00:01:39.000 Joining us is Terry Dietrich.
00:01:40.000 Terry Tyler sings your praises.
00:01:42.000 He says you are the model of the best county chair in the country.
00:01:47.000 And you are running one of the, not just a, not any county, but the largest red county in the state of Wisconsin, Waukesha County.
00:01:55.000 Correct.
00:01:56.000 Thanks.
00:01:56.000 Great to be here.
00:01:57.000 You do an amazing job.
00:01:58.000 Tyler is just can't be more effusive in your praise.
00:02:02.000 He said, if we had 50 of you in these key states, we would be doing a great job.
00:02:06.000 Tell us about what you've done.
00:02:08.000 You've really made this your passion, and you know the numbers super well.
00:02:11.000 And I want everyone to understand, based on our analysis, there's almost no path to the White House if you don't win Wisconsin.
00:02:18.000 Right.
00:02:18.000 Terry.
00:02:18.000 And, you know, Waukesha County borders Milwaukee County, which is obviously a big blue stronghold.
00:02:25.000 We're in between that and Dean County, which is the largest, fastest growing county in the state, which is Democratic.
00:02:30.000 So between those two counties, we're typically before we count one red vote, we're down about 400 to 450,000 votes, if you can imagine.
00:02:41.000 So Waukesha County, being the largest red county, has got to perform very, very well this next November.
00:02:47.000 When I say very well, I'm talking about another 60 to 100,000 votes.
00:02:51.000 We're probably representing another 10 to 15,000, 10 to 15% in Waukesha.
00:02:56.000 We can do that.
00:02:57.000 We hold steady, and I think we can win the rest of the state based on all the numbers we see.
00:03:02.000 But the low-prop Reds, the new movers that are coming into our county at the tune of about $1,000 a month, we have a great opportunity if we get out and get organized.
00:03:10.000 That's why I'm here with Turning Point.
00:03:12.000 I see an absolutely great effort that's being put forward.
00:03:15.000 The headquarters for the state Turning Point Office is now in Waukesha County.
00:03:19.000 That's right.
00:03:19.000 Ground Zero.
00:03:20.000 And by the way, we made a big announcement many months ago that we were going to invest in Wisconsin.
00:03:23.000 We now have an office in Wisconsin, a working office, a grassroots office, and we'll see if we keep it open beyond the election.
00:03:29.000 But, you know, if we win, we'll keep it open.
00:03:32.000 And Terry, you do such a great job.
00:03:33.000 I want to just go through some of this.
00:03:35.000 But before I do, have you been actively courted by the national RNC?
00:03:41.000 Do you feel listened to and supported by them that they've really gone into the numbers with you?
00:03:45.000 No.
00:03:45.000 Generally speaking, we're given data via the RNC through the Republican Party of Wisconsin, which has been able to allow us somewhere in the 60% turnout range.
00:03:57.000 I wouldn't say that the data is absolutely clean and our Wisconsin Election Commission doesn't do a very good job at all of cleaning the voter rolls for the entire state, which permeates here through Wisconsin.
00:04:08.000 So the fact that we're working with Turning Point, other data sources is absolutely 100% critical.
00:04:14.000 And we've been out all the way since this last summer in our WIS Red local elections program, knocking those doors, identifying candidates to drive voter turnout this spring.
00:04:23.000 And Wisconsin, one day, April 3rd this year, I believe it is, or April 2nd, is all of the spring elections throughout the state and throughout Waukesha County.
00:04:32.000 If we drive that number up like we have the last four years, we're going to be in really good shape to turn around in November and put up a big number.
00:04:40.000 But we started that process early and we started with really detailed data analytics to drive out the low propensity red voters.
00:04:47.000 We had over 200,000 low-propensity red voters in Wisconsin in the 2022 November election that did not vote.
00:04:57.000 They have to do better.
00:04:58.000 Terry, the way you know these numbers impresses me.
00:05:00.000 I want more county chairs to have that.
00:05:02.000 And by the way, we have some great county chairs here that can really learn from you.
00:05:04.000 So let's go through some of these counties.
00:05:07.000 Again, the whole Republic, everybody, is going to come down to three states.
00:05:09.000 We have been saying this for 13 months.
00:05:11.000 We will be proven right.
00:05:12.000 Donald Trump will win Iowa.
00:05:14.000 He'll win Ohio.
00:05:15.000 He'll win Florida.
00:05:16.000 And he'll most certainly win North Carolina.
00:05:19.000 Therefore, you just have to win three more.
00:05:21.000 I don't think Pennsylvania is a good investment.
00:05:23.000 It's a big money hole.
00:05:25.000 It's a massive state.
00:05:26.000 They've changed their laws to not favor us.
00:05:28.000 I'm not saying we should surrender Pennsylvania, but the three most winnable are the ones that Donald Trump fell 42,000 votes short.
00:05:34.000 That is 10,000 in Arizona, 9,000 in Georgia, and what was it, 21,000-ish in Wisconsin?
00:05:40.000 12,900.
00:05:41.000 21,900 in Wisconsin.
00:05:44.000 And but remember, Michigan is also, we're going to give it a little bit of love, but I don't think Wisconsin is far more winnable than Michigan.
00:05:51.000 And as bad as Wisconsin is on election integrity, it's like sterling compared to Michigan, right?
00:05:56.000 I mean, it's a lot better.
00:05:57.000 In fact, you guys got some wins on it.
00:05:59.000 But the main counties that matter, again, if the RNC was functioning, if the RNC was healthy, if the RNC cared, they would be pouring attention and resources into these counties.
00:06:08.000 You're in one of them, Waukesha County, which is kind of a collar county of Milwaukee, right?
00:06:13.000 It's West Milwaukee.
00:06:15.000 But then the other county that we're going to be spending a lot of time and attention on is a county that we will lose, but hopefully we lose by less.
00:06:22.000 And that is Dane County.
00:06:24.000 It's where Madison, Wisconsin is the state capital.
00:06:26.000 And of course, the beast, the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
00:06:30.000 That's the fastest growing county in the state.
00:06:32.000 Correct.
00:06:33.000 If we don't invest in losing by less in Dane County, can we win Wisconsin?
00:06:39.000 Right.
00:06:39.000 We're down 220,000 votes as of November of 2022.
00:06:44.000 I can imagine that number is even going to go higher in Dane.
00:06:47.000 But the bottom line is, is that it is also one of the big, literally, it's the second or third largest Republican county in the state.
00:06:56.000 So if we don't put pressure on Dane County as far as turnout, 20, 30, 40,000 votes, that can make all the difference in the world.
00:07:05.000 Same thing with Milwaukee County and a few others.
00:07:07.000 Bottom line, it comes down in Wisconsin to three or four counties that have to perform better.
00:07:11.000 Dane and Milwaukee, we've got to cut into that lead, and then we've got to go and get those low props in all the other red counties that we've been talking about.
00:07:20.000 And Kenosha County, too.
00:07:22.000 Donald Trump did well, and then all of a sudden I think he ended up losing Kenosha County.
00:07:26.000 Is that right?
00:07:27.000 Yes, and Racine County did much better too.
00:07:30.000 So these are here.
00:07:31.000 All of these counties are here for us.
00:07:33.000 The bottom line is we just have to focus on those low props and the new movers that are in there and pushing that vote total up.
00:07:39.000 We've just been underperforming in these counties.
00:07:41.000 There has not been any concerted effort 12 months of the year.
00:07:45.000 And that's what we do in Waukesha County.
00:07:47.000 We have paid staff.
00:07:48.000 We have organization.
00:07:49.000 We have our own data.
00:07:50.000 And we are out 12 months of the year.
00:07:52.000 We cannot win races by just initiating an April or May before a November election.
00:07:57.000 Just like the Democrats, we have to be working 24-7, 12 months of the year, and that's what we've been doing in a while.
00:08:02.000 Is this your full-time job?
00:08:03.000 More or less.
00:08:04.000 Yeah.
00:08:04.000 It really is.
00:08:05.000 Mostly volunteer, basically.
00:08:07.000 Mostly volunteer.
00:08:08.000 I've been doing this for four years.
00:08:09.000 I was the finance chair before, but 2019, I took the reins.
00:08:13.000 We were not involved with any local elections at all.
00:08:16.000 We turned that program with our Wiss Red Local Elections Initiative.
00:08:19.000 We turned that program, and we've won 85% of the races over the last four years.
00:08:24.000 385 out of 450 local races, taking back the majorities in just about every single municipal board and school board.
00:08:32.000 I dare say the most in the country by a county.
00:08:35.000 And this paid dividends in the November election in our statewide races, which we ended up winning seven out of seven of our state assembly and state presidents.
00:08:43.000 So as Ron Johnson, our great senator, always has been preaching for the last three, four years, you win by the trickle up.
00:08:50.000 You win by winning locally and drive that up.
00:08:53.000 Much less expensive, no consultants, and win races.
00:08:55.000 If Donald Trump were to make Ron Johnson his vice president, would that make a difference in Wisconsin?
00:09:00.000 I think it would make a tremendous difference.
00:09:02.000 I saw in 22, there was a lot of crossover vote for Ron.
00:09:06.000 There's a lot of Democrats, there's a lot of independents who, if there's any Republican that they respect and feel that has invested the time in some of the African-American communities, Hispanic communities in Milwaukee and Dayon County and others, it's Ron Johnson.
00:09:19.000 He's got a great name.
00:09:20.000 He's a great man.
00:09:21.000 And yes, I definitely think he could.
00:09:23.000 What kind of point boost would that be?
00:09:25.000 If you were to speculate, would that be a 100,000 vote boost?
00:09:28.000 Yeah, I think easily it could be another 100,000 votes.
00:09:31.000 And this is the election.
00:09:33.000 Out of all the other VP contenders, would they be any sort of measurable boost in the state of Wisconsin?
00:09:39.000 The ones that are currently being floated?
00:09:41.000 I personally don't feel at all.
00:09:44.000 Well, and Terry, you're confirming what I'm saying, which if you want to win, you cannot win the presidency without Wisconsin.
00:09:50.000 And if you can, show me your math because you're involving states that are very unlikely in my personal opinion.
00:09:55.000 So you have to go through Wisconsin.
00:09:57.000 And so here we have an amazing senator who every one of the grassroots in Wisconsin says, you put this guy in the VP slot, that you have a much better chance of winning Wisconsin.
00:10:07.000 By the way, he also helps you in Arizona and Georgia.
00:10:09.000 Wouldn't that be, it sounds like a no-brainer.
00:10:11.000 Absolutely.
00:10:11.000 Absolutely.
00:10:12.000 I haven't even heard the word yet, though.
00:10:14.000 You know, I haven't talked to the Trump team directly.
00:10:16.000 No, I don't think he's not under consideration currently, but I'm going to try to fix that because it's either we want to win or we want to lose.
00:10:24.000 And this would be a way that we can win.
00:10:25.000 Terry, you're doing a great job.
00:10:27.000 In closing, what is the number one thing as a county chair that you need support that you feel that you're lacking in your feeling a lot better now that Turning Point is involved in helping us with the data side because the bottom line is the Democrats outspend us 10 to 1.
00:10:43.000 They're organized all year round.
00:10:45.000 So that obviously has got to change.
00:10:47.000 We are involved with doing that, Walk Shock County, but you're only as good as the data that you have.
00:10:52.000 Wisconsin Election Commission, our RPW, doesn't give us real clean and good data.
00:10:56.000 We need that help from Turning Point and others, and we're getting it.
00:10:59.000 So we have an army out there that's forming right now to go, and we'll have the data.
00:11:03.000 Get those, drive those new movers, drive those low propensity reds out there.
00:11:07.000 Waukesha's another 50, 60, 100,000 votes.
00:11:10.000 We do that in three counties.
00:11:11.000 We win the state.
00:11:12.000 And then the presidency and save the country.
00:11:14.000 Terry, God bless you, men.
00:11:15.000 Thanks very much, Charlie.

00:12:18.000 Joining us is the new chair of the Republican Party of Arizona.
00:12:23.000 Gina Swavota, everybody.
00:12:24.000 And it's been quite an eventful weekend.
00:12:26.000 It was.
00:12:27.000 Thank you so much, Charlie.
00:12:28.000 This is your support.
00:12:29.000 This is the best case scenario out of a very strange set of circumstances.
00:12:34.000 It was.
00:12:35.000 I think it's good for winning, good for winning, and that's what's good for America.
00:12:39.000 It's good for winning.
00:12:40.000 You know the numbers super well.
00:12:41.000 You know the state of Arizona really well.
00:12:43.000 And you did not have on your bingo card a week ago that you would be the chair of the Republican Party of Arizona?
00:12:49.000 Absolutely not.
00:12:50.000 One week ago.
00:12:51.000 No.
00:12:51.000 You were just, you were doing your own thing.
00:12:53.000 Doing my thing, election thing, data thing.
00:12:57.000 Yes.
00:12:57.000 And so just kind of walk through what do we need to achieve victory in Arizona.
00:13:02.000 Now that you're the chair of the party, bringing the factions together, what do we need to win?
00:13:07.000 Well, we've got to fund the party enough to do the very narrow lane that the party should be in, right?
00:13:13.000 So post-Citizens United, the state parties aren't funded the way they were.
00:13:18.000 There are external organizations that are doing a tremendous job on field organizing and ballot chase.
00:13:24.000 So the party has an important role.
00:13:26.000 It's there as a resource for all the candidates.
00:13:28.000 It's there as a resource for every campaign.
00:13:31.000 We can fight things like ranked choice voting.
00:13:33.000 We can engage in litigation to protect the elections process as best we can.
00:13:38.000 But really, we need to focus on those limited things.
00:13:42.000 We don't need to try to be everything to everyone because that's just not a model that's in play anymore.
00:13:47.000 Yeah.
00:13:48.000 And it's the part of the issue is infrastructure.
00:13:51.000 Part of it is bringing our low propensity voters out.
00:13:54.000 Part of it is securing our elections.
00:13:56.000 And we have an amazing candidate.
00:13:57.000 Trump's going to be the nominee.
00:13:58.000 We have this amazing candidate.
00:14:00.000 In your analysis of Arizona elections, have you ever seen someone bring out low-propensity voters like Donald Trump?
00:14:05.000 Absolutely not.
00:14:07.000 The people came out in 16 and 20 that had never voted before.
00:14:13.000 So it's low propensity.
00:14:14.000 It's new people.
00:14:16.000 And it's the same thing.
00:14:16.000 So when President Trump is not on the ticket, we lose.
00:14:21.000 When President Trump is on the ticket, we bring more people into the pool.
00:14:24.000 And that's one of the reasons why I think they want to knock him out so much.
00:14:24.000 Yeah.
00:14:29.000 And so moving forward, Arizona is going to be one of the three states we need to win.
00:14:32.000 I'm actually very bullish on Arizona.
00:14:35.000 I'm very worried about Wisconsin.
00:14:36.000 I think that if we don't figure out Wisconsin, we're going to be in a really, really tough and difficult place.
00:14:42.000 But Arizona is the one that I think is trending in our direction.
00:14:47.000 And it's going to require the grassroots work and the tenacity.
00:14:50.000 Talk about what your message is to the precinct committeemen and some of the county chairs here.
00:14:56.000 What are their marching orders to secure our elections?
00:14:58.000 A lot of people are worried about election security.
00:15:00.000 That's really your expertise.
00:15:02.000 So the grassroots, the precinct committeeman's entire job is to walk their precinct, know their precinct, know the voters in their precinct.
00:15:02.000 Absolutely.
00:15:10.000 So because we have this ongoing issue with voter role maintenance, which is a huge part of election security, there is no structure better suited to be in your precinct, know who those people are, and then know who's not there.
00:15:24.000 So if you're using, I don't know, let's say you have an app or you have a walk list and you're walking your precinct and you're hitting doors and they're like, well, you know, Jerry doesn't live here and I bought this house 15 years ago and I don't know who Jerry is and Jerry's showing is active.
00:15:38.000 Jerry needs to report that to your county recorder.
00:15:41.000 And so our PCs in our structure here report it to your captain, report it to your county chair.
00:15:48.000 And then the county chairs are the folks who can engage with the county recorder and make sure that they are sending the notices out to these addresses where the voters no longer live.
00:15:58.000 That is the way to stop the mail ballots from going to places where people no longer reside.
00:16:02.000 That's a huge part of it.
00:16:04.000 So the, you know, I listen to a lot of podcasts and I heard an advertisement recently on these.
00:16:10.000 Have you heard this ad from Stephen Richard?
00:16:12.000 And he says, hey, you know, we need to update our voting roles.
00:16:16.000 And it sounded to an untrained, I'll just be very honest, sounded to an untrained ear like he's trying to clean things up.
00:16:20.000 Is there any evidence that that's happening?
00:16:22.000 And I know that we all have, you know, very strong opinions on Mr. Richer, but is it because he's being moved by the grassroots to do this?
00:16:30.000 Because I literally was this, it was in this podcast three times.
00:16:33.000 It was a dynamic assertion ad.
00:16:34.000 Make sure you contact the Maricopa County Recorder that if you're ineligible and check your voting status and you know someone who has moved, let us know.
00:16:41.000 Right.
00:16:42.000 That's a different tone from him.
00:16:43.000 It is.
00:16:44.000 And they're doing, so they're spending more of the education money on doing their proper voter list maintenance.
00:16:44.000 It is.
00:16:50.000 So the National Voter Registration Act, known as Motor Voter, requires election officers to issue, and here we're talking about Arizona at this point.
00:16:58.000 That's federal, but let's talk about state.
00:17:00.000 They have to issue a 90-day notice to everyone that is on the list that is asking for a ballot.
00:17:06.000 And so that ad campaign is kind of buttressing these 90-day notices.
00:17:11.000 So they're hitting the mailboxes now.
00:17:13.000 You are signed up for this ballot.
00:17:15.000 You are a registered voter.
00:17:16.000 If you're not here, you know, or you don't want a mail ballot, check this box.
00:17:19.000 It will come back to them because that initial notice is generally non-forwardable.
00:17:24.000 When the recorder gets it back, then they send the forwardable one.
00:17:27.000 So they're trying to track where is the voter.
00:17:32.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:33.000 Brand new year and a new year's resolution are here.
00:17:36.000 And I have one you should make.
00:17:37.000 Join me in donating to pre-born.
00:17:40.000 Save babies by providing ultrasounds and be a hero for life this year starting today.
00:17:46.000 Together during the Sanctity of Human Life Month, we're going to save 35,000 babies to show the world that even if our government and our laws don't respect the unborn, we do.
00:17:57.000 Your gift of pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:18:02.000 What better way to start this new year than to join us saving babies?
00:18:06.000 And $28 a month will save a baby a month all year long.
00:18:09.000 A $15,000 gift, some of you out there might be able to do this, will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
00:18:20.000 It will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:18:24.000 So start this year right by resolving to be heroes for life.
00:18:27.000 Call 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:18:33.000 That is the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:18:38.000 So check it out.
00:18:39.000 Join me in donating and make a year-end gift to help save babies.
00:18:44.000 I just made my gift.
00:18:45.000 In fact, we're making another one before the end of the year.
00:18:47.000 Check it out right now.
00:18:48.000 CharlieKirk.com.
00:18:49.000 Click on the pre-born banner.
00:18:54.000 Gina, can you just talk about the motor voter element here you talked about?
00:18:57.000 So you said that there's a communication problem or address forwarding.
00:19:01.000 Can you just walk through all that again?
00:19:03.000 Yes.
00:19:03.000 So federal law, NVRA motor voter, says in order to remove a voter from the rolls who has moved, right?
00:19:13.000 Your election official, they're not there.
00:19:14.000 The mail's coming back.
00:19:15.000 People are reporting they're not there.
00:19:17.000 You have to send a certain number of notices to that purported voter on a certain timeline.
00:19:22.000 Once you get in the window of 90 days prior to the election, there's a safe harbor under the federal law.
00:19:29.000 So they cannot remove them from mail coming back.
00:19:32.000 So the ad campaign is useful because a voter can remove themselves, but the voter must call.
00:19:38.000 So if you want to do the voter list maintenance, the notices have to go out and they have to come back.
00:19:44.000 And then you get two election cycles and you're inactive.
00:19:47.000 It's a big, complicated thing, and we really need to take back the presidency and the senate so that we can reform this NVRA.
00:19:54.000 But in the interim, the voters can call themselves in this 90 days prior to the election, right?
00:19:59.000 March 19th in Arizona is our presidential preference election.
00:20:03.000 So, anyone who's on that list whose ballot's going out and then it comes back, they don't live here, or the notice goes out and it comes back, they don't live here.
00:20:10.000 The recorder can't do anything with regard to changing that voter status until after the election, which is why right after an election in the United States is the most active window of voter list maintenance.
00:20:22.000 You'll see numbers change drastically as they start to remove people because they had to freeze it for that 90 days.
00:20:28.000 So, that campaign is helpful.
00:20:29.000 Yeah, and so what can grassroots people do or the state party do to accelerate that process to clean up our voting rolls?
00:20:36.000 I would say what we need to do, for example, at the AZGOP, is analyze that data, look at the vote history, and empower the PCs by giving them access to those current voter roles through whatever tool of whatever partner group we have on the ground, no matter what it is, and then give them this information of like how does it work?
00:20:54.000 How is it done?
00:20:56.000 When you're knocking a door and someone's telling you this voter doesn't live here, that's great, you can note it, but you've got to tell the resident what to do about it.
00:21:04.000 So, we need to give them the information so that when they're hitting the doors, they know how to tell the people to take action.
00:21:10.000 Joining us also right now is Josh McCun, and you're doing a great job, State Party Chair of Georgia.
00:21:16.000 Welcome.
00:21:16.000 And so, in Georgia, you have similar but different challenges of Arizona.
00:21:23.000 There's some good news, though.
00:21:24.000 What does the voter registration numbers look like in Georgia right now?
00:21:27.000 We're definitely seeing Republicans outpace Democrats, Charlie, at least by one and a half to one.
00:21:32.000 If you look at the 2022 results, we saw a lot of people come home to the Republican Party.
00:21:38.000 We feel like we've got the momentum.
00:21:40.000 Obviously, it's going to be a turnout game.
00:21:42.000 It will be a competitive election, but we feel like we're putting together the resources we need to be successful in November.
00:21:48.000 Yeah, and in Georgia, more even more so than Wisconsin, Arizona.
00:21:51.000 It really is we outnumber them.
00:21:53.000 That's correct.
00:21:54.000 And we need to find them and get them to vote, right?
00:21:57.000 I mean, it is not that complicated.
00:21:59.000 It is much more of a base election than a persuasion election in Georgia, right?
00:22:03.000 That is correct.
00:22:04.000 You just get them out with rallies, emphasis, you know, organizing, ballot chasing, with just enough brute force, Georgia should go red.
00:22:13.000 Yes.
00:22:13.000 Absolutely.
00:22:14.000 And so, what are the Democrats?
00:22:16.000 Do you see that they're angling a little bit?
00:22:18.000 Do they think they can still win Georgia?
00:22:20.000 Because, Gina, we have a working theory that we're going to find a lot about their strategy.
00:22:26.000 In my personal opinion, I think they are going to signal to us through ad-bys and infrastructure that they're quietly going to retreat from either Arizona or Georgia and go all in on the Midwest and try to rebuild the blue wall that Trump broke in 16.
00:22:42.000 Do you see any evidence of that in Georgia?
00:22:44.000 Are they going all in?
00:22:45.000 Are they going heavier than ever?
00:22:46.000 We're seeing a lot of indication of investment from Democrats right now.
00:22:49.000 Obviously, it's early days, but we're not taking anything for granted.
00:22:53.000 We are assuming that they're going all in in Georgia and that we're going to have to do the same.
00:22:57.000 Yeah, and so I it's going to be and Gina, do you agree with that?
00:23:00.000 I think that the margins in Georgia and Arizona are so thin.
00:23:04.000 In some ways, the Trump campaign was taken by surprise.
00:23:07.000 I agree.
00:23:08.000 I'll never forget it.
00:23:09.000 I was walking the hall.
00:23:10.000 I was in the White House as the results were coming in on election night, and I saw one of the senior advisors to the president.
00:23:10.000 This is a true story.
00:23:17.000 And I said, Hey, I just ran the numbers.
00:23:18.000 You have a problem in Georgia.
00:23:19.000 He said, Georgia, really?
00:23:21.000 We're going to win Georgia by 150,000 votes, direct quote.
00:23:24.000 And he walked away.
00:23:25.000 And I tried to get his attention.
00:23:28.000 And I was like, I'm also just looking at the New York Times meter, and they said 70%.
00:23:32.000 And he was like, I just forget it.
00:23:33.000 Walked away.
00:23:34.000 Ended up falling short in Georgia.
00:23:35.000 So there really wasn't a lot of, would you agree, Josh, that it wasn't exactly emphasized in 2020?
00:23:40.000 No, I think everybody was taken by surprise.
00:23:43.000 I mean, we have owned the state really since 2002.
00:23:47.000 We control all the statewide constitutional offices.
00:23:49.000 We control the state legislature.
00:23:51.000 We have a commanding majority in the congressional delegation.
00:23:54.000 But obviously, 2020, 2022, we're on notice.
00:23:57.000 We know we've got to work hard to turn out these voters.
00:24:00.000 No more.
00:24:01.000 This is not Alabama.
00:24:02.000 Correct.
00:24:02.000 It's not Florida.
00:24:04.000 That is correct.
00:24:04.000 It's now a battleground state.
00:24:06.000 And so that means that if you're a precinct committeeman, you got to actually get out and do some work in Georgia, right?
00:24:12.000 I think that's a new spirit that's really being boring, right?
00:24:14.000 And that's why I'm so excited.
00:24:15.000 17 of our county chairmen are here in Las Vegas.
00:24:20.000 We're going to talk about that.
00:24:21.000 That's a big number.
00:24:21.000 We have a huge turnout from our battleground counties.
00:24:24.000 I mean, these are people that are working hard.
00:24:26.000 They're here to connect, to get these additional resources, take them back home and begin to work this plan to turn out those low propensity, low information folks that we know if we get them to the polls, they're going to vote for Donald Trump.
00:24:38.000 Yes, and this is an incredible thing where we have 17.
00:24:42.000 I think we have at least, you know, maybe eight or nine.
00:24:45.000 I know we have ready to roll.
00:24:48.000 The whole team, the whole county.
00:24:49.000 And this is what the RNC should be doing, everybody, right?
00:24:51.000 The national RNC should be bringing together not just, you know, you guys are going to the meeting later this week.
00:24:56.000 Don't fall asleep.
00:24:58.000 It's just like this clubby, awful thing.
00:25:00.000 But the grassroots, the next level down, right?
00:25:02.000 The county chairs, the people that are making it happen.
00:25:04.000 But Gina, I think that we're starting to see, I haven't seen yet, obviously the dark money infrastructure, the permanent infrastructure of the Democrats are there in Arizona, but there is a chance that they just say they quietly retreat.
00:25:15.000 Right.
00:25:16.000 Do you see that too?
00:25:18.000 I hope so.
00:25:19.000 I would say I agree with you that they're going to try to tear down that Midwest Trump wall that we built that we blew through and succeeded in.
00:25:26.000 And try to rebuild it.
00:25:27.000 And try to rebuild it.
00:25:28.000 I think you're spot on.
00:25:29.000 I also think on this voter registration, we've got to watch in Arizona.
00:25:34.000 There are executive orders.
00:25:35.000 There's that federal executive order from Biden.
00:25:37.000 I think they're going to drop voter registrations on us that we're not going to see.
00:25:41.000 So we have to just keep doing the work and keep doing the work and getting the new people in the bucket.
00:25:45.000 And the Yuokava voters, so if you don't know, that's the Uniformed Overseas Civilians Voting Act.
00:25:51.000 Okay.
00:25:51.000 People think these are the military.
00:25:54.000 Most of them are civilians that live overseas.
00:25:56.000 A lot of those in our states and Josh State of my state have never lived here, but they have a parent from here, so they're eligible to vote.
00:26:02.000 There's a Republicans voting from abroad program that really needs to get amped up and funded through these outside structures because the Democrats have been doing that for years.
00:26:11.000 And that happened in Arizona.
00:26:12.000 And our observers and our poll watchers say these, these can't be correct because the military loves President Trump.
00:26:18.000 It's not the military.
00:26:19.000 So the numbers are great.
00:26:21.000 That's who it is.
00:26:22.000 A lot of tech jobs in Hong Kong or a lot of people that are living in Madrid.
00:26:26.000 That's right.
00:26:26.000 So, I mean, explain that to me.
00:26:28.000 I'm just interested.
00:26:29.000 Is there a Democrats 501c4 that targets?
00:26:34.000 Think about it.
00:26:35.000 They have European values.
00:26:36.000 That's right.
00:26:37.000 So they're sitting in the BBC and they're watching our leadership.
00:26:43.000 So Scott Pressler, I had a great conversation with him.
00:26:46.000 He's engaging in that.
00:26:47.000 Scott Pressler.
00:26:49.000 How do we get out the vote abroad?
00:26:51.000 I've never heard of such a thing.
00:26:52.000 That's what we have to do.
00:26:52.000 So there's a Republicans voting abroad just like there is Democrats, and we've just ignored it.
00:26:57.000 And that's what the left does, right?
00:26:58.000 They find like a little chink in the armor and they blow it out.
00:27:01.000 So we've got to find the expats in like Hungary.
00:27:03.000 We need our folks that are.
00:27:05.000 Yeah, we have our folks that are over there.
00:27:07.000 That's what Scott Pressler is going to do and more power to him.
00:27:09.000 We have to help support him.
00:27:10.000 I guarantee you, by the way, I know this for certain.
00:27:13.000 An amazing doctor that took care of a family member of mine in a hospital.
00:27:17.000 He's an expat in Israel.
00:27:19.000 That's what Scott was talking about.
00:27:20.000 There are all these voters in Israel.
00:27:21.000 They made the return.
00:27:22.000 He says, now I live in Israel and I come back periodically to do some residency, some stuff.
00:27:27.000 And he was really, really helpful.
00:27:29.000 And I was like, well, I hope he votes.
00:27:31.000 And so do they ship a ballot?
00:27:34.000 Like they do?
00:27:35.000 Yeah, so there's a UOCAVA portal.
00:27:37.000 So you can fill out the federal postcard application.
00:27:42.000 You can get a federal write-in absentee ballot.
00:27:44.000 So it's fpca.gov and fwab.gov.
00:27:48.000 And these organizations are set up by the government to help these folks register.
00:27:52.000 So if there's a third-party organization on the left doing it, Scott, that's exactly what he said, Ron.
00:27:58.000 Right on.
00:27:59.000 There you go, Scott.
00:28:00.000 And by the way, if Ronna was serious, she would have 500, 5,000 Scott Presslers.
00:28:05.000 Has she called you back yet?
00:28:06.000 Has she called you back?
00:28:09.000 286 days, no phone call.
00:28:11.000 That's tough.
00:28:13.000 So, Josh, what parts of Georgia, so you said for every one and a half voters that are registered, one is a Democrat, right?
00:28:19.000 So you're outpacing one and a half to one.
00:28:21.000 Is that regionally true?
00:28:22.000 The city that really I think is interesting is Augusta.
00:28:25.000 It's one of the Lark Whitwood counties that in again?
00:28:27.000 Well, Richmond County.
00:28:28.000 Richmond.
00:28:29.000 What has happened there?
00:28:30.000 That used to be a red stronghold, and it's not so much anymore.
00:28:32.000 Well, you had a lot of people move to bedroom communities in Columbia County.
00:28:36.000 Columbia County has become one of our strongest Republican counties.
00:28:39.000 Our Columbia County chairman is here this week.
00:28:41.000 Where is that?
00:28:42.000 It's right next door to Augusta.
00:28:45.000 But, you know, the Democrats' big strategy in Georgia to take resources away from us is Fannie Willis indicting Republicans.
00:28:51.000 You have some news on that, don't you?
00:28:52.000 Yeah, I mean, so it's become clear now she gave this no-bid contract to Nathan Wade.
00:29:00.000 He apparently was kicking back funds to her.
00:29:03.000 I believe she's going to be subject to bar discipline.
00:29:06.000 We have disqualification motions.
00:29:08.000 She's going to have to answer this Friday.
00:29:10.000 So we're very hopeful that she's going to be thrown out of this case and that we can finally put this witch hunt to bed so we can focus on the election.
00:29:17.000 Because that's what this has been about, is taking resources away from us to defend these people who've been wrongfully indicted.
00:29:23.000 Yeah, that's a great point, Josh.
00:29:25.000 And I think the Fannie Willis thing is backfiring, though.
00:29:28.000 Do you think so?
00:29:29.000 Absolutely.
00:29:30.000 Especially locally.
00:29:31.000 People say, hey, crime is going up and there's lootings and bursts.
00:29:34.000 She's not prosecuting actual crime.
00:29:36.000 She's spending tremendous resources, hundreds of thousands, millions of dollars on this witch hunt against President Trump and our Republican presidential election.
00:29:44.000 I mean, I know just anecdotally in Buckhead, crime has gone up over the last five years.
00:29:48.000 I don't know if it's gone down recently, but I mean.
00:29:50.000 I mean, I live in Atlanta.
00:29:51.000 It's not what it was a couple of years ago.
00:29:53.000 You don't feel safe at night.
00:29:55.000 We've got to do something there locally to get people feeling safe.
00:29:59.000 And having a DA that would actually prosecute violent felons would be a great start.
00:30:02.000 Yeah, I mean, Fulton County is this beast.
00:30:04.000 It's a huge county.
00:30:05.000 How many people are in Fulton?
00:30:06.000 Like 2 million people?

00:31:36.000 Scott Pressler, the hardest working man in conservative politics, is here.
00:31:39.000 Scott, you just did a tour through Arizona.
00:31:41.000 Tell us about it.
00:31:42.000 Yes.
00:31:42.000 So I was working with Marissa Hamilton, EZAZ.
00:31:45.000 One thing that people don't know is here in Ayersworld, in Arizona, they have something called a presidential preference election where you must be registered as a Republican if you want to participate.
00:31:55.000 Now, one-third of the state is independent.
00:31:57.000 I'm a registered independent, so I guess I can't vote in the primary.
00:32:00.000 You won't be able to.
00:32:01.000 So, Charlie, I would love to register you to vote as a can you imagine such a thing?
00:32:05.000 Now, I'll be honest, I have a real moral objection calling myself a Republican.
00:32:09.000 That is a dirt.
00:32:10.000 I vote Republican, but the RNC has turned me off.
00:32:13.000 But I think you could convince me, Scott.
00:32:14.000 I think for Trump.
00:32:16.000 For President Trump needs it.
00:32:16.000 Exactly.
00:32:18.000 The same reason why, look, Nevada, education is so important, guys.
00:32:22.000 In Nevada, they're going to have a caucus on February 8th.
00:32:24.000 And there's all this confusion between the caucus and primary.
00:32:27.000 The caucus is where the delegates are actually awarded.
00:32:30.000 The primary means nothing.
00:32:32.000 And so, if you are a Trumper, number one, you make a plan in the great state of Nevada to do the caucus on February 8th, and then you vote in the primary two days later and you vote none of the above because Nikki is trying to make it seem optically that she's got all this support in Nevada when it's going to be president of the so important, Scott.
00:32:50.000 I got to interrupt you here.
00:32:51.000 This Nevada thing is one of the most confusing.
00:32:53.000 I spoke at a great event in Reno.
00:32:56.000 People were yelling at each other because no one knew what was going on.
00:32:59.000 And finally, someone came up to the mic that was in leadership of Wash Howe County and he said, Listen, here's what happened.
00:33:05.000 We used to do a caucus always, and we're still doing a caucus, but they almost pushed forward this primary.
00:33:10.000 And we want to stay with the caucus so that the winner of the caucus gets the 26 delegates or whatever.
00:33:14.000 Correct.
00:33:15.000 The primary is just optics, right?
00:33:17.000 Yes.
00:33:18.000 And Trump decided correctly not to even be on the ballot of the primary because it has no delegates.
00:33:23.000 And so is it possible that Nikki's like, oh, I won the primary?
00:33:26.000 It's like, hold on a second.
00:33:27.000 No, no, no.
00:33:27.000 The caucus is a couple days prior, right?
00:33:29.000 Or is it the same day?
00:33:30.000 How does that work?
00:33:31.000 So the caucus is on February 8th.
00:33:33.000 The primary is two days later.
00:33:36.000 And so if her goal, Nikki, is to get all this support and say, I won the primary, it's not going to matter if we do a good job of explaining that President Trump was awarded the delegates that he needs to actually get the nomination for president of the Republic.
00:33:49.000 The goofiest thing.
00:33:50.000 So just if you live in Nevada, show up in person on a caucus on is that this Saturday or is it next?
00:33:56.000 Let me make sure I get my dates right.
00:33:58.000 February 8th is Thursday.
00:34:01.000 It's a week from Thursday.
00:34:02.000 I'm all messed up.
00:34:03.000 Sometimes they used to do it on Saturdays.
00:34:04.000 I know that they're all messed up.
00:34:06.000 So, Josh, marching orders.
00:34:07.000 You have, talk more about the 17 county chairs you have here.
00:34:10.000 I think you guys have more counties than any other state per capita.
00:34:13.000 Is that right?
00:34:14.000 We do.
00:34:14.000 We have 159 counties in Georgia, but the 17 that are here are among the most important for the November election.
00:34:21.000 Metropolitan Atlanta, some of our big second-tier cities, Columbus, the Augusta area, Savannah, all represented here.
00:34:29.000 We've got great leaders up and down the state.
00:34:32.000 They're getting some really good information and help today.
00:34:35.000 I was in the session before coming here.
00:34:36.000 Were they helpful?
00:34:37.000 Were they engaging?
00:34:38.000 Amazing.
00:34:38.000 What were the topics that you said?
00:34:40.000 Well, first of all, to get a book broken down by precinct telling us how many voters that did not turn out in 2016 and 2020 that we need to go turn out, an incredibly valuable tool right off the bat.
00:34:53.000 That was the national RNC ever provided you those documents?
00:34:57.000 No, sir.
00:34:57.000 So, and by the way, we spent money on it.
00:34:59.000 That was hundreds of thousands of dollars to get there.
00:35:01.000 We have a whole data team.
00:35:02.000 We have people crunching numbers.
00:35:03.000 We had to buy data sets.
00:35:04.000 I mean, we invested in it.
00:35:06.000 And when we raised capital, I'm really glad to hear that that was helpful.
00:35:09.000 And we're going to take it, go after it, and it's going to help us win.
00:35:11.000 What does that mean for you, Scott?
00:35:12.000 Scott, you have this army of grassroots warriors.
00:35:14.000 Now that we could tell you, hey, here are the nine pressure points in Arizona.
00:35:18.000 Here are the 10 pressure points in Wisconsin.
00:35:20.000 What does that mean for what you're doing?
00:35:22.000 It means targeted.
00:35:23.000 It means perhaps 300,000 of those low-propensity voters that maybe didn't turn out in the previous presidential.
00:35:30.000 It means actually winning in states.
00:35:31.000 Like, look, Wisconsin was 20,000 votes.
00:35:34.000 That's nothing.
00:35:35.000 Georgia was 10,000 votes.
00:35:37.000 Arizona was 20,000 votes.
00:35:38.000 Pennsylvania was 80,000 votes.
00:35:40.000 Doing this targeted data could very well win the presidency and save Western civilization and the world.
00:35:47.000 No, and by the way, it's about action and action.
00:35:50.000 But here's the thing: if you're running East looking for a sunset, that's not action.
00:35:54.000 Okay, and this is sometimes what I find.
00:35:56.000 God bless them.
00:35:57.000 I love our grassroots patriots, right?
00:35:58.000 But they're running East looking for a sunset.
00:36:00.000 You know, they're knocking on doors of Democrats.
00:36:02.000 I say, guys, I love you to death, but let's make sure we measure twice, cut once.
00:36:06.000 You know what I mean, Josh?
00:36:07.000 I'm not making fun of people, but sometimes I say, Hey, you know, what did you do?
00:36:09.000 He's like, Oh, I went to the inner city and I knocked on 500 doors, right?
00:36:12.000 Scott, like that's that's interesting persuasion work, but probably not the best use of your time, right?
00:36:17.000 And so that's part of what we need to do here.
00:36:19.000 And we're getting a lot of emails in.
00:36:21.000 How could people support you, Scott?
00:36:22.000 You have a whole thing that you're doing.
00:36:23.000 How could people get behind you?
00:36:25.000 Thank you.
00:36:25.000 Well, my ex or Twitter is at Scott Pressler, S-C-O-T-T-P-R-E-S-1-S-L-E-R.
00:36:31.000 But you can also support my work at earlyvoteaction.com.
00:36:34.000 I did start a PAAC called Early Vote Action.
00:36:37.000 We are focused on five key states: Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.
00:36:41.000 And I know you're Georgia, but listen, if we get enough support, we'll go to Georgia.
00:36:45.000 There you go.
00:36:46.000 That's the right answer.
00:36:46.000 Josh, God bless you, man.
00:36:47.000 We're out of time.
00:36:48.000 Thank you so much.
00:36:49.000 This is what a state party chair should be.
00:36:50.000 That is the model.
00:36:53.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:36:55.000 Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
