00:03:03.000 All right, over the weekend, something really cool happened, everybody.
00:03:06.000 At Turning Point USA, our amazing productions team won an Emmy.
00:03:13.000 That's right, you heard that right for our original production, A Long Walk in Socialism, Regional Emmy Award, Cultural Topical Documentary, Turning Point USA Productions.
00:03:24.000 I never thought I'd actually have an Emmy in my hands.
00:03:27.000 And you know what?
00:03:28.000 They deserve a lot of credit.
00:03:29.000 They do some great work and they do a great job.
00:03:33.000 And I'm so proud of our team at Turning Point USA.
00:03:35.000 They work so hard.
00:03:36.000 And I could tell you that they really are the best production team in the entire movement.
00:03:41.000 I want to play a short clip from this.
00:03:43.000 I want to say congratulations.
00:03:44.000 They deserve all the credit.
00:03:46.000 And let's play cut 23.
00:03:48.000 Just a short clip from the now Emmy Award-winning documentary, It's Unbelievable Long Walk in Socialism, play tape.
00:03:57.000 In these United States of America, we American Indians, we can be anything we want to be, except American Indians.
00:04:10.000 If you want to see an example of famous socialism, go to an Indian reservation.
00:04:18.000 It is one of the most powerful documentaries about domestic socialism.
00:04:23.000 And I want to just congratulate Joe Stone, Nathan Ladda, Josh Dillard, Robert Baum, and also Marcus Fatinas, who was really kind of at the helm in the midst of all of that.
00:04:32.000 So congratulations, guys.
00:04:33.000 And now I get to have an Emmy in my hands that I did not earn, but I am proud of you guys.
00:04:38.000 Okay, let's get into some other news of the day here.
00:04:42.000 So I was wondering if someone could help with this.
00:04:50.000 A couple years ago, I was flying from New York to Los Angeles.
00:04:55.000 I remember exactly what seat I was in.
00:04:57.000 It was seat 3A.
00:05:00.000 Now, I'm a journal guy.
00:05:02.000 I'm always taking notes.
00:05:04.000 I have hundreds of journals, some would call them diaries around my house.
00:05:10.000 I love writing things down.
00:05:12.000 I love taking notes.
00:05:13.000 But on this particular flight from New York to Los Angeles, I was really kind of taking notes and doing things.
00:05:20.000 And I then fell asleep, got distracted, landed, got off the plane, and an hour or two later, I realized that I had forgot my journal on the plane.
00:05:32.000 I ran back and it wasn't in the lost and found.
00:05:36.000 It wasn't where people said it was.
00:05:38.000 And I have a high suspicion that my diary and my journal was stolen.
00:05:45.000 So to the FBI, could you guys help me find my diary?
00:05:49.000 Is that a federal crime now?
00:05:50.000 Are you guys now in like the diary locating business?
00:05:54.000 Now, some of you might be saying, Charlie, what on earth are you talking about?
00:05:58.000 Well, over this last weekend, we have now learned that there's an expanded scope of federal authority where the Southern District of New York, and I want to be very clear, there are some phenomenal people that are part of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in the boots, not in the suits.
00:06:15.000 But the Southern District of New York is its own kind of, it's its own country of enforcement, SDNY.
00:06:21.000 That's the one that went after Steve Bannon, Dinesh D'Souza.
00:06:25.000 It's one that went after every single one of the conservative allies.
00:06:30.000 Well, breaking last Friday night, is that fair to say Friday and Saturday?
00:06:34.000 Because we didn't really see it happen.
00:06:36.000 I don't know if we covered it last week.
00:06:38.000 Project Veritas, run by the wonderful James O'Keefe, had their doors kicked in for the federal agents that were going after the alleged missing Ashley Biden diary.
00:06:52.000 How is that a federal concern exactly?
00:06:57.000 And so there's a lot surrounding that story.
00:06:59.000 There's a lot within the contents of the diary, allegedly.
00:07:03.000 We were told the diary wasn't real.
00:07:05.000 I didn't really cover this story.
00:07:06.000 Honestly, I forgot about this.
00:07:08.000 There's just been so much crime and corruption around the Biden regime and the other side just isn't covering it at all.
00:07:14.000 But let's play cut 20.
00:07:16.000 Fox report on how the FBI investigation of Project Veritas in the diary apparently belongs to Joe Biden's son or Ashley Biden.
00:07:26.000 We're not exactly sure.
00:07:28.000 Play cut 20.
00:07:29.000 On Friday, O'Keefe acknowledged Project Veritas is under investigation by the Justice Department over the apparent theft of a diary reportedly belonging to Ashley Biden, President Biden's daughter.
00:07:42.000 Just days before the 2020 presidential election, pages from the diary were published by a right-wing website which reportedly has ties to O'Keefe.
00:07:51.000 The site claims it received the diary from Project Veritas.
00:07:55.000 O'Keefe says a copy of the diary was leaked to Project Veritas by a whistleblower, but they chose not to publish it because they could not verify its authenticity.
00:08:06.000 So, my first question is this: First of all, James O'Keefe went to federal law enforcement and tried to give the diary back.
00:08:12.000 We don't know how this diary was obtained.
00:08:15.000 But let's say the diary was stolen.
00:08:18.000 How many different pieces of information have we seen illegally published where the FBI doesn't get involved?
00:08:23.000 How about number one, the illegally leaked tax returns for the billionaires that ProPublica published three or four months ago?
00:08:31.000 How about the Pentagon Papers years ago?
00:08:36.000 Powerlineblog.com has a phenomenal overview.
00:08:41.000 Jonathan Turley says this: Journalist organizations are routinely given material removed from businesses, agencies, or private owners without permission by confidential sources.
00:08:50.000 Is this a federal crime subject to FBI raids?
00:08:53.000 What happened to the new media policies of the Biden regime going after Tucker Carlson with the controversy?
00:09:01.000 There are several unanswered questions regarding this, which is, what was the context for the diary loss?
00:09:08.000 Did Ashley Biden leave it somewhere and someone picked it up, or was it stolen?
00:09:12.000 What is the alleged federal crime?
00:09:14.000 And I have to say, I have been saying that over and over again in all of our group chats.
00:09:18.000 What is the federal crime here?
00:09:22.000 Why is it that there was an investigation now by the FBI where they go and search James O'Keefe's apartment, everybody?
00:09:30.000 This sure looks like targeting enemy journalists, doesn't it?
00:09:34.000 Or opposing journalists to the regime.
00:09:38.000 And let's just, how about the Panama Papers?
00:09:40.000 How reporters pulled off the Panama Papers, the biggest leak in whistleblower history.
00:09:44.000 2.6 terabyte Panama papers may be the first leak of their scale, but they won't be the last, a couple weeks ago.
00:09:51.000 How about in the New York Times in September 2020 that selectively reported that Donald Trump paid just $750 in federal income taxes in 2016?
00:10:02.000 Although the Associated Press did not report the fact, the Times apparently obtained illegally leaked records.
00:10:08.000 That would be a felony according to 26 U.S. Code 7213.
00:10:13.000 Makes it illegal to disclose unauthorized information, including tax returns.
00:10:16.000 Did the FBI go and kick in the New York Times door because they had illegal tax returns from Trump?
00:10:21.000 Of course not.
00:10:22.000 And even worse than that, James O'Keefe tried to give the diary back.
00:10:26.000 All evidence shows that James O'Keefe and Project Veritas knew that if they had stolen goods, they're not allowed to profit off of those.
00:10:33.000 Now, you might say, Charlie, how do you know that?
00:10:37.000 Well, this is because of all of my many years of watching Pawn Stars.
00:10:41.000 Because what's the one question that Rick Harrison would always ask?
00:10:44.000 Where'd you get this from?
00:10:45.000 I got to always ask, is this stolen?
00:10:47.000 You're not allowed to buy or purchase or accept stolen goods, unless if you're a journalist on the left, it's actually encouraged.
00:10:53.000 If you're a journalist on the left, it's actually incentivized and dare I say, subsidized and encouraged to go steal other people's stuff and then publish it for political benefit.
00:11:05.000 There are dozens of examples of this, and yet we see over the weekend the Southern District of New York using the FBI targets opposition journalists such as James O'Keefe.
00:11:18.000 Could you imagine if Donald Trump did this?
00:11:20.000 Could you imagine if Donald Trump asked Bill Barr to use the FBI to go after the New York Times and the New York Times office was raided by FBI agents?
00:11:30.000 The Pentagon Papers, in addition to the Panama Papers, a former military analyst named David Eisenberg helped sour the nation on Vietnam and sow distrust by turning over to the New York Times a top-secret 7,000-page Pentagon history of the events leading up to the conflict.
00:11:45.000 It led to dramatic confrontation between the press and the White House, which wanted to muzzle the story.
00:11:49.000 The case went all the way to the Supreme Court, which ruled in favor of publishing the papers.
00:11:54.000 As I said off the top of my head, what about the Pentagon Papers, the Panama Papers, Trump's tax returns?
00:11:59.000 Journalists get illegally obtained information all the time.
00:12:04.000 Why is it any different for James O'Keefe?
00:12:05.000 The answer is because he's super effective.
00:12:08.000 Because James O'Keefe has been hitting grand slams for the last year and a half, and they're trying to muzzle him.
00:12:12.000 This is the political targeting of people the regime does not like.
00:12:18.000 I've been telling you guys about Relief Factor for quite some time.
00:12:21.000 And truth is, I know millions of people are, in fact, 100 million people are in some kind of pain.
00:12:25.000 Look, producer Andrew, he couldn't walk.
00:12:26.000 He was a hobbled individual.
00:12:29.000 He was bedridden in his chair, complaining all the time.
00:12:33.000 And then all of a sudden, we got this call from Relief Factor.
00:12:35.000 They said, hey, we want to partner with your show.
00:12:37.000 We're going to send you some Relief Factor.
00:12:38.000 Producer Andrew got it.
00:12:40.000 He took it, got a little bit better, took some more, got a little bit better.
00:12:43.000 Next thing you know, he's doing the Fallsberry flop like you wouldn't believe.
00:12:47.000 In fact, he might be training for an Ironman.
00:12:50.000 It's pretty incredible.
00:12:51.000 Now, he says it's thanks to Relief Factor.
00:12:53.000 I ask him all the time, Relief Factor?
00:12:55.000 He says relieffactor.com, 100% drug-free supplement.
00:12:57.000 You can get it for less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day.
00:13:00.000 So go to relieffactor.com, and I'm suggesting you order their three-week quick start to see if we can get you out of pain.
00:13:05.000 And then after that, it's less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day to stay out of pain.
00:13:08.000 So go to relieffactor.com.
00:13:10.000 That is relieffactor.com.
00:13:12.000 I'm telling you, a lot of people are in pain.
00:13:13.000 It's 100% drug-free.
00:13:15.000 Don't go to opioids.
00:13:16.000 Don't go to these other things.
00:13:17.000 Check it out at relieffactor.com.
00:13:22.000 So James O'Keefe has been very effective.
00:13:25.000 The New York Post has a great story on this.
00:13:27.000 They say, this sure looks like Biden's Department of Justice is persecuting an opposition journalist.
00:13:33.000 James O'Keeffe is the most effective journalist that we have on the right, whether it be VAIRES database information, whether it be exposing critical race theory in our schools, or people that are whistleblowing.
00:13:45.000 James O'Keefe has been a thorn in the side of the regime for quite some time.
00:13:50.000 FBI and Manhattan federal prosecutors are investigating the case of Ashley Biden's diary.
00:13:55.000 The president daughters said it was stolen in a burglary last year.
00:13:59.000 An obscure right-wing website found up publishing it, what it said their pages are from about 10 days before the election.
00:14:05.000 Now, I'm not going to get into the alleged contents of the diary, but there's some pretty creepy stuff in this diary.
00:14:11.000 Let me just say, some really weird stuff, according to all public reports.
00:14:18.000 And what's interesting, again, which no one has been able to explain at all, is what federal crime in the U.S. code is worthy of FBI agents going after this.
00:14:29.000 So, just so you understand the priorities of the federal Bureau of Investigation, by the way, are we watching for that press conference with Merritt Garland right now?
00:14:38.000 As soon as you hear the DOJ come out and then they say they're going to do a press conference on a significant political matter, say, hold on a second, what's going on here?
00:14:45.000 Not so fast, my friends.
00:14:47.000 That's something that should worry a lot of people about the overreach of government.
00:14:52.000 But this is a pattern of tyrants and autocrats, which is to silence political dissidents.
00:14:58.000 It's nothing new.
00:15:00.000 It's the habit of the tyrant to want to suffocate opposing ideas, especially journalists.
00:15:06.000 And James O'Keefe is the most effective among them.
00:15:09.000 James O'Keeffe went after Governor Murphy and exposed his regime for what he was doing in New Jersey, and I think largely tightened the New Jersey governor's race.
00:15:18.000 James O'Keefe has been relentless and he has been effective.
00:15:22.000 And because of that, he's at the top list of the Federal Bureau of Investigation executing a search warrant against them.
00:15:31.000 Do we have sound of James O'Keefe?
00:15:34.000 He did a video about this, which really irritated them, obviously, irritated the Southern District of New York.
00:15:40.000 And I want to make sure that our focus is clear.
00:15:43.000 The Southern District of New York is on their own island.
00:15:46.000 Most districts of the FBI would not act this way.
00:15:49.000 Here's the way the FBI should act with James O'Keefe.
00:15:52.000 Now, maybe they did.
00:15:53.000 And if they did do this and they still did a search warrant, then there's more to the story that we're not hearing.
00:15:58.000 But the way you do it is you reach out to James O'Keefe or his attorneys and say, hey, we're looking for this diary.
00:16:03.000 By the way, why they're looking for the diary, no one has been able to explain.
00:16:06.000 Let's pretend that it's, let's pretend that it's a nuclear reactor, okay?
00:16:10.000 You go and say, do you guys have this?
00:16:11.000 If you do, here's a subpoena.
00:16:14.000 You don't go raid the home as if he's some sort of narco-drug criminal.
00:16:18.000 Remember, they did this to Rudy Giuliani months ago, too.
00:16:21.000 So they raid Rudy Giuliani's apartment.
00:16:24.000 They raid James O'Keefe's home.
00:16:27.000 They're basically sending a message, you as a conservative, better not live in the Southern District of New York.
00:16:31.000 I could tell you that much.
00:16:32.000 And what's amazing is that that is the very office previously run by Mayor Giuliani that is now being run as a pseudo-entrenched government criminal enterprise.
00:16:43.000 Criminalizing opposing dissident journalists is something that we're told the third world does.
00:16:50.000 In fact, what's amazing is that, remember when they said how much, remember when the legacy media over the summer went after Tucker Carlson for going to Hungary?
00:16:59.000 Why is he going to Hungary?
00:17:00.000 Orban attacks opposition journalists.
00:17:03.000 Yeah, like that doesn't happen here.
00:17:05.000 Remember, Tucker Carlson was spied on by federal agencies?
00:17:08.000 People forget that story.
00:17:10.000 So Tucker Carlson is spied on, and James O'Keefe's door is kicked in looking for a diary that he tried to hand over to law enforcement themselves, himself.
00:17:22.000 It says here in the New York Post, you don't have to be a fan of James O'Keefe's style of journalism to be worried about how the government is reacting to it.
00:17:30.000 O'Keefe says someone shopped the diary to his Project Veritas, claiming Biden had left it somewhere.
00:17:37.000 His outfit did not use it, partly because it couldn't verify it.
00:17:40.000 He says he informed law enforcement of the whole thing.
00:17:45.000 There are some ties to show that who eventually published it, James O'Keeffe has some ties to, so maybe he leaked it to them.
00:17:52.000 But what's in this diary that the Biden regime is now so concerned about finding?
00:17:58.000 That's the real question, isn't it?
00:18:00.000 This is the Barbara Streisand effect on an exponent.
00:18:03.000 Hold on a second.
00:18:04.000 What is it that you don't want me to see in this diary?
00:18:08.000 Now, we're not into the unverified scandalous type stuff on this show, but I encourage all of you to go do your own research and go find out what is allegedly in this diary.
00:18:18.000 Some pretty dark stuff.
00:18:21.000 Not to mention the Hunter Biden laptop.
00:18:23.000 I'm going to say something.
00:18:24.000 The Biden family is a very dark family.
00:18:27.000 They got some serious problems.
00:18:30.000 And if that was the Trump family, it would be front page news.
00:18:33.000 The FBI wouldn't be involved.
00:18:35.000 They would be arresting the people involved in the diary contents.
00:18:41.000 Internet privacy is extremely important.
00:18:44.000 New news out shows that Google has been colluding with the federal government to hand over your data if you might have searched something wrong into the search bar.
00:18:55.000 So what are you doing to protect your search history?
00:18:58.000 Well, this is why you need ExpressVPN.
00:19:00.000 Using the internet without ExpressVPN is like going to the bathroom and not closing the door.
00:19:06.000 It's in fact even worse than that.
00:19:08.000 It's inviting someone to the bathroom, which is really weird and creepy.
00:19:10.000 Internet service providers know every single website you visit.
00:19:14.000 ISPs can sell this data and information to ad companies and tech giants who then use your data to target you.
00:19:22.000 ExpressVPN creates a secure encrypted tunnel between your device and the internet.
00:19:28.000 So your online activity cannot be seen by anyone.
00:19:31.000 It's as easy as closing the bathroom door and fire up the app and click one button.
00:19:35.000 I use it on all my devices.
00:19:37.000 Every device, I have those beautiful three letters, VPN with a rectangle around it.
00:19:42.000 It's rated number one by CNET and tech radar.
00:19:46.000 Here's the cool thing.
00:19:47.000 It works on phones, laptops, and even routers.
00:19:50.000 So, everyone who shares your Wi-Fi can be protected.
00:19:54.000 Here's the thing: I have it on my iPhone, I have it on my iPad, I have it on my computer.
00:19:59.000 ExpressVPN for me has been a game changer to be able to know that the tech companies or the government have to go through a whole nother barrier to try to spy on us.
00:20:10.000 When we see with the new announcements out of DC, if you spoke at a school board meeting lately, you better get a VPN.
00:20:16.000 Secure your online activity by visiting expressvpn.com/slash Charlie today.
00:20:21.000 That's expressvpn.com/slash Charlie.
00:20:25.000 It's extremely important to anonymize your online activity.
00:20:29.000 Expressvpn.com/slash Charlie.
00:20:35.000 Unfortunately, a lot of the warnings we have been issuing around the vaccine is coming true.
00:20:42.000 And finally, the legacy media is picking up on it and they are talking about it.
00:20:47.000 And finally, you are seeing the activists in the press just move on and not want to ever ask about it.
00:20:53.000 But let me just start with this question.
00:20:55.000 And we don't know the answer to this.
00:20:56.000 So, if anyone knows where this human being is, please email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:21:02.000 Where is Gavin Newsom?
00:21:04.000 This is one of the most bizarre stories that I have seen in the last couple years.
00:21:11.000 Gavin Newsom survives his recall, then surprisingly cancels his visit to the climate summit, and he has not been seen for the last 10 days.
00:21:21.000 Is that right, Connor?
00:21:22.000 10 days, 11 days?
00:21:24.000 And then his wife suspiciously comes out and defends him and then deletes the tweet.
00:21:30.000 And so, it's probably it might be just Gavin Newsom having family problems with his, I think you all know the type of behavior.
00:21:38.000 Let's say Gavin Newsom's got a Jack Kennedy complex.
00:21:40.000 Let's just put it that way.
00:21:42.000 If I was Gavin Newsom's wife, I wouldn't put up with that.
00:21:45.000 I hope she leaves him in a tear and calls him what he is.
00:21:49.000 That's all allegedly, though.
00:21:50.000 It's not proven.
00:21:51.000 But Gavin Newsom got the vaccine, the booster shot, and he hasn't been seen since.
00:21:57.000 So, we're not trying to connect the two, but it's just weird.
00:22:00.000 It's bizarre.
00:22:01.000 And the California Globe has even come out and said, Where is Gavin Newsom?
00:22:07.000 The California Globe has come out and they literally wrote a piece last night.
00:22:10.000 It's incredible.
00:22:12.000 And this story is gaining traction: where is the governor of California?
00:22:18.000 What is his possible excuse?
00:22:22.000 You have this story here.
00:22:23.000 Actually, I'm trying to find it.
00:22:24.000 It's a really, it's just so bluntly written.
00:22:27.000 The one I sent last night from the California Globe.
00:22:30.000 And it just basically asked the question: so you're the governor of the state, and no one knows.
00:22:36.000 Oh, here it is right here.
00:22:37.000 Yeah.
00:22:38.000 I got it.
00:22:39.000 California Globe says Gavin Newsom is now on the side of milk cartons, everybody.
00:22:47.000 Where is Gavin Newsom?
00:22:47.000 Missing.
00:22:49.000 11 to 12 days, he has not been seen at all.
00:22:52.000 He says he's dealing with family issues.
00:22:55.000 Now, people are losing their jobs.
00:22:59.000 Police officers and firefighters are losing their jobs because they did not want to take this vaccine and they do not want to take this vaccine.
00:23:06.000 We get thousands of emails from people about adverse events when it comes to the vaccine.
00:23:12.000 But here is, and I'm going to keep on reiterating this.
00:23:14.000 Connor, do we have a picture of this from inside that University of Alabama event?
00:23:18.000 That was one of the most amazing things.
00:23:20.000 So at the University of Alabama, we had a Turning Point USA campus stop, and we had a question about the vaccine.
00:23:26.000 A really, really nice, sweet kid that was pro-vaccine, but we handled it nicely and we had a good conversation.
00:23:31.000 I didn't want to go too hard against him.
00:23:33.000 He had a good heart.
00:23:35.000 And I asked the room, I said, how many of you have had friends or personally experienced someone that has had an adverse event to the vaccine?
00:23:45.000 Nearly every single hand went up in the room, which defies every single number that you will see on television.
00:23:51.000 Either every single person that attends our events is in some sort of mind-warped simulation control, or there's something else going on in our country that no one wants to talk about when it comes to this vaccine.
00:24:02.000 Well, the Wall Street Journal agrees.
00:24:04.000 So there's two stories I want to talk about from the Wall Street Journal.
00:24:06.000 And by the way, Wall Street Journal has just been crushing it lately with their brave journalism with this stuff.
00:24:14.000 First one: COVID-19 vaccines and myocarditis link probed by researchers.
00:24:22.000 Researchers aren't sure why the Messenger RNA vaccine, one from Pfizer Inc. and partner BioInTech SE, and the other one from Moderna, are likely causing the inflammatory heart conditions, myocarditis, and pericarditis in a small number of cases.
00:24:38.000 Now, we don't know how many cases there are because a lot of it is self-reporting, but it's growing enough where it's the Wall Street Journal is taking notice.
00:24:49.000 The article continues by saying that the antibodies against the spike protein may have unintended effect of acting against heart proteins.
00:24:58.000 Everybody, the very same thing we were warning about in June, and it's not because of any profound research we've did, it's Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Brett Weinstein that came out and warned against this, is now actually proving to be true.
00:25:13.000 And no, I'm not holding my breath for apologies from the Washington Post, who smeared me as an anti-vaxxer over the summer because I dared to ask questions about this.
00:25:22.000 Who had this massive campaign that I'm stoking vaccine hesitancy because I dare ask questions about myocarditis and heart-related issues and adverse events on the VARES website itself.
00:25:40.000 It continues by saying myocarditis appears to happen more amongst younger males after vaccination than in other age or sex groups, suggests a link to hormone testosterone, which is usually at higher levels in younger males, according to researchers.
00:25:57.000 One of the things that struck me most powerfully by the book, not the book, the movie The Social Dilemma, which is on Netflix, which I encourage you to cancel your subscription, but it's a good, it's a good little piece, The Social Dilemma with Tristan Harris, I think that was his name.
00:26:14.000 One of the most powerful parts of that film is when they go through the people that have actually invented social media companies, and they talk about how those social media companies don't allow their children to use the products that they have developed.
00:26:29.000 So the people that develop Pinterest or Instagram or Google, they don't allow their 8, 9, and 10-year-olds to use the very same technology that they developed because they know what it can do.
00:26:44.000 That same rule should apply to the National Institute of Health and also to the CDC.
00:26:50.000 So let's start with this clip.
00:26:53.000 Cut 12, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, when pressed and asked, won't say how many CDC employees are vaccinated.
00:27:06.000 Why?
00:27:08.000 Play Cut 12.
00:27:09.000 What percent of CDC employees are vaccinated?
00:27:15.000 We're actively encouraging vaccination in all of our employees and doing a lot of education and outreach in order to get our agency fully vaccinated.
00:27:22.000 Andy, but the percent?
00:27:24.000 I don't have that for you today.
00:27:25.000 I'm told that 75, some north of 75% of CDC employees at headquarters are still working remotely.
00:27:33.000 Is that correct?
00:27:35.000 We are following regulations through HHS and the federal government.
00:27:39.000 No, that's not my question.
00:27:41.000 I apologize to be rude, but I'm asking a very straightforward question.
00:27:45.000 I've been told that north of 75% of employees at CDC headquarters are working remotely.
00:27:51.000 Is that correct?
00:27:52.000 Senator, I don't actually know that number off the top of my head.
00:27:54.000 Okay, when you look down the hallway, are there empty desks?
00:27:57.000 Are over 50% of the desks empty?
00:28:00.000 Senator, I don't have the numbers off the top of my head.
00:28:02.000 What I will tell you is that we're working closely with NHHS and the administration to follow the governmental rules.
00:28:08.000 I mean, these people are supposed to run our agencies.
00:28:10.000 I mean, it's the most clear-cut question.
00:28:12.000 How many people are working remotely?
00:28:14.000 How many people are vaccinated?
00:28:15.000 I don't know.
00:28:16.000 We're working closely with the supposed regulations.
00:28:22.000 They won't say how many CDC employees are vaccinated.
00:28:27.000 The most important story that has come out with the vaccine the last couple days from the Wall Street Journal is the vaccine mandate debate makes it to the top federal research agency.
00:28:40.000 Now, the way they wrote this story is a little bit confusing.
00:28:46.000 It's a little bit backwards.
00:28:48.000 You have to start at the end of the story to really get the context.
00:28:50.000 So let me introduce you to a guy by the name of Dr. Mamoli, a 16-year NIH veteran who was selected this month as the 2021 NIH Director's Award, a top recognition from the head of the agency for his supervision of a national study into undiagnosed COVID-19 cases earlier in the pandemic.
00:29:13.000 Dr. Mamoli is the center of this Wall Street Journal piece, who is a star employee according to the NIH, and he opposes mandatory COVID-19 vaccination with current available shots and has declined himself to be vaccinated.
00:29:31.000 Whoa.
00:29:33.000 So now you have someone within NIH at the top levels of the National Institute of Health who is an award-winning researcher by Fauci's own decree that doesn't want to get vaccinated.
00:29:45.000 Why?
00:29:47.000 What does he know?
00:29:51.000 If this vaccine was the greatest thing ever, why is it that not every single NIH employee has decided or agreed to get vaccinated?
00:30:07.000 The article continues by saying, 12% of NIH employees are not yet vaccinated.
00:30:14.000 What do those 12% know?
00:30:18.000 Dr. Mamoli argues that with existing vaccines, blanket vaccination of people at low risk of severe illness could hamper the development of more robust immunity gained across population from infection.
00:30:32.000 Dr. Mamoli says, quote, I think the way we are using vaccines is wrong, he wrote to Dr. Fauci.
00:30:39.000 Dr. Mamoli called mandatory vaccinations extraordinarily problematic.
00:30:45.000 Hey, Republicans, you listening?
00:30:47.000 Instead of doing infrastructure packages, why don't you do a hearing with this guy?
00:30:51.000 He sounds really interesting.
00:30:54.000 He's an NIH award-winning 16-year employee that is challenging Fauci from within, and he himself has declined to get vaccinated.
00:31:04.000 He said, quote, that could hamper the development of a more robust immunity gained across the population.
00:31:15.000 He said he is willing to risk his job and his license for the right not to receive a COVID-19 shot.
00:31:23.000 What does Dr. Mamoli know?
00:31:26.000 Well, let's play cut 37 of Dr. Malone talking about the spike protein and that there's no reason to vaccinate children.
00:31:35.000 I encourage all of you out there that are listening to me, expand and liberate your horizons.
00:31:40.000 There's a lot more going on with this story than the legacy activist corporate media will tell you.
00:31:45.000 Play cut 37.
00:31:48.000 And I want you to spread, take away three key points.
00:31:53.000 Okay, three key points.
00:31:55.000 Get this in your brain.
00:31:56.000 Share it in social media.
00:31:58.000 Get it out to your peers.
00:32:00.000 There is no reason to vaccinate children.
00:32:04.000 They don't have a risk of disease.
00:32:12.000 Number two, natural immunity is superior to vaccine-induced immunity, full stop.
00:32:18.000 And don't vaccinate those that have natural immunity.
00:32:22.000 Number three, don't interfere with physicians that are providing life-saving medications to their patients.
00:32:29.000 Stop it.
00:32:34.000 The blackout, the suppression campaign against truth, has been the greatest injustice of my lifetime.
00:32:42.000 It really has.
00:32:43.000 It has kept people in positions of fear.
00:32:46.000 People have died unnecessarily from not knowing what ivermectin, knowing about hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, monoclonal antibodies, and aspirin.
00:32:59.000 Dr. Mamoli from NIH is someone that I think deserves a bigger platform.
00:33:05.000 What does he know?
00:33:07.000 Why is he willing to lose his job to not get vaccinated?
00:33:10.000 An award-winning NIH researcher.
00:33:15.000 Are you worried about America's future?
00:33:17.000 Times of trouble are full of reasons to despair, but those who built and have preserved our country did not despair.
00:33:24.000 And if we are going to do our part, we need to draw on the books, the history, and the ideas that gave our forefathers and mothers strength and inspiration.
00:33:34.000 Hillsdale College, the beacon of the North, the last college, was founded in 1844 to teach all of these things, and it teaches them still today.
00:33:42.000 The great news is that we can study all these things along with Hillsdale College professors right in our homes.
00:33:48.000 I take the Hillsdale online courses.
00:33:49.000 And in fact, I'm going to go to Hillsdale right now, to charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:33:54.000 I'm going to show you directly how I'm doing with my online courses.
00:33:57.000 And I'm going to tell you what courses I finished, and you guys can do it alongside me.
00:34:01.000 Finish Introduction to Western Philosophy.
00:34:01.000 Boom!
00:34:03.000 Boom!
00:34:03.000 Finish Western Heritage.
00:34:05.000 Boom!
00:34:05.000 Finish Intro to the Constitution.
00:34:07.000 Boom!
00:34:07.000 Finish Constitution 101.
00:34:09.000 Finish Winston Churchill and statesmanship.
00:34:11.000 I am starting and working my way through a proper understanding of K-12 education and theory and practice.
00:34:15.000 The great American story, A Land of Hope.
00:34:17.000 That is a big lift, everybody.
00:34:19.000 I encourage you to do it.
00:34:20.000 Introduction to C.S. Lewis, Writings and Significance.
00:34:22.000 The Presidency and the Constitution.
00:34:24.000 The Genesis story, reading biblical narratives, and civil rights in American history.
00:34:28.000 I'm working my way through all of them, but things that matter take work.
00:34:31.000 And through Hillsdale's free online courses, we can study the history of our civilization, the wisdom of our ancient and Christian philosophers, the writings of Shakespeare and Mark Twain.
00:34:40.000 We can reacquaint ourselves with our Constitution, and we can learn how the Constitution has been undermined, and more importantly, how it can be recovered.
00:34:47.000 My friends, as we fight in the defense of family, faith, and freedom, let us draw on the best of the past with Hillsdale's guidance to save the greatest nation on earth.

00:35:03.000 Just put your email, charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:35:09.000 So for the last couple of months, we have to have these safetyist-focused parents all about vaccinating their children and having them wear masks when they shower.
00:35:20.000 What if I told you that in Harris County, Texas, it was far more dangerous to go to a rap concert this last weekend than getting COVID as a young person?
00:35:29.000 That's a statistical fact.
00:35:31.000 Remember, San Francisco is forcing the vaccine for kids 5 to 11, even though none of them died.
00:35:37.000 Now, what parents allow their children to go to these sad excuses for public gatherings called concerts, I just don't understand it.
00:35:45.000 I don't get it.
00:35:46.000 I don't understand parenting in the modern era.
00:35:49.000 But what happened this last weekend, you might not have heard, was a Travis Scott concert.
00:35:54.000 Now, I don't know much about Travis Scott.
00:35:57.000 I think he's married to one of the Kardashians, is that right?
00:35:59.000 Or was or is?
00:36:01.000 They're all like polyamorous, right?
00:36:03.000 Who knows?
00:36:05.000 I can't keep up with that, nor do I attempt to.
00:36:07.000 That's Alex Clark's job, right?
00:36:08.000 Just since you have a whole show dedicated to that, like the Kardashian marriage tree, he's dating Kylie.
00:36:16.000 Oh, yeah, right.
00:36:16.000 What a great role model.
00:36:18.000 And so this, I'm going to say this, I'm going to get blowback from the media, but it's true.
00:36:24.000 What I saw based on all images, based on all video and footage, was nothing short of demonic this last weekend.
00:36:30.000 I'm going to get blown up by the media for saying that.
00:36:32.000 It's just true.
00:36:33.000 You look at what you saw of this guy, Travis Scott, performing at what's called Astrow World.
00:36:41.000 He performed for 37 minutes after the event was called a mass casualty event.
00:36:49.000 And if you don't believe me, I want you to look at cut 17.
00:36:54.000 He continues to sing, if you could call his form of music singing, while someone appears to have a seizure.
00:37:01.000 Play cut 17.
00:37:17.000 So what happened at Astrow World, we're still not sure.
00:37:21.000 Either it's a mosh pit, someone was stabbing people with needles, right?
00:37:25.000 We don't really know the essence of it.
00:37:28.000 But crowd control, medical procedures, all these things were not followed.
00:37:33.000 And one of the main takeaways should first be is, could you imagine if Donald Trump at one of his MAGA rallies kept on speaking when people started to get overwhelmed and started to get piled on?
00:37:48.000 High schoolers and college students among the dead at the Astrow World Festival, which is a tragedy, obviously.
00:37:54.000 But the first question should be, what parent allows their kid to go to a concert like this when your child's in high school?
00:38:01.000 Eight children are dead, or eight people are now dead, from different high schools and colleges in the local area.
00:38:08.000 One came all the way from Ohio for this concert, which I just can't understand the draw or the attraction of that.
00:38:15.000 It's like, yeah, let's go to a concert next to 100,000 people when everyone's doing drugs and you might die.
00:38:20.000 Do we have an image of the actual concert itself that we can show?
00:38:24.000 Now, you'll understand what I mean why I say it's demonic.
00:38:28.000 And there's already been lawsuits that have been filed.
00:38:32.000 There's already been massive court actions.
00:38:34.000 The Houston Chronicle says police officials said Live Nation allegedly agreed to end the show shortly after multiple people collapsed around 9.38 local time.
00:38:44.000 City officials said the show officially ended at 10.10 local time.
00:38:47.000 However, those in the audience said that Travis completed his set and finished around 10.15.
00:38:51.000 It's unknown if the call to end the show is communicated to Travis and he chose to ignore it.
00:38:56.000 Boy, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
00:38:59.000 In fact, there might be a criminal negligence component to this.
00:39:04.000 Seriously.
00:39:06.000 It'd be tough for a prosecutor to do that.
00:39:08.000 But if Travis Scott was notified, you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.
00:39:14.000 Remember that.
00:39:16.000 Travis and festival organizers behind Astrow World received their first lawsuit seeking over a million dollars in damages.
00:39:22.000 That'll just be the beginning.
00:39:23.000 And eight people died.
