taillights, spitting on ICE officers, and saying, Come on, MFers, assault me.
00:17:46.000 I mean, complete antagonist here.
00:17:50.000 A real peach.
00:17:51.000 Obviously, we don't want anybody to die.
00:17:53.000 But you know, they're bringing down the temperature.
00:17:55.000 I support that.
00:17:56.000 I suppose as long as we don't budge off the line that all of these people are subject to deportation.
00:18:02.000 But this is the point.
00:18:04.000 Yes.
00:18:04.000 Go ahead.
00:18:05.000 Well, I was going to say, Andrew, they're blaming DHS on this.
00:18:08.000 DHS has been in cities all across the United States working, and this is only happening in Minneapolis.
00:18:13.000 Why is it happening in Minneapolis?
00:18:15.000 It's because of Minneapolis leadership.
00:18:17.000 It's not DHS.
00:18:18.000 DHS hasn't changed their tactics.
00:18:20.000 If they want to do something about law enforcement, they need to start cooperating.
00:18:25.000 With DHS.
00:18:26.000 Listen, we did it right here in Washington, D.C., where over 90% of the population in Washington, D.C. voted Democrat.
00:18:33.000 You couldn't get a more liberal city than Washington, D.C.
00:18:36.000 And even the mayor of Washington, D.C. came in and thanked President Trump for putting ice on the street and putting the National Guard on the streets.
00:18:47.000 And then, when you start seeing what happened in Memphis, which seems in New Orleans, which you've seen in St. Louis, which even in Chicago, you didn't see this kind of rhetoric take place.
00:18:56.000 This is happening because Minneapolis leadership is refusing to cooperate and actually working against DHS.
00:19:04.000 If they were doing their job, listen, ICE wouldn't even be on the streets.
00:19:08.000 ICE would simply be showing up at the detention centers, which Tom was talking about, and picking up the criminals that they were getting off their streets.
00:19:15.000 So, if they want ICE off the street, then say you're going to enforce federal law.
00:19:19.000 If you're saying you're not going to enforce federal law, Then the federal government is obligated to do so.
00:19:25.000 Yeah, and I think they're hiding behind some pretty well established sanctuary city precedent here and what they consider established legal precedent.
00:19:35.000 I completely agree.
00:19:36.000 I think sanctuary cities are an abomination.
00:19:39.000 They need to be outlawed.
00:19:41.000 But the fine printing.
00:19:42.000 I don't think they're legal to begin with.
00:19:44.000 I completely agree.
00:19:45.000 But what they distinguish between not impeding versus cooperating, not enforcing.
00:19:52.000 So now Tom Homan was saying that they're going to get.
00:19:55.000 The concession is that they're going to hand over illegals that have a detention request for them.
00:20:00.000 So they're going to out of some of their jails.
00:20:02.000 So we'll see if that happens.
00:20:04.000 It's as simple as that, though, because everybody gives Obama all this credit for all these deportations.
00:20:08.000 Well, truth be told, about 80% of the deportations under Obama were just handovers.
00:20:13.000 They just handed them off at the jails because we didn't have this militarized, aggressive sanctuary city culture during the Obama years.
00:20:21.000 And plus, he's a Democrat, so they cooperated.
00:20:25.000 I want to get really quickly because Blake and I were talking about this in the break, and that was the SAVE Act.
00:20:30.000 We had a big movement here where Senator Thune, Leader Thune, is now saying he's in favor of it.
00:20:36.000 You are the co author, I believe, of this bill.
00:20:39.000 But can this get us over the finish line?
00:20:43.000 I mean, I know it's going back to the House, it's getting edited, it's getting amended.
00:20:47.000 Can we get enough?
00:20:49.000 No BS.
00:20:50.000 Is there any hope for this?
00:20:51.000 Would the Senate ever abolish the filibuster to pass it?
00:20:55.000 Yeah.
00:20:55.000 So first of all, Blake, you should try a cowboy hat.
00:20:58.000 It wouldn't hurt.
00:21:02.000 Sorry, man.
00:21:02.000 I give you a hard time.
00:21:05.000 Second of all, Boone was always for it.
00:21:07.000 He just wasn't out in front.
00:21:08.000 You got to remember, he's got to walk a delegate line because he has to represent everybody in our conference.
00:21:15.000 And so he never wants to get out in front of our conference.
00:21:18.000 It took a little bit of back and forth for over.
00:21:20.000 You'd think the majority of our conference would sponsor this just like this.
00:21:23.000 It didn't happen that way.
00:21:25.000 We had to go through some of the process to get there.
00:21:28.000 The only way I think this gets.
00:21:30.000 Over the finish line, Andrew, is if it would probably have to do in the fact that we've got rid of the filibuster in some form.
00:21:41.000 I don't think we could ever get 60 votes on this.
00:21:44.000 Now, you could see where the political wind may change, but the Democrats are, you know, they don't want anybody to have to have any ID to vote.
00:21:52.000 They want anybody to show up and not even have to prove that they're even live in the district or in the precinct or they're a U.S. citizen.
00:22:01.000 They just want everybody to be able to.
00:22:02.000 Yeah, I totally agree.
00:22:04.000 What would what so if we're gonna because I've seen it floated that they're you know the nuking the filibuster for appropriations or funding bills.
00:22:12.000 Is there something you could do in a limited window that maybe Thune would find palatable?
00:22:17.000 You know, maybe it's about immigration or voting integrity.
00:22:20.000 Is there some category that you could exempt?
00:22:23.000 I think it's more likely to be on funding.
00:22:25.000 Remember, we did this with judges, uh, so this isn't new.
00:22:28.000 We in 2017, um, they we with Mitch McConnell, we did it for the judges.
00:22:34.000 We also changed the rules in 1975.
00:22:36.000 We changed them in 1917, and we changed them in 1807.
00:22:39.000 So the Senate can change it.
00:22:41.000 If we were to do it, it would have to go through funding because there would be funding that would have to be made available for it because we'd have to work with the states to get the proper ID for them to do it, or it'd have to be a real ID.
00:22:54.000 My argument is I don't think it would cost us $1 because the real ID is already considered a federal ID.
00:23:02.000 So as long as you had a photo ID that was a real ID, that was a driver's license, or an ID that you get, I think it works, but more than likely, this would be part of a funding bill, which could take place possibly when we start doing FY27, which is because FY26 is almost over.
00:23:22.000 We've got all the appropriation bills.
00:23:23.000 I mean, the House has already done all 12 of them, which is amazing for them to do.
00:23:26.000 We're about ready to do 11, have only one holdover.
00:23:29.000 FY27, if we were to find ourselves leading into a shutdown before the primary, this could absolutely be part of the discussion.
00:23:38.000 It would be to drop the filibuster.
00:23:41.000 On appropriations, and then the SAVE Act could be part of it.
00:23:44.000 So, just to be clear, would that be in time for the midterms?
00:23:47.000 Depends on how it was written.
00:23:50.000 Because technically, yes, because the FY26 funding runs out September 30th.
00:23:55.000 So, we start the new physical year October 1st.
00:23:59.000 So, if we did it in September 30th, that is more than enough time for the November election to have availability to do it.
00:24:08.000 Now, there's a lot of what ifs in this, Andrew, because It would have to be that the Democrats are moving us to a shutdown.
00:24:16.000 So, if they were moving us to a shutdown to avoid a shutdown, timing is the most important thing we could ever have because moving to a shutdown would be devastating for us in the midterm.
00:24:26.000 So, there would be a lot of people that want to avoid that.
00:24:28.000 So, that's when the filibuster narrowly changing for appropriations only could work.
00:24:35.000 Hi, folks.
00:24:36.000 Andrew Colvett here.
00:24:37.000 I'd like to tell you about my friends over at Y Refi.
00:24:40.000 You've probably been hearing me talk about Y Refi for some time now.
00:24:44.000 We are all in with these guys.

00:25:18.000 Why Refi can help.
00:25:19.000 Just go to whyrefi.com.
00:25:21.000 That's the letter Y, then refi.com.
00:25:25.000 And remember, whyrefi doesn't care what your credit score is.
00:25:28.000 Just go to whyrefi.com and tell them your friend Andrew sent you.
00:25:34.000 We're going to move quick here with Senator Mullen.
00:25:37.000 I want to finish this last thought, though, just before we move on to the next topic.
00:25:42.000 Would the states then sue?
00:25:44.000 So, say we get it in this appropriate or the funding bill starting October 1.
00:25:49.000 I mean, that's like a month before midterms.
00:25:52.000 Would they sue?
00:25:53.000 I mean, this could get very messy.
00:25:56.000 Well, they could because mail in ballots, early voting, some of that starts prior to that.
00:26:03.000 So, I think they probably could.
00:26:05.000 We could get into litigation.
00:26:06.000 You know, the Democrats immediately would put a stay.
00:26:09.000 They'd get some liberal guy on a bench that would put a stay on it.
00:26:13.000 But I don't.
00:26:16.000 I think you could tighten the language up enough that you could move it forward prior to that happening.
00:26:22.000 There's a lot to this, Andrew, because we, for instance, mail out ballots need to go out 45 days before the election for deployed troops.
00:26:32.000 And so, but they obviously have the right to vote.
00:26:36.000 So the thing you could do it on is in person voting or when you walk in to hand the ballot, some of the stuff would be litigated through that and be a mess.
00:26:45.000 But it's possible.
00:26:46.000 Listen, I think it's worth having that fight.
00:26:48.000 Let's get messy.
00:26:49.000 Yeah, I agree.
00:26:50.000 100%.
00:26:51.000 Okay, Senator, we're going to move on here.
00:26:53.000 Trump accounts.
00:26:54.000 President Trump did a big thing about this.
00:26:56.000 Why I want to make it a big thing.
00:26:57.000 Turning Point has, for our staff at Turning Point USA, Turning Point Action is going to be contributing $1,000 to all newborn kids from our staff.
00:27:05.000 By the way, we've got a bunch of pregnant ladies running around here.
00:27:09.000 So, like, this is going to be an expensive promise.
00:27:11.000 Erica Kirk announced this.
00:27:13.000 And why I love this is we have this clip from Charlie.
00:27:15.000 I went and dug through and found it this morning because I was supposed to do a Fox and Friends hit myself about it.
00:27:20.000 Got it.
00:27:20.000 Push because of the home and thing.
00:27:21.000 But Charlie loved this idea.
00:27:25.000 436.
00:27:26.000 This could change the game and make people capitalists at age seven.
00:27:31.000 I could imagine a bunch of nine and 10 year olds being like, hey, our stock is up today.
00:27:35.000 By the way, if you win a spelling bee, they could be like, hey, I'm going to put 25 bucks into your Invest America account.
00:27:41.000 If you win a sports championship, it's a way where moms, dads, grandfathers, companies, employers, you can tokenize this where kids can actually then.
00:27:50.000 Save their entire childhood and have something to point forward to and be co owners in America, not just renters.
00:27:58.000 You're a capitalist.
00:27:59.000 You're a business owner.
00:28:00.000 How big of a move is this?
00:28:03.000 What a great idea.
00:28:04.000 Charlie loved it.
00:28:05.000 Tell us about it.
00:28:06.000 I think it's huge.
00:28:07.000 You know, my son just got married.
00:28:08.000 And then over the holidays, he said that he was, I say just got married.
00:28:11.000 He got married before Thanksgiving.
00:28:12.000 But then over the holidays, they said they had an unexpected pregnancy, right?
00:28:17.000 And most kids, when they get younger or when they get married younger, I say kids, my kids are younger, but they don't have money to put in a savings account.
00:28:25.000 And if you can imagine, you put $1,000 in, and if you don't put another penny in, And you keep that set there invested until you're able to draw Social Security.
00:28:35.000 You'll have over $2 million in it, and your payment will be more than Social Security.
00:28:40.000 So, not only is the president saying, hey, Social Security isn't actually the best idea for just retirement, but let's go ahead and set them up for success.
00:28:50.000 But God forbid something happens when you're 18, 19, 20, or 25, or 30 and you have to grab it because of some unexpected ordeal.
00:28:58.000 It gives you the ability to have something to fall back on when most.
00:29:02.000 People, especially young people, they don't have a nest egg to fall back on.
00:29:06.000 This allows you to make choices for your future and teaches you how to be responsible.
00:29:12.000 We did the same thing with our kids.
00:29:13.000 My wife and I, we didn't have kids until we were later.
00:29:16.000 Then they wouldn't stop.
00:29:16.000 Then we ended up with six kids.
00:29:20.000 But we started investing in an account for them.
00:29:22.000 My 22 year old son today called me about buying additional stock to invest in his account that he already has because he doesn't want to touch it because he sees it growing.
00:29:34.000 That's That's a lot.
00:29:36.000 There's a lot of ownership inside this.
00:29:37.000 And of course, leave it up to President Trump, who's a business guy, Charlie Kirk, who's a business guy that can see the future in this when Democrats can't argue against it, but I bet you they would if they could.
00:29:49.000 If they could.
00:29:50.000 You know what's crazy about this, though?
00:29:50.000 Yeah.
00:29:52.000 Charlie was all about making sure the next generation wasn't radicalized.
00:29:56.000 He wanted them to have skin in the game in America, investors in America.
00:30:00.000 He saw this as a way to do it.
00:30:02.000 So if you fully fund one of these accounts, so you get $1,000 seed money.
00:30:05.000 And then you fund it with parents, grandparents, spelling beast championship, philanthropists, which is $5,000 a year.
00:30:12.000 By the time they're 21, according to SP trends over the years, it could be worth between $400,000 and $500,000 for a 21 year old.
00:30:19.000 And get this if you hold the principal till 28, because of compound interest, because then you're really gaining momentum, it could be worth $1.9 million.
00:30:30.000 They have it at 1.09, but I looked it up.
00:30:33.000 The Treasury has it up to 1.9.
00:30:36.000 This is a huge, huge potential.
00:30:37.000 I don't know, Blake, if you wanted to weigh in on that.
00:30:39.000 I'm just thinking about how in 18 years we might have some irresponsible people like blowing their Trump money on one thing.
00:30:46.000 Like cars.
00:30:46.000 And they'll make a stupid social media post about it.
00:30:49.000 Yeah, that's true.
00:30:50.000 And there will be the split between people who blew their money and people who used it responsibly.
00:30:54.000 Like there is.
00:30:55.000 Blake, here's the thing on that is when the first time most people go bust, they go bankrupt, they learn from it.
00:31:02.000 And so when they waste money like that, the next time they start a Accumulating it because if you've done it once, sometimes you feel like you can do it again.
00:31:09.000 There's motivation to do it again because you know it's possible.
00:31:11.000 When you don't know it's possible, you don't know what starts to reach towards.
00:31:15.000 And so, even those that fail because they go blow it on something stupid, that'll be a life lesson at 28 rather than at 58.
00:31:26.000 Center, last topic, and then we got two minutes here, so I got to go quick.
00:31:30.000 461, Bruce Springsteen comes out with a new song, and I just, I'm so infuriated by it.
00:31:38.000 461.
00:31:54.000 All right, so he says they've been roaming and killing, and they're going to remember the names of Renee Good and Alex Preddy, the people who died.
00:32:02.000 And it just occurs to me: where's the song for Jocelyn Nungary?
00:32:08.000 Where's the song for Rachel Moore?
00:32:09.000 Where's the song for Lake and Riley?
00:32:11.000 The selective outrage just absolutely infuriates me, and I'm so ticked off about it because it's just pure propaganda.
00:32:19.000 I didn't know Bruce was still relevant.
00:32:22.000 He's not.
00:32:22.000 So I don't really care.
00:32:24.000 I mean, the guy is so ridiculous, he doesn't represent any values.
00:32:29.000 That America believes in today.
00:32:31.000 And so, to me, I never liked his songs, anyways.
00:32:35.000 He's just even more irrelevant to me now.
00:32:37.000 Blake's a huge fan.
00:32:38.000 I'm a big hater.
00:32:39.000 No, I'm a big hater.
00:32:40.000 No, it's just, it shows that they very much have, they all just really wish it was still 1962.
00:32:48.000 They all want to be writing protest anthems to overthrow Jim Crow.
00:32:52.000 And the truth is, we got rid of that a half century ago, thank goodness.
00:32:56.000 Would you call it civil rights?
00:32:57.000 It's like, Envy.
00:32:59.000 It's civil rights envy.
00:33:00.000 Yeah, it's like we got rid of that more than half a century ago, thank goodness.
00:33:04.000 And they've just been trying to recapture it ever since.
00:33:06.000 And it comes at the cost of just labeling America an evil country, which it's clearly not.
00:33:10.000 And our brave men and women in ICE, man, I just, that is such a tough job.
00:33:16.000 Screw this guy.
00:33:17.000 Honestly, absolute garbage human.
00:33:20.000 I mean, you're upset that ICE is doing their job.
00:33:25.000 I mean, they're literally doing their job.
00:33:26.000 They're enforcing federal law, and you're upset by that.
00:33:29.000 I don't understand it, but I think Blake's absolutely spot on.
00:33:32.000 Senator Mark Wayne Mullen from the great state of Oklahoma.
00:33:34.000 Thank you, Senator.
00:33:35.000 We have your back.
00:33:36.000 We'll talk to you again soon.
