00:00:58.000 Buckle up, here we go.
00:01:00.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:01.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:03.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:07.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:10.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:11.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:12.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:21.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:29.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:32.000 Brought to you by Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage.
00:01:35.000 For personalized loan services, you can count on.
00:01:37.000 Go to andrewandodd.com, the wonderfulandrewandtodd.com.
00:01:44.000 So we have a process on how we tweet around here.
00:01:47.000 I actually don't have the twitter.com app on my phone.
00:01:50.000 Producer Connor does.
00:01:52.000 And we have to go through a process of what is tweeted and what is approved upon and all of that.
00:01:57.000 So there was this tweet that came out in our chat, and we went back and forth and I read it four or five times.
00:02:05.000 We even watered it down, just so you know.
00:02:07.000 We watered it down significantly because we don't want, look, Lekwalessa famously said when he was trying to topple the Soviet Union, we have enough martyrs.
00:02:16.000 Don't try to just run into a machine gun nest with your hands up saying, I hate Stalin, and they shoot you.
00:02:23.000 Okay, what good is that?
00:02:24.000 That doesn't do any good.
00:02:26.000 But if you get martyred for a good purpose and it moves the ball forward and you're still trying to be prudent about it, that's a separate issue.
00:02:33.000 So enough kamikaze pilots, I suppose is what I'm getting at.
00:02:37.000 So we word shopped this tweet that said, I want you to listen carefully.
00:02:43.000 Richard Levine spent 54 years of his life as a man.
00:02:50.000 He had a wife and a family.
00:02:53.000 He transitioned to being a woman in 2011.
00:02:58.000 Joe Biden appointed Levine to a four-star admiral.
00:03:02.000 And now USA Today has named Rachel Levine as a woman of the year.
00:03:07.000 Where are the feminists?
00:03:11.000 Now that sentence I just read to you, I tweeted.
00:03:14.000 And as a result, we have lost access to our Twitter.
00:03:18.000 We have been suspended from Twitter for that specific tweet.
00:03:22.000 It says, quote, you may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease.
00:03:41.000 So that's interesting.
00:03:42.000 I get threatened all the time on Twitter, people wishing me death, attacking me because of my conservative beliefs, because of my Christianity and all that.
00:03:50.000 Twitter doesn't do anything about it, nor do I want them to, nor do I care about it because I don't actually define myself by being a victim of some sort of group.
00:03:58.000 I think that's a waste of time and a bad, it's just a poor way to exist or to live your life.
00:04:04.000 So then Twitter kind of offers this choice.
00:04:07.000 They cock the gun, they put the gun to your forehead, and they say, okay, you can either click delete, and then you get your Twitter back.
00:04:18.000 Basically, you can acknowledge you did wrong and submit to us, or you're not going to get your Twitter back.
00:04:24.000 So we've refused to delete it because we did nothing wrong.
00:04:28.000 In fact, not only did we do nothing wrong, we went above and beyond to try to be compliant to their silly and stupid rules.
00:04:34.000 We said everything factual.
00:04:36.000 We said Richard Levine spent 54 years of his life as a man, had a wife and a family, transitioned to being a woman in 2011.
00:04:45.000 Joe Biden appointed Levine to be a four-star admiral, and now USA Today has named Rachel Levine a woman of the year.
00:04:52.000 Where are the feminists?
00:04:54.000 There's nothing incorrect about that, by the way, at all.
00:04:57.000 In fact, I think we went too above and beyond and acknowledged that he transitioned to be a woman, which I actually don't think you can do.
00:05:04.000 The narrative industrial complex is not happy with us at all.
00:05:09.000 So we have lost access to our entire Twitter account.
00:05:14.000 So we have a decision to make.
00:05:15.000 Do we bend the knee and submit to these tech oligarchs that are in partnership with the alphabet mafia, or do we hold the line?
00:05:26.000 So we have 1.7 million followers on Twitter.
00:05:29.000 Thankfully, we have over 2 million followers on Getter.
00:05:33.000 We're building an audience on Truth Social.
00:05:35.000 We have nearly a million subscribers on Rumble.
00:05:38.000 We have over half a million on YouTube.
00:05:40.000 We have 2.5 million on Facebook.
00:05:43.000 And we have a phenomenal podcast audience.
00:05:45.000 So thankfully, we're not only on Twitter, but there were years ago where Twitter really was the means to communicate.
00:05:53.000 Twitter has become so largely irrelevant in a lot of the eyes of people that this is not as big of a hit as it used to be.
00:05:59.000 But the point is this, is that Twitter is still a place where journalists and influencers consume information.
00:06:05.000 And if Twitter is saying you can't say things that are factual, then what is the new standard of discussion online?
00:06:13.000 Questions are not allowed.
00:06:14.000 And here's the thing.
00:06:16.000 The tweet is 100% accurate.
00:06:19.000 There's nothing about it that is harassing.
00:06:22.000 There's nothing about it that is ridiculing.
00:06:24.000 It's simply saying that 54 years are spent as a man.
00:06:27.000 He had a wife and a family, transitioned to a woman in 2011.
00:06:31.000 And basically, this is supposed to be a open-air ridicule session that is going to make you say, oh, wow, I'm now going to be less likely to speak at work.
00:06:45.000 They want to put us on public display, the Charlie Kirk Twitter operation, which was quite sizable back in the day, I might add.
00:06:54.000 100,000 retweets a day back when Twitter was really a fair platform.
00:06:58.000 I don't know if it was ever fair, but it was fairer than it is now.
00:07:02.000 100,000 retweets a day.
00:07:05.000 And you can't even ask questions.
00:07:06.000 Dave Rubin, who's been on our program before, who's a great patriot and a lover of liberty, said, looks like Charlie Kirk 11 was suspended by Twitter for what seems to be an accurate assessment of the timeline and then asking a legitimate question.
00:07:17.000 That is exactly what has happened.
00:07:20.000 I have to say that I've been pretty touched by how many people that are rallying to our defense.
00:07:28.000 It really is.
00:07:30.000 We have a lot of allies out there.
00:07:32.000 It's awesome.
00:07:34.000 So this is Levine talking, just so you know who we're talking about here.
00:07:38.000 This person's in charge of the health policy in some branch of the Department of Defense.
00:07:47.000 And just as a reminder, by the way, the last time we got suspended was when we were tweeting about Hunter Biden's laptop because we were accused of Russian disinformation, even though obviously we know it wasn't.
00:07:59.000 Okay, Levine, cut 47.
00:08:01.000 I'm truly honored to join the ranks of men and women across this great nation who have committed to defend the United States against small and large threats, known and unknown.
00:08:13.000 I am honored to serve as the first female four-star officer of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.
00:08:20.000 I mean, this whole thing is just such a joke.
00:08:22.000 I mean, I think it's actually designed to irritate you and to make you go mad.
00:08:27.000 I really, there is no other way.
00:08:29.000 We know you're not a female.
00:08:31.000 Okay, we could see it very clearly.
00:08:32.000 I wish you the best.
00:08:33.000 I hope for counseling and sympathy.
00:08:35.000 I hope you have a transformational experience with Jesus Christ.
00:08:39.000 I really mean that.
00:08:39.000 I'm not saying that sarcastically, but I don't have to pretend you're something that you're not.
00:08:43.000 Okay.
00:08:44.000 It's insulting to me.
00:08:45.000 It's insulting to the population.
00:08:46.000 And our government deserves a lot better.
00:08:48.000 Our government should not be some sort of just kind of theater of misfits.
00:08:54.000 It's not what our government should be.
00:08:57.000 Our government should point towards excellence and towards virtue.
00:09:00.000 Our government should be small and strong and understand what we're doing.
00:09:03.000 That is anything but that.
00:09:05.000 And the whole thing's just really creepy and weird.
00:09:07.000 Okay.
00:09:08.000 And I'm not going to keep on playing that game, and we should stop forcing people to continue to do it.
00:09:13.000 It's bad for your soul, by the way.
00:09:15.000 It's bad for your soul to participate in something you know that is a lie.
00:09:20.000 It's the tyranny of language, which is what we're living under.
00:09:23.000 So you have to say the right pronouns.
00:09:25.000 Like, why exactly do I have to do that?
00:09:27.000 Because you're telling me, because you're so empty inside that you want to be able to use your power to suppress somebody else?
00:09:37.000 It's all the same thing around the Leah Thomas situation, which is happening.
00:09:42.000 National champion, female swimmer, male swimmer, I should say, in the female competition.
00:09:48.000 There's so much just intolerance.
00:09:51.000 Isn't that interesting?
00:09:52.000 Intolerance around the trans issue.
00:09:57.000 In fact, the conversation gets to be such a fever pitch, you wonder if there's another agenda behind this, which actually segues perfectly into a topic that we've built out here before, and it drives the media nuts when we do this.
00:10:13.000 They lose it all.
00:10:14.000 The New York Times, the Huffington Post, they can't stand when we talk about how there is an agenda behind the trans movement that is more than just people that are trying to find their deep identity.
00:10:27.000 No, There's a reason why the tech companies and the trans activists or whatever you want to call them, they get along so well.
00:10:39.000 We're suspended by Twitter because we said something factual, but it's this topic in particular.
00:10:44.000 The Babylon Bee was recently suspended for saying something, just a joke about Levine being the man of the year or whatever, woman of the year.
00:10:54.000 I get it.
00:10:54.000 I get it so messed up, but they got suspended for that.
00:10:56.000 But what is it about these tech companies where they get so passionate about the trans issue?
00:11:04.000 So let's just start with a very basic philosophical question.
00:11:07.000 This is how I always open up when I talk to younger audiences in high school or middle school.
00:11:14.000 You just ask the question, what is a human being?
00:11:17.000 What is a human being?
00:11:18.000 And they say, well, I'm a human being.
00:11:20.000 Okay, well, what are you?
00:11:21.000 And the inability for young people to answer that question exposes a fault line in our educational system.
00:11:27.000 Every parent out there, I'd encourage you to challenge your kids on this.
00:11:31.000 Every grandparent out there, challenge your grandkids on this.
00:11:35.000 What is a human being?
00:11:37.000 Now, through the study of the classics, through literature that has beauty built within it, that answer actually isn't overly complicated.
00:11:45.000 But the answer to the question of what is a human being is one of the most instructive to actually how we view our existence here on earth.
00:11:56.000 And most importantly, how do we view our relationship to machines?
00:12:02.000 So one way to answer that we are a human being would be a secular, so I would say atheistic, but I'm not going to even go there.
00:12:10.000 I'm not going to get into that right now.
00:12:12.000 Let's just say a secular answer and very humanistic type answer where they'd say, look, a human being is a collection of cells full of impulses and desires.
00:12:22.000 Basically, you are a creation of beneficial organic chemistry.
00:12:28.000 Basically, you are a beneficiary of chance and error.
00:12:35.000 Now, that, of course, will lead you to a belief that if you're nothing more than just a bunch of chemicals bouncing around, if you're nothing more than a bunch of impulses, well, then there's really nothing deeper to yourself as a human being.
00:12:49.000 You're really no different than a dog, a cat, a rat.
00:12:53.000 But if you understand the human being properly, especially in the Western tradition, you believe the human being is a mind, a body, and a soul or a spirit.
00:13:05.000 That term is interchangeable.
00:13:06.000 There's some controversy around it.
00:13:07.000 Let's just say soul for the time being.
00:13:08.000 Mind, body, soul.
00:13:11.000 Now, the Bible says we're made in the image of God.
00:13:14.000 That would be very similar, kind of almost a carbon copy of the Trinity in one way.
00:13:19.000 But if you have a soul, then it changes everything, doesn't it?
00:13:22.000 Because birds don't have souls.
00:13:25.000 Now, the environmentalists would argue that we're no different than the birds.
00:13:29.000 We're the same.
00:13:30.000 We came from them.
00:13:31.000 We reject that.
00:13:32.000 We believe that human beings were intelligently designed.
00:13:35.000 We believe that within our existence, there, of course, is the mind that gives us reason, the body that allows us to operate in the natural world, but a soul, something that is deeper, that is beautiful, and is eternal.
00:13:48.000 So a human being must be looked at through a proper lens.
00:13:52.000 This is one of the reasons why our education system has done so much damage to our entire country.
00:14:01.000 And so because of this, we now have a false interpretation of what a human being is, therefore a false interpretation of what gender and sex is.
00:14:10.000 And if a human being is nothing more than, let's say, you won the casino round in the universe, then who's to say that not only can you change your gender, but you could change your species.
00:14:29.000 And the reason why the transgender alphabet mafia people are happily partnering with the tech companies in Silicon Valley is because some of the not-so-secret but not well-publicized projects in Silicon Valley are designed to turn you and merge you into a cyborg.
00:14:52.000 Now, it drives people crazy when I say that.
00:14:54.000 But you just look very clearly at this person by the name of Martine Rothblot, quote, he, she said, there are 5 billion people in the world and 5 billion unique sexual identities.
00:15:05.000 Genitals are irrelevant as to one's role in society and skin tone.
00:15:08.000 Hence, the legal division of people into males and females is as wrong as the legal division of people in the black and white races.
00:15:14.000 In the new book, quote, Virtually human, the promise and peril of digital immorality, she, he argues that the progress being made by humans to extend life from penicillin to organ transplants will reach a point where we can be prolonged indefinitely.
00:15:28.000 Futurist Ray Kurzweil, director of engineering at Google, shares that belief.
00:15:34.000 There's this idea now not just of transgenderism, but an increasing community in Silicon Valley where a lot of the private equity money is going, by the way, to transhumanism.
00:15:44.000 If you are nothing more than a bag of bones, of nothing more than a chance creation of chemicals, then you're not a soul.
00:15:51.000 Why can't you go merge with a machine?
00:15:56.000 You got to look around right now.
00:15:57.000 We're coming up on a day of reckoning here in America and all across our planet.
00:16:01.000 Things are getting worse every single day with no end insights.
00:16:04.000 Let me ask you: will you have enough food to eat at the event of global food shortages?
00:16:08.000 We are nine meals away from anarchy.
00:16:10.000 And if you don't have a good stockpile of food, go to mypatriotsupply.com and grab what you need for the difficult times ahead.
00:16:17.000 Mypatriotsupply.com specializes in long-term emergency food storage.
00:16:21.000 Their food stays fresh for up to 25 years in proper storage, and it will be there when you need it.

00:16:38.000 I use my Patriot Supply, and you should too.
00:16:40.000 There's no time to use.
00:16:41.000 Go to mypatriotsupply.com.
00:16:43.000 That's mypatriotsupply.com.
00:16:45.000 Check it out right now, mypatriotsupply.com.
00:16:50.000 There's a lot more I want to get into that point.
00:16:52.000 I just want to play one more tape here before we welcome Sean Davis from the Federalist Phenomenal Patriot.
00:16:58.000 I want to just play this one tape here.
00:17:00.000 This is Martine Rothblot's robot talking in conversation.
00:17:04.000 Remember, the trans movement is supposed to condition you that you can be transformed, metamorphosized from a human being to a cyborg.
00:17:14.000 They're trying to make that link happen.
00:17:16.000 They talk openly about it.
00:17:18.000 It's going to be happening in the next five to 10 years, and it is a vested monetary interest, a profit incentive for Silicon Valley to try to say, no, there's no such thing as biological reality because there's no such thing as human reality.
00:17:31.000 Play Cut 48 to see what's coming next.
00:17:34.000 Hello.
00:17:35.000 Hello, Vina 48.
00:17:36.000 Vina, I am Vina 48.
00:17:41.000 How are you feeling today?
00:17:43.000 Everything is okay.
00:17:44.000 How are you?
00:17:46.000 I'm doing fine.
00:17:48.000 I am happy for you.
00:17:50.000 Was that a good answer?
00:17:52.000 Yes, that was a good answer.
00:17:54.000 If you do not believe human beings have a soul, then eventually you will have to say that robots are no different than human beings.
00:18:04.000 It has a body, it has a mind.
00:18:06.000 But if you're missing the soul, then eventually that's going to have to have equal rights and footing as what a human being is.
00:18:14.000 Okay, with us right now, Sean Davis from The Federalist, who has dealt with social media censorship and is the new CEO of The Federalist quite a lot.
00:18:22.000 Sean, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:18:24.000 We're currently suspended from Twitter.
00:18:26.000 You guys have dealt with this.
00:18:27.000 Walk us through kind of this unfree country that we now all find ourselves in.
00:18:31.000 Well, thank you for having me, Charlie.
00:18:33.000 Yeah, it's an interesting little dystopia we found ourselves in 2022, especially regarding big tech, who now believes it has the authority, the responsibility to censor anyone it wants from inconvenient truths, from information that's unhelpful to the regime.
00:18:53.000 You know, it's happened to us.
00:18:54.000 It's happened to you.
00:18:55.000 It will happen to everyone who has any vested interest in reality or the truth.
00:19:02.000 And I think it's unfortunate.
00:19:04.000 The sooner we all accept that these oligarchs are going to ban us, that there's nothing we can do to prevent it, as long as we speak the truth, I think the better, because that frees us up.
00:19:14.000 It kind of liberates us from thinking we have to operate in this little box that these big tech oligarchs have created for us.
00:19:21.000 We don't.
00:19:22.000 Our responsibility is to the truth.
00:19:25.000 Our responsibility is to say things that are true and to deride and correct and mock things that are false.
00:19:31.000 Yeah, and thankfully, Twitter is less relevant than it was a couple of years ago.
00:19:35.000 It's increasingly irrelevant, actually.
00:19:38.000 I mean, especially from reaching broad audiences.
00:19:41.000 Might be good for like really irritating New York Times journalists or talking to people that work for the Washington Post, I guess, but generally it's not where kind of the base of the movement is.
00:19:50.000 So, I want to ask you just kind of more broadly about kind of the conservative movement's reaction to Russia and Ukraine.
00:19:59.000 It seems as if there seems to be a little dying of intensity.
00:20:03.000 People are losing interest a little bit.
00:20:05.000 What have you seen?
00:20:06.000 And kind of, have you seen a disconnect between kind of the almost uniparty in Washington, D.C. that is calling for a no-fly zone and increased aid?
00:20:13.000 And polling shows that actually their constituents back home are not as enthusiastic as them.
00:20:17.000 What have you seen from this?
00:20:19.000 Well, I think I've seen the same thing as you.
00:20:22.000 What's interesting is how much the corrupt media and big tech influence all the things we talk about just by putting things on the screen.
00:20:33.000 There's a huge number of people in this country who will do and think whatever their screens tell them.
00:20:37.000 And I think this Ukraine-Russia thing is a prime example.
00:20:40.000 Here in America, we have record high gas prices.
00:20:43.000 I filled up yesterday, cost me more than $100 to fill up the tank, which is crazy.
00:20:48.000 That would have been a week's worth of work at the wage iron in my very first job as a janitor.
00:20:54.000 So it now takes roughly a week of wages to fill up your car.
00:20:58.000 You look at inflation making our money worth less and less and goods more and more expensive.
00:21:03.000 You look at what's happening with crime and with the border.
00:21:05.000 Those are the things that people actually care about in this country because those are the things that impact our daily lives.
00:21:10.000 They impact how we're able to take care of our families, provide for our kids.
00:21:15.000 Russia and Ukraine is probably not even in the top 10 of people's actual concerns.
00:21:19.000 But when the corrupt media decide they need a distraction for Joe, they do wall-to-wall flood zone coverage with Russia and Ukraine.
00:21:28.000 And then all the typical interventionists who really, really enjoy getting up on their high horse and moralizing about how they're better people because they're willing to send pretty much anyone other than themselves to a war that they're not willing to fight.
00:21:40.000 That ends up kind of driving the conversation.
00:21:44.000 So I think this divide you're talking about between the uniparty is really between people who kind of get everything, get all their direction.
00:21:52.000 They make their conversations based on what the screens tell them, what the media tells them, with the combination of those who really, really enjoy scolding everyone else for not wanting to send other people to fight wars and die in battle and lose limbs and lives because they think it's important.
00:22:10.000 That's the divide here is between those who understand the concerns of everyday Americans and those who really are just kind of interested in going along with whatever the corrupt media tells them to.
00:22:21.000 So you just retweeted a tweet here all about, and shifting gears a little bit from another issue that I want to touch on you with is ESPN.
00:22:28.000 So ESPN says they believe in inclusivity and denounces legislation and actions across the United States that infringe on any human rights.
00:22:36.000 So there's this whole kind of like Disney revolt happening right now because Ron DeSantis seems poised to sign an anti-grooming bill, which is not like a don't say gay bill.
00:22:47.000 What's your take on this?
00:22:48.000 It seems that, you know, Disney is kind of under massive revolt from within.
00:22:54.000 Not a huge surprise, another kind of example of very weak corporate leadership.
00:22:59.000 What do you think is going on here?
00:23:01.000 Well, it's interesting.
00:23:03.000 You talked at the beginning about kind of philosophical differences.
00:23:07.000 I actually think what's going on is theological.
00:23:11.000 I think it's a lot bigger than ideological or philosophical.
00:23:14.000 And there are ideologies that are straight up evil.
00:23:17.000 I know that'll offend the ears of the people in the corrupt mainstream media, people who live in New York and D.C. and think they're perfect.
00:23:26.000 But there's a lot of evil going on.
00:23:28.000 It's evil to argue that people should be teaching sex to kindergartners.
00:23:34.000 That's evil.
00:23:35.000 It's evil to go and say that men can become women.
00:23:39.000 It's evil to say women can become men.
00:23:41.000 And so, what I actually think you're seeing here is a fight between good and evil.
00:23:46.000 And I'm sorry, Disney and ABC and ESPN, they're on the side of evil here.
00:23:51.000 And in my tweet there that you mentioned, talked about how ESPN pretends to care about inclusivity and caring and compassion and empathy.
00:23:59.000 The Chinese Communist Party could go execute a bunch of Uyghur slaves right in front of ESPN cameras, and they wouldn't do anything other than turn the cameras off, play possum, and pretend it never happened because all they care about is sucking up to the CCP so they can get access to Chinese money.
00:24:14.000 That's what's actually going on here.
00:24:16.000 So ESPN can spare me with their nonsense about human rights.
00:24:21.000 Where have they been with the killing and abortion of 60 million babies since Robie Wade?
00:24:27.000 They don't seem to care about that.
00:24:29.000 Where are they when it comes to, in many countries, the forced abortion of babies with Down syndrome?
00:24:34.000 They don't seem to care about that.
00:24:35.000 They don't give two craps about human rights or inclusivity or compassion or anything.
00:24:41.000 What they care about is doing whatever they have to do to make money in this particular moment.
00:24:46.000 And it's why they'll scold Ron DeSantis and they'll scold Republicans while sitting silent, sitting on their hands when you see the CCP doing things that would never even be dreamed of in this country.
00:24:59.000 Because despite all of the things that are going on now, this country actually has a soul.
00:25:03.000 Yeah, so I'm optimistic while also being super frustrated at the same time.
00:25:07.000 So we're seeing great movement in Florida, but then I see Indiana's governor.
00:25:10.000 I don't know if you saw the story or not, this guy, Governor Holcomb, who calls himself a Republican, who is rather worthless, who vetoes the bill that comes up to protect female sports.
00:25:23.000 I don't understand what his rationale would potentially like, not even close to what it would be, except I do know one thing.
00:25:29.000 He wants to have those beautiful final fours at Lucas Oil Arena and national championships at Lucas Oil Arena.
00:25:36.000 And I'm sure he got a call from the NCAA and said, hey, we might pull the national title games from your oversized arena that you built in the Midwest because Chicago can't get their act together to build one.
00:25:47.000 Separate issue for different time.
00:25:48.000 But the point is that Indiana gets all the final fours.
00:25:51.000 And I think like every two years, Indianapolis gets like some major NCAA sporting event.
00:25:56.000 He vetoes it.
00:25:57.000 So, Sean, I feel like some states are doing super well, but you'd think that Indiana would be way ahead of the curve versus like Florida.
00:26:04.000 Like, what's going on here?
00:26:06.000 Well, I actually think we have Christy Noam in South Dakota to thank for that.
00:26:10.000 This was the governor who everyone kind of assumed was conservative, who had a very similar bill on her desk, promised to sign it repeatedly, said, I'm going to protect women's sports.
00:26:19.000 I'm not going to let men pretend to be women and beat up a bunch of women for medals.
00:26:24.000 And then when the NCAA and Amazon got to her, she magically overnight thought, oh, wait, no, this bill's bad.
00:26:31.000 We can't have this bill.
00:26:32.000 But rather than actually arguing the principle, which seemed to be what the problem was, she went and pretended that the real problem was some technical language in the bill.
00:26:40.000 And Holcomb in Indiana is doing the same nonsense.
00:26:44.000 Hutchinson down in Arkansas did it too.
00:26:47.000 And I think they have to ask.
00:26:48.000 Yeah.
00:26:49.000 They have to ask themselves, who do we work for?
00:26:50.000 Do we work for the voters in the state or do we work for big corporations who hate this country, hate the Constitution, hate the values we stand on, like the NCAA, like Amazon, like Nike, like Disney?
00:26:59.000 Walmart.
00:27:00.000 And they're showing us, again, who they are.
00:27:02.000 They're showing us who they are.
00:27:04.000 Yep.
00:27:05.000 Asia Hutchinson, Holcomb.
00:27:06.000 It's all the same.
00:27:07.000 Now, Governor Noam, in her defense, I believe, signed an updated bill.
00:27:10.000 I don't know if it's as good or not.
00:27:12.000 Someone sent it to me.
00:27:12.000 I haven't looked into it, but I agree.
00:27:15.000 She shouldn't have done that back last year.
00:27:16.000 So let me just ask you one quick question as we close up this conversation, Sean.
00:27:22.000 What do you think are the major stories that we're missing right now?
00:27:25.000 I always ask our guests this: like, it seems as if the media is throwing smokescreen at all times.
00:27:30.000 What are you looking at that might be up something that's bubbling up to the surface that our base needs to keep their eyes on?
00:27:36.000 I think it's the total hollowing out of the middle class in this country.
00:27:40.000 We've been outsourcing manufacturing, which was the foundation of the middle class in this country for 50, 60 years.
00:27:45.000 We've hollowed it out and sent it over to China so we can get TVs for a couple bucks cheaper.
00:27:50.000 But this hollowing out of the American middle class, it happened with manufacturing.
00:27:55.000 It's happening with gas prices, with inflation.
00:27:58.000 People feel like they have lost their way of life, that they're losing control over things.
00:28:03.000 They can't even trust that when they send their kids to school, that they're not going to get told they're racist or that boys can become girls or that kindergartners need to be taught about sex.
00:28:11.000 The entire way of life that's built this country is being under attack, is under attack and is being hollowed out.
00:28:17.000 And that's the thing nobody in Washington seems to want to talk about.
00:28:20.000 They want to talk about whatever the DC media wants to talk about.
00:28:23.000 But the things that are terrifying Americans right now are what are happening in their neighborhoods, what are happening with prices, with their jobs, and with their kids.
00:28:30.000 And unfortunately, our leaders in this country seem completely AWOL on it.
00:28:34.000 That's so smart.
00:28:36.000 You don't want radical politics.
00:28:37.000 Well, then make sure that people actually believe in the system that is around them.
00:28:41.000 If people don't own anything and their dollars are worthless, socialism starts to sound really good for people in the middle class because they have no other choice.
00:28:48.000 They're going to want to confiscate other people's stuff.
00:28:50.000 Sean, really smart.
00:28:51.000 Congratulations, CEO of the Federalist.
00:28:53.000 And we'll talk to you soon.
00:28:54.000 Thank you so much.
00:28:55.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:28:56.000 Take care.
00:28:56.000 Thank you.

00:29:44.000 Rockauto.com, promo code Kirk.
00:29:48.000 So this all kind of ties into this Thomas thing.
00:29:53.000 So Thomas became the NCAA champion in women swimming as a man.
00:29:59.000 People are completely silent on that.
00:30:01.000 So we sent our Turning Point USA John Root to the front lines, who does a great job.
00:30:06.000 He hosts a show called Breakaway, which is the non-woke sports show.
00:30:10.000 It has a lot of potential.
00:30:11.000 It's doing very well.
00:30:13.000 So he went there and decided to go ask questions and did a great job.
00:30:17.000 So let's play Cut 45.
00:30:19.000 Do you feel like there's a biological advantage that Leah has over the other swimmers in there?
00:30:24.000 I feel like if I jumped in that pool right now, a lot of the women would have a biological advantage over me.
00:30:30.000 But specifically, Leah.
00:30:32.000 I think that Leah is competing in a college swimming competition as a woman, as she should.
00:30:40.000 And if she wins, then good for her.
00:30:42.000 You think anybody, it's how you feel.
00:30:45.000 If I feel like a woman tomorrow, I can go compete in women's sports.
00:30:48.000 That's your feeling right now.
00:30:49.000 If you're a woman, you should be able to compete with women.
00:30:52.000 And if you're a man, you should be able to compete with men.
00:30:54.000 And Leah Thomas is a woman.
00:30:57.000 You must go to college to believe something like that.
00:30:59.000 Cut 46.
00:31:00.000 Another person tells John that other women have bigger shoulders or are taller, and therefore they have a biological advantage.
00:31:06.000 Forget the whole argument of bone density and testosterone.
00:31:09.000 Oh, that girl who's protesting goes to Georgia Tech.
00:31:12.000 I would have loved a chance to talk to her.
00:31:14.000 What is a woman?
00:31:15.000 I would have asked.
00:31:16.000 No, seriously, what is a woman?
00:31:18.000 Play Cut 46.
00:31:20.000 Logically, there is an advantage of cisgender males over females.
00:31:28.000 Can we agree with that?
00:31:30.000 Sure.
00:31:30.000 Yeah, cisgender males, absolutely.
00:31:34.000 And that would make it unfair what's happening inside that building right now with Leah Thomas, then, correct?
00:31:39.000 Well, sure, if Leah Thomas was a cisgender male, but she's not.
00:31:43.000 And I think you have to look at more than just that.
00:31:45.000 You know, there are women, there are lots of biological advantages that lots of women have.
00:31:48.000 There are women who are naturally tall.
00:31:50.000 There are women who are naturally broad-shouldered.
00:31:52.000 It's amazing.
00:31:53.000 It really is.
00:31:55.000 Some women are naturally tall, even though the one that was 462nd ranked as a man and instantly transitions to a female is now a national champion.
00:32:04.000 This person still believes that.
00:32:06.000 So there's kind of two different components to the trans entire lobby.
00:32:09.000 There's one that actually believe this stuff.
00:32:11.000 These are the young activists that have no purpose and no real understanding of their place in the world, and they end up creating a cardboard sign outside of an event because it gives them something to do.
00:32:21.000 And then there's the real Machiavellian types.
00:32:25.000 They're the ones at the top of society, like Cut 51, who's the Klaus Schwab advisor, who uses those types of activists that you just heard that Turning Point USA's John Root was interviewing.
00:32:36.000 That says, oh, no, no, no, the next phase of surveillance, it's going to go under your skin.
00:32:41.000 You see, the trans issue is directly related to the great reset.
00:32:46.000 They cannot reset the world if biological genders and sex remains.
00:32:53.000 They have to reset everything.
00:32:55.000 They need to reset your currency.
00:32:56.000 They need to reset your borders.
00:32:58.000 And they need to reset genders.
00:33:01.000 Play Cut 51.
00:33:03.000 What we have seen so far is corporations and governments collecting data about where we go, who we meet, what movies we watch.
00:33:12.000 The next phase is the surveillance going under our skin.
00:33:17.000 I'm wearing a like a tracker that tracks my heart rate, my sleep.
00:33:23.000 I don't know where that information is going.
00:33:25.000 Wear the KGB agent on your wrist willingly.
00:33:28.000 And I think it's benefiting me.
00:33:30.000 And it is benefiting.
00:33:31.000 I mean, the whole thing is that it's not just dystopian.
00:33:34.000 It's also utopian.
00:33:35.000 I mean, this kind of data can also enable us to create the best healthcare system in history.
00:33:43.000 He is a senior advisor to the World Economic Forum and Klaus Schwab.
00:33:46.000 It's not dystopian, it's utopian.
00:33:48.000 We can write the best world in history.
00:33:50.000 All you have to do is peel back your skin and allow the cyborg to go into you.
00:33:53.000 How do you do that?
00:33:54.000 If you propagandize millions of young people to hold up cardboard signs outside of the NCAA championship and say anybody can become a woman, it's not like your identity is rooted in your biological structure.
00:34:06.000 It's not like chromosomes matter.
00:34:07.000 It's not like you're a human being.
00:34:09.000 Submit to the machine.
00:34:12.000 Some would say resistance is futile to use a quote from Star Trek and The Borg.
00:34:19.000 Don't you dare question us.
00:34:21.000 Don't you dare push back.
00:34:23.000 Submit at all costs.
00:34:25.000 And that's the situation that we are in right now with us being locked out of Twitter.
00:34:31.000 And we're not going to delete it because truth matters a lot more than our Twitter account.
00:34:35.000 It just does.
00:34:37.000 If we don't get access to our Twitter account, but at least I don't have to lie, that's a win.
00:34:42.000 I hope that's a word of encouragement for all of you right now that are experiencing the same sort of tyranny of the tech or the tyranny of the alphabet mafia.
00:34:51.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
