00:00:19.000 That is tpusa.com.

00:00:23.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:00:24.000 Here we go.

00:00:25.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:27.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:29.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:32.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:36.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:37.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:38.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.

00:00:46.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:00:55.000 That's why we are here.

00:00:58.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.

00:01:07.000 The Speaker of the House circus is continuing as they go back and forth.

00:01:13.000 I have some inside information.

00:01:15.000 It looks like Jordan's going to get blocked again.

00:01:17.000 I don't think Jordan has the votes.

00:01:20.000 And there's a thing called the Joyce Resolution.

00:01:22.000 Looks like there's going to be a proposition to do a coalition government with the Democrats, which would effectively destroy the Republican majority.

00:01:30.000 That Republicans will no longer control the House of Representatives.

00:01:34.000 That is what we're looking at very soon.

00:01:37.000 We've warned about this.

00:01:37.000 We are told that it's not going to happen.

00:01:39.000 I hope it doesn't happen, but there is a resolution in the House right now called the Joyce Resolution that could potentially work with the entire Democrat Party and get rid of the Republican majority, get rid of all the committees, by the way.

00:01:54.000 All the oversight, no impeachment of Biden, weaponization of government committee.

00:01:58.000 It would all go away.

00:02:00.000 So that's where the Republican Party is headed.

00:02:02.000 I hope that's not the case.

00:02:03.000 I hope they're able to get Jim Jordan, but my sources are telling me Jim Jordan is going to fall short.

00:02:07.000 Again, Republican Party is completely incapable of governing right now, completely incapable of governing.

00:02:14.000 Just regular rank and file people across the country think the Republican Party is a joke.

00:02:19.000 Hard to disagree.

00:02:20.000 Can't pick a leader.

00:02:20.000 It's October.

00:02:21.000 You can't pick a speaker.

00:02:22.000 It's been two weeks.

00:02:24.000 I want to talk about what happened yesterday, though.

00:02:25.000 I saw the news alerts happen.

00:02:27.000 People were texting me.

00:02:28.000 Charlie, how could Israel have possibly bombed a hospital?

00:02:32.000 You know, it's so funny.

00:02:33.000 I received over the weekend all of these accusations.

00:02:36.000 Oh, Charlie, how dare you ask questions?

00:02:38.000 How dare you ask questions? 1.00

00:02:39.000 You know, called a Jew hater and anti-Semite, the most ridiculous stuff. 1.00

00:02:43.000 Holocaust and I are disgusting and repulsive. 0.99

00:02:45.000 But the minute that there's something controversial that happens in the media, you find out who your true friends are.

00:02:51.000 So I was getting these text messages from these anti-Israel people that I know.

00:02:54.000 Oh, Charlie, Israel just committed a war crime, which Elon Omar basically effectively tweeted yesterday.

00:03:00.000 Israel just committed a war crime. 0.63

00:03:01.000 I said, whoa, Time out.

00:03:03.000 Time out.

00:03:04.000 This is calm down.

00:03:05.000 What are you talking about?

00:03:07.000 So every single news outlet yesterday pushed the story that Israel bombed a hospital in Gaza, killing 500 people.

00:03:15.000 So let's just isolate that sentence.

00:03:18.000 Israel bombed hospital 500 people.

00:03:22.000 Those are four facts, okay?

00:03:24.000 Four incredibly charged facts.

00:03:27.000 So our team's gut instinct, the first gut instinct that we had, is that they're lying about how many people are dead.

00:03:33.000 They say 500 people is a lot of people.

00:03:36.000 We're like, no.

00:03:37.000 It's just, I find that really hard to believe.

00:03:37.000 Nope.

00:03:39.000 Number two, we started to see images, and we didn't really see images of like rubble and people getting taken out of rubble.

00:03:49.000 And I'm not saying that nobody died.

00:03:51.000 I'm not saying that there was not an incendiary device, but it was not a 500-person bomb.

00:03:57.000 It was very clear, right?

00:03:59.000 And so, what exactly happened here?

00:04:02.000 That's an explosion that killed 500 people in Iraq.

00:04:05.000 That's what an explosion looks like that kills 500 people.

00:04:08.000 Cut 62.

00:04:09.000 That's not what happened in Hamas.

00:04:10.000 Now, compare that to Cut 65, please.

00:04:13.000 Yeah, that's Gaza.

00:04:14.000 Thank you.

00:04:14.000 That's a parking lot with cars that are basically still intact.

00:04:18.000 You're trying to tell me 500 people died there.

00:04:21.000 Now, mind you, asking these questions gets you labeled as a conspiracy theorist.

00:04:26.000 But we ask questions across the board, including when the entire media, Ben Collins, NBC, are so quick to say that Israel is guilty until proven innocent.

00:04:39.000 So let's go through this sentence again.

00:04:40.000 Israel bombed hospital, 500 people.

00:04:45.000 Okay, so it's definitely not 500 people.

00:04:47.000 We have no evidence of that.

00:04:48.000 They're just making it up.

00:04:50.000 500 people means piles of rubble, people being pulled out of the ruins, and mass death.

00:04:54.000 I'm not saying it's no people.

00:04:55.000 I'm going to need to see some evidence, guys, that it's 500 people.

00:04:59.000 Okay?

00:05:00.000 Number two, that Israel did it. 0.99

00:05:02.000 As soon as I heard this news result, I said this on our chat.

00:05:05.000 I said, I don't believe it.

00:05:07.000 I said, you're trying to tell me that the day before Joe Biden visits the Middle East, that Israel would bomb a hospital.

00:05:17.000 You're trying to tell me Israel that has the moral high ground in the international community is going to bomb a hospital and kill 500 people.

00:05:26.000 It makes no sense.

00:05:27.000 But the media ran with this immediately.

00:05:30.000 They said, oh my goodness, the hospital is bombed.

00:05:34.000 Well, guess what?

00:05:35.000 It turns out the hospital is fully intact.

00:05:39.000 The hospital wasn't bombed.

00:05:42.000 The parking lot was bombed.

00:05:43.000 There's a bunch of cars that have blown up.

00:05:45.000 I'm sure that there were some innocent civilians that died, but the hospital is still intact.

00:05:50.000 In fact, there may not have even been a rocket.

00:05:54.000 It very well just might have been your run-of-the-mill incendiary device detonated next to a hospital.

00:06:00.000 But like clockwork, what has happened and what is happening right now?

00:06:04.000 Protests and soon-to-be rebellions outside of embassies in Lebanon.

00:06:08.000 Iran has raised the black flag.

00:06:12.000 Egypt canceled their meeting with Joe Biden.

00:06:16.000 Mahmoud Abbas says we need three days of warning, mourning, because of all this.

00:06:22.000 Now, it could be that it's just a dumb accident and they won the PR war because everyone instantly believes Hamas. 0.64

00:06:30.000 And I just want to reiterate this. 0.95

00:06:32.000 The amount of Jew hatred in our media that is built in is remarkable. 0.99

00:06:38.000 So here you have something that is just a complete lie when you look at it.

00:06:43.000 And Reuters, Al Jazeera, obviously, CNN, they're carrying it.

00:06:48.000 How terrible?

00:06:50.000 Israel, they're committing war crimes.

00:06:52.000 Get the Elon Omar tweet, please.

00:06:54.000 Guilty until proven innocent.

00:06:56.000 And as some people have said on television, well, now the reality, this is what's so unbelievable.

00:07:01.000 The reality really doesn't matter.

00:07:03.000 The perception is what matters.

00:07:05.000 The people on the street think that Israel did it, so there's no convincing them otherwise. 0.99

00:07:08.000 Oh, so these people are so backwards. 0.97

00:07:12.000 They are so like against reason that even if they are showed the truth, that they won't know it. 0.96

00:07:22.000 These are repulsive people, by the way.

00:07:25.000 They love using civilian targets as shields. 0.81

00:07:28.000 Elon Omar comes out.

00:07:30.000 Bombing a hospital is among the gravest of war crimes.

00:07:33.000 The IDF reportedly blowing up one of the few places the injured and wounded can seek medical treatment and shelter during a war is horrific.

00:07:39.000 POTUS needs to push for an immediate ceasefire to end the slaughter.

00:07:42.000 Elon Omar, you should be deported. 0.99

00:07:44.000 You're a terrorist sympathizer. 1.00

00:07:45.000 You should be deported from the country. 1.00

00:07:47.000 But hold on a second. 0.85

00:07:48.000 Did Elon Omar call what Hamas did to Jewish babies a war crime?

00:07:54.000 Maybe she did.

00:07:55.000 But could someone find Elon Omar's Twitter a week and a half ago when little babies on a Jewish high holiday were burned to death by Muslims? 1.00

00:08:03.000 Did Elon Omar call that a war crime?

00:08:05.000 I'm just curious.

00:08:06.000 But she's quick to call this a war crime, even though it didn't happen.

00:08:13.000 All of a sudden, the media is walking it back.

00:08:15.000 They're walking it back and they say, oh, well, no, it was an explosion next to the hospital.

00:08:19.000 It happened near a hospital.

00:08:21.000 It was hospital adjacent.

00:08:23.000 Rashida Talib.

00:08:25.000 Israel just bombed the Baptist hospital killing, this is another congresswoman, 500 Palestinians.

00:08:31.000 Where's the evidence?

00:08:31.000 500 people?

00:08:33.000 Your war and destruction only approach has opened my eyes and many.

00:08:38.000 And this is outright lies.

00:08:40.000 In fact, it feels as if this is a Muslim op to stop Joe Biden's visit to unite the Arab world into a regional holy war against the Jews, which is what Hamas has always wanted. 0.95

00:08:57.000 From the river to the sea, this was a op that the mainstream Western media fell for.

00:09:04.000 And what is the two old quotes?

00:09:06.000 Number one, the first casualty in war is the truth.

00:09:09.000 Two, lies go around the world five times before the truth is able to get its pants on.

00:09:15.000 And so now, still today, people say, well, Israel committed war crimes.

00:09:18.000 Israel committed war crimes.

00:09:20.000 Let's just go through that sentence again.

00:09:22.000 Everything about the sentence is wrong.

00:09:25.000 Everything about the sentence is incorrect.

00:09:28.000 And it worked.

00:09:29.000 Jordan canceled the Amman summit.

00:09:32.000 Al-Sisi canceled the summit.

00:09:35.000 Mahmoud Abbas canceled the summit.

00:09:38.000 So any approach towards dialogue is gone, all based on something that didn't actually happen that your mainstream media pick up and ran with.

00:09:48.000 Wasn't Israel, wasn't a bomb, wasn't 500 people, and wasn't even a hospital.

00:09:54.000 It was a parking lot.

00:09:56.000 But right now, there's Arab men flooding the streets of Tehran, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, calling for blood, because that's what they do, call for blood. 1.00

00:10:06.000 And they're looking for an excuse.

00:10:10.000 I want to talk about relieffactor.com.

00:10:12.000 I want you guys to check out relieffactor.com, 100% drug-free, knee pain, back pain, joint pain, elbow pain.

00:10:40.000 It's a major part of life.

00:10:42.000 Check it out right now, relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.

00:10:48.000 So look, I got to be honest.

00:10:50.000 I'm on Israel's side here, 100%.

00:10:53.000 In fact, I defended Israel as soon as it happened. 0.90

00:10:55.000 I sent out tweets.

00:10:56.000 And even if Israel would have hit a hospital, I was ready to defend Israel. 0.88

00:11:01.000 Not that I like hitting, you know, like hitting hospitals, but two things you understand.

00:11:04.000 Hamas puts their headquarters under hospitals.

00:11:08.000 They use civilians as human shields.

00:11:10.000 War is ugly.

00:11:11.000 War is nasty.

00:11:11.000 War is terrible.

00:11:13.000 And secondly, you don't get to go invade a country and kill 1,300 women and children, start a war, and then all of a sudden complain about the reaction.

00:11:23.000 You bear the responsibility.

00:11:24.000 Even though this is not what happened here, I want to make sure we morally understand each other.

00:11:30.000 Even if what happened, what didn't happen, happened, you have to understand.

00:11:33.000 Now, why Israel has not invaded yet is interesting.

00:11:36.000 I think, I think it's because Netanyahu was waiting for Biden to visit.

00:11:40.000 Waiting for Biden to visit, get some assurances on aid, and then he invades.

00:11:45.000 But I got to be honest, Israel could have handled this whole thing a lot better. 0.95

00:11:49.000 I don't think they handled this nearly as aggressively because this was an op.

00:11:54.000 This was a Muslim-Iranian intel operation to get the Arab world in the streets, overtaking embassies, and try to start a regional conflict. 0.92

00:12:04.000 500 people did not die, unless there's some evidence to show that doesn't look that way.

00:12:08.000 A hospital was not bombed, and it was not a rocket from Israel.

00:12:13.000 And it takes a lot of time to get proof, but I got to be honest.

00:12:16.000 Israel has to get their evidence up here, but the Israel social media team, they've got to change their strategy.

00:12:24.000 They're doing this weird, they're replying to supermodels, and they're posting pictures of Keanu Reeves from the Matrix.

00:12:32.000 I'll just give you one example.

00:12:33.000 The state of Israel on their social media posts to Gigi Hadid, who is a supermodel, half Lebanese, I think.

00:12:43.000 I don't know if she's the supermodel or her sister is a supermodel.

00:12:45.000 I can't keep track of this.

00:12:47.000 Have you been sleeping this last week? 0.98

00:12:48.000 Are you just fine turning a blind eye to Jewish babies being butchered in their homes?

00:12:52.000 Your silence has been very clear about what you stand. 0.81

00:12:54.000 We see you.

00:12:54.000 Okay.

00:12:55.000 Honestly, state of Israel, you don't need to be sending social media posts to supermodels.

00:13:02.000 69.

00:13:03.000 In response to Iran, Israel posts on social media a picture of Keanu Reeves from The Matrix, basically saying, bring it on. 0.51

00:13:12.000 Now, we didn't like it when the Defense Department got in a social media fight with Tucker Carlson.

00:13:18.000 Governments should not post memes.

00:13:19.000 I just think that should just be a general rule of thumb.

00:13:23.000 You're trolling the enemy on social media.

00:13:27.000 Not smart, not cute.

00:13:28.000 Instead, I think Israel needs to be very clear that this is as much a narrative war at this time as it is an actual kinetic war that might unfold.

00:13:42.000 And the information war that is looming is that honestly, Israel lost the information war for the first six hours.

00:13:50.000 Israel thought, okay, we can prove that it wasn't our rocket.

00:13:54.000 Honestly, you know what Israel should have done? 0.96

00:13:55.000 They should have just said, no, Hamas bombed its own people.

00:13:58.000 Not that it was an errant rocket or whatever.

00:14:00.000 Just say this wouldn't be the first time that Hamas would lie. 0.87

00:14:02.000 Just go full offense against them.

00:14:04.000 But honestly, the Israeli government is so fact-focused.

00:14:08.000 They're so decent in how they communicate.

00:14:11.000 They're so centered on evidence that they thought that people would like cooler heads would prevail.

00:14:18.000 They're so measured.

00:14:19.000 Not the time to be measured in that way.

00:14:21.000 You should have accused the enemy of doing what they did, which, by the way, this hospital still stands.

00:14:29.000 So we get all up in arms.

00:14:31.000 They're talking about taking over embassies.

00:14:34.000 And the thing that they are still upset about is, well, the hospital is still up there.

00:14:38.000 And our media fell for it across the board.

00:14:44.000 In fact, still right now, Iran delivers ominous warning after Hamas blames Israel for hospital blast.

00:14:51.000 And yet, the only pictures they're using are blown up cars, as if a parking lot got bombed.

00:14:58.000 And you're trying to tell me 500 people died in that blast?

00:15:03.000 No, a blast that is powerful enough to kill 500 people, you would have B-roll and video of rubble that would look like 9-11.

00:15:15.000 Rational people do appreciate Israel's approach, but you must understand you're in the midst of a propaganda war.

00:15:21.000 And that means you should put aside trolling Yigi Hadid and putting up memes of Keanu Reeves of saying, let's go here.

00:15:30.000 The propaganda war appeals to the emotions.

00:15:33.000 And now we are closer to a regional war and World War III.

00:15:36.000 And I'm not getting, I mean, Joe Biden was a disaster in Israel. 0.96

00:15:38.000 What a disgrace. 1.00

00:15:39.000 He's a traitor to our country. 1.00

00:15:41.000 He's falling asleep. 1.00

00:15:41.000 He's slurring his words. 1.00

00:15:43.000 He's mumbling to disaster.

00:15:45.000 This is what happens when America is not even diplomatically leading.

00:15:48.000 Every one of these bad governments thinks they can get what they've always wanted.

00:15:54.000 Listen, as students begin heading back to school, do you think they'll be learning about the founding principles that made America the freest, most prosperous nation in history?

00:16:01.000 Will they learn that our unalienable rights are God-given and not granted by government?

00:16:05.000 Will they be given a full and honest account of our nation's history?

00:16:08.000 The answer to all these questions is yes for students at Hillsdale College.

00:16:12.000 And these days, in addition to teaching college students, Hillsdale has extended its teaching to K-12 students and lifelong learners like you and me.

00:16:20.000 If you're not doing so already, one of the best ways to start learning from my friends at Hillsdale is through In Primus, Hillsdale's free digest of liberty.

00:16:34.000 It's at charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:16:36.000 I look forward to In Primus each month, and you can too.

00:16:39.000 It's interesting, useful, and free.

00:16:50.000 They're an excellent college, America's greatest college, charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:16:58.000 Okay, so the Speaker of the House vote will go to a third vote.

00:17:02.000 If that very possible Republicans lose their majority if the Joyce resolution passes, Jim Jordan will not win it on this particular ballot.

00:17:13.000 As we continue now to October 18th, without a speaker, it has been about two weeks.

00:17:19.000 And we'll see if the moderates come our way.

00:17:21.000 Not much else I can share to this.

00:17:23.000 We could go through the list.

00:17:24.000 We have the list, guys, with people that are voting against it.

00:17:26.000 The pressure needs to continue, but they seem immune to pressure.

00:17:30.000 They are so angry at the American conservative grassroots.

00:17:33.000 They're so bitter.

00:17:34.000 They're so vengeful that they would rather have no speaker at all whatsoever or the Democrats get a majority than a strong speaker like Jim Jordan.

00:17:43.000 That tells you a lot, doesn't it?

00:17:45.000 Okay, I want to get to some other tape here as we dive into this.

00:17:50.000 Ken Buck.

00:17:52.000 What has happened to Ken Buck?

00:17:53.000 I've known Ken Buck for a long time.

00:17:55.000 I used to think Ken Buck was this rock star conservative.

00:17:59.000 And Ken Buck has been walking, crawling, and turning into a liberal Democrat.

00:18:07.000 Here's how you know that you're on the right side of history, many ways.

00:18:12.000 Do you notice that our side is always tempted to go to the other side, and they almost are never tempted to go to our side?

00:18:19.000 Ever.

00:18:20.000 They're almost always tempted to go do deals because it takes no effort to be on the left.

00:18:28.000 In fact, the life is really nice.

00:18:30.000 It's very comfortable.

00:18:31.000 They control everything.

00:18:32.000 It's a life of luxury.

00:18:34.000 You get invited to all the parties.

00:18:35.000 You get beautiful things on CNN.

00:18:37.000 You get books written about you.

00:18:39.000 So now Ken Buck is going on television, who campaigned as a conservative and is legislating not as a conservative.

00:18:47.000 Listen to this: Play Cut 57.

00:18:49.000 So Jim Jordan doesn't get the speakership, you believe.

00:18:52.000 What happens then?

00:18:54.000 I think one of the options is to have a 30-day speaker.

00:18:57.000 Patrick McHenry would be the logical choice for that.

00:18:59.000 I think that undoubtedly we would give him full power so that if there is an Israeli package, supplemental spending package that comes over from the White House, we would have the ability to vote on that.

00:19:10.000 We'd have the ability to vote on Ukraine aid and some other issues that are urgent.

00:19:16.000 He wants to put Patrick McHenry in full power for 30 days so that there's an assummental Israeli package and be able to have the ability to vote on Ukraine.

00:19:25.000 Like, hold on, time out.

00:19:27.000 I care what's happening in Israel.

00:19:29.000 But if you're an American lawmaker, the first thing you should be mentioning as to why we need a speaker is the border, not a foreign conflict.

00:19:38.000 And by the way, I support aid to Israel.

00:19:41.000 But just the gut reaction is they're so programmed to prioritize the distant over the immediate, the foreign over the domestic.

00:19:52.000 The psychology behind that is perplexing to me.

00:19:55.000 It's very strange.

00:19:57.000 I'm not saying that it shouldn't be part of the list.

00:20:00.000 What's happening in Israel is consequential.

00:20:02.000 It impacts America's interests. 0.53

00:20:05.000 So now Patrick McHenry is the speaker pro tem of the House.

00:20:10.000 And Patrick McHenry is not exactly a conservative.

00:20:15.000 Patrick McHenry is not a movement grassroots warrior type.

00:20:20.000 But Ken Buck continues here.

00:20:22.000 Let's play Cut 58.

00:20:24.000 So if it's not going to be Patrick McHenry after those 30 days, who would you support?

00:20:29.000 Well, that's the question, really.

00:20:32.000 Taking this pressure off and getting into conference and having a discussion without the emotion, I think we'll come to an agreement on Tom Emmer, on Kevin Hearn, on Mike Johnson, on someone that is interested in doing it and that can bring the different groups together.

00:20:49.000 So Tom Emmer, Kevin Hearn, Mike Johnson, this is not going to be solved anytime soon.

00:20:56.000 And I want to hear from you, freedom at charliekirk.com, because some of you are very angry.

00:20:59.000 Some of you said, Charlie, Republicans do have the ability to govern.

00:21:04.000 I'm not so sure.

00:21:06.000 But this is what happens when your party is so unsustainably put together.

00:21:13.000 It's put together in a way that is inevitable for a collapse.

00:21:19.000 You see, you have a portion of the House that actually listens to their voters.

00:21:24.000 That is a coalition of people that care about spending, care about the border, care about putting the country first.

00:21:32.000 And the vast majority of the Republican Party is still in the George W. Bush Party that are so upset that business as usual is being derailed in Washington, D.C. Why are we talking about spending?

00:21:45.000 What do you mean we have to go after Jack Smith?

00:21:48.000 And if this takes us to go to 15 rounds, then we'll go to 15 rounds.

00:21:52.000 If we have to grind down the moderates to 20 rounds, then we'll grind down the moderates for 20 rounds.

00:21:56.000 But let me tell you right now, guys, you're not getting a Christmas break.

00:22:00.000 You better invite your family to go celebrate Christmas with you in Washington, D.C., because the country's collapsing.

00:22:08.000 And I'll tell you right now, you're going to spend two weeks trying to find a speaker.

00:22:10.000 Fine.

00:22:10.000 Three weeks for a speaker.

00:22:11.000 Fine.

00:22:12.000 I think it's a joke. 0.97

00:22:12.000 I think it's a clown show. 0.97

00:22:13.000 I think it's making us look bad. 0.97

00:22:15.000 You guys can't figure out the ability to govern, whatever.

00:22:18.000 But you guys better not do a Christmas break.

00:22:21.000 We got to cut spending.

00:22:22.000 We've got to secure the border.

00:22:23.000 We've got to hold the Biden regime accountable.

00:22:25.000 And do you notice the one thing that has just disappeared from the media narrative?

00:22:29.000 What's the one thing that has just vanished?

00:22:32.000 Impeaching Joe Biden.

00:22:34.000 Have you noticed we haven't had a whisper about Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, corruption?

00:22:37.000 We had momentum.

00:22:39.000 In September, we were onto something, weren't we?

00:22:42.000 We had evidence, data, text messages, bank transfers.

00:22:46.000 All that's basically gone now.

00:22:48.000 Now, can we get it back?

00:22:49.000 Maybe.

00:22:51.000 But instead of having committee hearings, we have this circus show.

00:22:55.000 Moderates will vote for whatever speaker basically promises a longer Christmas break.

00:23:02.000 We've had debt ceiling caves.

00:23:03.000 We've had CR caves.

00:23:05.000 Jack Smith is getting all of his money to continue his terror campaign against Donald Trump and all of Trump allies.

00:23:13.000 The Department of Justice is going after Douglas Mackey.

00:23:16.000 They're going after January 6th defendants.

00:23:18.000 Just yesterday, a mother of eight who broke a window, that's vandalism, did not touch a police officer, received 58 months in prison.

00:23:30.000 For those of you keeping score at home, that's over four years in prison.

00:23:35.000 Four years.

00:23:37.000 And yet, the Department of Justice keeps on getting funding uninterrupted.

00:23:41.000 And so, the term is almost halfway over, the congressional term.

00:23:45.000 The CR is going to expire sometime soon, next couple weeks.

00:23:48.000 CR is coming up.

00:23:50.000 And by the way, are we actively raising money and recruiting candidates for the next Congress?

00:23:56.000 How can you do that if you have the speaker fight?

00:23:59.000 And that absolutely does matter.

00:24:01.000 The Bush Republicans are fighting tooth and nail to keep the status quo.

00:24:08.000 And this is a tough fight, guys.

00:24:10.000 The fight basically is: can you get politicians to care about their voters and care about the country?

00:24:17.000 They want comfort.

00:24:19.000 They want ease.

00:24:21.000 They look at Washington, D.C. as a massive country club and a jacuzzi.

00:24:26.000 They don't look at it as if there's a sense of urgency, that the country is falling apart, that we are seeing a collapse of the greatest nation, a civilizational suicide.

00:24:38.000 They look at D.C. passing omnibus bills as, quote, Washington working, both sides coming together.

00:24:46.000 And so, this speaker fight was going to happen, happen immediately, happen long-term, because the Democrats are complete cheerleaders for the downfall and the destruction and the breakdown of the Republic.

00:25:00.000 Okay, that's what the Democrat Party is.

00:25:02.000 They don't love America.

00:25:04.000 The Democrat Party hates America.

00:25:06.000 They're at odds against America. 0.76

00:25:07.000 They want the borders wide open and the currency destroyed.

00:25:10.000 So, you need an opposition party to that.

00:25:13.000 And what the Unit Party has done very well is they have hijacked, infiltrated the opposition party.

00:25:21.000 Our opposition party is not composed of fighters.

00:25:27.000 And we're getting lots of emails.

00:25:28.000 I want you to keep them coming.

00:25:29.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:25:30.000 I'll read this one right here.

00:25:31.000 I'm so angry. 0.99

00:25:32.000 The House is so inept. 0.99

00:25:34.000 It's embarrassing. 0.99

00:25:34.000 It is embarrassing at this point. 0.99

00:25:36.000 But honestly, I don't care if it takes five rounds, six rounds, seven rounds, eight rounds, nine rounds, ten rounds.

00:25:41.000 We're not going to get some sort of moderate speaker.

00:25:43.000 It's not going to happen.

00:25:46.000 The only option is, honestly, you might get a Democrat speaker.

00:25:49.000 That's always been a risk.

00:25:50.000 We said that during the McCarthy fight.

00:25:52.000 That's a real risk.

00:25:52.000 Moderates might defect at any time and go partner with the Democrat Party and to create a coalition government.

00:25:59.000 Could happen anytime.

00:26:01.000 Emails are flooding in freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:26:03.000 Charlie, I'm so sick of this BS show from Congress, the standing ovations and clapping.

00:26:07.000 I work in the hospital.

00:26:08.000 If I ran like this vote, no one would get a stitch or x-ray.

00:26:11.000 If Jim doesn't get the votes, I'll never trust any one of these Republicans again, Bridget from Texas.

00:26:16.000 Yeah, that's the other concern: you're going to lose your own voters.

00:26:19.000 If you take a big risk, let's get rid of the speaker, and you get a Democrat majority.

00:26:25.000 It is a big risk and hopefully a big reward.

00:26:29.000 And what is the message this is sending to a single mom who's working two jobs? 0.58

00:26:34.000 Why should she vote Republic?

00:26:36.000 What is the sales pitch for it to vote Republican?

00:26:41.000 Like, how is this making your life better?

00:26:44.000 And I know that's not persuasive to a lot of you in the audience, but there's a lot of working people that are begging for a reason to vote Republican, begging.

00:26:52.000 And we go through this entire speaker debacle for the first time in American history again.

00:26:57.000 Okay, fine, it takes a week.

00:26:58.000 No, no, no.

00:26:59.000 We're now in the two and a half week mark, and we don't have an end in sight.

00:27:05.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:27:07.000 As you know, following this week's horrible events, Israel is at war.

00:27:10.000 The people of Israel are under attack from brutal terrorists, targeting innocent civilians, including women and children.

00:27:15.000 There's over a thousand casualties, as well as kidnapping and infiltration of southern Israeli towns.

00:27:20.000 Israel is now retaliating and could escalate with a ground offensive against Hamas militants.

00:27:24.000 The situation is critical, which why I'm partnering with our friends at the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews to rush emergency relief to the hardest hit areas.

00:27:31.000 Call the special phone number, 800-492-5454 to make an emergency donation.

00:27:36.000 Again, that's 800-492-5454.

00:27:39.000 Your emergency gift will help the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews save lives and provide critical essentials needed right now.

00:27:46.000 During this dark time, the need in war-torn areas will be tremendous.

00:27:49.000 The fellowship has an extensive network of staff, partner organizations, and more.

00:27:53.000 Immediately respond with life-saving security and support measures.

00:27:56.000 We ask all people to pray for safety and protection.

00:27:58.000 Call 800-492-5454 as we rush urgent need right now to help Israel through the International Fellowship of Christian Jews.

00:28:09.000 Okay, everybody, we have the names coming here.

00:28:11.000 It's all over the place, okay?

00:28:13.000 People are voting for him, voting against him.

00:28:16.000 And as I just said, look, I am getting upset.

00:28:18.000 And I don't want to sound whiny.

00:28:20.000 I hate that.

00:28:21.000 But it shouldn't be this hard.

00:28:23.000 We work our tails off to try to get Republicans elected.

00:28:28.000 And as the great Rush Limbaugh taught us, Republicans would rather be in the minority than have to govern with the majority.

00:28:35.000 People are actually switching away from Jim Jordan now, according to our reports.

00:28:39.000 We're still doing the tallying here.

00:28:40.000 So Jim Jordan is losing ground.

00:28:42.000 Jim Jordan is losing ground.

00:28:44.000 We're going to get the names.

00:28:45.000 It's still happening in real time.

00:28:46.000 Do we have the picture and picture we could put up there?

00:28:48.000 Somebody says here, Mike, Charlie, why can't Republicans unify behind the nominee the way the Democrats do?

00:28:53.000 Why can't McCarthy make sure his name isn't voted for if it takes away votes from a nominated Republican?

00:28:58.000 I have no answer to the second part.

00:29:01.000 Republicans do not want to be in charge because it requires responsibility.

00:29:07.000 They go to D.C. not to do things, many of them, but to be somebody.

00:29:12.000 You have the little congressional pin, you have a little staff, you get to dress in ties. 0.99

00:29:17.000 Some of these people are really sick narcissists. 0.98

00:29:19.000 You get a nice photo. 1.00

00:29:21.000 You get an office with your name on it.

00:29:23.000 You get told all these beautiful things about how great you are in constituent meetings and selfies and photos and portraits.

00:29:32.000 You get to be important.

00:29:33.000 And Congress is basically filled with student council narcissists that otherwise would not be able to succeed in a free market.

00:29:42.000 Not all of them.

00:29:42.000 Some of them are rock stars.

00:29:44.000 Some of them are terrible.

00:29:46.000 It's hard to govern.

00:29:48.000 It's easier just to vent and to complain.

00:29:51.000 And we need governing right now. 0.54

00:29:54.000 We need someone to govern to be Speaker of the House to pick up the phone to Joe Biden and say, whoa, hey, pal, I control the U.S. House.

00:30:02.000 What are you doing in Israel?

00:30:04.000 Are you going to get us closer to a world war?

00:30:06.000 That check and balance is missing right now.

00:30:09.000 There is no check and balance of Joe Biden.

00:30:11.000 There's none.

00:30:11.000 You got the turtle, Mitch McConnell, who's like half in the bag, basically.

00:30:16.000 It's like short-circuiting at press conferences.

00:30:22.000 And McConnell wants war all the time.

00:30:25.000 So is there any check and balance to what Joe Biden is doing right now in the Middle East at all?

00:30:29.000 No.

00:30:30.000 Now we have to persevere.

00:30:32.000 We have to not surrender.

00:30:33.000 We have to have fortitude.

00:30:35.000 But I'm also going to just level with you guys.

00:30:38.000 This is not a good sign for the health of the Republican Party.

00:30:41.000 This is not.

00:30:42.000 These moderates are digging in.

00:30:44.000 These moderates are holding the line.

00:30:47.000 We're going to get the names.

00:30:48.000 We're trying to compile them.

00:30:50.000 So one flipped in favor of Jordan, Representative Doug Lamalfa from California, the first Republican to flip in favor of Jordan, and three voted against him.

00:30:59.000 Marionette Miller-Meeks in Iowa switched a vote from Jim Jordan.

00:31:04.000 Vern Buchanan made his vote go away from Jim Jordan.

00:31:07.000 And Drew Ferguson voted away from Jim Jordan.

00:31:10.000 So we're going backwards.

00:31:12.000 We're going backwards.

00:31:14.000 We're going to put all the names up as we have them.

00:31:16.000 And I know this is hard, but Rush taught us this.

00:31:20.000 He taught us this so beautifully.

00:31:21.000 May he rest in peace.

00:31:23.000 Our hero, Rush Limbaugh.

00:31:25.000 And this is a hard thing, I know, for many of you in the grassroots to comprehend.

00:31:28.000 But remember when Rush used to say, McConnell doesn't actually want to win these elections.

00:31:33.000 He would rather be the minority subcommittee chair, treated well, controlled opposition.

00:31:40.000 And that attitude has not changed.

00:31:42.000 They go to D.C. for comfort, for perks, for chauffeured cars, to have staffs, communication directors, to feel important.

00:31:51.000 And that's hard because you would think that we give this mandate to this Republican Party and it's so opposite.

00:31:57.000 The other side, the Democrats, all they want to do is to be in charge.

00:32:00.000 All they want is power.

00:32:01.000 All they want is our boot your neck, our boot your neck.

00:32:04.000 The Democrats go to D.C. to fundamentally transform America.

00:32:08.000 Republicans go to DC to get pictures and bow ties, eat at Capitol Grill, get in chauffeured cars, portraits of themselves, have staff, and feel important.

00:32:17.000 The people voting against Jim Jordan, Don Bacon, Vern Buchanan, Ken Buck, Laurie Chavez-Deremer, Anthony Diasposito, Mario Diaz-Ballarks, Jake Elzey, Drew Ferguson, Andrew Garberino, Carlos Jimenez, Tony Gonzalez, Kay Granger, John James, Mike Kelly, Jen Kiggins, Nick Lalota, Mike Lawler, Marionette Miller-Meeks, John Ruth DeFord, Mike Simpson, Peter Stauber, and Steve Womack.

00:32:41.000 Democrats want power.

00:32:43.000 Republicans do not.

00:32:45.000 Deep down, there is a hope that if this House transitions over to the Democrat control, which could happen at any time now, with the Joyce Resolution, Republicans will breathe a sigh of relief.

00:32:58.000 We don't actually have to take responsibility.

00:33:00.000 We just get to complain.

00:33:02.000 Thank goodness.

00:33:03.000 We don't actually have to be in charge.

00:33:06.000 And that is your Republican Party.

00:33:11.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:33:12.000 Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
