00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You've got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA High School chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.

00:01:17.000 All right.
00:01:18.000 Happy Monday morning, October 12, 2026.
00:01:21.000 My Dodgers lost yesterday, but it's still a happy morning because there's just so much news going on.
00:01:26.000 Blake, how are we doing?
00:01:27.000 Oh, we're doing splendid.
00:01:28.000 Yeah.
00:01:29.000 Well, Blake beefed with the Pope this weekend.
00:01:31.000 Oh, that wasn't great.
00:01:32.000 You don't want to feel proud about doing that.
00:01:34.000 But of course, he was commenting on the planned execution of Major Hassan.
00:01:39.000 Yep.
00:01:39.000 And.
00:01:41.000 I disagree with his take, which is definitely a dicey position for a Catholic to be in.
00:01:46.000 Yeah, I mean, you are a very devoted Catholic, and to publicly come out against it, that's interesting.
00:01:52.000 We'll get into that probably in a little bit.
00:01:55.000 But yeah, the breaking news this Monday morning here from the Y Refi Studios in Phoenix, Arizona is that Ilhan Omar's house has been raided, her D.C. home.
00:02:05.000 This was a moment that we never, ever thought was going to happen.
00:02:09.000 Nobody has the guts to do this, right? 0.79
00:02:11.000 A sitting congresswoman. 1.00
00:02:13.000 A Muslim sitting congresswoman at that, but here you go.
00:02:16.000 You are looking at images from this morning of HSI from the DHS.
00:02:23.000 They are investigating this, they are looking into it.
00:02:25.000 So the question is, what are they looking into?
00:02:30.000 Now, we know because Tom Homan has said he doesn't want to get ahead of Todd Blanch, obviously the attorney general, that this is a DOJ matter that he doesn't want to race ahead, but he did confirm there is an active investigation going on.
00:02:44.000 There's a lot of speculation about what it could be.
00:02:46.000 They are mom at this point, so we'll have to speculate.
00:02:49.000 So here are the four guesses.
00:02:53.000 She is either getting investigated for one immigration, citizenship, paperwork, fraud on her childhood, and treatment and naturalization.
00:03:00.000 We want that so bad. 0.59
00:03:01.000 That would be, I think, the best one.
00:03:03.000 This is the explanation given by sources close to the investigation.
00:03:07.000 Agents are likely looking for evidence of material misrepresentation about family relationships, circumstances of arrival, Or other details on forms filed by her father.
00:03:18.000 Proven fraud and naturalization can support, guess what?
00:03:21.000 Denaturalization proceedings.
00:03:23.000 Which I will note, this administration doesn't get as much attention.
00:03:26.000 They have tried far harder to actually denaturalize people who engaged in fraud to get citizenship.
00:03:32.000 That used to be a one person per presidential term.
00:03:36.000 They've actually done this, I think they've initiated it on several hundred, maybe thousands of people.
00:03:40.000 Thousands, yeah, yeah.
00:03:41.000 I looked it up.
00:03:41.000 Thousands, which, by the way, I understand the pushback is going to be, well, that's not enough.
00:03:47.000 Well, we don't have the resources to do much more.
00:03:49.000 But we have to start doing this, and we need to get more resources involved.
00:03:54.000 And it's a huge, huge new development.
00:03:56.000 All right.
00:03:56.000 So that's theory one immigration paperwork.
00:03:59.000 Number two, a broader immigration fraud allegations, including the longstanding theory, and it is just a theory about the brother marriage claim.
00:04:08.000 Okay.
00:04:08.000 Homan previously referenced marriage fraud possibilities.
00:04:12.000 So this is Tom Homan, Borders R.
00:04:14.000 Those specific older claims have been denied by Omar.
00:04:17.000 Let's just be clear, treated as unproven by many fact checkers.
00:04:20.000 So if you look at Snopes or any of these types, they're going to say, you know, it's not proven.
00:04:26.000 This is a conspiracy theory.
00:04:30.000 Could face potential statute of limitation issues because it happened so long ago, right?
00:04:36.000 But the current probe appears focused on the original childhood paperwork.
00:04:39.000 So, theory number two, I'm going to say the married her brother claim is probably not what this is about.
00:04:45.000 Unfortunately, I've looked into that.
00:04:46.000 I think a lot of people say that might just be past statute of limitations by now.
00:04:49.000 I would love it if they could find the truth about that.
00:04:52.000 Even if they can't charge it, if they just say, this happened, by the way, that would be a big win.
00:04:57.000 Yeah.
00:04:58.000 Theory number three.
00:05:00.000 Financial related issues or family matters.
00:05:03.000 Omar has faced scrutiny over large swings in reported personal finances and disclosures and has been linked to criticism of Minnesota fraud scandals involving the Somali community.
00:05:15.000 So there's been a longstanding suspicion, and it's just a suspicion.
00:05:19.000 I can't prove it, but maybe the DOJ or HSI can. 0.97
00:05:23.000 That all of that fraud that we saw in the Somali community that Nick Shirley helped expose, that so many others helped expose at City Journal and Daily Wire, that potentially she might be wrapped up in some of that. 0.99
00:05:35.000 Well, let's remember, she had her net worth reported at $6 to $30 million. 0.93
00:05:40.000 And then when that got noticed, she came out and said, Oh, no, that's higher time.
00:05:44.000 Revise it down. 0.52
00:05:46.000 Yeah.
00:05:46.000 And one wonders if she, in a kind of dumb way, was trying to distract from maybe something another person on her staff, someone preparing her paperwork, divulged a little more than they were supposed to.
00:05:59.000 Yeah. 0.66
00:05:59.000 And she basically puts it on her husband, this new husband that she has, that he's some sort of investment guy or whatever. 0.66
00:06:06.000 And that's how they got their net worth.
00:06:08.000 But then they revised it down.
00:06:09.000 So none of it makes sense. 0.98
00:06:10.000 But this is very Somali. 0.99
00:06:12.000 It's like the most Somali thing ever to just sort of like, oh, what's accounting? 1.00
00:06:17.000 What's a CPA?
00:06:19.000 We don't do that where I'm from.
00:06:20.000 So, anyways, that's very interesting.
00:06:22.000 Okay.
00:06:22.000 Now, the fourth theory would be from the critics of the Trump administration.
00:06:26.000 They're going to claim that this is just political targeting, that this is selective enforcement.
00:06:31.000 Okay.
00:06:32.000 And roughly three weeks before the midterms, a lot of people are claiming that this is midterm interference.
00:06:38.000 They're trying to gin up votes.
00:06:39.000 For the midterm, and Omar's status as a frequent target of President Trump's criticism will be their proof.
00:06:44.000 Okay.
00:06:45.000 I have also given her frequent criticisms. 0.92
00:06:48.000 A lot of conservatives do because have you ever heard this woman talk? 1.00
00:06:52.000 It's like nails on a chalkboard. 1.00
00:06:55.000 Absolutely the most infamous.
00:06:56.000 Investigate that crime.
00:06:58.000 That is a crime.
00:06:59.000 That is a crime against humanity in and of itself. 0.78
00:07:01.000 So, those are the four theories immigration paperwork from childhood entry and naturalization, which is probably the answer.
00:07:08.000 This is what some of the behind the scenes sources have leaked out some of the reporting we've seen.
00:07:13.000 So let's hope that's the way.
00:07:14.000 They want to find that because that's the only way you can denaturalize.
00:07:17.000 And that's like the white whale. 0.77
00:07:19.000 If you could actually denaturalize, strip the citizenship from Ilhan Omar because her arrival here was fraudulent from the start. 0.92
00:07:28.000 And then she used it to feed into crime schemes that we know a lot of Somali immigration rings are involved in.
00:07:36.000 That would just be tremendous, not just for its own sake, because she's a radical, anti American, pro various terrorist groups.
00:07:44.000 Congresswoman, but it would also be a win because I think it would be so high profile.
00:07:48.000 It would really force people to reckon with what we have with our immigration system, which is there are entire thousands of people who have a lot of asabia with each other, a lot of camaraderie within their groups.
00:08:02.000 They can coordinate aggressively to exploit our system, which is built for people being fundamentally pretty individualistic and fundamentally honest.
00:08:11.000 And there are just a lot of people around the world who are not like that.
00:08:15.000 And America is a feeding frenzy for groups like that.
00:08:17.000 That's how they end up going.
00:08:19.000 Yeah, they come in and they just say, okay.
00:08:22.000 You start this fake daycare.
00:08:23.000 You start this fake Medicaid travel company for transporting people.
00:08:28.000 You have this other fake home care business.
00:08:31.000 Bam, bam, bam. 0.98
00:08:32.000 We can put them all in this building.
00:08:33.000 You can get tons of money.
00:08:35.000 Let's listen to CNN here.
00:08:37.000 They're freaking out about this raid.
00:08:39.000 They just can't believe it.
00:08:40.000 You can't do this to one of ours.
00:08:42.000 Sot 2.
00:08:43.000 Learning that federal officers have conducted a search and did so early today at the home of Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.
00:08:51.000 Appears to be some level of an immigration investigation, but it is quite notable it's in the middle of an election season and that this is a sitting member of Congress running for reelection.
00:09:02.000 It is a policy that the Department of Justice needs to take a lot of precautions in the 60 days before an election.
00:09:10.000 We are well into that.
00:09:12.000 We are not even a month away.
00:09:14.000 It is unusual for the Justice Department to make such a what they would call an overt investigative step.
00:09:20.000 All right, it is unusual, but let's just be clear they had to get a warrant for this.
00:09:25.000 So, they submitted their evidence to a magistrate who signed off on this.
00:09:30.000 Okay, so that was the breaking story this morning.
00:09:33.000 It was like Christmas in October.
00:09:36.000 Or was it Halloween? 0.51
00:09:37.000 You know, with Ilhan Omar, let's go with Halloween. 0.95
00:09:39.000 Let's go with the Halloween theme because, you know, it just feels fitting.
00:09:43.000 Anyways, that's the breaking news. 0.71
00:09:44.000 She's getting raided.
00:09:45.000 We think it's about a paperwork issue, which could lead to a denaturalization process being pursued with her, which I think would be great for the whole country. 0.76
00:09:53.000 There was a clip, and we're going to get into this with Jesse Kelly in just a few minutes here, but. 0.97
00:09:59.000 You know, there was a clip of El Sayed saying, Hey, America, it's America's obligation to open the borders and all the stuff.
00:10:05.000 And I would just admit to you, are we a stronger country because we have Abdul El Sayed, because we have Hassan Piker, because we have Ilhan Omar, because we have Mom Dhani?
00:10:15.000 Are we a stronger country or are we weaker?
00:10:18.000 Send us your emails.
00:10:19.000 Yeah. 0.92
00:10:20.000 I mean, I assume I know the answer, but I want to hear your thoughts on this because we have railed against immigration on this show probably more than any other topic because it, as Blake aptly said, it is the fix everything switch. 0.91
00:10:33.000 And it is absolutely insane because our founders never envisioned this. 0.52
00:10:36.000 They never envisioned a country where we were having to make peace and make a.
00:10:39.000 Like, there is a tweet from Ilhan Omar talking about the rule of law in 2023 going after President Trump. 1.00
00:10:46.000 Imagine the absolute demoralization campaign that it takes for us to get lectured by a Somali about the rule of law, a country that has none. 1.00
00:10:56.000 Not merely lectured, like, they will lecture you and then have a totally different understanding of what that means from. 1.00
00:11:04.000 Two and a half centuries of American experience.
00:11:06.000 And we see this that you'll have like Pramila Jayapal and all these other like, you know, radical lefties.
00:11:11.000 They'll come in and then not only are they on the far left of our political spectrum, what that manifests as is they're actually like much more willing to restrict speech, very radical about wanting to restrict the right to bear arms, very radical about wanting to restrict the economy.
00:11:27.000 They want to bring in like a socialized economy, very much associated with countries that they originated from, the views of people they came from.
00:11:34.000 And Not in line with the American experience that made us the country they wanted to move to in the first place.
00:11:40.000 Yeah. 1.00
00:11:40.000 Well, and we're going to get in this Talrico story here in just a second, but I got to play this clip because she is just, like I said, nails on a chalkboard. 1.00
00:11:48.000 Listen to her. 1.00
00:11:49.000 And she's so arrogant because that's just the way she is. 1.00
00:11:53.000 She's just a peach. 1.00
00:11:55.000 Stop five.
00:11:56.000 No, I mean, listen.
00:12:00.000 Suggest all you want.
00:12:02.000 Please investigate all you want, right?
00:12:04.000 Oh, okay.
00:12:05.000 Well, I guess they took her up on that.
00:12:07.000 Investigate all you want.
00:12:08.000 She says she's not worried about it.
00:12:09.000 She's, you know, the right wing always has this.
00:12:14.000 S.I.H. S.H.I. Whatever going on. 0.99
00:12:16.000 So I'm not that worried about it.
00:12:18.000 Okay, she's not worried about it.
00:12:18.000 We'll see where it plays out.
00:12:19.000 I'm not even saying she did anything wrong.
00:12:22.000 I'm saying if she doesn't mind the investigation, she said investigate all you want.
00:12:25.000 Good for Todd Blanche. 0.73
00:12:26.000 Good for H.S.I. Let's see where it leads.
00:12:28.000 The other story, however, is Talrico.
00:12:31.000 Talrico went missing.
00:12:32.000 M.I.A. Talrico.
00:12:34.000 This was hilarious.
00:12:35.000 Okay, so then he shows up at the Austin City Limits, which is a big music festival tech kind of scene in Austin.
00:12:43.000 And he just, Kind of shows up.
00:12:45.000 You know, we had Mark Halperin on on Friday, and he was like, Well, he could be setting the stage for some big reveal, like jumping out of a cake somewhere.
00:12:52.000 Maybe it's $40 million or something.
00:12:54.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:12:55.000 Some like huge thing.
00:12:56.000 Well, no, that's not what it was.
00:12:58.000 He just kind of showed up, and then he was speaking with a reporter about where he'd gone.
00:13:01.000 Here's his answer sod 7.
00:13:03.000 You were off the campaign for more than a week, roughly nine days, I believe.
00:13:06.000 Your campaign said you had the flu.
00:13:08.000 What happened?
00:13:09.000 Yeah, I got the flu, and I'm feeling much better, and I'm glad I had a chance to recover.
00:13:13.000 I just went to my primary care physician, but it wasn't anything.
00:13:18.000 Worse than a nasty case of the flu.
00:13:20.000 Conservative folks on Twitter and some of Paxton's ally were pushing the idea that you had a stress induced episode and were getting treatment for it.
00:13:28.000 What are your thoughts?
00:13:29.000 Did that happen?
00:13:30.000 That's not true.
00:13:31.000 I just had the flu and I feel much better.
00:13:34.000 But it's a good reminder that you can't believe everything you read on the internet.
00:13:38.000 All right.
00:13:38.000 So this is the other thing I want to hear from the audience here and see if there's emails coming in right now.
00:13:43.000 I'm assuming they are.
00:13:44.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:13:46.000 If you were out for nine days, And basically, it was like there's some people saying he's essentially been MIA for 12, really.
00:13:54.000 I think he sort of, but we'll say nine, just to be conservative.
00:13:58.000 But some say 12, some say two weeks, whatever you want to say.
00:14:01.000 But let's say nine.
00:14:03.000 If you were out for nine days with the flu, is that what you look like after nine days?
00:14:07.000 Or do you look gaunt and famished?
00:14:09.000 I mean, not to say that the guy's ever looked not gaunt.
00:14:12.000 So that's, you know, part of the problem here.
00:14:13.000 The guy hasn't been eating meat for a number of years.
00:14:16.000 He wanted to beat meat.
00:14:17.000 That was his slogan, according to President Trump, at least.
00:14:20.000 Oh, yeah.
00:14:21.000 So the point is, You go into the flu, you have this flu, you're holed up.
00:14:27.000 Is that what you look like?
00:14:29.000 Or is something else going on here?
00:14:31.000 Now, so I accidentally waded into this on X last night, and I just said, listen, guys, regardless of whether he was at a mental health facility or not, you don't bail on your campaign for almost two weeks, probably the biggest job interview of your life, and not find that disqualifying.
00:14:50.000 Now, that being said, we have to tell the audience what happened.
00:14:54.000 So over the weekend, There were some folks on X that suggested that they had proof that he had actually flown to Cincinnati to a mental health facility.
00:15:03.000 Well, the mental health facility is now saying they're denying that.
00:15:06.000 They're saying straight up that didn't happen.
00:15:08.000 He never was served here.
00:15:09.000 But here's the issue the whole campaign handled this so ham fistedly that we don't really know what the story is unless you're just inclined to believe James Talrico.
00:15:19.000 Do you guys believe this explanation that it was the flu?
00:15:22.000 Do you think something else is going on here?
00:15:24.000 It was very, very strange, Blake.
00:15:26.000 And you are not a conspiracy theorist, you are contrarian to every conspiracy theory.
00:15:30.000 But you have to, Lisa, it was handled bizarrely.
00:15:33.000 It was weird.
00:15:33.000 So, what stands out is it is weird.
00:15:35.000 You just don't see candidates disappear for as long as he did.
00:15:38.000 Now, even Mark Halperin was saying there's a lot of potential explanations.
00:15:43.000 So he could be secretly fundraising somewhere it looks bad.
00:15:46.000 It could be a somewhat ambitious strategy, they think when he's out there more, it hurts him.
00:15:50.000 Whereas when the focus is more on Paxton, it hurts Paxton.
00:15:53.000 So you want more of a focus on him.
00:15:55.000 Another possibility, and I talked to Dave Weigel at Semaphore, a good reporter that we're friends with, and he threw out the possibility that maybe, really, he was maybe better by nine days or so.
00:16:05.000 And that's when people started talking about it.
00:16:06.000 And they thought, let's let this play out.
00:16:08.000 They might hurt themselves by overreaching here.
00:16:10.000 All of that.
00:16:12.000 Was possible.
00:16:13.000 And I think people fixated on one potential interpretation that was really, really salacious and dramatic, which, if true, I mean, you would understand why people would want to run with that.
00:16:23.000 But I don't know that actual hard proof has been forthcoming.
00:16:26.000 So there was all the speculation on the internet about whether there was a plane that Reed Hoffman set up to take him from Austin to Ohio.
00:16:34.000 We don't know any of that.
00:16:35.000 We can't prove any of that.
00:16:37.000 But we can say that it would be a HIPAA violation of this mental health facility to admit either way.
00:16:43.000 Gigantic.
00:16:43.000 Yeah.
00:16:44.000 So, very.
00:16:45.000 Whatever happened, they have one move here.
00:16:48.000 Their one move is to deny, deny, deny, get the heck out, CYA.
00:16:53.000 Abort, abort, abort. 0.98
00:16:55.000 So even if it's true, they would be fools to allow any of that in the public. 0.96
00:16:59.000 They have publicly said it didn't happen. 0.87
00:17:01.000 Okay.
00:17:02.000 We just know that it would be a HIPAA violation.
00:17:03.000 It was worded strangely.
00:17:05.000 Got to get the wording.
00:17:06.000 We'll do that in the other side.
00:17:08.000 So we have questions.
00:17:09.000 We don't have answers, but here's where we can sum it up.
00:17:13.000 You shouldn't be bailing on a campaign, even with the flu.
00:17:15.000 Do a phoner and be like, I'm going to hold up.
00:17:17.000 Oh, guys, I'm really down low.
00:17:19.000 Like, just do a phoner.
00:17:21.000 Just get your voice out there.
00:17:23.000 Nine days.
00:17:24.000 Nine days.
00:17:25.000 It was really like 12, though.
00:17:26.000 Like, to be fair.
00:17:27.000 And then he just shows up walking around at ACL.
00:17:30.000 It's very strange.
00:17:31.000 Very strange.
00:17:32.000 In my opinion, disqualifying.
00:17:34.000 It shows the type of campaign.
00:17:35.000 And by the way, all those staffers that handled this so poorly, they're going to be staffed in his office if he gets elected senator.
00:17:42.000 So that's also another disqualifying element here.
00:17:45.000 All right, without further ado, I'm so glad to have this guest on.
00:17:51.000 Jesse Kelly.
00:17:52.000 Jesse, you're the host of the nationally syndicated Jesse Kelly show.
00:17:56.000 You are an awesome talent when it comes to commentary.
00:17:59.000 One of my favorite ex-follows because you just have a way with words, my friend.
00:18:04.000 You just tell it like it is.
00:18:07.000 And please check him out.
00:18:09.000 Jesse Kelly, D.C., but you're not in D.C. anymore.
00:18:11.000 You're in Texas, but that's all right.
00:18:14.000 Jesse, there's so much going on, but why don't we just cover the Tal Rico thing, kind of sum it up?
00:18:20.000 From your perspective, I mean, it's a huge race in your state.
00:18:23.000 What do you make of it?
00:18:24.000 All the rumors going around and his explanation?
00:18:27.000 Well, his explanation is not good, and there is no explanation that's good.
00:18:30.000 I mean, everybody who watches this wonderful show understands this because we're all political nerds, but the last month before an election is obviously the most critical month.
00:18:39.000 I know that's not exactly breaking news.
00:18:42.000 I ran for Congress and lost twice, but I was the Republican nominee.
00:18:46.000 And I'm telling you, I didn't see my family for a month.
00:18:49.000 You don't hardly sleep.
00:18:50.000 It's all you get fat because it's all fast food because it's event after event after fundraiser.
00:18:55.000 It is breakneck speed the last month.
00:18:59.000 And that was for a congressional race, a race in the House.
00:19:02.000 The Senate has 100 seats.
00:19:04.000 They call it the most exclusive club in the world.
00:19:06.000 James Tallarico, whatever poll you want to believe, appears to have a shot at winning one of those seats.
00:19:13.000 You don't take 12 days off under any circumstances if that's the case, if you so happen to get the flu, if that whole lie is actually true.
00:19:23.000 If you got the flu, your donors, your campaign staff would pay the finest doctors in America to rally around you and have you pumped so full of fluids and antibiotics because they would know 24, 48 hours has got to be back out there.
00:19:39.000 We don't have time for this.
00:19:40.000 You don't go and nurse a tummy for 12 days. 0.99
00:19:43.000 So I don't know the total truth of what happened, but I know the flu is a bunch of crap. 0.89
00:19:49.000 I know something's going on here, Jesse. 0.93
00:19:51.000 I totally agree.
00:19:52.000 You don't nurse a tummy ache.
00:19:54.000 James Talrico for nine, 12 days, whatever the number is.
00:19:57.000 It was basically 12.
00:19:59.000 Here's what I can't figure out.
00:20:00.000 Jesse, why doesn't he pick up the phone and start phoning in at radio shows and just being like, hey, I'm super under the weather, got this flu, but nothing's going to hold me back.
00:20:09.000 I'm calling in.
00:20:10.000 You know, if I got to take an emergency trip to the bathroom, sorry, guys, but I'm leaving nothing out on the field.
00:20:16.000 I'm going, I'm going.
00:20:17.000 None of that.
00:20:18.000 No warrior spirit.
00:20:19.000 No nothing.
00:20:20.000 Something doesn't make sense here.
00:20:23.000 I mean, it's possible he could just.
00:20:24.000 Have been like literally not able to walk or something for a while.
00:20:27.000 He's sitting on the phone next to his head.
00:20:29.000 Anyways, I'm 45 years old.
00:20:31.000 I've been sick many times in my life.
00:20:33.000 I'm not a naturally sickly person, but we've all, after so much time, been sick.
00:20:37.000 I've never been down for 12 days.
00:20:38.000 I've never been down for 12 days with anything ever in my life.
00:20:42.000 And the problem for Team Tallarico right now is the only explanation that makes sense is the explanation that he was checked into a facility somewhere.
00:20:52.000 It's the only explanation that makes sense.
00:20:54.000 The flu doesn't make sense.
00:20:55.000 Nothing.
00:20:56.000 Nothing else checks all the boxes of making sense.
00:20:59.000 I don't know that we're, we have, or even we're going to have final black and white confirmation of what actually happened.
00:21:06.000 But the problem is the only believable thing that explains disappearing.
00:21:10.000 And like Blake said, you can't call in.
00:21:13.000 Why wouldn't you be able to call in?
00:21:14.000 All right.
00:21:14.000 Even if you've got the flu, you could even tell the host because it would be a friendly host.
00:21:18.000 Hey, I'm sure his name would be Gavin or something.
00:21:20.000 Hey, Gavin, I'm a little under the weather.
00:21:23.000 Could you keep it to a question or two because then I have to go puke or something?
00:21:27.000 You could do that.
00:21:28.000 But nothing disappearing that does not happen.
00:21:31.000 I have never seen it.
00:21:32.000 I've followed politics for 20 years of my life like a total nerd.
00:21:37.000 I have never seen or heard of anything like that in my life ever.
00:21:40.000 This is, yeah, this is unprecedented.
00:21:42.000 I've never seen anything like this.
00:21:43.000 And you have very veteran campaign strategists that are going all over the news saying nobody's ever seen anything like this.
00:21:50.000 And so, my point is, I don't really care what the explanation is.
00:21:54.000 This is a clue for voters to see how this man would run his life, his office, the Senate office for Texans.
00:22:02.000 It's just.
00:22:03.000 He'll just screw off for a couple weeks.
00:22:05.000 And by the way, he's the main guy.
00:22:07.000 Remember when the whole House in Texas was trying to avoid legislating and they got out of Dodge?
00:22:13.000 He was one of the main spokespersons.
00:22:14.000 He has now a trend, a history of just kind of going away, leaving, leaving the scene.
00:22:20.000 That's what happened.
00:22:21.000 So to me, it doesn't really matter.
00:22:23.000 Now, the other big story this morning is Ilhan Omar.
00:22:27.000 She's getting raided by HSI.
00:22:30.000 I saw you comment on this clip, Jesse. 0.98
00:22:32.000 So I'm just going to, it's from Abdul El Sayed. 0.70
00:22:34.000 But to me, Ilhan and Abdul, they're all the, They're all the same part of the same blob. 0.95
00:22:39.000 So I'm going to play this and get your reaction to it.
00:22:41.000 SOT 11.
00:22:42.000 We've also got to make sure that in this state, we are not discriminating by documentation status.
00:22:46.000 Right now, if you're undocumented, you don't get access to a driver's license.
00:22:50.000 So you're stuck.
00:22:51.000 You don't get access to a lot of the basic things the state offers everybody else. 0.91
00:22:54.000 And I think that's ridiculous.
00:22:55.000 And so we've got to stop discriminating that way.
00:22:58.000 And I also believe that we've got to make sure that if we're honest and serious about empowering our immigrant communities, then we've got to put some money behind making sure that folks have the access to be able to train in their.
00:23:10.000 Profession of choice to be able to get re licensed to do what they do here in the United States and invest in basic things like English language training.
00:23:19.000 Would refugees be a part of this plan?
00:23:21.000 Absolutely.
00:23:22.000 We as a country, I believe, owe it to the world to open our doors.
00:23:27.000 Oh, okay. 0.97
00:23:28.000 So, Egyptian summer boy with the United Arab Emirates vacation home that advocates for Sharia law tells us, Jesse, that it is our obligation to the world to open up the doors to the third world. 0.97
00:23:44.000 Your take. 0.99
00:23:46.000 Well, I've said many times before that politics, you know, winning in politics, it involves a lot of boring, unsexy things.
00:23:53.000 You know, we care about the latest Senate.
00:23:55.000 Race and everyone cares about the presidency, but who's on your school board?
00:23:58.000 You know, I've talked about that a million times.
00:24:00.000 There's a million unsexy things that have to be done, knocking on doors and things like that, before you actually win in politics.
00:24:07.000 There's no magic bullet.
00:24:09.000 I've said that many times before.
00:24:10.000 No one thing. 0.99
00:24:12.000 But I don't know that I'm 100% correct about that because immigration really is that one thing.
00:24:17.000 And people can choose to believe or not believe that, but the communist will tell you that all day, every day.
00:24:22.000 It's not an accident.
00:24:23.000 It's happening in the UK.
00:24:24.000 It's happening in France.
00:24:25.000 It's happening in Germany.
00:24:26.000 It's happening across. 0.98
00:24:28.000 Formerly, maybe, hopefully not, Christian based Western civilization.
00:24:31.000 And we remember what Joe Biden and the communists around him did with four years, 20 to 25 million.
00:24:37.000 The communist believes this is the magic bullet.
00:24:39.000 And if you look at the way these things happen, the way people vote when they come in, the way they continue to expand, the communist is probably correct. 0.78
00:24:47.000 With the mass importation of foreigners, we cannot possibly stop the communist revolution. 0.96
00:24:52.000 They will succeed. 0.76
00:24:53.000 With the mass deportation of foreigners, the communists cannot win. 0.89
00:24:57.000 The Democrat Party is a 20% party.
00:24:59.000 They're not 55.
00:25:00.000 They're not 45.
00:25:02.000 They're not even 30.
00:25:03.000 They're a 20% party.
00:25:04.000 And you know this because they take the 20% side of virtually every single issue.
00:25:08.000 So, what explains that?
00:25:10.000 20% side of every single issue, yet they're roughly half of the House, roughly half of the Senate, coin flip midterms.
00:25:16.000 What explains that? 0.99
00:25:17.000 It explains that they brought in millions and millions of foreign barbarians, and those are their new constituency. 1.00
00:25:23.000 The Democrats do not have a domestic constituency anymore. 1.00
00:25:26.000 They have a few domestic idiots who believe that they're still on their side. 0.99
00:25:30.000 But the Democrat Party, as a Whole has completely moved away from Americans. 1.00
00:25:34.000 They are the party exclusively of foreigners. 0.54
00:25:36.000 Yeah, you mentioned how critical it is. 1.00
00:25:38.000 It's not even just that Biden threw open the gates.
00:25:40.000 I think it's worth reminding people the last three months before the 24 election, you can look this up.
00:25:45.000 There's stories that they were trying to just rubber stamp as many citizenship applications as they could in the lead up to that election, not just so they could vote in that election, but because then they could vote in every subsequent election.
00:25:57.000 In Spain, the government there, unpopular, headed for defeat.
00:26:00.000 What did they do this year?
00:26:01.000 They passed amnesty for.
00:26:03.000 Hundreds of thousands might end up being over a million people ultimately just waved them in.
00:26:08.000 In France, you have the far left. 0.99
00:26:10.000 They're teaming up with these extremely radical children of immigrants. 1.00
00:26:13.000 They're rioting against the government. 1.00
00:26:15.000 He openly says, My goal is to abolish like the historical character of France, creolization, he calls it.
00:26:22.000 It is, they are one in the same, this like global third world ideology.
00:26:27.000 It really is to overthrow the West.
00:26:29.000 I think a lot of them would gloat about this in their private meetings.
00:26:32.000 Of course.
00:26:33.000 Yeah, I mean, I'll never forget that SPLC guy that on, you know, he did that interview, and on the background, there was that poster, like, gloating about the decline of the white population over the years.
00:26:47.000 And when they get asked about this, they say, well, we think it's important because we believe as that number goes down, there will be more far right and white supremacist agitation.
00:26:57.000 Yeah.
00:26:58.000 Jesse, they lie.
00:26:59.000 Yeah.
00:27:01.000 They know they have to lie about that for the most part.
00:27:03.000 Now, every now and then, they get caught on camera talking about it, but I mean, you'll Hear even moderate, even though that's not a thing anymore, moderate Democrats out there just openly say, My number one goal is amnesty for $10 million.
00:27:15.000 My number one goal is amnesty for $15 million.
00:27:18.000 And these people are not compassionate. 0.97
00:27:19.000 It's not because they have some kind of heart for click click from Nigeria. 0.98
00:27:23.000 They have no heart for anyone else whatsoever. 0.97
00:27:26.000 They understand all of them.
00:27:27.000 The media understands this as well.
00:27:29.000 Hollywood understands this. 0.98
00:27:30.000 If you are a communist in any part of Western civilization, you understand instinctively that the mass importation of foreigners means you will win. 0.74
00:27:39.000 And you understand that domestic patriots are your enemy. 0.90
00:27:42.000 So what do you have to do?
00:27:43.000 Well, you do what any opposing army would do you bring in reinforcements.
00:27:47.000 And that's why we are where we are.
00:27:49.000 Yeah, well, and by the way, I just want the audience to know if you are blackpilled, if you're dooming because of Iran or something like that, I just suggest you give, was it David Beer from the Cato Institute a follow on social media? 0.62
00:28:03.000 Oh, yeah. 0.63
00:28:03.000 Follow that guy. 0.63
00:28:05.000 ASAP.
00:28:05.000 The guy just came out with this new graph, Jesse, that shows that the Trump administration has cut legal immigration by even more than they've cut illegal immigration.
00:28:15.000 Why is that so important?
00:28:16.000 Legal immigration is just as damaging as illegal immigration. 0.94
00:28:20.000 The mass importation. 0.98
00:28:21.000 Of foreigners doesn't suddenly become wonderful just because some scumbag in Washington, D.C. decides it should be legal. 0.97
00:28:27.000 This country has been ripped away from the hands of the American worker and handed to foreigners, undercutting wages, taking away jobs. 0.95
00:28:34.000 That's why we're seeing the destruction of the middle class and rising prices, by the way. 1.00
00:28:39.000 You want to get prices down, you want to solve at least in large part almost every problem in our society, get 100 million barbarians out of the country. 0.95
00:28:47.000 This is why you're on the show, Jesse. 1.00
00:28:49.000 I love it.
00:28:50.000 Tell it like it is.
00:28:51.000 Host of the nationally syndicated Jesse Kelly show.
00:28:54.000 You can follow him on X, and I recommend you do it at Jesse Kelly DC.
00:28:58.000 But you got to change your handle, Jesse.
00:28:59.000 It's Jesse Kelly TX, I think is what you need to go for.
00:29:03.000 But that's all right.
00:29:04.000 You're in Houston, right?
00:29:05.000 That area?
00:29:06.000 You're based around there?
00:29:07.000 You got the fall?
00:29:08.000 I am in Houston, and so yes, even though it's lovely fall weather for other people, it's still 88 degrees, feels like 150, so that is what it is.
00:29:18.000 We don't have the humidity, though.
00:29:20.000 We don't have the humidity, though. 1.00
00:29:21.000 Lots of immigrants coming into Houston, man. 1.00
00:29:23.000 You got, I mean, it's a problem. 1.00
00:29:25.000 Houston's getting overrun.
00:29:26.000 Anyways, all right.
00:29:27.000 So there's so many things I want to get your opinion on, Jesse.
00:29:31.000 But I want to start with the movement and then I want to go into feminism if we can find the time because there's only two fix everything switches immigration and feminism, like beating both of those back.
00:29:41.000 All right.
00:29:42.000 But the movement has been in disarray, obviously, since we lost Charlie, which is something we think about a lot here.
00:29:48.000 But I noticed that you blocked somebody that.
00:29:53.000 You know, he'll interact with me on my tweets.
00:29:55.000 I've never met him in person, but that was Joel Berry.
00:29:58.000 And I thought it was an interesting kind of choice from you to make because you just said, hey, I'm done doing this back and forth with certain people, personalities on X or whatever.
00:30:09.000 You know, when the $20 burrito thing went viral, it was actually Joel Berry replying to my $20 burrito tweet that really poured jet fuel on it.
00:30:17.000 So I'm grateful for that, anyways.
00:30:19.000 But so kind of explain where you're at right now.
00:30:22.000 It makes sense of where the movement's at and kind of the choices you're making about moving forward.
00:30:26.000 Well, look, I'm a big believer in cutting people off.
00:30:31.000 I'm 45 years old, and something I've learned in life we're all supposed to be accepting and be this and be that.
00:30:37.000 And don't get me wrong, you want to have a kind Christian heart and all those things. 0.94
00:30:41.000 But there's something that I have discovered in my 45 years on this planet, and that's that you need to cut people out of your life. 0.98
00:30:47.000 And if you do that, if you cut people out of your life, you will be happier.
00:30:52.000 Your life will be better.
00:30:54.000 There is no human being, and this is not about any one specific person.
00:30:58.000 There's no human being on the planet, not family members, certainly not someone on social media.
00:31:03.000 Nobody is allowed to be a net negative on my life.
00:31:07.000 Have you contributed to my life in some way?
00:31:09.000 Have you in any way made my life positive?
00:31:12.000 You better weigh the debits and credits on that because if I look and I think you're a net negative, then you're gone immediately.
00:31:19.000 And this most definitely applies.
00:31:21.000 Look, I do this in real life.
00:31:22.000 I block people's phone numbers.
00:31:24.000 This is how I work.
00:31:25.000 And it most definitely applies to social media where it's really an online thing.
00:31:30.000 We're not interacting.
00:31:32.000 We're not breaking bread.
00:31:32.000 We're not doing Thanksgiving together.
00:31:35.000 So you have virtually, unless we are friends, unless we've talked like acquaintances.
00:31:41.000 You have virtually no wiggle room to mildly annoy me.
00:31:45.000 People think when I block people and I try to block, I try to block 10 to 20 people a day.
00:31:51.000 That's a goal.
00:31:52.000 But it's not that you have to anger me.
00:31:55.000 I'm not angry about things people say on there.
00:31:58.000 If you mildly annoy me for any reason, I will block you immediately.
00:32:02.000 And I have never, not one time, I don't know how many it's been, thousands of them, not one time have I ever thought afterwards that was a mistake or maybe a month later, even remember that.
00:32:12.000 Person's name and said, wow, I wish I had them back in my life.
00:32:14.000 Not one time.
00:32:16.000 I block as often as possible.
00:32:18.000 My life is great for it.
00:32:19.000 Well, no, and I can appreciate it on a personal level.
00:32:21.000 You know, given the whole thing, you know, we're building a turning point.
00:32:25.000 We're trying to put together a coalition, a winning coalition.
00:32:28.000 What's your take on the state of the movement, right?
00:32:30.000 You've got these sort of accelerationists that are saying, hey, go vote Democrat.
00:32:35.000 And you got the dissidents that are very unhappy, even when we're putting up W's, they're very unhappy about, let's say, Iran or whatever.
00:32:42.000 I share some of those frustrations, certainly.
00:32:44.000 But then, you know, how do we manage that where there's all these disparate streams in the movement and these factions within the movement and trying to build something that can actually win an election?
00:32:56.000 And what's your take on the state of the movement right now?
00:32:59.000 I think right now, if from the outside looking in, or I guess you're not on the outside, if we're just looking at it right now, but it looks like, wow, everyone's at each other's throats.
00:33:08.000 And like you mentioned, there's this faction, this faction of people who argue about everything from Ukraine to taxes to immigration to Israel to all this endless stuff.
00:33:17.000 And you look at it and you Think to yourself, wow, the movement's hopelessly divided.
00:33:21.000 I don't necessarily look at it that way.
00:33:24.000 I try to zoom out as often as humanly possible.
00:33:26.000 And what we have right now is the leader of the, I don't know if we're going to call it conservative movement, America First movement, Donald Trump, the guy who has been the big cheese for over a decade.
00:33:37.000 That's a very long time to be the big cheese in a movement.
00:33:40.000 His time is almost done.
00:33:42.000 And like any king historically who is sick and on his deathbed, it's not when he dies, the second he goes down with the sniffles.
00:33:52.000 The fighting begins over who is going to inherit the kingdom.
00:33:55.000 And there are a lot of people with a lot of different coalitions, a lot of different goals who are wanting a big seat at the table or to sit at the head of the table when Donald Trump finally goes away.
00:34:06.000 And what do we have?
00:34:07.000 Two and a half years left?
00:34:09.000 And so, right now, all this is is a big succession fight.
00:34:12.000 That's all this is.
00:34:13.000 And I don't stress it because we'll fight and the people will throw poop at each other.
00:34:17.000 And look, like I said, as long as you're not personally rude to me, I don't care what opinion you have.
00:34:21.000 You can disagree with me.
00:34:22.000 That's fine.
00:34:22.000 I'll disagree with you.
00:34:24.000 As long as you're not rude, I don't give a crap. 0.98
00:34:26.000 So we'll throw monkey poop at each other for the next two and a half years, and then we'll have a Republican nominee, and most of this stuff will quiet down. 0.98
00:34:33.000 Yeah, I think that's a really healthy way to look at it.
00:34:35.000 You know, a lot of people, and I will tell you this at Turning Point, we get a lot of incoming.
00:34:40.000 If we put, if some X person is on our speaker graphic or Y person shows up at a campus, and it's like we're trying, listen, you in the movement, you can have your factionalism, you can fight and throw monkey poop, as you call it, at each other.
00:34:53.000 Our role is a little bit different. 0.86
00:34:55.000 We have to be thinking about how do we keep.
00:34:58.000 Some semblance of a coalition together, but I think that's super healthy.
00:35:00.000 And people need to get back to a point where they disagree, and it doesn't have to be so personal, or you don't have to call somebody evil, right?
00:35:06.000 For every little disagreement.
00:35:08.000 If you're anti communist, if you're right on immigration, if you're right on a number of things, if you love this country, I'm good.
00:35:15.000 I'm good.
00:35:15.000 I can have that conversation with you.
00:35:18.000 Where do you think it's going to all end up, Jesse?
00:35:20.000 I think we're going to end up just fine.
00:35:21.000 And I think we're going to win in the end.
00:35:23.000 And I need to be clear when I say that I'm not saying we're going to win in the midterms.
00:35:26.000 I don't know that.
00:35:27.000 I mean, probably up against some serious headwinds here.
00:35:29.000 I'm not even saying we're going to win in 2028.
00:35:31.000 I'm not saying that.
00:35:33.000 I think that in the end, I think that we anti communists will come together enough.
00:35:38.000 We're always going to fight.
00:35:40.000 I think we're going to come together enough and we're going to defeat the communists.
00:35:43.000 I do.
00:35:43.000 Now, a lot of that will come back to battles that are bigger than others.
00:35:47.000 Like we mentioned immigration earlier, that's one we have to win. 1.00
00:35:51.000 We can't massively import foreigners and win. 1.00
00:35:54.000 It's not possible. 1.00
00:35:55.000 But I think we will win in the end.
00:35:57.000 But I think that people, all people, young people, old people, have to understand that this is a long, years, decades long process.
00:36:04.000 And no matter how old you are right now, you probably will not live to see the end of this kind of fighting.
00:36:10.000 So learn to love the grind and learn to love.
00:36:12.000 The fight because that's what we have now, and that grind is important.
00:36:15.000 Yeah, I think that's well said.
00:36:17.000 Jesse Kelly, host of the nationally syndicated Jesse Kelly Show.
00:36:21.000 Give him a follow on X. Anything else we can promote for you, Jesse?
00:36:24.000 I'm not working on anything right now except for coping with a wife who officially has two teenage boys with driver's licenses.
00:36:32.000 So it feels like the kids have left the house, and now at this point in time, she's talking about getting a new dog.
00:36:37.000 So I can really use everyone's prayers.
00:36:39.000 Yeah, I was going to say, prayers up for Jesse Kelly.
00:36:42.000 He navigates this.
00:36:43.000 Very tumultuous period.
00:36:45.000 Enjoy that fall weather in Houston.
00:36:47.000 Jesse, I'm so glad we made this happen, my friend.
00:36:49.000 Good to see you.
00:36:50.000 Be good, fellas.
00:36:50.000 I appreciate you.
00:36:51.000 Take care.
00:36:54.000 Before he ever stepped onto a debate stage or behind a microphone, Charlie understood something really important that if you want to lead, you first have to learn.
00:37:04.000 Charlie believed that ideas shape character, conviction, and courage.
00:37:07.000 That's why he spent years studying the classics, the American founding, and the Bible through Hillsdale College's free online courses.
00:37:14.000 He would rave about these courses all the time.
00:37:16.000 These free online courses are taught by Hillsdale College professors and draw from the same great books and enduring ideas studied on Hillsdale's campus.
00:37:25.000 Hillsdale's newest free online course is the Iliad, where Professor Stephen Smith guides students through Homer's great epic of honor, courage, friendship, leadership, and the pursuit of true greatness.
00:37:36.000 For nearly 3,000 years, the Iliad has shaped the Western imagination.
00:37:39.000 It tells the story of Achilles as he confronts injustice, rage, grief, responsibility, and the terrible costs of war.
00:37:46.000 But Homer's epic is more than a story of ancient battles.
00:37:49.000 It raises enduring questions about courage, duty, leadership, sacrifice, and self command.
00:37:54.000 Achilles is the greatest warrior among the Greeks, but Homer asks whether strength alone is enough to make a man truly great.
00:38:01.000 In this new free online course, you'll follow Achilles through the defining trials of his life and discover why one of the greatest works of Western literature still speaks to the permanent questions of human life.
00:38:11.000 Charlie understood that learning isn't just about gaining knowledge, it's about forming the mind and character needed to face the challenges of life with wisdom and courage.
00:38:20.000 You can enroll today completely free and take this class or their 40 plus other free online courses.

00:38:39.000 We have Alex Marlow, editor in chief of Breitbart News, host of the Alex Marlow show joining us.
00:38:45.000 Back by popular demand, Alex.
00:38:48.000 Our folks just love you.
00:38:49.000 And we've been asking, For emails too, by the way, which we'll play.
00:38:52.000 Oh, of course.
00:38:53.000 I mean, they've been coming in all about Talarico, all about.
00:38:57.000 So, you, listen, I talked to you, I asked you, what are you hot on today?
00:39:02.000 What's your big news stories?
00:39:04.000 And it's Tal Rico and Ilhan.
00:39:06.000 We covered that in hour one because those are the main takes.
00:39:08.000 But I want to get your take on this, Alex, because let's start with Tal Rico.
00:39:14.000 I jumped in and I just said, hey, it doesn't matter if he's at a mental health facility or not, whatever.
00:39:20.000 Here's what happened, though the podcast bros on the left, the Pod Save America folks, the Will Sommers of the world, they jumped on me instantly, which tells it's a tell in and of itself.
00:39:33.000 So if you don't live in the online space, I mean, there's some polls that say it's like basically 1% of people are actually.
00:39:39.000 Creators online.
00:39:40.000 If you don't do that, you wouldn't understand what it feels like when you hit something, when you hit the trip, the trip wire, and they come after you, you're like, ah, something's up.
00:39:50.000 They are all in on this.
00:39:52.000 They think they can exploit the fact that there's this rumor going around that he was at a mental health facility, and they think that they can use this to gin up sympathy for him or make us look crazy.
00:40:02.000 But something about this story doesn't sit right with me.
00:40:06.000 What's your take, Alex Marlowe? 0.99
00:40:07.000 Yeah, first of all, he's a liar. 0.98
00:40:09.000 He's been lying to us about the flu. 0.57
00:40:10.000 But we know this because yesterday in back to back interviews, he said he went to his primary care doctor and he went to urgent care.
00:40:16.000 So he doesn't have a story right.
00:40:17.000 He's not telling the truth.
00:40:18.000 And we need to know the answer to this.
00:40:20.000 This is the hottest election in the entire country.
00:40:22.000 This is not a joke.
00:40:23.000 We don't know where he was and we're not getting a clear explanation. 0.99
00:40:26.000 We also know for a fact he is mentally ill. 0.84
00:40:29.000 A guy who acts like God is non binary as if he doesn't know the book of Genesis, where he talks about God the Father. 0.95
00:40:34.000 How many words is it into the story before we figure that out?
00:40:37.000 Is it we're aware of this stuff from the top?
00:40:39.000 And he's like, no, God's non binary.
00:40:41.000 And then he's the type of guy.
00:40:42.000 Who is out there nonstop acting as though he knows every drag queen in all of Texas?
00:40:48.000 He knows him on a first name basis.
00:40:50.000 And he's constantly talking about the climate change patriarchy and how we need to dismantle the capitalist system.
00:40:57.000 It's all the type of stuff that makes normal people's brain hurt.
00:40:59.000 And this is what he's all about. 0.99
00:41:00.000 He has mental health issues.
00:41:02.000 And now we get to talk about them.
00:41:04.000 Do I honestly think he was at the Ohio facility?
00:41:06.000 I don't. 1.00
00:41:07.000 But he is mentally ill. 1.00
00:41:08.000 And now we get to talk about it. 0.99
00:41:10.000 Yeah, this is what I was saying.
00:41:11.000 Like people were saying, is it disqualifying if he had a mental breakdown? 0.96
00:41:15.000 I said, No, what's disqualifying is that he believes in mutilating five year olds, that he believes in an open border, that he believes that white people have this racism virus. 0.99
00:41:26.000 Like all of those things are so disqualifying that if it was the Republican who had a mental breakdown, you would say, no, we still have to vote for that guy because this guy is a lunatic who will destroy the United States. 0.99
00:41:36.000 That is what disqualifies him. 0.99
00:41:38.000 Exactly, exactly right. 1.00
00:41:39.000 And not to mention the stuff like your six genders. 1.00
00:41:41.000 I mean, the guy is completely nuts. 0.97
00:41:44.000 And remember when Trump was on a beer aspirin and so he had the little splotches on his skin, like A million other 80 year olds in everyone's life because he had the blood thinning. 0.99
00:41:53.000 And then people acted like this was some sort of a crisis that was going to take down the Republic because Trump was on the verge of death and everyone was lying about it.
00:42:00.000 And now we get a guy who's legitimately mentally insane, who we're thinking of putting in to be a senator from Texas.
00:42:06.000 And people want to know if he's in a mental health institute when he dropped off the campaign for two weeks. 0.84
00:42:12.000 And we're the crazy people for wanting to know where he is.
00:42:14.000 It's not going to work this time.
00:42:15.000 Yeah.
00:42:15.000 I mean, that's the thing.
00:42:16.000 So Trump wasn't, you know, seen for like a day and a half or something.
00:42:21.000 And it was like, Trump's dead.
00:42:22.000 Everybody, remember this whole freakout?
00:42:25.000 James Talrico is missing for nine to 12 days, depending on which number you believe.
00:42:30.000 If you say more than nine, you'll get community noted because the left wingers are like out in force on this one.
00:42:34.000 That's the tell, though.
00:42:35.000 The fact that they are out in force, I mean, they pounced on me and I was like, I didn't even come up with this story.
00:42:41.000 And they were like, You were one of the chief proponents.
00:42:43.000 I was like, I was not.
00:42:45.000 I saw the report.
00:42:46.000 I said, Wow, big if true.
00:42:48.000 And I was one of the, they painted me as one of the chief proponents of this story.
00:42:52.000 I said, No, the guy disappears.
00:42:55.000 This is the biggest job interview of his life.
00:42:57.000 You don't go disappearing for nine to 12 days in the middle of the most heated election of the cycle and then act like we're all going to just let it go.
00:43:05.000 That's not how this works.
00:43:06.000 This is big boy politics, James Talrico.
00:43:08.000 I know you're a 35 year old beta male who barely eats meat, but this is the real deal, okay?
00:43:13.000 This is the big leagues, buddy.
00:43:15.000 Anyways, all right.
00:43:18.000 It's so right on.
00:43:19.000 And remember last week we had to deal with the Cassie Hutchison thing again, where we were reminded that she acted like Donald Trump commandeered the beast in the middle of a motorcade and wanted to drive it.
00:43:30.000 To the Capitol, and we all took her seriously.
00:43:33.000 And then she had a book deal and was the number one New York Times bestseller list, probably a million dollars off of the book.
00:43:37.000 And we take that stuff seriously.
00:43:39.000 And is it we can't play around with James Tallarico's at a mental institution?
00:43:43.000 And maybe he was there.
00:43:45.000 Who even knows with this guy?
00:43:46.000 He's a total unknown. 1.00
00:43:47.000 He is a liar. 1.00
00:43:49.000 And so they made the rules. 1.00
00:43:50.000 Now we're playing by him too.
00:43:51.000 I'm sticking by this one.
00:43:52.000 I'm defiant in the face of their like, it's been proven you smeared him.
00:43:56.000 No, he smeared himself when he wouldn't come out of bed for nine days, 12 days.
00:44:00.000 Exactly.
00:44:00.000 Maybe it was 15 days.
00:44:01.000 There's literally a local news reporter.
00:44:04.000 This Kevin McMahon, he goes, We tried to get proof of life from James Taurico, but this nasty 15 day flu is just really so bad that he can't.
00:44:11.000 And that's totally understandable.
00:44:13.000 That was a local news reporter in Texas.
00:44:15.000 He said 15 days.
00:44:16.000 So what was it?
00:44:17.000 Was it nine?
00:44:17.000 Was it 15?
00:44:18.000 I don't know.
00:44:20.000 We don't know.
00:44:21.000 But I do want to speak specifically to the white educators in the audience today that there are violent hierarchies, these systems, white supremacy, heteropatriarchy, economic exploitation, those things have colonized our own minds.
00:44:36.000 See, if I had said that and I was saying that seriously, you guys would think Marlo's gone crazy.
00:44:40.000 No, yeah.
00:44:40.000 Tellerico said that not as a joke and we're going to put him in the Senate.
00:44:43.000 That's insane. 0.97
00:44:45.000 I'm going to check you into a mental health facility myself, Alex. 0.98
00:44:48.000 If you say that one more time, I'm going to do it.
00:44:50.000 I'm going to fly to where you're at and I'm going to check you in personally.
00:44:54.000 Here's the other big one of the other big.
00:44:55.000 Well, here's a breaking story we haven't talked about.
00:44:58.000 Elon Musk has admitted that he's poured $366 million into the midterms, SOT 12.
00:45:05.000 According to brand new reporting by the New York Times, Elon Musk has.
00:45:08.000 Quietly funneled $366 million to Republicans for the midterms, more than $276 million of it just since the start of July.
00:45:18.000 That means Musk has spent more money on the midterms than he did on the entire 2024 presidential race.
00:45:24.000 You write that Musk's donation to Senate Republicans Super PAC was, quote, one of the largest political donations in American history and more than the group's Democratic rival raised from all of its donors that quarter.
00:45:35.000 No Democratic billionaire is spending nearly as much as Mr. Musk, and money remains a central worry for the party in an otherwise Favorable political environment.
00:45:46.000 Money remains a big worry, which is great.
00:45:49.000 That's one way of putting it.
00:45:50.000 Good for Elon Musk.
00:45:52.000 I've always been a Musk fan.
00:45:54.000 There's people that think he's the big tech, the China.
00:45:58.000 I give the guy a pass because I think he understands what hour we're in.
00:46:01.000 I think he understands that we are the anti communist against the hordes.
00:46:06.000 I think, and Elon sees this clearly.
00:46:08.000 Alex.
00:46:10.000 So this is right on.
00:46:11.000 And I'll tell you, I'm someone who's more of a Musk.
00:46:14.000 Skeptic and is skeptical of some of his praise of China in the past.
00:46:17.000 And I clung to that longer than I think most people in the MAGA movement.
00:46:22.000 And so I think it gives me extra credibility to say this is huge.
00:46:24.000 He's really putting his money where his mouth is and showing commitment.
00:46:27.000 And he deserves immense amounts of credit for it.
00:46:29.000 This is a bold thing.
00:46:30.000 He's got a lot of companies, a lot of Democrat leftists.
00:46:32.000 They have a lot of stock in his companies.
00:46:34.000 And he's saying, you know what?
00:46:35.000 This is what I believe.
00:46:36.000 I'm sticking with it.
00:46:37.000 And I dig it.
00:46:38.000 I mean, more to the point, he is at the point where the left is so vengeful, so bitter.
00:46:43.000 They may well, if they take power again, they will.
00:46:45.000 Be willing to destroy Tesla, destroy SpaceX, destroy the two best American leading cutting edge manufacturing companies, wreck America's economy, throw us back big time just to spite a guy who went against them.
00:46:58.000 Imagine we didn't have Tesla or SpaceX or, I mean, he is singularly responsible for the most cutting edge technologies.
00:47:07.000 You know how we always watch Back to the Future 2 and it was like 2015, it was supposed to be all advanced and it's not?
00:47:13.000 Well, thanks to Elon Musk, it feels like we live in the future now, okay?
00:47:18.000 I have to plug this huge, huge deal.
00:47:21.000 All right.

00:48:33.000 It was a snowstorm in Nevada that really screwed up our Senate hopes a couple of years back.
00:48:38.000 These things happen.
00:48:39.000 Kid gets sick, you forget what happened.
00:48:40.000 So make a plan to vote, okay?
00:48:42.000 VoteReady.com, VoteReady.com.
00:48:44.000 Later this week, we're going to explore in greater detail the early vote counts, and we're going to kind of dive into some of that and see how it's really playing out.
00:48:52.000 All right, Alex Marlowe joins us, editor in chief of Breitbart.
00:48:56.000 Great American.
00:48:58.000 Alex, there is obviously the other big story is this Ilhan Omar.
00:49:01.000 I never in a million years thought anybody would have the guts to do this.
00:49:04.000 Never in a million years.
00:49:05.000 Honestly, genuinely didn't think so.
00:49:07.000 Now, Democrat leader of the House, Hakeem Jeffries, along with whip Catherine Clark and Pete Aguilar, a real winner there, they come up with this statement.
00:49:16.000 The Trump administration's raid on Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's home is deeply disturbing.
00:49:22.000 And raises serious questions about the continued corrupt weaponization of the federal government against Donald Trump's adversaries.
00:49:30.000 Okay, okay.
00:49:32.000 Now, with less than 30 days until the midterm election, his violent mass deportation machine has descended upon the home of a duly elected member of Congress and her family.
00:49:41.000 Okay, so they're really up in arms.
00:49:43.000 And I do just want to caution everybody don't get too excited about this.
00:49:51.000 This could be a bad precedent.
00:49:54.000 What if, Alex, what if the Democrat administration did something like raid Trump's house and maybe they would even go through his wife's underwear drawer?
00:50:04.000 This could set a terrible precedent, Alex.
00:50:06.000 And I think Hakeem Jeffries is onto something here.
00:50:09.000 It's so right.
00:50:10.000 And this is, again, their rules, the second story in a row, which is like, they made these rules.
00:50:15.000 If you're allowed to go through Barron Trump's Peloton room looking for state secrets, if you're allowed to go through Melania Trump's underwear drawer looking for state secrets, and all that leads up to what was even worse in the raids, which was the complete Completely unconstitutional 19 months of Jack Smith, who did not even have a real job as a fake job, just to rash Trump.
00:50:33.000 All that came from the Mar a Lago raid.
00:50:35.000 If that's what it's going to be, then you know what?
00:50:37.000 You better be very sure that you didn't marry your brother.
00:50:39.000 Yeah.
00:50:40.000 Well, this is hilarious because Peter, you know, Pete Aguilar, who's a real peach, calling this a rogue abuse of power.
00:50:48.000 Pete Aguilar in 2023 on Trump's, on the raid of Trump's house.
00:50:52.000 There can't be two sets of rules, there has to be accountability.
00:50:55.000 Let the justice system play out.
00:50:57.000 These guys, they lie like they breathe. 0.95
00:51:01.000 The hypocrisy is rank and it needs to be called out.
00:51:03.000 Now, I happen to think, Alex, that the number one most likely scenario, I think Blake agrees, is that they're looking into paperwork.
00:51:12.000 They're looking into whether the original paperwork was fraudulent.
00:51:15.000 Was it corrupted?
00:51:16.000 Was it plagiarized?
00:51:17.000 Anything?
00:51:18.000 Was there a situation?
00:51:18.000 They want to find that because most other crimes, unfortunately, our glorious laws don't let us denaturalize a person who merely becomes a citizen and then becomes a fantastic criminal.
00:51:28.000 You have to have committed fraud in the naturalization process itself.
00:51:32.000 And she's been a citizen a long time.
00:51:33.000 So you have to go way back.
00:51:35.000 At which point, then you can denaturalize even a sitting member of Congress.
00:51:40.000 It's not our fault. 0.78
00:51:41.000 She's.
00:51:42.000 Basically, voted into office by a bloc that votes in unison of Somalis and Muslims in Minnesota. 0.95
00:51:49.000 That's Minnesota's fault. 0.96
00:51:50.000 Actually, it is our fault. 0.52
00:51:51.000 It's the government's fault for importing these people.
00:51:53.000 But why is this important?
00:51:54.000 I actually think this is remarkably important that we make a statement that says even if you're a sitting member of Congress and you lied to get in here, you are on the list.
00:52:05.000 You are fair game for the judicial system to prosecute, investigate, and potentially denaturalize.
00:52:11.000 Yeah, that's the first point.
00:52:12.000 That is the most important point that we.
00:52:14.000 Consider it as that if you are a congressperson, you're actually above the law, you're allowed to do illegal stuff and get away with it.
00:52:20.000 This would reset that, which I think would be very good. 1.00
00:52:23.000 And there's all these ancillary things that are going on that are still important, like Somalis on a generationally bad run here. 0.98
00:52:29.000 And there's a major race where there are factors, which is Minnesota, which is one of the tightest primary races. 1.00
00:52:33.000 It's kind of a blue state. 0.89
00:52:35.000 It could go red specifically because of Somali gang violence and fraud. 1.00
00:52:38.000 Important to talk about this. 1.00
00:52:40.000 Maybe is there a stunt element to that part?
00:52:42.000 Maybe, I don't know, but a federal judge signed off on this.
00:52:45.000 So this is not a fly by night thing.
00:52:46.000 And it does allow us to bring up those things about how, remember how the FBI agents were allowed to use deadly force on the Mar a Lago raid?
00:52:53.000 Do you guys remember that?
00:52:54.000 Do you remember how, when they knew they were getting roasted by the media, they took all the alleged classified documents that they found, they scattered it all over Mar a Lago as if Trump had just thrown it up in the air like confetti?
00:53:05.000 Remember how absurd that whole farce was?
00:53:07.000 And now we get to talk about that for a few minutes, and that's okay.
00:53:10.000 Nope.
00:53:11.000 Alex, oh, do you, sorry.
00:53:12.000 Well, I was actually, this might be a bit of a swerve, but we are getting towards the midterms, and Angelo is flagging this that.
00:53:20.000 Mayor Mamdani is just aggressively skipping all of the Columbus Day events.
00:53:25.000 He might attend an Italian American Heritage Dinner that is not Columbus Day related.
00:53:29.000 And obviously, this is a big deal.
00:53:31.000 Angelo is from New York, a lot of Italians there.
00:53:33.000 But I just feel we're closing in on Election Day.
00:53:36.000 And I just feel our big pitch links with the Ilhan Omar stuff that Ilhan Omar is fundamentally not just far left, but very anti American in her outlook.
00:53:45.000 And same thing with Mamdani.
00:53:47.000 It is Christopher Columbus who is the ultimate root cause of a country that his family wanted to move to rather than remain in their home country.
00:53:54.000 But he thinks that's a bad thing.
00:53:56.000 Take down his statues, reject his legacy, celebrate the third worldization of America instead. 1.00
00:54:04.000 I think that should be our message. 1.00
00:54:06.000 It's brilliant.
00:54:06.000 It's exactly right.
00:54:07.000 You guys are totally on it.
00:54:09.000 He's not just here, she's not just here to get elected, enjoy America, and appreciate America, and to make a multicultural experiment. 0.94
00:54:17.000 They're here specifically to undermine what our country stands for. 0.97
00:54:20.000 And the more we talk about that, and Columbus Day is a perfect day to do it, the better Americans are to understand that.
00:54:25.000 That when you start seeing All of the efforts to try to undermine the white patriarchy and the capitalistic system.
00:54:31.000 And remember, Hassan Piker, not Hassan Piker, Abdul El Sayed said, We owe it to the world to open our borders.
00:54:37.000 One of the quotes of the year is not just that we don't like ICE.
00:54:42.000 We owe it to the world to open our borders.
00:54:43.000 We don't owe anyone anything other than Americans.
00:54:47.000 Amen.
00:54:48.000 Yeah, I think this is really so key. 0.62
00:54:50.000 And, you know, I've said it before and I'm going to keep saying it again because I think this phenomenon of Muslims latching on to left wing political movements in the West is because they know those left wing political movements give them the most energy, the most permission to infiltrate, to open the borders. 0.95
00:55:08.000 And then bankrupt us through mass welfare. 0.98
00:55:10.000 The most permission, and it just fulfills their id.
00:55:12.000 They are a very resentment driven political movement.
00:55:15.000 And they want to use it like a Trojan horse to infiltrate the West and destabilize our countries.
00:55:21.000 We can't let it happen.
00:55:22.000 Alex Marlowe, editor in chief of Breitbart, check him out there, host of the Alex Marlowe Show.
00:55:26.000 Thank you, my friend.
00:55:27.000 God bless you.
00:55:27.000 Talk to you soon.
00:55:28.000 Thanks, guys.
00:55:31.000 By the end of the year, more than 60,000 babies will have been saved by preborn centers.
00:55:37.000 Just this year, 60,000 babies.
00:55:40.000 And for every baby who's saved, there's a mom who's saved from a lifetime of pain and regret. 0.66
00:55:44.000 Take a stand for life by providing an ultrasound for a young woman.
00:55:47.000 When you do, she is twice as likely to choose life.
00:55:51.000 Just $28 helps provide that ultrasound that saves one baby. 0.99
00:55:54.000 $140 helps save five.
00:55:57.000 A gift of $15,000.
00:55:58.000 And I know there are people out there in this audience that can do this.
00:56:01.000 $15,000 provides an ultrasound machine that can save thousands of babies for years to come.
00:56:07.000 And $28 a month can help save babies all year long.
00:56:11.000 For less than a dollar a day.
00:56:12.000 So call 833 850 2229.
00:56:16.000 That's 833 850 2229.
00:56:18.000 Or click on the preborn banner at charliekirk.com today.
00:56:22.000 Preborn was so special to Charlie, and it's so important to me as well.
00:56:27.000 Right now, you can help make motherhood possible by providing ultrasounds with preborn.
00:56:31.000 I'd be so honored if you'd prayerfully consider joining us.
00:56:36.000 All right.
00:56:37.000 Matthew Peterson joins us now.
00:56:39.000 He's got a long CV.
00:56:41.000 I want to make sure I get all of the cool things.
00:56:43.000 Post Legacy Ventures.
00:56:45.000 Infrastructure and media.
00:56:46.000 He's the founder of something called Forum, which is a new project he's doing.
00:56:50.000 I'm hoping to work with him at Amfest, as a matter of fact, to set up a great debate.
00:56:54.000 These are the most important conversations that we're going to have on the right.
00:56:57.000 And so that's kind of Matthew Peterson in a nutshell.
00:57:01.000 He's also a fellow at Claremont, which we love.
00:57:04.000 Welcome back to the show, Matthew.
00:57:05.000 It's good to see you, man.
00:57:06.000 Hey, it's good to be here.
00:57:07.000 I'm actually, after the little trip to Israel I just did, I'm at the Claremont Fellowships with a bunch of speech writers here in Washington, D.C. Fantastic.
00:57:14.000 Oh, nice.
00:57:15.000 Fantastic.
00:57:15.000 Well, that's what I love about what you do.
00:57:17.000 You're not afraid to have the hard conversations on the right to sort of forge a new consensus because movements change.
00:57:23.000 The principles, the first principles remain the same, but in a changing world with the context constantly changing, the coalition constantly changing, we've got to sort of reexamine these.
00:57:33.000 And you're one of those guys that's out front doing that, having very courageous conversations.
00:57:37.000 So I love that about what you're doing, Matthew.
00:57:39.000 Now, you went to NatCon, and this became quite the buzz on the internets.
00:57:45.000 Of it all.
00:57:46.000 And it was interesting to see who was upset about it, who kind of understood it, who got what you were doing, who got what other speakers like our friend Lomez were doing, Jonathan Keeperman.
00:57:55.000 But you guys went to Israel, which is first and foremost.
00:57:57.000 I mean, I think for a certain segment of the population.
00:58:00.000 There's a lot of people who, at this point, if it's any Jewish speaker, anyone in Israel, they're just going to lose their mind.
00:58:05.000 Yeah.
00:58:05.000 So they lost their mind.
00:58:06.000 But what you said, I actually watched your speech and I was like, based, based, based.
00:58:13.000 No, no notes, no notes.
00:58:15.000 So let's just start there.
00:58:16.000 What.
00:58:17.000 We can get into what the NatCon goal is.
00:58:20.000 There's a lot of people that speculate that it's actually sort of like a Trojan horse for a greater Israel project and all that.
00:58:26.000 But why did you go?
00:58:28.000 Why did you decide to go there and speak in the first place, Matthew?
00:58:31.000 Yeah, thank you for asking that question.
00:58:34.000 You know, so I was asked to go, I think, months ago, and I thought, look, I have a busy schedule. 0.74
00:58:40.000 I know full well if I go to Jerusalem to NatCon, I'm going to get people on both sides yelling that, you know, ironically, both that I'm a Nazi and a pawn of the, you know, Zionists.
00:58:51.000 And I thought the only reason to go, you know, to NatCon in Jerusalem would be to actually address some of these issues about American Israeli relations.
00:58:59.000 And at the time, I thought, you know, I'm too busy.
00:59:01.000 I don't think I can pull that off of my schedule.
00:59:04.000 And then I started to look at what was going on behind the scenes on the right.
00:59:08.000 And I think there's a lot of bad actors who are trying to stir up division, particularly anti Vance people, with charges of anti Semitism and claiming they speak for the right and trying to gatekeep.
00:59:20.000 And I just saw this mess.
00:59:21.000 And Yoram and our friend Amanda Milius reached out and said, Hey, we want to have this panel to directly address these issues.
00:59:31.000 And I thought, This is right.
00:59:33.000 The time is right to actually start talking about this and untangling. 0.83
00:59:37.000 This mess we have, where on the one side, you have people, as Blake just said, who anything Israel or Jewish is terrible and a non starter, and they're screaming about how everyone's a tool of the Zionists.
00:59:51.000 And the other side, you have people who are yelling that everyone is an anti Semite, many times unfairly.
00:59:59.000 So I thought the time is now to just disentangle this.
01:00:02.000 So my main point is very simple. 0.51
01:00:03.000 My main point was don't mistake the fact, especially if you are Israeli.
01:00:08.000 That in American politics, there's a lot of people who are against intervention.
01:00:11.000 They're concerned about foreign intervention, but generally they're pro Israel, they're friendly. 0.70
01:00:16.000 And I think the new right, there's a lot of people in the new right who see a little bit of decoupling, nothing crazy, but a little bit of separating America from the Middle East and taking a step back. 0.52
01:00:25.000 And the flip side of that is more sovereignty for Israel.
01:00:29.000 I think that's common sense, but common sense doesn't fly these days, and there was a lot of controversy in the ensuing days.
01:00:36.000 So, Matt, we like to talk about this.
01:00:38.000 Charlie spent a lot of time talking about it.
01:00:40.000 He spent a lot of effort behind the scenes on this because he knew years ago this was a growing issue within the right that people are getting increasingly radicalized on the Israel topic and how it relates to foreign intervention and everything else.
01:00:53.000 And he wanted something stable, something that the movement could, even if there was disagreement, avoid blowing up and letting the far left win elections over it.
01:01:02.000 So, what do you see as a stable point?
01:01:06.000 Like, if we have JD Vance running in 2028, or even candidates going beyond, What is a position they could stake out that would satisfy enough people and be a point that it can win over voters and keep people in our movement from spiraling out one way or the other?
01:01:24.000 I think that the acknowledgement has to be, and I think that JD has tried to do this a little bit, but I think the next step is to say, look, we're two separate countries.
01:01:34.000 Our interests don't always align, and sometimes our interests do align.
01:01:38.000 And when they align, great, we work together.
01:01:41.000 When they don't, that's okay.
01:01:43.000 We're still friends.
01:01:44.000 And I think that a little bit of independence is what's needed here.
01:01:48.000 There is a little bit of good fences make good neighbors.
01:01:51.000 We're not, what the United States, very simply, the national security strategy that was written last year, wants Israel to remain secure. 0.98
01:01:58.000 You know, that's just true. 0.55
01:02:00.000 The question is, how much do we get involved, right, in the Middle East overall?
01:02:04.000 And of course, there we want less intervention. 0.66
01:02:07.000 So the trade off is more Israeli sovereignty.
01:02:11.000 And we sort of let, you know, countries in the Middle East, we encourage them to take, Care of their own problems themselves. 0.55
01:02:18.000 And sometimes when our interests align, you know, we join in those efforts.
01:02:21.000 But I think it's a very simple trade off, generally speaking, that we back away a little bit, we decouple a bit, and there's more sovereignty and independence there.
01:02:32.000 And you see the same thing, by the way, such as Israel throughout the world, the same thing in Europe.
01:02:36.000 Those countries have made themselves weak.
01:02:39.000 NATO didn't really make a lot of sense by the time Donald Trump appeared on the scene.
01:02:42.000 And we want the same thing to happen there.
01:02:44.000 So I don't see it as strange or abnormal.
01:02:47.000 I think there's an obvious next step, generally speaking, moving forward.
01:02:51.000 I want to play some of your clips here because you did a Great job.
01:02:54.000 I mean, your speech, I recommend everybody watch Matthew's entire speech.
01:02:59.000 It's short, but it's very powerful.
01:03:01.000 Sot 9.
01:03:02.000 I understand that the desire to call out hatred. 0.59
01:03:06.000 Denouncing anti Semitism in America in the abstract these days is much like calling an opponent racist.
01:03:13.000 Both terms have been hollowed out by the left.
01:03:16.000 The ADL, for instance, has long since lost any power over the right by attacking figures like Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and TPUSA.
01:03:24.000 We have a boy who cried wolf problem in America and the West.
01:03:27.000 The left makes accusations like this all the time, and the younger rising right doesn't care about being called names or abstract iss or isms from any side.
01:03:36.000 And frankly, neither do I.
01:03:37.000 But I do not mean to tell anyone to be silent, far from it.
01:03:40.000 On the contrary, if we're going to sort through the noise, my advice is to stop using abstract categories and isms and iss and isstics.
01:03:47.000 Call out and argue instead about specific statements and positions you think wrong or evil instead.
01:03:53.000 Ask specific questions to specific people.
01:03:57.000 I can't tell you.
01:03:58.000 I was like standing up in my chair when you said this because one of the most, I think, counterproductive tendencies of the pro Israel right and some of my Jewish friends as well is that it's like you get called names all the time.
01:04:11.000 Charlie got called names, and Charlie was a defender of many of these values that they care about and many of the Israeli sovereignty and security.
01:04:21.000 And I just, it's been so destructive. 0.92
01:04:23.000 And I love that you just went straight in there and you said, hey, enough of the isms. 0.98
01:04:29.000 Like you have to get specific.
01:04:30.000 Stop with the abstracts.
01:04:31.000 They're counterproductive.
01:04:33.000 How did that go over in the room?
01:04:34.000 So, the interesting thing is that, as opposed to online, granted, it was a self selected room, we were mobbed like rock stars after that speech.
01:04:42.000 I mean, a bunch of people came up.
01:04:43.000 So many people came up to talk to us that they said everyone had to get off the stage.
01:04:47.000 They were worried about the stage collapsing.
01:04:50.000 And in general, I'd say, especially with younger Israelis, they completely understood what I was saying.
01:04:55.000 You know, several younger Israelis came up, particularly young men, and said, you know, thank you for saying that.
01:05:01.000 I 100% agree.
01:05:03.000 And then there were questions from some of the older people about, well, what did you mean by this?
01:05:07.000 What do you mean by that?
01:05:08.000 And the talking past each other is what's important here because I don't think most Americans know the perspective of the Israeli right wing.
01:05:16.000 Many of those people say, we don't want foreign aid anymore from America.
01:05:20.000 We don't need it.
01:05:21.000 But you don't hear that on certain networks in America.
01:05:24.000 And then the reverse of it is, I think a lot of the Israeli right wing doesn't quite understand what's happening in America.
01:05:30.000 So, in terms of the crowd right there, they were very supportive, very interested.
01:05:36.000 And, you know, there was a lot of applause during the speech when I gave it.
01:05:41.000 And the irony is, of course, you know, certain people online who've anointed themselves as, you know, the gatekeepers of the right went, they were apoplectic about it. 0.99
01:05:51.000 And so were the Gripers, right? 0.74
01:05:53.000 They were very upset as well.
01:05:55.000 So, you know, I kind of think my job many times and as part of what forums are about is to have these conversations.
01:06:02.000 And I don't really care if I get attacked by both sides.
01:06:04.000 And so, what you just lined out there, so I'm listening to this and this has been.
01:06:09.000 Kind of my reflection on a lot of this Israel discussion, especially after losing Charlie, is it's like you've got the neocons that are very loud and very morally certain about their position.
01:06:22.000 And then you got the Groyper crowd and the far right crowd, the anti Israel crowd, that are very morally certain about their position.
01:06:27.000 And then you got this center cut, which is most of the party.
01:06:31.000 And 20% over there.
01:06:32.000 You got 60 to 70% of us in the middle that are just going.
01:06:35.000 80, 85.
01:06:35.000 Maybe, yeah.
01:06:36.000 Could be that large.
01:06:37.000 That are going like, can we not have. 0.51
01:06:39.000 A pragmatic, realist foreign policy position on Israel, where we're not scapegoating people, but we're also making space for the fact that, hey, they have a type of nationalism and sovereignty that we would like, actually, where they get to say we're a distinctly Jewish state.
01:06:54.000 I would love to say we're a distinctly Christian Western nation.
01:06:57.000 Okay?
01:06:58.000 And we're not going to let in people that are going to ruin that.
01:07:00.000 I want to be able to say that without anybody saying, well, no, you have to let in all these people.
01:07:05.000 No, I like what Israel has, I like their border. 0.97
01:07:07.000 I want to take that from them, and I want to be able to morally justify it here. 0.99
01:07:11.000 So it works both ways.
01:07:15.000 Understand where many of the young men on the right are coming from.
01:07:18.000 If you are a young white American, you have grown up in an education system and culture that celebrated both mass migration to America as well as organized tribalism in America among all those being imported there.
01:07:33.000 An educational system and political culture that encouraged every ethnicity to join together as an interest group against oppression from, well, you.
01:07:42.000 They have been told that they must have. 0.72
01:07:43.000 Apologize for their whiteness, and that if they were ever to act as a group like everyone else in America they see as trained to do and celebrated for doing, they are evil or Nazis.
01:07:53.000 And this anti white sentiment and discrimination has had very predictable results.
01:07:57.000 This is the reality in which young people have been born into a reality in which World War II is as far away as the Civil War was to those who fought in that conflict. 0.87
01:08:08.000 First of all, that's great.
01:08:09.000 So, amen to basically every single thing said there.
01:08:13.000 But I feel like that's like the healthiest thing you could take where we're talking about.
01:08:17.000 Our attitude towards Israel or whatever.
01:08:20.000 And I think I remember as this was bubbling up, the line of attack was basically just, or really the assertion was just, it would be nice for us to have a country where our foreign policy just cares less about another country.
01:08:35.000 When I was at Fox, this was about a decade ago, and was when President Trump was contemplating strikes on Syria.
01:08:41.000 And the show I was at, we had Roger Wicker on, and he basically asked him, What is the argument for doing this?
01:08:48.000 And his first response was, Well, if you Care about the security of Israel, you should care about these strikes.
01:08:55.000 And that was a line that people heard often.
01:08:57.000 And I think that is what sparked so much of the sourness towards Israel, was the sense that literally their interest was the primary thing that had us involved in the Middle East.
01:09:08.000 And if you could get us towards a position where that's just not an answer you're hearing all the time, where we just care less about other countries and care more about our own, a lot of this weird fever would pass.
01:09:18.000 And the reason that would be good is actually what was in that clip just there. 0.73
01:09:23.000 In America, we've had this culture that for years just takes it as a given that native, traditional heritage Americans, people whose ancestors fought in the Civil War, fought in the Revolution, came over on the Mayflower, are bad and need to be dispossessed in favor of new arrivals. 0.60
01:09:40.000 And probably the best thing you can do is if you look towards Israel as an example, what drives the left so berserk about them, really more even than any war they fight, is the fact that it is just a country that is self confidently not a diverse melting pot.
01:09:55.000 For everyone on the planet, but says actually, we are a Jewish nation state. 0.61
01:09:59.000 That doesn't mean everyone here is Jewish.
01:10:01.000 That doesn't mean non Jews are not allowed here.
01:10:04.000 In fact, they have quite a large pool of them.
01:10:06.000 But the purpose of our country is for the well being of that group primarily.
01:10:12.000 And we should be able to have that in America.
01:10:13.000 It seems like that's what you were basically communicating, Matthew, to this Israeli audience.
01:10:18.000 Yes.
01:10:19.000 And, you know, it was very interesting because another thing that came up, which is another, you know, delicate, awkward topic, but it shouldn't be.
01:10:25.000 We need to normalize having discussions like adults on the right and act like winners, is the frustration I tried to communicate for a lot of younger people, younger Americans who are right wing.
01:10:38.000 A lot of them don't even know if they've met a Jewish person in their life, but they notice that there are a lot of prominent Jewish Americans who have supported mass migration and appeared to believe they were one of the minorities that would be protected in the big rainbow coalition of the left and were supportive of identity politics as well.
01:10:58.000 Of course, what's happened in the last five years is that Jewish Americans have found out the hard way that the left is not going to protect them.
01:11:05.000 The left is not going to protect Jewish students on college campuses. 0.98
01:11:09.000 We're being chased down by woke lunatics. 0.91
01:11:12.000 The left has rejected any sanity there. 0.97
01:11:14.000 They're not going to say no to the DSA. 0.53
01:11:15.000 They're not going to say no to Mom Dhani. 0.92
01:11:17.000 So Jewish Americans are then forced with, well, the left doesn't want me anymore.
01:11:23.000 I am interested in joining the right.
01:11:25.000 And that's sort of what the coalitional battle is in America. 0.96
01:11:28.000 So when I said that to the Israelis, what's very interesting is, of course, right wing Israelis think that the lefty sort of Jewish American cousins are nuts. 0.97
01:11:40.000 They think this is crazy. 0.91
01:11:41.000 And they don't support that at all.
01:11:45.000 But of course, they're reluctant to criticize because they see that it is possibly dangerous. 0.93
01:11:53.000 And they wonder if they should publicly come out and say, this is ridiculous. 0.64
01:11:57.000 And my encouragement was, man, if you guys did this, if you went on a big cable network and said, this is crazy, you would get a lot of support here in America. 0.91
01:12:07.000 And really, the crown's in the gutter. 0.85
01:12:09.000 I mean, the first Israeli politician who comes on and says, look, this anti white discrimination is crazy. 0.98
01:12:13.000 What you guys are doing here is crazy. 0.98
01:12:15.000 This is not how Israel operates, and we would die if we imported a bunch of people and trained them to hate us. 0.94
01:12:21.000 Now, we would never do that, and people shouldn't be for that here, whether they're Jewish or not.
01:12:25.000 And then, if you also said, I don't need your aid anymore, by the way, we should be an independent nation. 0.66
01:12:29.000 We don't want to just be a client state.
01:12:31.000 And anyone who said that would be immensely popular and sort of begin to resolve this problem.
01:12:36.000 Matthew, I want to play this other clip because you go straight into the heart of this evangelical debate because that's really what's happening here.
01:12:44.000 There's a very insidious group of people that now hate.
01:12:46.000 Evangelical Christians.
01:12:47.000 We used to be so ecumenical on the right, and we need to get back there.
01:12:51.000 But that's a wedge issue because evangelicals tend to support Israel based on a theological premise.
01:12:56.000 They have become also smeared, slandered, and persona non grata in some circles.
01:13:02.000 You go straight at this, and I love it.
01:13:04.000 Sade.
01:13:05.000 Many of my evangelical friends still here stand with Israel as a religious duty.
01:13:10.000 For many other Christians in America, the idea that their religion requires them to support the particular policies of another nation is deeply insulting.
01:13:18.000 Many Republicans frequently complain to me that they're done with this dynamic.
01:13:22.000 Many, again, who support Israel, want me to convey this message.
01:13:27.000 They do not think that their Christianity requires them to blindly support whatever decisions Israel chooses to make and find it condescending if anyone assumes that this is the way they should think about it.
01:13:38.000 Now, this does not mean that they see no religious ties to the Holy Land.
01:13:42.000 It means that relying on this approach alone to American Christians is a dead end. 0.55
01:13:48.000 I submit the way forward as Frank.
01:13:50.000 Frank policy discussions based on reality.
01:13:53.000 This means getting clear where interests align and do not.
01:13:56.000 And when they do not, it's okay.
01:13:59.000 I love this because I have perceived the same thing, Matthew. 0.82
01:14:02.000 It is a dead end to say you are religiously duty bound to support Israel.
01:14:09.000 That is condescending and it goes over like a lead balloon.
01:14:14.000 Let's just put it that way.
01:14:15.000 Final minute to you, Matthew.
01:14:16.000 What is the way forward?
01:14:18.000 Yeah.
01:14:18.000 And just on that note, real quick, I mean, evangelicals are great friends, but not everyone thinks that way.
01:14:23.000 And so the argument can't go that way.
01:14:26.000 And that's okay.
01:14:27.000 That's all right.
01:14:28.000 We're in a big, beautiful coalition.
01:14:29.000 So the way forward, really, for the right in general, is to realize that we broke the back of the left in 2024.
01:14:35.000 That election.
01:14:36.000 Was not supposed to go the way it did.
01:14:38.000 We won.
01:14:39.000 And now we have to act like winners, which means having these difficult discussions about where we agree and disagree.
01:14:44.000 And when it comes to foreign policy in general, Americans on the right are rethinking foreign alliances with all nations, not just Israel.
01:14:51.000 But the point is that most people were still friendly to Israel, where we just want to fine tune and rethink all of our alliances when it comes to international relations.
01:15:02.000 And when we do that, there's going to be pluses and minuses and trade offs. 0.55
01:15:05.000 And ultimately, it's more sovereignty for the Israelis.
01:15:09.000 And a little bit of decoupling in a sensible way, and we move forward and we get over this matter.
01:15:14.000 Matthew J. Peterson, founder of The Forum.
01:15:17.000 I hope to work with you at Amfest, Matthew, so I'll send you a note on that.
01:15:21.000 Good stuff.
