00:02:54.000 Joining us now is Michael Seifert from Public Square.
00:02:57.000 Michael, welcome to the program.
00:02:59.000 Lots to talk about here.
00:03:00.000 First, I want to discuss this internal memo from 24 Hour Fitness.
00:03:06.000 24 Hour Fitness has locations all across the country.
00:03:09.000 I don't know what decent person should still have a membership with 24 Hour Fitness.
00:03:14.000 We should all cancel our memberships and go to a fitness or a gym, let's just say, center that shares our values.
00:03:22.000 Michael, what's going on here?
00:03:23.000 Well, Charlie, good to see you.
00:03:24.000 Thanks for having me on.
00:03:26.000 Yes, this is another concerning example of a gym, a place of fitness, which, by the way, should be more geared toward health and holistic living and a love for bettering yourself and improving your community and building strong people.
00:03:41.000 But instead, these gyms like Planet Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness is now joining the crew.
00:03:46.000 These gyms are pandering to 0.0001% of the population that value things like critical theory or gender expression.
00:03:56.000 It's nonsense.
00:03:56.000 24 Hour Fitness released an internal memo to their staff members advising that BLM and pride symbols are always at all times approved forms of freedom of expression.
00:04:11.000 But the American flag and U.S. logos or any sort of paraphernalia that screams Americana, these are only allowed to be worn on the holidays.
00:04:20.000 So if you're a 24-hour fitness employee and you want to wear your pride pin or you want to wear your BLM headband, you feel free to do so every single day of the year.
00:04:28.000 But if you dare want to have a t-shirt that's got your American flag on the arm, the nation that protects our liberties and the freedoms of expression that 24 Hour Fitness touts here, then you're not allowed, only on holidays.
00:04:42.000 This is pretty remarkable, Charlie.
00:04:44.000 And I don't understand what they're trying to accomplish with this, but certainly it's not more memberships.
00:04:51.000 So help me understand what is the incentive here for 24 Hour Fitness to become so incredibly pro-whatever LGBTQI to A. By the way, we haven't done, hey, Ryan, can you get the new pride flag up here for our audience?
00:05:04.000 We actually haven't, we're in the midst of Pride Month.
00:05:07.000 We have an entire month dedicated to this.
00:05:10.000 So I want to get this up on screen here.
00:05:12.000 What is the incentive here?
00:05:14.000 I can't imagine that most gym bros or people that pay money to go to the gym are on board with the grooming of children or the celebration of degeneracy.
00:05:23.000 What's going on here?
00:05:24.000 Oh, yep, there's the new flag.
00:05:26.000 It feels like they're adding a new colour or lunch.
00:05:28.000 No, that's outdated.
00:05:29.000 That's outdated.
00:05:30.000 We got another one here.
00:05:32.000 Oh, remember, the revolution never stops.
00:05:34.000 Progress will consume itself.
00:05:37.000 It is the snake eating itself, but it's close.
00:05:39.000 Sorry, Michael, I interrupted you.
00:05:41.000 Continue.
00:05:41.000 No, you're fine.
00:05:42.000 So at the end of the day, Charlie, you're asking that question because you and your audience, you think logically.
00:05:48.000 You think that, hey, a gym should be in the interest of building more gym memberships, largely, especially targeting the community that partakes in an increase of gym membership, the gym bros, the people that are looking to enhance their personal fitness, which, by the way, is apparently a right-wing virtue now.
00:06:05.000 Oh, there's the new pride flag.
00:06:06.000 It's got umbrellas.
00:06:08.000 It's got umbrellas.
00:06:09.000 You know what's interesting is that the old gay and lesbians, they're being outshined by two spirit and from the purple circle.
00:06:18.000 And so continue, Michael.
00:06:19.000 You can never be woke enough.
00:06:21.000 And actually, that leads to my answer to your question.
00:06:23.000 You think about this logically because it makes no sense that a 24-hour fitness would ever act in such a way if their desire was to increase memberships.
00:06:30.000 But the problem is the people in the boardroom of 24-hour fitness are not acting logically.
00:06:35.000 These people are actually setting their sights on a completely different set of goals that have nothing to do with profits, have nothing to do with an increase in membership.
00:06:43.000 Their goal is to exercise their religion to their fullest capacity.
00:06:48.000 24-Hour Fitness was founded as a company that was focused on improving with 24 hours of the day, accommodating different lifestyles, your personal fitness goals.
00:06:56.000 But they have morphed into a political organization.
00:06:59.000 The CEO of 24 Hour Fitness does not run the company.
00:07:02.000 The diversity, equity, and inclusion officer runs the company.
00:07:06.000 And what they will do is pander at every given turn to the lowest common denominator.
00:07:11.000 They will find the.001% of the population that feels oppressed.
00:07:16.000 And God forbid, 24 Hours Fitness is deemed an oppressor.
00:07:20.000 So they will actually pander and placate to the oppressed class in order to be on the right side of history.
00:07:27.000 And you'll notice that none of what I just said has anything to do with business, but that's the point.
00:07:31.000 Their goal is not healthy business practices anymore.
00:07:34.000 It is advancing a religious and progressive ideology that ultimately will lead to the detriment of 24 Hour Fitness, just like it has led to the detriment of many once great companies before it.
00:07:46.000 I just, I can't quite grasp the incentive structure.
00:07:49.000 Now, at Public Square, you guys have alternative options.
00:07:52.000 Talk about some of them.
00:07:53.000 Well, as I mentioned earlier, many journalists are calling the lifestyle approach toward bettering yourself and fitness and rejecting body positivity.
00:08:03.000 They're calling that a right-wing pursuit.
00:08:05.000 At Public Square, we're proud to claim that.
00:08:08.000 If bettering yourself and keeping yourself healthy and going to the gym and making sure that you're working out and improving your own personal fitness for the betterment of yourself and your community is a right-wing virtue, we're proud to own that at Public Square, and we have thousands of gyms on our platform that are very proud to own that as well.
00:08:24.000 Whatever you want to call it, they want to embrace personal fitness and they want to embrace truth while they do it.
00:08:28.000 So, you're not going to find locker rooms at the gyms on Public Square that have any ambiguity involved.
00:08:34.000 They are men's and women's locker rooms.
00:08:36.000 So, the stuff you see at Planet Fitness, the nonsense at 24-Hour Fitness, none of those things take place on Public Square and the thousands of gyms we represent.
00:08:44.000 So, I encourage folks: if you are interested in finding a new gym, cancel your subscription to 24-hour fitness or Planet Fitness.
00:08:52.000 Move your money, your time, and your resource to a gym that will honor the classic American principles that built this great nation, and you can improve your life and get healthier while you do it.
00:09:02.000 That's what we exist to do at Public Square.
00:09:03.000 We want to help you on that journey.
00:09:05.000 You cannot keep funding your enemies, it will be the detriment of our nation if we're not careful.
00:09:10.000 So, my encouragement is unsubscribe from the broken, subscribe to a better future, and you can use your dollars to do so.
00:09:15.000 So, Michael, I want to get a general take here.
00:09:18.000 It feels as if pride this month, remember, pride goeth before the fall, and pride is a sin, has been a little more muted this season than in years past.
00:09:30.000 After the backlash against Target and Budweiser last year, do you see that as well, Michael?
00:09:36.000 That the corporations are not embracing it the same?
00:09:39.000 You know, Charlie, I would say that generally I see it as a slightly muted year for the Pride Month celebrations, but they're still happening.
00:09:50.000 I think what people need to realize is that a company will do something publicly and be very proud of it.
00:09:56.000 A company might also do something to the same degree, but be a little bit more private about bragging about it.
00:10:02.000 And that's what we're seeing quite a bit.
00:10:04.000 So, you're seeing companies this year focus their pride demonstrations and expressions more internally on their staff.
00:10:12.000 But even Target, you know, you brought up Target.
00:10:14.000 Target is the largest sponsor of a massive pride event in northern Idaho that just happened last week.
00:10:20.000 We're seeing companies left and right.
00:10:23.000 If you look at UGG, for example, Ug Boots this week came out with a pride campaign highlighting men in makeup and talking about gender expression and fluidity.
00:10:32.000 Ugh, the boot company started as a very based for the outdoors surf company in Australia back in the 70s.
00:10:41.000 So you have a little bit of a muted expression, meaning you don't have Target and Bud Light going out and publicly announcing how they are embracing pride this year, but you still have all these same companies doing the same sorts of nonsense.
00:10:55.000 They're just doing it behind closed doors and they're focusing it more internally than they are externally.
00:11:00.000 And that's what I think is the greatest example or evidence of the fact that these companies really haven't learned.
00:11:06.000 They're still letting the fools drive the boat.
00:11:09.000 And ultimately, at the end of the day, my encouragement to Americans is look very closely at the companies you're spending your money on and make sure that they're not just fooling you and pulling the wool over your eyes.
00:11:19.000 You're going to see companies or politicians do this very often.
00:11:22.000 And we don't want to be the ship of fools that follows them along.
00:11:29.000 Look, for over 10 years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.

00:12:29.000 Check it out right now: patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:34.000 There's another story I want to go here, talk about here.
00:12:37.000 It's the Center for Immigration Studies.
00:12:39.000 It says in the last four years, three-fourths of all new jobs have gone to immigrants, illegal or otherwise.
00:12:45.000 Americans are being replaced by foreigners.
00:12:47.000 Michael, tell us about it.
00:12:48.000 Well, Charlie, this is a really concerning trend that is never promoted in the media.
00:12:53.000 The media is never willing to admit this, but you just cited the study.
00:12:56.000 This is from the Center for Immigration Studies.
00:12:59.000 To be very specific about the numbers, since 2019, 971,000 more U.S.-born Americans are employed than there were in 2019.
00:13:09.000 But in that same timeframe, 3.2 million more immigrants are employed.
00:13:14.000 And by the way, this study is actually being generous on the employment numbers to American-born employees because this is a blend of full-time and part-time.
00:13:23.000 And if you'll notice right now, the full-time jobs are actually dwindling while part-time work is massively expanding for Native-born Americans.
00:13:32.000 Just last month, 663,000 American-born workers lost their jobs or retired, while 414,000 foreign born workers, which is illegal and legal, gained employment.
00:13:46.000 So Americans lost jobs while foreigners gained jobs.
00:13:50.000 This is why the border is wide open.
00:13:52.000 And for anybody who says, well, gosh, how do they track illegal employment?
00:13:56.000 Guys, California, my home state, has an entire department of resources geared toward helping illegally employed illegal immigrants.
00:14:06.000 So not only is it happening and do they have the ability to track it, your taxpayer dollars, especially in blue states, are actually funding programs to assist in illegal immigrant employment.
00:14:17.000 So Charlie, what we're seeing is the death of a nation.
00:14:20.000 Any nation that is unwilling to protect its own borders and prioritize its own people first, it's the beginning of the end.
00:14:26.000 And the Biden administration is doing this very purposely.
00:14:29.000 You'll see at the border, just this morning, there was a video release from San Diego.
00:14:33.000 It's not families seeking a better future.
00:14:36.000 It's not honest asylum seekers.
00:14:39.000 There were 30 men lined up from Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Ethiopia, Eritrea, all these random countries around the world full of potential terrorist threats being let in over our southern border, taking these jobs, pricing Americans out of the market because the market ends up catering to the lowest common denominator.
00:14:59.000 And if you have a great set of skills and are essentially overqualified for some of the jobs that used to be able to pay great as early entry jobs, you're in a really rough position here.
00:15:09.000 So, Charlie, it's a disaster.
00:15:11.000 This is a bad week for the world of sort of jobs reporting as well as consumer pricing index.
00:15:17.000 This morning, you'll notice that the economists are saying, wow, inflation's less than we predicted.
00:15:23.000 It's because they predicted it at 3.4% year over year, and it's 3.3% year over year.
00:15:28.000 So we need to stop letting the media gaslight us about who is getting our jobs, where the growth is coming from, the actual harms of inflation, and do the research ourselves.
00:15:38.000 When you do, you'll realize that we're witnessing the collapse of our economy for American-born workers right in front of our face.
00:15:45.000 What are you hearing from entrepreneurs and people on the front line at Public Square, Michael, about their difficulty to make ends meet and the hyperinflation that we're living through?
00:15:55.000 27% of Americans have to skip meals because they cannot afford the food that they want to feed themselves or their children.
00:16:02.000 What are you hearing from the front lines of entrepreneurs that have to navigate this?
00:16:06.000 Well, we actually just conducted a survey last month that found that four in 10 of our business owners couldn't make rent last month.
00:16:12.000 So you're witnessing the harmful effects of inflation not just hit the consumers' wallets, it's hitting the business's ability to actually have a positive bottom line.
00:16:21.000 And if you look at over the last four years of the Biden administration, the way the prices are structured today versus the way they were four years ago before he came into office, the numbers are staggering.
00:16:32.000 Gas has gone up 55% in the last three and a half years.
00:16:35.000 Groceries have gone up 21%.
00:16:37.000 The cost of eating out generally is over 22% increase.
00:16:41.000 Baby food's up 28%.
00:16:42.000 Pet food's up 23%.
00:16:44.000 Rent, and this is a big one, up 21% nationwide.
00:16:48.000 And that actually is very conservative for some of the more densely populated areas around our country where a lot of our business owners live and have to maintain corporate rent or corporate leases.
00:17:00.000 Electricity is up 29%.
00:17:02.000 We rarely talk about the cost of utilities and how those ultimately serve as a massive burden on a business that's just trying to make ends meet.
00:17:10.000 Used cars are up 20%.
00:17:11.000 So when you talk about transportation for some of these service-based businesses and they have to be able to buy new inventory, you're staggering your growth if you want to try to enhance your business's ability to expand their footprint.
00:17:23.000 And finally, airfare.
00:17:24.000 If you're in a traveling job right now, we've certainly experienced this.
00:17:27.000 Airfare is up 40% from three and a half years ago.
00:17:30.000 This is unsustainable.
00:17:32.000 And here's the last number I'll give you, Charlie.
00:17:34.000 Weekly wages are less than 4%.
00:17:39.000 In fact, they're down 4% from three and a half years ago.
00:17:43.000 We're being charged more and making less.
00:17:45.000 There is only one option, and that is a change in leadership at the White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
00:17:52.000 Check out Public Square.
00:17:52.000 Thank you so much, Michael.
00:17:54.000 Thanks so much.
00:17:55.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:19:03.000 He is the chairman of the Oversight Committee.
00:19:05.000 Congressman, thank you so much for taking the time.
00:19:07.000 I want to play this piece of tape here, this bombshell piece of tape.
00:19:10.000 Video emerges from January 6th, Pelosi admitting to not securing the capital before the riot.
00:19:17.000 Was January 6th really at the hands of Nancy Pelosi Play Cut 55?
00:19:21.000 We have responsibility, Terry.
00:19:24.000 We did not have any accountability for what was going on there, and we should have.
00:19:30.000 This is ridiculous.
00:19:32.000 You're going to ask me in the middle of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff that should we call the Capitol Police?
00:19:43.000 I mean, the National Guard?
00:19:45.000 Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with?
00:19:50.000 They thought that they had sufficient requirements.
00:19:52.000 No, there's not a question of how they had.
00:19:54.000 They don't know.
00:19:56.000 They clearly didn't know.
00:19:57.000 And I take responsibility for not having them prepare for war.
00:20:03.000 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:20:04.000 She takes responsibility.
00:20:06.000 The entire pretext and premise of the January 6th committee was that it was Donald Trump's fault.
00:20:13.000 Congressman Laudermill, tell us about the significance of this.
00:20:15.000 Well, it is very significant, Charlie, and thank you for having me on and for covering this.
00:20:20.000 It's a very significant one that I thought when I first saw the clip, hey, at least she's taking a good act of leadership here and taking responsibility as she should.
00:20:30.000 But then she spent $20 million on this special select committee to pin the blame on Donald Trump.
00:20:37.000 But as you look at the clip, there's a lot of revealing things there.
00:20:41.000 First of all, we know that Chief Sund, who is the chief of Capitol Police, had already made numerous requests for the National Guard prior to this.
00:20:52.000 Nancy Pelosi's response is, why are you handing me a note asking for the National Guard when the Capitol's already been breached?
00:20:58.000 Or as she said, the inaugural stuff the Capitol had been breached at that point, which tells me that this is the first that she heard that there was a request for the Capitol Police.
00:21:11.000 Well, we know Chief Sund has testified under oath to our committee that he had made numerous requests, and those requests had been turned down due to optics.
00:21:21.000 So my question is, if Nancy Pelosi isn't the one who turned down the request, who on her staff did?
00:21:28.000 Because the sergeant at arms who told the chief of police, he said, I'm going to run this up the chain.
00:21:34.000 Well, he came back and said they don't like the optics.
00:21:38.000 So we need to know who is they?
00:21:39.000 If it wasn't Nancy Pelosi, was it one of her staff that just took the initiative to say, no, we don't need the National Guard?
00:21:46.000 The other thing is she's exactly right.
00:21:48.000 They were unprepared in something else we're looking into.
00:21:51.000 We do know that there was intelligence that the executive branch had that there was a strong likelihood of violence on January 6th.
00:22:00.000 That intelligence was given to the U.S. Capitol Police, the intelligence division, but it was not passed on to the chief of police.
00:22:08.000 We also want to know, was that intelligence passed on to Democratic leadership?
00:22:12.000 Because, you know, if it wasn't, why wasn't it?
00:22:16.000 Was it intentionally suppressed?
00:22:18.000 Or was it just incompetence by the leadership?
00:22:20.000 And then the third part of that whole factor is Nancy Pelosi then fired the chief of police the next day, which I think was a poor decision on her part because even though he would inevitably resign as a good leader would, he's the only one who could do an after action to see where was the failures of security at the U.S. Capitol.
00:22:41.000 But she fired him the next day, made him clean out his office, and promoted to acting chief their very person who was over the intelligence division that failed to pass on the intelligence that there could be violence at the Capitol.
00:22:56.000 So it just opens up even more questions that our committee is going to seek the answers for.
00:23:02.000 Can you explain why Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornado's transcribed testimony before the January 6th committee was suppressed and blocked from public view when he said that President Trump had suggested 10,000 National Guard troops?
00:23:17.000 So Trump wanted to send 10,000 National Guard troops and Pelosi blocked it.
00:23:22.000 Help me understand.
00:23:23.000 Well, from what we're seeing, is it's a pattern.
00:23:26.000 That's just one of the transcripts that didn't align with their preconceived narrative, which is that Trump needs to bear the blame for this.
00:23:34.000 So Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony, that bombshell testimony, their star witness, as she's been called, who claims that Trump tried to take the steering wheel away from a Secret Service driver, that he attacked a Secret Service agent, tried to choke them.
00:23:51.000 He threw cheeseburgers because he was so mad.
00:23:54.000 All of these very outlandish, in my opinion, testimonies, that is what set the narrative of the select committee on January 6th.
00:24:04.000 Any information, any evidence that was contrary to her testimony was suppressed.
00:24:09.000 It was either sent to the White House for archiving, Department of Homeland Security.
00:24:15.000 We have video, well, we should have videotapes.
00:24:18.000 They had videotapes of every deposition and every transcribed interview that they admit that they did not keep.
00:24:24.000 They apparently destroyed.
00:24:26.000 We cannot find them.
00:24:27.000 So what we've seen is a pattern, whether it's Tony Ornado, who was witness that, yes, Trump authorized up to 10,000 troops.
00:24:35.000 We also know that on January 3rd, he ordered the National Guard to be ready to be deployed to the Capitol, which means he's already then passed the, he's delegated that authority to deploy them to the Secretary of Defense at that moment on January 3rd.
00:24:54.000 There was no other calls that needed to be made.
00:24:56.000 That information was suppressed as well.
00:24:59.000 And even the driver's testimony, which ironically, Cassidy Hutchinson made these claims in June, they didn't even call in the driver until November.
00:25:10.000 And if you remember, there was an election in November.
00:25:13.000 So it's like the select committee did not want even the American people to hear any testimony that was any different than their preconceived narrative.
00:25:23.000 So I know you agree that the more exposure and the more eyeballs that we have on January 6th, that the truth will set us free.
00:25:32.000 Has Speaker Johnson made good on his promise to release all of the January 6th footage and tapes?
00:25:39.000 He has.
00:25:40.000 We've been working diligently to get that done.
00:25:43.000 When he came in, he said he wanted them all to be made public.
00:25:47.000 And so we started immediately there.
00:25:51.000 It's quite a feat to get 44,000 hours of video converted from the proprietary format that they are in the security camera system for the Capitol Police into an internet-friendly system.
00:26:05.000 We tried doing it internally, but it was taking so much of the time of my investigative staff.
00:26:09.000 It was taking them away from looking into things like Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony, the security failures at the Capitol, why it took the National Guard three and a half hours to get to the Capitol, even after they were authorized to deploy.
00:26:22.000 I just went back to Speaker.
00:26:23.000 I said, it's taking way too much time.
00:26:25.000 Can we just contract to have someone help us to get these converted?
00:26:29.000 And he responded immediately, and we were able to contract it out.
00:26:33.000 And we've posted even more footage today.
00:26:37.000 We're on track to hopefully within the next couple of months have 100% of it out there.
00:26:41.000 And so he is making good on that promise.
00:26:44.000 That's promising, and it's good to hear.
00:26:47.000 We want every single minute and second of footage released because as you saw, the Capitol Police, some of them were giving guided tours throughout the Capitol.
00:26:58.000 So, Congressman, what now can be done about this?
00:27:01.000 Do you have evidence that any of Pelosi or her cronies lied to the committee, that there was a cover-up?
00:27:08.000 And if there was a cover-up, the old adage in D.C. is that the cover-up is worse than the crime.
00:27:14.000 Can we potentially see under a potential Trump administration and a new Department of Justice criminal referrals in action for covering up and lying to Congress?
00:27:24.000 Well, that would be an executive branch decision because Congress, we're a legislative branch.
00:27:29.000 We don't have the power to actually adjudicate anything.
00:27:34.000 We can make recommendations.
00:27:35.000 That'll be up to the Trump Department of Justice if there are criminal referrals.
00:27:40.000 We will continue to bring the truth out.
00:27:43.000 Yes, the cover-up is always worse than the crime.
00:27:46.000 And in this case, I think we are seeing that there was a significant amount of cover-up.
00:27:51.000 But more importantly, there was a lot of disinformation that the select committee had determined what their narrative was going to be, and they were not going to let anything stand in the way, even if it was fact and truth.
00:28:04.000 That's why we spent a year just trying to recover information that the select committee obtained but did not preserve.
00:28:14.000 They did not archive.
00:28:16.000 And as I said earlier, that this, there's a pattern here.
00:28:20.000 Anything that is exculpatory or exonerates the president or does not look or shows that any Democrat was at fault here, that information was suppressed.
00:28:36.000 Some were deleted that we haven't been able to recover.
00:28:38.000 There are no videos of the depositions, which are extremely important for us to get.
00:28:42.000 Fortunately, we've been able to recover, I would say, about 85 to 90 percent of the data, either through a forensics company recovering data from hard drives to fighting with the White House and the Department of Homeland Security to get the interviews of all the Secret Service members, which, by the way, totally contradict all of Cassidy Hutchinson's testimonies.
00:29:05.000 And they were the firsthand accounts.
00:29:07.000 Cassidy's testimony, if people have paid attention to, I call it the REO speed wagon testimony.
00:29:14.000 You know, heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend who.
00:29:17.000 Of course, do you think she lied to Congress?
00:29:19.000 I think there's no doubt that she did lie to Congress because she gave two contradictory testimonies.
00:29:24.000 Either she lied in her first three transcribed interviews or she lied in her last four or five.
00:29:30.000 There's no way because her testimonies are contradictory of one another.
00:29:36.000 And so whether she's held accountable for that or was she coaxed into changing her testimony, that's something we are looking into.
00:29:44.000 We really want to know what caused her to change her testimony because there is no one that has corroborated a word of her outlandish claims of Donald Trump trying to attack Secret Service, that he had pre-planned to go to the Capitol, that he wanted Mike Pence hung.
00:30:03.000 He threw cheeseburgers in the White House.
00:30:06.000 No one has corroborated those testimonies, and every other testimony we have contradicts hers.
00:30:13.000 Congressman, thank you so much.
00:30:14.000 And we are behind you in your pursuit of truth.
00:30:18.000 Thank you so much.
00:30:19.000 Appreciate it.
00:30:19.000 Well, thank you.
00:30:20.000 I appreciate that.
00:30:24.000 All right, I want to read one of our emails here, and we have been hitting it hard.
00:30:27.000 And this is amazing.
00:30:28.000 This is a great story here.
00:30:30.000 I want to read this right here.
00:30:32.000 Richard says, Charlie, I registered to vote today.
00:30:36.000 Thanks for the kick in the butt.
00:30:38.000 Many of us need it.
00:30:39.000 And he sent me proof of his new voter registration status in Texas, in Harris County.
00:30:44.000 And we definitely need your vote.
00:30:45.000 By the way, that is going to be a very contested Senate race.
00:30:48.000 I think Ted Cruz is going to be okay.
00:30:51.000 Ted Cruz is running up against Ken Allred.
00:30:54.000 I think that's actually a really good topic segue here as we prepare for our People's Convention coming up this weekend.
00:31:01.000 Excited to see so many of you.
00:31:02.000 We're doing a book signing.
00:31:04.000 We're releasing our new book, Right Wing Revolution, this weekend.
00:31:07.000 You're going to be hearing me talk about that a lot.
00:31:09.000 A lot of the themes, we're going to be walking through that.
00:31:11.000 I'm doing a whole media circuit next week, right-wing revolution.
00:31:15.000 You guys can get your copy.
00:31:17.000 But let's kind of go around the horn a little bit on the Senate races.
00:31:20.000 First and foremost, Ted Cruz in Texas.
00:31:22.000 Ted is up against Ken Aldred, who is a very popular former NFL player, represented the Dallas Highland Park area, running for the U.S. Senate.
00:31:31.000 We feel confident that Ted is going to win that race, but he's going to have to spend some money and have to work the state.
00:31:35.000 Rick Scott is going to have a tough race in Florida, but we think that Rick Scott will win by five to seven points, which for him is a blowout.
00:31:41.000 He usually wins by like 5,000 to 7,000 votes.
00:31:43.000 We're going to flip West Virginia, which is amazing, which makes the Senate 50-50, makes the Senate 50-50 when Jim Justice is going to flip that race because Joe Manchin is done.
00:31:53.000 And so that gets us to 50-50 at the minimum.
00:31:55.000 So with no other states, if Donald Trump wins the presidency, that means we control the Senate because we'll have the tiebreaker of whoever his VP is.
00:32:03.000 Hopefully his vice president will be JD Vance.
00:32:06.000 Then let's look at Montana.
00:32:07.000 Montana is the toughest race for Democrats to defend the cycle by far.
00:32:12.000 We have a great, great candidate, Tim Sheeehee, running up against John Tester, who is a left-wing Marxist Democrat in Montana.
00:32:20.000 If anyone is in Montana, email us right now, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:32:23.000 I want to tell you guys what you are doing in Montana is so important to register voters to chase ballots.
00:32:28.000 Montana will determine the future of the U.S. Senate.
00:32:32.000 So what is going on in Montana is incredibly important.
00:32:34.000 We feel confident that John Tester will lose because Donald Trump is going to run up the score significantly in Montana.
00:32:43.000 And then let's go to Ohio.
00:32:45.000 Ohio is going to be tight.
00:32:46.000 New poll shows Bernie Moreno down five points in Ohio to Sherrod Brown.
00:32:51.000 With Donald Trump, I think that we can still win that Ohio Senate race.
00:32:54.000 We're 100% behind Bernie Moreno, and that Ohio race matters a lot.
00:32:58.000 Then we also have Larry Hogan as well in Maryland.
00:33:03.000 Potentially he could win that race.
00:33:04.000 He's very moderate, kind of a rhino type, but that would still be an extra vote for Republicans.
00:33:08.000 Kerry Lake could potentially win in Arizona.
00:33:10.000 We're doing everything we possibly can to try to help with that.
00:33:13.000 And some breaking news out of the House.
00:33:15.000 We can keep on going around the horn on the Senate races.
00:33:17.000 The House has just voted 208 to 207 to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.
00:33:23.000 This is how screwed up our system is.
00:33:24.000 You know where those contempt charges go?
00:33:27.000 To Merrick Garland.
00:33:29.000 Play Cut 102.
00:33:31.000 On this vote, the yays are 208, the nays are 207.
00:33:35.000 The resolution is adopted.
00:33:37.000 Without objection, the motion reconsiders laid upon the table.
00:33:41.000 So Merrick Garland has now been held in contempt of Congress, where he was able to then prosecute Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro.
00:33:52.000 Now, all that is just symbolic until you have the White House.
00:33:55.000 We held Holder in contempt, too, and nothing happened.
00:33:58.000 However, if Donald Trump wins in January and gets a new attorney general, I would love to see Merrick Garland face federal charges for being in contempt of Congress.
00:34:08.000 What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
00:34:10.000 You put Steve Bannon in federal prison.
00:34:12.000 Merrick Garland, you might have to spend four months in federal prison.
00:34:16.000 That just might have to be the way it is.
00:34:17.000 That is the equal application of justice.
00:34:20.000 Those are the rules.
00:34:21.000 We didn't make them.
00:34:22.000 You decided to go put Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro in federal prison.
00:34:26.000 We win in January.
00:34:27.000 We're going to press charges.
00:34:28.000 The precedent is set.
00:34:30.000 And Merrick Garland, you might have to serve four months because that's the new precedent.
00:34:34.000 You've been the one that has been, you've been spying on Catholics in the middle of Latin Mass.
00:34:40.000 You've been spying on moms and dads at school board meetings.
00:34:43.000 You have been supporting the advancement of critical race theory.
00:34:46.000 You wrote this ridiculous new Wall Street Washington Post op-ed where you said the attacks on the Department of Justice are unprecedented and have never been heard before.
00:34:57.000 This Washington Post article op-ed.
00:35:00.000 So if we win in January, Merrick Garland, based on this decision, the Trump Attorney General might have to pursue charges and might have to put you in federal prison for contempt of Congress.
00:35:11.000 They know that, by the way, that is why they are going to be acting so desperate, so frenetic these next couple months.
00:35:19.000 A surprise is coming.
00:35:20.000 The true surprise, though, is not going to be the lobster flu or a grit attack.
00:35:25.000 It's going to be how many low-propensity voters we register.
00:35:28.000 Send our message.
00:35:29.000 Do the work.
00:35:30.000 See you in Detroit.
00:35:33.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:35:34.000 Everybody, email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com.
