00:00:37.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:40.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:44.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:45.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:46.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:00:53.000 Turning point USA. 0.65

00:00:54.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:03.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:06.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.

00:01:15.000 Let's get right into it.

00:01:16.000 Joining us now is Steve Bannon to react to the Project Veritas news.

00:01:20.000 James O'Keefe is out at Project Veritas.

00:01:23.000 Steve, I wanted to lead with you today.

00:01:25.000 You have been through a variety of different business situations, merger and acquisitions.

00:01:30.000 You've dealt with CEOs, artists, you've dealt with actors, all of it.

00:01:35.000 But James O'Keefe is special to our country.

00:01:37.000 He is important to our movement.

00:01:39.000 Steve, how should we think about this?

00:01:42.000 Well, you know, Charlie, I'm not a conspiracy theory guy, but I got to tell you, I can't, and I've talked to a lot of people overnight and then this morning, given what's put out, I can't figure out what went on here.

00:01:52.000 Remember, I came out of Goldman after Harvard.

00:01:54.000 I came out of Goldman Sachs in the defense.

00:01:56.000 Goldman Sachs at the time were the defenders against hostile takeovers.

00:02:00.000 So my whole early career in Wall Street was defending Raiders and defending hostile takeovers.

00:02:06.000 That's what we've had here.

00:02:07.000 And that's the way you got to look at it.

00:02:09.000 And I think right now the solution is quite simple.

00:02:12.000 I think the board has to terminate anybody that either these former consultants they brought in, these former people that ran it, have to terminate them immediately, and maybe other board members.

00:02:23.000 And they have to return, they have to vote unanimously to bring O'Keeffe back, and then they should resign.

00:02:29.000 I think they got a clear house over here.

00:02:31.000 I met O'Keefe, I don't know, 12 years ago when Andrews, I think it was in 2009 or 2010, during the Acorn situation, when I was just Andrews beginning to be his financial advisor about raising capital.

00:02:44.000 Andrew and James O'Keeffe, to think what he's done to build that organization is stunning.

00:02:49.000 Charlie, here's what got me.

00:02:51.000 When they came out with their thing, yesterday, the board, I actually thought, and I called a couple of people, I said, is this a parody?

00:02:57.000 Are they kidding?

00:02:58.000 He took like a couple of planes over the last few years.

00:03:01.000 This guy's raised, I don't know, hundreds of millions of dollars and done built this organization into a weapon.

00:03:06.000 And at the very moment, I'm not a conspiracy theory guy, but I can't separate out the power of what he did with Pfizer.

00:03:15.000 And you add that to Naomi Wolf and the War Room posse doing that, all that analysis on those 50 reports in the book that's like number three or four on Amazon about the Pfizer documents.

00:03:27.000 Those two were the pincer moves on Pfizer.

00:03:29.000 The time he was as squat as absolutely incredible.

00:03:34.000 And to have it happen at the same time and with their rationale, he took a $14,000 flight.

00:03:40.000 I said, hey, did the flight go down to like the corner store?

00:03:42.000 Who can get a $14,000 flight?

00:03:45.000 And then they had some charge, you know, some cars or some charging rides or whatever it is.

00:03:50.000 There was nothing there.

00:03:52.000 All these big financial improprieties and the stuff he did for the music, which is look, not my cup of tea, but I know young people like it.

00:03:58.000 And I've seen it where those things attract young people and open up to the message of what he's trying to do.

00:04:04.000 So there was nothing there.

00:04:05.000 That's why I think there's something we don't know.

00:04:08.000 Do you think, so you're dancing around it, but just to ask it directly, do you think Pfizer, biggest story in Project Veritas history, weeks later, James O'Keefe out at Project Veritas?

00:04:18.000 You have a sign right behind you, Steve.

00:04:19.000 No conspiracy, no conspiracies, but no coincidences.

00:04:23.000 Charlie, it's got to, this is what I'm saying.

00:04:25.000 There's something there, it just, it boggles the mind that that particularly as long as those hits take to do it, and he's perfected kind of the honeypot or the honey trap to a, you know, from Facebook to the school boards to the schools.

00:04:40.000 This thing on Pfizer, the power of it on Pfizer, because we got Pfizer to admit, he got Pfizer to admit they're doing gain of function.

00:04:50.000 People understand the gain of function experimentation or directed evolution is basically the weaponization of biology to be a weapon, right?

00:04:59.000 It is the most dangerous thing you could do.

00:05:00.000 We got Pfizer to admit that.

00:05:02.000 The power of what he pulled off at the exact same moment, he's thrown out for what looks like things that would happen, particularly after they already sent their financials in.

00:05:13.000 It was all approved by the board that this audited.

00:05:18.000 And what they're saying is that he raised his voice at a couple of meetings or he took a peanut butter and jelly sandwich from a woman who's, I mean, the stuff was so juvenile as to beggar.

00:05:29.000 Don't waste my time.

00:05:30.000 That can't be the reason.

00:05:31.000 Well, and it can't be the reason.

00:05:32.000 But by the way, it can't be the reason.

00:05:33.000 James O'Keefe has produced no less than $100 billion worth of value for the conservative movement, period.

00:05:39.000 You could run television ads all day long and you would not get close to the impact of James O'Keefe over the last decade.

00:05:45.000 You name an agency, you name a cesspool of corruption, James O'Keefe has been able to land shots on target.

00:05:52.000 Pfizer, FDA, CDC, Muslim Brotherhood, Open Border, you name it.

00:05:58.000 He has been able to land shots on target, Acorn.

00:06:01.000 And so here's what they're saying, Steve.

00:06:03.000 And look, Steve, you have a ton of business expertise.

00:06:05.000 One of the reasons why I wanted to lead with you.

00:06:07.000 They say, okay, $150,000 in black cars last 18 months.

00:06:10.000 They failed to say he traveled 400 days over a year and a half.

00:06:15.000 So when you travel 400 days, okay, that's about $320 a day in a car that you need for security purposes.

00:06:22.000 That's a business expense.

00:06:24.000 It's also time is money.

00:06:26.000 He's out there raising money.

00:06:27.000 He's out doing these incredible hits.

00:06:29.000 It's nothing.

00:06:30.000 It's everything they put forth.

00:06:31.000 I just want to make sure the audience understands.

00:06:33.000 I haven't had a chance to go through the details.

00:06:35.000 It is meaningless.

00:06:37.000 So what they're putting up can't be the reason.

00:06:40.000 It cannot be the reason.

00:06:41.000 And I got to tell you, his lawyers, I think he'd come in and you drop massive lawsuits in these guys.

00:06:47.000 You sue them personally.

00:06:48.000 The insurance company, the directors and officers of insurance will never back these guys up.

00:06:54.000 These guys are all personally liable.

00:06:56.000 They come in right now and sue these guys and say, I'm coming after you personally as a director.

00:07:01.000 The insurance company is going to sit there and go, hey, your DNO insurance is not going to work because you were not a fiduciary here, right?

00:07:06.000 You could not have taken this action.

00:07:07.000 If anything, it was been coming in and let's have a discussion about maybe how you lead some of these groups and raise your voice sometimes, or maybe you keep your desk too messy.

00:07:18.000 Or that's the type of juvenile.

00:07:19.000 This is juvenile.

00:07:22.000 By the way, Steve, just considering the whispers of the last week and a half, I expected much.

00:07:27.000 I mean, when they released this yesterday, I was so speechless.

00:07:31.000 I said, you're trying to tell me there's a singular charter flight in question.

00:07:35.000 He might have had somebody clean his boat, which is, I mean, really?

00:07:39.000 It's a $14,000 flight.

00:07:41.000 There's not a $14,000 private flight you can take in the country.

00:07:45.000 His expenses were de minimis given the time he has to use to go see donors.

00:07:51.000 And remember, he's a fundraising machine.

00:07:54.000 James O'Keefe is known as a guy that fundraises nonstop besides the time of spending on this.

00:08:00.000 And people don't understand.

00:08:01.000 This is where I had him on the show a couple of years ago.

00:08:03.000 The train, first off, just the amount of things you start on this that you got to kill because they don't come to fruition.

00:08:10.000 The training on this, he's like training undercover agents.

00:08:14.000 Look at the hills.

00:08:15.000 Look at the Facebook sleeper cells, the Facebook hit, which is still my favorite because he got the guy to talk about at the end transhumanism. 0.77

00:08:23.000 He said at the end, hey, by the way, Zuckerberg and his wife, their focus on here in politics is only small.

00:08:28.000 What they're really focused on is living forever.

00:08:30.000 He has some of the best hits.

00:08:33.000 And it's not just for the conservative movement, Charlie.

00:08:35.000 I want to pull the camera back.

00:08:36.000 It's for the nation.

00:08:37.000 Yeah, I know that's some of these.

00:08:38.000 That's correct.

00:08:39.000 Some of these, some of these, what he's done on Pfizer is extraordinary.

00:08:43.000 The other thing about Pfizer, these are the companies run high and tight.

00:08:49.000 Okay.

00:08:49.000 They are absolutely so tight in the way they run.

00:08:53.000 For him to get inside there, to do that, and to have those type of revelations is nothing short of extraordinary.

00:08:58.000 They couldn't have gotten rid of him.

00:09:00.000 And I'm not a conspiracy theory guy, but I can't get my mind off the fact that he has the greatest hits ever that dovetails with Naomi Wolf.

00:09:08.000 This is a pincer movement to blow Pfizer up in this vaccine.

00:09:11.000 And at the same time, they throw him out for a couple of car services that he got $300 cars.

00:09:16.000 By the way, that are all business expenses.

00:09:18.000 It's not like he was taking the car services, you know, for a scenic wine tasting in Napa Valley.

00:09:23.000 By the way, I was, you know, I ran into James a lot over the last decade.

00:09:26.000 I once ran into him in a living room of a donor's home.

00:09:29.000 I said, James, what's up?

00:09:30.000 He said, I got a car waiting for me outside.

00:09:31.000 I got two more donor meetings.

00:09:32.000 I got immediate hit.

00:09:33.000 I'm meeting with the source just to be able to get the last flight back from Newark.

00:09:37.000 And it was already 3 p.m.

00:09:38.000 I said, James, you got four more meetings?

00:09:40.000 He said, yeah.

00:09:40.000 So just so everyone understands, I saw personally, it's not like James O'Keefe was taking the black card chauffeur service to be able to go on a pub crawl.

00:09:47.000 He was trying to line up meetings to make sure he didn't have to worry about Ubers. 0.91

00:09:51.000 And by the way, I get a lot of death threats.

00:09:53.000 James O'Keefe gets way more death threats than I do.

00:09:55.000 So black chauffeur cars from a security standpoint is necessary.

00:09:59.000 And this is their response.

00:10:01.000 No, I do the same thing.

00:10:03.000 I have security and have to fly private, but you got to do it.

00:10:05.000 You got to moderate.

00:10:06.000 But it's not, this is, he's running this organization tight.

00:10:09.000 It's unbelievable.

00:10:10.000 And it can't be the reason they put forward.

00:10:12.000 There's something else.

00:10:13.000 And I think this board's got to be terminated.

00:10:14.000 Get rid of him.

00:10:15.000 I want to talk about that.

00:10:15.000 He's got to get back in Veritas.

00:10:16.000 I want to talk about that because our audience right now is lighting up the chat in our emails, Steve, because they're all donors to Veritas.

00:10:21.000 They don't know what's going on.

00:10:22.000 They want action.

00:10:25.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.

00:10:30.000 I have never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.

00:10:33.000 I take it right before every single show.

00:10:35.000 It's so easy.

00:10:36.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.

00:10:40.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.

00:10:45.000 It's so simple.

00:10:46.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.

00:10:52.000 I've kind of become a student of NAD.

00:10:54.000 I'm going to tell you more about that in a second.

00:10:56.000 Look, Strong Cell is a formula that helps boost your body's natural energy and restoration at the cellular level.

00:11:03.000 NAD is a crucial coenzyme that is critical for creating energy in your cells.

00:11:09.000 Now, you might say, Charlie, this sounds too good to be true.

00:11:11.000 NAD, go look it up online.

00:11:13.000 Go do five minutes of research on NAD.

00:11:15.000 It is a miracle coenzyme.

00:11:18.000 Some people call it the anti-aging enzyme.

00:11:20.000 It can help with depression.

00:11:22.000 It can help with anxiety.

00:11:23.000 It can help with mental acuity with memory.

00:11:25.000 And Strong Cell also puts CoQ10 and wild-caught marine collagen.

00:11:31.000 Again, I take it every day, and the difference I feel is undeniable.

00:11:35.000 By taking just one small bottle of Strong Cell liquid every day, you can experience an energy boost within the first week and even more benefits within the first 15 days.

00:11:44.000 After 30 days, you'll feel like a new person.

00:11:47.000 But just don't take my word for it.

00:12:45.000 When I found out there was someone that was doing liquid NAD, I said, I want to learn about it.

00:12:49.000 I took it for a month and it's made a big difference.

00:12:52.000 You've got to check it out.

00:13:02.000 People are fired up over this Project Veritas situation.

00:13:06.000 They say over $60,000 in losses by putting together dance events such as a Project Veritas experience.

00:13:12.000 Steve, look, the dancing thing was never for me, but wait a second.

00:13:14.000 James O'Keefe exposes Pfizer, FDA, CDC, Facebook.

00:13:20.000 He's able to expose the highest levels of corruption.

00:13:23.000 And his staff seem to really like the dancing thing.

00:13:26.000 It attracts a lot of people.

00:13:27.000 Why is the board all of a sudden?

00:13:29.000 This is not really the story, Steve.

00:13:30.000 There's something deeper going on here.

00:13:33.000 James O'Keefe could dance on the table and I wouldn't care because he's a hero for the movement.

00:13:37.000 He's produced billions of dollars of value. 0.98

00:13:39.000 This is a clown show.

00:13:41.000 Charlie, I've always said tough guys don't dance, but I changed that with O'Keefe. 0.88

00:13:44.000 O'Keeffe is tough as you're ever going to get.

00:13:47.000 This guy, he is heroic.

00:13:49.000 I don't think people understand his thing.

00:13:52.000 By the way, I'm not a guy that sits there and watches 35 minutes of a guy.

00:13:56.000 That thing was mesmerizing.

00:13:57.000 And we actually did a cut.

00:13:59.000 I agree.

00:13:59.000 I watched the whole thing last night.

00:14:01.000 The entire A-block of the five o'clock show on the war room.

00:14:01.000 The whole thing.

00:14:05.000 The entire thing was what my staff cut.

00:14:08.000 And we could have played 20 minutes of it, 25 minutes.

00:14:10.000 We cut it down to, I think, 14, 12, or 14 for the A block.

00:14:13.000 It was so powerful.

00:14:14.000 And to end with that discussion of his father, people have no idea what O'Keefe's gone through.

00:14:20.000 You know why?

00:14:21.000 He does the dancing to get accessible, you know, make it more accessible to young people.

00:14:25.000 O'Keeffe never comes out and talks about himself.

00:14:27.000 He never talks about the struggles.

00:14:29.000 People don't understand.

00:14:31.000 Like on Acorn, when he would head all the media, he never raised a penny off of that.

00:14:35.000 When he was chained up like a dog, electronically like a dog for a couple of years in his house under house arrest by federal authorities.

00:14:43.000 O'Keeffe's never, O'Keefe's never been some big sob sister who's gone out and given some, I'm a victim.

00:14:49.000 O'Keeffe is the epitome of what we want in the MAGA and conservative movement: fighters who will not back down and who put it all on the line.

00:14:58.000 And it is an absolute disgrace.

00:15:00.000 And the board has a fiduciary obligation to come forward and show us that they have no involvement whatsoever with Pfizer or anybody from Pfizer.

00:15:07.000 I don't trust any of those kind of consultants, the guys sitting there, you know, saying he's a bully. 0.98

00:15:11.000 Screw you, dude. 0.99

00:15:13.000 Who are you? 0.99

00:15:13.000 James O'Keeffe is an American hero, a warrior, and a patriot. 0.99

00:15:18.000 And I got to tell you, his lawyers ought to send him a notification today that they're going to sue him personally.

00:15:24.000 And the insurance companies, what's called the DNO insurance directors and offices.

00:15:30.000 They will not back him on this.

00:15:31.000 No way.

00:15:31.000 They will not.

00:15:32.000 They say, hey, guys, good luck.

00:15:34.000 You know, I hope that works out for you.

00:15:35.000 They're going to have to get their own attorneys.

00:15:36.000 They're going to burn through millions of dollars.

00:15:38.000 And quite frankly, the damage they've done to his reputation or try to, because nobody believes it, but the damage they tried to do it, the damage they've done to that organization.

00:15:47.000 We need Project Veritas on point more than ever right now.

00:15:51.000 They're on a roll of, you know, does Fox News do this?

00:15:55.000 Does War Room do this?

00:15:57.000 Does Turning Point do this?

00:15:58.000 Does Tucker Carlson do this?

00:16:00.000 You pick the best of the best.

00:16:01.000 We don't do this.

00:16:02.000 You know why?

00:16:03.000 That part of it?

00:16:04.000 It's too hard.

00:16:05.000 And it's risky.

00:16:06.000 It's too important.

00:16:07.000 Well, it's risky.

00:16:08.000 Right now, right now, James O'Keefe is under federal investigation by the Biden regime, the Department of Justice, over this diary thing.

00:16:13.000 It's a joke.

00:16:14.000 He had his apartment raided.

00:16:16.000 And who is it that actually ends up cross-firing James O'Keefe?

00:16:20.000 Not the DOJ.

00:16:21.000 It's not the New York Attorney General, Steve.

00:16:23.000 The crossfire happens to the people closest to him that are supposed to be board members.

00:16:23.000 No, no, no.

00:16:28.000 And their big justification is he had black cars for 18 months.

00:16:32.000 By the way, he's raising 22 million bucks a year.

00:16:35.000 And they say, okay, a charter flight to meet someone to fix his boat under the guise of meeting with a donor.

00:16:35.000 Okay.

00:16:40.000 Let's pretend that's true.

00:16:41.000 Then you meet with them privately.

00:16:42.000 James, repay it.

00:16:43.000 Okay.

00:16:44.000 By the way, I don't even know if that's true.

00:16:46.000 This is juvenile, lowball stuff.

00:16:49.000 Who cares?

00:16:49.000 And who cares?

00:16:50.000 He's flying around the country.

00:16:52.000 By the way, he got chained up like a dog by the FBI for years.

00:16:55.000 He kicked down his door for chaining him up like a dog.

00:16:58.000 He never complained about it.

00:17:00.000 He never whined about it.

00:17:01.000 Cell phone screen.

00:17:02.000 He's not a victim.

00:17:03.000 You got some of these guys on the right.

00:17:04.000 The first thing that happens, they melt down.

00:17:06.000 They're crying.

00:17:07.000 Every show for four weeks is, oh, woe is me.

00:17:10.000 That's not James.

00:17:10.000 O'Keefe.

00:17:11.000 James O'Keefe's on your freaking face. 0.98

00:17:13.000 We need O'Keeffe and we need him back there. 0.98

00:17:15.000 And the Veritas brand is so valuable. 0.96

00:17:18.000 If you're going to think these little scumbags are going to take this from him, O'Keefe, get the lawyers to send some rockets over there today and put these guys on notice. 0.97

00:17:27.000 I'm going to sue you for everything in the world. 0.99

00:17:30.000 And guess what?

00:17:30.000 Your insurance companies are not going to back it up.

00:17:33.000 This is going to be personal.

00:17:34.000 Steve, you said some of the board members are no longer welcome on War Room.

00:17:36.000 What do you mean by that?

00:17:37.000 All of them, none of them.

00:17:38.000 Tiramon, the whole crowd, zero, dead to us. 0.98

00:17:40.000 Never come back.

00:17:41.000 Ever, ever, ever. 0.98

00:17:42.000 Just ridiculous. 0.97

00:17:43.000 It's unconscionable what went on here. 0.93

00:17:46.000 Unconscionable for our movement and for the nation at large.

00:17:49.000 James O'Keefe is a national treasure, full stop.

00:17:53.000 And the country is going to be put in a really difficult position, the entire movement.

00:18:00.000 And for just an argument, a dispute over this.

00:18:04.000 And look, I can say this: I spent 10 years building Turning Point USA.

00:18:07.000 Building something is hard.

00:18:08.000 I had an amazing team.

00:18:09.000 Praise God.

00:18:10.000 Fabulous board.

00:18:12.000 And when I saw James's video last night, I said, Man, yeah, 300 days a year on the road.

00:18:17.000 I know what that does to you.

00:18:19.000 I know what that does to you.

00:18:20.000 And by the way, James at a whole nother level than I am.

00:18:21.000 I mean, he's at a whole nother level of risk and exposure, but I'm still in that kind of thing.

00:18:26.000 I understand the atmospherics there.

00:18:28.000 And it's so easy to point and say, oh, he's cocky.

00:18:31.000 Oh, he's this.

00:18:32.000 Man, I'll tell you right now, we need to mobilize this entire audience and have James O'Keefe's back.

00:19:47.000 Steve, you're an expert in hostile takeovers.

00:19:50.000 Explain what is a hostile takeover and then connect that to what we just saw happen at Project Veritas.

00:19:56.000 Well, it seems like you had a hostile takeover here by whoever these consultants by the way, there was a Goldman guy involved, right?

00:20:01.000 He brought in his executive director to run it.

00:20:04.000 But I think the instigator was this guy that is the boat guy, Hinkley, or whatever his name is.

00:20:09.000 He looks like the ones that came in.

00:20:11.000 James Bartimans is some sort of advisor outside consultant.

00:20:14.000 He went around, stirred everybody up, came up with a plan to do a hostile takeover, and then somehow convinced the board.

00:20:19.000 This is what I don't get.

00:20:21.000 If the board of directors believes what they've got right there that they've presented to the public raises to the level of taking one of the most dynamic, determined, productive individuals in all news, right, out or it's, it's, it, it, trust me, it doesn't.

00:20:41.000 There has to be something else, or either Pfizer or somebody else got to you.

00:20:47.000 It just can't.

00:20:48.000 I don't believe in coincidence.

00:20:49.000 I don't believe that they came and did, you know, what they pulled off.

00:20:55.000 And then James had an amazing confrontation with the executive himself.

00:20:58.000 That I don't know, it's got what, 14 million hits or 20 million hits.

00:21:01.000 Yep.

00:21:02.000 You don't have that and to have this come at the same time with the Nambi-Pamby things that you put forward that, quite frankly, should have been brought up at your quarterly board meetings or brought up with your auditors or whatever, and all the audits that you had and went forward should have brought those up. 0.88

00:21:18.000 And even then, they're easily easily explained given his schedule and given what he's done and the amount of money he's raised from significant donors, which is no small task.

00:21:31.000 Remember, raising money for something like James does is not easy.

00:21:35.000 One of the reasons is that the yield management, you know, the yield management on the number of things you have to start versus the number of things you complete, also the liabilities involved, also the training that's involved, all of it.

00:21:49.000 It is monumental.

00:21:50.000 I am quite frankly stunned that a organization, a news organization that small is that productive.

00:21:59.000 If you look at the expense line of Fox or MSNBC or CNN, right, or the New York Post, remember Bezos, the first thing he did when he showed up, Bezos shut down the Tom Hamburger, still has a very tiny investigative staff at the Washington Post.

00:22:13.000 Bezos said in his first day, I'm going to take the investigation group down because they take so long to go.

00:22:21.000 We don't know if they're going to be home runs or not.

00:22:23.000 And quite frankly, in the world of social media, everybody can pick them up and put them out there and get their own viral nature of it.

00:22:30.000 This is Bezos has unlimited money.

00:22:32.000 He shut it down.

00:22:33.000 James O'Keefe runs probably the most efficient and effective news organization in the world.

00:22:39.000 And I say that.

00:22:40.000 Absolutely right.

00:22:40.000 Yes.

00:22:41.000 I say that from the Gonzo, hey, and Warwick, we're very gonzo, right?

00:22:45.000 I got that.

00:22:46.000 He's actually, because what they do is a thousand times more difficult than what we do.

00:22:51.000 I come up here and run my mouth, and we have cold opens and great guests, and I got a great team in Denver and Real America's Voice, fantastic.

00:22:58.000 But, you know, I can kind of know how this can kind of go every day and figure out how to put it together, right?

00:23:04.000 What O'Keefe is doing is monumental.

00:23:07.000 And this is my point.

00:23:08.000 No other new, I think ProPublica is the only one that comes close, and they're not doing the undercover stuff he's doing.

00:23:14.000 And I think they're hundreds of millions of dollars, right?

00:23:17.000 They got source.

00:23:17.000 They got everybody in the world in back of them, right?

00:23:20.000 He, what he has done, he puts more lead on target per dollar.

00:23:24.000 And any director doesn't understand that you're in the wrong business.

00:23:27.000 But this is my point.

00:23:28.000 I will make an argument.

00:23:29.000 James O'Keefe is vastly underpaid.

00:23:32.000 I believe James O'Keefe is underpaid for the value.

00:23:34.000 I mean, I think he's a publicly disclosed guy.

00:23:37.000 Yeah, he's publicly disclosed salary, 300, 350 grand.

00:23:40.000 He's easily a 10 to 15 million dollar talent that because James, James doesn't care about money.

00:23:45.000 That's exactly right.

00:23:46.000 But the accusation is he does.

00:23:48.000 The board is like, oh, look at him.

00:23:50.000 He's taking black cars.

00:23:51.000 And all, I mean, anyone who knows James, he's a movement guy.

00:23:54.000 Not just that.

00:23:55.000 The DJ stuff on the music.

00:23:56.000 Oh, it's just.

00:23:57.000 Like I said, like I said, I appreciate James's moves, right?

00:24:02.000 But it's a younger generation.

00:24:04.000 People like that.

00:24:05.000 I asked my staff and other guys, other people around here.

00:24:07.000 They're much younger.

00:24:08.000 They say yes.

00:24:09.000 That brings people in and gives it another dimension.

00:24:12.000 Okay.

00:24:12.000 And by the way, if it doesn't give it another dimension, you should have mentioned a couple of board meetings ago and said, hey, maybe you shouldn't be the star of Oklahoma for a couple of weeks or something like that.

00:24:20.000 Those are things that boards talk with.

00:24:22.000 And guys say, hey, here's the reason I want to do it.

00:24:23.000 Here's a bring it in.

00:24:24.000 That's a discussion.

00:24:26.000 Are you telling me that raises to the level of taking an American icon?

00:24:30.000 And let's say exactly what he is.

00:24:32.000 He's an American icon.

00:24:33.000 He's not a conservative icon.

00:24:34.000 He's not a right-wing icon.

00:24:36.000 What he has done and what he did at Pfizer and what he did at Facebook, this is for the American people.

00:24:43.000 Okay.

00:24:43.000 And this is going to have a much, this is going to have huge impacts as we get into these congressional investigations.

00:24:48.000 It's actually changed the direction.

00:24:50.000 Pfizer, the multi-billion dollar, and these big pharma guys are killers. 0.66

00:24:54.000 Okay.

00:24:54.000 These are stuff.

00:24:55.000 They get the best lawyers, the best consultants, the best lobbyists.

00:24:59.000 They are wrapped tight in this town.

00:25:01.000 They are afraid of James O'Keefe.

00:25:03.000 Okay.

00:25:03.000 They're not afraid of CNN.

00:25:05.000 They're not afraid of MSNBC.

00:25:06.000 They're partners with those guys.

00:25:08.000 They're not afraid of any congressional investigations because they own this city.

00:25:11.000 They're not afraid of the New York Times or the Washington Post or the Wall Street Journal.

00:25:15.000 They're afraid of James O'Keefe.

00:25:17.000 And right there, right there, the board ought to be fired immediately.

00:25:21.000 They ought to sue him.

00:25:22.000 They ought to sue him personally.

00:25:24.000 You ought to sue him for millions of dollars.

00:25:26.000 And not one insurance company in this nation that wrote that director and officer policy will ever stand by these guys.

00:25:32.000 You ought to turf him out today.

00:25:34.000 He ought to go on massive offense and not give up the brand and the apparatus and the people that are Project Veritas.

00:25:41.000 Who does Pfizer fear?

00:25:42.000 Pfizer doesn't fear Mitch McConnell.

00:25:44.000 Pfizer doesn't fear congressional investigations.

00:25:46.000 They'll navigate all that.

00:25:47.000 No, they fear the guy with the ragtag army that is able to get undercover reporters and all of a sudden expose that Pfizer right now in their non-denial denial is probably still doing gain of function research right now.

00:26:01.000 And look, there's few people in the movement, Steve, that I think can really sympathize with what James is going through, especially in the last decade, right?

00:26:08.000 Whether it be the subpoenas, the letters from senators, literally, Sheldon White House, almost every quarter is coming out with a press release why Turning Point USA needs to be shut down, right?

00:26:19.000 Steve, you go through the exact same thing.

00:26:21.000 It is tough to be in the foxhole.

00:26:23.000 It's tough to navigate all of this.

00:26:26.000 And yet, I have some, just not a lot.

00:26:29.000 Hold on a hand.

00:26:29.000 Let me say something.

00:26:30.000 This is why I'm saying something up here.

00:26:31.000 And I'm that conspiracy theory guy.

00:26:33.000 They're trying to take out the younger field commanders.

00:26:35.000 They're trying to take out you.

00:26:36.000 They're trying to take out Keith.

00:26:38.000 They understand that the Trump movement, and I love President Trump.

00:26:41.000 I'm all in a 24.

00:26:43.000 But the movement's bigger than President Trump.

00:26:45.000 The movement's got a momentum of its own.

00:26:46.000 And one of the things that President Trump has done is brought people into this movement and inspired them in a number of ways.

00:26:52.000 They are coming after those field commanders right now.

00:26:55.000 They're coming after the field-grade officers to take them out.

00:26:58.000 They see a rising generation of, quite frankly, tigers, people that are not going to back down and have a fight.

00:27:04.000 Okay.

00:27:05.000 They're going to fight.

00:27:06.000 They're totally authentic because O'Keefe and you are, you see, you are what you are, right?

00:27:11.000 You guys don't try to hide it.

00:27:12.000 You guys are what you are.

00:27:14.000 And they're focused.

00:27:15.000 They're a thousand percent.

00:27:16.000 And this big organization is doing it.

00:27:18.000 People have to understand.

00:27:19.000 That's why this is so outrageous.

00:27:21.000 And that's why we have to fight this one.

00:27:22.000 We have to say no.

00:27:23.000 Under no circumstances is this acceptable.

00:27:27.000 It's not.

00:27:28.000 It is not acceptable.

00:27:29.000 And we're not going to accept it.

00:27:30.000 And Charlie, they're coming for you.

00:27:32.000 And they're coming for turning point like nobody's business.

00:27:34.000 And quite frankly, your whole thing in Arizona in the Kerry Lake, just all they did is put a bigger target on your back.

00:27:40.000 But I know you know this.

00:27:41.000 We're aware of it.

00:27:41.000 And we have a great team and we have a great board and we have a great group of supporters.

00:27:46.000 And our audience right here in War Room, we're no strangers to getting targeted.

00:27:53.000 We're also not going to live under delusion.

00:27:54.000 We know when, as soon as you get into the fight and you start moving the dial, they deploy everything.

00:27:58.000 So, Steve, what is the action step for the audience?

00:28:00.000 Because you're saying, no, no, no, no.

00:28:02.000 James, don't go start your own thing.

00:28:04.000 Don't go off and do, no, no, Veritas is yours.

00:28:06.000 Fight for what is yours.

00:28:08.000 First off, if you're a donor, if you ever gave five bucks, or if you're a donor at all, you ought to contact the board today and say, This is unacceptable.

00:28:14.000 Here's what we need you to do: we need you to resign.

00:28:16.000 We need you to call James back, fully install him as CEO again with full power, CEO, okay, full power CEO, let the entire staff know it, and then you should resign.

00:28:25.000 There is no chance that this board can go forward as constituted.

00:28:29.000 They must bring James O'Keefe back today.

00:28:32.000 They must empower him as CEO today, and then they must resign.

00:28:37.000 There's no way they can go forward and take this.

00:28:40.000 If anybody in the audience is a donor, you ought to contact them right now.

00:28:43.000 Okay.

00:28:43.000 If you're not a donor, you just ought to flood the zone over there with messages of how you're outraged and how you would never give a penny to Veritas in the future.

00:28:52.000 I think the audience here in the Charlie Kirk show, Real America's Voice War Room, has got to power up on this.

00:28:59.000 So, Steve, let me read you a leaked email that I tweeted late last night from one of the board members.

00:29:03.000 This is exclusive stuff.

00:29:05.000 This is from a board member at Project Veritas.

00:29:07.000 We must take this opportunity to prove that Project Veritas is not a cult of personality, but a force to be reckoned with.

00:29:14.000 We will grow and thrive and produce and distribute content that uncovers corruption and hypocrisy as we always have many new faces to show off to our growing audience who are curious what we can do.

00:29:26.000 Let's show them.

00:29:27.000 Steve, the board says we're done.

00:29:28.000 We're turning the page.

00:29:29.000 We're going to use this as an opportunity.

00:29:30.000 We're going to grow beyond James.

00:29:32.000 I tell you what, here's what to do: the board, give me, put forward the faces today because the war room will make them infamous.

00:29:40.000 Okay.

00:29:40.000 Show if you got stones, step up.

00:29:42.000 Let's say, I want to see step up.

00:29:44.000 Let's do that.

00:29:45.000 That is redonculous.

00:29:47.000 James O'Keeffe's no cult of personality.

00:29:49.000 No matter if it's a cult of personality, James O'Keefe would have been out.

00:29:52.000 That little thing he said that you played the clip.

00:29:55.000 That's the first time I've ever seen that ever put together.

00:29:57.000 O'Keeffe's not out.

00:29:58.000 It was a cult of personality.

00:30:00.000 O'Keefe would be on every show.

00:30:02.000 He'd be coming on War Room.

00:30:03.000 He'd be coming on Charlie Kirk.

00:30:04.000 He'd be going over at Breitbart.

00:30:06.000 He'd be a gateway pundit.

00:30:07.000 He'd be over with Daily Wire and Shapiro.

00:30:09.000 He'd be with everything he could do, whining and telling about how great he is and how much he suffered.

00:30:14.000 James O'Keefe has never done that in his life.

00:30:17.000 So don't give me the cult of personality.

00:30:19.000 He's never held himself up of that.

00:30:21.000 He's a tough, he's got his own personality, but that's what you need in this.

00:30:27.000 And he said it in the talk, you know, he wasn't buddies.

00:30:30.000 He didn't have time to be buddies.

00:30:32.000 Kirk didn't have time to be buddies.

00:30:33.000 I'm not buddies with people that work around here.

00:30:35.000 They know that.

00:30:36.000 We're here on a mission.

00:30:37.000 We have a task and a purpose.

00:30:39.000 James O'Keefe has a task and a purpose.

00:30:42.000 And the board are to do the honorable thing.

00:30:45.000 Well, the honorable thing would be Sepuku. 0.92

00:30:46.000 But okay, the honorable, what they should do is get him back, fully empower him today, and then resign.

00:30:53.000 That exclusive email that I read from the board that was a private email that's now been leaked just goes to show they're proud of what they have done and they think that they can go bigger than James.

00:31:05.000 They think those of you that are donors and supporters of James of Project Veritas, you're going to stay there.

00:31:10.000 And I think that they are way off target here.

00:31:12.000 Cult of personality.

00:31:13.000 How about the man who is the inspiration, the training of all of these wins, the person that is currently under investigation by DOJ for doing nothing wrong with the Biden diary?

00:31:24.000 We forget about that.

00:31:25.000 The person who had his apartment rated, we're just supposed to say, oh, yeah, it's a cult of personality.

00:31:29.000 What a joke and a disservice to the movement.

00:31:32.000 We are all shareholders in Project Veritas.

00:31:34.000 Let me say this.

00:31:35.000 We're all shareholders.

00:31:37.000 In the sense of America First Patriots, we are beneficiaries of the amazing success of this organization.

00:31:45.000 Thanks to James O'Keefe.

00:32:46.000 Check it out.

00:32:49.000 Steve, last night I spent some time calling people involved and aware, and I just kept on asking over and over again: is there something I'm missing?

00:32:57.000 Is there something here that was done that I don't understand?

00:32:59.000 Now, Steve, what this all might be, and this is even worse than this would actually be even a worse explanation, is that people just started to resent James.

00:33:08.000 In fact, according to James's video, we could play this.

00:33:12.000 James said there was a lot of finger pointing over who was taking credit over the Pfizer story.

00:33:18.000 In fact, people were getting kind of upset that James was taking all the, it's a lot of jealousy, Steve.

00:33:24.000 If that ends up being true and it ends up being just a lot of pent-up envy, I mean, this is one of the more tragic outcomes from petty finger-pointing or contempt.

00:33:37.000 Shouldn't the mission be more important than whether or not you're envious of James O'Keefe? 0.88

00:33:42.000 It's ridiculous.

00:33:44.000 But let's say that's the case on some of the people, then go out and do your own thing.

00:33:48.000 There's so many examples of people that come up to organizations.

00:33:51.000 At some point in time, you just sit there and go, Hey, look, I can do it as well as that guy, or I'm not getting enough share of the credit.

00:33:56.000 Or do whatever that stuff happens in organizations every single day.

00:34:02.000 Particularly when those organizations are front-facing, right?

00:34:05.000 And people, and that's fine.

00:34:07.000 If that's the case, then say, James, I'm glad you were a mentor.

00:34:10.000 I'm going to spin off and go do this stuff.

00:34:12.000 And I'd like you to help me out or go do it.

00:34:14.000 Just do that.

00:34:14.000 It doesn't mean that you get people in there.

00:34:16.000 What I didn't like about it was these, the Goldman Sachs guy and this guy, Hinkley, the insidious stir.

00:34:23.000 This is very much like the Kane Mutiny.

00:34:25.000 If you ever see the Kane Mutiny with Humphrey Bogart, the famous film from the 19th century, you see where the crew, and I'm not equating him to Bogart, but you see where the XO and other people in there or some of the officers, Fred McMurray, stirred things up.

00:34:40.000 Okay, stirred things up that could be taken the other way.

00:34:43.000 Don't be a S-stir. 0.98

00:34:46.000 Just go out and do your own thing.

00:34:47.000 But what O'Keeffe has done and the difficulty in doing it and holding together a small organization, right?

00:34:56.000 And by the way, for younger people and people who go do it, you're not going to be there forever.

00:35:00.000 We understand that that stuff is tough, right?

00:35:02.000 It's like being in special forces.

00:35:03.000 You don't stay a SEAL commando all the time, you know, on the SEAL Team 6 and the assassination squad.

00:35:11.000 Eventually, you go up and do broader things.

00:35:13.000 People get that.

00:35:14.000 That's what's going to happen.

00:35:16.000 There's nothing here, nothing they brought forward that even raises the level, quite frankly, even to a serious board discussion.

00:35:22.000 That's right.

00:35:23.000 Even a serious board discussion, unless there's more.

00:35:25.000 If it's more, dump it and let's see it.

00:35:27.000 But right now, I don't even see where O'Keefe has a serious board discussion.

00:35:31.000 And here's the fact: you never had a serious board discussion.

00:35:34.000 All this stuff was in your financials.

00:35:36.000 You knew what he was doing with the musicals and all this stuff.

00:35:38.000 You never had it one time.

00:35:39.000 The reason is it didn't even rise to that.

00:35:41.000 And now you tell me because he bought a little few disc, he bought some disc jockey equipment or he had a dance-a-thon or whatever.

00:35:50.000 Does this raise to the level that James O'Keeffe, who is Project Veritas, is now removed in a very public way that makes all of us look bad because it looks bad because you look petty?

00:36:00.000 Well, it's even worse than that, Steve, because I've been tracking the timeline here, and you understand this.

00:36:04.000 They added board members almost overnight.

00:36:07.000 So they do this so quickly.

00:36:08.000 They added extra board members without James's consent.

00:36:11.000 They kicked him off the board without him even knowing.

00:36:13.000 They removed him as CEO as a board measure.

00:36:15.000 Steve, I mean, you know the intricacies of a hostile takeover, but this seemed planned and coordinated.

00:36:23.000 This was not just some sort of, it just didn't happen organically.

00:36:27.000 And it shows you also that James is focused on the work.

00:36:30.000 He's not focused on the administration.

00:36:33.000 James is what you call in the military.

00:36:35.000 He's a guy that leads from the front tank, right?

00:36:38.000 It's like the Wehrmacht used to do in World War II.

00:36:41.000 The top guys are at the front.

00:36:42.000 They're leading from the front.

00:36:44.000 James O'Keefe is a leader.

00:36:46.000 He's a leader by example, okay?

00:36:48.000 And organizations like that, they're like special forces.

00:36:51.000 The guy's not there.

00:36:52.000 It's like I have everybody that comes to work for me watch 12 o'clock high with Gregory Peck about the precision daylight bombing in the early days of the war.

00:37:00.000 Remember, he goes in there and says, hey, the problem, you guys are one and you're all dead.

00:37:02.000 Assume you're all dead because nobody's going home.

00:37:05.000 Our mission, our task and purpose is to put bombs over the River Valley. 0.94

00:37:10.000 And that's what we're going to do.

00:37:11.000 And nothing else matters.

00:37:12.000 That's James.

00:37:13.000 James O'Keefe is Gregory Peck in 12 O'Clock High.

00:37:16.000 His task and purpose is to do these investigations and do them right and bring down corruption, right?

00:37:23.000 He's not there to be your best friend.

00:37:24.000 He's not there to hold your hand and let you crown his shoulder.

00:37:27.000 That's what a leader does.

00:37:28.000 He leads by example.

00:37:30.000 And if they think that's a cult of personality, they got to get out in the real world.

00:37:34.000 And I got to tell you, I am, it's nothing but revulsion of what they brought up and try to smear James O'Keefe.

00:37:40.000 And the lawyers are to get on point.

00:37:42.000 James O'Keefe ought to get his hands back on Veritas this afternoon or burn those directors down to the ground.

00:37:49.000 You wanted to retake the Ardennes.

00:37:50.000 You have General Patton.

00:37:52.000 Okay, he slaps somebody.

00:37:53.000 He wins wars.

00:37:55.000 And James O'Keefe is our Patton.

00:37:56.000 And they're going after him for deep state politics or revenge.

00:38:00.000 But James O'Keefe has a philosophy of victory, victory, victory.

00:38:04.000 God bless him.

00:38:04.000 We must have his back.

00:38:05.000 Steve, that was a great hour.

00:38:06.000 Thank you for your wisdom on that.

00:38:08.000 See you soon.

00:38:08.000 Thank you.
