00:01:59.000 Right now, I am excited to bring on my friend and friend of the show, Colin Plume from Noble Gold Investments.
00:02:06.000 Colin, welcome to the show.
00:02:09.000 We normally have you in studio when we do gold conversations or investment conversations or macroeconomic conversations, but we kind of had to rush this one because there's something else going on in the gold conversation that we just had to have you on and walk us through about this story.
00:02:27.000 I mean, it really is something...
00:02:29.000 It's something I never thought we'd be talking about, and that's, of course, Fort Knox, which is where all the gold is supposed to be.
00:02:35.000 At least that's what we're told.
00:02:37.000 So anyways, welcome to the show, Colin.
00:02:40.000 Thank you.
00:02:41.000 Why don't you walk our audience through what Fort Knox is, like 30,000-foot level.
00:02:47.000 What is it?
00:02:48.000 What's its purpose?
00:02:49.000 What's its goal?
00:02:50.000 What's its function?
00:02:51.000 Fort Knox was created in 1937 to store our nation's gold, our gold, which is what Elon Musk and...
00:02:59.000 President Trump had been talking about.
00:03:00.000 This is our gold, so we should be able to see it, which I think is really important.
00:03:05.000 We've never done an audit in full audit in 50 years.
00:03:10.000 In 1941, they did an audit, and we had over 20,000 tons of gold at that time.
00:03:17.000 It's unclear where a lot of that gold was or where it is today because we currently have reported almost 8,200 tons.
00:03:27.000 So we must have sold it.
00:03:29.000 At some point, it's not clear where it was sold or who owns it at this point.
00:03:32.000 At one point, we had 80% of the world's reserves.
00:03:35.000 And so when 1944 hit, we went to Brent Words Exchange.
00:03:39.000 Because of all this gold and the strength of our economy, we were the likely choice to be the world's reserve currency.
00:03:45.000 And so we became it.
00:03:46.000 We became the currency of the world.
00:03:48.000 And I would say that is one of the greatest advantages that we've had since 1944 to be able to have this control over the world's currency and everyone's been using our currency.
00:03:59.000 So right now, supposedly, we have...
00:04:03.000 About 50% of our gold stored there, but they haven't done a full audit.
00:04:10.000 The last they did a partial audit in 1974, they did about 5% audit.
00:04:14.000 They've had people go in in the 80s, a few senators, and then in 2017, a few senators did a cursory look around, but they didn't do like a full audit.
00:04:23.000 So this is really a sign that this administration believes in transparency, and also we want to know what we own.
00:04:31.000 And so we're going to go in and do this audit, and we will see what we own there in the depository.
00:04:39.000 But keep in mind, the gold that we own there is not what's typically traded today.
00:04:45.000 0.999 gold.
00:04:46.000 These are gold coins that were melted into gold bars in the 30s.
00:04:51.000 So they're actually 90% gold.
00:04:54.000 So we have about 10% less gold than what's currently traded on all the exchanges.
00:04:58.000 Not that it matters so much, but we just don't have the same currency.
00:05:02.000 We don't have the same gold that we're trading in today's world.
00:05:06.000 I mean, it's all really fascinating.
00:05:07.000 So you're basically saying Fort Knox, you know, there's supposed to be 18,000 tons of gold during World War II. In 1971, it was down to 8,100 tons, and officially it's dropped to 4,583 tons.
00:05:22.000 That's the last we know.
00:05:24.000 That's what's in Fort Knox.
00:05:26.000 Some of it's in Bank of New York, and we have other depositories.
00:05:30.000 We're supposed to have 8,144 tons of gold, which if they revalue today, and that's another thing, what are they going to revalue at?
00:05:40.000 I think...
00:05:41.000 It would make more sense for them to revalue at $4,000 an ounce because if they do it at $4,000 and we have the actual goal that we say, that would be a trillion dollars.
00:05:50.000 And so we would basically put a trillion dollars onto our balance sheet as opposed to what we have right now is it's valued at $11 billion.
00:05:59.000 So it would be a big boost for us.
00:06:02.000 To show this on our balance sheet, it would show confidence to the world.
00:06:06.000 If it's there.
00:06:07.000 If it's there, Colin.
00:06:08.000 So let's go ahead and play cut 188. This was President Trump seated next to Emmanuel Macron from France, and he's just sort of speculating what we're going to find at Fort Knox, 188. We're actually going to Fort Knox to see if the gold is there, because maybe somebody stole the gold.
00:06:26.000 Tons of gold.
00:06:27.000 And again, in 187. We're also going to Fort Knox.
00:06:34.000 I'm going to go with Elon.
00:06:38.000 And would anybody like to join us?
00:06:45.000 Because we want to see if the gold is still there.
00:06:48.000 We want to see.
00:06:49.000 Wouldn't that be terrible if we open up?
00:06:52.000 He was about to say, wouldn't that be terrible if we open it up and it's all gone?
00:06:55.000 So, I mean, you can see, even by the reaction of the crowd, Colin, this has captured the imagination of, you know, America, of the world, frankly.
00:07:05.000 He's doing it right next to Emmanuel Macron.
00:07:07.000 I want to, like, ask you a provocative question.
00:07:11.000 What happens if the gold is gone?
00:07:15.000 Like, what does that mean to the economy?
00:07:17.000 Should investors be worried?
00:07:19.000 I mean, will the price of gold skyrocket?
00:07:21.000 What happens?
00:07:22.000 I don't think there's any situation that gold doesn't go up in value.
00:07:26.000 And I know that's something easy for me to say.
00:07:28.000 But I believe that because we're basically, if the gold's there, we're sending a message that this is a key asset.
00:07:34.000 And also, it's an asset that we own without debt.
00:07:38.000 And we know how much debt we're in.
00:07:40.000 $35, $36 trillion.
00:07:42.000 So we actually have this asset.
00:07:43.000 We revalue it.
00:07:45.000 We put it on the books.
00:07:46.000 It gives us a little bit more flexibility, and it sends a message to the world that we're strong.
00:07:50.000 If we don't have it, then I think we'll see a precipitous drop in the US dollar.
00:07:57.000 Even the idea of revaluing it from $11 billion to $750 billion, if history repeats itself and The times that we've done these audits, the dollar has lost significant value.
00:08:11.000 And it goes back to what I've talked about a lot, is that owning assets right now in an inflationary environment is extremely important.
00:08:20.000 And even though people say, well, gold's hit an all-time high, I don't know.
00:08:24.000 It's always been this way.
00:08:26.000 Every year, people say, oh, it's hit another all-time high.
00:08:30.000 I mean, gold's up 46% over the last year and a half.
00:08:34.000 So it's important to realize that assets are becoming really important.
00:08:38.000 And the U.S. government and our president is saying, we need to know what assets we have that don't have debt.
00:08:44.000 He's going to sell some of our land.
00:08:46.000 He's going to sell buildings that we don't need.
00:08:48.000 But this is a strong asset, and he wants to put us to the forefront.
00:08:51.000 And President Trump always talks about gold.
00:08:53.000 I mean, his apartments are gold.
00:08:54.000 We're talking about this $5 million gold.
00:08:56.000 Yeah, the gold card, Colin.
00:08:58.000 The gold card.
00:08:58.000 I thought of you.
00:08:59.000 I was like, well, I've got Colin coming on a little bit.
00:09:01.000 The gold card.
00:09:02.000 Everything.
00:09:03.000 Yeah, everything he talks about leads us to gold.
00:09:06.000 And I would say further that this is really important because the last three years, and this has never happened in history.
00:09:12.000 The world has bought over a thousand tons of gold for three years in a row.
00:09:17.000 Think about that.
00:09:18.000 So they're creeping up on us.
00:09:21.000 They're becoming more dominant in the gold space.
00:09:23.000 And so now, you know, Trump and his administration are saying...
00:09:27.000 You know, this is really important for us.
00:09:29.000 And Judy Shelton, who's in his cabinet, is a big gold bud.
00:09:32.000 I mean, she just wrote a book about gold.
00:09:34.000 So all signs are leading us to sound money principles and asset principles.
00:09:40.000 And gold is a big part of that story.
00:09:43.000 So this is something I've wanted to happen since I've been in the gold business for 16 years.
00:09:48.000 They need to do this.
00:09:50.000 They need to continue to do this.
00:09:51.000 I audit my depository every month.
00:09:53.000 This is important to do.
00:09:55.000 So it is important for us as a country to know because, as Elon Musk said, this is our money.
00:10:01.000 This is our worth.
00:10:03.000 We own this.
00:10:04.000 The taxpayers own this.
00:10:05.000 So we have a right to know.
00:10:07.000 Yeah, I totally agree.
00:10:08.000 I mean, it's going to be fascinating either way.
00:10:09.000 If it's there or if it's not there, it's going to be super fascinating.
00:10:12.000 I don't think people should be worried.
00:10:14.000 But to your point, I mean, it could be a good opportunity, given such a high-profile newsy event, to get in touch with...
00:10:24.000 Where are your assets?
00:10:25.000 By the way, this is James Bond at Fort Knox.
00:10:29.000 This is how much Fort Knox has captivated the public imagination, which makes it, I think, an important financial event.
00:10:38.000 Colin, really quick, 30 seconds, how can people find you, get in touch with you?
00:10:41.000 By the way, Colin's the man.
00:10:43.000 Colin's not a shyster.
00:10:44.000 He's not a fraud.
00:10:45.000 He is the real deal.
00:10:46.000 He's a good friend of the show.
00:10:48.000 So, Colin, where do people find you?
00:10:50.000 Noble Gold Investments, you can call us.
00:10:52.000 Obviously mentioned you heard Andrew and I here on the show.
00:10:54.000 We have a ton of promotions.
00:10:55.000 And I will say, even though gold has gone up, our prices on bullion coins and bars are a real thing.
00:11:01.000 It's never been better.
00:11:02.000 It's a great time to get physical gold and silver.
00:11:05.000 And so with everything happening in gold and all, you know, people have seen these stories where there's no gold in the exchange and they're trying to get their gold.
00:11:13.000 You're going to get the real thing from us.
00:11:15.000 You're not buying it on exchange, not an ETF. It's real gold and silver.
00:11:22.000 Making America Great Again starts with making America healthy again.
00:11:25.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:11:26.000 I lost 40 pounds with the PhD weight loss and nutrition program.
00:11:30.000 And two years later, I haven't gained a pound back.
00:11:32.000 I started the PhD weight loss program because I need to be healthy to keep up with my crazy schedule.
00:11:38.000 Most people start a weight loss program to get healthier.
00:11:40.000 So why is Big Pharma spending millions to convince you to use their weight loss injections that do just the opposite?
00:11:48.000 They have harmful side effects and lifelong dependency.
00:11:51.000 Take a natural approach that isn't connected to a big pharma bottom line.
00:11:55.000 PHD changes the way you think about food.
00:11:58.000 They custom design a plan that is simple and works with your schedule.
00:12:02.000 You'll learn to quiet cravings and finally release the unhealthy belly fat.
00:12:07.000 You won't be hungry and you'll never take medication.

00:12:17.000 That is myphdweightloss.com.
00:12:19.000 864-644-1900.
00:12:24.000 We have Brian Glenn Whitehouse correspondent for RAV and also host of Saving America with Brian Glenn.
00:12:31.000 So, Brian, I was struck by this morning's press conference with the cabinet meeting.
00:12:37.000 The all-star team, the Avengers squad, everybody there.
00:12:41.000 It was really amazing.
00:12:43.000 And I keep thinking that every press conference, I've heard it all and I've seen it all.
00:12:48.000 And then a new context happens, a new forum, a new visual comes out of this Whitehouse.
00:12:54.000 You were there.
00:12:55.000 Tell us what you saw, heard, and experienced.
00:12:57.000 What was it like in the room?
00:12:58.000 It's just a lot of leadership going on is my biggest takeaway.
00:13:02.000 It's a lot of taking a business approach to solving these problems, whether or not it's the egg.
00:13:09.000 Price.
00:13:10.000 There's things we have going on right now.
00:13:12.000 I know that Brooke Rollins addressed the media here earlier today about that, whether or not it's our military.
00:13:17.000 And of course, Pete Heseth do an amazing job talking about going through and really looking at some of the failures of the withdrawal from Afghanistan and what we need to do with the people involved with that.
00:13:27.000 And so across each department, you're just seeing accountability.
00:13:31.000 You're seeing leadership.
00:13:32.000 You're seeing really, I would say, a certain of loyalty that they have to the president in terms of getting his agenda done and really what the American people want to do as well.
00:13:45.000 So that was one of my biggest takeaways on that.
00:13:48.000 And I love the fact that after it was over, President Trump, as he does, he takes power.
00:13:54.000 A lot of questions.
00:13:55.000 Yesterday in the Oval Office, he was there for a little over an hour taking questions.
00:13:59.000 And it was about everything from PGA, golf, to the Middle East, to the border, to Canada being the 51st state.
00:14:08.000 Like, he'll go everywhere.
00:14:09.000 And that's the beauty of this administration, Andrew, is it doesn't matter what the press conference is about.
00:14:16.000 He'll answer those questions, but he'll also entertain other topics as well.
00:14:20.000 So today was great.
00:14:21.000 great.
00:14:21.000 And of course, Elon Musk, another big takeaway on that, looking very, very aware of the corruption and abuse of our government, the wasteful government that we have in each department.
00:14:33.000 I think he's taking on a role, a certain role in that is important as well.
00:14:38.000 Brian, when you see that great analysis, by the way, the leadership point is very well made.
00:14:45.000 President Trump gives leadership, he gives coverage and cover to his cabinet secretaries.
00:14:52.000 Haters in the media will be like, all they know how to do is kiss the shoes of the president and kiss the ring.
00:14:57.000 No, it's like, listen, they want to follow this man.
00:15:00.000 He is providing actual leadership.
00:15:02.000 It would be dumb for them not to give a hat tip and say, listen, I'm here because the president told me to be here, and the American people vested, the vesting clause of the Constitution, their faith and trust in this man.
00:15:13.000 So of course we're going to follow this man.
00:15:15.000 And he's showing tremendous leadership.
00:15:18.000 And by the way, mastery of the facts and the dates.
00:15:20.000 They asked him when the tariffs with Mexico are going to go in.
00:15:22.000 He's like April 2nd.
00:15:23.000 I mean, it was amazing.
00:15:24.000 But just talk to me, Brian, about this.
00:15:29.000 This idea of this openness, this candor with the press, this graphic is already dated, but it was Joe Biden at this point in his presidency took 141 questions from the media and Trump was at 1009. That is now outdated.
00:15:44.000 It's many more than that now.
00:15:46.000 Talk to me about what that's like being in the press corps with a president like this.
00:15:50.000 One minute, Brian.
00:15:52.000 Yeah.
00:15:52.000 Real quickly, being in the press room yesterday, the WHCA got that announcement from Karen Levitt.
00:15:58.000 They were going to basically take over the reseeding of that.
00:16:01.000 That's brilliant.
00:16:03.000 Caroline's doing an amazing job.
00:16:06.000 Doing far better than what anyone would expect for someone that young in that briefing room, such a very particular high-pressure briefing room.
00:16:15.000 But the transparency for this president is incredible.
00:16:18.000 The amount of questions he takes each and every time he steps in front of the microphone, he's open to do that, to criticism, and people that are simply, maybe people like me, that are bringing stuff to the news front that I know the other media outlets are not going to ask him about or even mention it.
00:16:36.000 I think my job as a journalist is to let the American people know the good that's going on in this administration, not just focus on some of the things that they view as a failure, but the media is definitely...
00:16:52.000 Quite a contrast difference than it was with Joe Biden, who basically didn't hold press conferences and certainly during the press briefings didn't really get a lot of information as well.
00:17:04.000 And mind you, 2024 election, 85% of the coverage for President Trump was negative, but he won the People's Vote, won the Electoral College, and won big last election despite that.
00:17:14.000 Their power is waning.
00:17:16.000 Ours is ascendant.
00:17:17.000 Brian Glenn, thank you so much.
00:17:19.000 We'll talk to you soon, my friend.
00:17:22.000 Private student loan debt in the U.S. totals about $300 billion.

00:18:31.000 Joining us now is the one and only Jack Posobiec.
00:18:36.000 Had to inflect there for you, Jack.
00:18:38.000 Jack, welcome to the show, my friend.
00:18:40.000 I appreciate that.
00:18:42.000 You know, everybody's been talking about Kevin Posobiec lately, my brother getting credit from WAPO for the Gulf of America.
00:18:48.000 He goes on Timcast last night.
00:18:50.000 It's like, hey, guys, I'm still here, still around, you know, still kicking.
00:18:53.000 Not only are you still around, Jack, not only are you still around, but you are now doing national radio.
00:19:01.000 So it goes Charlie Kirk from 12 to 1 and 1 to 2, and then Jack Posobiec 2 to 3. So Human Events Daily is now covering that time slot.
00:19:13.000 So congratulations, my friend.
00:19:15.000 That's a huge, huge accomplishment and a massive audience, I will say.
00:19:20.000 As somebody who gets to speak to it on a regular basis when Charlie's out, I can just say congratulations.
00:19:26.000 It's an amazing accomplishment.
00:19:29.000 But Jack.
00:19:30.000 Well, go ahead.
00:19:31.000 Thank you.
00:19:32.000 No, I was going to say thank you.
00:19:33.000 I mean, it's an honor.
00:19:34.000 It's a privilege.
00:19:36.000 But of course, it's a responsibility, too.
00:19:38.000 You know, I come from the Philadelphia media market.
00:19:41.000 So, you know, I remember listening.
00:19:43.000 It's 990 AM out there on the Salem Radio Network.
00:19:46.000 And I just remember listening in the mornings and, you know, really credits listening to talk radio and then actually getting involved in talk radio myself as being one of the reasons that You know, I kind of turned out the way that I did.
00:20:02.000 And I wouldn't say that I came to it when I was a kid.
00:20:04.000 My parents weren't particularly political.
00:20:06.000 But, you know, really, college years, I would say, is when, you know, post 9-11, that's really when it switched me on.
00:20:12.000 And back then, you know, we didn't have podcasts.
00:20:14.000 We didn't have X. We didn't have social media.
00:20:16.000 And believe it or not, Facebook didn't even exist yet.
00:20:18.000 And so talk radio really was that spot.
00:20:20.000 And I've just got nothing but respect and real reverence for talk radio and the way that it permeates communities.
00:20:31.000 Well, you're totally right.
00:20:33.000 I mean, talk radio was the last bastion of conservative, really.
00:20:37.000 It was thought leadership.
00:20:39.000 There was the magazine space.
00:20:41.000 I mean, Tucker used to write in the magazine space a lot.
00:20:43.000 I mean, the magazine space was huge, but talk radio made it accessible to millions of people.
00:20:47.000 Rush Limbaugh, hat tip forever to the GOAT. And, you know, in Philadelphia, you've got Chris DeGall, who's now taking the national show with Salem in the mornings.
00:20:58.000 Chris DeGall is fantastic.
00:21:01.000 He's been on the show as well.
00:21:02.000 Actually, I'll blow him up a little bit.
00:21:06.000 Chris DeGall's producer, I actually went to high school with him, and we sang in choir together.
00:21:13.000 Look at that.
00:21:14.000 Little Philly products.
00:21:15.000 Okay, Jack, that's not why I had you on at all.
00:21:17.000 A little bit.
00:21:18.000 I don't have you on the show to talk about all of this stuff, but it was fast.
00:21:21.000 It was good times.
00:21:22.000 I had you on because you have a particular vantage point.
00:21:25.000 First of all, you're really well-sourced.
00:21:28.000 In the intel space.
00:21:29.000 You also were a Navy analyst, intel analyst, if I'm not mistaken.
00:21:33.000 And there's a lot of stuff going on in the intel world.
00:21:36.000 I mean, to put it mildly, Tulsi Gabbard being DNI in any other administration would be earth-shattering kind of a development here.
00:21:46.000 And here she is.
00:21:47.000 I'm going to play cut 192. Got word of this Chris Rufo story about these NSA chats, and she's putting the kibosh to it right away, bringing accountability to the NSA and the Intel community.
00:22:00.000 Cut 192. There are over 100 people from across the intelligence community that contributed to and participated in this, what is really just an egregious violation of trust.
00:22:12.000 What to speak of, like, basic rules and standards around professionalism.
00:22:15.000 I put out a directive today that they all will be terminated and their security clearances will be revoked.
00:22:23.000 Boom!
00:22:24.000 Just like that.
00:22:25.000 And Jack, she's got a whole, like, vision for accountability in the intel world.
00:22:30.000 Cut 193. But the thing here, Jesse, is we've got to take a step back because this is just barely scratching the surface.
00:22:37.000 When you see what these people were saying, and thanks to Chris Rufo for putting it all out online, they were brazen in using an NSA platform intended for professional use to conduct this kind of really, really horrific behavior.
00:22:54.000 And they were brazen in doing this because when was the last time anyone was really held accountable?
00:23:00.000 Held accountable, Jack.
00:23:02.000 And then I'm going to...
00:23:02.000 One more point, and I'm going to throw it to you.
00:23:04.000 Now we're even looking at this new ruling out of the UK, which the UK is forcing Apple to create a backdoor into their platform.
00:23:14.000 And there is concerns that this international espionage, you know, collaboration, we call it Five Eyes, or maybe there's other ways in, could use that as a backdoor into Americans' cell phones.
00:23:26.000 Jack, break it all down for us.
00:23:28.000 The Intel community is getting a shake-up.
00:23:31.000 Well, there's obviously quite a bit there.
00:23:36.000 I'll take it in reverse order.
00:23:40.000 What this piece that's coming down from D&I regarding the UK's backdoor into Apple, into your cloud system, obviously your data, that's where your messages are.
00:23:50.000 That's where your phone calls can take place.
00:23:52.000 If there's voicemail, voice messages, people are using that in transcription, so much more.
00:23:56.000 So that's all going to be in there.
00:23:57.000 Now, something that we saw in the Intel community, of course, people know about Five Eyes.
00:24:02.000 And so, you know, working within the Five Eyes community, myself as an American intelligence officer, you could receive information from the...
00:24:12.000 But remember, local laws, national laws in the United States and in the United Kingdom restrict you from using the intelligence services against your own citizens.
00:24:22.000 So here in the United States, we have the NSA. Now, I'm not going to sit here and say that the NSA has never been used to spy on Americans, but I'll get there in a second.
00:24:30.000 I'm just talking about the boilerplate.
00:24:32.000 I'm talking about how it works on paper.
00:24:33.000 Then the UK is the same issue.
00:24:36.000 Their version of the NSA is called GCHQ. And so GCHQ operates on government communications headquarters, and that operates under the same auspices.
00:24:44.000 They're not supposed to go after U.S. citizens or actually, excuse me, U.K. citizens.
00:24:48.000 Or in the U.S., it's actually broadened into U.S. persons.
00:24:51.000 So that could include people with green cards.
00:24:53.000 It can include business entities, all sorts of things.
00:24:56.000 You know, so it's not just Charlie Kirk, but it's also Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action, all the different things that would still count as a U.S. person under the auspices of NSA authorities.
00:25:06.000 Obviously, with the point being that you're not supposed to just be sucking down warrantless wiretapping of anyone in the United States.
00:25:13.000 If you want to do that, open up a criminal investigation.
00:25:16.000 So what do you do?
00:25:17.000 Well, you use something called parallel reconstruction, whereby in someone, if you're a bad actor, you can go to, if you're in the NSA, you can go to the British and you can say, hey, we want to look up something that an American's doing.
00:25:30.000 So we want you to actually go and collect the information, pull that out of their cell phone, use...
00:25:36.000 And potentially this backdoor is one way that they're talking about it for the people at GCHQ. They can pull it out of the Apple iPhone, suck up all your data, bring it to the UK. Then the UK writes the report, shares that with the United States, so shares it with the NSA sitting there at Fort Meade.
00:25:51.000 And then boom, now you've got the information on a US citizen without you collecting it yourself.
00:25:57.000 And so there's all sorts of these backdoors.
00:26:00.000 There's also ways to use the FISA warrant.
00:26:02.000 This, of course, was done with General Flynn.
00:26:05.000 people famously know that one, where they were spying on Sergei Kislyak, who was the Russian ambassador at the time.
00:26:10.000 But General Flynn, in his capacity as the national security advisor to President Trump, was having phone conversations with him.
00:26:16.000 Well, the NSA was spying on the Russian side.
00:26:19.000 So they turned around and pulled up and said, oh, he's talking to an American, an American who seems like he's important.
00:26:24.000 Who could that be?
00:26:24.000 It's General Flynn.
00:26:26.000 Then they took that highly, highly classified transcript, which was obtained through that FISA warrant on, again, on the Russian.
00:26:33.000 And what did they do?
00:26:34.000 They leaked it to David Ignatius over at the Washington Post.
00:26:37.000 Keep in mind, by the way, this is a crime.
00:26:38.000 I'd love for Kash Patel, I know that he's going back to 2016 and looking at some of these crimes against the spying and the wiretapping of the Trump administration, as well as these honeypot operations.
00:26:49.000 Obviously something that I would, I'd certainly encourage them to look into who unmasked General Flynn and then who leaked that highly classified transcript to the Washington Post.
00:26:59.000 So not only, Andrew, are these things that...
00:27:02.000 Tulsi Gabbard is getting proactive about and looking at ways to prevent future Americans from having to face the consequences of these abuses.
00:27:11.000 But we've also got Kash Patel in place now where he can go after some of the people who were committing those abuses.
00:27:17.000 Because, you know, for all we know, some of those individuals could be in these very same NSA chat rooms that Christian was telling us all about.
00:27:25.000 Yeah, I can almost guarantee they are, Jack.
00:27:27.000 But let's throw up, this is a letter written by Tulsi, basically saying that she's going to be probing this.
00:27:33.000 So, she's probing the implications of the UK's alleged demand that Apple share users iCloud data by creating a backdoor.
00:27:40.000 Gabbard says...
00:27:41.000 This would be a clear and egregious violation of Americans' privacy and civil liberties and open up a serious vulnerability for cyber exploitation by adversarial actors.
00:27:51.000 Now, Jack, to your point about the FBI, we are getting, I would say, unconfirmed but very credible threats or accusations that content is being Well, Andrew, of course, I mean, we're hearing that as well.
00:28:14.000 And I was with Kash Patel today.
00:28:16.000 He was nominated.
00:28:17.000 It was at the after party.
00:28:18.000 Spoke with some of the team that's going in there.
00:28:20.000 But at the same time, this is a massive organization.
00:28:22.000 If those guys know, and they have known for a while that Chris Ray was stepping down, the very first thing they would be doing is starting to cover up the paper trail.
00:28:30.000 After all, it's the FBI. They are the king of cover-ups over there.
00:28:33.000 Yeah, I mean, I think we would be naive to assume that that wasn't happening.
00:28:38.000 But, I mean, frankly, if you're part of the FBI and you have been found to be doing bad things, and then you compound the crime or the wrongdoing, the misdeed, maybe it wasn't even criminal, but then all of a sudden you go to cover up the evidence by destroying documents.
00:28:58.000 Then I'm sorry, you belong in prison.
00:29:01.000 You belong in a federal prison, and probably, I mean, I think Charlie tweeted this, life in prison should definitely be on the table.
00:29:09.000 This is treason.
00:29:10.000 This is a crime of the highest degree, and it must be taken as such by this new leadership at the FBI and within the intel community.
00:29:20.000 I can't wait for them to get to the bottom of this.
00:29:22.000 I certainly hope and expect them to do a lot of work on this front.
00:29:27.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:29:29.000 There's a lot of excitement in Washington, D.C. as we start the year, but I wanted to talk to you about something just as exciting happening outside the D.C. Beltway, a revolution in the States.
00:29:39.000 It's the Education Freedom Movement.
00:29:41.000 It's real.
00:29:41.000 It's growing and growing because some states, as they should, are putting parents in charge of the education of their kids.
00:29:48.000 Everyone knows education has the power to change a kid's life, and anyone who raised a child knows each has different needs, learning styles, and God-given talents.
00:29:58.000 The fact is parents know their own children best, knows what's best for their development and future.
00:30:04.000 Education freedom legislation puts parents, not zip codes and politicians, in charge of these important family decisions.
00:30:12.000 It's why I strongly support making universal education freedom a reality for every parent in every state.
00:30:18.000 To find out where your state legislature stands and to make sure your voice is heard, go to educationfreedomusa.com now.
00:30:25.000 Educationfreedomusa.com.
00:30:30.000 So Jack, throw some of these chat screens, screenshots in the middle here from this NSA server.
00:30:39.000 Some of these are extraordinarily egregious.
00:30:42.000 Jack, what do you know?
00:30:43.000 What are you finding out?
00:30:44.000 What are you hearing about?
00:30:46.000 I mean, I was talking about the eroticism of being able to urinate without the equipment.
00:30:53.000 I mean, I don't even want to talk about some of this stuff.
00:30:56.000 What are you hearing, Jack?
00:30:58.000 Yeah, look, what I'm hearing is that there's more that's being uncovered.
00:31:03.000 Obviously, what we heard is that there's an investigation into these chats, and Chris Rufo, of course, got that great leak that came out already, but at the same time, what we're hearing is that at the DNI, they're going and finding not only these chats, but more chat rooms that are of similar...
00:31:19.000 Similar status.
00:31:20.000 Look, Intel Link is something that I used to have access to when I was in the Intel community.
00:31:24.000 So they've got various chat rooms across.
00:31:26.000 It's kind of like MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger, if anybody, any of the Centennials out there remember those.
00:31:33.000 And so, you know, anyone who's got an active...
00:31:37.000 Account can participate in these things.
00:31:39.000 And so what people need to understand that it's not just NSA. There were CIA members in here.
00:31:44.000 There were obviously the NSA members, but you've got people from across the intelligence community that were involved in this.
00:31:50.000 And keep in mind, when you look at these logs, they were doing this on your dollar.
00:31:54.000 They were doing this as taxpayers.
00:31:57.000 The thing that I need to push back on, this notion that all of this is being done by accident, that all of this is just incompetence, or oh, I can't believe this has been...
00:32:07.000 No, no.
00:32:08.000 These types of people, and you can go and look at the NSAs and go look at the Biden administrations and the intel communities recruiting ads for the last couple of years.
00:32:16.000 They were recruiting actively people to create these groups.
00:32:21.000 Here's my question for you, Jack.
00:32:23.000 In our final segment here, we've got about five minutes, but it's a really critical...
00:32:28.000 You know, Trump went through, you know, the 50 spies that lie, 51 spies that lie, pulled their security clearances.
00:32:36.000 He's been pulling security clearances, whether you're Joe Biden or these people, Jack Smith's security detail, security detail of his lawyers.
00:32:45.000 I mean, he is not afraid to go sort of rip this root and stem out from our intel community, as well as our Justice Department, which includes the FBI. But Jack...
00:32:56.000 The work that Brennan, Clapper, these people did, Burns, to fundamentally reshape the culture of the intel community, explain that.
00:33:08.000 What were they recruiting for?
00:33:10.000 What did they want to purge out?
00:33:12.000 And then, you know, briefly, how do we fix it?
00:33:15.000 Well, yeah, thanks, Andrew.
00:33:16.000 And that's a great question.
00:33:17.000 Look, we know from the very start that Brennan was a guy who admitted openly that he was a communist.
00:33:24.000 When he was younger, that he voted for communist parties, that he came in.
00:33:28.000 And so these were the types of politics starting in the Obama administration and particularly under Clapper when he unified that command.
00:33:35.000 Remember, Clapper was the DNI prior to, you know, go back a couple iterations.
00:33:39.000 Clapper was the DNI that made the DNI what it is.
00:33:42.000 Now Tulsi Gabbard is sitting in Clapper's seat.
00:33:45.000 It's like complete 180. It's actually kind of hard to get my mind around it because they're just so radically different.
00:33:51.000 One was the one who built.
00:33:53.000 The deep state apparatus.
00:33:55.000 And then Tulsi Gabbard is someone who's actually been fighting for the American people for her entire career, regardless of what side of the aisle she's on, just an absolute champion for individual rights, for civil liberties.
00:34:07.000 And so to go up against someone like Clapper and Brennan, people who have lied under oath about wiretapping congressmen, wiretapping senators, it's really night and day.
00:34:16.000 But what they built, Andrew, was a completely politically radicalized institution under the intelligence community, and they went after the IC the same way that they've gone after the universities and every other institution in society.
00:34:29.000 And Chris Ruffo, of course, has been someone who's targeted this.
00:34:32.000 And I've been speaking about it, particularly in academia, as well as in the corporate world.
00:34:38.000 But remember, academia and the intelligence community have a one-to-one handoff ratio.
00:34:43.000 They recruit from the Ivy League.
00:34:45.000 They go to these schools.
00:34:46.000 They go to Stanford.
00:34:48.000 They work hand-in-glove with them over and over and over.
00:34:50.000 So you see this revolving door between the IC and academia.
00:34:54.000 And as academia became more radicalized...
00:34:57.000 So, too, did the officials inside the intel community.
00:35:00.000 And remember, you have to go back to what we called the communist playbook from our book on humans last year at the New York Times, that this was and is a deliberate playbook from the very start.
00:35:14.000 They always do this when a radical regime, a radical group takes over a government apparatus.
00:35:20.000 The first thing they do is take over controls of law enforcement, of the national security state, of the military.
00:35:27.000 They then turn that over to ideological capture, and the ideological capture then becomes the people who get promoted, the people who get to higher office, and then what do they do?
00:35:37.000 They turn those institutions against their political enemies.
00:35:41.000 So when you've been sitting there saying, wait a minute, why is it that it feels like the intel community isn't going after our adversaries overseas?
00:35:49.000 Why does it feel like they are purging patriots?
00:35:52.000 They're getting rid of those in the ranks.
00:35:53.000 They're persecuting patriots who have served in the intelligence community.
00:35:56.000 And as a matter of fact, they then go a step further and they're starting to lock up Trump supporters, patriots.
00:36:04.000 They're writing intelligence community documents about how traditional Catholics are actually domestic extremists.
00:36:11.000 And suddenly, when you dig deeper and realize who they were in these chat groups, you say, oh, wait a minute.
00:36:16.000 A chat group today is like a people's committee in the Jacobin Revolution or the Bolshevik Revolution.
00:36:22.000 It's the exact same thing we've seen time and again.
00:36:25.000 Jack, I totally agree.
00:36:26.000 When you see this clip from Jasmine Crockett where she's talking about, I'm rooting for Mexico and I'm rooting for Canada in the hockey match.
00:36:33.000 That's really hard for me.
00:36:34.000 That is the exact POV. As a proud, red-blooded American man, I would never be caught dead.
00:36:41.000 Rooting for Canada or Mexico in a sporting event.
00:36:44.000 I'm sorry, but it may be funny, it may be light.
00:36:48.000 That same, whatever that is, that is exactly what has worked itself into our federal bureaucracies and with the rank and file in our intel agencies.
00:36:56.000 They assume that America is the bad guy.
00:36:58.000 Well, no more, folks.
00:36:59.000 We've got real patriots at the helm, and they will root this out.
00:37:03.000 So, anyways, I just...
00:37:05.000 I'm hoping for the best.
00:37:06.000 It's a heck of a job these guys got to do.
00:37:08.000 I mean, everybody's got to keep their expectation balanced because this is a heck of a job rooting these people out, and the smart ones are going to be harder to catch.
00:37:15.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:37:17.000 Talk to you soon.
