00:02:53.000 Mark said, Charlie, I was watching your live stream last night when things started to look bleak and the memory of 2020 was enveloping us all.

00:03:01.000 You had the insight, courage, and guts to ask, what the heck is happening?

00:03:04.000 This doesn't make sense.

00:03:05.000 So what are we missing?

00:03:06.000 At first, I thought you were grasping at straws.

00:03:08.000 And Posta responded to your logic with some skepticism, but you held to your belief based on data, logic, and Arizona experience.

00:03:14.000 It was amazing to watch.

00:03:15.000 And by the time I went to bed and you went off air, I actually had faith.

00:03:17.000 Keep it the great work, never, never quit.

00:03:19.000 It was inspiring.

00:03:20.000 Mark, we're getting all the emails.

00:03:21.000 Well, and see, and here's what it was, right?

00:03:23.000 You put forward the model, right?

00:03:24.000 And you had the data, and you said, this is what it's going to be.

00:03:27.000 And if we see these breaks.

00:03:29.000 And then so I said, all right.

00:03:30.000 And we went county by county.

00:03:32.000 And that, and it really was that sort of 60-30 split.

00:03:35.000 Are we going to see the 60-30?

00:03:36.000 And I've got the notifications up, and I'm going in some levels.

00:03:40.000 You know, some of these tranches are coming in a thousand votes, 600 votes, 200 votes.

00:03:45.000 Which sounds like a little bit.

00:03:46.000 Sorry to interrupt, Jack, but that's better than a poll.

00:03:48.000 Right, because that's actual votes.

00:03:50.000 That's actual votes.

00:03:50.000 So if you have 800, you can model off of that.

00:03:53.000 And so, and I said, Charlie, look, I'm with you if the data is there.

00:03:57.000 And then as I was collecting the data, guess what?

00:04:00.000 Charlie's model held up the entire night.

00:04:03.000 Now we're seeing it, and I called it the Maricopa Pincer movement because as we've seen, and I said that on air last night before I went to bed and even when I woke up this morning, we've now seen every single county, and this was the program that you very first heard that on last night's live stream, and it was on RAV, and it was fantastic that they had us there.

00:04:22.000 Every single county flipped for Carrie Lake.

00:04:24.000 We were the first people to say that, except for Maricopa.

00:04:27.000 And what is it right now?

00:04:29.000 One point?

00:04:30.000 Yeah, I mean, Maricopa County is within 3,000 votes.

00:04:35.000 Tonight at 170.

00:04:36.000 How many outstanding?

00:04:37.000 With 125,000 votes outstanding.

00:04:39.000 And there it is.

00:04:41.000 So make it.

00:04:42.000 Yeah.

00:04:42.000 Look, I mean, and Maricopa County will be reported tonight, as which we've articulated, those are your mule people.

00:04:47.000 Those are your ultra MAGA people.

00:04:48.000 Right.

00:04:48.000 Because those ballots kind of count.

00:04:51.000 Yeah, those are your MAGA mules.

00:04:53.000 And so some people say, Charlie, are they going to be able to cut corners?

00:04:56.000 You want to talk about overwhelming?

00:04:57.000 What's going to be counted tonight will be a tsunami of overwhelm.

00:05:01.000 Let me just be very clear.

00:05:02.000 These are people that have so little faith in the election system that they drove to a vote processing center and made sure a human being took their ballot.

00:05:11.000 That doesn't be a traditional Republican establishment voter.

00:05:15.000 No, no, that's a Trump voter through and through.

00:05:17.000 That's someone saying, I'm not dealing with the Sharpies. 0.84

00:05:20.000 I'm not dealing with the Felted Pens.

00:05:22.000 I'm not dealing with the bleed throughs or any of this business.

00:05:24.000 Don't even show me one of those machines.

00:05:26.000 I'm going to hand this in.

00:05:27.000 And correct me if I'm wrong, but you said that you get a receipt when you hand this in.

00:05:32.000 I mean, my wife told me, I think it's a receipt or some sort of you get some sort of portal where you can go and track your ballot from that point forward, something like that.

00:05:39.000 Like a digital receipt then.

00:05:40.000 Yeah.

00:05:40.000 Again, I don't quite understand the details of it, but it is this kind of, so that used to be a fringe group of ballots.

00:05:46.000 So this is what's important.

00:05:48.000 And again, the people at the New York Times and all these experts that called the race for Karen Taylor Robeson basically last night too early.

00:05:54.000 Not a good night for them.

00:05:56.000 No, it's just, again, just let's all slow down and look at the data.

00:06:01.000 Here's what they don't understand is traditionally, Jack, that would only be like 10 to 12,000 ballots.

00:06:05.000 Right.

00:06:06.000 But it was 125,000.

00:06:09.000 It turned from a well of votes into a reservoir.

00:06:12.000 Yes, that's right.

00:06:13.000 We're all of a sudden, and no one knew that number.

00:06:16.000 No, no, I'm going to disagree with you on that one because there was one person who accurately predicted what that number was going to be with almost freakish mathematical precision.

00:06:27.000 And that was you, Charlie.

00:06:28.000 You said right here, we're actually on the other side.

00:06:30.000 So you're in this seat and I was in that seat.

00:06:32.000 But you said it would be about 125,000 votes.

00:06:36.000 And we see the number coming in.

00:06:37.000 And I'm like, does Charlie have some kind of crystal ball or like a phone to the future where somebody's calling him and telling him that this is what the number is going to be?

00:06:47.000 And it's, because it wasn't that you were, you know, in the ballpark.

00:06:52.000 It was the exact number you said.

00:06:54.000 We did say that number.

00:06:55.000 And it might have been the Holy Spirit.

00:06:57.000 I'm not kidding.

00:06:59.000 There was a lot of last night was a...

00:07:01.000 No, I'm not kidding.

00:07:02.000 That was a special moment.

00:07:04.000 I don't even know how else to put that.

00:07:06.000 Yeah, it might have been the Holy Spirit.

00:07:07.000 It was also just looking at the numbers.

00:07:08.000 And here is the other thing that was so important is that in order for all of that to be true and people were freaking out, here's what also had to be true, that there was a massive Republican turnout in every state of the country except Arizona.

00:07:23.000 Yes.

00:07:23.000 And I refused to accept the premise.

00:07:25.000 I said.

00:07:25.000 And it made no sense.

00:07:26.000 Yeah.

00:07:26.000 The missing puzzle piece is the state.

00:07:29.000 And so you put these pieces together, right?

00:07:31.000 PTSD from 2020, people that didn't show up.

00:07:35.000 And I said, what's the missing puzzle piece?

00:07:37.000 That there is a red wave that is still building, that there is a Republican movement.

00:07:42.000 And because of mules and all of this, the number we don't know are the people like my own family, which was my little exhibit A. Right.

00:07:50.000 And then, Jack, we received emails while everyone was freaking out of people that were poll watchers that said, what?

00:07:55.000 I worked in the East Valley.

00:07:57.000 A thousand people voted in person.

00:07:59.000 4,000 people came and dropped off their ballots.

00:08:01.000 So think about that.

00:08:01.000 Right.

00:08:02.000 Majority of whom were wearing MAGA hats is what we're told.

00:08:04.000 If you didn't have Charlie Kirk, if you didn't have freedom at charliekirk.com, if you weren't living here, if we didn't have Tyler being able to explain all this to us, give us the framing, right?

00:08:13.000 Folks, there's some people who just sit and these pundits, what they do it, and they hit refresh in the New York Times.

00:08:19.000 That's not what we did last night.

00:08:21.000 We had sources.

00:08:22.000 We had people who were working polls.

00:08:23.000 We had people who were Arizona election experts going county by county.

00:08:28.000 We had the great Richard Barris explaining to us what he saw in the field while he was polling.

00:08:33.000 That's why, at the end of the day, we were able to come out on top of this and everybody else got it wrong because they weren't seeing what we were seeing because they didn't do the work.

00:08:43.000 And that's what it comes down to.

00:08:44.000 Action, action, action.

00:08:46.000 Put your shoulder to the wheel, do the work.

00:08:47.000 So James has a good question here, right?

00:08:50.000 Charlie, they still run those handed-in ballots by ultra-maga folks through the machines to tabulate them. 1.00

00:08:58.000 If there is a recount, the ballots are still existing.

00:09:02.000 And so that's the thing that we must understand, right?

00:09:05.000 The issue back in 2020 is that there were ballots that were likely trafficked and that were legit ballots that were then laundered through the system.

00:09:14.000 We called it the Ozark election from the very beginning because the numbers weren't adding up and we were vindicated by Greg Phillips and Katherine Engelbrecht and Dinesh D'Souza with 2,000 mules.

00:09:25.000 So James, even if there is some shenanigans in the tabulation, there is a process where we could, if there is a final canvas where the ballots themselves that were handed in by ultra MAGA folks will end up be counted.

00:09:38.000 Does that make sense?

00:09:39.000 That's exactly right.

00:09:39.000 And Greg Phillips, by the way, he was posting all last night his analysis of the race, which lined up very similar to what we were saying, even though I don't know, were you talking to him during those?

00:09:49.000 Greg's a buddy.

00:09:50.000 I was messaging with him throughout the night.

00:09:51.000 Okay.

00:09:52.000 Yeah, he had a voice in.

00:09:54.000 But, I mean, and again, do the work.

00:09:56.000 Yeah, just do the work.

00:09:57.000 Do the work.

00:09:58.000 But it's a point that we want to try to extrapolate a little bit, which is that there is a story that the media is not telling you that is actually presents a very different picture.

00:10:09.000 Okay, so I do want to talk about Kansas as well, Jack, in the next segment.

00:10:14.000 I think it's important.

00:10:14.000 We're getting a lot of emails about Kansas.

00:10:16.000 I have a couple thoughts on that.

00:10:18.000 Someone said, who is counting the ballots that remain today?

00:10:20.000 Can we trust them?

00:10:20.000 Here's the good news.

00:10:21.000 I know of at least 12 people that are poll watchers right now that are actually watching the county counting happening right now.

00:10:29.000 So I know that might not put you totally at ease, but the last tranche are 125,000, what we will call ultra-mAGA ballots that will be eventually counted.

00:10:40.000 Okay, there's 163,000 ballots, I'm sorry, outstanding, of which I think Carrie Lake will win 70 to 80% of those 163,000 ballots outstanding.

00:10:53.000 And she's only got one county left to win. 0.99

00:10:56.000 Yeah, and just so we're clear, even if Carrie Lake breaks even on the remaining ballots, she still wins. 0.99

00:11:03.000 And that also with all the other rules that are only going to go up.

00:11:03.000 Yeah, still wins.

00:11:06.000 Okay, I want to talk about Kansas for a second here.

00:11:09.000 This would be the only loss that I can pinpoint.

00:11:12.000 And maybe Washington third with Joe Kent.

00:11:14.000 We're not sure of the results there yet.

00:11:15.000 We're keeping an eye on that.

00:11:16.000 It doesn't look good for him for a couple reasons.

00:11:19.000 But I want to say this, this Kansas thing is super confusing to me.

00:11:22.000 So I'll be fully transparent.

00:11:24.000 I did not know about the Kansas ballot referendum until somebody emailed us about it yesterday.

00:11:29.000 And I said, what are you talking about?

00:11:32.000 So a couple of things.

00:11:33.000 The media is carrying the results from the Kansas ballot referendum as if Kansas does not want to outlaw abortion and they say they want to keep abortion legal.

00:11:43.000 It's a massive loss.

00:11:44.000 But the ballot, the way it was written itself was insanely confusing, wasn't it, Jack?

00:11:51.000 I actually have the verviature if you want me to.

00:11:54.000 So, everybody, just bear with us a second as Jack goes through this.

00:11:56.000 This was on a ballot in Kansas.

00:11:58.000 Jack, go through it.

00:11:59.000 So, here is the verbiage as it appeared on the ballots in Kansas.

00:11:59.000 All right.

00:12:05.000 Regulation of abortions is Section 22.

00:12:09.000 Because Kansans value both women and children, the Constitution of the state of Kansas does not require government funding of abortion and does not create or secure a right to abortion.

00:12:20.000 To the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States, the people through their elected state representatives and state senators may pass laws regarding abortion, including but not limited to laws that account for circumstances of pregnancy resulting from rape or incest or circumstances of necessity to save the life of the mother.

00:12:38.000 Yes or no?

00:12:40.000 What?

00:12:41.000 See, I'm as pro-life as it becomes.

00:12:44.000 So, wait, which way would we have voted then, Jack?

00:12:47.000 You're super pro-life.

00:12:48.000 I'm pro-life.

00:12:50.000 So, you'd want to protect the right to life, but it's like a double negative.

00:12:55.000 How did this ever get past a judge?

00:12:57.000 I don't even know.

00:12:58.000 So, there is an explanatory statement, and it says a vote for the value-them both amendment would affirm there is no Kansas constitutional right to abortion.

00:13:09.000 A vote against the amendment would make no changes to the Constitution of the city of Kansas.

00:13:13.000 But the problem is, which one is it then?

00:13:15.000 It doesn't actually say that, it just says yes or no.

00:13:18.000 So, it doesn't even necessarily say for or against in the explanatory statement.

00:13:22.000 Right.

00:13:23.000 So, they're going to try to twist this as if Kansas are no longer pro-life.

00:13:26.000 I will say this, though.

00:13:27.000 And even, well, just to back you up on that, even the left-wing Guardian, which is, I mean, one of the most pro-choice outlooks you could find says the language on the Kansas abortion ballot is so confusing.

00:13:40.000 Right there.

00:13:41.000 Why is it so, or why is it so confusing?

00:13:43.000 So, I'm just kind of broadening this.

00:13:46.000 I'm not going to consider this to be a defeat for the pro-life movement because I just heard that whole thing.

00:13:50.000 I wouldn't know how I'd vote.

00:13:52.000 Now, I will say this, though.

00:13:54.000 Pro-life churches and pastors in Kansas should have figured it out, and then they should have just said vote yes or vote no.

00:14:00.000 Right, and you should have had that.

00:14:01.000 How would we have voted this vote yes, I guess?

00:14:03.000 Yes.

00:14:04.000 Okay, so pro-lifers would have voted yes.

00:14:08.000 Voting yes would mean supporting the amendment that would change the Constitution so it no longer protects abortion.

00:14:13.000 So, I didn't even realize that.

00:14:15.000 Kansas has abortion protection in their constitution.

00:14:18.000 You know, it does according to this.

00:14:21.000 Yeah, it does actually change a couple things.

00:14:25.000 It's interesting.

00:14:26.000 I suppose that's again, this is so convoluted.

00:14:30.000 It's so confusing.

00:14:32.000 So, that's we're getting a lot of questions about Kansas.

00:14:34.000 I don't consider that to be a defeat for the pro-life movement.

00:14:37.000 Do you, Jack?

00:14:38.000 The fact I can't figure it out, and I'm basically as pro-life as it gets.

00:14:42.000 Well, I wonder if Attorney General Chris Kobach could maybe work on a new law for Kansas.

00:14:47.000 Well, he looks to be the nominee, but Kansas is a strange state.

00:14:50.000 I will say this: Kansas will elect Democrats statewide if they're not super woke.

00:14:54.000 Yeah, they will.

00:14:56.000 Kansas will go for people. 0.50

00:14:59.000 They have a Democrat woman governor right now, if I'm not mistaken. 1.00

00:15:04.000 I think you're right.

00:15:05.000 But for federal office, they almost always vote for Republicans.

00:15:08.000 It's very similar to, let me think of another state that's similar to Kentucky.

00:15:13.000 Similar to Kentucky, they'll vote for Democrats statewide.

00:15:16.000 To your point on this, though, Nate Silver is changing his forecast based on Kansas.

00:17:21.000 That's why I won, because the Republic is in jeopardy because of shoddy, shady elections.

00:17:28.000 And they want to vote for leaders who will go in there and make sure that we restore honesty to our elections, which we do intend to do immediately.

00:17:37.000 And so, Carrie, it looks as if, you know, the lead right now is 12,000, still a lot of ballots yet to be counted.

00:17:43.000 Are you confident that with these final ballots, they're going to be counted ethically and transparently?

00:17:47.000 We're getting a lot of emails to people that are still nervous.

00:17:50.000 I believe that it's in the bag for you and onward to the general.

00:17:54.000 What are your thoughts?

00:17:55.000 All of our statisticians, all of our experts in this say it is impossible for my opponent to come back from this.

00:18:03.000 It's going, it's going, my lead just keeps growing.

00:18:07.000 And am I confident it's going to be ethical?

00:18:10.000 What's going on down in Maricopa County?

00:18:12.000 Hell no.

00:18:14.000 Since when did ethics come into play when it comes to Arizona elections?

00:18:18.000 And that's why we have to reform them and restore honesty to them.

00:18:22.000 But we've got eyeballs and ears and attorneys, and we know we won and we're very excited for the future.

00:18:29.000 I'm already got my plan of attack to take on Katie Hobbs. 0.99

00:18:33.000 And we're just, we just couldn't be happier because I'm thrilled at how well we did outside of Maricopa County.

00:18:39.000 It's never happened before where a candidate won by winning every county outside of Maricopa County.

00:18:46.000 And when we're all said and done, I will have won Maricopa County as well.

00:18:50.000 So what I think is important, though, is I believe there was a strategy to try to rob you of an election night speech and transition towards the general.

00:18:58.000 It's just they don't want that kind of climax moment.

00:19:01.000 Carrie, you're going to have to rally the people here in Arizona.

00:20:01.000 Every day I woke up to probably two or three, sometimes more negative stories that were based on complete lies.

00:20:09.000 So, you know, the media is still working for the other side, for the swamp, and we still rose above it and won.

00:20:15.000 And I think this is the death of that crooked part of the Republican Party.

00:20:22.000 We will bring this Republican Party together.

00:20:24.000 Now, the Never Trumpers and the people who absolutely are, you know, hate us, they may have a hard time with it.

00:20:31.000 But I believe that the majority of Republicans, we all agree on some of the most basic, important issues, and we need to come together.

00:20:45.000 And I like to say in every big family, you have arguments, disagreements, fights, and some dysfunction.

00:22:07.000 Because a lot of the framing that went into your race became this sort of proxy war kind of narrative that it was framed as sort of an establishment versus grassroots, a MAGA versus money, if you will.

00:22:19.000 And does this represent, and I said this on Twitter this morning, does this actually represent a tectonic shift in the party itself?

00:22:28.000 Because the candidates like you that have never been involved in politics before can come in and then win the people by standing up and saying that you will be their representative, not the representative of special interests.

00:22:42.000 I think it was a political earthquake last night in Arizona, an absolute ground shift in what we accomplished and a message to the part of our party that really wants Make America great again, folks, the MAGA folks to leave.

00:23:01.000 We are the strength of the party.

00:23:03.000 And because we are the strength of the party, we want to bring everybody into this party.

00:23:08.000 But we must acknowledge that MAGA is not going anywhere.

00:23:12.000 And, you know, I think we can find a spot in this party for people who are more establishment-minded, but they have to realize that Donald Trump and the legacy of leaders that he created are not going anywhere.

00:33:10.000 He specifically was noting, and Ben's a friend, I just totally disagree with him on this, that Trump's endorsement doesn't mean much when it comes to the general election and that candidates like Gibbs probably won't win the general election because they're weak.

00:33:20.000 Ben Shapiro was stating how much money the Democrats put into Gibbs election, knowing he could not beat the Democrat candidate.

00:33:26.000 I know this goes on with ETH Party, but I have yet to hear of any Republicans wasting money, floating other candidates.

00:33:32.000 That's not why Gibbs won.
