00:01:22.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:31.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:34.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:43.000 I believe the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is going to vote today in the next couple of minutes to certify the midterm election.
00:01:52.000 Kerry Lake then has five days to then be able to file a legal complaint.
00:01:57.000 We're going to dive into that in great detail with Tyler Boyer, despite the fact that thousands of people were disenfranchised.
00:02:03.000 Thousands, maybe tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of people were disenfranchised.
00:02:08.000 We will never know the number when 223 voting centers that were created anywhere between 40 to 50 to 60 to 70 to 80 became inoperable because of machine issues.
00:02:24.000 Right now, Stephen Richer is talking at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors meeting, and we're going to tell you exactly what is happening in time, in real time.
00:02:31.000 But first, I want to talk about some news that is happening a far distance from America.
00:02:38.000 I want to talk about China.
00:02:41.000 Now, China is our greatest enemy, and America's appeasement of the Chinese Communist Party, I believe, will go down as one of the great acts of betrayal, cowardice, and weakness by our leaders.
00:02:54.000 Over the last 20 or 30 years, the American elites got unspeakably wealthy, selling out American industry, manufacturing to the Chinese Communist Party through deceitful trade partnerships, closing down American manufacturing plants, and re-domiciling them to mainland China.
00:03:16.000 The Chinese Communist Party is a threat of evil.
00:03:19.000 They are modern-day moral Nazis.
00:03:23.000 We've said this before in our program.
00:03:25.000 They do not believe in the sanctity of human life.
00:03:28.000 They do not believe that people are made in the image of God.
00:03:30.000 If you even study a little bit about Mao Zedong and you realize that Xi Ji Ping wants to be the heir apparent to Mao Zedong, you understand even a little bit what the Chinese Communist Party aims to do.
00:03:42.000 They want to create a new world domination government through the Belt and Road Initiative, through colonizing sub-Saharan Africa, through buying up ports of entry in South America.
00:03:55.000 However, the Chinese Communist Party has always had a fear.
00:04:00.000 The fear is not America because they think we're dumb, fat, lazy, and stupid.
00:04:04.000 The Chinese Communist Party puts TikTok into our children's phones as a form of digital heroin to addict them to transactivism, staring at their screen all day long.
00:04:19.000 Highly recommend if you're a parent, do not allow your child to get a smartphone, let alone TikTok.
00:04:23.000 You are allowing the Chinese Communist Party to destroy your child's life if you allow TikTok into your home, but that's a separate issue for a different time.
00:04:31.000 China wants to take over the world and they are ahead of schedule.
00:04:35.000 But the Chinese Communist Party has always had a fear, and the fear is the people of China rising up.
00:04:43.000 Now, there's two competing fears happening right now in China.
00:04:47.000 One is the people of China rising up in record numbers.
00:04:51.000 The second is having the Chinese Communist Party lose their mandate from heaven.
00:04:57.000 You see, the Chinese Communist Party and Chinese leadership do believe in Confucian ideology, but the Chinese Communist Party ruling class is a very superstitious people.
00:05:12.000 They believe that the heavens, if you will, even though they're very atheistic in the sense of a Western way of looking at it, they do believe that nature, that karma, that the harmony of being, if you will, speaks to the population via natural disasters, earthquakes, tsunamis, and plagues.
00:05:38.000 You see, Xi Ji Peng understands how superstitious the people around him are.
00:05:43.000 He himself is superstitious.
00:05:46.000 So one of the reasons why the Chinese Communist Party has decided to go all in on what is called a COVID-0 policy is they were very afraid that having the plague continue, to have the Chinese coronavirus continue to spread throughout mainland China, would result in people thinking that the Chinese Communist Party has lost its mandate from heaven.
00:06:07.000 Now, this might sound very silly to a Westerner, but this is one of the guiding principles of Chinese Communist Party belief, of the dogma of the everyday Chinese citizen.
00:06:21.000 So China has been following this ultra-totalitarian zero-COVID policy for two and a half years.
00:06:29.000 The rest of the world has been through the pandemic and has moved on.
00:06:34.000 And in fact, we never should have locked down at all.
00:06:35.000 The lockdowns will go down as one of the worst decisions ever made in the history of America, period.
00:06:41.000 The lockdowns did nothing for us epidemiologically.
00:06:44.000 Nothing.
00:06:45.000 In fact, hurt an entire generation and sacrificed children for the convenience and the luxury of adults.
00:06:52.000 Now, China continues to play this kind of game of whack-a-mole, keeping the public masked and ordering massive, huge citywide lockdowns anytime cases appear.
00:07:03.000 Now, China and the Chinese Communist Party, they do not value liberty.
00:07:08.000 Liberty is not a value of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:07:10.000 Control, power is a value of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:07:17.000 Now, the current explosion of protests that is happening in China, which is making international news, is because of what started it was a deadly fire in a high-rise in the city of Urumqi.
00:07:32.000 Ten people died, but the major outrage is because the footage that was posted online has suggested that lockdown measures at the building prevented firefighters from rescuing people.
00:07:45.000 The provinces that all the Uyghurs from China have been culturally genociding for decades.
00:07:53.000 Now, China has tried to deflect from this scandal, as they usually do, by copying basically the American equivalent of the Russia hoax.
00:08:02.000 The Chinese foreign ministry has claimed, quote, on social media, there are forces with ulterior motives that relate this fire with the local responses of COVID-19, but it's not working.
00:08:12.000 There are major protests happening all across cities in China.
00:08:17.000 Citizens stormed over lockdown barriers to protest against officials.
00:08:21.000 In Zhengzhou, a massive iPhone plant had a riot over the COVID restrictions and delayed bonus payments.
00:08:28.000 In Chongqing, a resident gave a speech saying, without freedom, I would rather die.
00:08:34.000 And a watching crowd rescued him when the police tried to arrest him.
00:08:38.000 There are street protests in Beijing and Shanghai, where people have protested symbolically against speech controls by holding up blank sheets of paper.
00:08:48.000 Ironically, a lot of people are protesting by singing the national anthem of China, which notably includes the line, rise up and rise up.
00:08:57.000 So we don't know how these will end.
00:08:59.000 We don't know how these protests will conclude.
00:09:02.000 But the sad truth is that the people of China that are rising up against this digital dictatorship in dozens of cities across China, people that are rising up in record numbers, they're going to lose eventually.
00:09:20.000 Why?
00:09:22.000 Because only one side has the guns.
00:09:25.000 You see, all of these different through lines come back down to who actually has power, who has the power to be able to call balls and strikes over a society.
00:09:36.000 The Chinese Communist Party has a fixation on the superstitious.
00:09:40.000 The people of China are getting wary of having no liberty, no freedom, no mobility at all whatsoever.
00:09:48.000 And so they're starting to rise up.
00:09:50.000 The Chinese Communist Party is going to get a little nervous that they're going to have a human rights catastrophe on their hands.
00:09:56.000 The Chinese Communist Party can't take Taiwan if they have this unrest domestically.
00:10:01.000 They can't take another, they can't put another notch in the Belt and Road Initiative.
00:10:05.000 No, no, the Chinese Communist Party, the dictatorship of Beijing, knows that they're going to have to clamp down on their citizens, and they probably will.
00:10:18.000 Are you tired of feeling tired?
00:10:20.000 I've never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:10:23.000 I take it right before every single show.
00:10:25.000 It's so easy.
00:10:26.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.
00:10:29.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
00:10:35.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.
00:10:35.000 It's so simple.
00:10:41.000 NAD is something I've been studying for a while.
00:10:44.000 And before I got to know Strong Cell, I said, boy, I really would love to take it every day.
00:10:47.000 It's a crucial coenzyme for creating natural energy and restoration in your bodily cells.
00:10:53.000 It also contains collagen, well documented for its vast health benefits.
00:10:57.000 Your body should experience a big energy boost the first week.
00:11:00.000 Then within 15 days, you'll start noticing even more benefits.
00:11:04.000 30 days, you'll be feeling so much different.
00:11:06.000 So do me a favor and consider giving this supplement the full four weeks versus just one bottle to realize the best results for you.
00:11:13.000 The formula is designed to generate long-term positive change, unlike energy drinks.
00:11:18.000 I take it every single day.
00:11:19.000 It's not an artificial boost of immediate energy like caffeine.
00:11:22.000 I'm talking about cellular level restoration.

00:11:45.000 You won't regret it.
00:11:49.000 Where does political power come from?
00:11:52.000 Political power in the American system comes from the consent of the governed, permission of the people.
00:12:02.000 In America, thanks to our founding fathers creating the greatest form, structure of government ever known, the U.S. Constitution, political power is derived from us.
00:12:13.000 It goes from the individual, the people, to your local government, to your state government, to then your federal government.
00:12:21.000 It goes from the individual made in the image of God on up eventually to a federal project.
00:12:28.000 Now, the totalitarians and the authoritarians have tried to invert that.
00:12:33.000 They believe it is the state that should be sovereign.
00:12:37.000 But in China, there is a phrase that we must never forget.
00:12:43.000 Where did Mao Cetong say political power came from?
00:12:48.000 Mao Zedong famously said that political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.
00:12:57.000 Mao Citong famously said that political power comes from having guns.
00:13:04.000 Now, this, of course, was coined in the Chinese Civil War, which is exactly why once Mao Cetong took power and he exterminated tens of millions of people, he never allowed the citizens of China to regain their ability to own firearms.
00:13:24.000 Mao also said, our principle is that the party commands the gun, and the gun must never be allowed to command the party.
00:13:31.000 Now, I know a lot of people watching this right now have mixed opinions on the Second Amendment.
00:13:41.000 I met somebody recently that did not vote for Kerry Lake, and one of the reasons they did not vote for Kerry Lake, they told me, is they said, I just can't get over Republicans' fascination with guns.
00:13:54.000 They're too into guns.
00:13:55.000 We need to get rid of all the guns.
00:13:57.000 It was their number one issue.
00:14:00.000 Every time a gun control debate will resurface in America, I want you to immediately think of what's happening in China right now.
00:14:08.000 Just think back to what happened in Hong Kong a couple years ago with the annexation of Hong Kong, the 100-year anniversary, where China just took over Hong Kong.
00:14:16.000 Why are totalitarians able to take over countries and control people?
00:14:23.000 And this is the brilliance of the founding fathers, and we should be thankful the founding fathers had the clairvoyance and the wisdom and the courage to put this into our founding document.
00:14:37.000 Now, it wasn't in the original U.S. Constitution.
00:14:40.000 Remember, we had the Constitution that was ratified in 1787 and then the Bill of Rights in 1791, two separate ratifications that happened four years apart in 1791.
00:14:51.000 It was inspired largely thanks to the Virginia Declaration of Rights written by George Mason in 1776.
00:15:00.000 The protests happening in China right now are admirable.
00:15:03.000 We should be cheering for these people.
00:15:06.000 We should be hoping for their success and for them to flourish.
00:15:11.000 But Xi Ji Peng, Winnie the Pooh, is chuckling because he knows that as Mao, his hero would say, political power comes out of the barrel of a gun and only one side has guns in China.
00:15:26.000 In fact, we've said this before that the Second Amendment protects all the other amendments and the anti-gun activists in America, they constantly want to take your guns away because some of them, not all of them, some of them mean well, but good intentions mean nothing.
00:15:43.000 Good intentions mean nothing when it comes to doing evil.
00:15:48.000 They want to take your guns away so they could take your other liberties away.
00:15:51.000 We had bad lockdowns in America.
00:15:53.000 Imagine how much worse the lockdowns would have been if we did not have widespread firearm ownership.
00:16:00.000 Look at Canada.
00:16:01.000 Look at Australia.
00:16:03.000 Unfortunately, the catastrophe of what happened in Hong Kong is a preview was the coming attraction of what will happen next in China.
00:16:14.000 People are rising up, and I'm going to pray for them.
00:16:16.000 We should support them.
00:16:17.000 And isn't it interesting that our leaders are so quick to talk about why we need to support Zelensky and go spend $70 or $80 billion on Zelensky, which is more than the GDP of North Dakota, but they are silent when it comes to the people of mainland China rising up against Xi Jinping, allowing them to go to their slaughter.
00:16:39.000 Because let's be honest, the Chinese Communist Party pays the bills in Washington, D.C.
00:16:43.000 The CCP pays for their summer homes in Kenny Bunkport and their home renovation in Palm Beach, the CCP, has made the American ruling class fabulously wealthy.
00:16:57.000 And for that, they will remain quiet when it matters.
00:17:01.000 The Second Amendment protects all the other amendments.
00:17:04.000 If every Chinese citizen had a firearm right now, this would not be a hostage situation.
00:17:09.000 It would be a negotiation.
00:17:10.000 Instead, it's just a matter of time before they are obliterated by Xi Ji Ping.
00:17:17.000 Charlie Kirk here, look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
00:17:24.000 Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
00:17:27.000 She says this, quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
00:17:32.000 We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
00:17:38.000 I hear Yvonne, Relief Factor works for me too.

00:18:17.000 Tyler Boyer from Turning Point Action is with us.
00:18:19.000 Tyler, how are we doing?
00:18:20.000 Charlie, how was your Thanksgiving?
00:18:22.000 It was good.
00:18:23.000 Trying to process the nonsense that's happened here in Arizona.
00:18:27.000 Let's put it that way.
00:18:28.000 The recuperation here is not right now.
00:18:30.000 As we speak, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors are having their meeting.
00:18:34.000 I think we can get that in the bottom corner.
00:18:36.000 I don't know if we could do picture in picture right now.
00:18:38.000 So tell us, what does that mean?
00:18:39.000 So Maricopa County is meeting right now talking about the canvas that they go through.
00:18:46.000 And so Stephen Richard, I believe, just, I mean, I was walking over as they're kind of in the middle of this, and then they're taking public comment.
00:18:53.000 So Stephen Richards going through the canvas, you know, and again, allegedly, Stephen Richard had nothing to do with the election, you know, and, you know, this, the whole, the whole process of what they've done in Maricopa County is tried to confuse and distract and deflect.
00:19:12.000 And the reality is this, is that what they've done is they've managed to host the worst run election ever in the history of Maricopa County.
00:19:21.000 One of the worst in American history.
00:19:22.000 Maybe one of the worst in American history.
00:19:24.000 Yeah.
00:19:24.000 I mean, I don't know a lot of American history.
00:19:26.000 All I know is that.
00:19:27.000 I'm sure there was worse.
00:19:28.000 I'm sure there was some election in Arkansas.
00:19:30.000 Yes, right.
00:19:31.000 I mean, they had to redo this election.
00:19:33.000 People get mad when I say Arkansas.
00:19:34.000 Okay, in Louisiana.
00:19:35.000 Well, they had to redo this election in North Carolina at one time.
00:19:38.000 Yeah, that's right.
00:19:39.000 So, I mean, what happens if they certify?
00:19:42.000 What does that mean?
00:19:43.000 I mean, so what the reality is, this is that there's a statutory requirement to certify.
00:19:49.000 So, the board of supervisors is what they're doing is really sinister.
00:19:54.000 And they're not taking any kind of blame for all of the inaction or action that they took that was terrible and made the election so bad.
00:20:02.000 Zero responsibility.
00:20:03.000 And realistically, what they said was they got on today.
00:20:07.000 Bill Gates got on today and said, Well, you know, we have to do this.
00:20:11.000 This is our statutory requirement.
00:20:12.000 And if you want to challenge this after, then you can challenge it after.
00:20:15.000 And that's how this works.
00:20:17.000 And to an extent, they're right.
00:20:18.000 But to a greater extent, there is massive issues.
00:20:21.000 And if they took any kind of ownership and had any kind of, you know, what I believe is manhood and spine and self-awareness and self-responsibility here, they would say, we really messed up this election.
00:20:36.000 There were a few elections here in the state that were super close.
00:20:40.000 And what we did was wrong.
00:20:43.000 And we need to look at every possible way to make this right.
00:20:47.000 And if it was, and again, this is what happened in 2016.
00:20:50.000 So a lot of people don't remember this, but Helen Purcell had long lines that were probably shorter than these lines.
00:20:57.000 Actually, significantly short.
00:21:00.000 Who was Helen Purcell?
00:21:01.000 Helen Purcell was the county recorder back in 2008.
00:21:05.000 She was Stephen Richer for like almost 30 years.
00:21:08.000 It was like 20-something years.
00:21:09.000 And so she knew what she was doing.
00:21:12.000 And they had long lines for the presidential preference, which isn't like even a real election.
00:21:17.000 It's just, it's an election held to give the parties, the parties can literally cancel if they want to.
00:21:24.000 We actually did in the Republican Party.
00:21:25.000 So this is a totally like, you know, optional election that we hosted.
00:21:31.000 There were long lines, and everyone were like, off with their head.
00:21:33.000 You have to remember.
00:21:34.000 And like Steve Gallardo, so that's on the actual Board of Supervisors.
00:21:39.000 He is one of the board members.
00:21:42.000 He was like, yeah, she should resign.
00:21:45.000 There's resignations.
00:21:46.000 Like Mayor Greg Stanton, who was the mayor of Phoenix at the time, who's now a congressman, was calling for a DOJ investigation for a presidential preference.
00:21:55.000 And we had something worse happen for this general election.
00:21:59.000 And all these people are like, not a presidential primary preference.
00:22:03.000 No, no, for an actual general full election, we had a worse scenario develop, more disenfranchisement, more voter suppression than we've ever seen in any election ever before.
00:22:14.000 And these Democrats are silent now.
00:22:16.000 It's crazy.
00:22:17.000 What is so maddening, and it seems intentional.
00:22:19.000 Bill Gates just came out and he said, quote, the election was run extremely well.
00:22:24.000 Yeah, it's crazy.
00:22:25.000 And we now have, we have verified voter after voter after voter that have emailed us and said, for example, one woman, I voted in every election since 1981.
00:22:33.000 I could not vote on election day.
00:22:35.000 I live in Anthem, three and a half hour wait, no parking spaces.
00:22:39.000 I got freaked out, went home, and I cried.
00:22:41.000 I cried the rest of the day because I couldn't vote.
00:22:43.000 That's what Stephen Richer and Bill Gates did, but not even a, not even an iota taking responsibility.
00:22:48.000 Not even an inch.
00:22:49.000 Not even an iota.
00:22:50.000 I know they were lying.
00:22:51.000 So no, no, instead, it's actually, it's Charlie Kirk's fault.
00:22:54.000 So it's Tyler Boyer's fault.
00:22:57.000 It's our fault for telling people that they should try to vote.
00:23:00.000 If you think we're kidding, by the way, the Washington Post came out and said very clearly that it is this live stream's fault.
00:23:08.000 A $4.5 billion county blames a 29-year-old with a Twitter account and a live stream for three-hour waits, machine tabulation errors, and chain of custody issues.
00:23:18.000 Because we were telling people to stay and vote.
00:23:21.000 Yeah, by the way, that's right.
00:23:22.000 Our instructions were don't let them deter you.
00:23:26.000 And somehow it's our fault.
00:23:27.000 And they're like, oh, that's misinformation.
00:23:29.000 No, I mean, they're edging on the line here of getting sued because this is real.
00:23:34.000 The reality is the responsibility of the county is to come out, manage elections, do it effectively, and ensure that everyone's voice is heard at the ballot box.
00:23:46.000 And that didn't happen on 11-8.
00:23:48.000 That did not happen.
00:23:49.000 What happened was we now have testimony.
00:23:51.000 We have affidavits.
00:23:53.000 There are people coming out that aren't inside affidavits that are saying, I went down three times and every time I went down, I couldn't, I couldn't vote.
00:24:00.000 And I had to work and I had to go pick up my kids and I had to do other things.
00:24:03.000 And that is not how elections are supposed to work.
00:24:07.000 And by the way, for the people that are saying, well, that's why you have early mail.
00:24:11.000 Like, guys, yeah, of course you can, but I mean, we've seen so many problems.
00:24:16.000 If you think that these are, if these problems are happening on election day, imagine what's happening in every other part of other aspect of these elections, right?
00:24:26.000 There's not perfection in any piece of this election process.
00:24:31.000 We need to be looking to other processes that work in other states and we need to be reforming to make sure that this works.
00:24:38.000 And that's what that's what we've been saying basically for four years.
00:24:40.000 Also, we should be captured by their simulation.
00:24:43.000 I, you, anyone watching, should be able to easily and securely vote on election day, period.
00:24:49.000 In the U.S. Constitution, it has election day, has a day that you should be able to vote.
00:24:54.000 Do not fall for their sort of weird spengali, like mind manipulation.
00:24:59.000 Like, oh, you should have voted early.
00:25:01.000 Actually, you're the moron.
00:25:02.000 Right.
00:25:02.000 You're the evil person.
00:25:04.000 I should be able to walk into a voting booth on election day and not, when I went to go vote on election day, I told you in Arizona, it was Bedlam.
00:25:10.000 Yeah.
00:25:10.000 I mean, it was people were running all over the place.
00:25:12.000 They couldn't check you in.
00:25:13.000 There were guys trying to fix the machine.
00:25:15.000 Well, you know, I was there.
00:25:16.000 My own vote got screwed up.
00:25:18.000 So for those, again, I walked in.
00:25:20.000 Mikey's didn't get counted for two weeks and they said a week.
00:25:24.000 I waited for 25 minutes to vote.
00:25:27.000 Half hour.
00:25:27.000 I went to a polling place that I knew was quieter.
00:25:30.000 I still waited a half hour.
00:25:32.000 I get up and guess what happens?
00:25:34.000 My ballot got printed wrong and it couldn't read it and they had to reprint it after the printers broke.
00:25:41.000 And so I was at a place that I don't even think showed up on the reports as one of the places where the printers broke.
00:25:48.000 I could be wrong, but they, I mean, we had broken printers everywhere in Maricopa County.
00:25:53.000 So basically, what we're telling people is the system was broken.
00:25:58.000 What they replaced the system with that used to exist was pre-printed ballots and preparedness and more polling places, which I mean, this is just common sense stuff, guys.
00:26:08.000 More polling places is healthier for a republic.
00:26:11.000 More access, more ability to vote.
00:26:14.000 That's voter, that's making sure that you don't disenfranchise voters.
00:26:19.000 It doesn't matter who you are.
00:26:20.000 The more places you can't have to vote, the more people can vote easily on election day.
00:26:25.000 They eliminated those polling places.
00:26:26.000 That's exactly what happened to Helen Purcell and why she was, you know, made out to be the worst person ever on the planet in 2016.
00:26:36.000 Now they're ignoring this.
00:26:38.000 Now they're running interference on behalf of Maricopa County instead of going after them like they went after Helen Purcell.
00:26:46.000 And this is really important for people to understand.
00:26:48.000 And if you don't trust the media, I certainly wouldn't trust the media now because what they're doing is really disingenuous.
00:26:56.000 It's beyond disingenuous.
00:26:58.000 It's verging on what I believe is negligence on behalf.
00:27:03.000 Immoral behavior is what it is.
00:27:04.000 Totally immoral and negligence.
00:27:06.000 So right now, the Board of Supervisors is meeting.
00:27:07.000 There's tons of questions.
00:27:08.000 So we're getting a lot of, and by the way, email us your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:27:12.000 Let me just try to blitz through these.
00:27:13.000 Number one, so will there be a recount for Abe Hamida's race?
00:27:16.000 So there will be a recount.
00:27:18.000 They're forced to recount by state law, right?
00:27:20.000 There will be, yep.
00:27:21.000 So they will go through, they will canvas, and then they will recount.
00:27:27.000 Okay, so what does that mean?
00:27:28.000 So they have to go through each county and recount every single vote.
00:27:32.000 And so they're going to have a hand recount then.
00:27:34.000 They run everything back through the machines.
00:27:36.000 Oh, okay.
00:27:36.000 Well, but that includes, I believe, a hand count process that has to happen that's required to verify the results again.
00:27:45.000 So basically they have to go through all the exact same process all over again.
00:27:49.000 And trust me, if they have discrepancy, you know, I mean, this thing is going to become a circus very quickly.
00:27:57.000 Okay, so, but just to manage expectations, it probably will only move the total a couple dozen votes either way.
00:28:03.000 Is that right?
00:28:04.000 Yeah, I mean, historically, I mean, you have a margin that's very small, but for a statewide election, that margin can actually.
00:28:12.000 Because it's 550 votes is the final canvas.
00:28:15.000 Yeah, that's within the amount that could be moved based off of.
00:28:18.000 But they're not checking signatures.
00:28:20.000 Right.
00:28:21.000 For what?
00:28:21.000 For accuracy.
00:28:23.000 Yeah, I mean, so the signature process is what already happened.
00:28:27.000 So now they're checking the votes.
00:28:29.000 Okay, so I mean, but for example, if we had actual affair people redo all the signatures in Pima.
00:28:36.000 I mean, yeah.
00:28:37.000 So the big question.
00:28:38.000 Which is not going to happen in this process.
00:28:40.000 The big question mark for me is really all the activity that happened in Pima.
00:28:44.000 Well, Pima's, there are a bunch of criminals down there.
00:28:46.000 I mean, well, more importantly, Adrian Fontes was running the show down just before he started.
00:28:52.000 The cartel runs parts of Pima.
00:28:54.000 And that's a fact.
00:28:54.000 That's not like a conspiracy theory.
00:28:56.000 Pima County seems to have the most question marks around it.
00:29:01.000 Yeah, questions is a nice way to put it.
00:29:03.000 Yeah.
00:29:05.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:29:07.000 Look, you've helped build the wonderful My Pillow into the incredible company it is today.
00:29:11.000 And I got to tell you, the things that they have, like the six-piece towel set, the two bath towels, the two hand towels, the two washclaws, game changer.
00:29:21.000 The bed sheets, boom, knocked down to $29.98.
00:29:25.000 But look, orders placed now through Christmas.
00:29:28.000 We'll have an extended money-back guarantee through March 1st.

00:29:50.000 And believe me when I say this, you'll get a great night's sleep.
00:29:53.000 Mike Lindell is a great friend, a patriot, someone I really respect.

00:30:04.000 Mypillow.com, promo code Kirk.
00:30:08.000 Let's say the Board of Supervisors certifies today.
00:30:13.000 Carrie Lake has five days to challenge it.
00:30:17.000 Is that right?
00:30:19.000 Yeah, so they can challenge, right?
00:30:21.000 And that's when the flurry of lawsuits that have been being prepared will essentially begin, if you will.
00:30:29.000 So that's why a lot of people are saying, like, where are the law seats?
00:30:32.000 Where are the law seats?
00:30:33.000 Well, you can't like, you can try to sue, but if you're not within the legal parameters to do so, it really doesn't have an impact.
00:30:41.000 So we're going to see the work that's been done by the legal teams.
00:30:45.000 You know, Abe Hamiday has a really strong case, right?
00:30:48.000 Because the amount of votes that he, you know, quote unquote buyers down by is realistically within the margin of potential just vote tabulation error, much less you look at all the issues that Maricoba County caused.
00:31:05.000 So the issue that the AG's office brought forward and said, hey, like explain yourself.
00:31:12.000 And Maricoba County sent back a response, I think it was yesterday, that said, you know, that was part of where they were like, oh.
00:31:18.000 It's our fault.
00:31:19.000 Yeah.
00:31:20.000 They were confusing people about box three.
00:31:22.000 No, no, we weren't.
00:31:23.000 We were telling people that they should try to vote.
00:31:25.000 So their vote actually counted on the day of the year.
00:31:27.000 And we were right about the chain of custody issues.
00:31:29.000 Box three got commingled.
00:31:30.000 Yeah, there were two polling places that we know of.
00:31:34.000 It could have been more.
00:31:35.000 Two that we know of where box three ballots were mixed with every other ballot.
00:31:39.000 So like they completely muffed this entire election.
00:31:42.000 There's significant concern.
00:31:44.000 There's reason to be concerned.
00:31:46.000 Democrats would be concerned if it was them.
00:31:48.000 And I'm telling you right now that it's really unfair what they've done to the general public.
00:31:52.000 And these poor, sweet people who are down there right now are going, God bless them.
00:31:56.000 I showed up at like 7 a.m. and it was already a disaster.
00:31:59.000 Or people that wanted to go vote and they ended up not being able to vote at all because of Stephen Richard.
00:32:05.000 And then Bill Gates comes out and he says, actually, everything's just fine.
00:32:07.000 And there's thousands of people, by the way, guys.
00:32:09.000 And this is what people need to understand.
00:32:10.000 I've been messaging back and forth with a lot of people on Twitter.
00:32:12.000 And thank you for those that followed up with me on Twitter and DM'd and emailed and sent letters to my house and everything else.
00:32:18.000 But, you know, one of the conversations I've had is there are so many people that they just want to put their head down, go to work, go to school, live their lives, raise their kids.
00:32:28.000 They don't want to get in the middle of these massive lawsuits.
00:32:30.000 They just don't.
00:32:31.000 Like regular Americans don't.
00:32:32.000 And these poor people, there's thousands and thousands and thousands of people who were impacted by these maneuvers that Maricopa County made on 11-8.
00:32:43.000 And they're not going to pop their head up.
00:32:45.000 And there's been a lot of people that have said, like, oh, no.
00:32:49.000 They were still disenfranchised.
00:32:50.000 It doesn't matter whether or not they submit an affidavit.
00:32:53.000 They were still not able to vote.
00:32:55.000 They still went home.
00:32:56.000 These are real people that were really impacted.
00:32:58.000 Now they trust the system less.
00:33:00.000 And by the way, these people that maybe showed up to vote for the first time ever or a first time in a long time that this happened to you, we've now basically told them like, America sucks.
00:33:12.000 Arizona sucks.
00:33:13.000 Like you shouldn't.
00:33:14.000 Laughingstock of the world.
00:33:15.000 And not once has Bill Gates or Stephen Richer acknowledged that their hubris, their cockiness, their arrogance resulted in the lines which resulted in voter suppression.
00:33:29.000 No, it's the opposite.
00:33:31.000 He says that, no, they say very clearly in all of their statements that the election went very well.
00:33:39.000 No, no, no, I'm sorry.
00:33:40.000 Bill Gates said the election was extremely well run.
00:33:43.000 Well, this is what's so sick about these people, Charlie, is they were, and I don't know if you've shown the video, they had made this like mocking citizens video, or they had Bigfoot dropping off a ballot in a ballot box.
00:33:57.000 No, when was this?
00:33:58.000 This is this was not that long ago, within this last six months.
00:34:02.000 They did, they made the, I mean, they mocked the Maricopa County has mocked citizens that had concerns about the election, integrity of the election, and their ability to conduct the election.
00:34:12.000 And all they have done is mocked the citizens.
00:34:16.000 And then guess what happens?
00:34:17.000 After they mocked the citizens, they held a press conference, Charlie, the day before the election.
00:34:21.000 I don't know if you remember this, but they held a press conference where they basically said, This is a perfect election.
00:34:27.000 You have nothing to worry about.
00:34:28.000 This is what you need to watch for.
00:34:30.000 There's a bunch of people who are going to tell you all these things are wrong with the election and everything's great.
00:34:36.000 And then guess what happens the next day?
00:34:38.000 Disaster.
00:34:39.000 Literally disaster.
00:34:40.000 I mean, this is as far as it goes from election organization standpoints.
00:34:44.000 This is Armageddon.
00:34:46.000 This was anyone will tell you outside of this county that this was the worst.
00:34:54.000 They don't even give a little bit of an inch of credence to us.
00:34:57.000 No.
00:34:57.000 It is so Orwellian.
00:34:59.000 It's so totalitarian what Bill Gates is doing.
00:35:01.000 It's like, no, no, no.
00:35:02.000 You guys are, you guys are morons for believing it.
00:35:04.000 It's your fault.
00:35:05.000 It's your fault that you had to wait in life.
00:35:06.000 Well, Helen Purcell in 2016, that article I sent you, Charlie, she was the first to admit she did.
00:35:11.000 Because she had integrity and Bill Gates and Stephen Richard don't.
00:35:14.000 They do not.
00:35:14.000 No, no, they're so arrogant and they've done so much damage.
00:35:17.000 And they got what they wanted.
00:35:18.000 They both were running efforts, super PACs are associated with them or donors to them to defeat Republicans.
00:35:27.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:29.000 Email me your thoughts as always freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:32.000 Thank you so much for listening.
