00:05:19.000And if you take away somebody's freedom, whether it is through enslavement or whether it is through enslavement through the drugs like fentanyl, you are doing the opposite of that, which makes you pure evil.

00:05:36.000This is something that a lot of people that do not live in border states quite understand.
00:05:40.000Can you talk about how they humans smuggle for profit and for cash?
00:05:45.000And that we're dealing with a very sophisticated organization of the cartel that is not just, you know, kind of some typical gangbangers.
00:05:52.000You know, these are people that really understand the intricacies of logistics and military technology.
00:05:58.000And we talk about it all throughout the documentary, Border Battle.
00:06:02.000Talk to us about how the cartel controls the border.
00:06:05.000I think it's very important for our audience to understand.
00:06:08.000Well, they control it through violence first and foremost.
00:06:10.000I mean, that is the way that they gain this territory.
00:06:53.000But what most Americans don't realize, we all know that the cartels traffic drugs into America, but do they know the extent of the human trafficking that is going on into America?
00:07:04.000And these open border policies we're seeing now are bringing, like I said, the clientele right to the doorstep of these cartels.
00:07:12.000And they're charging $5,000, $6,000 a person.
00:07:18.000I heard they're making $200 million a week right now with the amount of people showing up and paying them cash to come over to America.
00:07:28.000So that's their main state of operations is trafficking humans, trafficking drugs, and they're going to do it at all costs.
00:07:36.000And like you said, Charlie, they have so much money that they can hire the brightest and best minds out there to ensure that their product is arrived safely at its location.
00:07:45.000Yeah, the New York Times says smuggling migrants at the border, now a billion-dollar business.

00:07:53.000Mark, why don't more of our leaders talk about how the cartel is just printing money off of this?
00:07:59.000Why is Mark Kelly, who is the senator from Arizona for our national audience, why is he ignoring the fact that millions of people are being illegally smuggled for cash across our southern border?
00:08:29.000How many times can they sell you a woman or a child over and over and over again?
00:08:35.000And so it boggles my mind as well, Charlie, that people like Senator Kelly are not standing up.
00:08:41.000He and I had a very frank conversation six, eight months ago.
00:08:44.000And I said, I need you to be vocal against this government to tell them how wrong this is because you, Senator Kelly, know firsthand just what is going on here in Arizona.
00:08:55.000And your indifference or silence on this matter makes you complicit in it.
00:09:05.000He will pretend like he cares only because he wants your vote.
00:09:09.000But I will tell any voters out there on the fence, he doesn't care one bit.
00:09:15.000He has purposely turned a blind eye to it, just like this administration.
00:09:19.000And to answer your question, Charlie, they're scared.
00:09:23.000They're scared to say and speak out because of the way that this administration has gone after people or the way liberals and the left and the progressive attack you if your voice is contrary to theirs.
00:09:36.000And so most of them would rather sit in the corner and be quiet and be cowards.

00:10:56.000How do we fix this invasion happening on our southern border?
00:10:59.000Well, Charlie, the most simple thing to do is go back to the Trump-era policies that we were under when this administration change occurred.
00:11:08.000We know that those were successful just by the mere numbers.
00:11:12.000Really, they need to put the pride aside, go back to those.
00:11:16.000We've got to continue to finish the wall.
00:11:18.000We've got to make sure that Border Patrol, ICE agents, CBP agents feel in emboldened to do their job.
00:11:25.000You've got to do a hard shutdown on this border.
00:11:28.000The only way we're going to stop the flow of fentanyl and human beings being trafficked into this country for slavery oftentimes, the only way we're going to stop that is do a hard shutdown on this border.
00:11:39.000Watching your live thing, you talk about getting people out of this country.
00:11:44.000We have to send a message that it's not okay to break our laws, and we're going to have to really make some hard decisions.
00:11:52.000Now, what we cannot do is do things like pass up on 18,000 Border Patrol agents, but fund 87,000 IRS agents when we only have 386 ICE agents in the entire state of Arizona.
00:12:08.000So our ability to remove people that have come into this country illegally, even criminals, is very handicapped just because of that.
00:12:48.000It is so solvable and it's such an incredible crisis.
00:12:51.000Really quick, Mark, can you talk about the damage fentanyl is doing to communities across the country made possible thanks to Democrats keeping our border wide open?
00:13:01.000And that is the cause, Charlie, because it's coming through the southern border.
00:13:05.000Fentanyl has become the leading cause of death of Americans amongst the ages of 18 to 45.
00:13:11.000And yet it's over 107,000 people last year.
00:13:14.000I guarantee that number is going to be far superior to that this year.
00:13:18.000And I haven't heard a single word from this president or his administration.
00:13:22.000I don't hear anything from the mainstream media.
00:13:25.000And they don't want to address it because that would expose their inefficiencies and the problems with their open border policy.
00:13:33.000So they really don't want to talk about it.
00:13:35.000And it's shameful that they're not because the families of these loved ones who are being poisoned across this country deserve to be treated better.
00:13:42.000It is unbelievable how they've just turned their backs on the American people in that sense.
00:13:48.000Charlie, I'm going to give you some statistics for Arizona because you don't just have to ingest this drug to make it lethal for you.
00:13:55.000You just have to be in the vicinity of it.
00:13:58.000In Arizona last year, 33 children died from fentanyl poisonings, seven under the age of one.
00:14:07.000If that statistic alone doesn't get all of these politicians unelected, then I don't know what to do.
00:14:13.000Maybe our moral compass is much more broken than I thought.
00:14:17.000But the fentanyl crisis is going to bring America to its knees.
00:14:21.000And we talk a lot about it in Border Battle.
00:14:24.000They did a really good job of really showing the American people just how it impacts American families.

00:16:24.000Yeah, so Igor Danchenkov, the short story is he was Christopher Steele's number one source for the false dossier, meaning that he was the one that peddled the false information to Steele, who was getting paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the FBI for being an FBI informant.
00:16:41.000But what we learned last week was that Danchenko himself, and this even floored me, the guy who did Russia Gate, was a paid informant for the FBI for three plus years after they fired Christopher Steele.
00:16:52.000So they used their corruption, corrupt activities, and their Confidential Human Source Network to cover up their own arrogance, to cover up their own corrupt actions.
00:17:01.000And what did we learn yesterday in day one of the trial?
00:17:03.000Not only that, but we learned that the FBI offered up to a million dollars for Christopher Steele to go and corroborate the false information in October of 2016.
00:17:13.000That means they knew it was false before they went to an FBI FISA court, and they did it anyway, and they were willing to pay a taxpayer-funded bounty to lie to a federal court.
00:18:24.000And what John Durham is saying is, you literally lied to the FBI five separate times about supposedly an investigation.
00:18:31.000They say they were running above board at the time, but you were funneling complete false information.
00:18:36.000You then became a source of the FBI, and now you're being prosecuted by a special counsel for breaking the law while you were a paid government informant.
00:18:46.000I mean, I don't know how much more corrupt it can get, but John Durham is going to at least lay out all this information.
00:18:51.000But that million-dollar offer to Christopher Steele in October of 2016, just before the first FISA warrant went up, proves that James Comey and company lied to the world when they said we had verified all the relevant information in that application in the Steele dossier.
00:19:06.000They had offered a million reasons for the world to believe a million more of their lies.
00:19:11.000So there's a politico article that says Danchenko trial opens, expected to be last of prosecutors probe.
00:19:47.000I've been on your show a lot, and I've gone big on John Durham in the past.
00:19:51.000And I just hope that this is not the last one, because you're right.
00:19:54.000It would be a tragic end to hold almost no one at the mid-levels is where I wanted to go accountable.
00:20:00.000Strzoks, the Pages, the McCabes and company.
00:20:03.000And if this is where it ends, then we're going to have to just go in and do it ourselves in 24, but that's going to be too late, as you and I have talked about.
00:20:12.000Yeah, I mean, so we impeached a president for a bunch of lies twice, and then the FBI now admits, you know, basically that they can't prove.
00:20:20.000I mean, so I'm just, let me just, I'm really curious.
00:20:23.000It's not for a lack of evidence, Cash, right?
00:20:30.000Well, remember, the one man that John Durham has to be controlled by by the law is Merrick Garland.
00:20:36.000And we've seen Merrick Garland, as I refer to these people now corrupted at the top levels of government, government gangsters, is the most politically motivated attorney general in the history of the United States.
00:20:47.000And you can just see this from all his recent actions that you and I have talked about extensively.
00:20:51.000So John Durham reports to Merrick Garland, and if Merrick Garland doesn't give him the permission to continue prosecuting, then John Durham doesn't have the ability to do so.
00:21:00.000So if that's the case, then we need to find that out.
00:21:02.000If he was shut down by a politically active attorney general from exposing more of their own corruption, and that'll that'll, you know, I mean, the FBI and DOJ have to be completely overhauled as it is.
00:21:12.000But if we come to find that out after we have midterm victory here, and that's what happens, then, you know, I don't know that the faith in these institutions can be restored anytime soon.
00:21:23.000And so I just, I know so many people in our audience are waiting, you know, for some form of justice.
00:21:28.000And I just don't think we're ever going to see it with Peter Strzzok or Lisa Page or any of these people, unfortunately.
00:21:34.000I just don't think they're ever going to be held accountable.
00:21:38.000And so, you know, the FACE Act makes it a federal crime to use force, the threat of force or physical obstruction to prevent individuals from obtaining or providing reproductive health care services.
00:21:53.000If you spy on a president and create a plot against a president, you could walk freely, but you go outside of a liberal life center and sing hymns and you're going to be raided by the FBI.
00:22:04.000Yeah, that's the two-tier system of justice that this administration under Merrick Garland and Chris Ray has created for the American people.
00:22:11.000They are politically targeting individuals instead of targeting individuals for crimes.
00:22:16.000They are manufacturing crimes and committing, I think, unlawful activities at the DOJ and FBI.
00:22:22.000But as you outlined, this is a two-tier system of justice that they have basically built single-handedly in modern day America, which was never ever supposed to have that occur.
00:22:33.000And I get your and my and everybody else's outrage on this because it is destroying America's ability to trust its law enforcement.
00:22:42.000Yeah, I just see it, you know, time and time again.
00:22:45.000So what can the new Congress possibly do, Cash, in this regard?
00:22:48.000I mean, criminal referrals obviously do nothing.
00:22:52.000Can the new Congress do anything about this or is just kind of Russia Gate going to go into the memory and nothing's going to happen?
00:22:59.000Well, the new Congress can do what Devin and I did when we ran Russia Gate, which is stand up a committee to at least educate the world on what actually happened and get the truth out.
00:23:08.000I know it's not the form of accountability that people are going to want to see with terms of prosecutions.
00:23:12.000Me and the former National Security Prosecutor certainly gets that.
00:23:15.000But as the guy who ran Russia Gate, at least Congress's job is to be able to get the information out to the American public and the world as to what happened.
00:23:22.000They can do that because we have seen how rogue committees like the Unselect Committee on January 6th abuses congressional subpoena power.
00:23:28.000But you've seen the power that it has to produce documentation and witnesses when necessary.
00:23:33.000So I hope our leaders, when we send them there, great guys like Blake Masters in Arizona and then Adam Laxalt in Nevada, where we all live out west there, folks like that are going to have to show up in strength to get and demand the documents and they be released.
00:23:48.000So we, at least amongst ourselves, can have accountability at the voting blocks where it matters.
00:24:07.000You know, I was just out in Arizona and Nevada with President Trump for the rallies last weekend.
00:24:11.000And that's the very concept we brought up.
00:24:13.000It said if Washington, D.C. is not willing to act, then the state attorney general can act.
00:24:17.000And Hunter Biden's laptop is a perfect example.
00:24:19.000It's not as if he only committed a federal crime, he committed multiple crimes in multiple states.
00:24:23.000And there's no reason that attorney generals in those respective states can't come to the fold and bring those charges immediately.
00:24:30.000And I even recommended that they look into that if the federal government comes up short or gives him a sweetheart deal.
00:24:36.000And because I'll remind everybody that, you know, this whole double jeopardy thing, you can technically prosecute someone for the same crimes in state and federal court.
00:24:45.000And so if they want to play that game, then it's up to us to elect state AGs like Abe Hamada out in Arizona who are going to get the job done.
00:24:53.000And then when our federal government fails, like you pointedly asserted the other week, the states need to act.
00:25:01.000And the states need to step up and act.
00:25:10.000So it's a series that President Trump launched for me.

00:26:41.000What is happening with John Fetterman, who is running for the Senate race in Pennsylvania, should make all of you the biggest Dr. Oz fans on the planet?
00:26:53.000John Fetterman, he is, if he was okay health-wise, his ideas are completely and totally wacky, but it's no longer a joke.
00:27:09.000John Fetterman cannot, not only can he not answer questions, he can't even understand the words of the questions that are being asked to him.
00:27:16.000So, John Fetterman sat down with NBC News, and he had to have closed captioning in front of him to be able to understand what was being said to him.
00:27:26.000He cannot understand words that are being said to him.
00:27:29.000And this is, I'm not trivializing this.
00:29:58.000In terms of any symptoms related to the stroke or any other conditions, you know, you hadn't disclosed the AFib you were diagnosed with five years ago.

00:30:11.000Any other conditions or symptoms that you have not told voters about?
00:30:33.000We had a monitor set up so that he could read my questions because he still has lingering auditory processing issues as a result of the stroke, which means he has a hard time understanding what he's hearing.
