00:01:18.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:21.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:30.000 I have right here, as I did yesterday, the indictment.
00:01:37.000 Yeah, I encourage you to read it.
00:01:38.000 Paperwork.
00:01:39.000 That's what we're talking about.
00:01:40.000 We're indicting a former president over paperwork.
00:01:44.000 A incredibly loose reading of the Espionage Act, which came from Woodrow Wilson.
00:01:50.000 Donald Trump will be arraigned in a couple hours here.
00:01:53.000 Could be early, could be late.
00:01:55.000 We're going to keep our eyes closely on that.
00:01:58.000 The Department of Justice, via Merrick Garland and Joe Biden, they're playing offense.
00:02:03.000 Remember, they must keep the pressure on.
00:02:05.000 It's one of Solinsky's rules for radicals.
00:02:08.000 To be perfectly honest, we have not spent adequate time on this show detailing all the new news about the Biden crime syndicate.
00:02:16.000 And I have to be honest about something I have to do better as a host.
00:02:21.000 I'm exhausted talking about the Biden thing.
00:02:23.000 It doesn't interest me, but I have to get over that.
00:02:26.000 He's a crook.
00:02:27.000 He's a criminal.
00:02:28.000 And not everyone knows that.
00:02:30.000 I just, I kind of just always assume, okay, you know that Joe Biden is a total criminal.
00:02:36.000 He's a traitor to the United States.
00:02:38.000 He obviously has dementia.
00:02:41.000 Let's move on.
00:02:42.000 Amazingly, that has not yet set in to the zeitgeist of the country.
00:02:46.000 I mean, ever since Peter Schweiser's book, when he was running as a candidate, we knew about the capital flows from overseas.
00:02:52.000 This is not exactly breaking news for those of us that have been following this closely.
00:02:57.000 It's not exactly something where we see this and we say, oh, you know, this is incredibly damning evidence.
00:03:06.000 But there's actually new evidence that keeps on coming out.
00:03:08.000 In fact, the Media Research Center has showed that the networks, ABC, CBS, NBC, has spent 291 minutes on the Trump indictment coverage and zero seconds on the new information of the Biden-Barisma Biden coverage.
00:03:25.000 Now, one of the tactics that the media uses, the Operation Mockingbird Intel agency coordinated media, is they protect people like Biden by saying, oh, this is old news.
00:03:36.000 When in fact, this is now new news.
00:03:37.000 We now have new information thanks to James Comer and the House of Representatives of shell corporations and money flows.
00:03:44.000 And so I have to get over it.
00:03:47.000 Because personally, I just kind of roll my eyes.
00:03:49.000 I don't want to live in a political environment where I do the show every day and we say, we got to go get Biden and we got to go get Biden.
00:03:56.000 I don't think that's good for the country.
00:03:58.000 I got to suck it up.
00:03:59.000 And we all have to.
00:04:00.000 They are now indicting Donald Trump.
00:04:01.000 We have to go full court press with Jim Jordan and Speaker McCarthy.
00:04:05.000 And we have to now say, okay, you're going to run this crook for the White House in 2024.
00:04:10.000 Equal and opposite reaction, folks.
00:04:12.000 This guy is the El Chapo of political corruption.
00:04:17.000 He is the kingpin.
00:04:19.000 This guy has done crimes and misdemeanors for decades.
00:04:24.000 I believe selling out American national security.
00:04:26.000 They want to play offense against Trump, a shot across the bow, all of a sudden saying, oh, yeah, you're storing national secrets.
00:04:31.000 All of us have to suck it up and say, okay, Biden, we are going to go full force and expose your corruption, whether it be impeachment or whatever it is.
00:04:41.000 The ballgame is now occurring.
00:04:42.000 Now, it is an interesting question.
00:04:45.000 Are they going after Trump this enthusiastically to also be able to go after Joe Biden to claim they're bipartisan?
00:04:51.000 I'm not seeing any evidence of that, but that could twist and turn at some point.
00:04:55.000 They do have some people on the bench, Gavin Newsom, who I think Gavin Newsom would be a difficult candidate, far more difficult than Joe Biden.
00:05:02.000 Joe Biden has so many obvious weaknesses, so many obvious weaknesses.
00:05:07.000 But I get tired of the Joe Biden corruption talk because I don't think it's helpful for a conservative movement to non-stop just bash an incumbent president.
00:05:17.000 We should talk about what we're for and where our ideas come from and where we're winning.
00:05:20.000 And that's what we try to do on this program.
00:05:22.000 However, now it is necessary.
00:05:24.000 The lines are drawn.
00:05:25.000 And today they are arraigning Donald Trump on this indictment.
00:05:31.000 Right here.
00:05:32.000 The United States of America versus Donald J. Trump.
00:05:37.000 You never thought you'd see that, did you?
00:05:40.000 There's no spin here.
00:05:41.000 Yeah, there are some positives that Donald Trump can glean from it.
00:05:43.000 We did that episode yesterday.
00:05:45.000 But sometimes when you see something tragic, you should just take pause and say, that's really sad.
00:05:52.000 No spin, no BS.
00:05:54.000 Should infuriate you.
00:05:56.000 This regime keeps the borders completely wide open.
00:05:59.000 They allow violent criminals on the streets.
00:06:03.000 Arsonists, rapists, people that push people in front of subways, mass looting.
00:06:08.000 But the criminalization of paperwork is where they want to lock Donald Trump up, potentially.
00:06:15.000 I mean, again, he's not going to get the full sentence if he gets convicted, but he could face 100 years in prison.
00:06:20.000 That doesn't happen.
00:06:21.000 But those are the sentencing guidelines.
00:06:23.000 They want to lock him up for the rest of his life.
00:06:27.000 Now, a component and an element of this that I don't think we always recognize is how much pent up scorn there is between people that are in the same generation as Donald Trump because they view him as the disruptor of their great power crescendo and climax.
00:06:46.000 Joe Biden, Chuck Hugh Schumer, Hillary Clinton, Merrick Garland, Bob Mueller, these people are all about the same age.
00:06:53.000 Nancy Pelosi, they're all like mid-70s, early 80s.
00:06:57.000 They're all kind of what you would call baby boomers or silent generation.
00:07:01.000 They're right there.
00:07:02.000 Is it the silent generation?
00:07:03.000 I think that went boomer, silent.
00:07:06.000 No, greatest silent boomer.
00:07:07.000 Anyway, I get that confused sometimes.
00:07:09.000 The point is that they're all about the same age, and they all came up in politics together.
00:07:16.000 They were all largely colleagues.
00:07:17.000 Joe Biden worked with Bob Mueller on 9-11 stuff, Chuck Hugh Schumer, and there was a plan.
00:07:25.000 And the plan was to keep on climbing the ranks of American politics uninterrupted.
00:07:31.000 Barack Obama at first was a threat to that plan because he talked like a populist but governed like a corporate oligarch.
00:07:37.000 So they took him over and threatened him with the intel agencies and Obama kept his mouth shut and did what he was told.
00:07:42.000 But original Obama like O.G. Obama, like Obama that announced for President United States in Springfield, Illinois in 2007, talked like a America first populist on national security, on borders, on political corruption.
00:07:59.000 But they got to Obama and that Obama was not for gay marriage.
00:08:03.000 I mean, they got to him in his ear and he said, okay, got it.
00:08:06.000 I know CIA, FBI is in charge.
00:08:08.000 And Obama had all these promises.
00:08:10.000 Remember, Obama was like, I will shut down Gitmo.
00:08:13.000 Nope.
00:08:14.000 I will end all these foreign wars.
00:08:15.000 Nope.
00:08:16.000 I will make sure the intel agencies are checked.
00:08:19.000 Nope.
00:08:19.000 I will repeal the Patriot Act.
00:08:20.000 Nope.
00:08:21.000 I'm going to make sure you have all this time to review bills before they're passed.
00:08:25.000 Nope.
00:08:26.000 I'm not going to bomb kids with drones.
00:08:28.000 I'm going to stop all these bailouts of Wall Street.
00:08:28.000 Nope.
00:08:31.000 So Obama just became a typical transactional business-style corporate Democrat.
00:08:31.000 Nope.
00:08:37.000 And of course, Biden was the vice president.
00:08:40.000 But this cabal of Pelosi, Chuck Hugh Schumer, of these, all the same age, that kind of came up in the same time.
00:08:48.000 They all climb the ladder simultaneously, looking out for one another, covering up for entire misdeeds.
00:08:53.000 They vacation together.
00:08:54.000 They go on codels together.
00:08:56.000 They travel internationally together.
00:08:58.000 They had a plan.
00:08:59.000 And that plan was supposed to really reach its apex, the place where they get to rule, where they get to reach the Philosopher King clouds and see from the top of unrest to society was supposed to happen with the election of Hillary Clinton.
00:09:14.000 You see, Joe Biden and all these different people, and Hillary Clinton, especially, because she was colleagues with those people as a senator from New York and Secretary of State, they were supposed to have uninterrupted flow of quote unquote the revolution, the machine taking over.
00:09:30.000 And of course, Donald Trump won in a surprise fashion.
00:09:32.000 And I cannot even put into words the personal vendetta that these people need to settle with Donald Trump because he messed it all up.
00:09:40.000 He put Supreme Court justices on the Supreme Court, all the federal regulation stuff, embassy to Jerusalem.
00:09:46.000 He just was a glitch in the matrix.
00:09:50.000 And so this plan that they had, that these people all the same age, Pelosi, Schumer, Bob Mueller, all of a sudden was disrupted by this guy in New York City, and they need to settle that score.
00:10:04.000 So much of what you are seeing play out in Miami is yes about the 2024 election, but it's even bigger than that.
00:10:10.000 It's really just petty personal score settling of people like Merrick Garland who thought he would be a Supreme Court justice, or people like Nancy Pelosi that thought she would oversee a Hillary Clinton presidency as Speaker of the House, or people like Chuck Schumer that they never thought they'd have to now spend all their energy and time recovering for the progress or the forward momentum that Donald Trump had for the conservative movement.
00:10:38.000 Trump is a threat to generations of corruption in the administrative state, and now the administrative state bites back.
00:10:47.000 Look, I can't believe the dire headlines we're facing in the world today.
00:10:50.000 Everywhere you look, things are falling apart.
00:10:52.000 And that's why the smartest investment you can make right now is in your family's food security.
00:10:57.000 The reality is you might not be able to find food when the next disaster strikes.
00:11:00.000 Grocery stores will be empty because roads will be closed and trucks won't be able to make deliveries.
00:11:04.000 When that happens, you need emergency food in full supply.
00:11:07.000 That's why I urge you to grab a three-month emergency food kit from MyPatriot Supply, the nation's largest preparedness company.
00:11:14.000 When you order today, you'll save $200 on each kit you need.
00:11:17.000 Having these kits means your family will stay fed while others stand in food lines.

00:11:47.000 Sad day for America.
00:11:49.000 Ben Berquam is on the ground in Miami, Florida.
00:11:52.000 Ben, welcome to the program.
00:11:54.000 Fill us in.
00:11:55.000 What is the vibe on the ground?
00:11:56.000 What are you hearing?
00:11:57.000 What are you seeing?
00:11:58.000 Ben, walk us through it.
00:11:59.000 You got some sort of Palestinian flag or something, it looks like.
00:12:03.000 Something.
00:12:04.000 I don't know which one that is.
00:12:04.000 Yeah, I don't know.
00:12:06.000 It's got a whole combination of things.
00:12:07.000 The vibe out here is definitely electric.
00:12:10.000 We're calling it MAGA Pride Day.
00:12:12.000 You've got patriots from all over the country, obviously from Florida down here as well.
00:12:17.000 But people coming out saying they're sick of it.
00:12:19.000 They're tired of seeing Hillary Clinton get away with it.
00:12:22.000 Joe Biden get away with it.
00:12:24.000 Hunter Biden get away with it.
00:12:25.000 All of these people, these traitors to our country, get away with it.
00:12:28.000 And this continuation of the coup against President Trump.
00:12:32.000 And one group, Charlie, that I didn't hear you mention, you may have mentioned them, but the one group that's all around me, there is more propaganda, fake news media than I've ever seen in one place.
00:12:43.000 If you pan down this way and we pan down this way, they go around the entire block and they are salivating just as much as the Chuck Schumers and the Nancy Pelosis and all of the left that want to destroy this country and have just seen Trump as the thing that's in their way.
00:12:59.000 So give us a little bit of an idea.
00:13:01.000 I mean, we already have self-proclaimed federal agents going on camera and saying, oh, you know, this is going to make January 6 like a playground.
00:13:07.000 Don't take the bait.
00:13:08.000 Reject that nonsense.
00:13:09.000 MAGA's peaceful today.
00:13:11.000 Tell us about what you're hearing and seeing.
00:13:12.000 Is Antifa there trying to provoke us?
00:13:14.000 Do we have, have you seen any sort of ray-ups, look-alikes in the audience?
00:13:19.000 Yeah, there's definitely, look, every event I've ever been to, MAGA is always peaceful.
00:13:24.000 The violence is always started by the left.
00:13:26.000 We are anticipating that Antifa does show up.
00:13:30.000 Hopefully the police do their job today.
00:13:32.000 If Antifa and Black Block show up and they start causing violence, hopefully they're held accountable for it.
00:13:37.000 And the people that I've seen out here, even though there's both sides, the vast majority of people that are out here are pro-Trump, but you do have a few protesters against President Trump out here.
00:13:47.000 And there's been some yelling back and forth, but for the most part, it's been peaceful.
00:13:51.000 So I haven't seen any violence.
00:13:52.000 I haven't heard of any violence.
00:13:54.000 But we're definitely keenly aware of that and the plans of the left.
00:13:58.000 And that's the whole thing is you can't get sucked into it.
00:14:01.000 But you also can't allow that premise to keep you from coming out and standing up for what you believe in.
00:14:06.000 That's part of what they wanted to do with January 6th, was to silence our voice, to get people to be afraid to show up and stand up.
00:14:13.000 You just have to know how to handle yourself in those situations.
00:14:15.000 Be calm, spread the love of Jesus, shine the light.
00:14:19.000 Don't get sucked into it.
00:14:20.000 So, Ben, do you believe that Donald Trump will increase in support because of these indictments?
00:14:25.000 What are you hearing on the ground?
00:14:26.000 And also, Vivek Ramaswamy is there.
00:14:28.000 Are any of the other 2024 candidates there?
00:14:31.000 Is Chris Christie there or Asa Hutchinson or Nikki Haley?
00:14:35.000 Is the governor of Florida there?
00:14:37.000 Are they there to show support for the American people against the administrative state?
00:14:42.000 No, the only one that I saw was Vivek.
00:14:44.000 It's funny because I flew out from Arkansas, so I'm so sure Aza could have done the same thing.
00:14:49.000 But no, there's no other ones out here.
00:14:51.000 The only one we saw today was Vivek.
00:14:53.000 And, you know, like you said, it's folks standing up and saying, we're sick of it.
00:14:58.000 We're tired of it.
00:14:59.000 The bottom line is we don't have equal protection under the law.
00:14:59.000 We don't want this.
00:15:02.000 And if we don't have equal protection under the law, we no longer have a constitution.
00:15:06.000 That's the argument that people have.
00:15:08.000 And there's no question about it.
00:15:09.000 To answer your first question, the support for President Trump is increasing in this.
00:15:14.000 I wear my MAGA hat.
00:15:15.000 Again, we're calling it MAGA Pride, MAGA Pride Day today.
00:15:18.000 I wear this everywhere I go.
00:15:20.000 And people are coming up to me in the airports all over the country.
00:15:23.000 They're saying, we're pissed.
00:15:24.000 We're not taking anymore.
00:15:25.000 What they're doing to President Trump is a travesty.
00:15:28.000 But it's just a continuation of what they did for four years.
00:15:31.000 But there's no question.
00:15:32.000 It's driving people to Trump, not away from him.
00:15:35.000 So, Ben, I just want to make sure I'm clear.
00:15:37.000 This is the most cameras you've probably seen at anything, right?
00:15:40.000 So you have a bunch of people running for the president ever.
00:15:42.000 You got a bunch of people running for the presidency that are trying to get attention.
00:15:46.000 Ben, let's just say Governor DeSantis showed up and did a press conference, and he could even say, I don't like Trump.
00:15:51.000 I don't, you know, I'm not getting along with him, but this is wrong.
00:15:54.000 Well, Ben, how would that be received?
00:15:56.000 Probably very favorably, right?
00:15:58.000 Absolutely.
00:15:59.000 People are even asking that.
00:16:00.000 And, you know, because a lot of this crowd was a Trump 2024, DeSantis 2028, until DeSantis basically aligned himself with the establishment Republicans and went against President Trump.
00:16:12.000 So there's a lot of people that still want to see.
00:16:14.000 They would love to see DeSantis come out here.
00:16:16.000 And as you said, even like Vivek said, Vivek didn't step down.
00:16:19.000 He's still running, but he said this is an injustice.
00:16:21.000 We should all stand up against this.
00:16:23.000 If this was happening to anyone else, I would be saying the same thing.
00:16:26.000 It looks like the crowds.
00:16:27.000 Hey, hang on, guys.
00:16:28.000 Hang on.
00:16:29.000 Stay back.
00:16:29.000 Stay back.
00:16:30.000 Hang on.
00:16:31.000 So we've got the crowd kind of coming around here.
00:16:34.000 But no, there's no question about it, Charlie.
00:16:36.000 If that's what people want to see, they want to see people come out and say that this is an injustice.
00:16:41.000 Whether you're right or left, this is an injustice.
00:16:44.000 It is an injustice.
00:16:45.000 It is confusing and perplexing to me that people running for the presidency that want nothing but attention won't go to the place where all the attention in the world is and show up and say it's wrong that an unelected deep state and administrative state can go after a former president.
00:17:01.000 It's bizarre.
00:17:02.000 Ben, we'll get back to you soon.
00:17:03.000 Thank you so much.
00:17:06.000 All right, I got an important thing to share with you.
00:17:09.000 You were probably tired about all these left-wing progressive companies, and you're probably exhausted with trying to keep up with all their virtue signaling and their woke nonsense.
00:17:18.000 It's a question, right?
00:17:20.000 Why has corporate America decided to say we hate you to their customers?
00:17:25.000 I mean, I see Adidas.
00:17:26.000 Adidas might as well have a big sign that says, we hate you.
00:17:31.000 Look, progressive left-wing companies are taking over the market, and it's time for us to fight back.
00:17:37.000 I want to tell you about a company I really care about, run by a friend of mine who's a great American, and they're growing, and they need your help, and it's very important, okay?
00:17:46.000 Look, we don't have to fund these companies, the left-wing companies.
00:17:50.000 We finally have an alternative, public square.
00:17:53.000 We have a solution.
00:17:55.000 I hear from people all the time, Charlie, how do we fight back?

00:19:29.000 I want to spend some time on Woodrow Wilson because it's super important.
00:19:32.000 And you're not going to hear this indictment of Woodrow Wilson on any other program because so much of what we're living through is designed by Woodrow Wilson.
00:19:41.000 It's also a cautionary tale for Donald Trump and a cautionary tale of what happens when you run third parties if you were to do that.
00:19:50.000 Because some people say, oh, Donald Trump should just run in a third party.
00:19:53.000 You get leaders like Woodrow Wilson if you divide a populist nationalist base, which is exactly what happened in the election of 1912.
00:20:01.000 William Howard Taft won the election of 1908, was the heir apparent for Teddy Roosevelt.
00:20:06.000 Teddy Roosevelt got so mad at him, tried to rewin the Republican nomination, failed, and then ran under the Bull Moose Party, dividing the Republican patriotic nationalist populist base.
00:20:17.000 And you had this academic Woodrow Wilson win in 1912.
00:20:20.000 So I'm going to get to Woodrow Wilson in just a second, but I have to complete the point that is perplexing and confusing, and it's very telling to me.
00:20:28.000 Why are none of these Republicans in Miami?
00:20:31.000 Vivek is there.
00:20:32.000 Good for you, Vivek.
00:20:34.000 Vivek had a press conference, really wasn't much of a press conference in the sense where he said, Look, you know, I'm going to pardon Donald Trump if I become president.
00:20:41.000 Okay, that's fine.
00:20:42.000 Glad you're there.
00:20:43.000 I mean that.
00:20:44.000 Vivek is a friend and I think he deserves applause.
00:20:47.000 But these candidates, every single candidate running for the presidency, should either either have a choice: either be there in Miami, Florida, and support Trump heavily, or they should go the other way, like Chris Christie, and say this is serious and he should be in jail.
00:21:05.000 There is no middle ground.
00:21:07.000 And what every one of these candidates is broadcasting to us is they're trying to have it both ways.
00:21:14.000 And despite the more judgmental political dynamics here that I'm offering, which is you could tell a lot by a candidate with this, let's just talk about how dumb it is not to be there.
00:21:25.000 You have no exaggeration over 1,000 cameras right now in Miami, Florida.
00:21:31.000 And they're getting a little bit tired of filming the same sort of MAGA grannies and MAGA Cubans chant with bullhorns and flags, right?
00:21:39.000 How many times can you take a picture of that New York Times photographer?
00:21:42.000 So they're starving for content in this dead period before Donald Trump comes from Doral to the courthouse.
00:21:48.000 They're literally starving for content.
00:21:51.000 Everyone wants to know what's happening in Miami.
00:21:53.000 And wouldn't it be logical for the governor of Florida to show up on a stage?
00:21:58.000 I bet he could get a permit.
00:22:00.000 He is the governor of Florida to show up on stage.
00:22:03.000 And he could even do all the stuff.
00:22:05.000 I don't like Trump and blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever.
00:22:07.000 Fine.
00:22:08.000 I'm not, people say, you know, all the critics say, oh, Charlie Kirk wants Ron DeSantis to suck up to Trump.
00:22:08.000 Not the point.
00:22:14.000 I'm saying show a physical presence against the administrative state.
00:22:14.000 I'm not even saying that.
00:22:19.000 That's all I'm asking.
00:22:20.000 I'm asking for a, and by the way, those of you in the audience that are pro-DeSantis, explain to me why you wouldn't want to be in front of all the cameras when you're running for the presidency.
00:22:31.000 I mean, for those of us that are pro-Trump, like, thanks for letting us go 10 more points up in the polls because that's what's happening.
00:22:31.000 What's that?
00:22:38.000 But I'm not saying this is a way to try to help other candidates.
00:22:41.000 I'm saying it because it actually would be good for the country to have a bunch of other candidates show a solidified opposition party to this Leviathan.
00:22:52.000 The fact that it's Vivek and Trump and the rest are in Iowa or New Hampshire, it's like, okay, the most important news story on planet Earth.
00:23:03.000 That's right.
00:23:04.000 The most important news story on planet Earth.
00:23:07.000 It's not just American media.
00:23:08.000 You got Reuters there.
00:23:09.000 You got everybody.
00:23:11.000 And they're talking to like nine people on some sort of coffee table in Iowa.
00:23:16.000 It seems like a remarkable blown opportunity.
00:23:20.000 And if you just say, okay, let's say Donald Trump gets convicted or something, do you think the MAGA base is going to just like those funds are going to transfer?
00:23:29.000 They're going to remember where you were or where you were not when it mattered.
00:23:34.000 The MAGA base has long memory.
00:23:36.000 It is, this is consultant class stuff.
00:23:40.000 I tweeted it out.
00:23:41.000 A lot of people mocked me.
00:23:42.000 A lot of people said, oh, you know, you can't do that.
00:23:44.000 You guys don't understand the base at all.
00:23:46.000 Blown opportunity, bad instincts, bad tactics, bad for the country.
00:23:50.000 But Chris Christie, who I have plenty of things to say about, he's actually on the one side.
00:23:56.000 So you're either on one of two sides.
00:23:57.000 You're in Miami showing solidarity with Donald Trump against administrative state persecution, or you're doing the Chris Christie thing, which is saying it's his fault.
00:24:05.000 Okay?
00:24:06.000 Play cut 26.
00:24:08.000 When did we get to the point where we're always blaming our adversaries for the weakness of our candidates?
00:24:12.000 Oh, it's the Democrats' fault.
00:24:13.000 It's DOJ's fault.
00:24:15.000 It's this person's fault.
00:24:16.000 It's the media's fault.
00:24:17.000 How bad it's his.
00:24:19.000 He hasn't won a damn thing since 2016.
00:24:23.000 Three-time loser.
00:24:25.000 2018, we lost the House.
00:24:27.000 2020, we lost the White House.
00:24:29.000 We lost the United States Senate a couple of weeks later in 2021.
00:24:32.000 And in 2022, we lost two more governorships, another Senate seat, and barely took the House of Representatives when Joe Biden had the most incompetent first two years I've ever seen in my life.
00:24:42.000 Okay.
00:24:44.000 I mean, obviously I disagree with all of that, but Chris Christie is doing the thing that it's either you're on one side or the other side.
00:24:51.000 You're going to do a CNN town hall to 10 people ranting and raving on the same sort of kind of repurposed talking points?
00:25:00.000 Or are you going to go down to Miami?
00:25:03.000 Chris Christie has chosen, and you guys will remember that.
00:25:06.000 Play one more piece of tape here.
00:25:07.000 And actually, Chris Christie is a perfect segue to Woodrow Wilson because they were both governors of New Jersey, believe it or not.
00:25:14.000 Let's just, one more little piece of evidence here, play cut 25.
00:25:18.000 It's just a show often.
00:25:19.000 It turned out to be right.
00:25:20.000 This, and that's what makes it so ridiculous that we're here and we're in a situation where there are people in my own party who are blaming DOJ.
00:25:31.000 How about blame him?
00:25:33.000 He did it.
00:25:34.000 He kept, he took Don Cummins, he wasn't supposed to take.
00:25:37.000 He kept them when they asked him back for them.
00:25:40.000 They got a grand jury subpoena.
00:25:42.000 He refused to comply.
00:25:43.000 They raided his home finally because he refused to comply.
00:25:47.000 All of those things were brought on himself, as was this indictment.
00:25:50.000 Okay, so this indictment is a mockery to the American justice system, but there's a deeper story at play.
00:25:56.000 And it all started actually in the very same office that Chris Christie occupied.
00:26:02.000 It's Woodrow Wilson.
00:26:04.000 Woodrow Wilson is without a doubt probably the worst president in American history, if not the worst.
00:26:09.000 Now, worst is a difficult word to use.
00:26:12.000 So let me actually clarify that.
00:26:14.000 He did the most damage because you could say, okay, what about Ulysses S. Grant or all these people that were just terrible at managing and they were stealing from the treasury and they were drunk, but they didn't have long-term generational destruction to the Republic.
00:26:27.000 Woodrow Wilson did.
00:26:29.000 The indictment of Donald Trump isn't just standard government overreach.
00:26:33.000 It's a huge triumph for the American administrative state.
00:26:37.000 Woodrow Wilson is the father of what we now call the deep state.
00:26:42.000 The technical term, the academic term is administrative state, but you can call it the shadow government.
00:26:48.000 You can call it the deep state.
00:26:49.000 You could call it the cabal.
00:26:51.000 You could call it the kingdom of Washington, D.C.
00:26:53.000 These are all synonyms for the same thing.
00:26:56.000 So let's just repeat.
00:26:57.000 And those of you that watch this program and listen to this program frequently, we are laser focused on the administrative state.
00:27:03.000 What is the administrative state?
00:27:04.000 Well, Woodrow Wilson is a case study in the dangers of giving academics too much power.
00:27:10.000 He was our only academic to become an American president.
00:27:13.000 Before becoming president, he was president of Prince University back when it was a respectable place.
00:27:18.000 He actually published a paper that I encourage you all to read if you have spare time today, The Study of Administration.
00:27:24.000 And that paper argued for reshaping and remolding our government on administrative lines.
00:27:32.000 Now, what does that mean?
00:27:33.000 In short, it means detaching government from politics or the business of people, getting rid of consent to the governed, and instead putting in a government of professional bureaucrats who do the real administration and the running of government.
00:27:49.000 Woodrow Wilson said that there's something wrong when the government has all these different factions against one another.
00:27:55.000 We think that's a beauty of our government.
00:27:57.000 We think checks and balances are what then keeps us free.
00:28:00.000 Woodrow Wilson saw that as an impediment.
00:28:03.000 Woodrow Wilson thought it was a design flaw in the Constitution.
00:28:08.000 And in fact, he said the error of trying to do too much by vote, too much by the people, was, quote, self-government does not consist in having a hand in everything.
00:28:22.000 In short, administrators should be given heavy leeway to govern as they saw fit without being checked constantly by voters.
00:28:29.000 He said, quote, living political constitutions must be Darwinian in structure and in practice.
00:28:35.000 Society is a living organism and must obey the laws of life, not of mechanics.
00:28:40.000 So instead of a Newtonian approach to government, he had a Darwinian approach to government.
00:28:46.000 It must evolve, not be understood.
00:28:49.000 All that progressives ask or desire is permission in an era when development evolution is the scientific word to interpret the Constitution according to Darwinian principles.
00:29:00.000 All they ask is the recognition of the fact that a nation is a living thing, not a machine.
00:29:07.000 Woodrow Wilson, President of the United States.
00:29:11.000 So he loathed checks and balances.
00:29:14.000 And as president, he said, quote, that government, I said this, but I'll repeat it.
00:29:20.000 Government is not a machine, but a living thing.
00:29:22.000 It should not have different factions set against each other.
00:29:24.000 So separation of powers, got to get rid of that.
00:29:26.000 Checks and balances, got to get rid of that.
00:29:28.000 Consent to the governed.
00:29:29.000 Instead, it should be, and this comes from German historicism, largely Hegelianism.
00:29:35.000 It must be this beast that marches through time, that grows in intensity, that grows in ferocity, that is managed by an almost secret society of academic elites that have a secret gnosis, a secret knowledge, and the people are not able to touch them or question them because they know what's best.
00:29:57.000 Anthony Fauci is a perfect example of what the administrative state creates.
00:30:03.000 Untouchable, failing upwards, unelected, and massive amounts of power.
00:30:09.000 This beast, this Leviathan, this monster, this Praetorian guard that is now indicting Donald Trump was birthed into existence 106 or 107 years ago.
00:30:26.000 They dreamed of a day where they could check and balance.
00:30:29.000 And remember, it was Woodrow Wilson who ran against a populace in the 1912 election.
00:30:36.000 And instead of dealing with those pesky elections, they want a council of elders and experts and philosopher kings to put you in jail instead of allowing the people to have a voice.
00:30:50.000 America eventually became the type of government, the form of government that Woodrow Wilson envisioned.
00:30:58.000 Just as he took office, the states foolishly ratified the 16th Amendment, legalizing an income tax.
00:31:03.000 In 1913, Wilson's government created the Federal Reserve, which now is to blame for our massive inflation.
00:31:09.000 In the 1920s, federal law enforcement expanded dramatically to enforce prohibition.
00:31:13.000 But when prohibition ended, the government power stayed.
00:31:18.000 When FDR took office in 1933, there were a half a million federal employees.
00:31:22.000 Now there's more than 2.2 million federal civilian employees, and that civilian count only goes up in time.
00:31:29.000 The massive government of agencies and bureaucracies has gathered more and more power over time.
00:31:34.000 But I want to just emphasize this.
00:31:36.000 And by the way, the Espionage Act actually was passed while Woodrow Wilson was president, and he put innocent people in jail.
00:31:45.000 Woodrow Wilson used this as a way to put political dissidents in jail.
00:31:49.000 But I want to just reemphasize one quote of Woodrow Wilson.
00:31:53.000 And I kind of went through this too quickly.
00:31:55.000 He said, we must stay away from the error of trying to do too much by voting.
00:32:05.000 Self-government does not consist in having a hand in everything.
00:32:10.000 That's exactly what they're doing to Trump right now.
00:32:14.000 Woodrow Wilson said this voting thing, we're trying to do too much by that.
00:32:19.000 It's the secret society of the shadow government that should call the shots, not the people.
00:32:26.000 The people, we have a mistake of trying to do too much by vote.
00:32:33.000 This is a fulfillment of Wilson's vision.
00:32:40.000 This right here, it doesn't matter that Donald Trump is running for the presidency.
00:32:44.000 It doesn't matter that he was a former president.
00:32:46.000 We, the administrative state, inspired by the godfather of such a project, Woodrow Wilson, will not let that happen.
00:33:00.000 It truly is a tension of the people versus the shadow government.
00:33:06.000 That is what is happening right now in Miami.
00:33:09.000 Which form of government is going to win?
00:33:17.000 Which philosophical promise, is it going to be serfs or citizens?
00:33:22.000 Is it going to be elections or selections?
00:33:27.000 The administrative state selects.
00:33:29.000 The founding fathers wanted elections.
00:33:32.000 Is it going to be states' rights or is it going to be shadow governments?
00:33:39.000 This is what's playing out right now in Miami.
00:33:41.000 And Chris Christie and the slovenly bunch of Republicans want to make it seem like it's about this indictment, this document stuff.
00:33:51.000 No, no, no, no.
00:33:52.000 This is a almost event.
00:33:56.000 This was in some ways eventual, but this is the collision of the American form of government brought to you by Madison, Jay, Hamilton, articulated in the Declaration by Jefferson, fought for by Washington, and now the administrative state shadow government model.
00:34:19.000 Which is going to win?
00:34:21.000 Do we want self-righteousness or self-government?
00:34:26.000 Do we want bottom-up or top-down?
00:34:28.000 Do we want states' rights or shadow government?
00:34:31.000 Do we want elections or do we want selections?
00:34:34.000 Do we want serfs or do we want a citizenry?
00:34:37.000 Do we want a constitution or do we want hidden rules that are selected by philosopher kings?
00:34:42.000 That is what Miami is all about.
00:34:44.000 It's not about Trump.
00:34:46.000 It's about whether the country the founders birthed will survive.
