The Charlie Kirk Show - War with Russia, What is it Good For?

00:00:12.000 Shouldn't take that much deep thinking, but unfortunately it does.

00:01:32.000 Joe Biden has now said he is sending 3,000 troops to the Ukrainian region or Eastern Europe to try and defray Vladimir Putin.

00:01:44.000 Leaked documents reveal Biden's Afghan failures from Jonathan Swan from Axios.com.

00:01:50.000 Hours before the Taliban seized control of Kabul on August 15, 2021, senior Biden administration officials were still discussing and assigning basic actions involved in mass civilian evacuation.

00:02:03.000 So I'm going to connect what's happening in Eastern Europe right now with the Afghanistan debacle.

00:02:09.000 Outsiders were frustrated and suspicious. 0.66

00:02:11.000 The administration was having plenty of meetings, but was stuck in bureaucratic inertia and lacked urgency until the last minute.

00:02:19.000 While the world word immediately peppers the internal documents, it's clear officials were still scrambling to finalize their plans.

00:02:27.000 Now, first of all, we only have these information because someone is leaking on Biden.

00:02:34.000 Right here in my hands, streaming on rumble.com, not on YouTube, but standing in solidarity with Dan Bongino, R-U-M-B-L-E.com, streaming on Rumble this week.

00:02:42.000 The National Security Council, someone is leaking these internal documents.

00:02:48.000 We have all of them right here.

00:02:50.000 And basically, it shows that the Biden regime had no idea what they were doing when it came to trying to withdraw from Afghanistan.

00:02:58.000 We knew that, obviously, with the 13 dead Marines and the Taliban taking over the country at rapid pace. 0.54

00:03:05.000 For example, they just decided they needed to notify local Afghan staff to, quote, to begin to register their interest in the relocation to the United States.

00:03:14.000 And they were still determining which countries could serve as transit points for evacuees.

00:03:21.000 So someone in the Department of Defense wants to try to set the record straight when it comes to the Biden bureaucratic nonsense that led to this.

00:03:30.000 So we knew Afghanistan was a disaster. 1.00

00:03:32.000 We knew this administration could not even pull a simple withdrawal from a country successfully while lying about it and giving us, at the time, a line of nonsense saying, oh, no, no, we got it all figured out.

00:03:46.000 Don't worry about it.

00:03:48.000 Nothing to see here.

00:03:51.000 So if this administration can't get American citizens out of Afghanistan, why on earth should we believe that they could fight Vladimir Putin? 0.50

00:04:02.000 If this administration gets too mucked up with bureaucratic inertia, to use Axios' word, with trying to keep the goatherder child predators that call themselves Taliban leaders that are stuck in the 12th century, why do we think that we can stare down Russia? 0.66

00:04:23.000 That's just one of many reasons why you should be infuriated by the new news that Biden is really, he's really upset about the eastern border of Ukraine.

00:04:35.000 So for those of you keeping score at home, how many troops has Biden deployed to the southern border?

00:04:42.000 Now, I will be probably visiting the southern border next week.

00:04:44.000 I don't even know if Connor knows this or not, or Andrew, but we're working on that, some very exciting things.

00:04:49.000 It's wide open.

00:04:50.000 It's an inner country highway for cartels, drug traffickers, gun smugglers.

00:04:57.000 I would love to see 3,000 troops sent to the southern border.

00:05:02.000 But instead, Biden is saying in new press release, he's sending 3,000 more troops to Eastern Europe from thehill.com.

00:05:12.000 Pentagon deploying 3,000 troops to allies in Europe amid tensions with Russia.

00:05:19.000 You see, the Washington, D.C. machine is realizing the domestic COVID war is ending.

00:05:28.000 Omicron might be the variant to end all variants.

00:05:32.000 Early treatments are widespread.

00:05:35.000 Fauci's approval rating is at record low.

00:05:38.000 And the Pentagon is deploying and repositioning over 3,000 troops to bolster Eastern European allies.

00:05:44.000 The first such movement as the U.S. looks to bolster NATO's capabilities in the region amid growing tensions between Russia and Ukraine.

00:05:53.000 Now, we're supposed to believe that Vladimir Putin might invade Ukraine at any time.

00:05:58.000 I'm not so convinced of that, actually.

00:06:01.000 What, are the Olympics just a couple hours away?

00:06:03.000 Is that right?

00:06:04.000 The Winter Olympics are coming right around the corner.

00:06:06.000 I do not think that Vladimir Putin is going to invade Ukraine, especially during an international spectacle like the Olympics.

00:06:16.000 I think instead, though, Vladimir Putin wants to test whether or not Western forces are willing to sacrifice a country that is not yet in NATO.

00:06:28.000 They consider Ukraine to be a NATO ally.

00:06:31.000 Now, do I think Russia and Ukraine are moral equivalents?

00:06:35.000 Do I think Ukraine is a corrupt country?

00:06:35.000 No.

00:06:37.000 One of the most corrupt countries on the planet?

00:06:39.000 It just is. 0.89

00:06:40.000 Their government's corrupt. 0.98

00:06:42.000 Their system is corrupt.

00:06:45.000 And why American troops need to be sent 5,000 miles away to go defend the sovereignty of another nation while our own country is under attack and being invaded?

00:06:54.000 Now, the line that many people in Washington, D.C. are using is, oh, no, those are two separate issues.

00:06:59.000 Are they?

00:07:01.000 It's called priorities.

00:07:04.000 And we're lectured all the time on priorities from you guys.

00:07:06.000 Oh, we can't get to that.

00:07:08.000 That's not as important.

00:07:10.000 Politico had an article yesterday that was so stunning.

00:07:16.000 GOP to Tucker Carlson were the decision makers on Ukraine, not you.

00:07:23.000 John Cornyn from Texas, who I actually know is a nice guy, says, quote, he's obviously not in a position of being responsible for those decisions, and we are.

00:07:34.000 So let me just give some advice to John Cornyn and the other Republican senators who decided to go to Politico of all places to attack Tucker Carlson.

00:07:42.000 It's not about Tucker Carlson, by the way.

00:07:43.000 It's about the voters and the people that watch Tucker Carlson.

00:07:46.000 You realize it's super unpopular what you Republican senators are doing right now.

00:07:50.000 Like extremely unpopular.

00:07:52.000 People can't fill up a tank of gas.

00:07:54.000 Our nation is in total low morale.

00:07:57.000 Our president is unpopular.

00:07:58.000 No one believes in him.

00:07:59.000 We can't withdraw from Afghanistan. 0.99

00:08:02.000 Our own border is being invaded.

00:08:03.000 We have double-digit inflation, 107,000, 100-plus,000 fentanyl overdose deaths, most suicidal, alcohol-addicted, tech-addicted generation in history.

00:08:13.000 And the priority of Republican senators is whether or not some arbitrary line drawn in like the beginning stages of Siberia is being enforced.

00:08:23.000 Yeah, that's called a priority problem.

00:08:28.000 Fox News Primetime hosts, according to Politico and others on the far right.

00:08:31.000 Oh, yeah, they call Tucker Carlson far right, sure, have excused and even rationalized Russia's aggression towards Ukraine.

00:08:37.000 First of all, there is no aggression towards Ukraine.

00:08:40.000 Do not be gaslit by these neocons.

00:08:43.000 Vladimir Putin putting troops on the border is not yet aggression against Ukraine.

00:08:48.000 Again, I'm no fan of Putin.

00:08:49.000 Just get your facts right.

00:08:52.000 And downplayed its relevance to U.S. national security policy.

00:08:55.000 Yeah, obviously.

00:08:56.000 And while GOP senators are shrugging off his name and shame campaign, Carlson's views are permeating the Republican base.

00:09:03.000 No, no, no, it's the other way around.

00:09:06.000 The Republican base is permeating Tucker's show.

00:09:10.000 You see how they write this?

00:09:12.000 They say, oh, yeah, Tucker is this like Pied Piper and this puppet master and all these simpletons and flyover country are now really fired up.

00:09:19.000 No, no, no, it's the other way around.

00:09:21.000 Tucker actually knows what they believe and he's articulating it in a way that is concise and clear.

00:09:29.000 In a way that could undermine Republicans' efforts to emphasize cross-party unity.

00:09:32.000 Oh, you hear that?

00:09:33.000 We need the Uniparty, Politico says.

00:09:35.000 We need the one-party rule as they seek to deter a Russian invasion of Ukraine. 0.88

00:09:40.000 What about the Nicaraguan invasion of our country?

00:09:45.000 When Republican senators take the oath of office, are they taking the oath of office for the Ukrainian Constitution?

00:09:52.000 Or is it all enemies, foreign and domestic, such as the El Salvadorians that have been invading our country the last couple of years? 1.00

00:09:57.000 Two million last year.

00:10:01.000 How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor?

00:10:03.000 Producer Andrew's right here doing an Iron Man thanks to Relief Factor.

00:10:06.000 And truth is, I know there are millions of people.

00:10:08.000 In fact, some say over 100 million people struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older.

00:10:13.000 That can do it, getting older, which is why I'm so impressed with the people at relieffactor.com.

00:10:18.000 They are on a mission.

00:10:19.000 You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment.

00:10:21.000 They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year.

00:10:27.000 And I believe they'll do it.

00:10:28.000 So here's the deal.

00:10:29.000 If you're struggling with back pain, neck pain, shoulder, hip, or knee pain, even general muscle aches and pain, then I'm suggesting you order their three-week quick start, still discounted, only $19.95.

00:10:49.000 Give your body what it needs to heal itself.

00:10:51.000 Go to relieffactor.com.

00:10:52.000 That's relieffactor.com.

00:10:54.000 Check it out right now. 0.84

00:10:57.000 So if you wanted to fight a war with Russia, which would be really dumb, you'd probably want as many people in the military as possible. 0.85

00:11:04.000 You'd also probably want morale to be high.

00:11:08.000 Breaking the last couple hours, U.S. Army begins discharging soldiers who refuse COVID-19 vaccine.

00:11:15.000 U.S. soldiers who refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine will be immediately discharged, the U.S. Army said on Wednesday, saying the move was critical to maintain combat readiness.

00:11:26.000 Oh, so to maintain combat readiness, we need to discharge the people that have been in our military for years, some for a couple decades, because they're not inoculated against the virus, even though the vaccine is showing to be leaky, ineffective, and at times detrimental to people's health.

00:11:47.000 The discharge order is the latest from a U.S. military branch removing unvaccinated service members amid the pandemic.

00:11:55.000 The Pentagon made the vaccine mandatory for all service members in August 2021.

00:12:00.000 We are not a serious country.

00:12:03.000 But don't worry, Republican senators are on the case of trying to go to war with Russia.

00:12:08.000 So where are the Republican senators that are threatening to shut down the government over the fact that our veterans and our active service members are being forced to get a vaccine against their will?

00:12:24.000 Why are Republican senators going along with this?

00:12:27.000 Oh, they're too busy talking to Politico, trashing Tucker Carlson.

00:12:32.000 Now, this is not about Tucker Carlson.

00:12:33.000 Let me be very clear.

00:12:34.000 Tucker Carlson has the most successful cable news show.

00:12:38.000 If you want to go to see who has the most successful shows on the planet, goes Joe Rogan, then Tucker Carlson.

00:12:43.000 It's really that simple of as far as means of information.

00:12:46.000 That's the state of play right now.

00:12:48.000 So instead, Republican senators are talking to Politico trying to badmouth Tucker.

00:12:54.000 And it's not about Tucker.

00:12:55.000 It's about the people that watch Tucker that agree with him, which are tens of millions of Americans every single week.

00:13:04.000 Republican senators are unmoved by Tucker Carlson's relentless warpath against support for Ukraine.

00:13:11.000 Mike Rounds, whoever this guy is from South Dakota, says, are individuals up here who are decision makers?

00:13:18.000 I don't hear any disagreement about the position Russia is in.

00:13:23.000 Russia is the aggressor. 0.98

00:13:24.000 Ukraine has every right as a sovereign nation to have their borders respected.

00:13:29.000 You literally can't write this.

00:13:32.000 They have a right to protect their borders.

00:13:34.000 Oh, really?

00:13:34.000 Do we, Senator Mike Rounds from America?

00:13:38.000 I didn't know South Dakota is like some sort of Eastern province of Ukraine.

00:13:43.000 It's unbelievable.

00:13:44.000 Ukraine has every right as a sovereign nation to have their borders respected.

00:13:52.000 It's a mockery.

00:13:54.000 They hate you so much, they are taunting you.

00:14:00.000 Joni Ernst, who is a nice person.

00:14:05.000 Senator Jim Risch, who I've met a couple times, who's also a nice person, continues to saber-rattle against Russia.

00:14:14.000 Marco Rubio said Tucker Carlson is wrong, said the U.S. interest, not just in Europe, but around the world, is not having countries decide.

00:14:25.000 But that belongs to us.

00:14:26.000 We're going to go ahead and take it.

00:14:30.000 Joni Ernst says, I get great intel briefings, and we have trusted advisors that provide many points of view.

00:14:36.000 And I would say I'm pretty well educated on the subject.

00:14:41.000 Oh, you mean the same experts that got us into a lockdown strategy that basically destroyed an entire generation?

00:14:47.000 That same sort of class of experts?

00:14:52.000 Tom Malinowski says, at least some of the Republican Party's base is very confused about what's happening between Russia and Ukraine.

00:15:00.000 Actually, we're not confused.

00:15:01.000 We care about our own country.

00:15:02.000 We don't care about other countries nearly as much, nor should we.

00:15:06.000 And at least, at worst, putting pressure on Republican elected officials to, in effect, take Russia's side.

00:15:12.000 Never has anyone said to take Russia's side. 0.80

00:15:16.000 You know the only side that Tucker and this show and Steve Bannon's show and Donald Trump and the tens of millions Americans, you know what side they want to take?

00:15:24.000 America's side.

00:15:25.000 That's all.

00:15:26.000 We want our own country to be put first for once.

00:15:32.000 Senator John Cornyn, a member of the bipartisan group crafting legislation to sanction Moscow and support Kiev, dismissed Carlson's criticisms and said the crisis goes beyond just Ukraine.

00:15:42.000 Of course, obviously it's like a world war.

00:15:44.000 They would love that.

00:15:45.000 He's obviously not in a position of being responsible for those decisions.

00:15:48.000 And we are.

00:15:49.000 Putin is not the only one watching us in Ukraine.

00:15:52.000 Chinese is watching us. 0.99

00:15:53.000 Yeah, obviously.

00:15:55.000 So you've just basically pushed Putin into the arms of Xi Jinping. 1.00

00:15:59.000 That's pretty stupid. 0.99

00:16:03.000 Our allies around the world are watching us, like the French. 1.00

00:16:05.000 Yeah, they're going to come to our defense and doubting our credibility, our reliability.

00:16:15.000 Our country's falling apart, our borders wide open.

00:16:18.000 But don't worry.

00:16:19.000 The senator from South Dakota is saying that border sovereignty is important.

00:16:23.000 Don't you understand that?

00:16:24.000 But Ukraine's. 0.72

00:16:25.000 America's who cares.

00:16:29.000 By now, you've all heard me talk about MyPillow, and now Mike has done it again with his My Slippers.

00:17:20.000 God bless you guys. 0.93

00:17:24.000 Okay, so if we go to war with Russia, that would be really dumb.

00:17:29.000 But it seems that DC is eager to do that.

00:17:32.000 And then they say, oh, no, no, we don't want war with Russia.

00:17:34.000 We're just sending 3,000 troops there.

00:17:35.000 Really, you're sending troops, and you don't think that might result in war with Russia?

00:17:40.000 Study a little bit about the escalation leading into the Vietnam War.

00:17:43.000 How about the escalation that led into the Iraq war?

00:17:45.000 Starts with troops, saber-rattling, and the next thing you know, a kinetic war can be deployed.

00:17:53.000 But we're dismissing soldiers who refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine, citing an army order.

00:18:01.000 I want to finish this story here.

00:18:05.000 I don't think anyone's really thought through what a war with a major power like Russia would be.

00:18:12.000 So someone sent us a good email.

00:18:14.000 I will say he was thoughtful.

00:18:16.000 And I appreciate the, it's not criticism, but the pushback.

00:18:20.000 Charlie, is the Russian invasion of Crimea okay with you?

00:18:24.000 Charlie, if our borders were secure, then would you be okay with us to assist Ukraine?

00:18:28.000 Charlie, if Russia's buildup of troops is okay and not an issue right now, then is China's buildup of troops okay with Taiwan as well?

00:18:34.000 So we must look at everything through a prism of trying to deter and defeat the Chinese. 1.00

00:18:40.000 Am I okay with Russia's invasion of Crimea?

00:18:43.000 No.

00:18:44.000 Would there be a scenario that dialogue with Putin and us, the Americans, could be beneficial and could be mutually positive?

00:18:54.000 Absolutely.

00:18:55.000 We did it with Joseph Stalin. 0.91

00:18:57.000 There's plenty of things Vladimir Putin wants that we could provide in exchange for a non-aggression pact, like don't invade Ukraine, don't go after Crimea.

00:19:08.000 But we're going to need your help in a variety of different ways to restrain the Chinese. 1.00

00:19:13.000 That's what a partnership would be.

00:19:15.000 Instead of doing the opposite, instead we're trying to fight this bizarre two-front war as we ourselves as a nation are crumbling within.

00:19:24.000 And the great Angelo Cotevilla, may he rest in peace.

00:19:29.000 He passed away this last summer.

00:19:31.000 He wrote time and time again that a nation should not go to war if the nation is not in vast majority of it, in popularity of it, willing to see it through, and also if there are not other pressing domestic issues at hand.

00:19:52.000 An international war can divert resources, energy, morale, and especially after, let's pretend we go to war, okay?

00:20:01.000 Let's pretend it's a great idea, which it isn't.

00:20:04.000 Do you have faith that this administration would actually make the strategic decisions necessary to protect our troops?

00:20:12.000 Let's just make that argument for a second.

00:20:14.000 Okay, let's pretend all these Republican senators are right.

00:20:17.000 Maybe they know something I don't.

00:20:19.000 And maybe Russia is actually a bigger threat than China.

00:20:21.000 Maybe Russia has a billion people we don't know about.

00:20:24.000 And maybe Russia is super wealthy that we don't know about.

00:20:26.000 And maybe Russia, I don't know, maybe all this stuff that apparently Joni Earns gets all these briefings and she's super smart. 1.00

00:20:32.000 Maybe there's all this stuff we don't know about.

00:20:34.000 Okay, fine.

00:20:35.000 I mean, I'm not a senator. 0.95

00:20:37.000 I'm not an idiot, but I'm not a senator. 0.97

00:20:38.000 Okay. 0.98

00:20:39.000 Then, do you trust this administration actually to go to war?

00:20:43.000 That's a totally different argument, by the way, but it's a good one.

00:20:46.000 Do you trust this administration to bring your son, your daughter, your neighbor, your fellow countrymen into Siberia?

00:20:55.000 Here's just another kind of word to the wise: stay out of Russia in the winter.

00:20:58.000 I mean, this is not exactly like breaking news.

00:21:03.000 You know, when you take a Hillsdale online course by Victor Davis Hansen, basically like across the textbook is like stay out of Russia in winter.

00:21:10.000 It's like one of the major takeaways, that amongst other things.

00:21:14.000 But would you trust this administration, according to Axios, they can't even get diplomats out of Kabul from goat herders and child predators that are coming from the Kandahar Valley? 0.97

00:21:30.000 We're supposed to believe that they're going to be able to make the decisions necessary to properly defend our own troops or at least not just defend their life, but make the decisions towards victory.

00:21:43.000 I don't think so.

00:21:44.000 I have zero confidence in that.

00:21:45.000 That's a separate argument, by the way.

00:21:48.000 But it's a good one.

00:21:51.000 The senators continue to write in the article, they say Representative Michael McCall, who is a congressman, says that Ukraine should have a right to self-determination if they want to join NATO.

00:22:09.000 Now, what that means, if Ukraine joins NATO, according to Article 6, I think in NATO, Article 5 or Article 6, it's an attack on one, it's an attack on all. 0.70

00:22:19.000 Do you really think that the cappuccino-sipping Italians and the wine-drinking French and the drug-using Dutch are going to drop all of their pleasure activities and go to arms against Russia because of a border dispute for Ukraine? 0.96

00:22:38.000 That's what it would mean if Ukraine joined NATO.

00:22:41.000 And that's what this whole exercise is about, just so we're clear.

00:22:44.000 Vladimir Putin is mobilizing troops to the border because he wants to see whether or not Ukraine will actually be something that we are willing to draw a line over.

00:22:55.000 That's what this is all about.

00:22:58.000 Putin would back down in a second if Trump was president.

00:23:01.000 Make no mistake.

00:23:04.000 President Trump would pick up the phone and say, cut it out.

00:23:07.000 I need your help against the Chinese. 1.00

00:23:09.000 Okay?

00:23:10.000 How about this?

00:23:10.000 And here's like a deal that Trump would cut.

00:23:12.000 It would be like a minute, one minute.

00:23:14.000 Listen, you could keep on having that weird Hitler look-alike guy in Syria, Bashar al-Assad.

00:23:22.000 I'll pretend that we don't care about that for a couple of years.

00:23:24.000 You get your pipeline.

00:23:26.000 You stay out of Ukraine. 0.99

00:23:28.000 So I don't have to worry about this.

00:23:30.000 But also, I need 50 million barrels of oil.

00:23:33.000 And this Nord Stream 2 with Germany think, guess what?

00:23:35.000 That's not going to work.

00:23:36.000 They're going to buy American oil.

00:23:37.000 It's called doing deals.

00:23:41.000 Biden, instead, can't even get troops out of Kabul.

00:23:48.000 Representative Michael Walsh, a former Green Beret, attributed much of the public wrangling and confusion of the United States on Ukraine.

00:23:57.000 He wants to send U.S. troops to Ukraine to engage in combat with Russian forces.

00:24:04.000 He said there would be consequences for the United States and the West if Ukraine is left to defend itself. 0.74

00:24:10.000 How about this?

00:24:10.000 How about the Germans and the Belgians and the Italians and the Spanish and the Portuguese?

00:24:18.000 Why don't they have a shot at this one?

00:24:20.000 They're closer.

00:24:21.000 It's obviously a bigger threat.

00:24:24.000 Why don't they go enlist their own army and do that?

00:24:26.000 Like, just come on, have a go at it.

00:24:28.000 We've got our own problems right now.

00:24:30.000 You guys got a lot of people.

00:24:31.000 You seem awfully eager to do this.

00:24:33.000 Come on, Emmanuel Macron, super alpha male.

00:24:36.000 Come on, show us your willingness to fight, my friend.

00:24:40.000 How about Angela Merkel?

00:24:41.000 I could see her on top of a tank leading people into battle.

00:24:46.000 Michael Waltz says, if we don't support them, that sends a very clear message on top of Afghanistan and the debacle that was the withdrawal.

00:24:53.000 I agree that, that the United States is no longer supporting its allies around the world.

00:24:57.000 You know, it's really interesting.

00:24:58.000 What was the last time our allies supported us?

00:25:02.000 What was the last time our allies came to our aid when we needed it?

00:25:06.000 You might say, oh, Charlie, they do it all the time.

00:25:08.000 Really?

00:25:09.000 The Germans come to our aid all the time?

00:25:13.000 Show me some examples of that.

00:25:16.000 I have nothing against the German people.

00:25:17.000 It's not exactly like the German government was any fan of Trump.

00:25:24.000 When Trump was president, Mexico came to our aid when it came to securing the border.

00:25:29.000 The border seems completely wide open right now.

00:25:32.000 Now, some people say, well, Charlie, we need to be the world's policemen.

00:25:36.000 That's a separate argument.

00:25:38.000 They say, you know, we have troops in Japan and Germany and Korea.

00:25:43.000 Well, first of all, we do a fair amount of commerce with those countries.

00:25:46.000 Those are very rich and developed countries.

00:25:49.000 Some people would have to say we have to keep shipping lanes open.

00:25:52.000 But let's take one issue at a time.

00:25:53.000 The issue at hand is a further redeployment of troops and an escalation of aggression in a far-out distant land so far away while we have mounting national crises.

00:26:06.000 Several of them happening simultaneously.

00:26:12.000 New York Times, U.S. troops to be deployed to NATO allies in Eastern Europe.

00:26:20.000 This is not going to end well.

00:26:22.000 They are going to ensure a robust defense of NATO allies.

00:26:26.000 First 1,000 soldiers that are currently based in Germany will reposition to Romania in the coming days.

00:26:34.000 Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grushko sharply criticized the new transfer of U.S. troops to Europe by the Biden administration as a destructive move.

00:26:46.000 And if you're wondering what that sound is in your ear, that's Vladimir Putin having a conference call with Xi Jinping as they are now forming the new Axis. 0.71

00:27:00.000 It's important that we send a strong signal to Mr. Putin and the world that NATO matters.

00:27:05.000 Sounds like Black Lives Matter.

00:27:07.000 That democracy matters.

00:27:09.000 We're making it clear that we're going to be prepared to defend our NATO allies if it comes to that.

00:27:14.000 Ukraine's not NATO.

00:27:16.000 It's not.

00:27:16.000 You could wish it is.

00:27:17.000 You could hope it is.

00:27:20.000 Look, there's a more provocative take.

00:27:22.000 I'm not going to get into this.

00:27:23.000 We have some amazing Ukrainian friends that would disagree at this.

00:27:27.000 But Ukraine is a complicated country.

00:27:31.000 A lot of Ukraine is Russian by language and ethnicity.

00:27:36.000 A lot of people disagree with this.

00:27:37.000 I'm not going to get too deep into it.

00:27:41.000 But it's a complicated mess.

00:27:43.000 It is.

00:27:49.000 The drums of war are beating loudly in Washington.

00:27:53.000 The American people don't want it.

00:27:55.000 We're getting emails like you wouldn't believe, people that do not want escalated conflict in Eastern Europe.

00:28:04.000 And that's the other thing, is that do not deploy troops if you are not willing to see it all the way through.

00:28:09.000 If you are not willing to see hundreds of thousands of people die of our own citizens, don't play the game.

00:28:20.000 Beijing, as the United States moves to exert maximal pressure on Russia over fears of a Ukrainian invasion, President Vladimir Putin in Russia has found relief from his most powerful partner on the global stage, China.

00:28:31.000 And that's when the New York Times.

00:28:33.000 Congratulations, American foreign policy experts.

00:28:36.000 Congratulations, Republican senators.

00:28:38.000 You have created an international mega superpower.

00:28:42.000 China doesn't have energy, but with a friend like Russia, they do. 0.50

00:28:45.000 Russia doesn't have people, but with China, they do. 0.98

00:28:48.000 They have some people, but they're one-third our size.

00:28:51.000 You combine the landmass of Russia and China together?

00:28:53.000 Yeah, you got a real problem.

00:28:54.000 Oh, don't worry.

00:28:55.000 No, Don't worry, everybody.

00:28:57.000 We got the Dutch.

00:28:59.000 It's fine.

00:28:59.000 Love them.

00:29:00.000 Not exactly an army that I would fear.

00:29:03.000 So why is Biden doing this?

00:29:05.000 Well, war can give you attention, relevancy.

00:29:09.000 Wag the dog, as we have called it many times.

00:29:12.000 It's not our phrase, but it is a movie that kind of goes through these sorts of themes.

00:29:19.000 There's something happening with Biden and how he is being treated by the deep state and also by the power centers in the country.

00:29:29.000 So if you look at who has power in the country outside of government, outside of Fauci, outside of the CIA and the FBI, there are two institutions that really steer the zeitgeist in the country more than any other.

00:29:42.000 And that would be the New York Times and Harvard.

00:29:45.000 One academic, pseudo-academic, and one media.

00:29:48.000 The New York Times is regime media. 0.54

00:29:51.000 They do not question the narrative.

00:29:55.000 They are by no means trying to engage in heterodox ideas.

00:30:00.000 No, the New York Times will do what they are told.

00:30:02.000 The New York Times will be purveyors and communicators of what the power centers want, what the billionaires want.

00:30:10.000 So in the last 24 hours, you have National Security Council leaking on Biden.

00:30:16.000 We have all the documents here.

00:30:18.000 Last 24 hours, you have rumblings of war with Russia.

00:30:23.000 And then you have this.

00:30:25.000 The New York Times sues State Department for emails related to Hunter Biden, the Romanian embassy, and whether the United States helped push his personal business interests.

00:30:37.000 The lawsuit filed Monday in Manhattan court seeks emails dating 2015 to 2019.

00:30:45.000 The New York Times engaging in this kind of a lawsuit is not a one-off thing.

00:30:53.000 There's a reason for this.

00:30:56.000 Now, the reason could be that they might be doing pretend journalism where actually something doesn't exist.

00:31:01.000 And this could just be going through the exercises of them being like, oh, no, no, we looked into that, even though they should be looking into five other stories.

00:31:08.000 Or the New York Times might be in the beginning stages of trying to send a warning shot to Biden where they're trying to get Biden's attention.

00:31:19.000 In the last couple of days, the IRS has issued a subpoena to J.P. Morgan Chase in connection to bank transactions that involved Hunter Biden and his Chinese business deals.

00:31:31.000 Interestingly, simultaneous when Peter Schweitzer releases that book red-handed, and we had him on our show, the deep state is leaking on Joe Biden, and the New York Times is suing the State Department for Hunter Biden's records and emails.

00:31:46.000 What's going on here?

00:31:48.000 Well, it's becoming more clear that they do not want or believe that Joe Biden will be around for much longer.

00:31:57.000 That they're trying to signal to him, like, hey, pal, your numbers are getting low.

00:32:01.000 There's more than one way to get rid of you here.

00:32:05.000 And the reason could be as simple as bad poll numbers and electability, or it could also be something as Joe Biden being the temporary bridge president, as we've described him, as they want to make sure there's more than one way to keep him in his box.

00:32:27.000 The New York Times has sued the State Department for dragging its feet and handing over emails from the Romanian embassy officials connected to Hunter Biden and his famed former business associate, Tony Bob Yulinsky.

00:32:39.000 The lawsuit filed Monday in Manhattan federal court seeks emails dating 2015 to 2019.

00:32:44.000 The Times alleges that the State Department is failing to address its Freedom of Information Act request in a timely manner.

00:32:51.000 When the Times asked, the State Department said it would get around to the request, and the paper was told an answer by April 15, 2023.

00:33:00.000 Interesting, interestingly specific date, tax day 2023.

00:33:06.000 The Times appears to be looking into whether embassy personnel did any special favors on behalf of business officials, including the president's son and Bob Yelensky.

00:33:16.000 Joe Biden was serving as vice president for the two years the emails cover, 2015 to 2016.

00:33:25.000 Why would the New York Times be doing this?

00:33:28.000 Well, there very well might be a plan in place in real time to remove Biden.

00:33:37.000 And maybe Biden is trying to compensate by trying to drum up some sort of conflict that can keep him in place or to try to resurrect his plummeting poll numbers.

00:33:46.000 All of this is speculation.

00:33:48.000 But it's very interesting, isn't it?

00:33:49.000 And interesting that all within a couple of days, you have subpoenas going after businesses connected to Hunter Biden.

00:33:55.000 You have the New York Times suing the State Department for business deals with Hunter Biden.

00:33:59.000 And you have the National Security Council apparatus, the entire national security apparatus leaking on Joe Biden about his failings with Afghanistan.

00:34:05.000 And Axios writing scoop.

00:34:07.000 Leaked documents reveal Biden's Afghan failures.

00:34:11.000 Someone wants Biden gone.

00:34:14.000 Or a group of people want Biden gone.
