00:01:07.000 Brought to you by my friends, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, 888, 888, 1172 or AndrewandTodd.com.

00:01:18.000 There's some breaking news out today, and we have the perfect guest to help explain it.

00:01:24.000 The Treasury Department has finally handed over some Biden family records that show that Hunter's associate got $3 million from a Chinese company two months after Joe Biden left office and then paid out thousands to family members for no reason, really.

00:01:42.000 Joining us now is Peter Schweiser.

00:01:44.000 I encourage you guys to check out his book, Red Handed.

00:01:47.000 It is excellent.

00:01:47.000 It explains how the Chinese Communist Party has captured so many of our elites.

00:01:53.000 Peter, welcome back to the program.

00:01:55.000 Great to be with you, Charlie.

00:01:56.000 Thanks for having me.

00:01:57.000 So, Peter, explain to me this news that Comer has announced and in kind of your working tally that you have of how much money the Biden family has received.

00:02:08.000 Were you aware of this payment?

00:02:11.000 Yes.

00:02:12.000 If I'm reading the documents correctly, this $3 million payment is part of a total of $6 million that was sent to the Biden family by Chairman Yi of the CEFC Energy Company.

00:02:27.000 So, yes, this $3 million was known.

00:02:29.000 What we did not know is that that money was spread not only just to Hunter and to James Biden, but also to Bo Biden's widow as well, who Hunter was, I think, seeing at the time.

00:02:42.000 So, I love the vocabulary used, sent to, because you didn't say the word earned or sent to.

00:02:52.000 I mean, we're not just implying.

00:02:55.000 This was explicit pay for play.

00:02:58.000 Thanks for looking out for us.

00:03:00.000 So, this particular story that now Comer has the receipts on, it's a little bit confusing of what family members actually, I mean, how many Biden family members are there that are involved in this thing?

00:03:11.000 I mean, this is this makes the Gambino crime family look rather insignificant. 0.99

00:03:17.000 Well, you know, Charlie, we've all heard of the great band, the Jackson Five.

00:03:22.000 We have dubbed the Biden Five because we know of at least five Biden members who, over the course of Joe Biden's public career, have been rummaging at the trough in one form or the other.

00:03:34.000 And this is the thing that people have to understand.

00:03:36.000 You know, when people say, well, you know, we don't know if Joe Biden was involved in this.

00:03:41.000 I mean, money is fungible.

00:03:42.000 And the way that the Biden family works is money gets shifted and sloshed around.

00:03:47.000 So Hunter Biden was collecting this foreign money.

00:03:50.000 He was also paying some of his dad's bills while his dad was vice president of the United States.

00:03:55.000 So people need to understand this is not a Hunter Biden story.

00:03:58.000 It's a Biden family story, which means it's a Joe Biden story.

00:04:03.000 And you are quite right.

00:04:04.000 The Bidens did not earn this money.

00:04:06.000 When you look at any of the deals involving China, three things stand out.

00:04:11.000 Number one, all the people that were sending them money, including Chairman Yi in this case, had direct ties to the highest levels of Chinese intelligence.

00:04:21.000 Number two, that there is no discernible service that the Bidens performed for this.

00:04:26.000 There was no consulting gig.

00:04:28.000 There was no planning that was done.

00:04:30.000 There was no joint venture.

00:04:32.000 It was money sent with no discernible service that was performed.

00:04:36.000 And then number three point is we now have to figure out why this money was sent.

00:04:42.000 They're not a charity.

00:04:43.000 They were sending the money to the Bidens for a reason.

00:04:46.000 And I think we have to recognize this is not just pay to play.

00:04:50.000 The intelligence angle here is key.

00:04:53.000 And I think we have to recognize that this may very well have been a Chinese intelligence recruitment effort.

00:05:00.000 And the fact that money kept showing up is a problem.

00:05:03.000 Well, so explain that more.

00:05:04.000 So do you mean that these were Chinese spies going directly to the Biden family and exchanging secrets for cash?

00:05:11.000 Well, here's what we know, Charlie.

00:05:13.000 And I'm not trying to avoid your question because I don't know the answer to it.

00:05:17.000 What we know is that there were four Chinese businessmen that wired money to Joe Biden, sorry, to Hunter Biden and the Biden family.

00:05:26.000 And we know their names because they're in a laptop.

00:05:28.000 So you have Chairman Yi, who in this case sent 3 million, a total of 6 million.

00:05:33.000 What was his job before he became head of the CEFC Energy Consortium?

00:05:37.000 He ran an organization that is known widely to be part of Chinese military intelligence.

00:05:44.000 Then you look at a guy like Henry Zhao.

00:05:47.000 We know a guy named Henry Zhao sent $5 million to Hunter Biden.

00:05:51.000 How do we know?

00:05:52.000 Because there's a Treasury Department report on it, and it's in the Hunter Biden laptop.

00:05:56.000 Henry Zhao saying, I'm going to send you $5 million.

00:06:00.000 And he does.

00:06:02.000 Who is Henry Zhao?

00:06:03.000 Henry Zhao at that exact time is business partners with the daughter of the former Minister of State Security who runs the entire spy apparatus in China.

00:06:14.000 In fact, the $5 million that is wired to Hunter Biden comes from a business that she is involved in.

00:06:21.000 And then you go to another individual who sends, arranges a big deal for Hunter Biden.

00:06:27.000 His name is Che Feng.

00:06:28.000 He arranges that private equity deal, the $1.5 billion private equity deal where Hunter is put on the board and gets an ownership of the company.

00:06:37.000 Che Feng, while he arranges that deal for Hunter Biden, is business partners with a guy named Ma Jian, who is the vice minister for state security in China, which is the spy apparatus of the whole country.

00:06:51.000 We know this based on Hong Kong corporate records.

00:06:55.000 So, you know, do the math.

00:06:57.000 Why are businessmen who are all linked to Chinese intelligence sending money to the Biden family and the Biden family is not doing any discernible service in return?

00:07:09.000 What is going on here?

00:07:10.000 I mean, well, I think we know what's going on, but you're right.

00:07:14.000 I mean, we need to be able to prove it in a court, which is a separate, I mean, we know what's going on.

00:07:18.000 Let's not fool ourselves.

00:07:19.000 But I mean, what I think is interesting about this wrinkle, if I'm understanding you correctly, this is more than corruption, which we, okay, fine.

00:07:27.000 You know, can you approve some sort of a tariff lift or something for a business I'm involved in?

00:07:33.000 You know, wink, nod, thanks.

00:07:34.000 Okay.

00:07:35.000 Or, you know, can you help get extradition for one of my Chinese thug friends who might be, you know, in a cell somewhere?

00:07:43.000 Okay.

00:07:43.000 No, what you're talking about is actually more sinister.

00:07:46.000 You're talking about military operations.

00:07:49.000 You're not talking about kind of the 95% of kind of foreign lobbying that occurs, which is, I have a very specific niche thing.

00:07:57.000 Can you get this thing done?

00:07:59.000 And yeah, it's bad, but is it going to cripple the United States?

00:08:02.000 Probably not, right?

00:08:03.000 Okay, some Saudi prince comes over and says, I don't like the fact that I can't go to Paris and, you know, some senator makes a call.

00:08:08.000 Okay, fine.

00:08:09.000 You know, here's 5 million bucks and no one finds out about it.

00:08:12.000 It's wrong.

00:08:12.000 That's bad.

00:08:13.000 What you're saying is that it very well might be now from the actual military of the Chinese Communist Party.

00:08:21.000 Yeah, I mean, that is a thread in a lot of this.

00:08:24.000 And we know, by the way, that that private equity firm, the Chinese government-funded private equity firm when Hunter Biden was on the board, was doing deals to acquire tech companies in concert with the Chinese military.

00:08:38.000 So we know that there has been this overlap from the beginning.

00:08:42.000 And that's, I think, the key ingredient here, Charlie.

00:08:46.000 The Chinese have this strategy called elite capture. 0.97

00:08:49.000 It's very simple.

00:08:51.000 We're going to curry favor with elites in foreign countries by making them and their families wealthy.

00:08:56.000 They've done it in New Zealand.

00:08:58.000 They've done it in Australia.

00:08:59.000 They do it in the United States.

00:09:01.000 They don't care if you have a D or an R after your name.

00:09:04.000 And it's very clear they were not interested in any kind of commercial arrangement with the Bidens until Joe Biden became vice president of the United States.

00:09:14.000 That's when Hunter opened up this financial firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners.

00:09:19.000 They didn't really have any expertise.

00:09:21.000 They didn't have any backgrounds.

00:09:22.000 The deals they got in China were all based on Hunter Biden's last name.

00:09:27.000 And once his dad became responsible for China policy in the Obama administration, Obama explicitly said that once that happened, the doors opened and these millions of dollars started showing up in Hunter Biden business accounts.

00:09:42.000 Are you optimistic or pessimistic there might be some form of justice reached here?

00:09:49.000 It's hard to say about the criminal justice side.

00:09:51.000 I think what Comer's doing is very important.

00:09:54.000 We need to have official subpoenaed records released to the American public so they know exactly what went on here.

00:10:02.000 We're reaching a point now where I think people are starting to understand the scope of this.

00:10:06.000 What the Department of Justice is going to do, who knows?

00:10:09.000 But I'm optimistic we are going to finally get to the truth of exactly what's going on here.

00:10:14.000 So I want to ask you, first, the book Red Handed is excellent.

00:10:18.000 I encourage everyone to check it out.

00:10:19.000 It's one of the most important pieces of investigative research that has done how American elites get rich while helping China win.

00:10:26.000 But let me ask you on the Biden family in particular.

00:10:29.000 Can you point to any policies that the Biden regime has enacted that you think, and just speculating, has been influenced by the relationship?

00:10:40.000 Is there a couple things here or there where you say, ooh, that's not exactly what a president would do, whether it was vice president, whether he was a senator?

00:10:50.000 What I'm getting at is actual material policy changes that were impacted.

00:10:55.000 Yeah, I mean, I think there's lots of them.

00:10:57.000 You can look at the fact that they got rid of the Department of Justice program looking at Chinese technology theft in the United States.

00:11:06.000 You can look at how they reversed course on Huawei.

00:11:09.000 Huawei, this Chinese tech company that's joined to the hip with the military.

00:11:13.000 They've loosened some of the restrictions on Huawei.

00:11:17.000 You can look at the manner in which they've handled TikTok.

00:11:20.000 You know, in the 2020 presidential campaign, Joe Biden forbid his own campaign workers from using TikTok because it was a security threat.

00:11:30.000 And yet when he came into office, one of the first things he did was reverse Donald Trump's policy of saying that TikTok basically needs to be sold or it needs to be banned.

00:11:42.000 You can look at the posture that he's taken on a number of issues relating to technology.

00:11:47.000 People try to focus on the fact that he wants to subsidize the American tech industry.

00:11:52.000 Let's focus on preventing China's theft of our technology and preventing American financial firms from subsidizing the Chinese military.

00:12:02.000 He's not interested in discussing or doing anything on those topics.

00:12:06.000 And that's exactly the posture that China would want him to take.

00:12:09.000 So in your book, Red Handed, you talk about other elites as well that have been compromised by the Chinese Communist Party.

00:12:17.000 And you talk about LeBron James, you have John Boehner, you talk about Bill Gates.

00:12:23.000 And, you know, in the couple minutes we have remaining, can you just build out to our audience that are unfamiliar with your book, and they should become familiar with it quickly, how deep the CCP actually has embedded itself into American culture, business, finance, sports, and basically every major institution in our country?

00:12:41.000 They've been very successful, Charlie, because their strategy is simple.

00:12:44.000 It's called elite capture, and it's saying basically, we want to co-opt.

00:12:49.000 We want to help make certain elites rich, and then they're going to be more favorable in their treatment towards us.

00:12:55.000 And it's a brilliant strategy, and it's worked very, very well.

00:12:59.000 All you need to do is look at what America's posture is as it relates to COVID.

00:13:05.000 You know, think about this.

00:13:06.000 COVID happened in 2020.

00:13:08.000 There was not a single congressional hearing on the origins of COVID from 2020 to 2022.

00:13:16.000 Part of that is because Nancy Pelosi was Speaker of the House and her family, meaning her husband and her son, have both enjoyed commercial deals in China.

00:13:25.000 What else explains the fact that our House of Representatives did not want to have a single hearing on the origins of COVID, this situation that had completely upturned the entire United States?

00:13:37.000 So there's lots of examples.

00:13:39.000 The bottom line is follow the money.

00:13:42.000 What China basically says to our political elites and our corporate elites is, we'll make you rich.

00:13:48.000 We'll give you access to our market.

00:13:50.000 We want you to be soft on us in return.

00:13:52.000 And that's a bargain a lot of them take.

00:13:53.000 Super quick.

00:13:55.000 Is there more than money?

00:13:56.000 Do they also have blackmail on these people?

00:13:58.000 Because I refuse to believe it's just about bank accounts.

00:14:01.000 Do they actually have the goods on some of these people?

00:14:04.000 I think they have the goods and they also appeal to their ego.

00:14:06.000 A guy like Bill Gates is worth $100 billion, but they kowtow him and they say to Bill Gates, you're important.

00:14:13.000 Help us remake the world.

00:14:15.000 And that appeals to his ego.

00:14:17.000 So it's not just money.

00:14:18.000 You're right.

00:14:18.000 It's also ego.

00:14:20.000 And probably in some cases, it's also compromise.

00:14:23.000 And I mean, if you're talking about a military operation, which you've alluded to many times, I mean, it's not exactly, you know, new and compelling and exciting to break the news on this program that intelligence agencies find bad information on people they want to control.

00:14:23.000 Yeah.

00:14:40.000 I mean, look at Epstein, obviously an intelligence operation from a foreign government.

00:14:44.000 Pretty brilliant one at that, right?

00:14:46.000 And be able to control a lot of people.

00:14:48.000 Check it out red-handed.

00:14:48.000 Amazing book.

00:14:49.000 One of the most important things our leaders do not want to talk about because they're probably on CCP payroll or the CCP has the goods on them is how they're controlling our country.

00:14:58.000 Peter, thank you so much.

00:15:00.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:15:04.000 Look, are you concerned about the American K through 12 education system?

00:15:08.000 Are you worried about what your children and your grandchildren are learning or honestly not learning in school?

00:15:13.000 If you answer yes, my friends at Hillsdale College have a free resource for you.

00:15:16.000 Hillsdale College understands the importance of education to the future of our country.

00:16:16.000 Joining us now is one of the greatest members of Congress, Andy Biggs.

00:16:19.000 He's fighting so hard for an issue near and dear to my heart and also to my home, Arizona, the border.

00:16:25.000 Andy Biggs, how are you doing?

00:16:27.000 Good, Charlie.

00:16:28.000 Andy, I want to thank you for your leadership in demanding the impeachment of Maorkis.

00:16:28.000 Good to be with you.

00:16:33.000 How many people are crossing the border every single day?

00:16:36.000 And is anything being done about it?

00:16:38.000 Well, if you take this week, you're going to probably average about $6,500 to $7,500 a day of encounters, and then you're going to have probably another 4,000 or 5,000 of gotaways.

00:16:51.000 This administration, actually, Charlie, they're doing something about it.

00:16:54.000 They're making it easier and incentivizing more people to come into the country illegally. 0.61

00:16:58.000 So they give this CBP1 app and they're granting parole.

00:17:02.000 So they're giving you these people a two-year work permit to go out and work in the country.

00:17:09.000 They'll then be lost.

00:17:12.000 And otherwise, I will just say our CBP agents are working their tails off trying to stop this and do what they can.

00:17:20.000 But this administration simply will not let them enforce the law and they're causing every kind of problem that.

00:17:26.000 I mean, Charlie, we could go into the weeds and go into the ground on this thing, but it is Secretary Mayorkis must be, he should either resign or be impeached.

00:17:35.000 He's not going to be impeached.

00:17:36.000 And just testimony from CBP Chief Ortiz admitted finally, somebody admits that our border is not secure, who's in that top leadership.

00:17:48.000 But Mayorkas testified that the border is under operational control, which is just a flat-out piece of perjury, in my opinion.

00:17:55.000 Yeah.

00:17:56.000 And so I'm curious: have the two senators from Arizona been working with you or at least dialoguing with you on this issue, Mark Kelly and Cinema?

00:18:06.000 No, not really, not directly.

00:18:09.000 Let's just be clear that when the senators showed up in Yuma for the first time in years, Charlie, I think you've been down to Yuma.

00:18:15.000 I've been there.

00:18:17.000 Yeah, and the Morales Dam, you know, that thing is almost always closed.

00:18:21.000 Why is it closed?

00:18:21.000 It's because they're holding water for irrigation purposes and the farmers.

00:18:25.000 And by the way, 90% of your leafy greens for about six months of the year come strictly from Yuma County.

00:18:32.000 They opened up that dam, Charlie, so that there was water actually down there that was really cold and it kept the illegal aliens from crossing the river there during that brief Senate Codel down there.

00:18:48.000 So it's not as bad as okay.

00:18:50.000 Yeah.

00:18:50.000 Well, the reason I'm asking though is, and it just bothers me.

00:18:53.000 I mention this sometimes when you're on the program, Andy, and I, because I talked to swing voters back in the midterms who thought they were voting for Mark Kelly, who was going to be tough on the border.

00:19:02.000 These people just lie.

00:19:05.000 And tonight, Mark Kelly is going on Fox News to talk about the border crisis with Brett Baer.

00:19:11.000 I can't imagine what he's going to say, right?

00:19:13.000 I mean, just lie.

00:19:14.000 And our country's being invaded and these people are getting away with it.

00:19:18.000 Yeah.

00:19:19.000 I mean, what?

00:19:19.000 I mean, so what is Mark Kelly doing?

00:19:21.000 I mean, he's not putting any pressure.

00:19:25.000 Mark Kelly singularly could go to this president and say, close the 11 gaps in the fence down in Yuma.

00:19:33.000 Yes, that's right.

00:19:33.000 He could say that.

00:19:34.000 And Biden would then respond.

00:19:36.000 But he's not saying that.

00:19:38.000 He's not doing anything.

00:19:39.000 And he could be saying, why are we getting only $40 million for fentanyl interdiction out of a 6.9 budget proposal from the Biden administration?

00:19:49.000 He's not saying that.

00:19:50.000 He's not saying, let's enforce the law.

00:19:52.000 He's not saying stop with this, with the incentives of the parole program, which is illegally drawn.

00:19:59.000 What they're doing is now, Charlie, it's illegal what they're doing.

00:20:02.000 And he's not really saying anything.

00:20:06.000 He's not doing anything.

00:20:08.000 And he's having him sanitize this thing when he goes to the border.

00:20:11.000 He needs to stop that.

00:20:13.000 If he wants to go to the border with me, just he and I, I can take him down to the border.

00:20:18.000 We can go out in the middle of the night, which is what you need to do.

00:20:20.000 And you can see what's really happening.

00:20:22.000 You can wander up to a Border Patrol agent that's trying to single-handedly keep 200 to 250 illegal aliens under control until you can get transport, which could take several hours before they're transported to the detention center, and then watch them get released within six hours into the United States interior.

00:20:43.000 I want to play a piece of tape here.

00:20:45.000 You just recently visited the border, PlayCut 76.

00:20:48.000 A group of about eight adults, looks like eight adult males and two children, probably ages five, six in there from the infrared images we've seen.

00:21:00.000 They're running it.

00:21:02.000 They're trying to keep track of them with drones and cameras that they have placed in the field.

00:21:07.000 And when they have relocated them, the brush team will go out and apprehend that group.

00:21:17.000 This is something that happens nightly and regularly in this area.

00:21:22.000 Andy, what did you see?

00:21:23.000 Well, we did see exactly what I said.

00:21:25.000 The problem that happened here, Charlie, is they've got these cameras and the first one was triggered.

00:21:31.000 It was a ground camera.

00:21:32.000 So then they popped their drone up and they had them for a bit and then lost him with a drone because you had a series of drones that you have to bring down and put up because they run out of battery, right?

00:21:42.000 And the cartels know that.

00:21:45.000 So that particular group, Charlie, this is the biggest concern we should have.

00:21:49.000 Eight adults, two children, they got away.

00:21:53.000 Two hours later, though, another group, similar size, but without the children, was apprehended by the Brush team using the drone patrol.

00:22:00.000 Charlie, this goes on and we have no idea where those guys, and they were all single-adult males, the eight of them.

00:22:08.000 We don't know where they're going, where they're from, evil intentions.

00:22:12.000 They were all dressed in camo.

00:22:13.000 And then you've got two kids.

00:22:15.000 We don't know whether those kids are family members, whether they're being sex trafficked.

00:22:19.000 We don't know whether they're unaccompanied children.

00:22:22.000 We don't know anything about them.

00:22:24.000 And so don't tell me that you care about the humanity of these border crossers. 1.00

00:22:28.000 They don't.

00:22:29.000 When what's happening is these people, these kids are being trafficked.

00:22:33.000 And this administration, Charlie, has lost over 40,000 children.

00:22:37.000 They have no idea where they are that they've led into the country.

00:22:40.000 And they're just given without betting to adults.

00:22:42.000 So Andy, I got to ask the question.

00:22:45.000 This is happening.

00:22:46.000 It's happening intentionally.

00:22:48.000 Why?

00:22:49.000 Why are they allowing this to happen?

00:22:51.000 What is the motive of Mark Kelly?

00:22:53.000 What is the motive of cinema?

00:22:55.000 What is the motive of the regime to keep our borders wide open?

00:22:59.000 So I can't tell you about Mark or Kirsten.

00:23:02.000 I just don't know.

00:23:02.000 But I can tell you that I've heard a whole plethora of reasons.

00:23:07.000 Number one is that it's humane to have an open border.

00:23:11.000 And number two, they say, you know, some people say we don't want to have borders at all.

00:23:16.000 The Westphalian state notion should be gone away.

00:23:19.000 Third thing is we need to give this back to Mexico.

00:23:23.000 So they have the Reconquista kind of idea.

00:23:26.000 But Charlie, the bottom line.

00:23:28.000 And then the fourth one is, well, you know, we're going to alter the Democrat Party and the way that it works.

00:23:35.000 And the fifth one I've heard, and this is the most disgusting in some ways, is that they want these people to come in to backfill our Social Security and Medicare funding, which is being stressed because we're aging out of the population that's supporting them.

00:23:51.000 Charlie, it is, don't forget the cheap labor.

00:23:56.000 So all of those go into this.

00:23:58.000 It's a plethora of different reasons, but the bottom line is it's done by design.

00:24:03.000 It's done by intention.

00:24:05.000 And it's unconstitutional and it's also illegal.

00:24:09.000 You guys are hosting hearings on this.

00:24:11.000 Is Maorkis phased by this at all?

00:24:13.000 And just we're going to probably have about three and a half, four million illegals that came into our country this year.

00:24:19.000 Is that about the number we're trending for?

00:24:21.000 And what was the final number last year?

00:24:24.000 Final number last year was about 3 million encounters and then more than a million gotaways, Charlie.

00:24:31.000 More than a million gotaways.

00:24:33.000 That's the thing people need to realize.

00:24:35.000 And so you're trending up.

00:24:37.000 You're going to have a down month.

00:24:38.000 You had a down month last month, down month this month, because that's how they're counting them.

00:24:43.000 But when Title 42 goes away in May, this thing is going to blow up again.

00:24:48.000 There's already caravans forming.

00:24:50.000 They're coming up.

00:24:52.000 And you'll easily hit 3 million again.

00:24:56.000 And then the unknowns, like I say, the unknown gotaways, probably a million, million too.

00:25:03.000 It's unbelievable.

00:25:04.000 So, Andy, just shifting gears for a second here as we close out this segment, we have another one together.

00:25:09.000 You drove a really hard bargain and you deserve credit for a lot of the concessions that were done in the speaker's race.

00:25:15.000 How do you think things are going now?

00:25:17.000 Are you pleased with the general direction, the pace, the oversight?

00:25:20.000 Do you want to see more out of the speaker's office?

00:25:22.000 What are your thoughts on how things are going?

00:25:24.000 Well, I'm generally pleased.

00:25:26.000 And I think the things that have pleased me is his response.

00:25:31.000 I mean, he's kept his promises.

00:25:33.000 We changed the rules.

00:25:35.000 We decentralized the power and authority.

00:25:38.000 We changed the committees.

00:25:39.000 We're going back to appropriations where we're trying to look for ways to reduce spending instead of always caving into increased spending.

00:25:47.000 Those things I'm pleased with.

00:25:50.000 I want more access to the J6 tapes.

00:25:54.000 I've had three appointments canceled on me where I was going to go look at J6 tapes.

00:25:58.000 I want access to the depositions and interviews that were done in the J6 committee.

00:26:02.000 I agree.

00:26:03.000 You know, it's good.

00:26:04.000 It's largely good, Charlie.

00:26:06.000 It's not perfect, but I will just tell you this.

00:26:09.000 It is a heck of a lot better because of the agreements that were made after.

00:26:15.000 I think that's right.

00:26:16.000 I think that's right.

00:26:20.000 Look, you guys have got to subscribe to Good Ranchers today.

00:27:18.000 Goodranchers.com, promo code Kirk.

00:27:23.000 I want to warn you about something that is coming.

00:27:27.000 And I'm talking with my team on this.

00:27:30.000 I'm not exactly sure that's true, but we'll get to that because I think the states have different laws on this.

00:27:36.000 But Donald Trump is likely to be indicted soon.

00:27:40.000 And we're going to have hopefully Citizen Kane from Citizen Free Press on the program tomorrow.

00:27:44.000 By the way, Citizen Free Press does an amazing job to talk about this.

00:27:47.000 And I think we got to game it out.

00:27:49.000 I think we no longer can be taken by surprise.

00:27:51.000 There's a new article out today, which all basically all but says by the Atlanta Journal of Constitution that Trump is going to get indicted.

00:27:57.000 That's basically what the article was saying, right?

00:28:00.000 Now, look, the Constitution sets restrictions on running the United States Constitution.

00:28:05.000 Constitutional experts have told ABC News that previous Supreme Court rulings hold that Congress cannot add qualifications to the person running for president.

00:28:13.000 A state cannot bar a person from ballot access for running for federal office if they meet the constitutional requirements.

00:28:21.000 So states technically can't set limits.

00:28:24.000 But I've heard other legal minds, and they could be just very well wrong, say that if you are a convicted felon, you're not allowed to be on the ballot.

00:28:33.000 But I just think that's basically, I don't see the evidence of that, but that's an interesting question.

00:28:38.000 But then why are they trying so badly to indict Donald Trump?

00:28:42.000 Do they think it's really going to help hurt him politically?

00:28:44.000 Well, in a Republican primary, I actually think it helps him if he gets indicted.

00:28:48.000 I think that if he's indicted, it proves the point that the entire system is against me because I'm trying to do something that is for you and not for them.

00:28:57.000 Atlanta Journal Constitution says behind the scenes of Trump grand jury, jurors here third leaked call.

00:29:04.000 Now, Trump actually might have a little bit of an insurance policy in Georgia because of that Wiccan Harry Potter girl that is going on television and saying all this wacky and crazy stuff. 0.90

00:29:14.000 He actually might, it's a long shot, but he might be able to get it dismissed based on all of her comments and the things she was saying is just really nuts.

00:29:23.000 Now, the one in New York remains to be seen.

00:29:25.000 Now, isn't it interesting?

00:29:26.000 They're obviously colluding.

00:29:27.000 I think Mark Elias is behind this.

00:29:29.000 I think Mark Elias is the one that has kind of a war room going here and is sharing legal advice.

00:29:34.000 If not Mark Elias, the archetype of Mark Elias, right?

00:29:37.000 Evil puppet master, guy in the back shadows.

00:29:40.000 It is no coincidence that out of nowhere, this Atlanta Journal Constitution piece comes and simultaneously Stormy Daniels like reemerges after six years in New York City to try to just spread more lies.

00:29:52.000 There is no way that this is happening just by coincidence.

00:29:55.000 No, they see Donald Trump is gaining traction.

00:29:58.000 They see Donald Trump is likely going to be the Republican nominee.

00:30:00.000 They do not, and here's the reason why they're doing this.

00:30:03.000 They're not going to be able to pull another 2020 again.

00:30:08.000 They're not going to be able to get a virus to be able to shut down the country, mandate vaccines, mail in ballots.

00:30:15.000 They're going to try some games, but they know that 2020 is a once-in-a-hundred-year operation.

00:30:22.000 And they cashed all their chips in.

00:30:25.000 They hated Donald Trump so much.

00:30:26.000 He was such a threat.

00:30:28.000 They cashed in all their chips.

00:30:29.000 They did things so unethical.

00:30:31.000 They went straight to Zuckerberg.

00:30:33.000 They said, we need $400 million.

00:30:35.000 We need the Center for Technology for Civic Life.

00:30:37.000 We're going to ban the stories on Twitter.

00:30:38.000 We're going to call it misinformation.

00:30:39.000 We're going to have 50 former Intel agents.

00:30:41.000 They went all in.

00:30:43.000 And I think they know Elias and Soros and all these people.

00:30:47.000 I think they know that 24, they're still going to do the mule thing and they're still going to do all the ballot trafficking stuff and signature verification, but it's probably not going to be the same sophistication that they had in 2020.

00:31:02.000 So they're going to have to try to take Trump off the chessboard by other means, and they're being offensive on this.

00:31:08.000 They're playing it.

00:31:09.000 They're playing offense intentionally.

00:31:12.000 And so if they convict Trump of insurrection, he is barred.

00:31:16.000 That's not going to happen, okay, due to the Civil War amendments.

00:31:20.000 That's just not going to happen.

00:31:22.000 He gave a speech where he told people to peacefully and patriotically protest.

00:31:25.000 They might get him on the Georgia thing, even though that would be a ridiculous indictment and an insult to the Constitution. 0.92

00:31:31.000 They also might get him on the New York thing, which is also equally as ridiculous. 1.00

00:31:37.000 So silly, so dumb. 0.98

00:31:40.000 But I think that those of us that are America first conservatives, we have to start to game out the process, the steps, and the plans that they're putting into place here because I think they're deeply and deathly afraid that Donald Trump is going to become the nominee and the race will be uncomfortably close and that there will be a lot of people that will say, I don't like Trump, but I like Trump's America. 0.99

00:32:05.000 I think that they know and they see it in the polling that there are millions of people that say, I don't like Trump, but I like the America under Trump.

00:32:13.000 And boy, there's a profound sense of national decline right now.

00:32:18.000 And that is a major political liability for the Democrats.
