00:03:30.000 Breaking today, the Biden regime has now officially put forth the rule for the private sector mandate through OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

00:03:43.000 And so we have said on this show that there was no mandate, there was no mandate.

00:03:46.000 That is no longer true.

00:03:49.000 It is not true now, as there is now a rule from OSHA to require employers to comply.

00:03:57.000 So basically, let me read the essence of it.

00:03:59.000 This is the ultimate constitutional workaround.

00:04:01.000 And for a reason that is so incredibly inexplicable and stunning, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is getting employers with more than 100 employees, us, a January 4th deadline to comply with President Biden's Fauci virus vaccine mandate and threatening thousands of dollars in fines for defiant businesses, according to a fact sheet released by the White House Thursday.

00:04:24.000 This will impact over 17 million workers.

00:04:27.000 Okay, so we're not going to comply at Turning Point USA.

00:04:30.000 We have 195 employees, almost all of whom are under the age of 30.

00:04:34.000 Very few are over the age of 30, many of whom already have contracted the Fauci virus.

00:04:39.000 Some of our employees have decided to get vaccinated.

00:04:41.000 A lot of our employees do not want to get vaccinated.

00:04:44.000 And who is Biden to say that all of a sudden you are going to tell us what to do with our medical decisions for our employees?

00:04:49.000 It's every single individual employee's choice.

00:04:51.000 You're going to come in and tell Turning Point USA how to run our business?

00:04:55.000 And so I was just texting right now with our attorneys.

00:04:57.000 We are going to sue in federal court.

00:05:01.000 There's many lawsuits happening.

00:05:03.000 I just hope that, quite honestly, that the my fear is that a poorly written lawsuit in a bad district is going to be filed.

00:05:15.000 We have 190 plus employees, and I'm not getting vaccinated.

00:05:21.000 One of my great employees, I'm not going to say his name right down there.

00:05:25.000 So we have plenty of people that make different choices.

00:05:29.000 I don't care.

00:05:30.000 I don't ask about it.

00:05:32.000 And yet, just I want you to think about how, yes, of course, it's obviously patently unconstitutional.

00:05:41.000 Could you imagine using OSHA to come in and be like, yes, I need to go see your medical history?

00:05:46.000 I need to go see how many employees you have on Prozac.

00:05:52.000 24 state attorney generals have come out.

00:05:55.000 A group of 24 Republican state attorney generals have warned and they will continue to push forward saying that they are going to sue.

00:06:02.000 But Biden doesn't care about the courts.

00:06:03.000 They're going to do this anyway.

00:06:05.000 This is the important thing.

00:06:06.000 There's a lot of different dynamics with this.

00:06:08.000 And look, if you're a small business owner, people say, well, Charlie, I have to comply.

00:06:33.000 OSHA continues by saying, Biden says, we've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us.

00:06:44.000 Why do so many people that are getting vaccinated then get the virus?

00:06:49.000 And we have to keep on putting up with this con job.

00:07:26.000 I said, do you walk around having fear that you are going to get measles every day?

00:07:33.000 I said, because that vaccine works.

00:07:36.000 It's because you've been successfully inoculated.

00:07:41.000 He said, well, I am worried I might get a breakthrough case because I've been vaccinated.

00:08:19.000 To attend, you must have at least 14 days after your single dose vaccine or a second dose in a two-series, even though vaccinated attendees must complete a COVID-19 test.

00:08:35.000 So you have to get tested even though you have the vaccine within 48 hours of the event.

00:10:39.000 And then the last thing I asked, and I went through all the VARES numbers, vaccine adverse event reporting system.

00:10:47.000 I wasn't even like defending it firmly.

00:10:51.000 I said, how many people in this room know somebody or yourself have experienced an adverse event from the vaccine?

00:19:15.000 The term vaccine also got a makeover where the CDC's definition changed from, quote, a product that stimulates a person's immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease to current.

00:19:27.000 Oh, so it went from preventing a disease to treating the disease.

00:19:32.000 But if it's a treatment, then why aren't we allowed to talk about treatments that independent peer-reviewed studies, not to mention the data out of India and other places, are showing very positive success for azithromycin, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin.

00:19:49.000 Now, but if there is a treatment, this is the important thing, then emergency use authorization of the vaccine would not be allowed.

00:20:01.000 Dan Bongino took himself off the air in protest and he came back on the air and said he was starting a fund to help his employees who were fired because they don't want to take the vaccine.
