00:00:00.000 My viral take on the Super Bowl.
00:00:02.000 We spend a little bit of time on that, but more importantly, Trudeau goes full Castro, and Maria Bartaromo starts off the show with her take on the most incredible story when it comes to Hillary Clinton and her campaign.
00:00:15.000 It's hard to even believe.

00:00:51.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:53.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:55.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:58.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:01.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:02.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:04.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:11.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:12.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:21.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:24.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:32.000 We're going to stay on this John Durham story.
00:01:35.000 It's that big.
00:01:38.000 And there's so many different complexities to it.
00:01:42.000 And I think Cash did an unbelievable job covering it.
00:01:47.000 We're getting lots of emails, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:01:49.000 Our email is on fire this morning of people that are saying, what's next?
00:01:52.000 Where's the justice?
00:01:53.000 They've been complimenting how our show has gone into the details of this.
00:01:57.000 And we've spent, I spent the whole morning going through documents.
00:02:01.000 I got in here early and started going through it and going through the filing itself and going to the tech firm and the implication that is now been raised of inside help.
00:02:13.000 I mean, we're now talking about the word you are not allowed to say.
00:02:17.000 It's a conspiracy.
00:02:19.000 If you have Hillary Clinton, her campaign, whatever that might be, Sussman, you have this tech firm, and then you have the bridge builder, the NSA.
00:02:32.000 I mean, you're talking about dozens of people that were in on this.
00:02:36.000 Now, you might say, how have we not found out this before?
00:02:38.000 Well, I could tell you from personal experience, the New York Times and Washington Post do not care about these stories at all.
00:02:44.000 Deep down at a fundamental level, take one of these reporters.
00:02:48.000 Let's just take one for the New York Times because I read the New York Times.
00:02:50.000 You don't have to.
00:02:51.000 Katie Robertson, probably a nice person.
00:02:54.000 I don't know.
00:02:54.000 Writes for business.
00:02:55.000 Deep down, she believes that spying on a president while president using back end is worth it because Trump was that evil.
00:03:03.000 They really believe that.
00:03:05.000 They believe the ends justify the means.
00:03:08.000 He is such an existential threat to our country that it's worth it.
00:03:14.000 With us to help break it down, someone I truly respect, Sunday Morning Futures host, and she's just phenomenal.
00:03:21.000 The country's a better place because of her work, Maria Bartaroma.
00:03:25.000 Maria, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:03:28.000 Hey, Charlie, thanks very much for having me.
00:03:30.000 So, Maria, I saw your show this last weekend and I saw your commentary on this.
00:03:36.000 I mean, it is so it is just beyond words, honestly.
00:03:42.000 I'm struggling for words what this all means.
00:03:44.000 What's your take on it?
00:03:45.000 And walk our audience through that.
00:03:47.000 Well, it's quite extraordinary where we are right now, Charlie.
00:03:50.000 I mean, the fact that the media continues to ignore what is borderline treason is just extraordinary to me because here you have a situation where Hillary Clinton back in 2016 had a server unlawfully in her home where nobody could see any of her communications because of that server.
00:04:13.000 And yet at the same time, she is paying a technology executive, company.
00:04:20.000 you know, number one, tech company one, she's paying him to hack the office of the president of the United States.
00:04:29.000 The seriousness of this cannot be underestimated because we have adversaries on the march across the world right now who are trying to hack the country, get one over on us, steal, kill, cheat, and they want to be able to hack the president of the United States, get into the White House, and you have a former Secretary of State, a political candidate,
00:04:58.000 paying someone to actually do just this.
00:05:03.000 This exposes such a vulnerability.
00:05:06.000 And the fact that the media is ignoring this is absolutely horrendous.
00:05:11.000 Look, you know that very early on, I saw through this and went on the air and said, I do not believe there's collusion.
00:05:20.000 I think this is a ruse.
00:05:22.000 And social media trashed me.
00:05:25.000 The media, these frauds at the New York Times and the Washington Post came out with stories titled, What Happened to Maria Bartiromo?
00:05:33.000 And it's absolutely extraordinary.
00:05:35.000 And I just feel like this has so many legs to it.
00:05:39.000 And it's really, it is bigger than Watergate.
00:05:42.000 I do think President Trump is right.
00:05:44.000 Oh, I totally agree.
00:05:44.000 And you deserve so much credit, Maria, for sticking with this and having Ratcliffe and having Grinnell on your show with regularity as this was all unraveling.
00:05:53.000 But Maria, were you stunned to learn that this continued while he was president?
00:05:57.000 Some people are suggesting that there might be back-end NSA help.
00:06:01.000 I mean, at least for my own purposes and looking at the filings, I was just blown away that Hillary continued to do this after he took the oath of office.
00:06:11.000 Yes, she did.
00:06:12.000 And we knew this because they were investigating Trump as they were saying they weren't investigating him.
00:06:19.000 And we also know that the FBI and the CIA and the State Department were being fed information from the Clinton campaign.
00:06:28.000 So the question becomes, when did federal agencies decide to start working with the Clinton campaign?
00:06:36.000 Okay, when did they actually decide, okay, we know this is false, but we're going to still work with her?
00:06:42.000 Because remember, there was a major three-day meeting in January of 2017, and it was a three-day meeting, a three-day interview with the so-called sub-source, that is Igor Danshenko.
00:06:55.000 And at that meeting, Igor Danshenko, now we know because John Rathcliffe declassified everything, at that meeting, DeShenko told the FBI, oh, we were embellishing.
00:07:08.000 We were having beers.
00:07:09.000 It was just friends making stuff up.
00:07:12.000 Yeah, it was a joke.
00:07:13.000 And so January 26, 27, 28, I believe were the date, 2017.
00:07:19.000 The FBI had that from Danshenko.
00:07:22.000 They had that.
00:07:23.000 And yet, they still renewed a FISA warrant against Carter Page.
00:07:28.000 And yet, they still leaked information to the media saying that Trump colluded.
00:07:35.000 I think that they damaged a sitting president's reputation to the extent that he was constantly on defense, constantly explaining.
00:07:46.000 No, no, no, I didn't collude or constantly, you know, having to explain why he said they spied on him, which was spot on.
00:07:54.000 And at the same time, we have massive, very serious, threatening adversaries coming at us.
00:08:02.000 Okay.
00:08:02.000 So all this time while Adam Schiff irresponsibly went on all of these networks and said collusion is in plain sight, China was hacking us.
00:08:13.000 China was stealing intellectual property.
00:08:16.000 The CCP was sending in surveillance tools, sending in spies.
00:08:20.000 I mean, look what they, look how they've infiltrated San Francisco.
00:08:23.000 Diane Feinstein had a Chinese spy as her driver, right?
00:08:27.000 Eric Swalwell is sleeping with a spy.
00:08:30.000 You know, Nancy Pelosi has ties.
00:08:32.000 All of this, while the quote-unquote leadership in Congress and the establishment is going with this lie that Trump colluded, forcing the president, the city president, to be on defense.
00:08:48.000 They put our country in such a vulnerable position that it just cannot be underestimated what the Russia hoax big lie resulted in.
00:08:59.000 And it made the country in a more vulnerable, weaker position, which is just what's so awful about it.
00:09:05.000 Forget the politics of it, is it it ruined a moment where the country could have come together and we could have focused on some of our big problems.
00:09:12.000 I don't know, like 100,000 people overdosing from drugs every single year, maybe.
00:09:16.000 Instead, we were just focused on this kind of faulty and just awful Russia narrative, justice.
00:09:21.000 When can we expect it?
00:09:22.000 What's happening here?
00:09:23.000 What do you think?
00:09:24.000 Well, I think based on what you're seeing out of the Durham investigation is that he is going down the path of who started this.
00:09:33.000 How did the American people fall for this lie?
00:09:36.000 And, you know, this weekend, I had on the ranking member of the Intel committee, Mike Turner, and he said this is leading to Comey, Brennan, and Clapper.
00:09:47.000 And that would be the heads of all of the Intel agencies.
00:09:51.000 That would be the FBI, the CIA, and the National Security Agency.
00:09:55.000 They knew that there was no collusion.
00:09:57.000 They had to.
00:09:58.000 They see the raw intelligence, and yet they still peddled it.
00:10:03.000 So we'll see.
00:10:03.000 Again, my question is, when did the federal agency start working with the Clinton political campaign?
00:10:10.000 That's exactly right.
00:10:11.000 Maria, you're going to have to join us again soon.
00:10:13.000 Thank you for your bravery and for your clarity on this topic.
00:10:16.000 Truly, you're one of the few, and we deeply respect you.
00:10:19.000 Thank you so much, Maria.
00:10:20.000 Same to you, Charlie.
00:10:21.000 Thank you.
00:10:21.000 Talk to you soon.
00:10:22.000 Thank you.
00:10:25.000 Look, there's so much political pressure out there from the left and the woke mob, and it's from the Democrat Party.
00:10:30.000 Our society has ultimately been controlled by canceled cultural elites.
00:10:34.000 Look, we talk openly on this program about what you need to do.
00:10:39.000 And so I am involved.
00:10:41.000 I am invested personally and also through the Charlie Kirk show to try to do everything we possibly can to try and push back against these Democrats and their lies.
00:10:51.000 You can get a signed picture by President Trump himself.
00:10:53.000 Look, I vetted this.
00:10:54.000 It's terrific.
00:10:55.000 And not only will you be taking a stand against the radical left, you'll be entering the winning piece of history itself.
00:11:01.000 All you have to do is text the word victory to 55404 today to enter.
00:11:07.000 That's V-I-C-T-O-R-Y to 55404.
00:11:11.000 Join me in standing up for President Trump and canceling the radical left.
00:11:14.000 Look, here's what we're really doing, though.
00:11:16.000 We're building a grassroots army to push back to try to win the Senate race in Georgia, try to win the Senate race in Arizona.
00:11:21.000 This is paid for by the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
00:11:24.000 And I can tell you this, we have got to retire Chuck Schumer.
00:11:27.000 Text right now to win a signed picture with President Trump, V-I-C-T-O-R-Y 55404.
00:11:35.000 Take out your phone right now, free of charge, V-I-C-T-O-R-Y 55404.
00:11:44.000 So, we're going through the John Durham stuff.
00:11:45.000 We're going to continue to do that.
00:11:46.000 Also, I want to get into Mr. Trudeau going full Castro Jr. and a video from Washington, D.C. that shows kids marching to the halls yelling Black Lives Matter.
00:11:58.000 But I do want to address, I've had a great last 18 hours.
00:12:04.000 I mean that.
00:12:04.000 It's just so much fun when you like trigger the people on Twitter because you say something that's true.
00:12:10.000 And so the Super Bowl was yesterday.
00:12:12.000 I told everyone not to watch the Super Bowl halftime show, and I had no plans to.
00:12:16.000 So I took my dog out and I came back in, and there was like 50 Cent coming from the ceiling with some scantily dressed girls in some incredibly provocative positions.
00:12:30.000 And again, I encourage anyone to watch those like 30 to 45 seconds of 50 Cent and tell me, like, oh, yeah, that's perfectly fine.
00:12:36.000 Like, sure, that's what a six-year-old should see.
00:12:39.000 And look, I grade the Super Bowl halftime show for good reason in a much more family-friendly direction than if it was like HBO Max or some sort of late-night television special, obviously.
00:12:56.000 And look, there were 15 to 20 million children watching, any sort of estimate under the age of 12.
00:13:04.000 It's network TV.
00:13:06.000 And look, in all fairness, the Super Bowl halftime show is almost always kind of a, let's just say, celebration of degeneracy.
00:13:15.000 And some people say, oh, Charlie, this wasn't as bad as it was in prior years.
00:13:19.000 I never made that comparison.
00:13:21.000 I was simply judging and talking about 50 cents coming in.
00:13:26.000 And I'm not going to read the lyrics on air.
00:13:28.000 I mean, but come on.
00:13:29.000 If you read Inde Club by 50 Cent, I think that all of a sudden you'll be like, oh, well, yeah, that's not meant for network TV.
00:13:37.000 And look, our culture has fallen so far that we are making excuses for women literally bent over twerking.
00:13:46.000 And someone sent me a message, oh, Charlie, I do that move in the Super Bowl all the time.
00:13:49.000 What, you mean the long snapper when he snaps for the field goal or the long snapper for the punt?
00:13:56.000 Or do you mean the woman in the halftime show?
00:13:59.000 And so, look, I take this all in stride.
00:14:02.000 I love the criticism.
00:14:03.000 It's terrific.
00:14:04.000 And by the way, I got criticism from every direction.
00:14:06.000 It's fine.
00:14:08.000 And we have really short memories when Snoop Dogg literally had a film where he tried to kill Donald Trump or Eminem doing whatever he did.
00:14:15.000 I'm not even talking about that.
00:14:17.000 My main point, and I will continue to use my platform in good cheer to do this, is the protection of the innocents, the innocence of children is a basic societal good.
00:14:28.000 That's it.
00:14:30.000 It's not about trying to like play some sort of moral referee.
00:14:34.000 What I tweeted was very, very clear, and it went totally viral.
00:14:37.000 The NFL is now the League of Sexual Anarchy.
00:14:40.000 This performance should not be allowed on television.
00:14:44.000 The only change I would make is I should say it should not be allowed on network television.
00:14:48.000 That's all I was saying.
00:14:50.000 It's because you last night, whether you like it or not, innocence was robbed of children.
00:14:56.000 When you have 100 million people watching a performance, which is what estimates showed, and you have 50 Cent coming from the ceiling into a very provocative kind of moment, well, there you go.
00:15:14.000 Our culture has fallen so far that we're making excuses for this.
00:15:19.000 And look, I'll probably tweet the exact same thing next year.
00:15:24.000 And people said, well, it wasn't as bad as J-Lo and Shakira.
00:15:26.000 I don't care if it's as bad as J-Lo Chiketo.
00:15:29.000 I was judging what I was watching.
00:15:32.000 Look, Twitter is not real life.
00:15:35.000 AOC came and attacked me because somehow I'm defending the innocence of children against scantily clad women that are bent over like a long snapper.
00:15:45.000 And we're like, oh, yeah, that's perfectly fine.
00:15:48.000 Look, the Super Bowl halftime show has a reputation.
00:15:50.000 People say it's a spicy program.
00:15:53.000 Okay, listen.
00:15:54.000 Spicy.
00:15:55.000 It's supposed to be boundary pushing.
00:15:59.000 When you have the most televised event, this is true, most televised event for the entire year, one of the most televised events on the planet, by the way, that should be a reflection of the virtue that hopefully you want society to embody.
00:16:15.000 And I'm not even going to get into the whole kind of like rap lyrics and all that.
00:16:18.000 I think that's a fine argument.
00:16:20.000 But you isolate that 45-second thing with 50 Cent.
00:16:24.000 There is no one that could say, you know what?
00:16:26.000 I think my eight-year-old should just sit down and watch that.
00:16:29.000 And to a lot of parents' great credit, they turn it off and they made the kids go out of the room for the halftime show.
00:16:33.000 But the NFL had multiple rehearsals.
00:16:36.000 They saw that kind of dancing.
00:16:38.000 They saw that type of behavior.
00:16:39.000 It was a production of the NFL.
00:16:41.000 There's no distance of it.
00:16:42.000 And they think that's perfectly fine.
00:16:44.000 And for that, I think it's reprehensible.
00:16:46.000 And for all the attacks, bring it on.
00:16:48.000 Are you kidding me?
00:16:49.000 If I get attacked for protecting the innocence of children, then I'm right over the target.
00:16:58.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:00.000 The left is waging a war on free speech with the help of big tech and the United States government.
00:17:05.000 Thankfully, there are still companies that believe in our Constitution.
00:17:09.000 That's why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider.
00:17:14.000 They offer broad nationwide coverage because they use the same towers as the major carriers.
00:17:18.000 Get the same great service that funding the major carriers who donate to leftist causes.
00:17:23.000 Patriot Mobile has plans to fit any budget, and their U.S.-based customer support team provides exceptional service.
00:17:29.000 I know the CEO of Patriot Mobile, Glenn.
00:17:32.000 He's amazing.
00:17:32.000 And Patriot Mobile shares your values and supports organizations fighting for religious freedom, constitutional rights, and the sanctity of life.
00:17:39.000 Make the switch today.

00:18:01.000 Canada.
00:18:02.000 What is going on in Canada?
00:18:04.000 Canada is the front lines of the freedom movement right now.
00:18:08.000 Now, it's a little unclear about what's happening in Ottawa.
00:18:13.000 Ottawa seems to be the same, but if I understand correctly, the Ambassador Bridge was cleared up.
00:18:17.000 Now, I don't know logistically how they were able to actually clear up the Ambassador Bridge based on all traffic reports.
00:18:24.000 The Ambassador Bridge looks like it's up and going.
00:18:27.000 I don't know how they actually got the trucks out.
00:18:29.000 Probably through just brutal and absolute and blunt threats.
00:18:33.000 But here's what's going on right now in Canada.
00:18:38.000 Trudeau is basically waging war on Canadians, the very same sort of domestic war that our leaders wish they had the power to do.
00:18:46.000 Let me say that again.
00:18:47.000 Trudeau has more power than our leaders.
00:18:51.000 They have to do all sort of kind of workarounds, hire private firms and work with the NSA to spy on Trump.
00:18:56.000 They got to do all this sort of very complex stuff to try to work around the Constitution.
00:19:00.000 Trudeau just does it.
00:19:02.000 Our leaders have tyranny envy when it comes to Trudeau.
00:19:08.000 Now, there's other types of envy in psychology.
00:19:11.000 I'm not going to get into that.
00:19:12.000 You guys can look up some Freudian psychology to find out what kind of other envy is there.
00:19:19.000 Go read a little Sigmund Freud.
00:19:20.000 It doesn't take that long before he starts talking about that.
00:19:23.000 But there's tyranny envy.
00:19:24.000 Our leaders pound the table.
00:19:26.000 They say, why is it Trudeau can just bring in the shock troops?
00:19:30.000 Why can't we do that?
00:19:31.000 Well, I'll tell you why.
00:19:33.000 Because of James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay, and the 13 colonies that ratify the U.S. Constitution and added on the Virginia Declaration of Rights, which became the Bill of Rights.
00:19:42.000 That's why.
00:19:43.000 There's a document that slows down government that stops them.
00:19:49.000 So Trudeau is signing the Emergencies Act.
00:19:52.000 And for those of us that study tyrants, I know that's kind of a weird thing to say, like, yeah, I study tyrants.
00:19:58.000 Actually, true.
00:19:58.000 We do study tyrants because it's really important.
00:20:01.000 The Bible actually talks a lot about tyrants and tyrannies, both in the Old and New Testament.
00:20:07.000 And one of the things tyrants always do is they try to make it seem like the world is falling apart.
00:20:12.000 If a tyrant is telling you there is a calamity or there is a sky is falling moment, typically it's not true and it's used for a purpose.
00:20:23.000 This is why climate change is such an effective political movement.
00:20:27.000 The basis is that we must act now, we must suspend our way of life or else Miami is going to go underwater.
00:20:34.000 So Trudeau signs the Emergencies Act, which again, they love emergencies.
00:20:39.000 Democrat governors loved emergencies.
00:20:41.000 Mao loved emergencies.
00:20:43.000 Castro loved emergencies.
00:20:45.000 Stalin loved emergencies.
00:20:47.000 Mussolini loved emergencies.
00:20:49.000 Pol Pot loved emergencies.
00:20:52.000 The Emergencies Act granted cabinets the ability to take a special temporary measure that may not be appropriate in normal times.
00:21:02.000 So he just invoked that for the first time ever in order to stem the peaceful protests.
00:21:08.000 The Emergencies Act, which replaced the War Measures Act in the 1980s, defines a national emergency as a temporary, urgent, and critical situation that seriously endangers the lives, health, or safety of Canadians and is of such proportions or nature as to exceed the capacity or authority of a province to deal with.
00:21:29.000 So obviously, a bunch of people protesting against vaccine mandates, honking their horns, can somehow overlay with the Emergency War Powers Act or the Emergencies Act.
00:21:42.000 Now, here's the advantage to the United States Constitution.
00:21:47.000 Our president has no such equivalent.
00:21:49.000 The only equivalent he has is to sign an emergency declaration for natural disasters.
00:21:54.000 But one of the biggest differences is the state-based model America has.
00:22:00.000 Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, Arizona, Montana have way more sovereignty than Quebec, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, British Columbia, and Alberta.
00:22:17.000 I think I almost got all of them.
00:22:19.000 Almost.
00:22:20.000 It's close.
00:22:21.000 Far more sovereignty.
00:22:23.000 So the federal government can be pushed back against.
00:22:25.000 Now, in America, the states created the federal government.
00:22:29.000 The federal government did not create the states.
00:22:31.000 Now, my Canadian history is not as sharp as it is with some of our guests, but I do not believe Canada was created by the states.
00:22:39.000 I don't.
00:22:41.000 I could be wrong.
00:22:43.000 Very well does not have the same sort of state-based system.
00:22:45.000 So a good rule for governance is that the more decentralized the form of government, the less centralized it is.
00:22:58.000 Generally, the more free the people are.
00:23:00.000 Why?
00:23:01.000 Well, because in order for the central kind of authority to be successful, they must be right 100% of the time.
00:23:13.000 Where if they're wrong, then you're wrong for everybody.
00:23:17.000 This is what Louis Brandeis called the laboratories of democracy.
00:23:22.000 Now, there's been plenty of instances in the past where presidents suspended writs of habeas corpus like Abraham Lincoln did.
00:23:32.000 Now, the justification was that we were at war against a power, a civil war.
00:23:37.000 Now, Canada, we got our Canadian history here, was actually founded by the British parliament.
00:23:42.000 So, that totally proves my point, that it wasn't the states that came together and created a federal project.
00:23:48.000 It was a foreign power that came and created the federal project.
00:23:53.000 And so, Canadians and their history and their culture, they don't really know how to deal with this sort of encroachment on their freedoms and liberties.
00:24:02.000 Well, Windsor police on Sunday started arresting protesters blocking the Ambassador Bridge.
00:24:08.000 I'm reading from the post-millennial.
00:24:10.000 Up to 30 protesters had been arrested, most of whom were charged with criminal mischief.
00:24:15.000 Police also seized five vehicles from protesters, and seven vehicles were towed Saturday.
00:24:21.000 Police started detaining protesters after a judge ordered them to leave the Ambassador Bridge.
00:24:25.000 Some protesters moved away on their own as police approached Sunday morning.
00:24:32.000 So, the Emergencies Act is an act of parliament to authorize the taking of special temporary measures to ensure safety and security during national emergencies.
00:24:47.000 So, the British Parliament created Canada, and then Canada has remained subservient to the power ever since.
00:24:57.000 So, what's going on in Ottawa remains to be seen, but the push by Trudeau to get rid of these protesters, crush them, and early is very clear.
00:25:09.000 Cut 32.
00:25:11.000 If you joined the protests because you're tired of COVID, you now need to understand that you're breaking laws.
00:25:20.000 The consequences are becoming more and more severe.
00:25:25.000 You don't end up losing your license, end up with a criminal record, which will impact your job, your livelihood, even your ability to travel internationally, including to the U.S. We've heard your frustration with COVID, with the measures that are there to keep people safe.
00:25:46.000 We are going to end your life if you continue to peacefully protest.
00:25:50.000 Now, some people in the media in America, this shows how lucky you are, how blessed you are.
00:25:56.000 You know what they say?
00:25:57.000 They say, how can he do that?
00:25:58.000 That's against the First Amendment.
00:25:59.000 They don't have a First Amendment there, okay?
00:26:01.000 That's why the Constitution matters.
00:26:03.000 Like, it's against the law.
00:26:04.000 No, it's actually not against the law.
00:26:05.000 They can do whatever they want.
00:26:06.000 It's Canada.
00:26:07.000 They have a different Bill of Rights.
00:26:08.000 They have a thing called the Charter of Rights.
00:26:10.000 It is so weak compared to the United States Bill of Rights, and they haven't focused on courts.
00:26:14.000 They don't focus on states' rights.
00:26:15.000 And if you do not practice the muscle of liberty when it matters, it's not there.
00:26:21.000 Let's go to Cut 29 if we have it.
00:26:23.000 Individuals are trying to blockade our economy, our democracy, and our fellow citizens' daily lives.
00:26:37.000 It has to stop.
00:26:39.000 And this is continued.
00:26:40.000 I could play 10 more clips of this.
00:26:42.000 So who's going to stop Trudeau?
00:26:44.000 Well, the answer should be the Americans.
00:26:46.000 We could stop it.
00:26:47.000 I don't like interfering in another country's democracy or whatever they call it.
00:26:51.000 But we shouldn't be trading with a country that is basically become East Germany.
00:26:55.000 Now, if Trump was president, he would, one tweet could end this.
00:26:55.000 I've said that.
00:27:00.000 And this is what I loved about Trump.
00:27:02.000 Here's what Trump would do.
00:27:03.000 He would tweet out at 4.15 a.m. Trudeau, comma, bad, exclamation point, tariffs coming question.
00:27:12.000 I mean it.
00:27:13.000 Be smart, exclamation point tweet.
00:27:16.000 And all of a sudden, all the restrictions would be lifted.
00:27:19.000 Trump would stand with the truckers because many of them are American, many of them send goods to America, and this whole thing would be over.
00:27:25.000 But deep down, Biden, he's envious.
00:27:27.000 Biden is probably saying, why don't I have power like that?
00:27:31.000 Praise God for the United States Constitution, everybody.
00:27:36.000 Pastors in Canada are being arrested.
00:27:39.000 Archer Pavlovsky being one of them.
00:27:41.000 The Constitution, the greatest political document ever, continues to be a protector of rights given to you by God.
00:27:51.000 Hey, everybody, I love my dog, and I know for you dog owners out there, there's nothing you wouldn't do for your dog.
00:27:56.000 In fact, some people would do more for their dog than for their relatives, so that's a separate issue.
00:28:01.000 Dog food is dead food, there's nothing in it that is alive, and dogs need live nutrition just like we do.
00:28:08.000 You couldn't live on dry, crunchy food, and they can't either.
00:28:11.000 So, rough greens, R-U-F-F-Greens, it's not dog food.
00:28:15.000 Instead, it's a supplement that adds to your dog's food and all the live nutrients they need for superior health.
00:28:20.000 Look, for my dog, Briggs, who's a total beast, by the way, you don't want to mess with him, we just sprinkle a little bit of rough greens onto his food, mix it in, and boom, there you go.
00:28:30.000 Rough Greens and my dog Briggs are so confident that you're going to love Rough Greens, they're going to give you the first bag free.
00:28:37.000 You just cover a small shipping charge, and it is yours free.
00:28:40.000 That way, you can make your dog eat it and love it.
00:28:44.000 And by the way, when they eat it, they're going to get nutrients they won't get anywhere else.
00:28:48.000 Not in the kibble, not in dog food, nowhere.
00:28:50.000 The company is owned and operated by a U.S. veteran Army Ranger, and you know how we love to support them.
00:28:56.000 So, just go to roughgreens.com.
00:28:58.000 That's r-u-f-f-greens.com/slash Charlie, and your free bag will be at your house in days.
00:29:04.000 Make sure your dog has the nutrients it needs.
00:29:07.000 There's nothing that we wouldn't do for our dogs.
00:29:09.000 So, go to roughgreens.com/slash Charlie.
00:29:14.000 COVID restrictions are being lifted all across the country.
00:29:17.000 The science has not changed, but the political science has changed.
00:29:23.000 And there's a reason for a lot of this, and the reason is because it was so unpopular what they were doing.
00:29:31.000 But not every part of America has actually lifted restrictions.
00:29:37.000 On Wednesday, I will be going to St. Charles, Illinois for a rally with our Turning Point USA students and thousands of people.
00:29:45.000 I mean, we're seeing the RSVPs come in.
00:29:47.000 It's unbelievable.
00:29:48.000 Sure, there's some spam in there, but it's going to be great.
00:29:50.000 In St. Charles, Illinois, Wednesday evening, you guys can go to tpusa.com/slash rally if you want to attend.
00:29:58.000 tpusa.com/slash rally.
00:30:03.000 And it's about no forced masks.
00:30:08.000 And so you guys should check it out there.
00:30:10.000 But so we go back to the Super Bowl yesterday, and they had this montage of Ben Aflak, Jennifer Lopez.
00:30:21.000 I guess that's who she is with now, like a new guy every year type thing.
00:30:25.000 And I thought it was Alex Rodriguez.
00:30:26.000 I can't keep up, but that shows.
00:30:28.000 This is not politics.
00:30:32.000 Then it showed Matt Damon, who had a weird kind of mustache thing going, Charlize Theron, who I guess is a big deal, not sure for what.
00:30:41.000 And then Emmett Smith, who I actually have a lot of respect for.
00:30:43.000 Emmett Smith is terrific.
00:30:45.000 He was a great running back for the Dallas Cowboys, one of the best running backs of all time, actually.
00:30:49.000 And all of them were maskless.
00:30:51.000 Now, in all fairness, Emmett Smith, I don't know if he's ever come out kind of mask, let's say, mask signaling, mask virtue signaling, but I know for certain that, oh, Jay-Z was the other one.
00:31:04.000 That's right.
00:31:05.000 A lot of these celebrities, including Charlize Theron, have done many social media posts about that.
00:31:11.000 And so right now, right now, children in California have masks on.
00:31:20.000 But the 70,000 people that were at the Super Bowl yesterday did not have to wear masks.
00:31:26.000 And the celebrities that were there did not have to wear masks.
00:31:30.000 Eric Garcetti did not wear a mask.
00:31:33.000 Ellen DeGeneres did not wear a mask.
00:31:36.000 One of the Jenner sisters, who I can't remember, I get them confused, did not wear a mask.
00:31:42.000 The woman married to Justin Bieber, who I can never remember her name, did not wear a mask.
00:31:47.000 LeBron James did not wear a mask.
00:31:50.000 Oh, Kendall Jenner?
00:31:50.000 Okay.
00:31:51.000 And Haley Bieber.
00:31:52.000 Isn't she a Baldwin?
00:31:54.000 Is that right?
00:31:54.000 But not Alex's daughter, right?
00:31:56.000 It's the other one.
00:31:57.000 Yeah.
00:31:58.000 No mask.
00:31:59.000 So Mayor Eric Garcetti makes the children of Los Angeles suffer under speech impediments and developmental disorders while he gets to go to the Super Bowl maskless.
00:32:12.000 So LeBron James complains about systemic racism.
00:32:16.000 If LeBron James cared so much about black children, why doesn't LeBron James care about the black kids that aren't learning the way they should because they have to wear a cloth over their face all day long?
00:32:28.000 If LeBron James really cared about systemic injustice, why didn't LeBron James speak out at all about black families that have to send their kids to failing schools and they can't communicate with one another?
00:32:43.000 The mask also serves as another purpose.
00:32:45.000 And here's the reason why they want kids to wear masks: it's because they want them to feel as if they can't speak out when things are going wrong.
00:32:56.000 A mask makes it so hard to communicate.
00:32:59.000 It doesn't just dehumanize somebody, but they want a whole generation to be muzzled.
00:33:06.000 When we look back, when people try to name this generation, you might call it generation muzzled.
00:33:14.000 But LeBron and Haley and Jenner and Garcetti and DeGeneres and Jay-Z and Damon, they wouldn't want to be muzzled because they're important.
00:33:25.000 They're fighting climate change.
00:33:28.000 Well, let me tell Garcetti and James and all these people something.
00:33:32.000 The masking of children is going to have far more damage, is going to do far more damage to the future of America than climate change ever will.
00:33:42.000 The children of California are masked right now, as you hear my voice.
00:33:48.000 But the 70,000 rich, important people and all the celebrities that were there yesterday, they breathe freely.
00:33:54.000 And they don't care.
00:33:55.000 They never have cared.
00:33:56.000 Of course not.
00:33:57.000 It's not about hypocrisy.
00:33:59.000 It's about hierarchy.
00:34:01.000 LeBron James thinks he's better than your child.
00:34:03.000 He says, I care about black kids.
00:34:05.000 No, he doesn't, actually.
00:34:06.000 If he did, he'd be advocating for black kids in West LA and Compton to take those masks off.
