00:01:10.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:19.000 The bombshell story that is circulating right now is the fact that Joe Biden at his center at the University of Pennsylvania was illegally, as Vice President of the United States, illegally handling classified documents.
00:01:34.000 That Joe Biden, who did not have the power to declassify while he was at his own center at the University of Pennsylvania, was storing these between 2017 and 2020.
00:01:49.000 Now, we know this thanks to CBS.
00:01:51.000 Now, you have to wonder how CBS got their hands on this story.
00:01:55.000 And I do not believe the story as it is being told.
00:01:58.000 I think there's something deeper going on here.
00:02:00.000 I smell something, and I bet you do too.
00:02:03.000 But let's just go through the facts, and then we'll go through some of the delicious double standard.
00:02:08.000 And then I'm going to tell you what I think is really going on here.
00:02:11.000 This all goes back to November 2nd, by the way, right before the midterm elections, obviously.
00:02:16.000 Now, according to CBS News, Joe Biden was illegally storing classified information at the University of Pennsylvania Biden Center.
00:02:28.000 Now, the official story is that Biden's personal attorneys discovered about 10 classified documents last fall, two days before the midterms, while packing up the materials at the Penn Biden Center, the think tank that Biden maintained in office from 2017 to 2020.
00:02:42.000 According to the White House Counsel's office, Biden's attorneys notified the National Archives right away because he's a dutiful boy scout of a fellow.
00:02:50.000 And the documents were handed over the next day, and that's according to Biden's lawyers.
00:02:55.000 Now, according to Biden's lawyers, Biden himself didn't know about any of these documents.
00:02:59.000 Now, you have to wonder, the explanation they're basically giving, which I find to be rubbish, I think is balderdash, I think is horsepucky, I think it's nonsensical, is that they now had a heightened awareness because the Mar-a-Lago raid.
00:03:15.000 And Joe Biden, who wanted to do the right thing, just happened to stumble across some documents at the University of Pennsylvania and say, here you go, DOJ.
00:03:24.000 Now that I know that I could be raided because of this, here are thou documents.
00:03:32.000 There's more to this.
00:03:34.000 According to Biden's lawyers, Biden himself didn't know anything about it.
00:03:37.000 So far, we still do not know what the documents are about.
00:03:41.000 One big difference between these, obviously between Trump and Biden, is that Trump as president had total authority to declassify.
00:03:49.000 Now, remember, Joe Biden was lecturing us when they invaded Mar-a-Lago, which I believe in the midterm election, there was a massive missed opportunity to not focus on the weaponization of government and the raiding of Mar-a-Lago.
00:04:03.000 I would have loved to have seen a midterm election commercial with the footage of the FBI walking through Mar-a-Lago.
00:04:09.000 Why that was not done, I think, was a missed opportunity to energize the base to win over moderates and to persuade independents that you may not like Donald Trump, but using the force of government to go through somebody's home, through their closet, and through your son's room is wrong, no matter what political party you're part of.
00:04:26.000 However, no use in talking about that now because that was not done.
00:04:29.000 Joe Biden lecturing us about how could you be so irresponsible.
00:04:34.000 Play cut 36.
00:04:36.000 When you saw the photograph of the top secret documents laid out on the floor at Mar-a-Lago, what did you think to yourself?
00:04:44.000 How that could possibly happen?
00:04:48.000 How anyone could be that irresponsible?
00:04:51.000 And I thought, what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods?
00:04:56.000 And it's just totally irresponsible.
00:04:59.000 Totally irresponsible.
00:05:01.000 You got to wonder.
00:05:03.000 The lack of self-awareness, but they don't care, obviously.
00:05:05.000 It's not even about hypocrisy.
00:05:07.000 It's about hierarchy.
00:05:08.000 They think they are better than you.
00:05:11.000 They know that they believe deep down that they're better than you, but they're not.
00:05:15.000 So here's another one: Fox News report, just on the files found in Biden's possession.
00:05:20.000 Here's the facts.
00:05:21.000 I'm going to tell you what I think is really going on here.
00:05:22.000 Play cut 30.
00:05:23.000 Classified Obama-era documents found.
00:05:26.000 Drumroll, please.
00:05:27.000 Joe Biden's private offices at the University of Pennsylvania for the time he was vice president.
00:05:33.000 We are learning the president's private attorneys stumbled upon the sensitive information just six days before the midterms when they were closing up shop in that office.
00:05:43.000 Now, two thoughts on this.
00:05:45.000 Number one, this doesn't really excite me very much versus the other quasi-treasonous crimes that we know Joe Biden and his family have committed, selling us out to China, selling us out to foreign oligarchs via his son, mishandling paperwork.
00:06:02.000 It doesn't get me that animated.
00:06:03.000 However, if you want equal application of the law and they're going to raid Mar-a-Lago on a technicality, then fair game.
00:06:13.000 I'm not going to be the one to all of a sudden say, well, you know, we really shouldn't go after Joe Biden.
00:06:18.000 I would love to see Joe Biden.
00:06:19.000 However, let's hold on.
00:06:20.000 Let's pause and realize who's in charge.
00:06:24.000 You see, if you look at the Operation Mockingbird Media, which, of course, Mockingbird Media goes back to a CIA project that was discovered in the church committee back in the 1970s.
00:06:34.000 You go back to the mockingbird media, they try to have you believe that somehow the president is in charge.
00:06:41.000 That somehow the president is the head of the government, and something like this is massive news.
00:06:47.000 And any of us that are watching carefully and closely, we know that's not true.
00:06:52.000 We know that it is the fourth branch of government.
00:06:56.000 It is the middle service.
00:06:57.000 It is the desk workers.
00:06:58.000 It is the bureaucrats.
00:06:59.000 The French word for bureaucrat literally means desk worker.
00:07:04.000 So you see this, you say, wow, the president did something really wrong.
00:07:09.000 You say, hold, hold on a second.
00:07:11.000 Who's actually in charge?
00:07:13.000 The shadow government is in charge.
00:07:15.000 So after watching many iterations of these types of stories throughout the years, we must press pause and say, how did CBS get this story exactly?
00:07:25.000 Because of their ability and their willingness to go investigate the Biden family?
00:07:29.000 Of course not.
00:07:30.000 This was intentionally leaked.
00:07:32.000 You're trying to tell me that CBS all of a sudden got green lights throughout the entire government to start sitting down and collecting the information from U.S. attorneys.
00:07:43.000 And now, January 10th, 2023, after the new Republican Congress has been sworn in, CBS is able to all of a sudden put this entire story together?
00:07:54.000 That is nonsense.
00:07:57.000 Now, the double standard from the media is really worth marinating, and it really is worth enjoying how they covered Donald Trump versus that.
00:08:06.000 We're going to keep on doing it, but there's something very glaring here, which does confirm a prediction we have been making here on this program.
00:08:14.000 There is widespread anxiety that Joe Biden might actually try to run for president again in 2024.
00:08:23.000 And as one of our team members say, why wouldn't he?
00:08:25.000 He could raise a bunch of money.
00:08:27.000 He doesn't have to campaign.
00:08:28.000 The media will protect him.
00:08:29.000 The shadow government is loyal to him.
00:08:31.000 But I still think there is some anxiety within the inner working machinery that he might win, and I put in quotes, win in 2024, but there's a risk factor that Joe Biden, not being able to campaign, not being able to be protected by hiding in your basement during COVID, Joe Biden still has a sub 50% approval rating.
00:08:58.000 And if Joe Biden tries to run, it doesn't give a guarantee that the administrative state can remain in power, that Donald Trump very well might win against him, or whomever the nominee is.
00:09:11.000 Certainly looks like it will be Trump or if it's Ron DeSantis.
00:09:15.000 I believe what we're seeing here, the beginning stages of CBS getting this story, which was obviously intentionally leaked, I believed orchestrated the rumblings about Hunter Biden being indicted, the Republicans taking over Congress.
00:09:31.000 I believe we are seeing a gradually then suddenly bait and switch where you are going to see Donald Trump get unfairly indicted either by the Fulton County DA.
00:09:46.000 We're going to get to that story in a second because there was a story yesterday about that that most people didn't notice and or Joe Biden getting investigated both simultaneously.
00:09:54.000 The FBI can say, look, we are equal opportunity offenders here.
00:09:59.000 But then who?
00:10:01.000 I refuse to believe that this is a bombshell against Joe Biden.
00:10:05.000 No, no, no.
00:10:05.000 You are watching and witnessing a simulation brought to you by the administrative state.

00:11:17.000 The fourth branch of government, the unchecked, the unelected, and seemingly unlimited amounts of power, they are playing a game here.
00:11:25.000 You're trying to tell me CBS News decided all of a sudden to strap on their investigative reporting toolkit to go and navigate the inner bureaucracy to go make the current president of the United States look bad.
00:11:38.000 The same CBS news, if I remember correctly, it might have been ABC.
00:11:43.000 Now, I think it was CBS.
00:11:45.000 The same CBS News that did the softball interview with Hunter Biden when Hunter Biden said that he was going through the carpet looking for Parmesan cheese.
00:11:57.000 I think that was CBS.
00:11:58.000 You could fact-check me on it.
00:12:00.000 If my memory serves me correctly, the cryon in my memory seems to be CBS.
00:12:04.000 The very same CBS news that is constantly running interference for the regime.
00:12:11.000 All of a sudden, we're supposed to believe that CBS News woke up and they said, we got a story here.
00:12:17.000 No, no, no.
00:12:18.000 Stories at CBS that are published are stories that were not killed.
00:12:25.000 There is a reason why this story has made it out there.
00:12:32.000 My memory was correct.
00:12:32.000 That's right.
00:12:33.000 Hunter Biden on his memoir, Beautiful Things and His Struggle with Substance Abuse.
00:12:38.000 I remember I saw that right there.
00:12:40.000 The same CBS news that gave Hunter Biden an uninterrupted platform, Tracy Smith.
00:12:45.000 Tell us, Hunter Biden, how beautiful of a person you are, despite all the things we've learned on the laptop.
00:12:52.000 Just tell us.
00:12:53.000 That very same CBS news is all of a sudden the one that is blitzing the blazing the trail to hold Joe Biden accountable for potentially breaking federal crimes.
00:13:05.000 I don't buy it.
00:13:08.000 What I do want to enjoy with all of you, though, just for a little bit, because let's just enjoy some of the more shallow, delicious nature of this, and then we'll dive into some of the more civilizational altering implications, is the affirmative action lady from MSNBC, Joy Reed.
00:13:24.000 I just get such a kick out of looking at her reaction on things.
00:13:29.000 Play cut 32.
00:13:30.000 Joy Reed first going after Trump's Mar-a-Lago documents, then the news reports of Biden's classified documents.
00:13:37.000 Play cut 32.
00:13:39.000 So here's the thing about presidential records.
00:13:42.000 Something Trump and his posse cannot seem to understand.
00:13:45.000 They belong not to Trump or to any president.
00:13:49.000 Or to any president.
00:13:51.000 They belong to the American people, to you.
00:13:53.000 They are literally and legally the property of the U.S. government.
00:13:59.000 It's funny that you should say that because.
00:14:05.000 And some breaking news.
00:14:06.000 CBS News has learned that classified documents belonging to President Biden from his time as vice president were discovered at the Penn Biden Center.
00:14:16.000 Imagine this.
00:14:17.000 What are the consequences?
00:14:19.000 Because don't there need to be consequences?
00:14:22.000 Yeah, don't there need to be consequences?
00:14:24.000 Just one more.
00:14:25.000 I just can't resist.
00:14:26.000 Joy Behar, I'm just going to allow you to just take your own opinion of Joy Behar.
00:14:32.000 We've had our little skirmish with the view and we won repeatedly.
00:14:36.000 Play cut 42.
00:14:38.000 I think that what you just said is right, that there are differences in what happens.
00:14:43.000 Yes.
00:14:44.000 Well, we all know that Trump is a liar and a thief.
00:14:47.000 You know?
00:14:48.000 We know that.
00:14:50.000 So it's not that big a jump to say that he obstructed and he lied.
00:14:54.000 We don't think that Biden is a liar and a thief, so we give him the benefit of the doubt.
00:14:58.000 That's probably what's going on.
00:15:00.000 My favorite part of that clip is trained Pavlovian dogs.
00:15:07.000 As soon as she says a liar and a thief, it's like everyone just like kind of springs into gear.
00:15:13.000 I wonder if they had the please clap lights on in those live studio audiences.
00:15:19.000 I mean, if you listen to that clip, it's everyone's quiet.
00:15:22.000 And as soon as she says it, they start just, yes, of course, absolutely.
00:15:26.000 Yes.
00:15:28.000 Almost as if they were going through some sort of liturgy.
00:15:32.000 Stand up.
00:15:35.000 Say they, our father, Donald Trump is a liar and a thief.
00:15:38.000 Anyway, I find that to be the most illuminating part of that.
00:15:41.000 But look, we could go back and forth of how they treat Donald Trump and how they feet feature Joe Biden and how they're going after Joe Biden.
00:15:50.000 You're going to get that on other shows, okay?
00:15:51.000 They're going to say, look at the double standard, and that's fun, and we could have some lighthearted time with that.
00:15:56.000 But look, this is a move.
00:15:59.000 Look deeper.
00:16:01.000 The people that actually run our government, the inner machinery, the desk workers, the bureaucrats, the permanent state, the administrative state, the product of Woodrow Wilson and German historicism of John Dewey and the architects of the extra-constitutional shadow government.
00:16:15.000 They're making a move here.
00:16:17.000 We don't know exactly what that move is, but it's just so glaring.
00:16:21.000 CBS News now gets into an investigative posture.
00:16:25.000 I don't believe it.
00:16:26.000 The U.S. attorneys are now all of a sudden convicted to go after Joe Biden.
00:16:29.000 I don't believe it.
00:16:30.000 No, no, no, no.
00:16:30.000 There's a plan here.
00:16:33.000 And the plan is not necessarily to get rid of Joe Biden.
00:16:37.000 There's something else here.
00:16:41.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:16:45.000 It's a new year, and you may be trying to make some positive change in your life.
00:16:49.000 New resolutions, habits, and thought processes.
00:16:52.000 But let's be honest, these efforts do not always pan out.
00:16:56.000 Have you ever given up after a few months because you don't see the results you were hoping for?
00:17:00.000 That's where Strong Cell comes in.

00:17:35.000 It is a miracle coenzyme.

00:19:16.000 I took it for a month and it's made a big difference.

00:19:29.000 Joining us now is Kash Patel, author of the new book, Government Gangsters.
00:19:33.000 Cash, welcome back to the program.
00:19:35.000 Hey, happy new year, Charlie.
00:19:36.000 Great to be back.
00:19:37.000 So, Cash, what do you make of this recent news of all of a sudden CBS News allegedly becoming a journalistic outfit?
00:19:43.000 I think there's more to the story here.
00:19:46.000 What are your thoughts, Cash?
00:19:47.000 Yeah, so you got to rewind the clock and go look at the fake news mafia a little more closely.
00:19:51.000 We now know that the two-tier system of justice has been on display, but now it's going to be between two sitting, one sitting president and another presidential candidate, what used to be president.
00:20:00.000 When you wind the clock back, we know they had it before the election, but it wasn't released.
00:20:04.000 In November, on November 14th, the Washington Post, the purveyors of fake news, issued an article that said, Lead investigators in the Trump Mar-a-Lago raid investigation have determined that President Trump's motives and intentions for leaking classified information or taking it were not unlawful, but they were due to ego and desire.
00:20:23.000 Those are their quotes.
00:20:24.000 There is no way that the Washington Post writes a story that essentially exonerates President Trump from any criminal convictions or liability, unless there's more to the story.
00:20:34.000 Now you have the rest of the story.
00:20:36.000 These same journalists are going to say the standard was set by the FBI who leaked to them and crafted this clever narrative so that they can exonerate Joe Biden.
00:20:47.000 That's the connection point that people need to be paying attention to.
00:20:51.000 It started before the midterms, it was withheld from the public, which would have changed yet another election cycle.
00:20:57.000 And the mainstream media and the FBI colluded together to create a narrative to free Joe Biden, give him a jet out of jail free card before he was ever even brought that he was in criminal liability.
00:21:09.000 So what is the process here?
00:21:11.000 Who is the U.S. attorney investigating this?
00:21:13.000 And so how many active criminal investigations are there that we know of into the Biden family?
00:21:19.000 I would say at least four or five.
00:21:21.000 But the U.S. attorney for Illinois, which is the federal lead prosecutor in the state of Illinois for the U.S. Department of Justice, is this guy named Dan Laus Jr., who is actually a guy that was a Trump holdover.
00:21:35.000 And I think this is optics more than anything else.
00:21:38.000 The reason that Merrick Garland has given this investigation to this guy in Illinois is for the, again, the appearance of being above board and being a singular system of justice.
00:21:50.000 But the determination as to what's going to happen to this case was already made by the head government gangsters in charge, Chris Ray and Merrick Garland, in the swamp of Washington, D.C., with their friends in the fake news media.
00:22:01.000 So I don't see this case going anywhere except saying we looked at it and he shouldn't have taken it.
00:22:07.000 But the one thing that this case should show when set up against the Trump case is the law.
00:22:12.000 The president of the United States, when sitting, has the unilateral authority to declassify documents.
00:22:18.000 You know who doesn't?
00:22:19.000 The vice president.
00:22:21.000 And so how do you think this fits into the broader picture then of Donald Trump also being investigated by Jack Smith and the Fulton County DA?
00:22:33.000 Well, they, I imagine, knew all this information because, of course, these people in the swamp leaked it, not just to the new incoming special counsel, but also to the people in the Georgia investigation, because what they're probably hoping for in the decision out of Georgia, because of the state laws down there, that special grand jury can't actually bring criminal charges, but it can refer them back to the DA, which is what it's done.
00:22:57.000 And I think what the Department of Justice wants is to get enough Trump world people on state charges down in Georgia so that they can dirty up President Trump himself and say, look, he's surrounded by these people who are trying to hijack an election.
00:23:10.000 And then the mainstream media will lap that headline up and say President Trump was corrupt too, but the DOJ and FBI operated on an equal playing field when it came to Trump and Biden.
00:23:21.000 Yeah, I mean, I think that's what's really going on here: they want to get rid of both.
00:23:23.000 They want to get rid of both Trump and Biden and then try to save face I put in quotes that they are a non-political entity now that there's a new church committee that will be investigating them.
00:23:35.000 What are your thoughts?
00:23:36.000 Yeah, so the new church committee is one of the extractions that was won, I say, in the negotiations.
00:23:42.000 And they're going to, they, the government gangsters and the people, the deep state, it's what I talk about in my book: how you identify them, how you get rid of them, and how you save America, essentially, in every agency and department.
00:23:54.000 These people need to start being subpoenaed, starting, in my opinion, next week, along with the documentation.
00:23:59.000 Then you need to drag them, Chris Ray, Merrick Garland, Mayorkis, everyone around them before the American people to answer questions on Hunter Biden's laptop on why was this information withheld about Joe Biden's classified documents when you knew it was before an election cycle that would have probably changed the outcome of certain senatorial races.
00:24:16.000 These questions show the politicization of this apparatus, and we haven't even gotten to the intelligence community and their funneling of information on the behalf of Joe Biden and the CCP and leaking it to the media when it behooves their interest, their political interest.
00:24:31.000 So I think all of this has to come to a head, hopefully at that committee that Jim Jordan is now the chairman of, with I think they call the weaponization of the federal government oversight committee.
00:24:41.000 But they got a lot of subpoenas to get out the door.
00:24:43.000 And we've talked about it on your show.
00:24:45.000 I know your people are going to say, well, they're going to ignore them.
00:24:47.000 Yeah, this is important.
00:24:48.000 No, no, dive into this.
00:24:49.000 This is critical.
00:24:50.000 Yeah, they will.
00:24:51.000 They will.
00:24:51.000 You think Chris Ray and Merrick Garland are going to say, oh, I got a subpoena.
00:24:54.000 We got to give you everything we've ever seen.
00:24:56.000 No, they won't.
00:24:58.000 They'll hem.
00:24:58.000 They'll delay.
00:24:59.000 They'll haul.
00:25:00.000 And the only thing that will bring them to heal is if you take their funding.
00:25:04.000 And the speaker of the house has the ability specifically to allow the committee under Jim Jordan's chairmanship in this specific instance to fence, to take pockets of money from their budgets.
00:25:15.000 We did it once when I ran Russia Gate because Paul Ryan was too much of a coward to let me do it again.
00:25:20.000 But the day we did it, after Rob Rosenstein and Chris Ray withheld 17 subpoenas worth of returns from us, I got a thousand pages of documents the next day exposing the FISA corruption, the DOJ corruption, Lisa Page, text messages, and all that stuff that's now so public.
00:25:36.000 That's how we got it.
00:25:38.000 And I hope this Congress has the backbone to go in there and do that.
00:25:41.000 So when Paul Ryan was speaker, you guys would send a subpoena and they're like, yeah, whatever.
00:25:47.000 What concessions were transacted or were agreed upon by the 20 holdouts that will make this?
00:25:59.000 So let's say Thomas Massey sends a subpoena to Christopher Wright and Christopher Ray says, whatever.
00:26:06.000 What is different that will make this Congress, this committee, outside of fencing the funding, maybe that's the only way to make sure we actually get the information?
00:26:15.000 Well, those negotiations haven't fully unveiled yet.
00:26:18.000 My hope is that the subpoena authority of the chairman and chairwoman is not unilateral.
00:26:24.000 That's to say they don't have to go beg the speaker of the house every time they want to send a subpoena.
00:26:29.000 What should have happened in these negotiations and what I believe happened is: hey, we're investigating the FBI on the weaponization and politicization of law enforcement.
00:26:37.000 Okay, go forth with your investigation and send any subpoena you want.
00:26:41.000 And what the speaker and the chairman and women should have agreed to is when they don't reply, which they will not, then you come back to me as speaker of the house, and I will tell you to fence their money.
00:26:51.000 That was when we will know if the rubber actually met the road in terms of these negotiations.
00:26:56.000 Right now, I think that's what happened, but I don't have the inside baseball on it.
00:27:00.000 But we'll know as soon as people start defying congressional subpoenas.
00:27:02.000 And I just remind everybody about the unselect committee of January 6th and how powerful they made congressional subpoenas.
00:27:08.000 Why shouldn't Republicans do this?
00:27:09.000 Well, so let's play this out.
00:27:11.000 Okay, so let's pretend.
00:27:12.000 Let's just pick somebody who I'm rather upset with who harmed me, Jack Dorsey.
00:27:16.000 Okay.
00:27:17.000 So Jack Dorsey put me on a Twitter blacklist.
00:27:19.000 Jack Dorsey put a do not threaten, not maybe not him personally, but his company did while he was CEO.
00:27:24.000 Okay.
00:27:24.000 Let's be factual and fair.
00:27:26.000 I bet he knew.
00:27:27.000 Anyway, so let's say that let's say that one of these committees, okay, let's say Marjorie Taylor Green or Matt Gates or Chip Roy or Ana Paulina, they subpoena Jack Dorsey.
00:27:36.000 And Jack Dorsey is in Tahiti and he says, forget it.
00:27:40.000 I'm not going to testify.
00:27:41.000 Now, he actually probably will because he's done other testimonies.
00:27:44.000 Let's just pretend it's him.
00:27:46.000 The precedent has been set, though, Cash, that you get indicted and have to face jail time.
00:27:53.000 Look at Steve Bannon.
00:27:54.000 Yeah.
00:27:55.000 And even though I believe it was wrong, I think Steve Bannon had actually executive privilege here.
00:28:00.000 And so there's now a precedent where they better follow these subpoenas or else a defiance of a congressional subpoena can mean jail time.
00:28:09.000 Is that correct?
00:28:10.000 That's absolutely correct.
00:28:11.000 But here's where that we have a Department of Justice that is a two-tier system of justice.
00:28:18.000 Force, obviously, yes.
00:28:19.000 But here's the here's the kicker.
00:28:21.000 And I did this during my time at Russia Gate.
00:28:23.000 When you have a Department of Justice that you cannot rely on to fulfill a congressional subpoena and force people who violate it, Congress actually has this thing called inherent contempt of Congress powers, which means the Speaker of the House can send the sergeant at arms out and go and arrest anyone that defies a congressional subpoena.
00:28:42.000 If you want to see whether these Republicans actually have backbone, that's the law.
00:28:42.000 Wow.
00:28:46.000 No, slow down.
00:28:48.000 I've never heard that before.
00:28:50.000 So you're trying to tell me Kevin McCarthy can send a SWAT team to go, let's just use the example, to go arrest Jack Dorsey.
00:29:00.000 Yeah, if he violates a congressional subpoena and there's a vote for an inherent contempt of Congress.
00:29:05.000 A vote on a committee or a vote through the entire all of Congress.
00:29:10.000 Okay, so let's say Fauci defies a subpoena.
00:29:14.000 Yeah, he can be arrested by the sergeant at arms at the direction of Kevin McCarthy and held in detention.
00:29:21.000 Where?
00:29:22.000 Well, there are jail cells at the bottom of the Capitol building.
00:29:24.000 People don't know that, but they're there.
00:29:28.000 So, Cash, wait, the government is holding your manuscript.
00:29:32.000 How is it that John Bolton got his manuscript past those gatekeepers?
00:29:37.000 Well, John Bolton just decided to publish it.
00:29:39.000 And even though he decided to publish it with what I was, what I felt was classified information, of course, that DOJ didn't go after him.
00:29:46.000 And of course, that position won't be applied to me.
00:29:49.000 Now, having served in government, I didn't, I did not put any classified info in there.
00:29:54.000 But what they'll say is, oh, we're reviewing it.
00:29:56.000 And since I literally name every government gangster in the executive branch by name and agency, they are not going to want this book out.
00:30:04.000 But we are in it for the fight.
00:30:05.000 We are digging in and this book is coming out.
00:30:08.000 You better get your pre-sale copy of governmentgangsters.com.
00:30:10.000 We will not let the government gangsters preclude us from the truth.
00:30:15.000 Who is the filter team that decides what you can publish?
00:30:19.000 Every agency and department, get this, that I ever worked at has a say in this book.
00:30:25.000 But who?
00:30:25.000 They have like a separate division of well, they have they, and let me be clear: the pros that do that work, because lots of people in government write books are actually good at their job and review the manuscripts and say clear.
00:30:38.000 The problem is their chain of command is made aware of books like mine and they'll suffocate them and say, no, no, no, we're going to hold that one.
00:30:45.000 Yeah, so we'll see if this government allows it out.
00:30:48.000 I'm just confused, though, because people leaked relentlessly on Donald Trump.
00:30:54.000 We had that really just disturbing neurotic freak.
00:31:01.000 What was that guy's name that wrote Anonymous?
00:31:03.000 That was Miles.
00:31:05.000 Tyler Miles or something.
00:31:06.000 Miles.
00:31:08.000 And did he go through a filter team?
00:31:11.000 He actually did, but since it benefited an anti-Trump narrative, that thing goosed through the process and was not held up at all.
00:31:18.000 But that's honestly what should happen is a pretty quick and easy review, but they politicize even the book industry when it comes to conservatives and America first people.
00:31:29.000 And I hope they don't do that with government gangsters, but I don't have a lot of faith in them.
00:31:33.000 Here's some breaking news.
00:31:34.000 The classified documents contain information of highly sensitive subjects, including his ties to Ukraine, Iran, United Kingdom, according to a report from CNN.
00:31:44.000 Again, now all of a sudden we're supposed to believe that CNN and CBS are doing investigative journalism.
00:31:50.000 As the great Rush Lumbaugh would say, is if the media starts investigating Democrats, there is a reason.
00:31:56.000 Among the classified documents from Joe Biden, as vice president discovered in a private office last fall, are U.S. intelligence memos and briefing materials that cover topics in Ukraine, Iran, and United Kingdom.
00:32:07.000 Cash, your reaction.
00:32:08.000 Well, having worked in the intel community and being the deputy director of national intelligence, I know those documents are classified at a high level of compartmentalization, as we call it, as an SEI level, which is the highest level of security clearance we have.
00:32:21.000 So it's interesting and ironic to me that Joe Biden maybe has the documents that exonerate or that criminally hold his son liable for his actions with Burisma and the CCP and the Ukraine and getting the prosecutor fired.
00:32:33.000 Maybe he kept those as mementos, or rather, he had kept them so that he would never be prosecuted and he could hold those documents hostage when he would later go on to be president.
00:32:42.000 These are questions we need to be asking.
00:32:44.000 But for sure, they seem to be highly compartmentalized, classified documents.
00:32:49.000 And let's see what this DOJ rolls out next.
00:32:52.000 But I agree with you.
00:32:53.000 I think the decision has already been made.
00:32:55.000 They'll exonerate him, try to brush him aside and say, look, we acted fairly with all parties, including Trump.
00:33:02.000 Yeah, I think Hunter Biden is the key to a lot of this, where they're going to use an indictment over Hunter Biden to try to get Joe Biden not to run or to do some to act in some way or approve a deal.
00:33:14.000 The administrative state, the fourth branch of government, they hold the power here.
00:33:18.000 And so last question, Cash, just to reinforce something we talked about earlier, which is this new Congress has a mandate and it seems to be vocal willingness to actually investigate the fourth branch of government.
00:33:30.000 What does success look like in your estimation of, let's say, two years from now, let's just say two years from now, we get the final report.
00:33:37.000 What does success look like?
00:33:39.000 Success is simple.
00:33:40.000 The documents from the FBI, DOJ, and the intelligence community that showed how and why they buried for political purposes things like Hunter Biden's laptop or the handling of Joe Biden's classified document investigation, why it was withheld from the American public.
00:33:54.000 I want the FBI and DOJ's own documents.
00:33:56.000 I want the intelligence community's own documents.
00:33:58.000 That's the only way we as Americans can hold the fourth administrative branch responsible or accountable, I should say, like we did when I ran the Russia Gate investigation.
00:34:07.000 And I want it on as many subjects as possible, be it the IRS or things like Lois Lerner or things that we're still discussing about, or even the Ford State threatening and actually subpoenaing me, congressional investigator in 2017.
00:34:20.000 I want those documents.
00:34:21.000 Here is my what someone said, Charlie, investigations don't matter.
00:34:24.000 I disagree.
00:34:25.000 I want to make life uncomfortable for every bureaucrat.
00:34:28.000 I want them to think that what they're doing is being investigated.
00:34:31.000 I want to interrupt their vacations.
00:34:33.000 I want to interrupt their days off.
00:34:35.000 I want them to spend their time finding documents.
00:34:37.000 I want them to hesitate to come after us.
00:34:39.000 I want them to feel as if all of a sudden there is a metaphorical sword of Damocles over every single one of them.
00:34:45.000 And I want it to be relentless and I want it to be 24-7, 365 oversight of these gangsters.
00:34:52.000 So check out the book, Government Gangsters.
00:34:54.000 Cash, see you soon.
00:34:55.000 Thanks so much.
00:34:55.000 Bye.
