00:00:13.000 I chime in a little bit, but in order to save Charlie's voice, which you'll hear, does not sound so good.

00:01:59.000 Megyn, welcome to the program.

00:02:01.000 I apologize for my voice but I've just been talking too much.

00:02:04.000 I gotta ask Megyn, have you ever lost in all your years of broadcasting, have you lost your voice?

00:02:09.000 I bet the answer is yes.

00:02:10.000 Many times and in my experience you have this like spectrum where it starts off kind of You like it, it's like, in my case, like a little close to Demi Moore and it's like sexy and then it just crosses over to disgusting and you gotta know just where to land it when you do your broadcasting.

00:02:28.000 You can get to the place where you've gone too far.

00:02:31.000 I think I'm living in that place right now.

00:02:35.000 Andrew, please go ahead.

00:02:36.000 Well yeah, Megan, thanks for joining us.

00:02:39.000 You know, Charlie called me this morning and and sort of muffled out like, hey, I think

00:02:44.000 I think you need to be around for today's show.

00:02:46.000 I can't talk.

00:02:47.000 And I just, Megan, you know, this as much as as anybody, how hard Charlie works.

00:02:53.000 And I literally he's he's doing like five events a day.

00:02:56.000 He vowed to his audience he was going to leave it all out on the field this election cycle.

00:03:00.000 So it's one of those days you just kind of have to, like, you know, throw your hands

00:03:04.000 up and laugh because we we warned Charlie.

00:03:07.000 He was going too hard and this is the result.

00:03:10.000 I know.

00:03:10.000 Well, we need him fit and perfectly able to talk to people and convert them, because I've been watching him do that out on the trail.

00:03:16.000 But, whoa, you know, I gotta pull it back, Nelly, because we got a long stretch here between now and November 5th, and we need you.

00:03:22.000 We do.

00:03:23.000 Yes, we do.

00:03:23.000 So, Megan, I want to get your analysis here of the state of the race.

00:03:28.000 The debate is a distant memory.

00:03:30.000 It's only like nine or ten days ago.

00:03:32.000 Where do you think things stand right now?

00:03:34.000 And has Kamala Harris successfully introduced herself to the American people?

00:03:39.000 Not at all.

00:03:40.000 No.

00:03:40.000 She remains an avatar.

00:03:41.000 She's an empty vessel and people are seeing that.

00:03:43.000 I mean, the one good thing that came out of that debate, other than they're eating the dogs, is the fact that she is overconfident now and is giving interviews. 0.99

00:03:53.000 It's awesome!

00:03:54.000 I encourage her, in her newfound bout of confidence, to continue getting out there.

00:03:58.000 Do it!

00:03:59.000 NABJ, she's doing Oprah later today.

00:04:03.000 She gave that disastrous interview to that local ABC Philly anchor who was terrible.

00:04:07.000 He did an equally poor job to what we saw at that debate moderation.

00:04:10.000 I mean, ABC's on a roll.

00:04:13.000 David Muir's ratings are down by 12 percentage points.

00:04:16.000 There's no question why that is.

00:04:19.000 People know he tried to flip an election.

00:04:20.000 I mean, he tried to weigh in and actually spin the election in her favor.

00:04:24.000 So she's feeling good, and that's good for people who want a sane result in this election.

00:04:30.000 Put herself out there, just let her keep talking, and they'll see.

00:04:33.000 I mean, did you see there's this one clip going around from when she left the NABJ yesterday?

00:04:37.000 With a very friendly audience.

00:04:39.000 You could not have a friendlier audience than she had.

00:04:42.000 And she dodged and weaved all their questions.

00:04:45.000 And at the end she gets up, she shakes their hands, and I mean, she turned and stone cold, she ran out of there to where those three journalists are looking at each other like, What the?

00:04:59.000 She doesn't have an authentic, warm, genuine bone in her body. 0.96

00:05:05.000 She's all about maintaining this facade until she gets to November 5th, and then doing whatever it is her bidders tell her to do. 0.99

00:05:14.000 We don't know who's actually going to be president, so I guess it won't be much different than it is right now if she wins.

00:05:20.000 So, kind of piggybacking on that, we were told that the ABC News moderators would just be moderators, not fact-checkers.

00:05:28.000 Interestingly, the CNN debate back in June, they did not do any fact-checking.

00:05:34.000 They decided to throw that kind of, let's just say, precedent out the window.

00:05:38.000 And interject in multiple cases to make Donald Trump seem as if he's lying.

00:05:43.000 When Donald Trump was actually right on the crime statistics, he was right about post-term abortion.

00:05:48.000 Megan, as somebody who understands the media and studies the media, when did we make that change from debate moderators regulating a discussion to actually intervening to fact-checking the substance of a debate?

00:06:01.000 I mean, that's a Trump phenomenon.

00:06:02.000 I mean, having anchored a bunch of these, I can tell you that my general approach was, I'm not going to fact check these guys unless they're attacking the integrity of my question.

00:06:12.000 Otherwise, it's up to the other panelists to fact check the candidate.

00:06:17.000 If he lies, that's their problem.

00:06:18.000 It's not really my problem.

00:06:20.000 But if he's going to attack my question, I'll defend it.

00:06:23.000 I don't have a deep objection to contentious, obviously, exchanges at a debate between a moderator and a candidate.

00:06:30.000 I think it can make for great TV.

00:06:32.000 But you must do it to everyone.

00:06:35.000 If you only do it to one side, you're a hack.

00:06:39.000 And that's what ABC proved last Tuesday.

00:06:42.000 They're hacks.

00:06:43.000 Those were not honest journalists out there putting aside the dishonesty of their so-called fact checks, which themselves were non-factual.

00:06:51.000 The nerve of only doing it to one side.

00:06:53.000 And it's not like she didn't lie.

00:06:55.000 If you look at CNN after the debate, you had that Daniel Dale guy who hates Trump saying that he lied 33 times and she lied once that he could find.

00:07:05.000 He didn't seem to count the good people on both sides or the bloodbath lie.

00:07:11.000 He didn't even call her out for lying specifically on the fracking thing, though I think that's what he was referring to, claiming that her position has never changed.

00:07:18.000 I mean, we could keep going.

00:07:20.000 So it was insane to me that they didn't even bother to make themselves look good, like a fig leaf position, by offering her at least one here or there.

00:07:29.000 So they're owning their bias is really what they're doing.

00:07:31.000 They're trying to openly win points with the left.

00:07:33.000 And I'll bet you that They haven't heard most of the criticism that they've received.

00:07:38.000 They're watching the numbers go down.

00:07:39.000 They're probably curious as to why that happened.

00:07:41.000 Because in their bubble, I guarantee you they're getting nothing but praise because their side does think one-sided fact checks are okay.

00:07:49.000 Their side did criticize Dana Bash and Jake Tapper for not intervening in the debate because Joe Biden couldn't.

00:07:55.000 And they wanted to get plaudits from those same groups, and I'm sure they did.

00:07:59.000 Yeah, Megan, that to me was the key.

00:08:02.000 I think that they heard CNN, the pushback that CNN, Dana Bash, and Tapper got, and they were like, we're not going to recreate this within the Acela corridor.

00:08:11.000 She said that.

00:08:11.000 Lindsay Davis said that.

00:08:13.000 I didn't even catch that.

00:08:15.000 Well, so here's another question from Charlie.

00:08:17.000 I'm going to throw it up for you.

00:08:19.000 Do you think that Trump should have been more Trumpian in the sense that should he have attacked the moderators as opposed to just sort of sitting there and reacting to it?

00:08:29.000 Yes.

00:08:30.000 Yes!

00:08:31.000 He needed one of his Trumpian or, you know, to cite another great one, Newt Gingrich-esque moments.

00:08:38.000 You do not lose as the Republican candidate when you are attacking the moderators, the media in general.

00:08:45.000 And in this case in particular, because they really were biased.

00:08:49.000 The average Joe sitting at home could see it plain as the noses on your face.

00:08:53.000 The amount of fact checks on Trump and the nature of the questions to Trump, so adversarial,

00:08:59.000 so negative about everything, unlike the questions to her, you could tell they didn't like him.

00:09:05.000 You could tell that they were much more inclined to her.

00:09:08.000 And as the fact finder sitting at home, you start to dislike the moderators.

00:09:12.000 So Trump should have jumped all over that.

00:09:15.000 And frankly, all he had to do at the beginning was to say about her, did you see?

00:09:19.000 She didn't answer the question.

00:09:20.000 She talked about how she's from a middle-class family, which by the way, she's not.

00:09:25.000 You wait.

00:09:25.000 That's all you're going to hear.

00:09:27.000 Wait to hear her spell out her economic plan.

00:09:30.000 Let's make every question about that, because that's what's hurting Americans sitting at home tonight.

00:09:35.000 We know she's from some family where she was raised by mostly her mother.

00:09:40.000 We know she continues to tell us she's from the middle class, which is not true.

00:09:43.000 She was born to two PhDs.

00:09:45.000 But okay, wait until she gives you her plan.

00:09:49.000 I'll cede my time.

00:09:50.000 I'll see.

00:09:51.000 I will see it every answer until she tells us what her plan is.

00:09:54.000 It would have been so great.

00:09:56.000 And then when the moderators kept doing that, he could have said, how come you never fact checked her?

00:09:59.000 You know, I came on here, notwithstanding the fact that I know you're in the tank for Kamala Harris, because I thought I'd get a fair debate.

00:10:06.000 Once again, you disappoint the people at home who don't want to talk endlessly about the 2020 election.

00:10:12.000 I thought we were supposed to get past that.

00:10:14.000 Why don't you ask me some questions about My thoughts on immigration and what we should do about it.

00:10:18.000 So whatever.

00:10:19.000 He could have turned it on them so easily.

00:10:21.000 And instead he just ran after every liver snap she threw and the rest of us were at home like, don't do it.

00:10:28.000 Don't go.

00:10:29.000 Come back.

00:10:30.000 You knew he was going to do it and he did it.

00:10:32.000 And I'll add to that, the Kamala team psychologically profiled Donald Trump better than anybody that I've seen.

00:10:40.000 When she mentioned the rallies, Megan, I told my team, I said, that is someone who really knows Donald Trump.

00:10:47.000 That right there was planting a landmine right beneath Donald Trump saying he's going to step on it.

00:10:55.000 Charlie, when you were watching this in the moment, weren't you like, Oh no!

00:11:01.000 I was like, he's totally gonna go for it.

00:11:04.000 Don't do it.

00:11:05.000 Don't do it.

00:11:08.000 You don't need to tell me that life is precious, that it could get all taken away in an instant.

00:11:12.000 That's why I keep a four-week emergency kit from My Patriot Supply in my home.

00:11:17.000 It's got everything my family could need during a crisis.

00:11:19.000 With over 2,000 calories a day, there's enough to go around during times of social unrest.

00:11:25.000 We've seen mass panic in our lifetimes before.

00:11:27.000 Some were not that long ago.

00:11:27.000 I'm not gonna take my family's safety for granted anymore.

00:11:30.000 Are you?

00:11:30.000 ready whenever disaster strikes. We've seen mass panic in our lifetimes before,

00:11:34.000 some were not that long ago. I'm not going to take my family's safety for granted anymore,

00:11:38.000 are you? Right now you can get $50 off the same four-week emergency food kit that I keep in my

00:11:43.000 home. Go to mypatriotsupply.com and save $50 on a four-week emergency food kit from MyPatriotsupply

00:11:50.000 and we'll send it over as fast as humanly possible.

00:11:52.000 Trust me, I know my order showed up in one day and it shipped for free.

00:11:56.000 Get your 4-week emergency food kit at MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:11:59.000 That is MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:12:04.000 Megan, can you expound on that point more?

00:12:06.000 The psychological profiling of Donald Trump, rally sizes, John McCain.

00:12:11.000 Somebody knew their stuff.

00:12:12.000 Yeah, I mean it was unfortunate because that's exactly and not just that but the personal insults and the attempt to demean him over and over. 0.91

00:12:21.000 She tried to emasculate him which was very irritating to watch because this is the same party that lectures us and how what we really need is to unite and be kind and the other side is so toxically masculine and then she gets up there and says you're a disgrace. 0.98

00:12:38.000 You're an embarrassment trying to needle him. 0.98

00:12:42.000 And Trump did a better job of not responding in kind, because of course he can. 1.00

00:12:48.000 She's an idiot, and he held back from actually saying that. 1.00

00:12:52.000 He has on the campaign trail. 1.00

00:12:54.000 But you could see his anger level was rising and his tone was rising and who could blame him?

00:13:00.000 But that was her goal because she's trying to make him seem like, you know, this angry, nasty man to these middle American women sitting at home wondering whether they can stomach four more years of Trump.

00:13:14.000 They don't love Trump like his hardcore supporters.

00:13:17.000 They're trying to decide whether they can tolerate him.

00:13:20.000 So she was trying to make him look kind of nasty and like not someone you'd want in your living room on your television or otherwise every night.

00:13:27.000 And unfortunately he wasn't able to totally control that.

00:13:30.000 It was it was effective and I will say we did discover her best skill which is memorization.

00:13:36.000 She's an excellent memorizer.

00:13:38.000 I guess she could have been a Hollywood actress. 1.00

00:13:40.000 I mean, sure, like look at, she can do the Latina accent and she can do that urban accent and she can do, I don't know, all of them, the Indian accent. 0.56

00:13:49.000 And then she can go out there and memorize lines perfectly.

00:13:51.000 So the Democrats were smart to pick her because they don't actually want somebody with their own independent thoughts. 0.99

00:13:57.000 They want, I don't know, whoever's going to do what Obama wants, whoever is going to do what Jake Sullivan wants.

00:14:02.000 You tell me who's actually governing right now.

00:14:02.000 I really don't know.

00:14:05.000 They want another four to eight years of that.

00:14:08.000 And by that standpoint, she's got the perfect resume.

00:14:10.000 She can memorize.

00:14:12.000 She can do accents. 0.89

00:14:13.000 She's a minority. 0.99

00:14:15.000 She's a woman. 0.82

00:14:16.000 Done.

00:14:17.000 You can see exactly why they planted her in, you know, bottom up, bottom up. 1.00

00:14:20.000 Trust us.

00:14:21.000 I think that's exactly right.

00:14:23.000 And Andrew, can you talk about some of the data?

00:14:25.000 Amazingly, despite how the media said Donald Trump lost the debate, independents actually tilted towards Donald Trump after the debate.

00:14:34.000 Andrew, can you talk about some of that?

00:14:35.000 And I'd love to get Megan's thoughts there.

00:14:37.000 I think it's really important.

00:14:38.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:14:38.000 That was my next question.

00:14:39.000 So we looked at some of the analysis.

00:14:42.000 You had that Reuters focus group where it was 6 out of 10 after the debate.

00:14:46.000 We're now leaning or going to vote for Trump.

00:14:49.000 You had independence tracking with Republicans in the live debate analysis.

00:14:55.000 Fox did a couple of great segments on this.

00:14:58.000 Something we We haven't seen since 2016.

00:15:00.000 So yeah, she's really good at memorizing things.

00:15:02.000 She's really good at goading Trump.

00:15:05.000 She's an actress, sort of vapid line memorizer. 0.99

00:15:08.000 We see that.

00:15:10.000 And so the question is, did she win, but was it ineffective?

00:15:13.000 Did it not matter?

00:15:14.000 And what are we to make of the fact that it seems like Undecided went with Trump anyways?

00:15:21.000 I said this the night of the debate, right after it ended.

00:15:25.000 I refuse to say that she won and Trump lost.

00:15:29.000 And I will say that.

00:15:30.000 I mean, I have said Trump has lost in the past when I thought he's lost.

00:15:34.000 I did not see that that night.

00:15:35.000 I thought she won on points.

00:15:38.000 Like, if you had to say, okay, Who scored more blows than the other one, like in a boxing match.

00:15:44.000 I guess you'd give it to her.

00:15:45.000 That's what I said that night.

00:15:47.000 But my feeling was the average person sitting at home saw somebody who was somewhat emotionally unregulated, rolling her eyes, shaking her head.

00:15:56.000 Remember the chin, you know, like, oh, oh, you know, she looked off-putting and she looked a little emotional, which is the last thing you really want to look when you're running to be the first female president in US history.

00:16:10.000 Not to mention the personal insults, which are nasty and the average person sitting at home wouldn't like.

00:16:15.000 She's doing poorly with men. 0.91

00:16:17.000 Are men going to respond well to a woman trying over and over to emasculate a man, a man who was our president already and served honorably in that role, who then doesn't respond in kind? 0.97

00:16:29.000 Like all these sort of behind-the-scenes subliminal things, I thought, were going to work against her.

00:16:36.000 In the minds of people, and I think that's what the polls have reflected, that people don't like her anymore than they did going into that.

00:16:42.000 Though if press, like who won, you had to pick one.

00:16:46.000 Okay, I'll give it to her because on points, she threw more blows. 1.00

00:16:49.000 But you still walk away saying, like in the Apollo Creed-Rocky fight, I'm on Team Rocky.

00:16:55.000 I like that guy better, even though technically the other one may have won the match.

00:17:00.000 That's well said.

00:17:02.000 So, I was raised as a middle class kid.

00:17:04.000 I grew up a middle class kid.

00:17:06.000 I grew up a middle class kid.

00:17:07.000 I believe in the ambition, the aspirations, the dreams of the American people.

00:17:12.000 You know, we have ambitions and aspirations and dreams.

00:17:16.000 The ambition, the aspiration, the dream.

00:17:19.000 I started my career as a prosecutor.

00:17:22.000 I was a career prosecutor for most of my career.

00:17:24.000 Having a background as a prosecutor.

00:17:27.000 I intend to create an opportunity economy.

00:17:30.000 Developing and creating an opportunity economy.

00:17:33.000 Would I imagine and believe in coal?

00:17:37.000 An opportunity economy.

00:17:40.000 She's an actress. 1.00

00:17:45.000 She's an actress. 1.00

00:17:46.000 She is fake. 0.96

00:17:48.000 You do not know what you would be getting if you elect her. 0.81

00:17:52.000 That's the thing.

00:17:53.000 There's nothing authentic about her.

00:17:56.000 Love him or hate him, you cannot say the same about Donald Trump.

00:18:00.000 As Hannity once said to me, Trump doesn't get in trouble because he lies, he gets in trouble because he tells the truth.

00:18:07.000 And it's the truth.

00:18:08.000 He lets it all fly, and he doesn't really much care if it's going to result in a bad news cycle for him.

00:18:14.000 She's exactly the opposite.

00:18:16.000 She stands for nothing.

00:18:18.000 She's reversed herself on everything just to win elections. 1.00

00:18:23.000 I think people are getting this at a gut level when she gets out there more.

00:18:28.000 Because, you know, even at the Black Journalists Association, it was like, I'm a gun owner.

00:18:33.000 You know, she does her little John Wayne routine, like, I love them, their guns, and I used them when I was enforcing the southern border, when I was a border state AG.

00:18:42.000 Right?

00:18:42.000 That's her one routine.

00:18:44.000 And then you get in front of a different audience and it's like, oh no, I'm for an assault weapons ban.

00:18:49.000 Absolutely right.

00:18:50.000 And then I have yet to hear somebody say, what about your proposed buyback program, your mandatory buyback program?

00:18:59.000 And what about your statement that you think you have a right to go into private citizens' homes to make sure they're complying with your law in California, that they lock up their guns, that you think Again, John Wayne style, you can unleash that on the citizenry and just walk in over dinner and take a look at their gun cabinet.

00:19:19.000 Who's going to ask her these questions? 0.77

00:19:21.000 These reporters are a total fail!

00:19:24.000 At that NABJ, the one reporter from the Griot decided to ask her, What do you feel joy about?

00:19:33.000 Instead of anything I just listed, I can't with this press corps.

00:19:37.000 The Politico guy, Politico, which is constantly lecturing us about good journalism and what hard politics looks like, they decide to waste their questioning on whether Just how racist has Trump been with respect to the Springfield migration issue?

00:19:55.000 Is this just naked racism or is a federal response warranted here?

00:20:00.000 To Trump's comments?

00:20:02.000 What are you, like, the feds are going to go in and shut him up?

00:20:05.000 The feds are the one who caused the Springfield issue.

00:20:08.000 So I'm not exactly sure what he meant.

00:20:09.000 But anyway, she's an actress and the press is a failure.

00:20:13.000 And this combination is what has led to her being as tight as she is in the polls with Donald Trump right now.

00:20:20.000 So, Megan, I have a question for you.

00:20:22.000 You know, we, and I love how you bring such an insight on the journalistic aspect of this and the press corps' role in so much of this, and we are going to get to what is a woman, but had the shoe been on the other foot, and I know they don't like it when we do whataboutism and all this stuff, but Trump has just nearly been assassinated twice.

00:20:42.000 And the press has, in this galling manner, been blaming Trump.

00:20:47.000 You brought up Springfield for his language that he's used about Haitian immigrants or whatever.

00:20:53.000 What would have happened had the shoe been on the other foot?

00:20:56.000 And my premise is that the First Amendment would just be completely obliterated already.

00:21:01.000 I mean, the press would be calling on social media sites to be completely shut down.

00:21:06.000 Elon Musk would be at jeopardy.

00:21:08.000 Had the shoe been on the other foot, what role does the press play in this?

00:21:11.000 Because they wanna blame Trump for what he said about Haitians, apparently.

00:21:16.000 I just wanna say, I know the mainstream media will skip,

00:21:20.000 I saw two dead cats roast down on a barbecue on Chris Ruffo's feed in Dayton, Ohio, which is right next to Sprayfield.

00:21:26.000 All right?

00:21:28.000 I can't remember which publication it was that tried to run this down and fact check it.

00:21:32.000 They were saying, could be chicken.

00:21:37.000 No way.

00:21:38.000 Tastes like chicken.

00:21:41.000 They consulted with veterinary experts.

00:21:44.000 I think it was Washington Post consulted with veterinarian experts who said, could be, could be chicken.

00:21:51.000 They didn't actually cite or quote any veterinarians in the piece.

00:21:56.000 They just went to one to say, Eh?

00:21:59.000 Chicken-esque.

00:22:00.000 Well, I have eyes, and I know what a chicken looks like, and I know what a cat looks like.

00:22:05.000 And I'm sorry to say, I agree with Chris Ruffo.

00:22:07.000 There were two skinned cats on a barbecue, a stone's throw away from Springfield, and in a house owned by immigrants or rented by immigrants, though not from Haiti, from the Congo. 0.96

00:22:19.000 I don't give a damn.

00:22:21.000 There are multiple reports now.

00:22:23.000 The media is working so hard to debunk each one of them, and some have fallen apart, and some are unverifiable, and some could be true because they have not yet been debunked or verified either way.

00:22:34.000 I just think the whole thing is so hilarious because Trump has got us talking about migration in Springfield, Ohio, in a way we weren't before, and it's driving the media insane.

00:22:46.000 Babylon Bee nailed it when they summed it up saying, like, media rushes to say no animals are being eaten in, or no animals are being killed in Springfield, Ohio, just women and children.

00:22:56.000 Yes, that's actually true.

00:22:58.000 Yes.

00:22:59.000 An 11-year-old boy was killed by Haitian migrants, one of whom drove into his school bus and 20 kids were hurt.

00:23:05.000 And a woman's mother-in-law, elderly mother-in-law was killed by another Haitian migrant.

00:23:10.000 They're giving them driver's licenses and they can't drive.

00:23:12.000 You heard the people complain about what's happening on their front lawns with mattresses and they're threatening and they can't walk outside.

00:23:18.000 And the grocery stores, how people are opening up the cans of food and sticking their hands in and then throwing the spaghetti sauce on the floor of the grocery.

00:23:23.000 I'm sure it's Shangri-La, Washington Post.

00:23:26.000 Okay.

00:23:27.000 If it's so great, why don't you bring them to Martha's Vineyard?

00:23:29.000 We know how that worked out the first time with the illegals. 1.00

00:23:31.000 Let's see if you do better with illegal Haitian migrants. 1.00

00:23:35.000 Some 1 million so-called legal migrants are here.

00:23:38.000 They're awaiting their asylum claims, to be sure.

00:23:41.000 Sure, Jan.

00:23:41.000 Sure.

00:23:42.000 That's not going to happen.

00:23:43.000 They're already here.

00:23:44.000 And every Democrat every other day on CNN and MSNBC is calling for amnesty for these people.

00:23:50.000 They're saying we have to find a path to citizenship for the ones who are in this country now. 1.00

00:23:55.000 10.4 million let in under Joe Biden, minimum, excludes the gotaways.

00:23:59.000 2.3 million under Trump.

00:24:02.000 10.4 to 2.3, and they want amnesty for these people.

00:24:06.000 It's just absolutely insane.

00:24:08.000 So the media decides to zero in on whether they can find dead cats or eaten cats or ducks. 0.99

00:24:17.000 Miraculously, they can't find the eaten goose, and therefore they want to slam the ball in the end zone and say Donald Trump's a liar.

00:24:25.000 Meanwhile, I think he's sitting back laughing because he's made them focus on one of the issues that is the best for Team Trump-Vance.

00:25:35.000 Wonderful organization.

00:25:36.000 MyPillow.com.

00:25:40.000 I wanted to get your reaction to this, Megan.

00:25:43.000 Cut 91.

00:25:44.000 This is Peter Doocy asking KJP, when is, when are you going to stop calling Donald Trump a threat?

00:25:51.000 And the Orwellian nature of this, where she turns it around and said, you asking the question is dangerous.

00:25:57.000 Cut 91.

00:25:58.000 Two days since somebody allegedly tried to kill Donald Trump again.

00:26:04.000 And you're here at the podium in the White House briefing room calling him a threat.

00:26:08.000 President Biden has been clear-eyed about the threat that the former president represents to our democracy.

00:26:16.000 How many more assassination attempts on Donald Trump until the president and the vice president and you pick a different word to describe Trump other than threat?

00:26:28.000 Peter, if anything from this administration, I actually completely disagree with the premise of your question, the question that you're asking.

00:26:40.000 It is also incredibly dangerous in the way that you're asking it.

00:26:44.000 And now for you to make that kind of comment in your question, because your question involved a comment and a statement.

00:26:57.000 You know, it is, uh, that is also incredibly dangerous.

00:27:03.000 Your reaction?

00:27:04.000 At least, I mean, this is another, this is a blatant DEI hire.

00:27:09.000 100%.

00:27:10.000 She got up there when she got the job and touted the fact that I'm black and I'm gay, just like Don Lemon. 0.56

00:27:15.000 Remember when CNN was thinking about firing him and he was like, just a reminder, I'm black and I'm gay. 0.84

00:27:15.000 I'm black and I'm gay. 0.84

00:27:19.000 And they fired him ultimately anyway.

00:27:22.000 That's why she's there and she's an empty vessel and she says empty things that mean nothing and tried to turn this around. 0.99

00:27:26.000 I mean, it doesn't even make sense what she's saying.

00:27:28.000 It's dangerous for him to say what they're saying is dangerous?

00:27:31.000 That makes absolutely no logical sense.

00:27:35.000 The double standard on language that is enforced by this White House, top Democrats, and the media has never been more glaring.

00:27:45.000 You know, Charlie Cook had a piece up the other day about how they blamed the Paul Pelosi attack on rhetoric from Republicans back in 2010.

00:27:56.000 He was attacked last year. 0.57

00:27:58.000 So some 13 years later, Republican comments caused this guy to get attacked by this insane lunatic out in San Francisco. 0.78

00:28:06.000 But the ubiquitous comments by Democrats and their media enablers and Hollywood celebrities who support them, You know, from Madonna outside saying she wanted to bomb the White House, to Johnny Depp and what he said, to Kathy Griffin with the severed Trump head.

00:28:23.000 I mean, we could be here all day if we relived it.

00:28:26.000 That had nothing to do with influencing either one of these shooters, especially the latest shooter, who actually was retweeting the exact language of Kamala Harris, that Donald Trump is a threat to democracy.

00:28:37.000 You can easily go out there and say, Donald Trump has a controversial or bad temperament.

00:28:42.000 I'm sick of talking about Donald Trump, and if we reelect him, he's going to be in my living room every night, as I said, and I don't want that.

00:28:48.000 I think he's mean to people.

00:28:49.000 I don't like the mean tweets.

00:28:51.000 Whatever, you could find ways of criticizing him that the other side might say, I disagree, but it's acceptable.

00:28:57.000 It's within the bounds.

00:28:58.000 Or he isn't pro-abortion enough, right?

00:29:02.000 All the things that we've always been arguing about.

00:29:04.000 Dems and Republicans.

00:29:05.000 All of that is inbounds.

00:29:07.000 This stuff painting him as El Diablo is out of bounds.

00:29:12.000 It's deeply wrong and it is incendiary.

00:29:15.000 And the problem is it's not just Kamala Harris or Joe Biden.

00:29:19.000 It's all of them.

00:29:21.000 All of them.

00:29:22.000 This week, post-second assassination attempt, you had MSNBC with a guest comparing him to Mussolini and Hitler.

00:29:31.000 Hillary Clinton went on there and doubled down just two nights ago about what a deep and dangerous threat he is to the country, saying he unleashed the worst threat on our democracy since the Civil War.

00:29:44.000 Worse than 9-11.

00:29:45.000 Back to that nonsense.

00:29:47.000 All because of an election protest that he launched that looked very much like the protests they had launched, including Hillary Clinton, multiple times before.

00:29:57.000 It's just everywhere.

00:29:59.000 And so this really is unlike what the Republicans have said in the past about the Democrats.

00:30:05.000 There is just no way of tying What Republicans have said about Democrats are about issues to the prior violence we've seen in this country.

00:30:15.000 And this has gotten so bad, there's no way of denying the Democrats rhetoric likely played a role in influencing one or both of these shooters.

00:30:24.000 I'm sorry, but that's the truth.

00:30:25.000 So Megan, I want your thoughts.

00:30:27.000 I think that the failure of Our side to force the issue on the trans issue, what is a woman, the medical mutilation of our children would be political malpractice. 0.61

00:30:38.000 I think that we need to start to flush this out and get them to explain to the American people why they think it's okay for a 14-year-old to go under gender reassignment surgery, especially in the J.D.

00:30:50.000 Vance-Tim Wells debate.

00:30:51.000 Megan, this is an issue that you've done incredibly heroic and courageous coverage and work on.

00:30:57.000 Megan, do you feel as if we're talking about this issue enough this political season?

00:31:01.000 No.

00:31:02.000 Imagine if Trump had looked at Kamala Harris and that debate and said, what's a woman? 0.93

00:31:07.000 Define what a woman is. 1.00

00:31:08.000 Amazing.

00:31:11.000 J.D.

00:31:11.000 Vance could still do this.

00:31:12.000 J.D.

00:31:13.000 Vance, if you're listening, you should do this to Tim Walz.

00:31:15.000 Make him define what a woman is. 0.51

00:31:17.000 100%.

00:31:17.000 See if he answers it.

00:31:19.000 Just say that.

00:31:20.000 Just say, can you answer what a woman is? 1.00

00:31:21.000 Go ahead and define it.

00:31:22.000 Oh my God, it would be amazing.

00:31:25.000 Thank God Trump at least did make reference to her ACLU questionnaire or Kamala's ACLU questionnaire from 2019 in which she did openly back taxpayer-funded sex change procedures and operations for both Prisoners and illegal immigrants in this country. 0.85

00:31:43.000 Unbelievably radical.

00:31:45.000 He threw the line out but didn't, of course, really hammer it.

00:31:49.000 And it was to the point where The left doesn't even believe him. 0.97

00:31:53.000 Susan Glasser of the New Yorker tried to fact check him like he's an insane lunatic. 0.82

00:31:58.000 She had no idea it was true.

00:31:59.000 Time Magazine, same thing.

00:32:01.000 They had no idea this was true.

00:32:03.000 Even to them, these progressives, it sounds so nuts.

00:32:06.000 They're like, definitely not.

00:32:07.000 She didn't say that. 0.99

00:32:08.000 That's Trump spewing nonsense. 0.88

00:32:10.000 Time Magazine at least admitted its mistake and corrected its piece. 0.94

00:32:14.000 Susan Glasser of the New Yorker, Fail.

00:32:17.000 Didn't do it, and is still letting her untruth hang out there, among many others.

00:32:22.000 So yes, this is the perfect debate in which to do it, because J.D.

00:32:24.000 Vance has the capability to, and also because Tim Walz is the most radical person in the country on this, except for maybe Gavin Newsom.

00:32:34.000 They might be tied for how radical they are on the trans issue.

00:32:38.000 And Minnesota is about as leftist as they come when it comes to the trans issue and children and this ought to be shoved down Tim Walz's

00:32:50.000 throat. I mean I've been raising a big deal about what's happening in Minnesota repeatedly

00:32:55.000 on my show and elsewhere and what's happening is it's actually very funny Charlie, we get calls

00:33:00.000 from all these organizations trying to get me to comment because they're going to do a fact check

00:33:05.000 on me and they want to like give me the chance to back off of my comments.

00:33:10.000 And I never do, because what I'm saying is 100% correct.

00:33:14.000 People forget, I practiced law for 10 years.

00:33:17.000 I know how to read the law.

00:33:18.000 Trust me.

00:33:19.000 I litigated at the very highest levels in this country.

00:33:21.000 I tried jury cases.

00:33:23.000 I argued in front of federal appellate courts across this country.

00:33:27.000 I know how to read and interpret the law.

00:33:29.000 And not only did I read and interpret this one, I then took the time to call up lawmakers and family law attorneys and experts in Minnesota to make sure that what I was reading and seeing was correct.

00:33:44.000 And I am 100% correct that he has made Minnesota a trans refuge for children trying to get these sex change procedures and operations Who don't have parents who will, quote, affirm them. 0.95

00:33:59.000 Minor children who aren't allowed to smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, drive cars, or vote are being allowed to flee to Minnesota to be taken into the custody of the Minnesota court system and chop off their body parts because they find some sympathetic judge who says their loving parents don't get to decide for them anymore.

00:34:22.000 Thanks to Tim Walz.

00:34:24.000 And if J.D.

00:34:25.000 Vance does not raise this at the vice presidential debate, it will be political malpractice.

00:34:30.000 I totally agree.

00:34:30.000 Megan, thank you so much for joining us today, and thanks for bearing with me and for us.

00:34:34.000 You're a true patriot and a friend.

00:34:37.000 Anything we can ever do for you, we are here, and thank you for all you do for our country.

00:34:40.000 Thank you.

00:34:41.000 You're doing enough.

00:34:42.000 You're doing the Lord's work, Charlie.

00:34:43.000 Hot tea, a little lemon, and lots of honey.

00:34:46.000 Good luck.

00:34:48.000 Thank you, Megan.

00:34:49.000 See you guys.

00:34:50.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:34:52.000 We appreciate you bearing with us as Charlie nurses his voice back to health.

00:34:57.000 Thanks so much.

00:34:57.000 We'll talk to you soon.
