00:01:25.000 Joining us now is Missouri's own Josh Hawley, Senator, Holly.

00:01:29.000 Senator, welcome to the program.

00:01:31.000 Thank you.

00:01:31.000 Thanks for having me.

00:01:32.000 Absolutely. So, Senator, you have a great background in the legal world, Attorney General of Missouri.

00:01:39.000 What is your comment on this now pattern of wide-ranging nationwide injunctions?

00:01:47.000 64 of them that have been issued against the Trump administration.

00:01:49.000 Senator, your thoughts?

00:01:51.000 Yeah, I think it's an abuse of the Article III power to be honest with you, Charlie.

00:01:55.000 I just don't think that these district courts, and that's what we're talking about here.

00:01:57.000 Let's just be clear, so everybody listening understands.

00:02:00.000 These are district courts, which are basically local federal courts who are trying to say, okay, I'm not just going to issue an order that says what the executive branch can or cannot do inside my district.

00:02:11.000 I'm going to issue an order that binds the executive branch for the entire nation.

00:02:16.000 And my view is absent some really extraordinary circumstances That just not a power I think district courts have, and we're seeing it on, as you said, on a mass scale, a mass scale.

00:02:28.000 And I think what's going to happen here is what needs to happen is one or two things.

00:02:31.000 Either the Supreme Court needs to intervene and make clear there's only one court that can issue rules for the whole country.

00:02:37.000 That's the Supreme Court.

00:02:38.000 That's why we only have one of them.

00:02:40.000 And or if they won't do that, Congress.

00:02:43.000 needs to legislate and make clear district courts in the usual matter of things do not have the ability to issue these kind of injunctions.

00:02:50.000 Do you think there is an appetite for that amongst your Senate colleagues?

00:02:54.000 I know there is definitely peaked interest, but you cannot possibly have a presidency if 64 of your independent actions are not just challenged.

00:03:03.000 Anyone can sue in challenge.

00:03:04.000 We're not talking about that.

00:03:05.000 We're talking about stopping it, enjoining it, Senator.

00:03:09.000 Yeah, and this is the problem, by the way.

00:03:11.000 I mean, we've got an injunction like this, national injunctions like this, it really takes the teeth out of appellate review.

00:03:16.000 I mean, this is important to understand because it's like, well, sure.

00:03:18.000 I mean, the remedy for this is, yeah, you go appeal it.

00:03:20.000 So we have an appellate system.

00:03:22.000 That all works very well.

00:03:23.000 We're proud of our court system.

00:03:24.000 But if you can at the district court level, if you can say, I'm just going to stop what you're doing nationally.

00:03:29.000 And I'm going to keep it stopped all while you're appealing. 0.90

00:03:33.000 Boy, that really undermines the authority of appellate courts.

00:03:36.000 It really undermines the authority of the Supreme Court.

00:03:38.000 So to answer your question, Charlie.

00:03:40.000 I certainly would think appetite would be growing on Capitol Hill for a reform of this kind because what we are seeing is really it is unprecedented.

00:03:47.000 We saw this in the first Trump term.

00:03:49.000 We saw a number of these district courts, nationwide injunctions, but not on this scale ranging over all of these topics.

00:03:57.000 It really is a form of judicial resistance, and I think they are outside the bounds of their authority.

00:04:01.000 I'm really concerned about it.

00:04:02.000 Without a doubt.

00:04:03.000 And look, the way to go about this, I don't think we quite know yet.

00:04:09.000 Because, look, I mean, if it gets so bad, Senator, where they're going to tell the president, hey, you can't conduct foreign policy?

00:04:15.000 Like, are they going to say you can't end the Russian-Ukrainian war?

00:04:19.000 I mean, this is potentially where we're getting after here, right?

00:04:23.000 And I know that might sound extreme, but there's now two instances of foreign policy specified article to authority, which is who's allowed to be in the military, which is the transgender decision, and also the Trendyaragua decision.

00:04:36.000 Potentially, they could enjoin the president from conducting foreign policy decisions, which...

00:04:42.000 would spiral things out of control.

00:04:43.000 Senator, I want to get your thoughts now.

00:04:46.000 Yeah, no, please, Senator, comment on that, please.

00:04:48.000 Well, I was just going to jump in with another quote from the Supreme Court in years past, which says that the president is the sole organ.

00:04:55.000 That's the quote, sole organ of foreign policy in the United States under our Constitution.

00:05:00.000 So again, let's be clear about this.

00:05:02.000 What these district courts are doing is not just disregarding the written text of the Constitution.

00:05:06.000 That's clear of not them bad enough.

00:05:08.000 They're disregarding their own superior courts who said over and over, When it comes to foreign affairs, for example, that's why we have an executive.

00:05:16.000 That's why the founders created an executive because you don't run foreign policy by committee.

00:05:21.000 That's Congress.

00:05:21.000 Congress is the power of the purse.

00:05:23.000 You don't run it by court.

00:05:24.000 You run it by an executive who's accountable to the people.

00:05:27.000 And I'm concerned that these decisions by these lower courts are undermining that.

00:05:30.000 They're disregarding Supreme Court doctrine.

00:05:33.000 And if they persist in this, it's going to create a real crisis.

00:05:36.000 So, Senator, now connecting to the radical left-wing extremism, now out of the courts into the streets, we're seeing a disturbing rise of Tesla vandalism, of domestic terrorism against Tesla dealerships.

00:05:49.000 Only Donald Trump could get liberals to start torching electric cars.

00:05:53.000 But all kidding aside, this is a disturbing moment.

00:05:58.000 Here in my home state of Arizona, there's a lot of Teslas.

00:06:00.000 I know a lot of people whose cars are now being targeted.

00:06:02.000 And people that are wondering, like, should I still keep my Tesla?

00:06:05.000 The answer is yes, never bow to the mob.

00:06:07.000 In fact, if you can afford it, buy another Tesla, I have no interest in never driving a Tesla. 0.94

00:06:12.000 I might just buy one just to try to show a force against these terrible, awful, wretched people.

00:06:18.000 Senator, your thoughts on the rise of the paramilitary army of the Democrat Party going after Elon Musk's company.

00:06:24.000 You know, we're seeing this everywhere, Charlie, in all these states, and we're seeing it across the board.

00:06:28.000 I mean, I just think if I sat there in the Congress and the joint address session, the State of the Union, so to speak, a few weeks ago, and watch the Democrats not just interrupt the president, which would have been bad enough and extremely rude and frankly, unprofessional and childish.

00:06:44.000 They tried to disrupt the proceedings.

00:06:47.000 And I think it was even worse than it appeared on TV because...

00:06:52.000 the Democrats actively trying to disrupt the proceedings to stop the president from speaking.

00:06:59.000 And then, of course, openly flaunting his guests, disrespecting his guests, including that young man who's the cancer survivor.

00:07:06.000 So here's my point, Charlie.

00:07:07.000 We are seeing, I think, with the Democrat Party.

00:07:09.000 a basic disgust for and disregard for the rule of law.

00:07:13.000 And we've been seeing it on our campuses.

00:07:15.000 It's the same thing we're seeing there, burning down, burning American flags, burning Israeli flags, burning down buildings, assaulting folks.

00:07:23.000 We're seeing it everywhere.

00:07:24.000 And, you know, it's really, it reminds me, Charlie, the Democrat Party these days, they're really not a party anymore.

00:07:29.000 They're like a theater troop and a band of roving marauders funded by George Soros.

00:07:34.000 I mean, this is really what they are.

00:07:36.000 And it is dangerous for this country.

00:07:38.000 And I hope.

00:07:39.000 This is a chance for, I know you sat down with Gavin Newsom, who desperately wants to be president.

00:07:45.000 This would be a chance for some of these people to stand up and say, what you're doing here, Democrats, is insane and wrong.

00:07:51.000 I think that's exactly right.

00:07:53.000 And in fact, we're seeing the opposite.

00:07:55.000 I played this tape, but I want to play it again.

00:07:56.000 This is the man who wanted to be vice president, who is the governor of one of the largest United States in the country, which is Minnesota.

00:08:04.000 This is Tim Walls.

00:08:06.000 cheering on, Senator, the downfall of Tesla, saying he's enjoying seeing the stock price go down to a group of radical left-wing activists in the state of Wisconsin.

00:08:15.000 This is a governor of a state in our country hoping a U.S. company will fail.

00:08:22.000 Playcut 196.

00:08:23.000 Saying on my phone, I know some of you know this on the iPhone, they've got that little stock app.

00:08:28.000 I added Tesla to it to give me a little boost during the day.

00:08:31.000 225 and dropping.

00:08:36.000 So, and if you own one, if you own one, we're not blaming you.

00:08:44.000 You can, you can take dental floss and pull the Tesla thing off, you know, and take out of just telling you.

00:08:51.000 What, I mean, what a joke.

00:08:56.000 What a sorry excuse for leadership.

00:08:58.000 I mean, it's just unbelievable.

00:09:00.000 But what it gets to, Charlie, is this is a party now.

00:09:04.000 that is really a party of arsonists.

00:09:06.000 And sometimes literally, to your earlier point, they don't have any solutions, they don't have anything to offer the country.

00:09:12.000 And if they can't run the country and change it, because that's what they've been trying to do for 30, 40 years.

00:09:16.000 They've been trying to fundamentally revamp, transform, overhaul this country.

00:09:21.000 If they can't do that, then they'd just like to burn it.

00:09:24.000 They're saying, oh, America, if Americans won't have us, we will burn it down.

00:09:29.000 Whether it's car dealerships or campuses, you name it, they want to burn it.

00:09:34.000 And I tell you what, I don't think the American people are going to look at that and say, oh, yeah, yeah, gee, we'd love to have these people running the country.

00:09:40.000 That's why they just lost six months ago.

00:09:43.000 And if this continues, they're going to lose worse and worse because people want to rebuild this country, not destroy it.

00:09:48.000 In closing here, Senator, I know you're on the road, so thank you for taking the time.

00:09:51.000 Where are we at with the one big, beautiful bill, the progress associated with that, and what can our audience expect?

00:09:58.000 I hope passing in a big, beautiful fashion, very quickly.

00:10:01.000 I mean, my concern, I'll just be honest with you, is I don't think Congress has moved quickly enough.

00:10:05.000 The President has moved with lightning speed, lightning speed like we've never seen.

00:10:10.000 needs to get on the same page.

00:10:12.000 The other thing we need to do, Charlie, is we need to keep with the president saying, working class people in this country need a tax cut. 1.00

00:10:19.000 No taxes on tips, no taxes on overtime.

00:10:22.000 We need to give working people who propelled Donald Trump to the presidency.

00:10:26.000 They are the backbone of our party.

00:10:28.000 You know that better than anybody.

00:10:29.000 They need a tax cut.

00:10:31.000 Joe Biden has ground them down for four years.

00:10:34.000 Donald Trump is going to lift them up.

00:10:35.000 Congress now needs to deliver, give these people tax relief.

00:10:40.000 And in addition, border security, and do you think we're going to get any spending cut, Senator, that could get us closer towards a balanced budget?

00:10:48.000 Oh, yeah, I hope so.

00:10:49.000 I think so.

00:10:50.000 And border security, also, you mentioned that's absolutely huge.

00:10:53.000 We have got to unleash this economy, and the way we do that is, We restrained federal spending.

00:11:00.000 We not just restrain.

00:11:01.000 We cut all of the spending that the Democrats did for the last four years and more.

00:11:05.000 Trillions of dollars, trillions under Joe Biden that went to the Green New Deal, which Trump is right to call the Green New scam.

00:11:13.000 All of that needs to be cut back.

00:11:15.000 We need to give working people more of their hard-earned money. 0.66

00:11:17.000 Give them and their families tax relief.

00:11:20.000 Take off the shackles on American energy, close down the border, stop the illegal immigration once and for all. 1.00

00:11:25.000 If you do that, then truly the Trump agenda will be in force and this country will roar to life.

00:11:31.000 Republicans have the chance to deliver.

00:11:33.000 We need to do it and we need to act soon.

00:11:35.000 Senator, thanks so much.

00:11:35.000 Keep up the great work and God bless you.

00:11:37.000 Thank you.

00:11:38.000 Thank you.

00:12:49.000 I think there is this, I'm going to find this piece of tape here.

00:12:53.000 I've been looking for it.

00:12:54.000 I know I didn't make it up.

00:12:58.000 There's this clip of Steve Kornacki in part of this chart saying that it is the lowest approval rating that we've ever seen of a political party ever in the history of measuring political parties.

00:13:14.000 Which is where the current state of the Democrat Party is.

00:13:16.000 In the history of both parties.

00:13:19.000 I think this is it.

00:13:20.000 I think Ryan found it.

00:13:22.000 Let me see.

00:13:25.000 No, that's not it.

00:13:26.000 Nope. Nope.

00:13:27.000 I'll find it another time.

00:13:29.000 The Democrat Party has become...

00:13:34.000 That's not it either.

00:13:34.000 Nope. That's not it.

00:13:36.000 I'll find it another time.

00:13:37.000 It's fine.

00:13:38.000 I'll find it.

00:13:39.000 The Democrat Party is rallying behind their worst.

00:13:43.000 They are sending Tim Walls, of all people, to continue to go on his little roundabout.

00:13:50.000 Now, we didn't talk about Tim throughout the hour.

00:13:52.000 They think that they're going to turn around their MAGA problem with Tim Walls.

00:13:58.000 Well, Tim Walls then went on the Gavin Newsom podcast, so I guess we have that in common together.

00:14:04.000 And he said he could beat me up.

00:14:07.000 Okay, Tim.

00:14:09.000 Sure. And he says he wants to push me back under a rock.

00:14:14.000 Listen to the Tim Walls chat 148.

00:14:19.000 This notion of it.

00:14:22.000 Well, this, this notion of. 0.99

00:14:23.000 I think I could kick most of their. 0.99

00:14:25.000 I do think that if they want to do. 0.98

00:14:28.000 But I don't know if we're going to fall into that place where we want to, okay, we challenge you to a, you know, a WWE fight here type of thing.

00:14:35.000 Yeah. It's a natural reaction.

00:14:38.000 I think it's one of the reasons we're losing so many men.

00:14:40.000 And again, it's multi-ethnic.

00:14:41.000 It's not just white men.

00:14:43.000 We're losing them.

00:14:44.000 We're losing them to these guys online.

00:14:46.000 We're losing people that I'm bringing on this podcast as well.

00:14:48.000 These are bad guys, though.

00:14:51.000 These are bad guys.

00:14:52.000 But they exist.

00:14:53.000 And we could deny they exist.

00:14:55.000 They exist.

00:14:55.000 Not only they exist, they persist.

00:14:57.000 And they're actually influencing young kids every single day.

00:15:00.000 How do we put some of those guys back under a rock?

00:15:03.000 I think we have to first understand what their motivations are.

00:15:06.000 I think we have to understand what they're actually doing.

00:15:08.000 You don't think that's important.

00:15:10.000 I think there's a lot of that, but I don't think it's exclusively that.

00:15:14.000 I think there's a lot of that, but I don't think it's exclusive. 0.99

00:15:17.000 These guys are so pathetic and weak. 0.99

00:15:21.000 And Gavin's like, well, you know, we might be losing. 1.00

00:15:25.000 See, Tim Walls is the worst of the Democrat Party. 0.97

00:15:28.000 He's just a fake. 0.75

00:15:30.000 How unpopular is the Democrat Party becoming? 0.86

00:15:34.000 So unpopular.

00:15:35.000 I have to go back to the guy that couldn't even win as Vice President six months ago and try to resurrect him back on top.

00:15:41.000 I hope he's the 2028 frontrunner.

00:15:44.000 Oh, J.D. Vance would have a lot of fun with him.

00:15:47.000 Playcott 174.

00:15:48.000 I think this notion of, I think it's, this notion of toxicity and masculinity needs to be separated.

00:15:55.000 And I think it's been conflated.

00:15:56.000 And I think we, we're going to have to work on that a little bit.

00:16:00.000 And I think there's, look, there is a crisis.

00:16:01.000 I think some of us scare them.

00:16:02.000 I think I scare them a little bit, why they spend so much time on it.

00:16:06.000 No, I'm serious.

00:16:06.000 Because I can fix a truck.

00:16:07.000 They know I'm not.

00:16:10.000 I'm not putting this in people's grill.

00:16:11.000 I don't know if my identity is not hunting.

00:16:14.000 My identity is not football coaching.

00:16:17.000 My identity is not, you know, a beard and a truck.

00:16:20.000 Okay, first of all, my greatest regret when I went on Gavin Newsom's podcast is I didn't do the hand thing.

00:16:27.000 I should have just been like, Governor, what in the fresh heck is this?

00:16:31.000 Can you explain to me what this whole thing is?

00:16:35.000 That, no, that would have gone viral.

00:16:37.000 Second, we actually don't spend that much time on you, Tim Walls.

00:16:40.000 You just keep on showing up on our screens.

00:16:44.000 We actually don't think much about you at all.

00:16:46.000 We don't actually occupy any mental space, except that you decide to keep on going through this public humiliation ritual.

00:16:55.000 You keep on putting yourself through this every couple of months.

00:16:59.000 Oh, why is everyone making fun of me?

00:17:01.000 I don't know.

00:17:01.000 I can fix a truck and we're laughing at you.

00:17:05.000 We are making fun of you. 0.99

00:17:08.000 You are humiliating. 0.98

00:17:10.000 You provide, you can't even, you can't even reload a shotgun. 0.99

00:17:14.000 Oh, I'm a hunter. 1.00

00:17:15.000 Look at this pathetic guy. 1.00

00:17:17.000 Yeah, it goes, goes in the chamber. 1.00

00:17:21.000 Yep, two in the chamber.

00:17:22.000 Yep, there you go.

00:17:25.000 Quite a masculine symbol of America there.

00:17:29.000 Guy doesn't even know how to load a shotgun.

00:17:32.000 Email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:17:34.000 I would love to be a founding donor to the Tim Wells for president campaign.

00:17:42.000 The world is waking up to the power of gold.

00:17:45.000 National banks are scrambling to secure it.

00:17:48.000 According to the World Gold Council, central banks added 1,000 tons of gold in 2024, the third straight year of net gold buying.

00:17:57.000 They understand what many investors don't.

00:17:59.000 Gold is real money.

00:18:01.000 Unlike paper currency, gold's value doesn't disappear with inflation.

00:18:05.000 Reckless government spending or market crashes.

00:18:08.000 Now, noble gold investments makes it easy for you to claim your share.

00:18:12.000 As our new administration works to reverse the economic chaos of the past, market swings are inevitable.

00:18:18.000 When uncertainty rises, you need something solid, something to keep you on the path.

00:18:23.000 to financial freedom.

00:18:24.000 Gold can be that foundation.

00:18:26.000 And right now, when you make a qualified investment, Noble gold will send you a free 10th ounce of a cold coin.

00:18:35.000 That's noblegoldinvestments.com.

00:18:37.000 The world is turning to gold.

00:18:39.000 Shouldn't you be looking into doing that too?

00:18:43.000 This is a shocking story, everybody, in Deerfield, Illinois, of all places.

00:18:48.000 Joining us now is a mother to share a horrifying story. 0.52

00:18:52.000 It's Nicole Georges, mother of a junior high student in Deerfield, Illinois.

00:18:58.000 Nicole, welcome to the program.

00:18:59.000 Thank you for taking the time.

00:19:00.000 I want to begin by playing a piece of tape of you at the school board meeting that went very viral.

00:19:05.000 Let's start with Cut 120.

00:19:07.000 My daughter was using the girls' bathroom and was stunned that a biological male student was using it as well. 1.00

00:19:12.000 She was told by the administration that a student can use the bathroom as well as a female locker room because they now identify as female. 0.99

00:19:18.000 The situation went from bad to worse.

00:19:20.000 A few days later, the male student was present in the girls' locker room.

00:19:25.000 Feeling violated, the girls made the choice to not change into their P.E. clothes with a biological male student present.

00:19:32.000 The next day, assistant principal Kathy Van Tries pull the girls into their office questioning them. 0.94

00:19:37.000 The same day, assistant superintendent, Joanna Ford, Kathy, Van Tries, and multiple teachers all came into the girls' locker room making them change into uniform. 0.93

00:19:48.000 This is breathtaking stuff.

00:19:49.000 Nicole, welcome the program.

00:19:51.000 Tell us more.

00:19:52.000 Thank you so much for having me, Charlie.

00:19:53.000 I really appreciate this opportunity.

00:19:56.000 This has just been a very, very tragic and very terrible situation for everybody that's been involved.

00:20:02.000 This happened back in February, and it's just continuing on to happen.

00:20:07.000 To make a very long story short, the administration has chosen to continue this on.

00:20:13.000 Our girls have suffered.

00:20:15.000 They have continued to have the biological male student president in the locker room with the girls.

00:20:21.000 And they are absolutely in violation with President Trump's executive order.

00:20:27.000 And I want to thank him directly for having this executive order that should be protecting our girls.

00:20:32.000 This is a direct violation of his executive order.

00:20:37.000 And I warned the administration multiple times that they were in violation.

00:20:42.000 And they're continuing to, they're continuing to violate this order.

00:20:49.000 The name of the school is Allen Shepard Middle School.

00:20:51.000 And so I want to paint a picture for our national audience here.

00:20:55.000 Deerfield, Illinois is a very sleepy, affluent, upper middle class suburb right near Highland Park.

00:21:02.000 It is in the North Shore.

00:21:04.000 I grew up in Wheeling down the street.

00:21:07.000 Not as nice, but, you know, still nice, down on Lake Cook Road.

00:21:11.000 And I would always, Deerfield has a reputation for people that will pay more to buy a home in district to be able to go to better schools.

00:21:22.000 People move there for the schools.

00:21:25.000 So the name of the school is the Allen Shepard Middle School.

00:21:28.000 So I just want to make sure I get the facts correctly here.

00:21:31.000 Here is your daughter in junior high, minding her own business. 0.73

00:21:36.000 And then she is forced by adults to basically change her clothes in front of a biological man forced.

00:21:47.000 There was no other, yes, there was no other option.

00:21:50.000 There was no other option that she had other than to change.

00:21:55.000 by the administration.

00:21:56.000 And they had four other teachers.

00:21:58.000 So it was the assistant superintendent, the assistant principal, and two other teachers.

00:22:05.000 How difficult would that be as a child?

00:22:07.000 You are only 13 years old.

00:22:09.000 How do you think that that pressure felt for?

00:22:13.000 for any girl.

00:22:14.000 Some girls that age, they do not even like to change in front of their mother, their friends, the intimidation factor. 0.90

00:22:20.000 How do you think that that would feel for anybody?

00:22:23.000 That is absolutely not right.

00:22:26.000 And then you throw in a mix, a transgender child on top of that, which is in direct violation of our good, thank God, President Trump's executive order. 1.00

00:22:37.000 Thank God that protects us.

00:22:39.000 They were in direct violation.

00:22:42.000 The next day, so this has happened multiple days.

00:22:46.000 The next day, my daughter, when she saw the biological male student there, And she saw that he was going to be changing directly in front of them.

00:22:57.000 That's when she ran out of the classroom because she could not handle it.

00:23:01.000 She could not handle it.

00:23:02.000 She ran out hysterical crying and screaming. 1.00

00:23:04.000 And that's when she called me.

00:23:06.000 I mean, and God bless you for intervening.

00:23:08.000 And you have now...

00:23:10.000 And Governor Pritzker, that's why he does not want phones in schools.

00:23:15.000 And he does not want children to be able to have their phone.

00:23:18.000 Thank God.

00:23:18.000 My daughter had the sense that she was raised that way to be able to call me.

00:23:23.000 100%. And she was strong enough because some other kids are not strong enough.

00:23:27.000 Some other kids are not strong enough to have that sense.

00:23:32.000 And I'm so thankful that my daughter did and did.

00:23:34.000 She did the right thing.

00:23:35.000 And she knew that that wasn't.

00:23:37.000 And there are gender neutral bathrooms available.

00:23:40.000 There are 25 to 30 kids in that PE class.

00:23:44.000 There are not enough private spaces for them to change into.

00:23:48.000 So when Mike Simek, the superintendent, said there are private spaces, how would 25 to 30 students be able to change privately and be able to make it to PE on time?

00:23:59.000 I mean, look, the whole thing is outrageous that normally adjusted young girls need to accommodate their behavior for somebody else. 0.93

00:24:08.000 So we need to change our life for somebody else, which of course is the pattern we're seeing.

00:24:13.000 It's like you do you, you do you, but at the same time, then use the gender neutral bathroom. 0.53

00:24:19.000 There is that opportunity.

00:24:20.000 It would be a different story if there wasn't a gender neutral bathroom. 1.00

00:24:24.000 But there is.

00:24:26.000 So I'm curious, what has been now the response?

00:24:29.000 What is the school saying?

00:24:30.000 Because obviously, they're in violation of federal law.

00:24:33.000 They're in violation of just decent natural law.

00:24:36.000 By the way, this could, by the way, be a criminal sexual assault case, just so we are clear.

00:24:42.000 What is the update?

00:24:44.000 So I filed a police report yesterday.

00:24:46.000 I filed a grievance with the district, which that was a very, very, very difficult situation for me to handle.

00:24:53.000 I reached out to the district 109 to Mike Simix department, multiple times, sent multiple emails asking the grievance process.

00:25:01.000 I received the policy online, which in order, and I received a phone call from him, in order to file a grievance, you have to file it either verbally with their estate.

00:25:13.000 So they can phrase it with whatever woke terminology they give you so they can be phrased how they would like it.

00:25:22.000 Or they said you can write it in person after that was about six to eight emails that I sent to district.

00:25:28.000 The only response I got back to him was an hour before I had to go on Laura Ingram.

00:25:32.000 It was the very first time.

00:25:33.000 Wanted to meet in person for a little chit chat.

00:25:36.000 And I said, unfortunately, Mr. Simick, that is not going to be happening.

00:25:39.000 Yeah, I mean, these people should not just be fired.

00:25:42.000 I think they should be held criminally accountable for child endangerment.

00:25:46.000 There's been zero response from the district.

00:25:48.000 So I filed a police report.

00:25:50.000 I finally was able to file a grievance with the district because it took this long for them to give me the steps to file a grievance.

00:25:57.000 The district or the DOJ has the report that has been referred to the Department of Education.

00:26:02.000 And now we're waiting.

00:26:05.000 And I will contact Linda McMahon and encourage her to do what they do.

00:26:10.000 Thank you.

00:26:11.000 What is the vibe amongst other parents?

00:26:13.000 Again, I'm sure they're trying to make this seem political.

00:26:15.000 What is the vibe amongst parents?

00:26:18.000 There's been three other parents.

00:26:21.000 I know one other parent for sure has gone to the police department to file a report.

00:26:24.000 Another parent I know is going there today to file police report.

00:26:28.000 Another person has filed a report with the DOJ, I mean the OCR with the DOJ, another person has as well.

00:26:35.000 And their parents are involved so right now talking to lawyers.

00:26:40.000 So I'm not the only one.

00:26:40.000 It's just I'll talk to people.

00:26:43.000 I'll be honest, though.

00:26:44.000 I'm surprised.

00:26:45.000 Well, I'm not surprised.

00:26:46.000 It's Deerfield.

00:26:47.000 But there should be more parents speaking out against this.

00:26:50.000 Getting a lot of emails that are from parents that have left Deerfield that this is why.

00:26:58.000 And that is the sad.

00:27:00.000 Of course.

00:27:02.000 I mean, are you contemplating leaving the district?

00:27:06.000 I'm sure you moved here for a reason.

00:27:07.000 Absolutely not.

00:27:10.000 I'm not.

00:27:10.000 As of right now, no.

00:27:12.000 We didn't do anything wrong.

00:27:13.000 It's really...

00:27:15.000 It's really horrible what's happened.

00:27:17.000 And I'm going to fight, fight, fight.

00:27:19.000 That's what I'm going to do.

00:27:20.000 I'm proud.

00:27:21.000 And we did nothing wrong.

00:27:22.000 And my daughter is the victim here.

00:27:24.000 And we're going to continue on this fight.

00:27:26.000 I'm not giving up.

00:27:26.000 You might have mom a bear that is, but I am fired up.

00:27:30.000 So this fight ain't going anywhere.

00:27:32.000 And I'm going.

00:27:34.000 I'm very, very excited to continue on this fight, and this has got to stop this woke policy.

00:27:39.000 This is the ultimate example of activist educators dragging social experimentation into our children's classroom.

00:27:46.000 You know, threatening young groups of girls has now become stock trade for educating, you know, our young under these.

00:27:53.000 What is your lesson to other parents that are dealing with similar circumstances right now?

00:27:59.000 Don't give up.

00:28:00.000 Talk to make sure that you're educated.

00:28:02.000 Make sure you know the facts.

00:28:04.000 Make sure you know the laws.

00:28:05.000 Talk to kids, really.

00:28:07.000 That is the main problem.

00:28:09.000 Have a great relationship with your kids.

00:28:10.000 Have your kids feel comfortable talking to you and make sure that they stand up for themselves.

00:28:14.000 I mean, thank God that my daughter knew that that's not right.

00:28:17.000 And she stood up for herself.

00:28:19.000 Some are not strong enough.

00:28:20.000 And that's scary.

00:28:22.000 So they just, you know, and they're vulnerable.

00:28:25.000 They're really vulnerable at that age.

00:28:27.000 And that's really, really sad.

00:28:28.000 And it's really hard.

00:28:29.000 So just, you know, stay strong.

00:28:31.000 Stay strong.

00:28:32.000 Have a good relationship with your kids.

00:28:33.000 That's the only thing.

00:28:34.000 And, you know, hopefully a kid set a good example and be there for other parents.

00:28:37.000 That's what I want to do.

00:28:39.000 I mean, parents need to fight for their children.

00:28:41.000 I mean, if this would have happened 10 years ago, no one would have put up with it.

00:28:45.000 It's something.

00:28:46.000 It really is.

00:28:47.000 Good for you, Nicole.

00:28:48.000 God bless you and keep us updated on the case.

00:28:50.000 Thank you.

00:28:50.000 God bless you as well.

00:28:51.000 Thank you.

00:28:52.000 Thank you for having me.

00:28:53.000 Thank you.

00:28:54.000 This is happening all across the country, everybody.

00:28:56.000 It's happening in almost every one of your local school districts where they are forcing biological men, forcing young girls to change next to them. 0.96

00:29:03.000 No longer is it about acceptance.

00:29:05.000 You must go through the humiliation ritual as a woman to unclothed and to de-robe as a teenager in front of a biological man. 0.96

00:29:15.000 You are a trans-hater if you are not willing to send your body as tribute to the trans activist. 0.51

00:29:24.000 You must now dedicate yourself as tribute to subject yourself to the trans humiliation ritual. 1.00

00:29:32.000 Otherwise, you are a trans hater. 0.99

00:29:35.000 Hater. We went from, hey, just leave these kids alone. 1.00

00:29:40.000 They're going to commit suicide.

00:29:42.000 Just give them a little bit of help. 0.99

00:29:44.000 To now you must consent to being abused and dedicate your, you must give your body to the trans. 1.00

00:29:54.000 They don't believe in female privacy because they don't believe in distinctions between male-female.

00:30:00.000 They never have.

00:30:02.000 Welcome to the left.

00:30:03.000 Moral chaos.

00:30:05.000 Boy, Deerfield, Illinois.

00:30:06.000 I'll tell you what.

00:30:06.000 I could tell you a lot of stories about Deerfield, Illinois.

00:30:09.000 They are some of the most liberal, miserable people on the planet. 0.94

00:30:12.000 God bless Nicole. 1.00

00:31:36.000 The astronauts are home.

00:31:38.000 Front page of the Wall Street Journal.

00:31:39.000 You wouldn't know it if you read the New York Times, though.

00:31:40.000 If you read the New York Times, you just think that Gaza is getting bombed.

00:31:43.000 But the astronauts are home.

00:31:46.000 Do you know that NASA gets $25 billion a year?

00:31:52.000 NASA gets $25 billion a year.

00:31:55.000 What they do at that money is beyond me.

00:31:58.000 They do some contracts of SpaceX, but it's only like a couple billion dollars a year.

00:32:02.000 NASA was totally incapable.

00:32:05.000 They do not have the ability and did not to go send up a rocket to go rescue these two stranded astronauts.

00:32:14.000 They simply did not have the ability.

00:32:17.000 Now, under Joe Biden, Joe Biden heard and learned that these astronauts were stranded.

00:32:23.000 And his national security team said, well, sir, we are not able to do that at NASA, even though we get $25 billion a year.

00:32:30.000 And we have Space Force, which is part of a trillion dollar budget.

00:32:33.000 But there is someone who could rescue them.

00:32:36.000 And Joe Biden's team said, who?

00:32:39.000 He said, Elon Musk.

00:32:40.000 And they said no.

00:32:42.000 Joe Biden could have easily fixed this, but it would have been a win for Musk and a win for America.

00:32:48.000 So Joe Biden said, screw him.

00:32:50.000 Leave him up in space. 0.72

00:32:52.000 Party first, country last. 0.88

00:32:54.000 Joe Biden and his cabal, these are some of the most wretched people ever to assume government in American history. 0.97

00:33:00.000 Just that singular example is rotten to the core. 1.00

00:33:05.000 Screw him. 0.53

00:33:06.000 Elon Musk.

00:33:08.000 I don't want to give him the win.

00:33:09.000 He's not on our team anymore.

00:33:13.000 That's dark stuff, everybody.

00:33:15.000 There is a moral and spiritual sickness that has infected the Democrat Party.

00:33:23.000 There is a tribalism that is hard to pinpoint.

00:33:26.000 So yesterday, despite the fact that NASA can do it, SpaceX, led by Elon Musk, rescued these two amazing astronauts, and they are back on Earth.

00:33:36.000 Praise the Lord.

00:33:38.000 Are we getting thank yous from leading Democrats?

00:33:42.000 Of course not.

00:33:43.000 Democrats don't care about humanity. 0.57

00:33:45.000 They don't stand and applaud the kid with brain cancer.

00:33:48.000 They don't stand and applaud the astronaut coming from Earth.

00:33:50.000 The Democrats are so off base on what it means to even have fundamental human decency.

00:34:01.000 They are terroristically going after Teslas.

00:34:03.000 And you guys, Fafo when it comes to these Teslas guys, because there's going to be a lot of people going to federal prison soon.

00:34:10.000 The FBI is ramping up.

00:34:11.000 They are coming after all of you guys.

00:34:13.000 So be careful.

00:34:14.000 All of you guys that you think you're going to docks all these Tesla owners.

00:34:17.000 You got Dan Bongino and Cash Patel, and I'm hearing things.

00:34:20.000 There's going to be a lot of raids on a lot of neck-bearded liberals soon.

00:34:26.000 A lot.

00:34:27.000 A lot of the swatting stuff is going to come to an end.

00:34:30.000 A lot of this, we're going after the Tesla dealerships.

00:34:33.000 The FBI is in gear and there's a lot of good people still in the FBI that weren't part of this Russiagate stuff that love Trump and they are finally unleashed and they are going to do their job.

00:34:45.000 Here is Tim Walls.

00:34:47.000 And I'm just going to say this as bluntly as possible. 0.93

00:34:49.000 This is a bad human being. 0.99

00:34:50.000 He is a bad person. 0.99

00:34:51.000 I don't say that lightly.

00:34:53.000 The Democrat Party does not build anything.

00:34:55.000 They only destroy.

00:34:57.000 Here is Tim Walls cheering for an American stock price to go down.

00:35:02.000 Tim Walls knows about destroying things.

00:35:04.000 He oversaw the downfall of Minneapolis.

00:35:07.000 And hey, Tampon, Tim, you very well could have used a self-driving Tesla the night that you got a DUI covered it up and lied about it.

00:35:17.000 Playcut 196.

00:35:18.000 Saying on my phone, I don't know this on the iPhone, they've got that little stock app.

00:35:23.000 I added Tesla to it to give me a little boost during the day.

00:35:26.000 225 and dropping.

00:35:28.000 So... And if you own one, if you own one, we're not blaming you.

00:35:39.000 You can take dental floss and pull the Tesla thing off, you know, and take out of just telling you.

00:35:45.000 Oh, actually, sorry, Tim.

00:35:47.000 Your margin call didn't work.

00:35:49.000 Tesla's up today, actually.

00:35:51.000 Up significantly.

00:35:53.000 I'm long on Tesla and I'm long on Elon as I'm long on America.

00:35:56.000 Tim Walls is a cheerleader for the destruction and the arson of our country, the same way that he cheered for the incineration of Minneapolis.

00:36:05.000 Tim Walls, I would say he's like Nero, but Nero is probably even better than Tim Wals. 0.99

00:36:12.000 Tim Wals is the worst of this country, a disgusting, despicable human being. 0.99

00:36:16.000 Thanks so much for listening. 0.99
