The Crusty Canuck Podcast - Are we ＂Woke＂ yet ？$？

00:00:00.000 greetings ladies and gentlemen it's beautiful march 31st 2020 coming up in the crusty connect

00:00:07.720 podcast more pandemic bs panic and of course our beloved government giving themselves a pat

00:00:14.340 on the back and a raise with our tax dollars all that more coming up on the crusty connect podcast

00:00:18.960 stay tuned

00:00:20.000 because i am hard you will not like me

00:00:26.180 that's right ladies and gentlemen it's a beautiful october 31st 2020 in the confines of western

00:00:45.880 canada in the midst of this pandemic and of course more political bs woke bs and other taxes and money

00:00:54.940 going elsewhere i'm your host crusty canuck and yes as i mentioned we'll be discussing this pandemic

00:01:00.940 issue yet again so it's been nothing but on the news the whole time the whole beer bug has been

00:01:07.020 doing nothing but uh compromising our lives keeping us at home keeping us away all in the name of public

00:01:15.460 safety now based on the information that i have read personally uh from the likes of frank p vaughn

00:01:21.960 who has demonstrated the utmost professionalism and getting the information out there and yes

00:01:28.000 i'm going to give him a plug because he's one of the most independent and uh well just brilliant

00:01:33.680 human beings out there who has constantly put his ass on the line to get the information out to the 0.90

00:01:40.120 public and to get the ball rolling get people thinking about what's going on here now i do admit 0.78

00:01:47.200 i did a few episodes where i kind of dismissed the pandemic dismissed the whole beer bug thing and

00:01:53.160 you know not really worry because i compared it to h1n1 and i compared it to swine flu and sars and all

00:02:01.500 that good stuff and even though there were more casualties from all the above illnesses this is

00:02:07.500 getting to a point where it's spreading rapidly and not just in north america all over the world

00:02:13.220 now i for one i'm not going to sit and worry what people are going to say i don't care if they call it

00:02:19.180 the chinese virus or this or that or whatever it's not racist to say it because any disease that has

00:02:26.320 impacted our society as we know it was basically named on where it was based spanish flu came from

00:02:35.060 spain german measles came from germany right swine flu came from pigs bird flu came from birds

00:02:41.820 right it's not racist to call it chinese because it originated in wuhan china so which is it 0.93

00:02:50.320 as i said in the title there the whole woke bs and everything too you know there's uh not so many

00:02:58.220 woke individuals out there promoting their product anymore right and i guess in a way this virus is a 0.95

00:03:04.680 good thing waking people up to bigger and better things rather than the whole victimhood fucking 0.93

00:03:09.980 mentality that has plagued us for a very very long time so that being said let's look at this so 0.91

00:03:17.760 let's look at what our government has been saying let's look at what our government's been doing about

00:03:21.320 it now the past couple weeks you've heard nothing every major news station in this country whether

00:03:26.740 it be global cbc ctv you know other independent outlets have done nothing but the whole uh beer bug

00:03:34.080 on what's going on what's happening here what's happening there you know and all these health

00:03:40.120 officials weighing in weighing in and yet canada being one of the most industrialized nations on the

00:03:45.040 planet cannot seem to find enough masks and enough gowns and personal protection equipment to keep

00:03:51.220 this thing at bay right and was it not last month in february that our beloved government officials

00:04:00.040 said it was okay to send 16 tons of medical equipment over to china to help them fight it

00:04:06.120 and at that time too in february it was slowly creeping here and other parts of north america

00:04:12.000 and now you look at places like new york city what is it 40 000 people have been infected 40 000

00:04:19.540 right not to mention the thousands now in canada that have been infected right like

00:04:28.220 i look at our health professionals and the best thing they can tell us is that we got to stay home

00:04:35.580 we got to do this and they keep giving us these lackluster freaking word salads again and again and again

00:04:42.900 and i really really wish i i like to see some more unbiased health professionals on the broadcast

00:04:50.740 stating what they can do right and another thing that gets me too is that you don't hear enough

00:04:56.260 of the people that actually healed from this thing you don't you don't hear enough about that

00:05:02.020 why isn't the mainstream looking after those people too people who have survived it and lived through it

00:05:07.440 to give us more details on what actually has to be done rather than big government stepping in

00:05:12.880 saying okay now stay home nothing to see here uh nothing to do here just stay home do as we're told

00:05:18.060 right yeah we got a plan we're looking out for you yeah and part of that plan is raising the carbon tax 0.98

00:05:25.100 again and uh of course giving uh the mps another fucking raise holy shit you know 0.95

00:05:33.460 i i don't know what to say tell me what you think crustybcanuck67 at gmail.com 0.98

00:05:40.180 you can find me on facebook under crusty canuck instagram under canuck crusty uh there's other

00:05:45.040 links i'll add to the description there you can reach me at too but please send a comment or two

00:05:49.540 give me a thumbs up and a comment and like all that good stuff keep the algorithm going let us

00:05:53.720 independent folk get our words and the and advice and our theories out there too you know and it seems

00:06:00.640 like every time we turn around no matter what news station you put on doesn't matter if it's american

00:06:03.700 canadian british they're all saying the same thing yes we've got an issue going on here we have to

00:06:09.500 sort it out oh stay at home quarantine yourself self-isolation you know social distancing all these

00:06:16.100 other words that are coming up telling us what to do and then you're hearing cases all over canada

00:06:20.980 people being ticketed because they're not following the rules you know or they're being fined for being

00:06:27.780 out well like what's next total martial law is that the new thing all right and it's all these new

00:06:39.260 rules regulations keep coming down and keep turning the pipe telling us what we have to think what we

00:06:46.060 have to say and that cough was uh from smoking ladies gentlemen not from you know carano so or

00:06:51.860 corona anyhow what we have to think here when it comes to uh where we got to be what we got to do

00:07:00.040 you know luckily my my wife and i we're still employed you know we have essential services uh on

00:07:07.380 our resume so i guess we're good to go needless to say there are people out there that are less fortunate

00:07:12.400 and what gets me is that the government's always come up with this plan to pay this and pay that

00:07:17.560 and we're going to invest another two billion dollars in procurement and i'm sitting here going

00:07:22.100 that should have been done already considering the status we have in our health care system

00:07:26.960 considering the amount of people that have benefited through our health care system and yet we don't

00:07:32.060 have the basic means to look after our health care practitioners in this time of crisis right

00:07:37.960 again of course let's give it all the way right you know let's help the nations out that worry about

00:07:43.260 gender parity and let's help china because we know the liberal government just loves the basic 0.91

00:07:48.780 dictatorship right what would sean connery say about something like this total pish-ass sandwich i say

00:07:54.980 yes exactly you know like what do you do right and of course uh tomorrow being april 1st now whether 0.91

00:08:04.640 it's an april fool's joke or not but uh the buzz on facebook and other media outlets a lot of

00:08:09.580 conservatives weighing in about uh another increase in the carbon tax wow you know now what gets me is

00:08:17.540 that they're talking about increasing the carbon tax and yet every mp in parliament is getting a 0.91

00:08:23.420 fucking raise too so where's this money coming from again ladies and gentlemen i ask you know i ask this 0.95

00:08:31.520 again this country is going through a nasty pandemic people getting hurt people are getting 0.99

00:08:38.100 sick and people are dying yet the politicians always find the time to pat themselves on the back

00:08:43.020 reach into our pockets and reward themselves for minimum work yet again now don't be wrong there

00:08:49.620 are some conservative politicians i have respect for libertarian politicians i have respect for

00:08:54.020 but uh i am really really getting tired of the liberal brand tarnished this country i'll tell you

00:09:03.680 this right now they're not as liberal as they say they're not remotely close to anything liberal

00:09:09.980 right and uh our beloved potato mr pert plus himself uh according to a global news article i read today

00:09:21.020 ralph goodall named special advisor to feds on a ran plane crash for those you don't remember who

00:09:28.040 ralph goodall was he was mr safety minister prior to the 20 uh 2019 election and uh he didn't do a 0.86

00:09:37.120 very good fucking job he had an excuse for everything he had an excuse for the danforth shooter had an 0.98

00:09:41.580 excuse for the rise of illegal gun crime happening in every major city in this country and basically 0.99

00:09:47.520 there's a picture of him around the internet snoozing in parliament so it just goes to show

00:09:51.600 where his interests were at the time so story reads former liberal cabinet minister ralph goodale has

00:09:56.600 been appointed special advisor to the trudeau government into iran's downing of a commercial

00:10:01.980 airliner in january prime minister trudeau says goodale will examine the lessons learned from the ukraine

00:10:07.840 international airlines flight 752 as well as other air disasters including ethiopian airlines flight 302

00:10:13.840 in air india flight 182 goodale will support ongoing government efforts to come up with

00:10:19.320 recommendations on tools and mechanisms note that tools and mechanisms needed to prevent future

00:10:25.160 disasters goodale's appointment comes as iran missed a deadline last week to surrender the flight

00:10:30.640 recorders from the jetliner which the iranian military shot down on january 8th so what's mr ralph

00:10:38.200 goodale gonna do he's gonna say now iran stop that you give us those recorders or we're just not 0.98

00:10:44.700 going to talk to you anymore or is he actually going to have some fucking balls and take his stance 0.99

00:10:49.740 but then again our government doesn't have any balls to stand against tyranny they love tyrants of 0.99

00:10:54.020 course they do right the downing that killed 170 people aboard including 55 canadian citizens and 30

00:10:59.980 permanent residents yes and the outrage in that where was the outrage about that so iran's representative

00:11:05.760 to the international civilization organization in montreal promised on march 11 to transfer

00:11:10.780 all information within two weeks to assist with its investigation into the crash but as of march 26

00:11:17.320 that did not occurred goodale a veteran saskatchewan mp yeah a career politician was canada's public 0.98

00:11:25.020 safety minister we all know that we know what kind of great job he did right great effort you fucking 0.91

00:11:31.680 putz until his defeat in last fall's federal election and has overseen numerous other portfolios 0.98

00:11:37.760 including finance and natural resources okay so here's this clown who couldn't put public safety 0.56

00:11:44.120 as a priority when it came to illegal gun trading when it came to gang violence and what happened in 0.84

00:11:49.860 danforth and other incidents how the hell is he going to come to any kind of conclusion sorting out iran 0.99

00:11:55.240 and what they did to our citizens right and finance i'm not even going to go there with fucking 0.99

00:12:02.100 finances since bill morneau is doing such a great job at that you know we'll charge more tax we'll give 0.99

00:12:08.140 ourselves a raise and fuck the canadian people that's the way i look at it and natural resources well 0.96

00:12:14.520 mr good deal you got to develop the natural resources to be a minister of it so 0.99

00:12:20.480 yeah of course a spokesperson for the prime minister's office initially said goodale would

00:12:27.220 be paid for the role they later clarified saying only out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed

00:12:32.720 okay so more tax dollars going to an individual who did a lackluster job before as public safety

00:12:40.320 minister what do you think he's going to do in iran on our behalf to justify what happened to those

00:12:47.620 canadians to justify what happened to permanent residents what is he going to do what did the 0.99

00:12:52.560 prime minister do absolutely fucking nothing he sat there and he bowed to the goddamn foreign minister 0.99

00:12:57.440 in iran what do you think goodale is going to do now they're there nothing to see here let's move along 0.99

00:13:03.280 yeah okay well that speaks for itself ladies and gentlemen and it just it goes to bring me like i i do my

00:13:10.940 best not to harp all the time when it comes to this government every time i do a podcast but it's

00:13:17.440 getting to a point where i can't help it i really really can't help it now there's also uh an

00:13:25.500 article i downloaded here too which uh came from the canadian news here from the national post

00:13:30.760 basically uh it's a timeline you can find i'll leave a link to the uh description here so

00:13:35.480 a timeline which sets the record straight for canada's failure to effectively respond to the

00:13:40.360 pandemic before it turned to a crisis was compiled by common colonist david staples and published in

00:13:46.740 the edmonton journal the timeline which has been updated and split into three parts documents the

00:13:51.920 handling of this pandemic using actual comments from dr theresa tam canada's chief public health

00:13:56.720 officer and other canadian public officials canada's action and response compared to what information

00:14:02.420 was knowable at the time for two months from the end of january to the sudden change regarding border

00:14:08.940 controls to the end of march tam insisted that borders were not capable of stopping something

00:14:13.540 like a virus and that the risk to the canians remained low 29th january 2020 tam is quoted

00:14:19.720 telling parliament that no actions should be taken to stigmatize the chinese population saying

00:14:25.400 you know they will be asked to take measures beyond what is currently the public health evidence

00:14:30.360 it is a matter of balance when you're restricting someone's freedom essentially to move about

00:14:35.280 in the community after return i think that's not something we would take lightly of course now

00:14:41.120 everyone's freedom is being restricted so that being said as a medical professional she should 0.95

00:14:48.380 bloody well fucking know better it's got a new skin culture or what country you're from there's a 0.99

00:14:53.880 pandemic that came from one nation and it's going all over the world now i'm not condemning any 0.99

00:14:58.180 chinese canadian any chinese american anybody of of chinese descent it's just we all know it originated

00:15:04.660 in china okay it's not an attack on the chinese people it's an attack on the government and the

00:15:11.440 crazy leadership that's backing it up okay january 31st 2020 parliament was told that we were lucky

00:15:20.000 that tam was an expert advisor to this very committee when talking about the following worth

00:15:25.220 health organization recommendations those recommendations turned out to be have deep

00:15:29.480 turned out to be deeply flawed in part two of the article series edmonton journal documents how

00:15:35.160 canada under tam's advice was more concerned with fueling racism than protecting against the virus

00:15:40.500 crossing the canadian border on the 1st of february trudeau attended a lunar new year celebration

00:15:45.120 saying there is no place in our country for discrimination driven by fear and misinformation

00:15:49.420 and yet your government justin has driven fear and misinformation towards gun rights towards veterans 1.00

00:15:57.440 towards seniors and towards polluting the fucking water right yeah hypocrite in part three on march 5th 0.99

00:16:05.220 2020 trudeau denounces calls to restrict borders saying there's a lot of information out there and 0.99

00:16:11.200 there's a lot of knee-jerk reaction that isn't keeping people safe now the resistance to reacting

00:16:15.860 dramatically to the threat did a sudden about face at the end of march with teresa tam calling for

00:16:20.960 canadians to help plank the curve of the viral spread okay the problem is that according to our

00:16:27.260 government there was no curve to worry about until it was too late at a point where the problem became 0.89

00:16:32.680 undeniable tan went from telling us not to be racist to telling us that it was up to sick canadians

00:16:37.900 to now change the fate of our country well you guys have changed the fate of our country by taking more 0.98

00:16:43.920 money taking your sweet goddamn time getting things done now i'm going to take frank vaughn's advice 0.84

00:16:49.780 wear a face mask be careful wash your hands do what you can you know help your neighbors out the 0.98

00:16:57.500 best of your ability my wife and i last week we helped a couple of our neighbors out you know a

00:17:01.700 mutual friend of ours needed assistance with her mother i went and picked up some groceries for her

00:17:06.040 mother just to make it easier a little disappointed i didn't take any money for it but i told her to pay

00:17:11.640 the money forward give it to a legion or give it to another charity that's in need

00:17:14.980 right it starts with us citizens here it starts filtering out the poop that we call leadership in 0.96

00:17:20.760 this country while no public office can be expected to act without error in the face of a new disease

00:17:25.940 it would be important to the future of canadian society to keep an accurate public record

00:17:31.200 so we can learn from our mistakes you know while they say that well they say they want to learn from

00:17:37.020 our mistakes yet they annihilated a hundred years worth of data right katherine mckenna had the urge 0.51

00:17:43.220 or the nerve to sit there and praise goodwill for looking after canadians when they blatantly

00:17:49.780 haven't right so when it comes to safety and when it comes to looking after canadians um they fail

00:17:58.480 as far as i'm concerned our government has failed ladies and gentlemen they have failed to procure 0.96

00:18:04.680 things properly they have failed to save for a rainy day and they have failed to look after things

00:18:10.160 properly they oh god i'm i'm just regurgitating stuff here but it's i don't know tell me what

00:18:18.160 you think crusty b canuck 67 at gmail.com or you can find me on facebook or you can find me on instagram

00:18:23.860 at canuck crusty i'll leave a comment in the pod bean or the youtube comments suspected respectively

00:18:29.360 and uh i'll leave other links to how you can contact me later on but uh i don't know folks

00:18:37.140 the best we can do is just don't stand together bind together look after we got to look after

00:18:42.460 you know help each other out the best of our ability you know don't be intimidated to go outside

00:18:47.640 spend some time outside get some fresh air you know try to be active as best you can

00:18:52.500 but try to be sensible you know don't hoard toilet paper don't hoard anything right but on a positive

00:19:00.080 note i can say there are some politicians in this country that are standing up for us uh some

00:19:04.660 conservatives in the federal government and uh some conservatives in the ontario provincial 0.98

00:19:08.480 government have stood up doug ford basically told price gougers out there to basically get a goddamn 0.96

00:19:14.540 grip or we're going to penalize you right now i'm all for free markets ladies and gentlemen i'm all for 0.97

00:19:19.580 free markets getting ahead making money but if you buy something that costs four dollars

00:19:24.700 and you hoard it all then you turn around try to sell it for forty dollars or fifty dollars 1.00

00:19:32.740 what's that tell you well a couple words come to mind that you're a dick and you're greedy son of a 1.00

00:19:42.960 bitch and you're taking the free market model and you're turning into a fucking joke 1.00

00:19:46.920 right so anybody out there who wants to hoard things out of fear fucking smarten up to those 0.99

00:19:55.740 individuals that have things and they're willing to give some or help out by all means right

00:20:01.460 but uh hats off to mr doug ford there for actually standing up taking initiative

00:20:06.800 telling these clowns where to go and uh he also took uh some time out of his life

00:20:12.600 to donate 90 000 masks he uh loaded up in his old truck and he distributed himself to the people

00:20:20.260 that needed it uh i forget what hospital was there's a story there i'll leave a link in the

00:20:23.540 description but uh that shows me a lot now whether you love or hate the guy it doesn't matter the man

00:20:29.660 took the initiative to do something good for him you know and i'll uh

00:20:35.420 i'll salute that regardless of how you feel about his policies or not right and as i mentioned there

00:20:42.040 earlier in the title uh reference the woke culture you're not going to be finding too many people not

00:20:46.840 worrying about the wokeness right there's a bigger catastrophe and crisis going on here right now

00:20:51.600 so we got to focus on that that's my concern my concern is focusing on uh what has to be done

00:20:59.480 to help people out here and to get rid of this uh issue and uh so people can walk around freely

00:21:05.020 and carry on that's my thing i don't want martial law i don't want uh you know a strange police

00:21:12.680 officer telling me uh where you're going what are you doing how you getting there right you know just 0.94

00:21:18.220 to justify my existence to put food on my table and i really don't give a fuck what the government's 0.92

00:21:23.080 gonna be handing out you know if they're gonna raise the carbon tax and uh give themselves a raise 0.98

00:21:28.860 well they obviously don't give a shit about you or me right enough is enough folks you would think 0.98

00:21:36.120 that these clowns would actually stand up and look out for our best interests and start telling us 0.97

00:21:40.680 the truth and start taking responsibility and finding us viable solutions to said crisis but what are 0.84

00:21:48.340 they doing right giving us lip service giving themselves a raise charging more tax what better way

00:21:54.940 to bring in another tax and a catastrophe eh yeah okay so those individuals actually voted liberal

00:22:00.540 this time around told you you were told right

00:22:06.000 tobacco right you were told

00:22:12.940 and what have you done well i'm not blaming the liberals on the people that voted me i'm blaming the liberals 0.99

00:22:18.940 for being what they say liberal but we all know they're fucking totalitarians right 0.96

00:22:23.380 we all know that they're not fucking here for us they don't want to be here for us you know 0.99

00:22:30.040 they want to say okay we're going to look after this look after that for you we're going to make all 0.98

00:22:34.260 this money we're going to print all this money we're going to give it out to the population 0.95

00:22:36.880 and then turn around and tax you some fucking more even though we're in debt through the wahoo 0.98

00:22:40.880 so whoever thought taxation leads to prosperity bullshit okay so we'll see tomorrow if they 1.00

00:22:49.320 actually pass this carbon tax again we'll see tomorrow if they actually put this fucking thing 0.99

00:22:54.080 forward and for what and for whom you know what's the overall fucking purpose for it what's it going 0.99

00:23:00.540 to prove nothing except more dissent more degradation more bullshit right what's it going to lead to 0.98

00:23:09.360 you know is it going to lead to actual prosperity we're going to find a way to cure this thing 0.97

00:23:16.040 you know or it's going to be fighting the streets i don't know i don't want to see violence i want to

00:23:24.440 see unity i want to see canada come out of this strong i want to see canada succeed but we can't

00:23:31.580 succeed when we're being told one thing when people meet another we can't succeed when we're being

00:23:35.660 taxed into so-called prosperity right how can a government sit there and saying oh this money will

00:23:40.880 go back in your pocket when you're taking it off our paychecks and demanding it every time we put gas

00:23:45.700 in our car or turn the heat on or buy groceries to look after things we're gonna have to go back to

00:23:51.220 the days where we have to come together as a community and hunt the woolly mammoth and there's a
