00:00:42.000His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:50.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:02.000Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:11.000We have known for a while that the totalitarian arsonists that are trying to take over the country, you could call them the woke, the Marxists, the American Democrat Party, they hate the Constitution.
00:01:21.000The Constitution is the greatest political document ever written.
00:01:23.000This is exactly why they're doing everything they possibly can to abolish the Electoral College, to add new states, to give them the power to be able to have HR1.
00:01:34.000They've been engaging in a 100-year project to destroy the Constitution, the promise of the Founding Fathers.
00:01:40.000They don't like the idea of separation of powers, consent to the governed, an independent judiciary.
00:01:48.000And they especially want the third branch of government, Article 3 of the United States Constitution, the Supreme Court, to act in absolute lockstep harmony with the administrative state.
00:01:59.000You see, Congress largely does the bidding of the administrative state.
00:02:07.000You want to have the military go totally trans?
00:02:09.000You'll find enough legislators to kind of just turn a blind eye.
00:02:12.000The executive branch is the administrative state, that fourth branch of government.
00:02:16.000But the Supreme Court, largely thanks to President Donald Trump, by the way, President Donald Trump winning the 2016 election, giving us Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh running the table.
00:02:28.000Three Supreme Court justices that have largely done a great job.
00:02:32.000I mean, there's been some decisions I don't like, but it's been a great job.
00:02:36.000Now, all of a sudden, there is a counterbalance to this non-stop blitzkrieg on our freedoms and liberties brought to you by the unchecked fourth branch of government.
00:02:48.000You see the Supreme Court striking down Roe versus Wade, reconsidering the Chevron decision, reconsidering the Lemon decision.
00:02:56.000They're restoring the Constitution as the bedrock authority for the American government, and the left doesn't like that.
00:03:04.000You see, the left, they have pathological ambitions and means, but they also have some petty and personal ones as well.
00:03:10.000And there is an all-out campaign, an all-out assault against one of the most honorable individuals ever to serve in the United States government, ever to be in a position of authority and leadership.
00:03:22.000Someone that our children should learn about, someone that grew up in absolute poverty and ascended to a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:03:30.000He's been maligned and smeared and attacked in every possible direction.
00:03:34.000And it's a man who they believe never should have been on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:03:39.000And by the way, he is now by far, with the death of Antonin Scalia, which happened, boy, when did that happen?
00:04:01.000And you look at Clarence Thomas, he says Dobbs is just the beginning.
00:04:04.000I mean, they want to go after other decisions.
00:04:07.000They want to go against the Obergefeld case, which you're not even allowed to say that, the same-sex marriage case that overturned states' rights and individual initiative on a state level.
00:04:17.000The left has hated Clarence Thomas since the moment George H.W. Bush, to his credit, nominated him to go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:04:25.000Now, remember, Supreme Court hearings used to not be very contentious.
00:04:29.000Used to be 98-nothing and 72-10, kind of boring, you know, okay, great, passer-by.
00:04:36.000But then the Democrats decided to cross the Rubicon.
00:04:39.000The Democrats decided to derail one of President Ronald Reagan's nominees, the great Robert Bork.
00:04:48.000Robert Bork should have been on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:05:14.000And they tried to do this to Kavanaugh, by the way, and they were unsuccessful.
00:05:17.000And basically, they were able to consolidate 58 Democrats to 42 Republicans to reject a Supreme Court nominee, the first of which in over 50 years to be rejected by the U.S. Senate.
00:05:32.000Joe Biden was the instrumental person.
00:05:36.000He was the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and derailed Robert Bork's attempt to go on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:05:48.000As a nationally known jurist and legal scholar, Robert Bork was a mainstay of conservative jurisprudence for more than half a century.
00:05:56.000Those views fueled a titanic struggle over his 1987 nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, a fight that became a seminal moment in altering the process for all future nominees.
00:06:08.000Bork's Supreme Court confirmation hearings unfolded in September 1987 and heralded a historic struggle over the ideological composition of the federal courts.
00:06:18.000The judge's responsibility is to discern how the framers' values, defined in the context of the world they knew, apply in the world we know.
00:06:59.000George H.W. Bush, who came after, obviously Ronald Reagan, had a Supreme Court opening.
00:07:04.000By the way, just really quick note: instead of Robert Bork, we got Anthony Kennedy, who was good on some decisions and just terror, just beyond awful on other decisions.
00:07:12.000For example, Planned Parenthood v. Casey was one of the just one of the most confusing Supreme Court decisions in the history of American jurisprudence.
00:07:22.000I mean, it was basically Anthony Kennedy and Planned Parenthood v. V. Casey being like, well, you can have your own truth and you can make up your own existence.
00:07:48.000They wanted to use the Bork playbook to go after Clarence Thomas.
00:07:53.000They wanted to use the Bork blueprints to try to keep the court in their image.
00:08:02.000They went after Clarence Thomas through a series of fake and false accusations through a left-wing activist by the name of Anita Hill.
00:08:09.000They tried everything they possibly could.
00:08:10.000And Clarence Thomas, this is why they hate him.
00:08:12.000He's very similar to Donald Trump in this regard and very similar to a lot of the heroes of the last couple decades, like Rush Limbaugh and Tucker Carlson.
00:08:39.000Clarence Thomas said, you are not going to come after me.
00:08:42.000And he used a race card against the Democrats, Justice Thomas, saying this is a high-tech lynching, one of the most articulate, beautiful, persuasive, and powerful pieces of testimony in the history of America.
00:09:17.000And from my standpoint, as a black American, as far as I'm concerned, it is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas.
00:09:34.000And it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you.
00:09:43.000You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S., U.S. Senate rather than hung from a tree.
00:10:13.000Joe Biden's not involved in this current attack, but his allies are.
00:10:16.000They're striking back against Clarence Thomas.
00:10:17.000And I'm going to walk you through all of it.
00:10:19.000They're trying to take this guy out the same way they took out James O'Keefe, the same way they took out Tucker Carlson, the same way that they've indicted Donald Trump.
00:10:25.000They got their eyes set on Clarence Thomas.
00:10:32.000Look, with all the danger out there in today's world, many people are concerned about the very real possibility of food shortages.
00:10:39.000That's why I urge everyone to secure a long-term emergency food supply while you can.
00:11:39.000Rule number 13 in the rules for radicals: pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.
00:11:47.000Rule number eight: keep the pressure on.
00:11:49.000Rules for Radicals is one of the many, let's just say, pieces of literature that radical left-wing activists consider to be their gospel, how they operate.
00:12:01.000It's more of the technical side than the philosophical side, the philosophical side we've gone through, but the technical side of how they operate can be best explained through Rules for Radicals, amongst many other pieces of literature.
00:12:10.000But I think this is really important: pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.
00:12:14.000That's what they're doing right now to Clarence Thomas.
00:12:36.000The reason why they hate Clarence Thomas is the same reason why they refuse to put Clarence Thomas in the Black History Museum brought to you by the Smithsonian right there in downtown D.C.
00:12:46.000It's because they consider Clarence Thomas to be a race traitor.
00:12:52.000They consider Clarence Thomas to be a traitor to the black race.
00:12:56.000And it's white liberals that largely believe this because they believe they can control black people the same way that Democrats controlled black people through poll taxes and segregation, which they're doing again, and also through slavery.
00:13:08.000They just control black people differently through government handouts and goodies and voting for the Democrat Party.
00:13:13.000While white liberals remain rich and powerful, blacks continue to line up to vote for the American Democrat Party.
00:13:20.000Candace Owens, Brandon Tatum, are doing a great job of exposing that scam.
00:13:25.000And Clarence Thomas should be taught in every school, don't you think?
00:13:27.000I mean, we're all about uplifting black voices.
00:13:30.000Why is it that we do not make the story of Clarence Thomas, the biography of Clarence Thomas, mandatory to learn as far as the AP U.S. history course?
00:13:38.000The guy grew up in absolute abject poverty in the antebellum South.
00:13:43.000If anyone could tell you about institutional systemic racism, it's probably the black guy on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:13:58.000And by the way, they've gone after the Supreme Court in many ways.
00:14:00.000Remember last summer, the assassination attempt against Brett Kavanaugh, the repeated threats on hand to relocate Supreme Court justices.
00:14:10.000They're doing everything they possibly can to shake the fiber of the third branch of government because the Supreme Court is the only part of government they do not have complete control of.
00:14:23.000The only part of government, the only part of the federal government, they control the CIA, the FBI, Department of Justice, the EPA, the Department of Interior, Department of Labor, Department of Education.
00:14:36.000They technically don't control the House, but they control parts of the House of Representatives.
00:14:40.000But they control, because it's 50-50, the legislative branch.
00:14:44.000They control everything, that third branch of government, which has the power to say, nope, unconstitutional, reverse this, it drives them nuts.
00:14:52.000And a lot of them blame Clarence Thomas for this.
00:14:55.000This is the inside baseball thing that you're not going to hear on your nightly news because the Supreme Court's a very deliberative body, way more than the Senate.
00:15:04.000So the way the Supreme Court works is it's very clubby.
00:15:07.000And by the way, it should work this way.
00:15:09.000This is one of the things that the founders actually still have in place, unlike the mess that is the legislative branch.
00:15:16.000But the reason that the Supreme Court works is that they hear a case, right?
00:15:48.000And they're attacking him for being a generous, good person, for basically helping out his nephew to go to college through a friend of his in Dallas.
00:16:57.000This is one of the reasons why the left hates him is because he impacts those dialogues and those discussions in those private nine-person, and they can't control that.
00:17:04.000The administrative state is not able to impact that.
00:18:33.000So Clarence Thomas, being a good Christian, a very devout Catholic, by the way, fostered his grandnephew, Mark, taking custody of him and essentially raising him from the age of 10.
00:18:45.000As part of that, he sent them to Hidden Lake Academy, a boarding school in Georgia.
00:18:51.000Dallas-based Republican donor and a good man, Harlan Crowe, paid for two years of tuition at that school.
00:18:58.000And once again, the complaint is that Thomas did not report this as a gift.
00:19:51.000We're going to talk now about the new reporting on payments to the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
00:19:58.000Citing documents, it reviewed the Washington Post reports that conservative judicial activist Leonard Leo paid Ginny Thomas tens of thousands of dollars for consulting work, but gave specific instructions that her name be left off the paperwork.
00:20:17.000The same year, the nonprofit, the Judicial Education Project, filed a brief to the Supreme Court challenging a landmark civil rights law aimed at protecting minority voters.
00:20:36.000You see, one of the reasons they hate Clarence Thomas so much is they thought over a period of time with all of these nonsense attacks, he would moderate his positions.
00:20:48.000They thought that Clarence Thomas would become like John Roberts, kind of vanilla, squishy in the middle.
00:20:54.000They're coming after him because he's effective and he's persuasive.
00:20:58.000And his clerks are actually going on to make a massive impact.
00:21:02.000They view him as somebody who never should have been there in the first place.
00:21:08.000I think we underestimate the power of scoring political animosity.
00:21:18.000Joe Biden was defeated in the confirmation of Clarence Thomas.
00:21:23.000And Joe Biden and his allies, they don't forget, they look at the judicial branch as striking down his vaccine mandate, striking down ruling by fiat, and they want to find somebody to blame.
00:21:37.000The New York Times has come out regarding these accusations, saying enforcement actions for any failure to comply with the disclosure law have another constraint.
00:21:45.000There's generally a four-year statute of limitations for civil actions under federal law.
00:21:50.000The tuition payments fall outside that window.
00:21:52.000In his statement, Mr. Palloetta indicated that Mr. Crowe has paid for Mr. Mark Martin's tuition at the Randolph Macon Academy in Virginia in the 2006-2007 academic year.
00:22:04.000Oh, wait, so let me get this straight.
00:22:05.000The accusation is that Clarence Thomas had a friend be generous towards a person in need that was not his son.
00:23:23.000They've indicted Donald Trump and they're probably going to indict him federally, which is going to create a whole mess of things.
00:23:28.000And I'm not even sure how that's going to end up.
00:23:31.000Take out James O'Keefe, Veritas, way too effective.
00:23:35.000And they know they're probably going to be unsuccessful in taking out Clarence Thomas.
00:23:39.000So then, what is the secondary or third or fourth reason they're doing this?
00:23:46.000They're doing this to try to make an example that if you dare be courageous, if you do not tow the party line, we're going to try to ruin your life.
00:23:54.000We are going to put you on display the same way Clarence Thomas predicted it during his confirmation hearing as a high-tech lynching.
00:24:03.000They're just trying to do it all over again.
00:24:06.000But do not underestimate the racial component here.
00:24:10.000They want to try to tar and feather and smear and slander any black American that speaks out against the American Democrat dominance over the urban community.
00:24:20.000Clarence Thomas represents a different way for black America.
00:24:27.000He represents a different path for black Americans.
00:24:50.000And I think the worst part of the fact that they're using the black card in that way is that it lessens the real degradation when it happens to African Americans in this country.
00:25:01.000And so I think that's, you know, that's just smoke and mirrors.
00:25:20.000Here's the good news: the Supreme Court justices release a unanimous 9-0 letter slamming Democrat senators over the fake Clarence Thomas ethics scandal.
00:25:33.000They literally created, according to Justice Alito, Justice Alito wrote this very powerful piece in the Wall Street Journal.
00:25:39.000He said, the leaks made us targets of assassination.
00:25:43.000Alito says that the leak created an atmosphere of suspicion and distrust.
00:25:48.000We worked through it, and last year we got our work done.
00:25:50.000This year, I think we're trying to get back to normal operations as much as we can, but it was damaging.
00:25:55.000He continues, quote, I personally have a pretty good idea who's responsible, but that's different from the level of proof that is needed to name somebody, he says.
00:26:56.000And remember Nancy Pelosi's slow-walked legislation to increase security for these Supreme Court justices?
00:27:03.000Katanji Brown Jackson, who's a fool, who is a spokesperson for how the regime wants black America to operate, is precisely and exactly what they wished Clarence Thomas would become.
00:27:18.000The third branch of government is the last check and balance on the administrative state.
00:27:22.000The Chevron decision, by the way, it could be a death blow to the unchecked, unaccountable power that the progressives put into this fourth branch of government.
00:27:34.000And thanks to Donald Trump and thanks to his nominees, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, we have one part of the government that is able to check all the others.
00:28:17.000A few activists, a couple shows like our show, Matt Walsh and Tucker Carlson, that just kept on talking about the chemical castration of children and asking the question, why is this legal?
00:30:14.000I just have to keep on doing what, you know, whatever Walmart tells me to do, whatever, you know, the muscle memory of the 1980s is.
00:30:22.000Here's Asa Hutchinson with Tucker Carlson.
00:30:24.000Tucker Carlson single-handedly with Matt Walsh.
00:30:27.000And I'd give our show a little bit of credit, but Tucker and Matt, they have remade the public policy agenda on the state level on this issue.
00:31:00.000But let me just ask you, I mean, there are all kinds of, we're talking about minors, children here, and there are all kinds of things in Arkansas.
00:31:05.000Kids in every state are not allowed to do.
00:31:07.000Get married, drink a beer, get a tattoo.
00:31:10.000Why do you think it's important for conservatives to make certain that children can block their puberty, be chemically castrated?
00:31:33.000I go back to Ronald Reagan, the principles of our party, which believes in a limited role of government.
00:31:39.000Are we as a party abandoning a limited role of government and saying we're going to invoke the government decision-making over and above physicians, over and above health care, over and above parents, and saying, so you can't do it?
00:32:22.000Libsa TikTok deserves a lot of credit.
00:32:25.000This goes to show that you can literally shape a policy agenda, not through billions of dollars in some sort of super PAC, not through winning Senate seats.
00:32:36.000No, but by making arguments on radio, by making videos, having discussion.
00:32:41.000And Matt Walsh has just done yeoman's work.
