00:02:50.000 We have a great guest right out of the gate that will be able to cover what has happened in the U.S. Senate and many other important topics.

00:02:57.000 Senator Rick Scott from the great state of Florida.

00:02:59.000 Senator, thank you for taking the time here.

00:03:02.000 Yesterday, you met with Bobby Kennedy.

00:03:04.000 We are big Bobby Kennedy fans here on this program.

00:03:07.000 What was your impression?

00:03:09.000 Bring us into the room of your discussions with Bobby Kennedy.

00:03:13.000 Very impressive.

00:03:15.000 Number one is you'll be impressed with this guy.

00:03:17.000 If you sit down with him, you're impressed with his intelligence.

00:03:21.000 Next, Health and Human Services, which is what he's going to run, it says health.

00:03:27.000 He cares about health.

00:03:29.000 He doesn't care about...

00:03:30.000 He's not focused on, oh, how much do doctors make?

00:03:33.000 How much do hospitals make?

00:03:34.000 How much do insurance companies make?

00:03:36.000 Pharmaceutical companies.

00:03:37.000 He's saying, how do I keep you healthy?

00:03:40.000 So you don't need any of these services.

00:03:42.000 That's what he's going to focus on.

00:03:43.000 So I think he's going to do a fabulous job.

00:03:46.000 I'm a big supporter of this individual, and I think he's going to do a good job.

00:03:51.000 I look forward to doing everything I can to get his confirmation accomplished as quickly as possible so he can get there.

00:03:57.000 And he's putting together a great team of people.

00:03:59.000 I think Dr. Oz is going to do a great job running CMS.

00:04:02.000 So these are guys that are serious.

00:04:04.000 They care.

00:04:07.000 They're thinking about how do you keep you healthy.

00:04:09.000 What?

00:04:10.000 That's what I mean, as an American, that's what you want.

00:04:12.000 Senator, the impression that people have of Bobby Kennedy is one of the most sinister and yet successful propaganda exercises the media has done the last couple of years.

00:04:23.000 Can you just walk our audience?

00:04:24.000 We've had Bobby on the show multiple times.

00:04:26.000 However, I'm sure you found him very rational, very thoughtful, because the impression that you get on the pharmaceutical funded propaganda networks is that this guy is going to start raiding doctor's offices and take away the polio vaccine.

00:04:40.000 Please speak to this.

00:04:42.000 Well, we talked about vaccines.

00:04:43.000 And the book he wrote, he said the first sentence says, I support vaccines.

00:04:48.000 The last sentence was, I support vaccines.

00:04:51.000 But here's what he wants.

00:04:52.000 He supports vaccines, but he wants you, the American public, to be more informed so you can make an informed decision whether you should get a vaccine or whether your child should get a vaccine.

00:05:04.000 And somebody should be held accountable to We're good to go.

00:05:28.000 I always tell everybody, I love my mom.

00:05:30.000 I hated being told what to do.

00:05:31.000 I said, just give me the information.

00:05:32.000 I can make a good decision.

00:05:34.000 So I think he's going to do a great job.

00:05:36.000 Health and Human Services is a $1.3 trillion behemoth.

00:05:42.000 It is a beast.

00:05:44.000 And to have someone there that can restore trust in our public health authority is incredibly important.

00:05:50.000 As you mentioned, the emphasis on health.

00:05:52.000 You ran the largest hospital company.

00:05:54.000 You did a great job.

00:05:55.000 But a lot of what we talk about in healthcare is actually treating sickness and ailments.

00:05:59.000 It is very effect-focused, not cause-focused.

00:06:05.000 I'm confident that this came up in your discussion with Bobby Kennedy.

00:06:09.000 Please speak to this, Senator.

00:06:10.000 Absolutely.

00:06:11.000 I mean, what we want to do is we want people to be healthy.

00:06:15.000 We want their kids to be healthy.

00:06:17.000 We don't want to have more people in the hospital, more people on drugs.

00:06:20.000 We want them to eat healthy foods.

00:06:23.000 We want them to exercise.

00:06:25.000 We want to make sure that if you do need service, you have the ability to get the service you need.

00:06:31.000 But that's not the first line of defense.

00:06:33.000 The first line of defense is we're going to figure out he's going to put effort on how do we keep all Americans healthy.

00:06:38.000 And so I think he's going to do a great job.

00:06:42.000 We talked about that.

00:06:43.000 We talked about vaccines.

00:06:45.000 We talked about the people he surrounded himself with.

00:06:48.000 So I was very, very, very impressed.

00:06:53.000 So, Senator, just last top of part on this topic, which is on Bobby Kennedy, which is if 20 years ago or 30 years ago, you would have just told somebody a Kennedy was going to be a nominee for a cabinet official, you would assume every single Democrat would vote for whomever that is.

00:07:11.000 Do you think a single Democrat will vote for Bobby Kennedy?

00:07:15.000 Well, I've not heard of any Democrats going to vote for him.

00:07:18.000 You would think they would.

00:07:20.000 His family is a well-respected Democrat family in this country.

00:07:25.000 So you would think they would, but I've not heard any Democrat come out and say they support him.

00:07:29.000 They should, because whether you're Republican or Democrat or Independent, you should want what he wants.

00:07:35.000 He wants you to be healthy.

00:07:36.000 He wants you to make informed decisions.

00:07:39.000 How difficult is that?

00:07:42.000 No one questions his intelligence.

00:07:44.000 No one questions his honesty.

00:07:45.000 So this is exactly the type of person you want to serve in the federal government.

00:07:50.000 And I'm glad that Donald Trump, what he supported Donald Trump in the election, and number two, that Donald Trump supports him and nominated him for HHS secretary.

00:07:59.000 He'll do.

00:08:00.000 And so just think about it.

00:08:03.000 He's going to think about your health.

00:08:05.000 Isn't that something nice for a change?

00:08:07.000 Not about how somebody makes more money off of health care?

00:08:10.000 Or like Fauci gets royalty.

00:08:13.000 I mean, think about it.

00:08:13.000 A federal worker, Fauci, got royalty payments for something he...

00:08:20.000 I mean, this is crazy.

00:08:21.000 But you won't see Bobby Kennedy doing that.

00:08:24.000 So, Senator, let's now talk about Pete Hegseth.

00:08:27.000 Pete Hegseth has been the center of a lot of media attention in the last couple of weeks, where he really changed his chances from seeming as if it was unlikely to proceed to now heavily favored.

00:08:38.000 What is the status of Pete Hegseth's nomination?

00:08:40.000 You being a Navy guy, if I remember correctly, and understanding our military very, very well, Your opinion on, or at least the status report, on Pete Hegseth.

00:08:53.000 I believe every Republican is going to vote for Pete.

00:08:55.000 And here's the reason why.

00:08:57.000 Pete is somebody that, like I did, I joined the service.

00:09:00.000 I joined during Vietnam.

00:09:03.000 He joined during the Middle East wars.

00:09:06.000 He went to Iraq.

00:09:07.000 He went to Afghanistan.

00:09:07.000 He led troops.

00:09:10.000 In harm's way.

00:09:11.000 All right?

00:09:12.000 And he worked his butt off to keep them safe.

00:09:14.000 He knows of families that lost loved ones.

00:09:17.000 He knows of people that were injured.

00:09:18.000 That's exactly the type of person that you want.

00:09:21.000 And here's why.

00:09:22.000 You want somebody to run a department of defense that says, oh, he doesn't just willy-nilly want to send troops all over the world, put our men and women in harm's way.

00:09:29.000 He knows they need to have the right resources to protect themselves.

00:09:34.000 He knows the importance of meritocracy versus wokeness because he lived it.

00:09:39.000 That's exactly the person that you want to run in the Department of Defense.

00:09:42.000 So I'm glad that he was nominated by Donald Trump.

00:09:45.000 I think he's clearly going to be confirmed, and he's going to do a fabulous job.

00:09:49.000 And so that's a very serious prediction, Senator.

00:09:54.000 You think all 53 that Pete Hegseth is poised to run the table.

00:09:59.000 What do you attribute his change in odds over the last couple weeks?

00:10:04.000 Why is all of a sudden he is looking as if he's going to run the table?

00:10:10.000 He told a story.

00:10:11.000 He told the story of somebody that joined the service to defend the freedom of this country.

00:10:18.000 He told the story of being in combat.

00:10:21.000 He told the story of after he got out, he helped veterans across the country.

00:10:25.000 So here's a guy that is the exact type of guy you want.

00:10:30.000 Smart, hardworking, He knows what it's like to serve, was willing to serve, and now will go and served in battle.

00:10:39.000 So I think the difference is he told his story.

00:10:42.000 Instead of the media telling his story, he told his story.

00:10:44.000 He's been around.

00:10:45.000 He went around the Capitol.

00:10:47.000 He met with senators.

00:10:48.000 And everybody I know has supported him, and I believe that he will get 100% of all Republican senators.

00:10:54.000 I want to just thank you for your leadership, for representing the will of the American people and the Republican grassroots.

00:11:01.000 It's just been amazing.

00:11:05.000 Election Day 2024 is in our rearview mirror and conservatives are fired up that President Trump heading back to the White House in January.

00:11:11.000 But our fight isn't over and I'm asking you for your help.

00:11:14.000 Conservatives for lower health care costs are warning us that Big Pharma and the far left are scrambling to fast track a big government scheme to eliminate free market forces.

00:11:23.000 And healthcare before the GOP can take control of the White House and Congress.

00:11:27.000 This pharma-backed scheme, called de-linking, would hand a massive $32 billion windfall to the biggest drug companies.

00:11:34.000 And guess who would pay?

00:11:36.000 Hardworking American customers, consumers, seniors, and taxpayers.

00:11:40.000 You can help stop Big Pharma's money grab from American seniors and taxpayers by going to pharmawindfall.com right now.

00:11:47.000 Congress must reject Big Pharma's scheme to boost drug companies' profits, keep drug prices high, undermine competition in healthcare, and hike healthcare costs for American people.

00:11:57.000 Please go now to pharmawindfall.com to join this urgent fight.

00:12:01.000 Portions of Charlie Kirkshire are brought to you in part by Conservatives for Lower Healthcare Costs.

00:12:08.000 This is an extraordinary piece of tape.

00:12:10.000 The senator had to dash.

00:12:11.000 He's the best.

00:12:14.000 It's hard to even describe what we're about to watch here.

00:12:18.000 This is Rachel Maddow with the head of the ACLU. And this is beyond typical tactics of what the American Civil Liberties Union traditionally would advocate for.

00:12:28.000 Usually they say, okay, we'll do some lawsuits to make sure that you don't deport some people. 0.69

00:12:33.000 This is Anthony Romero.

00:12:35.000 Anthony Romero in this clip with Rachel Maddow on MSNBC is talking about how they're going to work with city and local governments to sever their relationships with the federal government.

00:12:50.000 Anthony Romero is talking about widespread secession from the United States to protect the foreign invaders who have come into the United States and then pardon millions of illegals.

00:13:05.000 This would be the greatest schism, severance, since the American Civil War.

00:13:12.000 Prove me wrong.

00:13:13.000 He calls it a firewall of freedom.

00:13:16.000 I call it the Confederacy 2.0. 0.89

00:13:19.000 Anthony Romero is talking about building micro-confederacies across the country.

00:13:25.000 If you think I am exaggerating, listen carefully.

00:13:29.000 Take out your notebook and take notes.

00:13:33.000 This is Anthony Romero, otherwise known as Jefferson Davis, play cut 32. The local governments, you know, the state attorneys general, the governors, the mayors, we have this whole plan around a firewall for freedom, we call it.

00:13:47.000 When they're going to try to detain and deport all these hundreds of thousands, up to a million people, that's an operation that they have the legal power to do, to do the raids, but the logistics.

00:13:59.000 And they're going to need mayors and governors or city councils to either give them access to police officers or not, jails. 1.00

00:14:09.000 We're going to house all these folks, right? 0.99

00:14:11.000 And so part of what we're doing is we're preparing executive orders and we're organizing our folks to put pressures on elected officials so they don't roll over.

00:14:20.000 They should sever these relationships they have with the federal government on immigration enforcement.

00:14:24.000 They should make sure that our prisons and our jails are off limits.

00:14:28.000 They should begin to think about what actions they could take to pardon immigrants who have a criminal record because they drove on a suspended license.

00:14:37.000 Well, let's take them out of harm's way.

00:14:39.000 They could do that now.

00:14:40.000 Let's commute.

00:14:41.000 They could do that now in the transition.

00:14:43.000 Yes.

00:14:44.000 All right, Anthony Romero, you want to play hardball?

00:14:46.000 You're going to sever the relationship of the federal government.

00:14:48.000 How are you going to feed your communities without SNAP? Or food stamps?

00:14:52.000 Food stamps?

00:14:53.000 Cut.

00:14:54.000 How about EBT? Cut.

00:14:55.000 Medicaid?

00:14:56.000 Cut.

00:14:57.000 You all of a sudden want to sever yourself?

00:14:59.000 No money for schools?

00:15:00.000 No money for police?

00:15:02.000 Hey, Medicare payments.

00:15:04.000 You want to all of a sudden play this game?

00:15:05.000 How about for the elderly people in elderly care facilities in Philadelphia?

00:15:12.000 That are receiving Medicare.

00:15:14.000 You want to sever from the United States of America?

00:15:16.000 This is secessionist talk from Anthony Romero.

00:15:20.000 And Rachel Maddow is cheering it on.

00:15:22.000 Oh, they could do it now.

00:15:23.000 If Democrat leaders try to make jail off limits for illegals facing deportation, we should make it so that the jails aren't off limits for the leaders themselves.

00:15:33.000 If states and cities revolt against immigration enforcement, it needs to be a complete cutoff of federal funds.

00:15:42.000 There was an event in the 1800s called the Nullification Crisis.

00:15:45.000 South Carolina thought they could just end and ignore a federal law. 0.97

00:15:49.000 Well, look how that ended.

00:15:50.000 And by the way, the American people are against any city that is doing this.

00:15:54.000 They are not playing with house money here.

00:15:56.000 This kind of chatter is incredibly unpopular.

00:15:59.000 We have a mandate.

00:16:00.000 We won the popular vote.

00:16:02.000 312 electoral votes.

00:16:03.000 They've been screaming years about an insurrection because of a couple senior citizens with pocket constitutions once go pray in the Capitol Rotunda. 0.83

00:16:11.000 Meanwhile, they're openly planning a revolt against federal law, saying we have to sever ourselves away from the federal government.

00:16:18.000 Two can play this game.

00:16:19.000 Social Security?

00:16:20.000 Cut.

00:16:21.000 Cut.

00:16:21.000 Medicare?

00:16:22.000 You all of a sudden don't want money flowing into LA? San Francisco?

00:16:25.000 Within a couple of days, San Francisco, LA, Seattle, and Portland would collapse.

00:16:31.000 Think about how sick these ideas are.

00:16:34.000 Pardon the criminal immigrants for their crimes just so that they can say that these criminals stay in America. 1.00

00:16:41.000 These are criminals.

00:16:43.000 He's talking about wiping the record clean of driving under the influence.

00:16:47.000 A DUI that might kill somebody.

00:16:50.000 They want America ruined by foreign criminals. 1.00

00:16:55.000 They want criminals to wreck it.

00:16:57.000 They spent over $500 million on illegals in Chicago, so now they have to raise taxes.

00:17:02.000 But they're planning on federal money to make ends meet.

00:17:05.000 That dog's not going to hunt anymore.

00:17:07.000 You said that, Anthony Romero, not us.

00:17:10.000 You said we have to disconnect on immigration.

00:17:12.000 Well, that doesn't work that way.

00:17:13.000 You don't get to choose what parts of the government you want to show up and which ones you don't.

00:17:17.000 It's either you are going to be part of a national, small-R Republican project, Or not.

00:17:23.000 And Rachel Maddow just nodding along.

00:17:26.000 You declare this form of secession.

00:17:29.000 It will not end well for you.

00:17:31.000 Confederacy 2.0.

00:17:35.000 If your approach to everyday aches and pains is to mask them, you know, feel better for a few hours only to have the pain return and then repeat the cycle all over again.

00:18:33.000 Joining us now is Corey Lewandowski, who's doing great work for the Republic right now.

00:18:38.000 Corey, great to see you, Senior Advisor to President Trump, amongst many other things.

00:18:43.000 Corey, your thoughts on that tape that I played in the last segment of Anthony Romero talking about how cities are disconnecting from the federal government.

00:18:53.000 What is your thoughts on that?

00:18:55.000 Hey Charlie, let me just be crystal clear.

00:18:57.000 Tom Holman has a job to do, and he has been empowered by the President of the United States to go in and find the Fallons who are in these cities, in these municipalities, and if these cities think that they're going to have the opportunity to just say, we're not going to participate, or you're not welcome here, they do not understand the resolve of President Trump or Tom Holman To rid these criminals from our communities. 0.98

00:19:20.000 It is going to be done with or without the support of the local individuals or those elected officials because the American people have been very clear about this.

00:19:29.000 Get rid of the felons, get rid of the illegals in this country, and do it quickly. 1.00

00:19:34.000 So it's just the idea that they're going to sever ties.

00:19:38.000 Can you speak, Corey, about how in the first Trump administration, a lot of the difficult legal legwork was done?

00:19:46.000 Remain in Mexico, Title 42, meaning that there was years and years of getting this stuff to the courts.

00:19:54.000 In some ways, the table is really set for a mass deportation force.

00:19:58.000 Do you agree with that?

00:19:59.000 And walk us through what Stephen Miller, Tom Homan, soon-to-be DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, will be able to do to help fulfill this mass deportation effort.

00:20:11.000 Well, first and foremost, Charlie, look, the most powerful tool we have in our toolbox is Donald John Trump.

00:20:16.000 And his truth message that says we're going to close the border clearly had an impact because Justin Trudeau made a pilgrimage down to Mar-a-Lago to talk to him.

00:20:25.000 We know that he had a conversation with the president of Mexico and she said, we will help close that border because the first thing to do is to close our border.

00:20:33.000 The next thing we're going to do, and people don't remember this, But part of the first Trump 1.0 success was the appointing of federal judges who understand the Constitution.

00:20:44.000 Those judges are going to be challenged by the left and the ACLU saying, you cannot deport these people because some of them are American citizens.

00:20:53.000 Here's what the president has said, and he was very clear about this on Meet the Press.

00:20:57.000 He said, if you are part of a family, or an extended family, and you want to stay with that family, and part of your family members are felons, they are going to be leaving this country, and you can choose to leave with them, or you can choose to stay, but that'll be a decision you make.

00:21:11.000 But we are not going to be held hostage because children are going to be separated from felons who are in this country illegally, so Closing the border, the deportation is going to occur.

00:21:21.000 We've got over a million people in this country who have final deportation orders, meaning they have nowhere else to go.

00:21:27.000 The courts have adjudicated this.

00:21:29.000 They say you have to leave this country.

00:21:30.000 We're going to go find those people and we're going to remove them immediately. 0.74

00:21:34.000 That's the first step after we get the felons, the rapists, the murderers out of this country.

00:21:38.000 So Charlie, that alone is almost two million people who are running around our communities doing no good that we're going to find and we're going to deport very quickly.

00:21:47.000 And Corey, can you speak to this a couple of concerns?

00:21:51.000 That it does us no good to return someone to Venezuela if they're going to come back in six months. 0.97

00:21:56.000 That it's necessary to then, of course, have a secure militarized border in addition to the deportation force.

00:22:03.000 Will both of those things be working in tandem?

00:22:05.000 Absolutely.

00:22:06.000 Listen, on day one, January 20th, after Donald Trump takes his hand off of that Bible, the border is going to be closed. 0.78

00:22:11.000 Both the northern and the southern border.

00:22:13.000 And here's what we're also going to do, Charlie.

00:22:15.000 We're going to let people around the world know you can't come to this country illegally anymore.

00:22:19.000 So if you're in this country illegally and you want to self-deport, I recommend you do that. 1.00

00:22:23.000 Because if we have to come get you, you won't have the privilege to come back to the greatest country the world has ever known.

00:22:28.000 You want to self-deport, get in line, and come back in the right way, by all means, we want you.

00:22:33.000 If you try to come to this country, Illegally, the border will be closed. 1.00

00:22:37.000 We have a process.

00:22:38.000 Just like every other industrialized country in the world has a process to come to this country legally, you follow that process and we want you.

00:22:45.000 You try to come illegally, we will stop you. 1.00

00:22:48.000 The border will be closed.

00:22:49.000 The men and women of the Customs and Border Patrol have new mission coming.

00:22:53.000 Their mission is to prevent illegals from coming to this country and to protect the homeland. 0.68

00:22:58.000 They're excited about it.

00:22:59.000 We're seeing the excitement across the people who had the opportunity to retire under the Biden administration.

00:23:04.000 They're saying, now that Trump is coming, we want to stay.

00:23:07.000 We're seeing that in the military.

00:23:08.000 We're seeing that at the border with the ICE people, with Tom Homan.

00:23:11.000 People are coming back from government service who have retired because they want to do something great for this country.

00:23:16.000 And so the border will be closed and people will be getting out very quickly.

00:23:20.000 Yeah, speak even deeper to that.

00:23:21.000 The morale is actually increasing.

00:23:23.000 I mean, I've had the opportunity to just meet a couple of the rank and file in the last couple of weeks.

00:23:27.000 This weekend, actually, at AmericaFest, we're going to have the acting president of the Border Patrol Council there.

00:23:34.000 And they're thrilled.

00:23:36.000 You said something really noteworthy, Corey.

00:23:38.000 Can you just contextualize that further and deepen it?

00:23:42.000 That people are foregoing an easy retirement to continue on this effort.

00:23:47.000 Tell us more about that.

00:23:48.000 You know, Charlie, over the last four or five weeks since President Trump has won, I've had the opportunity to talk to a number of people who have the opportunity to retire from federal service, who say, you know what, because Donald Trump is coming in, we'd like the privilege to stay.

00:24:01.000 This is what our mission has always been.

00:24:03.000 We got into the law enforcement community to go out and get bad guys, to protect our communities and our neighbors and our friends.

00:24:09.000 And by unhandcuffing us, by giving us the opportunity to get away from our desk jobs and going back into the field, we want to do that.

00:24:17.000 The other thing we've seen, Charlie, is a massive outpouring of recently retired officers who said, I've done 10, 20, 25 years.

00:24:25.000 Let me come back into government service so that we can be in assistance immediately.

00:24:30.000 There's a very small amount of training that they have to go back through.

00:24:33.000 And we're also seeing massive increases in our recruiting efforts.

00:24:37.000 So those individuals who go to the FLEXI, the Federal Law Enforcement Trading Academy, are saying, let us come to Border Patrol now that we know that we'll be able to do our jobs because for the last four years, we've been desk jockeys.

00:24:50.000 We're going to put more officers on the street. 0.97

00:24:52.000 We're going to make sure that our borders are safe.

00:24:54.000 Those ICE agents are going to go out and find the bad guys and our communities are going to be better for it.

00:24:59.000 So, Corey, now let's talk more broadly about threats against the homeland that we are seeing.

00:25:06.000 It's not just the quantity of people, but there are some potential very, very dangerous people as far as Chinese agents or Iranians that might have slipped through.

00:25:17.000 What department is responsible for identifying these people?

00:25:20.000 And do you think our government currently even knows the bad hombres that are currently domiciling themselves in the interior of the United States?

00:25:28.000 No, Charlie, I think they know.

00:25:29.000 I think the government has been complicit in this.

00:25:31.000 They've allowed this to happen.

00:25:33.000 You know, I hate to give any credit to 60 Minutes because they're a terrible organization, but they catalog the whole thing of these, you know, these Chinese individuals coming in, these military-age males coming in. 1.00

00:25:43.000 They're calling an Uber and saying, come pick me up.

00:25:45.000 Of course the government knows what's going on.

00:25:47.000 They've chosen to do nothing about it.

00:25:48.000 As it relates to Iran and our enemies, we know what's going on. 0.93

00:25:52.000 But these law enforcement officials have been handcuffed.

00:25:56.000 They've been stymied from going out and stopping it.

00:25:59.000 Those days are coming to an end in five weeks when Donald Trump puts his hand on that Bible.

00:26:03.000 And then what's going to happen is we will use every resource available to us.

00:26:06.000 We will identify those foreign nationals, those people who are here as allegedly foreign students who are supposed to be doing, you know, college work, who are basically problems coming into this country, and anybody else who's in this country illegally.

00:26:19.000 The U.S. Customs and Immigration Services has a record of all of these people.

00:26:23.000 The people who have overstayed their visas who shouldn't be here.

00:26:25.000 The potential criminal aliens. 0.90

00:26:27.000 We're going to find these people.

00:26:28.000 They're going to be out of this country very quickly and our communities are going to be safer.

00:26:32.000 So, Corey, can you just talk more broadly about the team that President Trump is assembling?

00:26:38.000 How bold, how dynamic, and how issue-ready it is?

00:26:43.000 Both of us have the opportunity to kind of be around some of the energy of the transition.

00:26:49.000 Can you speak to how this is a day one, minute one, second one prepared operation?

00:26:56.000 You know, Charlie, I've had the opportunity to talk to, if not all of, most of the members of the president's incoming cabinet.

00:27:02.000 And one thing they have in common is they have a backbone of titanium.

00:27:06.000 They are ready for this war that we have been preparing for.

00:27:09.000 And I call it a war, Charlie, because when it looks to the mainstream media or the left, they're going to come after us with every single thing possible.

00:27:16.000 And the difference in this term from what it was eight years ago when Donald Trump took over was the people are ready.

00:27:24.000 He is surrounding himself with fighters.

00:27:27.000 And I mean that in a very positive way.

00:27:28.000 People who have the same vision as Donald Trump.

00:27:31.000 I spoke to one of our nominees yesterday who said he's already met with 11 U.S. senators.

00:27:36.000 He's back on the Hill this week and he's got about 40 people already for his particular agency ready to go on day one, January 20th to walk in the door and tell the bureaucrats there is a new sheriff in town.

00:27:48.000 And I'm sure your listeners saw this.

00:27:51.000 Joe Biden signed an executive order that gave federal government employees, I think, five years to continue to work from home.

00:27:58.000 I hope and I'm very hopeful that the president rescinds that on day one and says, listen, if you want to continue to get paid by our tax paying dollars, then you better get your butt into the office every single day like everybody in the private sector does.

00:28:10.000 That is the mindset of all of his cabinet nominees, of all of his executive team.

00:28:16.000 Look, when Kash Patel comes into the FBI, they know that real fundamental and wholesale change is coming to that organization, and it's long overdue.

00:28:25.000 Corey, how can people support you and get behind what you are doing?

00:28:29.000 And do you plan to go into the administration, Corey?

00:28:31.000 I don't even know the answer to this question.

00:28:33.000 You know, Charlie, I think I'm probably best on the outside.

00:28:36.000 I'm not really much of a rule follower, as you know.

00:28:38.000 There's a lot of rules in the federal government.

00:28:39.000 And so I've had a great privilege to be outside and help the president.

00:28:44.000 He's got a lot of priorities that I want to help him achieve.

00:28:47.000 And I'm always best to do that, I think, from the outside.

00:28:49.000 So listen, you can find me on True Social.

00:28:51.000 You can find me on X. It's just C, Lewandowski underscore, is the best place.

00:28:56.000 But guys, we've got a huge opportunity in front of us.

00:28:58.000 All that you're doing, Charlie, all that the MAGA movement is doing, We have to hold these U.S. senators accountable.

00:29:05.000 We must force them to get our nominees through very quickly, because if we don't, the Biden administration stays on board past January 20th if our nominees are not confirmed.

00:29:14.000 Corey, excellent.

00:29:15.000 Thank you so much for your time.

00:29:16.000 Anytime you're fighting really hard, you and me both are going to be on the outside.

00:29:16.000 You're welcome.

00:29:20.000 You and me both.

00:29:21.000 Thank you.

00:29:22.000 Very good, Corey.

00:30:28.000 I can't go into too much detail here, but this last weekend...

00:30:32.000 With his permission, I am able to share this.

00:30:35.000 I visited Dennis Prager in the hospital in Los Angeles.

00:30:38.000 Literally crisscrossed coasts.

00:30:40.000 I went from Palm Beach to Phoenix to Colorado, Phoenix, LA, then back to Palm Beach.

00:30:45.000 Lots going on, obviously back to Phoenix after we're done with this program here.

00:30:49.000 And I saw our great friend, Dennis Prager.

00:30:53.000 Dennis Prager, of course, from the Salem Radio Network, and more importantly, a mentor and author of the Rational Bible and Happiness is a serious problem, and think a second time, and still the best hope.

00:31:06.000 One of the most prolific minds and defenders of the good and of Western civilization.

00:31:12.000 I cannot go into any detail exactly what medically Dennis is dealing with, but it's very serious.

00:31:18.000 It's very serious.

00:31:20.000 He is making progress, and we were able to communicate with Dennis when I was there, and he was able to say, Something that was so unbelievably powerful.

00:31:35.000 And it takes a while for Dennis to communicate for multiple reasons, but piecing it together.

00:31:40.000 And I heard Dennis say this for years past, but he updated it.

00:31:44.000 So for the last couple of years, the last five years, to be specific, whenever Dennis was asked the question, how are you doing?

00:31:54.000 Dennis would answer the question and say, I'm doing better than my country.

00:31:59.000 That is how Dennis Prager would answer that question.

00:32:02.000 I am doing better than my country.

00:32:05.000 Dennis says he now answers the question, how are you doing, Dennis?

00:32:09.000 My country is doing better than me.

00:32:13.000 Now, there are two elements to the answer to that question.

00:32:16.000 He says he's not doing great, but he's getting better and he's fighting hard, but that his country is in a much, much better spot.

00:32:26.000 That his country is in a much better position.

00:32:31.000 He sees what President Trump is doing.

00:32:33.000 By the way, this is the type of guy that President Trump...

00:32:35.000 Dennis was so touched by this.

00:32:38.000 President Trump called Dennis.

00:32:40.000 To encourage him, to tell him to keep fighting.

00:32:44.000 And Dennis said, that says more about President Trump than about me, Dennis.

00:32:52.000 It's very deep.

00:32:55.000 Dennis still has the same sort of joy, happiness, laughter.

00:33:00.000 Despite all of the associated types of issues.

00:33:05.000 And God protected his mind.

00:33:07.000 His mind is still razor sharp.

00:33:11.000 And he said he's a changed man.

00:33:13.000 That's what he said.

00:33:14.000 He said he has more gratitude and he always had happiness and gratitude for life.

00:33:19.000 And let that be a message to all of you in the audience.

00:33:22.000 If you think you're having a bad day, you need to count your blessings.

00:33:27.000 That's all I can say.

00:33:30.000 I believe the hand of God is on Dennis.

00:33:33.000 Doctor after doctor, we're saying things.

00:33:36.000 I don't want to go into details, but he has defied the odds and continues to do that.

00:33:41.000 And so your continued prayers, we still need him.

00:33:45.000 And I brought Dennis a gift.

00:33:48.000 I came to Dennis with his book of numbers.

00:33:50.000 In fact, you might remember Dennis was on our program not too long ago promoting his new rational Bible book, the book of numbers.

00:33:57.000 And he laughed.

00:33:58.000 I said, Dennis, I brought you this book for a reason.

00:34:02.000 Because it's not your last one.

00:34:05.000 We still need Leviticus.

00:34:07.000 Leviticus is not yet finished and has not yet been sent to the editor.

00:34:14.000 And he smiled and I said, now you have a reason to get out of here and to keep on fighting.

00:34:21.000 But Dennis gave me permission to share all of this and saying that it is serious.

00:34:26.000 He's doing better and he cannot thank you enough for his prayers, for the prayers, for the support.

00:34:32.000 And I asked him a deep question.

00:34:34.000 I said, are you angry at God?

00:34:36.000 He said, no.

00:34:38.000 Not at all.

00:34:39.000 I said, do you still believe there's a God?

00:34:42.000 And he says, more than ever.

00:34:45.000 Very, very deep.

00:34:48.000 Very deep.

00:34:49.000 You see, some people get in situations like that, and they say there's no way there's a God.

00:34:54.000 Other people say, of course there is.

00:34:58.000 Dennis Prager is an American hero, and it was great to see him.

00:35:02.000 Very difficult to see him in this condition, I'll be perfectly honest.

00:35:04.000 He has wonderful people around him.

00:35:07.000 And he is a living testament to Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning.

00:35:10.000 In fact, we communicated about that when I was there.

00:35:13.000 And God bless Sue and the entire family for being around him.

00:35:17.000 And he remains joyful, full of laughter, despite...

00:35:23.000 All of the physical difficulties and to Marissa and the PragerU community and Julie, they've had his back and continue to support him.

00:35:31.000 So please pray for Dennis.

00:35:33.000 The country and the civilization needs him.

00:35:35.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
