00:02:25.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:02:30.000 So right now there is a viral clip of Zoran Mom Dani giving an interview while he's doing something that quite honestly is very disgusting, yet calculated.
00:02:40.000 He's doing it for a reason, but also just kind of to show what he is pointing towards.
00:02:45.000 I have many thoughts on this.
00:02:47.000 And whether it's orchestrated or not, first we just need to make a comment that we in the West value cleanliness.
00:02:53.000 We have utensils and we teach our kids to use utensils.
00:02:56.000 They say, well, what about burgers and pizza?
00:02:58.000 Yeah, that food is designed that way.
00:02:59.000 Rice, since we have utensils, you don't eat it because we're not in the third world with your hands.
00:03:05.000 This is Zoran Mom Donnie eating disgustingly, talking about the struggle of Palestine.
00:03:11.000 It's so contrived.
00:03:12.000 PlayCut 251.
00:03:15.000 So the third holy grail of taboos in American politics, you have socialism, you have Islam, and then you have Palestine.
00:03:22.000 And you are really going for the trifecta.
00:03:24.000 Let's go, baby.
00:03:25.000 Let's go.
00:03:26.000 Tell me, why is Palestine a part of your politics?
00:03:29.000 When you grow up as someone, especially in the third world, you have a very different understanding of the Palestinian struggle.
00:03:37.000 So he's not even eating with his hands correctly.
00:03:40.000 People that have grown up in the third world, they say he's not even doing it right.
00:03:44.000 He's just faking it.
00:03:45.000 He's doing this to signal his third world cred.
00:03:47.000 So think about it.
00:03:48.000 To get credibility in the New York mayor's race, you have to pretend to be in the third world.
00:03:54.000 Now understand that in the modern world, authenticity is considered to be the most important thing ever.
00:04:00.000 And but should it be?
00:04:02.000 Now, authenticity, if you're pointing towards something good and virtuous, is beautiful.
00:04:07.000 You're authentically trying to be the best version of yourself, to be honest, if you're pointing towards a moral and transcendent ideal.
00:04:15.000 But Zoran Mamdani is not authentically trying to point New York or aim towards a better city.
00:04:22.000 He's trying to bring New York into the gutter.
00:04:24.000 And authenticity without virtue is just narcissism in disguise.
00:04:30.000 Let me say that again.
00:04:31.000 Authenticity without virtue is just narcissism in disguise.
00:04:37.000 People say, well, he's just being himself.
00:04:38.000 He's so authentic.
00:04:39.000 Okay, if a third worlder comes and starts defecating on the side of the street in Times Square, are we going to say, boy, that is, he's being his true and authentic self.
00:04:49.000 He's really being wonderful.
00:04:51.000 No, we have standards in the West.
00:04:53.000 In fact, when I'm raising my daughter and I try to teach her table manners, I don't say, just be your authentic self, honey.
00:05:00.000 Keep on interrupting us.
00:05:02.000 Use your hands when you eat macaroni and cheese.
00:05:04.000 No, in fact, my wife and I, Erica, we go through methodical lessons of here's a spoon, here's how to use it, because we want to elevate the human being above our natural, broken, fleshly state.
00:05:17.000 500 million people in India defecate on the side of the street.
00:05:21.000 That's bad.
00:05:22.000 We don't do that in the West because we try to value cleanliness, order, and yes, actually things that aren't filled with filth.
00:05:31.000 Now, Zoran Mamdani, he's faking this entire thing, obviously.
00:05:35.000 He's trying to be authentically third world when he himself is not even authentically third world.
00:05:39.000 So the whole thing is just so bizarre and even more telling.
00:05:43.000 Why would you fake being in the third world?
00:05:45.000 Because that gets you brownie points because people say, oh, he is an embodiment of the struggle against Western civilization.
00:05:53.000 And people say, I like Mamdani because he's authentic.
00:05:57.000 But authentic to what?
00:05:58.000 And what is he aiming towards?
00:06:00.000 He's aiming towards a devolution.
00:06:02.000 It's bad either way.
00:06:03.000 By the way, if he eats rice with his hands, whether he means it or not, he's either authentically gross or he's being a fake, disgusting person.
00:06:10.000 And in some of the comments of a TikTok video I made, people said, but Charlie, who are you to judge other cultures?
00:06:15.000 No, no, no, no.
00:06:16.000 That's the point.
00:06:17.000 We in Western culture believe that our way of life is the best.
00:06:21.000 We're better than Muhammadism.
00:06:23.000 We don't do female genital mutilation.
00:06:25.000 Well, I guess the trans people do, but we don't do female genital mutilation.
00:06:29.000 We in the West don't have child marriages.
00:06:31.000 We don't believe in honor killings.
00:06:33.000 We don't believe in polygamy.
00:06:35.000 We believe in American exceptionalism.
00:06:37.000 We believe our culture is better.
00:06:39.000 You see, in the modern world, happiness is the goal.
00:06:43.000 Feelings are the guide.
00:06:44.000 Judgment is the ultimate sin, and God is the ultimate guess.
00:06:47.000 And let me say that again: judgment is the ultimate sin.
00:06:51.000 You're not allowed to judge others.
00:06:52.000 Guess what?
00:06:52.000 I'm going to judge you if you eat rice with your hands.
00:06:54.000 That's bad.
00:06:55.000 That's wrong.
00:06:56.000 Assimilation is a necessity, not a suggestion.
00:07:00.000 And guess what?
00:07:00.000 We don't believe in resentment-based confiscation of other people's stuff.
00:07:04.000 The third world loves that.
00:07:06.000 We say no.
00:07:07.000 We say no.
00:07:08.000 You're not going to all of a sudden have city-run grocery stores like they do in Cuba or Venezuela.
00:07:13.000 No, you're not going to send social workers where police should be going.
00:07:16.000 And no, you're not going to go take other people's stuff because here in the first world, in America's wealthiest city and largest city, we know how to create wealth.
00:07:25.000 In the third world, they haven't figured it out.
00:07:27.000 Go to South Africa.
00:07:28.000 Go to Southeast Asia.
00:07:30.000 Go to most of sub-Saharan Africa.
00:07:32.000 Go to most of the rest of the world.
00:07:33.000 They haven't quite figured it out.
00:07:35.000 We know how to create wealth.
00:07:36.000 In fact, that is the question that perplexes most of humanity.
00:07:40.000 Anyone can take.
00:07:41.000 Anyone can destroy.
00:07:42.000 Few can build.
00:07:44.000 Few can take risks.
00:07:45.000 Few can build skyscrapers.
00:07:47.000 Few can build trillion-dollar companies.
00:07:49.000 It takes no skill or talent for Zoron Mamdani to do what he's doing.
00:07:53.000 And the embodiment of him eating rice with his hands is the perfect physical manifestation of him trying to throw New York City in the third world gutter.
00:08:01.000 And we must resist him.
00:08:05.000 By the time this show ends, another American family farm will shut down.
00:08:08.000 Not because they stopped working, but because a lot of grocery store meat doesn't come from them anymore.
00:08:14.000 Over 85% of the grass-fed beef in the U.S. stores is imported, and most people have no idea.
00:08:20.000 That's why I get all of my meat from goodranchers.com.

00:09:07.000 Joining us now is a very heavy topic and very tough, but really thrilled to have with us Giano Caldwell, author of the book, The Day My Brother Was Murdered, all about my home city.
00:09:19.000 Well, I'm not from the city or else I'm going to get called out for that.
00:09:22.000 I'm from the suburbs of Chicago, to be clear.
00:09:25.000 But Giano, great to see you.
00:09:26.000 I'm sorry for your loss.
00:09:27.000 Tell our audience about your story.
00:09:29.000 Well, thank you.
00:09:30.000 On June 24th, 2022, my life changed forever when my innocent baby brother Christian was murdered in Chicago on the south side.
00:09:37.000 And since then, I've been out for justice, not just for him, but for other families.
00:09:40.000 And I created the Caldwell Institute for Public Safety at CaldwellInstitute.org.
00:09:45.000 Our organization seeks to go after George Soros-funded progressive prosecutors.
00:09:50.000 We just began to expand to mayoral and gubernatorial races.
00:09:54.000 The book in and of itself, The Day My Brother Was Murdered, My Journey Through America's Violent Crime Crisis.
00:09:59.000 On that day, June 24th, when I look back at it, I realized that 150 people were murdered throughout our country.
00:10:07.000 People like James from Philadelphia, who was an Army veteran, who oftentimes would go out to a park at one or 2 a.m. in the morning because he had PTSD.
00:10:18.000 On June 24th, he went to that very park that he goes to every week.
00:10:22.000 And there were kids there, some 10, 11, some 14, teenage age.
00:10:27.000 He told them, what are you doing out here this late?
00:10:29.000 You should go home.
00:10:30.000 And they beat him to death with a traffic cone.
00:10:33.000 Or Catherine, who was a wife, mother, grandmother out in Texas.
00:10:38.000 She was going home from her job as a chemical engineer on June 24th when a shootout took place on the highway.
00:10:46.000 A drug deal had gone bad.
00:10:48.000 The guy who was selling the drugs was looking to rip off the guy who was buying the drugs and vice versa.
00:10:53.000 She ended up being a casualty on June 24th.
00:10:56.000 Or baby Cecilia, who's from Chicago, was murdered on the same day as my brother, and it was miles away.
00:11:04.000 Her family was in a car.
00:11:06.000 Her mother, father, her brother, three years old, and she was five months old, well, four months old, about to become a new age here.
00:11:15.000 And she says, her brother says, my sister's bleeding.
00:11:20.000 They thought it was fireworks.
00:11:22.000 She got shot in the head.
00:11:23.000 There's a lot of tragic stories in this book, and we talk about how bad it is regularly.
00:11:28.000 People know that.
00:11:29.000 But what do we do about it is the question.
00:11:31.000 And I talk to people like Sean Hannity.
00:11:33.000 I talk to people like Dr. Drew Pinsky about the mental health crisis in our country and the contributions to violence.
00:11:40.000 I talk to people like John Walsh from America's Most Wanted faith leaders, educators, because I needed to do something about this.
00:11:47.000 When my brother was murdered, I felt hopeless, but I didn't feel powerless.
00:11:52.000 I wanted to get out there and do something active to save lives.
00:11:56.000 This book is a connection to the very work that we've been doing at the Calvo Institute.
00:12:00.000 And I hope people go out and get a copy of the book that President Donald Trump just recently endorsed.
00:12:05.000 So again, I'm so sorry for your loss.
00:12:08.000 Walk us through what happened that day.
00:12:10.000 Your brother was literally standing on the side of a street, minding his own business, and an SUV pulled up.
00:12:18.000 Why was he murdered?
00:12:19.000 What was the motive?
00:12:20.000 This is what's so hard for people that don't live in big cities.
00:12:25.000 What would drive someone to do something like this?
00:12:28.000 To your point, Charlie, three, four men, African-American with dreads got out the car.
00:12:33.000 They began firing into this crowd.
00:12:35.000 There was multiple people shot.
00:12:37.000 The detectives on the case repeatedly told me my brother was not the target of this hit.
00:12:42.000 One of the theories of the case that the detectives and I discussed was surrounding a Facebook video.
00:12:49.000 Two guys got into a fight.
00:12:51.000 One was badly beaten up.
00:12:52.000 It honestly looked like a movie.
00:12:54.000 He got beat up so badly.
00:12:56.000 One guy records it, puts it on Facebook.
00:12:58.000 The guy who gets beat up Badly decides that he wants to get revenge for this guy putting up this Facebook video.
00:13:07.000 So, six months prior, they try to murder him.
00:13:09.000 He goes to California, comes back to Chicago thinking the coast is clear.
00:13:14.000 And after being there for, I believe, two or three days, he's seen out, he's standing next to my brother, he's standing next to other individuals, and they literally shoot everyone, including a girl that was on the scene as well.
00:13:27.000 So, unfortunately, in Chicago, I know this for certain, only about half of all murders get solved.
00:13:34.000 Half.
00:13:35.000 Was this murder solved?
00:13:37.000 No, and your numbers are correct, half.
00:13:40.000 But when you look at the black population there, those numbers go down to about 30%.
00:13:45.000 Why is that?
00:13:46.000 Because in the African-American community, they don't believe in talking to the police or aka snitching, which is a problem in and of itself.
00:13:54.000 A lot of these issues, as you know, Charlie, are more often than not black on black.
00:14:00.000 This is where the victim is black, the perpetrator is black.
00:14:03.000 And then when it comes to the police investigating the crime, no one wants to talk.
00:14:07.000 So where does that lead us?
00:14:09.000 In the same place we started.
00:14:10.000 Another loss of life.
00:14:13.000 Whereas in the city of Chicago, there's a ton of potential, but most of it lies in graveyards across the city.
00:14:18.000 So just, I want to make sure I'm clear.
00:14:20.000 You are a nationwide spokesperson.
00:14:23.000 You're so well respected.
00:14:24.000 You have this incredible book.
00:14:26.000 So your brother's murder is still unsolved?
00:14:30.000 Correct.
00:14:31.000 So what I've been told by the police.
00:14:34.000 I know I can't believe it.
00:14:35.000 It's not like the lack of attention.
00:14:36.000 So your brother's murderer likely walks free today.
00:14:41.000 So there's an individual who the police found in the retail store in Rosemont who was causing trouble.
00:14:50.000 They arrested him.
00:14:51.000 They found the murder weapon on him.
00:14:54.000 They didn't know that it was connected to my brother's murder until way after when we got word.
00:15:00.000 I actually found out exactly what happened because of where I work.
00:15:04.000 And this particular individual was wanted for a number of other things to the degree that the FBI got involved in the case.
00:15:13.000 Now, from what I understand from my sources, that this guy is going to get life potentially for whatever else he's done.
00:15:21.000 But this is a local case.
00:15:23.000 It's not a national case, even though the FBI, I've spoken to them many times.
00:15:26.000 I had to go out and lobby members of Congress, chairman of committees to get the FBI to take a look.
00:15:32.000 They poured in some resources into this case.
00:15:35.000 But if this guy is going to get life, there's no reason for him to talk and tell other people that are involved because his life is already over.
00:15:42.000 So I'm still seeking information.
00:15:43.000 I have a $250,000 reward out there for information for anyone that knows what happened on June 24th, 2022 at 117 South Vincent Street in Chicago.
00:15:54.000 And I'm going to keep on the case.
00:15:56.000 I've looked at hiring detective private investigators to figure out exactly what happened that we can get something done.
00:16:04.000 As you know, Charlie, the Chicago police, a demoralized group of individuals based on the leadership in the city, the mayors who repeatedly demoralize the police there.
00:16:17.000 They need 2,000 new detectives in order to handle their current workload because of the things that have happened in the city of Chicago.
00:16:25.000 So it's caused me to get out and try to take things into my own hand to fight for my brother because I absolutely want to have justice for my brother and bring to justice the people that were involved in this murder.
00:16:38.000 I mean, first of all, God bless you for doing that.
00:16:40.000 And I just hope everyone understands that even with all of your connections, and I mean, I'll happy to text Cash and Dan Bongino.
00:16:46.000 They got their hands full, but this is of high importance.
00:16:49.000 You still do not definitively know who killed your brother.
00:16:53.000 And it's an important element here, though.
00:16:57.000 Why is that?
00:16:57.000 Is it that the culture is protecting potentially the victims?
00:17:01.000 Because, for example, the clearance rate, which is the technical term, I'm from Wheeling, right?
00:17:07.000 The suburbs, it's like 80 to 90%, right?
00:17:11.000 If someone in Wheeling, Illinois would pull up and kill someone, almost certainly it would get figured out.
00:17:17.000 It's just amazing.
00:17:19.000 If you start having a higher clearance rate, that is a deterrent to crime.
00:17:23.000 People would realize, but when half, if you have a 50% chance of shooting somebody up, of not even getting arrested, well, then it's going to keep on happening.
00:17:31.000 Well, that brings about the rub.
00:17:34.000 The politicians, the local elected officials, the progressives that run the city of Chicago.
00:17:39.000 Why is it that they have a policy in place called the no chase policy, where police officers have to call their supervisors in order to get permission to pursue a suspect on foot or in car?
00:17:50.000 By the time that you get the supervisor on the phone and they explain the situation, the person has gotten away.
00:17:56.000 Why do they have a policy in place called the Safety Act, which ends cash bail in the state of Illinois for most offenses?
00:18:03.000 They have a program, their ankle monitor program, where they have people who have been accused of murder on house arrest at home.
00:18:11.000 Well, the Safety Act made changes to that particular program.
00:18:15.000 Whereas if your ankle monitor bracelet went out of range, the police would call you.
00:18:19.000 They would come by your house and check on you to make sure you were there.
00:18:22.000 Police are not allowed.
00:18:24.000 Get that word, not allowed to go and check on a person in this program for 72 hours with the Safety Act in place.
00:18:34.000 It is insane, insane and insanity what has been going on in the city of Chicago.
00:18:39.000 And a major part of it is the policies that have been in place.
00:18:43.000 You couple that with Kim Fox, who's no longer the district attorney there, but she was, she was very soft on crime.
00:18:49.000 This is a woman who took felony cases, tens of thousands of them, and reduced them down to either misdemeters or cleared them at all, dropped them.
00:19:00.000 Tens of thousands that we're talking about of cases.
00:19:03.000 So where is it that you can actually go and get justice in the city of Chicago?
00:19:07.000 You can't, especially if you're in one of these particular neighborhoods.
00:19:10.000 And it used to be, as you know, Charlie, the violence and the crime was concentrated on the south side and the west side.
00:19:17.000 Now people are robbing folks in Lincoln Park.
00:19:20.000 There are shootouts in front of City Hall.
00:19:22.000 There are shootouts in front of the police department.
00:19:25.000 They're holding people up on Magnificent Mile outside.
00:19:28.000 I'm right outside the Wrigley building.
00:19:30.000 I mean, under the Wrigley building, you have people from Hinsdale getting held up.
00:19:33.000 Yes, no, 100%.
00:19:35.000 You have couples that are getting beat up by these quote unquote children that Brandon Johnson said we should not demonize.
00:19:43.000 Well, if some, if a kid 14 or even younger is willing to take someone's life, then to me, that's not a child anymore.
00:19:49.000 That innocence has been gone.
00:19:50.000 You got to try them as an adult and you got to throw the full weight of the law onto them because there's no other choice.
00:19:58.000 If you don't have that deterrence, you don't have a society that's free.
00:20:01.000 Law and order must be the rule of the day in any society.
00:20:04.000 I live in Miami, Florida.
00:20:06.000 It's very safe here.
00:20:07.000 The police do an excellent job here, but we also have politicians who actually care about the people.
00:20:13.000 And they're not concerned about their re-elections in order to do the right thing.
00:20:17.000 I want everyone to buy your book.
00:20:19.000 It's very important.
00:20:20.000 Giano's book, The Day My Brother Was Murdered, My Journey Through America's Violent Crime Crisis.
00:20:24.000 Please check out Giano's book.
00:20:26.000 And again, I am ticked off that this is happening in our country beyond measure.
00:20:32.000 And the fact that his murderer goes free, 50% of murderers walk free in Chicago.
00:20:35.000 I want you to think about that.
00:20:36.000 50%.
00:20:39.000 All right, listen up.
00:20:40.000 This is America's birthday.
00:20:42.000 And while we celebrate with fireworks and family, let's not forget this country did not happen by accident.
00:20:48.000 It was built by people who believed in freedom, faith, and family and who were willing to fight for it.
00:20:53.000 That's exactly why I love AMAC, the Association of Mature American Citizens.
00:20:58.000 AMAC exists to protect the core values that make this country the greatest on planet Earth.
00:21:04.000 They're standing up to the radical left, pushing for common sense, and building a nationwide community of patriots just like you.
00:21:10.000 And right now, in honor of Independence Day, they've got an amazing offer.
00:21:14.000 Five full years of AMAC membership for just $35.
00:21:17.000 That's right.
00:21:18.000 Five years of their magazine, discounts, resources, and a front row seat in the fight for America's future.
00:21:24.000 So don't sit on the sidelines.
00:21:25.000 This is an all-hands-on-deck moment.
00:21:27.000 Go to amac.us slash Charlie right now and join.
00:21:30.000 Let's save this country together.
00:21:34.000 So, Gianna, let me ask you the root causes, but also how does your passion for fighting America's violent crime now intersect with Mom Donnie's rise in New York?
00:21:45.000 Well, I think this is one of the really big cases that I think a lot of conservatives are looking at, even Democrats who are afraid that their party is going to be what it really is.
00:21:56.000 It's a socialist movement.
00:21:57.000 It's far left.
00:21:58.000 It's progressive.
00:21:59.000 It's defund the police, which is what he supports.
00:22:01.000 It's abolish all prisons, which is what he supports.
00:22:05.000 This is an individual who I think is a left, left-leaning lunatic, period.
00:22:09.000 I don't think you can call it any other way when he's talking about defunding the NYS New York Police Department, which is what he actually supported for as a council member.
00:22:20.000 This is problematic on every level.
00:22:23.000 And I think if New Yorkers actually vote him in, I'm not sure that he's going to get in.
00:22:27.000 I know some people say, hey, if you win a Democratic Party, it's an automatic, but there's a lot of Jewish voters in this, in the city of New York City.
00:22:36.000 So I'm not imagining that he may make it over, but there's always a chance.
00:22:40.000 And if he does, New York City is going to have two black eyes on his hand and the Democratic Party, especially, because this is what their party has become.
00:22:47.000 So Giano, you could say this more freely than I can.
00:22:50.000 What is the root cause of this violent crisis in our major cities, Chicago in particular?
00:22:56.000 I look at family dissolution, education.
00:22:59.000 But whenever I debate this, they're only one thing they say, it's lack of money, lack of money, lack of money.
00:23:03.000 It's always about material wealth, which of course you shouldn't discount.
00:23:07.000 But you and I both know that it's not a resources thing.
00:23:10.000 Can you address that?
00:23:11.000 What is the root cause as to why these cities remain so unspeakably violent?
00:23:17.000 Studies have shown fatherless homes create a 20% more likelihood that a person will be incarcerated.
00:23:23.000 We see that a lot in the city of Chicago.
00:23:26.000 I think the drug issue is a very big problem.
00:23:28.000 I think people don't talk about it enough, but I talk about it in my book, The Day My Brother Was Murdered, with Dr. Drew, about how these rappers and this lean product that they have all these kids addicted to, it numbs them out.
00:23:41.000 So all of a sudden, human life means nothing to you.
00:23:44.000 You're numb to it.
00:23:45.000 And the fact that you're seeing violence everywhere, that creates another issue.
00:23:50.000 Another consideration with all of this is the fact that these soft thrown crime policies really do have repercussions, true repercussions.
00:23:58.000 If you say I can steal up to $1,000 worth of items, then what do you think I'm going to do after I've successfully continued to steal $1,000 worth of items?
00:24:06.000 It's going to escalate.
00:24:07.000 It's a stare.
00:24:08.000 So now all of a sudden, I'm robbing someone.
00:24:11.000 All of a sudden, I'm carjacking someone.
00:24:12.000 All of a sudden, I'm shooting and murdering someone.
00:24:15.000 That's a major issue.
00:24:16.000 There has to be discipline in the home.
00:24:18.000 There has to be leadership.
00:24:19.000 There has to be accountability.
00:24:21.000 And parents, specifically men, we have to do a better job with these children.
00:24:26.000 And that doesn't matter who you are.
00:24:28.000 And it's not racist to name the facts.
00:24:30.000 And the fact that Democrats would often call you racist for naming the facts is quite diabolical, but this is what they've been doing for years.
00:24:38.000 If they don't like the facts, they just call it racist.
00:24:41.000 And that's where we come from.
00:24:42.000 It's bad for everybody.
00:24:43.000 It's bad for America.
00:24:45.000 It's bad for me.
00:24:46.000 It's bad for black America.
00:24:47.000 It's bad for our cities.
00:24:49.000 And it's just, I mean, so should we name facts or just let black kids die unnecessarily?
00:24:54.000 And that's the last, it's the last thought I want to, a question I have for you, Giano, because there's a perception that it's just gangbangers getting killed.
00:25:02.000 There's a lot of innocents that get caught in the cross.
00:25:05.000 Absolutely.
00:25:06.000 Can you please just reiterate that?
00:25:07.000 This is not just, first of all, if it was just gangbangers, they're still human beings made in the image of God.
00:25:11.000 That's not something that we should tolerate.
00:25:13.000 But there are like young girls playing in playgrounds that get shot every summer.
00:25:18.000 University of Chicago students that get shot.
00:25:20.000 Your brother, talk about the collateral damage to this urban war that we are seeing.
00:25:27.000 Baby Cecilia is another example that I write about in a book.
00:25:31.000 We're talking about infants.
00:25:32.000 You got senior citizens, the same thing.
00:25:35.000 And part of the reason that Chicago even have the right to have a weapon, which a lot of people have went out and got trained, they've gotten certified.
00:25:43.000 They have their licensing.
00:25:44.000 They be able to carry their gun is because of McDonald versus the city of Chicago.
00:25:50.000 It was an elderly gentleman whose house kept getting broken into by young, young thugs.
00:25:55.000 And they were abusing him.
00:25:57.000 And he wanted the right to carry.
00:25:58.000 And that's why across the country, across the nation, we now have that right to have it securely in our house, regardless of what the liberals in those particular major cities think.
00:26:07.000 We have to change the trajectory of our country.
00:26:10.000 The Call of Institute for Public Safety stands ready to continue to push that, just like we got involved with the George Silver Worlds funded race with George Gascon to endorse Nathan Hawkman and get involved with his race.
00:26:22.000 So here we are knowing that there's a problem.
00:26:25.000 I write about the solution in a day my brother was murdered book.
00:26:28.000 And I encourage everybody to go out and get it.
00:26:30.000 It is the day my brother was murdered.
00:26:32.000 Everyone, go purchase it.
00:26:33.000 We'll see you at the Student Action Summit.
00:26:35.000 Look, anyone that talks about Chicago, you got my attention.
00:26:39.000 And we shouldn't tolerate it.
00:26:41.000 We're not going to put up with just the continued warfare of thousands of people dying in our cities every summer.
00:26:46.000 It's outrageous.
00:26:47.000 We have to put a stop to it.
00:26:48.000 Giano, thank you so much.
00:26:49.000 I'm sorry for your loss.
00:26:50.000 Thank you for having me.
00:26:51.000 It's a terrible situation.
00:26:52.000 We can stop it if we want to, and we should.
00:26:57.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:26:59.000 Brand new year, brand new opportunities to change the world for the better.
00:27:02.000 It's easier than you might think.
00:27:03.000 You can save babies by providing ultrasounds with pre-born.
00:27:07.000 Together with the Sanctity of Human Life Month, we're going to save 35,000 babies to show the world that not only do we believe life is precious, but we're going to do something about it.
00:27:16.000 Your gift of pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:27:22.000 What better way to start this new year than to join us to save babies?
00:27:26.000 And $28 a month will save a baby a month all year long.
00:27:29.000 A $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
00:27:35.000 And will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:27:39.000 I am a donor to this organization, and you should be too.
00:27:42.000 Start this new year by being a hero for life.
00:27:45.000 Go 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:27:50.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:27:53.000 I'm a donor.
00:27:54.000 You should be too.
00:27:55.000 CharlieKirk.com, pre-born banner.
00:27:59.000 Joining us now is Border Czar.
00:28:02.000 What he says, he means.
00:28:04.000 You better listen carefully.
00:28:06.000 The legend, Tom Homan.
00:28:08.000 Tom, great to see you.
00:28:09.000 Tom, tell us about the significance of Alligator Alcatraz.
00:28:14.000 What is it and what will it be used for?
00:28:16.000 It's going to be used for detention.
00:28:18.000 Look, we need detention capability, and that's one of the reasons we need the big, beautiful bill passed, because without alligator Alcatraz, I mean, I looked at the numbers day before yesterday, and we had like 1,800 vacant beds.
00:28:30.000 I mean, we are at max capacity, and without more beds means we arrest less people because everybody we arrest has to be in a bed for several days or several weeks while we work on the deportation flights.
00:28:41.000 This is the way the system is.
00:28:43.000 So, you know, I appreciate Governor Santa's coming forward with this option.
00:28:47.000 It's going to give us 5,000 more beds and an area that makes sense.
00:28:52.000 It's already an airport, so we're just taking over an existing property, existing concrete, existing foundations.
00:28:58.000 So it's a great option.
00:28:59.000 It's going to give us 5,000 more beds in a time where we need beds very, very badly.
00:29:04.000 And Tom, you're doing a wonderful job.
00:29:06.000 And honestly, we need to continue to salute our incredible ICE agents.
00:29:09.000 The left is going after them personally.
00:29:11.000 They're trying to dox them.
00:29:12.000 They're trying to intimidate.
00:29:14.000 They're trying to harm them.
00:29:15.000 Roughly, how many deportations a day are we currently trending at?
00:29:21.000 And what do you think we will get to once the big beautiful bill is signed into law?
00:29:25.000 We're doing about 2,000 deportation flights a day, 2,000 aliens deported every day.
00:29:35.000 And again, that's because the limited resources, right?
00:29:37.000 We got a limited number of agents.
00:29:39.000 We've got a limited number of beds.
00:29:40.000 We got a limited number of transportation capability.
00:29:44.000 So the big beautiful field is going to put more agents on the street.
00:29:46.000 It's going to give us more detention beds to hold people.
00:29:49.000 And it's going to let us increase the transportation contracts.
00:29:52.000 We need more airplanes in the air.
00:29:53.000 So you're going to see those numbers drastically increase.
00:29:56.000 And also it's going to increase targeting of those we're looking for.
00:29:59.000 We're going to bring a lot of great contractors in with AI and all this latest technology will help us find people that want to be found.
00:30:07.000 Right.
00:30:07.000 So it's going to increase capability in all areas.
00:30:09.000 So you're going to see those deportation numbers climb.
00:30:12.000 And Tom, I want to comment on you, 2,000 a day.
00:30:14.000 That's a good baseline.
00:30:15.000 And by the way, if we can get to 3,000 to 4,000, you annualize that.
00:30:18.000 Now, I want to remind the audience, what is the ratio of forceful deportation, which we support, versus self-deportation?
00:30:25.000 We're seeing a lot of self-deportation.
00:30:27.000 The New York Post reported a million people have self-deported.
00:30:33.000 That's an amazing number.
00:30:34.000 So talk about self-deportations and how that plays in harmony with the larger deportation agenda.
00:30:40.000 Great question.
00:30:41.000 I truly believe, look, I've been doing this for 40 years.
00:30:44.000 While we're out there doing this big deportation operation throughout the nation, especially in sanctuary cities, we're not being bullied from doing our job.
00:30:52.000 We're going to be out there every single day, LA.
00:30:54.000 We got over 100 teams every day in LA looking for the worst of the worst.
00:30:58.000 So as the illegal alien population in this country see us out there in full force throughout the country, more and more are being convinced to leave on their own, get their affairs together and leave on your own.
00:31:09.000 That way they can leave themselves opportunities, come back under some other program, whether it's a visitor visa, tourist visa, work visa, or maybe they got a U.S. citizen child that can petition for them in the future.
00:31:20.000 So they got a choice to get their affairs together and leave in a much humane manner where they can get their affairs in order and leave on their own, leave themselves some future opportunity, or they can wait to ICE come find them and put them in the deportation process and end up in a place like Alligator Alcatraz.
00:31:37.000 So it makes sense.
00:31:38.000 The more enforcement operations they see in the communities, the more people are convinced to leave on their own.
00:31:43.000 So when this big, beautiful bill passes, I'm certainly hoping that you're going to see more self-deportations.
00:31:50.000 And that's a great thing because, you know, it saves the taxpayers a lot of money on arrest, detention, judicial, and all this other stuff.
00:31:58.000 And it saves the taxpayers money at the same time, making this country safe again.
00:32:02.000 Because a lot of those self-deportations are criminals because they don't want to be arrested by ICE.
00:32:07.000 And let's say it's an illegal alien with, we find them with drugs.
00:32:10.000 We find illegal ailment with gun.
00:32:11.000 They're going to be criminally prosecuted and go to prison before we deport them.
00:32:15.000 So a lot of the public safety threats are leaving because they know they're a number one priority for the Trump administration.
00:32:20.000 They know we're prioritizing public safety threats.
00:32:22.000 So a lot of these self-removals are criminals.
00:32:25.000 Big time.
00:32:26.000 And so let's just look at the three formula pieces of the formula here.
00:32:29.000 None of this Matters if you don't have the border secure.
00:32:32.000 That's why Trump and you guys, you got that done first.
00:32:34.000 And literally, no one is coming across the southern border, Tom.
00:32:37.000 And congratulations for that.
00:32:38.000 You should just be repeatedly congratulated.
00:32:41.000 Zero.
00:32:42.000 Is that right, Tom?
00:32:43.000 Literally no one came across in May.
00:32:45.000 I think I saw the numbers.
00:32:46.000 Just to reaffirm that.
00:32:47.000 No, zero, zero got released.
00:32:49.000 The ones that did come across immediately went home.
00:32:51.000 I mean, no one got in.
00:32:53.000 So it's a great number.
00:32:55.000 I mean, you know, did they get to the border?
00:32:59.000 Yeah.
00:32:59.000 Did they get in?
00:33:00.000 They got in and got processed as guys back home.
00:33:02.000 They never got released.
00:33:03.000 So it is zero.
00:33:04.000 And I looked at the numbers as far as the encounters who actually comes to our border met by border attorneys, processed, and removed.
00:33:10.000 I think the numbers are going to be coming out later today.
00:33:12.000 I think we'll see right around 7,000 or less.
00:33:15.000 Now, think of that in a month, in 30 days, you're talking about 7,000.
00:33:20.000 That's less than Biden administration had a day.
00:33:23.000 And matter of fact, it's half of the 15,000 that Biden hit many times.
00:33:28.000 So 7,000 in a month total encounters is a number I've never heard before.
00:33:33.000 And I started back in 1884.
00:33:35.000 And by the way, remember James Lankford, who voted for the Big Beautiful Bill.
00:33:39.000 So thank you for that, Senator.
00:33:40.000 But he was all about, oh, we need this bipartisan thing and we're going to have a limit of 5,000 people a day.
00:33:44.000 You remember this, Tom Holman.
00:33:46.000 All we needed was a new president.
00:33:47.000 So you need the border's number one.
00:33:49.000 Then number two, and this is the key, is that we need more ICE agents.
00:33:52.000 We need more people on the ground.
00:33:54.000 And then number three, which is also important, though, is that we need to have a president with the will to continue the deportation agenda, especially in our major cities.
00:34:04.000 Tom, are any exactly what we're doing?
00:34:08.000 That's exactly what we're doing, Charlie.
00:34:09.000 The president said a couple weeks ago, and I agree with him.
00:34:11.000 I've been saying it for months.
00:34:13.000 We're going to flood the zone of sanctuary cities because we know we have a problem with sanctuary cities.
00:34:18.000 We know they're releasing public safety threats every day.
00:34:20.000 We don't have that problem in Florida where most of the sheriffs, matter of fact, all the sheriffs are working with us.
00:34:25.000 They're not releasing illegal alien public safety threats.
00:34:28.000 So where do we got to spend our resources?
00:34:30.000 In places like New York City, where we know we got a problem, because we know public safety threats hit the street every day.
00:34:35.000 And just so everyone is clear, Tom, you are not forgetting any of America's cities.
00:34:40.000 Just because they're a sanctuary city like Portland or Seattle, you're not just leaving them alone.
00:34:44.000 This is a full occupation.
00:34:46.000 Every square inch of America will be restored and reclaimed.
00:34:49.000 Is that correct?
00:34:50.000 Absolutely.
00:34:50.000 And with this big, beautiful bill, we get more agents on the ground.
00:34:53.000 Look, we got over 20 million illegal aliens in this country.
00:34:56.000 We got less than 5,000 deportation officers.
00:34:58.000 That's unbelievable.
00:34:59.000 We need more deportation officers to get out there and look for the bill.
00:35:02.000 Again, we're prioritizing worst of the worst.
00:35:04.000 The more resources we have, the more bad guys we arrest.
00:35:07.000 The more bad guys we arrest, the safer this country is.
00:35:11.000 And anyone who interferes with the deportation effort, they also could face federal charges.
00:35:16.000 Can you comment on that, Tom?
00:35:18.000 Because people are sharing ICE information.
00:35:21.000 If you get in the way of a federal law enforcement procedure, could you also be arrested?
00:35:26.000 Zero tolerance.
00:35:28.000 You can hate ICE.
00:35:29.000 You can protest ICE.
00:35:31.000 You have that.
00:35:31.000 You have your, you know, you got your First Amendment, right?
00:35:34.000 You can protest and scream and yell all you want.
00:35:36.000 It's unfortunate.
00:35:38.000 But when you cross that line, I've said this since January 20th.
00:35:41.000 If you cross that line on impeding a federal law enforcement officer, if you cross that line on knowingly harboring, concealing illegal amyloid of mice, if you cross that line, especially you put hands on an ICE officer, zero tolerance.
00:35:55.000 You will be prosecuted.
00:35:57.000 And so, Tom, in closing here, I know you got a dash in a second.
00:36:00.000 I want to play this piece of tape here.
00:36:02.000 This was 285 from today at Alligator Alcatraz, PlayCut 285.
00:36:08.000 The Trump administration steps up ICE raids and mass deportations.
00:36:12.000 One tech developer is pushing back with an app designed to track ICE activity in real time.
00:36:17.000 It's called ICE Block, and it's controversial to say the least.
00:36:21.000 How does this work?
00:36:23.000 You open the app, it looks like a map, and users can tap the map to report an ICE sighting in their area, and then everybody who uses the platform within five miles of that sighting will get a push alert.
00:36:34.000 This is a free iPhone app.
00:36:35.000 It is anonymous.
00:36:36.000 Aaron says he doesn't collect any user data.
00:36:39.000 And what I think is really interesting about this in this moment is we've seen so many of the biggest leaders in tech supporting President Trump.
00:36:46.000 But Aaron is sort of an example of the fact that there are people within the tech industry who are really resistant to Trump's policies.
00:36:54.000 Tom, announced today CNN is under criminal investigation for this.
00:36:58.000 Is this legal?
00:36:59.000 Are you allowed to track federal law enforcement, publicize it on an app?
00:37:03.000 Look, I'll leave it up to DOJ.
00:37:04.000 I mean, I'm not an attorney.
00:37:05.000 I'm not prosecuted, but I've asked DOJ to look into us.
00:37:08.000 People need to understand the dangerous job that ICE hats every day.
00:37:11.000 Again, we're prioritizing public safety threats, national security threats.
00:37:16.000 It already is very dangerous.
00:37:18.000 But put an app out there and have CNN, a national network, you know, advertise it, educate people as out there.
00:37:25.000 And here's how you can use it.
00:37:26.000 It puts ICE officers at great risk.
00:37:29.000 It's only a matter of time before there's an ambush where some nut is going to be laying in ice knowing they're coming.
00:37:34.000 It's going to be some bad guy who doesn't care, like the bad guy who threw a Molotov cocktail at officers in Los Angeles.
00:37:41.000 This is extreme.
00:37:42.000 It's disgusting.
00:37:43.000 And I hope DOJ takes some action.
00:37:46.000 I pray to God we get this thing shut down.
00:37:48.000 The men and women of ICE put themselves on the harm's way every day.
00:37:52.000 And people need to remember this.
00:37:54.000 They're not Nazis.
00:37:55.000 They're not racist.
00:37:56.000 They're mothers and fathers too.
00:37:57.000 They're enforcing the laws enacted by Congress.
00:38:00.000 They're not making this up.
00:38:01.000 They're executing final orders removal issued by a federal judge.
00:38:05.000 Bingo.
00:38:06.000 If you don't like what ICE is doing, then go yell at Congress.
00:38:09.000 Tell them to change the law.
00:38:10.000 Until then, let's support the men and women of ICE.
00:38:12.000 We have your back, Tom Holman.
00:38:13.000 We got to get to 10 million deportations.
00:38:15.000 We have your back to get that done.
00:38:17.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:38:18.000 Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:38:21.000 Thank you so much for listening, and God bless.
