00:00:56.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:01:22.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:25.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:33.000 If I were to have a list of the most common questions I receive, I would say the number one question, and it's a great question, by the way.
00:01:41.000 It's not that I'm exhausted hearing it.
00:01:42.000 I just don't have a great answer.
00:01:44.000 But it shows that the conservative community, donors, activists, all are kind of thinking the same.
00:01:50.000 Despite all the divisions of moderate and establishment and rhino and conservative and MAGA, there is a question that I without a doubt receive more than any other question, which is, Charlie, is Biden really going to be the nominee?
00:02:09.000 Is Biden really going to be the horse that the Democrats ride on?
00:02:15.000 I get that question daily, sometimes multiple times a day.
00:02:19.000 I was just at Foothills Church, great event in El Cajon, California, great spot.
00:02:24.000 And we were taking pictures and people came up, Charlie, do you think Biden's going to be the nominee?
00:02:26.000 Do you think Biden's going to be the nominee?
00:02:28.000 And they're thinking it for good reason.
00:02:30.000 Because Joe Biden was just recently at Catholic Mass and a source told us that he was kind of doing like the Super Bowl shuffle.
00:02:38.000 He wasn't even stepping up.
00:02:40.000 He just kind of shuffles to get the Eucharist, shuffles back.
00:02:43.000 In some ways, we kind of want Biden to be the nominee.
00:02:47.000 That's the open secret on the right.
00:02:48.000 He is by far the most beatable of all the people and all the options available.
00:02:54.000 Nate Silver agrees, Politico.com.
00:02:56.000 Nate Silver says it's risky for Democrats to nominate Biden.
00:03:00.000 Quote, Democrats would be taking a huge risk by replacing Biden, but they're also taking a huge risk by nominating him.
00:03:09.000 So they wouldn't be taking a huge risk by replacing him, but they're taking a huge risk by nominating him.
00:03:14.000 That's a double negative, not a great sentence, honestly, by Nate Silver.
00:03:18.000 It's kind of unclear what he means.
00:03:20.000 Let me just say this again.
00:03:21.000 If Biden can't keep up with the schedule of a typical sitting president running for reelection or is prone to making errors when he does, voters in the media are going to notice that and Biden will wear his 80-plus years like an albatross around his neck.
00:03:34.000 So this is a lot easier said than done.
00:03:37.000 Vivek Ramaswamy, who's great credit, eloquently pinpointed this in the debate.
00:03:42.000 Play cut 48, please.
00:03:44.000 I also want to close with one message to the Democrat Party.
00:03:47.000 End this farce that Joe Biden is going to be your nominee.
00:03:50.000 We know he's not even the president of the United States.
00:03:52.000 He's a puppet for the managerial class.
00:03:55.000 So have the guts to step up and be honest about who you're actually going to put up so we can have an honest debate.
00:04:00.000 Biden should step aside, end his candidacy now so we can see whether it's Newsom or Michelle Obama or whoever else.
00:04:06.000 Just tell us the truth so we can have an honest debate.
00:04:09.000 That's a smart point.
00:04:10.000 It's smart for Vaik to do it.
00:04:11.000 Obviously, it got clipped.
00:04:12.000 It got attention.
00:04:13.000 Whether or not he believes, I think he does believe it.
00:04:17.000 But there's an immediate question right in front of us that I think we need to address, which is the how.
00:04:24.000 It's no mistake that there's a growing community in the Democrat Party that wants Biden out of the way.
00:04:29.000 David Ignatius wrote the article.
00:04:31.000 New York Times had an article.
00:04:33.000 The clamoring of the Democrat base.
00:04:34.000 But the how is not as simple or as obvious as one would think.
00:04:40.000 Are you going to have a primary?
00:04:42.000 Are they trying to ride Biden out just enough so that the window of the primary closes, so they don't have a messy Democrat Party, a primary, where they have Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders?
00:04:52.000 Deadlines are already passing.
00:04:55.000 So are they going to lead this all the way up to the convention in Chicago with big J.B. Pritzker, governor of Illinois, comes in and kind of plays power broker because it's going to be in his city, his state?
00:05:10.000 The Democrats have always had superdelegates.
00:05:13.000 The Party of Democracy has a permanent Roman Senate that effectively operates like a Pullet Bureau who gets to choose who is going to be the nominee.
00:05:23.000 Not choose, but they have an outsized say.
00:05:27.000 Hillary Rodham Clinton's path to the Democrat nomination in 2008 was largely dependent on superdelegates.
00:05:35.000 Obama cut deals, and Obama was so overwhelmingly winning that Democrat primary, the superdelegates backed off.
00:05:42.000 Hillary Rodham Clinton thought that she could have enough insiders in the Democrat Party, and guess what?
00:05:47.000 She needed those superdelegates in 2016 when Bernie Sanders actually won the primary.
00:05:55.000 They stole it from Bernie in 16.
00:05:56.000 They stole it from Bernie in 2020.
00:05:59.000 So it begs the question, how would they do this?
00:06:04.000 How would they actually replace Joe Biden?
00:06:08.000 Are they going to do it by a convention fight?
00:06:14.000 Or will Joe Biden receive the nomination and as he's receiving the nomination, he'll agree to handing off the baton?
00:06:22.000 Or is Joe Biden going to act like Joe Biden?
00:06:28.000 Bitter and clingy?
00:06:31.000 No, not clingy onto young children.
00:06:33.000 Clingy onto the Democrat nomination.
00:06:36.000 Joe Biden has cut deals for his entire adult life to get where he is right now.
00:06:43.000 Why would Joe Biden step down?
00:06:47.000 Joe Biden will say in the private meetings via his proxies and his surrogates, Ron Clain and Jill Biden, why wouldn't he just say, you guys figure out the political machinery?
00:06:58.000 Will Joe Biden be able to withstand the administrative state?
00:07:06.000 Will the administrative state put some extra slippery, slippery oil on Air Force One next time, the small stairs now?
00:07:13.000 Watch out.
00:07:14.000 The piece continues.
00:07:16.000 The comments from Silver, who had previously voiced doubts about Biden's political prospects, come as Biden and his aides have worked to quell bedwetting within, it's a weird way to put it, within their ranks and criticism in the media about the president's age and physical fitness, as well as his electoral prospects against former President Donald Trump.
00:07:35.000 Now, I find this line of questioning to be a little bit shallow.
00:07:41.000 The circus just did this with the Creole guy, the crawdaddy guy.
00:07:46.000 What's his name?
00:07:46.000 James Carville.
00:07:47.000 Always wear an LSU hat.
00:07:49.000 Is that they act as if the only reason why people don't like Joe Biden is his age.
00:07:56.000 That's one part of it.
00:07:57.000 We also don't like him because he's a traitor to the United States and he's an awful president because the border is open.
00:08:04.000 The economy is crummy.
00:08:06.000 We're closer to war than ever before.
00:08:08.000 So it's a policy and yes, an age one.
00:08:10.000 The whole country is adrift.
00:08:13.000 Joe Biden in his campaign seemed to shrug off polls from the New York Times and CNN that suggested he was trailing Trump in key battleground states.
00:08:20.000 David Axelrod landed in hot water with Biden allies after he made comments on social media, questioning whether or not Joe Biden was the right candidate to lead the Democrats forward.
00:08:30.000 I'm careful not to make economic prognostications that are rooted in apocalypse.
00:08:37.000 But I find it very unlikely, I'll be very honest with you.
00:08:40.000 And this is not, I don't rejoice in this, I'm not Bill Maher.
00:08:44.000 I find it unlikely that from now to election day, the economy is going to have some major improvement.
00:08:52.000 The border certainly is not going to improve because Joe Biden wants it open.
00:08:58.000 Our economic agencies lie about inflation.
00:09:01.000 And mind you, if you actually go deep into the economic data, they are backwards adjusting a lot, downgrading a lot of the economic data.
00:09:10.000 So for example, in July, they might say, oh, we have this kind of economic growth.
00:09:13.000 And then you go back 90 days later, like, oh, no, we're adjusting that number.
00:09:16.000 So you just wanted the headline, and then you downward adjust it.
00:09:21.000 So what is the path forward for Joe Biden?
00:09:25.000 Honestly, if we were to just kind of play this fairly, what is the advantage that Joe Biden has?
00:09:29.000 He has an unbelievable machine, incredible machine.
00:09:33.000 Joe Biden actually does better than Trump with some older voters.
00:09:37.000 Older voters find nothing wrong with Joe Biden's age.
00:09:40.000 Older baby boomers that don't like Trump.
00:09:42.000 Joe Biden has serious problems with Hispanics.
00:09:45.000 And Joe Biden has a political issue they think they can win on, which is abortion.
00:09:49.000 The entire 2024 election, he's going to micro-target the abortion issue as I am an empty vessel just so that you can be able to have abortions.
00:10:01.000 I still think, though, that there might be a game.
00:10:03.000 There might be a big switch.
00:10:04.000 The question is how and will Biden play along?
00:10:07.000 Biden is clinging on to power now.
00:10:10.000 We shall see.
00:10:12.000 The full faith and credit of the United States dollar is based on our economy, our strength, and also our ability to kill our enemies and have sophisticated military technology and also have the people to staff the military.
00:10:30.000 I was recently landing in Tucson International Airport.
00:10:34.000 And as you land in Tucson, especially at night, you see lit up, it's amazing, and this is probably because of John McCain, he probably got this done.
00:10:44.000 Hundreds of yards of what I believe is F-16 fighters lined up, ready to go.
00:10:49.000 And by the way, the way they present it is actually very powerful.
00:10:52.000 It's like they have a light on it, like kind of a spotlight.
00:10:55.000 It's almost something out of a movie.
00:10:57.000 And I thought to myself, I said, you know, one of the reasons why people aren't dumping their dollar bills en masse, they are, but not as much as at some point you have the ability to kill your enemies.
00:11:10.000 But who knows how to fly those planes?
00:11:12.000 I don't.
00:11:13.000 Do you?
00:11:14.000 Who knows how to coordinate them?
00:11:16.000 Technology is one thing.
00:11:17.000 You could make military technology all day long, but if you don't have the leadership that have the right ideas of not just the sophistication or the ability to use them, but the willingness to win the war, then you have nothing more than a museum of high-priced Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin collateral.
00:11:41.000 One man has been very concerned about the military and how woke forces are coming into the United States military.
00:11:49.000 As we've said before, our military has become a massive social experiment.
00:11:53.000 They're doing gay poems on aircraft carriers.
00:11:57.000 There was a real story that we reported on, this program, of a flight simulator happening in Coronado, where an individual in the military was reprimanded because, not because he did the mission incorrectly, but because he misgendered somebody that he was participating in the experiment with or the exercise with, I should not experiment the exercise with, misgendered.
00:12:21.000 We have video after video after video that we could show you.
00:12:24.000 Trans surgeries in the military.
00:12:26.000 We are not a fighting force that is prepared to win a war.
00:12:30.000 Senator Tuberville, Coach Tubberville from the great state of Alabama, has made this a primary concern.
00:12:37.000 The root of all this was Biden, the Biden regime's response to the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade.
00:12:43.000 The Biden military has implemented a policy of providing free leave and taxpayer-funded travel for any service member who wants to travel and get an abortion, as if that's like the top priority.
00:12:53.000 This flagrantly violates the Hyde Amendment, which is supposed to ban taxpayer funding of abortion.
00:12:58.000 In protest against this policy, Tuberville has been placing a hold on all military promotions that require Senate confirmation.
00:13:06.000 Remember, under Senate rules, a single member can radically slow down appointments by blocking unanimous consent votes and forcing full votes on everything.
00:13:18.000 Nearly 300 promotions have been blocked or delayed by these holds.
00:13:22.000 Now, rarely, very, very rarely, does this happen with military appointments?
00:13:30.000 Typically, military appointments get easy votes, and it's no problem.
00:13:35.000 But Senator Tuberville has not received answers about the broad wokeness of the military.
00:13:40.000 Why is Mark Milley, now retired, say that white rage is one of the greatest threats facing the homeland?
00:13:46.000 When has a single one of these generals ever won a war?
00:13:49.000 They hate it when you say that.
00:13:51.000 Members of the Republican Party are getting very mad.
00:13:54.000 They want Biden's war machine and promotions to keep going.
00:13:58.000 Senator Joni Ernst, who might be one of the most disappointing members of the U.S. Senate from Iowa and Dan Sullivan from Alaska, has trashed him on the Senate floor in just the last few weeks.
00:14:08.000 Senator Lady Graham suggests that Tuberville is a Chinese agent.
00:14:12.000 And neocon Nikki Haley is, of course, furious.
00:14:15.000 Tubberville's tactics might inspire copycats.
00:14:18.000 JD Vance has already talked about placing a hold on all Department of Justice nominees.
00:14:22.000 Just so we're clear, Democrats placed holds on Trump's ambassadors, some of the least consequential of all appointments.
00:14:31.000 And yet our Republican Party is very worried.
00:14:33.000 They're on board.
00:14:34.000 I would love to talk to Lady Graham or Dan Sullivan.
00:14:36.000 Do you have any idea what's actually going on in the military?
00:14:38.000 Are you okay with gay poems being performed publicly on aircraft carriers?
00:14:42.000 Do you think that helps us win the war?
00:14:45.000 Are you okay with people with a mental delusion, aka trans, serving in our military?
00:14:50.000 Why?
00:14:51.000 Why are you okay with that?
00:14:52.000 Are you okay with critical race theory and anti-white sentiments being pushed forcefully in the military?
00:14:59.000 Are you okay with the Marine Corps changing their flag on social media to the gay flag?
00:15:04.000 It's true, they did it.
00:15:06.000 Are you okay with gay flags being flown prominently on aircraft carriers and battleships?
00:15:11.000 And if you are, why are you a Republican?
00:15:13.000 Just go be a Democrat.
00:15:15.000 Well, joining us in the next segment is Senator Tuberville, who is receiving condemnation from all the right people.
00:15:21.000 He's been standing with courage and clarity for the right purposes and the people of Alabama.
00:15:27.000 Coach Tuberville joins us next.
00:15:30.000 America is at a tipping point.
00:15:32.000 Charlie Kirk here to tell you about a new movie you have to see.
00:15:34.000 Dinesh D'Souza's movie, Police State, exposes the government's relentless persecution of the conservative MA movement.
00:15:42.000 The America we know and love is becoming more and more like a police state every day.
00:15:46.000 The FBI has turned its eyes away from the real dangers in the world to target what they call domestic terrorists with a totalitarian agenda that's treating conservative Americans like criminals.
00:15:56.000 They're targeting their political opponents using mass surveillance and censorship, indoctrinating our children, and threatening families with military-style raids on our homes, threatening people like you and me who speak our minds and stand up for freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and our God-given American liberties.
00:16:10.000 Directed by Dinesh D'Souza, Debbie D'Souza, and Bruce Shully, Police State sounds the alarm.
00:16:15.000 If you demand your freedom, they're coming after you.
00:16:17.000 How did we get here, and how do we turn the tide of this tyrannical government's agenda?
00:16:21.000 You have to see this movie, Police State.
00:16:23.000 Buy or stream it now at policestatefilm.net.
00:16:26.000 Check it out today: policestatefilm.net.
00:16:31.000 Joining us now is Coach Tuberville.
00:16:33.000 Coach, thank you so much for taking the time.
00:16:35.000 Several things we want to talk about.
00:16:37.000 The most important, and obviously, the one at the top of the list is the continued fight over your hold, which we completely support on this program, over the wokeification of the U.S. military.
00:16:47.000 What is the latest and talk about the response you're getting from some of your colleagues?
00:16:51.000 Well, Charlie, thanks for having me on.
00:16:53.000 We're nine months working on 10.
00:16:55.000 It's been absolutely a disaster getting anybody from the Pentagon or the White House working with us.
00:17:01.000 So we've been pretty much on our own trying to work this out, but it's, you know, we've got their attention now.
00:17:08.000 We've got Schumer's attention.
00:17:10.000 Today they're trying to pass a resolution in the rules committee where they can go around me.
00:17:14.000 And I don't know where they can get enough votes.
00:17:17.000 I think it'll pass from committee, but they'll have to get 60 votes on the floor.
00:17:22.000 Now, they might be able to get them.
00:17:23.000 I don't know, but I'm not giving in.
00:17:26.000 We're going to hold out until we get some kind of resolution.
00:17:28.000 I've got a couple of things working that I think could get us over the goal line, but we're not there yet.
00:17:35.000 So we'll have to wait and see.
00:17:36.000 Senator, what would a resolution look like that would satisfy you?
00:17:41.000 And we support the attention at the very least that you're drawing to this because what's happening to our military is a threat to our kids and grandkids' future.
00:17:50.000 What would be a win?
00:17:51.000 What would be a solution?
00:17:54.000 Well, it's executive overreach, number one, Charlie.
00:17:57.000 You know, the White House is playing dictator, and they basically voted on this 40 years ago in the Senate.
00:18:05.000 And then they amended it twice with the NDAA, the defense budget, since then.
00:18:09.000 But since Joe Biden got in, he said, well, we're just going to do it my way.
00:18:12.000 So he writes a memo.
00:18:14.000 I found out about it, so I blocked it with the hose.
00:18:18.000 I couldn't block it.
00:18:19.000 They're doing it, but I told them if you don't change it around to back the way it was and then send a vote over, let's vote on it.
00:18:27.000 It's the most controversial subject in your and my lifetime, abortion.
00:18:30.000 Now, this is not as much about abortion as it is about the executive overreach and the taxpayer money being used for transportation.
00:18:37.000 We're getting close to possibly working that policy maybe back to where it was if we can do that.
00:18:45.000 Now, again, we've had no conversation with the White House or the Pentagon.
00:18:48.000 We're having to do it through Congress.
00:18:50.000 Maybe we can get it done.
00:18:52.000 I don't know whether we can.
00:18:53.000 I just hate holding all these promotions up.
00:18:56.000 But again, like you said, we've lost the DOJ, we've lost the FBI, the CIA, and they're working on the military, trying to make them woke as they possibly can.
00:19:05.000 And, you know, we're keeping our eye on that also.
00:19:08.000 What I'm struggling to understand, Senator, is some of the people that are in your Republican conference who are enthusiastic about supporting the military and using the military, I think, far too aggressively at times internationally, are the ones that are against your spirit to reform the military.
00:19:28.000 I mean, Senator Lindsey Graham called you a Chinese agent.
00:19:31.000 I just can't understand that.
00:19:33.000 What is your response to some of your colleagues that are criticizing and accusing your morals and your intentions?
00:19:40.000 Well, my comeback to them is we can be for life.
00:19:45.000 We can be pro-life, but we also can be for the military.
00:19:50.000 And the Democrats could care less about pro-life.
00:19:54.000 You know, they're full in on abortion, nor do they really like our military.
00:19:59.000 They don't like any structure whatsoever for our country.
00:20:02.000 And so I tell my colleagues, we can be for both.
00:20:06.000 We can stand up for the American people and stand up for national security, but also stand up for life.
00:20:11.000 And, you know, they can call me anything they want.
00:20:13.000 You know, Charlie, you know, my last job, I got called a lot of different names.
00:20:17.000 But I'm going to stand up for the people of Alabama.
00:20:21.000 You know, one thing I've noticed when you come up here is you have to vote for your people back home.
00:20:26.000 A lot of people, I watch vote.
00:20:29.000 They worry about which side, if they're going to lose a vote or two here or there, you know, if they vote a certain way.
00:20:35.000 Hey, vote for your people back home.
00:20:37.000 Don't worry about that.
00:20:38.000 And if you do that, you'll end up being sent back up there if that's what you want.
00:20:43.000 But we got too many people that worry about that.
00:20:46.000 Yeah, first of all, I just love your attitude and your approach.
00:20:48.000 And, you know, I think that if we had more Republicans that would stand alongside you, just kind of what names can you say of other Republicans that have been allies with you?
00:20:58.000 I know Senator JD Vance seems to be a kindred spirit.
00:21:01.000 Who else has been helpful in your fight here?
00:21:04.000 Oh, we've had a lot of them.
00:21:05.000 J.D.'s been awesome.
00:21:07.000 Roger Marshall.
00:21:08.000 The guy that's really stood up is Senator Michael Lee.
00:21:12.000 He's been very, very good.
00:21:15.000 Cynthia Lummas from Wyoming, Marsha Blackburn, Ron Johnson.
00:21:20.000 Just on and on, we've had people stand up.
00:21:23.000 It's always the ones that kind of stand out that really go the other way.
00:21:27.000 And unfortunately, we had Senator Sullivan and Joni Ernst and Lindsey Graham stand up that one night.
00:21:35.000 And I got hammered pretty good.
00:21:38.000 But like I said, it just went right over my head.
00:21:40.000 I objected.
00:21:42.000 I know the direction we want to go with this.
00:21:44.000 We just got to find a way to make this all work.
00:21:47.000 But again, it's just, I've been out on the limb, and I'm going to stay out there until we get some kind of resolution and get this policy back where it's sensible, where the American people can accept it.
00:22:01.000 So, Coach, I'm curious.
00:22:03.000 Part of your fight is so righteous.
00:22:04.000 We've seen military recruitment down 20 or 30 percent to the lowest level since Vietnam.
00:22:10.000 We obviously are seeing military preparedness in question and morale at lower levels than we've seen in a couple decades.
00:22:18.000 And at least how I view this as kind of a non-technical legislative standpoint, what you're doing is you're also trying to get answers from the military as to why they are embracing abstract political issues while things are not great.
00:22:32.000 When you are privately dialoguing with people in the Pentagon, if they'll even talk to you, or even some of your other colleagues, is there at least some form of an acknowledgement that the introduction of these controversial political ideas is actually harming national security?
00:22:49.000 Yeah, there's a lot of us speak up.
00:22:52.000 Tom Cotton speaks up.
00:22:54.000 Deb Fisher speaks up on armed services.
00:22:57.000 Ted Budd, Eric Smith, Mark Wayne Mullen.
00:23:00.000 We all fight back.
00:23:01.000 We all see what's going on in the military.
00:23:04.000 What's happened, Charlie, is in the past, 48% of our military has been from past families that were in the military.
00:23:12.000 Now that's down to below 30% because the parents are saying, I don't want my kid involved in this.
00:23:19.000 They've absolutely intoxicated our military, and it's going to get worse.
00:23:25.000 We have got to get somebody back in the White House that understands national security.
00:23:30.000 We've got to get somebody back or we've got to take back the Senate also and the House all together to get this country back on the right track.
00:23:38.000 We're losing right now.
00:23:39.000 Our country is in bad shape.
00:23:40.000 It's getting worse every day.
00:23:42.000 I don't know whether we can put up with another year of this, what's happening at the border, the crime, the inflation, or our foreign relations decisions.
00:23:50.000 Nothing is going right for us in this country.
00:23:52.000 But I think it's all but design.
00:23:55.000 Yeah.
00:23:55.000 So, Coach, I'm just reading some of these headlines, and I can't encourage and compliment you enough.
00:24:01.000 Tubberville's one-man stand strains the Senate patience.
00:24:04.000 Honestly, we have no patience for losing our country, and they're trying to frame you as a bad guy.
00:24:09.000 I know you mentioned this, you know, having been a very successful football coach, by the way, I admired you from afar growing up.
00:24:15.000 I still think you guys should have played for the national title when you had Cadillac Williams way back when.
00:24:19.000 That's a separate issue, and I could talk about that.
00:24:21.000 But talk about kind of your approach.
00:24:24.000 Why is it that so few politicians are willing to fight?
00:24:27.000 Because they've put the pressure on you, Senator.
00:24:29.000 I'm sure that they're, you know, not so quietly, not threatening you, but, you know, throwing things at you.
00:24:36.000 I mean, now they have this thing, military families and retired service members lobby to end Tubberville's blockade.
00:24:41.000 Oh, stop it.
00:24:42.000 It just is nauseating to me.
00:24:45.000 You mentioned listening to your voters and delivering vote, you know, results for your voters.
00:24:48.000 What continues to drive you and why is it so hard to find in D.C.?
00:24:52.000 People elected me from Alabama because I'm pro-life, because I believe in small government, and I believe in our Constitution.
00:25:02.000 And I told them, you send me up here, that's exactly what we're going to vote for.
00:25:06.000 And I told them, I said, if you don't like me at the end of six years, fine.
00:25:09.000 Don't send me back up here.
00:25:11.000 But you have to stand up for your people.
00:25:13.000 The people that sent you up here, we've got so many people that try to make all the answers correct all over the country.
00:25:19.000 But you've got different personalities, different states.
00:25:22.000 Stand up for your state.
00:25:23.000 They sent you up there.
00:25:24.000 They sent you as a Republican, as a pro-life senator that's going to stand up for the rule of law, our border, and fight big government.
00:25:34.000 And, you know, most of us up here are like that.
00:25:37.000 You know, I've got some, I've, in three years, watched this from afar and from close by.
00:25:44.000 And I've been really excited about a lot of people up here, especially these new people that just came up, Ted Budd, Eric Smith, Mark Wayne Mullins.
00:25:52.000 You know, they've all come up here and really put their best foot forward.
00:25:57.000 You know, they're more like me than I am some of the other people.
00:26:02.000 But some of the other senators come from states that I guess it's harder to get elected if you're not closer to the middle.
00:26:09.000 But again, I grew up in a military family.
00:26:11.000 I believe in this country, but also smart enough to understand as I've traveled all my life to look and see where we're at right now.
00:26:18.000 And we are declining at a very fast rate.
00:26:21.000 And we've got to get a hold of this runaway train because if we don't, it's going to be very, very hard to get it back.
00:26:28.000 But I think it's all but design, Charlie.
00:26:30.000 Can you just elaborate that?
00:26:33.000 Designed by whom?
00:26:34.000 Are you saying that some of your Senate Democrats are designing the downfall of the country?
00:26:40.000 Well, here's what I'm going to say.
00:26:41.000 The Democrats vote party line.
00:26:44.000 They don't look at the ins and outs of the direction our country is going.
00:26:48.000 You tell me that what's going on at the border is making our country better.
00:26:54.000 You can't convince me of that.
00:26:56.000 But you ask the Democrats about it.
00:26:59.000 They have no qualms.
00:27:00.000 Nobody fights against it.
00:27:02.000 Nobody will stand up to it.
00:27:04.000 Everything that's going on right now, the worst thing in the world that's happening is what's going on at our southern border.
00:27:10.000 And if we don't control that, and it's not going to come from the Democrats, they won't even work with us on a border bill.
00:27:19.000 And when we're looking at Ukraine funding, possibly we're looking at Israel funding, but they will not budge one inch.
00:27:27.000 And so what does that tell you?
00:27:28.000 Tells you that they're doing it because they believe it's the right thing to bring this country to its knees where they can run it and get it to the point where it's what they want and not what it is today.
00:27:41.000 I could not agree more.
00:27:42.000 Coach Tuberville, keep fighting.
00:27:44.000 We have your back 100%.
00:27:45.000 If we had 50 of you in the Senate, our country would be in a much better place.
00:27:49.000 Why we're so worried about foreign countries while our own is being invaded is perplexing to me.
00:27:54.000 Coach Tuberville, thank you so much.
00:27:56.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:27:59.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:28:00.000 Aren't you tired of not making a difference?
00:28:02.000 You can.
00:28:03.000 We can make a difference standing for life by giving free ultrasounds with our friends at pre-born.
00:28:08.000 In a Dobbs world, states decide about abortion, and so many liberal states are taking extreme stands, even allowing abortion up to literally the second before a baby is born.
00:28:17.000 It's unbelievable, but true.
00:28:19.000 And in California, the demand for abortions has increased 400% in part because the state is inviting women and girls to come to California for the sole purpose of aborting their baby.
00:28:29.000 This is abortion trafficking.
00:28:31.000 Take a stand for life by providing an ultrasound for a young woman.
00:28:35.000 When you do, she is twice as likely to choose life.
00:28:37.000 I'm a donor and you should be too to pre-born.
00:28:40.000 Just $28 provides that ultrasound and saves one baby.
00:28:42.000 $140 saves five.
00:28:44.000 A gift of $15,000 provides an ultrasound machine that can save thousands of babies for years to come.
00:28:50.000 Call 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:28:56.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:29:01.000 All right.
00:29:02.000 The second most common question I get on top of if Biden is going to run is, Charlie, do you think we're heading towards a civil war?
00:29:10.000 And I don't know how to answer that.
00:29:11.000 I certainly hope not.
00:29:12.000 I hope people remain peaceful.
00:29:14.000 I think that if we come to blows, that will not be a good thing.
00:29:20.000 But there have been two stories that have broken today that go to show that we might be getting closer to throwing punches than I think people realize.
00:29:33.000 If you lock political dissidents in jail, call them fascists in the name of democracy, spy on them, censor them, and conduct illegitimate elections, you create a pressure cooker where eventually people are going to react like a volcano.
00:29:53.000 Now, it could be just a coincidence.
00:29:55.000 I don't think it is.
00:29:56.000 Understand, you can govern a society in one of two ways.
00:30:00.000 You can govern a society through speech, debate, dialogue.
00:30:06.000 That's number one.
00:30:07.000 Or number two, through force.
00:30:09.000 Most of human history, society was governed through force.
00:30:14.000 I have the sword, you do not.
00:30:16.000 I'm in charge, you're not.
00:30:17.000 I'm Pharaoh.
00:30:18.000 I'm Caesar.
00:30:19.000 I'm the czar.
00:30:20.000 I'm Alexander the Great.
00:30:22.000 You don't like it?
00:30:22.000 I'm going to cut your head off.
00:30:23.000 Pure force.
00:30:24.000 I beat you at war.
00:30:25.000 I'm in charge.
00:30:27.000 The West introduced the idea of human equality, and just because you're bigger, stronger, you have a larger army doesn't necessarily mean you're going to be in charge of society.
00:30:36.000 You have a good idea.
00:30:36.000 Can you govern well?
00:30:38.000 We are seeing evidence that we are regressing a little bit.
00:30:43.000 Now, I have to say, this one piece of tape is absolutely hilarious.
00:30:47.000 But it does show that the line between having a speech and dialogue-based society and just outright going to blows, that line we are flirting with, everybody.
00:31:00.000 And by the way, I kind of love what Mark Wayne Mullen did here.
00:31:02.000 I think it's hilarious.
00:31:03.000 I think it's great.
00:31:04.000 It's like an alpha man.
00:31:05.000 What I'm getting at is a more macro take is that you cannot do what the regime has been doing and expect it to be peace, love, happiness, and John Lennon world of there is no sin, there is no suffering.
00:31:20.000 You can't.
00:31:22.000 You can only push a man so far.
00:31:24.000 It's like that guy in Panama.
00:31:26.000 You saw that where he just gets out of his car and just shoots two environmental protesters.
00:31:31.000 Stone cold killer.
00:31:33.000 Not that I support it, but there's only so much you can do until people snap.
00:31:38.000 Okay, here's Mark Wayne Mullen, senator from Oklahoma.
00:31:42.000 It's one of the funniest.
00:31:43.000 I mean, Bernie Sanders almost has a brain aneurysm, which is the best part of the clip.
00:31:47.000 Play Cut 51.
00:31:48.000 Quit the tough guy act in these Senate hearings.
00:31:51.000 You know where to find me.
00:31:53.000 Any place, anytime, cowboy.
00:31:57.000 Sir, this is a time.
00:31:58.000 This is a place.
00:31:59.000 You want to run your mouth?
00:32:01.000 We can be two consenting adults.
00:32:02.000 We can finish it here.
00:32:03.000 Okay, that's fine.
00:32:04.000 Perfect.
00:32:05.000 You want to do it now?
00:32:05.000 I'd love to do it right now.
00:32:06.000 Well, stand your butt up then.
00:32:08.000 You stand your butt up.
00:32:09.000 Oh, hold on.
00:32:09.000 Oh, stop it.
00:32:10.000 Say solutionary pull.
00:32:12.000 No, no, sit down.
00:32:13.000 Eric, sit down.
00:32:14.000 Okay, you know, you're a United States Senator.
00:32:16.000 Active.
00:32:17.000 Okay, sit down, please.
00:32:20.000 I'm sorry.
00:32:20.000 I think it's great.
00:32:22.000 I kind of love it.
00:32:23.000 I got to be honest.
00:32:24.000 By the way, all the union, it's a union boss I think he's talking to.
00:32:27.000 All they understand is force, just so we're clear.
00:32:30.000 So if it was somebody else, like whatever, I don't know if I'd like it if it was like some bank executive or something.
00:32:39.000 No, I think this guy's like a union boss.
00:32:41.000 And Mark Wayne Mullen called him out.
00:32:43.000 By the way, Mark Wayne Mullen, that guy, I don't know if he was a wrestler in college or something, but he is built like an ox.
00:32:50.000 I wouldn't want to fight that guy.
00:32:53.000 Meanwhile, Kevin McCarthy is throwing blows at Burchett.
00:32:56.000 I'm telling you, our politics is falling apart.
00:33:00.000 Do not be surprised if things start to divulge back into primal fist fighting.
00:33:06.000 Just telling you, Play Cut 52.
00:33:08.000 Explain to us what happened with you and Kevin McCarthy.
00:33:11.000 Well, I was doing an interview with Claudia from NPR, a lovely lady, and she was asking me a question.
00:33:19.000 And at that time, I got elbowed in the back, and it kind of caught me off guard because it was a clean shot to the kidneys.
00:33:26.000 And I turned back, and there was Kevin.
00:33:28.000 He's a bully with $17 million in a security detail.
00:33:32.000 You know, he's the type of guy that, when you're a kid, would throw a rock over the fence and run home and hide behind his mama's skirt.
00:33:38.000 Clean shot to the kidneys.
00:33:40.000 I just, I, so we got, we got Mark Wayne Mullen ready to go full Conor McGregor in a Senate hearing with a union boss.
00:33:48.000 You got Burchette just casually about, it was a clean shot with the kidneys, and not his girl from NPR.
00:33:54.000 It's like, he just, it's just, this is what we call the canary in the coal mine.
00:33:59.000 You keep a canary up there, and boom, the canary falls down, and you realize that something bad is about to happen.
00:34:06.000 I'm trying to warn people, if you will listen, our politics right now is a pressure cooker.
00:34:13.000 You can only push a man so far.
00:34:15.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:34:16.000 Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
