00:00:26.000 I believe it is one of your patriotic duties to get involved with Turning Point USA.
00:00:30.000 Start a high school or college chapter.
00:00:32.000 Go to tpusa.com.
00:00:34.000 That is tpusa.com.
00:00:37.000 Buckle up, everybody, here.
00:00:39.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:39.000 We go.
00:00:41.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:43.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:46.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:50.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:51.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:52.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:54.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:00.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:09.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:12.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:21.000 In just a second, we'll have Dr. Robert Malone on the program to help unpack the tragic situation that unfolded that I happen to see live on Monday night football last evening of a football game that turned into a life or death situation.
00:01:36.000 And so let me just read the tweet.
00:01:38.000 It's been viewed over 10 million times.
00:01:39.000 I was ridiculed and attacked by everybody from Adam Kinzinger on down.
00:01:44.000 And here's the tweet.
00:01:46.000 This is a tragic and all too familiar site right now.
00:01:50.000 Athletes dropping suddenly.
00:01:52.000 That was my tweet.
00:01:54.000 And people thought that I was being a conspiracy theorist.
00:01:57.000 I was attacked.
00:01:58.000 In fact, Newsweek wrote an article that said, I am human garbage this morning.
00:02:03.000 And that's, I guess, that's their opinion.
00:02:08.000 I did not, I don't know what happened.
00:02:10.000 All I know is I am thankful, praise God, that DeMar Hamlin looks to be in better condition.
00:02:16.000 And praise God that there were medics just feet away.
00:02:19.000 And it is true.
00:02:20.000 It is tragic and all too familiar that athletes are dropping suddenly.
00:02:26.000 And I suppose saying that and saying that there is a pattern that seems to be emerging across the planet gets you to be attacked from every possible direction.
00:02:36.000 With us right now is Dr. Robert Malone.
00:02:39.000 Dr. Malone, I don't know what happened.
00:02:42.000 I don't think anybody knows yet, but you believe that just immediately trying to, let's just say, drop a label on that situation last evening is as irresponsible as just saying that, you know, there's no such thing as vaccine injuries.
00:02:58.000 What is your take on the tragic situation that unfolded yesterday on Monday night football?
00:03:03.000 So, Charlie, I'm sorry that you've been subjected to this.
00:03:08.000 My heart goes out to you as somebody who has also received these types of attacks from corporate media and from, let's say, these tribal reactionary forces, because that's really what they are.
00:03:23.000 I had not read your tweet.
00:03:24.000 I'm very glad that you read it.
00:03:26.000 It is completely innocuous.
00:03:28.000 It actually takes, as far as I'm concerned, a very responsible position.
00:03:33.000 The documentation for the cause unknown sudden cardiac deaths increases is abundantly covered in Ed Dowd's book called Cause Unknown.
00:03:47.000 And of course, Ed is a friend, but I don't have any financial stake, so there's no COI.
00:03:52.000 I strongly recommend that people get a copy of Cause Unknown and make their own assessment.
00:03:58.000 The position that is being advocated by the press, of course, is the one that's most favorable to the vaccine campaigns and initiatives and to the interests of the large pharmaceutical companies now Moderna and of course Pfizer.
00:04:13.000 And that is that this would be a case of comito cordis.
00:04:17.000 And comitocortis is absolutely a valid element in the differential diagnosis for this case, unfortunately.
00:04:30.000 However, it is a very rare condition.
00:04:32.000 It's typically seen in baseball players that take a strike over precisely the right place in their heart.
00:04:39.000 And it is very constrained.
00:04:42.000 It's very difficult to cause this experimentally in, say, a pig model.
00:04:47.000 You have to use a hard baseball, not a larger or softer baseball.
00:04:52.000 That's how precise it is.
00:04:54.000 And it has to be in a specific place.
00:04:56.000 So I think that one should appropriately review the footage of the strike that occurred, the tackle or the block that occurred.
00:05:06.000 Because normally this would not be something that could be elicited in a football event unless there was, that's American football, unless there was an elbow thrown or something like that, right precisely at the right place of the heart.
00:05:19.000 And it requires pre-existing conditions in the athlete.
00:05:23.000 It is absolutely more prevalent in young male athletes, but it's rarely, if ever, seen.
00:05:32.000 I'm not aware of any reports of it occurring in American football due to a block or tackle.
00:05:39.000 It's typically a very hard strike, like a fastball right over the heart.
00:05:45.000 So what I conclude from this is that if the team's sports physician had missed the known pre-existing conditions, all of which pretty much could have been detected in this young man, then that's a case of medical malfeasance, perhaps.
00:06:07.000 He would have been taken off the field and not allowed to continue his career if he had one of these conditions.
00:06:14.000 So I have to assume because of the nature, how much money is involved, how rigorous sports medicine is right now for professional athletes, that those pre-existing conditions were ruled out.
00:06:26.000 So then we've got two strikes against the logic that this is comitocortis.
00:06:32.000 It's unlikely that the gentleman had the preexisting condition, and it's highly unlikely that a tackle or block, unless it involved a swung elbow at exactly the right place, could have triggered this.
00:06:45.000 So in sum, I think that we do, as you say, have to acknowledge this outbreak of excess mortality from sudden death, predominantly in younger male athletes.
00:07:00.000 And we're seeing it, for instance, in commonly, well, I won't say commonly, but unusually frequently in the game that the rest of the world calls football that we call soccer.
00:07:14.000 And those cases do not involve a strike to the chest.
00:07:18.000 So now Ryan Cole speaks at length about the data that's come in that these lipid nanoparticles, for whatever reason, seem to have a predilection for the atrial ventricular node and some of the conducting tissue in the heart.
00:07:33.000 And we do seem to see this damage occurring.
00:07:37.000 It has a known physiologic basis having to do with the pharmacology of the product.
00:07:44.000 It is happening in young male adults that have not had a strike over their chest.
00:07:50.000 And I have to conclude from this that we have a differential diagnosis to be a responsible physician.
00:07:56.000 It includes comitocortis.
00:07:58.000 Nothing you said had was in any way wrong, near as I can discern.
00:08:04.000 Well, thank you.
00:08:04.000 It was entirely appropriate.
00:08:06.000 And we have to say, if I was to rank the differential diagnosis based on the little bits of information we have, I would have to conclude that the probability is higher that this is a vaccine-damaged-related case rather than comitocortis, which is what all the press is rushing to, in which I think it's even more irresponsible to rush to that diagnosis and exclude any mention of the possibility of this being vaccine damage-associated disease.
00:08:36.000 Over?
00:08:37.000 Yeah, so I want to just ask the question of: is this happening with disturbing frequency across the country and across the world?
00:08:50.000 And it seems as if the data that has been compiled is that there are a lot of athletes that are just dropping dead or dropping suddenly, especially younger athletes.
00:09:02.000 And that is when you start to see patterns, that's when you should just take pause and hopefully that inquiry will lead you closer to the truth.
00:09:10.000 And thank you, by the way, Dr. Malone, for those warm words.
00:09:14.000 The tweet was viewed 10 million times for saying something that I thought was rather obvious, that it's tragic and innocuous.
00:09:23.000 Absolutely.
00:09:24.000 There's nothing, I see nothing wrong in your statement at all.
00:09:28.000 The error is on those that are attacking you.
00:09:31.000 That is over the top and inappropriate.
00:09:34.000 And you should have a conversation with your lawyer and we'll just leave it at that.
00:09:41.000 Rents are soaring at unprecedented highs.
00:09:44.000 If you're renting or have a friend or family member, that is now a great time to make the move to homeownership.
00:09:50.000 Look, you got to own renting, that's great reset stuff.
00:09:53.000 Andrew Del Rey and Todd of Akian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage have helped so many people make that leap from renting to owning with lots of programs that offer first-time buyers assistance with little to no down payment needed.
00:10:06.000 I encourage you right now to visit my buddies, their website.
00:10:09.000 They're great guys.
00:10:10.000 They're conservatives.
00:10:10.000 They're Christians.
00:10:11.000 They love the Lord.
00:10:12.000 AndrewandTodd.com right now.
00:10:14.000 The thing I love about these guys is it's not about the transaction.
00:10:17.000 They're helping you create a plan to help you reach your goals.
00:10:20.000 Give them a call or go to their website, AndrewandTodd.com.
00:10:23.000 With today's still historically low interest rates, it's easier than you think to become a homeowner.
00:10:28.000 I've relied on them and producer Andrew has as well.
00:10:31.000 I highly recommend you take action now.
00:10:33.000 And if you knew someone paying rent, tell them about Andrew and Todd.
00:10:36.000 Go to andrewandodd.com and tell them the Charlie Kirk Show sent you.
00:10:43.000 Dr. Malone, part of the reasons I tweeted what I did is that we are seeing a disturbing pattern.
00:10:48.000 When you start to see an unusual pattern, you should notice that pattern and ask questions.
00:10:52.000 Dr. Malone, can you add some detail or some context to this pattern that we are seeing of healthy young people, particularly young men, that are in athletics or otherwise, that are dropping suddenly with previously unexplained health conditions?
00:11:11.000 Well, Charlie, I think in another life, you must have been a pathologist because you got a dead on.
00:11:17.000 We should look for signal.
00:11:20.000 And once we observe signal, then we should do further investigations.
00:11:24.000 That's the responsible position to take in medicine.
00:11:28.000 And unfortunately, we've had an effort to block any autopsies being performed that could help us get to the bottom of this.
00:11:38.000 The pattern is clear and apparent that there are these unexplained excess deaths, which have all the signs and symptoms of cardiac deaths that are occurring all over the world.
00:11:50.000 And we have the very clear documentation of myocarditis, which has a long-term mortality rate that's non-trivial.
00:12:01.000 So in this myocarditis, clinically, is at the frequency of about one in 2,000 to 1 in 3,000, multiple papers documenting this.
00:12:14.000 But what's not often recognized is that clinical myocarditis that brings you to the hospital or to a doctor is just the tip of the iceberg.
00:12:23.000 And that heart does not heal.
00:12:25.000 It scars.
00:12:26.000 And when it scars, it creates this problem of electrical misconductivity that sets up ventricular fibrillation, which appears to be one of the causes of these sudden deaths, the other one being stroke.
00:12:42.000 So we have a path of, the word is pathophysiologic basis for this.
00:12:47.000 We understand that there's a toxicity associated with these products that gives this particular clinical outcome.
00:12:54.000 And we are seeing this clinical outcome all over the world, more often in younger men, often in high-performance athletes at periods where they're under stress.
00:13:06.000 And very, very few of these are associated with chest impacts, which would be the differential diagnosis for the comitocortis syndrome that this particular case is attributed to.
00:13:19.000 So I, again, to reinforce, as far as I'm concerned, you've been defamed maliciously.
00:13:27.000 And that's a bigger issue is how come we have these laws on the books like Sullivan versus New York that allows the press to defame and slander at will public figures.
00:13:38.000 This is not right, and it has to stop.
00:13:40.000 Well, I agree.
00:13:41.000 So just to play devil's advocate, some people say, well, Charlie, what we are suffering from is confirmation bias, that we're so in the echo chamber that if we see somebody who collapses on a field, we immediately think the thing that we're most passionate about.
00:13:55.000 What would your counter argument to that be?
00:13:58.000 That's always a risk, but there's also a risk of underdiagnosis.
00:14:03.000 And I think that your position of when you see an unusual signal, which is now well documented globally, this excess all-cause mortality, as well as these sudden death events at a much higher frequency than occurred before, then you have to move forward with some hypotheses about the cause.
00:14:25.000 And the hypothesis that most closely fits the data is that we are having cardiac damage associated with these products that express the spike protein at very high levels.
00:14:39.000 Over.
00:14:40.000 Very good.
00:14:40.000 Dr. Malone, it's important that the audience knows that you're also the inventor of the mRNA technology.
00:14:47.000 So you know something about this.
00:14:48.000 And one of the things that got my attention early on was a conversation you had with Brett Weinstein on the Dark Horse podcast, where you did mention, and this was before there was any macro data, you said, look, I invented this technology.
00:15:05.000 And one of the things we will probably see is increases in myocarditis and pericarditis in young men.
00:15:13.000 And tragically and unfortunately, Dr. Malone, that hypothesis and that prediction is proving to be true.
00:15:19.000 Dr. Malone, thank you for being generous with your time today.
00:15:21.000 God bless you.
00:15:22.000 Thank you.
00:15:23.000 Thank you, Charlie, and keep being brave.
00:15:25.000 Talk to you soon.
00:15:25.000 Thank you.

00:15:30.000 Look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
00:15:36.000 Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
00:15:39.000 She says this, quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
00:15:44.000 We've tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
00:15:50.000 I hear you, Yvonne.
00:15:51.000 Relief Factor works for me too.

00:16:20.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 8004 Relief.
00:16:23.000 Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor.
00:16:29.000 Let's get to the Speaker of the House race.
00:16:32.000 Okay, so this could be awfully confusing and understandably.
00:16:37.000 So here's the essence.
00:16:39.000 Right now, as of 30 minutes ago, the previous Congress is done.
00:16:44.000 It's over.
00:16:44.000 What number Congress are we on now?
00:16:46.000 I can't remember.
00:16:47.000 I think it's one something.
00:16:48.000 I always get it confused.
00:16:49.000 So the old Congress is over with.
00:16:51.000 Now, the first kind of business item for a new Congress is not even to swear in representatives, it's to elect a Speaker of the House.
00:17:02.000 And so the Speaker of the House, based on the math that the House is built on, requires 218 votes.
00:17:12.000 It requires 218 votes.
00:17:14.000 This is 118th Congress.
00:17:15.000 Okay, this is the 118th Congress in the history of America.
00:17:19.000 So this is Kevin McCarthy.
00:17:22.000 Asked last evening, are the speaker votes locked in?
00:17:24.000 Play cut one.
00:17:25.000 We're going to do the votes for speaker locked in tomorrow.
00:17:28.000 I think we're going to have a good day tomorrow.
00:17:34.000 What are your conversations like in that matter?
00:17:36.000 Good to see you.
00:17:37.000 Are people here to make more concessions in exchange for courts?
00:17:42.000 Hope you all have a very nice New Year's.
00:17:45.000 So they said, Do you have all the speaker votes locked in?
00:17:48.000 And he said, I hope you had a very nice New Year's.
00:17:52.000 So as it seems today, Scott Perry, who is the chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, has said that they are going to withhold 15 to 20 votes from Kevin McCarthy this speaker vote session.
00:18:10.000 So basically, they all go to the House of Representatives floor.
00:18:12.000 They say, This is now, they gavel in, even though there's no speaker to gavel in.
00:18:18.000 And they say, the 118th Congress is now in session.
00:18:22.000 We will now take nominations for a speaker.
00:18:25.000 And so Maxine Waters will scream from the back of the room and she will say, I nominate Hakeem Jeffries.
00:18:34.000 And they are going to say, okay, anybody else?
00:18:36.000 And then somebody will say, I nominate Kevin McCarthy.
00:18:39.000 And Matt Gates will stand up and he'll say, I nominate Jim Jordan.
00:18:42.000 Then the round of voting will ensue.
00:18:46.000 And they'll go roll name by name and they go alphabetical order.
00:18:50.000 And so there's 435 names to go through.
00:18:53.000 So they'll say Representative Boeber and Representative Gates and Representative Good.
00:18:58.000 And they'll go one by one by one.
00:19:00.000 And if a nominee for speaker fails to reach 218 votes, the House will go into recess and they'll do it again.
00:19:11.000 And they'll say, We need more nominations.
00:19:13.000 Now, for some of you, say, yes, a lot of you in this audience, I read your emails, I see the chat on Real America's Voice.
00:19:21.000 Very anti-Kevin McCarthy in this audience.
00:19:26.000 Okay, so that's the perspective of the audience.
00:19:31.000 So, but here's the risk, and it's a very legitimate risk.
00:19:36.000 By saying we are not going to have a Republican speaker, regardless of the concessions, you are now seeing several uniparty candidates say, I'm going to go caucus with Democrats.
00:19:50.000 Don Bacon is doing this.
00:19:51.000 Justin Amash is doing this.
00:19:53.000 Democrats are now working overtime that after this first round of vote fails, basically to steal the House of Representatives from Republicans because they cannot get their act together and get behind a certain candidate.
00:20:06.000 This is Representative Bob Good saying Kevin McCarthy is part of the problem.
00:20:11.000 Play cut two.
00:20:12.000 Is there any scenario under which you could support and vote for Kevin McCarthy?
00:20:19.000 No, I won't be voting for Kevin McCarthy tomorrow.
00:20:22.000 He's part of the problem.
00:20:23.000 He's not part of the solution.
00:20:24.000 I'll be following the will of my constituents, the voters of Virginia's 5th District, who hundreds of which have told me over the past couple of years not to support Kevin McCarthy.
00:20:33.000 What I told them when I started my first term two years ago is I would judge him by what he did as minority leader.
00:20:39.000 And there's nothing he's done to earn my vote.
00:20:41.000 There's nothing that indicates to me that he's going to change his pattern since he's been in leadership.
00:20:47.000 So that is the perspective of, it's an unknown amount, but it could be anywhere to be 10 to 15 people.
00:20:53.000 The leader of this, the most vocal leader, has been Matt Gates, friend of the program and great American patriot, play cut 15.
00:21:00.000 Those of us who will not be voting for Kevin McCarthy today take no joy in this discomfort that this moment has brought.
00:21:08.000 But if you want to drain the swamp, you cannot put the biggest alligator in charge of the exercise.
00:21:14.000 We offered Kevin McCarthy terms last evening that he rejected.
00:21:19.000 And all we got was a handful of howdy and a mouthful of much obliged.
00:21:23.000 So we do not want to be here at this moment.
00:21:26.000 We would prefer to have a unity of purpose, but we will not continue to allow the Uniparty to run this town without a fight.
00:21:35.000 So look, here's the issue, is that currently Democrat operatives, especially the more moderate wing of the Democrat Party, they're already starting to angle to say, how can we take back the House, even though the American people delivered the House to Republicans?
00:21:53.000 So let me tell you what that would mean.
00:21:55.000 That would mean equal representation on committees.
00:21:57.000 So Democrats could kill subpoenas.
00:22:00.000 That would mean no investigation into Mayorkas, no investigation into Merrick Garland.
00:22:04.000 That would mean no investigation into Joe Biden.
00:22:07.000 That would mean no investigation into any of the organizations that we have seen into Twitter, into Jack Dorsey.
00:22:14.000 Democrats, by a single vote, would have equal representation on committees.
00:22:18.000 And by having a uniparty, it would basically effectively destroy the United States House of Representatives being in the Republican direction.
00:22:32.000 Let's go to cut five.
00:22:33.000 McCarthy lacking the majority to become speaker, even though he has the most support.
00:22:37.000 This could be one of the most chaotic scenes in congressional history, something that has not happened in 100 years.
00:22:43.000 A couple weeks ago, we warned that this could happen.
00:22:45.000 And many of you in the audience said, you know what, I think it's a good thing that we are going to put this into bedlam, that we need to take that risk.
00:22:51.000 Our position on this program is, boy, we didn't win a lot this midterm cycle.
00:22:55.000 One of the few things we did win was the House.
00:22:57.000 You want to do this, circus?
00:23:00.000 I hope you have a plan.
00:23:02.000 Play cut five.
00:23:04.000 This could be one of the most chaotic scenes in congressional history, something not seen in 100 years.
00:23:09.000 Kevin McCarthy lacks an outright majority of the entire House to become Speaker.
00:23:14.000 He has the most support, but that's not enough due to the opposition of at least five Republicans and perhaps more.
00:23:22.000 At least five Republicans and perhaps more.
00:23:26.000 So here's where we're at.
00:23:27.000 And someone says, emailed us.
00:23:29.000 They said, Charlie, if we lose the House because of this clown show, I'm going to lose my mind.
00:23:33.000 Well, that's a possibility now.
00:23:36.000 Someone says, you are a traitor for supporting little Kevin McCarthy.
00:23:41.000 You guys are all wrong saying the core will cause problems for Republicans.
00:23:47.000 Okay, well, look, I'm not even saying I support Kevin McCarthy.
00:23:50.000 I'm asking, what is the plan?
00:23:52.000 And putting the entire House of Representatives race into suspense, not the House of Representatives, the entire House of Representatives into suspense, that's an issue.
00:24:08.000 Maybe not.
00:24:09.000 Maybe you say, you know what?
00:24:09.000 Let's just put it all on the line.
00:24:10.000 Let's risk it.
00:24:11.000 Okay.
00:24:12.000 Well, Representative Boebert says this in cut 16.
00:24:16.000 Kevin McCarthy was taking the path of Nancy Pelosi and following her precedence with the motion to vacate.
00:24:23.000 We want to change the way things are done here.
00:24:26.000 We didn't offer up a personal wish list.
00:24:28.000 And so now here we are being sworn at instead of being sworn in.
00:24:33.000 I have been working every day to unify the Republican Party for the American people.
00:24:40.000 And yesterday, we had a deal that was not a selfish deal in any way for Kevin McCarthy to get him the gavel on the first ballot.
00:24:51.000 And he eagerly dismissed us.
00:24:54.000 Okay, I want your thoughts.
00:24:56.000 I want to listen to you, the audience.
00:24:57.000 Are you confident that going into suspense, there will be a House vote?
00:25:03.000 It'll take about 45 minutes to go through all 435 names after the nominations.
00:25:07.000 Are you comfortable with that process?
00:25:10.000 Because I could tell you right now, Don Bacon, who's a moderate from Nebraska and many other moderates, are saying that if McCarthy fails, they're willing to go right immediately, go caucus with Democrats and bring this to a Congress with equal representation, Republican and Democrat on committees, effectively eliminating a House majority.
00:25:32.000 Maybe you say, oh, that's not going to happen.
00:25:33.000 That's just fear-mongering.
00:25:35.000 Okay.
00:25:35.000 Well, that's what Don Bacon has said.
00:25:36.000 He has a plan to do it.
00:25:38.000 And many other moderate Republicans say they are ready to go caucus with Democrats to eliminate the Republican majority.
00:25:45.000 I want your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:25:47.000 How much confidence do you have in what is now going to be the first in 100-year suspense?
00:25:55.000 Kevin McCarthy is getting a little snippy.
00:25:58.000 Cut 19.
00:25:59.000 Let's play cut 19, please.
00:26:01.000 I have the record for the longest speech ever on the floor.
00:26:04.000 I don't have a problem getting a record for the most votes for Speaker 2.
00:26:08.000 Thank you all.
00:26:10.000 Well, I don't see how a few people, maybe it's five, maybe it's 20, sit because they want a gavel that they can't earn by the conference of themselves.
00:26:21.000 That would be interesting to me.
00:26:23.000 That's not what the constituents voted him for.
00:26:25.000 Let's go to this one right here.
00:26:27.000 Cut nine, CNN says, look, reality is setting in.
00:26:30.000 Republicans will take control of the chamber, and they plan to do investigations into the Biden administration.
00:26:36.000 But if you can't elect the speaker, there will be no investigations into anything effectively eliminating the House majority.
00:26:42.000 Play cut nine.
00:26:43.000 Here in Washington this week, reality is going to set in quickly.
00:26:47.000 On Tuesday, House Republicans will take control of the chamber and try to elect a speaker.
00:26:52.000 And that could take a while.
00:26:53.000 House Republicans are also planning to launch a slate of investigations into the Biden administration as Washington begins to adjust to divided government.
00:27:02.000 Someone says, Charlie, you need to, let's just say, grow something.
00:27:06.000 There isn't enough a difference between Hakeem and Kevin.
00:27:10.000 Same old story, either a Marxist or a Marxist light.
00:27:13.000 Stop.
00:27:13.000 Frank, I appreciate the passion.
00:27:15.000 That is just not true.
00:27:17.000 You could have your complaints with Kevin McCarthy, but some of the concessions that were starting to be made were actually rather significant.
00:27:23.000 Marjorie Taylor Green on oversight, investigations into Fauci, Hunter Biden, FBI, Jim Jordan, all of those are greenlit if you have Kevin McCarthy as speaker.
00:27:32.000 Hakeem Jeffries, not so much.
00:27:35.000 In fact, it would be the opposite, not to mention what's happening on the southern border.
00:27:40.000 This is what someone says here.
00:27:41.000 Charlie, Republicans need to be patient.
00:27:43.000 Inaction and complacency on the part of American conservatives have led us to this precarious place in the House with such a slim margin.
00:27:50.000 Rome was not built in a day.
00:27:52.000 Go with McCarthy for now and build together on the slight but important edge that we have at the moment.
00:27:57.000 Think about it.
00:27:58.000 A wave takes persistent energy.
00:28:00.000 Linda.
00:28:01.000 Okay, that is certainly not a majority opinion.
00:28:05.000 Someone says, Charlie, so what are you saying?
00:28:07.000 Vote McCarthy in or take the risk that they're trying to change.
00:28:10.000 I think you have to use prudence.
00:28:11.000 Sometimes in life, you have situations in front of you that are less than desirable.
00:28:16.000 My advice to Gates and Boebert, Marjorie Taylor Green, Bob Goode, Scott Perry, and the others is get as many concessions in writing, irrefutably, and take what you possibly can.
00:28:28.000 Someone says here, well, Charlie, what about Matt Gates as Speaker of the House?
00:28:33.000 That's not going to happen.
00:28:36.000 Someone says, what about Andy Biggs for Speaker of the House?
00:28:38.000 I love Andy Biggs.
00:28:40.000 That's not going to happen.
00:28:42.000 And so look, the process is unfolding.
00:28:46.000 There are going to be other nominees.
00:28:48.000 There are going to be other people floated for Speaker of the House.
00:28:53.000 And it does put this into suspense and put this into a place of the unknown.
00:28:59.000 Now, some people say, well, Charlie, there's another shadow candidate that is going to rise.
00:29:02.000 Is that Jim Jordan?
00:29:04.000 Is it Steve Scalise?
00:29:05.000 Now, some of you say, oh, yeah, I'd rather have Steve Scalise than Kevin McCarthy.
00:29:08.000 Okay, do you know that Steve Scalise refused to endorse Harriet Hageman against Liz Cheney, and Kevin McCarthy did?
00:29:15.000 Kevin McCarthy opposed Liz Cheney.
00:29:17.000 Steve Scalise stayed neutral.
00:29:19.000 Be careful what you wish for.
00:29:22.000 You might say, oh, Steve Scalise is better than Kevin McCarthy.
00:29:24.000 He's way closer with Liz Cheney than Kevin McCarthy is.
00:29:27.000 Kevin McCarthy had a public and very tumultuous falling out with Kinzinger and Cheney.
00:29:35.000 Scalise stayed warm with them.
00:29:37.000 Oh, I hate Kevin McCarthy.
00:29:39.000 Fine.
00:29:40.000 I hear you guys.
00:29:40.000 I see your emails.
00:29:42.000 But then Scalise is up next, who's worse than Kevin.
00:29:45.000 I want your thoughts.
00:29:46.000 Email me freedom at charliekirk.com and subscribe to the Charlie Kirk show podcast.
00:29:54.000 Someone says here, Charlie, it doesn't matter if we lose the House.
00:29:58.000 We need to risk it all.
00:30:00.000 Investigations don't matter.
00:30:02.000 D.C. courts won't convict anyone.
00:30:05.000 We need a conservative speaker or we should just let Hakeem take over.
00:30:09.000 Okay.
00:30:10.000 That's the perspective I think of most of the Republican conservative base.
00:30:14.000 Burn it all down.
00:30:17.000 I'm more interested in hopefully building something so that we can have a little bit of leverage and a little bit of success overseeing the fourth branch of government.
00:30:25.000 I would love to see Jim Jordan and Marjorie Taylor Green on committees being able to have a green light of oversight of the most corrupt and failed administration.
00:30:35.000 So email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:39.000 Today could be the day the House of Representatives goes to the Democrats or stays in Republican hands.
00:30:44.000 I hope there's a plan.
00:30:47.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:30:49.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:52.000 Thank you so much for listening and God bless.
