00:01:20.000 Joining us now is the most accurate pollster in America.
00:01:23.000 His firm is Trafalgar, and it is Robert Cahaley.
00:01:26.000 Robert, welcome back to the program.
00:01:28.000 Thank you for joining us.
00:01:29.000 Robert, what are you seeing from a macro trend right now as we head quickly into Tuesday?
00:01:36.000 You know, you're kind of in the wind psychology now.
00:01:38.000 I mean, even when Saturday Night Live is conceding the Republicans are going to win, it's perpetuating this idea that as this gap closes, people who are on the fence, and there's a lot of people, believe it or not, who just kind of want to be on the side of what's going to happen, that win psychology is taking over.
00:01:56.000 And so undecided and people that were from third-party candidates that end up wanting to have a say-so are all breaking toward the Republicans in these races.
00:02:06.000 What races in particular are you seeing breaking?
00:02:08.000 I saw a poll where you guys published that showed that Bennett only up two points in the Senate race in Colorado.
00:02:13.000 Is that right?
00:02:15.000 And frankly, that would surprise me because we had seen O'Day down like five or six points recently.
00:02:22.000 I think he had some kind of spat maybe with Trump or something, but for whatever reason, the Republicans have decided to kind of come back together in Colorado.
00:02:30.000 And we were told you should check again.
00:02:32.000 And they were right.
00:02:33.000 It's a very close one.
00:02:36.000 Bennett's a tough guy, obviously, but he's still under 50.
00:02:41.000 And that's the thing about this.
00:02:42.000 When you've got these incumbents under 50, anything is possible.
00:02:46.000 So, yeah, talk more about that.
00:02:48.000 Why is that so important to notice that if an incumbent can't touch 50?
00:02:53.000 Well, you know, it's one of those things where when you see a big number on a poll, you got to see what the difference is.
00:03:00.000 And so for a while, these things were like the Republicans maybe get 39, 40, and the Democrats like 48, 49.
00:03:08.000 It's that that incumbent hasn't made the sale.
00:03:11.000 I mean, as an incumbent, you want to have polling numbers that are well over 50.
00:03:15.000 So even if some people decide against you, you still win.
00:03:18.000 And it was kind of what we saw in 2021 in New Jersey.
00:03:21.000 I kept noticing, man, there's a big gap, but that incumbent ate over 50.
00:03:26.000 And that's one of the reasons we polled New Jersey.
00:03:27.000 Wish we'd have polled it earlier.
00:03:29.000 When we polled it late, we realized it was a real contest there.
00:03:32.000 And, you know, it ended up only being, we were only a third of a point, a one and one third point off of what it actually was.
00:03:40.000 And nobody else was close because they just didn't understand that people don't break toward these incumbents when people aren't happy.
00:03:47.000 Right.
00:03:48.000 So what is the one thing then you could say before Tuesday that might be an X factor?
00:03:51.000 Do you think Donald Trump announcing that he's going to run in 2024 is a positive thing?
00:03:57.000 Walk us through that.
00:03:59.000 I think it's a negative thing for Donald Trump because if he announces he's going to run, then whatever happens.
00:04:06.000 I mean, let's say the Republicans win 52 seats.
00:04:09.000 It would have been, they would have won 54.
00:04:12.000 And everything is going to get blamed on him for anything, any expectation not met.
00:04:18.000 But if he doesn't do anything, then a lot of candidates he had picked are going to win.
00:04:24.000 And he obviously has a huge part in that victory.
00:04:27.000 So I think from Donald Trump's perspective, it's not in his best interest to do so.
00:04:31.000 And it's also, you don't want to take the public off this being a referendum on Biden, because the reason these guys are suffering is because it's a referendum on Biden.
00:04:40.000 Don't mix that message that's close to the election.
00:04:42.000 Don't make it a Biden-Trump rematch.
00:04:44.000 Don't muddy the water.
00:04:46.000 Donald Trump gets to take an incredible victory life if these guys win.
00:04:50.000 And the last thing he wants to do is have anything blamed on him if someone loses.
00:04:54.000 So he has said, though, regardless of that, he has said that he's running in 2024.
00:04:54.000 Right.
00:04:59.000 Let's play this tape and it's already been leaked.
00:05:01.000 Let's play CUP 123.
00:05:03.000 And now, in order to make our country successful and safe and glorious, I will very, very, very probably do it again.
00:05:13.000 Okay.
00:05:14.000 Very, very, very probably.
00:05:16.000 Get ready.
00:05:17.000 That's all I'm telling you very soon.
00:05:19.000 So get ready.
00:05:20.000 And he's saying all that.
00:05:21.000 So do you think that might help Canada?
00:05:23.000 Very, very, very probably.
00:05:24.000 It's not the same as I officially announced.
00:05:27.000 But yes, I think he's kind of walking the line, Charlie.
00:05:30.000 I think he's doing exactly what he should do.
00:05:32.000 Not completely getting his toe in the water, but keeping his name in the conversation.
00:05:36.000 How does that kind of very, very, very probably thing help people like Herschel Walker or Oz, these states where increased real support could really make a big difference?
00:05:46.000 You know, I think people have always kind of assumed, you know, he keeps saying, I'm going to make an announcement at some point and you're going to be very happy.
00:05:52.000 I mean, he always has a way of kind of indicating that's what he's going to do without actually engaging with the magic words of saying you're officially running.
00:06:02.000 So I don't know that this is going to be that different because I think people are, I mean, the media will try to make it different because frankly, they want to gin up anything that's going to muddy this water.
00:06:11.000 But as far as Republicans are concerned, the ones who like Trump already feel like this is something he's going to do.
00:06:16.000 And the ones who don't like Trump already think this is something he's going to do.
00:06:22.000 So I think it's kind of baked in, but it will motivate certain Republicans just to kind of be a little more energetic.
00:06:29.000 But right now, this is an election.
00:06:30.000 This is a rejection of what's happened.
00:06:33.000 And in many ways, it's a taking out of frustration that's left over from 2020.
00:06:39.000 You know, we did a poll a few months ago that asked, have the Republicans convinced you that they've earned your vote?
00:06:45.000 And the answer is no.
00:06:46.000 But the Democrats, on the other hand, have convinced you, you don't want to vote for them.
00:06:50.000 So it's a matter of they're not becoming Republican.
00:06:55.000 What people are doing is they're looking for something different than what they have.
00:06:58.000 And I think the Republican Party will have a chance to earn those votes.
00:07:01.000 But just because these people get elected and a lot of Republicans win doesn't mean they've become Republicans.
00:07:08.000 It's a chance to earn them and keep voting.
00:07:10.000 So let's talk about the Oregon governor's race.
00:07:12.000 You recently polled it.
00:07:14.000 What's the big takeaway there?
00:07:16.000 Well, it's not like a majority of people in Oregon are for Republican, but it is.
00:07:20.000 The Democrat infighting has led to two candidates in the race, one running as an independent who is a Democrat, who's pulling over 12% in almost every poll.
00:07:31.000 Now, when you divide the Democrats like that, Republican has a shot.
00:07:35.000 And so that's why we show, and all the other polls show that too.
00:07:39.000 So unless the Democrats somehow heal themselves and decide to come back together in the next four or five days, that's an excellent chance for Republican pickup.
00:07:48.000 And Oregon is an extremely divided state right now.
00:07:51.000 You have people who are mad about what's going on in Portland.
00:07:53.000 You actually have counties who want to secede and become part of Idaho.
00:07:58.000 So there's a lot going on in this governor's race, and there's a lot of mixed feelings in Oregon.
00:08:02.000 So I think that divided Democrat organization will give the Republicans a real shot.
00:08:07.000 So how about New York?
00:08:08.000 How does Lee Zeldon look?
00:08:10.000 I mean, people are talking a lot about this race.
00:08:12.000 What's your take on that?
00:08:14.000 Well, you know, we're the ones who started people talking about this race two months ago when we polled it because it reminded me of New Jersey.
00:08:20.000 I'm like, this is interesting.
00:08:22.000 Why is she so weak?
00:08:24.000 We've shown it getting tighter and tighter.
00:08:26.000 Our last ball had basically a dead heat between them.
00:08:29.000 And that's very different from everybody else's poll.
00:08:32.000 And I understand that.
00:08:33.000 But we're used to being a little different than them.
00:08:35.000 But we see it's the only state in the country where crime is number one.
00:08:40.000 Economy is number two.
00:08:42.000 And for the first two polls, we kept seeing the stuff like Cuomo, Cuomo.
00:08:45.000 People would talk about Cuomo.
00:08:46.000 So the last one, we actually asked the question, who did a better job, Cuomo, or Hochul?
00:08:52.000 And they said, Cuomo, 60-40.
00:08:55.000 And then we said if it was Zeldon versus Cuomo, who would you vote for?
00:08:58.000 Cuomo would be Zeldon 55-45.
00:09:01.000 Now, that tells me that Zeldon's coalition has a lot of Cuomo machine in it.
00:09:06.000 And that's very positive because that machine has existed in New York since the 80s.
00:09:11.000 And they're not excited about Kathy Hochul.
00:09:13.000 I think that they're part of Cuomo's organization.
00:09:17.000 What does that machine?
00:09:18.000 What does that machine look like?
00:09:21.000 I think it's basically people in every single county and in every single township that are used to gathering votes, that are used to making sure people turn out.
00:09:31.000 I mean, that is a good old-fashioned political machine, and it's all about turnout.
00:09:36.000 It's all about people on the ground and about coalition politics.
00:09:39.000 And as you know, a lot of Northeastern politics is coalition politics.
00:09:43.000 So I think she's not getting the full power of being the Democrat nominee.
00:09:48.000 And I think that gives Elden a real shot.
00:09:50.000 Yeah, Cuomo is out for revenge, I think.
00:09:52.000 And he is not, I think he's telling a lot of his machinery to stand down.
00:09:56.000 And I think Cuomo wants to become governor again and is willing to do it.
00:10:02.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:11:04.000 Robert, tell us about the New Mexico governor's race.
00:11:08.000 Just the Republican, just a hair up.
00:11:11.000 It's a very competitive race.
00:11:13.000 One of the more effective things being done is the Republican turn, excuse me, the Republican Governor Association has run this very, very effective ad that features the fact that Grisham, through the COVID stuff, basically let this one prisoner out twice.
00:11:32.000 And the second time when the prisoner was in, he actually got recorded talking about killing his girlfriend.
00:11:39.000 And the second time he got furloughed for COVID, he did, in fact, kill her.
00:11:43.000 And just they're really pushing the border and the fact that she hasn't been very tough on crime.
00:11:51.000 These are very effective issues down there.
00:11:54.000 In addition, you have this movement of so many in the Hispanic community toward the Republican Party because they just feel the Democrat Party has abandoned them on a lot of social issues that are important to them.
00:12:07.000 So I think this is one to watch.
00:12:09.000 I think it's going to be a nail biter.
00:12:10.000 And there's quite a, you know, there's quite a Democrat machine in that state, but we've got a slight edge for the Republican, but I think it's one to watch.
00:12:18.000 I think it's a real possible Republican pickup.
00:12:20.000 Can you talk a little bit about how Florida has now just become this deep red state?
00:12:24.000 How did that happen over the last couple of years so suddenly?
00:12:28.000 Well, you know, a lot of it has to do with the black people who are moving to Florida, which is, you know, Paul Zeldon.
00:12:34.000 Some of the best voters he had have already moved to Florida.
00:12:36.000 But I think it's just, it's the something one of the things about COVID is it really kind of reinforced federalism in a way that people understood how important their state government was.
00:12:52.000 And so though you had Trump barely win Florida in 2016 and win it by three and a half points in 2020 and DeSantis and Scott barely win in 2018, I think they're going to win it larger.
00:13:09.000 There's just something to be said for good governing, especially as it contrasts to the other states.
00:13:15.000 And so there's a pride that Florida has taken and we've done this right.
00:13:19.000 And DeSantis has done a great job at not only cultivating and growing the Republican Party relationship with Hispanics, but absolutely just building a greater coalition.
00:13:32.000 And when people see things done right, they tend to gravitate it.
00:13:36.000 I mean, believe it or not, people actually like good government and doing a good job.
00:13:40.000 And so Florida's natural contrast is one of the reasons we spent very little time polling it.
00:13:45.000 I was asked in a thing the other day, well, what about Florida?
00:13:48.000 I said, oh, I was only polling swing states.
00:13:52.000 Arizona, what are you seeing?
00:13:54.000 What are you hearing?
00:13:55.000 What are you looking at on the trends there?
00:13:57.000 Yeah, Arizona's really interesting.
00:14:01.000 Carrie Lake has just kind of burst through.
00:14:04.000 They tried to marginalize her, but she's just so darn good on the stump.
00:14:08.000 And it's funny because everybody's like, well, you know, should Hobbes have better?
00:14:12.000 No, Hobbes made the right decision because that would have been a massacre.
00:14:16.000 And she is, some of these races are beneficial to each other.
00:14:20.000 And so I think she's been a great benefit to Masters.
00:14:23.000 And I think they're kind of yin and yang and very helpful.
00:14:26.000 One of the other things is Masters, his ability to, I mean, how many Republicans around the country could get a libertarian to leave the race like that?
00:14:36.000 And I think that margin right there, we've looked at it and we're about to come up with a new poll.
00:14:41.000 I think Matt Tower and Insider Advantage might already have what I went out today.
00:14:45.000 But losing the libertarian, having their people, some of them will have voted early for libertarian and then some may vote on election day.
00:14:55.000 But my thought is about two-thirds of that libertarian vote end up with masters.
00:15:01.000 And that makes this race neck and neck.
00:15:03.000 And I think, again, you take an incumbent neck and neck, keep an incumbent below 50.
00:15:09.000 I think there's an excellent chance.
00:15:10.000 So I think this is a very tight race.
00:15:13.000 It's going to be a very lot of intensity, even the last few days.
00:15:20.000 But no matter what Kelly says, he cannot escape the percentage he's voted with Biden.
00:15:27.000 And the thing is, talk about contrast here in Arizona in that state, you have an immediate contrast with Sinema, who has not done that.
00:15:36.000 The maverick that not letting the party push you around that people want in Arizona is her, not him.
00:15:41.000 That's right.
00:15:42.000 Robert Cahaley from Trafalgar.
00:15:44.000 Great job as always.
00:15:44.000 Thank you so much.
00:15:46.000 Thank you.
00:15:49.000 Are you tired of feeling tired?
00:15:51.000 I've never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:15:54.000 Seriously, I take it every day.
00:15:55.000 It's amazing.
00:15:56.000 You've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny little bottles.
00:15:59.000 Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
00:16:04.000 I take it before every show, every day.
00:16:07.000 In fact, one of our team members showed it to me.
00:16:08.000 I said, I love it.
00:16:09.000 Can we partner with these guys?
00:16:10.000 And boom, here we are.
00:16:11.000 It's so simple.
00:16:12.000 Just drink one bottle of strong cell liquid per day.
00:16:14.000 And the strong cell bottles that arrive at your home include NADH.
00:16:18.000 Boy, I could go on about NAD.
00:16:20.000 It's a coenzyme for creating natural energy and restoration in your body cells.
00:16:25.000 It also contains collagen, well documented for its vast health benefits.
00:16:29.000 Your body should experience an energy boost the first week, but within 15 days, you'll start noticing even more benefits.
00:16:34.000 30 days, you'll be feeling much different.
00:16:36.000 Do me a favor and consider giving the supplement the full four weeks versus one bottle to realize the best results for you.
00:16:42.000 The formula is designed to generate long-term positive change, unlike energy drinks.
00:16:45.000 It's not an artificial boost of immediate energy like caffeine.
00:16:49.000 I'm talking about cellular level restoration.
00:16:51.000 Learn about right now at their website.
00:16:54.000 And look, NAD, you guys should research the benefits of NAD.
00:16:57.000 I take NAD a lot and now I get it every day.

00:17:36.000 I am from Illinois, proudly from Illinois, and it's so sad to see what's happened to my former great state.
00:17:42.000 And I'm not done talking about it or raising awareness about it.
00:17:46.000 We have got to get rid of J.B. Pritzker, and we have got to support Darren Bailey for governor.
00:17:53.000 And this race is a lot closer than the media is covering it.
00:17:55.000 I think this is going to be a very, very close race.
00:17:58.000 And so joining us now is Darren Bailey to talk about how we're going to get rid of J.B. Pritzker.
00:18:03.000 Darren, welcome to the program.
00:18:04.000 Hey, God bless you, Charlie.
00:18:06.000 Thank you so much for the opportunity to be here and just to share hope to the people of Illinois and ultimately all across this nation.
00:18:13.000 Yeah, amen.
00:18:14.000 So, Darren, let's get into it.
00:18:16.000 Talk about your race.
00:18:17.000 Talk about how it's going.
00:18:18.000 You're running up against a very dangerous person who's never worked a day in his life, born on third, and thought he hit a triple.
00:18:25.000 The floor is yours.
00:18:26.000 Tell us about your race.
00:18:27.000 Oh, that's exactly right.
00:18:29.000 I'm a farmer from the southern part of Illinois, and I served for 17 years on our local school board.
00:18:35.000 And my wife and I are passionate about children and about the future.
00:18:38.000 And I was called into public service the same time that J.B. Pritzker came in.
00:18:44.000 I got elected when I stood up against a tax hiking representatives in my district.
00:18:49.000 And I've been pushing back ever since.
00:18:52.000 I pushed back against JB in May of 2020 when I sued him over these lockdowns and these mandates.
00:18:57.000 And we actually won the lawsuit on July 2nd.
00:19:00.000 And I've been standing up ever since.
00:19:02.000 My senator decided to step down.
00:19:04.000 I stepped into that position at the call of the constituents and the people of Southeast Illinois and term limited myself for 10 years.
00:19:13.000 And I really thought that for my four children and our 11 or 12 grandchildren that I was just going to do the due diligence of serving and making a difference.
00:19:21.000 But then coming in also in the super minority with the Republican Party, I found out that I didn't have a voice.
00:19:28.000 So I had some choices.
00:19:30.000 I could quit, go back home.
00:19:32.000 I could just serve out my time, collect a paycheck, but I wasn't satisfied with that.
00:19:36.000 We began to step up and push back and mainly speak out.
00:19:40.000 And people are responding.
00:19:42.000 People in Illinois are looking.
00:19:44.000 They're wanting this hope.
00:19:45.000 They're wanting help.
00:19:47.000 They're needing restoration.
00:19:49.000 And that's what we're offering as we partner ourselves with good people.
00:19:52.000 I'm going to tell you something.
00:19:54.000 I believe on Tuesday, the nation is going to be shocked at what happens here in Illinois because people check out our webpage, Bailey4Illinois.com, mainly our Facebook page, Darren Bailey for Governor.
00:20:07.000 And they see a movement like I don't think the nation has seen.
00:20:11.000 So, and it's mainly the people in Chicago and suburbs.
00:20:14.000 And I tell people we're winning.
00:20:16.000 Yeah, but what about Chicago?
00:20:17.000 No, get on there and check them out.
00:20:19.000 People are tired.
00:20:20.000 So I think the change that the state needs is coming.
00:20:24.000 Yeah, amen.
00:20:25.000 So talk about the crime rising in Illinois.
00:20:27.000 And then there is the new Safety Act.
00:20:29.000 We'll play a piece of tape in a second there.
00:20:32.000 I mean, it is widespread crime, widespread looting, and really sick things happening.
00:20:39.000 Talk about that and what you will do as governor.
00:20:42.000 So year to date in Chicago, over 1,300 carjackings, over 600 murders.
00:20:49.000 Every two hours and 21 minutes, someone is being shot.
00:20:53.000 Every 11 hours and 54 minutes, someone is being murdered.
00:20:57.000 There's a 1,700 vacancy for people in the Chicago Police Department.
00:21:03.000 They're walking away.
00:21:04.000 They're leaving.
00:21:05.000 So here's the deal: Chicago has no cash bail.
00:21:08.000 And with their state's attorney, Kim Fox, well, she doesn't prosecute crime.
00:21:13.000 And the reality, when people understand that, well, then they begin to understand what the reality is going to be for the rest of the state of Illinois come January 1st, when 4,000 to 5,000 violent criminals will be released from jail, when people who commit crimes just simply will not be prosecuted.
00:21:32.000 It is going to become a land of lawlessness.
00:21:34.000 And all of this is propagated, supported by J.B. Pritzker, who signed this into law, a 700-page document that even at this very moment, he and the people that crafted this behind closed-locked doors, they don't even understand what it says.
00:21:51.000 But 100 out of our 102 states' attorneys across the state, they know what it says.
00:21:56.000 They've stood up and pushed back against it.
00:21:58.000 A third of them being Democrats, a half of those filing suit against J.B. Pritzker.
00:22:03.000 And for the first time in Illinois history, a governor candidate in the general race has the 100% backing and endorsement of law enforcement.
00:22:13.000 And that is me because they know what the Safety Act says.
00:22:16.000 And it will completely destroy this state if it is enacted.
00:22:20.000 Let's play Cut 124.
00:22:21.000 It's extraordinary that Pritzker is running on this.
00:22:23.000 Play Cut 124.
00:22:24.000 It abolishes cash bail for almost every offense.
00:22:28.000 This includes, but isn't limited to, kidnapping, armed robbery, second-degree murder, drug-induced homicide, aggravated DUI, threatening a public official, and aggravated fleeing and eluding.
00:22:42.000 Offenders released on electronic monitoring have to be in violation for 48 hours before law enforcement can act.
00:22:47.000 Officers will no longer be able to remove trespassers from your residence or your businesses.
00:22:54.000 Someone could decide to live in your shed, and all we can do is give them a ticket.
00:22:59.000 Homeless guy can live in your shed?
00:23:01.000 I mean, Darren, how is this even remotely possible in the great state of Illinois?
00:23:07.000 Well, when you want to destroy a constitutional republic, I think history shows us that one of the first steps is removing law and order.
00:23:18.000 The next step is attacking education.
00:23:21.000 And here in Illinois, J.B. Pritzker is hammering down on both of those.
00:23:27.000 And I believe that's exactly what's at hand.
00:23:29.000 This man has some really serious problems.
00:23:33.000 And I mean, good grief at starting with the Safety Act and then attacking the family and then attacking our children.
00:23:40.000 You know, his family is the number one sponsors across America for experimental gender surgery in children's hospitals.
00:23:49.000 I mean, this whole thing is just, it's concerning, but I'm telling you, the people of Illinois, we've done our job.
00:23:54.000 We've got the message out.
00:23:56.000 We're in every community across the state and people are waking up.
00:24:00.000 The church is waking up.
00:24:01.000 I think that people are going to respond.
00:24:04.000 And I think we're going to accomplish something amazing on November 8th.
00:24:08.000 Chicago moderate Democrats need to recognize and wake up that the old Democrat Party machine does not work like the old machine.
00:24:08.000 Yeah, I sure hope so.
00:24:15.000 That this, it's widespread vagrancy and homelessness.
00:24:18.000 And Pritzker, he is such a weak person and he is doing such an awful job in Chicago and Illinois.
00:24:25.000 Darren, how much, I mean, Illinois has lost a congressional seat, didn't it?
00:24:28.000 Illinois is losing population.
00:24:30.000 How is Pritzker?
00:24:32.000 How does he answer this?
00:24:35.000 Well, he doesn't.
00:24:36.000 He just lies about things.
00:24:38.000 And so here's the deal.
00:24:39.000 Since J.B. Pritzker took office, there are 45,000 fewer jobs in the state right now.
00:24:45.000 There are 125,000 fewer people working.
00:24:49.000 But he contends to stand up and just tell people whatever makes him feel good.
00:24:54.000 And if the constituency, if we, the people aren't educated and engaged, and I'm going to tell you something, that's really the problem.
00:25:02.000 And thank you for what you do continually because it is about waking up the church.
00:25:07.000 It is about waking up the parents, the mom and dad, the working families who are tired and they've had enough and to realize that it can be better.
00:25:16.000 We can change this.
00:25:17.000 That's the beauty of what this, what our constitutional republic offers with free elections every two years.
00:25:24.000 But we need people stepping up and stepping into positions of school boards, positions of city hall, county board members running for these state positions and congressional positions.
00:25:37.000 And we have got to get involved.
00:25:39.000 We have got to show up.
00:25:40.000 We have got to vote.
00:25:42.000 We've got to be poll watchers and election judges.
00:25:46.000 A government of the people, by the people, for the people can only function properly with the participation of the people.
00:25:54.000 Our brave men and women that served our country, you know, they served to protect our freedoms.
00:26:00.000 And right now, today, it's up to us to uphold those freedoms.
00:26:04.000 The primary race that we just went through, 18% of the registered voters on average in every county showed up to vote.
00:26:13.000 Peoria County had 9% registered voters show up.
00:26:19.000 We're going to lose our freedoms if we don't step up and participate in this and at least fulfill our duty to vote.
00:26:26.000 It's the least that we can do.
00:26:28.000 And I mean, in Illinois, it's high taxes, it's high property taxes, it's crime.
00:26:34.000 And so Democrats in Illinois will say that it's fake news about the Safety Act.
00:26:38.000 Can you just dive in a little bit more and separate fact from fiction and just reinforce that point?
00:26:43.000 Well, and that's exactly what they're doing.
00:26:46.000 All any and all information that's being pushed out there, they are coming against everything and saying no fake news.
00:26:54.000 So, and they're even pushing out polls and information that says, well, no, crime actually resides at like a, you know, a 10% to the problem.
00:27:03.000 It's actually the economy.
00:27:05.000 But here's the problem.
00:27:07.000 The economy here in Illinois is the result of the lawlessness that's taking place, and that's coming.
00:27:15.000 You go down to Michigan Avenue right now in Chicago, and you see a 30% vacancy rate of the retail space there.
00:27:22.000 And you see businesses packing up and moving out literally every day.
00:27:26.000 I mean, a month ago, the CEO of McDonald's called Chicago a city in crisis, only to be scolded by Mayor Lightfoot and telling him that he needs to get educated on the issues.
00:27:40.000 I mean, that is blindness.
00:27:41.000 That's the arrogance that's happening all across Illinois.
00:27:45.000 So, again, when people don't feel safe, every weekend, there's over 50 shootings.
00:27:52.000 There's usually double-digit murders.
00:27:55.000 It's nonsense.
00:27:56.000 And many of the Chicago police officers that I talk to, many of the off-duty officers usually serve on my security detail when I'm in the city, and they tell me that when they bring someone into custody, whoever they bring in, nine times out of 10, walks out of that door before they even have time to finish filing their report.
00:28:16.000 So, crime is the number one issue.
00:28:19.000 Families, friends are being terrorized all over the street.
00:28:23.000 And these chum baloons of J.B. Pritzker and Mayor Lightfoot and Kim Fox don't understand what's going on.
00:28:31.000 It's just, it's recently I've called the Chicago Pritzkerville because people are just, their freedoms are being taken away.
00:28:41.000 And many people are moving out of the city.
00:28:43.000 So, and then right behind that, obviously, is getting our education intact.
00:28:48.000 And Illinois students as Chicago.
00:28:50.000 Okay, here's some facts for you that really bring it home.
00:28:53.000 Chicago public school system, only 20% of the students can read and do math at grade level.
00:29:00.000 And the majority of high school students and grade school students all across Illinois cannot read and do math at grade level.
00:29:07.000 This was reported a few weeks ago by the Wall Street Journal when they gave Illinois an F on education.
00:29:13.000 And guess what happened?
00:29:14.000 J.B. Pritzker came out and said, nope, fake news.
00:29:16.000 That's lies.
00:29:18.000 They didn't report on the actual data, which was actual Illinois State Board of Education data.
00:29:25.000 So, and then finally, the high taxes, the business will not come to Illinois until there is relief.
00:29:32.000 Families will continue to move out of Illinois until there is relief.
00:29:36.000 And all of these items, and coupled with an egregious energy bill, coupled with the removal of parental notification, all of this, J.B. Pritzker has created over the last four years.
00:29:48.000 And he stands firm telling people he's even going to do more if he's elected to four more.
00:29:54.000 So the future of Illinois, and I believe the future of our nation hangs on this election coming up.
00:30:00.000 And I truly believe I know Illinois is going to do something amazing.
00:30:07.000 Look, it's very simple.
00:30:08.000 If J.B. Pritzker gets re-elected, second-degree murderers will be released the next day.
00:30:13.000 Don't believe me, PlayCut 35, Joe Rogan.
00:30:16.000 They're essentially eliminating cash bail for almost everything dangerous.
00:30:20.000 The law includes secondary murder, arson.
00:30:22.000 So you could light a guy's house on fire, get right out of jail, drug-induced homicide, robbery, kidnapping, aggravated battery, burglary, intimidation, aggravated driving under the influence, fleeing and eluding drug offenses, and threatening a public official.
00:30:38.000 No bail.
00:30:39.000 No bail at all whatsoever.
00:30:41.000 People can't even believe this when they hear this, Darren.
00:30:42.000 I mean, and Darren, you're a lifelong Illinoisan.
00:30:45.000 You're from the southern part of the state, which I actually think you're going to run up the score in the southern part of the state and really shock the world.
00:30:51.000 And all you got to do is do better in the collars and not lose that bad, that poorly, I should say, in downtown Chicago.
00:30:57.000 I mean, I think you can win McHenry.
00:30:59.000 I think you can win Kane.
00:31:01.000 I don't think you're going to win Cook.
00:31:02.000 I'm sorry, Darren.
00:31:03.000 If you win Cook, you'll win by 20 points.
00:31:06.000 And I think you just need to lose slightly in Lake.
00:31:08.000 But what's so interesting, Darren, is the collars that I just mentioned there: Kane, McHenry, Lake, those on Will County, I think you're going to win Will big time.
00:31:18.000 They used to be all conservative Republican.
00:31:20.000 What happened?
00:31:22.000 Well, the same thing.
00:31:23.000 We conservatives got a little too just engaged in life.
00:31:28.000 And that's kind of, you know, we're working.
00:31:30.000 We're being, we're creating businesses.
00:31:32.000 We're raising families.
00:31:33.000 And we just assume that everything that's been fine is going to stay fine.
00:31:38.000 And then we kind of check out of government and we let these rogue interests like J.B. Pritzker come in.
00:31:44.000 And, you know, I think when people, when the Democrats elected J.B. Pritzker, I think they thought they were, you know, electing an enlightened rich guy that was going to come in and straighten our finances out.
00:31:55.000 And instead, we got a radical rich guy.
00:31:58.000 I mean, this guy is, as he's increased our property taxes.
00:32:01.000 He's, I mean, he's going to blow up our energy grid with this green new deal that he passed.
00:32:06.000 So I like to tell people, I think we got a pig and a poke and I think that the people are going to want their money back that voted for him four years ago.
00:32:13.000 Yeah, I think that's right.
00:32:15.000 And if you go to J.B. Pritzker's website, he's not running on anything.
00:32:18.000 He's just trying to count on how Democrat Illinois has become.
00:32:21.000 But, you know, we've had Republican governors and plenty of times.
00:32:26.000 And we had Bruce Rauner, we had Edgar.
00:32:29.000 We had other ones that went to jail.
00:32:30.000 We won't talk about that.
00:32:31.000 But I mean, Illinois, as I mentioned very often, we have term limits in Illinois, one term in office, one term in jail.
00:32:36.000 He talks about leading to the COVID crisis.
00:32:38.000 He is responsible for the suicide of kids in the suburbs of Chicago.
00:32:42.000 He is responsible for the carnage of shutting down Illinois recklessly and unnecessarily.
00:32:46.000 Darren, talk about it.
00:32:48.000 No, he is.
00:32:49.000 A day one agenda for me will be a cleaning house and all the agency directors.
00:32:53.000 We will fire the entire state board of education.
00:32:56.000 We will create school choice.
00:32:58.000 The money will follow the children.
00:33:00.000 Illinois Department of Public Health, Illinois, all of these agencies will have new DCFS.
00:33:06.000 His own director has been held into contempt 12 times.
00:33:10.000 Nine foster children have died under his care.
00:33:13.000 It's time for change.
00:33:15.000 It's been over 100 years since Illinois has elected a farmer.
00:33:18.000 It's been a long time since we've had a true conservative.
00:33:21.000 And I think the people are ready.
00:33:23.000 I think I've earned their trust, especially up in the Chicago and the suburbs.
00:33:27.000 And I think we're going to have a pretty great day when all this starts.
00:33:30.000 I mean, the hard work begins on November 9th.
00:33:32.000 Yeah.
00:33:32.000 Amen.
00:33:33.000 So your website again is Bailey for Governor.
00:33:36.000 Is that right?
00:33:37.000 That's right.
00:33:37.000 Well, BaileyForillinois.com.
00:33:39.000 Bailey for Illinois.
00:33:41.000 And the actions on our Facebook page, Darren Bailey for Governor.
00:33:44.000 That's where the action's at.
00:33:45.000 And you can see where we're at all day long.
00:33:46.000 My Lieutenant Governor Stephanie Trussell, my wife, Cindy, we're out working our tails off, earning the trust and the respect of the people.
00:33:55.000 And we have a lot of great people listening to us.
00:33:58.000 We love our Illinois and Chicago listeners.
00:34:00.000 That means you live in Cook or you live in Lake or you live in DuPage or you live in Will or you live in Kane or you live in one of the collar counties, which means you got to listen to what I'm saying, listen to Darren and get other people to get out to vote.
00:34:10.000 Okay.
00:34:11.000 J.B. Pritzker has destroyed the state of Illinois and Illinois is bankrupt.
00:34:15.000 It's corrupt.
00:34:16.000 Madigan is going to go to jail and all this stuff is terrible.
00:34:18.000 You got Lightfoot and all this.
00:34:19.000 This is a realignment election.
00:34:21.000 The numbers are there.
00:34:22.000 I've seen it happen in Illinois.
00:34:24.000 Illinois is a tough state to poll.
00:34:26.000 Darren, 30 seconds, talk about how you're going to shock the world, but we need everyone to show up.
00:34:30.000 That is exactly right.
00:34:32.000 Don't assume that people are going to show up and vote.
00:34:35.000 Get out and bring this home.
