00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA High School chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am, Lord Museman.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome once again to another Thursday edition of Thought Crime.
00:01:15.000 It is Thought Crime Thursday, and the thought crimes will always continue.
00:01:21.000 I am Jack Pasovic coming to you from the remote studio.
00:01:27.000 But back in Phoenix, I believe we've got two of my compatriots in person.
00:01:32.000 Who we got in Phoenix, guys?
00:01:34.000 We got Andrew Colvet and Tyler Boyer, who just made it in by the skin of his teeth.
00:01:40.000 He weaseled in right into your intro with it.
00:01:43.000 It's been a busy day.
00:01:44.000 No, he's wearing the Sun Devil hoodie thing.
00:01:47.000 Yeah, I don't know if you heard, but ASU defeated a top 10 team this week.
00:01:51.000 So no big deal.
00:01:53.000 No big deal.
00:01:55.000 We're back clearly.
00:01:56.000 We're going back to the playoffs.
00:01:58.000 We're talking sports, Jack.
00:02:00.000 Just be happy about that.
00:02:01.000 We're talking sports.
00:02:02.000 No, no, that's, I mean, I'm happy for you.
00:02:04.000 No, I mean, I love you.
00:02:05.000 You know, I love you like more than a friend.
00:02:07.000 But I'm just saying, it kind of just kind of looks like you got some birthday PJs because it was Tyler's big 4-0 yesterday.
00:02:15.000 So here we are.
00:02:15.000 Welcome to the club, buddy.
00:02:17.000 Yeah, ASU won a top 10 game.
00:02:20.000 And then yesterday for the opener, the Suns defeated the Sacramento Kings.
00:02:25.000 The Suns are hot.
00:02:27.000 The Suns are hot.
00:02:28.000 For your birthday.
00:02:30.000 He's got the Forkham.
00:02:31.000 He's got the Forkham hat on, which I literally thought said something else.
00:02:35.000 I got a high-five Devin Booker last night.
00:02:37.000 So I'm good.
00:02:37.000 Yeah, you got to be really careful when you read the Forkum hat and like when you say the Forkham hat.
00:02:43.000 Yeah, I was very careful to articulate.
00:02:45.000 You can be really clear.
00:02:46.000 We had people last year.
00:02:49.000 It was, I mean, this is kind of thought crimy.
00:02:52.000 Last year when ASU went to the Peach Bowl, they had stuck the fork inside the Pete, and it was not a good visual.
00:02:59.000 That is thought crimey.
00:03:00.000 This is a perfect time to bring up Cliff Maloney.
00:03:03.000 Cliff Maloney also here.
00:03:05.000 He's streaming in from a remote location as well.
00:03:08.000 Where are you at?
00:03:09.000 I am in Pittsburgh, gentlemen.
00:03:10.000 I'm in Pittsburgh.
00:03:11.000 We're fighting the fight here in PA, but traversing all over the world, as you guys know.
00:03:15.000 No days to rest.
00:03:16.000 We got 12 days until Election Day.
00:03:19.000 Thank you for all your hard work in New Jersey.
00:03:21.000 Yeah, why don't we start there?
00:03:23.000 It's not on the script.
00:03:23.000 Give us a quick Cliff's notes, which is pun intended.
00:03:26.000 Cliff's notes, and I love the Cliff's notes.
00:03:29.000 The PA, but really NJ and VA.
00:03:33.000 Yeah, so real quick in Pennsylvania, you know, we've decided to double down.
00:03:37.000 So the Pennsylvania Chase is not going to be a once every four-year thing, not every other year.
00:03:41.000 You know, it's a permanent infrastructure.
00:03:43.000 And obviously, you guys are three of the only people in the world that understand that and get what we're trying to do.
00:03:48.000 So we're knocking another 500,000 doors in Pennsylvania.
00:03:52.000 We've got 118 full-time people on the ground right now.
00:03:56.000 But as people do get distracted by shiny objects, New Jersey, we did launch the New Jersey Chase program.
00:04:03.000 And so we've got 105 additional folks in New Jersey, 10 Airbnbs throughout the state.
00:04:08.000 And this is my report on how it's looking.
00:04:10.000 If you would have asked me six months ago, I would have said, I'm not sure if Jack has a shot.
00:04:14.000 Jack Chitterelli has a shot.
00:04:16.000 And as Jack Pasovic would say, NJ is in play.
00:04:20.000 The numbers right now tell us we're about 5.5% in a better position than Jack was four years ago when he was running for governor.
00:04:28.000 That's not enough to win.
00:04:30.000 We've been as honest as we can be.
00:04:30.000 I want to say this.
00:04:32.000 Here when we get out to talk to some of our viewers, that is not enough to win.
00:04:36.000 Jack is going to have to continue to climb with vote by mail.
00:04:39.000 And then most importantly, he's going to have to do very well with early voting and dominate election day.
00:04:45.000 But the good news is that this thing is a race.
00:04:48.000 It's a dead heat.
00:04:49.000 We're seeing polling that's matching.
00:04:51.000 And so we've just got to finish the deal.
00:04:53.000 We've got 12 days to try to flip New Jersey, which I didn't think was in my vocabulary until about a couple months ago.
00:04:59.000 Wow.
00:05:00.000 That's awesome.
00:05:00.000 And by the way, not only to mention that, but your NJ Chase efforts are going to be bolstered because I believe Tyler Boyer made a pretty interesting turning point action first time ever announcement yesterday on his birthday.
00:05:14.000 What's up, Tyler?
00:05:15.000 Let's tee you up.
00:05:16.000 Give us the rundown.
00:05:17.000 We've got two big events, Super Chase events that we're doing in New Jersey.
00:05:20.000 So we want to make those as huge as possible.
00:05:23.000 I know, I think, Cliff, I think you're going to be there for them.
00:05:25.000 Yes, sir.
00:05:26.000 And so we're going to be driving as many volunteers as we possibly can because our technology can support getting out people basically in rapid speed out knocking doors and talking to voters.
00:05:39.000 And that's what we're going to need to do in the final week.
00:05:42.000 Yeah, we have the graphic and we'll grab it.
00:05:44.000 We'll throw it back up here so everyone can see it.
00:05:47.000 But those are two big events.
00:05:49.000 So you can go to tpaction.com/slash superchase/slash nj.
00:05:54.000 That's tpaction.com slash superchase slash nj.
00:05:58.000 And if you're in the tri-state area, if you're in the South Jersey, Philadelphia area, you know, Maryland, D.C. area, yeah, there it is.
00:06:08.000 You can make your way up and come join us for both these events.
00:06:12.000 One's on Sunday, November 3rd at 3 p.m. and one's on Monday, November 4th.
00:06:18.000 I'm sorry.
00:06:19.000 I'm blind.
00:06:20.000 I got it.
00:06:21.000 Sunday, November 2nd.
00:06:22.000 Yeah, at 3 p.m. at 3 p.m. and Monday, November 3rd at 4 p.m.
00:06:26.000 So I literally just made that same third week like 20 minutes ago when I was talking to Tanya about something because I'm no announcements, but I'm going to see if I can break away from family stuff because it's like Halloween weekend, but I'm going to see if I can break away to come to at least one of those.
00:06:44.000 I mean, it's so close, so I figure, you know, sneak over, do something, and then sneak back.
00:06:49.000 And we'll definitely see.
00:06:50.000 Because look, NJ is the play, NJ is the thing.
00:06:53.000 And by the way, guys, we should all also mention, you know, since we're all here right now, I'd love if we could all get together for election night next week.
00:07:02.000 Oh, yeah.
00:07:03.000 It's going to happen.
00:07:04.000 We will be broadcasting.
00:07:05.000 We will.
00:07:05.000 Yep.
00:07:07.000 Do not fear this show.
00:07:08.000 We'll be live.
00:07:09.000 We are broadcasting.
00:07:12.000 See, there's one big problem, though.
00:07:14.000 My crappy headquarters in Harrisburg.
00:07:16.000 After the big win, we decided to give it a paint job.
00:07:19.000 So I can't fully reenact election night, but I will be in Harrisburg.
00:07:22.000 So I would love to join you guys.
00:07:24.000 There it is.
00:07:25.000 Mark it on your calendars, folks.
00:07:26.000 Mark it on your calendars.
00:07:28.000 We're going to get out.
00:07:29.000 We got to.
00:07:30.000 I mean, I think there's very few better ways to honor Charlie Kirk than streaming on election night.
00:07:35.000 I mean, it's just, it's basically written in stone at this point.
00:07:39.000 We will be streaming on election night, right, Jack?
00:07:42.000 Not only are we going to be streaming, but I'm going to be sitting right next to you, buddy, out there in Phoenix, right in my apportioned seat where I was one year ago.
00:07:50.000 And Andrew, I'm bringing you another tasty cake.
00:07:54.000 Dude, I still got that tasty cake in my bag.
00:07:57.000 I want some one.
00:08:00.000 That thing will last through the apocalypse.
00:08:03.000 And it never goes bad.
00:08:05.000 Yeah.
00:08:07.000 I think they sell them at mypatriotsupply.com slash slash Kirk because they will last over 25 years.
00:08:15.000 It doesn't matter.
00:08:16.000 Tasty cakes are Philly tough.
00:08:18.000 They will not burn in a fire.
00:08:20.000 They will not.
00:08:21.000 Nope.
00:08:22.000 No, you cannot destroy a tasty cake using conventional methods.
00:08:26.000 You can't flood it.
00:08:27.000 You can't burn it.
00:08:28.000 You can't.
00:08:30.000 While we're on the topic of New Jersey and we've got Cliff here.
00:08:33.000 Cliff, do you happen to know?
00:08:35.000 I'm sorry to just spring this on you.
00:08:36.000 Do you happen to know what the Democrat vote advantage was going into Election Day and four years ago?
00:08:43.000 I'm not sure what it was.
00:08:45.000 I do know it's very different than Pennsylvania.
00:08:47.000 You know what I mean?
00:08:48.000 It's a much larger gap.
00:08:50.000 The current number, you're going to probably correct me is what?
00:08:52.000 The registration gap set.
00:08:54.000 No, well, I mean, I'm talking about the actual returns.
00:08:58.000 Right now, the return advantage that Democrats have over Republicans is about 175,000 as of I think that was yesterday.
00:09:07.000 So that may have been today, actually.
00:09:10.000 So that's, yeah, that was my question was if you had handy what the number was heading into election day, what the advantage was for Democrats four years ago.
00:09:22.000 I can pull it up.
00:09:23.000 No, but I can, I can, yeah, I can pull it.
00:09:25.000 But what I, what I'll tell you that's interesting, and you guys know this because you operate in a bunch of states, I don't operate in that many states, right?
00:09:31.000 Pennsylvania, the one thing that we do have is they're very transparent about requests, about returns by party, but even more importantly, the votes by method.
00:09:41.000 You know, New Jersey's kind of been fascinating because it's much, I mean, you can get to it, but it's much tougher to find.
00:09:46.000 But no, I'll pull that.
00:09:47.000 I mean, the thing I mentioned earlier, the 5.5%, that is this far out from the election.
00:09:52.000 If you look at the returns by party, we are 5.5% better than we were.
00:09:56.000 I'm not sure where that is on raw, but to me, I like to look at the trends of the percentage because then it's based on, okay, not just what Republicans are returning, right?
00:10:04.000 But what are the Democrats doing as well?
00:10:07.000 Go, let me pull it.
00:10:08.000 Yeah, well, someone in the chat, if you guys want to see 25 general, 24, 22, et cetera.
00:10:16.000 That's by county.
00:10:17.000 It's a lot of numbers, so I'm going to let Tyler do that.
00:10:21.000 But I believe the return rate is about neck and neck, and I have that out of Decision Desk.
00:10:26.000 So Michael Prusser over on Discis.
00:10:27.000 Look, we're already doing the election live stream.
00:10:30.000 Decision desk has it at neck and neck, 50-50, with a Dem raw advantage at 174,000.
00:10:39.000 And Tyler, I know you were talking about this on the Charlie Kirk show yesterday.
00:10:43.000 But look, if Republicans are going to win this, it's going to come down to that day of turnout.
00:10:48.000 It's going to come down to really needing to just blow out.
00:10:52.000 And look, and here's the thing.
00:10:53.000 That was the same thing we did last year, right?
00:10:55.000 Republicans won on day of, but the difference was we came into Election Day with a bank of votes already built up.
00:11:03.000 That was the point of the PA chase.
00:11:04.000 That was the point of turning point action all across the targeted states of the swing states.
00:11:09.000 And so the seven swing states, we all remember them.
00:11:11.000 And the entire point was that if you come into election day with a bank of votes already, then you have your E-Day wave.
00:11:18.000 That can be enough to put you over the top.
00:11:20.000 Whereas before, we weren't banking those votes.
00:11:23.000 We weren't chasing.
00:11:24.000 We didn't have Cliff Maloney and the Maloney method to come out there.
00:11:27.000 It's like Maloney ball over here, where he's coming in and putting it all, you know, putting it all in bank so that we have something to actually springboard into.
00:11:37.000 And this is what Charlie talked about all the time in 2022.
00:11:40.000 And he could see it happening in real time that the Dems just kept dipping into that reserve, whereas we didn't have one.
00:11:47.000 Yeah.
00:11:48.000 And this is what was the separator with us here in Arizona and why we felt so comfortable going into Election Day was we were trending about 5% to 6% ahead of the Democrats.
00:12:01.000 That was our goal was we wanted to remain upwards of 5% better than Democrats in early returns.
00:12:07.000 Talking about Arizona?
00:12:08.000 Yeah, and Arizona.
00:12:09.000 And so, I mean, we're seeing that.
00:12:12.000 And I mean, that's the name of the game, right?
00:12:15.000 Is get out ahead of the Democrats as on return percentage.
00:12:20.000 You know, you just mentioned, Jack, that, you know, the Democrat return percentage is reflecting very similar numbers to what the Republican return percentage is right now.
00:12:32.000 The Republicans have actually been out ahead of the Democrats up until this point.
00:12:36.000 Yeah, they just closed that gap in Master Space.
00:12:39.000 Yeah, and Pruser said that was to be expected.
00:12:41.000 That's what he expected, anyways, which is really interesting.
00:12:45.000 But that's, I mean, naming the game moving forward, especially in these states, these states that we have to win.
00:12:51.000 If President Trump isn't successful at eliminating mail-in ballots in totality, you're going to have to chase them to stay out ahead of them in order to give ourselves the best chance possible on election day, especially when, again, inclement weather can happen or, you know, just people wake up on the wrong side of the bed that day, national tragedy could happen.
00:13:14.000 You know, just there's lots of things that can impact one election day, which again, for everybody that's listening here, I'm in full support of going back to how things used to run, which is one big election day, and we all mail-in ballots.
00:13:33.000 We support the president completely on that.
00:13:35.000 But if it's not eliminated, we have to unfortunately play by these stupid rules that have been put into place by leftists who have been trying to manipulate our elections now for decades.
00:13:47.000 So that's what we're up against in New Jersey.
00:13:50.000 Well, and here's that.
00:13:51.000 That's what we'll be up against.
00:13:52.000 That's a Michael Prusser tweet.
00:13:53.000 I just put it in the chat here, guys.
00:13:54.000 It says, New Jersey vote by mail file is in for 1023.
00:13:57.000 Democrats flip the return rate margin, picking up 54 basis points and adding nearly 9,500 votes to their raw turnout lead.
00:14:06.000 So now you can see that Republican return rate is at 50.20%.
00:14:10.000 Democrat return rate just slightly higher at 50.26%.
00:14:15.000 And so the raw vote edge is about 175,000 for the Dems.
00:14:19.000 So he goes on to explain that the day of, the day we all expect it has arrived, Democrats have now returned a higher rate of ballots and are likely to expand their lead to something around approximately 3% when all votes have been counted, including those that show up after Election Day.
00:14:34.000 Return pace will continue to slow as roughly 70% of all expected absentee ballots have been returned.
00:14:40.000 But that doesn't mean, so it's all going to come down to Election Day then, Jack.
00:14:44.000 And that's why the Super Chase events, getting the rah-rah out, getting people aware, making some noise, making some stinks.
00:14:52.000 That's going to be huge, well-timed, because that's really going to be where it's all determined.
00:15:00.000 This is Lane Schoenberger, Chief Investment Officer and founding partner of YReFi.
00:15:04.000 It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Turning Point and for Charlie to endorse us.
00:15:10.000 His endorsement means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Turning Point for years to come.
00:15:16.000 Now, here Charlie, in his own words, tell you about YReFi.
00:15:20.000 I'm going to tell you guys about whyReFi.com.
00:15:21.000 That is why F-Y.com.

00:15:52.000 Let's face it, if you have distress or defaulted student loans, it can be overwhelming.
00:15:56.000 Because of private student loan debt, so many people feel stuck.
00:15:59.000 Go to yrefi.com.
00:16:00.000 That is y-re-e-f-y.com.
00:16:03.000 Private student loan debt relief, yrefi.com.
00:16:08.000 Yeah, and hopefully we can also get some messages out to all the voters, you know, in the name of Turning Point, letting people know and reminding people to vote.
00:16:18.000 Election reminders are really important.
00:16:20.000 That's the work that Cliff's doing on the ground with njchase.org.
00:16:25.000 Go to njchase.org to follow what Cliff's doing and what his organization is doing there.
00:16:31.000 But vote reminders are what is the most necessary thing.
00:16:36.000 Phone calls and texts.
00:16:38.000 Phone calls, texts.
00:16:39.000 You can download the Turning Point Action application right now.
00:16:42.000 You can join under Make Calls and Syntax to do that and help with that.
00:16:49.000 There it is.
00:16:50.000 And so everybody that's within the sound of our voice, I know that we beat this thing like a drum and it feels like 2024 all over again when we say these things.
00:16:58.000 You know, we didn't get the job done enough in Wisconsin with the Supreme Court race.
00:17:02.000 We had put thousands of people on the ground doing this work.
00:17:06.000 It still wasn't enough.
00:17:07.000 The left has literally tens of thousands of people doing this work left over from Obama era where they have all these systems in place.
00:17:15.000 And so you have to get used to just doing this work and spending a little bit of time.
00:17:19.000 I call it like going to church every week.
00:17:21.000 You got to spend a few hours every week just doing the activist work as part of your lifestyle in America if you don't want the left to take over.
00:17:29.000 And it's the same as going to church.
00:17:31.000 Not the same as going to church.
00:17:32.000 Church is more important, but it's the same.
00:17:35.000 Not to the left.
00:17:35.000 It's not.
00:17:36.000 It's the same type of commitment, which is that you.
00:17:38.000 Well, to the left, to the left, you know, and this, this is one of the reasons.
00:17:42.000 No, I do want to actually hit that because this is maybe a thought crime.
00:17:45.000 And I know it's not on the list, but who cares?
00:17:46.000 All right.
00:17:47.000 This is what we do.
00:17:48.000 Going to, so like the no kings protests.
00:17:52.000 And, you know, the phrase no kings, of course, comes from the French Revolution.
00:17:55.000 No kings because they wanted to behead the king.
00:17:57.000 That was the point of saying it.
00:17:58.000 That for the right, going to church is your theological experience of the week.
00:18:04.000 That's where you get your emotion.
00:18:05.000 That's where you get your connection to God, your connection to community.
00:18:08.000 For the left, participating in mass protests is their way of going to church.
00:18:14.000 It is their theological activity of the week.
00:18:17.000 It is religious.
00:18:18.000 They have a religious fervor for doing so.
00:18:21.000 They believe that by taking part in it, that they are doing something for their religion.
00:18:25.000 And in fact, they are, because that is exactly what their belief system is.
00:18:30.000 That their commitment to progressivism is beyond ideological.
00:18:35.000 It is, in fact, a theology.
00:18:37.000 It is a religious movement, and they believe it.
00:18:40.000 Jack, are you suggesting that leftists, their ideology is beyond common sense or it's nonsensical at times?
00:18:48.000 They're willing to bend the truth to fit into their ideology?
00:18:52.000 It's a pagan religion.
00:18:53.000 It's a neo-pagan religion.
00:18:54.000 And you see this certainly.
00:18:56.000 You see this certainly with their worship of the earth, which goes back to Gaia worship and old pagan religions.
00:19:06.000 You see it with their worship of, again, all earthly things because they don't actually believe in eternity.
00:19:11.000 So they have these pagan belief systems.
00:19:13.000 They also believe in crazy things that you can't see.
00:19:16.000 So they'll say, like, oh, you know, they'll say, oh, how come you can prove you?
00:19:20.000 You say you believe in God and Jesus, but you can't see God and Jesus and angels.
00:19:23.000 And I say, okay, well, you guys say you believe in things like systemic racism and the wage gap, and none of those things exist in reality either.
00:19:31.000 Well, I was trying to, I was about to do the Harry Sisson head bob for you.
00:19:36.000 You know, because, you know, because Andy's been sending me the bobble meme like 10 times a day.
00:19:41.000 I love the bobble meme.
00:19:42.000 Just Harry Sisson.
00:19:45.000 Jack, Jack.
00:19:46.000 And show me on the meme, the bobblehead doll.
00:19:50.000 Show me on the doll, the bobblehead.
00:19:51.000 Where the meme hurts.
00:19:52.000 Dude, guys, when he was doing that, and I was like, I was, you know, and Isabel Brown, the great Isabel Brown, was just going through chapter and verse because it was like, well, Kamala Harris did.
00:20:02.000 And he goes, when?
00:20:02.000 And she's just reading it off.
00:20:04.000 And I see him doing this.
00:20:05.000 And I honestly, and I mean this in all sincerity.
00:20:08.000 I thought he was having some kind of medical episode.
00:20:11.000 And I'm sitting there thinking, is this guy okay?
00:20:15.000 Like, I hope he is.
00:20:16.000 I honestly, I hope he is because I have no idea what just happened.
00:20:21.000 Wait, we have to do the one with the sound.
00:20:23.000 Don't we have the one with the sound?
00:20:26.000 Destiny did the same thing?
00:20:27.000 I didn't see that.
00:20:28.000 No, he had like he had this weird Twitch kind of thing where he was like looking off boneless posting the tweeted both of them together and you could see it's just this very strange behavior.
00:20:39.000 I don't even know the way the way I describe it from a lot of crash out.
00:20:45.000 It's the theater kid crash show.
00:20:46.000 A lot of people on the left, I find this thing where when they don't actually debate people that are bright on the right or that are articulate, you know, when they're just kind of in their echo chamber and then they have to have a conversation, they just go to these weird emotions, right?
00:20:59.000 You like watch them in some of these interviews where they're just like, you know, like they don't know how to articulate, right?
00:21:04.000 Because they're used to just getting a free pass and they're used to just hearing people praising them from their side.
00:21:09.000 That when somebody just calmly presents facts, they have a complete meltdown.
00:21:13.000 They don't know how to react.
00:21:15.000 Hold on.
00:21:15.000 You can tell that he might have been having a medical episode play clip.
00:21:23.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:21:27.000 Play it again.
00:21:27.000 Play it again one more time.
00:21:28.000 They say to people who play painting.
00:21:34.000 Oh, I love it.
00:21:35.000 Anyways, that's not what I was trying to give you an off-ramp to, though.
00:21:38.000 I don't like hearing, I don't like seeing his face and hearing the boing sound.
00:21:44.000 I don't like that.
00:21:48.000 So hold on.
00:21:49.000 So that was a good moment, Jack.
00:21:52.000 You got the better of Harry Sisson there big time.
00:21:55.000 But here, I was trying to give you an off-ramp to Stephen A. Smith.
00:21:58.000 I was trying to give you the off-rat to Stephen A. Smith talking about how when you bend reality to fit your ideology, you sound like a cuckoo bird.
00:22:05.000 And this is the first thought crime today, right?
00:22:10.000 This is just a list.
00:22:12.000 And you're right, Stephen A. Smith did say that.
00:22:15.000 So I want to go back because we've got an update.
00:22:17.000 Everyone knows that we made the huge announcement: All-American halftime show, Turning Point USA.
00:22:21.000 Oh, we're going to do that.
00:22:22.000 No announcements of lineup.
00:22:23.000 I know there's been a lot of fake news and fake set lists and fake rumors about who's coming up and showing up.
00:22:30.000 And I may have participated in spreading some of that through, but I don't have any burner accounts.
00:22:38.000 I don't know what those things are.
00:22:39.000 But we did mention this.
00:22:40.000 And I wanted to go back because the genesis of this, and I wanted to point out that the reason I mentioned something about the halftime show wasn't in a vacuum because there is someone who used to talk about the Super Bowl halftime shows every single year.
00:22:56.000 I will vouch for you, Jack.
00:22:58.000 Every year, Charlie would have to chime in at the halftime shows because he knew there were so many eyeballs on like Twitter, and now it's X. And so he would chime in.
00:23:08.000 And it was the funniest thing.
00:23:10.000 Every year that, you know, I was telling the guys he would get madder and madder progressively as the years went on.
00:23:18.000 So this is actually hilarious.
00:23:20.000 So he got so used to the halftime show being like a degenerate mess that sexual anarchy.
00:23:28.000 Yes, I'm telling the sexual anarchy story.
00:23:30.000 So here's what happened.
00:23:32.000 So he basically had a pre-loaded thought in his head.
00:23:39.000 If I could just say that it was going to be sexual anarchy.
00:23:42.000 Well, this, no, no, no.
00:23:44.000 Okay.
00:23:45.000 So he had it in his head.
00:23:47.000 So, and I think he was sitting with his dad.
00:23:49.000 His dad kind of was riffing.
00:23:52.000 They were riffing on this idea together.
00:23:54.000 And what happened was I go away, and this is at a point where Charlie didn't have Twitter loaded on his phone because he was trying to purge himself from like it was a detox of Twitter.
00:24:05.000 And so it was me and I think Daisy that like he would send his tweets to, and then we would, you know, send him off for him at this point.
00:24:13.000 He called it like the submarine where he takes two keys to fire off the weapon.
00:24:21.000 So what happened, the torpedo, that's the word I was looking for.
00:24:24.000 So what happened was I'm, you know, it's Super Bowl.
00:24:27.000 I'm getting like a hot dog and I'm loading up my plate and the halftime show's going on.
00:24:31.000 And it's like the tamest halftime show in about a decade.
00:24:35.000 It was, it was, who was it?
00:24:37.000 It was, it was the rappers, Dr. Dre, some of those guys.
00:24:44.000 And it was like, you know, the tamest, tamest halftime show.
00:24:48.000 And he puts his, he puts it in a group chat.
00:24:50.000 He's like, we need to hit sexual anarchy.
00:24:53.000 And I think the term was from David Engelhart, who's on the Turning Point Board, who had written a book about sexual anarchy or something.
00:24:59.000 So they were riffing off.
00:25:00.000 It was in Charlie's head, and he fires it off.
00:25:03.000 And I'm away from my phone for like five minutes, five minutes and a half time, just getting food during the halftime show.
00:25:10.000 I look back at my phone because I opened Twitter and Charlie was already trending within five minutes of firing off this sexual anarchy.
00:25:19.000 Wait, was this Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Oblige?
00:25:24.000 Yeah, that was 2022.
00:25:25.000 Yeah, it was like a bunch of aged rappers who didn't came out.
00:25:31.000 Yes, but I was like, Charlie, why do we find like, why are we doing this?
00:25:36.000 It was when 50 Cent came out.
00:25:38.000 It wasn't like that sexual, but Charlie was like dogged about it.
00:25:41.000 He was like, no, play the clip.
00:25:44.000 Play the clip back.
00:25:45.000 And like, go frame by frame.
00:25:47.000 And he was, it was.
00:25:48.000 Was that the one?
00:25:49.000 Was that the one that was at State Farm Stadium?
00:25:52.000 It could have been.
00:25:53.000 Yeah, it was.
00:25:54.000 No, that was the year before.
00:25:55.000 This was the year before.
00:25:55.000 No, no, no.
00:25:57.000 It was in California.
00:25:59.000 Right, because State Farm, where we had the memorial, was also...
00:26:02.000 So who was the act...
00:26:04.000 It was Dr. Dre, Snoop Drop, Snoop Drive.
00:26:07.000 It was Rihanna.
00:26:08.000 Rihanna was in State Farm.
00:26:09.000 I was there for it.
00:26:10.000 I watched the Eagles leave.
00:26:11.000 Oh, I love how Cliff knows this right off the top of his head.
00:26:14.000 Rihanna, Jack, come on.
00:26:15.000 So anyway, so then he goes through clip by clip by clip and he finds like one like backup dancer essentially maybe twerking.
00:26:25.000 It's arguable.
00:26:26.000 And he's like, see, look at it.
00:26:28.000 Look at it.
00:26:29.000 Sexual anarchy.
00:26:30.000 He was like determined to make his point.
00:26:34.000 He could not be moved off of this point.
00:26:37.000 And I think we, do we have the clip now?
00:26:39.000 359?
00:26:40.000 Okay, 359.
00:26:41.000 This is, I think, Charlie the day after, you know, on the Monday after the Super Bowl defending his take on sexual anarchy.
00:26:49.000 Look, the Super Bowl halftime show has a reputation.
00:26:51.000 People say it's a spicy program.
00:26:54.000 Okay, listen.
00:26:56.000 Spicy.
00:26:56.000 It's supposed to be boundary pushing.
00:27:00.000 When you have the most televised event, this is true, most televised event for the entire year, one of the most televised events on the planet, by the way.
00:27:09.000 That should be a reflection of the virtue that hopefully you want society to embody.
00:27:16.000 See, he was still defending his take.
00:27:19.000 And actually, I have to say, his defense of it is pretty spot on because you do have this very family, like there's a lot of families watching.
00:27:27.000 You have young kids.
00:27:28.000 And Charlie would always say that on the show.
00:27:30.000 Like, if we ever got too spicy, especially on this show, because Jack would push him, he'd always be like, remember, we have 11-year-olds watching this.
00:27:36.000 There's 12-year-olds that watch this.
00:27:37.000 Don't forget them, too, right?
00:27:40.000 So it's a lot of college kids and all this stuff and young adults.
00:27:43.000 Wow, passing the heat to post-oh, passing all the heat.
00:27:45.000 Yeah, well, you did push.
00:27:46.000 That was you.
00:27:47.000 You know, I may have gotten him into trouble with like media matters more and patriot takes, but you got, you, you pushed the boundaries in other ways, Jack.
00:27:56.000 I don't know what you're talking about.
00:27:58.000 I was definitely not responsible for the public literacy meltdown.
00:28:01.000 Yeah, so, but we should say, Jack, that all the fake, you know, I've seen a bunch of lineups for the halftime show.
00:28:11.000 Talks are ongoing.
00:28:12.000 There are no officials.
00:28:14.000 Yeah, we haven't made any announcements.
00:28:15.000 Yes.
00:28:15.000 So I just want to reiterate.
00:28:17.000 Underscore bold, italic.
00:28:20.000 But we're talking about how there was an announcement that came out about the Super Bowl halftime show from Roger Goodell.
00:28:28.000 I have no idea which number of the clip it is, but can we play the decision to choose Bad Bunny as your Super Bowl halftime performer?
00:28:38.000 He's one of the leading and most popular entertainers in the world.
00:28:44.000 That's what we try to achieve.
00:28:46.000 It's an important stage for us.
00:28:48.000 It's an important element to the entertainment value.
00:28:52.000 It's carefully thought through.
00:28:55.000 I would say that I'm not sure we've ever selected an artist where we didn't have some blowback or criticism.
00:29:00.000 It's pretty hard to do it when you have literally hundreds of millions of people that are watching.
00:29:06.000 But we're confident it's going to be a great show and that he understands the platform that he's on.
00:29:13.000 And I think it's going to be exciting and a united moment.
00:29:18.000 Uniting moment.
00:29:20.000 A uniting moment.
00:29:22.000 Let it in there.
00:29:23.000 So there's Roger Goodell, the great.
00:29:25.000 Everybody loves him so much.
00:29:27.000 Saying that Bad Bunny is going to be uniting.
00:29:30.000 And so, again, I don't have the clip sheet, but there's a Bad Bunny clip that I wasn't even aware of this until we were doing the show prep for Thought Crime tonight.
00:29:40.000 This is the Bad Bunny.
00:29:41.000 Andrew, if you have the list, go for it because this is the Bad Bunny Statue of Liberty clip.
00:29:47.000 Did you guys even know about this?
00:29:48.000 a couple of months ago.
00:29:49.000 I made a mistake.
00:29:59.000 I want to apologize to the immigrants in America.
00:30:03.000 I'm in the United States.
00:30:04.000 I know America is the whole continent.
00:30:07.000 I want to say that this country is nothing without the immigrants.
00:30:13.000 This country is nothing without Mexicans, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans, Colombians, Venezuelans, Cubans, Winzo.
00:30:22.000 So that's a Bad Bunny video/slash stunt that he put out just three months ago.
00:30:28.000 Where, and for those of you who are just listening, when that starts out, there's an image of the Statue of Liberty with the, I guess it's Bad Bunny up there, like he's Ghostbusters 2, and he's putting the Puerto Rican flag over the Statue of Liberty.
00:30:46.000 And then it cuts smash cuts to a bunch of guys sitting around a radio and listening as if it's like the 1980s, again, Ghostbusters 2, in, you know, like in Brooklyn or something, or the Bronx.
00:31:01.000 And it's like this AI Trump apologizing to Mexicans and his just bizarre.
00:31:07.000 This is so bizarre to me.
00:31:08.000 That immigrants would be nothing without Mexicans and Puerto Ricans and all this stuff.
00:31:13.000 And by the way, Puerto Ricans are American, it should be said.
00:31:16.000 I mean, it's a territory of the United States.
00:31:19.000 They're American citizens.
00:31:20.000 Yeah, they speak Spanish, but a lot, most of them do speak English.
00:31:23.000 Let's have some real thought crimes, boys.
00:31:25.000 But I mean, here, it is kind of annoying.
00:31:28.000 The biggest thing I think, it's like when he says it's going to be unifying, well, I mean, okay, but you probably should have talked to Bad Bunny about that first, Roger, you buffoon.
00:31:38.000 Because, you know, he came out and he instantly was like, I don't, I'm not going to speak English, and you guys all have four months to learn Spanish.
00:31:45.000 So, I mean, I think the message is pretty clear, you know?
00:31:48.000 And this is the problem.
00:31:49.000 I mean, Roger Goodell is trying to take both sides.
00:31:51.000 It's either A, he's tone deaf, or B, he's an idiot.
00:31:55.000 It's 2025, right?
00:31:56.000 We just had this major referendum in the country.
00:31:58.000 You have to research these artists and understand that if they're going to take certain positions, you know, you're going to have to deal with that blowback.
00:32:05.000 So you can't act like this is not a political thing when the guys put out videos like that, put out statements like that.
00:32:11.000 But I mean, to me, it's, it's, they just always play to the mob of never wanting to offend anybody except the American right.
00:32:19.000 I mean, why are we always the ones that have to kind of be offended or they have to push us?
00:32:22.000 It doesn't make any sense to me.
00:32:24.000 Well, the only thing unifying about Roger Goodell is that everybody hates Roger Goodell, and that's the most unifying thing in America.
00:32:33.000 And so Roger Goodell being a teammate with Bad Bunny just like villainizes the halftime show even more.
00:32:41.000 And so I'm like all about it.
00:32:43.000 Like we need more Roger Goodell going out in public and saying how much he endorses Bad Bunny.
00:32:47.000 The more you talk, Roger, the better it gets for the All-American halftime show.
00:32:54.000 Many of us are hopeful about the direction the country is headed.
00:32:57.000 But after years of abuse and mismanagement, things could fall apart at any moment.
00:33:01.000 That's why I and Americans from all walks of life have taken action to prepare for what's coming next.
00:33:07.000 And that starts with having an emergency food supply.
00:33:10.000 Storing food in your home is the right thing to do because we're living in crazy times, which explains why so many people are preparing.
00:33:18.000 Right now, you can get ready too with a three-month emergency food kit from MyPatriot Supply.
00:33:23.000 It comes with delicious foods like creamy stroganoff, honey wheat bread, and mushroom rice pilaf.
00:33:28.000 The entire kit offers over 2,000 calories a day.
00:33:31.000 This food kit lasts up to 25 years.
00:33:34.000 Who knows what our country will look like then?
00:33:36.000 But when that day comes, you'll be ready.
00:33:38.000 Now, hear from Charlie in his own words.
00:33:40.000 Just go to mypatriotsupply.com/slash K-I-R-K and join millions of Americans who are preparing today at mypatriotsupply.com/slash Kirk.
00:33:48.000 That is mypatriotsupply.com/slash Kirk.
00:33:53.000 Think about this.
00:33:54.000 Think about this.
00:33:56.000 He had to come out and give a statement about Bad Bunny because of TPUSA.
00:34:01.000 And that just shows the power and the strength of TPUSA and what Charlie and what Tyler and then Andrew tried to clean up some of the messes here and there.
00:34:12.000 Obviously, he wasn't able to clean up much on his own part.
00:34:15.000 But that's okay.
00:34:16.000 No one's perfect.
00:34:17.000 And it just shows the power of what Charlie built, right?
00:34:22.000 It shows the power of this movement and shows the power of what TPUSA is because you've got the commissioner of the NFL has to come out and give a statement saying that we're going to stick with Bad Bunny because legitimately, people just don't like this guy.
00:34:36.000 He's not a uniter.
00:34:37.000 He's obviously there because they signed this George Floyd era contract with Jay-Z, who's Barack Obama's best friend.
00:34:44.000 And that's why Bad Bunny gets put into, you know, these top Netflix movies like Happy Gilmore 2.
00:34:49.000 All of a sudden, he's Happy Gilmore's caddy and not the guy who was in the original movie.
00:34:54.000 And then suddenly he's also at the NFL's halftime show.
00:34:58.000 It's like, this is just such an obvious corporate play and it looks really, really bad.
00:35:03.000 And no, people are going to be sick of it.
00:35:05.000 And they're going to tune out and they're going to tune in to TPUSA.
00:35:09.000 And you know what?
00:35:10.000 I say, hey, guys, let's see.
00:35:11.000 Let's see how it goes.
00:35:12.000 Jack, that's not true because I'm on TikTok.
00:35:15.000 If you look at TikTok, there's a bunch of people that say, like, I just can't even with turning point.
00:35:21.000 I just can't even.
00:35:21.000 Okay.
00:35:22.000 346.
00:35:24.000 Wait, you guys.
00:35:25.000 I just saw the alternative halftime show thing.
00:35:28.000 I thought it was a joke because I kind of saw it on TikTok and was like, oh, they're trolling, like, whatever.
00:35:28.000 I'm not kidding.
00:35:33.000 I didn't know they're actually having an alternative halftime show for people who are racist.
00:35:37.000 That is so.
00:35:38.000 Can you imagine the people watching that?
00:35:40.000 Not only racist and like hateful, but could not catch a vibe if their life depended on it.
00:35:46.000 The most vanilla unseasoned losers on the planet.
00:35:52.000 What is going on?
00:35:53.000 And they're proud of it.
00:35:58.000 Are there more of those?
00:35:59.000 Or there are like TikTok videos?
00:36:01.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:36:02.000 You want to live Karen?
00:36:03.000 Can't function.
00:36:04.000 I never want to learn Spanish more.
00:36:06.000 This is so 344.
00:36:10.000 Charlie Kirk's Network just announced that they're going to have a rival halftime show and all-American rival halftime show.
00:36:24.000 Puerto Rico Puerto Rico is a United States territory Sorry.
00:36:35.000 Puerto Ricans.
00:36:37.000 She rolled her eyes.
00:36:39.000 Citizens.
00:36:41.000 I have never wanted to learn Spanish more.
00:36:46.000 Wait, Cliff, that's what you just said, that they don't actually use articulation and logic.
00:36:52.000 They just have this like weird emotional theatrical performances.
00:36:56.000 Cliff Maloney just said it a minute ago.
00:36:58.000 She just did it.
00:36:59.000 Yeah.
00:37:00.000 And listen, I mean, she takes that video.
00:37:02.000 It goes viral.
00:37:02.000 She loves it.
00:37:03.000 And then what does she do with it?
00:37:04.000 You know, she goes to her other liberal women in the area.
00:37:07.000 They sip on their wine and they talk about how they're, you know, they're the virtuous ones.
00:37:12.000 I mean, that's what these folks actually believe.
00:37:13.000 It is a sickness.
00:37:15.000 I mean, it is a deep, deep mental problem that these folks have.
00:37:19.000 And I don't know how you fix it.
00:37:20.000 I mean, they believe what they're saying.
00:37:22.000 There is conviction in what she's saying.
00:37:24.000 I think she's Looney Tunes.
00:37:26.000 But that's, you know, this is a deeper problem than we want to give it credit for.
00:37:29.000 And by the way, I'm going to have a little bit of a pickle here, guys.
00:37:32.000 I made a promise.
00:37:33.000 I made a pact that I would be at every Eagles Super Bowl.
00:37:35.000 So if the Eagles get to the Super Bowl, we might have a problem where I've got to, you know, just decide where my allegiances are.
00:37:43.000 So didn't they have to?
00:37:45.000 So it's like, by the way, so like, you know, I might be Polish, but I did play Bernardo in Westride's story.
00:37:52.000 So I think I know a little bit about Puerto Rico and Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico.
00:38:03.000 But there's a whole song in Westside Story about like Puerto Ricans coming to the whole musical is literally about Puerto Ricans coming to America and they're like dumping on Puerto Rico.
00:38:16.000 And I think for the movie, they had to like sanitize the lyrics.
00:38:19.000 I think, is that, is that Ariana Grande?
00:38:21.000 She plays the, I can't remember.
00:38:23.000 In the movie, they had to totally change it because they were like, okay, this goes a little, I think it's Rogers and Hammerstein is the original.
00:38:29.000 And they're like, this goes a little bit too hard on Puerto Rico.
00:38:32.000 Like you, you, you lousy island everything.
00:38:36.000 Puerto Rico.
00:38:38.000 I want to pitch up the lyrics to that, actually.
00:38:40.000 And then like dumping on it.
00:38:41.000 So it's like, like the question of is Puerto Rico American is a legitimate question, right?
00:38:47.000 Yes, we know that they are U.S. citizens.
00:38:48.000 We get that.
00:38:49.000 But I don't think it's illegitimate.
00:38:51.000 And by the way, we are not saying that either.
00:38:53.000 Like that's when we say all-American, we just mean all-American.
00:38:56.000 It's like USA, baby.
00:38:57.000 But it's the same deal with like I served in Guam a couple of times.
00:39:01.000 Guam's U.S. territory, but it's got its own unique culture.
00:39:05.000 And I'm just saying there's a difference when you're born in the, you know, an actual part of the United States that is connected to other parts of the United States when there's not.
00:39:16.000 It's English.
00:39:17.000 But hold on.
00:39:18.000 I just have to do it.
00:39:19.000 You speak the language.
00:39:21.000 Well, but yeah, but she's trying right here.
00:39:22.000 Yeah, 360.
00:39:24.000 Puerto Rico.
00:39:25.000 Play that again.
00:39:27.000 Puerto Rico.
00:39:29.000 One more time.
00:39:30.000 Puerto Rico.
00:39:31.000 Puerto Rico.
00:39:33.000 I give her an A for effort and a C minus for delivery.
00:39:39.000 Puerto Rico.
00:39:40.000 I have a new bet for you, Cliff.
00:39:43.000 If the Eagles don't go to the Super Bowl, I think you should still have to go to the Super Bowl, but you have to wear a Puerto Rican jumpsuit.
00:39:50.000 Puerto Rico.
00:39:51.000 Puerto Rico.
00:39:54.000 We'll negotiate.
00:39:55.000 I've got the jumpsuit.
00:39:56.000 I might be there with you, man.
00:39:57.000 I don't know.
00:39:58.000 Oh, come on, Jack.
00:40:00.000 This whole thing is your fault.
00:40:03.000 This is all Jack's fault.
00:40:04.000 He memed this thing into existence.
00:40:07.000 Next thing I know, I'm getting emails from legitimate press outlets going, like, is Turning Point USA really planning its own halftime show?
00:40:15.000 And I was like, well, shoot.
00:40:17.000 And then our inbox.
00:40:20.000 All right.
00:40:21.000 No, if the Eagles don't go to the Super Bowl, we're all going to enjoy the alternative halftime show together.
00:40:28.000 And you guys have to go to the Super Bowl.
00:40:32.000 You have to pay for the tickets and you have to celebrate Bad Bunny.
00:40:35.000 That's like this.
00:40:36.000 You have to dress up and drag.
00:40:38.000 You have to dress up.
00:40:39.000 How about this?
00:40:40.000 Puerto Rican drag.
00:40:42.000 Actually, we can sing in the real, even in the movie version, even in the Spielberg film, she does actually sing Puerto Rico, My Heart's Devotion, Let It Sink Back in the Ocean.
00:40:56.000 Puerto Rico in the 2021 woke era version.
00:41:00.000 And that's still pretty hard.
00:41:02.000 Because the whole point is like they don't like the island and they want to be in America.
00:41:06.000 There's a whole song about this.
00:41:08.000 Like, you're the Libs.
00:41:09.000 This is your Broadway.
00:41:11.000 This is your God.
00:41:13.000 This is your temple.
00:41:15.000 I know your lyrics.
00:41:16.000 I was the guy at Shakespeare in the Park.
00:41:18.000 Okay.
00:41:19.000 I know how this works.
00:41:21.000 You have a whole musical about hating Puerto Rico.
00:41:25.000 Puerto Rico.
00:41:27.000 We have a Rumble Rant.
00:41:30.000 Oh.
00:41:31.000 From Zuzu's Paddles, which again, we love Zuzu's Paddles.
00:41:35.000 I want Jellyroll.
00:41:37.000 I want Jellyroll and Brandon Lake singing Hard Fought Hallelujah at the All-American Halftime Show.
00:41:37.000 Great movie.
00:41:43.000 Request.
00:41:44.000 Jellyroll lost a ton of weight.
00:41:46.000 Have you guys seen that?
00:41:48.000 Yeah, I have.
00:41:49.000 He's a good Christian guy, too.
00:41:51.000 No.
00:41:52.000 I saw Jerry Jelly Roll last year at SummerSlam because he performed at WWE SummerSlam and I was there in Cleveland.
00:42:00.000 True story.
00:42:01.000 Well, say, I want to talk about this, Stephen A. Smith.
00:42:01.000 All right.
00:42:03.000 I've been chomping at the bit to get to it.
00:42:05.000 So should I give the primer and then we dive into it a little bit?
00:42:10.000 So explain, yeah.
00:42:11.000 So explain this because there was this, you know, I guess we're doing sports today, and this is like such a Charlie story.
00:42:17.000 Cash Patel pops up in New York City today, and he gives this.
00:42:21.000 I love what you said about it too, Andrew, earlier, where it's like, this is just like a story that you think would happen in like normal America, like pre-insanity America.
00:42:32.000 It was exactly, that's exactly what it felt like.
00:42:32.000 Yep.
00:42:34.000 It was like, oh, we're, you know, there's mafia ties.
00:42:38.000 There's, there's a legal throwing of games.
00:42:41.000 Like, so this one guy from the Miami Heat was in 2023 was basically, if you don't know, it's a prop bet that you can make on some of these platforms, whatever.
00:42:51.000 A prop bet is an individual, you're betting on the individual's performance, right?
00:42:55.000 How many points he's going to score over, under, how many assists, how many steals, whatever.
00:43:00.000 And so basically, he says that his ankle is hurt.
00:43:04.000 He goes out after the first 10 minutes.
00:43:06.000 So, of course, if you bet the under on his performance and he only played 10 minutes, you're probably going to win that bet.
00:43:12.000 But then there was also like Chauncey Bills, who's the head coach of the Portland Trailblazers.
00:43:17.000 He's apparently been implicated in an illegal poker scheme that's been coordinated with the mafia.
00:43:25.000 And they're using like x-ray and high-tech devices to cheat at poker, these high-stakes game.
00:43:30.000 And they were using Chauncey Bills, Hall of Famer, now current coach, as the fishing expedition to bring in the big, the high-net worth people.
00:43:39.000 Because if you hear, oh, NBA Hall of Famer is involved in this, must be legit.
00:43:43.000 It's going to be good, good games.
00:43:45.000 And so, you know, all in, there's 34 people that have been implicated and arrested by the FBI in this.
00:43:53.000 And here's the funny part.
00:43:54.000 Jack, the investigation started in 2023.
00:43:59.000 Who was the president in 2023?
00:44:03.000 Joe Biden.
00:44:04.000 Well, the correct answer is the autopen.
00:44:06.000 Excuse me.
00:44:06.000 Excuse me.
00:44:07.000 Sorry, it was the autopen.
00:44:09.000 You missed that one.
00:44:10.000 That's fine.
00:44:10.000 I said Chauce Pierce.
00:44:11.000 I totally missed that one.
00:44:12.000 So, but fix it in post.
00:44:15.000 It was the autopen, Andrew.
00:44:17.000 So, like, listen, let's even take, let's even take Cash Patel out of it.
00:44:17.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:44:21.000 This is the New York FBI assistant director Christopher Raya talking about this 3-11.
00:44:27.000 Victims were attracted to play alongside well-known professional athletes and coaches like Chauncey Phillips, only to be unknowingly deceived through rigged shuffling machines, fixing the odds in their favor, as alleged, and as you just heard from the U.S. Attorney's Office.
00:44:47.000 This alleged scheme wreaked havoc across the nation, exploiting the notoriety of some and the wallets of many to fund the Italian crime families.
00:45:00.000 Yeah, and so here's what's crazy.
00:45:02.000 You got the Bonano crime family, the Gambino crime family, the Genovese crime family, the Luchese crime family.
00:45:09.000 So this is like a whole like mafia.
00:45:12.000 They use like RICO statutes to do this.
00:45:14.000 You know, we've talked a lot about how RICO statutes are out of date.
00:45:17.000 If you're going to go after Antifa because they're decentralized, well, the mafia has a hierarchy.
00:45:21.000 RICO statutes can apply.
00:45:23.000 So then.
00:45:25.000 Oh, okay.
00:45:26.000 Go ahead.
00:45:27.000 No, I was just going to throw in, we really got to talk about some of the ways that they were cheating, right?
00:45:34.000 You know, especially some of the game cheating, the, you know, the x-ray poker tables.
00:45:40.000 I mean, we all know Cliff Maloney is a world poker champion.
00:45:43.000 I don't know if he's ever used X-ray poker tables.
00:45:46.000 Maybe he's got some kind of like X-ray reflector in his hat.
00:45:49.000 That's why he always wears a hat.
00:45:51.000 So he's able to, oh, gosh, guys, why you got to do that to Cliff?
00:45:54.000 Why you got to do that to Cliff?
00:45:55.000 Look at Cliff.
00:45:56.000 Oh, come on.
00:45:57.000 Come on.
00:45:58.000 Look, you're letting all my vices show here.
00:46:01.000 So look, here's my advice to any poker players out there.
00:46:03.000 And there are a bunch on the right.
00:46:04.000 It's kind of an interesting community.
00:46:06.000 But my advice is this.
00:46:07.000 Do not play any type of high-end home games.
00:46:11.000 So you have tournaments that are, you know, overseen by casinos, professionals.
00:46:15.000 They've obviously got regulations.
00:46:16.000 And then you've got these home games.
00:46:18.000 I know a lot of really good players that find themselves in some of these home games.
00:46:21.000 And of course, I mean, when you're talking tens of thousands of dollars, they're going to rig some of these games.
00:46:27.000 I mean, they're so profitable.
00:46:29.000 But that photo there was a World Poker Tour event I won in 2022.
00:46:34.000 I don't talk about it too often because I'm knocking too many doors, but that is my advice.
00:46:38.000 I love the competition of poker, tournament poker specifically.
00:46:42.000 It's an even game.
00:46:43.000 Everybody starts, but it's do not play home games unless you know the folks running them.
00:46:48.000 Yeah, because apparently you get x-ray tables that can see the cards that you're putting down.
00:46:54.000 That's amazing.
00:46:56.000 If you watch any of the television tables now, so I've been at the TV table maybe two or three times.
00:47:01.000 The way it works is literally, and that's the same stuff I guarantee you they were using, is when you put your cards face down, it's able to read them through the table.
00:47:09.000 So like as you're on the TV table, you have to wear the microphone, but one of the rules is you have to place your cards on like this four inch by four inch area, and it's reading your cards through x-rays or through some sort of sensors.
00:47:22.000 So it's not like this is new technology.
00:47:25.000 It's just that obviously that's very regulated, but that's what these folks are using to go out and swindle these people out of tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
00:47:36.000 This is Lane Schoenberger, Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of YReFi.

00:48:37.000 That is yrefy.com.
00:48:40.000 Private student loan debt relief, yrefi.com.
00:48:45.000 ESBN's own Stephen A. Smith felt just, I don't know, emboldened to bend the facts to fit an ideology, Jack, just to full circle it for you, and literally gave one of the dumbest takes I have ever heard in the history.
00:49:08.000 Let's just say modern politics, because I'm sure, you know, I'm not going back to the Civil War, but in the modern politics, this is literally one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.
00:49:16.000 352.
00:49:17.000 Don't be Trump is coming.
00:49:19.000 He's coming.
00:49:20.000 It's not hyperbolic.
00:49:21.000 It's not hyperbole.
00:49:22.000 I'm dead serious.
00:49:23.000 He's coming.
00:49:25.000 I'm just giving you the message.
00:49:27.000 I'm telling you what I know, meaning what has been told to me.
00:49:32.000 Not by him, because I don't talk to him, and I don't agree with him, and I didn't vote for.
00:49:37.000 But you must understand, this is the climate.
00:49:43.000 He ain't messing around.
00:49:45.000 So he goes on this diatribe, basically saying.
00:49:48.000 What does that even mean?
00:49:49.000 No, he's saying that Trump is coming for the league.
00:49:52.000 He's saying that because the NBA is filled with black men that typically, I guess, don't like him or that have been activists against him, that this is all a revenge tour.
00:50:02.000 This is Trump coming for the FBI and the FBI sicking his FBI on the NBA out of revenge.
00:50:10.000 He's coming for sports.
00:50:11.000 This was Trump revenge.
00:50:12.000 Like literally nothing to do with President Trump.
00:50:16.000 The FBI started this investigation in 2023 when this guy from the Miami Heat went down and there were tweets about it online that, hey, I heard he's going to go down with an ankle injury.
00:50:29.000 Like take the under on the prop bet.
00:50:32.000 And so then that got out.
00:50:34.000 And so they start looking into it and they realize there's a lot going on in the NBA and there's all these people indicted.
00:50:40.000 And, you know, it's one of those things.
00:50:43.000 And Angelo just pointed out there's a guy named Damon Jones, an unofficial assistant coach of the Lakers in 2022, the time of the incident.
00:50:52.000 He's since retired, but probably committed the most egregious of all these violations.
00:50:58.000 He allegedly sold at one of the games the information that LeBron James wouldn't be playing the following day, which then led to big bets and big wins for some of the players at the game.
00:51:09.000 So that was one.
00:51:11.000 So you could, and you start wondering about this.
00:51:13.000 And Cliff, you probably know this as well.
00:51:16.000 And actually, you follow the NBA with your sons, but there's a new concept in the NBA called like, what is it, load sharing or something?
00:51:23.000 Like working, you know, you reduce their load.
00:51:26.000 So you're constantly load management.
00:51:29.000 That's the expression.
00:51:30.000 Load management.
00:51:30.000 So load management.
00:51:31.000 So they've got this whole concept where, well, we got this load management because, you know, we want to save LeBron's legs so he's fresh in the playoffs or whatever.
00:51:39.000 How much load management is going on that's actually just illicit gambling over unders on prop bets?
00:51:47.000 Yeah.
00:51:48.000 Because you're going to sit your best players to keep them fresh for the, you know, for the playoffs.
00:51:54.000 Or the tougher.
00:51:55.000 Or maybe you're actually just working a side angle and there's a side hustle and you know something other people don't know.
00:52:01.000 And you know you're only going to play LeBron James about 15 minutes at night and you're going to take the under.
00:52:06.000 And a guy that usually is like a triple double, well, you could take the under on that pretty well.
00:52:10.000 Yep.
00:52:11.000 So, I mean, I'm just saying the NBA is obviously the most shoddy and corrupt of all the sports leagues.
00:52:18.000 You could make an argument about any of them, sure.
00:52:20.000 But this is like really damning to the NBA.
00:52:23.000 And here you got Stephen A. Smith coming out and making a completely deranged argument.
00:52:28.000 This is Trump's vengeance tour against the black man or something.
00:52:33.000 I don't know where he's getting off on this, but it's completely unhinged.
00:52:36.000 Well, it's twofold.
00:52:38.000 So one, I think there's the racist attack against Trump, which is the obvious one.
00:52:42.000 The second, though, that's the least less obvious one is if you remember back in the election, the president had kind of some really fierce words for the owners, the NBA owners.
00:52:54.000 Yeah.
00:52:55.000 And for a lot of the big sports owners, it wasn't just NBA.
00:52:58.000 It was all the major sports.
00:53:00.000 Because I believe there's a belief that exists, which is true, that the sports franchises, which a lot of them are conservatives that run them, a lot of them are alleged conservatives, are scared of their player base and some of their fan base.
00:53:18.000 And they initiated all this really anti-vicious anti-Trump rhetoric throughout the years that the president served in this first administration and in the years during the whole fake autopin presidency, right?
00:53:33.000 So you had coming into 2024, I think there were some statements off to poll them, but there were some statements that the president made that was like, yeah, well, basically the sports owners are going to have to pay their dues somewhere along the lines.
00:53:50.000 So there's not a ton of love lost, I think, in the sports.
00:53:53.000 So you're saying there is credence to what Stephen A. Smith is saying.
00:53:57.000 No, I'm not saying there's credence.
00:53:59.000 I'm saying that the angle that I think he's speaking to is the one that you're mentioning, which is that Trump is racist.
00:54:07.000 He's coming from.
00:54:07.000 I'm thinking of what you're talking about.
00:54:10.000 There's some like Trump vengeance tour.
00:54:12.000 And he's like, I'm going to get these owners.
00:54:14.000 But there is some vengeance.
00:54:17.000 Yeah, the best part is that he's not really making any point.
00:54:20.000 It reminds me kind of of Mark Cuban when Mark Cuban would come out and like, you know, always feel like he had to have some hot take just to be edgy and they kind of always have this rumor of like a third party presidency or this celebrity running for president.
00:54:33.000 Just you don't have to have a hot take on every single issue, right?
00:54:36.000 Everything is not about racism.
00:54:38.000 Everything is not about being the guy that has the cool takes that you can get the clicks.
00:54:42.000 And you listen to what he said.
00:54:43.000 He's like saying six different things at once.
00:54:45.000 But as long as he can take a stand against Trump, he's trying to tap into some weird base.
00:54:50.000 So I just, I love when these people feel like they always have to talk.
00:54:53.000 Sometimes what they have to say is not interesting.
00:54:56.000 And this is one of those cases with Stephen A. Well, so my take on it is that he has been floating a political run of some type, right?
00:55:04.000 Like, is he going to go for president or something?
00:55:07.000 And he got a little Trump friendly in the 2024 race.
00:55:12.000 He got a little like, hey, Democrats, you're being stupid, all this law affair.
00:55:17.000 It's going to come back to bite you.
00:55:19.000 And then, you know, with the assassination, I think he saw the writing on the wall, kind of, kind of cozied up to a centrist common sense position, took a bunch of flack, and now he's flexing his progressive bona fides by coming after Trump.
00:55:34.000 I think you're totally right.
00:55:35.000 So the, well, okay.
00:55:40.000 So here's my next point, though.
00:55:42.000 I'm so excited to go after Stephen A. Smith.
00:55:45.000 And I'll tell you why.
00:55:46.000 And Jack, you know this clip.
00:55:48.000 I was at this News Nation town hall event.
00:55:52.000 Chris Cuomo invited me.
00:55:53.000 I was like, he was like, it's going to be this really peaceful thing.
00:55:56.000 It's going to be conversation is the cure.
00:55:58.000 We're going to just, it's just going to be a discussion.
00:56:00.000 It's not going to be high intensity or whatever.
00:56:03.000 Next thing I know, I get there and they're like, hey, we had to move some things around.
00:56:06.000 You're with this Midas Touch kid.
00:56:07.000 I was like, what's his name?
00:56:09.000 Never heard of him.
00:56:10.000 Guess his name's Adam.
00:56:11.000 So I have to go sit there.
00:56:12.000 And next, within like a minute of being on stage, come back from a commercial break, a minute on stage.
00:56:19.000 They give me the first word.
00:56:20.000 I'm like, hey, progressives are prone to political violence.
00:56:23.000 All the polls show it.
00:56:24.000 Boom.
00:56:26.000 He comes at me and goes, he goes, well, do you disavow the young Republican group chat?
00:56:31.000 And I was like, whoa, hold on, Mr. Energy.
00:56:34.000 You're like, your energy's making my skin crawl.
00:56:37.000 Like this, like, this is not constructive.
00:56:39.000 I'm not going to do your disavow Olympics.
00:56:41.000 And then he looks over to the panel, which was Bill O'Reilly, Chris Cuomo, and like Stephen A. Smith.
00:56:46.000 I think Joe Manchin was there.
00:56:47.000 Maybe.
00:56:47.000 I can't remember.
00:56:49.000 He looks over and Stephen A. goes, hell yes.
00:56:52.000 And like just totally throws me under the bus.
00:56:54.000 So I'm very excited to show this clip now that Stephen A is proving to himself and his showing his true colors.
00:57:00.000 Play cut 363.
00:57:03.000 There has been a trend of, I think, you know, let's just say, let's be gracious and say in the ear of Trump, maybe it's a reaction to Trump.
00:57:12.000 I'm open to those discussions, but there is a justification for political violence.
00:57:17.000 It shows up in every poll, and it's coming from progressive.
00:57:20.000 And just think about this.
00:57:21.000 We saw these Nazi group shots, which I'm sure you condemn, right?
00:57:24.000 This Nazi group shot.
00:57:25.000 Well, we can talk about it.
00:57:26.000 Do you condemn it?
00:57:27.000 I want to talk about it.
00:57:28.000 Wait, so when they said gas chambers disavowed when they say gas chambers, you won't.
00:57:32.000 So you're like JD Vance.
00:57:33.000 You just won't condemn this?
00:57:34.000 Well, I actually had the kitty on the show today.
00:57:35.000 We had a whole conversation.
00:57:36.000 You guys can all condemn this, right?
00:57:37.000 Big, oh, yes.
00:57:38.000 Thank you.
00:57:40.000 Oh, look at that Stephen A. Smith.
00:57:41.000 Hell yes.
00:57:43.000 Oh, yeah.
00:57:44.000 That was your finest moment.
00:57:46.000 Andrew, that was your finest moment.
00:57:49.000 Could have been, you know, I almost give you an A, but it's got to be an A minus.
00:57:54.000 I have notes for myself.
00:57:55.000 It's got to be an A minus because I have notes.
00:57:56.000 It could have been a little bit more.
00:57:57.000 Well, you could have shut him down a little more because it's like, I don't answer to you.
00:58:02.000 I'm not going to play your little struggle session game.
00:58:04.000 Well, again, it's really good.
00:58:05.000 It caught me off guard.
00:58:07.000 Chris Cuomo reeled me in, saying it was going to be this peaceful, sweet thing.
00:58:10.000 And next thing I know, this kid's coming at me.
00:58:13.000 Oh, he totally did.
00:58:14.000 And to be fair to Chris, Chris ended up having him.
00:58:16.000 I think Chris was offended for me.
00:58:18.000 He sent me a nice note afterwards.
00:58:20.000 And then he had the kid on his show the next night.
00:58:22.000 And he basically was like, you know what you were doing.
00:58:25.000 You were trying to get that clip and you trying to call him a Nazi.
00:58:28.000 And I don't think the Midas Touch guys are very happy with Chris Cuomo.
00:58:31.000 Oh, yes.
00:58:32.000 Yes.
00:58:35.000 Why is that like boomer?
00:58:36.000 Why is it like echoey boomer?
00:58:38.000 Anyways, so it was a funny unspoken thing that happened in that moment where I was like, freaking Stephen A. Smith just like chimes in out of nowhere.
00:58:47.000 Like he's got a role to play in this exchange.
00:58:51.000 Hell yes.
00:58:52.000 And I just remember going like, man, screw that guy.
00:58:54.000 Come on.
00:58:54.000 Like, what?
00:58:56.000 And I'm sure Stephen A. Smith has also condemned Jay Jones, right?
00:59:00.000 Oh, I'm sure.
00:59:01.000 I'm sure.
00:59:02.000 Probably called for him to.
00:59:03.000 Not just rhetoric, but specific descriptions of violence to Republican children.
00:59:08.000 Yeah, well, I'm sure he's called him, called him to drop out of the race.
00:59:11.000 I'm sure of it.
00:59:12.000 I'm sure we can find that.
00:59:13.000 Yeah, I'm sure of it.
00:59:14.000 I mean, honestly, for all I know, he has.
00:59:16.000 I mean, I just like, but the point is, I had a bone to pick with Stephen A. Smith.
00:59:21.000 So when he's coming in here with this vast conspiracy, 34 arrests, and they say it's just the tip of the iceberg.
00:59:27.000 It's an ongoing investigation.
00:59:29.000 We all can see the flops.
00:59:30.000 We can all see the like the calls, the five steps, no, no traveling calls.
00:59:37.000 Excuse me.
00:59:38.000 The NBA is a complete S show.
00:59:41.000 I mean, the whole thing is just a total mess.
00:59:44.000 And for him to come out and not say, you know what, I'm ashamed of this coach.
00:59:48.000 I'm ashamed of these players for throwing games and faking injuries for bets that you have disgraced the league.
00:59:54.000 You've tarnished a reputation.
00:59:55.000 This is a league I love.
00:59:56.000 No, instead of that, instead of trying to hold them accountable, he takes it and turns it on Trump.
01:00:03.000 All these people are doing all these illegal things, swindling millions and millions and millions of dollars out of people's pockets, innocent people.
01:00:10.000 And that's his take, that it's Trump's fault.
01:00:12.000 Truly mind-blowing.
01:00:14.000 Hey.
01:00:16.000 It do be like that, Mr. Colvett.
01:00:19.000 It do be like that.
01:00:20.000 Yes.
01:00:23.000 Why is it echoey?
01:00:24.000 I don't get it.
01:00:25.000 Why is it like the voice?
01:00:26.000 Why is it like this DNA Smith voice of God?
01:00:30.000 I don't know.
01:00:31.000 Because it's probably more appropriate to his actual ego.
01:00:34.000 So, yeah, that's about right.
01:00:36.000 Now, I suppose, look, guys, I know some of you guys have heart outs.
01:00:39.000 Cliff Tyler, shout out your shout-outs, man.
01:00:42.000 Yeah, I'll jump in and just say New Jersey is the play right now, njchase.org.
01:00:47.000 Y'all can follow me on X. Appreciate the Thought Crime Crew.
01:00:51.000 Excited for Election Day coverage.
01:00:52.000 Love you guys.
01:00:53.000 Back at you, brother.
01:00:55.000 Tyler, shout out.
01:00:55.000 Same.
01:00:56.000 Tyler.
01:00:57.000 Tell us about the Super Chases again.
01:00:59.000 We're rocking and rolling both in Arizona.
01:01:03.000 We have folks down in Georgia who are working their butts off as well for a smaller election down there.
01:01:09.000 And then also in New Jersey, like we mentioned, those nationally that want to get involved, if you're not in any one of those states, just download the Turning Point Action application.
01:01:19.000 It's tpaction.com slash app for easy access to that and get involved.
01:01:24.000 You can tap the arrows in the top left-hand corner and then input your info.
01:01:30.000 And then you'll be right away be able to knock doors, make phone calls, write text messages, or help with sending postcards to voters who need to hear it.
01:01:40.000 So please jump in there and get used to it.
01:01:42.000 Just a few hours a month can go a whole long way with helping save the country.
01:01:47.000 So we appreciate that.
01:01:48.000 Save New Jersey.
01:01:49.000 Gosh, that would be a wonderful win, to be honest.
01:01:53.000 Big deal.
01:01:54.000 You know, as we know, Blake is on assignment in Italy.
01:01:58.000 Reports are that he has joined a nunnery.
01:02:02.000 So we're, you know, we're going to not really sure if that's taking.
01:02:06.000 Obviously, the Catholic Church has rejected male nuns for a long time.
01:02:11.000 But hey, I guess times change.
01:02:13.000 So female priests and Blake is trying to break the barrier and be the first male nun.
01:02:19.000 So, you know, I just off to hats off to Blake, and I, you know, just really pray.
01:02:29.000 Hats off.
01:02:30.000 I mean, speaking of hats off, can we get that Cliff Maloney poker?
01:02:33.000 No.
01:02:35.000 You're doing Cliff dirty.
01:02:36.000 You're doing him dirty.
01:02:37.000 There he is.
01:02:38.000 There he is.
01:02:39.000 That's a terrible Photoshop.
01:02:41.000 Who Photoshopped that?
01:02:42.000 That's a dumb crowd.
01:02:43.000 Everybody's a critic.
01:02:45.000 I'm enjoying the trophy.
01:02:46.000 All right.
01:02:48.000 It's obviously not real.
01:02:49.000 That's great.
01:02:50.000 Blake is a good person.
01:02:51.000 You just bake it like Blake does, man.
01:02:53.000 Just bake it straight up.
01:02:54.000 Blake is very proud of his ball.
01:02:56.000 I think Blake went bald, like started going bald when he was like a teenager.
01:02:59.000 It was like, it was one of those stories.
01:03:02.000 Well, then we met that guy from Tijuana, and he was like, he was like, he was like, you must come to Tijuana.
01:03:08.000 Look at this.
01:03:09.000 And he was pointing at his hair that one night.
01:03:12.000 I don't remember this, but I'm sure.
01:03:14.000 You were literally sitting right next to him.
01:03:16.000 It is, Cliff.
01:03:17.000 You're hanging in.
01:03:18.000 We'll give it a bit.
01:03:18.000 Hold on.
01:03:18.000 We'll give it two more months.
01:03:20.000 Don't tell anybody.
01:03:21.000 Don't really make fun of that.
01:03:23.000 You're hanging in.
01:03:23.000 You're hanging in.
01:03:25.000 He's hanging in by a thread.
01:03:25.000 He's hanging in.
01:03:30.000 Terrible.
01:03:31.000 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, go out there and commit more thought crime.
