00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA High School chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000 All right, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:11.000 It's January 16, 2026.
00:01:13.000 We're here in studio.
00:01:14.000 Myself, Andrew Colvet, executive producer of this fine show, joined by Blake Neff, another one of our producers here.
00:01:20.000 And we've got a jam-packed first hour.
00:01:23.000 First up, though, we have David Hoke, who you will know from the Nick Shirley investigations in Minneapolis that have gone massively viral.
00:01:32.000 David has been instrumental working behind the scenes for years trying to expose this fraud.
00:01:38.000 And then, kaboom, like a tidal wave, Nick Shirley's investigative reporting with David's help has taken over the country and really setting the news agenda right now.
00:01:50.000 All the headlines are about Minneapolis, Minnesota.
00:01:53.000 A lot of that was sparked because of this investigation.
00:01:56.000 So without further ado, David Hoke, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:02:00.000 Thank you.
00:02:00.000 Very nice to be here.
00:02:01.000 Yeah.
00:02:02.000 And for those who can't see it, he's wearing that sweatshirt you're wearing is Quality Learing Center.
00:02:09.000 1-800 fraud.
00:02:11.000 You have a lot to be proud of.
00:02:12.000 You guys probably gave us the best conservative meme of the entire year.
00:02:17.000 Does that number actually work?
00:02:18.000 By the way, I should ask.
00:02:21.000 We just put it on there.
00:02:23.000 But we should.
00:02:24.000 This should be a government hop.
00:02:29.000 Yeah.
00:02:30.000 I mean, imagine, like, I know this exists, but like, we should really emphasize if you can uncover a fraudulent program such that it gets stopped and maybe someone gets convicted of it, you get 25, 30% of what was saved.
00:02:42.000 I actually love those kind of ideas.
00:02:44.000 Yeah, these exist.
00:02:45.000 We got to really drive.
00:02:46.000 There's a lot of incentives in the market, David, for fraudsters.
00:02:50.000 There are not as many for people like yourself that want to do good and want to protect taxpayer funds.
00:02:55.000 So you had this first video with Nick that went absolutely, I mean, I don't think anybody's ever seen anything like it, especially on X.
00:03:03.000 And you've come out with a part two now exposing transportation companies.
00:03:07.000 I was reviewing some of the clips just before the show today, and truly remarkable stuff.
00:03:14.000 I want to start with just an overall question.
00:03:18.000 Did you know this was happening?
00:03:19.000 Did you learn something?
00:03:21.000 In this investigation, what are the big takeaways here?
00:03:24.000 So this all began several years, well, many years ago, and really got jump-started when I began noticing all these child care facilities here in Minneapolis.
00:03:36.000 And they were pretty concentrated in one area.
00:03:38.000 And I said, well, I think we have more child care centers in Minneapolis than we do children.
00:03:44.000 So I started to look and say, well, you know, the snow would fall and there'd be no footprints around the center the whole day.
00:03:51.000 And I'd say, well, what, I mean, what's going on here?
00:03:55.000 And so I started to look at who owned these child care centers and I started to see all these vans driving around the Twin Cities with these names, but there was no phone number, no address on them, just a name with a number on the back.
00:04:08.000 But they never had a passenger in them ever, ever, ever.
00:04:11.000 And so I started to kind of say, well, what's going on here?
00:04:14.000 And that led into Feeding Our Future, the autism centers, all of that.
00:04:19.000 And I realized that this was going to be like wrestling a grease hippo.
00:04:23.000 I just, I couldn't get my arms around it.
00:04:26.000 So, and this is advice for anyone else out there who's going to do this sort of thing in your state.
00:04:32.000 You can't try and tackle the whole thing all at once.
00:04:35.000 You have to pick a pressure point to start with.
00:04:38.000 And in my case, I chose the child care because I knew that that would resonate with people, especially when they're paying $2,000 a month per kid to send their kid to childcare.
00:04:48.000 And then they find out this whole fraudulent network has been set up.
00:04:53.000 And then I knew I was going to move into the non-emergency medical transportation side of things.
00:04:58.000 And I realized that that was the hub of the wheel.
00:05:00.000 Like I said in the video, all these other things, childcare, the adult daycare, the autism centers, they're all spokes on the wheel.
00:05:08.000 It all revolves around transportation.
00:05:10.000 So when I had all this data finally put together, I said, well, look, I'm a nobody.
00:05:16.000 I need to find someone who has an internet presence who can deliver this.
00:05:19.000 And I started to look at all these different influences.
00:05:22.000 When I saw Nick Shirley, I said, that's my guy right there.
00:05:25.000 I just pested the hell out of him until he called me Friday night about 9:30 my time and said, Okay, I'm coming to Minneapolis.
00:05:33.000 And then we made the first video.
00:05:34.000 I said, Well, get your return ticket because you're going to be back.
00:05:38.000 He goes, Well, I don't know.
00:05:39.000 And then as soon as that one went, just exploded on the internet.
00:05:41.000 He called me to go, I'm coming back.
00:05:45.000 Yeah, I mean, and it's really, I mean, listen, and this is, you've got this whole ICE story, which we're going to be hitting in part two of this hour with Cam Higbee and Nick Sortor, who have been on the streets doing more independent journalism.
00:05:57.000 They've been infiltrating some of these Antifa groups, these paid protest groups, these Communist Front groups that are reacting to the Surgeon ICE, which are reacting to the video that you and Nick Shirley did.
00:06:10.000 I have so many questions, but let's start there.
00:06:13.000 What is it like to be enveloped in this national story?
00:06:18.000 Arguably the cause of the big cause.
00:06:20.000 You are the spark that lit the fuse.
00:06:23.000 So I was born and raised in South Minneapolis, lived here my whole life, nunciation grade school, had that terrible shooting last year, Washburn High School, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
00:06:35.000 And I said, well, look, when I all started to really realize what was going on here, I said, there's something, it just doesn't fit right into a normal society.
00:06:47.000 And I said, well, nobody's doing anything about this.
00:06:50.000 And so when I started to look into it, I saw these tentacles going everywhere.
00:06:55.000 And I said, oh my God, I can't do this.
00:06:58.000 It's too enormous.
00:06:59.000 So that's why, you know, I'd say, you know, God, I can't do this.
00:07:05.000 But there's something inside me that just pushes me forward.
00:07:08.000 And I said, okay, well, nobody else is doing anything.
00:07:10.000 I'm going to be the guy.
00:07:12.000 I had no idea that this would be the spark, not only nationally, but internationally.
00:07:16.000 We have people wearing these t-shirts and sweatshirts.
00:07:19.000 I'm getting videos from photos from Japan and Russia and Sweden and Australia and New Zealand.
00:07:26.000 It's everywhere because of one misspelled word.
00:07:29.000 And what I didn't point out in the video is that not only did they have the word learning misspelled, they had the address misspelled on their door because Nicholas is spelled with two L's and they only had one L in it.
00:07:41.000 And so they were wrong, two out of the four words on their building.
00:07:44.000 But I didn't want to point it out because I wanted the focus to be learning versus learning.
00:07:48.000 So I said, look, I'm not going to sit by and let this happen.
00:07:52.000 I'm not going to hand this situation off to my kids and let them deal with it.
00:07:57.000 I'm the guy who's going to stop it and I'm going to tear this whole thing down.
00:08:01.000 Well, you've lit a fuse, I think, you know, for Blake and I even.
00:08:04.000 And we were sort of aware of this story.
00:08:07.000 We saw it in the City Journal.
00:08:10.000 We had Ryan on, Ryan Thorpe on, who had done that story.
00:08:15.000 So we were seeing this percolate.
00:08:17.000 And then, boom, this all happened.
00:08:20.000 By the way, Walter Kern and the County Highway, which is not digital, it's only a print publication.
00:08:27.000 They had done a story before that, which led to the City Journal investigation, which then kind of snowballed with the Nick Shirley.
00:08:34.000 So it's amazing to see that we can blow stories wide open.
00:08:40.000 First question: Are you staying safe, David?
00:08:42.000 I do have a concern about that for you.
00:08:45.000 Well, this is something that I would not recommend that anybody do in the fashion that I did it because my head is on a swivel 24 hours a day.
00:08:56.000 I have to have the lights on all the time.
00:08:59.000 I have to carry a firearm, a baseball bat, and what's called a whippet, a metal whippet to protect myself because now people are starting to recognize me.
00:09:10.000 And it's a frightening place to live in my world, but I just, I have to do it.
00:09:18.000 And I believe that at some point, somebody's going to take me out.
00:09:21.000 I mean, that's not movie type stuff.
00:09:24.000 This is real life.
00:09:25.000 And if that happens, at least I can go knowing that I did what I could do to try and make a difference.
00:09:34.000 And now today, I get a text that there's a DFL state representative here in Minnesota who's live streaming the location of federal agents.
00:09:44.000 Yep.
00:09:46.000 Yeah.
00:09:46.000 So like it's all coming out of Minneapolis.
00:09:50.000 This is the epicenter of all the fraud in the United States, and it's even spread out among the world.
00:09:55.000 The genesis of it is right here in Minneapolis.
00:09:59.000 I didn't mean to, you know, awkwardly pause there.
00:10:02.000 I'm just, we've been through a lot over here on this show, too, David.
00:10:05.000 So it hits home.
00:10:08.000 If you're stressed about getting out of debt, it's go time.
00:10:12.000 Seriously, this is one of those moments where timing actually matters.
00:10:16.000 Done with debt is one of the best I've seen at navigating debt relief.
00:10:19.000 2025 was a record year.
00:10:21.000 They enrolled over $102 million in debt for our listeners and others.
00:10:25.000 Here's why I'm telling you about this now, though.
00:10:28.000 According to the Federal Reserve's latest survey, many banks have tightened their standards.
00:10:33.000 Right now, maybe the best window to negotiate settlements before lenders tighten further.
00:10:38.000 Done with debt tracks credit card and loan company behavior.
00:10:41.000 This is what they know.
00:10:42.000 They're experienced at knowing who is negotiating and when and what it takes to get you the biggest reduction possible.
00:10:49.000 And whether you're carrying $10,000 or $500,000 in debt, this is probably the best chance you'll get all year.
00:10:56.000 Done with Debt are legendary negotiators when you go head to head with your credit card and loan companies.
00:11:01.000 They have one goal to drastically reduce or eliminate your debt altogether.
00:11:04.000 Those clients see more money in their pocket month one.
00:11:07.000 Do not wait for the lenders to tighten up their policies.
00:11:10.000 Here's what you need to do: schedule a free consultation.
00:11:13.000 There's no pressure and it only takes a few minutes.
00:11:15.000 Share who you owe and they'll tell you if this is the moment you could see a major reduction in your debt.
00:11:20.000 Imagine waking up without that weight on your shoulders and doing it without taking out another loan or filing for bankruptcy.
00:11:26.000 Done with debt helps you through the debt relief process so you keep more of your paycheck every month.
00:11:31.000 Go to donewithdebt.com right now.
00:11:33.000 That's donewithdebt.com.
00:11:38.000 More with David Hoke here.
00:11:40.000 So we have some clips here from part two of your investigation.
00:11:43.000 And I don't know if this is the key portion of it, but something I took note of, David, and that is all of this money that has been basically bilk from the taxpayers and then smuggled through the MSP, Minnesota St. Paul International Airport, back to Somalia.
00:12:03.000 And we're talking bags full of $750,000, $1 million, $6 million, according to this gentleman.
00:12:10.000 Play cut 500.
00:12:12.000 The smallest amount in a suitcase that I heard was like $750,000.
00:12:18.000 But generally, it was anywhere from a million to $6 million in a suitcase.
00:12:24.000 And there usually was, as far as I can remember, there was always two individuals traveling.
00:12:30.000 So you would have maybe one guy with 2.2 million and another guy with 3 million.
00:12:35.000 And at airports, you're able to take $10,000 without declaring it.
00:12:39.000 How are these guys able to take millions of dollars?
00:12:42.000 Because as far as I know, as long as they declared it, they were fine.
00:12:47.000 And then we found out, David, later in this clip that they actually reported this to HSI, which has all the investigative authority and power that the FBI does via Department of Homeland Security.
00:12:58.000 How is this legal?
00:12:59.000 How did nothing happen?
00:13:00.000 What did you guys find?
00:13:02.000 It goes back to what I said earlier that Minneapolis is the epicenter of all of this fraud and all this corruption.
00:13:11.000 For someone to be, I mean, if I walk through the airport with 10 cents, I have to source it.
00:13:16.000 These guys are walking through with millions of dollars in cash at a time.
00:13:20.000 And had I known it, I would have insisted that TSA was running drug-sniffing dogs around the money because you know there's going to be a scent of cocaine or something.
00:13:29.000 When you have that much cash, there's going to be a trace of drugs on it.
00:13:32.000 Of course.
00:13:33.000 And they could see the money.
00:13:35.000 And they didn't do that.
00:13:36.000 And so this fraud is so gigantic that again, people are so frustrated and overwhelmed by it.
00:13:46.000 They said, look, you've got to just, you got to chip away if you're going to do this.
00:13:49.000 You've got to focus.
00:13:51.000 You got to spread yourself.
00:13:52.000 So two years ago, I knew what these videos were going to be about, but I didn't have all the data to put together.
00:13:59.000 I didn't know what sites we were going to visit.
00:14:01.000 But when Nick hit town, I had it all laid out where we were going, how much money they'd gotten, why we were doing it the way we did it.
00:14:08.000 And I said, this first video is going to be the most viewed video on the internet.
00:14:13.000 I told him that talking on the phone, and indeed it was.
00:14:17.000 I don't know how much 400 million views or whatever the number is.
00:14:20.000 And then I said, we have to go directly into transportation because that all comes back to transportation.
00:14:26.000 I said, we can't do 10 videos on autism.
00:14:28.000 It's just, it's not worth it.
00:14:29.000 Childcare and then moving into the transportation.
00:14:32.000 And it was the right thing.
00:14:33.000 Well, let's get a clip of that.
00:14:34.000 So you went to a location of one of these supposed transport companies.
00:14:39.000 And to set it up, the state will fund money for people, will give money to companies that are supposedly to transport disabled people, elderly, stuff like that.
00:14:49.000 It's a very popular business.
00:14:51.000 There are a lot of these.
00:14:52.000 I spoke with someone who's a realtor in Minneapolis.
00:14:55.000 And she said over and over they would run into people, Somalis buying homes.
00:14:59.000 And there was always like, it's another daycare center.
00:15:00.000 It was another transport company.
00:15:02.000 I think someone had all three, those two, and then a Medicaid company.
00:15:05.000 It was unreal.
00:15:06.000 But let's play the clip here.
00:15:08.000 This is Nick Shirley finding another fraud spot and getting kicked out 518.
00:15:13.000 Do you guys know where Advanced Mobility is?
00:15:16.000 Do you guys know where Advanced Mobility is?
00:15:18.000 Advanced Mobility.
00:15:19.000 Yeah.
00:15:20.000 We're looking for it.
00:15:21.000 Never heard of it?
00:15:22.000 What is it?
00:15:22.000 What is this?
00:15:24.000 Oh, my name is Nick Shirley.
00:15:25.000 We're looking for advanced mobility.
00:15:29.000 Where's advanced mobility at?
00:15:30.000 We don't care about advanced mobility.
00:15:32.000 That's what we're asking for.
00:15:33.000 All right, we're looking for advanced mobility.
00:15:35.000 Nobody can help us right now.
00:15:37.000 We got a whole group of people trying to get us out of here.
00:15:40.000 We're looking for advanced mobility.
00:15:41.000 I don't care how much mobility.
00:15:43.000 Advanced mobility doesn't exist.
00:15:44.000 No, no, hit the logo.
00:15:48.000 And so it's not in that clip, but I believe it was saying it was at suite 224, and you couldn't find a single suite even labeled two in that building.
00:15:56.000 No, so it's interesting you picked that portion of the video because it's the most significant because that advanced mobility has been registered with the state of Minnesota since 1999 at that address.
00:16:13.000 And it's a one-story building, so all of the suites are 101, 102, 102.
00:16:18.000 You have to have a second, there is no second story, so you can't have a 200 suite.
00:16:23.000 So it's never existed.
00:16:24.000 It's only on paper.
00:16:26.000 And nobody ever checked this, David.
00:16:28.000 Nobody ever did.
00:16:29.000 So this complicity goes back before Tim Waltz then.
00:16:32.000 I mean, it's been going on years.
00:16:33.000 Yeah.
00:16:33.000 So Devil's Advocate, did you look anywhere out?
00:16:36.000 Did you maybe try to find other evidence the company may have ever existed or maybe that it had been there?
00:16:41.000 It had been somewhere and moved.
00:16:43.000 I don't know.
00:16:44.000 I'm just trying to find defenses that the state might make.
00:16:47.000 That's why we asked the people, have you ever heard of advanced mobility?
00:16:52.000 Because some of those companies have been there for eight or nine or 10 years.
00:16:55.000 So if you've never heard of it, how can it be registered at this address?
00:17:00.000 But that was only one example.
00:17:01.000 I've been to probably 70 of these and none of them, I can't find an office.
00:17:09.000 I can't find anybody there.
00:17:12.000 I mean, they're apartment buildings, they're vacant buildings, they're liquor stores.
00:17:15.000 You saw it, they're grocery stores.
00:17:17.000 I said, well, what one, several of them are money wire transfer services.
00:17:21.000 And you saw that one gentleman liquor store.
00:17:23.000 He said, yes, Safari Wire Service.
00:17:25.000 Yes, Safari gets the money and they send it out.
00:17:27.000 I said, well, where's the transportation company?
00:17:29.000 It doesn't know what we're talking about.
00:17:31.000 And what we didn't include in that video was there was a guy who stormed into that liquor store and he started shouting at the older guy in Somali to get him to stop talking.
00:17:40.000 And so that guy turned around and he walked out the back towards the back door.
00:17:44.000 Yeah.
00:17:44.000 I mean, so you grew up in Minneapolis.
00:17:47.000 Just for the sake of our audience, how much have you seen the city demographics transform as you see the Somali communities come in?
00:17:54.000 So what's been most shocking is their failure to assimilate in the slightest bit.
00:18:00.000 They are in my way or the highway, and they have these DFL legislators who stand behind them because they didn't create all this fraud.
00:18:09.000 They had help from politicians to construct all these companies.
00:18:12.000 They didn't know how to do it.
00:18:13.000 The politicians helped them do it, and they saw them as a solid voting block.
00:18:17.000 And so they brought more of men and more of them in.
00:18:19.000 Yeah, that's exactly right.
00:18:21.000 And these videos light a fuse in a lot of Americans because we're the ones getting ripped off and you could just see it.
00:18:28.000 And you're not getting ripped off for other Americans.
00:18:31.000 You're not getting ripped off for a good cause.
00:18:33.000 You are just getting straight ripped off and the money's going overseas to a bunch of Somali people.
00:18:36.000 They're stealing from the blind, the disabled, the elderly, the kids with cancer.
00:18:40.000 They're stealing from all of those.
00:18:42.000 Amen.
00:18:42.000 Thank you, David.
00:18:45.000 President Trump walked into a catch-22 when taking office.
00:18:49.000 Do nothing, and America would be staring at a ticking debt bomb, the kind of crisis that could cripple our future.
00:18:54.000 Instead, he's taken action with strong policies to slow the train and buy us some time.
00:18:58.000 But the effects of past administration spending are still working through the system and experts predict dramatic price increases and market uncertainty.
00:19:06.000 Trump is doing all he can, but no matter who's in office, protecting your retirement savings is ultimately up to you.
00:19:13.000 And that's why many Americans are turning to real assets like gold and silver.
00:19:16.000 Preserved gold is our go-to choice here at the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:19:20.000 We use them because they make it easy to own physical gold and silver even inside your retirement accounts like an IRA or 401k.
00:19:28.000 Now, hear from Charlie in his own words.
00:19:30.000 Preserve gold is my go-to choice for all my precious metal needs.
00:19:33.000 They are the real deal, and I recommend them to my friends, family, and viewers.
00:19:36.000 Get their free wealth protection guide now by texting Charlie to 50-505.
00:19:42.000 President Trump is fighting for America's future.
00:19:44.000 Now it's your turn to help protect yours.
00:19:49.000 So one of the big news stories of the day is coming to us from Axios.
00:19:55.000 And it's disturbing because it indicates that a lot of squishes are surrounding President Trump and trying to tell him to go halfway, half measures in this push to remove illegals from our streets.
00:20:11.000 Now, here's what's happening.
00:20:13.000 The polling is indicating that Americans are turning on President Trump's immigration enforcement measures.
00:20:20.000 This is the polling.
00:20:21.000 Now, there's, I don't believe it, first of all.
00:20:24.000 And this stuff is so transitory that you have to look past it.
00:20:28.000 This is our one chance, I believe, to set right what has been a decades-long wrong, right?
00:20:35.000 Yeah, so the headline was from Axios.
00:20:38.000 Axios is a very funny one to read because they write like no other publication.
00:20:42.000 It's all bullet points.
00:20:43.000 Bullet points.
00:20:44.000 Yeah, I have to imagine.
00:20:45.000 Yeah, so it's all like bullet pointed very to the point, and you don't always know what's behind the scenes.
00:20:48.000 But the claim is Trump's immigration erosion worries his team.
00:20:52.000 And what they're claiming is eroding is they have polling that says independent and undecided voters think President Trump is too focused on deporting illegal immigrants.
00:21:02.000 And also that ICE has taken a reputational hit.
00:21:07.000 Now, what I would first observe about that is that's such an obviously like media-driven sense of things.
00:21:14.000 Why would they think President Trump is too focused on deportations?
00:21:18.000 Because the news media is perpetually covering ICE in Minneapolis in this hostile way.
00:21:24.000 That's what drives it.
00:21:25.000 And that's also what's driving any sense of damage to ICE is there's hostile coverage of one incident that happened in Minneapolis.
00:21:35.000 And I think you and I both agree that a headline like this is partly designed to engineer what we warned yesterday cannot be allowed to happen.
00:21:43.000 They're trying to attack the moral resolve of the administration and get them to wuss out.
00:21:50.000 They're trying to get them to back down and say, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
00:21:53.000 Get out of Minneapolis.
00:21:54.000 Let them do their thing.
00:21:56.000 And I think what you and I both agree is once that happens, the jig is kind of up that they won't be able to enforce their immigration will anywhere else.
00:22:04.000 And it's not going to help their numbers because to be sort of straightforward, success succeeds and failure continues to fail.
00:22:13.000 Well, here's the thing.
00:22:14.000 Things get, here's what's happened with the media complex in the country.
00:22:19.000 You have Renee Goode get shot.
00:22:21.000 The apparatchics on MS Now and CNN and the Washington Post and New York Times, they see an opening just like the protesters do.
00:22:29.000 So they flood in the zone.
00:22:31.000 They do sob story after sob story.
00:22:33.000 They show complete propaganda of protesters infuriated.
00:22:38.000 One begets the other.
00:22:39.000 They all believe the lie.
00:22:40.000 And then they just regurgitate it and parrot it.
00:22:41.000 And they think Gestapo, Nazi, Trump, tyrant, all of this.
00:22:46.000 That was a distraction, unfortunately, Renee Good getting shot from the fraud story that was pushing up the positives in the polling to do this mass deportation.
00:22:55.000 So this is a moment in time where we have to be showing, to Blake's point, resolve.
00:23:00.000 We cannot give in to this sob story, weak need Republicanism that doesn't work and we lose our country.
00:23:08.000 This is the opportunity where you double down, triple down.
00:23:11.000 And we now have, sounds like we now have Nick Sortor and Cam Higbee, who've been on the ground in Minneapolis, who can give us an insider scoop of what they've been seeing.
00:23:20.000 I mean, these guys are absolute maniacs and heroes.
00:23:23.000 They are in middle of the night, freezing temperatures.
00:23:27.000 You guys are out there.
00:23:28.000 Welcome to the show, guys.
00:23:30.000 We were having a little tech issue, so I'm glad we got you on.
00:23:34.000 Nick, Cam, I don't know who wants to take this first, but what are you seeing on the ground?
00:23:39.000 Describe it in detail.
00:23:41.000 How violent is it?
00:23:42.000 How organized is it?
00:23:44.000 And then we're going to get to a conversation about is it time to invoke the Insurrection Act?
00:23:48.000 So maybe you're on the left here, Nick.
00:23:50.000 You start and then over to you, Cam.
00:23:52.000 Don't be saying I'm on the left here, man.
00:23:54.000 I don't want the audience to get the screen.
00:23:55.000 On the screen.
00:23:56.000 On the screen.
00:23:59.000 I know better.
00:24:00.000 I'll tell you, it's just, it's not getting any better, right?
00:24:06.000 If anything, it's getting worse.
00:24:08.000 We just saw the other day.
00:24:10.000 And I was able to announce this yesterday that that FBI rifle that I captured being stolen out of an FBI vehicle that was a select fire rifle, by the way.
00:24:22.000 It was a machine gun.
00:24:24.000 And it ended up in the hands of a Latin Kings gang member out here, the same gang that has a $10,000 hit out on Bovino.
00:24:36.000 So, you know, and these are the Democrats are siding with out here.
00:24:40.000 These are the people that they're supporting.
00:24:41.000 I've gotten a bunch of hate messages in my DMs from people after I had this guy arrested yesterday.
00:24:48.000 You know, I've been in direct contact with General Pam Bondi several times a day at this point, you know, tracking these people down.
00:24:56.000 The FBI is on the ground doing a really good job with that.
00:24:59.000 I'm hoping there's going to be another announcement on that today.
00:25:02.000 But the fact of the matter is, you know, I told Minneapolis police immediately as this happened because they were just a block away.
00:25:13.000 And I told them that somebody, I didn't know what kind of gang he was in at the time, but the face tats kind of gave it away, had just stolen an FBI rifle.
00:25:22.000 Here's the video.
00:25:22.000 Here's the license plate of the vehicle that he just got into and ran away.
00:25:26.000 And they didn't do anything.
00:25:28.000 They just let him go.
00:25:29.000 I showed them the video of it happening.
00:25:30.000 They let the guy go.
00:25:31.000 They could have taken this rifle off the streets right then, right there.
00:25:35.000 Instead, they risked the lives of, you know, countless innocent people by just letting him run away because they didn't want to offend the anti-ice rioters.
00:25:45.000 I mean, this isn't getting any better, guys.
00:25:47.000 So go ahead.
00:25:49.000 Just to give a scope, how many, I guess, straightforward numbers, I feel like I'm not seeing.
00:25:54.000 How many people do you sense are out on the streets?
00:25:58.000 How many are really violent agitators versus how many people are maybe spectators, passerby?
00:26:04.000 It varies and they become way more emboldened after the sun sets.
00:26:09.000 So it's, I mean, outside the federal building, it's pretty consistently upwards of 200 people, but it's really, I mean, it's a lot of the same people during the day, but as soon as the sun sets, they get that mob mentality.
00:26:21.000 More of the agitators comes out, come out, and it gets really violent.
00:26:24.000 I mean, it's gotten to the point where Nick and I can't even show up anymore.
00:26:28.000 They run us out as soon as they realize we're there.
00:26:31.000 They call us agitators.
00:26:32.000 I was out there embedded for nine hours yesterday, and it wasn't until right before I was forced to leave for the night because they chased me out that they realized I was even there.
00:26:42.000 It's like I'm obviously a pretty poor agitator.
00:26:45.000 Minneapolis Police Department, local law enforcement in general, don't do anything.
00:26:50.000 They don't enforce the law.
00:26:51.000 I always say that if you don't enforce the law, you don't have laws.
00:26:54.000 Laws are only as good as their enforcement mechanism.
00:26:56.000 And right now, Minneapolis has no laws because they're not enforcing any laws.
00:27:00.000 I definitely think it's time for the Insurrection Act, and I've been calling for it a lot.
00:27:03.000 So let's probe at that when you say they don't enforce laws.
00:27:06.000 So are they present?
00:27:07.000 And if so, how many?
00:27:09.000 And what do they do?
00:27:10.000 Do they passively watch?
00:27:12.000 Do they ever move about?
00:27:14.000 Do they ever try to order people, even if they're not making arrests?
00:27:17.000 Kind of just paint out the situation for us.
00:27:19.000 I mean, for the most part, you'd think there's no police in this city.
00:27:22.000 When they do show up, they get chased out.
00:27:24.000 They retreat immediately.
00:27:26.000 The protesters win every single time.
00:27:28.000 That happened the night they were breaking into the hotels.
00:27:30.000 The police showed up a couple times.
00:27:33.000 At one point, they did form a really terrible kettle where state police basically just let people leave the kettle whenever they wanted.
00:27:39.000 So they arrested nobody.
00:27:42.000 But other than that, Minneapolis Police Department drove by or showed up a couple times and they were chased out every single time.
00:27:48.000 Like the almost the terrorist attack that Nick stopped on the hotel, they showed up for that and then they got chased out.
00:27:56.000 I got stocked in downtown Minneapolis after an indivisible rally the other day.
00:28:00.000 The guy looked me in the face, told me that he thinks it would be okay if somebody killed me for my beliefs.
00:28:05.000 I never vocalized my beliefs, by the way.
00:28:08.000 He just knew me because another guy told people to follow and harass me and make my security earn their paycheck.
00:28:14.000 He told me that he thinks it would be self-defense if somebody killed me because of my beliefs.
00:28:18.000 And then he ran around town following me, telling everybody that I think Renee Nicole good deserved it.
00:28:24.000 So obviously that incited a mob against me.
00:28:26.000 I called 911.
00:28:27.000 They never showed up.
00:28:28.000 Jeez, Louise.
00:28:31.000 So the question is: it's going to be zero degrees this weekend.
00:28:35.000 I mean, this is like daytime highs.
00:28:37.000 Isn't it going to be a little bit more?
00:28:37.000 I think it's the low, the low.
00:28:38.000 The low.
00:28:39.000 Okay.
00:28:39.000 So, but that's overnight.
00:28:42.000 I've been of the mind here, Nick, because you've covered this stuff when it's, you know, summertime, riot season.
00:28:47.000 That's riot season, right?
00:28:48.000 Summertime, spring.
00:28:49.000 I'm convinced that this would be just a thousand times worse if there, you know, if it was summer.
00:28:56.000 Do you think that you're still going to see the groups coming out this weekend?
00:29:00.000 And do you know the names of the group?
00:29:02.000 You mentioned Indivisible.
00:29:03.000 What other groups are there?
00:29:05.000 Well, in terms of names of it, Indivisible is the one that I know of at the time.
00:29:10.000 I mean, it's not a hugely organized group out here that's going from place to place to place.
00:29:17.000 In terms of the weather, I mean, it's going to be anybody's guess, really.
00:29:21.000 I mean, it's obviously probably not going to be nearly as bad as it could be given the cold temperatures, but that hasn't really stopped a lot of these people.
00:29:31.000 Anybody that is from any states in this area, if they come from Chicago, if they come from Iowa, places like that, they're used to the cold already.
00:29:40.000 And when it was, keep in mind, last week, right after this happened, we saw similar temperatures out here, and it was still pretty violent.
00:29:49.000 So I don't necessarily think it's going to quell everything.
00:29:53.000 I just think, you know, the Soros folks will send out a lot more goods to support them with out there.
00:30:02.000 And you should see the, what was that?
00:30:05.000 No, I was about to play this Pritzker clip because we're hearing this from a bunch of Dems because we're talking about the Insurrection Act.
00:30:11.000 I'm completely on with you guys.
00:30:12.000 I think if Minnesota, what I'm hearing from you, if the Minneapolis police are unwilling to engage and drive back these agitators, then we have a serious issue.
00:30:24.000 I mean, they're confronting ICE.
00:30:25.000 They're harassing ICE.
00:30:26.000 They're trying to set traps of ice in front of ICE, right?
00:30:30.000 We've seen them putting water out on the streets.
00:30:33.000 But this is what Governor Pritzker is saying from a state over.
00:30:36.000 Let's go ahead and play it.
00:30:37.000 489.
00:30:38.000 The feds are supposed to be fighting to protect your civil rights, not to take them away.
00:30:45.000 And the Insurrection Act is designed only for circumstances where your rights can't be protected by local authorities or by whatever federal authorities are already there.
00:30:57.000 And then, only then, can federal troops be brought in to protect your civil rights.
00:31:03.000 This is exactly the opposite.
00:31:04.000 It's like they've turned it on their head on its head.
00:31:07.000 Cam, what's your reaction to that?
00:31:09.000 Well, I think it's in the name.
00:31:11.000 The Insurrection Act is intended for insurrections.
00:31:13.000 And when you have people trying to pull down the fences of federal facilities, attempting to kill federal officers, breaking into their vehicles, stealing their documents that is allegedly controlled, unclassified information, I think that that probably constitutes the beginning of an insurrection.
00:31:30.000 Governor Tim Wall said that he would deploy the National Guard if things got too bad.
00:31:34.000 And here he is continuing to encourage these people, despite the fact that they broke into vehicles the other night.
00:31:40.000 And honestly, I'm a little bit disappointed in the federal response.
00:31:44.000 FPS came out last night and they were very easy on these guys as they tried to pull that fence down.
00:31:49.000 Very few munitions deployed.
00:31:52.000 I would have expected a much larger response from these guys.
00:31:56.000 Something really bad could have happened the other night when they broke into those cars and stole the rifles.
00:32:00.000 Well, you're absolutely right.
00:32:01.000 And listen, if you come in with a show of force and you put the hammer down, a lot of these people have glass jaws.
00:32:07.000 They're going to run.
00:32:10.000 This is Lane Schoenberger, Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of YReFi.
00:32:15.000 It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Turning Point and for Charlie to endorse us.
00:32:20.000 His endorsement means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Turning Point for years to come.
00:32:26.000 Now, here Charlie, in his own words, tell you about YReFi.
00:32:30.000 I'm going to tell you guys about whyReFi.com.

00:33:09.000 Go to yrefi.com.
00:33:11.000 That is yrefy.com.
00:33:14.000 Private student loan debt relief, yrefi.com.
00:33:19.000 We have Cam Higby and Nick Sortor, two guys that have put their bodies on the line to document the chaos and the insurrection, really, that's happening in Minneapolis.
00:33:30.000 I think almost more insulting and appalling is the fact that the elected officials, whether that's Tim Walsh, Jacob Frye, you've got this guy in Florida, by the way.
00:33:40.000 It's worth reminding our audience about this guy.
00:33:42.000 This guy in Florida is actively promoting doxing ICE agents.
00:33:47.000 We'll just play this clip just so everybody knows what I'm talking about.
00:33:50.000 490.
00:33:50.000 Hello, everybody.
00:33:51.000 We've received multiple reports of heavy ICE activity in different parts of Central Florida, including the University of Central Florida, Winter Garden, Altamont Springs, and other surrounding areas.
00:34:02.000 We've also received reports of heavy ICE activity at certain hotels in the area as well.
00:34:07.000 I'm making this video to confirm both of those things, that ICE is in the community and that they have made pretty large hotel reservations and surrounding hotels as well.
00:34:18.000 I play that clip for you guys because you're seeing it up close and personal.
00:34:23.000 If we do not stop this insurrection in Minneapolis, it spreads.
00:34:28.000 These guys are all going to get emboldened to do even more.
00:34:31.000 And then you guys are going to be flying all over the country covering the next chaotic eruption somewhere else.
00:34:37.000 Is that your read on this?
00:34:38.000 That this can, if we stop this, that the message will be clear?
00:34:43.000 Or do you think this is just going to keep spreading?
00:34:46.000 Yeah, they're going to have to make an example out of this place, especially, you know, this is, obviously, the Minneapolis-St. Paul area is a Democrat stronghold.
00:34:54.000 And right now, these people firmly believe that they're going to get away with all of this and that ICE is going to back down.
00:34:59.000 You know, they're talking about these poll numbers, which I don't even believe are real poll numbers, because if you talk to actual people on the street, they don't want to live next to Venezuelan rapists.
00:35:11.000 I mean, that seems like a no-brainer, right?
00:35:15.000 I will tell you, I would much rather cover this in somewhere like Florida.
00:35:20.000 But I'll give you an example.
00:35:23.000 When they tried all these rallies and these big protests, like Indivisible was doing stuff down when I was in New Orleans as well, they didn't put up with it.
00:35:33.000 The Louisiana government didn't put up with it.
00:35:36.000 They shut down all of the potential riots right away.
00:35:40.000 And up here, you see videos of anti-ICE activists running red lights, following ICE, going around busted on blind corners, 12 of them at a time, just total lawlessness.
00:35:56.000 And the police don't do anything about it.
00:35:58.000 They can literally see it happen and they don't pay any attention to the person that just blew a red light at 80 miles an hour to catch up with ICE vehicles.
00:36:06.000 Down in Louisiana, I did that just because I was covering ICE.
00:36:12.000 I like rolled a red light and turned right behind them without stopping at the red light on that right turn.
00:36:19.000 And they pulled me over for that.
00:36:21.000 And so it's like you didn't have the same issues down there.
00:36:24.000 You didn't have the constant clashes with ice in the middle of the street.
00:36:29.000 The truth is, is like cities that have had to deal with really severe violent crime for a long time or where they have a history of really bad, well, I shouldn't say that about Minneapolis because they do.
00:36:39.000 Cities that have had to deal with a lot of violent crime for a long time just don't have quite as much.
00:36:45.000 Like they just don't have the patience for this.
00:36:46.000 They realize what the cost to a city is.
00:36:48.000 Or they get normalized.
00:36:49.000 And so it can be a good idea.
00:36:51.000 You see it.
00:36:51.000 It's like it's Portland.
00:36:52.000 It's Minneapolis.
00:36:53.000 It's Seattle.
00:36:54.000 It's cities that historically were safer usually.
00:36:57.000 And it's cities also, and it just has to be said, demographically, they're more of what you'd think of as, well, let's just say stereotypical white liberals run these cities still, as opposed to in, if you're in New Orleans, if you're in Atlanta, if you're in Detroit, those are heavily black cities that are run by other black Americans.
00:37:14.000 And they just don't, they don't fall for this nonsense nearly as much.
00:37:17.000 They don't get suckered.
00:37:18.000 They're not marks.
00:37:19.000 Cam, do you have that same impression that you could squelch this in Minneapolis if you brought enough force?
00:37:28.000 If we just basically said enough of this garbage, we're putting our foot down now, that the rats would scurry.
00:37:34.000 The rats would flee the ship.
00:37:36.000 I mean, I think the record just speaks for itself.
00:37:39.000 Why is this happening in Minneapolis and not Florida?
00:37:41.000 It's because they know that if they did this in Florida, the Florida State Police or local police would have a field day with them.
00:37:48.000 Why aren't they doing this in Texas?
00:37:49.000 Because they know Texas State Police isn't going to take it.
00:37:51.000 They know DeSantis isn't going to take it.
00:37:53.000 That's why they're doing it in Minneapolis because they know the government here supports them and they can get away with it.
00:37:58.000 I think an overwhelming show of force would absolutely squelch this.
00:38:03.000 They're like children.
00:38:04.000 It's just learned behavior.
00:38:06.000 If your child touches the stove and burns themselves, they're probably not going to do it again.
00:38:10.000 If your child does something wrong and you punish them, you give them a spanking, they're probably not going to do it again, or they're going to do it to a lesser degree.
00:38:20.000 And like Nick said, I hope that message the administration, please do mass raids in Hawaii.
00:38:27.000 We'd much rather cover.
00:38:30.000 Yeah, fair enough.
00:38:31.000 Yeah, I mean, that's an interesting point, right?
00:38:34.000 I mean, it does seem to be the sort of white enclave, white traditional liberal like softies that let their cities devolve into chaos right now.
00:38:44.000 And, you know, you guys are talking about this, Nick.
00:38:46.000 This is the Axios article that came up this morning.
00:38:47.000 We have the graphic here.
00:38:48.000 Two public surveys released this week, one from CNN, another from YouGov, found that most Americans said the agency was making U.S. cities less safe, referring to ICE.
00:38:57.000 Another poll done for the Associated Press after Goods' death found that just 38% of Americans now approve of Trump's immigration policy.
00:39:04.000 I don't believe that for a second.
00:39:05.000 But what I do agree with is that when you, to your guys' point, when you allow this kind of chaos, whether it's 200 or 300 agitators, when they get tackled, when you see these purple-haired jihadists getting face-planted in the snow, there's a group of us that love it.
00:39:22.000 But when it keeps going on too long, that's when you're going to see the negative impact on the polling, as opposed to you just snuff this out like on day one.
00:39:30.000 You don't let it get out of control.
00:39:32.000 Then people move on.
00:39:33.000 The news, everybody's memory is so short.
00:39:35.000 You go back to Somali fraud.
00:39:36.000 Boom, you're problem solved.
00:39:37.000 I mean, just look at what happened in Portland.
00:39:39.000 I mean, Portland was terrible for like a year.
00:39:43.000 I mean, they were out there every single night doing violence.
00:39:46.000 And then finally, the Portland Police Department decided to come in and tear their camp down.
00:39:50.000 And immediately it was not totally done, but pretty fizzled out.
00:39:56.000 And now, you know, just before this shooting, it was, I mean, people were going out there and there was nobody on the street.
00:40:03.000 So now they've had a bit of a revamp after Renee Nicole Good was shot.
00:40:07.000 But I mean, they went in one time and just took the whole thing down and had a constant presence.
00:40:14.000 And it really stopped a lot of the violence that was happening.
00:40:17.000 And that's all it took.
00:40:18.000 Yeah, I agree with you.
00:40:20.000 And, you know, last question, we got to go.
00:40:23.000 We got one minute left here.
00:40:24.000 But gentlemen, are you taking care of your safety?
00:40:26.000 Please tell me that you guys are taking care of your safety.
00:40:29.000 Nick, you guys have had some close calls.
00:40:30.000 You drove that car out.
00:40:31.000 The, you know, the graffiti on your car, the broken windows.
00:40:35.000 Like, is there a place where we can donate to your security?
00:40:39.000 Let us know.
00:40:40.000 Yeah, we just got added to Blackline Guardian Fund, which is something that Brandon Tatum started.
00:40:45.000 Right.
00:40:46.000 It's a nonprofit.
00:40:47.000 So I believe all the donations are tax deductible.
00:40:49.000 It's basically, you can find it pinned on my Twitter under any of my tweets about the protests.
00:40:55.000 Click the link.
00:40:56.000 Me, Nick, Sorter, and Nick Shirley are on there.
00:40:58.000 You just find us, whoever you want to donate to.
00:41:00.000 You just donate to our individual fund.
00:41:02.000 Yeah.
00:41:03.000 I encourage everybody watching, please donate to these guys.
00:41:05.000 They're doing heroes' work in there.
00:41:07.000 And I know that you guys are doing even more that we can't discuss here, just kind of help them reduce the chaos.
00:41:13.000 So God bless you both.
00:41:15.000 Stay safe.
00:41:16.000 We'll have you on again.
00:41:17.000 I'm sure there'll be more of these stories, sadly.
00:41:19.000 Take care, guys.
00:41:20.000 Appreciate you guys.
