00:01:24.000The Treasury Department has finally handed over some Biden family records that show that Hunter's associate got $3 million from a Chinese company two months after Joe Biden left office and then paid out thousands to family members for no reason, really.
00:01:57.000So, Peter, explain to me this news that Comer has announced and in kind of your working tally that you have of how much money the Biden family has received.
00:02:12.000If I'm reading the documents correctly, this $3 million payment is part of a total of $6 million that was sent to the Biden family by Chairman Yi of the CEFC Energy Company.
00:02:29.000What we did not know is that that money was spread not only just to Hunter and to James Biden, but also to Bo Biden's widow as well, who Hunter was, I think, seeing at the time.
00:02:42.000So, I love the vocabulary used, sent to, because you didn't say the word earned or sent to.
00:03:00.000So, this particular story that now Comer has the receipts on, it's a little bit confusing of what family members actually, I mean, how many Biden family members are there that are involved in this thing?
00:03:11.000I mean, this is this makes the Gambino crime family look rather insignificant.
00:03:17.000Well, you know, Charlie, we've all heard of the great band, the Jackson Five.
00:03:22.000We have dubbed the Biden Five because we know of at least five Biden members who, over the course of Joe Biden's public career, have been rummaging at the trough in one form or the other.
00:03:34.000And this is the thing that people have to understand.
00:03:36.000You know, when people say, well, you know, we don't know if Joe Biden was involved in this.
00:04:06.000When you look at any of the deals involving China, three things stand out.
00:04:11.000Number one, all the people that were sending them money, including Chairman Yi in this case, had direct ties to the highest levels of Chinese intelligence.
00:04:21.000Number two, that there is no discernible service that the Bidens performed for this.
00:06:03.000Henry Zhao at that exact time is business partners with the daughter of the former Minister of State Security who runs the entire spy apparatus in China.
00:06:14.000In fact, the $5 million that is wired to Hunter Biden comes from a business that she is involved in.
00:06:21.000And then you go to another individual who sends, arranges a big deal for Hunter Biden.
00:06:28.000He arranges that private equity deal, the $1.5 billion private equity deal where Hunter is put on the board and gets an ownership of the company.
00:06:37.000Che Feng, while he arranges that deal for Hunter Biden, is business partners with a guy named Ma Jian, who is the vice minister for state security in China, which is the spy apparatus of the whole country.
00:06:51.000We know this based on Hong Kong corporate records.
00:06:57.000Why are businessmen who are all linked to Chinese intelligence sending money to the Biden family and the Biden family is not doing any discernible service in return?
00:07:19.000But I mean, what I think is interesting about this wrinkle, if I'm understanding you correctly, this is more than corruption, which we, okay, fine.
00:07:27.000You know, can you approve some sort of a tariff lift or something for a business I'm involved in?
00:08:13.000What you're saying is that it very well might be now from the actual military of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:08:21.000Yeah, I mean, that is a thread in a lot of this.
00:08:24.000And we know, by the way, that that private equity firm, the Chinese government-funded private equity firm when Hunter Biden was on the board, was doing deals to acquire tech companies in concert with the Chinese military.
00:08:38.000So we know that there has been this overlap from the beginning.
00:08:42.000And that's, I think, the key ingredient here, Charlie.
00:08:46.000The Chinese have this strategy called elite capture.
00:09:01.000They don't care if you have a D or an R after your name.
00:09:04.000And it's very clear they were not interested in any kind of commercial arrangement with the Bidens until Joe Biden became vice president of the United States.
00:09:14.000That's when Hunter opened up this financial firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners.
00:09:19.000They didn't really have any expertise.
00:09:22.000The deals they got in China were all based on Hunter Biden's last name.
00:09:27.000And once his dad became responsible for China policy in the Obama administration, Obama explicitly said that once that happened, the doors opened and these millions of dollars started showing up in Hunter Biden business accounts.
00:09:42.000Are you optimistic or pessimistic there might be some form of justice reached here?
00:09:49.000It's hard to say about the criminal justice side.
00:09:51.000I think what Comer's doing is very important.
00:09:54.000We need to have official subpoenaed records released to the American public so they know exactly what went on here.
00:10:02.000We're reaching a point now where I think people are starting to understand the scope of this.
00:10:06.000What the Department of Justice is going to do, who knows?
00:10:09.000But I'm optimistic we are going to finally get to the truth of exactly what's going on here.
00:10:14.000So I want to ask you, first, the book Red Handed is excellent.
00:10:19.000It's one of the most important pieces of investigative research that has done how American elites get rich while helping China win.
00:10:26.000But let me ask you on the Biden family in particular.
00:10:29.000Can you point to any policies that the Biden regime has enacted that you think, and just speculating, has been influenced by the relationship?
00:10:40.000Is there a couple things here or there where you say, ooh, that's not exactly what a president would do, whether it was vice president, whether he was a senator?
00:10:50.000What I'm getting at is actual material policy changes that were impacted.
00:10:55.000Yeah, I mean, I think there's lots of them.
00:10:57.000You can look at the fact that they got rid of the Department of Justice program looking at Chinese technology theft in the United States.
00:11:06.000You can look at how they reversed course on Huawei.
00:11:09.000Huawei, this Chinese tech company that's joined to the hip with the military.
00:11:13.000They've loosened some of the restrictions on Huawei.
00:11:17.000You can look at the manner in which they've handled TikTok.
00:11:20.000You know, in the 2020 presidential campaign, Joe Biden forbid his own campaign workers from using TikTok because it was a security threat.
00:11:30.000And yet when he came into office, one of the first things he did was reverse Donald Trump's policy of saying that TikTok basically needs to be sold or it needs to be banned.
00:11:42.000You can look at the posture that he's taken on a number of issues relating to technology.
00:11:47.000People try to focus on the fact that he wants to subsidize the American tech industry.
00:11:52.000Let's focus on preventing China's theft of our technology and preventing American financial firms from subsidizing the Chinese military.
00:12:02.000He's not interested in discussing or doing anything on those topics.
00:12:06.000And that's exactly the posture that China would want him to take.
00:12:09.000So in your book, Red Handed, you talk about other elites as well that have been compromised by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:12:17.000And you talk about LeBron James, you have John Boehner, you talk about Bill Gates.
00:12:23.000And, you know, in the couple minutes we have remaining, can you just build out to our audience that are unfamiliar with your book, and they should become familiar with it quickly, how deep the CCP actually has embedded itself into American culture, business, finance, sports, and basically every major institution in our country?
00:12:41.000They've been very successful, Charlie, because their strategy is simple.
00:12:44.000It's called elite capture, and it's saying basically, we want to co-opt.
00:12:49.000We want to help make certain elites rich, and then they're going to be more favorable in their treatment towards us.
00:12:55.000And it's a brilliant strategy, and it's worked very, very well.
00:12:59.000All you need to do is look at what America's posture is as it relates to COVID.
00:13:08.000There was not a single congressional hearing on the origins of COVID from 2020 to 2022.
00:13:16.000Part of that is because Nancy Pelosi was Speaker of the House and her family, meaning her husband and her son, have both enjoyed commercial deals in China.
00:13:25.000What else explains the fact that our House of Representatives did not want to have a single hearing on the origins of COVID, this situation that had completely upturned the entire United States?
00:14:20.000And probably in some cases, it's also compromise.
00:14:23.000And I mean, if you're talking about a military operation, which you've alluded to many times, I mean, it's not exactly, you know, new and compelling and exciting to break the news on this program that intelligence agencies find bad information on people they want to control.
00:14:49.000One of the most important things our leaders do not want to talk about because they're probably on CCP payroll or the CCP has the goods on them is how they're controlling our country.

00:18:25.000And by the way, 90% of your leafy greens for about six months of the year come strictly from Yuma County.
00:18:32.000They opened up that dam, Charlie, so that there was water actually down there that was really cold and it kept the illegal aliens from crossing the river there during that brief Senate Codel down there.
00:18:50.000Well, the reason I'm asking though is, and it just bothers me.
00:18:53.000I mention this sometimes when you're on the program, Andy, and I, because I talked to swing voters back in the midterms who thought they were voting for Mark Kelly, who was going to be tough on the border.
00:19:39.000And he could be saying, why are we getting only $40 million for fentanyl interdiction out of a 6.9 budget proposal from the Biden administration?
00:20:13.000If he wants to go to the border with me, just he and I, I can take him down to the border.

00:20:22.000You can wander up to a Border Patrol agent that's trying to single-handedly keep 200 to 250 illegal aliens under control until you can get transport, which could take several hours before they're transported to the detention center, and then watch them get released within six hours into the United States interior.

00:20:48.000A group of about eight adults, looks like eight adult males and two children, probably ages five, six in there from the infrared images we've seen.

00:23:35.000And the fifth one I've heard, and this is the most disgusting in some ways, is that they want these people to come in to backfill our Social Security and Medicare funding, which is being stressed because we're aging out of the population that's supporting them.

00:27:51.000There's a new article out today, which all basically all but says by the Atlanta Journal of Constitution that Trump is going to get indicted.

00:28:00.000Now, look, the Constitution sets restrictions on running the United States Constitution.
00:28:05.000Constitutional experts have told ABC News that previous Supreme Court rulings hold that Congress cannot add qualifications to the person running for president.
00:28:13.000A state cannot bar a person from ballot access for running for federal office if they meet the constitutional requirements.
00:28:21.000So states technically can't set limits.
00:28:24.000But I've heard other legal minds, and they could be just very well wrong, say that if you are a convicted felon, you're not allowed to be on the ballot.
00:28:33.000But I just think that's basically, I don't see the evidence of that, but that's an interesting question.
00:28:38.000But then why are they trying so badly to indict Donald Trump?
00:28:42.000Do they think it's really going to help hurt him politically?
00:28:44.000Well, in a Republican primary, I actually think it helps him if he gets indicted.
00:28:48.000I think that if he's indicted, it proves the point that the entire system is against me because I'm trying to do something that is for you and not for them.

00:29:58.000They see Donald Trump is likely going to be the Republican nominee.

00:30:08.000They're not going to be able to get a virus to be able to shut down the country, mandate vaccines, mail in ballots.
00:30:15.000They're going to try some games, but they know that 2020 is a once-in-a-hundred-year operation.
00:30:43.000And I think they know Elias and Soros and all these people.
00:30:47.000I think they know that 24, they're still going to do the mule thing and they're still going to do all the ballot trafficking stuff and signature verification, but it's probably not going to be the same sophistication that they had in 2020.
00:31:02.000So they're going to have to try to take Trump off the chessboard by other means, and they're being offensive on this.
00:31:40.000But I think that those of us that are America first conservatives, we have to start to game out the process, the steps, and the plans that they're putting into place here because I think they're deeply and deathly afraid that Donald Trump is going to become the nominee and the race will be uncomfortably close and that there will be a lot of people that will say, I don't like Trump, but I like Trump's America.
00:32:05.000I think that they know and they see it in the polling that there are millions of people that say, I don't like Trump, but I like the America under Trump.
00:32:13.000And boy, there's a profound sense of national decline right now.
00:32:18.000And that is a major political liability for the Democrats.
