Summary

Why is Gen Z not in the streets? Why is there not a single young person out there in protest against the left? Well, I happen to think Charlie has a big part to play in that. We also welcome in Mike Davis to go through all of the big Supreme Court wins for President Trump. Folks, the tide is turning. Common sense is returning to our country and the Article 2 powers vested in the President. We break it down and much more.

Transcript

00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, Andrew Colvin in for Charlie Kirk one last time.
00:00:03.000 I explained something that has not gotten enough attention on this.
00:00:06.000 Just how big and how important Charlie Kirk's college tours have become.
00:00:11.000 And we're even seeing this play out in the protests.
00:00:15.000 World of the left and how Gen Z is like not even showing up.
00:00:19.000 Well, I happen to think Charlie has a big role to play in that.
00:00:22.000 We also welcome in Mike Davis to go through all of the big Supreme Court wins for President Trump.
00:00:27.000 Folks, the tide is turning.
00:00:29.000 Common sense is returning to our country and the Article 2 powers vested in the president.
00:00:34.000 We break it down and much more.

00:00:57.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:00.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:02.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:05.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:08.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:10.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:11.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:01:12.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:19.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:28.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:50.000 It's where I buy all of my gold.
00:01:52.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:01:56.000 All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:59.000 Andrew Colvett in for the one and only Charlie Kirk.
00:02:03.000 I want you guys to appreciate just how incredible it is, what the team has accomplished, what Charlie Kirk has accomplished, what the TPUSA field team has accomplished.
00:02:13.000 I think we're doing about 20, 21, 22 different campus stops.
00:02:20.000 Sometimes the logistics are such that we're just not able to have him in the studio or even remote to do a show.
00:02:27.000 And so we appreciate your guys' understanding of that.
00:02:29.000 And I just want you to see the fruit of it.
00:02:31.000 The fruit is that these videos get cut up and seen by millions and millions and millions of people.
00:02:39.000 And in fact, billions of views.
00:02:41.000 There was...
00:02:42.000 We estimate somewhere between 4.5 billion views if you count all the accounts that take the footage and rip it and they post it.
00:02:51.000 And some people get upset about that stuff.
00:02:53.000 We don't care.
00:02:54.000 We just want more people to see these debates happen where young people are getting exposed to freedom ideas and conservative ideas.
00:03:02.000 And it has a parallel because over the weekend, April 5th, there was this large nationwide protest called Hands Off.
00:03:11.000 Now, it's a total bought and paid for, astroturfed sort of protest.
00:03:17.000 But there's a clip going around that I wanted to play for you all, and I just think it's remarkable.
00:03:23.000 The clip is a young woman that is saying, hey, I'm here, and she's got her pro-Palestine headscarf on, and she's out there saying, hey, where is Gen Z?
00:03:35.000 Why is Gen Z not in the streets protesting Elon Musk and Donald Trump?
00:03:41.000 So I'm going to play that clip for you, and then we're going to talk about what Charlie on this show is accomplishing, you and that audience is accomplishing, and how it all ties together for a brighter future that nobody saw coming about five years ago.
00:03:55.000 149. I'm at the protest right now in New York City, anti-Trump, anti-fascist protest, and I have one question.
00:04:03.000 Where the...
00:04:04.000 Gen Z. These people are cheering, they're talking like it's just the 60s, it's just like the 60s, and they're having conversations and walking slowly.
00:04:13.000 There's no fight here.
00:04:15.000 There's no youth here.
00:04:16.000 It's all 30-somethings and their children.
00:04:19.000 And then seniors, and God bless everybody who showed up today, but I'm really disappointed in the youth turnout.
00:04:25.000 Where is the youth turnout?
00:04:26.000 Barely any teenagers.
00:04:28.000 Barely any teenagers ever.
00:04:30.000 Like, these, oh my god.
00:04:33.000 I can't even.
00:04:34.000 Like, where are you going if you're not going to the protest right now?
00:04:38.000 What's more important?
00:04:43.000 So there's old people.
00:04:45.000 You've got, like, Joan Baez and Neil Young are going to be headlining some protests coming up this week.
00:04:52.000 It sort of begs the question, what happened to that youth rebel energy?
00:04:58.000 Well, guess what?
00:04:59.000 They're wearing MAGA hats now.
00:05:01.000 Gen Z is not participating in this because they know it's a scam.
00:05:06.000 They know it.
00:05:07.000 It's baked into the calculus for them.
00:05:10.000 This is the same generation that was told the only way to succeed was to put yourself into mountains of debt and get a college degree, and that was a lie.
00:05:18.000 They were told you're never going to own anything, you're always going to be renters, and you're going to love it, which is a lie.
00:05:25.000 Young men were told that they were toxic.
00:05:27.000 Lie. Young women were told they had to be boss babes.
00:05:31.000 And corporate slaves and childless and unmarried to be happy, freeze their eggs?
00:05:38.000 Another lie.
00:05:39.000 Gen Z is part of this generation that has been demonized by older generations that came before them.
00:05:46.000 And not you in this audience.
00:05:48.000 You are the exception.
00:05:50.000 If you are a boomer or old Gen Xer or silent generation listening to this, you're part of the good guys.
00:05:57.000 So this is not directed at you, but generally speaking, Older generations sold them out.
00:06:03.000 You guys probably are not aware of what it feels like to be Gen Z if you're not in that generation.
00:06:09.000 I'm not in that generation.
00:06:10.000 I'm a millennial.
00:06:11.000 But some of the same trends held true for me.
00:06:16.000 Gen Z has parents and grandparents that inherited a rich and powerful America.
00:06:22.000 The envy of the world and handed off to them a weakened country, a debt-riddled country with annual deficits in the trillions of dollars that's divided over race, ethnicity, whether or not there's two genders, and every other social science abstraction that they invented in a college laboratory that they graduated from without any debt now costs $75,000 or more a year to attend.
00:06:51.000 They got to go in debt.
00:06:53.000 Debt is why we have YRefi as one of our partners on this show.
00:06:57.000 Because so many young people are in these mountains of debt that put off family formation, put off getting married, put off buying a home.
00:07:05.000 And for what?
00:07:06.000 They were sold a bill of lies.
00:07:10.000 And so I love seeing Charlie out on these college campuses changing the contours.
00:07:16.000 Of the political movement in this country, a tectonic shift where everybody just assumed that young people were going to be liberal and progressive and radically so.
00:07:25.000 And yet, of course, we've still got issues with young women.
00:07:29.000 And there are still some radically progressive young people.
00:07:33.000 It's not to say that the battle is over.
00:07:34.000 And that's exactly why Charlie is going back out on the road.
00:07:37.000 It's exactly why, instead of resting on our laurels, Charlie decided, hey, it's time to hit the road again and double down and triple down.
00:07:46.000 So these crowds, they're huge.
00:07:48.000 And these clips get seen by millions and millions and millions of people.
00:07:52.000 And this is something Charlie would not tell you.
00:07:55.000 But I'm happy to tell you.
00:07:58.000 It probably feels a little bit braggadocious for Charlie to do it himself.
00:08:02.000 But I will tell you this.
00:08:03.000 There was a feature article in the New York Times that came out about a month ago.
00:08:08.000 And it said how Charlie Kirk became the youth whisperer of the conservative movement.
00:08:16.000 And one of the facts that is hidden in that article that is just mind-blowing is that the author of that article is a guy named Robert Draper, really celebrated, famous New York Times columnist.
00:08:31.000 He went and spoke to TikTok directly.
00:08:35.000 And what he found out from TikTok was remarkable.
00:08:38.000 First, Charlie is the most trusted voice amongst young people in the country.
00:08:44.000 Two, Charlie had the third most engaged TikTok in the country behind President Donald Trump, the Trump campaign, then Charlie Kirk, and then the Kamala campaign.
00:08:56.000 So you guys are all a part of making this huge tectonic shift in our politics happen.
00:09:01.000 And I just wanted to tell you that because I don't think he's willing to say that out loud himself, but it's a huge accomplishment.
00:09:08.000 So hats off to all the teams that play a part in that.
00:09:13.000 History, economics, the great works of literature.
00:09:16.000 Did you study these things in school?
00:09:18.000 Probably not.
00:09:19.000 Or even if you did, maybe it's time for an enjoyable refresher.
00:09:22.000 Hillsdale College is offering more than 40 free online courses, including their newest course on totalitarian novels.
00:09:29.000 In this free eight-lecture course, you'll learn from Hillsdale College president Larry Arnn as he goes in-depth on four novels, 1984, Brave New World, Darkness at Noon, and That Hideous Strength.
00:09:40.000 I love all four.
00:09:40.000 Even though these novels were written in the 1930s and 40s, they're highly relevant today as they show what a tyrannical government does to human nature.
00:09:48.000 More importantly, they can show us that faith, family, and friends are worth fighting for.
00:09:53.000 Maybe you read these books a long time ago in school.
00:09:55.000 Maybe you've heard others talk about them, and they seem a little intimidating.
00:09:59.000 Let Hillsdale College, America's greatest college, help you make the most of them.
00:10:03.000 Go right now to charlieforhillsdale.com to enroll.
00:10:05.000 There's no cost, and it's easy to get started.
00:10:08.000 That is charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:10:09.000 C-H-A-R-L-I-E for Hillsdale dot com.
00:10:15.000 Without further ado, I have my friend and friend of the show, Mike Davis, joining us.
00:10:20.000 Mike, welcome to The Charlie Kirk Show.
00:10:22.000 Thanks for having me back on.
00:10:24.000 So, Mike, you know, there's been a lot of hemming and hawing and consternation and gnashing of teeth on the right as President Trump's agenda has...
00:10:33.000 Continuously been thwarted by activist judges, judge shopping.
00:10:38.000 We've seen a break in the dam, however, in the last two days.
00:10:43.000 For our audience's sake, I think there's two big ones, but we could go deeper than that.
00:10:49.000 Break down what has transpired in the last two days.
00:10:52.000 How is it broken down at SCOTUS?
00:10:55.000 And what does it mean for the Trump administration moving forward?
00:10:58.000 So very quickly, President Trump campaigned on the fact that he's going to hire Elon Musk, set up the Department of Government Efficiency, cut waste, fraud, and abuse, secure our border, and get illegal immigrants, particularly foreign terrorists, the hell out of our country.
00:11:12.000 President Trump is doing the unthinkable.
00:11:15.000 He's doing exactly what he promised American voters he would do, and he's doing it fast.
00:11:20.000 Right? And he won a broad electoral mandate.
00:11:22.000 312 electoral votes, all seven swing states, the popular vote.
00:11:26.000 He kept the House.
00:11:27.000 He won a comfortable majority in the Senate.
00:11:29.000 And he is ready to lead on day one.
00:11:31.000 So these activist plaintiffs are going to these activist judges and sabotaging the president.
00:11:38.000 He's not stealing Congress's Article I legislative power.
00:11:42.000 He's not stealing the Supreme Court's Article 3 judicial power.
00:11:46.000 He's exercising core article 2 executive power to take care that our laws are faithfully executed, to secure our country, to repel an invasion, to secure our border, to root out waste, fraud, and abuse.
00:11:58.000 These activist judges...
00:12:00.000 ...have been sabotaging them, have been sabotaging President Trump for the last three months.
00:12:05.000 And so the Supreme Court has finally put on its big boy pants, and it is finally stopping this judicial sabotage.
00:12:14.000 This is not judicial review by these activist judges.
00:12:17.000 This is judicial sabotage.
00:12:19.000 And so we saw where this started because the Chief Justice and Justice Amy Coney Barrett sided with the liberals and let Judge Ali, this guy in D.C.
00:12:31.000 who just got confirmed in the lame duck session after Democrats won the White House, lost the White House in the Senate, Judge Ali, who brags he's the first Muslim, the first Arab judge in DC, ordered President Trump to send out $2 billion in foreign aid over the president's national security review to make sure, for example, we're not funding Hamas terrorists who are killing Americans under the guise of Gaza humanitarian aid.
00:12:56.000 The Supreme Court let Ali.
00:12:58.000 Force the president to send out those checks.
00:13:01.000 That only emboldens these other activist judges.
00:13:04.000 They used a legal technicality that it was a temporary restraining order, which it wasn't.
00:13:09.000 But because it was a temporary restraining order, according to the Chief Justice and Barrett and the three libs, it was not immediately appealable.
00:13:18.000 And that's where we saw this onslaught of lawfare by these Democrat activists for the last...
00:13:23.000 Two months.
00:13:23.000 And the Supreme Court is finally stopping this.
00:13:27.000 They finally said that these TROs are not TROs.
00:13:30.000 These are permanent injunctions.
00:13:32.000 They're appealable.
00:13:33.000 You finally have the Supreme Court stopping another activist judge in D.C., trying to sabotage an ongoing military operation to get terrorists.
00:13:43.000 You're seeing with the Supreme Court today that these probationary employees who President Trump fired because they don't have tenure, 16,000 of them, an activist judge said that Trump had to rehire, the Supreme Court stopped that.
00:13:56.000 So you're finally seeing the Supreme Court feeling the political pressure and putting these activist judges in their place.
00:14:04.000 So I want to get into the Amy Coney Barrett.
00:14:08.000 Now, we just heard Caroline Levitt in the press conference was asked about this, whether or not the Trump administration was disappointed.
00:14:15.000 in her ruling.
00:14:16.000 Now, she sided with the three liberal justices in that.
00:14:22.000 And actually, there's a picture going around the internet, I believe, that I sent it to you last night.
00:14:29.000 Go ahead and throw up 142.
00:14:31.000 Some hay has been made about this, the group of four women.
00:14:36.000 These were the against on this Alien Enemies Act ruling.
00:14:42.000 Now, what do you make of Are you surprised at the way she's been ruling recently, Mike, or did you see this coming a mile away?
00:15:06.000 No, I'm surprised.
00:15:08.000 You know, she clerked for...
00:15:10.000 Justice Scalia, she has solid conservative credentials.
00:15:14.000 I think that those home protests by the Democrats during the Dobbs decision rattled her.
00:15:21.000 She's a rattled law professor and, you know, sometimes law professors...
00:15:27.000 They overthink things and they don't have good judgment.
00:15:30.000 For example, with the TRO case, where Professor Amy Coney Barrett thought she was grading a civil procedure exam and said, well, this Judge Ali called it a temporary restraining order, so therefore it's not immediately appealable.
00:15:45.000 Any judge who had significant experience and good judgment would never have been duped by that, but Professor Amy Coney Barrett got duped by that.
00:15:56.000 That Professor Barrett has Justice Kagan with her claws in her.
00:16:00.000 Justice Kagan is the North Korean handler for the Democrats.
00:16:06.000 She's the one who tries to get her claws in these Republican justices.
00:16:11.000 I've seen it firsthand.
00:16:13.000 You know, the other justices tend to be smarter than this and understand they're getting played.
00:16:18.000 But Professor Barrett, maybe she's a little bit more aloof and doesn't understand that she's getting played.
00:16:23.000 Private student loan debt in the U.S.
00:16:26.000 totals about $300 billion.

00:16:55.000 So you guys can get out at YRefi.com.
00:17:26.000 I have to play this clip because it's just wonderful to watch CNN have to describe a victory at the Supreme Court for President Trump.
00:17:34.000 165. We start, though, with breaking news at the Supreme Court.
00:17:38.000 It just handed President Trump another win, allowing his administration to fire hundreds of probationary federal workers.
00:17:47.000 I want to get straight to Paula Reid, who was looking through the decision.
00:17:50.000 Paula, what did they say?
00:17:52.000 So, Dana, this is a significant win for the administration.
00:17:54.000 The fourth one that they have notched from the Supreme Court in just the past few days.
00:17:59.000 Here, this decision is focused on thousands of fired probationary federal workers.
00:18:05.000 Now, this decision will allow the government to keep those individuals off the payroll while the larger questions about these firings are litigated.
00:18:14.000 Now, this was decided not on a constitutional issue or really on the merits.
00:18:18.000 It was decided on something called standing, which is whether the individuals who brought this lawsuit had the right to do so.
00:18:24.000 And here the court says that the nine nonprofit organizations did not have standing in this case.
00:18:32.000 So what?
00:18:33.000 They're trying to do there, Mike, is basically limit the fallout, right?
00:18:36.000 They're helping their audience brace that, hey, this isn't all bad.
00:18:40.000 The sky is not falling.
00:18:42.000 Don't worry.
00:18:43.000 This isn't a constitutional issue.
00:18:45.000 We can still stop Trump.
00:18:47.000 What do these, you know, that she mentioned, four Supreme Court wins, what do these wins portend for the future of this judicial activism?
00:18:57.000 Are we seeing the Trump administration turnpile?
00:19:00.000 Both. But I'll say this, that...
00:19:06.000 These cases should be nine to nothing.
00:19:08.000 They are so clear cut.
00:19:10.000 They're so easy.
00:19:11.000 If this were President Biden, there's no question these Democrat operatives in robes on the Supreme Court would be voting for Biden.
00:19:20.000 But because it's Trump, they're not.
00:19:21.000 Again, this should be nine to nothing.
00:19:23.000 And Justice Barrett is a rattled ball professor with her head up again, which is...
00:19:29.000 Not surprising, but these are easy cases.
00:19:33.000 Does the president have the executive power under Article 2 or not?
00:19:36.000 It's very clear in the Constitution that the executive power, all executive power belongs to the president and the president alone.
00:19:44.000 That means he can repel an invasion.
00:19:47.000 He can secure our border.
00:19:49.000 He can fire executive branch employees.
00:19:51.000 And look, there's recourse.
00:19:52.000 If these executive branch employees get fired, their recourse is to go to the merit system.
00:19:59.000 Protection Board.
00:19:59.000 If a contractor gets fired, their recourse is to go to the Court of Federal Claims under the Jones Act.
00:20:05.000 It is not to go to a Democrat activist judge.
00:20:09.000 And get a so-called temporary restraining order with a nationwide injunction that essentially sets policy that takes over the president's executive powers and takes over Congress's legislative powers.
00:20:21.000 The judges are not supposed to operate that.
00:20:24.000 They're supposed to be the least dangerous branch.
00:20:26.000 They have a modest but crucial rule, and that is to decide cases or controversies for the parties in front of them who have redressable claims.
00:20:36.000 Nothing more, nothing less.
00:20:38.000 That's what's key here.
00:20:39.000 One of the best points I think that's being made and being brought up with these national injunctions is that at a lower district court level, the ruling should be limited to the parties named.
00:20:51.000 It should not be extracted and extrapolated out to the national legal precedents because there's one court in the land.
00:21:02.000 In the Constitution that has national jurisdiction, that would be the Supreme Court.
00:21:06.000 That's the only court, actually, in Article 3. It says Congress can therefore then make other courts and designate other courts to handle other jurisdictions.
00:21:15.000 But they serve at the sanctioning of Congress.
00:21:20.000 So it's a fascinating legal discussion, Mike.
00:21:22.000 I want to know what, of all of these suggestions that are being floated out there of how to reform the courts, which one you prefer, right?
00:21:30.000 I mean, Senator Mike Lee has this idea that instead of judges, you get a random selection of three federal court judges that would then, so you don't get to pick.
00:21:40.000 You just get assigned, right, in a lottery system.
00:21:43.000 I think that's fairly interesting because as it is right now, Mike, and I think you'd agree, one district court judge has more unilateral power.
00:21:52.000 ...than a Supreme Court justice, because they have to rule one of nine.
00:21:55.000 These guys get one of one.
00:21:57.000 They have so much power, and they shut everything down, grinds to a halt.
00:22:01.000 So much is going on in the world.
00:22:03.000 Elbridge Colby, who we supported on this show, Charlie Kirk personally, just got confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
00:22:11.000 The only Republican to vote no would be Mitch McConnell.
00:22:14.000 He is one of the luminaries of the national security brain trust in this country.
00:22:21.000 He's been proven right time and time again, and he just got confirmed.
00:22:26.000 Really excited about that.
00:22:30.000 The world is waking up to the power of gold.
00:22:33.000 National banks are scrambling to secure it.
00:22:35.000 According to the World Gold Council, central banks added 1,000 tons of gold in 2024, the third straight year of net gold buying.
00:22:44.000 They understand what many investors don't.
00:22:47.000 Gold is real money.
00:22:48.000 Unlike paper currency, gold's value doesn't disappear with inflation, reckless government spending, or market crashes.
00:22:56.000 Now, Noble Gold Investments makes it easy for you to claim your share.
00:23:00.000 As our new administration works to reverse the economic chaos of the past, market swings are inevitable.

00:23:12.000 Gold can be that foundation.
00:23:13.000 And right now, when you make a qualified investment, Noble Gold will send you a free tenth ounce of a gold coin.

00:23:22.000 That's noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:23:24.000 The world is turning to gold.
00:23:26.000 Shouldn't you be looking into doing that, too?
00:23:33.000 There's a Well, fortunately, I don't have a magic wand.
00:23:53.000 I have Senator Mike Lee and Chuck Grassley and John Thune and their staffs.
00:23:57.000 And I'm working very closely with them on these pieces of legislation along with House members.
00:24:03.000 Look, when the federal judiciary loses its legitimacy, it loses everything.
00:24:10.000 And I sent pretty public warnings to the Chief Justice that if you don't get your judicial house in order, Congress is going to do it for you.
00:24:17.000 And I think the Chief Justice got the message, as we've seen with the last four.
00:24:22.000 Supreme Court rulings.
00:24:24.000 And look, we don't even need a legislative fix.
00:24:26.000 If the Supreme Court would just rein in these activist judges, we would be fine.
00:24:31.000 If the Supreme Court would just say that under Article 3 of our Constitution, judges can only decide cases or controversies.
00:24:40.000 With the parties before the court who have redressable claims.
00:24:43.000 They can't do nationwide injunctions.
00:24:45.000 That's the Article 3 judicial power.
00:24:47.000 And if they would just do that, we would not have to reform these courts.
00:24:52.000 But until then, what I think needs to happen, and I'm working very closely with the Senate Judiciary Committee and the House Judiciary Committee on this, along with leadership, is aggressive oversight, impeachment probes for people like Jeb Boesberg, who egregiously violate the law and put American allied lives in danger, cutting $2 billion in the federal judiciary's $10 billion annual budget because Judge Ali let $2 billion go out the door to fund his Hamas terrorist buddies
00:25:26.000 I think that we should eliminate The D.C. Superior Court, which I think is unconstitutional under the appointments clause because the president doesn't get to pick the judges he wants, and then the D.C. District Court can take the D.C. Superior Court's jurisdiction on street crimes and local D.C. disputes and then randomly draw judges from around the country to handle all other national cases in D.C. because we have Obama and Biden radicals along with Republican wimps.
00:25:59.000 All right, I'm going to change gears here really quick, but that's a very thought-out answer, and I think we're going to clip it and make sure the right people get it, because I think that was well thought through, Mike.
00:26:09.000 But I'm going to change gears here really quick.
00:26:10.000 There's a breaking story out of L.A. If you could throw up image 166 here.
00:26:17.000 A 43-year-old Mario Edgardo Garcia Aquino And Andrew,
00:26:45.000 I think he raped a 16-year-old, too.
00:26:48.000 In addition to this boy, I think he raped another...
00:26:51.000 Yeah, he was a soccer coach, and so he was exposed to a lot of these young boys.
00:26:56.000 It's really sick stuff.
00:26:59.000 The L.A. County DA is charging Garcia Aquino with alleged sexual assault of another boy, 16, in February of 2024.
00:27:06.000 So what do we got to do to rein in these?
00:27:08.000 One minute left, Mike, to rein in these sanctuary cities.
00:27:10.000 What can be done?
00:27:11.000 This has got to stop.
00:27:13.000 Well, I think that, number one, this...
00:27:15.000 This murderer, this child rapist and murderer, this pedophile needs to be brutally executed in public to send a very powerful message that if you're going to harm kids, if you're gonna rape kids and murder kids, we are gonna viciously...
00:27:31.000 Brutally execute you as a powerful deterrence and retribution.
00:27:35.000 But I would also say this, to these cities, to these nonprofit organizations, it is a federal crime to harbor illegal aliens, right?
00:27:45.000 And so keep doing what you're doing and see what comes from Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche and Kash Patel and the others in the Justice Department.
00:27:54.000 you may end up being in prison for harboring these illegal immigrants.
00:27:58.000 I totally agree with that.
00:28:00.000 We need to start making examples out of these people that are harboring illegal immigrants.
00:28:05.000 You know, I'm sick of the micro, the sob stories, the one-offs, this really good person here that it doesn't matter.
00:28:11.000 OK, this is a macro problem.
00:28:13.000 They're all criminals.
00:28:14.000 Exactly. They all are criminals.
00:28:16.000 They broke our laws to get in here.
00:28:17.000 They gamed our asylum laws.
00:28:19.000 And, you know, it's like this El Salvadorian guy that got sent to the prison in El Salvador.
00:28:25.000 He was an MS-13 gang member, but he got to stay because he made up some tribe story about how he'd be in physical harm if he went back to El Salvador.
00:28:35.000 Anyway, we got to stop allowing those loopholes to happen.
00:28:37.000 Mike Davis, excellent as always.
00:28:39.000 Thank you, my friend.
00:28:40.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:28:41.000 Talk to you soon.
