00:01:12.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:21.000 Joining us now is a man who's gone very viral.
00:01:23.000 He broke the news on our show, Colton Moore, Georgia State Senator.
00:01:26.000 Colton, thank you for joining the show.
00:01:28.000 So last week, we had a strange interview.
00:01:32.000 I got to be honest.
00:01:33.000 We had Clinton Dixon on the show, and he suggested that unfortunately the Georgia legislature does not have enough power to call the emergency session.
00:01:42.000 Just clean this up for us because that was a very confusing dialogue.
00:01:46.000 My gosh, these senators, I guess they're so used to not doing anything that they believe that they can't do anything.
00:01:55.000 I tell you, Charlie, I've had conversations with some of these senators who are attorneys, okay?
00:02:00.000 And they say, well, when we created this prosecutorial council, we gave up our legislative power to do anything.
00:02:07.000 And it's basic legislative process.
00:02:09.000 A legislature cannot legislate a future legislature.
00:02:14.000 This prosecutorial commission, I hope Bonnie Willis is the first one on the chopping block.
00:02:20.000 The problem is they have no schedule.
00:02:23.000 They have no rules.
00:02:24.000 They've just now been appointed.
00:02:26.000 So, meanwhile, while they're working through all of that, my constituents' taxpayer dollars are still funding Bonnie Willis and this rogue regime.
00:02:37.000 You know, they say we as a legislature, we don't have subpoena power.
00:02:41.000 Well, we do.
00:02:42.000 It's in 28-1-16, where it gives the Ethics Commission of both the House and the Senate the power to subpoena and have anyone testify, dig into any type of document.
00:02:55.000 I mean, the question becomes: how did we create this prosecutorial council and give them this authority if we didn't have the authority to do it ourselves?
00:03:04.000 All they're doing, Charlie, is kicking the can down the road.
00:03:08.000 They're finding every excuse they possibly can not to do their real job, and that's to take action and sign on to a special session.
00:03:15.000 So, yeah, what is behind this?
00:03:17.000 So, I don't understand the arguments.
00:03:20.000 Why, not you, but why are Southern Republicans so weak?
00:03:24.000 And I don't mean to pick on it, but this doesn't, this dog wouldn't hunt in most other states.
00:03:29.000 Is it just that the Republican Party is mostly filled with Democrats?
00:03:33.000 I think that might be part of the reason.
00:03:36.000 You know, some of these Democrats, I think, have a better sense of what's going on than some of these Republicans.
00:03:36.000 I'm not sure.
00:03:42.000 I mean, they are just cowered down.
00:03:45.000 It's like they've got the governor on one side of them and they've got their people on the other.
00:03:49.000 And they're just like, well, I don't know what to do.
00:03:51.000 They've never experienced this type of pressure before.
00:03:54.000 People are calling their phones left and right.
00:03:56.000 They're saying, do your job.
00:03:58.000 And all they can come back to the people with is: I'm sorry, we don't have any authority.
00:04:02.000 It's almost like they think their only authority is recognizing the Boy Scout groups in session.
00:04:08.000 So, then let's explain the law letting panels punish or remove rogue prosecutors.
00:04:15.000 Are you telling me that this is not something that every Republican in the House or the Senate agrees that Fannie Willis should be removed?
00:04:23.000 As an outsider, this is so strange that this is even debated.
00:04:28.000 Right.
00:04:29.000 You know, I would hope that every single Republican in the Georgia legislature can recognize what's going on, can recognize the fact that even one of our fellow senators are being indicted right now, all under this rogue regime of Fonnie Willis.
00:04:43.000 So, let's hope that they all agree we need to remove Fonnie Willis from office.
00:04:48.000 But what no other senator besides me and one other have agreed to is calling a special session to immediately remove her fund because I represent 200,000 people, just like every other senator, and they sweat hard for their tax dollars, Charlie.
00:05:03.000 They don't want it funding this regime.
00:05:05.000 Just imagine that you take away all of Fonnie Willis's Georgia state tax dollar.
00:05:10.000 That means she could only be funded by the federal government or the citizens of Fulton County.
00:05:15.000 Now, let's realize Fulton County citizens, their neighbors are getting murdered, their other neighbors are getting robbed.
00:05:22.000 I mean, 60% increase in crime.
00:05:25.000 Do you think when they start paying higher taxes to fund Fonnie Willis, do you think they want her to go after some political opponent they've never met or their neighbor that just got murdered?
00:05:34.000 And so, you're going after the money.
00:05:37.000 Is that a vector where you think you can get agreement on from your colleagues?
00:05:44.000 You know, we have a Senate caucus meeting here in about an hour and a half.
00:05:48.000 And all of the Georgia Republican senators, we're all going to meet together privately.
00:05:52.000 We're going to have this discussion.
00:05:54.000 And I hope we can walk out of there with a consensus that we should at least pull all the money away from Fonnie Willis.
00:06:01.000 Because I don't know how you get elected as a Republican, how you say you're a conservative fighter and you support Trump if you're willing to send your constituents' money to Fonnie Willis, who is acting like an authoritarian non-yes, that's exactly right.
00:06:17.000 And so, just so I'm clear, I want to get to the call to action, but I bet in that closed-door meeting, some of them are going to be rather angry at you, the one leading voice.
00:06:29.000 Is that right?
00:06:30.000 Just fill us in.
00:06:31.000 I'm sure that you are not exactly able to run for prom king of the Georgia legislature right now.
00:06:37.000 Yeah, there's no doubt about it.
00:06:39.000 But, but, Charlie, you know as well as I do, this is so much bigger than my seat in the Senate.
00:06:44.000 This is so much bigger than Donald Trump.
00:06:46.000 This is about freedom in the United States of America.
00:06:49.000 And, Charlie, I will carry the flag to the governor's feet.
00:06:53.000 I will not yield.
00:06:55.000 This is a fight worth fighting for because if we lose our First Amendment right to question the integrity of an election, we will never get them back, and there is nowhere else we can go.
00:07:06.000 So, what is the call to action?
00:07:08.000 Who do we contact?
00:07:10.000 What is the message?
00:07:11.000 Because any Republican that doesn't agree at this should be immediately primaried and removed from office.
00:07:17.000 I 100% agree.
00:07:18.000 So, I want any Georgian that's listening, please call your state senator, call your state representative, and say, please write a letter to the governor calling for a special session.
00:07:30.000 And if you're outside of the state of Georgia, you can go to my website, coltonmoore.com/slash emergency, and find out other ways you can help.
00:07:39.000 Well, okay.
00:07:40.000 So, and then so coltonmoore.com/slash emergency, coltonmoor.com slash emergency.
00:07:45.000 Colton, good luck in your meeting.
00:07:47.000 We have your back.
00:07:48.000 Thanks so much.
00:07:49.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:07:50.000 Everybody, email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:07:54.000 There's something, I have a theory about this.
00:07:58.000 Some of the most based Republicans in the country are from California or from New York or from Michigan, from Minnesota.
00:08:10.000 Some of the weakest Republicans in the country are from red states, especially southern states.
00:08:16.000 And I think it's because growing up as a Republican, a southern state, you were told your whole life that you're racist, that you're guilty for slavery, and it creates this almost beta energy in Republican circles where they're afraid of their own shadow.
00:08:32.000 And this is a very serious problem.
00:08:35.000 This is why, I mean, a good question is, why has the Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall not introduced a criminal investigation to the Southern Poverty Law Center?
00:08:44.000 Look at South Carolina.
00:08:47.000 Lady Graham is a perfect example of what you get in Southern Republican culture.
00:08:53.000 That's not, he's not a fire-breathing constitutionalist warrior.
00:08:59.000 They sort of seem like they're on cruise control, but they're always afraid of their own shadow and they're beat down because they've been called the racist their whole life.
00:09:09.000 So they do everything they possibly can to try to appease the other side.
00:09:13.000 They're not fighters.
00:09:15.000 It's as if, like, oh, no, we're different Republicans.
00:09:18.000 We're not like Strom Thurmond.
00:09:19.000 We're not like these other guys.
00:09:22.000 Even though Strom Thurmond is a really bad example for multiple reasons.
00:09:26.000 We're not like George Wallace.
00:09:29.000 Okay, why don't you stand for something?
00:09:31.000 This has infected the psyche of so many Southern Republicans.
00:09:36.000 So many.
00:09:37.000 And it's too bad because we need them more than ever.
00:09:41.000 If the South was actually as conservative as their voters, the country would be in a much better place.
00:09:47.000 Instead, the Democrats have used a very powerful manipulation tactic, guilt.
00:09:55.000 Guilt.
00:09:58.000 Guilt.
00:10:00.000 And white Republicans in the South live in this stage of guilt, afraid of their own shadow.
00:10:05.000 This is why BLM was so smart.
00:10:10.000 Hey, everybody, Mike Lindell has a passion to help you get the best sleep of your life.

00:11:07.000 You can make an argument that Andrew Breitbart and Rush Limbaugh, may they both rest in peace, change the conservative movement forever, that we are the inheritors of a new right that Andrew and Rush paved.
00:11:23.000 Andrew Rush Trump.
00:11:26.000 You do not get Donald Trump with an Andrew Breitbart and Rush Limbaugh.
00:11:29.000 You do not get Donald Trump.
00:11:32.000 MSNBC is now kind of under.
00:11:34.000 Wait, hold on a second.
00:11:35.000 They're like really confused.
00:11:36.000 Wait, this mugshot, all this stuff might not be going the way we want it to.
00:11:40.000 Play cut 148.
00:11:42.000 I want to focus on the mugshot today because that's a big deal.
00:11:46.000 That is a big deal.
00:11:47.000 That will be Donald Trump's image throughout history.
00:11:51.000 That one photograph will be one of the most important photographs in the history of this country.
00:11:55.000 And we are a visual world.
00:11:57.000 And think if you're creating an ad or you're writing a story.
00:12:00.000 You just need to show that image.
00:12:02.000 You don't have to tell any other story.
00:12:04.000 An ex-president with a mugshot.
00:12:06.000 Of course, the outcome of the case is the important thing.
00:12:08.000 But even that visual that will stand through time.
00:12:11.000 Now, I think he means it in a totally different way, that he thinks that people won't like it, that they'll be repulsed by it.
00:12:17.000 It kind of creates an American rebel attitude.
00:12:22.000 The indictments are the continual attempt by the American left to do something significant.
00:12:31.000 We remember 1776 as the founding of America.
00:12:35.000 One of the course of human events becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bans that have tied them to another.
00:12:40.000 They're trying to refound the country.
00:12:44.000 The regime is trying to have their 1776 moment.
00:12:47.000 You're living through their 1776 moment right now.
00:12:51.000 They're trying to refound the country, change the Constitution, create new traditions, customs.
00:13:02.000 They look at this as their opportunity to have a Lexington and Concord eventual rewriting of the whole thing.
00:13:13.000 They are trying to say, now it is time for us to found a new regime.
00:13:19.000 If you study The Prince, written by Machiavelli, which is an unbelievably deep book, I'm actually in a class right now being taught by Michael Anton from the Claremont Institute.
00:13:30.000 Boy, it is deep.
00:13:33.000 The Prince is far deeper than I think most people recognize or realize.
00:13:37.000 You kind of think of it as this short book or ends justify the means and kind of throw out antiquity and welcome in modernity.
00:13:44.000 It's a lot deeper than that.
00:13:46.000 One of the things that Machiavelli argues in The Prince was that when you're founding a new regime, it is not possible to found a new regime without some form of political violence.
00:14:06.000 Somebody asked me recently, they said, Charlie, when do you think that things are going to get violent?
00:14:11.000 I say, I pray they don't.
00:14:12.000 But in some ways, putting Donald Trump and getting a mugshot, that's an act of violence.
00:14:18.000 Think about it.
00:14:19.000 If he doesn't show up, they will arrest him with guns.
00:14:22.000 If he doesn't report, they will arrest him.
00:14:24.000 That is an act of violence.
00:14:26.000 Indicting your political opponents is using the collectivization of violence.
00:14:32.000 And they are using these measures.
00:14:35.000 They are using these tools to try and not just transform, but completely refound the nation.
00:14:43.000 These people are so prideful.
00:14:46.000 They are so self-involved.
00:14:48.000 Pelosi, Schumer, Biden, Comey.
00:14:54.000 They want to be remembered as the American founders of the new America.
00:15:00.000 The America without borders, the America without a middle class.
00:15:05.000 That new America means that they will be permanently powerful.
00:15:11.000 That new America is going to be a new regime.
00:15:15.000 But that can only happen if they can steamroll, shred, and eventually intimidate the decent half of the country, the conservative half of the country, into silence and eventually into submission.
00:15:33.000 It's hard to know what's going on when you're in the midst of a hurricane, but I could tell you clearly, you are living through a cultural revolution and an attempted, a planned, a plotted refounding of America.
00:15:46.000 They look at this as their historic 1776 moment.
00:15:52.000 The question is: Will we be able to stop them?
00:15:57.000 Hey, Charlie Kirk here.

00:17:11.000 Alina, thank you for taking the time.
00:17:13.000 You are obviously part of Trump's legal team, just so our audience knows if they aren't filled in.
00:17:16.000 Alina, how are you doing?
00:17:18.000 How's the president feeling today?
00:17:20.000 Uh, great.
00:17:21.000 I tell you right now, Charlie, I think I have less energy than him.
00:17:25.000 He's amazing.
00:17:26.000 Um, he's he's in good form, working hard and meeting with people for the campaign and other things like that.
00:17:34.000 And just really, you know, hits the ground running.
00:17:36.000 It's like nothing ever happened.
00:17:38.000 It's unbelievable.
00:17:39.000 So, he walked us through the day yesterday.
00:17:40.000 You were golfing with President Trump.
00:17:42.000 He's about to get booked, about to get the mug shot.
00:17:44.000 Walk us through his, you know, from the breakfast to mug shot.
00:17:48.000 Walk us through the day.
00:17:50.000 Sure.
00:17:52.000 Well, he, you know, is in Bedminster for the summer.
00:17:56.000 That's where he summers.
00:17:57.000 And he has his team with him.
00:17:59.000 Obviously, I'm part of that team.
00:18:00.000 And he gets his rundowns every morning and he has his routine.
00:18:05.000 And part of his routine most days is that he likes to golf and clear his head in the morning.
00:18:10.000 And he did.
00:18:11.000 He didn't do anything different yesterday.
00:18:14.000 You know, and he was back and forth between joking and defiant.
00:18:20.000 You know, there's, it's, it's, and when I say joking, you know, I think just being him, he's he's a very funny person.
00:18:26.000 He's a happy person generally.
00:18:29.000 And for somebody who was getting arrested in a couple hours, he was in really good form and hitting the ball straight.
00:18:36.000 And, you know, he's actually a really good golfer, by the way.
00:18:39.000 People, you know, there's a lot of jokes and things, but he's he's actually an amazing golfer.
00:18:42.000 So he was golfing and meeting and discussing things.
00:18:45.000 And we did have a couple discussions about what the day would look like and what was happening in Georgia.
00:18:51.000 It's a little bit of a different form than other states and other venues.
00:18:54.000 But yeah, you know, talking about if he was going to get a mug shot, we weren't sure.
00:18:59.000 So it wasn't sure.
00:18:59.000 Went from there.
00:19:00.000 I mean, and so did it surprise you that the savages actually went for the mug shot, which is now obviously backfiring in spectacular fashion.
00:19:10.000 Yeah, you know, we talked about, I don't want to get into privilege conversations, but I don't necessarily think this is something he'd be opposed to.
00:19:18.000 It's not really privileged.
00:19:19.000 But look, at the end of the day, yeah, we talked about it.
00:19:23.000 He did exactly what I recommended, which was not to smile.
00:19:27.000 I don't think this is funny.
00:19:28.000 I know there was a lot of media coverage on what he would look like, what he would do, and he had, you know, seen that as well.
00:19:37.000 And I just said, you know, what I had said on TV, which is that this isn't funny.
00:19:41.000 This is sad.
00:19:42.000 If they do do a mug shot, it's clearly, like you said, her trying to get a trophy.
00:19:47.000 But frankly, the trophy was ours.
00:19:50.000 Because if you look at that mugshot now, it's been a revenue booster.
00:19:54.000 It's been epic.
00:19:56.000 And it was his entry back on X.
00:19:59.000 And I think that those things, Fanny didn't think through, much like her, you know, bringing 19 people in.
00:20:06.000 And now there's a speedy trial.
00:20:07.000 And we're going to get to see what her case is before him.
00:20:11.000 So just, do you have any idea of the volume of small dollar donations?
00:20:16.000 I think the campaign is probably overwhelmed yesterday.
00:20:18.000 It was pretty positive, right?
00:20:21.000 Yes, so positive.
00:20:22.000 If you look on the campaign website, there's actually a ticker.
00:20:26.000 And I have to be very careful because I'm not part of the campaign.
00:20:29.000 I'm on a different side of the track, but there's a ticker and you can see it.
00:20:33.000 It's public.
00:20:34.000 And if you looked at it, it was great because I really like this about it.
00:20:37.000 The donations, a lot of the donations that I saw last night were on the website were $24 and $47.
00:20:46.000 And I just love that.
00:20:47.000 It's such an F you in some ways.
00:20:50.000 And they're great.
00:20:52.000 Like, you know, people, most of his, my understanding from them is that most of his donors are not the big money donors.
00:21:00.000 They're, you know, the ones giving you $10, $11, and it adds up.
00:21:04.000 And people were outraged and obviously putting their money where their mouth was last night.
00:21:09.000 So let's talk about the essence of some of these cases, Alina.
00:21:13.000 This is what is really scary, the multiple cases and timeline.
00:21:17.000 Fanny Willis is asking for an October trial date.
00:21:21.000 This is insane.
00:21:22.000 Your thoughts?
00:21:23.000 Yeah.
00:21:24.000 So Chile, I believe, is the defendant that asked for a speedy trial in October.
00:21:29.000 I think, well, we did put a statement out.
00:21:32.000 The attorney who's handling this put a statement out and said that we will not be asking for a speedy trial.
00:21:38.000 That is not our position.
00:21:40.000 There are differing opinions based on the facts relating to each defendant.
00:21:44.000 The fact that one defendant wants October speedy trial, the fact that she tried to have one on, you know, everything is an election-based date if you look at all his cases.
00:21:55.000 And I probably should do this for the American people because like I did with the Biden, you know, at the DC, outside the DC courthouse, we have a lot of cases, Charlie.
00:22:04.000 And October for Fanny is on par with a lot of them.
00:22:08.000 Letitia James has an October date that she would not have moved.
00:22:12.000 The judge would not move it.
00:22:14.000 And that's something that, again, she has been doing a special investigation for years and they just decided to bring the trial now in the election year.
00:22:22.000 Fanny, another example, two and a half years, they bring it now.
00:22:25.000 They want a speedy trial in October.
00:22:27.000 And they're lining up.
00:22:28.000 So it's October, January.
00:22:30.000 We have two in March.
00:22:32.000 We have May.
00:22:34.000 And we're going to fight them.
00:22:36.000 But I think it's ironic.
00:22:37.000 And I think the American people need to hear, not ironic, frankly, planned and deceptive to the American public to hold up the leading GOP candidate and make sure that he is tied up in trials and depositions for weeks on end and unable to campaign.
00:22:54.000 It's just sad and it's intentional.
00:22:56.000 So which trial do you think is actually going to end up being first then?
00:22:59.000 And when do you think that would be in a timeline?
00:23:02.000 Spring-ish, maybe?
00:23:04.000 It depends on the jurisdictions.
00:23:05.000 I think Alvin Bragg was first.
00:23:08.000 Obviously, she's, honestly, Fanny is so outlandish.
00:23:12.000 I mean, I can't even make legal arguments for the things she's saying.
00:23:16.000 And I could not possibly see that this case would go anytime before the spring.
00:23:21.000 I think by spring, I wouldn't be surprised if one of them went forward.
00:23:26.000 Obviously, we're going to make arguments according to each case and their details and what we need.
00:23:31.000 But the most important thing is we need to have our turn to do discovery and our turn for criminal cases to be able to look at the witnesses and prepare a case.
00:23:40.000 We have civil cases.
00:23:41.000 We have criminal cases.
00:23:43.000 Letitia's a big civil case.
00:23:45.000 Those take weeks.
00:23:46.000 They're six weeks at a time.
00:23:47.000 just because there's a trial date, people don't realize a lot of these dates don't even match up.
00:23:50.000 We have two in May.
00:23:51.000 That doesn't work.
00:23:52.000 Jack Smith allegedly was coordinating with some of these people, but I guess they didn't talk about their trial calendar.
00:23:58.000 It makes no sense.
00:23:59.000 And any attorney would understand that it's an impossibility.
00:24:04.000 The issue that I, there's several issues here.
00:24:07.000 Obviously, defendants have a right to a speedy trial.
00:24:09.000 So they have the, they're able to hopefully, you know, you guys are able to push back against this.
00:24:15.000 Is there any is there any chance that a judge is like, well, you know, this guy's a former president and running for the presidency again.
00:24:22.000 We should postpone these post-election?
00:24:25.000 I think there should be.
00:24:26.000 I mean, we're making the arguments for it.
00:24:30.000 There is such a thing as election interference.
00:24:33.000 There is such a thing as bias.
00:24:34.000 There is such a thing as prosecutorial misconduct.
00:24:38.000 And we have seen that and we will make arguments that that exists.
00:24:42.000 As we saw Jim Jordan yesterday is starting to look into Fannie herself.
00:24:46.000 But if you look at across the board, Charlie, I mean, Jack Smith, Letitia James, D.A. Bragg, Fanny, these are people that have had investigations, grand juries.
00:24:58.000 I mean, I can go through each of them for you, but you're, you know, I'd probably bore everybody.
00:25:03.000 But, you know, Jack Smith has a grand jury in Washington where everyone hates Trump, but then has to bring the case in Florida because procedurally and venue-wise, that's where it had to be.
00:25:12.000 I've never seen that.
00:25:13.000 That's inappropriate.
00:25:14.000 Look at D.A. Bragg.
00:25:16.000 We had one of his prosecutors leave because he wouldn't bring the charges.
00:25:21.000 And then he got such bad backlash, he comes in.
00:25:23.000 He comes in, says, oh, I'm not going to do it.
00:25:24.000 Then he does do it.
00:25:26.000 And he does it only after he says he's running for office.
00:25:29.000 Okay.
00:25:30.000 Fanny, two and a half years, two and a half years, this phone call and their indictment is covered with what, tweets saying to watch OAN?
00:25:38.000 I mean, I don't understand, but she brings it now.
00:25:42.000 So all these issues and all, you know, our eyes are open.
00:25:46.000 We have a lot of evidence ourselves and we'll deal with it accordingly.
00:25:51.000 It is extraordinary to see.
00:25:53.000 And the jurisdiction issues are a big one.
00:25:56.000 Is there any chance that the DC one will get moved to West Virginia?
00:26:00.000 I know that's a motion that's going to be considered at some point.
00:26:03.000 Yeah, they'll make a motion to change venue, I'm sure.
00:26:06.000 And I'm not going to, you know, reveal our legal strategy, but all the motions that need to be made, including recusal, including some of the things I've just mentioned, will be made.
00:26:18.000 Fanny, for instance, should be in federal court.
00:26:20.000 It should not be a state court issue.
00:26:24.000 So we'll see.
00:26:25.000 We'll see what happens.
00:26:26.000 Unfortunately, we have judges that are partisan, that are politically motivated making these decisions.
00:26:31.000 So we have an internal problem.
00:26:33.000 It's not even about making the motion.
00:26:35.000 It's about, it's not even about the law anymore, Charlie.
00:26:37.000 It's about politics.
00:26:39.000 That's the problem.
00:26:40.000 They want to throw us all in jail.
00:26:41.000 Alina, how can people help and support?
00:26:43.000 What is the best website, the best links to help if they want?
00:26:46.000 Yeah, I can't really speak to the campaign, but I'm sure if you wanted to help President Trump, you could and figure out how to do that.
00:26:54.000 And what I always say is prayer.
00:26:55.000 I think we have to pray for our country and for our children and their future and for the people fighting for this country.
00:27:02.000 That's where my day begins and ends.
00:27:04.000 Alina, thank you so much for the time.
00:27:06.000 I appreciate it.
00:27:06.000 Thank you.
00:27:07.000 Thank you.
00:27:08.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:27:21.000 And you can also do that at charliekirk.com.
00:27:26.000 So by all objective accounts, even the New York Times agreed that the worst performance of anybody at the debate was Asa Hutchinson.
00:27:36.000 Asa Hutchinson was basically a waste of space.
00:27:40.000 He didn't say anything new.
00:27:42.000 He said, the way that we stop crime is you enforce the law.
00:27:47.000 Really, that's unique, Asa.
00:27:48.000 Thanks for your time.
00:27:49.000 Total waste of rations, right?
00:27:51.000 However, it's interesting.
00:27:52.000 Why was Asa Hutchinson allowed on stage and Larry Elder was not allowed on stage?
00:27:57.000 That's an important question.
00:27:59.000 Larry Elder would have been a very positive contribution to the debate.
00:28:04.000 That's not the point I'm getting at, but it's important.
00:28:06.000 And I'm curious why the RNC allowed Asa on, but not Larry Elder.
00:28:12.000 Maybe there's something going on.
00:28:14.000 I don't know.
00:28:15.000 So Asa Hutchinson said this.
00:28:16.000 We know this, but there was something so interesting.
00:28:19.000 And he just snuck it in there.
00:28:20.000 I don't hear anybody picking up on it.
00:28:23.000 So first, this is Asa Hutchinson talking about how you got to think lawyerly in this debate pledge.
00:28:28.000 We've played this before, but then I'm going to tell you something he said during the debate that was like, whoa, That's interesting.
00:28:36.000 Play cut 24.
00:28:38.000 Of course, if you believe that he's not qualified under our Constitution, the 14th Amendment, then he's not going to even be in the picture.
00:28:48.000 I agree with you, but did you sign?
00:28:49.000 Did you sign the pledge as a condition of being at the debate that you'll support the eventual nominee?
00:28:54.000 I'm just trying to find the consistency with your stated positions.
00:28:58.000 I admire some of them, but some of them don't add up.
00:29:00.000 You got to think a little bit lawyerly here that I signed it saying I'm going to support the nominee of the party.
00:29:07.000 I do not believe that Donald Trump will be the nominee of the party, so I can feel comfortable in signing that pledge.
00:29:14.000 Okay, so we know where he stands on that.
00:29:17.000 And let me connect some dots for you here, three minutes.
00:29:19.000 The great Tyler Boyer comes on the show a lot, runs turning point action, fierce grassroots warrior.
00:29:24.000 He is pushing forward stuff at the RNC.
00:29:27.000 And I texted him yesterday.
00:29:28.000 Andrew's on the chat.
00:29:29.000 I said, hey, how does the RNC, the rank and file of the members of the RNC, how do they feel about Donald Trump?
00:29:36.000 And he said, oh, they do not like Donald Trump.
00:29:40.000 They do not like Donald Trump.
00:29:41.000 I was like, oh, okay, well, that doesn't surprise me.
00:29:43.000 He kind of moved on.
00:29:44.000 Like they were there at the debate.
00:29:45.000 I'm like, okay.
00:29:47.000 And then it hit me like a ton of bricks.
00:29:49.000 I was like, oh, my gosh.
00:29:51.000 Asa Hutchinson, who nobody paid attention to, is never going to be president.
00:29:57.000 But he said something remarkable.
00:29:59.000 He said that according to RNC rules, he doesn't think that a felon can become the nominee.
00:30:08.000 He just slid it in there.
00:30:11.000 And I was like, whoa, hold on a second.
00:30:13.000 Has anyone actually checked the RNC rules to look at this?
00:30:17.000 Did Asa Hutchinson say the quiet part out loud?
00:30:20.000 Somebody briefed him on this.
00:30:22.000 Somebody that knows, and by the RNC rules are like the Encyclopedia Britannica.
00:30:29.000 Have we wargamed this out?
00:30:32.000 Have we read the rule?
00:30:33.000 Have we seen this?
00:30:33.000 Listen to this.
00:30:34.000 Play cut 172.
00:30:36.000 And over a year ago, I said that Donald Trump was morally disqualified from being president again as a result of what happened on January 6th.
00:30:45.000 More people are understanding the importance of that, including conservative legal scholars who say he may be disqualified under the 14th Amendment from being president again as a result of the insurrection.
00:30:58.000 This is something that could disqualify him under our rules and under the Constitution.
00:31:06.000 And so obviously, I'm not going to support somebody who's been convicted of a serious felony or who is disqualified under our Constitution, and that's consistent with RNC rules.
00:31:19.000 Whoa, whoa, How did we not catch that earlier?
00:31:26.000 Consistent with RNC rules?
00:31:28.000 That forget all the screaming match of Chris Christie and Vivek.
00:31:34.000 This is the most important Friday news story that I think we could find.
00:31:38.000 Is Asa Hutchinson a spokesperson for an internal RNC coup against Donald Trump?
00:31:44.000 He's a former district attorney and AG.
00:31:46.000 I'm texting Tyler this.
00:31:48.000 I'm like, we got to find these RNC rules and we got to get them out there.
00:31:50.000 We, all of you on social media, we got to blow this up.
00:31:54.000 Did Asa Hutchinson just say the quiet part out loud?
00:31:59.000 Is there going to be an internal RNC resolution saying that RNC rules, he said our rules, and then he said clearly RNC rules are going to out of nowhere say it doesn't matter if you won the primary, RNC rules will not nominate you?
00:32:15.000 I think we need to figure that out.
00:32:20.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:32:21.000 Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:32:25.000 Thank you so much for listening and God bless.
