00:01:42.000 I am wearing my Nebraska shirt.
00:01:46.000 We have been focusing on Nebraska all week.
00:01:50.000 I was up very late last night, as I have been all week on phones, phone calls, and conference calls with legislators, with insiders of Nebraska.
00:02:02.000 And I know more now about the unicameral in Nebraska than most, than I ever thought I would a week ago.
00:02:12.000 I'll give you an update on the bill.
00:02:13.000 Here's the essence of the whole thing.
00:02:15.000 And we're going to go through this from a historical perspective and we're going to ask the question repeatedly.
00:02:20.000 And I think it is the most important question in front of the conservative movement.
00:02:25.000 It's the most important question of whether or not we are going to save the country.
00:02:29.000 So we've been fighting very hard on trying to get Nebraska to be winner-take-all.
00:02:33.000 Super simple.
00:02:34.000 There is no constitutional obstacle getting in the way.
00:02:39.000 There's not some sort of insurmountable Nebraska legislative rules.
00:02:44.000 They say, oh, we have a filibuster.
00:02:46.000 Well, we've read all of the Nebraska legislative rules.
00:02:50.000 A three-fifths majority can vote to suspend the rules.
00:02:53.000 The Nebraska GOP in the unicameral has that.
00:02:56.000 Oh, the session time is going to run out.
00:02:58.000 Well, the governor can call a special session for a specific topic.
00:03:02.000 So right now, I don't know if this bill is going to succeed this week, but there's time left on the calendar next week, and the governor can call a special session, change the rules, have the Speaker of the House, Speaker Arch, change the rules.
00:03:14.000 Boom, winner-take-all.
00:03:17.000 The tools are there, but what we need is a will to use them.
00:03:23.000 And to be perfectly honest, there is not a desire from some members and just the Republican apparatus at large to act.
00:03:37.000 The left, they have a will to power, as Nietzsche would say.
00:03:44.000 They have a burning desire for the will to power.
00:03:50.000 Every single day, the left gets up and they have a pathological obsession for the will to power.
00:03:58.000 In the Nebraska legislature, one Democrat is so obsessed about making sure that Nebraska does not become winner-take-all, she is attaching amendments and filibustering every single bill to try to take up time in the Nebraska unicameral just in case this bill comes back for another hearing.
00:04:19.000 They are obsessed.
00:04:21.000 When Roe versus Wade was repealed, or it was sent back to the states, I should say, in New York, they stayed up all night and they wrote a thousand-page abortion bill and they steamrolled every single rule you could imagine New York and they got it done.
00:04:36.000 California did the same, Washington did the same, Oregon did the same.
00:04:41.000 They have the will to power.
00:04:44.000 Why don't we have the will to win?
00:04:48.000 Now, the will means pushing through for a righteous cause, regardless of the noise and regardless of the commotion.
00:04:56.000 The will to win is the single greatest reason, or the lack of the will to win is the single greatest reason we are losing America.
00:05:04.000 It's that simple.
00:05:05.000 And I don't want to overly pick on Nebraska.
00:05:09.000 This is a systemic issue in modern conservatism.
00:05:15.000 But the excuses that I receive, not just for this issue, but for so many things.
00:05:20.000 Why is the border not secure?
00:05:22.000 Why have we not deported more of these foreigners in the state of Texas?
00:05:26.000 Why don't we also indict the criminals on the left?
00:05:30.000 Where are the Republican attorneys general that are using political power the same way the Democrats use power?
00:05:39.000 We have an attitude problem.
00:05:42.000 We have a psychological issue in the American right.
00:05:44.000 Where did this come from?
00:05:47.000 Well, the first of which is that so many people that run for political office, they are not patriots at their core.
00:05:55.000 Some are.
00:05:56.000 Some mean really well and they go there, but then they get swallowed by this leviathan.
00:06:02.000 They get captured by the machinery.
00:06:07.000 This attitude issue has been haunting me for years.
00:06:10.000 I've complained about this since I started Turning Point USA.
00:06:14.000 Where is the spirit?
00:06:15.000 Where is the grit?
00:06:16.000 Where is the fight?
00:06:18.000 And you want to know why Donald Trump is so popular in the Republican Party?
00:06:22.000 Because he embodies the opposite attitude that we've seen in so many internal Republican politics.
00:06:29.000 It's one of the reasons why he is so loved amongst Republican voters.
00:06:35.000 Republicans remind me of the Chicago Cubs for 108 years before they won the championship in 2016.
00:06:42.000 The lovable losers.
00:06:44.000 We'll get them next year.
00:06:47.000 We've tried our best.
00:06:49.000 Sitting in the stands is fun.
00:06:51.000 Did you know that I'm a congressman?
00:06:53.000 Did you know that I'm a member of the legislature?
00:06:56.000 Oh, the country's collapsing.
00:06:59.000 Oopsie.
00:07:00.000 Thanks.
00:07:02.000 And what I think is the great disruption that is occurring in real time is you in the audience have a will to win.
00:07:13.000 You and the audience are on top of this.
00:07:17.000 You and the audience, you care with every fiber of your being.
00:07:23.000 But your leaders in D.C. and in your state capitals, they quiver, they shake because they might be called a bad name, or it might be a little unprecedented, or it might go up against procedures.
00:07:39.000 What will Democrats do if we fix Nebraska?
00:07:42.000 We don't know.
00:07:43.000 But the will to win means you must embrace some uncertainty.
00:07:50.000 But it's clear that they're terrified that if we get this done in Nebraska, and we are going to do everything we can to get it done.
00:07:56.000 I don't care if we run out of specials, if we run out of this session, we're going to call for a special session.
00:08:01.000 I'm going out there on Tuesday.
00:08:03.000 Like I, you know, I need to go to Nebraska.
00:08:06.000 Like I need, you know, a hole in the head in the sense of like another thing on my schedule.
00:08:10.000 I'm going all across the country next week.
00:08:11.000 But I said it's a priority, add it to the schedule, get it done.
00:08:15.000 By the way, the other national leaders, I'm trying to like gather all this enthusiasm.
00:08:20.000 And, you know, there's been a fair amount of support, but this is not a priority for our side.
00:08:24.000 I said, guys, you realize that the national polling shows that we are headed for, you know, Joe Biden potentially becoming president.
00:08:31.000 This is like flipping a state months ahead of time.
00:08:35.000 And I would like to see more, you know, Republican consolidation and support behind this.
00:08:42.000 But maybe there's something else more important that they're doing.
00:08:46.000 But we've fought before and we've used the will to win before, but we have been so beat into submission by the regime.
00:08:55.000 And it's working.
00:08:56.000 The psychological warfare that the regime is employing from raiding homes, from putting grandmas in gulags, I hate to say it, but they're winning before the even election.
00:09:08.000 If Nebraska truly fails to get this done, with all the support and the governor and Senator Ricketts and the people of Nebraska, if it truly is, you know, we're going to try again next year, then there is no way you can say that you are elected as a patriot and you are concerned about Joe Biden getting another term.
00:09:33.000 Think about it.
00:09:34.000 Politicians running for office will do dozens of dinners and rallies and fundraisers to raise $50 million, yet just locking up Nebraska would save you tens of millions of dollars.
00:09:44.000 And we're like one or two votes away.
00:09:47.000 And even if it fails, just do a special session.
00:09:51.000 We're not going to give up.
00:09:52.000 I am personally dedicating every fiber of my being because that's how we built Turning Point.
00:09:58.000 People say, oh, you know, how'd you build Turning Point?
00:10:01.000 It's not like some act of brilliance.
00:10:03.000 It's pure, relentless grit.
00:10:06.000 That's how we got to be the largest.
00:10:09.000 We have now been the largest organization in the country.
00:10:11.000 500 plus staff, 300,000 donors.
00:10:15.000 We've worked harder than everybody in the movement.
00:10:18.000 And now there's a time where, yeah, you're going to have to work hard.
00:10:20.000 You're going to have to find some fortitude.
00:10:21.000 You're going to have to hold the line.
00:10:23.000 And excuses will not be tolerated.
00:10:26.000 We're not going to put up with your little, this is a deep red state in Nebraska.
00:10:29.000 We're not going to put up with, well, you know, we've tried our best.
00:10:32.000 No, no, no, no.
00:10:34.000 Trying gets you nothing.
00:10:36.000 Victory is the only option.
00:10:39.000 This is not Massachusetts.
00:10:40.000 You have the numbers.
00:10:43.000 Today we're diving into a topic that's more relevant than ever: online integrity.
00:10:49.000 We live in a digital age where technology has become an integral part of our daily lives, from smartphones to laptops.
00:10:55.000 The internet offers incredible opportunities for connection and growth.
00:10:59.000 But with these opportunities also come risks that can compromise our values, integrity, and faith.

00:12:53.000 The opportunity is in front of us, and it can be done.
00:12:55.000 That's what's so exciting.
00:12:56.000 The people of Nebraska support this, the governor supports this.
00:13:00.000 It's probably going to require Governor Pillen to call a special session.
00:13:04.000 The legislature, they're just making too many excuses at this time, and that's fine.
00:13:07.000 Call a special session, call a special session.
00:13:10.000 And if he does that, he will be a hero and have our full support.
00:13:13.000 And we're going on Tuesday, he will be a national hero, a national hero by doing this.
00:13:19.000 There are no excuses.
00:13:20.000 I've heard them all.
00:13:22.000 And with all due respect, we had the lawmaker on yesterday: you know, we milked the cows and they're all dry.
00:13:26.000 That is a loser attitude, with all due respect, because he is the introducer of that bill, and we have to look till next year.
00:13:34.000 Our civilization doesn't have till next year.
00:13:38.000 But I don't know if in Nebraska the lawmakers feel that kind of urgency.
00:13:43.000 I don't.
00:13:44.000 I know that they support it.
00:13:46.000 Imagine in five years, this could be the man who saved America or the man who lost it by one electoral vote.
00:13:54.000 And some people say, Oh, Charlie, you're fear-mongering.
00:13:56.000 Go to the latest polls.
00:13:59.000 Do you know that if you run 10,000 simulations on the most likely outcomes, do you know the most likely outcome is that Joe Biden wins right now by two electoral votes?
00:14:13.000 We would go to a tie, it'd go to the House, and Trump becomes president if Nebraska fixes it.
00:14:18.000 This is not some sort of abstract foreign chance.
00:14:22.000 It is right down the fairway.
00:14:25.000 And I understand a lot of people in Nebraska that might be in the state capitol, they might not have signed up for this.
00:14:30.000 But I want to walk you through how we have had the will at certain times.
00:14:35.000 At certain moments, we do find the will within us.
00:14:40.000 We need to get back to that attitude.
00:14:42.000 And I really believe post-January 6th and the pummeling that has happened to the movement has turned so many conservatives into cowards.
00:14:50.000 I think that the amount of brute force the regime has used against conservatives has turned into weak knees, the cancellation, the kicking off of social media, the name-calling.
00:15:02.000 Because just in recent memory, we have seen what it's like to have the will to win.
00:15:09.000 I want to bring you back in time, back in time, to something that we thought was going to be an easy glide path: a confirmation of a Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
00:15:21.000 It was the summer of 2018.
00:15:24.000 It all just kind of seemed as if, here we go.
00:15:27.000 Kennedy steps down.
00:15:28.000 Kavanaugh gets selected.
00:15:30.000 We have the votes.
00:15:31.000 Thanks for shopping.
00:15:32.000 And out of nowhere, Diane Feinstein, who's a very wicked person, comes out with, oh, we have an accusation about Brett Kavanaugh's childhood.
00:15:43.000 And then you have Michael Avenatti, and they start making up stuff about Kavanaugh.
00:15:47.000 And there were calls and calls and calls.
00:15:50.000 I was on these calls.
00:15:51.000 Blake remembers it of top-level Republicans that said, we have to pull the Brett Kavanaugh nomination.
00:15:59.000 We have to pull it.
00:16:00.000 The media is outrageous.
00:16:02.000 We have to pull it.
00:16:02.000 And instead, to Mitch McConnell's credit and most importantly, Donald Trump's credit, who could poll or nominate, they said, no, we are going all in.
00:16:12.000 Do you remember how the left acted?
00:16:15.000 They mobilized activists.
00:16:16.000 They banged on the doors of the Supreme Court.
00:16:19.000 But in that moment, because we understood the stakes of a U.S. Supreme Court seat and we were willing to accept all of the nonsense, all of the rancor, all of the noise, we just toned it out and marched forward.
00:16:32.000 We toned it out and marched forward.
00:16:35.000 Play cut 113.
00:16:37.000 Arianne, when you look at these pictures, having covered the Supreme Court for so long, have you ever seen anything like this?
00:16:42.000 Well, I'll tell you this.
00:16:43.000 You're usually not allowed on those stairs.
00:16:45.000 You're not allowed up there.
00:16:47.000 Not allowed up there.
00:16:48.000 They're banging on the Supreme Court.
00:16:49.000 They're screaming.
00:16:50.000 The left mobilized everywhere.
00:16:52.000 And it did not matter what they were saying.
00:16:55.000 It didn't matter how many quote-unquote accusations they threw on TV because we knew the heaviness and the significance of a Supreme Court seat.
00:17:05.000 You know that you'll have zero Supreme Court seats if Joe Biden becomes president.
00:17:10.000 How will you feel?
00:17:12.000 I want you to embody the vibe that you'll have for the next four years.
00:17:19.000 If you're watching and all of a sudden they say, yeah, Joe Biden gets 270 electoral votes and he won the one in Omaha.
00:17:27.000 And it was just so fixable in front of us.
00:17:30.000 Here it is right in front of us.
00:17:32.000 How will you feel?
00:17:33.000 Better luck next year is what some of them are saying.
00:17:36.000 Well, we'll try next year.
00:17:38.000 I refuse to believe that's the attitude of the great people in Nebraska.
00:17:41.000 And that is the divide.
00:17:42.000 The people of Nebraska, they want this to be changed.
00:17:46.000 The leaders are saying they want it, but it might take a little bit of breaking of glass.
00:17:51.000 It might take a little bit of unprecedented configuration.
00:17:56.000 It's nothing novel.
00:17:57.000 It's nothing illegal.
00:17:58.000 It's nothing unconstitutional.
00:18:00.000 By the way, we got rid of the filibuster to get through Gorsuch.
00:18:03.000 Just get rid of it.
00:18:04.000 It's fake.
00:18:07.000 What if I told you that most of the notable diaper brands support abortion, even footing the bill for their employees to travel to have an abortion?
00:18:15.000 It's one thing to reject your customers.
00:18:17.000 It's another thing to support their termination.
00:18:20.000 If you're a parent sickened by woke corporations supporting the destruction of American values and our most precious blessing, our children, then meet Every Life, America's pro-life diaper brand.
00:18:31.000 Finally, a baby brand that aligns with your values and is unapologetically pro-life.
00:18:35.000 Every life believes that no matter where someone is from, what they look like, planned or unplanned, every baby is a miracle worth protecting and defending.
00:18:44.000 Every life offers high-performing premium diapers and wipes created with your little ones in mind.
00:18:49.000 Their diapers are made of that fragrances, dyes, lotions, latex, parabens, or phthalates.
00:18:54.000 It's a wonderful company.

00:19:20.000 And there's such an obvious path forward.
00:19:23.000 It's not hard.
00:19:24.000 You remove the filibuster.
00:19:25.000 You temporarily suspend the rules because the filibuster is fake.
00:19:29.000 You go to a 30-vote, constitutionally allowed majority, three-fifths vote, and you allow the voters of the unicameral to vote on it.
00:19:38.000 All legal, all precedent.
00:19:40.000 However, the speaker of the legislature, Senator John Arch, has come out and he just is waving the white flag.
00:19:48.000 Biden, please win, is what he's doing.
00:19:51.000 This is what we have to deal with.
00:19:53.000 Or you just call a special session.
00:19:55.000 You call a special session and you demand a vote.
00:19:58.000 So Speaker John Arch, who is the speaker of the legislature, is basically telling you, this is just too much work.
00:20:04.000 We here in Nebraska, we're not really big into, you know, working hard.
00:20:11.000 That's what he's basically saying.
00:20:13.000 Let me read the article to you.
00:20:15.000 What an insult to the people of Nebraska.
00:20:17.000 The people of Nebraska are not like this.
00:20:18.000 Arch has said he instructed the legislative clerk not to accept floor amendments to add on to bills onto other bills, eliminating among the last procedural moves available the backers of the winner-take-all proposal.
00:20:28.000 Okay, so that means this cycle, it's not going to happen.
00:20:30.000 But there could be a special session and he could do this.
00:20:35.000 And by the way, what an insult to all the people who will work hard this fall, people who knock on doors, the fundraising, do early voting.
00:20:41.000 By the way, Speaker Arch is basically putting a middle finger in Donald Trump's face.
00:20:45.000 Let's get his picture up on screen and let's get his phone number.
00:20:48.000 So now this is a national issue, Mr. Arch.
00:20:50.000 And you have now just told the rest of the country.
00:20:53.000 Sorry.
00:20:53.000 Oh, yeah, the guy that came on our program, they're going to hear from us next week.
00:20:58.000 The guy that came on our program yesterday, Lippincott, I'm in love with my bill.
00:21:01.000 So it's like laying it to rest.
00:21:02.000 But there could be Resurrection Day next year.
00:21:04.000 Who got to these people?
00:21:05.000 Okay, people in Nebraska, it's time to really let your voice be heard.
00:21:09.000 Honestly, time for the people of the country to let your voice be heard.
00:21:12.000 Let's get the numbers up on screen.
00:21:14.000 They're all just surrendering in real time.
00:21:17.000 It's too hard.
00:21:19.000 I might have to work.
00:21:20.000 All the obstacles to this bill are fake.
00:21:23.000 Let me say that again.
00:21:24.000 There is no obstacle.
00:21:26.000 The only obstacle is the lack of the will.
00:21:30.000 You can call a special session.
00:21:32.000 You can suspend the rules, period.
00:21:34.000 Yet this speaker and all these other people in the unicameral, it's too much.
00:21:40.000 Democrats are being mean to me.
00:21:41.000 Courage is the obstacle, and they are showing you in real time in blood red Nebraska, we don't want to win.
00:21:50.000 And by the way, it's not over.
00:21:51.000 They're saying it's over.
00:21:52.000 That's hilarious.
00:21:53.000 It's actually not over.
00:21:54.000 You know why?
00:21:56.000 The governor has not weighed in yet.
00:21:57.000 The governor can call a special session.
00:21:59.000 All you need is 30 votes.
00:22:00.000 Thanks for playing.
00:22:01.000 We have 31 votes right now.
00:22:03.000 You just have to get over the filibuster.
00:22:06.000 Why are they so quick, by the way, to run to the morning journal star and to just surrender and capitulate?
00:22:13.000 Please, Joe Biden, take an electoral vote from our blood red state.
00:22:16.000 Here you go, Joe Biden.
00:22:18.000 Please.
00:22:20.000 That is what the Nebraska leaders are doing right now.
00:22:22.000 Let's get the phone number up there.
00:22:23.000 I want everyone in the country to call it.
00:22:27.000 No more of this like, oh, you know, he has just said to you, we're done.
00:22:33.000 And by the way, we've tried to win these people over.
00:22:35.000 You know, how tough Nebraska is.
00:22:37.000 No, they hate you.
00:22:38.000 And they right now are telling you, the national audience, the Patriots of this country, I think that Joe Biden deserves a better chance to win than not.
00:22:45.000 It's that simple.
00:22:46.000 It is a binary choice.
00:22:47.000 So the phone number, if we can get it up, is 402-471-2730.
00:22:53.000 He's saying that, oh, there is no path forward.
00:22:55.000 Wrong.
00:22:56.000 He's the speaker.
00:22:57.000 He could suspend the rules, do a suspension of the rule vote.
00:23:00.000 He could allow whatever bill he wants to come to the floor.
00:23:02.000 He could also call for a special session.
00:23:04.000 Complete capitulation, turning over, saying, this is just too much for me.
00:23:11.000 Loud noises.
00:23:13.000 I didn't sign up for this.
00:23:15.000 And that's your typical Republican.
00:23:16.000 I want you to look at that right there.
00:23:19.000 I'm just going to repeat it slowly for those of you in the back.
00:23:21.000 Senator John Arch, Speaker of the Legislature.
00:23:26.000 He's the speaker of the whole thing.
00:23:28.000 He thinks he's better than you.
00:23:29.000 He's like a Paul Ryan type, John Boehner.
00:23:32.000 He thinks he's like a real powerful guy.
00:23:35.000 Yeah, you'll be remembered in history potentially, man, of handing the presidency to Joe Biden.
00:23:39.000 That will be your legacy.
00:23:41.000 The legacy of Nebraska.
00:23:43.000 And look, now we need every single person in Nebraska.
00:23:47.000 This is the most important thing, guys.
00:23:49.000 And we're doing this event on Tuesday.
00:23:50.000 We need record turnout at this event on Tuesday.
00:23:53.000 Record turnout.
00:23:56.000 We need thousands of people.
00:23:57.000 Now is the time for hardball.
00:23:59.000 And what is this?
00:24:00.000 What is Lippincott saying in this?
00:24:02.000 It's like putting my bill to rest and we need Resurrection Day next year.
00:24:05.000 Loser.
00:24:06.000 That is a loser attitude, man.
00:24:09.000 And he comes on my program.
00:24:10.000 Well, you know, I fought F-16s.
00:24:12.000 Is that the attitude of our military?
00:24:14.000 Oh, well, we lost a battle.
00:24:17.000 Let's go home.
00:24:19.000 Where does this mindset come from?
00:24:22.000 Senator Arch from Nebraska, who is the Speaker of the House, just says, I don't really care about the people of Nebraska very much.
00:24:32.000 402-471-2730.
00:24:36.000 And that's his email on the bottom.
00:24:39.000 Just, I hate to get to motives here, but do they care?
00:24:46.000 Does he care?
00:24:48.000 I might just show up at his office next week.
00:24:50.000 I'd love to have him explain this to me.
00:24:52.000 I mean, they should have like open access.
00:24:54.000 What if I just get an earlier flight and show up to the legislature?
00:24:57.000 Can you explain it to me?
00:24:59.000 I'd love an answer.
00:25:00.000 Or is he just going to kind of walk away?
00:25:02.000 Call security because I'm such a threat.
00:25:05.000 I mean, I'll go through the right process.
00:25:06.000 I'd love to have him answer the question, like, why are you not listening to the people of Nebraska?
00:25:11.000 This is overwhelmingly supported.
00:25:12.000 Why are you not using your political power given to you?
00:25:16.000 Oh, because the Democrats started to write mean articles.
00:25:19.000 Oh, they might change the rules.
00:25:21.000 Too big of a spotlight on us.
00:25:23.000 Too much pressure.
00:25:24.000 This goes back to my essence, the will to win.
00:25:28.000 We had the will to win with Gorsuch.
00:25:29.000 We got rid of the rules.
00:25:30.000 We had the will to win when it came to Kavanaugh.
00:25:32.000 We pushed forward.
00:25:33.000 And do you know who else had the will to win?
00:25:35.000 Do you remember when all these people, the Mr. Arch types, the John Arch types, were calling for Donald Trump to get out of the presidency race in 2016 because he said nasty things, the locker room talk.
00:25:47.000 And Donald Trump was like, nah, I have the will to win.
00:25:49.000 Remember, quit over access Hollywood.
00:25:51.000 And Donald Trump was like, no, I'm not going to quit over access Hollywood.
00:25:55.000 Why do you need Democrats when you have Republicans like this?
00:26:00.000 I'm being told, by the way, that the lines are so busy because there's so many calls being made right now.
00:26:04.000 Line busy, line busy.
00:26:05.000 Okay, email, write down the phone number and call all day.
00:26:09.000 These people are terrified of success.
00:26:11.000 Senator John Arch of La Vista, the body speaker, announced Friday that time for adding bills is over, warning lawmakers, by the way, he could do this unilaterally.
00:26:19.000 He is like the dictator of the unicameral.
00:26:21.000 He's deciding to do this.
00:26:22.000 He is telling you, I think Joe Biden should get a free electoral vote from Nebraska.
00:26:28.000 Legislature's bill revisors will have little to no time to amend bills as the clock of this legislature session winds down.
00:26:34.000 You might say, oh my goodness, Charlie, it's dead.
00:26:34.000 Now, it's not dead.
00:26:36.000 In this session, he's killing it.
00:26:38.000 But we have another option.
00:26:40.000 We can call a special session.
00:26:41.000 And there's no constitutional provision of when that could be called.
00:26:46.000 We'll be clear.
00:26:47.000 This legislative session does have a time limit, but we can call a special one.
00:26:52.000 The governor can call a special one.
00:26:54.000 And the speaker has to show up.
00:26:56.000 And by the way, the governor is already calling a special session for a tax issue.
00:27:00.000 So they're going to have to show up.
00:27:02.000 But this kind of just capitulation.
00:27:06.000 I'm so sorry.
00:27:07.000 I'm surrendering.
00:27:08.000 Who really runs the state of Nebraska?
00:27:10.000 Who's in charge here?
00:27:12.000 So now it's very clear.
00:27:13.000 They're broadcasting.
00:27:14.000 Can't do this.
00:27:15.000 We're not going to give an inch.
00:27:16.000 You see, they want you to give up.
00:27:18.000 I've been through this for 11 years.
00:27:20.000 And you know what?
00:27:20.000 Four or five years ago, I would have given up with this because it's so easy to get demoralized.
00:27:24.000 No, no, no.
00:27:26.000 I'm more seasoned now.
00:27:29.000 And also, I just care less.
00:27:30.000 I don't care how many enemies I make.
00:27:32.000 I don't care.
00:27:33.000 I got a long list of enemies.
00:27:34.000 Just go to Twitter.
00:27:36.000 And I learned with the RNC thing.
00:27:38.000 You keep the pressure on, you keep the pressure on, you keep the pressure on, you keep the pressure on.
00:27:45.000 By the way, I didn't come up with that.
00:27:46.000 Yeah, they said people are calling in.
00:27:49.000 They say it's a busy signal.
00:27:50.000 Write down the phone number and call all day, email.
00:27:53.000 This is now national implications here, folks.
00:27:56.000 And he's just surrendering over.
00:27:56.000 National.
00:27:58.000 Oh, my goodness.
00:27:59.000 I don't like.
00:28:00.000 And we're like a dog with a bone on this thing.
00:28:02.000 We're not going to give up.
00:28:03.000 You might say, well, Charlie, you know, I just tuned in.
00:28:06.000 What is the obsession with Nebraska?
00:28:08.000 Well, it's not an obsession.
00:28:09.000 It's in April of 2024 of election year, show me one other thing you can do this year that can win you an electoral vote.
00:28:18.000 You can just take an electoral vote from Biden.
00:28:21.000 By the way, this will cost you $50 to $60 million.
00:28:24.000 The Democrats are in panic mode, but John Arch just handed the Democrats a bailout.
00:28:28.000 However, they're not used to you.
00:28:31.000 They're not used to you.
00:28:32.000 They're used to an old Republican.
00:28:34.000 This is why this program is so important.
00:28:36.000 This is why new media is so important.
00:28:39.000 Before social media, it would have been very, very hard to contact you, but this revolution will be televised.
00:28:48.000 And we're not going to go.
00:28:48.000 I'm going to Nebraska on Tuesday, Mr. Arch.
00:28:51.000 And by the way, where is La Vista?
00:28:53.000 Oh, it's a suburb of Omaha.
00:28:56.000 So a lot of your constituents are going to be showing up to our event on Tuesday.
00:29:01.000 And if I have to keep on coming back, by the way, we'll bring Donald Trump Jr.
00:29:05.000 I'll try to bring President Trump.
00:29:06.000 What if President Trump?
00:29:08.000 I mean, no guarantees, I don't know if he'll come.
00:29:10.000 And by the way, he's got a stand issue for trial.
00:29:12.000 He's got a lot of stuff going on.
00:29:15.000 They want you to believe it's over.
00:29:17.000 And yes, it is over if you think it's over.
00:29:19.000 Super simple.
00:29:20.000 Okay, he killed it in this session.
00:29:22.000 All right, Mr. Arch, you won this round.
00:29:25.000 Special session.
00:29:26.000 Special session.
00:29:28.000 The governor can do it.
00:29:30.000 And as Malia said yesterday, a thousand people on the Capitol got a special session over vaccine mandates.
00:29:37.000 Yeah, we just need the people of, we just need the people of Nebraska.
00:29:40.000 This is the whole deal.
00:29:41.000 Because, you know, in red states, I get asked all the time, Charlie, we're going to win Nebraska or we're going to win this.
00:29:45.000 I feel helpless.
00:29:46.000 You shouldn't feel helpless.
00:29:47.000 This is the fight.
00:29:48.000 It's on.
00:29:49.000 Ignore all the headlines.
00:29:51.000 Ignore the noise.
00:29:52.000 As Steve Bannon says, go to the signal.
00:29:53.000 The signal is very simple.
00:29:56.000 Okay.
00:29:57.000 Round two, coming up.
00:29:58.000 Special session.
00:30:00.000 Your move, Mr. Arch.
00:30:04.000 Governor Pillen has an opportunity to embrace winner-take-all, but just the attitude is what's most important.
00:30:11.000 Do we want it or do we not?
00:30:14.000 Do you want to win?
00:30:15.000 And I say that the entire hour.
00:30:18.000 And the sad reality is a majority of people who say they are Republicans are either conflict averse, they're purchased by Democrats, they're blackmailed by Democrats, and they just fear power.
00:30:30.000 They fear responsibility.
00:30:32.000 They fear being in charge.
00:30:34.000 Because once you have the will to win, let me tell you what happens.
00:30:37.000 You get hated by a lot of people.
00:30:40.000 Once you have the will to win, you have to just black out the noise, keep your head down.
00:30:49.000 And we've had moments before where we've had the will to win.
00:30:53.000 Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, we got rid of the filibuster.
00:30:56.000 Donald Trump not dropping out.
00:30:58.000 Even Bush v. Gore, Bush definitely had the will to win in the 2000 election of Bush v. Gore.
00:31:05.000 He absolutely did.
00:31:07.000 And Governor Pillan has been great endorsing this electoral college winner-take-all model.
00:31:12.000 So Sen Speaker John Arch says the time for adding bills is over in this legislative session.
00:31:16.000 Governor Pillan needs to call a special session or add it to the planned tax bill special session that's upcoming.
00:31:21.000 The eyes of millions are on the governor and the great state of Nebraska.
00:31:26.000 President Trump needs this electoral vote in November.
00:31:29.000 The country's at stake.
00:31:30.000 What could possibly be more important?
00:31:33.000 Let not your hearts be troubled, everybody.
00:31:36.000 People are saying that the uh the phone is off the hook.
00:31:40.000 Okay, well, we're just uh you know, we're just gonna start to turn this up a little bit, turn up the turn up the temperature.
00:31:47.000 And it's a question of the will, and it's not a matter of what Charlie Kirk wants.
00:31:51.000 I don't care about this, okay?
00:31:52.000 If somebody else wants to spend the time I've spent on conference calls reading the Nebraska Constitution, come on in, be my guest.
00:31:58.000 Anyone from one of these national Republican apparatuses wants to take this, come call me.
00:32:02.000 I'll hand, I'll hand off the baton to you, okay?
00:32:05.000 But I want to win deeply.
00:32:07.000 I have a daughter, and I am terrified of the country that she's growing up in.
00:32:12.000 Terrified, and I'm disgusted.
00:32:14.000 By this, it's not personal at all.
00:32:17.000 It's really simple: you could be heroes, or you could be something else.
00:32:22.000 Let's just say you could get in the way.
00:32:26.000 I just have to go back to our founding fathers.
00:32:32.000 They had the will to win.
00:32:35.000 Yeah, it was tough at times.
00:32:37.000 Sunshine Patriots, just they go by the wayside.
00:32:41.000 And I just always go back to the last sentence of the Declaration of Independence.
00:32:45.000 With a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to ourselves our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
00:32:54.000 Those were great men and women.
00:32:55.000 Well, men who wrote it, but the wives that supported them.
00:32:58.000 They were founding mothers of this country, too.
00:33:00.000 It was a great generation that gave us this country.
00:33:04.000 Founding fathers and founding mothers of America.
00:33:07.000 And here's the way I look at it: I made a promise to myself, I made a promise to Erica, I made a promise to my family, made a promise to my team, and a promise to our 300,000 donors that in 2024, I was going to work harder than any other person has ever worked to try and win in November.
00:33:25.000 And if we fail, at least I'll be able to say I did everything with my agency.
00:33:29.000 Now, I look around, I don't see other people working that hard.
00:33:32.000 I don't.
00:33:32.000 I see a lot of champagne.
00:33:34.000 I see a lot of drunkenness.
00:33:36.000 I see a lot of laziness.
00:33:37.000 That's fine.
00:33:38.000 Hope they get it fixed.
00:33:39.000 But now all of a sudden, this thing kind of just came down and it's a perfect storm.
00:33:43.000 It's right there.
00:33:43.000 And we have the votes.
00:33:46.000 If we can actually get to a vote, we have the votes.
00:33:48.000 You have special session.
00:33:48.000 You have the governor endorsement, President Trump, perfect storm.
00:33:51.000 So I think it would be betrayal if all of a sudden that we just kind of turned our back on this.
00:33:57.000 It's too important.
00:33:58.000 The stakes are too high.
00:33:59.000 And I'll just go back to this point.
00:34:02.000 The Democrats have the will to power.
00:34:04.000 We just need the will to win.
00:34:06.000 This is not like Massachusetts.
00:34:08.000 This is not the state of Washington.
00:34:11.000 This is not Maryland, where the Democrats have like super majorities.
00:34:14.000 The Republicans have a super majority in a deep red state.
00:34:20.000 In fact, one of the five most Republican states in the country.
00:34:25.000 If we do nothing on a silver platter, you say, Joseph Robinette Biden, hello, sir.
00:34:32.000 Here is a free electoral vote.
00:34:35.000 If you do nothing.
00:34:37.000 If you act, you say, just kidding.
00:34:41.000 The country comes down sometimes to these fringe, slight moments and tests of character.
00:34:50.000 So now the speaker arch just told us not going to happen.
00:34:54.000 Okay.
00:34:56.000 In this session, then let's get a special session.
00:34:59.000 Governor comes in as a hero and gets this done.
