00:00:30.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:31.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:33.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:37.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:40.000 I want to thank Charlie. He's an incredible guy.

00:00:42.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:00:59.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:28.000 This is one of my favorite candidates of this cycle, and he has not gotten the attention he deserves.

00:01:35.000 And honestly, the support from the Republican apparatus that is warranted.

00:01:40.000 Here's how I first heard about Hung Kao with his announcement video, which was amazing, a while ago.

00:01:45.000 And this is a true story.

00:01:46.000 So I was at the Republican National Convention, and I was having a meeting, and all of a sudden I hear this pounding.

00:01:54.000 I was like, what is going on here?

00:01:56.000 And it was Hung Kao giving his RNC speech, saying, you hear that sound?

00:02:01.000 That is the last sound that you hear before your home is raided in a communist country. 0.58

00:02:05.000 I was like, ooh, I like this guy. Joining us now is Hung Kao, who is running for the U.S. Senate in Virginia and is within the margin of error against Tim Kaine.

00:02:14.000 Hung, welcome to the program.

00:02:16.000 Charlie, thank you so much. It's such an honor to be on your show.

00:02:18.000 Tell us about your story.

00:02:20.000 Your speech at the RNC was captivating.

00:02:22.000 Your debate against Tim Kaine was wonderful.

00:02:24.000 Introduce yourself to our audience.

00:02:26.000 Well, you know, in 1975, when Saigon was falling to the communists, my mom was sewing notes into our clothes saying, this is my son, please take care of him, because there was a reality where they'd have to throw us into a helicopter just to save our lives.

00:02:39.000 Because my father was a high-ranking South Vietnamese government official, so he was marked for death or going to be sent to a re-education camp.

00:02:47.000 And then, so the next morning we got to the airport and my mom was like, oh my gosh, what if the Americas only took two of our five kids or three of our five kids? 0.62

00:02:55.000 Who do we leave behind? Who can take care of themselves and how do we even come back to get them one day?

00:03:00.000 But by the miracle of God, we all made it to the United States.

00:03:02.000 I went to a refugee camp in Guam and then another refugee camp in Camp Pendleton, California.

00:03:08.000 Then we settled in Northern Virginia.

00:03:10.000 And my dad, again, being in agriculture, could not find any work over here.

00:03:15.000 So they said, why don't you guys move to Africa and help develop Africa under USAID? So we picked up after six months and moved to sub-Saharan West Africa, which is Niger.

00:03:27.000 And we spent seven years over there.

00:03:29.000 That's where I learned meritocracy, by the way, because in French schools, what they do is they hand you your report cards in Nigeria.

00:03:36.000 you know, by order of merit. So the top kid gets it and they sit at the front end of their seats,

00:03:41.000 front right and then all the way down. So I noticed early on that the pretty French girls 1.00

00:03:47.000 were at the front and the smelly French boys were in the back. And so I studied really hard to get 1.00

00:03:51.000 to the front. But then at the age of 12, my parents realized that this kid doesn't speak any English.

00:03:57.000 So my mom had to bring us all back here.

00:04:00.000 My dad stayed in harsh countries like Chad, Guinea, Cameroon, Zaire, just to make a living.

00:04:06.000 And we would see him every four to six months.

00:04:08.000 But they want us to have the American dream.

00:04:10.000 So I went to the top schools in the country, including the United States Naval Academy, and I have a master's in physics and postgraduate school and then fellowships at Harvard and MIT. But I paid back every dime of that American dream with 25 years of service in Navy special operations.

00:04:25.000 I was a Navy deep sea diver that recovered John F. Kennedy Jr.'s plane.

00:04:28.000 I was an EOD technician that defused bombs for our SEAL teams and special forces teams in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia.

00:04:35.000 And so that's me in a nutshell.

00:04:37.000 That's amazing. And you're running a wonderful race here.

00:04:39.000 I want to introduce the audience through just some of the pieces of tape here from your debate with Tim Kaine.

00:04:44.000 Let's go to cut 219.

00:04:47.000 And we need more candidates like you.

00:04:49.000 You've lived the American dream.

00:04:50.000 You've served the country admirably.

00:04:52.000 And you understand communism because your family lived it.

00:04:55.000 Play cut 219. Mr.

00:04:56.000 Cowell, you've supported removing undocumented immigrants who have committed violent crime. 0.99

00:05:02.000 Do you support mass deportation of all undocumented immigrants?

00:05:06.000 You have 60 seconds. Immigration is very near and dear in my heart.

00:05:11.000 When Vietnam fell, we had nowhere to go and America had brought us in. 0.99

00:05:15.000 And my parents waited in line for seven years, we all did, for seven years to get our citizenship.

00:05:21.000 The last thing that my dad had hang over his bed when he passed away two years ago was his naturalization certificate.

00:05:28.000 I love this country so much that I wrote a blank check up to and included in my life to defend it for 25 years in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, and other parts of the world.

00:05:37.000 So here's my thing to anybody who wants to come here.

00:05:41.000 Don't ask for an American dream if you're not willing to debate American laws and embrace American culture.

00:05:46.000 I love that. That is so good.

00:05:49.000 We are a very generous country, but if you're breaking in the country and you're not coming on our terms, then we have the right to repel those people from coming into America. 1.00

00:05:59.000 No, you're absolutely right. And here's the thing.

00:06:01.000 You have to assimilate.

00:06:02.000 If you want to be an American, you've got to be an American. 0.86

00:06:04.000 And right now we're allowing 13,000 convicted And if you are better off today, it turns out you're probably an illegal alien. 0.51

00:06:21.000 The biggest issues for Virginia voters, we polled, includes economy, followed by housing affordability, then threats to democracy and immigration.

00:06:30.000 The basic question is this.

00:06:32.000 Are you better off today than you were four years ago?

00:06:35.000 If you say yes, you're probably an illegal alien.

00:06:37.000 Okay, but honestly, at the end of the day, the people that got us into this mess, Tim Kaine has been in office for 30 years.

00:06:44.000 Tell us more, hon. Again, we have illegal aliens that come here. 1.00

00:06:48.000 They've killed people like Jocelyn Nungary and Lakin Riley.

00:06:53.000 But also, within Virginia, there's a grandmother named Melody Waldecker that was carjacked up in Stirling, Virginia.

00:07:00.000 And she was run over and killed by an illegal alien. 0.99

00:07:03.000 Down in Chesapeake, there's this young student, 19 years old, Lauren Nicole Leonard.

00:07:07.000 She's a young African-American girl who was going to college and she wanted to be a forensic scientist

00:07:13.000 And she was killed by an illegal alien You know at what point do we say enough enough of killing 1.00

00:07:18.000 our people enough of you know destroying our land and you know?

00:07:21.000 Enough of coming over here and breaking our laws. I mean we waited in line and everybody should too

00:07:27.000 One of the things you've been warning about is the march of Marxism in this country, something your family understands.

00:07:34.000 When you see the persecution of President Trump and political dissidents, the lawfare, what is your warning to the American people of the type of country that we are becoming?

00:07:46.000 I mean, you see it in churches, right?

00:07:48.000 They're attacking our churches and where we worship.

00:07:51.000 I'm a Christian. And so, you know, I go to Cornerstone Christian, I believe.

00:07:54.000 Yeah, Gary Hammer.

00:07:56.000 Yep. Gary is a very good friend of ours.

00:07:58.000 And, you know, but the attack on the church and also the attack on our civil rights, as well as, you know, Kamala Harris wants to... 1.00

00:08:07.000 Price control. She also wants to tax you on unrealized gains.

00:08:10.000 That means if your house goes up in Zillow, you owe this amount of tax, even though you don't have it in your pocket.

00:08:16.000 And then you've got Tim Walsh, who wants to have the snitch line during COVID. Where, you know, you can snitch on your neighbors.

00:08:24.000 And in Michigan, they have a snitch line for the kids to tell on their parents if they're not handling their guns safely.

00:08:31.000 And again, this is what communists do.

00:08:33.000 They turn the kids against you.

00:08:34.000 And that's exactly what happened in Mao's China, where, you know, the Cultural Revolution, where kids turn their parents into the government. 0.54

00:08:42.000 That's right. And Mao's little red guard turning in kids against their parents. 0.59

00:08:49.000 Hung, please tell people how the audience can support you and your path to victory in Virginia these next 32 days.

00:08:58.000 Please go to hungforva.com.

00:09:00.000 So that's H-U-N-G-F-O-R-V-A dot com. 1.00

00:09:02.000 Look, you may not be able to vote for me if you're not in Virginia, but I can vote for you because my vote in the U.S. Senate will secure your liberties.

00:09:09.000 I fought for you for 25 years.

00:09:12.000 I bled for you guys. I'm not done fighting for Virginia or for the United States of America.

00:09:16.000 Tim Kaine is very nervous.

00:09:17.000 Democrats are maybe going to spend more money in the state. 0.58

00:09:21.000 Just very quickly, what parts of the state are you focusing and emphasizing and your closing message for voters?

00:09:27.000 Again, I ran for Congress in 2022 in Northern Virginia, which includes Loudoun County, where they were attacking schools, were attacking the parents.

00:09:36.000 And I moved that needle 13%.

00:09:38.000 So I've been working hard on Northern Virginia, but then also in the southern part, in Richmond, we're pretty much tied with him in Richmond.

00:09:45.000 In Hampton Roads, I spent three tours of duty there in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.

00:09:50.000 So the Hampton Roads area, that's where three of my kids were born.

00:09:53.000 So we know that area very well.

00:09:55.000 And then Southwest, my in-laws lived in Roanoke for 25 years.

00:10:00.000 And so we know that area very well, too.

00:10:02.000 So to tell you the truth, I'm concentrating on all of Virginia because I want to represent all of Virginians.

00:10:07.000 Hung, thank you so much. It's hungforva.com.

00:10:10.000 Thank you so much. Thank you, Charlie.

00:11:16.000 So we have the New York Times article here.

00:11:20.000 So let's go through the story here. FEMA whistleblowers have revealed a treasonous misuse

00:11:24.000 of taxpayer funds. Pre-disaster aid for Hurricane Helene was withheld, leaving first responders and

00:11:31.000 service members in hotels waiting for orders that never came. Matt Gaetz is now blasting Alejandro

00:11:37.000 Mayorkas for saying FEMA has wasted taxpayer money, misused funds, and left federal, state,

00:11:42.000 and local responders without the orders they needed to act.

00:11:45.000 Gaetz also confirms that hundreds, if not thousands, of service members were deployed to North

00:11:50.000 Carolina by the Department of Defense and have been sitting idle waiting for FEMA. To make

00:11:54.000 matters worse, Gaetz points out that FEMA funds were used by NGOs to buy airline tickets for migrants,

00:11:59.000 even though money was really meant for disaster relief.

00:12:02.000 The aftermath of Hurricane Helene is a major disaster, and your waste and lack of preparation are leaving Americans in distress without food, water, or medicine and no help in sight.

00:12:13.000 Gates is demanding answers by October 11th, saying that Mayorkas is really a traitor to the country.

00:12:19.000 It's really bad, and I think that needs to be highlighted a lot more.

00:12:23.000 There's a lot of stuff about FEMA, like, okay, are they too fast, slow to respond?

00:12:26.000 Obviously, the overall response is, like, languorous, bad.

00:12:31.000 But what you really need to highlight is that FEMA has been pivoted by the Biden-Harris

00:12:37.000 administration into this arm of the illegal immigration racket.

00:12:42.000 So this organization that we created to respond to actual emergencies has now become a welfare

00:12:50.000 agency for the engineered emergency of flying unlimited illegal immigrants into America. 0.80

00:12:56.000 Oh, we have a migrant crisis. 0.99

00:12:58.000 We need to help these people with this crisis.

00:13:00.000 And they funnel billions of dollars to them.

00:13:02.000 And that's why Mayorkas is going around saying, oh, we've run out of money because we've had to spend hundreds of billions of dollars on illegals.

00:13:10.000 And they can get free phones.

00:13:12.000 They can get free hotels.

00:13:13.000 They can get free housing.

00:13:15.000 They can get free this, that, that, that, that.

00:13:17.000 And they're just being distributed throughout the country People who are not legally allowed to be here, or if they are legally allowed, it's because of this bogus thing.

00:13:27.000 This app. Yeah, this app.

00:13:28.000 I want to reiterate the app that Mayorkas designed this.

00:13:31.000 This is the CBP1 app.

00:13:33.000 Everybody, can we download it, by the way?

00:13:34.000 Can anybody download it? I bet you can.

00:13:36.000 Yeah, you should look for it. Should I do this live on air?

00:13:38.000 Let's see if you can. It'll be bad if we can't find it, but I think you can.

00:13:42.000 No, I mean, let me see if I can download it.

00:13:44.000 CBP... Oh, yeah, it's right here.

00:13:46.000 Literally, you could download it.

00:13:48.000 No way. That's amazing.

00:13:49.000 All right, I just downloaded the CBP1 app.

00:13:52.000 I will not fraudulently fill it out, but I'm curious.

00:13:54.000 So literally, I just downloaded the CBP1 app here on the App Store.

00:13:58.000 This app right here is done by U.S. Customs Border Patrol.

00:14:01.000 Oh, you're going to love this, Blake.

00:14:02.000 It has 1,000 five-star reviews.

00:14:05.000 Oh, boy. Oh, boy.

00:14:07.000 So the federal government's going to track me now.

00:14:08.000 Ryan, newsflash. The federal government's already tracking me.

00:14:11.000 And so I can log in or sign up.

00:14:14.000 Wow! Right here.

00:14:15.000 It goes right through here. Does it have an easy pivot to a Spanish language?

00:14:20.000 Oh, it's super easy. How many languages is it in?

00:14:21.000 Do they have like Portuguese, Chinese?

00:14:23.000 Yeah, there's all these different languages here.

00:14:25.000 So you have to log in. Log in using your login.gov to allow you to sign into your account safely and securely.

00:14:32.000 Oh, I can create an account.

00:14:34.000 Oh yeah, look at all the languages here.

00:14:36.000 Oh my goodness. It's Spanish, French, Chinese too.

00:14:41.000 Oh my gosh. Isn't that crazy?

00:14:42.000 That's insane. So once you have read and accepted the login.gov rules of service, you check it and you log in.

00:14:49.000 So what this app is that I literally just downloaded, the CBP1 app, this right here.

00:14:53.000 I just did this live on air.

00:14:54.000 This, if I was in Haiti, gets you access into the country.

00:14:57.000 Yeah. Or, like, if you can't figure it out, you know, there's literally, like, government employees or aid workers or non-profit people who can, like, help you with this.

00:15:06.000 It's such a sham. NGOs.

00:15:07.000 There's an entire apparatus of NGOs who get taxpayer money themselves, of course.

00:15:11.000 And they get you lawyers. And they'll get you the lawyers, they get you through this whole process, and their entire purpose is, how do you present your bogus story, like...

00:15:19.000 They're all, like, seeking asylum. 0.85

00:15:20.000 Well, okay. They have, you know, seven or eight canned asylum justifications that they'll go, oh, he has reasonable grounds to claim asylum.

00:15:28.000 We have to let him in now.

00:15:30.000 And, you know, he has to get his day in court.

00:15:32.000 That day in court could be a year from now, two years from now, ten years from now.

00:15:36.000 There have been ten-year waits for that hearing.

00:15:38.000 And if you don't show up, it's the policy of the Biden administration not to try to find you or deport you anyway.

00:15:44.000 It's all a sham and they're all getting...

00:15:47.000 Government, money, it's preposterous what they've allowed.

00:15:51.000 It literally is treason.

00:15:53.000 It is treason. This app that I just downloaded is Expedia.com for foreigners to come into our country seamlessly and easily. 1.00

00:15:59.000 Maybe the hurricane victim should download this app.

00:16:01.000 Maybe they could get some help. Maybe if you called the people who are fleeing their homes ecological migrants, then maybe Biden and Harris would give a crap. 0.99

00:16:09.000 But they don't because they are the citizens of this country and citizens come last and foreigners come first. 1.00

00:17:11.000 Very important story here.

00:17:13.000 Joining us now are two of our best, Maddie Mueller, TPUSA Central Valley Field Rep, and Zygmunt, great name, Zygmunt Fisher, joining us.

00:17:23.000 So, from what I understand, Zygmunt, you were assaulted by a student at Drexel University.

00:17:30.000 Tell us all about it.

00:17:32.000 Yes, and thank you for the compliment.

00:17:33.000 I appreciate that. So it started at Drexel's org fair.

00:17:37.000 So I'd gone with my LI rep, and we were going to set up a table.

00:17:39.000 We didn't have a chapter there, but we were just going to, you know, grab a table.

00:17:43.000 And I ran back to my car to get some materials.

00:17:46.000 And then while I was gone, this student had come up to our table and started antagonizing these two other students that were standing at our table just trying to inquire.

00:17:55.000 Not even a part of the chapter, just two prospective students just wanted to learn about our club.

00:17:59.000 And he started clapping in their faces, started yelling at them, you know, getting real, you know, within inches of their face.

00:18:05.000 And the student that was assaulted the worst, he actually has autism.

00:18:08.000 And when the student, you know, started clapping in his face, he wanted his personal space.

00:18:12.000 So he just said, you know, push it back, like, get out of my face.

00:18:14.000 And the kid then proceeded to wind up and kick him in his, you know what?

00:18:19.000 And then it kicked another kid in his leg. 0.85

00:18:21.000 And so I came about 30 seconds after and they had told me what happened.

00:18:26.000 And so I asked, you know, who did it?

00:18:28.000 And they pointed out to this kid, maybe about 10 yards from behind our table.

00:18:32.000 And I said, hey, you can't be coming or assaulting people.

00:18:35.000 Like, that's not right. And so he said, oh, yeah, well, you're next.

00:18:38.000 And so he started running at me with his fist up like this and charging at me.

00:18:43.000 So I grabbed him by his shirt and pulled it over his head and dragged him to the ground and kind of held him until the Capus police got there.

00:18:50.000 That's a remarkable story.

00:18:51.000 And I want to pair that now with Maddie.

00:18:53.000 Maddie, you're a TPSA Central Valley field rep.

00:18:56.000 You got punched in the face.

00:18:58.000 Is that right? Yes, sir.

00:19:00.000 That is at UC Merced.

00:19:02.000 I was tabling there.

00:19:04.000 We didn't have a chapter, so I was kind of infiltrating the campus, if you will.

00:19:08.000 And I was asked to leave.

00:19:11.000 I asked our wonderful questions.

00:19:13.000 You know, what policy am I breaking?

00:19:15.000 Can you show me documentation of this policy?

00:19:18.000 What happens if I stay and they answered everything was able to show me that I was in fact breaking a policy supposedly. 0.57

00:19:25.000 So I was in the parking lot leaving campus packing my car up when a young man coming from further down in the parking lot as I assume he was walking to class because he had just gotten to campus saw the turning point logo on our register to vote here phone board and he looks at me and he starts saying you know Get your effin' racist organization off my campus.

00:19:50.000 And it escalated further from there to him.

00:19:53.000 As I started to pull my phone out to film for my safety, I told him he was scaring me.

00:19:57.000 He took my phone from my hand and threw it across the parking lot, to which he then grabbed my register to vote phone board, snapped it over his knee in half, and came at me with a balled-up fist that collided with the right side of my cheek.

00:20:11.000 It knocked me off the ground and he immediately bolted from the parking lot back towards his car.

00:20:16.000 Has he been arrested for assaulting a woman in a parking lot?

00:20:21.000 They have not found him yet.

00:20:22.000 They are following some incredible leads.

00:20:24.000 PD has been nothing but helpful.

00:20:26.000 Same with the campus. They were incredibly apologetic.

00:20:30.000 In the wake of what happened, I tend to cope with humor, so I had asked the people in activities when Campus PD brought me in to talk, I said, I bet you guys feel really bad for asking me to leave, and I was the only one that thought that that was funny, so...

00:20:47.000 Well, God bless you for your sense of humor there.

00:20:49.000 So I just want everyone to understand, this is Maddie Muller, who is just trying to start a turning point group in Merced, which is in a conservative part of the state, mind you, the Central Valley of California, just south of Modesto and Stockton, right near that kind of Sacramento Central Valley.

00:21:06.000 So you got punched in the face by a man.

00:21:08.000 That is criminal assault.

00:21:10.000 I imagine this guy is a student.

00:21:13.000 You could probably easily identify him.

00:21:15.000 There's probably cameras all over the place.

00:21:16.000 Do you anticipate an arrest happening?

00:21:19.000 It's my hope, and I do plan to press charges to the fullest extent.

00:21:24.000 I want to know what has happened in this culture where we think it's okay to attack people and attack students, no less like what Zygmunt had to deal with, over political differences.

00:21:37.000 I want to I would love to pick this guy's brain and ask him, you know, do you think you're a better person now?

00:21:45.000 Are you happy to be known as somebody who hits women now?

00:21:48.000 Like, I would love to be able to have those questions answered.

00:21:52.000 Yeah, God bless you for your courage and your moral clarity.

00:21:55.000 For both of you, Zygmunt, I'll start with you.

00:21:56.000 Zygmunt, considering that our students are constantly under attack, we have students where their dormitories are firebombed, students that are knocked off and put into hospitals.

00:22:06.000 We have students that are concussed every single semester, students that are bear sprayed.

00:22:11.000 It's just kind of part of being a conservative on campus, which is that you are open for targeting, harassment, hospitalization.

00:22:18.000 Are you guys more enthused to keep on fighting for conservative ideas?

00:22:23.000 Zygmunt, you first. Oh, 100%. 0.98

00:22:26.000 This incident, you know, I've been doing this job for over two years, been to over 100 plus campuses, and I've never...

00:22:31.000 Been assaulted and things have definitely gotten way more heated up since the upcoming election.

00:22:36.000 And I also want to add that Drexel has decided not to pursue any charges against the student that assaulted two of their own students.

00:22:43.000 And so that in itself, I think, is definitely motivation to kind of protect these students.

00:22:48.000 I kind of felt protective in the moment for them because obviously Drexel is not going to do anything about this.

00:22:53.000 And I think that's what we're doing.

00:22:55.000 It's so important. We need to be there and fight for them.

00:22:57.000 And Maddie, how about you?

00:22:58.000 Maddie, you got punched in the face.

00:22:59.000 Are you more enthused to keep on fighting for these ideas, these values?

00:23:05.000 Absolutely. My goal was to go back to UC Merced the next day and to prove that we are still here, we are still fighting.

00:23:13.000 My whole take on this is that I would rather be the one that takes the heat from these angry people than my students.

00:23:21.000 I am there to protect my students and give them that platform.

00:23:24.000 So, yeah, absolutely.

00:23:27.000 I joined the assault club, I guess you can say, and it has me so fired up to keep going back to these campuses because those are the campuses that need our voices the most because that means those students that are conservative on campus know that that is the polarization that's happening and we need to be that beacon of light for them.

00:23:46.000 I want to compliment and commend both of you and talk about your students.

00:23:50.000 Your students go through so much harassment to keep on fighting Zygmunt, and yet they don't give up.

00:23:55.000 Talk about the type of student that we are attracting and training at Turning Point USA. I really got to say, we really are attracting the best that the colleges have to offer because the students that I work with, they're always, you know, they're working on their own.

00:24:09.000 They're fighting back against these administrations that we know are very hostile to them, you know.

00:24:13.000 They're always facing obstacles.

00:24:15.000 They're not given an easy path when they try to do events, when they try to table, when they try to do anything on campus.

00:24:20.000 And these students consistently pursue their end goal.

00:24:24.000 They don't let the administration's no, let that be their final no.

00:24:28.000 They keep fighting for what they know is right.

00:24:31.000 And I really do commend the people that they're not even getting paid.

00:24:34.000 They're doing this on their own volition and because they care about the cause.

00:24:38.000 So I do have a lot of respect for our students.

00:24:41.000 Maddie, I want to go to you in a second here, but I hope everyone in the audience is internalizing this.

00:24:45.000 You have two young patriots here, one of which is a woman who got punched in the face. 1.00

00:24:51.000 This is the new circumstance of our country.

00:24:55.000 And some people say, oh, you know, I don't know if I'm going to go vote.

00:24:58.000 Young conservatives are getting smacked in the face.

00:25:01.000 You guys can go take five minutes to go fill out a ballot.

00:25:04.000 You have young people every day that are being targeted and harassed.

00:25:07.000 You guys can go chase ballots.

00:25:09.000 They're putting everything on the line right now.

00:25:12.000 And I'll be honest, if you in the audience are not getting constantly harassed or not, you guys aren't in the fight.

00:25:17.000 You're not in the game. That's how you know you're making a difference.

00:25:20.000 Maddie, talk about the type of student that we are attracting at Turning Point USA that you're empowering and encouraging every day.

00:25:27.000 Absolutely. I tell all of my chapter executives and all of the members that they are the up-and-coming generation that is going to take over the movement.

00:25:36.000 And we are bringing in all these people that had no idea that there were other students just like them going through the same struggles.

00:25:44.000 And now we're creating unity across not just campuses, but across the entire nation through our movement.

00:25:51.000 We are being able to identify students who Who have personal testimonies, who have been through the struggles with administration, who have been supremely targeted by their other fellow students.

00:26:04.000 I mean, we have one student in particular who is at CSUMB who is targeted daily on social media by pro-Palestinian and the Democratic Socialist clubs on campus.

00:26:17.000 She's being raked over the coals, and she goes out every single day and tables nonetheless. 0.96

00:26:25.000 I love that kind of resolute spirit and that fortitude.

00:26:30.000 Zygmunt, you first. Kind of talk about how people can get involved with Turning Point USA and some of the great successes that you've enjoyed this semester.

00:26:38.000 Well, the first thing they need to do is go directly on our website and fill out the Get Involved form.

00:26:42.000 That way I can get their contact.

00:26:44.000 And I'll kind of handle the rest.

00:26:45.000 Just give me your contact information.

00:26:47.000 I work out of eastern Pennsylvania and most of New Jersey.

00:26:50.000 And just give me your contact info.

00:26:52.000 We get You know, probably dozens of leads a week from the website.

00:26:57.000 So that's really how we help expand our chapters and our movement.

00:27:01.000 And so just fill that out and I'll do the rest and I'll tell you how to get involved.

00:27:04.000 So Zygmunt, at Turning Point USA, we're explicitly not political.

00:27:07.000 We're educational. But I'm going to ask you, how does the vibe feel on the ground from a worldview standpoint?

00:27:13.000 Are students conservative more so than previous times?

00:27:17.000 So I will say, like I said, this will be my seventh or eighth semester on campus.

00:27:22.000 And this semester in particular, I've noticed a really big shift with the freshmen, honestly.

00:27:27.000 I think they went through all the COVID nonsense.

00:27:30.000 It was their formative years, and I think that's part of the reason why they're turning to their conservative movement.

00:27:37.000 I love it. That's definitely been my...

00:27:38.000 Great work. Absolutely.

00:27:40.000 Matty, really quick, talk about some of the successes and your commitment to keep fighting despite getting punched in the face.

00:27:47.000 Absolutely. I am proud to say that on National Voter Registration Day, we had 68 people across my territory change their party to align more conservatively.

00:27:59.000 So that was a huge win for us.

00:28:01.000 We will be bringing Riley Gaines to campus at Cal Poly on October 10th for Real Women's Day.

00:28:08.000 So we are very excited for that as well.

00:28:11.000 And another huge win is, despite what happened at UC Merced, I have, as of today, have three students who are now willing to sign a charter to chapter their, or a chapter to charter their campus.

00:28:23.000 That is the best response, Maddie, is that they punch us in the face, we start a chapter.

00:28:27.000 God bless you guys both, Zygmunt and Maddie.

00:28:29.000 Thank you guys so much. Great work.

00:28:30.000 Thanks, Charlie. Thank you.

00:28:32.000 It's the best, I'm telling you. Turning Point USA is the most important organization in the country.

00:28:35.000 Prove me wrong. What other organization is more important?

00:28:41.000 If your approach to everyday aches and pains is to mask them, you know, feel better for a few hours only to have the pain return and then repeat the cycle all over again.

00:28:50.000 It's time to try Relief Factor.

00:28:52.000 And the good news is Relief Factor makes it quite easy.

00:28:55.000 Their 3-week quick start is just $19.95, less than a dollar a day.

00:29:00.000 Instead of masking pain, ReliefFactor helps eliminate it.

00:29:11.000 ReliefFactor was developed by doctors.

00:29:33.000 So don't mask your pain, fight naturally with Relief Factor, relieffactor.com.

00:29:39.000 By the way, we are getting tons of emails about people saying, Charlie, did you just download the CBP1 app?

00:29:44.000 Yes, we did. And you can do it yourself.

00:29:47.000 You can see the app that allows you entrance into the country.

00:29:50.000 Blake, what's on your mind? I was just scanning for possible stories.

00:29:54.000 This is a pretty funny one.

00:29:55.000 Howard Schultz, the Starbucks CEO, apparently he violated federal labor law by telling an employee, if you're not happy, you can go work for another company.

00:30:03.000 This was a coercive threat.

00:30:06.000 That is now against federal labor law.

00:30:07.000 I guess it is, yeah.

00:30:10.000 I mean, I say that on a daily basis sometimes.

00:30:12.000 Yeah, it seems pretty obvious.

00:30:14.000 If you're not happy, go work somewhere else.

00:30:16.000 No, that is a coercive labor threat. 1.00

00:30:18.000 So, you know, very sane country that we have here.

00:30:21.000 Man, the Biden administration is making me sympathize with Howard Schultz.

00:30:24.000 That's terrible. Yeah.

00:30:25.000 That's awful. Again, this is not a Starbucks commercial, but I mean, I do have my hot tea from Starbucks.

00:30:33.000 So he told an employee that you can go work for another company.

00:30:37.000 If you're not happy at Starbucks, you can go work for another company.

00:30:40.000 Speaking of kind of federal government involvement and labor disputes, the dock worker strike is over in a kind of predictable fashion.

00:30:49.000 The Democrat oligarchs and the powers to be. 0.78

00:30:51.000 It's suspended until January 15th.

00:30:54.000 How scammy this is. You know that if Trump wins, they'll bring it back on January 15th and they'll just be like, oh, Trump!

00:31:01.000 Already in meltdown crisis his first day.

00:31:04.000 Exactly. And they don't want it to be up against the election.

00:31:06.000 This is such a scam what they're doing.

00:31:08.000 They're like, oh, we'll delay our strike until five days before the inauguration.

00:31:13.000 What is great is, you know, if that were to come to pass, I think Trump would have a great opportunity to, you know, pull a Reagan and say, okay, National Guard is going to run the courts.

00:31:20.000 Yeah, exactly. I'm not running for...

00:31:21.000 Like, this... I'll be...

00:31:22.000 Okay, I understand why Republicans are more sympathetic towards...

00:31:26.000 Labor. Not all unions are made the same, though.

00:31:29.000 Not all unions are made the same. And the truth is, this is why so many people became critical of unions.

00:31:35.000 This guy, the guy who runs it, he's basically a mafiosi.

00:31:39.000 He literally owns a yacht.

00:31:41.000 This union head has an 88-foot yacht or so.

00:31:44.000 Are you kidding? I've got to look this up.

00:31:47.000 It has a hilarious name. Called the Enforcer?

00:31:50.000 Let me see. Or called the Battering Ram?

00:31:52.000 I've got to look this up. We've got to find this.

00:31:54.000 Meet Harold Daggett, who owns more yachts than Elon Musk, according to the Hindustan Times, which is very good at...

00:31:59.000 Well, while you're looking that up, I will say that not all unions are made the same.

00:32:03.000 I have sympathy a lot for carpenters' unions, pipefitters' unions, plumbers.

00:32:08.000 No sympathy for teacher unions, for the record.

00:32:10.000 Teachers, yes, not teachers' unions.

00:32:12.000 Not all unions are made the same.

00:32:13.000 And I think it's very important to understand that this longshoreman union, there's people making $150,000 a year.

00:32:19.000 And they're turning down a 50% raise.

00:32:21.000 They want like a 70% raise.

00:32:23.000 With like, I think a guaranteed 7% annual raise each year on top of that.

00:32:28.000 But what does their job consist of?

00:32:30.000 Like unloading boxes?

00:32:31.000 Yeah, which they deliberately...

00:32:32.000 The other thing they're demanding is they deliberately keep it very backwards in technical terms.

00:32:39.000 So if you go to China, a country that we have to worry about competing with them, China, their longshoremen sit in a kind of air traffic control-like office, and they have computers, and you can do it all with cranes and stuff.

00:32:51.000 And it's as advanced as it could possibly be.

00:32:54.000 And here they deliberately keep it high manpower, lower tech, Yes.

00:33:06.000 Yes. This is a scam where, like, a few of these people, do you think those jobs are doled out in a fair way, or do you think that's all, like, mobbed up?

00:33:27.000 And also, it was just really, really bad optics during the hurricane disaster.

00:33:31.000 The whole thing was bad, but...

00:33:33.000 And so, anyway, that strike has been broken.

00:33:36.000 It has been delayed.

00:33:37.000 Delayed till... This is the scam.

00:33:39.000 This shows you the power of the Democrat Party till January 15th.

00:33:43.000 Five days before the inauguration.

00:33:45.000 They don't want any crisis until then.

00:33:47.000 So somebody came in and said, hey, this is going to be bad for Kamala. 0.75

00:33:50.000 We'll get you another yacht.

00:33:52.000 Can you please at least delay the strike until January 15th?

00:33:55.000 Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:33:58.000 Karen emails us. Charlie, can I use the CBP1 app to avoid TSA lines at the airport?

00:34:03.000 Hilarious. No. Only if you want to illegally break into America would the CBP1 app help you.

00:34:10.000 If you're a Haitian, if you're Nicaraguan, if you're El Salvadorian, if you are, what is it, from the Congo?

00:34:17.000 Yeah, there's two Congos. 0.90

00:34:19.000 Yeah, Congolese. Congolese, okay. 0.99

00:34:21.000 Then you can break into the country using the CBP1 app.

00:34:25.000 They did this to stop the bad PR of the border bum rushes and just get you in. 0.96

00:34:31.000 Just fly them in. That's right.

00:34:32.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:34:34.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
